- 0:00Speaker 1: If you want a snapshot of what the Trump administration
- 0:04Speaker 1: means when they say they're waging a war on fraud,
- 0:07Speaker 1: look no further than the numbers released by the Assistant
- 0:11Speaker 1: Attorney General for Fraud Enforcement, Colin McDonald, speaking at a
- 0:16Speaker 1: national Anti Fraud roundtable led by the Vice President Jade Vance,
- 0:21Speaker 1: McDonald announced that the newly created National Fraud Enforcement Division
- 0:25Speaker 1: has already recorded more than four hundred and fifty major
- 0:31Speaker 1: fraud enforcement actions in its first fifty days.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Now.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Those actions include criminal charges, convictions already getting guilty pleas,
- 0:43Speaker 1: and sentencing actions targeting individuals accused of stealing millions and
- 0:48Speaker 1: millions of taxpayer dollars. Now, this is an astonishing pace
- 0:53Speaker 1: for a division that essentially didn't exist just a few
- 0:56Speaker 1: months ago.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Now.
- 0:57Speaker 1: The National Fraud Enforcement Division was created after Acting Attorney
- 1:02Speaker 1: General Todd Blanche ordered the Department of Justice to build
- 1:05Speaker 1: a dedicated nationwide task force that was focused on fraud
- 1:10Speaker 1: involving taxpayer funded programs. The mission is incredibly straightforward, and
- 1:16Speaker 1: in government, let's be clear, you don't get that very often.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Their job find the people stealing from government programs and
- 1:24Speaker 1: then prosecute them aggressively. The Trump administration has made fraud
- 1:30Speaker 1: one of its signature issues, and they're now arguing that
- 1:34Speaker 1: not only are millions, but actually billions of taxpayer dollars
- 1:38Speaker 1: have been lost through abuse of medicaid, pandemic relief programs,
- 1:43Speaker 1: the welfare system in general, and also many other federally
- 1:48Speaker 1: funded initiatives. The Vice President has repeatedly described the efforts
- 1:53Speaker 1: as a national campaign to root out waste, fraud, and abuse.
- 1:59Speaker 1: From America's revolutionary war to Israel's fight for survival in
- 2:04Speaker 1: nineteen forty eight, both nations have faced moments that tested
- 2:08Speaker 1: their courage, yet freedom endured. In October of nineteen eighty five,
- 2:12Speaker 1: President Ronald Reagan delivered these remarks about America's commitment to
- 2:16Speaker 1: stand with Israel.
- 2:17Speaker 4: In our talks, we paid special attention to two issues,
- 2:20Speaker 4: our commitment to Israel's security and well being, and our
- 2:23Speaker 4: shared desire to move forward together toward a just and
- 2:26Speaker 4: lasting piece between Israel and all its Arab neighbors. A strong,
- 2:30Speaker 4: secure Israel is a shared interest.
- 2:32Speaker 1: As Americas celebrates its two hundred and fiftieth anniversary, the
- 2:36Speaker 1: International Fellowship of Christians and Jews reflects on the friendship
- 2:40Speaker 1: between the United States and Israel, two democracies built on faith, liberty,
- 2:46Speaker 1: and hope. Sign up to receive a free USA Israel

- 2:56Speaker 2: That's flag pin if CJ.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I want you to listen to what McDonald had to
- 3:04Speaker 1: say about what they've uncovered in such a short period
- 3:08Speaker 1: of time.
- 3:09Speaker 5: The scope of this is larger than ever. As mister
- 3:12Speaker 5: blanche there in that clip said, we are now putting
- 3:15Speaker 5: the necessary resources behind the fraud crisis that we're facing
- 3:19Speaker 5: in the country, and we're off to a great start.
- 3:22Speaker 5: We're over four hundred and fifty major fraud of events
- 3:25Speaker 5: at this point, just in the first fifty two days
- 3:28Speaker 5: of this Fraud division, and we're just getting started.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Do you have cooperation from the states in general?
