- 0:00Speaker 1: For decades, the FBI has had a top ten most
- 0:04Speaker 1: wanted list. Well, now there's a new list. It's the
- 0:07Speaker 1: FBI's Top ten most Wanted Fraudster's List. And if you've
- 0:11Speaker 1: ever wondered where your tax dollurs go or why government
- 0:14Speaker 1: fraud seems to keep making headlines, well, the FBI says
- 0:18Speaker 1: it's time to put some faces on the actual problem.
- 0:22Speaker 1: That's why the FBI Director Caspittel unveiled a brand new initiative,
- 0:27Speaker 1: the FBI's Top ten Most Wanted Fraudster's List, a public effort,
- 0:31Speaker 1: he said, to track down some of the most notorious
- 0:34Speaker 1: financial criminals accused of stealing more than a billion dollars
- 0:39Speaker 1: from American taxpayers now. The announcement came in Ohio alongside
- 0:44Speaker 1: senior Justice Department officials as federal authorities also revealed charges
- 0:49Speaker 1: against defendant's accused of running a massive medicaid fraud scheme
- 0:53Speaker 1: involving children services. Yeah they're not just stealing from us,
- 0:57Speaker 1: but they're actually stealing money that's supposed to be going
- 0:59Speaker 1: to children now. According to the federal prosecutors, the scheme
- 1:03Speaker 1: allegedly built taxpayers roughly thirty million for therapy services that
- 1:08Speaker 1: were medically unnecessary or never provided at all. The Director
- 1:15Speaker 1: of the FBI, Ptel, made it clear that this effort
- 1:18Speaker 1: is about changing the way the FBI goes after white
- 1:21Speaker 1: collar criminals now. One of the strongest lines from today's
- 1:25Speaker 1: announcement was Patel warning that these suspects are not harmless
- 1:30Speaker 1: paper pushers. They stole more than one billion. Patel said
- 1:34Speaker 1: as he launched the new list, I want you to
- 1:36Speaker 1: hear exactly what the FBI director had to say.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Operation Playground Therapy is what the FBI is here to
- 1:42Speaker 2: talk about today, as the Attorney General highlighted, literally tens
- 1:47Speaker 2: of millions of dollars that was supposed to go to
- 1:49Speaker 2: kids was stolen allegedly by individuals who worked in government
- 1:55Speaker 2: and the private sector and thought they could fleece Americans
- 1:59Speaker 2: and our treasure are children of the hard earned dollars,
- 2:02Speaker 2: the taxpayer dollars that we provide to support them in
- 2:04Speaker 2: their time of need.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Well, they got caught.
- 2:07Speaker 2: And not only did they get caught, so many others
- 2:09Speaker 2: got caught. Just take a look at some of the
- 2:11Speaker 2: vehicles that are here as part of their ill gotten
- 2:13Speaker 2: gains and proceeds. They didn't just take the money they
- 2:16Speaker 2: paraded it around the country and thanks to this team,
- 2:19Speaker 2: here you are seeing what hard work, dedication to the
- 2:23Speaker 2: rule of law, and true unified effort across all fronts
- 2:26Speaker 2: when no one wants the credit and everyone wants to
- 2:28Speaker 2: just do the work. These are the results that we're
- 2:30Speaker 2: here to talk about today, importantly for the FBI, and
- 2:34Speaker 2: thanks to Vice President JD.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Vance's vision. He had an idea.
- 2:37Speaker 2: He said, Hey, you guys have a top ten most
- 2:40Speaker 2: wanted list for all gang bangers, terrorists, narco traffickers, murderers
- 2:46Speaker 2: and rapists.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Around the world.
- 2:47Speaker 2: How about we have a top ten list for most
- 2:49Speaker 2: wanted fraudsters. So, mister Vice President, thanks to your vision,
- 2:52Speaker 2: we're here to deliver and you see it here today.
- 2:55Speaker 2: It is live officially on the FBI website.
- 2:57Speaker 3: I want all.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Americans to take a look at these most wanted into
- 3:00Speaker 2: viduals and look at the amounts, the tens of millions
- 3:03Speaker 2: and billions of dollars in fraud that they have decimated
- 3:06Speaker 2: our societies from.
