- 0:02Speaker 1: Y'all know what time of y'all don't know, y'all back,
- 0:08Speaker 1: I don't have a suit on looking back to back down,
- 0:13Speaker 1: giving them more like theming buck bus things. And it's
- 0:19Speaker 1: true good it. Steve has listening to move together for steamy.
- 0:38Speaker 1: I don't join by joining me. You gotta use turning them.
- 1:24Speaker 1: You gotta turn to turn them out. Got to turn
- 1:44Speaker 1: them out to turn turn the water the water. Come,
- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your baby at it. Uh huh, I show
- 2:02Speaker 1: will good morning everybody y'all listening to the VARs, Come
- 2:06Speaker 1: on dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey got
- 2:10Speaker 1: a radio show, Man on man on man. Grateful for
- 2:14Speaker 1: it comes with a huge amount of responsibility. I didn't
- 2:18Speaker 1: really know I was gonna have to be this responsible,
- 2:21Speaker 1: you know. Um, can I share something with y'all? I
- 2:24Speaker 1: started out to Finally I had gotten on track and
- 2:27Speaker 1: was able to see a way to even pursue my dream.
- 2:33Speaker 1: It has been a long, a long trip that I've
- 2:36Speaker 1: been on, and I've gone through so many phases of it.
- 2:40Speaker 1: It is rewarding along the way to accomplish your dreams.
- 2:45Speaker 1: What I'm saying is this, let me let me put
- 2:47Speaker 1: it together, because I got so much running through my
- 2:49Speaker 1: head right now. You know it's it's one thing to
- 2:53Speaker 1: accomplish your dream, but there's joy in the process of
- 2:58Speaker 1: achieving it. See, some people are so caught up in
- 3:03Speaker 1: the goal, the final goal, that they find no joy,
- 3:09Speaker 1: no enjoyment in the process. If you have found what
- 3:15Speaker 1: it is you want to do and you strike out
- 3:19Speaker 1: on that journey, please understand you are far more blessed
- 3:24Speaker 1: than the average person to know what it is you
- 3:27Speaker 1: really want to do, to find your work in life,
- 3:32Speaker 1: your purpose, to find out what direction you want to
- 3:36Speaker 1: go in is such a blessing. The average person, if
- 3:40Speaker 1: you sit down and talk to them, oftentimes don't have
- 3:44Speaker 1: their life on track. And it'd be some people that
- 3:47Speaker 1: you're looking at you think God are going on because
- 3:49Speaker 1: of their appearance, their swagger, or they walk like it,
- 3:53Speaker 1: they talk like it, they look like it. But if
- 3:56Speaker 1: you sit down and talk to the average person, the
- 3:59Speaker 1: average person man does not know what their purpose is,
- 4:04Speaker 1: has not discovered what they want to do, and have
- 4:07Speaker 1: no idea how to get there. If you are on
- 4:10Speaker 1: the other side of that, if you understand your purpose,
- 4:14Speaker 1: if you have an idea of what you want to be,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and you are on your way there, you are truly blessed,
- 4:22Speaker 1: and in that blessing, you must recognize it as a blessing.
- 4:27Speaker 1: You must recognize the fact that you are on the
- 4:31Speaker 1: right side, and that there should be a sense of
- 4:34Speaker 1: accomplishment and a feeling of pride in you that you
- 4:38Speaker 1: are on track to accomplish your goal. See what used
- 4:42Speaker 1: to happen was sometimes I used to keep my nose
- 4:45Speaker 1: so on the grindstone that I wouldn't even look up
- 4:49Speaker 1: and realize. Man, hey, man, I know you're trying to
- 4:53Speaker 1: get here, but Steve, hold on, man, can't you see
- 4:56Speaker 1: what you've done so far? Can't you find just some
- 5:00Speaker 1: joy in the process. See, a lot of us lose
- 5:03Speaker 1: the joy of the blessings God has given us because
- 5:06Speaker 1: we're looking at the end. Tomot, I ain't there yet.
- 5:09Speaker 1: You on your way. I'm gonna give you an example.
- 5:13Speaker 1: I had a friend who told me that they wanted
- 5:16Speaker 1: to be a million now, and they asked me some
- 5:19Speaker 1: questions and I told him, so they started the process,
- 5:23Speaker 1: and I am telling you, this dude works extremely hard.
- 5:29Speaker 1: So about a year later we were talking. He had
- 5:34Speaker 1: found this business, he had set his goal, and he
- 5:40Speaker 1: was working towards it. Then about two years later I
- 5:43Speaker 1: ran up into him again. We were talking about it
- 5:46Speaker 1: and everything. It's a man, really really appreciate the advice.
- 5:49Speaker 1: He said, Man, but this is all jacked up, man,
- 5:52Speaker 1: because I still ain't made that million I was talking about.
- 5:56Speaker 1: I said, well, hey, man, just just keep at it.
- 5:59Speaker 1: It's coming. He's a man. Keep at it. Man. You
- 6:01Speaker 1: know how long I've been doing this? Been two years now.
- 6:05Speaker 1: And I didn't say that to him, but I said
- 6:07Speaker 1: to myself, yeah, two years. He said, Man, I've been
- 6:10Speaker 1: grinding so long. Man, it's just it ain't having it
- 6:12Speaker 1: from me. I said, wait a minute, man, hold on,
- 6:15Speaker 1: hold on. I said, about how much you're making right
- 6:18Speaker 1: now a year, man, about two hundred and fifty thousand.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I quit breathing. I said, well, my man, two years
- 6:29Speaker 1: ago you didn't have a clue. Two years later, you're
- 6:34Speaker 1: making a quarter of a million dollars. I said, man,
- 6:38Speaker 1: do you understand how blessed you are? I said, man,
- 6:41Speaker 1: your family was about to get put out two years ago.
