- 2:08Speaker 6: one and only Steve Harvey, Oh yeah, man, got a
- 2:12Speaker 6: radio show. Do you understand that? I'm telling you. God
- 2:16Speaker 6: been big in my life. I'm not gonna kid you.
- 2:19Speaker 6: I'm telling you, and He'll do the same thing for you.
- 2:22Speaker 5: God.
- 2:23Speaker 6: God is a gentleman, you know. I want to I
- 2:25Speaker 6: want to point that out to you. God is an
- 2:28Speaker 6: absolute gentleman. He will not come in unless he's invited.
- 2:35Speaker 6: He don't just barge into your life. He gives us
- 2:39Speaker 6: the power of choice.
- 2:42Speaker 3: You know.
- 2:42Speaker 6: If you say you got it, I don't need you,
- 2:44Speaker 6: he lets you have it. If you say I need you,
- 2:48Speaker 6: come see about me. He right there. It's just a
- 2:51Speaker 6: real simple thing, man. So always say to people this.
- 2:56Speaker 6: If you've gotten yourself into something, and please know I
- 3:01Speaker 6: have I I was stuck. I thought a couple of times,
- 3:08Speaker 6: well might not make it past this one. But then
- 3:13Speaker 6: if I don't make it past it, what's gonna happen?
- 3:16Speaker 6: And then I held on to this little thing that
- 3:19Speaker 6: my mother kept talking to me about. She said, sometimes
- 3:22Speaker 6: some when you ain't got nothing else in you, just hope,
- 3:26Speaker 6: she said, just hope it'll be all right, you know.
- 3:29Speaker 6: And what I've learned in my life is that hope
- 3:33Speaker 6: is the beginning of faith. Hope is just is their
- 3:37Speaker 6: possibility out there for me. I show hope, something happened.
- 3:45Speaker 6: See hope, Hope is okay, man, Because like I say,
- 3:50Speaker 6: for me the way I've lived my life, hope was
- 3:52Speaker 6: the beginning of faith.
- 3:54Speaker 5: It was just the idea.
- 3:56Speaker 6: It's just the thought that something could change for me,
- 3:59Speaker 6: that something could be a little bit different from me,
- 4:02Speaker 6: that maybe, man, just maybe for some reason, I could
- 4:07Speaker 6: be saved, I could be rescued, Things could turn around,
- 4:12Speaker 6: it could hit any other direction. Maybe I could quit
- 4:15Speaker 6: messing up. Maybe somebody will forgive me, maybe somebody will
- 4:19Speaker 6: just say all right. I don't know, but I can't
- 4:23Speaker 6: count the times I've been in that position. But then
- 4:26Speaker 6: once I hope a little bit, and then I remember
- 4:28Speaker 6: also my mother, because she was a Sunday school teacher.
- 4:32Speaker 6: She taught me the most valuable lesson I've ever learned
- 4:34Speaker 6: in my life. Nothing has been greater in my life
- 4:37Speaker 6: than my faith. She taught me to pray. Mama used
- 4:41Speaker 6: to say, when it get real, dog for your son,
- 4:43Speaker 6: prad change is things, she say, When you seem like
- 4:47Speaker 6: you lost and you can't find your way, stop and pray,
- 4:52Speaker 6: she said, because prayer change is things.
- 4:55Speaker 2: You know.
- 4:55Speaker 6: When you get a point in your life when you've
- 4:57Speaker 6: done all you can do and you can't do no more,
- 4:59Speaker 6: and you just don't know what to do next, she says,
- 5:02Speaker 6: stop sh pray and combine that prayer with that hope
- 5:08Speaker 6: that you got, she said, because that hope is to
- 5:11Speaker 6: beginning of faith.
- 5:13Speaker 5: She said.
- 5:13Speaker 6: If you pray just hoping, she's saying, to God come
- 5:16Speaker 6: through for you. That'll give you confidence that he can
- 5:20Speaker 6: do it again. And then after a while, you quit hoping,
- 5:23Speaker 6: she's saying, you start believing. She said. That's when you're
- 5:26Speaker 6: on to something. If you can turn that hope into belief,
- 5:31Speaker 6: that hope into faith, the ability to believe in something
- 5:35Speaker 6: that you can't see. But the key though the faith
- 5:38Speaker 6: is you're believing in something that you can't see. See
- 5:43Speaker 6: hoping a little bit different from me now, I'm pretty sure,
- 5:46Speaker 6: Like I say oftentimes to tell a lot of people
- 5:48Speaker 6: who can explain this thing a lot better than I
- 5:50Speaker 6: can to you. But just from my side of it,
- 5:53Speaker 6: being as real as I can be rich you See,
- 5:57Speaker 6: hope helps.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Man.
- 5:58Speaker 6: If you ain't strong enough to have faith, have hope,
- 6:01Speaker 6: and then if you pray with some hope and God
- 6:04Speaker 6: answers your prayer, then that hope gains a little confidence
- 6:08Speaker 6: and after a while that confidence becomes faith. Now the
- 6:13Speaker 6: ain't just hoping, but I'm believing. I'm believing in something
- 6:17Speaker 6: that I cannot see. Faith has been the key to
- 6:23Speaker 6: my entire existence, even when I didn't have any It
- 6:29Speaker 6: was faith, as I look back on it, that has
- 6:32Speaker 6: gotten me here, and not just faith, but my faith. See,
- 6:38Speaker 6: you will only get to where you're going in your
- 6:40Speaker 6: life based on your faith. See A lot of people
- 6:45Speaker 6: get the word faith confused, like what's your faith? And
- 6:49Speaker 6: then they start going down this whole list of all
- 6:51Speaker 6: these different religions out here. But really an essence, man,
- 6:55Speaker 6: when I talk to people about faith. I'm talking to
- 6:58Speaker 6: you about your your belief. How much do you believe
- 7:04Speaker 6: in the unseen? How much do you believe in the
- 7:07Speaker 6: things you can't see? How much do you believe in
- 7:10Speaker 6: the impossible? How much do you believe see? Because faith
- 7:17Speaker 6: is the belief in things that you cannot see. Faith
- 7:23Speaker 6: is the core of all that is happening to me today.
- 7:28Speaker 6: It is the faith that I have in my relationship
- 7:31Speaker 6: with God that enables me to just oftentimes, if I
- 7:37Speaker 6: stay on the right course and believe a certain way
- 7:41Speaker 6: and act a certain way, his blessings just poor. They
- 7:46Speaker 6: just come. And it comes in a lot of little
- 7:50Speaker 6: ways too. I've started to notice, see, it ain't just
- 7:53Speaker 6: a lot of people think blessings is money, na, man,
- 7:56Speaker 6: that ain't it. It's coverage. It's every time I playing
- 8:00Speaker 6: land safe. It's every time they predict bad weather and
- 8:05Speaker 6: I get up in the sky and it don't be
- 8:06Speaker 6: no bad weather. You know this or this is favor.
- 8:11Speaker 6: These are blessings that get poured out to me. Somebody
- 8:14Speaker 6: call me and offer me something, not money, but an opportunity,
- 8:20Speaker 6: you know. Somebody say, hey, man, I don't know, but
- 8:24Speaker 6: I sent this to you. I thought you might be
- 8:26Speaker 6: interested in it. Somebody will send me a scripture, or
- 8:28Speaker 6: somebody will send me something that's favor, and it always
- 8:33Speaker 6: comes at a time when I need it the most.
- 8:36Speaker 6: That's favor, that's pouring out blessings. Now I'm also the
- 8:41Speaker 6: recipient of a lot of other blessings too. You know,
- 8:45Speaker 6: I've been blessed with health. That's amazing blessing.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Man.
- 8:49Speaker 6: I've been blessed with a spirit of not quitting. I've
- 8:53Speaker 6: been blessed with the ability to shoulder huge amounts of responsibility. See,
- 9:00Speaker 6: blessings come a lot of ways. But once you tie
- 9:04Speaker 6: in to God, Once you tie in and you start
- 9:08Speaker 6: doing the best you can do, and you start asking
- 9:11Speaker 6: for him to make you a better person, to help
- 9:14Speaker 6: shape and mold you into the kind of man or
- 9:18Speaker 6: person that he wants you to be. You be amazed
- 9:21Speaker 6: what God can do with you. Man, if you just
- 9:23Speaker 6: invite me in and allow him to be a part
- 9:26Speaker 6: of your life. I mean, what you got to lose
- 9:29Speaker 6: out there? Come on, if you're sitting in the cell
- 9:31Speaker 6: this morning, why would you not change. You have a
- 9:35Speaker 6: chance to turn your life around with a relationship with God.
- 9:38Speaker 6: What you're waiting on? Are you gonna just keep doing
- 9:40Speaker 6: it like that.
- 9:41Speaker 5: Huh.
- 9:42Speaker 6: Really, come on, man, why would you do that to yourself?
- 9:47Speaker 6: Why would you not allow God to be a part
- 9:49Speaker 6: of your life so you can get the way he
- 9:51Speaker 6: wants you to be. God got some big plans for you.
- 9:54Speaker 6: If he didn't, you wouldn't keep waking up, show, rise.
- 10:02Speaker 7: And shine and give yourself that stretch that morning you
- 10:04Speaker 7: own it and sit on the edge of the bed,
- 10:06Speaker 7: thank the man. And then you got to get up,
- 10:08Speaker 7: get out and get something. It's that great getting up Tuesday.
- 10:11Speaker 8: Yes it is. Uncle Steve is still out on vacation.
- 10:14Speaker 7: If you holding it down with the beautiful Lady Shirty Strawberry,
- 10:17Speaker 7: call it Faraoh Mississippi Montica and the one in on
- 10:19Speaker 7: the best play cousin in the world Kia Junior Boy Space.
- 10:24Speaker 8: We are here.
- 10:25Speaker 5: Yeah, good everybody, Morning.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Tuesday, Tuesday.
- 10:30Speaker 7: Okay, this Tuesday. It's time of Tuesday. Taco Tuesday.
- 10:34Speaker 8: How you want to put it? You know, I call

- 11:55Speaker 1: Butter, lots and lots of butter. I like the butter,
- 11:58Speaker 1: but not the sour cream.
- 11:59Speaker 8: That's me.
- 12:00Speaker 6: That's what.
- 12:00Speaker 9: I can turn it out the butter and have sour

- 14:44Speaker 13: you take one step too, that's right, and I know

- 15:00Speaker 7: What you're doing in the past. Give me some of
- 15:02Speaker 7: your job qualifications.
- 15:04Speaker 13: I'm an executive secretary, administrative assistance, anything like that every
- 15:08Speaker 13: whereas a minute. Uh, you're gonna take the arm star shorthand.
- 15:12Speaker 13: I want to do at all if you just tell
- 15:13Speaker 13: me what you need and I can do it. Church,
- 15:15Speaker 13: have your executives to come through the office anything that's needed,
- 15:19Speaker 13: travel expenses, That's.
- 15:21Speaker 3: What I do. Uh.
- 15:22Speaker 8: What what type of hours are you used.
- 15:24Speaker 3: To working nine to five?
- 15:25Speaker 13: I'm coming even earlier if you need me to come
- 15:27Speaker 13: in earlier.
