Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Part 3 Finale: Exclusive with James Comer-ALL the Evidence of Joe Biden's Corruption
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Part three of our exclusive sit down with James Comer
- 0:04Speaker 1: about the financial crimes that have been committed by the
- 0:07Speaker 1: Biden crime family. And this part, Part three is really
- 0:11Speaker 1: interesting because we get into where the money was coming
- 0:14Speaker 1: from and the questions that the president may be forced
- 0:18Speaker 1: to answer. Finally, here is that Part three, and don't
- 0:21Speaker 1: forget if you miss part one or part two. Makes
- 0:24Speaker 1: you go back and listen to that and share this
- 0:26Speaker 1: on social media wherever you are.
- 0:28Speaker 2: So let me ask you something. When Usupoene and Hunter,
- 0:32Speaker 2: he came back and said he was willing to testify,
- 0:34Speaker 2: but only only in an open hearing, not in a
- 0:37Speaker 2: closed door deposition. Tell us from your perspective, what the
- 0:40Speaker 2: advantages are of doing a closed door deposition first before
- 0:45Speaker 2: open public testimony.
- 0:46Speaker 3: We have tens of thousands of pages of documents, bank statements, emails,
- 0:51Speaker 3: sworn testimony. We have hundreds and hundreds of questions. You know,
- 0:56Speaker 3: probably close to a thousand questions. In a deposition, you
- 1:00Speaker 3: have one hour. The Republicans have an hour, than the
- 1:02Speaker 3: Democrats have an hour. Then you come back and have
- 1:04Speaker 3: another hour. The Democrats have another hour. So you know,
- 1:07Speaker 3: easily you can get an eight hour deposition in in
- 1:10Speaker 3: a day, whereas we would have four hours, the staff
- 1:13Speaker 3: would generally be the ones that would which I have.
- 1:16Speaker 3: You know, my lead deposer was the lead deposer at
- 1:20Speaker 3: the Department of Justice in the in the Trump administration
- 1:23Speaker 3: under Bill bark So we've got the you know, really
- 1:26Speaker 3: good people that are really good at this, and Judiciary
- 1:29Speaker 3: does too.
- 1:30Speaker 4: Jim has good people there. They were both going to
- 1:32Speaker 4: be in there.
- 1:33Speaker 3: We were going to ask them specific questions, hundreds of questions.
- 1:37Speaker 3: If you have a committee hearing where you have twenty
- 1:40Speaker 3: five Republicans and twenty one Democrats going back and forth, yelling.
- 1:44Speaker 3: The Democrats at the last year and they filed three
- 1:47Speaker 3: motions to adjourn during the committee here in trying to
- 1:50Speaker 3: disrupt it.
- 1:51Speaker 4: You get five minutes each back and forth.
- 1:54Speaker 3: We might get forty forty five questions in So it's
- 1:58Speaker 3: a difference of forty or forty five have questions in
- 2:01Speaker 3: a complete chaotic pop scene versus a sit down, substantive
- 2:07Speaker 3: deposition where we could easily ask eight hundred questions.
- 2:10Speaker 4: This is too important.
- 2:12Speaker 3: This is an investigation of public corruption at the highest levels.
- 2:15Speaker 3: This has been a substantive, credible investigation that we've accumulated
- 2:19Speaker 3: mountains of evidence through bank records and emails. We have
- 2:22Speaker 3: lots of questions. You just can't get that into a
- 2:25Speaker 3: public hearing. But I want to have a public hearing
- 2:27Speaker 3: with Hunter Biden, and we will have a hearing with
- 2:30Speaker 3: Hunter Biden after he gets deposed.
- 2:32Speaker 2: For what it's worth, James, and this is something that
- 2:34Speaker 2: I've talked about on Verdict recently. Look, you're in the
- 2:37Speaker 2: middle of the fight. You're working your tail off with
- 2:40Speaker 2: a lot of complicated stuff. I understand everything you said there,
- 2:44Speaker 2: and I agree there's a lot of force to the
- 2:46Speaker 2: argument you're putting forward to the extent I can share
- 2:50Speaker 2: some unsolicited advice, which I did in our last podcast,
- 2:53Speaker 2: and you know I'm a lawyer and a senator, so
- 2:55Speaker 2: I'm in the business to give it unsolicited advice. But
- 3:00Speaker 2: I would encourage y'all to go ahead and have him
- 3:03Speaker 2: in a public hearing anyway. And I understand why it
- 3:05Speaker 2: would be better to depose him, but from their perspective,
- 3:10Speaker 2: they can litigate and fight this contempt for the rest
- 3:14Speaker 2: of the year and run out the clock, and that's
- 3:16Speaker 2: what they want to do. And I know you know
- 3:19Speaker 2: this very directly, but just I want to remind our listeners.
