- 0:01Speaker 1: It was a vote that is not shocking if you
- 0:04Speaker 1: know what's going on at the United Nations, but it
- 0:06Speaker 1: is certainly a move that should shock you and so
- 0:11Speaker 1: many in the world when it comes to Israel. One
- 0:14Speaker 1: hundred and fifty seven of the one hundred and ninety
- 0:17Speaker 1: three UN member states recognize the state of Palestine as
- 0:22Speaker 1: a quote sovereign state. That is about eighty one percent
- 0:28Speaker 1: of all UN member states. Recently, several Western countries have
- 0:33Speaker 1: formally recognized Palestine. That includes France, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg,
- 0:44Speaker 1: Malta and Monaco. What recognition means is significant. Recognition is
- 0:51Speaker 1: a quote bi lateral or multilateral diplomatic act. Now, it
- 0:56Speaker 1: doesn't automatically confer full UN membership. Palestine is currently a
- 1:01Speaker 1: non member observer state in the UN General Assembly, but
- 1:06Speaker 1: it's very clear that there are many in the world
- 1:07Speaker 1: that want to help this terrorist state become normalized at
- 1:11Speaker 1: the United Nations. In May of twenty twenty four, for example,
- 1:16Speaker 1: the UN General Assembly passed the resolution urging that Palestine's
- 1:21Speaker 1: membership be given favorable consideration by the UN Security Council. However,
- 1:28Speaker 1: full membership requires Security Council approval, including no veto by
- 1:33Speaker 1: any permanent members. And then there's the broader context here.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Recognition has been gradually growing, especially amid rising international concerns
- 1:44Speaker 1: over the conflict in Gaza. Some countries that have not
- 1:47Speaker 1: previously recognized Palestine have shifted their policy. Alongside recognition, there
- 1:54Speaker 1: have been UN General Assembly resolutions calling for a two
- 1:58Speaker 1: state solution and urging steps towards Palestinian statehood. For example,
- 2:04Speaker 1: one resolution demonstrated broad support for a quote jumas free
- 2:08Speaker 1: government in Palestine. Well, that's probably not reality based on history,
- 2:15Speaker 1: and if you want to look at what this really means,
- 2:18Speaker 1: it is another undermining of Israel.
- 2:21Speaker 2: It is anti Israel.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Now, I want you to hear what the president had
- 2:25Speaker 1: to say as he was at the UN meeting with
- 2:28Speaker 1: different leaders. He was actually sitting down with one of
- 2:31Speaker 1: the leaders that advocated for this state hood for Palestine.
- 2:36Speaker 1: He was sitting with Machrome. Take a listen to what
- 2:38Speaker 1: he had to say.
- 2:39Speaker 3: Well, I think it.
- 2:41Speaker 4: Honors Amasa, and you can't do that because of October seventh.
- 2:44Speaker 4: You just can't do that. But we want our hostages
- 2:47Speaker 4: back and we don't want to back in, you know,
- 2:49Speaker 4: ones and twos and take the next few years to
- 2:52Speaker 4: do it. We were the ones that got the hostages back,
- 2:55Speaker 4: and I always said, I told Steve, I told Marco.
- 2:57Speaker 4: I was always saying the lastages are going to be
- 3:01Speaker 4: the toughest ones. But you can't honor them by doing
- 3:06Speaker 4: anything like you suggest. All you could do is say,
- 3:09Speaker 4: we want our hostages back, and we want the war
- 3:12Speaker 4: to end. We're going to want it to end. But
- 3:14Speaker 4: you always have to remember. People forget October seventh was
- 3:19Speaker 4: one of the most savage days in the history of
- 3:21Speaker 4: the world. Has never been anything like that. We're talking
- 3:23Speaker 4: about babies being sliced in half. You're talking about young
- 3:27Speaker 4: children having their heads chopped off. You can't forget that.
