- 0:01Speaker 1: House GOP chairman has officially subpoenaed the IRS and the
- 0:06Speaker 1: FBI officials as part of the Hunter Biden probe. The
- 0:09Speaker 1: chairman believed the officials are familiar with a meeting at
- 0:14Speaker 1: which the US Attorney David Weiss purportedly said he wasn't
- 0:19Speaker 1: the final authority on whether charges would be filed. What
- 0:24Speaker 1: would this mean for the Special Prosecutor David Weiss? Well,
- 0:27Speaker 1: if he was lying when he was doing that investigation,
- 0:30Speaker 1: it could have a whole range of problems for the
- 0:33Speaker 1: Biden family as well as for the US Attorney David Weiss.
- 0:36Speaker 1: And that is exactly why the House GOP Chairman has
- 0:39Speaker 1: subpoena the IRS and the FBI officials who are apparently
- 0:42Speaker 1: a part.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Of that meeting. Now.
- 0:44Speaker 1: I'm going to dive into this more in a moment,
- 0:46Speaker 1: but I also want to deal with the other big issue,
- 0:48Speaker 1: and that is we are on the verge of the
- 0:51Speaker 1: first GOP debate and there have been a lot of
- 0:56Speaker 1: you that have been like, all right, what are your thoughts?
- 1:00Speaker 2: What do you think? Well, we know who the eight
- 1:03Speaker 2: that have qualified for this debate are. We also know
- 1:07Speaker 2: how the stage is going to be set. Donald Trump
- 1:11Speaker 2: is not going to be there. He has chosen to
- 1:14Speaker 2: counter program the GOP debate because he has such a
- 1:18Speaker 2: massive lead. Why would he show up? And by the way,
- 1:21Speaker 2: I couldn't agree with him more. If I was Donald Trump,
- 1:24Speaker 2: I wouldn't show up for this debate either. I'm gonna
- 1:26Speaker 2: explain why in a moment.
- 1:27Speaker 1: But let me tell you what you're gonna see on
- 1:28Speaker 1: stage as Donald Trump will be doing an interview on
- 1:31Speaker 1: Twitter with Tucker Carlson at the same time this first debate.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Those that have qualified who are on the stage. In
- 1:39Speaker 1: the center of that stage will be Rond De Santis.
- 1:41Speaker 1: He's in a distant second place. Then to his right
- 1:44Speaker 1: if you're watching the stage, will be Ramaswami. Then to
- 1:47Speaker 1: his left will be Mike Pence. Then it'll be Chris
- 1:50Speaker 1: Christi to the left of Pence, and the left depends
- 1:53Speaker 1: of Chris Christy will be Asa Hutchinson. Now on the
- 1:57Speaker 1: right side of Ramaswami, which will be also if you're
- 2:00Speaker 1: looking at stage, to the right of DeSantis, it will
- 2:02Speaker 1: be then Nicky Haley, Tim Scott, and Bergham.
- 2:06Speaker 2: That is the stage.
- 2:08Speaker 1: That's a total of eight different people on that stage
- 2:12Speaker 1: that you or many of you will be watching. Obviously
- 2:15Speaker 1: I will be watching it. The question is what can
- 2:19Speaker 1: you expect. Well, I think there's two things that will
- 2:22Speaker 1: probably happen before I get into Trump in the counter programming.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Number One, I think that everybody is going to probably
- 2:30Speaker 1: try to just go after Donald Trump and kind of
- 2:34Speaker 1: have a uniform going after him. That at least those
- 2:36Speaker 1: that aren't trying to basically be the vice president. There's
- 2:38Speaker 1: some people on stage that are I think clearly wanting
- 2:42Speaker 1: to be the vice president of the United States of America. Ramaswamy,
- 2:44Speaker 1: Hailey Scott. I don't think they're going to probably go
- 2:47Speaker 1: after him. Mike Pence, obviously we'll go after Trump, Chris
- 2:50Speaker 1: Christy will go after Hunt, Asa Hudgson will go after Trump.
- 2:53Speaker 1: But the others are not trying to make enemies with
- 2:55Speaker 1: Trump at this point because there's a chance that they
- 2:58Speaker 1: could still be chosen to be the vice president of
- 3:01Speaker 1: the United States of American the running mate of Donald Trump. Now,
- 3:04Speaker 1: I do believe you're going to see an all out
- 3:06Speaker 1: war against DeSantis.
- 3:07Speaker 2: I think there's many people now.