- 15:28Speaker 8: Are you opposed to working at night?
- 15:29Speaker 9: No, I don't.
- 15:30Speaker 13: I don't know I'm working at night. I mean it
- 15:32Speaker 13: just it just depends, you know. Right now, Burgers can't
- 15:35Speaker 13: be choosing ask him and being given to me. Okay, Well,
- 15:39Speaker 13: what kind of hours were looking at?
- 15:40Speaker 7: I have a I have a u an offer for
- 15:43Speaker 7: you that it would be Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
- 15:45Speaker 7: You will only be working three days a week for me.
- 15:48Speaker 13: Okay, just looking at a separate a female hour of
- 15:51Speaker 13: a female days. I need like full time at.
- 15:53Speaker 7: A family well bill today, right right right, I understand,
- 15:56Speaker 7: But listen, I think the actual amount was I for that. Now,
- 16:01Speaker 7: I'm going to offer you seven hundred and fifty dollars
- 16:04Speaker 7: per night for three nights a week. That's that's two thousand,
- 16:07Speaker 7: two hundred and fifty dollars for those three days for
- 16:11Speaker 7: one week. Line, seven hundred and fifty dollars a night.
- 16:17Speaker 7: You're making so a week man, and if you do
- 16:20Speaker 7: the math on that, that that adds up to about
- 16:22Speaker 7: nine thousand dollars four months.
- 16:26Speaker 13: For girls to be true. But now I put it
- 16:29Speaker 13: roll in his hands, I turned it over that we
- 16:31Speaker 13: spend it. I did it, and you turn on seven
- 16:33Speaker 13: hundred fifty dollars at nine Okay, I mean what books?
- 16:38Speaker 7: You know?
- 16:38Speaker 13: Because I drive the accountant too.
- 16:40Speaker 8: Well, let me say this now.
- 16:42Speaker 7: The reason why I say it's at night is because
- 16:43Speaker 7: I own a nightclub and and you would be working
- 16:48Speaker 7: at the night club for me. So you will put
- 16:50Speaker 7: in about four or five hours every night and for
- 16:54Speaker 7: three nights a week like I stayed at Thursday, Friday, Saturday,
- 16:57Speaker 7: and and of course I'll pay you seven hundred and
- 16:59Speaker 7: fifty like, I'll actually pay you your first two weeks
- 17:02Speaker 7: in advance, and I need that. No, I'm sure you
- 17:06Speaker 7: you know you've you've lost your balance. You need to
- 17:08Speaker 7: get back on your feet and everything.
- 17:09Speaker 13: Yes, yes, yes, okay, so Jeff the riddles that you know,
- 17:13Speaker 13: I'll be doing it because I'm sure. Like I said,
- 17:14Speaker 13: I can do office work. I'm good. That's accounting. You
- 17:18Speaker 13: telling me a quick front door? I can keep your
- 17:20Speaker 13: books going right?
- 17:22Speaker 7: Well, no, not necessarily. I don't need you to work
- 17:24Speaker 7: the front door. I'm actually going to have you in
- 17:27Speaker 7: the club working. Okay. So I mean, how how is
- 17:32Speaker 7: your physical condition? Are you able to get around and
- 17:35Speaker 7: you don't get tired quick? Do you now you in
- 17:37Speaker 7: good physical shape?
- 17:38Speaker 13: Yes, I'm really good physical shape. Don't get talt quick
- 17:41Speaker 13: at all. You wanna do something like be able to
- 17:43Speaker 13: broad tenders or something works to the bad and make
- 17:45Speaker 13: sure the money is and nobody's stealing money from you
- 17:47Speaker 13: or something?
- 17:48Speaker 8: No, no, no, you're not at the bar either.
- 17:50Speaker 7: See because what I'm gonna do now, have you ever
- 17:52Speaker 7: done anything like, you know, anything close to dance or
- 17:55Speaker 7: anything like that?
- 17:56Speaker 5: Have you done that in the past.
- 17:57Speaker 13: Well, I do a balance when I was young. Uh dress,
- 18:02Speaker 13: I mean your goat every once in a while, you know,
- 18:06Speaker 13: you doing her dancing here and there.
- 18:08Speaker 8: Okay, that's the problem.
- 18:09Speaker 12: We're moving around.
- 18:10Speaker 7: Okay, well that's good to see. What what I wanted
- 18:12Speaker 7: you to do is I want you to do a
- 18:14Speaker 7: little bit of dancing in the club.
- 18:16Speaker 13: Something you had something like ballroom dancing or something, and
- 18:19Speaker 13: you mean to teach. I don't know how to do
- 18:21Speaker 13: the ballroom dance, so I can't wait for nobody on.
- 18:23Speaker 3: That stuff like that.
- 18:24Speaker 7: No, I'm not asking you to do any uh ballroom
- 18:28Speaker 7: dance and anything like that. What I need you to
- 18:30Speaker 7: do I want you to dance on the pole.
- 18:34Speaker 6: On the pole.
- 18:34Speaker 8: See I have a strip club. I want you to
- 18:36Speaker 8: dance on.
- 18:37Speaker 13: The pole pattern the resident dancing a par well.
- 18:42Speaker 7: Actually I own the Silk Stocking, which is a strip club.

- 21:34Speaker 11: always quotes the men in the show and when he lies,
- 21:37Speaker 11: he says, it's to protect my feelings. So can you
- 21:41Speaker 11: tell me why it's better to lie to a woman
- 21:44Speaker 11: than to be honest.
- 21:45Speaker 1: That's stupid. Oho, I'm with you, Ashley, Ashley Aslete.
- 21:50Speaker 7: No, wait a minute, Hey, we trying to look out
- 21:52Speaker 7: for your feel Let's go all right, that's what we're

- 22:00Speaker 7: protect your feelings and how you feel.
- 22:02Speaker 8: We want you to feel good. That's all that is.
- 22:04Speaker 7: That's all your man is trying to do is protect
- 22:07Speaker 7: your feelings. Okay, So we will continue to lie to
- 22:11Speaker 7: protect you.
- 22:12Speaker 1: That's stealthish, so you can get what you want.
- 22:15Speaker 9: Stop, junior, I'm not lying for me, and lying for
- 22:18Speaker 9: her really don't do me any favor.
- 22:23Speaker 8: That's why we lie.
- 22:25Speaker 5: I'm lying for you, not for me. Yeah see see,
- 22:28Speaker 5: I would tell me the truth, but I'm a lie
- 22:30Speaker 5: to you though, miss.
- 22:33Speaker 10: Carlo.
- 22:34Speaker 9: So if you get caught cheating and you did the cheating,
- 22:38Speaker 9: you are going to lie to me for me?
- 22:42Speaker 5: That exactly that is not what you saw.
- 22:45Speaker 3: I don't know what.
- 22:46Speaker 7: Yeah you didn't see that?
- 22:48Speaker 12: Yeah, yeah, so ain't nobody ever call call a fair
- 22:53Speaker 12: crazy before you know?
- 23:00Speaker 1: All right, we're moving on.
- 23:01Speaker 11: It's crazy that Lion Consons in Memphis says, I work
- 23:07Speaker 11: part time as a bartender, and my aunt's husband came
- 23:10Speaker 11: in the bar with a female and when he saw me,
- 23:12Speaker 11: he walked out.
- 23:14Speaker 1: He texted me and said, you didn't see me. I
- 23:17Speaker 1: didn't respond.
- 23:18Speaker 11: Should I respond and make him sweat a little bit?
- 23:24Speaker 7: This ain't got nothing to do with you. He did
- 23:27Speaker 7: not see him. You did not see him. You didn't
- 23:31Speaker 7: see him?
- 23:35Speaker 1: Did he texted her?
- 23:37Speaker 8: And what did he text him?
- 23:38Speaker 1: You didn't see me, you know exactly, and she didn't.
- 23:42Speaker 8: And that's all we're sticking with.
- 23:44Speaker 7: That's it a lot.
- 23:47Speaker 8: It's not a lie. It's written on paper. You didn't
- 23:49Speaker 8: see me.
- 23:50Speaker 12: It's okay, let's just go over the fact she read
- 23:53Speaker 12: the text. She wasn't looking up, so she didn't see him. Really,
- 23:57Speaker 12: just the fact, that's what we got.
- 23:59Speaker 1: You didn't see deep in the lie, Right, you didn't
- 24:02Speaker 1: see that man? I would take Yeah, Should she respond
- 24:07Speaker 1: and make him sweat a little bit?
- 24:09Speaker 8: Responded, So you're right, I did not see you?
- 24:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought, yes I did. And here's my cash app.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Normally you're right, I.
- 24:22Speaker 5: Love it.
- 24:23Speaker 9: More questions or fail or ben moment. You know I
- 24:29Speaker 9: didn't see you, but you do see this cash app
- 24:31Speaker 9: number down?
- 24:32Speaker 1: Yes, all right, I like it. It depends how much
- 24:40Speaker 1: much money it's worded to you.
- 24:42Speaker 5: Yeah, all right.
- 24:45Speaker 1: We're moving on to Maccas in Detroit.
- 24:48Speaker 11: Maccas says, I've been married five years and we've stopped
- 24:51Speaker 11: having sex.
- 24:52Speaker 1: And I don't know why. I can hear her toys
- 24:55Speaker 1: when I'm in.
- 24:55Speaker 11: The den watching TV, so I guess she prefers toys
- 24:59Speaker 11: over real sex. Do I ask her if I'm doing
- 25:02Speaker 11: something wrong?
- 25:03Speaker 1: Or is this just a phase?
- 25:06Speaker 7: Ain't no, damn fase you're doing something wrong. That toy
- 25:09Speaker 7: way better than you. You can't and there's no man
- 25:13Speaker 7: that can outlast that toy. I'm just here to take you.
- 25:15Speaker 7: So you the competition you're up against you cannot win.
- 25:20Speaker 7: So you need to have a conversation to ask her
- 25:22Speaker 7: what you're doing wrong? How can we make his work?
- 25:24Speaker 7: Because right now the toy is undefeated.
- 25:28Speaker 11: That's what she He wants to know. Should he ask
- 25:30Speaker 11: her if he's doing something wrong? And so should she
- 25:34Speaker 11: lie to him?
- 25:36Speaker 8: What should she say?
- 25:37Speaker 5: It's like you back on that.
- 25:48Speaker 12: Keeping married five years, surely keeping and then all of
- 25:51Speaker 12: a sudden he just stopped having sex.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Stop breaks on the baby.
- 25:56Speaker 12: If you don't, if you don't get back in there,
- 25:58Speaker 12: it's gonna be five years with our sex. Let him
- 26:00Speaker 12: start talking. You better find out something, because that's gonna happen.
- 26:03Speaker 7: He is too late, So it's too late. He got
- 26:07Speaker 7: his up to the door. That's all kind of noise
- 26:09Speaker 7: on the other side.
- 26:11Speaker 5: That it ain't gonna be no batteries nowhere in this house.
- 26:13Speaker 5: You not taking everything? Everything gotta go?
- 26:19Speaker 7: He all up against his door, He all up against
- 26:21Speaker 7: the door.
- 26:21Speaker 5: Was that a blend of what are you doing? Making cake?