- 6:46Speaker 1: You don't bought a house? Yeah, man, but this ain't
- 6:48Speaker 1: the house. I really won't. Ohoa Pardner, whoa I got that?
- 6:53Speaker 1: I got that house you really won't make Mike call
- 6:56Speaker 1: five eight million. I don't know. But man, y'all got
- 6:59Speaker 1: a house, you're making the payments, you drive it. You
- 7:02Speaker 1: ain't out no more. I said, holder. Man, you got
- 7:04Speaker 1: to stop. I said, you got to stop. I said, man,
- 7:06Speaker 1: because right now, man, you you coming across as real
- 7:09Speaker 1: ungrateful to me. And so he said, man, why are
- 7:12Speaker 1: you tripping like that? Man? Man, you act like don't
- 7:14Speaker 1: nobody want to have nothing but you? I said, whoa man?
- 7:17Speaker 1: Where you going with this conversation? I said, Oh, I
- 7:19Speaker 1: didn't come to you. I just came to you and
- 7:21Speaker 1: ask you how you doing. And I'm trying to point
- 7:23Speaker 1: out to you that the journey that you started on,
- 7:27Speaker 1: that you are on your way, and you are in
- 7:29Speaker 1: the process of accomplishing your goals. And can you not
- 7:32Speaker 1: feel some joy and some pleasure in your accomplishment. Quit
- 7:36Speaker 1: tripping on the fact that you ain't made a million yet.
- 7:39Speaker 1: You on your way. You don't went from your He thought,
- 7:42Speaker 1: this dude was making fifteen thousand dollars a year. You
- 7:44Speaker 1: making quarter of a million dollars in two years. May
- 7:46Speaker 1: come on, man, can't you see? Can't you see? So
- 7:50Speaker 1: he said, Eventually, a man, I kind of see what
- 7:53Speaker 1: you're saying, But that ain't about nothing to me because
- 7:55Speaker 1: I ran up into him a year and a half later.
- 8:00Speaker 1: How you're doing, man, Man, I showed wish I'd appreciate
- 8:04Speaker 1: it my life when I had it like that? I said,
- 8:06Speaker 1: what you mean, had it like that? Man? Just fell
- 8:09Speaker 1: on some hard times? Man, I'm right back why I was.
- 8:13Speaker 1: And then we talked. I said, hey, man, don't worry
- 8:15Speaker 1: about it. I said, Once you know how to accomplish something,
- 8:17Speaker 1: I said, you just reapply the same principles and start
- 8:20Speaker 1: on over again. Man, you know how hard it is
- 8:23Speaker 1: to be to start over. Okay, my man, hold up, partner,
- 8:26Speaker 1: you can't do yourself like this again. First you wasn't
- 8:29Speaker 1: grateful for what you had. Now you're looking at the
- 8:31Speaker 1: fact that you might have to start over, and you
- 8:33Speaker 1: know how hard it is to start over. Maybe God said, okay,
- 8:38Speaker 1: you ain't happy with this? Okay, didn't handle it your way?
- 8:42Speaker 1: You obviously ain't happy with the way I'm bringing it
- 8:44Speaker 1: into your life. You want to handle it your weight,
- 8:46Speaker 1: Go ahead and handle it, because he will let you
- 8:48Speaker 1: have it your way. Can I tell you that he
- 8:51Speaker 1: will let you do it? Exactly the way you want
- 8:53Speaker 1: to it, because he gives us all the power of choice.
- 8:55Speaker 1: So then maybe he said, Okay, you don't appreciate the
- 8:58Speaker 1: way I'm doing it. You don't like the favor I'm
- 9:00Speaker 1: showing you. You think it's take it too long. I'm
- 9:03Speaker 1: gonna let you do it your way. I'm not gonna
- 9:05Speaker 1: turn my back on you. I'm just gonna let you
- 9:07Speaker 1: do it your way. Just just say. Maybe he said that,
- 9:10Speaker 1: and now he right back where it was. So what
- 9:12Speaker 1: I try to get the young cat to understand was, man,
- 9:16Speaker 1: appreciate your life for what it is, because like life,
- 9:20Speaker 1: Jenny's got that song that he got out off this album.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Still I still believe it could have been worse. And
- 9:26Speaker 1: now that it is worse. What's on your mind now, folks,
- 9:31Speaker 1: if you are on that side of life where you
- 9:33Speaker 1: have figured out what you want to do, you know
- 9:35Speaker 1: how you're gonna get that, and you know your purpose.
- 9:38Speaker 1: You're accomplishing what the majority of people never ever do.
- 9:41Speaker 1: So be grateful for your process. Don't tumble yourself, don't
- 9:45Speaker 1: throw yourself off to cliff. It's gonna be all right.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Success takes a measure of time. It is not easy
- 9:52Speaker 1: if success were easy, everybody would be successful. You're listening,
- 10:02Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls may have your attention. Please,
- 10:05Speaker 1: people from all around the world listen to this. You
- 10:08Speaker 1: are listening to the absolute baddest morning showing the land
- 10:12Speaker 1: without further ado. Here is the reason why. Colin Ferrell,
- 10:17Speaker 1: what's up with your girl? Hey, Steve, how are you doing? Hey, Shirley,
- 10:21Speaker 1: Tommy Junior, what's going on? Thursday Junior? Morning up, Tommy.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Tom fool is in the building top of the morning
- 10:30Speaker 1: of this day? Oh right, hello Shirley, Hey Steve. Good,
- 10:36Speaker 1: how are you doing today? I am good? How are you? You?
