- 0:01Speaker 1: There has been a big issue that has come about
- 0:04Speaker 1: that is now turning into an even bigger nightmare than
- 0:07Speaker 1: what we realized, and that is the number of commercial
- 0:10Speaker 1: driver's licenses that have been deliberately given out to illegal immigrants.
- 0:17Speaker 1: We know it was deliberate because many of them receive
- 0:20Speaker 1: their driver's license, their CDLs under and I'm quoting no
- 0:26Speaker 1: name given, at least Dephonic serving New York's twenty first district,
- 0:33Speaker 1: putting out this statement about what she has found out
- 0:36Speaker 1: that is happening in New York State. And remember, if
- 0:39Speaker 1: you get a CDL in New York, there's a very
- 0:42Speaker 1: good chance that you're going to be driving that cargo
- 0:45Speaker 1: around the country. So you may say, well, this is
- 0:49Speaker 1: New York, it doesn't really affect me. It absolutely does,
- 0:53Speaker 1: and we are witnessing it take lives of Americans all
- 0:57Speaker 1: over the country. I want you to listen to her statement.
- 1:01Speaker 1: She says, quote the worst governor in America. Hochel has
- 1:06Speaker 1: certainly fallen a long way from her start in Buffalo
- 1:11Speaker 1: when she opposed driver's licenses for illegals in Erie County
- 1:16Speaker 1: Cleric's office. At every opportunity, the governor Hochel has turned
- 1:20Speaker 1: her back on New Yorkers to bend the knee to
- 1:24Speaker 1: the radical far left of the Democratic Party that puts
- 1:28Speaker 1: illegals and criminals first and hard working lawbody New Yorkers last.
- 1:34Speaker 1: The latest bombshell discovery is that the governor and her movement,
- 1:40Speaker 1: Governor Hochel as a dangerous and irresponsible quote green light
- 1:46Speaker 1: law that allows criminal illegal immigrants. I'm going to say
- 1:51Speaker 1: that again, allows criminal illegal immigrants to be issued commercial
- 1:58Speaker 1: driver's licenses, in some cases shockingly labeled no name given,
- 2:05Speaker 1: allowing them to operate eighty thousand pound commercial vehicles across
- 2:11Speaker 1: the country. That is the part of this that you
- 2:13Speaker 1: need to understand. When there is lawlessness in New York,
- 2:17Speaker 1: it can take your life wherever you're listening right now.
- 2:21Speaker 1: She goes on to say, in a statement, Oklahoma's governor
- 2:25Speaker 1: and law enforcement confirmed that multiple criminal illegals holding New
- 2:30Speaker 1: York state CDLs were apprehended driving commercial trucks across state
- 2:37Speaker 1: lines during a targeted ice operation. Now, this is an
- 2:41Speaker 1: operation that would be damn near impossible to do in
- 2:45Speaker 1: New York. That's why they had to do it in Oklahoma,
- 2:48Speaker 1: where you have a governor that was willing to abide
- 2:51Speaker 1: by the law and enforce the law. Back to her statement,
- 2:55Speaker 1: she said, quote, this is exactly the danger that happens
- 2:59Speaker 1: when are left democrats like Governor Hochel turned their states
- 3:03Speaker 1: into sanctuary havens for illegals. Kathyochel's sanctuary green light law
- 3:10Speaker 1: is not only a threat to New Yorkers, it is
- 3:12Speaker 1: endangering families across America, which brings us back to what
- 3:17Speaker 1: Sean Duffy had to say on the issuing of CDLs
- 3:22Speaker 1: to illegal immigrants. But first, I want to tell you
- 3:25Speaker 1: about our friends over Patriot Mobile. Every so often, something
- 3:28Speaker 1: happens that reminds us just how fragile our freedoms are.
- 3:32Speaker 1: We can't afford to take our rights for granted. We
- 3:35Speaker 1: must draw a line in the sand, and our friends
- 3:38Speaker 1: at Patriot Mobile have been doing just that for more
- 3:41Speaker 1: than twelve years. The truth is there is only one
- 3:44Speaker 1: provider that boldly stands in the gap for Americans who
- 3:48Speaker 1: believe freedom is worth fighting for, and that company is
- 3:51Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. Not only are they leading the red economy,
- 3:55Speaker 1: they're also outpacing the competition and technology. Patriot Mobile is
- 3:59Speaker 1: one of the only carriers offering premium access to all
- 4:04Speaker 1: three major US Networks, giving you nationwide coverage and service
- 4:09Speaker 1: that you can count on day after day. They also
- 4:12Speaker 1: offer unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, internet backup
- 4:17Speaker 1: in so much more, and switching has never been easier.