- 3:08Speaker 3: We rely on you.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Our best form of information is the American public. Take
- 3:13Speaker 2: a look at this top ten most wanted. Let us
- 3:15Speaker 2: know any information. There is no bad piece of information.
- 3:19Speaker 2: The only bad piece of information is the one you
- 3:21Speaker 2: don't give us. So call one eight hundred, call FBI,
- 3:24Speaker 2: or go to FBI dot gov and help us apprehend
- 3:27Speaker 2: more fraudsters. The last thing I want to talk about
- 3:31Speaker 2: is the work of the FBI and the interagency isn't
- 3:33Speaker 2: just domestic. The fraudsters have created programs overseas that have
- 3:38Speaker 2: fleeced Americans of billions of dollars.
- 3:40Speaker 3: The FBI has led that charge.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Against scam center compounds stood up in Southeast Asia and
- 3:44Speaker 2: the Middle East, freeing thousands of traffic workers. Just in
- 3:48Speaker 2: the last year, under the Trump Advance Administration and the
- 3:50Speaker 2: Fraud Initiative, we have captured and freed eight billion dollars
- 3:54Speaker 2: in fraud in scam centers that were stood up by
- 3:57Speaker 2: the CCP and other adversaries in places like Thailand and
- 4:00Speaker 2: Laos and Cambodia and the Middle East. And we're working
- 4:03Speaker 2: with our interagency and and partners across the world to
- 4:06Speaker 2: bring hundreds of individuals to justice. Just the other week
- 4:09Speaker 2: in the Middle East, in Dubai, we arrested three hundred
- 4:11Speaker 2: individuals responsible for.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Four billion dollars in fraud.
- 4:15Speaker 2: They prey on our senior citizens here from overseas, and
- 4:19Speaker 2: this administration has made it abundantly clear there is no
- 4:22Speaker 2: distance we won't travel to make sure we apprehend each
- 4:24Speaker 2: and every one of these individuals.
- 4:26Speaker 3: The FBI is leading the effort to scuttle these.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Stam centers permanently, to free the traffic workers, and most importantly,
- 4:32Speaker 2: to also secure our taxpayer dollars and make sure that
- 4:36Speaker 2: this eight billion in counting in scamsenter fraud that the
- 4:38Speaker 2: FBI is delivered on so far only continues to grow
- 4:42Speaker 2: and we're going.
- 4:42Speaker 3: To keep doing it.
- 4:43Speaker 2: I just want to thank the Attorney General, the interagency
- 4:46Speaker 2: partnerships here, state and local. I've said it over and
- 4:48Speaker 2: over again, the FBI's best partners are state and local
- 4:51Speaker 2: law enforcement, and they're here today and these are the results.
- 4:55Speaker 1: So the FBI, under President Trump and Cash Hotel's leadership
- 5:00Speaker 1: message is simple. If America has a top ten list
- 5:03Speaker 1: for murderers or terrorists or cartel leaders and violent fugitives,
- 5:07Speaker 1: then the people accused of stealing massive amounts of money
- 5:10Speaker 1: from taxpayers, retirees, investors, and vulnerable Americans should face the
- 5:15Speaker 1: same level of scrutiny. Now, the new list includes alleged
- 5:19Speaker 1: fraudsters connected to investment scams, wire fraud schemes, cryptocurrency laundering operations,
- 5:27Speaker 1: healthcare fraud, and other sophisticated financial crimes. Among those featured
- 5:32Speaker 1: are individuals accused of targeting the elderly Americans, running international
- 5:38Speaker 1: fraud operations, and helping move illicit funds around the globe. Now,
- 5:43Speaker 1: what's especially significant is also the timing. The Trump administration
- 5:47Speaker 1: has spent months emphasizing waste, fraud and abuse across government programs.