- 3:37Speaker 5: So state cooperation is essential to what we're trying to
- 3:41Speaker 5: achieve here data and that's because really the problem is
- 3:46Speaker 5: national and the front line of this battle is really
- 3:50Speaker 5: the state prosecutor units. Some states are doing very well
- 3:55Speaker 5: in that regard, and we have great cooperation from them.
- 3:59Speaker 5: Other states can can kick up their support for this
- 4:03Speaker 5: and make sure that the resources that the federal government
- 4:06Speaker 5: even puts into their prosecutorial programs, that those resources are
- 4:11Speaker 5: being used to the maximum extent possible to make sure
- 4:14Speaker 5: that as many fraudsters as possible are put behind bars
- 4:17Speaker 5: for their conduct.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Now, let's just talk about what they have found in
- 4:21Speaker 1: just the first fifty days. Among the examples being highlighted
- 4:26Speaker 1: is charges against fifteen defendants tied to major medicaid fraud
- 4:30Speaker 1: schemes in Minnesota. The prosecution of a shocking six hundred
- 4:35Speaker 1: and fifty million dollar Medicaid related sober homes fraud scheme
- 4:40Speaker 1: in Arizona.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Yes, it's just in Arizona.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Six hundred and fifty million dollars, a guilty plea connected
- 4:47Speaker 1: to a two hundred and seventy million dollar medicaid fraud
- 4:50Speaker 1: operation in California. Numerous convictions and sentencing actions involving misuse
- 4:57Speaker 1: of taxpayer funded programs on top of that. Now, what
- 5:00Speaker 1: McDonald's said is the message is very simple. Every dollar
- 5:04Speaker 1: is stolen from programs designed to help the elderly, the poor,
- 5:08Speaker 1: the sick and vulnerable in this country is a dollar
- 5:12Speaker 1: deliberately stolen from the American taxpayers. Now, the first week
- 5:16Speaker 1: alone was massive. The administration now has disclosed the early
- 5:21Speaker 1: results of what they did just In the very first
- 5:23Speaker 1: week of the operation, the Division announced actions involving more
- 5:27Speaker 1: than three hundred and forty million dollars in fraud schemes,
- 5:33Speaker 1: including major cases involving pandemic relief fraud, Medicare fraud, and
- 5:39Speaker 1: unemployment fraud. Federal prosecutors also secured millions of dollars in
- 5:44Speaker 1: restitution orders aimed at recovering taxpayer dollars. One of the
- 5:49Speaker 1: most high profile cases you may remember involved the Feeding
- 5:54Speaker 1: Our Future fraud scandal in Minnesota, where hundreds of millions
- 5:58Speaker 1: of taxpayer dollars intended to feed children that were going
- 6:04Speaker 1: hungry during the pandemic were diverted into luxury purchases, overseas,
- 6:09Speaker 1: real estate, and personal spending by the fraudsters. The Trump
- 6:13Speaker 1: administration's argument is that fraud isn't a victimless crime. When
- 6:18Speaker 1: someone steals from medicaid, Medicare, pandemic funds, nutrition programs, unemployment system,
- 6:25Speaker 1: taxpayers ultimately are footing the bill, and that's why McDonald
- 6:29Speaker 1: said the Division is treating every fraud case as a
- 6:32Speaker 1: direct attack on the American people. For decades, the FBI
- 6:38Speaker 1: has had a top ten most wanted list.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Well, now there's a new list.
- 6:43Speaker 1: It's the FBI's Top ten most Wanted Fraudsters list. And
- 6:47Speaker 1: if you've ever wondered where your tax dollurs go or
- 6:49Speaker 1: why government fraud seems to keep making headlines, well, the
- 6:53Speaker 1: FBI says it's time to put some faces on the
- 6:56Speaker 1: actual problem. That's why the FBI directs or Cashptel and
- 7:01Speaker 1: build a brand new initiative, the FBI's Top ten Most
- 7:04Speaker 1: Wanted Fraudster's List, a public effort, he said, to track
- 7:08Speaker 1: down some of the most notorious financial criminals accused of
- 7:12Speaker 1: stealing more than a billion dollars from American taxpayers now.