- 4:21Speaker 1: You can activate in minutes on your phone from your
- 4:25Speaker 1: home or your office, and you keep your same number.
- 4:27Speaker 1: You've got now keep your same phone or upgrade to
- 4:30Speaker 1: a new one. And this is where the magic happens.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Every month, about five percent of your bill is given
- 4:36Speaker 1: back to conservative causes at no extra cost to you
- 4:39Speaker 1: that stand up for our First and our Second Amendment rights,
- 4:42Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, and are wounded warriors and
- 4:46Speaker 1: those that have fought for a country and wear a badge.
- 4:50Speaker 1: So take a stand today and make a difference with
- 4:52Speaker 1: every call you make. Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson
- 4:58Speaker 1: or nine to seven to two page use the promo
- 5:01Speaker 1: code ferguson for a free month of service as well.
- 5:05Speaker 1: That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven
- 5:09Speaker 1: to two Patriot and make the switch and make a
- 5:12Speaker 1: difference with every call you make. I want to go
- 5:14Speaker 1: back to what Sean Duffy had to say. He said
- 5:18Speaker 1: it's time for the federal government to stand up to
- 5:22Speaker 1: these illegals, and it's time for us to stand up
- 5:24Speaker 1: to the radicals in the government. Those radicals in our
- 5:29Speaker 1: government that have been handing out the CDLs like candy.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Take a listen to what Secretary Duffy had to say.
- 5:36Speaker 2: We have launched a nationwide audit of non domiciled CDLs
- 5:41Speaker 2: to get to the bottom of what we think is
- 5:43Speaker 2: causing this crisis. We've heard from truckers and safety advocates
- 5:48Speaker 2: and news reports that something was seriously wrong. It was
- 5:52Speaker 2: alleged that the open border policies of the last administration
- 5:57Speaker 2: has led to an exploitation of our nation's Truckee licensing system.
- 6:02Speaker 2: So today I'm here to tell you after our audit
- 6:05Speaker 2: that those reports, they're all true. What our audit has
- 6:09Speaker 2: already discovered should anger every single American. So here's what
- 6:14Speaker 2: we've learned. We just want to walk through it first.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Our audit revealed a systemic breakdown among states to follow
- 6:21Speaker 2: the law and issue licenses properly. States are failing to
- 6:26Speaker 2: follow even the most basic procedures. We even uncovered widespread
- 6:30Speaker 2: procedural airrors, computer programming flaws, and a gross lack of
- 6:35Speaker 2: oversight in the states that issue CDLs. This means that
- 6:40Speaker 2: thousands of licenses that should never have been issued actually
- 6:44Speaker 2: were issued. States are issuing licenses that extend months and
- 6:49Speaker 2: even years beyond a driver's lawful presence in the US,
- 6:53Speaker 2: this is a direct incentive to stay in our country
- 6:57Speaker 2: illegally beyond their off rise work permit. They have driver's licenses,
- 7:02Speaker 2: so in some disturbing cases, they have failed to validate
- 7:05Speaker 2: a driver's lawful presence before handing them a commercial license.
- 7:10Speaker 2: It steeply disturbing. But even worse, our second finding was
- 7:15Speaker 2: that the current federal regulations are allowing dangerous, unqualified drivers
- 7:21Speaker 2: on American roadways. This means that even when the rules
- 7:25Speaker 2: are being followed, dangerous individuals who shouldn't be near a
- 7:28Speaker 2: big rig are getting behind the wheel and causing crashes
- 7:32Speaker 2: on our roadways. Eligibility requirements are deeply flawed, and they're
- 7:37Speaker 2: way too broad. They are simply not strong enough to
- 7:40Speaker 2: prevent more of these horrific crashes from occurring in America.
- 7:45Speaker 2: The system it's failed, and it's a national emergency. So
- 7:51Speaker 2: the combination of a catastrophic failure of states to follow
- 7:55Speaker 2: the law and a broken system has created an imminent
- 7:58Speaker 2: hazard to a man travelers. That is why today I'm
- 8:02Speaker 2: announcing two immediate major actions. Number one, we're issuing an
- 8:07Speaker 2: emergency rule that fundamentally overhauls who is eligible for a
- 8:13Speaker 2: non domicile CDL. These tighter federal standards they're going to
- 8:17Speaker 2: keep Americans and families safe on our roadways. Now, this
- 8:22Speaker 2: is not a proposal. This is a final rule and
- 8:26Speaker 2: it is effective immediately. Jesse's going to go through those
- 8:30Speaker 2: details and just a little bit, but here's the bottom line.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Non citizens will not be eligible for a CDL unless
- 8:39Speaker 2: they meet a much stricter set of rules.
