- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:04Speaker 2: and we have got a lot to cover on this episode.
- 0:08Speaker 2: On top of the fact that there is more breaking
- 0:10Speaker 2: news coming out of the Biden crime family. But we
- 0:12Speaker 2: have a new FD ten twenty three form that is
- 0:17Speaker 2: alleging that the then Vice President Joe Biden was involved
- 0:20Speaker 2: in a five million dollar bribery scheme with Barisma executive.
- 0:24Speaker 1: It's now been released by Senator Chuck Grassley. We're going
- 0:27Speaker 1: to go through that.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Plus we also have some new breaking news that deals
- 0:32Speaker 2: with corruption with the President's sister, Valerie Biden.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Senator, let's start with this FD ten twenty three.
- 0:41Speaker 2: This comes on the heel of our two part series
- 0:43Speaker 2: that we did that went viral last week with James
- 0:46Speaker 2: Comer and thank you for everybody that shared this on
- 0:48Speaker 2: social media. It was in the top of the charts,
- 0:51Speaker 2: both episodes at the same time, in the top fifty
- 0:54Speaker 2: on Apple because of great patriots like all of you
- 0:58Speaker 2: that are listening that share this on social media. If
- 1:00Speaker 2: you missed it, go back and listen to it because
- 1:03Speaker 2: it was being downloaded by a lot of people over
- 1:06Speaker 2: the weekend as well. People that may not have followed
- 1:08Speaker 2: this story from the very beginning center and now we
- 1:10Speaker 2: have this FD ten twenty three. Explain what this is
- 1:14Speaker 2: and why this is so significant that Chuck Grafley has
- 1:17Speaker 2: put it out.
- 1:18Speaker 3: Well, let me first underscore what you just said about
- 1:21Speaker 3: Thursday and Fridays episodes last week. What we did Thursday
- 1:25Speaker 3: and Friday was a two part series where we did
- 1:27Speaker 3: an exclusive interview with James Comer, the Chairman of the
- 1:30Speaker 3: House Oversight Committee, and he came immediately after an entire
- 1:35Speaker 3: day of conducting hearings with the two irs whistleblowers, and
- 1:39Speaker 3: he came and sat down with us for an hour
- 1:42Speaker 3: and listen, anywhere else you get news about what's going on,
- 1:45Speaker 3: you get it in a snippet, you get in a
- 1:47Speaker 3: little bit here or there. James goes on all sorts
- 1:50Speaker 3: of shows. He goes on things like Kennedy, I do
- 1:52Speaker 3: Hannity all the time as well. You know, you go
- 1:54Speaker 3: on with Sean you get maybe six or eight minutes.
- 1:57Speaker 3: We sat down with James for an hour walking through
- 2:01Speaker 3: in detail, what are the facts, what are the allegations,
- 2:04Speaker 3: what do we know? What are the legal claims? And
- 2:07Speaker 3: it is for anyone that really wants to know what's
- 2:10Speaker 3: the state of play in the evidence that has amassed
- 2:14Speaker 3: against Joe Biden, against Hunter Biden, against Merrick Garland. Listened
- 2:18Speaker 3: to Thursday and Friday's podcast that two part series. It
- 2:22Speaker 3: was designed to really encapsulate all of it. Today's podcast
- 2:26Speaker 3: follows up on that with another major development that occurred
- 2:30Speaker 3: late last week, which is late last week, Chuck Grassley
- 2:34Speaker 3: and Chairman Comer together release the FD ten twenty three. Now,
- 2:38Speaker 3: we've talked a lot about the FD ten twenty three.
- 2:40Speaker 3: That is the report the FBI made when a confidential
- 2:44Speaker 3: human source made serious allegations of bribery against Joe Biden
- 2:50Speaker 3: from when he was the sitting vice president of the
- 2:53Speaker 3: United States. And you'll recall I asked the deputy director
- 2:56Speaker 3: the FBI under oath do you have the FD ten
- 2:59Speaker 3: twenty three used to acknowledge it. I asked, will you
- 3:02Speaker 3: give it to Congress? He refused to commit to doing so. Well,
- 3:05Speaker 3: Grassley and Comer they had a copy of it, and
- 3:08Speaker 3: they essentially said, to hell with it, we're putting it out,
- 3:11Speaker 3: and they released it. I'm going to encourage everyone go
- 3:13Speaker 3: and read it. It's four pages and when you read it,
- 3:18Speaker 3: if you're not horrified. If you're not immediately asking why
- 3:23Speaker 3: didn't the FBI seriously thoroughly investigate this. If you're not
- 3:28Speaker 3: asking why didn't this lead the six o'clock news on
- 3:31Speaker 3: every station, then you're not paying attention to the document.
- 3:35Speaker 4: So I think what is valuable for this.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Podcast to do is for us to walk through what
- 3:41Speaker 3: the document says. So is the document from the FBI.
- 3:44Speaker 3: It says unclassified at the top of it, and yet
- 3:46Speaker 3: the FBI wanted to keep it secret even though it
- 3:48Speaker 3: was never classified. An FD ten twenty three is a
- 3:52Speaker 3: report from a confidential human source, and it says at
- 3:58Speaker 3: the top that it's a telephonic meeting that occurred on
- 4:01Speaker 3: June thirtieth, twenty twenty, so before the last election, and
- 4:06Speaker 3: it says source reporting. The confidential human source reported the
- 4:11Speaker 3: following the first meeting with Barisma executives in Kiev, Ukraine
- 4:16Speaker 3: in twenty fifteen or twenty sixteen. In late twenty fifteen
- 4:19Speaker 3: or twenty sixteen, during the Obama Biden administration, the confidential
- 4:23Speaker 3: human source was first introduced to officials at Ukraine natural
- 4:26Speaker 3: gas business Barisma Holdings through and something is blocked out.