- 5:52Speaker 1: The creation of this new FBI list fits directly into
- 5:55Speaker 1: that broader effort, and President Trump is repeatedly argued that
- 6:00Speaker 1: fraud against taxpayers is not a victimless crime and that
- 6:03Speaker 1: Americans deserve accountability when billions of dollars disappear through corruption,
- 6:08Speaker 1: through scams and abuse the public programs. Now, the White
- 6:12Speaker 1: House did not announce the list itself today, that move
- 6:15Speaker 1: aligns closely with the administration's a larger focus, they say,
- 6:19Speaker 1: on rooting out fraud and recovering taxpayer dollars and letting
- 6:23Speaker 1: the FBI do exactly what they do. It also is
- 6:27Speaker 1: putting the FBI front and center and betting that the
- 6:30Speaker 1: public attention will also work in helping find these people
- 6:34Speaker 1: on the most Wanted List. The bureau's traditional Top ten
- 6:37Speaker 1: most Wanted Fugitive lists has been one of the most
- 6:40Speaker 1: successful law enforcement tools in American history. The FBI reports
- 6:44Speaker 1: of the vast majority of fugitives who have appeared on
- 6:47Speaker 1: its famous top ten lists have ultimately been located or captured,
- 6:52Speaker 1: often after tips from ordinary citizens, And that's exactly why
- 6:56Speaker 1: the FBI director is hoping it will happen again on
- 6:59Speaker 1: the new list. By putting these alleged fraudsters front and center,
- 7:04Speaker 1: investigators hope someone recognizes a face, knows a location, or
- 7:09Speaker 1: provides the critical tip needed to make and arrest. And
- 7:13Speaker 1: there's another reason for this matter as well. For years,
- 7:15Speaker 1: Americans have heard about fraud and abstract terms billions here,
- 7:19Speaker 1: millions there, and it doesn't even seem anything real or
- 7:23Speaker 1: like an actual number. But when taxpayers see the actual
- 7:26Speaker 1: individuals that are accused of orchestrating these schemes, the scale
- 7:30Speaker 1: of the problem becomes much much more real and personal. So,
- 7:35Speaker 1: whether it's healthcare fraud or investment scams targeting seniors, the
- 7:39Speaker 1: cryptocurrency schemes, or international wire fraud operations, the FBI is
- 7:45Speaker 1: now signaling that in twenty twenty six, financial criminals are
- 7:48Speaker 1: now going to receive the same public attention that has
- 7:52Speaker 1: traditionally been reserved for violent fugitives. As Director Ptel's team
- 7:56Speaker 1: put it today, this is about bringing accountability to people
- 7:59Speaker 1: accused of stealing staggering amounts of money from hard working
- 8:03Speaker 1: American citizens and funds that were supposed to go and
- 8:06Speaker 1: help the elderly and the poor, as well as children.
- 8:11Speaker 1: The bottom line, the FBI just launched a brand new
- 8:13Speaker 1: most wanted lists, not for the murders, not for cartel bosses,
- 8:17Speaker 1: not for the terrorists, for fraudsters, And if the FBI
- 8:21Speaker 1: gets its way, some of the people accues of stealing
- 8:23Speaker 1: more than a billion dollars from Americans may soon find
- 8:27Speaker 1: themselves running out of places to hide. The media actually
- 8:33Speaker 1: hates conservatives and the values that we represent and the
- 8:37Speaker 1: bills and the policies that we get passed. Now you
- 8:41Speaker 1: would think that if you turned on the news, you
- 8:44Speaker 1: would hear exactly what I'm about to tell you, because
- 8:46Speaker 1: this is amazing news for all Americans. Like, not just
- 8:51Speaker 1: rich people or middle class or only Republicans. This is
- 8:54Speaker 1: for everyone. Almost every US tax file, we have now learned,
- 9:02Speaker 1: got a cut this year. That's right, coming to eighty
- 9:06Speaker 1: two billion dollars in relief the Treasury Department has announced. Now,
- 9:12Speaker 1: if you are in the media, you would think that
- 9:14Speaker 1: would be a lead story, right, Like, that doesn't get
- 9:17Speaker 1: any better than that. You have almost everybody that does
- 9:19Speaker 1: their taxes and they're getting relief. Why would you not
- 9:23Speaker 1: want to celebrate that moment, Because if you're in the media,
- 9:27Speaker 1: that means nearly every person who watches your show that
- 9:31Speaker 1: filed taxes received a tax cut, and eighty two billion
- 9:35Speaker 1: dollars in relief is something you should be excited about.
- 9:38Speaker 1: In fact, the data released on Tuesday show that ninety
- 9:42Speaker 1: seven percent of tax filers scored a cut courtesy of
- 9:47Speaker 1: the One Big Beautiful Bill Act that was passed last year.
