Sioux City’s Nebraska Street is getting a major upgrade—prepare for a multi-year water main replacement project set to transform the area through 2027. From mid-July 2026 to fall 2027, crews will tackle sections between 5th and 8th streets, adding decorative concrete, new landscaping, trees, underground wires, and upgraded pedestrian signals.