- 4:30Speaker 3: Alexander Ostapenko, Confidential Human Source and Ostapenko traveled to Ukraine
- 4:37Speaker 3: and went to Barisma's office that was located twenty minutes
- 4:40Speaker 3: away from the city center. The purpose of the meeting
- 4:42Speaker 3: was to discuss Barisma's interest in purchasing a US based
- 4:46Speaker 3: oil and gas business for purposes of merging it with
- 4:50Speaker 3: Borisma for purposes of conducting an IPO in the US.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Barisma was willing to purchase a US based entity for
- 4:57Speaker 3: twenty to thirty million dollars. At this meeting was the
- 5:01Speaker 3: Confidential Human source, the confidential Human sources business partner, and
- 5:06Speaker 3: there's a little bit redacted Ostapenko, Borisma's CFO, Vadim Pordjarski,
- 5:16Speaker 3: a little bit more is blocked out, and then Karinas Lootchevsky,
- 5:20Speaker 3: who's the daughter of Barisma CEO and founder Mikolos Lootchewsky,
- 5:24Speaker 3: and her husband. The conversation was in Russian. During the meeting,
- 5:30Speaker 3: Pojarski asked the Confidential Human source whether the Confidential Human
- 5:34Speaker 3: Source was aware of Borisma's board of directors. The Confidential
- 5:38Speaker 3: Human Source replied no, and Pojarski advised that the board
- 5:43Speaker 3: members included number one, the former president or Prime Minister
- 5:47Speaker 3: of Poland and number two Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Pojarski said that Borisma hired the former president of Prime
- 5:56Speaker 3: Minister of Poland to leverage his contacts in Europe for
- 5:59Speaker 3: prospective devoil and gas deals, and they hired Hunter Biden
- 6:03Speaker 3: to quote protect us through his dad from all kinds
- 6:10Speaker 3: of problems. Confidential human source asked why they Borisma needed
- 6:15Speaker 3: to get confidential human sources assistance regarding the purchase merger
- 6:20Speaker 3: of a US based company when Biden was on their board.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Pojarski replied that Hunter Biden was not smart and they
- 6:31Speaker 3: wanted to get additional counsel. The group then had a
- 6:35Speaker 3: general conversation about whether the purchase merger with a US
- 6:39Speaker 3: company would be a good business decision. Okay, that's page one.
- 6:44Speaker 2: This shocking, by the way, just let's just dissect that
- 6:47Speaker 2: for a second center. You basically have a confidence source
- 6:51Speaker 2: saying here they're doing a massive deal. The only thing
- 6:55Speaker 2: that would involve the Biden crime family is influence peddling,
- 7:00Speaker 2: and that's what they're getting paid for here, and you
- 7:03Speaker 2: have this confidentive source of saying, yeah, this is what
- 7:06Speaker 2: they did.
- 7:06Speaker 1: This is how it worked. They wanted influence in America.
- 7:09Speaker 2: They needed somebody to help them make this happen that
- 7:12Speaker 2: had political clout and cover, and they could make things
- 7:15Speaker 2: happen and move things and get things out of the way.
- 7:18Speaker 1: And that's what the Bidens were selling.
- 7:21Speaker 3: And let's be clear, it's not what Hunter could do.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Go back and recall exactly what this is. They hired
- 7:29Speaker 3: Hunter Biden to quote protect us through his dad. Yeah,
- 7:36Speaker 3: from all kinds of problems. That's a quote. That quote,
- 7:41Speaker 3: if accurate, is what Hunter was selling is favors from daddy,
- 7:46Speaker 3: who was the sitting vice president of the United States.
- 7:49Speaker 4: That is illegal.
- 7:51Speaker 3: You were not allowed to sell for profit favors from
- 7:57Speaker 3: a sitting government official. All right, So that's page one,
- 8:00Speaker 3: But it actually astonishingly gets worse. So it goes on
- 8:04Speaker 3: from there, says meeting with confidential human source Ostapenko and
- 8:09Speaker 3: Mikolis Loochewski and Vienna, Austria in twenty sixteen, approximately one
- 8:15Speaker 3: or two months after the aforementioned Barisma meeting in Ukraine,
- 8:18Speaker 3: the confidential human source traveled to Vienna, Austria, was Ostapenko
- 8:22Speaker 3: and met with Mikolislochevsky at an outside coffee shop. The
- 8:27Speaker 3: trio continued to talk about the feasibility of Barisma acquiring
- 8:30Speaker 3: a US based entity. The confidential human source recalled this
- 8:34Speaker 3: meeting took place around the time Joe Biden made a
- 8:38Speaker 3: statement a public statement about former Ukraine Prosecutor General Victor
- 8:43Speaker 3: Schokin being corrupt and that he should be fired, slashed.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Removed from office.
- 8:50Speaker 3: The confidential human source told z Loochevsky that due to
- 8:54Speaker 3: Shokin's investigation into Barisma, which was made public at this time,
- 9:00Speaker 3: it would have a substantial negative effect on Barisma's perspective
- 9:05Speaker 3: IPO in the United States. Zlotchevsky replied something to the
- 9:09Speaker 3: effect of, quote, don't worry, Hunter will take care of
- 9:16Speaker 3: all of those issues through his dad.
- 9:23Speaker 4: End quote.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Confidential human source did not ask any further questions about
- 9:27Speaker 3: what that specifically meant. Confidential human source asked Slotchevsky why
- 9:33Speaker 3: Bearisma would pay twenty to thirty million dollars to buy
- 9:35Speaker 3: a US company for IPO purposes when it would be
- 9:38Speaker 3: cheaper to just form a new US entity or purchase
- 9:41Speaker 3: a corporate shell that was already listed.
- 9:44Speaker 4: On an exchange.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Slotchevsky responded that Hunter Biden advised Barisma that it could
- 9:50Speaker 3: raise much more capital if Bearisma purchased a larger US
- 9:55Speaker 3: based business that already had a history in the US
- 9:58Speaker 3: oil and gas sector. The confidential human source recalled Zlotchevsky
- 10:03Speaker 3: mentioned some US based gas businesses in Texas, the names
- 10:07Speaker 3: of which the confidential human source did not recall. Slotchevsky mentioned.