- 9:51Speaker 1: And that explains exactly why they don't want to celebrate
- 9:55Speaker 1: this moment, because that means that the One Big Beautiful
- 9:58Speaker 1: Bill actually work for the American people instead of working
- 10:02Speaker 1: to take more of your money, which is exactly what
- 10:05Speaker 1: the Democratic Party wants to do. Now, without the new law,
- 10:08Speaker 1: those taxpayers would have been hit with a ready a
- 10:11Speaker 1: five trillion dollar tax hike. Now let's just go back
- 10:14Speaker 1: to that number again. Without the new law, taxpayers would
- 10:18Speaker 1: have been hit with a five trillion dollar tax hike
- 10:21Speaker 1: from the expiration of Trump's landmark twenty seventeen law that
- 10:25Speaker 1: slash payments to the irs, according to the Treasury Department.
- 10:30Speaker 1: The Treasury Secretary Scott Bessen sounded a triumphant note on
- 10:34Speaker 1: the outcome, saying, under President Trump, our federal tax code
- 10:38Speaker 1: and system reflects the American people's mandate to reject policies
- 10:42Speaker 1: that punish success with tax hikes and embrace those that
- 10:46Speaker 1: restore fairness, reward work, respect hard earned paychecks, and reignite
- 10:52Speaker 1: the American dream. The Treasury officials said filers making between
- 10:56Speaker 1: one hundred thousand to two hundred thousand who tapped the
- 10:59Speaker 1: new Brikins pocket and an average cut topping one two
- 11:03Speaker 1: hundred and fifty dollars now, while those with the incomes
- 11:06Speaker 1: between fifteen one hundred thousand grabbed more than eight hundred
- 11:10Speaker 1: and fifteen dollars on average. Now, what's even cooler than
- 11:15Speaker 1: the data I just gave you, is this the president
- 11:18Speaker 1: who really pushed hard for no tax on tips. We
- 11:21Speaker 1: now know just how many American workers that affected, and
- 11:25Speaker 1: how many of them put more money in their pocket
- 11:27Speaker 1: than ever before while going to work. It is now
- 11:30Speaker 1: more than seven and a half million hard working Americans.
- 11:35Speaker 1: They were able to claim that no tax on tips
- 11:37Speaker 1: break a key promise from the president's campaign. Another reason
- 11:42Speaker 1: why the media does not want to talk about this story.
- 11:45Speaker 1: We also know that it wiped an average of about
- 11:48Speaker 1: seven thousand dollars off their taxable income on average, some
- 11:53Speaker 1: even more than that. Now, we also know that over
- 11:56Speaker 1: twenty nine million filers deducted no ten tax on overtime pay.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Let me say that again, twenty nine million tax filers
- 12:07Speaker 1: deducted no tax on overtime. Now, these are really hard
- 12:10Speaker 1: working Americans that say, I'm going to work longer than
- 12:14Speaker 1: forty hours in a week. I'm going to work harder
- 12:17Speaker 1: than I've ever worked for my family. I'm going to
- 12:19Speaker 1: put my head down and make ends meet and try
- 12:23Speaker 1: to better myself. And so here we are, twenty nine
- 12:27Speaker 1: million filers. We're able to get the no tax on
- 12:30Speaker 1: overtime deduction. Here's what it did. In reality, it trimmed
- 12:34Speaker 1: an average of thirty one hundred dollars from their bills.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Three quarters earned under one hundred thousand dollars. So if
- 12:41Speaker 1: you think this is helping out the rich guy, you're wrong.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Ninety six percent also made below two hundred thousand, again
- 12:48Speaker 1: meaning these are really hard working people working longer than
- 12:52Speaker 1: forty hours in a week, and they deserve to keep
- 12:54Speaker 1: more of their hard earned money. Another reason why you
- 12:57Speaker 1: notice the media not touching this subject. Doubled standard deduction,
- 13:02Speaker 1: simplified life. We also have learned for one hundred and
- 13:05Speaker 1: twenty seven million tax filers, that is the equivalent of
- 13:09Speaker 1: ninety percent of all returns filed in this country. Treasury
- 13:13Speaker 1: officials believe the relief will swell further as stragglers with
