- 0:01Speaker 1: Joe Biden and fifty one spies is how the election
- 0:07Speaker 1: was won by Joe Biden in twenty twenty. Let's be
- 0:10Speaker 1: honest about that. And we know that the fifty one spies,
- 0:15Speaker 1: the people that this country, the American voters are supposed
- 0:18Speaker 1: to trust the most, knew the entire time they were
- 0:22Speaker 1: lying to the American people. The Wall Street Journal has
- 0:26Speaker 1: an op ed that is just broken, and this is
- 0:29Speaker 1: what it says. Why is public trusts and American institutions,
- 0:33Speaker 1: including the press, in free fall? One reason is the
- 0:37Speaker 1: revelation last week that the Biden for President campaign helped
- 0:43Speaker 1: to organize the open letter that spread disinformation about Hunter
- 0:48Speaker 1: Biden's famous laptop computer on October the nineteenth of twenty twenty.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Let's be clear, it's not disinformation, it's absolute total lies.
- 0:58Speaker 1: It's not disinformation. This is lies. Let's not sugarcoat this.
- 1:03Speaker 1: This is the deep state of the United States government.
- 1:06Speaker 1: The highest players in our deep state at the CIA,
- 1:09Speaker 1: the FBI, etc. Who got together and said we don't
- 1:12Speaker 1: like Donald Trump, and we want Joe Biden to be
- 1:14Speaker 1: president so we can control the deep state again instead
- 1:17Speaker 1: of him trying to drain the swamp. And we're going
- 1:20Speaker 1: to finish him off by saying that this laptop is
- 1:22Speaker 1: a lie so that he will win the election. That's
- 1:24Speaker 1: not disinformation. That's the equivalent, in my opinion, of a
- 1:30Speaker 1: coup attempt. This is what they do in China, this
- 1:33Speaker 1: is what they do in Cuba. That's what they do
- 1:34Speaker 1: in Russia. This is what they do in Venezuela. This
- 1:36Speaker 1: is what they do in places like that. The Wall
- 1:40Speaker 1: Street Journal goes on to say, the House Judiciary and
- 1:43Speaker 1: Intelligence Committees release portions of a deposition transcript exposing the
- 1:49Speaker 1: origins of the statement from fifty one former US spies
- 1:55Speaker 1: declaring that Hunter's laptop had all quote the classics of
- 2:01Speaker 1: a Russian information operation. The emission came from Mike Morell.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Now you need to remember Mike Morrell's name. You need
- 2:10Speaker 1: to share it with all of your family and friends.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Mike Morell is the former deputy CIA director under none
- 2:17Speaker 1: of them, Barack Obama. The letter served its political purpose
- 2:22Speaker 1: of giving the media and Joe Biden the opening to
- 2:25Speaker 1: dismiss the New York Post laptop story on as Russian disinformation,
- 2:30Speaker 1: that they were trying to influence our elections with lies,
- 2:33Speaker 1: and therefore we must not talk about it, report on it,
- 2:35Speaker 1: allow you to share it, allow you to post it
- 2:37Speaker 1: on social media. The letters and the names of the
- 2:42Speaker 1: fifty one signiers was important because they had weight with
- 2:47Speaker 1: the American people. In reality, what was happening on that
- 2:52Speaker 1: day when they were all signing that letter, they all
- 2:54Speaker 1: knew they were lying to you. It turns out the
- 2:57Speaker 1: Biden campaign was in fact the orcsts of that letter.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Mister Morell told Congress that under oath as, he received
- 3:05Speaker 1: a phone call from now Secretary of State Anthony Blincoln
- 3:11Speaker 1: on October the seventeenth of twenty twenty three, days after
- 3:15Speaker 1: the Post published emails from Hunter's laptop. Mister Blincoln was
- 3:19Speaker 1: in a senior advisor to the campaign. He's now been
- 3:22Speaker 1: rewarded with orchestrating this massive fraud on the American people
- 3:27Speaker 1: by becoming the Secretary of State. According to a letter
- 3:32Speaker 1: to the House Committee sent to mister b Lincoln last week,
- 3:38Speaker 1: mister Morell said the call was well counts as simply
- 3:42Speaker 1: gathering Morell's reaction to The New York Post's story. Yet
- 3:48Speaker 1: it's set in motion the events that led to the
- 3:50Speaker 1: issuance of the public statement quote unquote. The committee questioned
- 3:55Speaker 1: mister Morelli prior to mister Blincoln's call, you did not
- 3:59Speaker 1: have intent to write this statement, they asked him, mister Morrell,