- 10:43Speaker 1: Absolutely wonderful day, so happy you could join us. I've
- 10:46Speaker 1: been here. Okay, well glad, I don't mess with me
- 10:50Speaker 1: this morning. Okay, just go on, just go on and on.
- 10:56Speaker 1: I can't even do nothing, no shot today you can.
- 11:00Speaker 1: It's already to start it. Hey, Timmy, Timmy, what's going
- 11:04Speaker 1: on with you? Boy? I'm good, man, I'm good. I'm
- 11:07Speaker 1: I'm listening to my friend over there. She's just not
- 11:10Speaker 1: a little different this morning. Yeah, I'm fine. You guys
- 11:14Speaker 1: are crazy, hey, baby, just something happened you all right?
- 11:17Speaker 1: Because you know I'm your big brother. If anything, you're
- 11:19Speaker 1: not my biggest brother. No, I don't want no, no, no, yes,
- 11:23Speaker 1: I am no. No, you shut your mouth. I am
- 11:26Speaker 1: right there. You shut your mouth. Never talk to me
- 11:31Speaker 1: like that. I'm trying to hash you good fish used
- 11:34Speaker 1: to fight. What's your timing when we were two and
- 11:37Speaker 1: three and five? And that's not true. That's not true.
- 11:42Speaker 1: That is not true, and you know it. Don't make
- 11:44Speaker 1: us traill this a he go too far? Really, I
- 11:52Speaker 1: didn't say nothing feeling Steve Good. I'm just listening to
- 11:59Speaker 1: the conversation. What conversation junior? Morning up? Man? How you
- 12:05Speaker 1: feeling today? Man? Man, it's like a superstar baby. No,
- 12:10Speaker 1: you don't matter. I don't see myself like that. I
- 12:13Speaker 1: just don't you see yourself. Pop told me to see
- 12:19Speaker 1: yourself as a loser. What did you see? That's why
- 12:21Speaker 1: I'm running from that real heart in a foot race
- 12:27Speaker 1: against popit I had at Poe end. I've been on
- 12:31Speaker 1: that in way too long. A matter of fact, I
- 12:34Speaker 1: stayed over. I felt like I stayed over that way
- 12:37Speaker 1: longer than I need. I was asking God at one point, Hey, God,
- 12:41Speaker 1: really is just necessary? I have learned the lesson teach
- 12:46Speaker 1: me something else. I want to learn something. Man, Man,
- 12:50Speaker 1: you've seen this movie before, you know. Man? Yeah, yeah,
- 12:55Speaker 1: Like I told you the other day, I said, hey, man,
- 12:57Speaker 1: Biggie never was wrong when he said more money, more problems.
- 13:00Speaker 1: He said, Well the hell I shall want to see
- 13:02Speaker 1: what the hell you want to know? The new problems
- 13:05Speaker 1: you want to experience it these problems I got. I'm
- 13:14Speaker 1: good asking for the new problem. All right, coming up,
- 13:17Speaker 1: something funny. We'll be back at thirty two after you're
- 13:21Speaker 1: listening to show. All right, here we go with something funny.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Uh and what is this? Jay? You said, the horror movie?
- 13:30Speaker 1: You want to do that? That sounds good. We can't
- 13:32Speaker 1: do that. If you're gonna do a horror movie, yeah,
- 13:35Speaker 1: you have to. Hell, if you're gonna have a horror movie,
- 13:39Speaker 1: all right, let's go. First of all, if you're black,
- 13:43Speaker 1: if you're a black man in a horror movie, you
- 13:47Speaker 1: will be the first to that happen. The credits. It's
- 13:54Speaker 1: not gonna happen, no way. And then you just you
- 14:00Speaker 1: you're gonna die right off the bat for seven minutes.
- 14:06Speaker 1: I got one. Yeah, if you're gonna have a horror movie,
- 14:08Speaker 1: you're gonna do horror movie. The white girl got to fall.
- 14:11Speaker 1: She gotta fall, he gotta fall. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Women.
- 14:20Speaker 1: And if she falls, whoever goes back to save her?
- 14:24Speaker 1: That too, Yes, But you gotta tell if you're gonna
- 14:33Speaker 1: if it's gonna be a horror movie, it's gonna be
- 14:35Speaker 1: a white person, uh, walking in the woods because they
- 14:38Speaker 1: heard something. What oh, what is that? What's that? What's that?
- 14:44Speaker 1: Going toward that sound? Yet towards the sounds? What you
- 14:52Speaker 1: gotta see? Who is that? Jason? Somebody got to open
- 14:56Speaker 1: the door while the whole audience is holland don't Steve
- 15:06Speaker 1: good one? You know, I got one? That one? For
- 15:17Speaker 1: some reason, why are you sitting up either watching TV
- 15:20Speaker 1: or either you will see a little vision of a
- 15:23Speaker 1: little girl somewhere in your house just popping up for
- 15:28Speaker 1: no damn reason. You can't make a horror move without
- 15:31Speaker 1: a little girl just showing up in the window. She's
- 15:33Speaker 1: in the refrigerator, she's who is the look girl. If
- 15:40Speaker 1: you're gonna make a horrible and I mean, if you're
- 15:42Speaker 1: gonna make a horrible somebody gotta die. While giving a speech,
- 15:46Speaker 1: it's all this talking. You get down, you got to die.
