- 0:15Speaker 1: like theming buck bus things in its tubby good it.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve Hart listening to the movie Together for Stuart had
- 0:30Speaker 1: Please don't join joined me, be doing me. Honey, you
- 0:58Speaker 1: gotta turning, you gotta turn the turnow, got to turn out,
- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the water, the water go. Come come on your back.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Uh huh, I shall will. Good morning everybody, y'all listening
- 2:05Speaker 1: to the voice, come on dig me now one it
- 2:07Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey Man got a radio show. Real glad
- 2:11Speaker 1: about it too, you know. Um, I hope that God
- 2:17Speaker 1: always keeps me in the frame of frame of mind
- 2:21Speaker 1: to try to be sharing and try to be motivational
- 2:25Speaker 1: and up even when it's not felt or wanted by
- 2:30Speaker 1: some people. I have people around me who seem to
- 2:35Speaker 1: not benefited off anything, and I can sit with them
- 2:38Speaker 1: and talk to them or take meetings with them to
- 2:41Speaker 1: try to encourage them, and for whatever reason, you know,
- 2:44Speaker 1: they want to just keep going the way they're going.
- 2:46Speaker 1: When you run into people like that, you have to
- 2:49Speaker 1: pray for them. You have to just hope that one
- 2:50Speaker 1: day that they release the chains on their mind and
- 2:54Speaker 1: open up your mind to a new way of thinking.
- 2:57Speaker 1: A couple of things I wanted to go over with it.
- 2:59Speaker 1: I want you to all today in terms of motivation.
- 3:04Speaker 1: I want you to be aware of statements or old
- 3:08Speaker 1: sayings that have been created that you hear over the
- 3:12Speaker 1: course of time, and you may be applying them to
- 3:16Speaker 1: your life. And I want you to be careful of
- 3:18Speaker 1: some of them because some of these old sayings, man,
- 3:22Speaker 1: are not designed for people who are dreamers, are not
- 3:28Speaker 1: designed for people who have any aspirations of being extraordinary.
- 3:33Speaker 1: These are not designs or sayings that people who want
- 3:38Speaker 1: to be extremely successful at anything or have high aspirations
- 3:43Speaker 1: to put these sayings into your life. Let me give
- 3:47Speaker 1: you an example. Statistics say that's it. That's the one
- 3:54Speaker 1: who want you to be careful about statistics, say be
- 4:00Speaker 1: very careful of stats. When a person says, you know statistics,
- 4:06Speaker 1: say one out of every what see, listen to me.
- 4:11Speaker 1: These are things that sound like they're good, sound solid advice,
- 4:15Speaker 1: but they're setting you up for failure. And you can't
- 4:19Speaker 1: adhere yourself to a lot of these sayings that's been
- 4:23Speaker 1: passed down from generations and it's not scripture. It ain't
- 4:28Speaker 1: in the scripture nowhere that statistics say. It's just some people,
- 4:33Speaker 1: and a lot of people who have lost have come
- 4:37Speaker 1: up with these sayings to justify why they keep losing
- 4:41Speaker 1: or why they lost. When I was arst got started
- 4:45Speaker 1: in the business, there were more stand ups around now
- 4:49Speaker 1: than it is today because the comedy boom in eighty
- 4:53Speaker 1: four eighty five was it was gaining a lot of momentums,
- 4:58Speaker 1: comedy clubs, comedy nights everywhere. The statistic that a guy
- 5:03Speaker 1: told me I told him I wanted to be on
- 5:08Speaker 1: the Johnny Carson Show, the Tonight Show. The guy said,
- 5:14Speaker 1: one out of every two thousand comedians ever make it
- 5:19Speaker 1: to the Tonight Show. Okay, Now, when he told us that,
- 5:26Speaker 1: some of the comedians in the room went, well, wow,
- 5:30Speaker 1: man's oh that's rough. Because a guy had also said
- 5:34Speaker 1: that there was approximately six thousand comedians in the country
- 5:39Speaker 1: at that time. I don't know if it was true.
- 5:41Speaker 1: I'm just telling you guy, without the sputing numbers, I
- 5:44Speaker 1: have no idea how many it was. But he said
- 5:47Speaker 1: one in every two thousand will make it to the
- 5:49Speaker 1: Tonight Show. And he let the air out of everybody
- 5:52Speaker 1: in the room button be so every night before I
- 5:56Speaker 1: went on stage, I used to do this right here.
- 5:59Speaker 1: But bad Bada la la la da. Bad bad Bada
- 6:06Speaker 1: la la la da. That was the tonight theme song.
- 6:10Speaker 1: I was young, opening act know where near Hollywood, didn't.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I was in Cleveland telling jokes at one nights. But
