- 2:05Speaker 5: the voice, Come on dig me now. One and only
- 2:08Speaker 5: Steve Harvey got a radio show Man on Man. Almost
- 2:13Speaker 5: forgot I had one this morning. But I'm okay. I'll
- 2:17Speaker 5: tell you who I am in a little bit. You know,
- 2:18Speaker 5: I get around. Man, it's so much. But man, good
- 2:22Speaker 5: morning everybody. You know today. I was having a conversation
- 2:27Speaker 5: with my wife last night and we were talking about
- 2:31Speaker 5: our plans. You know, we often sit down, you know,
- 2:34Speaker 5: just like a married couple. I mean, you know, you
- 2:36Speaker 5: know we're married. You know, we have children, we have aspirations,
- 2:40Speaker 5: we have hopes, we I mean know, we have things
- 2:42Speaker 5: we want. You know, when you're married, you know, I
- 2:46Speaker 5: mean it's important to say with your partner. I'm not
- 2:48Speaker 5: telling you anything you don't know, it's common sense.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Really.
- 2:51Speaker 5: It's important to sit down with the person that you've
- 2:54Speaker 5: chosen and decided to share your life with it and
- 2:57Speaker 5: have multiple conversations on a lot of things. And we
- 3:00Speaker 5: try to make sure that all of our conversations aren't
- 3:04Speaker 5: always just business related and always kid related, you know,
- 3:09Speaker 5: because that that becomes it's a part of it. But
- 3:14Speaker 5: it weighs so much on the marriage that because that's
- 3:18Speaker 5: the grunt work of being married. You know, your children,
- 3:21Speaker 5: your family, your bills, your your mortgage, your your car notes,
- 3:26Speaker 5: you know the what's due, what's coming up, and if
- 3:31Speaker 5: you're not careful, you'll you'll start that becomes the focal
- 3:36Speaker 5: point of you all's conversation. And this woman or man
- 3:40Speaker 5: or person that you've decided to have this life with,
- 3:43Speaker 5: all of a sudden, they're an extension of your business
- 3:47Speaker 5: and you guys become business partners or whatever, and it
- 3:52Speaker 5: just gets so Anyway, I'm just saying that that is
- 3:54Speaker 5: important to sit down and have these conversations, but it's
- 3:58Speaker 5: even more important to have of the other conversation. You know,
- 4:02Speaker 5: it's important with the person that you're planning on making
- 4:05Speaker 5: the run with to sit down and talk about other.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Things, you know, on a more upbeat note.
- 4:11Speaker 5: You know, we were having a conversation and she was
- 4:15Speaker 5: reminding me of what she loved about me, and then I,
- 4:19Speaker 5: in turn, was turned around telling her the things that
- 4:23Speaker 5: I admired about her and loved about her. And we
- 4:26Speaker 5: kind of have these all the time, you know, when
- 4:28Speaker 5: we sit down and we talk about the things that
- 4:32Speaker 5: we still enjoy about one another, or we may talk
- 4:35Speaker 5: about some of the things that we miss in one another,
- 4:38Speaker 5: but we constantly have these conversations about appreciation. You know,
- 4:43Speaker 5: It's so important man, that the other person feels appreciated.
- 4:47Speaker 1: So these things are important.
- 4:49Speaker 5: But we got into the conversation deeper last night, and
- 4:52Speaker 5: I was telling her about this idea that I had
- 4:56Speaker 5: and that I wanted her to help me with and
- 4:59Speaker 5: make a phone call for me because she knows these
- 5:02Speaker 5: people and I was going to be doing this, and
- 5:04Speaker 5: then my wife reminded me of something not once again,
- 5:08Speaker 5: you know, as always, you know, when I'm talking to you,
- 5:11Speaker 5: I just keep it as real as I can. I
- 5:13Speaker 5: don't know the Bible inside out. I can't quote to
- 5:17Speaker 5: you scriptures and tell you exactly where it is. I just,
- 5:20Speaker 5: you know, I heard her say it, but it kind
- 5:22Speaker 5: of blew by me. I was I was telling her
- 5:26Speaker 5: about something I wanted to make happen, and she reminded
- 5:29Speaker 5: me that there's a scripture somewhere, and somebody emailed it
- 5:32Speaker 5: to me today.
- 5:32Speaker 1: I'm sure.
- 5:34Speaker 5: Well, the Bible reminds us not to be anxious for anything.
- 5:38Speaker 5: Don't be anxious for something. And you know, it really
- 5:43Speaker 5: mattered to me at that point yesterday that she brought
- 5:45Speaker 5: this to my attention, because how many times I've been
- 5:48Speaker 5: guilty of that in my past and I've learned better now,
- 5:52Speaker 5: but every now and then I need to be reminded,
- 5:55Speaker 5: you know. And I think that what she was saying
- 5:59Speaker 5: to me was, you know, I've gotten to a point
- 6:02Speaker 5: in my life, and we all should get to a
- 6:05Speaker 5: point where.
- 6:05Speaker 1: You know, you've heard old people say this.
- 6:08Speaker 5: If you're gonna pray about something, then don't worry about it,
- 6:11Speaker 5: And if you're gonna worry about it, don't pray about it.
- 6:15Speaker 5: Back to this, be anxious for nothing, don't. If you're
- 6:20Speaker 5: going to trust in God, then't do that. And trusting
- 6:25Speaker 5: in him means sometimes you got to be patient. God
- 6:30Speaker 5: has never been too late. You don't know the plan
- 6:34Speaker 5: he has you don't know. You don't really always know
- 6:36Speaker 5: his will. You definitely don't know his route, his way
- 6:40Speaker 5: of doing anything. So he's always on time. He's always
- 6:44Speaker 5: been there on time for me. He's always been there
- 6:47Speaker 5: on time for you. How many times have you thought
- 6:50Speaker 5: it was over only to find out it's really just begun.
- 6:55Speaker 5: How many times have people wrote you off? Are those
- 7:00Speaker 5: of you who have lost jobs but you are still maintaining?
- 7:06Speaker 5: But man, God has already began to turn around process
- 7:10Speaker 5: for many of us. Some of us lost jobs and
- 7:14Speaker 5: now have better jobs. Some of us lost jobs and
- 7:18Speaker 5: now has forced us to rekindle that dream and that
- 7:22Speaker 5: vision for business we had. Sometimes the mishap is the
- 7:27Speaker 5: thing you need to make something good happen. See a
- 7:31Speaker 5: lot of times we get so comfortable in our life
- 7:34Speaker 5: where we just we get complacent. We just settled in
- 7:39Speaker 5: and when this is it and this is what I'm doing.
- 7:42Speaker 5: But in actuality, God has a tremendous amount of abundance
- 7:47Speaker 5: for you. He has an amazing amount of things. He
- 7:49Speaker 5: has all these boxes packaged up with your name on
- 7:53Speaker 5: him that he's willing to ship. If you would just
- 7:56Speaker 5: align yourself with some of his wills, so you could
- 7:59Speaker 5: get what's some.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Of these things?
- 8:01Speaker 5: How many times have you thought it was over and
- 8:04Speaker 5: it didn't really go over. How many times have you
- 8:07Speaker 5: thought have well, this is it and it wasn't it
- 8:10Speaker 5: at all.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Well, how many times do you.
- 8:12Speaker 5: Thought, well, it don't look like this gonna work out,
- 8:14Speaker 5: and it didn't work out, but then something better came along?
- 8:18Speaker 5: How many times has that happened? You've got to realize this.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Man.
- 8:22Speaker 5: I was talking to a family who had got displaced
- 8:25Speaker 5: from the Katrina thing that happened down there in New Orleans.
- 8:29Speaker 5: And Man, when they said, yeah, we got a displaced
- 8:32Speaker 5: from Katrina, and I braced myself because, oh woe is me?
- 8:36Speaker 5: Here comes this story. I gotta hear this, and I
- 8:38Speaker 5: gotta be encouraged and think of something. It was totally different.
- 8:42Speaker 5: They totally totally blew me away.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Man.
- 8:45Speaker 5: The brother said, Man, is actually the best thing that
- 8:48Speaker 5: ever happened to my family. And I went whoa And
- 8:52Speaker 5: he said, yeah, man, he said, because what happened was,
- 8:55Speaker 5: he said, I got settled in. He said, Plus, I
- 8:58Speaker 5: was doing some things outside of my marriage down there,
- 9:02Speaker 5: he said, I was doing some stuff in the streets.
- 9:04Speaker 5: I ain't need to be doing. He said, Man, it
- 9:06Speaker 5: all got washed away. We thought our life would never
- 9:09Speaker 5: be the same. But he said, man, my life ain't
- 9:11Speaker 5: need to be the same.
- 9:13Speaker 1: He said. Man.
- 9:14Speaker 5: Now we live up here in Texas. We got a house,
- 9:18Speaker 5: don't know nobody, he said, I ain't got nobody I
- 9:20Speaker 5: know to get into trouble with. He said, man, I
- 9:22Speaker 5: done rediscovered my wife, how beautiful she really is, how
- 9:26Speaker 5: much my family really was counting on me. And he said, man,
- 9:28Speaker 5: it straightened me up. Man, he said, so, I gotta
- 9:31Speaker 5: tell you, Steve, it was the best thing that ever
- 9:33Speaker 5: happened to me. Now that's not always the case, but
- 9:37Speaker 5: it's how you look at a situation. But just don't
- 9:40Speaker 5: be anxious for anything, because God got a fix for
- 9:43Speaker 5: you if you just let him work. So just stay
- 9:47Speaker 5: on course, stay focused, don't lose faith, don't be anxious. Man,
- 9:52Speaker 5: just stay in the wheel. Let God work with you.
- 9:55Speaker 5: He got some great stuff in the store for you.