- 10:15Speaker 3: The confidential human source advised Slotchevsky it would be problematic
- 10:20Speaker 3: to raise capital in the US given Shokun's investigation into Barisma,
- 10:25Speaker 3: as nobody in the US would invest in a company
- 10:29Speaker 3: that was the subject of a criminal investigation. The confidential
- 10:32Speaker 3: human source suggested it would be best if Barisma simply
- 10:36Speaker 3: litigate the matter in Ukraine and pay some attorney fifty
- 10:40Speaker 3: thousand dollars. Slotchevsky said he Bearisma would likely lose the
- 10:45Speaker 3: trial because he could not show that Borisma was Innocentchevsky
- 10:52Speaker 3: also laughed at the confidential human sources number of fifty
- 10:57Speaker 3: thousand dollars, not because of them all about, but because
- 11:02Speaker 3: the number contained a five, and said that quote it
- 11:07Speaker 3: cost five million to pay one Biden and five million
- 11:15Speaker 3: to another Biden.
- 11:16Speaker 2: Now I got to stop you there, Centner, that what
- 11:20Speaker 2: this man is saying is I straight up bribed the
- 11:24Speaker 2: then Vice president United States of America with ten million
- 11:27Speaker 2: dollars that went into his family business that doesn't exist
- 11:30Speaker 2: without him and his position of power, and laughed about
- 11:34Speaker 2: the idea of paying fifty thousand dollars.
- 11:37Speaker 1: To a lawyer.
- 11:38Speaker 2: But it's normal to pay ten million to the Biden
- 11:42Speaker 2: family members to protect your interests.
- 11:46Speaker 1: That is bribery through and.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Through now, to be clear, in Ukraine and sadly and
- 11:51Speaker 3: in many of the former Soviet republics, bribery is a
- 11:55Speaker 3: fact of life. It is how businesses behave. They are
- 11:58Speaker 3: used to bribing officials. BBLIC officials are on the take,
- 12:01Speaker 3: they collect money from companies. That's how oligarchs get rich
- 12:05Speaker 3: as they bribe public officials. The US Vice president, who
- 12:09Speaker 3: is right now the sitting president of the United States,
- 12:11Speaker 3: is not supposed to be a corrupt Russian or Ukrainian oligarch. Now,
- 12:17Speaker 3: going back to the Ft ten twenty three, the confidential
- 12:19Speaker 3: human source noted that at this time it was unclear
- 12:23Speaker 3: to the confidential human source whether these alleged payments were
- 12:27Speaker 3: already made. The confidential human source told s Lootchevsky that
- 12:32Speaker 3: any such payments to the Bidens would complicate matters. There's
- 12:37Speaker 3: some understatement and Barisma should hire quote some normal US
- 12:42Speaker 3: oil and gas advisors because the Bidens have no experience
- 12:46Speaker 3: with that business sector. Slotchevsky made some comments that although
- 12:52Speaker 3: Hunter Biden quote was stupid and his Lotchevsky's dog was
- 12:59Speaker 3: smarter end quote, Zlochsky needed to keep Hunter Buden on
- 13:05Speaker 3: the board quote so everything will be okay.
- 13:10Speaker 2: So to be clear, they're admitting that Hunter Biden is
- 13:14Speaker 2: dumb as a dog, and he's just the guy we
- 13:17Speaker 2: got a funnel the money through, and it's Joe Biden
- 13:20Speaker 2: that keep your eye on the ball here, that's the
- 13:22Speaker 2: guy we're really hiring. Hunter Biden is useless, gives them
- 13:26Speaker 2: nothing on the board, gives him nothing as advice, doesn't
- 13:30Speaker 2: know the language, doesn't know the industry, and a dog
- 13:33Speaker 2: could help them more. Yet it's because of his father
- 13:38Speaker 2: that they pay the money and funnel it through to
- 13:42Speaker 2: the Biden crime family. Now, before I get into any
- 13:44Speaker 2: more that, I want to tell you about our friends

- 14:59Speaker 2: get back to this this again. Hunter Biden, they're saying
- 15:02Speaker 2: is an idiot. He's he's there's dogs that are more
- 15:05Speaker 2: useful than he is when it comes to IQ. Yet
- 15:09Speaker 2: we got to give ten million dollars the Biden crime family.
- 15:11Speaker 1: This is how we funnel the money.
- 15:13Speaker 3: Yeah, and let me be clear, Ben, these are allegations.
- 15:17Speaker 3: We don't know if this is true. We don't know
- 15:20Speaker 3: if the confidential Human source is telling the truth. We
- 15:23Speaker 3: don't know if Lochevsky said this. I don't know Hunter Biden.
- 15:27Speaker 3: I don't know if he's smart or not. I have
- 15:29Speaker 3: no idea. I know he went to Yale. I don't
- 15:32Speaker 3: know if that is because of Daddy or not. I'm
- 15:36Speaker 3: simply reading what the FBI for says. The confidential Human
- 15:41Speaker 3: source says that Zlochevsky said it could be false. It
- 15:45Speaker 3: could be true, but I'll tell you every paragraph contains
- 15:49Speaker 3: Bob bombshells. The next sentence, the confidential Human source inquired
- 15:55Speaker 3: whether Hunter Biden or Joe Biden tolds Lowchevsky he should
- 16:01Speaker 3: retain Hunter Biden. Slotchevsky replied, they both did. That's a
- 16:09Speaker 3: straight up allegation that Joe Biden told this Ukrainian oligark,
- 16:14Speaker 3: hire my son and pay him money. Presumably if you
- 16:18Speaker 3: want favors from me the vice president. The confidential human
- 16:22Speaker 3: source reiterated his opinion that Slotchevsky was making a mistake
- 16:27Speaker 3: and that he should fire Hunter Biden and deal with
- 16:29Speaker 3: Shokuin's investigation directly so that the matter will remain an
- 16:32Speaker 3: issue in Ukraine and not turn into some international matter.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Slotchevsky responded something to the effect of, don't worry, this
- 16:42Speaker 3: thing will go away anyway. The confidential human source replied
- 16:47Speaker 3: that notwithstanding Chokin's investigation, it was still a bad decision
- 16:51Speaker 3: for Borisma to spend twenty to thirty million dollars to
- 16:54Speaker 3: buy a US business, and that the confidential human source
- 16:57Speaker 3: didn't want to be involved with the Biden matter. Slotchevsky
- 17:01Speaker 3: responded that he appreciated the confidential human sources advice, but
- 17:05Speaker 3: that quote, it's too late to change his decision. The
- 17:10Speaker 3: confidential human source understood this to mean that Slotchevsky had
- 17:15Speaker 3: already paid the bidens, presumably to quote deal with Choken.