- 8:44Speaker 1: It is insane, as you just heard the Transportation secretaries
- 8:49Speaker 1: say that states are not only issuing CDLs to people
- 8:52Speaker 1: who are in our country illegally, but thousands of licenses
- 8:56Speaker 1: are issued that should never have been issued. Gavin Newsom's
- 8:59Speaker 1: California is he describes the worst offender, and he said,
- 9:03Speaker 1: we must stop this, even though so many of these
- 9:06Speaker 1: states are just handing them out like candy. Many of
- 9:09Speaker 1: them can't even speak English or read the signs on
- 9:13Speaker 1: the roadways. So what does he say about how we're
- 9:17Speaker 1: going to stop it? Listen carefully.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Second, all states must immediately pause the issuance of non
- 9:25Speaker 2: domicileed CDLs until they can comply with our new rules.
- 9:31Speaker 2: My message it's very simple, get into compliance now, or
- 9:38Speaker 2: we'll pull funding and we'll force you into compliance. Nowhere
- 9:42Speaker 2: in the country have we found a more egregious licensing
- 9:45Speaker 2: situation than in the state of California. That's why the
- 9:50Speaker 2: second action we're announcing today, it's an additional enforcement action
- 9:55Speaker 2: against California. So for two weeks, FMCSA investigations were on
- 10:00Speaker 2: site in California actually looking at their records. So we
- 10:04Speaker 2: took a random sample. Investigators found that more than one
- 10:08Speaker 2: in four non domiciled CDLs were issued in direct violation
- 10:13Speaker 2: of federal safety standards. So let's just put that another way,
- 10:18Speaker 2: over twenty five percent of these licenses they were issued illegally.
- 10:25Speaker 1: They were issued illegally. This is what anarchy literally looks
- 10:33Speaker 1: like on our roadways. You go through the whole list
- 10:37Speaker 1: of states that are not following procedures. Eligibility requirements are
- 10:41Speaker 1: literally a joke, no name given you got. California is
- 10:45Speaker 1: the worst defender of all and states just handing them
- 10:48Speaker 1: out like candy to people that they know not only
- 10:51Speaker 1: are in this country illegally, but our criminals have criminal records.
- 10:58Speaker 1: You want to talk about putting illegal immigrants to the
- 11:00Speaker 1: head of American citizens, this is the definition of that. Now.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Sean Duffy, by the way, was not done with what
- 11:10Speaker 1: he had to say in that initial press conference. They
- 11:12Speaker 1: then got even more information about the corruption and how
- 11:17Speaker 1: many illegal drivers are on the roadways as well as
- 11:21Speaker 1: how many they're having to pull off the streets. Right now,
- 11:25Speaker 1: here is more of what Seawn Duffy had to say
- 11:27Speaker 1: about that on Fox News Channel.
- 11:30Speaker 3: You do, though, have access to a budget, mister secretary,
- 11:33Speaker 3: and that's something you discussed with us a few months
- 11:35Speaker 3: ago here in Dallas, and that is these states, whether
- 11:38Speaker 3: it be New York or California or Illinois, those were
- 11:41Speaker 3: three states mentioned by DHS Secretary. No, these states need
- 11:45Speaker 3: federal highway transportation funds. Now, this was famously used in
- 11:49Speaker 3: our past to convert all states to a drinking age
- 11:52Speaker 3: of twenty one. You've talked about this. What can you
- 11:55Speaker 3: do to deny funds to, for example, Gavin Newsom in
- 11:59Speaker 3: the state of Californi If they continue to issue CDLs
- 12:02Speaker 3: to people who should not be on our highways.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Yeah, so those states that don't enforce our English proficiency
- 12:08Speaker 2: rules we can pull money from. So I already pulled
- 12:10Speaker 2: forty million dollars from the Avenue sum But now we
- 12:13Speaker 2: look at the commercial driver's license that they issue. We
- 12:16Speaker 2: are doing a review right now. We're supposed to do
- 12:19Speaker 2: that lawfully, and we are doing it. But I anticipate
- 12:21Speaker 2: that one hundred and sixty million dollars will be pulled
- 12:23Speaker 2: from the State of California. And that's just trunch one.