- 11:27Speaker 6: You feel the same way.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Is Junior correct.
- 11:33Speaker 6: What he's saying? Are we wrong?
- 11:36Speaker 1: Well? Are you wrong? I say you was wrong. I'm
- 11:40Speaker 1: just think what is you saying? Though?
- 11:42Speaker 7: I'm just saying up here, we're ungrateful. That's what we're saying.
- 11:48Speaker 7: I ain't heard nobody say grateful to you today.

- 12:28Speaker 7: Yeah, this is it?
- 12:30Speaker 1: Boy right here, he's special.
- 12:36Speaker 5: Reminds me, I know, Junior, but this kind of reminds
- 12:39Speaker 5: me of that time when it was Women's Day and
- 12:42Speaker 5: then you went in only talking about how greatful you
- 12:45Speaker 5: was for me.
- 12:46Speaker 1: You didn't tell me and tell me what you was doing.
- 12:48Speaker 7: Again once again, took all the credits.
- 12:53Speaker 1: I see how you are.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Do you feel the same way?
- 12:58Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 12:58Speaker 6: That's Did he get that from you? Have you guys
- 13:03Speaker 6: been talking? What is really going on?
- 13:08Speaker 1: Junior? Junior? Did you get that from me?
- 13:12Speaker 7: I just put it out there. I just thought I'd
- 13:13Speaker 7: start to miss swat. I just just just be quiet.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Just throw us under the bus.