- 26:25Speaker 5: Is that a plan?
- 26:27Speaker 2: Cake?
- 26:27Speaker 5: In the bedroom? All this noise, babe? Is that your
- 26:33Speaker 5: new tooth brush?
- 26:34Speaker 3: What is that in? Now?
- 26:37Speaker 1: They need to talk, They just need to talk.
- 26:40Speaker 5: But why wait?
- 26:40Speaker 1: Five years?
- 26:43Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 26:44Speaker 1: Is this marriage over? Or what's the deal here?
- 26:49Speaker 8: And it's open until we finished making this cake? Making
- 26:52Speaker 8: this cake right now?
- 26:57Speaker 1: What kind of cake? A pound cake?
- 27:00Speaker 8: Upside down?
- 27:02Speaker 5: Yes? All right?
- 27:05Speaker 11: Last one, guys, Last one, Joanna and Tacoma says, my
- 27:08Speaker 11: husband and I are renovating parts of our house and
- 27:12Speaker 11: he hired a sexy female painter to paint the kitchen
- 27:15Speaker 11: and our powder room. I rearranged my workday so I
- 27:19Speaker 11: could be at home when she's there painting. He called
- 27:22Speaker 11: me insecure. But why does he care if I'm home
- 27:25Speaker 11: or not? Did he want to be alone with the painter?
- 27:29Speaker 7: Oh yeah, helly, you need to get on back to work, okay,
- 27:32Speaker 7: and focus on what you're doing at the job.
- 27:35Speaker 8: All right.
- 27:36Speaker 7: You can't be down here messing up your job just
- 27:38Speaker 7: because you look. I got this paint you just get
- 27:39Speaker 7: you stay at your job and do what you got
- 27:41Speaker 7: to do, okay, and let this lady paint in peace.
- 27:45Speaker 7: We don't need all that in here, all right. She
- 27:47Speaker 7: need her space, all right, this woman. Why I'm here
- 27:51Speaker 7: to assist this lady and give her what she needed.
- 27:53Speaker 7: She need new brushes, and you need them brushes, clean
- 27:56Speaker 7: out and everything. Her coming home is just you in
- 27:59Speaker 7: the way. We don't happen if it's not room. But
- 28:01Speaker 7: three people in here, okay, you don't when you do
- 28:05Speaker 7: painting as you do them in two.
- 28:06Speaker 8: We don't need a third person.
- 28:10Speaker 1: Why would he call his wife insecure?
- 28:12Speaker 7: Why because she at home now in the way of
- 28:15Speaker 7: the paint lady.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Yeah, so that makes her insecure?
- 28:21Speaker 12: Most people who are insecure did not rearrange their whole
- 28:23Speaker 12: work day.
- 28:24Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 28:25Speaker 12: That's that's it that you got to be here too. Listen,
- 28:30Speaker 12: it's just painting going on in here. Some of the
- 28:32Speaker 12: make get on me and something make it on her.
- 28:34Speaker 5: But we're painting in here. Now. You have to go
- 28:39Speaker 5: back to work there. You have to be She's coming
- 28:42Speaker 5: here this morning.
- 28:44Speaker 9: Her house.
- 28:44Speaker 1: It's her house. She can supervise now.
- 28:46Speaker 9: But work and work on your promotion. Okay, Well, the
- 28:51Speaker 9: next time it were me, she would be fired.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, and bring a sexy male painter in. How
- 28:58Speaker 1: about that?
- 28:59Speaker 5: Yeah, painting now.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Insecure.
- 29:05Speaker 8: You ain't gonna be in my house, baby boy.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Oh you're so insecure.
- 29:12Speaker 9: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 29:14Speaker 9: Jeff Jenkins, star of that geo's show, Never Say Never.
- 29:18Speaker 1: Right after this you're listening.
- 29:21Speaker 10: Morning show.
- 29:24Speaker 5: All right, we got a special guest joining us today.
- 29:26Speaker 7: Is a travel journalist that lives by the old saying
- 29:29Speaker 7: life begins where your comfort zone ends, and in his
- 29:33Speaker 7: new National geographic show, he travels the world, testing the
- 29:37Speaker 7: limits of his physical ability. Throughout his global exploration. On
- 29:41Speaker 7: the show, he learns not just about the world, but
- 29:44Speaker 7: also about himself. Let's get to it, find out more
- 29:48Speaker 7: about Never Say Never. Please, welcome to the show for
- 29:51Speaker 7: the first time, mister Jeff Jenkins.
- 29:55Speaker 9: Welcome, Welcome, everybody.
- 30:00Speaker 8: What's going on, Jeff? How you doing?
- 30:02Speaker 7: Man?
- 30:03Speaker 3: Man, I'm great, I'm great. I can't believe I'm talking
- 30:05Speaker 3: about that's crazy.
- 30:08Speaker 2: Man.
- 30:08Speaker 7: Let me tell you something, boy, this is this is
- 30:10Speaker 7: a special interview for us, man because.
- 30:12Speaker 5: You know, we know and love yo.
- 30:15Speaker 7: Daddy, boy, Yo, daddy, come on your daddy. Your pops
- 30:20Speaker 7: is also known Jeff Jenkins. He's a chef and recently
- 30:24Speaker 7: retired from Disney, which is where he took care of
- 30:26Speaker 7: our whole team every time we stepped putting Orlando.
- 30:30Speaker 8: That man took care of us. So welcome, Welcome, brother.
- 30:33Speaker 3: Appreciate Oh you can you know, man, I thank y'all
- 30:38Speaker 3: for his support too. I mean, he just he loved all.
- 30:42Speaker 7: Yes, sir, So let's talk about it, man, let's talk
- 30:44Speaker 7: about Never Say Never. You're you're a travel journalist and
- 30:48Speaker 7: an influencer. In your new show, you explore Iceland, Vietnam,
- 30:53Speaker 7: New Mexico, Japan.
- 31:00Speaker 3: You know.
- 31:01Speaker 8: Wow, So what inspired you to do this show?
- 31:04Speaker 3: Well? You know, for me, Well, first of all, it's
- 31:07Speaker 3: just me getting the show. I was already doing this.
- 31:10Speaker 3: So I have Chubby Diaries. That's my online platform on Instagram,
- 31:13Speaker 3: social media, and my whole goal is to help chebby
- 31:16Speaker 3: people travel the world because I had been traveling. I
- 31:19Speaker 3: didn't get on my first plane ride until I was
- 31:21Speaker 3: twenty and I went to Japan and that's where I
- 31:24Speaker 3: got bit by that travel bug. And for seventeen years,
- 31:28Speaker 3: I just kept traveling and going to forty five different
- 31:31Speaker 3: countries since. And I realized there was nobody that was
- 31:35Speaker 3: doing the stuff that I was doing. And I realized
- 31:38Speaker 3: that representation matters, and so when people see themselves represented,
- 31:42Speaker 3: they'll get out there and do it too. So I
- 31:44Speaker 3: wanted to try stuff that you don't see a lot
- 31:46Speaker 3: of bad black people doing.
- 31:50Speaker 8: What you're doing out there.
- 31:56Speaker 3: So I'm just I'm literally just out there like exploring,
- 32:00Speaker 3: and some of it is stuff that you don't see
- 32:02Speaker 3: just people of color during period, Like I climb a
- 32:06Speaker 3: rock taste that's seventy feet up in the sky with
- 32:09Speaker 3: just my hands and my feet. I had a rope,
- 32:11Speaker 3: but still with my hands and the seat. I don't
- 32:13Speaker 3: know anybody even remotely my size that has ever I've
- 32:18Speaker 3: never seen anybody do that. White water wiped in with
- 32:21Speaker 3: classified rappids off.
- 32:26Speaker 4: Nothing.
- 32:28Speaker 7: People ain't white water wrapping man climbing seventy mountains.
- 32:34Speaker 5: You climb.
- 32:36Speaker 3: Seventy plus me of that mountains. I feel like I'm
- 32:40Speaker 3: built different. I can tell you that. But I mean
- 32:42Speaker 3: I definitely train a lot of people don't realize that.
- 32:44Speaker 3: Like I trained Toppy on this show and made sure
- 32:47Speaker 3: that I could at least be able to do this stuff.
- 32:49Speaker 3: But I've been doing this now for years. Uh So
- 32:52Speaker 3: it's just like the more activity, the more I'm out there,
- 32:55Speaker 3: is really changing people's paradigms and shipping people's paradigms and
- 32:59Speaker 3: and like the stigmas around uh what larger people can
- 33:03Speaker 3: do in the outdoor space.
- 33:06Speaker 5: Was on a glacier, I was like, now you the
- 33:14Speaker 5: cod Yeah, I'm.
- 33:16Speaker 3: Gonna be honest. I don't think I saw one black
- 33:18Speaker 3: person in that whole time I was I was looking
- 33:23Speaker 3: to I was like, hey you see some black people. Everybody.
- 33:26Speaker 7: Last person in here was Will Smith alight, so so
- 33:36Speaker 7: so tell me this. What's a glacier?
- 33:38Speaker 5: Like, what what do you.
- 33:40Speaker 8: What's the experience?
- 33:43Speaker 9: It was?
- 33:43Speaker 3: It was cold, but it feels like a big mountains,
- 33:47Speaker 3: Like it doesn't even feel that you're on something that's
- 33:49Speaker 3: moving because it's just so massive. But the one thing
- 33:53Speaker 3: that was like they gave you the he be gs
- 33:56Speaker 3: is they had all those crevices, like the cracks in
- 33:58Speaker 3: the ground. So you can literally just walk and just
- 34:02Speaker 3: see these massive like crevices holes in the middle of
- 34:06Speaker 3: the ice. And then then that's when you realize this
- 34:09Speaker 3: ain't a mountain, this is this is a block of ice,
- 34:12Speaker 3: a massive block of ice. So you could just see
- 34:14Speaker 3: straight down. If you fell it, possibly could die or
- 34:18Speaker 3: get seriously injured. And so yeah, yeah, that was the
- 34:20Speaker 3: tough part about that, but it was it was a
- 34:22Speaker 3: lot of fun.
- 34:26Speaker 8: The crack. How big is the crack in the ground?
- 34:28Speaker 7: Oh?
- 34:28Speaker 3: Man? They vary in size. Some of them can be small,
- 34:31Speaker 3: some of them can be literally fifty feet down easily.
- 34:36Speaker 7: When did you realize, man, that that you love to travel?
- 34:41Speaker 8: When did it hit you? When did you get this
- 34:43Speaker 8: traveling bug?
- 34:44Speaker 7: You know?
- 34:44Speaker 3: I mean I was traveling before, like in the car.
- 34:48Speaker 3: My pop actually used to take us from Orlando to Camden,
- 34:52Speaker 3: New Jersey. Shout out to all my people up there.