- 6:16Speaker 1: that was my thing because I was bent and determined
- 6:20Speaker 1: that if it's one in two thousand, okay, why don't
- 6:23Speaker 1: I just be the one? Be careful when people say
- 6:27Speaker 1: statistics say because they are set up to ful failure.
- 6:31Speaker 1: If you're gonna adhere to him, see that one in
- 6:33Speaker 1: so many? It was wasn't so many people win the lottery.
- 6:36Speaker 1: But if you don't play the lottery, you ain't gonna
- 6:37Speaker 1: be the one to hit. Now when the dude hit
- 6:39Speaker 1: you go while he was lucky, but he played. Here's
- 6:42Speaker 1: another one. Maybe it's not meant to be right. Let's
- 6:48Speaker 1: go one step further. I guess it wasn't the Lord's will.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Don't you dare blame God for something you may have
- 6:57Speaker 1: not done yourself because you didn't get the proper education,
- 7:02Speaker 1: because you didn't do the things you were supposed to do,
- 7:05Speaker 1: because you didn't stay to the task because you quit,
- 7:09Speaker 1: turned around and with the other way. Now, maybe it's
- 7:11Speaker 1: not It wasn't the lord's will. These are all statements
- 7:15Speaker 1: that sound like sound advice, but they ain't all the time,
- 7:21Speaker 1: got nothing to do with you. Stop letting these old
- 7:25Speaker 1: fogy sayings get in your way of what can happen
- 7:29Speaker 1: in your life. Don't put all your eggs in one basket? Wow,
- 7:36Speaker 1: who came up with this? Who came over with the
- 7:40Speaker 1: If you don't pour all your efforts into one thing,
- 7:43Speaker 1: how are you gonna be great at that one thing?
- 7:47Speaker 1: If Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordans, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird had
- 7:52Speaker 1: not played basketball sun up to sundown. Magic Johnson didn't
- 7:56Speaker 1: go to Michigan to get an education. Lad Burry didn't
- 8:01Speaker 1: go to Indiana to get an education. These casts was bawling.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Michael Jordan didn't go to North Carolina get an education.
- 8:10Speaker 1: They went to play ball. They went to do one thing.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Tiger Woods didn't go to Stanford to get an education.
- 8:17Speaker 1: He went to play golf. Soon as he got good enough,
- 8:20Speaker 1: he'd gone. These are guys that put all their eggs
- 8:25Speaker 1: in one basket. See what's cool with putting all your
- 8:28Speaker 1: eggs in one basket. Is you now can maximize your
- 8:31Speaker 1: effort and laser beam what you're doing. Your problem is
- 8:37Speaker 1: all you gotta do is make sure what is your
- 8:39Speaker 1: basket made out of. If your basket is made out
- 8:43Speaker 1: of faith, hope, hard work, and belief, then guess what,
- 8:49Speaker 1: that's a good basket. I'm dumping all mine in it
- 8:52Speaker 1: because ever since I was a young dude, I've been
- 8:55Speaker 1: telling jokes. One thing, one thing only. Even when he
- 8:58Speaker 1: got ugly and I was living in a car, I
- 9:00Speaker 1: never quit telling them jokes. Man. I just kept believing
- 9:03Speaker 1: that them jokes was gonna pay me one day, and
- 9:05Speaker 1: I'll be dog gone if it didn't. I ain't take
- 9:08Speaker 1: no time off. Go work at Walmart, give me a job,
- 9:11Speaker 1: go back to Forward and beg for my job back. Hey, man,
- 9:15Speaker 1: put all your eggs in a basket. Just make sure
- 9:18Speaker 1: that your basket is made up of faith, hope, belief,
- 9:21Speaker 1: hard work. Your basket woven by God. What you're tripping for,
- 9:28Speaker 1: you're defeating yourself. Where is your faith? Where is your belief?
- 9:32Speaker 1: Where is your trust? At one point in time, you
- 9:35Speaker 1: got to believe that God could do what he say
- 9:38Speaker 1: gonna do, because he didn't done it for others. He'll
- 9:40Speaker 1: most certainly do it for you. Be careful of these
- 9:43Speaker 1: sayings that's out here, that's aligned by losers and people
- 9:47Speaker 1: to justify why they are not succeeded. Don't apply this
- 9:50Speaker 1: stuff to your life. And it ain't got nothing to
- 9:52Speaker 1: do with you. You're gonna mess yourself up. All right, Okay,
- 9:56Speaker 1: you're listening. Show, ladies and gentlemen may have your attention. Pleaser,
- 10:03Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show is about to begin. As a
- 10:06Speaker 1: matter of fact, it's already started. Today's show is dedicated
- 10:09Speaker 1: to me. Yep, today, I have decided that today I
- 10:16Speaker 1: am going to be about as ignorant as I can be.