- 7:17Speaker 1: The announcement came in Ohio alongside senior Justice Department officials
- 7:22Speaker 1: as federal authorities also revealed charges against defendant's accused of
- 7:26Speaker 1: running a massive medicaid fraud scheme involving children services. Yeah,
- 7:32Speaker 1: they're not just stealing from us, but they're actually stealing
- 7:34Speaker 1: money that's supposed to be going.
- 7:35Speaker 2: To children now.
- 7:37Speaker 1: According the federal prosecutors, the scheme allegedly built taxpayers roughly
- 7:41Speaker 1: thirty million for therapy services that were medically unnecessary or
- 7:47Speaker 1: never provided at all. The Director of the FBI, Betel,
- 7:52Speaker 1: made it clear that this effort is about changing the
- 7:55Speaker 1: way the FBI goes after white collar criminals.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Now.
- 7:59Speaker 1: One of the strong from today's announcement was Patel warning
- 8:02Speaker 1: that these suspects are not harmless paper pushers. They stole
- 8:08Speaker 1: more than one billion. Patel said as he launched the
- 8:11Speaker 1: new list, I want you to hear exactly what the
- 8:14Speaker 1: FBI director had to say.
- 8:16Speaker 6: Operation Playground Therapy is what the FBI is here to
- 8:18Speaker 6: talk about today, as the Attorney General highlighted, literally tens
- 8:23Speaker 6: of millions of dollars that was supposed to go to
- 8:25Speaker 6: kids was stolen allegedly by individuals who worked in government
- 8:31Speaker 6: and the private sector and thought they could fleece Americans
- 8:35Speaker 6: and our treasure, our children of the hard earned dollars,
- 8:38Speaker 6: the taxpayer dollars that we provide to support them in
- 8:40Speaker 6: their time of need.
- 8:42Speaker 7: Well, they got caught.
- 8:43Speaker 6: And not only did they get caught, so many others
- 8:45Speaker 6: got caught. Just take a look at some of the
- 8:46Speaker 6: vehicles that are here as part of their ill gotten
- 8:49Speaker 6: gains and proceeds. They didn't just take the money, they
- 8:52Speaker 6: paraded it around the country. And thanks to this team
- 8:55Speaker 6: here you are seeing what hard work, dedication to the
- 8:59Speaker 6: rule of law and true, unified effort across all fronts,
- 9:02Speaker 6: when no one wants the credit and everyone wants to
- 9:04Speaker 6: just do the work.
- 9:05Speaker 7: These are the.
- 9:05Speaker 6: Results that we're here to talk about today, importantly for
- 9:09Speaker 6: the FBI, and thanks to Vice President JD.
- 9:11Speaker 7: Vance's vision. He had an idea.
- 9:13Speaker 6: He said, Hey, you guys have a top ten most
- 9:16Speaker 6: wanted list for all gang bangers, terrorists, narco traffickers.
- 9:21Speaker 7: Murders and rapists around the world.
- 9:23Speaker 6: How about we have a top ten list for most
- 9:25Speaker 6: wanted fraudstars. So, mister Vice President, thanks to your vision,
- 9:28Speaker 6: we're here to deliver and you see it here today.
- 9:30Speaker 6: It is live officially on the FBI website. I want
- 9:33Speaker 6: all Americans to take a look at these most wanted
- 9:35Speaker 6: individuals and look at the amounts, the tens of millions
- 9:39Speaker 6: and billions of dollars in fraud that they have decimated
- 9:42Speaker 6: our societies from.
- 9:44Speaker 7: We rely on you.