- 14:27Speaker 10: I got baby chick. We got a chick that has hatched.
- 14:31Speaker 10: After we have gotten home and open up the egg cotton,
- 14:34Speaker 10: there is a baby chick in the cart. And it's
- 14:37Speaker 10: time to call the grocery stove. Yep, And I think
- 14:41Speaker 10: that's gonna stop you meeting the baby chick.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Let's go. Thank you for coming.
- 14:45Speaker 4: I'm trying to reach warn is clean, which is are
- 14:53Speaker 4: you the manager there?
- 14:54Speaker 11: Yes, sir?
- 14:54Speaker 4: Your name Warren? Yes, sir, this is one Okay, I
- 14:58Speaker 4: need to actually file a lawsuit on y'all, and I'm
- 15:00Speaker 4: actually calling you first to let you know that I'm
- 15:03Speaker 4: getting ready to file a lawsuit on the whole grocery store.
- 15:06Speaker 4: Uh for what did happened to me?
- 15:08Speaker 11: Sir? Tom?
- 15:09Speaker 12: Let me let me get hold on a second. So
- 15:12Speaker 12: let me do this.
- 15:13Speaker 8: Let me let me.
- 15:14Speaker 4: What what did you say?
- 15:15Speaker 9: Your name was?
- 15:16Speaker 4: My name is Evans. Evans is my name?
- 15:19Speaker 12: So Evans is your last name? Let me let me
- 15:21Speaker 12: write this down. And you came into my store? Did
- 15:25Speaker 12: you have an accident in my store or something? I'm
- 15:27Speaker 12: not exact to show what you're calling about.
- 15:29Speaker 4: I ain't had no accident. What happened was I came
- 15:31Speaker 4: in there yesterday and I bought a bunch of grocers
- 15:35Speaker 4: that I bought a card in the eggs right now.
- 15:37Speaker 4: When I got home, I was checking to make sure
- 15:40Speaker 4: the eggs didn't didn't break on the way home. When
- 15:42Speaker 4: I got home, it was a baby chick inside the
- 15:46Speaker 4: egg carton Man, one of the eggs had it had hatch,
- 15:49Speaker 4: and got my kids traumatized. Now they don't even want
- 15:52Speaker 4: to eat breakfast or nothing around here because it's the
- 15:54Speaker 4: baby chick play inside caught the eggs. That don't make
- 15:58Speaker 4: no sense.
- 15:59Speaker 12: Man, I don't mean to let me so you tell
- 16:03Speaker 12: me there was a chicken, a baby chicken, actual chicken,
- 16:07Speaker 12: and a baby.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Chick inside the cart and the eggs. Man, you got
- 16:11Speaker 4: my kids traumatized. Man, don't nobody.
- 16:13Speaker 8: Want you got eggs.
- 16:14Speaker 12: If you just feel it, don't go rout here, because
- 16:16Speaker 12: if you're just calmed down for one second, listen.
- 16:20Speaker 13: What I told y'all.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Put that chicken down in there. Put it down. It
- 16:24Speaker 4: might have Rayze say what.
- 16:27Speaker 8: I don't even think that that's possible.
- 16:29Speaker 12: First of all, if you had any idea how this
- 16:32Speaker 12: thing comes from the.
- 16:33Speaker 14: Farm to the store, it is they go over these eggs.
- 16:37Speaker 12: A countless some of the times, and the temperat and
- 16:40Speaker 12: the phraser first of all, wouldn't even allow.
- 16:42Speaker 13: For a chicken to be alive if you had a baby.
- 16:45Speaker 4: I don't know this one. I don't know how this
- 16:50Speaker 4: one got tasked the system, okay, But what I do
- 16:53Speaker 4: know is we got a baby chick over here running
- 16:56Speaker 4: around because the od sto ain't doing what ch'all's supposed
- 17:00Speaker 4: to do. Man, and I got it, and my kids
- 17:01Speaker 4: are traumatized.
- 17:02Speaker 8: Behind this When did you say you in here?
- 17:04Speaker 4: So I was in there yesterday. I bought the eggs yesterday, man,
- 17:09Speaker 4: down here at Amstree, Yes, I bought them except the
- 17:13Speaker 4: grocery stove. I sure did.
- 17:15Speaker 12: Okay, let's do this.
- 17:16Speaker 14: Why don't you bring me eggs into me and the chick?
- 17:19Speaker 4: So now you want me to transport a baby chick
- 17:23Speaker 4: back to the grocery store. A look, we already traumatized
- 17:27Speaker 4: over here, already behind this dog on baby chick. Man,
- 17:30Speaker 4: I'm not.
- 17:31Speaker 12: Exactly sure what you are trying to pull here, but
- 17:35Speaker 12: I just don't I don't think.
- 17:37Speaker 4: First of all, anyone would.
- 17:39Speaker 12: Common sense will tell you that that's not possible. First
- 17:41Speaker 12: of all, you can't have a baby chick living in
- 17:45Speaker 12: a dozen eggs. There is no possible way that if
- 17:49Speaker 12: the temperature and my freezers are right above freezing, there's
- 17:52Speaker 12: no chickens or fragile creature in the first place. You
- 17:55Speaker 12: can't have a little bird that is not gonna survive
- 17:58Speaker 12: the transport from the farm to the factory to my store.
- 18:04Speaker 4: I'm not kidding. Hey, hey, hey, I'm not gonna go
- 18:08Speaker 4: back and forth, but you.
- 18:10Speaker 12: Hum boy, if you want to bring me a dozen eggs,
- 18:13Speaker 12: bring the dozen eggs in. If you can catch a chick,
- 18:16Speaker 12: catch a chick.
- 18:16Speaker 4: Hey man, you came you. You're supposed to be the manager.
- 18:19Speaker 4: You're not supposed to talk to me like that. So
- 18:20Speaker 4: I'm just all tell.
- 18:21Speaker 8: You, as politely as possible, if you want to bring
- 18:24Speaker 8: in the leven eggs and a chick, I will gladly
- 18:28Speaker 8: with front of your money, give you another car and
- 18:30Speaker 8: ask whatever you want to do.
- 18:31Speaker 4: But I'm not one, and I got all of a
- 18:34Speaker 4: lawsuit because y'all in traumatized me and my kids.
- 18:38Speaker 12: Said listen, all right, let's just bring this down a lawsuit, sir,
- 18:42Speaker 12: over a dozen eggs, old.

- 23:12Speaker 6: I'm sharing a home with my twin and she's on
- 23:16Speaker 6: a dating site. Last year she dated several men, and
- 23:19Speaker 6: she had sex with all of them in the bedroom
- 23:22Speaker 6: next to mine. I think it's disgusting, but it's her
- 23:26Speaker 6: room in half of her house. What can I do
- 23:29Speaker 6: to stop this?
- 23:31Speaker 1: She wants it, y'all twin.

- 23:50Speaker 1: Next next question should all right? All right?
- 23:52Speaker 6: Moving on to Glenn and Raleigh. Glenn writes, my wife
- 23:58Speaker 6: sleeps in pajamas, a row of her bonnet, earplugs and
- 24:03Speaker 6: and I mask. It's like I'm in bed with my
- 24:05Speaker 6: grandma and she's only thirty two. I politely tell her
- 24:12Speaker 6: this is not sexy, not at all.
- 24:17Speaker 5: Uh. She know it ain't sexy. She's trying not to
- 24:21Speaker 5: have sex. And so she got on that wall bonnet
- 24:25Speaker 5: and all that tactical gill. You ain't gonna be able
- 24:30Speaker 5: to cut through that rope that bonnet, get the drawstring untied,
- 24:35Speaker 5: slip them pajama off. Then you gotta get that eye
- 24:39Speaker 5: mask out the way. She probably got on them hunting socks.
- 24:42Speaker 6: You know it just that's the only thing you fuck
- 24:46Speaker 6: you put a bet DJs and a rope, you take
- 24:51Speaker 6: your robe off, and then you get into bed with
- 24:53Speaker 6: your Teachah. Yeah, the sweat box.
- 25:01Speaker 1: There's two people on this show that can't sleep in nothing.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Metal Fall got these clothes.
- 25:09Speaker 5: Yeah, bro, it ain't nothing. How do you tell her
- 25:12Speaker 5: that ain't sexy? She know that ain't sexy. Dog, y'all
- 25:14Speaker 5: got a deeper problem in that. She don't want you.
- 25:16Speaker 15: She's only thirty two.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Yeah, what's it?
- 25:21Speaker 11: What?
- 25:21Speaker 10: How?