- 10:28Speaker 1: Darling coming up, Shirley Strawberry, good morning, well, good morning.
- 10:37Speaker 1: You know when Shirley says that, here you go, have
- 10:40Speaker 1: I ever disappointed you? Not ever? Note you get learned

- 10:59Speaker 1: so close to the a yes man, Yeah, yeah, I
- 11:03Speaker 1: like Thursdays. M yeah, because tomorrow is Friday. You tell
- 11:08Speaker 1: us at the beginning of the weeks to have a
- 11:10Speaker 1: good weekend of the week. Yes, you did. But you
- 11:15Speaker 1: know your nephew, he that's who miss He's yeah, he's
- 11:21Speaker 1: not here, Tommy. But he always says he doesn't like
- 11:23Speaker 1: Fridays because it's too close today, it's too close to Monday.
- 11:30Speaker 1: That's his ignorant logic. Exactly what that is? Okay, precious, Yes,
- 11:38Speaker 1: I know he don't like the end of the I
- 11:40Speaker 1: don't know. I know he don't like Friday night. Why
- 11:44Speaker 1: Friday night? Why cutting the weekend? Short? Oh? Good short? Yeah? Yeah,
- 11:56Speaker 1: last day he needed something else short. So you sound

- 12:19Speaker 1: you know. I'm just grateful. Yeah, there you go. I'm
- 12:22Speaker 1: grateful anyway for every new day. I'm grateful for the
- 12:26Speaker 1: good times and the bad because I know within the
- 12:30Speaker 1: bad times as a lesson at a blessing some way
- 12:32Speaker 1: in it. Just got to ride it out and see
- 12:34Speaker 1: what it is. That's right, dam Just gotta ride it
- 12:38Speaker 1: out and see what it is, because consider the alternative
- 12:41Speaker 1: if you are not here to see any of it.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Not waking up is not the thing to do. Yeah, yeah,
- 12:50Speaker 1: m hm, so true. Aintybody came back and told him
- 12:54Speaker 1: many so today is National Balogney Day. Yep, something else.
- 13:02Speaker 1: I don't eat no more, but something else. I don't

- 14:00Speaker 1: because you made a promise at the beginning of the
- 14:01Speaker 1: show that I was gonna be as ignorant as I
- 14:04Speaker 1: possibly can and remain on the air. Okay, I got
- 14:11Speaker 1: another level. But we're gonna be out of work yea, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 14:16Speaker 1: So you got a line. All right here, please keep

- 14:30Speaker 1: what was the best way that someone hit on you?

- 14:38Speaker 1: hit on you? Someone tried to holler at you? Oh uh?
- 14:43Speaker 1: A girl asked me one time, who I had no
- 14:46Speaker 1: desire for it? All? You want some of this? That's
- 14:49Speaker 1: about as best as you got it. And I did
- 14:53Speaker 1: not so but I but I had to respect her
- 14:57Speaker 1: game though. Huh, yeah, her, you want some of this?
- 15:02Speaker 1: And I played it off and act like I don't
- 15:04Speaker 1: eat potato chips, because she was eating chips, trying to
- 15:07Speaker 1: act like that's before she was talking about it. I
- 15:09Speaker 1: don't like potato chips. I ain't talking about potato chips.
- 15:13Speaker 1: You need to be either way. Who don't like potatoes?
- 15:22Speaker 1: She said? It's all like a grand that's all I had, right,
- 15:26Speaker 1: you want now? I don't eat potato chip? What was
- 15:30Speaker 1: actually a good comeback that you didn't hear the feelings?
- 15:34Speaker 1: Yeah or anything? You were you were nice? Let down?
- 15:40Speaker 1: All right? You come on what you got? All right? Uh?
- 15:42Speaker 1: What is something that you ninety nine point nine nine
- 15:45Speaker 1: percent said Tommy is the dumbest person I've ever heard.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Oh my, another stack, but it's ninety nine point nap

- 18:06Speaker 1: it didn't do nothing to me. I've been suspended for it,
- 18:11Speaker 1: didn't do nothing for it. Having a driver's license took nothing,
- 18:15Speaker 1: been on probation, didn't do nothing to me, got convicted nothing.
- 18:24Speaker 1: See what got suspend it? From school before? What question? What?

- 20:08Speaker 1: Come on, Carlo, what's your question? What phrase are saying
- 20:13Speaker 1: which annoys you when you hear it? What phrase or

- 23:55Speaker 1: you know it's really a bad thing. Uh, We can't
- 23:58Speaker 1: continue to keep letting them come over here. Gotta ban
- 24:00Speaker 1: him from the pool. My son don't pe pool. We
- 24:03Speaker 1: ain't nash it like this. Did you check them to
- 24:05Speaker 1: be able to He's gonna say it's my son, and
- 24:08Speaker 1: then the pool with your son is the one to
- 24:10Speaker 1: be making faces and stuff. And I know that's what
- 24:12Speaker 1: he's doing here in their pin your son is the
- 24:15Speaker 1: one that's pinned the pool making faces. He'd be making faces,

- 24:31Speaker 1: I teach my kids better than that. He ain't been

- 24:51Speaker 1: we don't ask man, I'm not gonna sit in go
- 24:54Speaker 1: back and forth with you all I'm trying to tell

- 24:58Speaker 1: peeing in the pool. My boss wants me to bear him.

- 25:03Speaker 1: to come back later. But right now, with singling people
- 25:06Speaker 1: out and your sons, you know, it just seems like
- 25:09Speaker 1: he's the one that's doing it. What's your saying? That

- 26:29Speaker 1: snatch my son out of pool? Yeah? Mine? Everybody? Pool?
- 26:35Speaker 1: Yeah mine? Ladies. The problem is whatever has been singled
- 26:39Speaker 1: out all the other kids, appointing us and saying he's
- 26:42Speaker 1: the one that's doing it. Your son is the one
- 26:44Speaker 1: that's being your ob He's clear whatever whatever. For right now,
- 26:50Speaker 1: all I'm asking you is is keep your son away
- 26:52Speaker 1: from the pool for the next two weeks. If we
- 26:54Speaker 1: found out that that's not him, will allow him to
- 26:56Speaker 1: come back, Okay, ain't me. He ain't staying away from
- 26:59Speaker 1: the pool for a week, And if he do, he's
- 27:01Speaker 1: gonna come back and do some most pool. I'm gona
- 27:03Speaker 1: telling the whole two weeks with it and go back
- 27:06Speaker 1: to that talking about my son to cool. You can
- 27:09Speaker 1: tell about his face. You said what you said? This
- 27:13Speaker 1: fat life? You watch then the pool? You know so fine?