- 3:31Speaker 1: President Trump not wavering on standing against this actually happening.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Net and Yahu's reaction to statements on statehood from these
- 3:40Speaker 1: other countries were also very strong. He stayed explicitly quote
- 3:44Speaker 1: a Palestinian state will not be established now. Babe Is
- 3:48Speaker 1: also called any recognition of Palestine a huge reward for
- 3:52Speaker 1: straight up terrorism, and his reference to Hamas attacks of
- 3:55Speaker 1: October the seventh, he said recognition by other states after
- 3:59Speaker 1: the of October seventh is effectively granting legitimacy to this
- 4:04Speaker 1: type of violence. Netnaw, who also condemned what he views
- 4:08Speaker 1: as the external pressure or imposition on Israel's future. He
- 4:14Speaker 1: accused foreign leaders of trying to impose a Palestinian state
- 4:17Speaker 1: in the heart of our land, and he warned that
- 4:21Speaker 1: foreign recognitions are not just symbolic. He sees them as
- 4:25Speaker 1: attacks on Israel's security interests as well. Remember, Israel was
- 4:29Speaker 1: the country that was attacked and Netnaw, who has vowed
- 4:32Speaker 1: retaliation to what he considers moves undermining the nation. Some
- 4:37Speaker 1: options being considered by the government, we're being told include
- 4:40Speaker 1: expelling diplomats from countries recognizing Palestine, or more dramatically, annexing
- 4:47Speaker 1: territories such is the West Bank. Now this also comes
- 4:51Speaker 1: as there is a very weird request Hamas is asking
- 4:55Speaker 1: for a sixty day truce. I want you to hear
- 4:58Speaker 1: the NATO ambassador matt Whitaker, and here's what he had
- 5:02Speaker 1: to say about so many of these countries, the UK,
- 5:06Speaker 1: Australia and Canada among them, recognizing Palestine.
- 5:10Speaker 5: Take a listen the Matthew Whittaker Natal who says, looks
- 5:14Speaker 5: Palestinian state, it's never going to happen. So where do
- 5:16Speaker 5: we go from here, mister Ambassa, Well, it's going to be.
- 5:19Speaker 6: With you, Stuart.
- 5:20Speaker 7: On the Israel Palestine issue. I mean, it's just virtue
- 5:24Speaker 7: signaling by certain countries that you know.
- 5:27Speaker 6: Have no solution for the situation.
- 5:29Speaker 7: They just want to, you know, feel like they're doing something. Obviously,
- 5:32Speaker 7: the hard work is happening right now. It's getting rid
- 5:35Speaker 7: of Hamas, the you know, the terrible terrorist organization that
- 5:38Speaker 7: continues to fight. And you know, Israel wants peace, they
- 5:42Speaker 7: want the fighting to end, they want the killing to end.
- 5:45Speaker 7: But you know, unfortunately Hamas continues to shoot at him.
- 5:48Speaker 7: And you know, the only way you can respond is
- 5:50Speaker 7: with strength and make sure that they regret, you know,
- 5:53Speaker 7: continuing to fight.
- 5:54Speaker 6: So we'll hope that that ultimately resolves.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Well, so this is just coming into us this morning.
- 6:00Speaker 5: Hamas wrote a letter to President Trump requesting that he
- 6:04Speaker 5: guarantees a sixty day truce in Gaza. In exchange, you're
- 6:08Speaker 5: releasing half the hostages. You think that's gonna fly.
- 6:12Speaker 7: Well, I mean, I don't want to speak for President Trump,
- 6:14Speaker 7: but it would seem like that is kind of a
- 6:16Speaker 7: false compromise. You know, when only half of the what
- 6:19Speaker 7: he said in his very clear US policies, return all
- 6:22Speaker 7: the hostages and in the fighting and the until they
- 6:24Speaker 7: agreet to that.
- 6:25Speaker 6: I don't think there's much to talk about, mister master.
- 6:28Speaker 5: Russia unleashed, just unleashed another strike on Ukraine, six hundred
- 6:33Speaker 5: drones used. This is President Trump and Ukraine Zelensky plan
- 6:37Speaker 5: to meet this week. It seems that nothing is changing
- 6:41Speaker 5: in this war. And we also have this report of
- 6:44Speaker 5: Russian jets spending twelve minutes in the space of Estonia.
- 6:48Speaker 5: A NATO member. Putin just keeps on pushing at one point,
- 6:52Speaker 5: is there a very strong response.
- 6:55Speaker 7: Well, the key is that when the Polish incursion from
- 6:59Speaker 7: the drones happened, NATO immediately scrambled fighter jets, shot down
- 7:03Speaker 7: some of the drones, and on this Estonian incursion with
- 7:06Speaker 7: the jet fighters, we also scrambled F thirty five and
- 7:11Speaker 7: chased them out of Estonian airspace. Now, the question Stewart
- 7:14Speaker 7: ultimately is is that do we want to go up
- 7:16Speaker 7: the escalation ladder? And we're having meetings tomorrow and Brussels.
- 7:19Speaker 7: We're all being attendance. We're going to talk about these
- 7:21Speaker 7: very issues with the Supreme Allied Commander and our allies
- 7:26Speaker 7: and find out kind of what we need to do
- 7:29Speaker 7: if more. But you know, it's working. Our air policing
- 7:33Speaker 7: is working, is what I'm going.
- 7:34Speaker 6: To tell you.
- 7:34Speaker 5: But it seems like Putin is just pushing us around.