- 13:17Speaker 1: extensions file their taxes as well. Now, all of this
- 13:21Speaker 1: data arrives as Americans feel the first full impact of
- 13:24Speaker 1: the sweeping tax cut overhaul that Republicans got through Congress
- 13:29Speaker 1: last year. The legislation included bigger breaks for seniors and families,
- 13:35Speaker 1: incentives to buy American made automobiles, and the setting up
- 13:39Speaker 1: of the Trump Accounts that will fundamentally change this country
- 13:42Speaker 1: with young people. The simple savings plans created by Trump's
- 13:46Speaker 1: new tax law was simple. It aimed to help families
- 13:50Speaker 1: put away more of their own money for their kids' futures. Now,
- 13:55Speaker 1: Treasury Department said Tuesday that more than five point five
- 13:59Speaker 1: million Trump accounts have already been opened, and one point
- 14:03Speaker 1: four million kids eligible for the pilot one thousand dollar
- 14:07Speaker 1: contributions have been opened. Eighty six percent, they say, are
- 14:11Speaker 1: tied to families that are earning less than two hundred
- 14:14Speaker 1: thousand dollars a year, which is exactly what the Trump
- 14:16Speaker 1: accounts were designed to do. We also know that the
- 14:19Speaker 1: One Big Beautiful Bill Act is a massive domestic policy package.
- 14:24Speaker 1: It was crammed with Trump's second term priorities, and it's working.
- 14:28Speaker 1: The House and Senate passed it in July of last year,
- 14:31Speaker 1: with every Democrat and two Republicans saying no to it.
- 14:34Speaker 1: The Senate majority leader John Thune South Dakota Republicans steered
- 14:38Speaker 1: it through the upper chamber on July one. Trump signed
- 14:41Speaker 1: that into law on July fourth. Now what's amazing is
- 14:45Speaker 1: if you look at the numbers and you look at
- 14:47Speaker 1: the growth effects, especially to lower marginal tax rates on
- 14:52Speaker 1: working class Americans. This allows them to have more for savings,
- 14:56Speaker 1: more for investments, and more for them to be able
- 14:59Speaker 1: to and expand their small businesses if they are growing them.
- 15:03Speaker 1: We also know that this information that we have from
- 15:07Speaker 1: Treasury estimates that all of This legislation, often called the OBBBA,
- 15:13Speaker 1: is increasing GDP by one point two percent in twenty
- 15:17Speaker 1: twenty six, one point four percent they expect in twenty
- 15:20Speaker 1: twenty seven, and one point five percent in twenty twenty eight.
- 15:25Speaker 1: That is incredible. So almost every US tax filer got
- 15:29Speaker 1: to cut this year, coming in an eighty two billion
- 15:32Speaker 1: in relief. That is something that every American should celebrate.
- 15:37Speaker 1: And when if you look at what the Democrats wanted
- 15:40Speaker 1: to do, that is where the real story is, and
- 15:43Speaker 1: that is what so many Americans should also be terrified of.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Is what Democrats say they'll do if they get back
- 15:50Speaker 1: control and power. They wanted you to pay a five
- 15:55Speaker 1: trillion dollar tax hike this tax season, that was their plan. Instead,
- 16:02Speaker 1: the Republicans said, no, Americans deserve more of their money,
- 16:06Speaker 1: while Democrats said, we want to take another five trillion
- 16:09Speaker 1: from the average American. Now, I hope you'll take everything
- 16:14Speaker 1: I just told you, and I hope you'll share it
- 16:16Speaker 1: wherever you can, because I promise you what I just
- 16:19Speaker 1: told you is not going to be reported on by
- 16:21Speaker 1: the media and they're not going to talk about just
- 16:24Speaker 1: how much money the Democratic Party wanted to take from
- 16:27Speaker 1: you either. Because most Americans when they hear that the
- 16:30Speaker 1: Democrats wanted five trillion more of your dollars in this
- 16:34Speaker 1: last tax year, they would say that's insane. Well, that's
- 16:37Speaker 1: exactly what their plan was, and that is what they
- 16:40Speaker 1: voted for. Every Democrat said no to giving you more
- 16:44Speaker 1: of your money back. So if you want to know
- 16:46Speaker 1: what the midterms are about, this is it right here.