- 27:29Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. Don't you bring them kids
- 27:32Speaker 1: over there and bring them in the pool. No, none
- 27:34Speaker 1: of your children. I don't give it. And what you say,
- 27:37Speaker 1: you don't run your life. God, get rid of John. Lady. Listen, lady,
- 27:42Speaker 1: I'm not gonna go continue to go back and forth.
- 27:44Speaker 1: I got one more thing I need to say to
- 27:46Speaker 1: you what I'm done. Okay, one more thing that I'm done.
- 27:48Speaker 1: You ain't got to say to me. I do have
- 27:50Speaker 1: one thing I do need to say to you what
- 27:53Speaker 1: you have to say to me. I need to say this.
- 27:55Speaker 1: This is left you Tommy from the Steve Harby More
- 27:59Speaker 1: Than Show. You just got Frank from your home board.

- 28:45Speaker 1: I got to ask you. What is the baddest radio
- 28:48Speaker 1: show in the land. The Steves are the morning showing?
- 28:55Speaker 1: All right? Thank you, Pimpin, Thank you, Junior in for
- 28:58Speaker 1: the nephew. You welcome. Yeah. Maybe I'm coming up at
- 29:02Speaker 1: the top of the hour Entertainment and national news right
- 29:06Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to this show, all right? So
- 29:12Speaker 1: in today's entertainment news. According to multiple media outlets, Van
- 29:17Speaker 1: Lathan was fired from TNZ he put his hand around
- 29:22Speaker 1: the throat of co host Michael Babcock. Reportedly after shooting
- 29:26Speaker 1: a segment together for TMZ Live. Van told Babcock if
- 29:30Speaker 1: he ever embarrassed him like that again, there would be troubled.
- 29:34Speaker 1: According to page six, Van decided to return to confront
- 29:38Speaker 1: Babcock and walked all the way across the room, came
- 29:40Speaker 1: from behind Babcock and grabbed him, and it seemed that
- 29:44Speaker 1: there was a disagreement between the two during the discussion
- 29:47Speaker 1: about the video of Ellen degenerous talking to former President
- 29:51Speaker 1: George W. Bush at the Dallas Cowboys football game recently. Wow,
- 29:58Speaker 1: Van was one of the staples on that show. Everybody
- 30:00Speaker 1: waited to hear what Van had to say. He was
- 30:03Speaker 1: funny and sightful, bright, wow. Yeah that's that Kanye West, right, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 30:13Speaker 1: I don't understand. But you can't can't put your hand
- 30:16Speaker 1: with the emotion comes from. You can't put your hands
- 30:21Speaker 1: not no more. You can. But you ain't gonna be
- 30:23Speaker 1: working there, right, Oh you do it with that, Yeah,
- 30:27Speaker 1: you go with that feeling. Oh, I ain't gonna but
- 30:30Speaker 1: you ain't gonna be working on him. I like that
- 30:32Speaker 1: dude though. Man, I think he'll be back and work though.
- 30:34Speaker 1: He'll be back at work, not that Tims leave it,
- 30:36Speaker 1: he'll be back. Yeah. Babcock was the one with the hair,
- 30:41Speaker 1: the big the big hair. Everybody. Yeah, I like I
- 30:46Speaker 1: like Van better. So yeah, yeah, wow that's crazy. Oh
- 30:53Speaker 1: Van like a WILLI Turner moment, right yeah. Yeah, Well, um,
- 30:59Speaker 1: we're gonna move on, Junior. After that comment, okay and
- 31:02Speaker 1: other entertainment news, Drake received not one, but two rings
- 31:14Speaker 1: celebrating the Toronto Raptors twenty nineteen NBA Championship win. One
- 31:20Speaker 1: ring is the official NBA Championship ring. It was awarded
- 31:23Speaker 1: to the team on Tuesday at the opening night ceremony.
- 31:26Speaker 1: The other one is a commission piece from Jason of
- 31:29Speaker 1: Beverly Hills, who use thirty carrots of diamonds to make
- 31:34Speaker 1: a championship ring that shines just a little harder than
- 31:37Speaker 1: all the rest. The celebt jeweler told TMZ that Drake
- 31:41Speaker 1: had to fly me to the Turks and Caicos for
- 31:44Speaker 1: an emergency design meeting the Real Team emergency, I know,
- 31:48Speaker 1: an emergency designing. Okay, when you got it like that?
- 31:52Speaker 1: You got it like that? Okay? Have you ever had
- 31:55Speaker 1: to do that? Steve? You're rich. Have you ever had
- 31:58Speaker 1: to fly someone in for an emergency ZIGN meeting? No, no, jewelry,
- 32:05Speaker 1: you can email meet it. He ain't got to come
- 32:10Speaker 1: him but to Turks and Caicos. Stuff. I love it. Uh.
- 32:15Speaker 1: The Real Team ring has a face made of seventy
- 32:18Speaker 1: four diamonds representing the team's winning record for last season.
- 32:22Speaker 1: A large diamond and custom cut baguette diamonds arranged. Oh
- 32:25Speaker 1: I saw the ring. Ye, the ring is stunning. Not
- 32:29Speaker 1: not Drakes. I'm talking about the teams. Yeah, I saw
- 32:32Speaker 1: its beautiful, nice size on it. Boy talking about the field. Wow.
- 32:42Speaker 1: So they made the diamonds look like the Toronto skyline. Uh.
- 32:47Speaker 1: I was with a dude, so man that this girl