- 34:54Speaker 3: I used to love like those road trips but man,
- 34:57Speaker 3: once I got in that airplane and I was like,
- 35:00Speaker 3: you're telling me I can go from Atlanta to Tokyo
- 35:03Speaker 3: in eleven and a half hours, faster than it takes
- 35:06Speaker 3: to go from Orlando to Camden. Like, oh man, I'm sold,
- 35:10Speaker 3: I'm sold. I could be in another content in another
- 35:12Speaker 3: country that quickly, and then being there and you start realizing, like, wow,
- 35:16Speaker 3: you can start comparing life. You can be like, oh man,
- 35:19Speaker 3: y'all do stuff different, Like America's not the only country
- 35:22Speaker 3: in the world. Being in college traveling, I didn't even
- 35:25Speaker 3: know a lot of black people at that time that
- 35:27Speaker 3: was traveling because social media wasn't even out yet.
- 35:30Speaker 8: But man, listen, it has been good to talk to you, brother.
- 35:32Speaker 8: When can we catch the show?
- 35:33Speaker 3: You can catch it every Sunday on National Geographic TV,
- 35:37Speaker 3: and you can stream it now on Disney Plus and Hulu.
- 35:41Speaker 3: Never say never with Jet Jenkins show. I'm claiming it.
- 35:45Speaker 7: Yeah, miss We wish you much, love man, but keep
- 35:49Speaker 7: your hands off that wall.
- 35:50Speaker 5: Him to go with me.
- 35:54Speaker 7: Tell you daddy, we say, hey.
- 35:57Speaker 3: Well, appreciate y'all, Thank y'all again.
- 35:59Speaker 11: Coming up twenty minutes after the hour, we'll talk about
- 36:02Speaker 11: splitting the bill at a restaurant right after this, you're listening.
- 36:08Speaker 10: Morning show.
- 36:09Speaker 1: All right, let's do this.
- 36:10Speaker 11: We actually talked about this the other day and we
- 36:12Speaker 11: saw it trending on TikTok. What do you do when
- 36:15Speaker 11: someone invites you to dinner or birthday dinner celebration and
- 36:19Speaker 11: people order way too much? How do you split the bill?
- 36:22Speaker 11: They ordered all this food, all these dreams, you only
- 36:25Speaker 11: ordered maybe an appetizer in one drink. How do you
- 36:28Speaker 11: evenly or fairly divide the bill? Yeah, they were going off, Yeah,
- 36:33Speaker 11: we're going off. They were telling the people, the people
- 36:36Speaker 11: in dinner party, you're doing too much.
- 36:38Speaker 1: You ordered lamb jo.
- 36:41Speaker 5: Imhowing so much less? Wow? What happened?
- 36:45Speaker 3: Like?
- 36:45Speaker 7: I hate I hate separate checks, you know what I mean? No,
- 36:49Speaker 7: I hate that because it looks tacky to me. But
- 36:52Speaker 7: I'm always eating with some boys as ballers. We always
- 36:55Speaker 7: just throw our card in and every we just split
- 36:58Speaker 7: it down the middle. You know, you got five six brothers,
- 37:01Speaker 7: or if it's five six dates, we with our wives.
- 37:04Speaker 7: The guy's gonna throw our card in, we're gonna split
- 37:06Speaker 7: it up. We're gonna and that's it right now. When
- 37:08Speaker 7: you got one that's out of control. Yeah, we gotta
- 37:11Speaker 7: put a little.
- 37:12Speaker 8: Bit more on his car.
- 37:14Speaker 9: But what about this situation. It's a birthday dinner, Tommy,
- 37:17Speaker 9: it's your birthday. We're all out eating.
- 37:19Speaker 1: It's a group of us, and it doesn't matter if
- 37:21Speaker 1: you're a ball or not.
- 37:22Speaker 9: Everybody's ordering what they're ordering, and some people are just
- 37:26Speaker 9: ordering it market price, the most expensive things on the menu,
- 37:31Speaker 9: you know, lobster, and.
- 37:32Speaker 5: They going all in.
- 37:34Speaker 9: Well you don't, but wait, let me finish, and you
- 37:36Speaker 9: don't order that much. You may have, you know, a
- 37:40Speaker 9: fad and a third. So when the bill comes, this
- 37:44Speaker 9: is one bill. So let's just say yes, you say
- 37:47Speaker 9: you hate splitting the check, but it's this one bill.
- 37:50Speaker 9: Should I have to pay for your order of lobster?
- 37:55Speaker 9: If I know I can't afford it. I didn't order
- 37:57Speaker 9: it for myself. So if I know I can't afford it,
- 38:00Speaker 9: should I just have to pay for what I ordered?
- 38:03Speaker 9: My partner and the birthday person contribute my part for
- 38:08Speaker 9: them not to eat here or.
- 38:09Speaker 7: She the person that the person that that orders with
- 38:15Speaker 7: that that when they got that MP out there to
- 38:18Speaker 7: the side the market price once once.
- 38:21Speaker 8: You see no numbers, you just see two levels MP.
- 38:24Speaker 1: When you see that.
- 38:26Speaker 8: Guess what that person needs to say.
- 38:27Speaker 7: Hey, listen, I'm gonna get my own separate bill because
- 38:29Speaker 7: I'm gonna do my thing up in here right now.
- 38:31Speaker 8: That's what that person needs to do.
- 38:33Speaker 1: They don't usually do that. That's the problem.
- 38:36Speaker 12: They usually start doing it at the table because I
- 38:38Speaker 12: so as I get the fissed who.
- 38:40Speaker 5: Had the MP market price?
- 38:44Speaker 1: Okay, who had to flow the list?
- 38:47Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm going down the list pay for all of that,
- 38:50Speaker 5: That's what I mean.
- 38:51Speaker 1: So that's what that argument on TikTok was. Yeah, it
- 38:55Speaker 1: was big. It was the big party.
- 38:57Speaker 7: You had the loaded baked potato with Cavey off a
- 39:01Speaker 7: three hundred dollars.
- 39:01Speaker 9: Who personal Yeah we should be paying for okay. So
- 39:08Speaker 9: all right, well what you can't pay for is that
- 39:12Speaker 9: the moral?
- 39:13Speaker 1: Yeah, let's discuss this in your forehand. Yeah yeah, all right.
- 39:17Speaker 11: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, we're
- 39:19Speaker 11: going to share some things that today's generation generations Z
- 39:24Speaker 11: are missing out on.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening.
- 39:28Speaker 10: Morning show.
- 39:30Speaker 11: Whether you grew up in the eighties, nineties, or even
- 39:33Speaker 11: the two thousands, we can all agree that things are
- 39:35Speaker 11: very very different now, for better or for worse. There
- 39:39Speaker 11: are some things that from time that time period that
- 39:42Speaker 11: today's generation just won't get your experience. And here are
- 39:45Speaker 11: a few thoughts starters, and you guys jump in and
- 39:48Speaker 11: add what you don't think? What you think Generation Z
- 39:51Speaker 11: is missing out from your generation? Okay, being unreachable sometimes, Okay,
- 39:57Speaker 11: we didn't have cell phones and we didn' have social media,
- 40:01Speaker 11: we didn't have text messages.
- 40:02Speaker 1: Okay, I love that, yes, yes, yes, yes.
- 40:05Speaker 11: Compared to now yeah, uh going to a live concert,
- 40:10Speaker 11: you know, seeing Lutheran concert and all of that, going
- 40:13Speaker 11: through to a live performance without millions of phones in.
- 40:18Speaker 1: The air, you know, like blocking your view and all that.
- 40:21Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:21Speaker 1: Yeah, So see, those are some of the things that
- 40:26Speaker 1: that we had that they don't have.
- 40:28Speaker 6: Now.
- 40:28Speaker 1: It's normal to them, but you know we we know
- 40:31Speaker 1: better times or different times.
- 40:34Speaker 5: What do you think, Absolutely it's different.
- 40:38Speaker 12: I mean, it wouldn't put your phones let's put your
- 40:40Speaker 12: hands up, not your phone, your hands up.
- 40:46Speaker 5: The way. Yeah yeah, it wasn't.
- 40:50Speaker 7: That was man, that was no communication as far as
- 40:54Speaker 7: uh uh, you know you didn't have no phone when
- 40:56Speaker 7: you was outside playing, your mama just screamed down the
- 40:58Speaker 7: street and can tell your black but come on home.
- 41:00Speaker 8: That's what it is.
- 41:02Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, there's no texting. You had to talk
- 41:06Speaker 1: face to face, none of them or on the phone.
- 41:10Speaker 12: Come knock on my door and find out I was
- 41:12Speaker 12: in there. Yeah, yeah, I'm knock on the door. Yeah
- 41:16Speaker 12: it's junior in there.
- 41:17Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm in here.
- 41:20Speaker 9: Bedroom door.
- 41:21Speaker 7: You could close your bedroom door and if you're riding around,
- 41:25Speaker 7: you got to pull over to a payphone and put
- 41:27Speaker 7: a quarter in there and make that call.
- 41:28Speaker 1: That's what you that's right, that's right.
- 41:30Speaker 11: Speaking of phones, remember those long phone cords you used
- 41:33Speaker 11: to have growing up.
- 41:35Speaker 1: On the phone on the wall, long long one. You
- 41:40Speaker 1: could go outside, go in your on the phone. On
- 41:47Speaker 1: a serious note, though, with the kids though.
- 41:50Speaker 9: This generation, you know the whole I guess you could
- 41:53Speaker 9: talk about the whole bullying thing.
- 41:55Speaker 1: You know, when it happened, it happened at school, it
- 41:59Speaker 1: was that's what it was. We dealt with it.
- 42:01Speaker 9: But now can you imagine it's that at school? Social
- 42:06Speaker 9: media it's just forever.
- 42:09Speaker 1: It seems like it's just it's just this generation right here.
- 42:14Speaker 9: Or if you make a mistake, yeah, a lot of
- 42:17Speaker 9: people didn't know about it, you fixed it. Want social
- 42:24Speaker 9: media back then to blast our mistake.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Because we made them. We made them we were all young. Yeah,
- 42:34Speaker 1: we made them before, for sure.
- 42:36Speaker 8: You know what I think is different though?
- 42:38Speaker 7: What and a buddy of mine we were talking about
- 42:40Speaker 7: this the other day, were always talking about, you know,
- 42:42Speaker 7: making kids go outside like we used to be outside
- 42:45Speaker 7: all the time. Right, Yes, I ain't gonna lie, y'all.
- 42:48Speaker 7: I swear I think it's hotter than it was when
- 42:51Speaker 7: we was growing up. It's hot.
- 42:54Speaker 1: It's been a news.
- 42:56Speaker 5: Yeah, it's hotter than ever.
- 42:59Speaker 11: Yeah about global warming, It really is. And it's a
- 43:02Speaker 11: different kind of heat. Yeah, it's it's because we could
- 43:06Speaker 11: stand it back then.
- 43:07Speaker 7: Now, yes, now I've got to send the boy out
- 43:12Speaker 7: there with a big thermis.
- 43:13Speaker 8: And you know you got to have.
- 43:15Speaker 9: Water, yes, well sure, and you you have water from
- 43:21Speaker 9: that water hole, water bottle.
- 43:24Speaker 5: You have to go to the water hole.
- 43:27Speaker 7: You gotta know how to work to understand how right
- 43:30Speaker 7: right right?
- 43:31Speaker 8: Yeah, you gotta let that hot water right out.
- 43:34Speaker 5: Our parents did to us.