- 16:49Speaker 1: And I promise you the president and other conservatives should
- 16:52Speaker 1: be running on this issue. We're going to start with
- 16:56Speaker 1: a very interesting story federal agents arresting a Newport Beach,
- 17:00Speaker 1: California businessman. It was happening all during a pre dawn
- 17:04Speaker 1: raid at his not home but mansion on Wednesday, and
- 17:08Speaker 1: they charged him with legally supplying US origin computer hardware
- 17:13Speaker 1: directly to Tehran and what was it being used for
- 17:17Speaker 1: in military and nuclear operations that according to federal prosecutors.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Jamsheed Gomi is a sixty three year old and a
- 17:26Speaker 1: dual citizen of Iran and the United States. He was
- 17:30Speaker 1: taken into custody during the FBI raid. The New York
- 17:32Speaker 1: Post has also reported now he's been charged with conspiracy
- 17:37Speaker 1: to violate the International Emergency Economy Powers Act and is
- 17:41Speaker 1: expected to make his initial appearance Wednesday afternoon in federal
- 17:45Speaker 1: court in Santa Anna, California. Prosecutors are alleging that the
- 17:49Speaker 1: man not only sold computer hardware to the Iranian government
- 17:53Speaker 1: through a year long scheme designed to evade US sanctions,
- 17:58Speaker 1: earning millions of dollars in the process. Gomy is accused
- 18:02Speaker 1: of aiding our declared enemies by selling US origin computer
- 18:06Speaker 1: networking parts to Iran and earning millions of dollars in
- 18:09Speaker 1: violation of US sanctioned laws. That's what the US attorney
- 18:13Speaker 1: said in his statement. We will hold him accountable by
- 18:16Speaker 1: seeking an appropriate prison sentence and by seizing his assets,
- 18:20Speaker 1: including his thirty five million dollar Newport Beach mansion. Now,
- 18:26Speaker 1: dozens of federal agents and tactical gear gathered before dawn
- 18:30Speaker 1: at a nearby parking lot before traveling in a convoy
- 18:33Speaker 1: to the residents. Located within an exclusive gated community. Agents
- 18:37Speaker 1: surrounded the property and called for Gomy to come outside.
- 18:41Speaker 1: What's going on When occupant of the home asked, as
- 18:44Speaker 1: agents escorted Gomy's wife and two adult sons outside, as well.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Investigators carrying power tools and evidence boxes entered the residence
- 18:54Speaker 1: while an interpreter arrived to interview Gomy. After the interview,
- 18:58Speaker 1: Gomy emerged from the home and was taken into custody.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Now in addition to the sanctions related charges, authorities said
- 19:05Speaker 1: they are investigating Gomy for possible money laundering, tax evasion,
- 19:09Speaker 1: and other offenses. According to prosecutors, Gome generated more than
- 19:13Speaker 1: ten million annually through his computer business, while reporting no
- 19:18Speaker 1: more than twenty thousand in income to the Internal Revenue Service.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Federal investigators alleged that for more than a decade, Gomi
- 19:26Speaker 1: used a Tehran based computer networking company he found it
- 19:30Speaker 1: to obtain US networking equipment for customers in Iran and
- 19:34Speaker 1: violation of the US sanctions. Authorities say Gom arranged shipments
- 19:39Speaker 1: of more than two hundred and fifty tons of controlled
- 19:43Speaker 1: US technology and used his personal eBay and PayPal accounts
- 19:48Speaker 1: to make hundreds of additional purchases of computer networking equipment
- 19:52Speaker 1: that was ultimately shipped directly to Iran. Prosecutors also say
- 19:56Speaker 1: negotiated purchases directly with suppliers in Minnesota and Nebraska, routing
- 20:02Speaker 1: equipment at a front company in the UAE before it
- 20:05Speaker 1: was sent on to Iran. Authorities also led to use
- 20:08Speaker 1: freight forwarders and intermediaries in Dubai to conceal Iran as
- 20:13Speaker 1: the final destination, knowing that he was breaking the law.