- 3:10Speaker 1: That want to go after DeSantis because they don't want
- 3:15Speaker 1: him to continue to stay in the second place. And
- 3:18Speaker 1: when you're in this in those stage, that's the person
- 3:19Speaker 1: they're trying to knock off. Which goes back to what
- 3:22Speaker 1: I was going to say about Trump. Why would Donald
- 3:25Speaker 1: Trump show up to the debate? If you look at
- 3:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump's polling numbers right now in the Republican primary
- 3:32Speaker 1: compared to everyone else, there is no reason why you
- 3:37Speaker 1: would show up for this debate. I wouldn't because if
- 3:41Speaker 1: you combine all of their poll numbers, the eight people
- 3:44Speaker 1: I just mentioned, if you combined all of them together,
- 3:47Speaker 1: they still do not reach the polling number of Donald Trump. Now,
- 3:51Speaker 1: Donald Trump's argument is the American people already know me.
- 3:55Speaker 1: I couldn't agree with him more. They know what I'm
- 3:57Speaker 1: going to do again, I couldn't agree with him more.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Why would I show up and let them all hammer
- 4:02Speaker 1: me all night long trying to take me down eight
- 4:05Speaker 1: against one in a bar fight when I'm clearly the
- 4:09Speaker 1: front runner and the nominee. How bad is it for
- 4:12Speaker 1: the other candidates?
- 4:13Speaker 2: Well?
- 4:14Speaker 1: Do the math on this one, okay, Donald Trump and
- 4:17Speaker 1: the new CBS poll is polling in the Republican primary
- 4:21Speaker 1: at sixty two percent. Okay, That is a significant number,
- 4:26Speaker 1: especially when you have a crowded field in second, A
- 4:30Speaker 1: very distant second is Ron DeSantis. Then Ramaswami is at
- 4:34Speaker 1: seven percent, DeSantis at sixteen. Just so you know, Ramaswami
- 4:38Speaker 1: at seven, Mike Pence is pulling at five, Tim Scott's
- 4:42Speaker 1: pulling at three, Nikki Haley's pulling at two, Chris Christy's
- 4:44Speaker 1: pulling a two, Bergham is pulling at one, and Hutcheson
- 4:48Speaker 1: is pulling at one. If you combined all of the
- 4:51Speaker 1: numbers that I just gave you, okay, for all of
- 4:55Speaker 1: the other eight, their total poll number together would be
- 4:59Speaker 1: thirty seven perc Donald Trump is at sixty two. You
- 5:04Speaker 1: take sixty two minus thirty seven, and what do you get?
- 5:08Speaker 1: Sixty two minus thirty seven and you get a twenty
- 5:11Speaker 1: five point lead for Donald Trump over the entire field
- 5:15Speaker 1: if you combine their number. It is not dumb for
- 5:19Speaker 1: Donald Trump to show up at this to not show
- 5:22Speaker 1: up with this debate. It actually is what any political
- 5:25Speaker 1: mind would do. Now, there's others in the media that
- 5:27Speaker 1: have been hitting on him. I actually did Piers Morgan's
- 5:29Speaker 1: show yesterday and he had a guest hostin.
- 5:33Speaker 2: They're like, well, does this mean that he's a coward?
- 5:36Speaker 1: You know, for not showing up, and I laughed, I'm like,
- 5:39Speaker 1: it is it is political wisdom.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Like it's very normal. It's it's it's politics. One oh one.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Okay, it's incredibly normal for anyone that has a massive lead,
- 5:51Speaker 1: especially like if you're an incumbent, to not debate people
- 5:55Speaker 1: and punch down, because if you get in the pig pen,
- 5:58Speaker 1: you're gonna get moddy, you're gonna get dirty. Now, if
- 6:01Speaker 1: you are challenging an established establishment candidate on either side
- 6:06Speaker 1: of the field, Republican or Democrat, yes, you're angry that
- 6:10Speaker 1: they won't debate you, right, And the easy thing is, oh,
- 6:12Speaker 1: they're a coward.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Oh they're afraid of me. Well no, they're really not.
- 6:15Speaker 1: They're just smart and they're playing the game saying, look,
- 6:19Speaker 1: I believe the voters know who I am. There's no
- 6:21Speaker 1: reason for me to show up and punch down at you.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I have nothing to gain. I would look at this
- 6:26Speaker 1: poll number right now. If you're Donald Trump and you
- 6:29Speaker 1: went to this debate, and let's say you had an
- 6:31Speaker 1: amazing night, can you really get much higher than sixty
- 6:34Speaker 1: two percent? When there's another eight candits that are all
- 6:36Speaker 1: going to take a certain percentage points, you might go
- 6:39Speaker 1: to sixty five percent or sixty six percent.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Is that worth it? No, it's not.
- 6:45Speaker 1: And that's also the reason why Donald Trump, I think,
- 6:48Speaker 1: is very smart in his campaign to say we're not
- 6:50Speaker 1: showing up and we're going to do this counter programming. Now,
- 6:53Speaker 1: the media, of course is obsessed with this, right, they're obsessed,
- 6:56Speaker 1: and they're attacking him. Right, there's eight qualified candidates. They
- 6:58Speaker 1: are going to attend this first present your debate, and
- 7:01Speaker 1: of course the LAFT is going to go after him
- 7:05Speaker 1: as much as they can. I want you to hear
- 7:07Speaker 1: this conversation on CNN my former colleague who I used
- 7:10Speaker 1: to beat up on all the time. It was really fun.