- 43:36Speaker 12: Man, They just like stuff like tom to be outside
- 43:38Speaker 12: playing and then all of a sudden, you hear your
- 43:40Speaker 12: name and they call you kill a kill. You run
- 43:44Speaker 12: all the way back in the house. They say, turn
- 43:45Speaker 12: that the channel lifting from me. That kid today changed
- 43:53Speaker 12: the channel from our side.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Yeah, on their phone, on their phones. That's right, Yeah,
- 43:59Speaker 1: what bought bikes? Do kids ride bikes anymore? I hardly
- 44:04Speaker 1: ever see that though not as much as we used to.
- 44:07Speaker 8: Let me tell you I got we'll talk about late.
- 44:11Speaker 8: Let me tell you what these bikes.
- 44:12Speaker 11: With this boy all right in the helmets, Thanks guys.
- 44:17Speaker 11: Coming up next the prank phone call for today with
- 44:20Speaker 11: the nephew. Right after this you're listening hard morning show.
- 44:27Speaker 11: Coming up at the top of the hour, right about
- 44:29Speaker 11: four minutes after, it's my strawberry letter for today, and.
- 44:31Speaker 9: The subject is why did he keep calling out his
- 44:36Speaker 9: ex's name?
- 44:38Speaker 11: What to that in just a few because right now
- 44:43Speaker 11: it is the nephew with today's prank phone call, which
- 44:46Speaker 11: you got for its nept.
- 44:47Speaker 7: That's right here is your son is going back to
- 44:51Speaker 7: pre k. Your son going back to pre k. He
- 44:55Speaker 7: didn't do good in pre k. It is what it is, folks. Okay,
- 44:59Speaker 7: y'all got to do better at home, your parents at
- 45:02Speaker 7: the house. Do better with these kids, y'all. I'm not
- 45:04Speaker 7: doing y'all's part.
- 45:05Speaker 8: You give them to the teacher.
- 45:06Speaker 1: Think that's it.
- 45:07Speaker 7: Your child going back to pre Kate's all it is
- 45:09Speaker 7: too Let's go cat do. I don't want hear nothing
- 45:11Speaker 7: else find it. Yes, I'm trying to reach missus Thomas. Please,
- 45:18Speaker 7: my name is mister Stapleton. I'm actually the principal over
- 45:20Speaker 7: at elementary school. You're I'm looking at my records indicating
- 45:25Speaker 7: that your son, Thomas is going to be starting his
- 45:28Speaker 7: first grade. Right, listen, miss Thomas, I've been going through
- 45:34Speaker 7: actually all of the children's records that will be starting school,
- 45:38Speaker 7: and I'm looking at your son's grades from his kindergarten.
- 45:45Speaker 8: Well, no, not exactly.
- 45:47Speaker 7: I mean there's been a few I actually spoke with
- 45:50Speaker 7: the teacher and who he was under in kindergarten, and
- 45:53Speaker 7: it seems like he just really wasn't up to par
- 45:56Speaker 7: as the rest of the children.
- 45:58Speaker 4: His conduct, He talked, but he gets his work. So
- 46:02Speaker 4: what else is she saying on that that ain't right?
- 46:05Speaker 7: Well, what it seems to be, ma'am, is that his
- 46:08Speaker 7: grades weren't up the par as the rest of the
- 46:09Speaker 7: other children. She did tell me he was a disobedient child.
- 46:13Speaker 4: No, he's disobedient and talking two different things.
- 46:15Speaker 8: Come on, okay, well.
- 46:17Speaker 7: Man, listen, what we've decided here is we're gonna let
- 46:21Speaker 7: little actually do another year of kindergarten.
- 46:23Speaker 4: Oh no, y'all ain't gonna let him do another year
- 46:26Speaker 4: of kindergarten.
- 46:26Speaker 8: No sign, ma'am. That's that's the only choice I.
- 46:29Speaker 4: Have after uh No, we got our letter in the
- 46:32Speaker 4: mail with our report card the week after school's started,
- 46:37Speaker 4: and it's said on the back promoted. And if I
- 46:40Speaker 4: got to get about this couch and go get it,
- 46:42Speaker 4: I'm gonna be out because I'm telling you right now
- 46:45Speaker 4: we will be in the first grade kindergarten. Won't that hard.
- 46:49Speaker 4: I'm not sure what they told you about him, but
- 46:51Speaker 4: it must be the wrong.
- 46:52Speaker 7: Well, don't understand that he doesn't color as well as
- 46:56Speaker 7: the rest of the kids. He's all out of he's
- 46:58Speaker 7: out of the lines when he colored. He doesn't know
- 47:00Speaker 7: his numbers completely. And that's kind of what we need
- 47:03Speaker 7: when you first come into into the first grade.
- 47:06Speaker 4: When I can show you on this paper he did
- 47:08Speaker 4: satisfactory all the way through. Now you about the man,
- 47:11Speaker 4: and I'm already sick calling me with some by my
- 47:15Speaker 4: son blunking kindergarden. He ain't that kind of thing.
- 47:18Speaker 8: Does not color well, ma'am.
- 47:20Speaker 4: I say, Colin ain't got nothing do with that, Dadgarde kindergarten.
- 47:23Speaker 4: He is going to the first grade, and I'll be
- 47:25Speaker 4: down there on August twenty four.
- 47:27Speaker 5: Now I will not be able to allow you to
- 47:29Speaker 5: get into school.
- 47:31Speaker 4: God, mister, I'm sorry. Uh, and let me get Let
- 47:34Speaker 4: me tell you what. Let me go in and get
- 47:35Speaker 4: my pencil pen because I don't live that far from
- 47:37Speaker 4: the school. And if y'all already down there calls him
- 47:40Speaker 4: some conflict, I need to get up and go down
- 47:41Speaker 4: there because I'm not telling my baby when he come
- 47:43Speaker 4: home today that he ain't going to the dad gun first, ma'am.
- 47:46Speaker 7: I hate to say it, but I'm gonna have to
- 47:47Speaker 7: refuse education from him on August twenty.
- 47:50Speaker 4: You know what, I just went back and put him
- 47:52Speaker 4: in public school. I know that was a stake in
- 47:54Speaker 4: the first place. Food which are talking about some coloring?
- 47:57Speaker 5: Give me your name against her Stapleton man?
- 48:00Speaker 4: And what's that number down there?
- 48:01Speaker 8: The number here is actually area code.
- 48:04Speaker 4: Uh waitman, I got the number. Now, mind, I pulled
- 48:06Speaker 4: up this report card. I got the number. Your name
- 48:08Speaker 4: on the back of this paper. I tell you what
- 48:10Speaker 4: I was twenty fourth will be coming in there going
- 48:12Speaker 4: to school, and I might make a trip around there
- 48:14Speaker 4: this evening when I come from the document. I'm not
- 48:18Speaker 4: want to hear that calling. Ain't got nothing to do
- 48:21Speaker 4: with nothing else.
- 48:22Speaker 7: It's not only color, he's arithmetickets back all right? No,
- 48:26Speaker 7: are you working with him at home?
- 48:27Speaker 4: When you doing anything at home? Hey, what you're trying
- 48:31Speaker 4: to say, I'm an incompetent parent.
- 48:32Speaker 5: I'm just asking, as a parent, are you working with
- 48:35Speaker 5: your child?
- 48:35Speaker 4: Working with my child every day? He can read better
- 48:37Speaker 4: than you.
- 48:38Speaker 3: Problemly, No, he can't read.
- 48:39Speaker 5: But I'm the prin I.
- 48:40Speaker 4: Can't read better than you because honestly, you read that
- 48:42Speaker 4: wrong on that paper that he's supposed to be going
- 48:44Speaker 4: back to kindergarten, when I know the paper said from
- 48:47Speaker 4: his going to the first grade. And I'm not listening
- 48:50Speaker 4: to no moreist about him going backwards. Now, if you
- 48:53Speaker 4: got a problem with your paper work, maybe you need
- 48:56Speaker 4: to go talk to your secretary or somebody in there
- 48:59Speaker 4: that wrote my baby.
- 49:00Speaker 5: Names down with your son's name, Thomas Man.
- 49:03Speaker 4: No, it ain't him, baby, I know it ain't him.
- 49:05Speaker 4: You're not gonna sit up and tell me my son
- 49:07Speaker 4: is flocking in kindergarten. He is not going back to
- 49:09Speaker 4: that kindergarten.
- 49:10Speaker 5: Don't bring your son down here.
- 49:14Speaker 4: I tell you what. Be ready to want me and
- 49:16Speaker 4: my husband, but we will be down there, Officer far
- 49:18Speaker 4: that pink shoes you to farm everything you.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Hear me, I will not be able to allow him
- 49:23Speaker 3: in education right now.
- 49:25Speaker 4: I will come down there right now and make that
- 49:27Speaker 4: correction on that paper for you. That is not going
- 49:30Speaker 4: back ken no kindergarten for no coloring.
- 49:33Speaker 5: Can you bring him down here and let him color
- 49:34Speaker 5: for me?
- 49:35Speaker 4: So you telling about coloring arithmetic on our yourself? No, no,
- 49:39Speaker 4: I'm sorry. We will be down there, officst to twenty four.
- 49:42Speaker 4: I will have this poor card in my hand that
- 49:45Speaker 4: says you have been promoted to the first grade. And
- 49:47Speaker 4: he's gonna have a smile on his face, and so
- 49:49Speaker 4: are you.
- 49:50Speaker 5: I got one more thing I need to tell you.
- 49:52Speaker 5: Are you listening to me?
- 49:53Speaker 4: I'm listening. You ain't saying nothing yet. You better say
- 49:56Speaker 4: something that sounded like the first glade because I'm not playing.
- 49:58Speaker 4: I would go down to this dad gun administrative office
- 50:01Speaker 4: and I had fine because my son would be in
- 50:04Speaker 4: that first grade.
- 50:05Speaker 5: Are you raising your voice?
- 50:06Speaker 3: Sat?
- 50:06Speaker 5: Who are you raising your voice?
- 50:07Speaker 3: Said?
- 50:08Speaker 4: You know you're talking crazy to me. I'm talking crazy
- 50:10Speaker 4: to you.
- 50:11Speaker 3: What.
- 50:11Speaker 4: I'm a ground woman. I don't need to mess friend
- 50:13Speaker 4: to you?
- 50:14Speaker 5: Why I'm trying to Did you graduate?
- 50:17Speaker 4: Honey? I am a college degree person. I have a
- 50:20Speaker 4: great job. My husband and I do well for ourselves
- 50:22Speaker 4: and for our children.
- 50:23Speaker 5: And that's why we know you're not even You're not
- 50:25Speaker 5: even at work right now.
- 50:26Speaker 4: Man, I said, I'm a shake phone. I told you
- 50:28Speaker 4: that when you call him right on the doctor to
- 50:30Speaker 4: call me now, partner missing my phone call?
- 50:33Speaker 5: Can you color because your son can't come color?
- 50:36Speaker 4: What got a question is that? To ask me? Can

- 50:39Speaker 9: Why?
- 50:39Speaker 4: As you white or black? You asked mess dressed me?
- 50:41Speaker 4: Am I colored? No?
- 50:42Speaker 5: I asked you?
- 50:43Speaker 8: Can you color like your son?