- 9:45Speaker 6: Our best form of information is the American public. Take
- 9:49Speaker 6: a look at this top ten most wanted. Let us
- 9:51Speaker 6: know any information. There is no bad piece of information.
- 9:55Speaker 6: The only bad piece of information is the one you
- 9:57Speaker 6: don't give us. So call one eight hundred, call FBI
- 10:00Speaker 6: or go to FBI dot gov.
- 10:01Speaker 7: And help us apprehend more fraudsters.
- 10:05Speaker 6: The last thing I want to talk about is the
- 10:07Speaker 6: work of the FBI and the Interagency isn't just domestic.
- 10:10Speaker 6: The fraudsters have created programs overseas that have fleeced Americans
- 10:15Speaker 6: of billions of dollars.
- 10:16Speaker 7: The FBI has led that charge.
- 10:18Speaker 6: Against scam center compounds stood up in Southeast Asia and
- 10:20Speaker 6: the Middle East, freeing thousands of trafficked workers. Just in
- 10:24Speaker 6: the last year, under the Trump Advance administration and the
- 10:26Speaker 6: Fraud Initiative, we have captured and freed eight billion dollars
- 10:30Speaker 6: in fraud in scam centers that were stood up by
- 10:33Speaker 6: the CCP and other adversaries in places like Thailand, Laos,
- 10:36Speaker 6: and Cambodia and the Middle East. And we're working with
- 10:39Speaker 6: our interagency and partners across the world to bring hundreds
- 10:43Speaker 6: of individuals to justice. Just the other week in the
- 10:45Speaker 6: Middle East in Dubai, we arrested three hundred individuals responsible
- 10:49Speaker 6: for four.
- 10:49Speaker 7: Billion dollars in fraud.
- 10:51Speaker 6: They prey on our senior citizens here from overseas, and
- 10:55Speaker 6: this administration has made it abundantly clear there is no
- 10:58Speaker 6: distance we won't travel to make sure we apprehend each
- 11:00Speaker 6: and every one of these individuals.
- 11:02Speaker 7: The FBI is leading the.
- 11:03Speaker 6: Effort to scuttle these stam centers permanently, to free the
- 11:06Speaker 6: traffic workers, and most importantly, to also secure our taxpayer
- 11:10Speaker 6: dollars and make sure that this eight billion in counting
- 11:13Speaker 6: in scam center fraud that the FBI is delivered on
- 11:15Speaker 6: so far only continues to grow. And we're going to
- 11:18Speaker 6: keep doing it. I just want to thank the Attorney General,
- 11:21Speaker 6: the interagency partnerships here, state and local.
- 11:23Speaker 7: I've set it over and over again.
- 11:25Speaker 6: The FBI's best partners are state and local law enforcement,
- 11:28Speaker 6: and they're here today and these are the results.
- 11:31Speaker 1: So the FBI, under President Trump and CASHP. Hotel's leadership, well,
- 11:35Speaker 1: their message is simple. If America has a top ten
- 11:38Speaker 1: list for murderers or terrorists or cartel leaders and violent fugitives,
- 11:43Speaker 1: then the people accused of stealing massive amounts of money
- 11:46Speaker 1: from taxpayers, retirees, investors, and vulnerable Americans should face the
- 11:51Speaker 1: same level of scrutiny. Now the new list includes alleged
- 11:55Speaker 1: fraudsters connected to investment scams, Why are fraud schemes, cryptocurrency
- 12:01Speaker 1: laundering operations, healthcare fraud and other sophisticated financial crimes. Among
- 12:07Speaker 1: those featured are individuals accused of targeting the elderly Americans,
- 12:12Speaker 1: running international fraud operations, and helping move illicit funds around
- 12:17Speaker 1: the globe. Now, what's especially significant is also the timing.