- 7:38Speaker 6: Well, he can't push us around.
- 7:40Speaker 7: He's barely making any gains in Ukraine on the ground there.
- 7:44Speaker 7: You know, the bottom line is we need strong responses,
- 7:46Speaker 7: but at the same time, I think we need to
- 7:48Speaker 7: be stronger. It's what happened coming out of the Hague Summit.
- 7:52Speaker 7: Everyone's agreeing to spend more money. We are ramping up
- 7:54Speaker 7: our militaries where you know, people are buying F thirty
- 7:57Speaker 7: five fighter jets, upgrading their technical NATO's getting stronger by
- 8:01Speaker 7: the day, and you'll see continuing responses that show strength,
- 8:05Speaker 7: and that strength is ultimately what's going to guarantee the peace.
- 8:09Speaker 1: You listen to Whitaker there and it's very clear that
- 8:11Speaker 1: he and President Trump and the rest of his team
- 8:14Speaker 1: are on the same page, whether it is the statehood
- 8:16Speaker 1: issue at Palestine or what's going on right now when
- 8:20Speaker 1: it comes to Russia and what is happening there. Donald
- 8:23Speaker 1: Trump also had another big warning at the United Nations
- 8:28Speaker 1: and it was about funding, as he described it, the
- 8:31Speaker 1: assault on Western countries and their borders.
- 8:36Speaker 2: He said this to all of those in attendance.
- 8:40Speaker 3: Not only is the UN not solving the problems it should,
- 8:44Speaker 3: too often, it's actually creating new problems.
- 8:47Speaker 8: For us to solve.
- 8:48Speaker 3: The best example is the number one political issue of
- 8:51Speaker 3: our time, the crisis of uncontrolled migration. It's uncontrolled.
- 8:57Speaker 2: The countries are being ruined.
- 8:59Speaker 3: The United Nations is funding an assault on Western countries
- 9:04Speaker 3: and their borders. In twenty twenty four, the UN budgeted
- 9:08Speaker 3: three hundred and seventy two million dollars in cash assistance
- 9:11Speaker 3: to support an estimated six hundred and twenty four thousand
- 9:15Speaker 3: migrants journeying into the United States. Think of that, the
- 9:20Speaker 3: UN is supporting people that are illegally coming into the
- 9:23Speaker 3: United States and then we have to get them out.
- 9:27Speaker 3: The UN also provided food, shelter, transportation, and debit cards
- 9:31Speaker 3: to illegal aliens. Can you believe that on the way
- 9:35Speaker 3: to infiltrate our southern border? Millions of people came through
- 9:39Speaker 3: that southern border just a year ago. Millions and millions
- 9:43Speaker 3: of people were pouring in twenty five million altogether. Over
- 9:46Speaker 3: the four years of the incompetent Biden administration, and now
- 9:52Speaker 3: we have it stopped, totally stopped. In fact, they're not
- 9:55Speaker 3: even coming anymore because they know they can't get.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Through President Trump giving that war to the world. So
- 10:01Speaker 1: it is clear the President is not done talking to
- 10:04Speaker 1: foreign nations and doing everything that he can to make
- 10:08Speaker 1: sure that this onslaught of a legal immigration coming into
- 10:12Speaker 1: southern countries is something he's put in the world un notice.
- 10:15Speaker 1: We're not putting up with it anymore, President Donald Trump
- 10:19Speaker 1: responding now to the guilty verdict against Ryan Ruth. The
- 10:24Speaker 1: President asked about it as he was in New York
- 10:27Speaker 1: at the United Nations. Now, before I let you hear
- 10:29Speaker 1: what he had to say, let me give you some
- 10:31Speaker 1: of the background.
- 10:32Speaker 2: The charges were federal charges.
- 10:35Speaker 1: There were multiple counts, including attempted assassination of a major
- 10:38Speaker 1: presidential candidate. At the time, it was Donald Trump assaulting
- 10:41Speaker 1: a federal officer, a Secret Service agent, possessing a firearm
- 10:45Speaker 1: in furtherance of a crime of violence, being a convicted
- 10:49Speaker 1: felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a
- 10:51Speaker 1: firearm with the serial number removed. Those were all of
- 10:55Speaker 1: the major crimes he was charged with. Now You've got
- 10:57Speaker 1: to go back to September the fifteenth last year when
- 11:01Speaker 1: the Ruthers found in the shrubbery with a semi automatic
- 11:04Speaker 1: rifle near Trump's West Palm Beach golf Course, mar Lago,
- 11:08Speaker 1: and Trump was there golfing at the time. He had
- 11:11Speaker 1: done surveillance, had burner phones. He was spotted by a
- 11:14Speaker 1: Secret Service agent. He fled, and then he was later arrested. Now,
- 11:19Speaker 1: the defense stance was number one weird. He literally represented
- 11:23Speaker 1: himself at trial. He argued inclosing that he didn't intend
- 11:27Speaker 1: to kill anyone and that no shots were ever fired.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Why well, because they saw him and he decided to run. Now,
- 11:34Speaker 1: his alibi there didn't work with the jury. He's now
- 11:37Speaker 1: been found guilty. Jury deliberation time was actually less than
- 11:42Speaker 1: three hours. Some sources say it was about two and
- 11:44Speaker 1: a half hours, and the outcome was this.