- 17:22Speaker 4: That's the end of the second beating.
- 17:24Speaker 2: All right, let me just say this, and I understand
- 17:27Speaker 2: you said earlier these are allegations, and that's a fair point.
- 17:29Speaker 2: I think it's a great point that we should highlight.
- 17:31Speaker 2: But let's look also center at the evidence for a second.
- 17:35Speaker 2: We know from suspicious active reports, yes or no, that
- 17:38Speaker 2: ten million dollars came to the.
- 17:39Speaker 4: Bidens more than that, okay.
- 17:42Speaker 2: And we know that the President of the United States
- 17:45Speaker 2: of America is on tape saying that he got the
- 17:48Speaker 2: prosecutor fired in Ukraine that was going to go after
- 17:54Speaker 2: the corruption with Embarisma, and he bragged about holding up
- 18:00Speaker 2: US dollars a billion dollars to get him fired.
- 18:02Speaker 1: And that work correct.
- 18:04Speaker 3: Yes, And to go back to remember the first Trump impeachment,
- 18:08Speaker 3: you remember the phrase quid pro quo.
- 18:10Speaker 4: Yes, quid pro quo.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Is a Latin phrase that means this for that, and
- 18:15Speaker 3: it's right at the heart of an allegation for bribery,
- 18:19Speaker 3: this for that, that this is some form of official favor.
- 18:25Speaker 3: In this instance, there is no disputing that Joe Biden
- 18:30Speaker 3: committed the quid, which is that he went to Ukraine,
- 18:35Speaker 3: that he threatened to withhold a billion dollars in American
- 18:37Speaker 3: military aid unless the Ukrainian president fired Victor Schoken, the
- 18:42Speaker 3: same guy that this FD ten twenty three is talking about.
- 18:45Speaker 3: We know that Joe Biden said fire Shoken or else
- 18:49Speaker 3: You're not getting the money. And we know this because
- 18:52Speaker 3: Joe Biden has confessed this in an interview with the
- 18:55Speaker 3: Atlantic Council on video. You could watch it. You can
- 18:58Speaker 3: listen to it. In fact, listen to it right now.
- 19:02Speaker 3: So this is we're going to play you right now,
- 19:05Speaker 3: Joe Biden admitting that he as Vice President of the
- 19:11Speaker 3: United States got Victor choken fire.
- 19:14Speaker 4: Take a listen.
- 19:16Speaker 5: I was not I I but it just happened to be.
- 19:19Speaker 5: That was the assignment I got. I got all the
- 19:21Speaker 5: good ones, and so I got Ukraine, and I remember
- 19:27Speaker 5: going over convincing our team or others to convincing that
- 19:31Speaker 5: we should be providing for loan guarantees. And I went over,
- 19:36Speaker 5: I guess the twelve thirteenth time to Kiev, and I
- 19:40Speaker 5: was supposed to announce that there was another billion dollar
- 19:43Speaker 5: loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from Porshenko
- 19:48Speaker 5: and from Yachtsan Yuk that they would take action against
- 19:52Speaker 5: the state prosecutor, and they didn't. So they said they
- 19:55Speaker 5: had they were walking out to Prescomte. I said no,
- 19:57Speaker 5: I said, I'm not going to or we're not going
- 19:59Speaker 5: to give you the billion. They said, you have no
- 20:02Speaker 5: authority you're not the president. The president said, I said,
- 20:04Speaker 5: call him. I said, I'm telling you're not getting a
- 20:07Speaker 5: billion dollars. I said, you're not getting a billion and
- 20:10Speaker 5: I'm gonna be leaving here. And I think it was
- 20:12Speaker 5: what six hours. I look, I said'm leaving it six hours.
- 20:14Speaker 5: If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money. Oh,
- 20:18Speaker 5: son of a bitch got fired.
- 20:21Speaker 1: There's the famous line center.
- 20:25Speaker 3: That is an admission the quid occurred. There is zero
- 20:29Speaker 3: dispute that Joe Biden directly used his position as vice
- 20:34Speaker 3: president to get Victor Choken fired the prosecutor who was
- 20:39Speaker 3: investigating Bearisma.
- 20:40Speaker 4: That is undisputed.
- 20:41Speaker 3: The only question is was the quid for the quote
- 20:46Speaker 3: for the ten million dollars? So if it is the
- 20:49Speaker 3: case that the oligarch who owned Bearisma paid Joe Biden
- 20:54Speaker 3: and Hunter Biden ten million dollars for that official act,
- 20:59Speaker 3: then both are guilty of bribery, a felon, and both
- 21:03Speaker 3: should go to jail. The only thing that is in
- 21:06Speaker 3: question is did Berism pay for the quo that Joe
- 21:13Speaker 3: Biden indisputedly and that he admits he provided.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Now you look at this document now and again, if
- 21:21Speaker 2: there wasn't so much supporting evidence, you might just say,
- 21:25Speaker 2: all right, well, this is just some random person making accusations.
- 21:29Speaker 2: But when you piece it all together now from what
- 21:31Speaker 2: we have from suspicious activity ports, what we have from
- 21:34Speaker 2: whistle Blower Center, what we have from now the president
- 21:38Speaker 2: and his own mission, and now that we know the
- 21:40Speaker 2: money came to the bank accounts and then was dispersed
- 21:42Speaker 2: to the Biden family, this may be the most damning
- 21:46Speaker 2: connections that we've had, basically putting the entire web together
- 21:51Speaker 2: at one moment in time.
- 21:52Speaker 3: And there's more. We're halfway through the FD ten twenty three.