- 12:26Speaker 2: That's only four percent of the money that they get
- 12:27Speaker 2: from us. We'll go on to another four percent after that,
- 12:30Speaker 2: and another four percent after that event. But if it
- 12:33Speaker 2: doesn't get rectified by the State of California and other
- 12:36Speaker 2: huge violators other states, we're going to pull their ability
- 12:39Speaker 2: to actually issue a CDL. You can't issue a commercial
- 12:43Speaker 2: driver's license any longer. We're going to go after the
- 12:45Speaker 2: schools that don't test these drivers to make sure they're
- 12:48Speaker 2: proficiently equipped to operate these big rigs.
- 12:50Speaker 4: In our roads.
- 12:51Speaker 2: We're going to go after them. We're going to go
- 12:52Speaker 2: after every link in the chain that's allowing us to happen,
- 12:56Speaker 2: because I mean, you play these clips on your show,
- 12:57Speaker 2: Will It is horrific. Mom and dad out with their
- 13:01Speaker 2: kids on a Sunday afternoon and they're getting rear ended
- 13:03Speaker 2: by a semi driver who's not paying attention. You have
- 13:05Speaker 2: a guy driving a semi without pants on the stories
- 13:09Speaker 2: are I think would shock the conscience of most Americans.
- 13:12Speaker 2: These people should never be on American roads.
- 13:15Speaker 1: These people should never be on American roads. He's absolutely right.
- 13:20Speaker 1: So how did we get to a point where we're
- 13:22Speaker 1: allowing this to happen? This all goes back to Democrats
- 13:27Speaker 1: trying to fundamentally change this country. And when you are
- 13:31Speaker 1: announcing that there are two hundred thousand non citizens with
- 13:37Speaker 1: CDL drivers that are on our roads, putting our lives
- 13:42Speaker 1: at risk, causing wrecks, not speaking English, cannot read the
- 13:47Speaker 1: road signs, it's unconscionable. Sean Duffy also saying we need
- 13:52Speaker 1: to set up an eight hundred number where truckers can
- 13:55Speaker 1: call in their tips and be able to stay anonymous
- 13:59Speaker 1: because they see this happening. What does the left say
- 14:03Speaker 1: about this? They're furious at the idea. They can't believe
- 14:06Speaker 1: Sean Duffy would actually say this. Aren't these the same
- 14:09Speaker 1: Democrats that had lines set up during COVID to where
- 14:13Speaker 1: you could spy on your neighbor and shut them down
- 14:16Speaker 1: if they were outside or walking or gathering or anything
- 14:19Speaker 1: like that. Am I wrong? Now? The other question is
- 14:23Speaker 1: how do you police this when you have so many
- 14:25Speaker 1: sanctuary states, for example, like Illinois or New York. Is
- 14:29Speaker 1: it going to be that every red state has got
- 14:31Speaker 1: to set up truck inspections at their borders and refuse
- 14:34Speaker 1: entry by illegals with California CDLs because they know they
- 14:39Speaker 1: were giving these CDs out to illegal immigrants. They knew
- 14:41Speaker 1: that they couldn't read the signs on our roadways, many
- 14:44Speaker 1: of them that they had no name given. How bad
- 14:47Speaker 1: is it? Well, here's some more data on what we
- 14:49Speaker 1: found out about Gavin Newsom's California.
- 14:51Speaker 4: A federal audit found California had issued sixty two thousand
- 14:55Speaker 4: CDs drivers who entered illegally john who do not have
- 14:58Speaker 4: a permanent legal status as required by the FEDS. California
- 15:02Speaker 4: sanctuary laws prohibit asking applicants their immigration status. Governor Newsom said,
- 15:07Speaker 4: there's not a problem back to you.
- 15:09Speaker 1: So in California, they deliberately do not ask you deliberately
- 15:16Speaker 1: if you are an illegal imit. They're like, no, we
- 15:18Speaker 1: can't ask you that. We can't ask you that question
- 15:20Speaker 1: at all. No, wait, wait, it's something we're not allowed
- 15:23Speaker 1: to do. Why would you have a rule that dumb.
- 15:26Speaker 1: There's only one reason. The reason why they would have
- 15:29Speaker 1: a rule that dumb is because it's being done by design.