- 26:10Speaker 11: Uh.
- 26:10Speaker 6: My boyfriend wasn't mad at first, but when he got
- 26:13Speaker 6: the car clean, he expected me to give him his
- 26:15Speaker 6: one hundred and eighteen dollars back. I think that's ridiculous.
- 26:19Speaker 6: Do I have to pay him back? What you can
- 26:24Speaker 6: help them?
- 26:27Speaker 1: Y'all tripping?
- 26:28Speaker 5: I'm glad to get this one hundred and eighteen so
- 26:31Speaker 5: we can get the dog mess out my back seat.

- 26:37Speaker 1: I got news for you. I got news for you
- 26:41Speaker 1: what your dog is not getting in my car?
- 26:44Speaker 5: No more? Okay, you know there's one word you need
- 26:49Speaker 5: to teach dolls early, what stay and then drive off?
- 26:58Speaker 1: So wait.
- 27:00Speaker 2: And leave the dog dog?
- 27:02Speaker 5: Yeah, because he in the back seat just blowing up

- 27:17Speaker 5: nog the one hundred and eighteen. These dudes is different nowadays. Man,
- 27:22Speaker 5: So like you know, you're gonna make the girl paid

- 27:28Speaker 5: are different now. They have no sense of it's not
- 27:33Speaker 5: her fault. It's her dog, but it wasn't her fault.
- 27:36Speaker 5: Nobody put him back there.
- 27:38Speaker 4: To do that.
- 27:39Speaker 1: And so I don't I don't are.
- 27:41Speaker 6: They gonna last.
- 27:43Speaker 1: No, they ain't gonna make it. They like it. Some

- 28:02Speaker 1: What is your birth?
- 28:03Speaker 15: They announce you?
- 28:04Speaker 6: Just say whatever again.
- 28:06Speaker 5: Yeah, it's a lot of poop coming y'all's whar It