- 3:23Speaker 2: This is ultimately about Joe Biden, not about Hunter Biden.
- 3:27Speaker 2: And although the questions won't be as detailed, there won't
- 3:30Speaker 2: be as much time in a public hearing getting Hunter publicly.
- 3:34Speaker 2: He claims he will do it, and I would also
- 3:37Speaker 2: encourage and I don't know the House rules the mechanics
- 3:40Speaker 2: for doing this, but to the extent you can, I
- 3:43Speaker 2: would encourage you if you do a public hearing with
- 3:45Speaker 2: Hunter instead of doing five minute rounds, do ten minute
- 3:49Speaker 2: Roundsate in the Senate and the Judiciary Committee, we often
- 3:53Speaker 2: do seven minute rounds or ten minute rounds. For a
- 3:55Speaker 2: Supreme Court nominee, we do thirty minute rounds. The difference
- 3:59Speaker 2: is as examiner, of what you can get in a
- 4:02Speaker 2: ten minute round versus a five minute round is night
- 4:06Speaker 2: and day, and so so I would just I think
- 4:10Speaker 2: the value if we could get Hunter to testify in January,
- 4:15Speaker 2: and if your team could work with your down DIAS
- 4:20Speaker 2: members to have all, right, here are all the questions
- 4:22Speaker 2: we need to get. Can you take this module? You
- 4:25Speaker 2: take this module? So you know, sometimes you and I
- 4:27Speaker 2: both know their hearings where you have members, they all
- 4:30Speaker 2: do their own thing, and they're all running around like
- 4:32Speaker 2: crazy for something like this, to the extent the down
- 4:36Speaker 2: Dias Republicans each can take a particular issue and say,
- 4:40Speaker 2: all right, I'm going to take my five or even
- 4:42Speaker 2: better ten minutes and ask the questions. Would it be
- 4:46Speaker 2: as good as a deposition? No, but I think the
- 4:49Speaker 2: value of doing that publicly if Hunter would answer those questions,
- 4:54Speaker 2: the legal jeopardy for Joe would be massive from that,
- 4:59Speaker 2: and I think that outweighs the strategic benefit of waiting
- 5:03Speaker 2: for the closed door deposition. So consider that I don't
- 5:06Speaker 2: need an answer from you now, but that you know, look,
- 5:09Speaker 2: I've litigated a lot of cases, and that would be
- 5:12Speaker 2: my pretty emphatic advice is that don't let the perfect
- 5:17Speaker 2: be the enemy of the good, because getting Hunter on
- 5:20Speaker 2: the record in public on all the questions that we've
- 5:23Speaker 2: been talking about, that is enormously valuable. And I don't
- 5:27Speaker 2: want to see the clock run out, particularly if look,
- 5:30Speaker 2: you and I are both hoping there's a good election
- 5:33Speaker 2: in November, but it could be a bad election. And
- 5:36Speaker 2: if in November the speaker is a Keem Jeffries, your
- 5:39Speaker 2: committee's going away and they're in the deposition, they're into
- 5:43Speaker 2: public hearing, and it's all over, so we can hope
- 5:48Speaker 2: we have a good election. But I think it's it's
- 5:50Speaker 2: wise to assume that your clock may be at most
- 5:55Speaker 2: eleven months.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Agree or lest Yeah, I appreciate that.
- 6:01Speaker 1: If you're a guy and you are sick and tired
- 6:04Speaker 1: of feeling like you've gotten a little bit older, maybe
- 6:07Speaker 1: you feel like weakness and complacency have set in, You're

- 7:24Speaker 1: promo code Ben. Let me ask you this question too,
- 7:28Speaker 1: is we kind of put a rap on this? I
- 7:31Speaker 1: want to play Hunter Biden. Yeah, and I want to
- 7:33Speaker 1: play what he said because I don't know, if you know,
- 7:36Speaker 1: a lot of people thought the White House is probably
- 7:38Speaker 1: give me advice. I think there seems to be a
- 7:40Speaker 1: little bit of a riff now between the White House.
- 7:42Speaker 1: We're seeing some weeks coming out. They didn't like what
- 7:44Speaker 1: Hunter Biden did at this press conference, and that means
- 7:48Speaker 1: he's kind of a rogue actor in this scenario. Right now,
- 7:51Speaker 1: I want to get your reaction to just as demeanor
- 7:53Speaker 1: and what he said.