- 15:34Speaker 1: It is all being done by design. They wanted this
- 15:39Speaker 1: to happen. They wanted to fundamentally change this country. They
- 15:43Speaker 1: wanted to give illegal immigrants our roadways. They didn't care
- 15:47Speaker 1: if people were going to die, because if they did care,
- 15:51Speaker 1: they would have said, hey, you don't give out licenses
- 15:53Speaker 1: to people that can't speak English. You don't give out
- 15:56Speaker 1: licenses people that can't even read basic stop signs or
- 16:00Speaker 1: merging or yielding or whatever those signs are. We're not
- 16:04Speaker 1: going to put people's lives at risk. That's what a
- 16:06Speaker 1: sane or normal person would do. But that's not what
- 16:10Speaker 1: they did, not even close. Instead, they said, yeah, we
- 16:14Speaker 1: don't care, bring them in. Now. You may be shocked
- 16:17Speaker 1: by this and think I can't believe the Democratic Party
- 16:20Speaker 1: would do this. Well, they're the ones that sent forkliffs
- 16:23Speaker 1: down to the border to raise up Bob wire to
- 16:25Speaker 1: allow more illegal immigrants into America in Texas. They're the
- 16:31Speaker 1: same ones that knew that people on the terrace watch
- 16:33Speaker 1: lists were coming into America and they didn't care and
- 16:37Speaker 1: they didn't try to stop it. So what is going
- 16:41Speaker 1: to happen next? I don't know. What I do know
- 16:44Speaker 1: is Sean Duffy and others are trying to fix it.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Sean Duffy saying this to Sean Hannity about the problem.
- 16:51Speaker 2: What else besides defunding these states is available to you
- 16:55Speaker 2: to prevent more of this from happening?
- 16:59Speaker 1: How is that not eighty?
- 17:00Speaker 2: So specifically regard well, in regard to our rules, I
- 17:03Speaker 2: already took forty million dollars from the state of California.
- 17:06Speaker 2: I'm doing a quick review of their lack of compliance
- 17:09Speaker 2: for our rules of the ability, and I'm going to
- 17:13Speaker 2: pull almost another one hundred and sixty million dollars. And
- 17:16Speaker 2: then I have the ability for California to say, listen,
- 17:19Speaker 2: you don't follow any of these rules that keep Americans safe,
- 17:22Speaker 2: We're going to revoke your ability to issue a commercial
- 17:24Speaker 2: driver's license. We have to use every tool in the
- 17:26Speaker 2: toolbox to fight back and push back. But Donald Trump
- 17:30Speaker 2: has said this many times. We have to find the funding,
- 17:33Speaker 2: who's supporting, who's funding all of these organizations with the
- 17:38Speaker 2: ICE tracker, with these protests, we should know what radical
- 17:43Speaker 2: left wing billionaires are funneling this radicalism on our streets
- 17:46Speaker 2: and again not keeping basic Americans straight. And if you
- 17:49Speaker 2: don't think that the American people believe in what Donald
- 17:51Speaker 2: Trump is doing, we had an election, he won the
- 17:54Speaker 2: popular vote, he won the seven key swing states. America
- 17:59Speaker 2: wants us to make sure we get illegals out of
- 18:01Speaker 2: the country, and you do that by way of ice
- 18:04Speaker 2: and aggressive action by Christinome.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Kudos to her.
- 18:07Speaker 2: She has been relentless in her effort, regardless of what
- 18:11Speaker 2: her agents are being thrown. They're going into the hardest places,
- 18:15Speaker 2: whether la or Chicago or New York, and they're arresting
- 18:18Speaker 2: the bad people that are hurting American citizens. And that's
- 18:21Speaker 2: what our country voted for with President Trump.
- 18:24Speaker 1: So it's all about the funding. Follow the funding. And
- 18:28Speaker 1: what we're witnessing right now is the Trump administration is saying,
- 18:32Speaker 1: you've been giving these out You've been giving out these
- 18:35Speaker 1: CDLs to illegals literally as no name given, not checking
- 18:42Speaker 1: to see if they're criminals, and with the Republican states
- 18:45Speaker 1: like Oklahoma stating they have already apprehended one hundred and
- 18:49Speaker 1: twenty five illegals with these IDs solely from California. This
- 18:56Speaker 1: is putting people's lives at risk. And so the California
- 19:00Speaker 1: governor others, you either fix the rampant illegal CDL issue
- 19:04Speaker 1: or you lose funding. Is that unfair? No, what is
- 19:09Speaker 1: unfair is the fact that Governor Knewsom gave out more
- 19:11Speaker 1: than sixty two thousand commercial driver's licenses to I legal
- 19:15Speaker 1: immigrants and we don't know how many of them are
- 19:18Speaker 1: in this country with criminal records. It's a disgusting response.