- 21:56Speaker 3: Just for Laus, How the hell is this not on
- 21:58Speaker 3: the news?
- 21:59Speaker 1: Yeah, none of it jams.
- 22:00Speaker 3: This is a public document. You haven't seen this? Ask yourself,
- 22:04Speaker 3: have you heard any of what I'm telling you now?
- 22:07Speaker 3: And if not, why? And if you haven't, look you
- 22:10Speaker 3: ought to be pissed off. It's not like I have
- 22:12Speaker 3: some state secret. This is now a document released publicly,
- 22:18Speaker 3: and every fake journalist that runs around who's not talking
- 22:21Speaker 3: about it is not talking about it because they don't
- 22:24Speaker 3: want you to know.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Yeah, they don't want to you know, they don't want
- 22:27Speaker 2: to cover And if they're not covering it. That means
- 22:29Speaker 2: it doesn't happen apparently. And this is exactly why it
- 22:32Speaker 2: was so important last week that both those episodes of
- 22:34Speaker 2: James Comer went viral. So many of you Patriots shared
- 22:37Speaker 2: it because this is where we say, here's the info.

- 24:37Speaker 2: like everyone else.
- 24:38Speaker 1: And this is just part of this.
- 24:39Speaker 2: We got to protect the president all costs, right because
- 24:42Speaker 2: he's going to be the nominee and as of now
- 24:45Speaker 2: we can't get rid of him, so we just act
- 24:47Speaker 2: like it's not happening.
- 24:48Speaker 3: So let's keep reading this FBI report. The next section
- 24:52Speaker 3: subsequent telephone calls between confidential human sources Lochewski twenty sixteen
- 24:58Speaker 3: slash twenty seventeen telephone call. Shortly after the twenty sixteen
- 25:03Speaker 3: US election and during President Trump's transition period, the confidential
- 25:08Speaker 3: human source participated in a conference call with Ostapenko and Slouchevski.
- 25:13Speaker 3: The confidential human source inquired whether Slotchevsky was happy with
- 25:18Speaker 3: the US election results. Slotchevsky replied that he was not
- 25:22Speaker 3: happy Trump won the election. The confidential human source asked
- 25:27Speaker 3: Slotchevski whether he was concerned about Barisma's involvement with the bidens.
- 25:34Speaker 3: Slotchevsky stated that he didn't want to pay the bidens
- 25:38Speaker 3: and he was quote pushed to pay them. The confidential
- 25:43Speaker 3: human source explained the Russian terms Lochevsky used to explain
- 25:49Speaker 3: the payments was poluchili, which literally translates to got it
- 25:59Speaker 3: or received, but is also used in Russian criminal slang
- 26:05Speaker 3: for being forced or coerced to pay Szlotchevsky stated Shokin
- 26:12Speaker 3: had already been fired and no investigation was currently going on,
- 26:18Speaker 3: and that nobody would find out about his financial.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Dealings with the Bidens. Wow.
- 26:23Speaker 3: The confidential human source then stated, quote, I hope you
- 26:27Speaker 3: have some backup proof for your words, namely that Zlotchevsky
- 26:32Speaker 3: was quote forced to pay the bidens. Zlotchevsky replied that
- 26:38Speaker 3: he has many text messages and quote recordings that could
- 26:44Speaker 3: show that he was forced to make such payments. The
- 26:50Speaker 3: confidential human source told Zlotchevsky he should make certain that
- 26:55Speaker 3: he should retain those recordings. Slotchevsky asked whether it would
- 26:59Speaker 3: make any legal difference whether he voluntarily made such payments
- 27:04Speaker 3: or if he was forced to make them. Slotchevsky then
- 27:08Speaker 3: asked the confidential human source whether he could provide any
- 27:11Speaker 3: assistance in Ukraine with the port Oshenka regime if something
- 27:15Speaker 3: were to happen as Lotchevsky in the future. The confidential
- 27:19Speaker 3: human source replied that the confidential human source didn't want
- 27:22Speaker 3: to get involved in any such matters. Note see the
- 27:26Speaker 3: previous confidential human source report dated March first, twenty seventeen.
- 27:32Speaker 3: We don't have that report wherein the confidential human source
- 27:36Speaker 3: reported the foregoing and stated the call took place during
- 27:39Speaker 3: the week of two twenty seven, twenty seventeen. At that time,
- 27:44Speaker 3: the confidential human source stated that Slotchevsky briefly discussed Hutter Biden,
- 27:50Speaker 3: but the topic was not relevant to Borisma's interest in
- 27:53Speaker 3: acquiring a US based petroleum business for fifty to one
- 27:56Speaker 3: hundred million dollars. At this time, the confident human source
- 28:00Speaker 3: also reported aforementioned Vadim Hausharshki was assigned by Bearisma to
- 28:08Speaker 3: manage the acquisition and he was planning to travel to Washington,
- 28:11Speaker 3: d C. In March of twenty seventeen. Next section twenty
- 28:17Speaker 3: nineteen telephone call. After the aforementioned twenty sixteen call, the
- 28:22Speaker 3: confidential human source had no interactions with Slotchevski or Barisma
- 28:26Speaker 3: whatsoever until twenty nineteen. In twenty nineteen, the confidential human
- 28:31Speaker 3: source met with Ostrapenko in London to discuss various business
- 28:36Speaker 3: matters which had nothing to do with Slotchevsky, Bisma, the
- 28:39Speaker 3: oil and gas industry. The confidential human source noted that
- 28:43Speaker 3: his meeting with Ostapenko took place at a quote Russian
- 28:47Speaker 3: coffeehouse near Knightsbridge Street, located near Herod's department store, and
- 28:54Speaker 3: that Ostapenko's fiancee lives in London. At some point During
- 28:59Speaker 3: the meets, Ostapenko advised the confidential human source that he
- 29:03Speaker 3: was going to call Slotchevsky.
- 29:06Speaker 4: At this time.