- 28:22Speaker 1: all right?
- 28:23Speaker 6: Last one, Steve, Last one. This is from Balboa in Chesterfield.
- 28:30Speaker 6: Balboa writes, I have man boobs now, and my wife
- 28:33Speaker 6: loves to pull on them and make jokes. She wouldn't
- 28:37Speaker 6: like it if I poked on her fat tummy and
- 28:39Speaker 6: I pulled her back fat. How do I get hurt
- 28:42Speaker 6: to stop?
- 28:43Speaker 5: Oh?
- 28:43Speaker 1: Well, poker in her stomach and pull on that back
- 28:48Speaker 1: fat that end. That'll do it. Oh she'll be so mad. Yeah, yeah,
- 28:55Speaker 1: it would be a big argument. Yeah. Yeah.
- 28:59Speaker 6: Is there is there something you can do about man
- 29:01Speaker 6: boob though? Can you exercise them away?
- 29:04Speaker 1: Can you do something back back fat?
- 29:07Speaker 6: I'm asking touchy touchy.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Do we have a situation there's something you need to
- 29:15Speaker 1: tell us to.
- 29:20Speaker 5: Fire?
- 29:23Speaker 1: All right?
- 29:25Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 29:25Speaker 6: Okay, okay, wow, shut the room down, yes, s up,
- 29:35Speaker 6: tell me sit up.
- 29:36Speaker 5: Hey, have y'all seen now seen just past the online
- 29:43Speaker 5: black dude Beard got a blue dress on with heal.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw yeah, I saw that. Yeah, I saw that.
- 29:52Speaker 1: And the dress is real tight. I kept swing. I'm saying,
- 29:58Speaker 1: if you're going, hold up, man, what's happening with the
- 30:01Speaker 1: church now?
- 30:03Speaker 6: It's just like everything else, Steve, the whole world is crazy.
- 30:06Speaker 6: Everybody's this is just.
- 30:10Speaker 4: Mad.
- 30:11Speaker 5: They got a church with where these two dudes is
- 30:15Speaker 5: married and the pastor's husband is the first husband of
- 30:21Speaker 5: the church.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:25Speaker 6: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 30:27Speaker 6: some entertainment news for you right after this.
- 30:29Speaker 1: This is entertainment.
- 30:32Speaker 6: You're listening, Steve Harvey Morning Show. Social media influencer and
- 30:41Speaker 6: comedian Drew Ski is still trending from a comedy skit
- 30:44Speaker 6: about megachurches that sparked mixed reactions online. Critics from the
- 30:49Speaker 6: Christian community took issue with the video, While Drewski's many
- 30:52Speaker 6: fans and fellow content creators are defending his skit. They
- 30:57Speaker 6: call it comedy and not a direct attack on Christianity.
- 31:01Speaker 6: So we have three comedians on this show. Can we
- 31:04Speaker 6: ask you, guys, you saw the skit right from your love?
- 31:08Speaker 1: Yeah, what do you think I wanted?
- 31:12Speaker 6: Right?
- 31:13Speaker 1: I screaming.
- 31:16Speaker 5: Why I wear Christian deal and Christian lubis because I'm
- 31:20Speaker 5: a Christian.
- 31:23Speaker 1: I love it? Man? And you know what, for all
- 31:28Speaker 1: the people.
- 31:28Speaker 5: That's angry, he didn't do nothing that that he ain't
- 31:33Speaker 5: seen online. Now, many pastors got them cables on coming
- 31:37Speaker 5: through the half. Yeah, at least four pastors flying in
- 31:43Speaker 5: from the back of the church trying to prove a point.
- 31:46Speaker 1: All yeah, all I've seen all I've seen up in
- 31:50Speaker 1: full Gucci suits, full l V suits.
- 31:55Speaker 5: They got cars pulled up inside the church. Now they
- 31:59Speaker 5: got passes in here with dresses own now standing up talking,
- 32:04Speaker 5: high heeled shoes. You know, some of the churches are tripping, man.
- 32:09Speaker 5: And I'm and for a comedian, a cat like Drewski
- 32:13Speaker 5: to make fun of it, it's perfectly fine.
- 32:15Speaker 1: He ain't do nothing. I ain't seen right, But you
- 32:22Speaker 1: think you got it? What do you think you got it?
- 32:25Speaker 1: He saw.
- 32:30Speaker 6: Yeah, he nailed it.
- 32:33Speaker 1: But they talking about he was mocking God. No, he
- 32:36Speaker 1: was marking the pastors right. He is not making God.
- 32:40Speaker 5: But we got some churches, man, that we let too
- 32:42Speaker 5: much foolishness go on in it and accept it as normal.
- 32:46Speaker 5: If you have a different view of something, that's fine,
- 32:50Speaker 5: and if you want to go to that church, that's fine.
- 32:53Speaker 1: But if you put it.
- 32:53Speaker 5: Online to promote it, then you also have to open
- 32:56Speaker 5: up yourself to the counter of that, because I don't
- 33:01Speaker 5: have to go along with your foolishness because it's okay
- 33:04Speaker 5: with you lipstick high, he'll shoes and you're a man.
- 33:08Speaker 5: I'm not sitting in there with that because that's not
- 33:11Speaker 5: I'm not. You're not you're not my spiritual leader. I'm
- 33:15Speaker 5: not I'm not going to that church. I'm not going
- 33:18Speaker 5: to the church with the first husband in it.
- 33:20Speaker 1: I'm not doing that.
- 33:22Speaker 5: You can go and do whatever you like, that is
- 33:27Speaker 5: your progative, but if you put it online to promote it,
- 33:32Speaker 5: you got to be open to the counter.
- 33:35Speaker 1: See y'all. See everybody want to be free to put
- 33:38Speaker 1: it out there.
- 33:39Speaker 5: But then that's and that's your viewpoint, your opinion, and
- 33:42Speaker 5: you welcome to that, but you're but when a person
- 33:46Speaker 5: gives their counter to it.
- 33:48Speaker 1: You you got to understand that you can't put stuff
- 33:51Speaker 1: online using.
- 33:53Speaker 5: The thing freedom of speech, and then can't nobody have
- 33:55Speaker 5: no counter freedom of speech. That's what i'm that's what
- 33:58Speaker 5: I'm against. You can't make your choices my choices. And
- 34:05Speaker 5: because you accepted, you can't make me accept it because
- 34:10Speaker 5: I don't have to. I don't have to.
- 34:13Speaker 1: I don't have to agree with what the President of
- 34:15Speaker 1: the United States is doing. And we don't ICE.
- 34:19Speaker 5: I don't like the ICE is representative because they let
- 34:24Speaker 5: anybody be an ICE agent. Do you know how many racists,
- 34:27Speaker 5: how many white supremists have signed up to become agents,
- 34:31Speaker 5: so now they can legally enact their hatred and bigotry
- 34:35Speaker 5: on people, just snatching folks man.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, all right, wow. This story right here is
- 34:44Speaker 1: crazy too.
- 34:47Speaker 6: This middle school teacher in Woodbridge, Virginia, was arrested for
- 34:51Speaker 6: throwing a shoe at an eleven year old student. Authorities
- 34:54Speaker 6: reported that the teacher allegedly got upset after a debate
- 34:58Speaker 6: with a male student and suddenly reached down, took her
- 35:01Speaker 6: shoe off, and threw it at him, striking him on
- 35:05Speaker 6: his hand, causing a major injury. The teacher has been
- 35:09Speaker 6: charged with the salt and battery. I can't imagine what
- 35:14Speaker 6: you know what this kid said. But what do you
- 35:16Speaker 6: guys think the student said to make the teacher throw
- 35:18Speaker 6: the shoe at him?
- 35:20Speaker 1: I don't know, but my mama has thrown a shoe
- 35:25Speaker 1: at me before. I know what I know. I don't
- 35:30Speaker 1: know the answer.
- 35:31Speaker 7: What is three time?
- 35:33Speaker 1: Three types? I don't know. Okay, don't know what don.
- 35:39Speaker 2: But you know no different these days came. No teacher
- 35:42Speaker 2: throw a shoe.
- 35:45Speaker 1: That can no, you cannot cannot. What did that left me?
- 35:51Speaker 1: Old boy? Say, figure out your head? But that's what's
- 36:00Speaker 1: happening to know. You know, we send them we don't.
- 36:02Speaker 1: We don't.
- 36:03Speaker 5: You don't raise your kids at home and then you
- 36:05Speaker 5: send them out there to these teachers. And these teachers
- 36:07Speaker 5: just left holding the residue of children with no home trading. Yeah,
- 36:13Speaker 5: and that lady, you don't know what day she was having.
- 36:15Speaker 5: Plus you know, she could have been it could have
- 36:17Speaker 5: she could have been having hot flash, and you just
- 36:20Speaker 5: said that she just wasn't with it today. I'm hot flashing,
- 36:24Speaker 5: But your hand, she's been. She's been thinking about doing
- 36:28Speaker 5: something to him for a while.
- 36:29Speaker 16: That ain't just happened that day, Oh, it's a build up,
- 36:33Speaker 16: you're saying. Now, yeah, I'm telling you black.
- 36:48Speaker 6: All right, Steve, tomorrow's your birthday. What do you have planned?
- 36:53Speaker 1: I don't know, Marge, you're gonna do something. I just
- 36:54Speaker 1: won't go to dinner my family. That's all. That's sweet
- 37:00Speaker 1: like that. Probably do something big if I make it
- 37:02Speaker 1: to seventy lord. Oh yeah yeah next year.
- 37:07Speaker 11: Huh?
- 37:09Speaker 1: All right?
- 37:09Speaker 6: Coming up in twenty minutes after the hour. Tomorrow's a
- 37:12Speaker 6: special occasion. So our resident poet has an award winning
- 37:16Speaker 6: poem for us right after this.
- 37:18Speaker 1: I can't wait.
- 37:20Speaker 6: You're listening Dave Hardy Morning Show.
- 37:28Speaker 9: Hey, it's Carla Ferroll. Kick that old mop and bucket aside.
- 37:31Speaker 9: Are you ready for a mop and bucket clean in
- 37:34Speaker 9: half the time? Make the swap to Swiffer Power Mop,
- 37:38Speaker 9: the only one. Cleaning Hero has a built in solution
- 37:41Speaker 9: that breaks down dirt and grind like magic. With hundreds