- 7:11Speaker 1: They paid me to do it. Butcary Sellers he said this,
- 7:15Speaker 1: and it was really stupid.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Listen.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Yeah, given we know Bacary, Donald Trump's not going to
- 7:20Speaker 3: be showing up and he's going to be trying to
- 7:22Speaker 3: counter program. And then you have on Thursday, you know,
- 7:25Speaker 3: him turning himself in. Is Kevin Rutley put is going
- 7:27Speaker 3: to steal a lot of the spotlight. What do you think,
- 7:31Speaker 3: because I know you are always in the business of
- 7:33Speaker 3: giving advice to Republicans, what do you think a win
- 7:36Speaker 3: looks like on the debate stage tomorrow.
- 7:41Speaker 4: Yeah, they don't listen to my advice though, goodness gracious.
- 7:44Speaker 4: So look, I think there are a few things. The
- 7:48Speaker 4: first is that I somewhat disagree with uh with my
- 7:53Speaker 4: friend Makalla today about who has the most to lose
- 7:55Speaker 4: and the most to gain in that being Rhondasansus. And
- 7:58Speaker 4: the reason being is because we actually have Desanta's work product.
- 8:01Speaker 4: I mean, Ronda Sants's got molly wopped into debate by
- 8:04Speaker 4: Andrew Gillim and he got destroyed by Charlie Crist And
- 8:07Speaker 4: I'm not sure Charlie Crist is anybody's example of what
- 8:10Speaker 4: a glowing political candidate should be at this stage in
- 8:12Speaker 4: his career, and so we actually know how he debates
- 8:16Speaker 4: and how poorly he debates. For me, I think that
- 8:20Speaker 4: it's kind of going to go South Carolina, meaning Tim
- 8:22Speaker 4: Scott and Nicky Haley with the most upside, then Donald Trump,
- 8:25Speaker 4: even though he's not there, probably having an opportunity to
- 8:28Speaker 4: win the debate. And then the third tier is going
- 8:30Speaker 4: to be those individuals who actually have some fortitude who
- 8:33Speaker 4: stand up against Donald Trump. And those two individuals right
- 8:35Speaker 4: now are only Asa Hutchinson and Chris Christie. So I
- 8:38Speaker 4: think those are the three tiers of individuals who have
- 8:40Speaker 4: an opportunity to win tomorrow night. And just for the record,
- 8:43Speaker 4: Donald Trump's counter programming is horrible. I don't think anybody's
- 8:47Speaker 4: going to be watching Tucker Calson on Twitter or x
- 8:50Speaker 4: or whatever it's called now, and I don't think anybody's
- 8:53Speaker 4: going to be responsive to his quote unquote counter programming. However,
- 8:57Speaker 4: regardless of if Nicky and Tim, who are talent who
- 9:00Speaker 4: do give a viesion for the future, politically we disagree,
- 9:03Speaker 4: but it seems to be healthy for the Republican Party.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Even if they have a good night that that's going
- 9:08Speaker 4: to be short lived because at six am, people will
- 9:11Speaker 4: be talking about something else.
- 9:12Speaker 1: The something else, obviously, is that Donald Trump indictment and
- 9:15Speaker 1: him turning himself in in Georgia. CNN is incredibly dumb
- 9:20Speaker 1: with the analysis that you just heard CNN sitting there
- 9:25Speaker 1: saying that no one's going to watch Tiger Carlson.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Well that's a lot.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Look at every show that he's put out since he
- 9:30Speaker 1: left Fox, and millions and millions and millions and millions
- 9:33Speaker 1: of people have watched it.
- 9:34Speaker 2: So that's number one.
- 9:37Speaker 1: The idea that then if you combined Tiger Carlson, who's
- 9:41Speaker 1: loved by so many, with Donald Trump, that people aren't
- 9:46Speaker 1: going to watch that you're totally insane and you're nothing
- 9:51Speaker 1: but a carpetbagger who's just making it up. Now, if
- 9:55Speaker 1: I am one of these other eight on the debate stage,
- 9:58Speaker 1: I really think the only way that you look at
- 10:01Speaker 1: any of this, like how you have to look at
- 10:03Speaker 1: it now, is actually pretty simple. I think what you
- 10:07Speaker 1: do is you have to look at this and you
- 10:09Speaker 1: have to say, Okay, I just need to get myself
- 10:12Speaker 1: in my poll numbers to move up. I need some momentum.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Do you do that by attacking Donald Trump during the debate.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I don't think you do. I think what you do
- 10:22Speaker 1: is you try to get some momentum by attacking people
- 10:24Speaker 1: on stage. If I'm a real conservative, you attack Asa
- 10:28Speaker 1: Hutchison for not being a real conservative, and you blow
- 10:30Speaker 1: him out of the water. I think that's an easy
- 10:32Speaker 1: guy to beat in a couple of minutes on stage.