- 12:22Speaker 1: The Trump administration has spent months emphasizing waste, fraud, and
- 12:25Speaker 1: abuse across government programs. The creation of this new FBI
- 12:30Speaker 1: list fits directly into that broader effort, and President Trumps
- 12:34Speaker 1: repeatedly argued that fraud against taxpayers is not a victimless
- 12:38Speaker 1: crime and that Americans deserve accountability when billions of dollars
- 12:43Speaker 1: disappear through corruption, through scams, and abuse the public programs. Now,
- 12:47Speaker 1: the White House did not announce the list itself today,
- 12:50Speaker 1: that move aligns closely with the administration's a larger focus,
- 12:54Speaker 1: they say on rooting out fraud and recovering taxpayer dollars
- 12:58Speaker 1: and letting the FBI I do exactly what they need
- 13:02Speaker 1: to do. It also is putting the FBI front and
- 13:05Speaker 1: center and betting that the public attention will also work
- 13:08Speaker 1: in helping find these people on the most wanted list.
- 13:11Speaker 1: The bureau's traditional top ten most wanted fugitive lists has
- 13:15Speaker 1: been one of the most successful law enforcement tools in
- 13:18Speaker 1: American history. The FBI reports of the vast majority of
- 13:22Speaker 1: fugitives who have appeared on its famous top ten lists
- 13:25Speaker 1: have ultimately been located or captured, often after tips from
- 13:29Speaker 1: ordinary citizens, and that's exactly why the FBI director is
- 13:33Speaker 1: hoping it will happen again on this new list. By
- 13:37Speaker 1: putting these alleged fraudsters front and center, investigators hope someone
- 13:42Speaker 1: recognizes a face, knows a location, or provides the critical
- 13:46Speaker 1: tip needed to make and arrest. And there's another reason
- 13:49Speaker 1: for this matter as well. For years, Americans have heard
- 13:52Speaker 1: about fraud and abstract terms billions here, millions there, and
- 13:57Speaker 1: it doesn't even seem anything real or like an actual number.
- 14:00Speaker 1: But when taxpayers see the actual individuals that are accused
- 14:04Speaker 1: of orchestrating these schemes, the scale of the problem becomes.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Much much more real and personal.
- 14:10Speaker 1: So, whether it's healthcare fraud or investment scams targeting seniors,
- 14:15Speaker 1: the cryptocurrency schemes, or international wire fraud operations, the FBI
- 14:20Speaker 1: is now signaling that in twenty twenty six, financial criminals
- 14:24Speaker 1: are now going to receive the same public attention that
- 14:27Speaker 1: has traditionally been reserved for violent fugitives. As Director Protel's
- 14:32Speaker 1: team put it today, this is about bringing accountability to
- 14:35Speaker 1: people accused of stealing staggering amounts of money from hardworking
- 14:39Speaker 1: American citizens and funds that were supposed to go and
- 14:42Speaker 1: help the elderly and the poor, as well as children.
- 14:46Speaker 1: The bottom line, the FBI just launched a brand new
- 14:49Speaker 1: most Wanted the lists, not for the murderers, not for
- 14:52Speaker 1: cartel bosses, not for the terrorists, for fraudsters. And if
- 14:56Speaker 1: the FBI gets its way, some of the people accused
- 14:59Speaker 1: of stealing more more than a billion dollars from Americans
- 15:02Speaker 1: may soon find themselves running out of places to hide.
- 15:07Speaker 1: The federal agency overseeing more than one hundred and twenty
- 15:10Speaker 1: six billion dollars and federal contracts is joining Now we
- 15:15Speaker 1: are learning Vice President JD Vance's Anti Fraud Task Force
- 15:19Speaker 1: expanding the White House's crackdown into the federal government's contracting system.