- 4:05Speaker 1: I did not, The letter says. Mister Morrell also explain
- 4:11Speaker 1: that the Biden campaign helped to strategize about the public
- 4:14Speaker 1: release of the statement. Mister Morel says he then contacted
- 4:19Speaker 1: an aide to former CIA director who you're supposed to trust, right,
- 4:24Speaker 1: an American patriot by the name of John Brennan. He
- 4:29Speaker 1: contacted the former CIA director, John Brennan to say, quote,
- 4:32Speaker 1: the Biden campaign wanted the statement to go to a
- 4:35Speaker 1: particular reporter at the Washington Post first, that he should
- 4:40Speaker 1: send the statement to the campaign. When he sent the
- 4:43Speaker 1: letter to the reporter quote unquote, mister Morell acknowledged he
- 4:47Speaker 1: had two goals with a statement. Number one to share
- 4:51Speaker 1: our concern with the American people, and two to help
- 4:55Speaker 1: Vice President Biden quote win the election. All of this
- 5:02Speaker 1: took place shortly before the final presidential debate, and mister
- 5:07Speaker 1: Biden pointed to the fifty one Statesman as the reason
- 5:13Speaker 1: why no one should talk about this story. I want
- 5:17Speaker 1: to remind you of just how corrupt Biden was during
- 5:22Speaker 1: that campaign. I want to remind you of how many
- 5:24Speaker 1: different times he lied to your face with anger in
- 5:27Speaker 1: his voice. How dare you tell me that I'm compromised?
- 5:31Speaker 1: How dare you tell me that this laptop is real?
- 5:34Speaker 1: How dare you even ask the question? This is Russian disinformation.
- 5:39Speaker 1: He was asked by the media about the disinformation, and
- 5:42Speaker 1: over and over and over again he said, this is
- 5:44Speaker 1: not real, this is not happening, This is not you know,
- 5:48Speaker 1: this is Russia trying to interfere with our elections. How
- 5:52Speaker 1: dare you even ask, much less report on any of this.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Fifty former he's saying is a bunch of garbage. Classic
- 6:00Speaker 2: special intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing
- 6:04Speaker 2: me of is a Russian plant. They have said that
- 6:08Speaker 2: this has all the four five former heads of the CIA.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Both parties say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage.
- 6:16Speaker 2: This is classic Trump. We have four days left and
- 6:19Speaker 2: all of a sudden, there's a laptop. There's overwhelming evidence
- 6:22Speaker 2: that from the intelligence community that the Russians are engaged.
- 6:28Speaker 3: From the fall of Alka.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Seibunder said, yes, yes, yes.
- 6:36Speaker 4: I know you that. God I have no response, other.
- 6:39Speaker 5: Sir, it's the.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Lastest effort in this desperate campaign to smear me and
- 6:43Speaker 2: my family. The vast majority of the intelligence people have
- 6:46Speaker 2: come out and said, there's no basis at all.
- 6:49Speaker 1: There's no basis at all. Biden, over and over and
- 6:55Speaker 1: over again, citing this false letter that he and his
- 7:00Speaker 1: campaign created out of thin air from these liberal intel
- 7:04Speaker 1: officials to claim that Hunter's laptop was not real, that
- 7:08Speaker 1: Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation. We now know what the
- 7:13Speaker 1: reward was for Anthony Blincoln organizing this. Anthony Blincoln went
- 7:17Speaker 1: from a staffer on his campaign to the Secretary of State.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Not a bad payoff if you asked me right for
- 7:27Speaker 1: setting in motion the events that led to the letter,
- 7:29Speaker 1: It's a pretty good reward. Hey, If you can help
- 7:32Speaker 1: me get the White House by making this, making this
- 7:35Speaker 1: laptop story go away, just long enough that we can
- 7:38Speaker 1: get elected, I'll give you the secretary of State job. Anthony,
- 7:42Speaker 1: be a good soldier. Go out there and manipulate the country.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Go out there and do your thing. And that's exactly
- 7:51Speaker 1: what happened. President United States of America wagged his finger
- 7:56Speaker 1: at you, wagged his finger at the media, wagged his
- 7:59Speaker 1: finger at anybody asked him a question about the laptop
- 8:01Speaker 1: and said, how dare you ask questions about Russian disinformation?