- 10:35Speaker 1: I think you go after Chris Christy and ask him about, hey,
- 10:38Speaker 1: when's your contract? You know, kick in at MSNBC. You know,
- 10:42Speaker 1: at what point do you just become an MSNBC senior
- 10:45Speaker 1: political commentator, I would use that line all night long, Like,
- 10:49Speaker 1: that's a line I would use over and over again
- 10:52Speaker 1: if I was in these other people, like, Hey, is
- 10:53Speaker 1: that what you're saying on MSNBC when you drop out
- 10:55Speaker 1: of this race and they hire you, Like, I would
- 10:57Speaker 1: mock him. And I think you would win big time. Okay,
- 11:01Speaker 1: I think you would win huge with that narrative. And
- 11:05Speaker 1: I think it's important, by the way, narrative. I think
- 11:07Speaker 1: it's a really, really, really important narrative. I also think
- 11:12Speaker 1: that if you establish yourself as being a winner on
- 11:15Speaker 1: that stage of eight, for those that see you and
- 11:18Speaker 1: the others in the media that we'll talk about afterwards,
- 11:20Speaker 1: it could give you a boost to your campaign where
- 11:23Speaker 1: at least people might look at you for the first
- 11:25Speaker 1: time or look at you again that have not looked
- 11:28Speaker 1: at you because they say I'm for Donald Trump. No
- 11:30Speaker 1: matter what, that's your best case scenario. Now, the real
- 11:35Speaker 1: question is how many people are going to watch this debate. Look,
- 11:38Speaker 1: there's certainly going to be a lot of people that
- 11:39Speaker 1: are going to watch this debate because of where the
- 11:41Speaker 1: debate's being held. It's on a network that a lot
- 11:44Speaker 1: of conservatives will watch, So that is obviously important. Are
- 11:51Speaker 1: there going to be a lot of people that are
- 11:53Speaker 1: magas voters that are not going to vote for anybody
- 11:57Speaker 1: else no matter what, Okay, but Donald Trump that are
- 12:01Speaker 1: going to watch Trump and Tiger Carlson. Yes, that's that
- 12:05Speaker 1: is going to happen. Like it's just that's going to happen.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And those are the people I'm not sure that any
- 12:12Speaker 1: one of these candidates could reach anyway. I really don't, like,
- 12:15Speaker 1: I'm serious when I say this, I don't know if
- 12:18Speaker 1: there is anyone, okay that can reach those voters. I
- 12:24Speaker 1: just don't believe that you can reach them if you're
- 12:27Speaker 1: one of these other kendates. So you're now fighting for
- 12:30Speaker 1: independent voters, and you're now fighting for an opportunity to
- 12:34Speaker 1: maybe take away some okay keywords, some of the Trump voters.
- 12:43Speaker 1: It may be two or three percent and survive for
- 12:45Speaker 1: another day. That is the best case scenario. Now, when
- 12:51Speaker 1: you listen to what I just said, okay and the
- 12:55Speaker 1: way that I the way that I just said it,
- 12:59Speaker 1: it doesn't sound very good for anybody else. Like I
- 13:02Speaker 1: think if tomorrow night, let's say Ron Desantras came out
- 13:05Speaker 1: and had like one hell of a debate. Do I
- 13:09Speaker 1: think it's going to take away numbers from Trump? I
- 13:11Speaker 1: really don't. I think Donald Trump at this point is
- 13:15Speaker 1: the nominee. And I also think one of the things
- 13:18Speaker 1: that's going to happen right after this debate is Donald
- 13:20Speaker 1: Trump is going to be persecuted again by these activist
- 13:23Speaker 1: da in Georgia. He's going to be arrested in Georgia.
- 13:26Speaker 1: He's going to turn himself in in Georgia the very
- 13:29Speaker 1: next morning after this debate. So I think even if
- 13:33Speaker 1: you have a great night, the oxygen is going to
- 13:36Speaker 1: be sucked out of the room so quickly because people
- 13:38Speaker 1: are going to be immediately refocused on the political abuse
- 13:43Speaker 1: of power and the criminalization of the political system against
- 13:49Speaker 1: Donald J.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Trump.
- 13:51Speaker 1: That's going to be the whole ballgame. Like that's going
- 13:55Speaker 1: to be everything. Just so you understand, Like that's it.
