The Ministry of Health in collaboration with PAHO hosts a Five-Day Workshop to Enhance Saint Lucia’s National Expertise in Mental Health Advocacy
The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs, in collaboration with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), has launched a joint initiative to strengthen Saint Lucia’s mental health services through a five-day Training of Trainers Workshop. The program, which runs from October 13th to 17th, 2025, brings together mental health professionals and individuals with lived experiences to build national capacity, promote a rights-based approach to care, and enhance the delivery of compassionate, inclusive, and sustainable mental health services across the island.