- 7:54Speaker 6: Take a look.
- 7:55Speaker 5: Let me state as clearly as I can, my father
- 7:59Speaker 5: was not financially involved in my business, not as a
- 8:03Speaker 5: practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Barisma, not
- 8:07Speaker 5: in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in
- 8:11Speaker 5: my investments at home, nor abroad, and certainly not as
- 8:14Speaker 5: an artist. During my battle with addiction, my parents were
- 8:19Speaker 5: there for me. They literally saved my life. They helped
- 8:24Speaker 5: me in ways that I will never be able to repay,
- 8:28Speaker 5: and of course they would never expect me to. And
- 8:31Speaker 5: in the depths of my addiction, I was extremely irresponsible
- 8:34Speaker 5: with my finances, but to suggest that as grounds for
- 8:38Speaker 5: an impeacement inquiry is beyond the absurd.
- 8:41Speaker 6: It's shameless.
- 8:44Speaker 5: There is no evidence to support the allegations that my
- 8:47Speaker 5: father was financially involved in my business because it did
- 8:51Speaker 5: not happen. James Comer, Jim Jordan, Jason Smith, and their
- 9:02Speaker 5: colleagues have distorted the facts by cherry picking lines from
- 9:07Speaker 5: a bank statement, manipulating texts I sent, editing the testimony
- 9:12Speaker 5: of my friends and former business partners, and misstating personal
- 9:17Speaker 5: information that was stolen from me.
- 9:19Speaker 1: He accuses you of manipulating text messages without any evidence
- 9:24Speaker 1: and says that you guys are cherry picking lines.
- 9:26Speaker 6: I gotta get your response to that.
- 9:29Speaker 3: I've never seen such a display of arrogance and entitlement
- 9:32Speaker 3: in my life, but I'm not surprised because look, he's
- 9:35Speaker 3: gotten away with this for years.
- 9:37Speaker 4: Because he's a Biden. The rules don't apply to the Bidens.
- 9:39Speaker 4: But I don't know how you manipulate a text.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Was his father beside him when he was extorting that
- 9:46Speaker 3: Chinese national or not?
- 9:47Speaker 4: That's a simple question. The media should have asked the
- 9:50Speaker 4: in and there.
- 9:51Speaker 1: And they stopped the GPS, right, they stopped the GPS.
- 9:54Speaker 6: You and I have talked about this here. We could
- 9:56Speaker 6: have answered that.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Question, okay, And it's important. Look, this is there's a
- 10:00Speaker 2: reason people hate lawyers. I listened to that as a lawyer.
- 10:05Speaker 2: When they say manipulating a text, what they mean is
- 10:10Speaker 2: one of the copies that was released of the WhatsApp
- 10:13Speaker 2: text from one of the House members, they put a
- 10:16Speaker 2: Chinese flag next to the Chinese person speaking to identify them,
- 10:21Speaker 2: So like, aha, you manipulated it, because in the real
- 10:23Speaker 2: one there's not a Chinese flag, so it's true. For
- 10:26Speaker 2: purposes of display, they added a Chinese flag to demonstrate
- 10:30Speaker 2: that that was a Chinese person. When they say manipulated,
- 10:34Speaker 2: what they don't mean. What Hunter has never said, what
- 10:37Speaker 2: his lawyers have never said, is that one word of
- 10:40Speaker 2: that text is inaccurate. What they have never said is
- 10:43Speaker 2: I did not send that and we talked about on Verdict.
- 10:46Speaker 2: One possible defense he could have is Nope, that text
- 10:50Speaker 2: is fake. I never sent it. Now that's a defense
- 10:52Speaker 2: you can make, but then you've got to prove it.
- 10:54Speaker 2: The fact that they haven't said that much like like
- 10:57Speaker 2: Sherlock Holmes and the dog that didn't bark, The fact
- 11:02Speaker 2: that they didn't say that tells you that they are
- 11:06Speaker 2: implicitly admitting it is accurate. We also know that DOJ
- 11:12Speaker 2: prevented any search of GPS data would be very easy
- 11:16Speaker 2: to determine where was Hunter's cell phone at the moment
- 11:19Speaker 2: that text was being sent, Where was Joe's cell phone?