- 13:58Speaker 1: That's going to be the whole ballgame, and people need
- 14:02Speaker 1: to understand that, Okay, Like I mean, really I don't
- 14:06Speaker 1: know at this point how I really don't how anybody
- 14:13Speaker 1: else can beat Donald Trump. And I'm not trying to
- 14:15Speaker 1: be mean, Okay, I'm not Like I've had people that
- 14:19Speaker 1: are big fans of other candidates who have said to
- 14:23Speaker 1: me the same thing over and over again that they're like, well,
- 14:26Speaker 1: you know, you're you know, you're not being open minded.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I am very open minded to other candidates. I want
- 14:30Speaker 1: to be clear about that. Okay, I think I think
- 14:33Speaker 1: there's other candidates that have great ideas. I think they
- 14:35Speaker 1: should be listened to. All Right, I want I want
- 14:37Speaker 1: to be very very very very very clear about that.
- 14:40Speaker 1: But at the same time, when you have a lead
- 14:45Speaker 1: over the field, and if you combine all the pole
- 14:47Speaker 1: numbers of the other eight candidates and you still have
- 14:49Speaker 1: a whatever that number was I said earlier, twenty something
- 14:52Speaker 1: point lead, twenty five point lead, How in the hell
- 14:57Speaker 1: with a twenty five point lead, can I thin that
- 15:00Speaker 1: anybody else is clamoring in this country for any of
- 15:03Speaker 1: these other candidates. I think if seven of the eight
- 15:06Speaker 1: dropped out tomorrow, he'd still have a twenty five point lead.
- 15:10Speaker 1: If it was a one on one race, Pick your candidate,
- 15:12Speaker 1: it doesn't have to be to sand this, Pick anyone
- 15:13Speaker 1: you want. I'm serious when I say that, like, I'm
- 15:17Speaker 1: dead serious. I think Donald Trump and look, there's some
- 15:21Speaker 1: politics being played here. I think Democrats understand and they
- 15:26Speaker 1: understand very clearly that this is their understanding of it.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Maybe that's a better way to put it. They believe
- 15:32Speaker 1: that they can beat Donald Trump in the general easier
- 15:35Speaker 1: than can beat any of these other candidates. Okay, that's
- 15:37Speaker 1: what that's what they believe, Okay. And so they love
- 15:41Speaker 1: the indictment of Donald Trump because they think it guarantees
- 15:44Speaker 1: him the primary. They think he's the easiest candidate to beat.
- 15:47Speaker 1: And they're all about this, and they want this to happen.
- 15:49Speaker 1: They're very excited, and they love the fact that Donald
- 15:53Speaker 1: Trump's being arranged six o'clock the next morning, right the
- 15:55Speaker 1: whole day, will you know, the day after the debate
- 15:57Speaker 1: on Thursday's gonna be about Donald Trump being arrested. They
- 16:01Speaker 1: absolutely love this. They're so excited about it. They think
- 16:06Speaker 1: it's an incredible thing. Okay, that this has happened, and
- 16:11Speaker 1: they're going to use it to their vantage. Like they
- 16:13Speaker 1: want this to happen. They're excited about it happening. Now,
- 16:17Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 16:19Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 16:21Speaker 1: friends at Patriot Mobile. Every day, there are two different
- 16:24Speaker 1: economies that are growing bigger and bigger. One of them
- 16:26Speaker 1: is powered by everyday Americans who are sick and tired
- 16:29Speaker 1: of all the wo propaganda being jammed into every product
- 16:33Speaker 1: that we're consuming.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Well, big mobile companies are no different.
- 16:36Speaker 1: For years, they've been dumping millions and millions into leftist causes,
- 16:40Speaker 1: including planned parenthood. And you had to have a cell phone,
- 16:43Speaker 1: and that's the reason why you paid that bill, because
- 16:46Speaker 1: you didn't have an alternative.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Well guess what, Now there's an alternative. Patriot Mobile.
- 16:51Speaker 1: They are America's only Christian conservative wireless provider and they
- 16:55Speaker 1: use your money to fight back. They offer you dependable
- 16:59Speaker 1: nationwide coverage on all three major networks, so you get
- 17:02Speaker 1: the best possible service in your area without the woke politics. Now,
- 17:08Speaker 1: when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you are sending a
- 17:10Speaker 1: loud message that you support free speech, religious freedom, the
- 17:14Speaker 1: sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and our military veterans

- 17:52Speaker 1: So again, if you're one of these other candidates, how
- 17:56Speaker 1: do you survive?
- 17:57Speaker 2: Now?