- 20:17Speaker 1: According to the prosecutors, Gomi and his co conspirators referred
- 20:20Speaker 1: to Iran as the motherland in internal communications related to
- 20:24Speaker 1: the procurement of the equipment. The technology allegedly supplied by
- 20:28Speaker 1: Gomi was distributed to hundreds of Iranian companies and government entities,
- 20:33Speaker 1: many of which were already subject to US sanctions. Prosecutors
- 20:37Speaker 1: said a portion of the equipment was supplied to organized
- 20:40Speaker 1: connected individuals and Iran's nuclear in military programs as well,
- 20:45Speaker 1: and that may be the most shocking part of all.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Gomi's most prominent asset was as more than fourteen thousand
- 20:53Speaker 1: square foot mansion. It was situated on a bluff overlooking
- 20:56Speaker 1: the Pacific Ocean. The property featured iron gates, multiple chandeliers,
- 21:01Speaker 1: and dual fountains at the entrance to impress anyone that
- 21:05Speaker 1: decided to come visit. The prosecutor said. The arrests demonstrated
- 21:09Speaker 1: the federal government's commitment to enforcing sanctions as the United
- 21:13Speaker 1: States continues military operations against Iran, and there is a
- 21:17Speaker 1: question that you should be asking how did this guy
- 21:19Speaker 1: get away with this for so long. What'll be clear,
- 21:22Speaker 1: the prior administration, the Biden administration, they didn't lift the
- 21:25Speaker 1: sanctions on Iran. They just deliberately chose not to enforce
- 21:28Speaker 1: the sanctions, allowing people like Gomi to do exactly what
- 21:31Speaker 1: he was doing. They literally looked the other way, hoping
- 21:35Speaker 1: that appeasement with Iran would work, and that meant saying, oh, no, no, no,
- 21:38Speaker 1: we have sanctions on Iran, but do they matter if
- 21:41Speaker 1: you're not enforcing them. We now know quote that our
- 21:44Speaker 1: nation's laws prohibit doing business with one of the world's
- 21:47Speaker 1: largest state sponsors of terrorism, and it must be enforced
- 21:51Speaker 1: and obeyed. Again, another example of the Trump administration actually
- 21:55Speaker 1: abiding by the laws while the radical left does everything
- 21:58Speaker 1: they can to help these individuals continue to do business
- 22:01Speaker 1: in the United States of America. It truly is amazing
- 22:05Speaker 1: that this individual was not caught sooner. If it wasn't
- 22:08Speaker 1: for the Trump administration, he'd probably still be doing business
- 22:11Speaker 1: right now. I'll tell you what, it's pretty awesome. America
- 22:14Speaker 1: is entering its two hundred and fiftieth year and the
- 22:17Speaker 1: direction of this country is being decided right now in
- 22:19Speaker 1: our culture and our economy, and who we choose to
- 22:22Speaker 1: support matters more than ever now. Most wireless companies don't
- 22:27Speaker 1: care who you are or what you believe. They just
- 22:30Speaker 1: want your money. Patriot Mobile they're different. For more than
- 22:34Speaker 1: twelve years, they've still with Americans who believe freedom is
- 22:37Speaker 1: worth defending, funding the Christian Conservative movement when others have
- 22:42Speaker 1: stayed silent. And here's the deal. You don't have to
- 22:46Speaker 1: give up quality or service when you switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 22:50Speaker 1: They deliver premium priority access on all three major US networks,
- 22:56Speaker 1: so you'll get the same or better coverage than you

- 23:27Speaker 1: can call them nine to seven to two Patriot and

- 23:37Speaker 1: verdict or nine seven to two Patriot and switch today.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Another big story that I think is really important that
- 23:43Speaker 1: we also highlight right now is one that is connected
- 23:46Speaker 1: very much to the story I mentioned about the individual
- 23:49Speaker 1: from Iran, and that is Democrats now are seeking to
- 23:53Speaker 1: undo Donald Trump's tough new policy on green card holders.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Democrats on Apple Hill say they're going to move to
- 24:02Speaker 1: overturn the president's immigration policy changes now Trump's second term.