- 29:06Speaker 3: The confidential human source understood so Lochevski was living somewhere
- 29:10Speaker 3: in Europe. During the calls, Lochevsky asked the confidential human
- 29:14Speaker 3: source and or Ostapenko if they had read the recent
- 29:19Speaker 3: news reports about the investigations into the Bidens and Barisma,
- 29:24Speaker 3: and Slotchevsky jokingly asked the confidential human source if the
- 29:28Speaker 3: confidential human source was a quote oracle. Due to the
- 29:33Speaker 3: Confidential Human sources prior advice that Slotchevsky should not pay
- 29:37Speaker 3: the Bidens but instead hire an attorney to litigate the
- 29:40Speaker 3: allegations concerning Chokin's investigation, the confidential human source mentions Lozchewsky
- 29:46Speaker 3: might have difficulty explaining suspicious wire transfers that may evidence
- 29:51Speaker 3: any illicit payments to the Bidens. Slotchevsky responded that he
- 29:57Speaker 3: did not send any funds directly to the quote big guy,
- 30:04Speaker 3: same phrase used elsewhere yeah parentheses, which the confidential human
- 30:09Speaker 3: Source understood was a reference to Joe Biden. The Confidential
- 30:13Speaker 3: Human Source asked s Lootchevsky how many companies Slash Bank
- 30:17Speaker 3: accounts Zlotchevsky controls. Slotchevsky responded that it would take them
- 30:23Speaker 3: investigators ten years to find the records i e. Ilicit
- 30:31Speaker 3: payments to Joe Biden. The confidential human source told Zlotchevsky
- 30:36Speaker 3: if he ever needed help in the future and wanted
- 30:38Speaker 3: somebody in the US government to speak, wanted to speak
- 30:40Speaker 3: to somebody in the US government about the matter, the
- 30:42Speaker 3: confidential human source could introduce him to someone.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Now to be queer, we asked James Comer about that quote,
- 30:49Speaker 2: right that gen years. This was just the arrogance of
- 30:53Speaker 2: not only the Bidens, but also Barisma. They thought that
- 30:56Speaker 2: they had perfected this scheme. And to be clear, Senator,
- 31:02Speaker 2: if Joe Biden would our hunter Biden, I should say,
- 31:05Speaker 2: wouldn't have left his laptop, we probably wouldn't have known
- 31:09Speaker 2: any of this. It was all because he left his laptop.
- 31:12Speaker 2: And without that laptop, this scheme would have worked perfectly,
- 31:16Speaker 2: This bribery would have worked.
- 31:18Speaker 3: You know, it makes you wonder if Slotzewsky's dog was smarter. Yeah,
- 31:22Speaker 3: I mean, I don't think the dog left a laptop
- 31:25Speaker 3: at a repair at a repair shop with all the
- 31:28Speaker 3: incriminating information to.
- 31:29Speaker 4: Be found well.
- 31:31Speaker 2: And this brings up the other question, and I want
- 31:34Speaker 2: to read between the lines here for a second. There
- 31:37Speaker 2: was also one thing that James Comer said to us
- 31:40Speaker 2: as we were sitting there last week, and he said,
- 31:43Speaker 2: there's more and there's the other brother, and he mentioned
- 31:46Speaker 2: the other brother, and he also said there's more money
- 31:48Speaker 2: in other places that would be coming out that he believed.
- 31:51Speaker 2: And the dollar amount keeps getting bigger and bigger and
- 31:53Speaker 2: bigger that we think is coming out as well as
- 31:56Speaker 2: we find more. I mean, is there any reason to
- 31:59Speaker 2: believe that this wasn't happening, say, ten years ago, twelve
- 32:02Speaker 2: years ago, fifteen years ago, twenty years ago with the Bidens,
- 32:05Speaker 2: based on what we're witnessing now.
- 32:07Speaker 3: With criminal conduct, if someone has a pattern, you expect
- 32:10Speaker 3: the pattern to repeat it. And actually the next paragraph
- 32:14Speaker 3: of the FD ten twenty three shows that this was
- 32:17Speaker 3: a way of doing business. Here's what the next paragraph
- 32:19Speaker 3: says regarding the seemingly open and unsolicited admissions by Pojarski
- 32:25Speaker 3: and Slotchevsky about the purpose for their retention of Hunter
- 32:29Speaker 3: Biden and the forced payments Leotchevsky made to the Bidens.
- 32:33Speaker 3: The confidential human source explained it is very common for
- 32:37Speaker 3: businessmen in post Soviet countries to brag or show off. Additionally,
- 32:42Speaker 3: is extremely common for businesses in Russia and Ukraine to
- 32:47Speaker 3: make bribe payments to various government officials. The confidential human
- 32:52Speaker 3: source noted that in corporate budgets for other Russian and
- 32:56Speaker 3: Ukrainian businesses which the confidential human source had inspected the past,
- 33:01Speaker 3: the confidential human source observed budget line items in Russian
- 33:07Speaker 3: called podmazat, which literally translates to quote oil, lubricate or
- 33:16Speaker 3: make things run smoothly end quote, which companies routinely use
- 33:22Speaker 3: to account for anticipated bribe payments as ser business. Given
- 33:30Speaker 3: the pervasive necessity to bribe government officials in Ukraine and Russia,
- 33:36Speaker 3: the confidential human source did not perceive Pojarski or Zlotchevsky's
- 33:40Speaker 3: statements to be unusual, self serving, or protextual. Additionally, regarding
- 33:45Speaker 3: important business meetings, it is also common in Ukraine or
- 33:48Speaker 3: Russia for persons to make covert recordings. However, the confidential
- 33:54Speaker 3: human source has only met Zlochevsky in person on one occasion,
- 33:57Speaker 3: has only spoken to him twice on the telephone. As such,
- 34:01Speaker 3: the confidential human source is not able to provide any
- 34:04Speaker 3: further opinion as to the veracity of slotchevsky aforementioned statements,
- 34:10Speaker 3: but it says right after that. On June twenty ninth,
- 34:14Speaker 3: twenty twenty, the Confidential Human Source provided the following supplemental
- 34:18Speaker 3: reporting regarding the Confidential Human sources. Aforementioned reporting that s
- 34:23Speaker 3: Loozchewsky said, quote, he has many text messages and recordings
- 34:28Speaker 3: that shows he was coerced to make such payments. The
- 34:32Speaker 3: Confidential Human Source clarified that Zlochewsky said he had a
- 34:37Speaker 3: total of seventeen recordings involving the bidens.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Now the require that coerce, and I think that's an
- 34:45Speaker 2: important point we have to make. He's saying he recorded
- 34:48Speaker 2: these center because he was being coerced to make these payments.