- 17:57Speaker 1: What I hope comes out of this Republican debate is
- 17:59Speaker 1: some great is I hope it's not just a you
- 18:03Speaker 1: know what show of people attacking, you know, whether it's
- 18:06Speaker 1: Donald Trump or each other on the stage. Like, I
- 18:08Speaker 1: hope there's somebody that comes out of this that has
- 18:10Speaker 1: some real ideas. I think actually Vivic has got a
- 18:13Speaker 1: real chance at that. And I you know, I think
- 18:16Speaker 1: Vivic is running for vice president at this point. I
- 18:19Speaker 1: don't think he's running for president. I think he's running
- 18:21Speaker 1: for vice president. I think NICKI Haley's running for vice president.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I think Tim Scott is running for vice president. I
- 18:29Speaker 1: think they're just trying to raise their stature where they
- 18:31Speaker 1: can then say to Donald Trump, Hey, when you win
- 18:33Speaker 1: the nomination, I think I'd be a really good And
- 18:35Speaker 1: here's the reason why I think I'd be a good
- 18:38Speaker 1: running mate for you. I think Tim Scott's got a
- 18:40Speaker 1: great inside track. I also think Cary Lake is on
- 18:42Speaker 1: the is also on this as well. I think Cary
- 18:45Speaker 1: Lake has got a very good shot because Donald Trump
- 18:47Speaker 1: has said in the past that he would look to
- 18:49Speaker 1: a woman to be the vice president, or has alluded
- 18:52Speaker 1: to that, And I think that's part of the reason
- 18:54Speaker 1: why you look at people like Chris you knowme.
- 18:56Speaker 2: I think she had a better chance a couple years
- 18:57Speaker 2: ago than she does now.
- 18:58Speaker 1: I think Cary Lake's probably the front or if you're
- 19:00Speaker 1: looking for a woman, Nikki Haley's on that shortlist as well.
- 19:03Speaker 2: I think that's the reason why this is happening.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Let me also say one more thing about Trump's counter
- 19:09Speaker 1: programming move to this Republican debate. I think it's going
- 19:15Speaker 1: to be a very, very very smart move because he's
- 19:17Speaker 1: going to keep everything focused on his accomplishments, what he's done,
- 19:21Speaker 1: and also he's going to fire up the base right
- 19:23Speaker 1: before he goes to turn himself in for more criminal
- 19:26Speaker 1: charges in Georgia. This is going to fit the narrative
- 19:29Speaker 1: perfect that this is a two tiered justice system, a
- 19:33Speaker 1: system of basically socialism and communism Banana republic esque, and
- 19:38Speaker 1: I think he's going to be able to say that,
- 19:40Speaker 1: and he's going to be able to say it pretty
- 19:41Speaker 1: darn quickly where the American people are like, yes, I
- 19:44Speaker 1: agree with you. I think it's going to actually be
- 19:46Speaker 1: brilliant what he is going to be able to do
- 19:49Speaker 1: and say, and doing it with Tucker Carlson somebody else
- 19:52Speaker 1: that clearly conservatives absolutely love.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Is one of the smartest.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Political moves I've seen from Donald Trump in a long time,
- 20:00Speaker 1: from his ops team, from his comms team.
- 20:03Speaker 2: This is a smart move.
- 20:05Speaker 1: You keep rolling down the hill towards election victory in
- 20:09Speaker 1: these primaries with the poll numbers that you have right now,
- 20:11Speaker 1: and it doesn't matter what these other eight people say
- 20:15Speaker 1: on stage if they all team up against you, which
- 20:17Speaker 1: I don't believe will be the case, I still think
- 20:19Speaker 1: that's not a problem for Donald Trump. Now here's the
- 20:21Speaker 1: one other thing he has come out with his statement
- 20:24Speaker 1: saying I'm not going to participate in any other debates. Right,
- 20:27Speaker 1: you can always take that back if for some reason,
- 20:30Speaker 1: somebody has the Night of a century like the Night
- 20:34Speaker 1: of the Century. Okay, if that happens and all of
- 20:39Speaker 1: a sudden, Donald Trump's poll numbers start to go in
- 20:42Speaker 1: the other direction, which again I don't believe is going
- 20:44Speaker 1: to happen. But if it does happen, Okay, if that
- 20:49Speaker 1: is a scenario that really does happen, he can always say,
- 20:53Speaker 1: all right, fine, I'll come out in debate.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Like you can do that, Like this is not hard.
- 21:00Speaker 1: I'm going to watch both, Okay, so just know I'm
- 21:02Speaker 1: going to do that, and I'll give you a full
- 21:04Speaker 1: recap of what I think, who I think the win
- 21:06Speaker 1: losers were, and and did this you know, decision by
- 21:09Speaker 1: Trump payoff. I believe that it's going to But and
- 21:12Speaker 1: if he's wrong, he can always show up for another
- 21:15Speaker 1: debate down the road. It's a long way ahead, and say,
- 21:17Speaker 1: you know what, I decided to change things. This person
- 21:19Speaker 1: started getting some traction. I decided I wanted to, you know,
- 21:22Speaker 1: go ahead toe to toe with him. I want to
- 21:23Speaker 1: go head to head with them. Like those are things
- 21:26Speaker 1: that those are conversations and things that you can say.