- 15:25Speaker 1: The General Services Administration calls itself the engine of government
- 15:30Speaker 1: and serves as the federal government's central contracting and real
- 15:34Speaker 1: estate agency. Now this is really big because they oversee
- 15:39Speaker 1: the buildings, the services and the goods agencies rely on
- 15:43Speaker 1: to operate and by joining the task force, the GSA
- 15:48Speaker 1: gives one of the Trump administration's highest profile accountability efforts
- 15:54Speaker 1: access to its procurement data, its acquisition expertise, and cross
- 16:00Speaker 1: agency reach. As the White House now seeks to root
- 16:03Speaker 1: out even more fraud in the Public Programs Department, the
- 16:08Speaker 1: GSA sits at the center of the federal acquisition and
- 16:12Speaker 1: contracting ecosystem, making us a critical force in the fight
- 16:16Speaker 1: against fraud, is what the GSA administrator Forced said in
- 16:20Speaker 1: a statement to Fox News Digital.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Now.
- 16:23Speaker 1: This also comes as we're learning just how much fraud
- 16:26Speaker 1: is actually out there. Six point three billion in potential
- 16:30Speaker 1: fraud was uncovered recently. As Fox News explained, it.
- 16:34Speaker 8: Team has identified nearly six point three billion dollars and
- 16:38Speaker 8: suspected fraudulent government contracts. Now, nearly four hundred businesses are
- 16:43Speaker 8: on the clock today to prove those contracts are legitimate.
- 16:47Speaker 8: They have thirty days to do it or they lose
- 16:49Speaker 8: their funding. And we are learning more about the shocking
- 16:52Speaker 8: ways alleged fraudsters are spending your money. Now, this is
- 16:56Speaker 8: from the California Post in San Diego and is charged
- 17:00Speaker 8: with stealing money ear marked to fight fentonel overdoses, but
- 17:03Speaker 8: prosecutors say some of that thirty thousand dollars went to
- 17:06Speaker 8: her cosmetic procedures, breast implants, tweaks to her arms and thighs,
- 17:12Speaker 8: and a Tommy tuck. That's your money. She also bought
- 17:14Speaker 8: flights to Hawaii and Disneyland and got a couple of
- 17:17Speaker 8: purebred dogs. Now in Los Angeles, a man allegedly used
- 17:21Speaker 8: stolen funds to pay for a seven million dollar home,
- 17:24Speaker 8: a one hundred and twenty five thousand dollars range rover,
- 17:27Speaker 8: private school tuition, a private jet, luxury resorts stays, and
- 17:31Speaker 8: a vacation property in Greece. Now elsewhere in southern California,
- 17:36Speaker 8: a man accused of using funds set aside to fight
- 17:39Speaker 8: homelessness used them on his extravagant parties. A forty six
- 17:44Speaker 8: thousand dollars a month Beverly Hills mansion, twenty VIP passes
- 17:47Speaker 8: to Coachella, and high end jewelry and handbags costing up
- 17:51Speaker 8: to one hundred and sixty three thousand dollars. But instead
- 17:55Speaker 8: of recovering what the state lost to fraud, Los Angeles
- 17:59Speaker 8: Mayor care and Bass is asking for an additional six
- 18:03Speaker 8: three hundred and sixty million dollars to prevent homelessness. Isn't
- 18:06Speaker 8: that nice? And finally, a former top ad to Gavin
- 18:09Speaker 8: Newsom is accused of making bogus business expenses topping a
- 18:13Speaker 8: million dollars and using that cash to go on a
- 18:16Speaker 8: spending spree which included a fifteen thousand dollars Chanel handbag
- 18:20Speaker 8: and a one hundred and fifty six thousand dollars birthday
- 18:23Speaker 8: blowout in Mexico. Must be nice, and plenty of fraudsters
- 18:27Speaker 8: are sending their money overseas. On Monday, at California, resident
- 18:30Speaker 8: confessed to funneling more than five million dollars in contracts
- 18:34Speaker 8: to China in Nigeria, and last week's CMS administrator, doctor
- 18:39Speaker 8: Oz told me that the Cuban government might have their
- 18:43Speaker 8: hands in the cookie jar.