- 11:22Speaker 2: Were they in the same room where they sitting next
- 11:24Speaker 2: to each other. The Biden Department of Justice does not
- 11:27Speaker 2: want anyone to know the answer to that, and so
- 11:30Speaker 2: they blocked that. But by the way, that text is
- 11:33Speaker 2: direct evidence. So and next time you hear a Democrat
- 11:37Speaker 2: or their shills in the media saying there's no direct
- 11:39Speaker 2: evidence of Joe Biden's involvement, understand that WhatsApp text is
- 11:44Speaker 2: direct evidence. It's not circumstantial. It is written testimony from
- 11:49Speaker 2: Hunter about Joe's involvement in the shakedown. And I got
- 11:53Speaker 2: to say by the way Ben I noticed something, So James.
- 11:56Speaker 2: In our last podcast, we held the New York Times
- 12:00Speaker 2: to task because they took Hunter Biden's quote at the
- 12:04Speaker 2: press conference that my father was not financially involved with
- 12:09Speaker 2: my business and they misquoted it to say my father
- 12:14Speaker 2: was not involved in my business. They deleted the word
- 12:18Speaker 2: financially and that was I believe, a very deliberate deletion.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Well, what's interesting, I just discovered something again. Let me
- 12:27Speaker 2: ask the team put up the very last shot from
- 12:30Speaker 2: the Hunter Biden video that we were watching, if we
- 12:32Speaker 2: can put it on the screen now. If you notice
- 12:36Speaker 2: CN end did the same damn thing. Yeah, look at
- 12:38Speaker 2: the chiron in the bottom. Hunter Biden, my father was
- 12:42Speaker 2: not involved in any of my businesses. What he said
- 12:45Speaker 2: was my father was not financially involved in any of
- 12:49Speaker 2: my businesses. CNN and New York Times both deleted the
- 12:53Speaker 2: same word. By the way, they know how to quote
- 12:56Speaker 2: what he said. Often a chiron will be Hunter Biden
- 12:58Speaker 2: quote quote my father was not financially involved in any
- 13:02Speaker 2: of my businesses. But understand, CNN is on team Biden,
- 13:06Speaker 2: they're on team Hunter, they're on team Joe. And it
- 13:09Speaker 2: reminds me of the famous CNN chirron of the reporter
- 13:15Speaker 2: saying fiery but peaceful protest as a building is on
- 13:19Speaker 2: fire with a Black Lives Matter an ANTIFA protest going on,
- 13:23Speaker 2: CNN is happily editing out Hunter's comments to benefit the
- 13:27Speaker 2: White House.

- 14:55Speaker 1: or nine to seven to two Patriot. Let me ask
- 14:58Speaker 1: you one other question about this that I think is
- 15:00Speaker 1: also very important, and that is to remind people financially. Now,
- 15:06Speaker 1: how many countries was the Biden crime family getting money from.
- 15:10Speaker 6: We haven't even mentioned in the last hour. Romania. That's
- 15:14Speaker 6: a country that has to be brought up.
- 15:16Speaker 1: But you guys are finding more money in more places
- 15:20Speaker 1: with more people, and even Hunter Biden there in what
- 15:23Speaker 1: he said, he said with my foreign business dealings plural,
- 15:27Speaker 1: he was admitting, Yeah, I'm getting money from everywhere in
- 15:29Speaker 1: the world.
- 15:30Speaker 3: Yeah, we know I got money from China, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan.
- 15:39Speaker 3: We know that he was paid through China for stuff
- 15:42Speaker 3: he did in the Congo. We know that Jim Biden
- 15:46Speaker 3: operated primarily in the Middle East, so pretty much every
- 15:51Speaker 3: bad country in the world is where the Bidens would
- 15:54Speaker 3: target their influence peddling schemes.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Do you expect to get anything new about James Biden's money.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I mean, we obviously know a lot about Hunters, but
- 16:03Speaker 1: are you guys finding more and more of James, Because
- 16:06Speaker 1: before Hunter Biden was of age, James was the bat,
- 16:10Speaker 1: was the bag man, and then it kind of turned into, oh, hey,
- 16:13Speaker 1: we've got a kid here that we can get to
- 16:14Speaker 1: be the bag man, and we have an excuse for
- 16:16Speaker 1: his actions that he's a drug addict, which is exactly
- 16:19Speaker 1: what Hunter Biden said in that video. I was in
- 16:21Speaker 1: the depths of addiction. You should feel sorry for me.