- 50:45Speaker 4: Some racist lines in the Can you color?
- 50:48Speaker 2: No?
- 50:50Speaker 4: My color and me being colored ain't got nothing to
- 50:52Speaker 4: do with none of this? Is this a race thing?
- 50:55Speaker 4: You trying to make sure you send him back?
- 50:56Speaker 7: No, I'm not trying to send him back. I want
- 50:58Speaker 7: to send him back to color to get his coloring together.

- 54:15Speaker 5: We got it for you.
- 54:16Speaker 8: Here it is Strawberry letter.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Thank you nephew. Subject why did he keep calling out
- 54:23Speaker 1: his ex's name?
- 54:25Speaker 2: Here?
- 54:25Speaker 11: Stephen Shirley, My husband and I have been together for
- 54:28Speaker 11: three years and we eloped recently in Vegas. He was
- 54:32Speaker 11: married before and he has two teenagers with his ex wife.
- 54:36Speaker 11: The kids were very upset that they weren't invited to
- 54:38Speaker 11: our wedding, and they've been yelling at my husband every
- 54:42Speaker 11: chance they get. I heard his daughter yelling at him
- 54:45Speaker 11: on the phone, and I took the phone to try
- 54:47Speaker 11: to calm her down. Her mama got on the phone
- 54:50Speaker 11: too and told me to stop talking to her child crazy.
- 54:53Speaker 11: I did no such thing, and my husband defended me,
- 54:56Speaker 11: so that irritated his ex wife to no end. They
- 55:00Speaker 11: yelled and screamed on the phone for an hour, so
- 55:03Speaker 11: I went and got in the bed. He came to
- 55:06Speaker 11: bed later, and he was drained. As he tried to
- 55:09Speaker 11: explain exactly what happened, he kept calling me his ex
- 55:12Speaker 11: wife's name. I knew he was upset, so I waited
- 55:15Speaker 11: until he stopped ranting, and I told him that if
- 55:19Speaker 11: he called me his ex wife's name one more time,
- 55:22Speaker 11: I was going to bust his head. He apologized and
- 55:25Speaker 11: poured us some wine. He got comfy, and I started
- 55:28Speaker 11: doing a little something to him to.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Help him relax.
- 55:31Speaker 11: As I was doing what I do, he called me
- 55:34Speaker 11: his ex wife's name again, and I stopped instantly.
- 55:38Speaker 9: I told him what he said, and he said that
- 55:42Speaker 9: it wasn't what he said. He said, I was hearing
- 55:45Speaker 9: things because I had a lot of wine.
- 55:47Speaker 1: I know what I heard.
- 55:48Speaker 11: He could even if she did, that would have sobered
- 55:51Speaker 11: her up right away, right, She said, I know what
- 55:54Speaker 11: I heard. He caddled up next to me and begged
- 55:56Speaker 11: me to finish what I started. But I could not
- 55:59Speaker 11: get past him continuely calling me his ex wife's name.
- 56:02Speaker 11: He did it when he was mad, when he was
- 56:06Speaker 11: being pleasured, and when he was being pleasured. Why was
- 56:09Speaker 11: she still on his mind? Was it a simple mistake
- 56:12Speaker 11: several times?
- 56:13Speaker 1: Or is she a foremost on his mind? Ooh, your
- 56:17Speaker 1: husband is in trouble. Okay.
- 56:19Speaker 11: You would think that after three years of being together
- 56:22Speaker 11: and now being married to you, you would think that
- 56:25Speaker 11: he would remember your name, that he would be able
- 56:27Speaker 11: to remember it. What's the problem, especially during an intimate
- 56:31Speaker 11: moment like that. But I think here's what the issue is.
- 56:35Speaker 11: This is where it gets a little crazy, because it
- 56:40Speaker 11: could have been an honest mistake on his part.
- 56:42Speaker 1: I mean, you know, it could have been. He was
- 56:47Speaker 1: arguing with her for a long long time. It got ugly.
- 56:50Speaker 1: With all of the yelling and the screaming.
- 56:52Speaker 11: He probably felt some kind of way, you know, because
- 56:55Speaker 11: he did run off with you and get married, and
- 56:58Speaker 11: now that was probably still in his and you know,
- 57:03Speaker 11: he was still heated about it. So the fact that
- 57:05Speaker 11: he tried to gaslight you is the problem here. He
- 57:09Speaker 11: tried to say that you were hearing things because you
- 57:12Speaker 11: had a lot of wine. What come on, now, like
- 57:16Speaker 11: you said, you know what you heard. I don't think
- 57:20Speaker 11: you know she's It's that she's so uppermost in his mind.
- 57:24Speaker 11: I think she's in his life because of the kids,
- 57:26Speaker 11: of course, and life is a mess right now because
- 57:29Speaker 11: again he ran off and got married to you. They
- 57:31Speaker 11: were mad because they weren't in the wedding, all of
- 57:34Speaker 11: that due to the elopement. And he needs that's what
- 57:36Speaker 11: he needs to fix if he can. He'll also always
- 57:41Speaker 11: have problems with him if he doesn't, and he was
- 57:43Speaker 11: gonna continue to have problems with you if he doesn't
- 57:46Speaker 11: fix this situation. Fix fix the problem that you created
- 57:50Speaker 11: with eloping and all of that with the kids. Fix that,
- 57:53Speaker 11: and then maybe you won't be calling your new wife
- 57:55Speaker 11: your ex wife's name.
- 57:56Speaker 1: What are you doing? That's not right, Tommy.
- 58:00Speaker 7: You stop pleasuring in the middle. That that that that
- 58:03Speaker 7: that that's what's bothered me more than anything.
- 58:06Speaker 1: Sish.
- 58:07Speaker 7: Okay, now that's just selfish, a right that that's mean,
- 58:11Speaker 7: and it's just selfish for you to just stop like that.
- 58:14Speaker 5: All right now. Now, he the man going through some things.
- 58:17Speaker 7: He's had some ups and downs and and and and
- 58:20Speaker 7: and now you're trying to help it out and then
- 58:21Speaker 7: all of a sudden you're gonna stop all right now, Shrika,
- 58:25Speaker 7: I mean Kim, Listen, you're gonna have to get this.
- 58:29Speaker 9: What.
- 58:31Speaker 8: Look, I'm just saying.
- 58:32Speaker 7: I'm just saying I got a lot on my mind
- 58:34Speaker 7: right now, Shreika, I mean Kim, And you're gonna have
- 58:36Speaker 7: to understand, I'm just going through Okay, and I don't
- 58:40Speaker 7: mean no harmy what's going on now? If we can't
- 58:42Speaker 7: get past this, this is what we're gonna have to do.
- 58:44Speaker 7: We're gonna have to get you some headphones and put
- 58:46Speaker 7: him over your ears until I get past these two names. Okay,
- 58:51Speaker 7: I mean that, put some head on some beachs. We
- 58:53Speaker 7: gonna get you some beets. We're gonna get you something
- 58:56Speaker 7: so that way you won't be hearing what I'm saying,
- 58:58Speaker 7: because I know I'm saying a lot of wrong stuff. Okay,
- 59:01Speaker 7: I mean, Kim, do you do you understand where I'm
- 59:03Speaker 7: coming from. Okay, That's that's all I'm asking you. That's
- 59:07Speaker 7: all I'm asking you. Please, I don't mean no harm.
- 59:11Speaker 7: I will get you a name, Tam okay, and I'll
- 59:17Speaker 7: put that on you. I will get you some shirts
- 59:20Speaker 7: and I would put I will put Kim on now. Okay,
- 59:24Speaker 7: I mean, okay, Kim, I will put that on that.
- 59:26Speaker 7: We ain't been married for three years and we did
- 59:28Speaker 7: it down in Vecas.
- 59:29Speaker 8: You know we did this quick. You know we did that.
- 59:31Speaker 5: You know you know that.
- 59:33Speaker 8: You know I can't. I just can't remember your name
- 59:35Speaker 8: like that all the time.
- 59:36Speaker 7: I'm sorry, all right, but don't ever stop in the
- 59:39Speaker 7: middle of pleasure in and they're taking care of men.
- 59:41Speaker 8: You don't never stop that because you upset about something. Okay,
- 59:45Speaker 8: you stay focused.
- 59:46Speaker 7: You understand that, you stay focused and continue with what
- 59:49Speaker 7: you're doing.
- 59:51Speaker 1: Pleasure. He'll remember her name.
- 59:53Speaker 8: Oh, Mika, I mean, Kim stopped you just you just
- 59:58Speaker 8: you take it too far?
- 59:59Speaker 1: Baby, Okay, Okay, Tommy, I mean Junior, it's your term.
- 1:00:05Speaker 5: You know, I don't know you did.
- 1:00:07Speaker 8: I don't know you did.
- 1:00:09Speaker 12: So the two of us, no I'm be honest with
- 1:00:14Speaker 12: you and I really mean this, and I'm just gonna
- 1:00:16Speaker 12: say this, and this is important.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: We're gonna start.
- 1:00:19Speaker 12: This is where lion is important. You have to deny, deny,
- 1:00:22Speaker 12: do not. You did not say that woman's name.
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: He tried that. Yeah, no, not trying to stay on it.
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: So we'll give up after the first track.
- 1:00:29Speaker 9: All right, day, right there, Hold your response, Hold your response.
- 1:00:33Speaker 11: We'll have part two of the Strawberry Letter for today
- 1:00:36Speaker 11: at twenty three minutes after.
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: The subject is why did why did he keep calling
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: out his ex's name?
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: Why?
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: hard Morning Show.
- 1:00:49Speaker 11: It's time to recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject is
- 1:00:52Speaker 11: why did he keep calling out his exes name? A
- 1:00:54Speaker 11: woman wrote in she and her husband have been together
- 1:00:56Speaker 11: for three years. However they eloped recently in Vegas. He
- 1:01:00Speaker 11: was married before. He has two teenagers with his ex wife,
- 1:01:04Speaker 11: and the kids are really upset that they went out
- 1:01:06Speaker 11: to Vegas and he loped, and they're mad because they
- 1:01:08Speaker 11: weren't invited to the wedding, so they yell at their
- 1:01:12Speaker 11: dad every chance they get. Now, the new wife heard
- 1:01:16Speaker 11: his daughter yelling at him on the phone, so she
- 1:01:19Speaker 11: took the phone just to try to calm her down,
- 1:01:21Speaker 11: she says. Then his ex wife got on the phone
- 1:01:24Speaker 11: and told her to stop talking to her child crazy.
- 1:01:28Speaker 11: She says she wasn't talking to the child crazy. And
- 1:01:31Speaker 11: then the husband got on the phone, the ex husband,
- 1:01:34Speaker 11: her current husband.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: He and the ex wife got.
- 1:01:36Speaker 11: Into a big argument, argument, argument, and then after that
- 1:01:41Speaker 11: he kept.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Calling his new wife his ex wife's name.
- 1:01:44Speaker 11: So you know, they got home, she thought things were calm,
- 1:01:47Speaker 11: she started doing something that he likes to pleasure him,
- 1:01:51Speaker 11: and even in that, he kept calling her his ex
- 1:01:54Speaker 11: wife's name. So then when she checked him on it,
- 1:01:58Speaker 11: when she called him on it, he's said, oh, you're
- 1:02:00Speaker 11: just you know, you're you're tripping.