- 56:50Speaker 1: We got it for you here. It is Strawberry letter.
- 56:53Speaker 6: Thank you, nephew. Subjects.
- 56:54Speaker 1: I went home early, and so did he.
- 56:57Speaker 6: Dear Stephen Shirley, My husband and I are down to
- 57:00Speaker 6: one car because he hit debris in the road after
- 57:03Speaker 6: an ice storm in our city. I hate having to
- 57:06Speaker 6: be dropped off at work because I have a flexible
- 57:08Speaker 6: schedule and I can work from home. He's in sales,
- 57:13Speaker 6: so he has to have his own transportation. Last Friday,
- 57:16Speaker 6: I chose to stay home and work, so I had
- 57:19Speaker 6: sex with my man and told him to have a
- 57:21Speaker 6: great day. By ten am, I got a call to
- 57:25Speaker 6: come to the office because a client had popped up
- 57:28Speaker 6: in town. I called my husband to get a ride,
- 57:31Speaker 6: but he was too far away to pick me up.
- 57:34Speaker 6: My boss picked me up instead. My husband called me
- 57:37Speaker 6: around one pm to see if I made it to work,
- 57:40Speaker 6: and I told him I made it and I would
- 57:42Speaker 6: need to be picked up around five PM. We wrapped
- 57:45Speaker 6: up our meeting around three thirty and my boss dropped
- 57:48Speaker 6: me off at home. I went down to the basement
- 57:50Speaker 6: to start working on the contract for my client. Then
- 57:54Speaker 6: I heard a car in the driveway, so I looked
- 57:57Speaker 6: at our cameras. It was my husband get out of
- 58:00Speaker 6: my car. I could tell he had a woman in
- 58:03Speaker 6: the car, but I couldn't see a face. I stayed
- 58:06Speaker 6: quiet in the basement so I could see if he
- 58:08Speaker 6: was going to let her come into my house. He
- 58:11Speaker 6: left her in the car while he changed his shirt,
- 58:14Speaker 6: and then left back out. As he drove away, I called,
- 58:18Speaker 6: but he didn't answer. He texted me to see if
- 58:21Speaker 6: I needed a ride. I texted back that I was
- 58:24Speaker 6: already home, and I asked who he had in my
- 58:27Speaker 6: car with him, and why was he texting me and
- 58:30Speaker 6: not answering my calls. He never responded that night. He
- 58:35Speaker 6: said I was making more out of it than it was.
- 58:38Speaker 6: He said he didn't answer my calls because he didn't
- 58:41Speaker 6: want to be embarrassed in front of his coworker. What
- 58:44Speaker 6: if I hadn't busted him, do you think he would
- 58:47Speaker 6: have admitted it to me? That would be a no.
- 58:51Speaker 6: And you know he wouldn't have. He wouldn't have admitted
- 58:54Speaker 6: anything to you, he was thinking he could get away
- 58:57Speaker 6: with whatever he called himself doing with the silk co worker,
- 59:01Speaker 6: because you know, he had you at Bay. You were
- 59:05Speaker 6: off at work doing your thing and everything. He would
- 59:07Speaker 6: check on you every now and then to see if
- 59:09Speaker 6: you needed a ride. But the fact that he had
- 59:12Speaker 6: your car and couldn't pick you up or you know,
- 59:15Speaker 6: just I don't know, he didn't seem like he really
- 59:19Speaker 6: I won't cared whether you got.
- 59:22Speaker 1: Home or not.
- 59:22Speaker 6: Really, you know, it just seems kind of crazy to me.
- 59:26Speaker 6: And not only that he's in your car with another
- 59:29Speaker 6: woman that he brought to your house. All this was
- 59:32Speaker 6: dumb and it was a wrong move on his part.
- 59:35Speaker 6: You never bring another woman to your house, in your
- 59:38Speaker 6: house or any of that. That's why this whole thing
- 59:40Speaker 6: is stupid. And he was more worried about being embarrassed
- 59:44Speaker 6: in front of his coworker, that's what he's calling her
- 59:48Speaker 6: his coworker, than answering your call.
- 59:50Speaker 1: Why.
- 59:51Speaker 6: I mean to me, that proves that he shouldn't have
- 59:54Speaker 6: had her in the car in the first place. If
- 59:55Speaker 6: he didn't want to take your calls, why was he
- 59:57Speaker 6: even with her, And he most definitely hadn't put her
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: shouldn't have, you know, put her before you, being embarrassed
- 1:00:04Speaker 6: in front of her before your needs. So all of
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: this is just wrong on his part to me, Steve.
- 1:00:11Speaker 5: You know, I'm sometimes amazed at Shirley's correction. She is
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: so pro relationship, she is so pro married, she is
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: sold pro tradition, she is soap pro.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: Integrity.
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: Okay, and the poem makes me sick.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: Whatever, man, whatever.
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: All these righteous readings of these letters a letter, I
- 1:00:56Speaker 5: just think the dude is stupid. Man, I don't understand, dude. Man,
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: what y'all be thinking about?
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: Man?
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: Now all is about who got dropped off of the house.
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: And this is irrelevant that y'all had two calls, but
- 1:01:11Speaker 5: you're down the one because he hears some debris on
- 1:01:14Speaker 5: an ice storm in your city. Don't nobody give it
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: about that. Let's start moving these stories along a little bit.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: Now, come on, all this irrelevant, too much information to him.
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: Nobody get this list like bad free Now that's why
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: I don't like novels and stuff.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: Just what is wrong? And let's just find out who saying?
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: Who is he?
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: And what is he?
- 1:01:41Speaker 16: To you?
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: It's Bill Withers. That's how we wrote. So my friend,
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: let's let's get these songs. Get to it. What is
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: all this stuff dropped off at work? I got a
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: next little schedule.
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: He in sales.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: I can work from home.
- 1:01:55Speaker 15: So what we need to tell.
- 1:02:03Speaker 5: Nothing here is all you need to know. I chose
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: to stay home and work. So I had sex with
- 1:02:11Speaker 5: my man and told him to have a great day.
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: Because that's really what this letter is. Okay, see all
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: this stuff about the debris in the road, that all
- 1:02:23Speaker 5: she wanted to say was I had sex with my
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: man and told him have a great thing. See all
- 1:02:34Speaker 5: the angle built up in this letter after that, m
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: he gonna pull up.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: In this driveway, just helping woman. Uh huh.
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: See that's what this letter is about that. And so
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: when I come back, I'm straightened down.
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: This is what's wrong, all right?
- 1:02:53Speaker 6: Hang on see part two of your Strawberry letter responses
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: coming up in twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: subject I went home early, and so did he. We'll
- 1:03:04Speaker 6: get back into it right after this. You're listening hard
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: Morning show.
- 1:03:14Speaker 9: Hey, it's Carla Ferroll. Kick that old mop and bucket aside.