- 24:08Speaker 1: He said, I'm going to have a new rule that
- 24:09Speaker 1: could require many Green card applicants already living legally in
- 24:13Speaker 1: the United States to leave the country and complete their
- 24:16Speaker 1: applications from abroad. That according to report by The Hill,
- 24:20Speaker 1: and multiple national outlets have also confirmed the details. Now
- 24:25Speaker 1: the Democrats are losing their minds, saying the policy could
- 24:27Speaker 1: affect hundreds of thousands of immigrants currently working, studying, and
- 24:31Speaker 1: raising families in the United States of America now. For decades,
- 24:34Speaker 1: many legal immigrants have been able to apply for permanent
- 24:37Speaker 1: residency through a process known as adjustment of status, allowing
- 24:42Speaker 1: them to remain in the US while their green card
- 24:44Speaker 1: applications were reviewed. But the Trump administration said this has
- 24:48Speaker 1: become a massive loophole and the new guidance dramatically changes
- 24:52Speaker 1: that process. Under the policy, the applicants could now be
- 24:55Speaker 1: required to return to their home countries and complete the
- 24:58Speaker 1: process through a US consulate unless they can demonstrate what
- 25:02Speaker 1: the administration calls extraordinary circumstances. Now, the administration argues this
- 25:07Speaker 1: isn't a new law, but rather return to the original
- 25:10Speaker 1: intent of immigration status. Homeland Security officials say the temporary
- 25:14Speaker 1: visas were never intended to become an automatic pathway to
- 25:19Speaker 1: permanent residency, and that the new rules will make the
- 25:22Speaker 1: immigration system more orderly and also efficient. The administration is
- 25:27Speaker 1: also indicated that expectations may be available for individuals who
- 25:32Speaker 1: provide a significant economic benefit or serve the national interests. Well, Democrats,
- 25:38Speaker 1: you know what they're going to do. Stand up for
- 25:40Speaker 1: those that aren't American citizens before. They stand up for
- 25:43Speaker 1: American citizens every single time they can do it, and
- 25:48Speaker 1: that's exactly what they're doing now. They're calling this move
- 25:51Speaker 1: by the Trump administration disruptive and harmful and hurtful, and
- 25:55Speaker 1: they argue it could separate families, disrupt careers, create uncertainty
- 25:59Speaker 1: firm employers, and forced legal immigrants, and to link the
- 26:03Speaker 1: overseas processing backlogs that can stretch for months or even years,
- 26:07Speaker 1: again making sure they put those from outside of America
- 26:10Speaker 1: ahead of you. Now, immigration advocates are also warning that
- 26:14Speaker 1: this will be a disaster, but again, look at the
- 26:17Speaker 1: open border process and what we've actually had in this country. Now,
- 26:20Speaker 1: the debate now centers on a larger question what should
- 26:24Speaker 1: legal immigration look like in America. Supporters of President Trump
- 26:28Speaker 1: who voted for him said it was very clear they
- 26:31Speaker 1: wanted to shut down the borders, they wanted an orderly program,
- 26:33Speaker 1: and they wanted to get illegal immigrants out of this country.
- 26:36Speaker 1: They wanted to stop rewarding people who were coming into
- 26:39Speaker 1: this country illegally with government benefits as well. And the
- 26:42Speaker 1: Trump policy says the administration is simply enforcing the immigration
- 26:46Speaker 1: laws that are already on the books and closing these
- 26:50Speaker 1: loopholes that encourage temporary visitors to remain permanently. Now Democrats
- 26:56Speaker 1: say no, we are going to go back to what
- 26:58Speaker 1: we had before that allowed for massive immigration into this country.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Democrats are now pushing this as a election your issue,
- 27:06Speaker 1: and they're also saying they're going to have legal challenges
- 27:09Speaker 1: to block the policy as well. Now, the outcome could
- 27:12Speaker 1: determine literally how hundreds of thousands of future Green card
- 27:15Speaker 1: applicants navigate the path to permanent residency in the United
- 27:19Speaker 1: States of America, and once again the Democratic Party making
- 27:23Speaker 1: it clear we stand for legal immigrants and those from
- 27:27Speaker 1: outside the United States of America before we stand up
- 27:31Speaker 1: for Americans and what Americans want and or believe on
- 27:34Speaker 1: the issue. And that's exactly why this is going to
- 27:37Speaker 1: be a major election year issue. Make sure you share