- 8:05Speaker 1: They're trying to you know, they're trying to change the
- 8:08Speaker 1: outcome of this election, and I will not stand by
- 8:10Speaker 1: and allow that to happen. And so what happened. Everybody
- 8:13Speaker 1: shut up right, everybody was silent, everybody was quiet. Everybody
- 8:19Speaker 1: just got in line. And the media said, we won't
- 8:22Speaker 1: look in the story, even though we knew that the
- 8:24Speaker 1: story was true. They knew the entire time that the
- 8:27Speaker 1: story was true, they knew it was accurate. Let's talk
- 8:31Speaker 1: about a great opportunity for your ira. In four one ks,
- 8:35Speaker 1: you can get free gold just by learning about gold
- 8:39Speaker 1: iras from Augusta Precious Medals. It's important that you know
- 8:42Speaker 1: what's going on in this crazy economy and your hard
- 8:45Speaker 1: earned savings, the protecting from the devalued dollar, especially if
- 8:48Speaker 1: you're close to retirement. Augusta Precious Medals will give you
- 8:52Speaker 1: information on how to protect your savings and open a
- 8:54Speaker 1: gold ira. So if you've saved at least one hundred
- 8:57Speaker 1: thousand for retirement, call and ask about their oldimate guide
- 9:00Speaker 1: to gold iras. I trust Augusta Precious Medals and you
- 9:04Speaker 1: can too. They will make sure that you understand what
- 9:07Speaker 1: is best for you and your portfolio. There's a reason
- 9:11Speaker 1: Money magazine says they are the best gold IRA company.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Get free gold, free information and retirement protection now by
- 9:19Speaker 1: calling eight seven seven four gold IRA. That's eight seven
- 9:23Speaker 1: seven the number four GOLDRA or Augusta Precious Medals dot com.
- 9:29Speaker 1: And let me go back to the Wall Street Journal
- 9:31Speaker 1: article for a second here this editorial, because what they're
- 9:34Speaker 1: saying here, I also think is extremely important. One of
- 9:38Speaker 1: the things that they're saying that's so important is the
- 9:41Speaker 1: fact that they're telling you, now, we have to we
- 9:44Speaker 1: have to deal with this right like we've got to
- 9:46Speaker 1: understand what's just happened. Here. You have a president that
- 9:51Speaker 1: went out on stage and throughout the final Presidents of
- 9:54Speaker 1: debate and everywhere he was asked about it. He basically
- 9:57Speaker 1: held up a piece of papers to see this is
- 10:00Speaker 1: isn't true. I've got fifty former national intelligence folks who
- 10:05Speaker 1: said that this what President Trump is talking about as
- 10:08Speaker 1: a lie. It's a Russian plant, it's a Russian plan.
- 10:12Speaker 1: They have said, this has all the characteristics. Four or
- 10:15Speaker 1: five former heads of the CIA, both parties say that
- 10:18Speaker 1: he's what he's saying is a bunch of garbage. So
- 10:22Speaker 1: Joe Biden yelled at you during the final weeks of
- 10:24Speaker 1: the presidential campaign, and what why did this happen? Let's
- 10:29Speaker 1: go back to the acting CIA director. Miss Morrell acknowledged
- 10:32Speaker 1: they had two goals with that statement of that letter,
- 10:35Speaker 1: to share our concerns the American people and to help
- 10:39Speaker 1: Vice President Biden win the election. Miss Morrell went on
- 10:43Speaker 1: to tell the committee that following the debate, Biden campaign
- 10:46Speaker 1: chair and now Senior White House Aid called to think
- 10:50Speaker 1: him for that statement. No doubt, the Biden campaign had
- 10:55Speaker 1: an essence, generated its own lies, its own disinformation, as
- 11:00Speaker 1: a Wall Street journal put it, marshaling the authority of
- 11:05Speaker 1: supposedly non partisan, supposedly non partisan intelligence veterans to discredit
- 11:12Speaker 1: a story that was accurate about laptop emails that were
- 11:17Speaker 1: in fact authentic, And the Intelligence Committee knew it was
- 11:20Speaker 1: authentic from the very beginning. They already knew about the laptop,
- 11:23Speaker 1: and they knew the laptops existed, and they knew that
- 11:25Speaker 1: it was hunter Biden's laptop. The FBI already knew it
- 11:28Speaker 1: at that point as well. The committees are seeking more
- 11:33Speaker 1: information from now Secretary of state Anthony blink In about
- 11:37Speaker 1: the Biden campaign's role and the public deserves answers, The
- 11:41Speaker 1: Wall Street Journal says, and their statement statement signers like
- 11:46Speaker 1: former Obama Director of National Intelligence James Clappery, by the way,
- 11:49Speaker 1: he had no problem taking money in media as a
- 11:51Speaker 1: commentator over at CNN while he was lying to you,
- 11:55Speaker 1: have since admitted in fact that they had no evidence
- 11:58Speaker 1: to make their disinform claims, and mister Clapper claimed the
- 12:03Speaker 1: media distorted their views. I've read the damn letters, sir,
- 12:07Speaker 1: You're a liar. No, the press did precisely what mister
- 12:11Speaker 1: Blinkoln and the fifty one others wanted, use their letter
- 12:17Speaker 1: to discredit the Hunter laptop story and the information on
- 12:20Speaker 1: it that raised questions about the Biden crime family and
- 12:24Speaker 1: their businesses with the worst people in the world. Intelligence officials,
- 12:31Speaker 1: former as well as current have a particular duty not
- 12:33Speaker 1: to spread disinformation. The Wall Street Journal goes on to
- 12:37Speaker 1: write from the editorial board because they have access to
- 12:40Speaker 1: classified information. Let me say that again. They have access
- 12:43Speaker 1: to classified information that the public can't check, and they
- 12:48Speaker 1: abuse that power to tell you, no, no, we know something
- 12:51Speaker 1: you don't know, and we can tell you this is
- 12:52Speaker 1: Russian disinformation And why would you not believe them? Right?