- 19:23Speaker 1: By the way, from California, Sean Duffy saying, no word
- 19:28Speaker 1: from the California governor, but his staff minions run to
- 19:31Speaker 1: x to deflect from their state's gross incompetence. You want
- 19:35Speaker 1: a fact, Governor, here's one California issue, twenty five percent
- 19:40Speaker 1: of the state's non domiciled CDLs illegally, and Sewn Duffy's
- 19:47Speaker 1: saying in this fix this problem or lose funding. It's
- 19:51Speaker 1: that simple. So there are two different Americas right now.
- 19:56Speaker 1: There's one where Democrats are doing everything they can to
- 19:59Speaker 1: undermine our way of life. They're trying to give illegal
- 20:02Speaker 1: immigrants the ability to drive are eighteen wheelers to get
- 20:07Speaker 1: these commercial driver's licenses and replace American workers by the way,
- 20:12Speaker 1: and putting our lives at risk. And then there's a
- 20:15Speaker 1: Trump administration doing everything they can to protect Americans and
- 20:21Speaker 1: get these illegal immigrants off the roadways. One other side note,
- 20:27Speaker 1: Chinese illegal immigrants are obtaining commercial driver's licenses and landing
- 20:32Speaker 1: jobs in the US trucking industry with support from the
- 20:35Speaker 1: Chinese government and a linked network. We've just found out
- 20:40Speaker 1: we also know these illegal truckers are accessing highly sensitive businesses,
- 20:45Speaker 1: including government contractors. Just think about that. I also want
- 20:52Speaker 1: you to hear what Christy Gnaoam is saying about this.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Is she's saying that the government's cracking down. It's not
- 20:57Speaker 1: just the Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, but now this is
- 21:01Speaker 1: a homeland security issue. And here is what she'd has
- 21:05Speaker 1: said about Operation mid Way Blitz in Indiana that has
- 21:10Speaker 1: led to a massive amount of arrests.
- 21:14Speaker 5: Now through our two eighty seven g partnership that we
- 21:16Speaker 5: have with the State of Indiana, we have run an
- 21:19Speaker 5: operation recently which has allowed to hundreds of arrests that
- 21:23Speaker 5: has brought people in that are breaking our laws. Through
- 21:25Speaker 5: that partnership, two hundred and twenty three illegal aliens have
- 21:29Speaker 5: been arrested and taken off of our roads. Of those,
- 21:32Speaker 5: one hundred and forty six of them were drivers, That
- 21:35Speaker 5: includes forty six semi truck drivers and another eighty two
- 21:40Speaker 5: of them that were either box trucks, buses, moving vans,
- 21:44Speaker 5: vehicles such as that. The CDLs that were issued to
- 21:48Speaker 5: those individuals were issued from over a dozen different states.
- 21:52Speaker 5: Many of those individuals could have been licensed in a
- 21:55Speaker 5: state somewhere and received their CDL in another state, but
- 21:58Speaker 5: overwhelmingly these individuals have come from sanctuary states such as California,
- 22:04Speaker 5: in Illinois and New York. If you are here driving
- 22:08Speaker 5: on our streets illegally and our highways, you are endangering
- 22:11Speaker 5: our citizens and your days are number numbered. I want
- 22:15Speaker 5: to thank Secretary Sean Duffy from the Department of Transportation
- 22:18Speaker 5: for all of his work too. You've seen him focus
- 22:21Speaker 5: on the effort to get these individuals off of our streets,
- 22:24Speaker 5: and I want to thank him for doing that and
- 22:26Speaker 5: implementing new policies and regulations that will keep our citizens safe.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Now It's clear that Christy Nome and Sewn Duffy and
- 22:33Speaker 1: the entire Trump administration are focusing on this. But there's
- 22:36Speaker 1: also another aspect to this, and it deals with China,
- 22:38Speaker 1: which I mentioned earlier, and I want to give you
- 22:41Speaker 1: more background on this story. Chinese illegal immigrants are now
- 22:45Speaker 1: obtaining commercial drivers' licenses CDLs and they're landing jobs and
- 22:49Speaker 1: the US trucking industry. How they're doing it is with
- 22:53Speaker 1: support from a Chinese government link network. The Daily Caller
- 22:58Speaker 1: News Foundation investigation is discovered. The Chinese American Truckers Organization USA, Inc.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Is a New York based nonprofit trade organization registered as
- 23:11Speaker 1: a five oh one C six that has allegedly helped
- 23:14Speaker 1: over a thousand Chinese students obtained CDLs and has a
- 23:19Speaker 1: one hundred percent pass rate according to its business filings,
- 23:24Speaker 1: social media posts and the website. Videos posts on social
- 23:28Speaker 1: media by an individual who crossed the US Southern border
- 23:31Speaker 1: illegally shows they were able to rapidly obtain California CDL
- 23:38Speaker 1: after taking courses taught by the Catou instructors. Again, that's
- 23:45Speaker 1: the Chinese American Trucker Organization USA Inc. The public safety
- 23:51Speaker 1: concern presented by truckers with unknown criminal backgrounds and driving records.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Is compounded by the Chinese American True Workers Organization's board
- 24:01Speaker 1: chairwoman Jang Hong, who has held leadership roles within organizations
- 24:07Speaker 1: operating as arms of the Chinese government and a Chinese
- 24:12Speaker 1: Communist Party influence known as the CCP, as well as
- 24:16Speaker 1: intelligence agencies called the United Front Work Department the UFWD.