- 21:28Speaker 1: Those are things that you can do, right, Like, these
- 21:31Speaker 1: are things that you that These are real conversations that
- 21:34Speaker 1: you can have. Now, let me get you this other update,
- 21:39Speaker 1: which I think is extremely important. The House GOP chairman
- 21:43Speaker 1: has subpoena the I r S and the FBI officials
- 21:45Speaker 1: as part of the Hunter Biden probe. The chairman believes
- 21:49Speaker 1: that there were officials that are familiar with a meeting
- 21:53Speaker 1: at which they are basically accusing the US Attorney David
- 21:56Speaker 1: Weiss proporely saying that he wasn't the final authority on
- 21:59Speaker 1: whether it's charges would be filed.
- 22:01Speaker 2: Now there's options here. I want to be clear about this.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Weiss could have been lying to then make it not
- 22:06Speaker 1: look like he was being such a scumbag and protecting
- 22:09Speaker 1: criminal activity and protecting criminals like Hunter and Joe Biden.
- 22:14Speaker 1: And he may have said, hey, it was not my call.
- 22:16Speaker 1: So then people around it wouldn't hate him, right, wouldn't
- 22:18Speaker 1: be mad at him. That is an option, Okay, that's
- 22:21Speaker 1: option number one. Option number two is that he was
- 22:27Speaker 1: actually telling the truth and he really was nothing but
- 22:30Speaker 1: a puppet and didn't have the authority to do it
- 22:33Speaker 1: because somebody above him, whether that was Merrick Garland or
- 22:36Speaker 1: I don't know who, maybe even the President was saying
- 22:39Speaker 1: you can't do this. I don't know which one it is.
- 22:41Speaker 1: But do we deserve as American voters to find that out. Absolutely,
- 22:47Speaker 1: we deserve to find that out. Like we completely one
- 22:51Speaker 1: thousand percent deserve to get an answer to that now.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Last night on Hannity, there was a very incent conversation
- 23:01Speaker 1: between Jim Jordan Jason Smith as they were talking to
- 23:03Speaker 1: Handy about this Biden in this new case. I want
- 23:06Speaker 1: you to listen to what they had to say.
- 23:08Speaker 5: Breaking tonight for subpoenas have been issued to IRS and
- 23:11Speaker 5: FBI investigators involved in the Hunter Biden probe here now
- 23:15Speaker 5: to explain House Ways and Means Committee and Smith, along
- 23:18Speaker 5: with House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, by the way,
- 23:22Speaker 5: are responsible for the subpoenas. Jim Jordan, before I get
- 23:25Speaker 5: to that plan ain't no charges, Plan B sweetheart deal
- 23:29Speaker 5: that a judge blew up to the shock of everybody
- 23:33Speaker 5: that Weiss's works side by side with Hunter's brother Bo Biden,
- 23:39Speaker 5: Joe's son Politico. Hunter's lawyers threatened the White House Joe's
- 23:43Speaker 5: going to have to testify, and then Hunters Hunters lawyers
- 23:48Speaker 5: demanding the DOJ prosecute the whistleblowers. I'm betting you have
- 23:51Speaker 5: a lot to say about this.
- 23:54Speaker 6: Yeah, the idea that Joe Biden's going to testify is ridiculous.
- 23:57Speaker 6: Can you imagine putting Joe Biden on this stand right now,
- 24:00Speaker 6: him facing cross examination. I mean, there is no way
- 24:02Speaker 6: that's going to happen. But this was the pressure campaign
- 24:04Speaker 6: they were putting on the DOJ and John Solomon's exactly right.
- 24:08Speaker 6: But for these whistleblowers, that sweetheart deal would have been
- 24:12Speaker 6: even sweeter. They weren't even going to require Hunter Biden
- 24:15Speaker 6: plead guilty to anything.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Is this is how bad this was.
- 24:20Speaker 6: And what we want to do, Sean, is we want
- 24:21Speaker 6: to talk to the folks who were in the meeting.
- 24:23Speaker 6: These whistle blowers come forward. They changed history, as John
- 24:26Speaker 6: Solomon just pointed out, what prompted them to come forward
- 24:30Speaker 6: This meeting October seventh, twenty twenty two. You got David Weiss,
- 24:34Speaker 6: you got Gary Shapley, the whistle blower, and four other
- 24:37Speaker 6: people in that meeting.
- 24:38Speaker 2: We want to talk to those four.
- 24:39Speaker 6: Other people because that's the meeting that Gary Shapley said,
- 24:42Speaker 6: that was the redline meeting when I decided there was
- 24:44Speaker 6: no way this investigation was going to do the right thing.