- 15:55Speaker 1: I'm seeing this. There's no way I'm taking it. Shoom.
- 16:02Speaker 1: What you gotta, Timmy, what you got. If you're gonna
- 16:04Speaker 1: be in a horror movie, it's got to be a
- 16:06Speaker 1: dead person walk him by. It has to be a deader.
- 16:12Speaker 1: They've been dead for a penny, but they walk him by. Yes,
- 16:19Speaker 1: all right. If you go have a horror movie, you
- 16:22Speaker 1: must have a hunted house and the white family stay
- 16:27Speaker 1: in it anyway. It's only way we can shoot. Move.
- 16:35Speaker 1: You must stay in the house here after you're discovering
- 16:38Speaker 1: that is home. T keep going to bed. Keep. Yeah,
- 16:46Speaker 1: I ain't nobody moving. Why would they stay in there anyway?
- 16:52Speaker 1: That's the white people. That's what white people do the movie.
- 16:56Speaker 1: They stay in day after day. They hear stuff, they
- 17:02Speaker 1: see stuff, stuff moved, but they don't. That's true, man.
- 17:08Speaker 1: They got to stay. And they're gonna have a horror movie.
- 17:11Speaker 1: You must run out of gas on a deserted roll,
- 17:16Speaker 1: you have no phone signal and all. Yeah, don't happen.
- 17:21Speaker 1: That's a good one. Yeah, I'll tell you what. Nothing
- 17:25Speaker 1: in the horror movie. You have a horror movie. The
- 17:29Speaker 1: lights gonna go out. When the lights go out, somebody
- 17:33Speaker 1: got to go check. You don't blame the lights go out.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Don't nobody moves. You can't get a black person, hux.
- 17:45Speaker 1: We'll sit there way till they come home. Somebody got
- 17:49Speaker 1: to go check the break a bull? Why go outside
- 17:52Speaker 1: and found the break a box? Oh my god, the
- 17:54Speaker 1: lights arount You must check this out. These all ways.
- 18:00Speaker 1: A window that's open, that keeps uh swinging back and forth,
- 18:06Speaker 1: and you keep hearing the window open. The shutter. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Every horrible movie is always going to be one hell
- 18:22Speaker 1: being with no teeth that come over and start killing.
- 18:30Speaker 1: When you're seeing him show up with no teeth, teeth,
- 18:35Speaker 1: it's him, yeah, him. Everybody else got teeth. He got
- 18:42Speaker 1: no teeth. We did talking to him. No teeth, ain't
- 18:47Speaker 1: shaysolutely And I don't care where you live. If it's
- 18:54Speaker 1: sunny in the daytime at night, sun enlightening all the time,
- 19:01Speaker 1: the whole time must change. The weather must change. Yeah yeah,
- 19:07Speaker 1: I'll tell you that. This gets on my nerves. The
- 19:09Speaker 1: horror movie. Every horror movie, they get a history of
- 19:13Speaker 1: the house. Why the hell you ain't listen to Old
- 19:17Speaker 1: Man really killed twenty five people? Why the hell we
- 19:22Speaker 1: buy fast in twenty five? Why you want to be
- 19:27Speaker 1: twenty six? I'm look always know that history all the time,
- 19:34Speaker 1: all the time. Yeah, imation, that's always gonna be a
- 19:42Speaker 1: white couple that make love in the middle of the
- 19:45Speaker 1: scary part. They do it all the time, all the time. Killer.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Get to watch it, the killer. Get to watch when
- 19:57Speaker 1: and when you think the killer is dead? He he
- 20:01Speaker 1: gonna what what do you do? Sit up? He straight up?
- 20:09Speaker 1: And it's always blood coming out of wall. Yes, some
- 20:15Speaker 1: damn kid, you're gonna open the wall. You don't get
- 20:19Speaker 1: your ass in your car, man, don't open the door,
- 20:26Speaker 1: all right? Coming up next, Tommy's run that brank back
- 20:29Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening morning show right now. The
- 20:34Speaker 1: nephew is here with run that prank back. What you
- 20:37Speaker 1: got now? I got your drunk husband, Yo, that's what
- 20:42Speaker 1: I got. Let's running. Hello. You gonna hold on a minute, okay,
- 20:48Speaker 1: I got your phone. I'll give your wife a car.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Hell hello, right right now. You're inebriated, sir, okay, right now,
- 20:55Speaker 1: to be taking you in, But I'm not gonna do that.
- 20:58Speaker 1: You let me and I ain't able to come and
- 20:59Speaker 1: pick you off. I'll let her come get you, all right.
- 21:02Speaker 1: All Brian's gonna officer, Brian's gonna put you in his
- 21:05Speaker 1: squad car. I'm gonna call your wife. I've got the
- 21:08Speaker 1: phone dolling now all right, okay, Hello, Hello? Who is he? Hello?
- 21:16Speaker 1: Whom I? Who am I fushing with? Please? Who is this?
- 21:19Speaker 1: This is Officer Daniels Aufer Daniel you just called from?
- 21:24Speaker 1: This is my husband number? Who is who is Officer Dans?
- 21:28Speaker 1: I am Officer Daniels Man. Yes, your husband's actually being
- 21:30Speaker 1: pulled over and he's been uh actually he's in another
- 21:35Speaker 1: officer's car. He's he's a little bit of kneebriated here
- 21:38Speaker 1: and we're trying to see about getting him picked up.