- 11:47Speaker 2: He was found guilty on all federal charges.
- 11:51Speaker 1: The sentencing will now be second stage of this and
- 11:54Speaker 1: he faces life in prison. The sentencing is now scheduled
- 11:58Speaker 1: on December the eighth. Now that is when things got
- 12:03Speaker 1: crazy after he was found guilty. Immediately after the verdict
- 12:08Speaker 1: was read, then ruth the attempted to stab himself in
- 12:12Speaker 1: the neck with a pen. He was quickly restrained by
- 12:15Speaker 1: the US Marshals. He appeared uninjured afterwards, with no visible blood.
- 12:21Speaker 1: The Associated Press reported his daughter was present and reacted
- 12:25Speaker 1: emotionally in the courtroom, calling out to him. Now there's
- 12:29Speaker 1: also another big part of the story. The President has
- 12:32Speaker 1: now responded, and I want you to listen carefully to
- 12:35Speaker 1: what he had to say at the United Nations.
- 12:40Speaker 9: Mister President Ryan Ruth, the man who tried to assassinate
- 12:43Speaker 9: you has been convicted and found guilty.
- 12:45Speaker 6: What is your response to you.
- 12:47Speaker 4: I'm very appreciative of the justice that was given and
- 12:51Speaker 4: the way it was handled by Pam Bondy and Todd
- 12:54Speaker 4: Blanche and everybody that has been had their team of people.
- 12:58Speaker 4: It was really well handled, and it's very important. You
- 13:01Speaker 4: can't let things like that happen, nothing to do with me,
- 13:04Speaker 4: but a president or even a person. You can't allow
- 13:07Speaker 4: that to happen. And so justice was served and we'll
- 13:11Speaker 4: see what happens. But I very much appreciate the judge,
- 13:15Speaker 4: a jury and everybody on that it was so professionally
- 13:18Speaker 4: handled and it's great honor.
- 13:21Speaker 1: You also noticed that the President did not either a no,
- 13:24Speaker 1: or was not asked about the attempted suicide. And let
- 13:28Speaker 1: me get back to that part of the story that
- 13:31Speaker 1: happened after the jurors exit the courtroom, and that's when
- 13:34Speaker 1: the ruth attempt to stab himself in the neck with
- 13:36Speaker 1: the pen, prompting those marshals to drag him out of
- 13:39Speaker 1: the courthouse. The outlet also reported that his daughter screamed, Dad,
- 13:43Speaker 1: I love you. Don't do anything. I'll get you out.
- 13:47Speaker 1: He didn't hurt anybody. She also continued to yell now,
- 13:51Speaker 1: as I mentioned a moment ago. He is convicted of
- 13:53Speaker 1: attempting to assassinate a major political candidate presidential candidate, possessing
- 13:58Speaker 1: a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, assaulting
- 14:01Speaker 1: a federal officer, possessing a firearm and ammunition as a
- 14:04Speaker 1: convicted felon, and possessing a firearm without a serial number
- 14:08Speaker 1: that was scratched off. He is fifty nine and he
- 14:12Speaker 1: did not testify at his trial. In his closing argument, however,
- 14:16Speaker 1: he told the jurors he didn't intend to kill anyone
- 14:20Speaker 1: that day. He rests his case Monday morning, after questioning
- 14:23Speaker 1: just three witnesses, a firearm expert and two character witnesses
- 14:29Speaker 1: that all coming from the Associated Press. The jury clearly
- 14:34Speaker 1: wasn't buying what he was trying to sell, and now
- 14:37Speaker 1: we know the outcome. Now you can also expect an appeal.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I am sure that is something that will be discussed,
- 14:42Speaker 1: and maybe next time he'll actually have legal representation in
- 14:46Speaker 1: the court room. But as of now, the President of
- 14:49Speaker 1: the United States of America, as he put it, said,
- 14:51Speaker 1: this is something we had to make sure happened, not
- 14:55Speaker 1: for me, but for every political candidate, every presidential candidate.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I want to stop having this type of violence in
- 15:02Speaker 1: this country. I want to talk to you about my
- 15:05Speaker 1: friends over at Patriot Mobile. You've got a lot of
- 15:07Speaker 1: choices for cell phone service, with new ones popping up
- 15:11Speaker 1: all the time. But if you want to make a
- 15:13Speaker 1: difference and you want to stop giving your money to
- 15:16Speaker 1: liberal companies, well one way you can do that is
- 15:19Speaker 1: by getting rid of Liberal Mobile you probably have right now.