- 12:56Speaker 1: Because these are American patriots. These are people that you're
- 13:00Speaker 1: supposed to respect and trust and never second guests or
- 13:03Speaker 1: question their authority. That's what the deep state wants you
- 13:07Speaker 1: to believe. They're supposed to be nonpartisans. But let's go
- 13:12Speaker 1: back to the ACTINGCYI director at the time, mister Morel, Right,
- 13:15Speaker 1: what he say, Our goal was to get vice president
- 13:17Speaker 1: to win the presidency, so we took advantage of our
- 13:20Speaker 1: top secret clearances and we flat out lied to you.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Then they want you to believe that somehow you guys
- 13:25Speaker 1: distorted their own views, which is not what happened at all.
- 13:30Speaker 1: You guys wanted to screw the American people over, and
- 13:33Speaker 1: you wanted to be in charge of the government again,
- 13:34Speaker 1: and you didn't want the swamp to be drained, and
- 13:37Speaker 1: you felt like you could just alter and change the
- 13:39Speaker 1: outcome and election by lying to the American people. And
- 13:42Speaker 1: that's what these people did. Intelligence officials, former as well
- 13:47Speaker 1: as current took advantage of their jobs and their classified access.
- 13:54Speaker 1: The press overwhelmingly went along with the false Biden campaign
- 13:57Speaker 1: claims because they too wanted mister Biden to win the election,
- 14:02Speaker 1: and these fifty one officials who were saying that this
- 14:05Speaker 1: was Russian disinformation were actually the people that were doing
- 14:08Speaker 1: the disinformation on the American public. These fifty one officials,
- 14:13Speaker 1: the Wall Street Journal says, have done more to damage
- 14:15Speaker 1: the credibility of the CIA and the FBI than anything
- 14:19Speaker 1: Donald Trump has said. They've finished it off by saying
- 14:24Speaker 1: this dittoed to the complicit media. The media was just
- 14:29Speaker 1: as bad. So what does Joe Biden do now now
- 14:34Speaker 1: that the dam's breaking, now that this intel's coming out,
- 14:38Speaker 1: now that the media is being forced to report on
- 14:41Speaker 1: this story that they knew they were lying to you
- 14:42Speaker 1: for the last since twenty sixteen on Look at your calendar, folks,
- 14:46Speaker 1: Look at what year it is. Look at how long
- 14:48Speaker 1: they've been lying to you. They've been lying to you
- 14:49Speaker 1: about Russian disinformation since Donald Trump was elected in sixteen.
- 14:53Speaker 1: They lied about the Steele Dalsier and the Russians in
- 14:55Speaker 1: sixteen and seventeen and eighteen and nineteen and twenty. Then
- 14:58Speaker 1: they lied about the Hunter Biden lap top, and they
- 15:00Speaker 1: lied to you about the intelligence and Russian disinformation twenty
- 15:03Speaker 1: nineteen and twenty twenty twenty twenty one twenty twenty two,
- 15:06Speaker 1: twenty twenty three. That's five years just on this one
- 15:10Speaker 1: story alone. And when the dam's finally starting to break,
- 15:13Speaker 1: and you're Joe Biden right now, and you've realized that
- 15:15Speaker 1: Democrats are thinking, maybe we just need to get rid
- 15:17Speaker 1: of you and move on to a better candidate, what
- 15:20Speaker 1: do you do? You officially announced your running for reelection
- 15:25Speaker 1: because that's the only thing left to do.