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: You think you heard that you just had too much wine.
- 1:02:05Speaker 11: And what she wants to know is was this a
- 1:02:08Speaker 11: simple mistake for several times or is this ex wife
- 1:02:11Speaker 11: uppermost in his mine?
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: Jr.
- 1:02:14Speaker 12: Yeah, I'm telling you stay on your line, man, you
- 1:02:17Speaker 12: was doing good. Don't give up the first time she
- 1:02:19Speaker 12: fight fight back.
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: With it, and you did not hear that. That is
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: not what you heard.
- 1:02:23Speaker 12: Now what I'm with tell me on this now. The
- 1:02:25Speaker 12: problem we have is you stopped the pleasure. You have
- 1:02:29Speaker 12: to keep see the pleasure.
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: Shure. The pleasure will help everybody.
- 1:02:35Speaker 12: It will calm this whole situation down if you just
- 1:02:38Speaker 12: get finished. Okay, Well, well I'm telling you you did
- 1:02:41Speaker 12: not hear me call you my ex wife's name.
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: You never heard that. Now I'm gonna tell you what
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: we're gonna do. The healthy situation.
- 1:02:47Speaker 12: I know Tommy said, hey, get you some headphone, but
- 1:02:49Speaker 12: we're gonna get you I've already ordered them.
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: We're gonna get you some hear hearing age.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: They coming in today off Amazon.
- 1:02:55Speaker 5: Yeah, Amazon bringing them by today. You get the same day.
- 1:02:57Speaker 12: You're finna get these here and aid put these in.
- 1:03:00Speaker 12: You clearly can't here now now now I never said
- 1:03:04Speaker 12: Belinda's name.
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: I never said it. I never said that. Okay. Now
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: now now your name mert Linda. See you can't hear the.
- 1:03:14Speaker 12: Mend be okay now now Melinda. I did not say Belinda, Okay,
- 1:03:19Speaker 12: I said, I said Melinda. Okay, Now you you over
- 1:03:21Speaker 12: here hearing things, get these.
- 1:03:23Speaker 5: Hearing a's inn. I just bought you.
- 1:03:24Speaker 12: They here, they here, put these in, because that's what
- 1:03:27Speaker 12: the problem is. Now, let's get back to the pleasure
- 1:03:29Speaker 12: in part. That's the most important thing here. Forget them kids.
- 1:03:33Speaker 5: We married. Now he has to argue with them. Listen
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: to Melinda them Belinda's kids right now, we married. Okay,
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: Now you did not hear? That's all I know. And
- 1:03:46Speaker 5: tell me that's what we got to stay on. Stay
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: on your line, man.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: That's it.
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:03:49Speaker 12: Their names is already close. Of course you're gonna hear
- 1:03:52Speaker 12: something different because I'm mad too.
- 1:03:53Speaker 5: You mad to it? We all so you think I
- 1:03:55Speaker 5: would say that, but that's not you. I know. I
- 1:03:58Speaker 5: know my wife named Melinda.
- 1:03:59Speaker 12: Now that Linda's kids over there and they mad, So
- 1:04:02Speaker 12: don't don't think that's what you heard.
- 1:04:03Speaker 5: You didn't hear that. That's all I said.
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: So that's how he can fix it.
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: He's fixed it.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: It's sticking with his lie, the gas lighting lie.
- 1:04:11Speaker 12: Sticking the lie and get them hearing aids and it
- 1:04:13Speaker 12: just order them and make them well. Her hearing probably
- 1:04:16Speaker 12: already good. But put these in because you couldn't get hit.
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, when we better, when we better?
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: You know them, you know them headphones they've had, uh,
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: the people when they're working at the airport and and
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: they bringing the planes in, you know, yes, they just
- 1:04:29Speaker 7: completely cuts it all the way off. Why don't we
- 1:04:32Speaker 7: just put them on her and tape them all and
- 1:04:35Speaker 7: tape them on so that way it can't come Now
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: she can't hear.
- 1:04:38Speaker 10: In the bedroom.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, now she looking like she bringing it at
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: seven thirty.
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: Yeah. Right now, that's how you pleasure something. See, that's how.
- 1:04:48Speaker 5: That's the most important You stopped or.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: She can call him by her.
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: Why would you do that?
- 1:04:56Speaker 13: Do that?
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: She could do that in the middle of pleasure. I
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: don't care what the hell you called me, And honestly, Jerome,
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: I don't care what you call.
- 1:05:09Speaker 9: Stop the pleasuring. She'll get his name right, stop it.
- 1:05:12Speaker 9: He'll get her name right. He'll get her name right.
- 1:05:15Speaker 9: Stop the pleasure.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: That's not that's what you do.
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: Don't know.
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: That's not how that works.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: No, two way street is not a two way street
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: with the name.

- 1:10:11Speaker 5: the street with a brown.
- 1:10:12Speaker 7: Bag in my arm.
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: For me.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Coming up in the top of the hour. Things are
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: different now, guys.
- 1:10:21Speaker 11: Social media advice a man a man's relative is faking
- 1:10:25Speaker 11: an illness for money.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: Oh we'll talk about that right after this. You're listening.
- 1:10:31Speaker 10: Morning show, all right.
- 1:10:34Speaker 11: This one's from Facebook and it's from Mickey, and Mickey writes,
- 1:10:39Speaker 11: this one is all kinds of messed up.
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: I'm not sure what to do about it.
- 1:10:43Speaker 11: I just found out that a cousin of mine is
- 1:10:46Speaker 11: having financial problems, So to help himself out, he's decided
- 1:10:50Speaker 11: to put the news out there that he's got a
- 1:10:52Speaker 11: devastating and expensive illness and he's asking people for money
- 1:10:57Speaker 11: to help with his medical bills. I am ninety nine
- 1:11:01Speaker 11: point nine percent sure this is BS and I.
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: Don't want to see people taking advantage.
- 1:11:07Speaker 11: Of I am also not a fan of sticking my
- 1:11:10Speaker 11: nose in other people's business.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: So how much should I get involved in this? That's
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: what she wants to know.
- 1:11:15Speaker 7: Niki, you better tell the family members that you're close
- 1:11:18Speaker 7: to that you think this will be s at least
- 1:11:20Speaker 7: tell them now. You already know how it goes in
- 1:11:23Speaker 7: the fen. I'm gonna tell you, but don't say nothing.
- 1:11:26Speaker 7: Do you know how that travels around the entire family.
- 1:11:29Speaker 7: It's gonna get a wrap so eventually, so eventually your
- 1:11:32Speaker 7: cousin are gonna know that the word is out on it.
- 1:11:34Speaker 7: But you're gonna I would nip it in the bullet
- 1:11:36Speaker 7: to hell with him. He'll get over it. Yeah, hellse
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: just say, hey, man, were running game on everybody.
- 1:11:44Speaker 12: No, I ain't giving you a dollar. I'm not doing nothing.
- 1:11:48Speaker 12: I want to see how long this illness is gonna last.
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: Listen how long. Let's find out how devastating this ills is.
- 1:11:53Speaker 5: At expensive this illness is because.
- 1:11:56Speaker 12: You see, you're pretty healthy to me, I ain't see
- 1:11:58Speaker 12: the doctor's apartment, nothing you need.
- 1:12:01Speaker 5: Where are your medical equipment in his house? It's just
- 1:12:03Speaker 5: so expensive in its dev state. People.
- 1:12:06Speaker 12: I didn't hear nothing. I don't see no wheel chair,
- 1:12:08Speaker 12: no walker. You fine from bars, I can see. I'm
- 1:12:11Speaker 12: not gonna do it.
- 1:12:12Speaker 5: I'm give you, actually take it. She's expensive in de state.
- 1:12:19Speaker 8: He's doing a verbal gofund me.
- 1:12:21Speaker 5: That's what.
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: Yes, Yeah, that's it.
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: That's it.
- 1:12:25Speaker 5: That's it.
- 1:12:26Speaker 12: Sorry, you're saying, since you're so devastatingly sick and it
- 1:12:33Speaker 12: is expensive, let me see if you make it the
- 1:12:34Speaker 12: next tuesday and the next tuesday you hear.
- 1:12:36Speaker 5: Okay, okay, all.
- 1:12:41Speaker 11: Right, listen, we have time for another one. This one's
- 1:12:44Speaker 11: from Rodney and Steve Harvey f M. Ridney says, I've
- 1:12:47Speaker 11: got a new neighbor that moved in next door about
- 1:12:49Speaker 11: six months ago, and I've tried to be friendly, welcoming
- 1:12:52Speaker 11: and hospitable. But now I'm wondering where the line is
- 1:12:56Speaker 11: and if it's finally time to cross it. The guy's
- 1:12:59Speaker 11: constantly blaring music at inappropriate hours, letting his kids set
- 1:13:03Speaker 11: off fireworks when everyone else is trying to sleep, which
- 1:13:07Speaker 11: drives the dogs insane, and he and his son have
- 1:13:10Speaker 11: non stop belching contests on the deck which we can
- 1:13:14Speaker 11: hear inside our house. I don't want to be that
- 1:13:18Speaker 11: guy and start a feud with the guy I'm going
- 1:13:21Speaker 11: to be living next to for years, presumably, But I
- 1:13:24Speaker 11: also don't want to live with this on a daily basis.
- 1:13:27Speaker 11: What's the best way to handle this without escalating it
- 1:13:30Speaker 11: into something ugly?
- 1:13:32Speaker 7: Okay, two damn close, he's house a two damn clar
- 1:13:35Speaker 7: If you can hear a belch, he's out way too.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: Close contests with your son.
- 1:13:42Speaker 7: Ew Now you're trying to ask where do I draw
- 1:13:45Speaker 7: the line, Let me tell you what that line is.
- 1:13:47Speaker 7: That line is right there on that fence line. You
- 1:13:49Speaker 7: better not take your your butt over there. Okay, lead
- 1:13:53Speaker 7: that man and his kids alone. Hopefully they'll tone down
- 1:13:56Speaker 7: after a while. But now the fireworks that that bothers me,
- 1:14:00Speaker 7: that could get out of control.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: Yeah, the control.
- 1:14:04Speaker 8: So buy you some.
- 1:14:05Speaker 7: Fireworks so if if you get to jumping off, you
- 1:14:07Speaker 7: can at least shoot some over that way too.
- 1:14:11Speaker 8: Fight it with it, Fight five with five.
- 1:14:16Speaker 5: Because it don't make no sense.
- 1:14:18Speaker 9: But what if they live in like a town home
- 1:14:20Speaker 9: or they in like the Baltimore Philly area, you know
- 1:14:24Speaker 9: with the rowhouses.
- 1:14:25Speaker 7: And you know they could be really they somewhere where
- 1:14:28Speaker 7: the Belchians is echoing somewhere.
- 1:14:34Speaker 11: But there and the and they're non stop, these Belgian contests,
- 1:14:37Speaker 11: they're non stop inside.
- 1:14:40Speaker 12: Tell me how deplorable of people you deal it with too?