- 15:23Speaker 1: That is where hundreds of thousands of Americans are now
- 15:26Speaker 1: coming together and have made Patriot Mobile what they are today.
- 15:29Speaker 1: They've been in service now for thirteen years, and right
- 15:34Speaker 1: now is the best time ever to switch because it's
- 15:37Speaker 1: never been easier now before I tell you about that.
- 15:40Speaker 1: I want you to know why switching is so important,
- 15:43Speaker 1: because every time you make a call, every time you
- 15:45Speaker 1: send a text, and every time that you pay your bill,
- 15:47Speaker 1: you're actually standing up for the values you believe in
- 15:50Speaker 1: your First and your Second Amendment rights, the rights of
- 15:53Speaker 1: unborn children. And you stand with our military, our veterans,
- 15:56Speaker 1: are wounded warriors, and our fallen soldier families. Because Patriot
- 16:00Speaker 1: Mobile takes about five percent of your bill every month
- 16:03Speaker 1: at no extra cost to you, and they give it
- 16:05Speaker 1: back to these organizations that fight for our values. Now,
- 16:09Speaker 1: let's talk about switching. It has never been easier. You
- 16:12Speaker 1: can keep your same number, keep your same phone, or upgrade.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile's got a one hundred percent US based customer
- 16:19Speaker 1: service team and literally they can now with technology, get
- 16:22Speaker 1: you activated in minutes from the comfort of your home
- 16:25Speaker 1: or your office. You're second a contractor owe money on
- 16:28Speaker 1: your phones, no worries. Patriot Mobile has a contract buyout program.
- 16:32Speaker 1: And this is how we win, folks, by aligning our
- 16:36Speaker 1: spinning with our values. Every dollar we spend matters. Now,
- 16:40Speaker 1: let me also give you a free month of service.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Go to Patriotmobile dot com, slash Ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile
- 16:48Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson, or you can call them nine
- 16:52Speaker 1: to seven to two Patriot. Use the promo code ferguson,

- 17:06Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to
- 17:09Speaker 1: two Patriot. Which brings me to another important story that
- 17:13Speaker 1: is also coming to some sort of resolution. Secret Service
- 17:18Speaker 1: is now announcing that they have busted a massive network
- 17:21Speaker 1: that has been used in swatting attacks against Republicans. Now,
- 17:26Speaker 1: if you don't know what swatting is, I'll explain it
- 17:28Speaker 1: this way. It's where you call in a fake crisis situation,
- 17:33Speaker 1: a fake hostage situation to the address of where a
- 17:37Speaker 1: conservative lives, specifically an elected official or conservative commentator, to
- 17:43Speaker 1: then put their life at risk with a massive response,
- 17:46Speaker 1: a swat team is sent in. The Secret Service has
- 17:50Speaker 1: now announced they have uncovered this vast network of over
- 17:54Speaker 1: one hundred thousand simcards and three hundred servers as well.
- 17:59Speaker 1: In the new York area, believed to be used by
- 18:02Speaker 1: foreign nation state threat actors and criminals for swatting calls
- 18:08Speaker 1: targeting prominent conservatives, including Marjorally Taylor Green. The amount of
- 18:13Speaker 1: hardware sees in the bus could be used, they say,
- 18:16Speaker 1: to Hamper Sell Service in New York City and the U. S.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Secret Service, uncovering this massive network of more than one
- 18:22Speaker 1: hundred thousand SIM cards and three hundred servers was located
- 18:27Speaker 1: within a thirty five mile radius of New York City.