- 15:29Speaker 6: As of the Saturday, President Biden is ready to make
- 15:31Speaker 6: another run for the White House. So we're hearing and
- 15:33Speaker 6: after months of hints, three sorts of telling NBC News
- 15:36Speaker 6: the President could launch his reelection campaign as soon as Tuesday.
- 15:40Speaker 6: That date would mark the anniversary. By the way of
- 15:43Speaker 6: Biden's twenty twenty campaign announcement, joining us now is.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Perfect siming, by the way, isn't it. Oh hey, we
- 15:49Speaker 1: can say it's because of an anniversary. It is not
- 15:52Speaker 1: because of an anniversary. That's just dumb luck on them,
- 15:56Speaker 1: that's all it is. Dumb luck. This isn't about an anniversary.
- 16:00Speaker 1: This is about the fact that the information coming out
- 16:04Speaker 1: is so damning. Jim Jordan explaining just how the Secretary
- 16:07Speaker 1: of Saint Anthony Blincoln, the Biden campaign we're behind this
- 16:10Speaker 1: letter lying to the American people.
- 16:13Speaker 3: This has been political from the get go, clear back
- 16:15Speaker 3: to the Morell situation. When the story came out on
- 16:19Speaker 3: October fourteenth, twenty twenty about the Biden business operation and
- 16:23Speaker 3: was then Vice President Joe Biden involved, there was some
- 16:26Speaker 3: concern that he was. And then quickly it turns into
- 16:29Speaker 3: this political operation that that letter that became the basis
- 16:31Speaker 3: for suppressing the story and keeping it from the American
- 16:34Speaker 3: people just days before the most important election we have
- 16:37Speaker 3: election for president of the United States. So understand what happened, Laura.
- 16:39Speaker 3: The fourteenth, the post is the story. The seventeenth, Tony Blaken,
- 16:42Speaker 3: senior advisor to the Biden campaign, current Secretary of State,
- 16:45Speaker 3: contacts Mike Morell, gets him interested in this. Mike Morell
- 16:49Speaker 3: looks at it, the next day, organizes on the eighteenth
- 16:52Speaker 3: all these other people to sign the letter. The nineteenth,
- 16:54Speaker 3: the letter goes out, and then on the twenty second,
- 16:57Speaker 3: and the reason Mike Morrell said he did the letter
- 16:58Speaker 3: was he thought Trent President Trump would bring the issue
- 17:01Speaker 3: up during that debate on the twenty second of October,
- 17:04Speaker 3: and of course he did, and they wanted some statement
- 17:07Speaker 3: that Joe Biden could use because, as mister Morrell said,
- 17:09Speaker 3: they wanted him to win. Now what happens on the
- 17:11Speaker 3: twenty second Joe Biden brings it up. And then after
- 17:15Speaker 3: that debate, here's the kicker. Steve Roschetti, chair of the
- 17:18Speaker 3: Biden campaign, calls up Mike Morrell and thanks him for
- 17:22Speaker 3: doing it all. It was a total political operation. And
- 17:26Speaker 3: the most important fact is, Laura, it was false.
- 17:29Speaker 1: It was false the entire time. And Jim Jordan is
- 17:33Speaker 1: telling you how false it was and that they knew
- 17:35Speaker 1: what they were doing, and all these intelligence officials knew
- 17:38Speaker 1: it too. By the way, these intelligence officials, you know
- 17:41Speaker 1: how they make their money. You want to know how
- 17:43Speaker 1: they make their money. They make their money by still
- 17:47Speaker 1: being able to have top secret clearance. Every single one
- 17:53Speaker 1: of these people that sign their name this letter should
- 17:57Speaker 1: lose their top secret clearance mediately. All right, Before I
- 18:02Speaker 1: get into more of that, I want to talk to
- 18:04Speaker 1: you about Patriot Mobile. They are the only conservative Christian
- 18:08Speaker 1: cell phone company in the US, and Patriot Mobile now

- 19:33Speaker 1: forced now and people around him are forced to come
- 19:37Speaker 1: out and say, hey, we're running for reelection is because
- 19:42Speaker 1: they understand now that the gig is basically almost up.