- 32:49Speaker 1: he was with talking about that's too guard If where
- 32:51Speaker 1: are you gonna wear that too? I said, hell, yeah,
- 32:56Speaker 1: I can't. I can't think. Who the hell I ain't
- 32:58Speaker 1: gonna him. I'm telling you all right. See, time to
- 33:03Speaker 1: get caught up on today's headlines, ladies and gentlemen, miss
- 33:06Speaker 1: and trip trip. No, thank you very much, everybody, and
- 33:09Speaker 1: good morning. This is answer of the news. President Trump
- 33:11Speaker 1: has lifted these sanctions he imposed on Turkey now that
- 33:15Speaker 1: Ankara has agreed to a cease fire in northern Syria.
- 33:18Speaker 1: And President Trump's not shy about who made it happen.
- 33:20Speaker 1: This was an outcome created by US, the United States,
- 33:23Speaker 1: and nobody else, no other nation. Very simple, and we're
- 33:27Speaker 1: willing to take blame, and we're also willing to take credit.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Of course, Turkey's act attacks on that area only started
- 33:34Speaker 1: after President Trump announced the pull out of American troops.
- 33:36Speaker 1: The White House says that the US will be monitoring
- 33:38Speaker 1: the implementation of the agreement is between Turkey and Russia
- 33:42Speaker 1: to jointly patrol that part of Syria, the part currently
- 33:45Speaker 1: occupied by Kurdish military forces once again, though Trump says
- 33:48Speaker 1: he's lifting sanctions that he placed on Turkey. Meanwhile, on
- 33:51Speaker 1: Capitol Hill yesterday, some twenty Republican lawmakers broke House rules
- 33:56Speaker 1: and stormed into a closed door committee meeting involving the
- 33:59Speaker 1: impeachment inquiry. According to committee rules, the only people allowed
- 34:03Speaker 1: into such hearings are the lawmakers serving on the panels,
- 34:05Speaker 1: and there, of course are Democrats and Republicans on all
- 34:08Speaker 1: the panels. In fact, one of the congressmen, though on
- 34:11Speaker 1: the targeted panel, California's Eric Swawell, suggests that his GOP
- 34:15Speaker 1: colleagues may have actually been panicked over Tuesday's testimony by
- 34:18Speaker 1: the top US envoy to Ukraine, William Taylor, because Taylor
- 34:22Speaker 1: said that Don Trump was trying to force Ukrainians to
- 34:25Speaker 1: dig up dirt on Joe Biden and his son in
- 34:27Speaker 1: return for promised military aid. The tactics are a response
- 34:32Speaker 1: to just damaging and pulverizing testimony, but they will not
- 34:36Speaker 1: stop us and pursuing the truth. Democrats say closed door
- 34:39Speaker 1: statements are necessary at this point in order to keep
- 34:42Speaker 1: witnesses from coordinating or copying or shaving their testimony. In Phoenix,
- 34:47Speaker 1: a white cop has been fired after being seen on
- 34:49Speaker 1: cell phone video threatening to shoot a young black man,
- 34:52Speaker 1: his fiance, and his two young children after stopping their
- 34:56Speaker 1: car and accusing them of stealing a doll from a
- 34:59Speaker 1: local dollar store. Turns out that the couple's four year
- 35:02Speaker 1: old daughter picked up the do as they walked out
- 35:04Speaker 1: of the store, and they didn't notice with all the
- 35:06Speaker 1: groceries and other items they had bought that day. The
- 35:09Speaker 1: mayor of Phoenix has issued a public apology to the
- 35:11Speaker 1: family and the officer involved. A guy named Christopher Meyer
- 35:14Speaker 1: has been fired. A white cop in New Mexico has
- 35:17Speaker 1: resigned after being seen on body can throwing an eleven
- 35:20Speaker 1: year old black girl up against a wall and wrestling
- 35:23Speaker 1: the child to the ground, making the initial excuse that
- 35:26Speaker 1: the eleven year old girl was stronger than he was.
- 35:29Speaker 1: And now former cop Zachary Christensen had been called to
- 35:32Speaker 1: the middle school to resolve a dispute between the child
- 35:35Speaker 1: and the principle no word, and whether that principle a
- 35:37Speaker 1: white man also was overreacting by feeling the need to
- 35:39Speaker 1: call cops on an eleven year old black child. A
- 35:42Speaker 1: grand jury in Boston has charged seven coaches and administrates
- 35:45Speaker 1: with conspiring to commit mail and wire fraud. Prosecutors accused
- 35:49Speaker 1: them of accepting bribes to secure the admissions of wealthy
- 35:52Speaker 1: kids to elite universities, designating them as top athletic recruits
- 35:56Speaker 1: in sports. They didn't even play. New charges carrying a
- 35:59Speaker 1: maximum sentence of twenty years in prison, but you know,
- 36:01Speaker 1: if convicted, they're expected to spend much less time than that.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Today National Mother in Law a Day Mother in Law's
- 36:08Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morton Show, you're listening. This is a sad story.
- 36:15Speaker 1: Right here is Steve our home station Hot one oh