- 18:30Speaker 1: The operation, believed to be run by foreign nation state
- 18:34Speaker 1: threat actors and criminals, was uncovered during an investigation to
- 18:38Speaker 1: a surge of swatting calls targeting high ranking government officials,
- 18:43Speaker 1: including members of Congress and members of the Trump administration.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Now targets of swatting calls reportedly included Representative Green, Center
- 18:52Speaker 1: Rick Scott, Nikki Hayley, and the Secret Services Advanced Threat Unit,
- 18:57Speaker 1: in collaboration with various law enforcement ages, trace those squatting
- 19:02Speaker 1: calls to several locations in the New York tri state area.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Upon further investigation, they found a sophisticated network of SIM
- 19:11Speaker 1: servers capable of generating enormous amounts of phone traffic while
- 19:16Speaker 1: rapidly switching out simcards to evade detection. I want you
- 19:21Speaker 1: to take a listen to Matt McCool. He is a
- 19:23Speaker 1: Special Agent in charge of the Secret Services New York
- 19:25Speaker 1: Field Office, and the network, as he described it, posed
- 19:29Speaker 1: an imminent threat to the agency's protective operations. They said
- 19:34Speaker 1: the servers were strategically positioned around New York cellular network
- 19:38Speaker 1: infrastructure so that it could overwhelm the cell towers, disrupt
- 19:43Speaker 1: cell service, and put the entire city of New York
- 19:47Speaker 1: at risk. Take a listen in his announcement today.
- 19:52Speaker 10: My name is Matt McCool, and I'm the Special Agent
- 19:54Speaker 10: in charge of the Secret Service New York Field Office.
- 19:57Speaker 10: We are making this announcement as a matter of public interest,
- 20:00Speaker 10: given timing, amount and concentration of material recovered during a
- 20:05Speaker 10: recent Secret Service protective intelligence investigation. Following multiple telecommunications related
- 20:11Speaker 10: imminent threats directed towards senior US government officials this spring,
- 20:16Speaker 10: the U S Secret Service began a protective intelligence investigation
- 20:19Speaker 10: to determine the extent and impact these threats could have
- 20:22Speaker 10: on protective operations. This was a difficult and complex effort
- 20:27Speaker 10: to identify the source of these fraudulent calls and the
- 20:29Speaker 10: impact on the Secret Service Protective mission. During this period,
- 20:34Speaker 10: we leveraged technical assistance and support of federal partners, including
- 20:38Speaker 10: Homeland Security investigations, the Department of Justice, and the Office
- 20:42Speaker 10: of the Director of National Intelligence. We also received phenomenal
- 20:45Speaker 10: support from our state and local law enforcement partners, to
- 20:49Speaker 10: include the NYPD. The investigation led us to the New
- 20:53Speaker 10: York tri state area, where investigators discovered tens of thousands
- 20:57Speaker 10: of co located and network sailor devices capable of carrying
- 21:01Speaker 10: out nefarious telecommunications attacks. These devices allowed anonymous, encrypted communications
- 21:08Speaker 10: between potential threat actors and criminal enterprises, enabling criminal organizations
- 21:13Speaker 10: to operate undetected. This network had the potential to disable
- 21:17Speaker 10: cell phone towers and essentially shut down the cellular network
- 21:20Speaker 10: in New York City. These devices were concentrated within thirty
- 21:24Speaker 10: five miles of the global meeting of the United Nations
- 21:27Speaker 10: General Assembly, now underway in New York City. Given the timing,
- 21:32Speaker 10: location and proximity, and potential for significant disruptions to the
- 21:36Speaker 10: New York telecom system, we moved quickly to disrupt this network.
- 21:40Speaker 10: To be clear, these recovered devices no longer pose a
- 21:44Speaker 10: threat to the New York tri state area. We will
- 21:47Speaker 10: continue working towards identifying those responsible in their intent, including
- 21:51Speaker 10: whether their plan was to disrupt the UN General Assembly
- 21:55Speaker 10: and communications of government and emergency personnel during the official
- 21:59Speaker 10: visit of world leaders in and around New York City.
- 22:02Speaker 10: Forensic examinations of the equivalent of one hundred thousand cell
- 22:06Speaker 10: phones worth of data is underway. Early analysis indicates cellular
- 22:10Speaker 10: communications between foreign actors and individuals that are known to
- 22:14Speaker 10: federal law enforcement. Given the sensitivity and complexity of this investigation,
- 22:19Speaker 10: we are not able to go into specifics at this time.
- 22:23Speaker 10: This is an open and active investigation and we have
- 22:25Speaker 10: no arrest to announce today. Rather, this announcement is designed
- 22:29Speaker 10: to safeguard critical infrastructure and responsibly provide the public what
- 22:33Speaker 10: we can at this time. The Secret Service will continue
- 22:36Speaker 10: to run down all leads until we fully understand the
- 22:39Speaker 10: intent of the operation and identify those responsible.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Truly incredible there from Matt McCool, the Special Agent in
- 22:46Speaker 1: charge of the Secret Service in New York's Field office.
- 22:49Speaker 1: The pictures that have been released of these rooms that
- 22:52Speaker 1: have been filled with these servers and the SIM cards,
- 22:54Speaker 1: and to overrun the cell towers was a level of
- 22:59Speaker 1: sophistiction that is of professionals. This is not amateur and
- 23:04Speaker 1: part of the reason why I think they're making it
- 23:06Speaker 1: so clear how big of an issue this was and
- 23:08Speaker 1: what was happening. Let's talk a moment also about Kamala Harris.