- 34:51Speaker 2: The only person you could argue that would be able
- 34:53Speaker 2: to coerce him to make these payments would actually be
- 34:56Speaker 2: the Bidence.
- 34:57Speaker 3: Well, he says he has seventeen recordings involved the bidens.
- 35:00Speaker 3: He says two of the recordings included Joe Biden, and
- 35:03Speaker 3: the remaining fifteen recordings only included Hunter Biden.
- 35:09Speaker 4: The Confidential Human.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Source reiterated that Perslochevsky these recordings evidence Loocheesky was somehow
- 35:15Speaker 3: coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure Ukraine Prosecutor General
- 35:20Speaker 3: Victor Shoken was fired. Slochevsky stated he has two documents
- 35:26Speaker 3: which the confidential human source understood to be wire transfer statements,
- 35:30Speaker 3: bank records, et cetera, that evidence some payments to the
- 35:33Speaker 3: Bidens were made, presumably in exchange for Shokn's firings.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Keeping these records, Senator is from his perspective, is not
- 35:44Speaker 2: He doesn't seem to have an issue with it. In fact,
- 35:47Speaker 2: it's his insurance policy keeping these records. He's he's happy
- 35:52Speaker 2: to know that the Bidens took his money, because then
- 35:55Speaker 2: if he ever gets in trouble, it's like, well, look
- 35:57Speaker 2: what I have.
- 35:59Speaker 4: That It makes perfect sense.
- 36:01Speaker 3: Look, the only question is is what this guy is
- 36:06Speaker 3: saying credible. We have been told in the past we
- 36:10Speaker 3: don't know who this confidential human source is. We've been
- 36:13Speaker 3: told in the past that this source is someone the
- 36:16Speaker 3: FBI had relied on and found credible previously, that they
- 36:20Speaker 3: had they had experience with this source, and that he
- 36:23Speaker 3: had been reliable. We don't know the details about that,
- 36:27Speaker 3: But we also don't know when I interrogated the Deputy
- 36:33Speaker 3: director of the FBI about this FD'D ten twenty three.
- 36:36Speaker 3: He refused to acknowledge it existed. He refused to give
- 36:38Speaker 3: it to the Senate Judiciary Committee. He refused to confirm
- 36:41Speaker 3: the seventeen voice recordings. He refused to say whether the
- 36:44Speaker 3: FBI had the recordings. We don't know you. And I
- 36:47Speaker 3: asked James Comer if the FBI had the recordings. He
- 36:50Speaker 3: said he thought they didn't because he thought they never
- 36:53Speaker 3: bothered to investigate. We have no idea because the FBI
- 36:57Speaker 3: is so damned arrogant that their answer is, how dare
- 37:01Speaker 3: you ask if we investigated this? They owe the American
- 37:06Speaker 3: people more than that. And I got to say Merrick
- 37:08Speaker 3: Garland and Chris Ray and everyone involved in leadership of
- 37:13Speaker 3: the DOJ and the FBI ought to be ashamed. They
- 37:15Speaker 3: ought to come forward and say, in the face of
- 37:18Speaker 3: these allegations, this is grave. This is alleging the sitting
- 37:23Speaker 3: president of the United States took a bribe from a
- 37:25Speaker 3: foreign national for official favors. The fbiows the American people
- 37:31Speaker 3: complete candor to say we either investigated or we didn't.
- 37:35Speaker 3: Here's what we investigated, Here's what we found. If they
- 37:38Speaker 3: found this is false, they need to come forward and
- 37:40Speaker 3: explain it. Why is it false? What about it is false?
- 37:43Speaker 3: What did they do to determine whether it was true
- 37:46Speaker 3: or false. They have not earned the right to simply
- 37:49Speaker 3: say trust us, But that's what they're saying.
- 37:53Speaker 2: It's incredible. Let me tell you about our friends at
- 37:55Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile. I don't know about you, but if you're
- 37:57Speaker 2: sick and tired of all the people and all the
- 38:00Speaker 2: companies that have just gone woke recently, and you're tired
- 38:04Speaker 2: of giving them your money, you've now got an option
- 38:07Speaker 2: to get rid of some of that wokism when it
- 38:09Speaker 2: comes to your cell phone provider. Now, for years, big
- 38:13Speaker 2: mobile companies have been dumping millions of dollars into leftist causes.
- 38:16Speaker 2: We're talking about CAUs like planned parenthood, and you just
- 38:19Speaker 2: had to deal with it because there wasn't another option.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Well now there is.

- 38:47Speaker 2: you're actually supporting free speech and religious freedom, the sanctity
- 38:51Speaker 2: of life. You're helping protect the Second Amendment, and our
- 38:53Speaker 2: military veterans and first responders that are our heroes.
- 38:58Speaker 1: This is a company that I love work.
- 39:00Speaker 2: It's a coming I love paying a bill to because
- 39:02Speaker 2: when I pay my bill, I know I'm standing up
- 39:04Speaker 2: for what I believe in, for something I'm already gonna
- 39:07Speaker 2: spend money on. So get rid of your woke cell
- 39:10Speaker 2: phone company and switch to Patriot Mobile. Their number eight
- 39:14Speaker 2: seven eight Patriot. You can keep your same cell phone
- 39:16Speaker 2: you have right now in your hand and your same
- 39:18Speaker 2: cell phone number. If you want to or switch to

- 39:24Speaker 2: code verdict and you will actually get free activation plus
- 39:28Speaker 2: the best deals of the year. Patriot Mobile dot com
- 39:31Speaker 2: slash Verdict or eight seven eight Patriot use the promo
- 39:35Speaker 2: code verdict, free activation and the best deals of the year. Now, Centater,
- 39:40Speaker 2: all this that you've been talking about also connects to
- 39:43Speaker 2: the other big breaking news story, and we're going to
- 39:46Speaker 2: do more of a deep dive on this coming up
- 39:48Speaker 2: on Wednesday. But there is the president's sister that now
- 39:54Speaker 2: has come out or her name has come up, I
- 39:57Speaker 2: should say Valerie Biden ohwen. And this is another shock here.