- 24:24Speaker 1: According to the Daily Caller Foundation, quote, no way American
- 24:29Speaker 1: citizens voted for the California gateway for illegal immigrants to
- 24:34Speaker 1: operate heavy vehicles throughout America. That of itself is a
- 24:38Speaker 1: public safety and homeland security concern. That's what Steve Yates,
- 24:43Speaker 1: a senior research fellow for China National security Policies at
- 24:47Speaker 1: the Heritage Foundation, said to The Daily Caller Foundation with
- 24:51Speaker 1: their investigation, quote, having a large Chinese Communist Party tied
- 24:57Speaker 1: network further train, certify, and place their illegal immigrants throughout
- 25:05Speaker 1: a vital surface of shipping routes, urban rule, and interstate
- 25:11Speaker 1: elevates national security risks At a time of high tension,
- 25:16Speaker 1: crisis or conflict with the CCP. What confidence could we
- 25:20Speaker 1: have this network could not and would not use it
- 25:23Speaker 1: against us. Again, this is a very important question. Chinese
- 25:29Speaker 1: social media posts also show that the Chinese American Trucker
- 25:32Speaker 1: Association instructors teach the students about the trucking industry inside
- 25:38Speaker 1: a New York office of Red Apple Employment Agency, which
- 25:42Speaker 1: is also led by Jang and helps Chinese nationals both
- 25:48Speaker 1: with and without proper status fine work. They say for
- 25:53Speaker 1: eighty tw one hundred dollars per job placements. Again this
- 25:57Speaker 1: coming from the Wall Street Journal. Now, while the Daily
- 26:00Speaker 1: Caller Foundation found quote no New York businesses filing for
- 26:05Speaker 1: Red Apple Employment Agency, the agency's office displays signs featuring
- 26:11Speaker 1: both the Chinese American Truckers Group and its name, and
- 26:16Speaker 1: videos posted by them as well on Chinese social media. Now,
- 26:21Speaker 1: this organization and its members have also taught truck driving
- 26:26Speaker 1: courses at seven CDL driving schools at Manassas, Virginia. Videos
- 26:31Speaker 1: within posts of these individuals show the driving school shares
- 26:37Speaker 1: its address with the trucking company the Jang owns called
- 26:41Speaker 1: Red Apple Enterprises, Inc. Again, this is all according to
- 26:44Speaker 1: the business filings and the seven CDO websites. The driving
- 26:48Speaker 1: school where I'm studying has trained over one thousand Chinese students,
- 26:51Speaker 1: one poster says, and not one has felled so far.
- 26:56Speaker 1: That's what one man wrote in September of twenty twenty four,
- 27:00Speaker 1: posts a video featuring the instructors at their driving schools
- 27:04Speaker 1: and saying quote, experienced students can pass in just one week,
- 27:09Speaker 1: while those with no driving experience pass in about a month.