- 16:23Speaker 1: I had just seen the money from anybody. James Biden
- 16:26Speaker 1: seems to be smarter and have done this for decades,
- 16:30Speaker 1: while Hunter's kind of the pupil under him.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Yeah, we have a lot of questions for for James Biden. Again,
- 16:37Speaker 3: the reason no one knows much about him is he
- 16:40Speaker 3: didn't leave a laptop lying around, but having looked at
- 16:44Speaker 3: his bank records from his LLC and from his personal
- 16:49Speaker 3: bank records. I have a lot of questions for James Biden.
- 16:53Speaker 2: He's then appear that that James, Joe's brother, was as
- 16:58Speaker 2: involved in this family business as Hunter was, or would
- 17:01Speaker 2: you say they're they're equally complicit.
- 17:04Speaker 4: I wouldn't say he's as involved.
- 17:06Speaker 3: But a lot of transactions in and out of James
- 17:10Speaker 3: Biden's LLC were with the Biden shell companies, and then
- 17:16Speaker 3: obviously the two hundred and forty thousand dollars that came
- 17:19Speaker 3: from Hunter's shell companies went through James Biden's personal account
- 17:26Speaker 3: and had him write the money to Joe Biden.
- 17:30Speaker 4: I think at the end of the day, when.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Joe Biden was saying, oh, there's not a shred of evidence,
- 17:34Speaker 3: not shred of evidence, they thought that we would try
- 17:37Speaker 3: to get their taxes. And I never wanted their taxes.
- 17:40Speaker 3: I wanted their bank records. I've looked at enough tax returns.
- 17:43Speaker 3: As the director of a bank, you want to look
- 17:45Speaker 3: at the bank statements. Bank statements don't lie, and you
- 17:49Speaker 3: would have never seen that money to Joe.
- 17:51Speaker 4: You would never.
- 17:52Speaker 3: See any of these these millions of dollars they're labeling
- 17:55Speaker 3: as loans.
- 17:56Speaker 4: If you had just subpoena the tax records. You had
- 17:59Speaker 4: to get the bank.
- 18:00Speaker 2: And to be clear, the two hundred thousand dollars payment
- 18:04Speaker 2: that went from from Jim to Joe that they claim
- 18:10Speaker 2: was a loan repayment, there is zero evidence, or to
- 18:13Speaker 2: use Joe's phrase, not a scentilla of evidence, that that
- 18:16Speaker 2: was actually a loan that had ever gone from Joe
- 18:20Speaker 2: to Jim in the first place. In other words, there
- 18:21Speaker 2: has to be a loan in order for a loan
- 18:23Speaker 2: to be repaid. Is there any evidence at all that
- 18:26Speaker 2: that loan existed.
- 18:28Speaker 3: No, it's not hard to prove alone. If you paid
- 18:31Speaker 3: me back one hundred thousand dollars, then I should have
- 18:35Speaker 3: a check to you for one hundred thousand dollars at
- 18:37Speaker 3: some point before you paid me back one hundred thous dollars.
- 18:40Speaker 3: That's pretty simple, and I think every American, even the
- 18:43Speaker 3: financially illiterate ones, understand that.
- 18:45Speaker 2: All Right, two more questions I want to get to,
- 18:48Speaker 2: what do you make of the fact that the countries
- 18:50Speaker 2: that are doing business with Hunter and Jim Biden are
- 18:55Speaker 2: all countries that are shady, that have corrupt oligarchs that
- 18:58Speaker 2: are to various degrees enemies of America that they don't
- 19:02Speaker 2: They don't do business with any of our close allies.
- 19:04Speaker 2: You don't see them doing business with England. You don't
- 19:06Speaker 2: see them doing business with France or Germany. You don't
- 19:09Speaker 2: see them doing business with Japan. You don't see them
- 19:11Speaker 2: doing business with Canada. I mean, there are lots of
- 19:14Speaker 2: countries where people can do business with them, where it's
- 19:17Speaker 2: not necessarily shady. You go out of your way to
- 19:20Speaker 2: find places like Russia and China. That says something. What
- 19:24Speaker 2: do you make of that?
- 19:25Speaker 3: I think that was their business model. We know they
- 19:29Speaker 3: sold the Biden brand, but where did you sell the
- 19:31Speaker 3: Biden brand? You sold the Biden brand in shady countries.
- 19:35Speaker 3: You revolved the business model around people who were in trouble. Barisma,
- 19:42Speaker 3: the Romanian foreign national, the Russian oligarch.
- 19:46Speaker 4: China was always.
- 19:47Speaker 3: In trouble because no one wants them in the United States.
- 19:50Speaker 3: We don't want China buying farmland. We don't want China
- 19:52Speaker 3: buying our energy companies. But they use the Bidens to
- 19:56Speaker 3: try to get their foot in the door everywhere they operated.