- 40:02Speaker 2: We apparently the IRS stopped from questioning Joe Biden's sister,
- 40:08Speaker 2: Valerie Biden Owens, because she had intel information and about
- 40:16Speaker 2: cash that she received from Hunter Biden. A whistleblower is
- 40:19Speaker 2: now claiming this is now another member of the Biden
- 40:23Speaker 2: crime family on the take.
- 40:25Speaker 4: Well, that's exactly right.
- 40:27Speaker 3: So Valerie Biden Owens is Joe Biden's sister.
- 40:31Speaker 4: They're very close. She has run his previous campaign. She
- 40:34Speaker 4: is one of his closest advisors.
- 40:37Speaker 3: And the news that has just broken is that Biden
- 40:40Speaker 3: Owens received a payment via Venmo from the first son
- 40:46Speaker 3: from Hunter Biden. According to an interview with IRS whistleblower
- 40:50Speaker 3: Joseph Ziegler, who is the one of the two IRS
- 40:53Speaker 3: whistleblowers who gave testimony to the House, and Ziegler said, quote,
- 40:59Speaker 3: so I can continually ask can I go and interview them?
- 41:04Speaker 3: And those were always met with no, said Ziegler, who
- 41:08Speaker 3: was known as whistleblower too in the ways and means
- 41:11Speaker 3: transcripts quote, and I think one of them was Valerie
- 41:16Speaker 3: Owens that we talked about that I wasn't allowed to
- 41:21Speaker 3: go and interview. So yet again we now have a whistleblower.
- 41:27Speaker 3: And remember Ziegler is a career IRS employee, he is
- 41:30Speaker 3: a Democrat. There's no reason to think he has bias
- 41:33Speaker 3: against Joe Biden, and he is alleging. Not only did
- 41:37Speaker 3: they handcuff the investigation, not only did they protect Hunter Biden.
- 41:41Speaker 3: Not only did they prevent any questions about Joe Biden
- 41:44Speaker 3: the big guy, but they wouldn't allow any questions directed
- 41:49Speaker 3: to Valerie Owens about the money she received. And every
- 41:54Speaker 3: day the allegations and the evidence of corruption against what
- 41:59Speaker 3: is now the entire extended Biden family. I mean, it
- 42:02Speaker 3: really is amazing when you're involving your brother, your sister,
- 42:06Speaker 3: your kids, your grandkids, your your I mean, your entire
- 42:11Speaker 3: extended family is involved in this operation to be on
- 42:15Speaker 3: the take from, among others, the Chinese, the Ukrainians, the Romanians,
- 42:21Speaker 3: and and as we broke news on on on the
- 42:25Speaker 3: two part series last week with James Comer, the Russians
- 42:29Speaker 3: as well the Biden family. There is evidence was receiving
- 42:34Speaker 3: cash from China, Ukraine, Romania and Russia. You know, to
- 42:41Speaker 3: to to to paraphrase, it's good to be a Biden.
- 42:45Speaker 2: It is and and it's not just one Biden now,
- 42:49Speaker 2: but it's two Bidens that the whistlebors have now said
- 42:51Speaker 2: they were not allowed to interview. Remember it was Hunter
- 42:53Speaker 2: Biden they were called off of. They said, no, you
- 42:55Speaker 2: have to wait, you can't.
- 42:57Speaker 3: You cant three and Joe and it's four and five
- 43:00Speaker 3: because they weren't allowed to talk to the grandkids either.
- 43:03Speaker 3: Even though they were getting money, they weren't allowed to
- 43:05Speaker 3: ask the grandkids, well, gosh, what did you do to
- 43:07Speaker 3: get this money?
- 43:07Speaker 4: Nope, they weren't allowed to ask that.
- 43:09Speaker 2: So, in other words, if your last name's Biden, you
- 43:11Speaker 2: can do whatever the hell you want to and investigators
- 43:13Speaker 2: come for you.
- 43:14Speaker 1: They're not going to be allowed to do their job.
- 43:16Speaker 2: That's what each and every one of these whistleblover seems
- 43:19Speaker 2: to be saying over and over again. At least there's
- 43:21Speaker 2: some consistency, Senator in that part of the story.
- 43:25Speaker 4: It really makes you wonder, what the hell is gonna
- 43:28Speaker 4: break tomorrow.
- 43:29Speaker 2: Yeah, well, we're gonna cover it. We'll go into more
- 43:31Speaker 2: detail on Wednesday. Don't forget share this podcast with your
- 43:35Speaker 2: family and your friends. Right a say five star if
- 43:38Speaker 2: you hit that follow the subscriber auto download button each
- 43:41Speaker 2: each provider names, it's something different. If you're listening on Apple,
- 43:45Speaker 2: you're gonna hit that little follow button. That little forward
- 43:48Speaker 2: arrow is how you can share it on your social media.
- 43:51Speaker 2: I also want to say sincerely thank you guys for
- 43:54Speaker 2: sharing that two part series with James Comer. You guys
- 43:57Speaker 2: an amazing job of getting that out there and it
- 44:00Speaker 2: was a force to be reckoned with last week. It's
- 44:02Speaker 2: why I love doing the show with you, Sanader. We
- 44:04Speaker 2: get to get out of information, but without the listeners
- 44:07Speaker 2: sharing it, we don't get to reach the same number
- 44:09Speaker 2: of people. It is incredible to see people taking the
- 44:12Speaker 2: intel we're giving them and making sure we fight back
- 44:15Speaker 2: against the media who refuses to cover all of this,
- 44:18Speaker 2: and don't forget. We do the show Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- 44:20Speaker 2: We'll see you back here on Wednesday morning.