- 21:41Speaker 1: I'm trying my best not to take him in today,
- 21:43Speaker 1: so I'm trying to be a good Samaritan. I'm trying
- 21:45Speaker 1: to get someone to come and pick him up. Hold on,
- 21:47Speaker 1: hold on, hold on, back back up. You got my
- 21:51Speaker 1: husband's U What I got here on the driver's license
- 21:54Speaker 1: is Kenny Kenny, and he's with you now. He's actually
- 21:58Speaker 1: an officer Brian's squad car right now. So he was
- 22:01Speaker 1: actually uh bobbing and weaving out on the road and
- 22:04Speaker 1: we pulled him over. He's not creating any problems. The
- 22:07Speaker 1: young lady wasn't creating any problems. So what we're trying,

- 28:48Speaker 1: For some churches that's out here that need to have testimony,
- 28:55Speaker 1: time really cut out truth toe. If your church don't
- 29:01Speaker 1: have internet, you don't need to be having testimonies because
- 29:06Speaker 1: the testimonies are getting too long. They need a screener. Yeah,
- 29:11Speaker 1: they need somebody to sit down. Let me hear your testimony,
- 29:16Speaker 1: and we will decide when you get to see it
- 29:19Speaker 1: in front of everybody. Because you got people who go
- 29:21Speaker 1: up there I want to testify. You can tell the
- 29:23Speaker 1: ones who testimony not gonna be good because they're too
- 29:25Speaker 1: anxious to get the money. They head shake it. It
- 29:29Speaker 1: lad told and jumping. They jumping up like they got
- 29:33Speaker 1: a game or something like they got a warm up bone.
- 29:36Speaker 1: And then they get up there and the testimimony. I
- 29:41Speaker 1: want to speak to the Lord about my toe. This
- 29:45Speaker 1: toe had been hurting me. We don't really need them
- 29:49Speaker 1: no more. I'm just asking till we get some screeners
- 29:53Speaker 1: or we have to hear your testimony on Sunday. All
- 29:56Speaker 1: of us got stuff to do. Now we're sitting up
- 29:59Speaker 1: a hold up in church because you're talking about your
- 30:01Speaker 1: toe or somebody got there one time, no hut and testified.
- 30:06Speaker 1: I've been praying for Israel, and I'm saying to myself,
- 30:09Speaker 1: you ain't never been. Why I handed you up there prayer?
- 30:13Speaker 1: How you get the hall the Lord talk to you
- 30:16Speaker 1: about Israel? Where you get that from? I just want
- 30:21Speaker 1: to go to games one. I don't want to just
- 30:25Speaker 1: sit it here no more and hear your testimonies that
- 30:28Speaker 1: ain't by nothing. You ain't got an amen, You ain't
- 30:32Speaker 1: gotta go ahead or let him use you. Ain't nobody
- 30:35Speaker 1: saying nothing. You shut down three hundred eighty five people
- 30:39Speaker 1: by yourself. You shut down an entire church. Pastor ain't
- 30:43Speaker 1: saying nothing. We don't need, no need. We need a testimony.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Mike Snatches. I'm signing up because if I don't like it,
- 30:50Speaker 1: I'm coming up there. You know, Polo got the saying, Man,
- 30:55Speaker 1: Church just need to help testimonial Mike Snatches. That's all
- 30:59Speaker 1: I'm saying saying. I'm just saying, I just want to
- 31:06Speaker 1: get to out there. How long is this gonna go on? Huh? Well?
- 31:13Speaker 1: The problem is, Jay, we keep back like it ain't.
- 31:17Speaker 1: We didn't took up this offer. We've been here since
- 31:19Speaker 1: six and I'm talking, game is on. The game is on.
- 31:24Speaker 1: You ain't getting nobody to say go ahead, then you go. Amen.
- 31:27Speaker 1: You can't get nobody to agree with you. Your testimony
- 31:31Speaker 1: is not a not anything. I'm just saying, why you
- 31:34Speaker 1: get to talk? Is that long? Man? We need a
- 31:37Speaker 1: testimony of Mike Snash. I'm telling you to if they
- 31:48Speaker 1: start they testimony off with you know right that they

- 32:19Speaker 1: claims that the aim is to destroy what he says
- 32:22Speaker 1: is a terra corridor of Kurdish and ISIS fighters near
- 32:25Speaker 1: Turkey's southern border with Syria. How the Turks have been
- 32:28Speaker 1: conducting air strikes on several towns and business villages that
- 32:31Speaker 1: now have ground troops there. And while the Turks claimed
- 32:34Speaker 1: they're only seeking to create a safe zone of about
- 32:36Speaker 1: thirty kilometers into Syria, reports are they already gone much
- 32:40Speaker 1: much deeper in Syria than that Trump claims. The President
- 32:43Speaker 1: claims his administration doesn't endorse Turkey's attacks and that things
- 32:46Speaker 1: should be okay. Hundreds of years this has been going on.
- 32:49Speaker 1: We were put into this battle interjected. It was supposed
- 32:53Speaker 1: to be at a thirty day period and we've been
- 32:55Speaker 1: there for many, many years. We're getting out of the
- 32:58Speaker 1: endless wars, and eventually somebody who was going to have
- 33:01Speaker 1: to make the decision, and frankly, we're getting a lot
- 33:03Speaker 1: of praise from that decision. People are saying goes sometimes
- 33:07Speaker 1: bring our people back home, while some people are not praising.

