Stock Market Today: This week's market rolls on as traders keep the boogeyman under the bed in the back of their minds: a TLT which moved lower despite odds of a Fed rate hike in October moving substantially lower. The TLT is rebounding Tuesday morning... will it hold? Financials have been an issue recently - especially the regional banks. Goldman Sachs (GS) and Citi (C) seeing some signs of life Tuesday morning... we'll see how this price action shakes out at the open.