- 23:13Speaker 1: She's got her new book out where she is blaming
- 23:15Speaker 1: everyone but herself for her losing the last election. She's
- 23:20Speaker 1: ripping on virtually every person that ever gave her anything
- 23:24Speaker 1: in life, especially the vice presidency from Joe Biden. She's
- 23:28Speaker 1: attacking the Biden crime family, and she's also attacking many
- 23:32Speaker 1: other Democrats as well.
- 23:33Speaker 2: And then there's this part that was just amazing.
- 23:38Speaker 1: She is now saying that she wanted to pick a
- 23:42Speaker 1: gay man to be your vice president, but she just
- 23:45Speaker 1: couldn't bring herself to do it because well, the people
- 23:47Speaker 1: wouldn't accept a black woman and then a gay white man.
- 23:51Speaker 1: She also said she couldn't pick another guy on the
- 23:54Speaker 1: ticket as well. I'll explain that in a moment why
- 23:58Speaker 1: that person was also disqualified. Hint, it's because he was Jewish.
- 24:02Speaker 1: But I want you to listen to what she had
- 24:04Speaker 1: to say trying to defend her bigotry and her homophobia
- 24:09Speaker 1: of all places, with Rachel Maddout at MSNBC take a
- 24:13Speaker 1: listen on.
- 24:14Speaker 11: Let me ask you a politics question. I mentioned an
- 24:18Speaker 11: intro tonight that you say in the book really bluntly
- 24:20Speaker 11: that your personal choice for your running mate would have
- 24:24Speaker 11: been Pete Booda Jete, and you praise him effusively. You
- 24:27Speaker 11: say he would have been an ideal partner if I
- 24:30Speaker 11: were a straight man, and you say effectively that demographically
- 24:34Speaker 11: it was it was too much to ask of the
- 24:36Speaker 11: American people to ask them to elect you with him
- 24:40Speaker 11: as your running mate. I wonder if his reaction to that,
- 24:44Speaker 11: since this part of the book has come out, if
- 24:46Speaker 11: you've had any reflection on that, or I guess, I
- 24:51Speaker 11: guess I'd ask you to just elaborate on that a
- 24:54Speaker 11: little bit. It's hard to hear with you running as
- 24:58Speaker 11: you know, you're the first woman elected vice president, you're
- 25:00Speaker 11: a black woman and a South Asian woman elected that
- 25:03Speaker 11: high office, very nearly elected president, to say that he
- 25:06Speaker 11: couldn't be on the ticket effectively because he was gay,
- 25:08Speaker 11: it's hard to hear.
- 25:09Speaker 8: No, No, that's not what I said that. That's that
- 25:12Speaker 8: he couldn't be on the ticket because he is gay.
- 25:15Speaker 8: My point, as I write in the book, is that
- 25:20Speaker 8: I was clear that in one hundred and seven days,
- 25:24Speaker 8: in one of the most hotly contested elections for president
- 25:30Speaker 8: United States against someone by Donald Trump, who knows no
- 25:34Speaker 8: floor to be a black woman running for president United
- 25:39Speaker 8: States and as a vice presidential running mate a gay man,
- 25:46Speaker 8: with the stakes being so high, it made me very sad.
- 25:51Speaker 8: But I also realized it would be a real risk
- 25:57Speaker 8: no matter how you know. I've been an ad a
- 26:00Speaker 8: kid in an ally of of the LGBT community my
- 26:03Speaker 8: entire life. So it wasn't about it wasn't about it right,
- 26:06Speaker 8: So it wasn't about any any prejudice on my part,
- 26:09Speaker 8: but that we had such a short we had such
- 26:13Speaker 8: a short period of time and the stakes were so high.
- 26:19Speaker 8: I think Pete is a phenomenal, phenomenal public servant, and
- 26:26Speaker 8: I think America is.
- 26:29Speaker 2: And would be ready for that.
- 26:33Speaker 8: But at when I had to make that decision with
- 26:36Speaker 8: two weeks to go, you know, and maybe I was
- 26:40Speaker 8: being too cautious, you know, I'll let our friends, we
- 26:44Speaker 8: should all.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Talk about that.
- 26:46Speaker 8: Maybe I was, but that's the decision I made, and
- 26:50Speaker 8: I'm and I as with everything else in the book,
- 26:52Speaker 8: and being very candid about that with a great deal
- 26:57Speaker 8: of sadness about also the fact that it might have
- 27:02Speaker 8: been a rip. Now.