- 36:18Speaker 1: seven seven in the city of Birmingham, the state of Alabama,
- 36:21Speaker 1: and the entire country is mourning the death of beautiful
- 36:25Speaker 1: little three year old Camille Cupcake McKinney. Camille was abducted
- 36:30Speaker 1: from a birthday party back on October twelfth at the
- 36:33Speaker 1: Tom Brown Village Public Housing community. Children attending the party said,
- 36:38Speaker 1: a man got out of an suv and put Camille
- 36:41Speaker 1: into the vehicle. This kind of a loss right here
- 36:45Speaker 1: is just unimaginable. The remains of Camille were found in
- 36:50Speaker 1: a trash bin in a landfill. Two people have been
- 36:54Speaker 1: charged with kidnapping and capital murderer, Patrick DeVante Smith and
- 36:59Speaker 1: his girlfriend and Derek Erisha Brown. Um that's those are
- 37:04Speaker 1: their names. U. Our prayers and condolences are with the
- 37:08Speaker 1: entire McKinney family at this time. This is such a
- 37:12Speaker 1: time that this is such a damn shame. Yes, you know, man,
- 37:17Speaker 1: you know man, The sickness of people is at an
- 37:22Speaker 1: all time high in this world we are in today.
- 37:26Speaker 1: We're facing her time where people have never been sicker.
- 37:30Speaker 1: People perpetrate more evil against one another now than ever
- 37:35Speaker 1: before than ever before, and they and they do it
- 37:39Speaker 1: with no remorse. This ain't even war. This is somebody
- 37:43Speaker 1: then took this child's life. And what three year old baby?
- 37:49Speaker 1: You know, there is no question it like like what
- 37:51Speaker 1: did she do? There's none of that. No, She's just
- 37:54Speaker 1: at a birthday party. Steve and some some bun hoole.
- 37:59Speaker 1: See now see see man, what need to have him
- 38:02Speaker 1: to him? They need I know they're gonna put him
- 38:05Speaker 1: because it's high profile. They're gonna put him, protect him
- 38:07Speaker 1: because but you can't protect him all the time. You
- 38:09Speaker 1: gotta put him out there with the brother and let him.
- 38:11Speaker 1: They gonna know. You know, you're killing our children, our babies.
- 38:16Speaker 1: What are you kidding him? Just disgusted by this story.
- 38:22Speaker 1: My heart is broken behind this baby. This was heartbreaking
- 38:26Speaker 1: right here. It really really was such a sweet, sweet
- 38:29Speaker 1: little angelic face, just happy, a happy baby at a
- 38:34Speaker 1: birthday party. And this is her, this is how she
- 38:37Speaker 1: ends up. It's unimaginable, it really really is for something
- 38:43Speaker 1: like that. Yeah, it's just a damn shame man, that
- 38:48Speaker 1: there's people that's sick in this world. Now my question,
- 38:51Speaker 1: see here's well, I'm against taxpayers money for trials. He
- 38:56Speaker 1: did it, that's him, all right, let's go, right, let's go.
- 39:02Speaker 1: I am glad they caught them, the people that did it.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Of course, it won't bring the baby back, Camille, but
- 39:08Speaker 1: at least they caught the perpetrators. And again, our prayers
- 39:12Speaker 1: and condolences are with the McKinney family. Boy oh boy.
- 39:17Speaker 1: Coming up more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show at
- 39:20Speaker 1: thirty four minutes after the hour right after this, you're
- 39:23Speaker 1: listening to show. All right, So we're in the middle
- 39:27Speaker 1: of the World Series. Steve shout out to the most
- 39:30Speaker 1: decorated gymnast in the world. Uh, Simone Biles, who threw
- 39:34Speaker 1: out the first ceremonial pitch last night at the National
- 39:37Speaker 1: Nationals versus Astro's game in Houston, Gros. Yes, let's just
- 39:43Speaker 1: put that intro. We mean, go, oh God, and go
- 39:51Speaker 1: Simone Biles too. Wow. What a year, what a moment
- 39:54Speaker 1: she's having. Yeah, However, Steve and Junior also in sports News,
- 39:59Speaker 1: the NBA season has begun. I know you guys are
- 40:02Speaker 1: happy about this. Absolutely. Yeah. According to sports books now,
- 40:05Speaker 1: there's a lot of money writing on the Lakers to
- 40:08Speaker 1: win the championship this year. We'll stop right there. What
- 40:11Speaker 1: do you guys think that? Again, there's a lot of money,
- 40:14Speaker 1: you know the book. He's in Vegas and everybody. A
- 40:17Speaker 1: lot of money writing on the Lakers to win it
- 40:19Speaker 1: all this year, the championship. From what I saw the
- 40:23Speaker 1: other night, I didn't watch the entire game, but I
- 40:25Speaker 1: watched bits and pizzas of it, and they're gonna be
- 40:27Speaker 1: real tough. They lost. Yeah, but let me explain something
- 40:31Speaker 1: to me. Yeah, and boys right there, boy that boy Green? Uh,
- 40:40Speaker 1: what's his name Green? What's it Kevin Victor Green? Oh?
- 40:44Speaker 1: For the Lakers. Yeah, let me look at I knows
- 40:52Speaker 1: he used to play with the Raptors last season. I know,