- 1:03:44Speaker 6: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's struwberry letter.
- 1:03:47Speaker 6: The subject is I went home early.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: And so did he.
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: We have a situation here. Somebody got dropped off at work.
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: Somebody's supposed to pick somebody up. Somebody got off early
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: all this year. Somebody messed up and ran over some
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: debris in the street that do an ice storm in
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: our city. Ah, none of that means I had sex
- 1:04:17Speaker 5: with my man and told him to have a great day.
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: This is what this letter is about. So after that,
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: you got a call to come into the office because
- 1:04:32Speaker 5: a client popped up. So your boss came and picked
- 1:04:35Speaker 5: you up. Now, you didn't tell us whether your boss
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: was a man or woman. But I'm thinking it's a man.
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: See because when we talk about who riding with who, see,
- 1:04:48Speaker 5: when you ride with a man. Ain't no problem your
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: boss coming to pick your How I know where you stay?
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: How your boss know where you stay? How many times
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: he'd have been about a house while you've been working
- 1:04:59Speaker 5: from home?
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: See?
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: I turned all this on you because you finn to
- 1:05:05Speaker 5: get your up off of me, right, My boss picked
- 1:05:09Speaker 5: me up instead. My husband called me around ten to
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: see if I had made it to work, and I
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: told him, see, because you had called him to bring you,
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: but your husband was too far away and you weren't
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: gonna get there in time. So then my boss picked
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: me up in stead. My husband called me around one
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: pm and see if you made it. I told him
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: I made it. That one pm call was to make
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: sure he was at work. See, I told him I
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: made it and would need to be picked up around five.
- 1:05:42Speaker 5: We wrapped up by meeting around three point thirty. My
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: boss dropped me off at home. Oh he brought you
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: back yay. But see, you knew at three point thirty, though,
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: that you ain't had time for your boss, because you
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: knew at five you had told your husband he was
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: gonna wrap around five, and he was supposed to come
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: get you. So you wrapped your meeting at three point thirty,
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: and then your boss dropped you off at home again,
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: but he couldn't come in today because Pubby could be
- 1:06:11Speaker 5: right around the car.
- 1:06:12Speaker 10: Oh.
- 1:06:13Speaker 5: I went down to the basement to start working on
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: the contract for my client. Oh, so it's the basement. Huh.
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: Then I heard the car the driveway, so I looked
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: out of our cameras. It was my husband getting out
- 1:06:25Speaker 5: of my car. Uh huh. After we'd have had sex
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: this morning in with my body, now he in my car.
- 1:06:36Speaker 5: I could tell he had a woman in the car,
- 1:06:38Speaker 5: but I couldn't see her face. I stayed quiet in
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: the basement so I could see if he was gonna
- 1:06:42Speaker 5: let her come into my house, because we both can't
- 1:06:46Speaker 5: be having people up in this house, because we don't
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: know if your boss had never been in the house
- 1:06:50Speaker 5: while he dropping you up and picking your act though,
- 1:06:52Speaker 5: see what I'm saying. He left her in the car
- 1:06:55Speaker 5: while he changed his shirt, and then he left back
- 1:06:58Speaker 5: out as he drove away. I called, but he didn't answer.
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: This is the only smart thing he did. Why he
- 1:07:04Speaker 5: bought this helper to the house?
- 1:07:06Speaker 11: I do now.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: He texted me to see if I needed a ride.
- 1:07:10Speaker 5: I text back that I was already home, and I
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: asked who he had in my car with him and
- 1:07:15Speaker 5: why was he texting me and not answering my call.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: He never responded. That was another brilliant move. But this
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: is too late.
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: After the fact, you hadn't took the helper to the driveway,
- 1:07:28Speaker 5: you wouldn't have had to explain this. But you no,
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: you cannot answer that phone that night. He said, I
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: was making more out of it than it was. He
- 1:07:36Speaker 5: said he did not answer my call because he didn't
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: want to be embarrassed in front of his coworker.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: And that's the truth.
- 1:07:44Speaker 5: That's the only piece of truth in this letter from
- 1:07:47Speaker 5: you all him to me, because see, once you accused
- 1:07:51Speaker 5: me of huh or what he dropped you off?
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: Who he picked you up?
- 1:07:58Speaker 5: Wait long, wait on how you get to call your
- 1:08:02Speaker 5: boss because y'all have been having two cars now all
- 1:08:05Speaker 5: of a sudden, when you need a ride, here he
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: come and Moden happy to get over him. Now I
- 1:08:10Speaker 5: was with my coworker, co worker, Shirley says it's his
- 1:08:13Speaker 5: so called co worker. I believe it to be his
- 1:08:18Speaker 5: co worker, but I don't believe he should have brought
- 1:08:20Speaker 5: her to the house. I believe that's your boss. But
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: why is your boss at my house? And why is
- 1:08:27Speaker 5: you going out there getting in this man's car? You know,
- 1:08:29Speaker 5: how to make me look to the neighbors.
- 1:08:32Speaker 6: Problem is the husband and the co worker.
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: Now you see what I'm saying at the problem is
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: going to be about this boss man up in my house.
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: That's what this would be.
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: And then she says, what if I hadn't busted him,
- 1:08:45Speaker 5: do you think he would have admitted it to me?
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: Admit what?
- 1:08:48Speaker 4: No?
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: Are you crazy? You never admit a shower? Admit what?
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: You never tell the truth? I tell the truth?
- 1:09:07Speaker 5: Would I admit? I tell the truth a lot of
- 1:09:10Speaker 5: times I'm not admitting for you to see, especially for
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: black men, because admit is a shorter word for admission.
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: Of guilt, and that guilt. Yeah, so the phone when
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: I call all of that? All right? The girl with
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: her boss, you do not.
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: How did you get that out?
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: And I don't know why y'all don't see you because.
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: Pick her up?
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: All right?

- 1:15:51Speaker 6: surprise the girls. He didn't tell me before he did it.
- 1:15:55Speaker 6: He bragged about his good deed afterwards. I think it
- 1:15:59Speaker 6: was inappropriate it, but I'd hate to think that he
- 1:16:03Speaker 6: had ulterior motives. Do I let this slide, or do
- 1:16:06Speaker 6: I tell my husband that he was out of line
- 1:16:08Speaker 6: for going by the hotel?