- 27:03Speaker 1: She also said she didn't pick Shapiro to be her
- 27:07Speaker 1: vice presidential candidate because he was Jewish, and well, I mean,
- 27:11Speaker 1: you just can't have a Jewish guy being the vice
- 27:13Speaker 1: presidential candidate.
- 27:14Speaker 2: She ripped on him as well.
- 27:16Speaker 1: I said this earlier today on Fox Business Channel and
- 27:19Speaker 1: it's gone viral, so I want to play it for you.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Listen to what I had to say on also Harris
- 27:25Speaker 1: attacking Donald Trump, saying that Donald Trump is a communist dictator.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Here it is.
- 27:32Speaker 9: Now, let's get your reaction to this whopper from Karl Harris.
- 27:37Speaker 8: The sitting vice president enters the race against a former
- 27:41Speaker 8: president of the United States, has been running for ten years,
- 27:44Speaker 8: with one hundred and seven days to go, and it
- 27:47Speaker 8: ended up being the closest presidential election in the twenty
- 27:51Speaker 8: first century. We used to compare the strength of our
- 27:54Speaker 8: democracy to communist dictators. That's what we're dealing with right now,
- 27:58Speaker 8: Donald Trump.
- 27:59Speaker 9: What does she talking about? The closest race in the
- 28:02Speaker 9: twenty first century? Show the US electro math from last year,
- 28:05Speaker 9: Kamala Harris lost eighty three percent of all US counties.
- 28:08Speaker 9: So Trump Trump won both the popular vote the electoral college,
- 28:12Speaker 9: plus all the swing states. And she claims Trump is
- 28:15Speaker 9: a communist dictator.
- 28:16Speaker 2: What's that about.
- 28:17Speaker 9: Kamala Harris now says she supports an actual communist Zora Mamdani.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, do as I say, now as I do.
- 28:24Speaker 1: And remember it's never my fault. This is Kamala Harrison.
- 28:28Speaker 1: This is the problem with the Democratic Party. When they lose,
- 28:31Speaker 1: they don't learn anything. There was a lot, by the
- 28:33Speaker 1: way to learn this last election. There was a lot
- 28:36Speaker 1: to learn from Donald Trump losing and then coming back
- 28:39Speaker 1: and winning. And they should have done a deep dive, like, hey,
- 28:42Speaker 1: what is our problem right now? Is it the extremist
- 28:44Speaker 1: that Marxist in our party or is it just we
- 28:47Speaker 1: have bad leaders?
- 28:48Speaker 2: At the end of the day, Kamala Harris lost.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Because of this type of rhetoric and she doesn't know
- 28:52Speaker 1: what she's talking about.
- 28:53Speaker 2: And the voters agreed.
- 28:55Speaker 9: Yeah, and didn't Kamala Harris's father and people to Judge's father,
- 28:59Speaker 9: didn't they teach at Marxism just like Sirah mom, Donnie all.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Right then yeah, I mean you listen to it there
- 29:06Speaker 1: and I got to say, this is the reason why
- 29:09Speaker 1: the Democratic Party is in shambles. They are in shambles
- 29:13Speaker 1: because they actually are filled with people that hate other
- 29:18Speaker 1: people that aren't like them, and they want to demand
- 29:21Speaker 1: that you be just like what they say is acceptable
- 29:25Speaker 1: or right. And when they have an opportunity, remember they're
- 29:27Speaker 1: supposed to be the advocates for the LGBTQIA community, and
- 29:32Speaker 1: when they have a chance to pick a gay man,
- 29:34Speaker 1: they're like, Nope, can't do it. Why because it's a
- 29:37Speaker 1: gay man. And they talk about you know, oh, be
- 29:39Speaker 1: who you are and we stand by you and don't
- 29:41Speaker 1: be a racist or a bigot. They got a chance
- 29:44Speaker 1: to pick a guy and they're like, Nope, can't pick him.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Why because he's Jewish. This is the Democratic Party, this
- 29:51Speaker 1: is what they are. This is who they are. And
- 29:54Speaker 1: when they show themselves like this the way that Kama
- 29:57Speaker 1: did in her book, where she was telling you the
- 29:59Speaker 1: truth and then when she tries to take it back
- 30:01Speaker 1: and acthlete, it's not actually happening. I'm sorry. I just
- 30:05Speaker 1: got to say, we need to call them out every
- 30:08Speaker 1: single time it happens. Make sure you share this podcast
- 30:13Speaker 1: with your family and friends. Put it up on social
- 30:15Speaker 1: media wherever you are, and we appreciate you listening every day.
- 30:19Speaker 2: We'll see you back here tomorrow