- 19:47Speaker 1: They understand now that the media is having to report
- 19:51Speaker 1: on these issues. We're not talking about one issue. We're
- 19:57Speaker 1: talking about a lot of issues here. Okay, We're not
- 20:01Speaker 1: talking about little things here. We're talking about really big
- 20:07Speaker 1: things here, big problems for this administration. Just let's just
- 20:13Speaker 1: go back to CBS News this week. CBS News this
- 20:16Speaker 1: week had on this whistleblower lawyer for the IRS who
- 20:21Speaker 1: is now saying that a top member of the Biden
- 20:26Speaker 1: administration was helping cover up basically crimes that were being
- 20:31Speaker 1: committed by the Biden family and using the IRS to
- 20:36Speaker 1: do it. This is just one of the bad stories
- 20:40Speaker 1: for this president in the last week.
- 20:42Speaker 7: My client wants to come forward to Congress. He's ready
- 20:45Speaker 7: to be questioned about what he knows and what he
- 20:47Speaker 7: experienced under the proper legal protections.
- 20:50Speaker 4: Attorney Mark Ladle's client is a supervisory special agent at
- 20:54Speaker 4: the IRS who's prepared to tell Congress the investigation he's
- 20:58Speaker 4: been working on has been hampered by what he thinks
- 21:01Speaker 4: is special treatment.
- 21:03Speaker 7: Typical steps that a law enforcement investigator would take were
- 21:07Speaker 7: compromised because of political considerations.
- 21:11Speaker 4: Letel wouldn't talk in specifics, declining to identify either his
- 21:15Speaker 4: client or the target of the investigation his client helped conduct.
- 21:19Speaker 4: Can you identify him?
- 21:20Speaker 7: I can't at this stage, Jem.
- 21:22Speaker 4: But CBS News has learned the investigation the whistleblower worked
- 21:26Speaker 4: on is about Hunter Biden.
- 21:28Speaker 1: What we're doing is is being completely cooperative.
- 21:31Speaker 4: That was Biden. Two years ago, after the DOJ opened
- 21:35Speaker 4: an investigation into his finances. The FBI collected what it
- 21:39Speaker 4: believed was sufficient evidence to charge Biden with tax crimes,
- 21:43Speaker 4: and last year sent its findings to the US Attorney
- 21:46Speaker 4: in Delaware. Since then, silence, Why can't your client talk
- 21:52Speaker 4: to us directly? At this point?
- 21:53Speaker 7: There are laws that provide protection to whistleblowers, and he
- 21:57Speaker 7: has to navigate that.
- 21:59Speaker 4: Today sent this letter to Congress, claiming his client could
- 22:03Speaker 4: provide information that would contradict sworn testimony by a senior
- 22:07Speaker 4: political appointee.
- 22:09Speaker 5: I have promised to ensure that he's able to carry
- 22:12Speaker 5: out his investigation.
- 22:13Speaker 4: CBS News has learned that was Attorney General Merrick Garland.
- 22:18Speaker 1: So Merrick Garland, the Attorney General of the United States
- 22:20Speaker 1: of America, is now being accused of lying to Congress
- 22:24Speaker 1: about what all happened here, this IRS supervisor, as Toll lawmakers,
- 22:28Speaker 1: he has information to share that suggests that the Biden
- 22:30Speaker 1: administration is improperly handling the criminal investigation hunter Biden and
- 22:35Speaker 1: seeking whistleblower protection to then tell you what's happened. So,
- 22:43Speaker 1: if you're Joe Biden, you see this story, Oh what
- 22:47Speaker 1: do you do?
- 22:49Speaker 8: Well?
- 22:49Speaker 1: You announced you're running for president of United States of
- 22:51Speaker 1: America all over again. That's how you pull this off. Right,
- 22:57Speaker 1: They're turning on you. The media is forced to tell
- 22:59Speaker 1: you about this. The media is forced to tell you
- 23:01Speaker 1: what's happening. The media has no choice now but to
- 23:06Speaker 1: cover this, or maybe they're doing it on purpose. What
- 23:11Speaker 1: do I mean by that? Let me explain that to you.
- 23:12Speaker 1: What I mean by that maybe they realize that the
- 23:15Speaker 1: president is so vulnerable right now that they want a
- 23:19Speaker 1: new candidate. And how do we get that new candidate? Well,
- 23:24Speaker 1: we got to get rid of the one we got now,
- 23:26Speaker 1: and the one we got now we don't like. So
- 23:27Speaker 1: let's start reporting on the stories. And Joe Biden's like, crap,
- 23:30Speaker 1: I got to run now. I mean, I just gave
- 23:33Speaker 1: you the IRS story right as the reminder of how
- 23:35Speaker 1: bad the last week was it's not just that, it's
- 23:38Speaker 1: the fact that we now have new Biden family members
- 23:40Speaker 1: involved in shady foreign transactions. James Discomb're talking about that
- 23:44Speaker 1: on Larry Kudlow this last week.