- 20:00Speaker 3: We're in countries where we have problems with bad people
- 20:05Speaker 3: from bad countries.
- 20:06Speaker 2: All right, Last question something Hunter mentions at the end
- 20:11Speaker 2: of that press conference that's kind of gratuitously tossed on there.
- 20:15Speaker 2: He says, Dad wasn't involved in Bearisma and my legal
- 20:19Speaker 2: practice such as it was, and my businesses, and then
- 20:22Speaker 2: he says or with me as an artist, and it
- 20:26Speaker 2: kind of pops out of nowhere there. What do you
- 20:29Speaker 2: make of that and what is your take on quote
- 20:33Speaker 2: Hunter as an artist?
- 20:35Speaker 3: Well, Hunter was never an artist until Joe became president.
- 20:39Speaker 3: And it looks like their business model changed. From twenty
- 20:43Speaker 3: fourteen to twenty eighteen. They were taking wires directly through
- 20:48Speaker 3: those show companies. Then the ir ashrals in on them.
- 20:50Speaker 3: Then they start trying to say this money they were
- 20:53Speaker 3: taken in from influence pending, we're loans. Then once Joe
- 20:56Speaker 3: become president, they stopped all of that and Hunter started
- 21:01Speaker 3: selling art. So I believe the influence pedling may still
- 21:06Speaker 3: be going on. It's going on through the art sales.
- 21:09Speaker 3: We need to know who's purchasing this artwork.
- 21:12Speaker 4: That's why do we know that.
- 21:14Speaker 6: Do we know who's purchasing the artwork and how much
- 21:16Speaker 6: they're paying.
- 21:17Speaker 3: We think we know of two people and they're part
- 21:20Speaker 3: of the people we're trying to bring in to ask
- 21:23Speaker 3: questions or to the post. So that's something every American
- 21:27Speaker 3: should want to know.
- 21:27Speaker 4: Who's behind this artwork.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Let me tell you about Blackout Coffee. Bidenomics is a
- 21:31Speaker 1: complete until disaster. But I don't let that or any
- 21:35Speaker 1: of these other issues ruin my day. You want to
- 21:38Speaker 1: know why, because I start my day with a hot
- 21:40Speaker 1: America first cup of Blackout coffee. Now, if you like
- 21:44Speaker 1: a premium cup of coffee to start your day. And
- 21:46Speaker 1: I got to get up every day and get on
- 21:47Speaker 1: the radio at seven in the morning. I have to
- 21:50Speaker 1: be ready to give the news. And that is why
- 21:53Speaker 1: I have to have a good cup of coffee, not average,
- 21:55Speaker 1: but a really good cup of coffee. Blackout Coffee is
- 21:59Speaker 1: one hundred percent of America zero percent woke company. You
- 22:02Speaker 1: know there's a bunch of woke coffee companies out there.
- 22:04Speaker 1: The biggest ones are the wokest ones out there. Well,
- 22:06Speaker 1: Blackout as one hundred percent committed to conservative values from
- 22:09Speaker 1: sourcing the beans to the roasting process, customer support and shipping.
- 22:13Speaker 1: They embody true American values and accept no compromise on
- 22:17Speaker 1: taste or quality. I'm drinking it every day. I can
- 22:19Speaker 1: tell you this is true. You need to try Blackout Coffee.
- 22:22Speaker 1: And if you've got someone on your Christmas list as
- 22:24Speaker 1: a coffee drinker that loves premium coffee, go to Blackoutcoffee
- 22:29Speaker 1: dot com slash verdict. That's Blackout Coffee dot com slash verdict.
- 22:35Speaker 1: You'll use the promo code Verdict and you're gonna get
- 22:37Speaker 1: twenty percent off your first order, plus you can see
- 22:40Speaker 1: all their incredible gift ideas for the holidays. It's Blackout
- 22:43Speaker 1: Coffee dot com slash vertict.
- 22:45Speaker 6: Be awake, not woke.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Blackoutcoffee dot com slash vertict. So even with the investigation
- 22:51Speaker 1: going on, and this is just to make it clear
- 22:54Speaker 1: the American people where we are now, there's no reason
- 22:56Speaker 1: to believe that the Biden said okay, they're onto us,
- 22:59Speaker 1: let's shut it down. They just said, okay, they're on
- 23:01Speaker 1: to us, let's change the way that we're operating our business.