- 40:59Speaker 1: his name? I'm working? Yeah we did. I told you
- 41:07Speaker 1: played for the Raptors last season. Oh you said that. Yeah,
- 41:11Speaker 1: he said he was real good. Yeah we got that. Yeah,
- 41:14Speaker 1: but he didn't spit. Yeah. His last name is Green.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Uh huh uh. I'm looking at the player. I can't
- 41:21Speaker 1: think of his name. Let's see Danny Green. Danny Green. Well,
- 41:31Speaker 1: we all have blackouts. Yeah, this show you should you
- 41:34Speaker 1: should not not know him though, Oh, you should not
- 41:39Speaker 1: not know him? Yeah, I know. I didn't know he
- 41:47Speaker 1: was six six though. Oh wow. So let me ask
- 41:51Speaker 1: you a question then, Steve Junior and the Lakers. Okay, yeah,
- 41:57Speaker 1: sherely you've been watching basketball? Stop stop, you ain't got
- 42:01Speaker 1: a high five, don't don't? All right, So the question
- 42:06Speaker 1: is what about the Clippers though? Kawhi Leonard, I mean
- 42:10Speaker 1: man and the Rockets. The West is looking pretty strong
- 42:16Speaker 1: the Rockets as the season goes on. They're gonna be
- 42:19Speaker 1: real real, They're gonna be a hard team to whip.
- 42:23Speaker 1: I just my favorite NBA player is Russell Westbrook. Mark
- 42:31Speaker 1: over over Lebron, No, I love Lebron, my favorite player.
- 42:38Speaker 1: If I could have anybody's game in the league, if
- 42:42Speaker 1: I can have anybody's game, Oh, this dude be he
- 42:45Speaker 1: be balling, man. I just love Russell. He going to
- 42:49Speaker 1: the rack. You know it's jump. Ain't that great? But
- 42:53Speaker 1: he could score. He's a machine, assists triple doubles. He
- 42:57Speaker 1: plays every aspect of the game. I love his motor. Now,
- 43:02Speaker 1: of course, you know I'm a I'm a Lebron James
- 43:04Speaker 1: man all the way. But yeah, the dude that I
- 43:08Speaker 1: love that people wouldn't think I would. It's it's Russell.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Would you come to the arena dressed like Russell Westbrook?