- 23:46Speaker 9: Listen, you led a delegation of your committee to the
- 23:49Speaker 9: Treasury Department. You looked at it today, as I understand it,
- 23:54Speaker 9: one hundred and fifty suspicious activity reports. I guess this
- 23:58Speaker 9: relates to the hunter bid business. Is there anything you
- 24:02Speaker 9: can tell us about these suspicious activity reports? Did you
- 24:05Speaker 9: learn things that were new?
- 24:08Speaker 10: We learned a lot that was new. The committee went
- 24:10Speaker 10: there today, but I've had staff there over the past
- 24:13Speaker 10: two weeks. There are thousands of pages of documents relating
- 24:17Speaker 10: to financial transactions. And let me be very clear, this
- 24:20Speaker 10: isn't just about the president's son or the president's brother.
- 24:24Speaker 10: We've identified six new Biden family members involved in shady
- 24:31Speaker 10: foreign transactions that we believe we're a direct result of
- 24:35Speaker 10: influence peddling. That brings the number of Biden family members
- 24:38Speaker 10: now to nine that were involved in the Biden family
- 24:42Speaker 10: influence peddling. And we still have more family members that
- 24:45Speaker 10: we suspect were involved. So this is a family affair.
- 24:49Speaker 10: This is something that should be troubling to every American.
- 24:52Speaker 10: And what we've learned from going through these records are
- 24:55Speaker 10: there a lot of additional LLCs, a lot of additional
- 24:58Speaker 10: bank accounts that we didn't know prior to going to
- 25:01Speaker 10: the Treasury Cabinet. So we've learned a lot. This investigation
- 25:05Speaker 10: is ongoing, but I can tell you without hesitation, it's
- 25:08Speaker 10: very serious and the President the United States is going
- 25:10Speaker 10: to have a very hard time explaining how so many
- 25:14Speaker 10: of his family members have received so much money from
- 25:18Speaker 10: our adversaries around the world.
- 25:20Speaker 1: That is just another example of the very bad week
- 25:24Speaker 1: that Joe Biden's having. Now all it didn't didn't happen
- 25:27Speaker 1: this week. It's just now being reported on. Right, this isn't.
- 25:31Speaker 1: This isn't he's having a bad week this week. It's
- 25:33Speaker 1: because this is now the facts of the situation and
- 25:36Speaker 1: the facts of the scenario. That is the difference here.
- 25:42Speaker 1: So now you just say, all right, screw it. We
- 25:43Speaker 1: got to run for president. Now, we've got to shut
- 25:46Speaker 1: all this down. We gotta get the media back in line.
- 25:48Speaker 1: We got to remind them that I am the candidate,
- 25:50Speaker 1: I am the nominee. Right, there's no chance to slide
- 25:54Speaker 1: in a new candidate in here, this is me, this
- 25:57Speaker 1: is I am the guy. And then once they remind,
- 26:01Speaker 1: once we remind them that I'm the guy, and you
- 26:03Speaker 1: can't just get rid of me. You can't just kick
- 26:06Speaker 1: me to the curb as you're trying to do right now.
- 26:09Speaker 1: You can't do that. Then they'll shut up. Then they'll
- 26:14Speaker 1: get back in line. Then they'll be quiet. They'll remember
- 26:19Speaker 1: that I am still the Democratic Communist Party leader. That's
- 26:24Speaker 1: who I am, and that's why they're doing this. The
- 26:31Speaker 1: Biden campaign used former members of the intelligence community to
- 26:34Speaker 1: classify the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation, and now
- 26:39Speaker 1: we're getting this information. Appears that the Biden administration knew
- 26:44Speaker 1: that they may be throarting off the investigation to Hunter Biden,
- 26:47Speaker 1: and they were doing it the entire time on purpose,
- 26:52Speaker 1: and Anthony Blincoln, then advisor to Biden's campaign, itself set
- 26:57Speaker 1: in motion the events that led to the fifty plus
- 27:00Speaker 1: for Mantel officials writing off the Hunter Byden lapt up
- 27:03Speaker 1: story during the twenty twenty election has Russian disinformation and
- 27:08Speaker 1: now saying under oath, why is it happening? Well, what's happening?