- 23:05Speaker 1: We found out, for example, that the first American hostage
- 23:08Speaker 1: that was released from Hamas was had a family member
- 23:10Speaker 1: who had bought artwork from Hunter Biden is another example
- 23:15Speaker 1: of still now this is going on in real time.
- 23:18Speaker 2: So do we have evidence, do we know how many
- 23:22Speaker 2: paintings Hunter has sold to whom and for how much?
- 23:27Speaker 2: Those are basic questions. Since Joe became president, do we
- 23:31Speaker 2: know whether he sold one painting, fifty paintings, or one
- 23:35Speaker 2: hundred paintings.
- 23:36Speaker 3: We know he sold several. They bragged about it. The
- 23:39Speaker 3: art director, George Burgess, he's one.
- 23:42Speaker 4: Of the people we expected to pose. Hopefully in January,
- 23:45Speaker 4: we'll ask those questions.
- 23:46Speaker 1: And has any of Hunter Biden's art ever hung in
- 23:49Speaker 1: any government buildings or the White House? That would, in theory,
- 23:53Speaker 1: raise the price of that artwork, the value of that artwork,
- 23:56Speaker 1: because we know that artwork where it hangs can increase
- 24:00Speaker 1: us to value significantly.
- 24:02Speaker 3: I don't know that that'll be a great question. We
- 24:03Speaker 3: can ask George purchase.
- 24:05Speaker 2: But the point you made that there's no evidence Hunter
- 24:09Speaker 2: was an artist until daddy became president is rather amazing.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Every artist I've ever known, they've been an artist their
- 24:18Speaker 2: whole life. They've been painting. Usually people have been painting
- 24:21Speaker 2: since they were kids. If you want to be a
- 24:23Speaker 2: commercial artist, most people don't start off saying I'm gonna
- 24:26Speaker 2: paint something and sell it for half million dollars. Is
- 24:30Speaker 2: the Biden family blocking your committee getting the information on
- 24:34Speaker 2: how many paintings have been sold to whom and for
- 24:36Speaker 2: how much?
- 24:37Speaker 3: Well, somebody's blocking it again, that's the question.
- 24:40Speaker 4: We're going to ask the art gallery owner.
- 24:43Speaker 3: And we're going to ask Kevin Morris, who's the Hollywood
- 24:45Speaker 3: attorney and we believe he has a lot of inside
- 24:49Speaker 3: knowledge over this artwork and who's purchasing the artwork.
- 24:52Speaker 2: This would be the Hollywood attorney that paid off Hunter's
- 24:54Speaker 2: back taxes.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Yeah, the media reports that he's paid hundred two and
- 25:01Speaker 3: a half million dollars, but it's five million dollars. It's
- 25:04Speaker 3: five million dollars from this Hollywood attorney he never met
- 25:08Speaker 3: until Joe was the nominee to be president.
- 25:12Speaker 2: He never met the guy.
- 25:14Speaker 3: Never met the guy we had the picture when the
- 25:17Speaker 3: first time they met.
- 25:18Speaker 4: It was at a political fundraiser.
- 25:20Speaker 3: So this guy didn't grow up with, wasn't friends with
- 25:23Speaker 3: like Devon arger Boba, Linzcury, these.
- 25:26Speaker 4: Guys, and he met this guy.
- 25:28Speaker 3: Now this guy has loaned him five million dollars.
- 25:31Speaker 6: At least don't have to put that on your taxes.
- 25:33Speaker 6: I guess that's the purpose.
- 25:34Speaker 2: I tell you this. This is James, thank you. This
- 25:37Speaker 2: has been very helpful and I want us to close.
- 25:42Speaker 2: We've heard mountains and mountains of evidence of corruption, mountains
- 25:45Speaker 2: of evidence of corruption of Hunter Biden, mountains of evidence
- 25:49Speaker 2: of corruption of Jim Biden, mountains of evidence of corruption
- 25:52Speaker 2: of Joe Biden. I want us to close with Kareeine
- 25:55Speaker 2: John Pierre claiming there is no evidence. So just give
- 25:58Speaker 2: a listen to what the White House House is saying,
- 26:01Speaker 2: and then we're going to look at the newspaper headlines
- 26:04Speaker 2: that have followed.
- 26:05Speaker 7: What we're seeing from House Republican is wasted time and
- 26:08Speaker 7: it is certainly, you know, baseless political stunt. That's what
- 26:13Speaker 7: we're seeing. And they're leaving. House Republicans are leaving this
- 26:16Speaker 7: week to go, you know, enjoy a nice holiday, right
- 26:20Speaker 7: as most Americans should. But what happened to the funding
- 26:24Speaker 7: to Ukraine? Just asked me about Ukraine. They haven't been
- 26:26Speaker 7: able to get that done. They haven't been able to
- 26:29Speaker 7: fix help let's fix what's going on at the border.