- 27:13Speaker 1: This account, by the way that posts this, is operated
- 27:16Speaker 1: by a Chinese national who traveled up from South Africa
- 27:20Speaker 1: and Central America into North America before crossing the US
- 27:23Speaker 1: Southern border in June of twenty twenty three illegally. The
- 27:28Speaker 1: owner of the count has since referred to himself as
- 27:30Speaker 1: someone who walked the line, which is a euphanism for
- 27:34Speaker 1: illegal migration out of China. A senior research pharaoh at
- 27:40Speaker 1: the Heritage Foundation Center for Border Security and Immigration testified
- 27:44Speaker 1: on this during a May twenty twenty four hearing held
- 27:48Speaker 1: by the House Committee on Homeland Security and the Subcommittee
- 27:51Speaker 1: on Oversight, Investigations and Accountability. So this was all pre
- 27:56Speaker 1: planned by the Chinese Communist Party. We also know is
- 28:01Speaker 1: that roughly eight point five million illegal aliens were encountered
- 28:05Speaker 1: at the US Southern border during the Biden administration alone,
- 28:09Speaker 1: including more than one hundred and eighty two thousand Chinese
- 28:12Speaker 1: nationals from the fiscal years twenty twenty one through twenty
- 28:16Speaker 1: twenty four. That is what a spokeswoman for the Customs
- 28:19Speaker 1: and Border Protection told the Daily Caller Foundation for this expose.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Now we also know that the account of this individual
- 28:28Speaker 1: that I just named also featured videos detailing how he
- 28:32Speaker 1: passed the CDL test, had seven CDL driving school and
- 28:37Speaker 1: ultimately obtained CDL qualifications in less than two months after
- 28:42Speaker 1: first announcing he'd received a California driver's license as an
- 28:46Speaker 1: illegal in August of twenty twenty four. More recent posts
- 28:51Speaker 1: by the individual show a driving coach bus with identification
- 28:55Speaker 1: numbers revealing his employer to be NC Transfer, Inc. Which
- 28:59Speaker 1: is branches in North Carolina, New York, according to business filings.
- 29:03Speaker 1: The Trump administration is now ramping up the scrutiny of
- 29:07Speaker 1: the trucking industry following a deadly August twenty twenty five
- 29:11Speaker 1: crash in Florida involving an legal immigrant truck driver with
- 29:15Speaker 1: a California cel. According to the Department of Homelanned Security,
- 29:19Speaker 1: the truck driver's been charged with three counts of a
- 29:21Speaker 1: hicular homicide and a preliminary Department of Transportation investigation allegedly
- 29:27Speaker 1: discovered he quote did not speak English. I would say
- 29:32Speaker 1: just the driver alone is not scary enough on the
- 29:35Speaker 1: national security front. That is what a fifteen year veteran
- 29:39Speaker 1: of the trucking industry said, saying, quote, these guys are
- 29:43Speaker 1: here already, and they're already operating. And it doesn't matter
- 29:47Speaker 1: how many of these trucks you catch or how many
- 29:49Speaker 1: of these drivers you shut down. They're just going to
- 29:52Speaker 1: get hired somewhere else until they start going after the
- 29:56Speaker 1: companies and the owners of these companies and shutting them
- 30:00Speaker 1: down and preventing them from coming back to work. So
- 30:03Speaker 1: the other question you have to ask yourself is how
- 30:06Speaker 1: did China get this much influence? Was it because of
- 30:09Speaker 1: the bribes that the in essence paid to the Biden
- 30:12Speaker 1: crime family. The money that was coming into their family
- 30:15Speaker 1: from China and bad actors was through the roof. But
- 30:18Speaker 1: you got to a us ask yourself this question. How
- 30:21Speaker 1: is Governor Newsom just getting away with this and not
- 30:24Speaker 1: being held accountable for it. We know that it's clear
- 30:27Speaker 1: that the Chinese American Trucker Association is filled and infiltrated
- 30:32Speaker 1: with foreign actors. We know that the Chinese Commis Party
- 30:36Speaker 1: is behind it and advocating for this. We know that
- 30:39Speaker 1: the woman who's the chairwoman of the organization served as
- 30:43Speaker 1: an official in multiple organizations advancing Chinese influence and intelligence
- 30:47Speaker 1: efforts in the US, including one entity that has held
- 30:52Speaker 1: meetings in the New York office shared with the trucking
- 30:56Speaker 1: industry and read Apple employment, and all of the is
- 31:00Speaker 1: now public knowledge. Now among other Chinese government led and
- 31:04Speaker 1: tied leadership positions, the website of a New York nonprofit
- 31:09Speaker 1: called the American General Chamber of Commerce identifies the same
- 31:14Speaker 1: woman that's running this group as its deputy chairwoman, and
- 31:19Speaker 1: they operate a bunch of provisional departments of commerce for
- 31:23Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist Party. So not only are we not
- 31:27Speaker 1: safe on our roadways, but there's a very good chance
- 31:30Speaker 1: that there's an entire fleet of Chinese nationals that are
- 31:35Speaker 1: being run by the Chinese Communist government who know our
- 31:40Speaker 1: secrets of our roadways, whether they're major cities or rural areas.
- 31:46Speaker 1: And why is that a problem. I think you and
- 31:49Speaker 1: I both know because China could do major harm to
- 31:53Speaker 1: this country using massive eighteen wheelers and could literally shut
- 31:59Speaker 1: down commerce as well. Don't forget to share this podcast,