- 24:46Speaker 6: We had to come forward and talk to Jason Smith,
- 24:48Speaker 6: Chairman Smith's team at the Ways of Means Committee. And
- 24:52Speaker 6: then they came forward and their testimony. Unlike the White
- 24:55Speaker 6: House's story, Unlike the DOJ, their testimony has stood up
- 24:59Speaker 6: and they've appeared entirely credible throughout this ordeal.
- 25:03Speaker 5: Jason Smith, these are whistleblowers spoke to your committee, the
- 25:07Speaker 5: House Ways and Means Committee. What's your reaction Haunter's lawyers
- 25:11Speaker 5: demanding that the DOJ prosecute those whistleblowers, especially after listening
- 25:16Speaker 5: to Joe Biden praising whistleblowers. But that was the hearsay
- 25:19Speaker 5: whistleblower that was against Donald Trump.
- 25:23Speaker 7: One thing about is Sean, when these irs whistleblowers came
- 25:27Speaker 7: before the House Ways and Means Committee, their stories has
- 25:31Speaker 7: completely stayed the same. But the information that they released
- 25:36Speaker 7: was shocking to members of Congress, and it was shocking
- 25:39Speaker 7: to the American public.
- 25:40Speaker 2: But Sean, you know who was not shocked.
- 25:43Speaker 7: About their information was the Department of Justice, Because in fact,
- 25:47Speaker 7: the Department of Justice, just as the whistleblowers highlighted, they
- 25:52Speaker 7: used numerous tactics that delayed the investigation to such a
- 25:56Speaker 7: degree that the statute of limitations expired for some of
- 25:59Speaker 7: the most egregious crimes of twenty fourteen and fifteen tax years.
- 26:03Speaker 7: They denied prosecution, which is why we want to know
- 26:07Speaker 7: about this October seventh media and why we've subpoened more
- 26:10Speaker 7: individuals to answer our questions, and they divulge information to
- 26:15Speaker 7: hunter Biden's lawyers. If the whistleblowers wouldn't have came forward,
- 26:19Speaker 7: we wouldn't have known those aspects. And they definitely, they
- 26:23Speaker 7: definitely changed history.
- 26:24Speaker 5: All right, Jim Jordan, I want you to talk about
- 26:27Speaker 5: the subpoenas that you your committee, the Judiciary and the
- 26:31Speaker 5: Ways of Means Committee to the IRS and to the
- 26:35Speaker 5: FBI from today.
- 26:36Speaker 2: And do you.
- 26:38Speaker 5: Think something's going on here with the New York Times, Politico,
- 26:42Speaker 5: the Washington Post and even Chucky Todd and left wingers
- 26:47Speaker 5: like him and now saying he's got a big problem.
- 26:51Speaker 2: What does that tell you?
- 26:52Speaker 6: Yeah, they see the evidence piling up, they see the
- 26:54Speaker 6: credibility of these whistleblowers, and they see what was reported
- 26:57Speaker 6: this week. You know, the story in Political the story
- 26:59Speaker 6: in the New York Times. I thought there was all
- 27:00Speaker 6: kinds of interesting things in there. Decided they were going
- 27:02Speaker 6: to make Biden testify that they wanted to go after
- 27:04Speaker 6: the whistleblowers. But what really struck me, and it ties
- 27:07Speaker 6: into what John was just saying is that in twenty nineteen, Hunter,
- 27:11Speaker 6: Biden's legal team wanted to meet with him to talk
- 27:13Speaker 6: about things, and he said, I can't meet that day
- 27:16Speaker 6: because I'm talking with the impeachment lawyers. So is he
- 27:20Speaker 6: talking with Daniel Goldman, the lawyer for Adam Shipp Is
- 27:23Speaker 6: he talking with Who's he talking to? Because it was
- 27:26Speaker 6: all about Burisman, As John pointed out, they said one thing,
- 27:29Speaker 6: the Biden team said one thing, The Democrats said one thing.
- 27:31Speaker 6: But the documents show something else. They show that President
- 27:34Speaker 6: Trump was on the right track. So that is definitely
- 27:37Speaker 6: an avenue that we're going to explore as well in
- 27:39Speaker 6: our investigation. But right now it's a focus on that meeting,
- 27:42Speaker 6: that redline meeting, according to whistleblower Shapley, where he said
- 27:45Speaker 6: David Weiss told them he didn't have the authority that
- 27:48Speaker 6: Merrick Garland and David Weiss were saying they had, and
- 27:51Speaker 6: that's when he knew we have to go to Congress,
- 27:53Speaker 6: we have to become whistleblowers. We have to tell the
- 27:56Speaker 6: story so the American people get the truth about how
- 27:58Speaker 6: wrong this investigation was being handled.
- 28:01Speaker 1: I go back to Weiss did not plan to charge
- 28:05Speaker 1: Hunter Biden before the whistleblowers came forward. That's the headline here.