- 26:31Speaker 7: They haven't been able to get that done. They haven't
- 26:33Speaker 7: been able to start a conversation on how we're going
- 26:35Speaker 7: to avert a shutdown in January. They haven't been able
- 26:39Speaker 7: to do that. And so look, you know, there's been
- 26:41Speaker 7: zero evidence, zero evidence. You can ask me about engagement
- 26:45Speaker 7: and what the president has done with his family and conversation,
- 26:48Speaker 7: but there's no evidence. There's wait, wait, but there's no evidence.
- 26:52Speaker 7: There is no evidence that the president has done wrongdoing.
- 26:55Speaker 7: There's none, absolutely none, none, And that is just a fact.
- 27:01Speaker 7: You've heard it from Republicans themselves. So they're wasting their
- 27:05Speaker 7: time instead of doing the work on behalf of the
- 27:08Speaker 7: American people, they go after the president's family. But that's a.
- 27:13Speaker 4: Waste of time.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Every time she says no evidence, no evidence, no evidence,
- 27:17Speaker 2: it's a lie. But here take a look at how
- 27:19Speaker 2: Reuter's reported the House vote on impeachment Biden impeachment inquiry
- 27:23Speaker 2: authorized by House Republicans COMMA despite lack of evidence. Mind you,
- 27:28Speaker 2: this is news. Next headline, New York Times. House approves
- 27:34Speaker 2: Biden impeachment inquiry as GOP hunts foreign offense. Republicans are
- 27:39Speaker 2: pushing forward with a former investigation even though their year
- 27:42Speaker 2: long scrutiny of the president and his family has turned
- 27:45Speaker 2: up no evidence of high crimes or misdemeanors. That is
- 27:49Speaker 2: complete bs by the way. Washington Post next headline, Washington
- 27:53Speaker 2: Post still lacking evidence. House GOP votes to formalize biden
- 27:59Speaker 2: impeachment inquiry. Lawmakers have said the step will put them
- 28:02Speaker 2: on a stronger legal footing for any court challenges related
- 28:05Speaker 2: to their investigations. Understand Reuters, The New York Times, The
- 28:10Speaker 2: Washington Post, and Karine Jean Pierre on behalf of the
- 28:13Speaker 2: president are lying, and James, thank you for joining us,
- 28:17Speaker 2: because you have laid out an enormous amount of evidence
- 28:20Speaker 2: that apparently you don't exist. The House doesn't exist, the
- 28:24Speaker 2: investigation doesn't exist, the bank records don't exist, the WhatsApp
- 28:28Speaker 2: doesn't exist, Barisma doesn't exist. Twenty four million dollars doesn't exist.
- 28:32Speaker 2: Two hundred and forty thousand dollars to Joe Biden doesn't exist.
- 28:35Speaker 2: None of that exists because we're told there's no evidence.
- 28:38Speaker 2: These are lying shills, but the truth will out. Thank
- 28:42Speaker 2: you for all you're doing, and James, have a merry Christmas.
- 28:46Speaker 6: Congressman again, thank you so much for joining us. Senator.
- 28:50Speaker 1: This is such an important conversation, obviously, and I will
- 28:53Speaker 1: say to everyone that's listening or if you're watching, if
- 28:56Speaker 1: you miss part one or part two of this three
- 28:59Speaker 1: part series, would you, James Comer, make sure you go
- 29:01Speaker 1: back and listen, but also make sure that you help
- 29:04Speaker 1: us get the word out. Whether you're on Facebook or
- 29:07Speaker 1: on YouTube or on x you can grab the video
- 29:09Speaker 1: and watch. You can share the video there and also
- 29:13Speaker 1: share the podcast links to part one, Part two, part three.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Because without you the Verdict listeners, this show doesn't happen.
- 29:21Speaker 1: And when you share it on social media you bring
- 29:23Speaker 1: so many others into the conversation and allow them to
- 29:26Speaker 1: hear the facts of what the mainstream media is not covering.
- 29:29Speaker 1: I'll say it again, thank you to James Comer and
- 29:31Speaker 1: Jim Jordan for all their hard work and we hope
- 29:34Speaker 1: you enjoyed everything that we talked about the Senator and
- 29:37Speaker 1: I will see you back here in a couple of days.