- 1:25:30Speaker 5: I guess what I would say is kind of a
- 1:25:31Speaker 5: continuation of what I would saying the other day. I've
- 1:25:35Speaker 5: lived this long because of God's grace and mercy. But
- 1:25:40Speaker 5: you also have a hand in it too. You have
- 1:25:44Speaker 5: to do some things to remain healthy. You can't just
- 1:25:50Speaker 5: eat what you want to eat. You can't just do
- 1:25:53Speaker 5: what you want to do.
- 1:25:54Speaker 10: Now.
- 1:25:54Speaker 5: I don't exercise as much as I should. Oftentimes over
- 1:25:58Speaker 5: the holidays, I let it get out of hand, you know.
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: Things like that. But you know I don't never get
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: too far off track. You know.
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: We start back to taping soon. I gotta get myself together.
- 1:26:12Speaker 5: But I want to say something to people out there.
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: Just listen. You gotta take better care of yourself. It's
- 1:26:22Speaker 5: never too late to start caring for yourself. And start now.
- 1:26:28Speaker 5: Stop waiting on well next week, I'm gonna do this,
- 1:26:30Speaker 5: and no, man, you gotta sell Go for a walk,
- 1:26:33Speaker 5: Start with some step. They got an app called a
- 1:26:38Speaker 5: pedimeter p E d I M E t e R.
- 1:26:42Speaker 5: It's a little green app. It's free, you downloaded on
- 1:26:47Speaker 5: your iPhone. You put the phone in your pocket or
- 1:26:52Speaker 5: hold it in your hand and it it measures your
- 1:26:54Speaker 5: steps all day long. Now, the goal is ten thousand steps,
- 1:26:59Speaker 5: but you don't have to always make ten thousand.
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: But make a goal for yourself, man, and just start walking.
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: If you can just get some movement in your life, man,
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: start stretching, Start, start practicing getting up. Just sit in
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: a chair and get up repeatedly ten times in a
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: row without using the arms. You know, Do something, man,
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: Go to a gym, get your trainer. There's exercises you
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: can do at home. Get that app for me and
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: or called nod and do Chai chief for men. You know,
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: do something. But man, you got it.
- 1:27:35Speaker 5: You can be here, but you gotta you gotta do
- 1:27:39Speaker 5: something towards being here. But you not only want to
- 1:27:41Speaker 5: just be alive. Don't you want to be agile, mobile, healthy, vibrant, vigorous.
- 1:27:49Speaker 5: Don't you want that?
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: You gotta do that. Man, you gotta get active. Do something, y'all.
- 1:27:54Speaker 3: Come on.
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: Don't just sit there and let old age come take
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: you away flat to you die.
- 1:28:02Speaker 5: Be as active, as mobile, as strong as you possibly can.
- 1:28:07Speaker 5: And go to the doctor. Especially me and man, we
- 1:28:12Speaker 5: just don't like going to the doctor. And I get
- 1:28:15Speaker 5: it because I don't like it either. But man, you
- 1:28:19Speaker 5: can catch stuff and head it off. Go to your doctor. Man,
- 1:28:23Speaker 5: get your blood panel done, get some blood work done.
- 1:28:26Speaker 5: Look at your blood see what it's doing. You can
- 1:28:29Speaker 5: head off some of this stuff. Man, I just had
- 1:28:31Speaker 5: my blood work done two days ago, and I got
- 1:28:34Speaker 5: two things that have popped up in it that I
- 1:28:36Speaker 5: gotta deal with. Man, But at least I know what
- 1:28:39Speaker 5: it is that I can address it with supplements and
- 1:28:42Speaker 5: stuff like that. Y'all, it's one thing to still be here.
- 1:28:51Speaker 5: It's a whole nother thing to be living. You don't
- 1:28:56Speaker 5: want to exist. Stop just sitting a run in front
- 1:29:00Speaker 5: of your TV. Man, get up, get active. I spent
- 1:29:05Speaker 5: the whole holiday season in a chair watching a series.
- 1:29:10Speaker 5: I actually watched three series. I'm talking about five seasons,
- 1:29:18Speaker 5: just watching teach, sitting there eating, just crazy. Then I
- 1:29:22Speaker 5: stepped on the scale, found out I gained ten pounds. Hey, man,
- 1:29:26Speaker 5: you gotta go button these suits. These suits gotta be
- 1:29:30Speaker 5: butting when you come around the corner. You do know that,
- 1:29:32Speaker 5: don't you. So look, man, I'm just saying all this
- 1:29:35Speaker 5: to talk to myself and to everybody else. It's one
- 1:29:39Speaker 5: thing to still be here. Now, you can live here
- 1:29:44Speaker 5: or you can exist here. I choose to live, and
- 1:29:48Speaker 5: in order to live, you gotta make a contribution to
- 1:29:51Speaker 5: your life.
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: Health is wealth.
- 1:29:55Speaker 5: At this age, I found out nothing comes in front
- 1:29:59Speaker 5: of being healthy. It's just health is incredible.
- 1:30:02Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:30:03Speaker 5: Health is wealth. Now, look, do your part. Go online,
- 1:30:10Speaker 5: get some of these apps downloaded, do something for yourself
- 1:30:13Speaker 5: to be here, and then when you get here, man.
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: Be grateful.
- 1:30:17Speaker 5: Tell God that you appreciate everything he's ever done for
- 1:30:20Speaker 5: you and everything he's planning to do for you. I'm
- 1:30:22Speaker 5: sitting over here today knowing it that. But you know
- 1:30:26Speaker 5: the best thing I've done. I've put God in charge
- 1:30:32Speaker 5: of my business and my life. I don't make no
- 1:30:36Speaker 5: moves now without him. I trust in him, I trust
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: in his timing. I have given him full permission to
- 1:30:44Speaker 5: direct and order my steps. And it's such a better
- 1:30:48Speaker 5: way to live, man, because if you've been trying to
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: figure it out, it is so hard to do. I
- 1:30:53Speaker 5: don't know if you noticed it or not, but it
- 1:30:55Speaker 5: is really hard to figure your life out. The hardest
- 1:31:00Speaker 5: things you can do is try to figure your life out.
- 1:31:04Speaker 5: I am telling you right now. It would be so
- 1:31:07Speaker 5: helpful if you had the right guidance and the right counselor.
- 1:31:12Speaker 5: And nobody can counsel you or guide you better than
- 1:31:16Speaker 5: God Almighty. If you form that relationship with him, put
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: your trust in him, talk to him about what you want,
- 1:31:23Speaker 5: share with him your plans, and then put it in
- 1:31:26Speaker 5: his hands. But You're still gonna have to do something now,
- 1:31:29Speaker 5: because faith without works is dead. You still have to
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: do something. Just stay out of his way and turn
- 1:31:36Speaker 5: it over to God and have yourself a great life.
- 1:31:39Speaker 5: I thank God for another year on this earth. Hope
- 1:31:41Speaker 5: I have a whole lot more. Y'all do the same.
- 1:31:44Speaker 5: Talk to God today. Absolutely loved.