- 33:26Speaker 1: the twenty six year old Brown, as you know, was
- 33:28Speaker 1: fatally shot in the parking lot of his new apartment complex.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Cops claimed mister Brown was dealing drugs. However, Community Active
- 33:34Speaker 1: is still wondering why Amber Geiger's defense team didn't call
- 33:37Speaker 1: Brown a drug dealer during her trial if he was so,
- 33:40Speaker 1: they still think something doesn't smell right about his murder.
- 33:43Speaker 1: At a presidential campaign rally yesterday, former Vice President Joe
- 33:46Speaker 1: Biden said, for the first time, the President Trump should
- 33:48Speaker 1: be impeached his words and his actions. President Trump has
- 33:53Speaker 1: indicted himself by obstructing justice refusing to comply with the

- 52:22Speaker 1: you here. It is the Strawberry Letter subject he chose
- 52:25Speaker 1: his wife over me? Dear Stephen Shirley, I need your
- 52:29Speaker 1: advice because I really want to kick my dad's wife's behind.
- 52:33Speaker 1: I am a forty two year old single mother of
- 52:36Speaker 1: two kids. My children's dads don't help me financially, so
- 52:40Speaker 1: my father has helped me raise my kids for the
- 52:43Speaker 1: past fifteen years. Well, I recently lost my job and
- 52:47Speaker 1: everything went downhill. I wasn't able to pay my rent,
- 52:51Speaker 1: so I had to move out of my apartment. At
- 52:53Speaker 1: the beginning of this month. I called my dad to
- 52:55Speaker 1: ask if we could move back home, and my dad
- 52:58Speaker 1: had the nerve to tell me that I had to
- 53:01Speaker 1: discuss it with his wife, my stepmother. He put her
- 53:05Speaker 1: on the phone and she screamed h E double l
- 53:12Speaker 1: na yes, and said this would be the ninth time
- 53:17Speaker 1: that I've moved back in with them. She said it's
- 53:19Speaker 1: not their problem that I can't keep a job and
- 53:21Speaker 1: that both of my kids dad's are losers. She said
- 53:24Speaker 1: she will no longer allow me to ruin my daddy's credit.
- 53:29Speaker 1: Then she told me to get off my fat blank
- 53:34Speaker 1: yes and start and start taking care of myself. Before
- 53:39Speaker 1: she could finish, I hung up on her. Yes. I
- 53:42Speaker 1: have made plenty mistakes, but I don't need her throwing
- 53:46Speaker 1: them in my face. So now my children and I
- 53:49Speaker 1: are living with my girlfriend, but we can't stay there
- 53:51Speaker 1: much longer. My dad will not speak to me until
- 53:54Speaker 1: I apologize to his wife. I told him that was
- 53:57Speaker 1: never going to happen. Why should I apologize to this woman?
- 54:01Speaker 1: She hurt my feelings, so she should apologize to me
- 54:05Speaker 1: and let me move in until I get back on
- 54:07Speaker 1: my feet. I don't feel like I'm wrong. This was
- 54:10Speaker 1: my dad's way. This was this was my dad way
- 54:13Speaker 1: before he was her husband. Stephen Shirley, what do you think? Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope.
- 54:19Speaker 1: How wrong are you? You are just so wrong right here?
- 54:23Speaker 1: And the fact that you don't know this makes this
- 54:25Speaker 1: letter even more ridiculous. Okay, your father has every right
- 54:29Speaker 1: to do what he's doing. Confer with his wife. He
- 54:32Speaker 1: has to discuss this with his wife. Okay, it's her
- 54:34Speaker 1: house too. Your dad doesn't owe you anything. Okay, he
- 54:40Speaker 1: doesn't have to let you and your kids move in
- 54:42Speaker 1: with them. I mean, how much more is he supposed
- 54:44Speaker 1: to do for you? At forty two. He's been helping
- 54:47Speaker 1: you for the last fifteen years. That help has turned
- 54:50Speaker 1: into enabling. Yes, your dad was you're enabler and he
- 54:54Speaker 1: is tired of it now and wifey is not having
- 54:57Speaker 1: it at all. Okay, and how are these boys now?
- 55:01Speaker 1: They do this for fifteen years? Yeah, come on now,
- 55:05Speaker 1: it's time for you to take your baby's daddy's to
- 55:07Speaker 1: court and get some child supports so you can get
- 55:10Speaker 1: the financial help you need to. Uh, you know, live
- 55:13Speaker 1: your life the way you need to live your life.
- 55:15Speaker 1: And yes, of course, apologize to your step mom and
- 55:19Speaker 1: for your dad. You're trying to make them feel guilty
- 55:21Speaker 1: for not letting you get back in. They have every
- 55:23Speaker 1: right to do what they did, every right. Come on now,
- 55:27Speaker 1: Steve yes seven, Come on boy, Steve Edie's type of
- 55:35Speaker 1: letters who I exhale? Yes, my gift comes out in
- 55:39Speaker 1: letters like this. Let me take you down to it
- 55:44Speaker 1: because you really want to kick your daddy's wife behind.
- 55:48Speaker 1: I'm fightty too. Let's just start to damn the single mother. Paul,
- 55:54Speaker 1: you're fy too? What helf of you ain't twenty four?
- 55:59Speaker 1: You didn't flip it. You're forty two, you got two kids.