- 1:14:43Speaker 12: Just yeah, contests, come on, man, just all night long.
- 1:14:47Speaker 7: Yeah, you got Belgian, we got fireworks, we got music,
- 1:14:50Speaker 7: and we got dogs just going crazy behind it.
- 1:14:53Speaker 8: That's what we got.
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: And all this music.
- 1:14:56Speaker 9: Yeah, so he can't knock on the door and just
- 1:14:59Speaker 9: he can't ask him not they dont They don't seem
- 1:15:04Speaker 9: like those.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: Kinds of people, Carla, all right, we'll list some things, guys.
- 1:15:09Speaker 11: We'll have more of today's We'll have more of the
- 1:15:11Speaker 11: Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at about twenty minutes
- 1:15:14Speaker 11: after the hour.
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: Right after this, you're.
- 1:15:17Speaker 10: Listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: All right, figure this one out, guys. Is this brilliant
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: or are they a thief?
- 1:15:26Speaker 11: A mom has her followers divided on TikTok after bragging
- 1:15:30Speaker 11: about using expired wristbands from an all inclusive resort to
- 1:15:35Speaker 11: go back there with her kids and take advantage of
- 1:15:38Speaker 11: the free food and drinks. So call me a thief
- 1:15:42Speaker 11: all you like, but I enjoyed my week of free
- 1:15:44Speaker 11: food and drink, she wrote. She said the hotel employees
- 1:15:47Speaker 11: never checked their wristbands when she and her kids enter
- 1:15:50Speaker 11: the facility, so she said, I was really conscious that
- 1:15:53Speaker 11: they'd notice, but luckily they didn't.
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: So what do you guys think? Was this a brilliant move?
- 1:15:59Speaker 8: Or is she this trifle? This trifling? Come on, man,
- 1:16:04Speaker 8: and you've got.
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: Your kids in this too, huh what'd you say?
- 1:16:10Speaker 7: And she got her kids involvement? Yeah, just trifling.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: You don't think it was yet because they didn't ask
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: to see her wristband, so she just used.
- 1:16:21Speaker 12: Them again to go again, dragging by that. I stay
- 1:16:24Speaker 12: off TikTok with this. You got a way with the crime.
- 1:16:27Speaker 12: That's why I don't make good criminals, because you got
- 1:16:28Speaker 12: a tail all the time, just ahead food.
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: Three week school school junior. Not setting a good example
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: for the kids though, for sure, not at all.
- 1:16:43Speaker 7: When you when your babies come home and beat and
- 1:16:45Speaker 7: stole some what you're gonna what you're supposed to do
- 1:16:47Speaker 7: to them.
- 1:16:47Speaker 8: You're gonna sit out and talk to him?
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: What my mama, We got it, my mama.
- 1:16:52Speaker 5: I need to see if I can find these Disney
- 1:16:54Speaker 5: Risks guys.
- 1:16:55Speaker 9: Coming up in thirty three minutes after the hour, we'll
- 1:16:57Speaker 9: play another round.
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: If would you rather right after this.
- 1:17:00Speaker 7: Don't y'all take them wristbands out. We're going to dinner
- 1:17:03Speaker 7: this evening.

- 1:20:47Speaker 11: We definitely have to check that show out, because Jeff
- 1:20:50Speaker 11: Jenkins is all over the world showing us how to travel.
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: He's been to Iceland, he's been to New Zealand.
- 1:20:56Speaker 11: Everywhere that you would maybe not would think of going
- 1:20:59Speaker 11: will he goes there and shows you how to do it.
- 1:21:01Speaker 7: Real big, I'm not going to go get on no glacier,
- 1:21:11Speaker 7: melted that whole glacier because we're gonna start a five.
- 1:21:14Speaker 8: We're gonna get it, cronk.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: Now you just started global warming.
- 1:21:20Speaker 11: And all right, listen, guys, before we get out of here,
- 1:21:26Speaker 11: there's a story about a woman giving up her window
- 1:21:29Speaker 11: seat to a mom and two kids.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: Carlo, what's the story on this? Okay, So I saw
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: this on the Today Show.
- 1:21:36Speaker 9: So this woman refused to give up her window seat
- 1:21:41Speaker 9: to a mom who had two kids. Now, the mom
- 1:21:43Speaker 9: gets on the plane and asks this woman to switch, right, switch,
- 1:21:47Speaker 9: and we had a lot of people.
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: Do yes, yes, Now her kids. In this woman's defense
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: that didn't give up the seats.
- 1:21:54Speaker 9: Her kids were eleven and fifteen, first of all, appeared
- 1:21:57Speaker 9: to be that age. But anyway, she wanted to sit
- 1:22:00Speaker 9: with her kids. And so the woman was like, well,
- 1:22:02Speaker 9: I'll be happy to switch with you. If I get
- 1:22:06Speaker 9: the same seat. So she wanted the woman who had
- 1:22:09Speaker 9: a window seat to switch and go to a middle seat, right,
- 1:22:17Speaker 9: So she the woman the mother made it known, like,
- 1:22:22Speaker 9: you know, complaining to everybody on the plane that this
- 1:22:26Speaker 9: woman wouldn't switch with her. Not I won't say everybody
- 1:22:28Speaker 9: on the plane, but people around her, that this woman
- 1:22:31Speaker 9: wouldn't switch with her. And even though some of the
- 1:22:33Speaker 9: people sitting near the mother was like, well, she's right.
- 1:22:38Speaker 9: You know, people don't mind switching seats, but you're not
- 1:22:41Speaker 9: even giving an equal seat.
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know how much.
- 1:22:48Speaker 8: You know how much I'm on the plane.
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: Yeah, we all fly a lot, but you guys fly
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: a little bit more. But go ahead, Tommy.
- 1:22:53Speaker 8: But that middle, let me tell you about that middle.
- 1:22:56Speaker 5: That middle.
- 1:22:57Speaker 8: That middle ain't no joke. Let me tell you something.
- 1:22:59Speaker 7: Because the person on the left and the right, I
- 1:23:01Speaker 7: don't know why they feel like they own the arm rest.
- 1:23:06Speaker 8: Now you've got your side. The middle is painful.
- 1:23:12Speaker 3: It was groo.
- 1:23:13Speaker 12: Yeah, I'm hating that middle seat. Before I started, I
- 1:23:15Speaker 12: starts to elbow fight. Soon as I sit down. I'm
- 1:23:18Speaker 12: getting these arm wrists. Y'all got you got the window
- 1:23:21Speaker 12: and I'm taken these off. I start that fight.
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: Soon, daring.
- 1:23:26Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:23:29Speaker 9: But some people, the woman said on TikTok to you know,
- 1:23:31Speaker 9: because people are commenting on her chiktok page, and she
- 1:23:35Speaker 9: was saying that people were like, well, I was poor
- 1:23:37Speaker 9: planning on the mother's bad bit. Your chickets in advance
- 1:23:41Speaker 9: and you can sit with your family, So don't just
- 1:23:45Speaker 9: the problem.
- 1:23:46Speaker 11: Yeah, don't just assume that you're gonna, you know, somebody's
- 1:23:49Speaker 11: gonna give up their seat for you.
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: Don't just assume that.
- 1:23:52Speaker 12: Yes, I would have told that mother if I was
- 1:23:55Speaker 12: the window seat. I told them, mother, I'm gon look
- 1:23:57Speaker 12: at your kids.
- 1:23:57Speaker 5: You can go see that they'd be fair.
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:24:01Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: She tried to shame the woman the mom. The mom
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: did and she complained.
- 1:24:08Speaker 9: This woman said that she complained for about fifteen minutes
- 1:24:12Speaker 9: that but people were saying, Na, man, you know that's
- 1:24:16Speaker 9: that's not a personal problem.
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: Get your tickets and advance. I'm playing in advance.
- 1:24:20Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:24:21Speaker 7: So I had a lot of bottle a glass of
- 1:24:23Speaker 7: wine and send it back there to it. But I'm
- 1:24:25Speaker 7: not giving you my damn sent.
- 1:24:27Speaker 9: This back to thirty two by the laboratory. Yeah, by
- 1:24:32Speaker 9: the laboratory.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely. Have you guys ever had to do that though?
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: Have you been asked and switched seats? And yeah, I
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: had and I've.
- 1:24:41Speaker 7: Done it, done exchanged though, yeaheah, I've done it.
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:24:47Speaker 11: Yeah, I've also had people do it for me if
- 1:24:49Speaker 11: they you know, like if I'm traveling with my daughter
- 1:24:52Speaker 11: back in the day, you know, they would give.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: Up a seat or whatever if we had.
- 1:24:56Speaker 10: To, you know whatever.
- 1:24:57Speaker 5: People are.
- 1:25:00Speaker 8: Off that window for that middle seat, though I'm not
- 1:25:02Speaker 8: doing it.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's their choice. You can't assume that somebody's.
- 1:25:05Speaker 12: Sitting right there looking at that window. Yeah, were taking off.
- 1:25:08Speaker 12: I could see the airport, we just took off. I
- 1:25:09Speaker 12: could be over there commentating to the I could see
- 1:25:13Speaker 12: the airport.
- 1:25:13Speaker 5: We just took off. We just left. Look nice down there.
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: I'm wrong for that, June.
- 1:25:22Speaker 12: Yeah, sure, your mama if set there and just berated
- 1:25:25Speaker 12: me for fifteen minutes, I'll give it updates on this flight.
- 1:25:29Speaker 5: Look it up. The statue living the show.
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: Can't see it.
- 1:25:30Speaker 5: Look at it, y'all should see how high that torture is.
- 1:25:34Speaker 5: That torch is up there.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: Yeah, window, oh, window, window, window for sure.
- 1:25:43Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:25:44Speaker 11: I used to I used to prefer the isle because
- 1:25:46Speaker 11: you know, I was so claustrophobic at one time about flying.
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: You know now that I'm better at that, I take
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: the window. Yeah, No, I like the aisle. Tasha likes
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: the window.
- 1:25:56Speaker 5: I like the Wow.
- 1:25:58Speaker 9: Now, when the three of us are traveling together, guess
- 1:26:01Speaker 9: who gets the middle seats huband against the aisle. Tasha
- 1:26:06Speaker 9: gets the window. And I mean, oh yeah, I mean
- 1:26:08Speaker 9: every flight, every.
- 1:26:10Speaker 7: Flight, I make show Jackie on that isle because jack
- 1:26:14Speaker 7: gotta go to the bathroom too much.
- 1:26:16Speaker 8: For crawling over me too much.
- 1:26:19Speaker 11: But I'm in the middle, which is why I like
- 1:26:21Speaker 11: the one window seat for that very reason.
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: All that moving and yeah, all this.
- 1:26:28Speaker 7: Talk about airplanes just got me thinking about the day
- 1:26:31Speaker 7: I saw hand the Beery face to face on say anything.
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: Now, was she in the aisle or window seat?
- 1:26:39Speaker 3: He was on? I was on.
- 1:26:47Speaker 11: Yeah, I was on the point with Robert de Niro
- 1:26:50Speaker 11: before I didn't I didn't see anything.
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, you just put your bag in the overhead compartment.
- 1:27:00Speaker 8: You're talking to me. You're talking to me.