- 18:44Speaker 9: We have rampin fraud here and we believe the Cuban
- 18:47Speaker 9: government might be involved in this effort. I was in Flushing, Queens,
- 18:51Speaker 9: New York, where we Chinese are involved in a program
- 18:54Speaker 9: that is defrauding that state with these adult social daycare centers,
- 18:57Speaker 9: which are basically congregation centers for fraud. Again, the States
- 19:00Speaker 9: looking the other way.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Now, it's my good friend Kaylee Mcininni explains, so, well, there,
- 19:04Speaker 1: the waste fraud abuse is just completely out of control,
- 19:08Speaker 1: and that's why the GSA, bringing their advanced analytical capabilities
- 19:13Speaker 1: and their investigative support and their cross government coordination, will
- 19:17Speaker 1: now expose what they describe as the high risk fraud
- 19:20Speaker 1: patterns and then they say, stop the bad actors from
- 19:24Speaker 1: exploiting our taxpayer funded system. Now, the White House Task
- 19:28Speaker 1: Force is very clear on what their objective is. President
- 19:32Speaker 1: Donald Trump said through the executive order that his job
- 19:35Speaker 1: was simple to give the tools needed to reduce fraud, waste,
- 19:40Speaker 1: and abuse in our federal programs. It's chaired, as you know,
- 19:43Speaker 1: by the Vice President, and that task force is now
- 19:46Speaker 1: improving eligibility verification, strengthening payment controls, and sharing data across agencies,
- 19:55Speaker 1: as well as helping law enforcement disrupt the fraud schemes altogether.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Now there's also something else that's interesting here. The GSA
- 20:03Speaker 1: has actually historically had some major problems with improper payments
- 20:08Speaker 1: going out. In February, for instance, the agency's Office of
- 20:11Speaker 1: Inspector General released a report finding that federal customer agencies
- 20:17Speaker 1: relying on GSA pricing on scheduled contracts they say are
- 20:22Speaker 1: at risk of major overpayment due to failure from government
- 20:26Speaker 1: contracting officers or inaccurate information submitted by contractors as well. Now,
- 20:32Speaker 1: the White House Fraud task Force that was established just
- 20:36Speaker 1: in March has already racked up a few big wins
- 20:40Speaker 1: in the week since. Law enforcement working in conjunction with
- 20:43Speaker 1: the task Force has already arrested eight people in California
- 20:47Speaker 1: on suspicions of defrauding public health care services out of
- 20:51Speaker 1: more than fifty million dollars. The task force also is
- 20:55Speaker 1: withheld one point four billion and federal funding from home
- 20:59Speaker 1: health care and hospice providers suspected defrauding the government. The
- 21:04Speaker 1: GSA's participation reinforces now a whole of government strategy that's
- 21:09Speaker 1: focused on restoring accountability, strengthening operational integrity, and ensuring federal
- 21:16Speaker 1: programs deliver results for the American people, the press release continues.
- 21:20Speaker 2: They said.
- 21:21Speaker 1: By combating the task force investigative mission with the GSA's

- 21:31Speaker 1: efforts to increase the transparency, improve efficiency, and reinforce public
- 21:37Speaker 1: trust in the federal operations. Now, this all comes as
- 21:41Speaker 1: President Trump said this about government waste.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Under the leadership of Vice President JD. Vans'm very proud
- 21:48Speaker 3: of this. The White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud
- 21:52Speaker 3: is waging war on waste, fraud, theft, and abuse like
- 21:56Speaker 3: nobody's ever seen before.
- 21:57Speaker 10: He looks like elliot. Ness, do you ever see elliot?
- 22:01Speaker 10: I'm telling you. The guys are rubbing their roars. Guess
- 22:04Speaker 10: he's standing there a lot a group of people. No,
- 22:07Speaker 10: it looks like a movie. I'm going to make a
- 22:08Speaker 10: movie out of it, I think.