- 27:14Speaker 1: For one reason and one reason only. It's happening because
- 27:24Speaker 1: we need them to stay president. He's gonna announce this
- 27:29Speaker 1: week he's running. He's gonna announce this week he's running
- 27:32Speaker 1: because NBC News is telling you the truth about just
- 27:34Speaker 1: how weak of a Kennedy is listening to this from today.
- 27:37Speaker 5: Overall, the president's job rating is not in a good
- 27:40Speaker 5: place when you're seeking reelection, sitting at just forty one percent,
- 27:43Speaker 5: driven by the fifty eight percent of Americans who disapprove
- 27:46Speaker 5: of how he is handling the economy. Right now, just
- 27:49Speaker 5: thirty percent of independence approve of the job Biden is doing.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Overall, that's not good. That's a bad number, folks, That's
- 27:58Speaker 1: a really bad number. Biden's economic agenda has caused nothing
- 28:02Speaker 1: but pain and misery for the American families. We know
- 28:05Speaker 1: this because Gallup says fifty to eighty three percent eighty
- 28:08Speaker 1: three percent of people that are going to vote this
- 28:10Speaker 1: next time have a negative view of the economy. CNBC
- 28:13Speaker 1: seventy percent of Americans are financially stressed right now, and
- 28:17Speaker 1: fifty eight percent are living paycheck to paycheck in America.
- 28:21Speaker 1: CNN sixty two percent disapprove of Biden's handling of the economy.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Are we heading the right direction of the wrong direction?
- 28:29Speaker 1: Listen to CNN in their own words, this is.
- 28:33Speaker 8: A tough challenge if you're an incumbent president. Look at
- 28:35Speaker 8: this number. Nearly three quarters of Americans say the country's
- 28:39Speaker 8: going in the wrong direction. Joe Biden is asking for
- 28:41Speaker 8: four more years when seventy four percent of Americans think
- 28:44Speaker 8: the country's heading the wrong way. It's hard for the
- 28:45Speaker 8: boss to say, give me four more years. This is
- 28:48Speaker 8: a giant challenge for the president. This is a tough
- 28:51Speaker 8: challenge if you're an incumbent president.
- 28:53Speaker 1: I love that, right. This is a tough challenge, tough challenge.
- 28:56Speaker 1: Seventy four percent of Americans think you're going the wrong direction. So,
- 29:00Speaker 1: if you are Joe Biden and this is what the
- 29:03Speaker 1: media is saying about you today, how do you fix that?
- 29:06Speaker 1: How do you fix it? Seriously, how do you fix it?
- 29:09Speaker 1: You announced you're running for president, so all these stories
- 29:11Speaker 1: will shut up. I guarantee you next week you won't
- 29:13Speaker 1: hear check Todd telling you this.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Fifty three percent of twenty twenty Biden voters say he
- 29:18Speaker 5: shouldn't run. Sixty four percent of Democrats who voted for
- 29:21Speaker 5: Sanders are worn in the twenty twenty primaries, think he
- 29:23Speaker 5: shouldn't run, and seventy six percent of voters under thirty
- 29:26Speaker 5: five think he shouldn't run. And what's the top concern
- 29:30Speaker 5: for that? We asked voters. We didn't prompt them, We
- 29:32Speaker 5: said why don't you think he should run? Well, these
- 29:34Speaker 5: were the responses. It almost is all about his age
- 29:38Speaker 5: and his ability to do the job.
- 29:41Speaker 1: If he announces this week that he's running, which I
- 29:43Speaker 1: believe you will, I guarantee you the story that I
- 29:46Speaker 1: just played for you won't even be anywhere close to
- 29:50Speaker 1: that next week. Next week you'd be Joe Biden looks
- 29:53Speaker 1: vigorous and campaign announcement. Is America ready for another four
- 29:57Speaker 1: more years of Joe Biden? They will ra behind him
- 30:01Speaker 1: so fast because they know their job. They told you
- 30:04Speaker 1: the news, the real news, for a week to see
- 30:06Speaker 1: if they could get rid of Joe Biden. And Joe
- 30:09Speaker 1: Biden's going to say, Nope, you're not get rid of me.
- 30:10Speaker 1: I'm running for reelection. You know what they're gonna say.
- 30:12Speaker 1: They're going to say, sounds great, love it, Let's do
- 30:14Speaker 1: it perfect, thank you. We're going to be covering this
- 30:16Speaker 1: story all week. A lot is going to break this week.