- 56:06Speaker 1: Nothing's wrong here? Forty two two kids ain't bad, nothing
- 56:13Speaker 1: wrong with that? You're ready? Ready, my children's dads don't
- 56:19Speaker 1: help me financially, so they're not sending no child. So
- 56:26Speaker 1: my father has helped me raise my kids fifteen years.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Did no, I don't worry about that. I do this
- 56:40Speaker 1: fifteen years. You don't need extra breath for that. Somebody's
- 56:44Speaker 1: been helping you with these damn kids, and ain't they
- 56:46Speaker 1: damned show damn hug your boyfriends. Fifteen years. Well, I
- 56:52Speaker 1: recently lost my job and everything went down. Hell I
- 56:55Speaker 1: wasn't able to pay my wrist. I had to move
- 56:57Speaker 1: out of my apartment. At the beginning of this moment,
- 56:59Speaker 1: I called my daddy asking if we can move back home,
- 57:01Speaker 1: and my daddy had the nerve to tell me I
- 57:04Speaker 1: have to discussed this with his wife. That's cause it's
- 57:06Speaker 1: her house. And the other reason it cause your ass
- 57:11Speaker 1: is farted too. You ain't fifteen you put out you
- 57:16Speaker 1: farted too. My stepmother, he put on the phone, and
- 57:22Speaker 1: she screamed, hell no, I love her, and let me
- 57:31Speaker 1: tell you why. She said, hell no, because this will
- 57:35Speaker 1: be the knife time. This will be the knife time
- 57:41Speaker 1: nine damn times. You're farty two year old behind. They
- 57:47Speaker 1: can't crawling back to the house. You ain't crawling up
- 57:51Speaker 1: in here no more we come back. I'm gonna tell
- 57:54Speaker 1: you why you really can't come. It ain't just a
- 57:59Speaker 1: nine times. Oh that's big, but I got mold than that.
- 58:04Speaker 1: Why yo head can't come back up in him? Nine
- 58:09Speaker 1: damn tad? Who do that? Poe loes? They place to
- 58:14Speaker 1: stay nine tens? You just ain't paying no damn rent.
- 58:19Speaker 1: He's mad at his wife. Listen, if the kids ain't
- 58:23Speaker 1: fifteen damn every year you get put out the dude,
- 58:29Speaker 1: get step mama again. You're buying out phones and join
- 58:32Speaker 1: your ass ain't paying the rent? Right? All right, we're
- 58:36Speaker 1: gonna have part two of Steve's response coming up at
- 58:39Speaker 1: twenty three after the hour you're listening show. All right, Steve,
- 58:45Speaker 1: come on, let's get to part two of your response
- 58:47Speaker 1: to today's Strawberry letter. He chose his wife over me,
- 58:52Speaker 1: this fotty two year old woman who is single, because
- 58:57Speaker 1: he can't get nobody to marry her, because she keep
- 59:01Speaker 1: picking losers that don't pay no child support and help
- 59:05Speaker 1: her financially with the two boys. I feel sorry for that,
- 59:10Speaker 1: but dad ain't the problem. You called your daddy because
- 59:12Speaker 1: you lost your job, and why you keep losing job?
- 59:19Speaker 1: You keep losing job. Then you call your daddy. Now
- 59:22Speaker 1: he didn't help you in the path this time you
- 59:23Speaker 1: told your discussin with his wife. Now you want to
- 59:26Speaker 1: kill her. You want to kick my wife's daddy behind.
- 59:30Speaker 1: He putting my stepmother on the phone, and she screened hell.
- 59:33Speaker 1: Now you ain't coming hell when you got bring it?
- 59:39Speaker 1: She said it would be the ninth time, and she
- 59:42Speaker 1: did not lie. She's a business because you didn't dispute it.
- 59:46Speaker 1: Just the knife damn time that I moved back in
- 59:51Speaker 1: with them. She'd been na through eight movies. She said,
- 59:57Speaker 1: it's not a problem that I can't keep a job
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: and that both my kids dads are losers. You slept
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: with them bums. Now they ain't helping out with your kids.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: Come on, this will be the night time she said
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: she would no longer allow me to ruin my daddy's credit.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: Here is what you really mad. Come on. She then
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: told me to get off my fat ass and start
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: taking care of myself. That's what prompted this letter, right
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: she had called your fat answer. See that wasn't She
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: wasn't gonna write this letter until she told her get
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: off your fat ain't huh and take care of yourself. Lord,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: Now we have the letter. Now before she could finish,
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: I hung up because the fat ass wipe chaut This
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: is how the conversation. Get off your fat ass and
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: take care of yourself. Hey, what is daddy and stepmama
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: over there doing by themself? Anyway? What did they do?
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: They live it? They fo They probably set sixty seventy.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: They don't want them damn kids and the fat ass
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: and they're eating groceries. There's already last time she was hit.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: One reason she left the pad like refrigerator. They put
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: combinations on on cabin and you know, be sure she
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: could finish. I hung up on her. Yes, I have
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: made now here we go here comes to confession. I
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: hung up on him. Yes, I have made plenty of mistakes,
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: but I don't need her throwing them in my face.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: She ain't throw them in the face. You keep throwing
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: them in their face, Keep dragging them damn key back
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: over there eight times prior. It ain't that they throwing
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: it in your face. You keep bringing in today's face.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: So now my children and now are living with my girlfriend.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: But we can't stay there much longer. You know why,
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: because your girlfriend, no you gotta fat ass, And you're
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: over there eating groceries up over there too, and the
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: two boys. My dad would not speak to me until
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: I apologize to his wife. Because see, you ain't just
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: hang up. See see what you called you fat ass?