- 22:10Speaker 3: And they're finding billions and billions and billions of dollars.
- 22:14Speaker 10: And I just said, that's good. He said, you haven't
- 22:16Speaker 10: seen anything yet. Just said that.
- 22:19Speaker 3: And you know, if he does really great, we'll have
- 22:21Speaker 3: a balanced budget without having to do anything.
- 22:23Speaker 10: This is the kind of money they sold. Their crooks,
- 22:27Speaker 10: their thieves.
- 22:28Speaker 3: And I hope that Todd is going to do a
- 22:30Speaker 3: real job. These are crooked people, These are thieves. This
- 22:33Speaker 3: isn't like a mistake just talking about one person. He
- 22:37Speaker 3: got hundreds of thousands, millions of dollars for securing one man,
- 22:43Speaker 3: for taking care of one elderly man.
- 22:45Speaker 10: He was a service. He got paid millions of dollars
- 22:49Speaker 10: for taking care of one man. Total crook. They're all crooks, the.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Somalians, what they've done to Minnesota, the Somalians crooked as hell,
- 23:00Speaker 3: elon Omar crooked has held.
- 23:02Speaker 10: They're all crooks, and we got them.
- 23:05Speaker 3: We got them. Now we're putting the clamps on. But boy,
- 23:08Speaker 3: that's an oppressive group of guys that get behind you.
- 23:11Speaker 3: I was watching that, and a couple of very strong
- 23:14Speaker 3: women too, So I was watching that last night. I said,
- 23:17Speaker 3: I'm proud of you guys. In two months, we've exposed
- 23:20Speaker 3: tens of billions of dollars of defraud a tax payer money,
- 23:23Speaker 3: prosecuted numerous fraudsst Todd, and stopped billions of suspicious payments,
- 23:29Speaker 3: very suspicious.
- 23:30Speaker 10: Oh you haven't seen anything yet. What do you see.
- 23:32Speaker 10: I'm getting reports from Todd, from JD.
- 23:36Speaker 3: I've never seen anything like it, the kind of just
- 23:39Speaker 3: hundreds of billions of dollars was stolen, and no other
- 23:43Speaker 3: administration would do what.
- 23:45Speaker 10: We're doing and let it go. Everybody was getting rich.
- 23:49Speaker 3: And I think we have a chance to save social
- 23:52Speaker 3: Security without.
- 23:52Speaker 10: Doing anything to it.
- 23:53Speaker 3: But just the numbers of fraudulent people on Social Security,
- 23:59Speaker 3: people that are one hundred fifteen years old, one hundred
- 24:02Speaker 3: and twenty five years old getting payments. It's funny, I said, oh, doude,
- 24:07Speaker 3: those payments can turn back. No, they accept them. Somebody's
- 24:10Speaker 3: got in the batment. It's not a person that's one
- 24:12Speaker 3: hundred and twenty five years old. But that's the least
- 24:15Speaker 3: of it. The numbers that we're finding out. We have
- 24:17Speaker 3: great people in social security. We're going to make our
- 24:20Speaker 3: social security so strong, so good that you never say
- 24:25Speaker 3: anything like it. We're going to protect I said right
- 24:28Speaker 3: from the beginning, we're going to protect our people in
- 24:30Speaker 3: social Security. If the Democrats ever got in, you wouldn't
- 24:33Speaker 3: have said social Security would be bankrupt.
- 24:35Speaker 10: People wouldn't be getting anything.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Last week, they took down two of the largest medicaid
- 24:41Speaker 3: froadcases in Minnesota history, as well as the largest autism
- 24:45Speaker 3: roadcase ever charged by the federal governor. You saw that
- 24:48Speaker 3: with millions of dollars just being stolen. Everybody had autism.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Everybody had autism. They said it.
- 24:56Speaker 10: Was incredible.