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Take care of yourself. Oh oh you went out the
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: house like you had to waffer you was gonna come
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: back around. Oh you threw something back up in that house. Ton,
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: Now you gotta regret. I'm fat. Oh, I'm fat. I
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: ain't the only one fat. Me and you ain't the
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: same side. Because when I live at I wore your clothes.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: That's why you can't come back. And that's why you
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: gotta apologize. I told him I was that was never
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: going to happen. Now you're not gonna apologize to you
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: when you ain't getting in this woman's Oh are you stupid?
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: Why should I apologize to this woman? She hurt my feelings.

- 1:03:07Speaker 1: up your daddy credit. She don't know you nothing. She
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: hurt my feelings, So she should apologize to me and

- 1:03:20Speaker 1: to apologize me and let me move in until I
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: get back on my feet. It's hard to get on
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: your feet with ass your side. I've seen big people
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: fall before. It takes a while. They got to roll over,
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: get on both knees. They need a hand up. Ify,

- 1:03:44Speaker 1: This was my dad way before. He was a hug. Yeah,
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: your dad. But when you get a wife, he has
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: to leave all others and cleave unto her. That's your answers.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Included in the league. Your ass is included in the league,
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: and you could come over with people's house and stay
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: long if you leave some of that as they're to
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: lose that ass, But you brings that wide ass with
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: keep and steady replenishing ass. See, if you would get
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: into weight loss business, somebody wouldn't mind letting you stay that.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: But you're in the ass replenishing buss. You over there,

- 1:17:32Speaker 1: I'm a drissing right up. All right, coming up, it's
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Steve Harvey and his closing remarks. You don't want to
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: miss it. At forty nine after the hour, you're listening
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, here we are, last
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: break of the day. All right, Steve, hit us with
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: your closing remarks, what do you have for us today? Oh?
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: Just some more encouragement. Uh. I want to try to
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: give you a mindset, and you can pick and choose
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: whichever you like, but I want to try to give
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: you a mindset to succeed with want. I want you
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: all to start thinking about your goals, your visions, and
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: your dreams, and I want you to think of them
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: like their long overdue. Have you wanted something for so
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: long that you think that it's long overdue? Have you
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: ever dreamt of something so many times and it's yet
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: to happen that you kind of feel like it's long overdue.
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: I want you to take that feeling that it's long overdue,
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: and I want you to internalize that feeling because what
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: I want you to do is I want you to
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: hate that feeling and I want you to use it
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: as your motivation to pursue your dreams and goals. Because
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: some of you are right, it's long overdue. Now. Some
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: of you may feel that way because you're just impatient,
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: but however you want to look at it. I want
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: you to take that long overdue feeling and I want
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: you to use it as your motivation to spur you
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: to get at it, take that long overdue feeling and
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: start looking at your life in terms of you know what,
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: now's the time. Now is the time. There is no
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: better time than now. Don't worry about getting all your
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: ducks lined up in the road, because they don't line up.
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: Don't wait till the perfect time, because there is no
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: such a time. You gotta remember that there's a force
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: out there that don't want you to succeed. His job,
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: the devil's job, is to throw blocks in your path,
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: to throw temptation in your path, to test you all
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: along the way. All God needs us to do is
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: past these tests. You're not gonna pass all of them,
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: but he wants your best effort. But you got to
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: act like now's the time. You've got to develop a
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: sense of urgency. This thing that's long overdue, this thing
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: that's long overdue, the time for it to start happening
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: is now. And I have to develop and you have
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: to develop a sense of urgency to get it done.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: It's this sense of urgency that spurs you, It springs
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: you into action. See the hospital is filled with ruins
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: of care and all like this, but you got different divisions.
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: Now if you in I see you intensive care unit.
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: It's intensive care. They in that watching you all all
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: the time. They got you monitored regularly, you hooked up
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: to machines. It's down there at the nursing station, you
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: and I see you. They got the emergency room that's
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: set up for people who are stuffed and popped off
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: unexpectedly and you need some care right away now. In
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: fact that you got to sit there and wait on
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: your right away all this time. It's still the emergency room.
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: But you want to approach your life with the sense
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: of urgence. You don't have to sit there and get
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: put on hold like they do at the hospital. Feel
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: out the paperwork. You got developed a sense of urgency,
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: because if it's long overdue and now is the time,
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: you might as well develop a sense of urgency. Your success,
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: your dreams have visited and visions of happening and occurring,
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: have to be critical. They have to be critical. It's
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: got to be critical. You have to perform in your
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: life like you are in a state of being critical.
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: This is critical. It's critical, y'all that you become successful.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: It's critical. It's tied to your happiness, your success, your
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: well being. It's critical. This ain't something man that we
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: can casually deal with. It has to be critical to you.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: You have to have it in your mind that being
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: happy and being successful is something that you can't live without.
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: Why not? Do you know how many negative things people
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: feel is overdue that they have a sense of urgency?
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: Junkies addicts, this is a sense of urgency for it,
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: and it's a negative thing. I gotta get high. I
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: gotta get my fix. Do you know that people develop
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: sense of urgencies and and and and and and and
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: and and things being critical over so many negative things.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I gotta get down at a happy hour. I gotta
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: get more likes on my page. I gotta do something
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: that I don't really feel comfortable doing because I gotta
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: get more likes. I gotta show some parts of my
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: body I really don't want to show, but I'm trying
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: to get some likes. I'm trying to get my followers up.
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: Do you know how many people are feeling critical about that?
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: How many people are approaching that negativity with a sense