- 45:39Speaker 1: and this ring is probably worth maybe fifty dollars. Excuse me,
- 45:46Speaker 1: I've I've been I've been in this business for over
- 45:49Speaker 1: twenty years. But you know when I'm confused on what

- 45:53Speaker 1: to explain to you is that I've been in this
- 45:55Speaker 1: business for over twenty years. I've seen so many different
- 45:57Speaker 1: pieces of jewelry. And this is something that you that
- 46:01Speaker 1: you buy late night on an infomercial for nineteen ninety nine.
- 46:05Speaker 1: This is a Cubic Zaconian stones and the gold is
- 46:10Speaker 1: not real at all. It's like, wait, you wait, you
- 46:13Speaker 1: lost me. You lost me as much money as my
- 46:15Speaker 1: pen make and as much money as my father is
- 46:18Speaker 1: putting down on his wedding or has put down and
- 46:20Speaker 1: you're gonna understand everything you're saying. But Denise, honestly, what
- 46:24Speaker 1: I need you to do is hold on. Wait, No,
- 46:27Speaker 1: I need you to hold on because we need to
- 46:30Speaker 1: convict us. Wait. Wait, man, First of all, I can't wait.
- 46:34Speaker 1: Wait wait wait wait wait, hold hold down, hold on
- 46:39Speaker 1: because you wait wait wait what are you trying to
- 46:42Speaker 1: what you're trying to do? Sir? I need I need
- 46:45Speaker 1: you to repeat because what you just said to me. Okay,
- 46:49Speaker 1: I need you personal stuff man, you oh you hit it.
- 46:52Speaker 1: It's personal now, So I need you to hold on. Okay,
- 46:57Speaker 1: oh she calling her man, Okay, thank thank Hello victims,
- 47:03Speaker 1: I can listen to this jeweler that's on the front.
- 47:05Speaker 1: I want you to hit it. And he just told
- 47:07Speaker 1: me what's the problem. What you mean, what's the problem.
- 47:09Speaker 1: He's gonna tell you what the problem is. Gonna hit on, sir,
- 47:12Speaker 1: gonna hit on. Hello. Yeah, who's this all right? My
- 47:15Speaker 1: name is Gavin. I'm from Diamonds and actually your wife,
- 47:19Speaker 1: I mean where your fiance rather, she brought her ring
- 47:22Speaker 1: in to actually be resized. Yeah, and we we also
- 47:25Speaker 1: did an appraisal on the ring for her and actually
- 47:29Speaker 1: the ring is estimated to be only, in the word
- 47:32Speaker 1: of around fifty dollars. Fifty dollars fifty that's what the
- 47:37Speaker 1: man said, do sir. Obviously there's some sort of mistakes, sir. Yea,
- 47:43Speaker 1: what you got to say about that victual? Fifty dollars?
- 47:46Speaker 1: That's that's got to be some kind of mistakes. What'd
- 47:48Speaker 1: you say your name was, sir? My name is Gavin.
- 47:50Speaker 1: I work here at Diamonds. I'm the head jeweler here.
- 47:52Speaker 1: I've been here for twenty years, and there's there's no
- 47:56Speaker 1: way that that ring is worth fifty dollars. I know
- 47:58Speaker 1: what I paid for it, So I see there's some
- 48:00Speaker 1: sort of mistakes. It's not a mistake. I've been dealing
- 48:03Speaker 1: with jury. I've seen it. I couldn't pretty much look
- 48:06Speaker 1: at a ring, but I actually went into detail on
- 48:08Speaker 1: this one, as I do all of them, and so
- 48:11Speaker 1: I promise you this is probably maybe between forty and
- 48:14Speaker 1: fifty dollars for his workers. Now, absolutely not. That's that's impossible.
- 48:19Speaker 1: How is that impossible. He's a jeweler. You heard him say,
- 48:21Speaker 1: he's been doing it for twenty he's the highest. That impossible.
- 48:24Speaker 1: I don't understand all the money that my daddy putting
- 48:27Speaker 1: down on this wedding. And you don't pay fifty dollar.
- 48:30Speaker 1: You bought a cheap ring. So no, no, no, I
- 48:33Speaker 1: did not buy a team. This is this is this
- 48:35Speaker 1: is obviously some kind of mistake. You didn't got it.
- 48:37Speaker 1: You show got that right, You show got that right.
- 48:40Speaker 1: So what you got to say for yourself? Fifty dollars?
- 48:44Speaker 1: You can't I believe that that's right. That's this is
- 48:46Speaker 1: obviously some kind of mistair. Oh, it is a mistake.
- 48:49Speaker 1: I'm mistake and thinking I'm gonna get married to the
- 48:51Speaker 1: man of my dream. I do have the engagement ring
- 48:54Speaker 1: that was purchased and bought for your wife. No, I
- 48:56Speaker 1: don't think I would think you do. I don't think
- 48:58Speaker 1: you have my ring because if you have my ring,
- 49:00Speaker 1: you wouldn't be telling me this is worse. Fifty dollars.
- 49:02Speaker 1: I have the ring that your wife, your fiance brought
- 49:06Speaker 1: his wife. Yet hold on, hold on. The man is
- 49:08Speaker 1: trying to explain. I'm trying to get to the body. Okay,
- 49:12Speaker 1: thank you, So you have I don't think he has
- 49:14Speaker 1: the right ring. I have the right ring. And what
- 49:16Speaker 1: I'm letting you know, sir, is that this is something
- 49:18Speaker 1: you buy on an infomercial in the two oclock in
- 49:21Speaker 1: the morning. Dude, you know I ain't buy a damn
- 49:25Speaker 1: ring on infomercial. I bought the ring from a reputable establishment.
- 49:29Speaker 1: I have the receipt, I have the certificate. So obviously
- 49:33Speaker 1: the mistake is on your and where the mistakes now here? Sir?
- 49:36Speaker 1: You bought a piece of jump. He's been doing it
- 49:39Speaker 1: all these years. How hell he's gonna make a mistake.
- 49:41Speaker 1: You come off telling me I bought a piece of jump.
- 49:43Speaker 1: I know what I bought. If there's any mistake that's
- 49:46Speaker 1: been made, it's on your end, world, It's not on
- 49:48Speaker 1: my end. Yeah. Hold don't you want to thing that?
- 49:54Speaker 1: My dad has had too much money for this wedding,
- 49:56Speaker 1: so your doll pay fifty dollars? Tell him? Chill? Hold on.
- 50:02Speaker 1: First of all, I don't appreciate you. I want to
- 50:04Speaker 1: tell you this. This is a typical case of you
- 50:06Speaker 1: trying to put it off for us because you bought
- 50:08Speaker 1: a piece of stuff for fifty bucks. I'm a many
- 50:11Speaker 1: Did you die and I get fifty dollars worth of
- 50:13Speaker 1: a ring? Denise? Hold on, let me talk to this.
- 50:15Speaker 1: Where you going, dolls? I never heard of it so
- 50:21Speaker 1: your wife knows exactly where she's the one that brought
- 50:23Speaker 1: the ring. And I'll tell you what. I'm gonna come
- 50:25Speaker 1: down there to see the ring that you're talking about.
- 50:28Speaker 1: If it's not the ring that I gave my girl,
- 50:30Speaker 1: I'm gonna take seventy six hundred dollars out of your
- 50:32Speaker 1: because that's so. Now you want to jump on me
- 50:36Speaker 1: because you bought your wife a piece. Come on and
- 50:39Speaker 1: you want to put it on me. You you don't
- 50:41Speaker 1: tell me what the I don't know what the I
- 50:43Speaker 1: spin on the ring, and you I don't kind of
- 50:45Speaker 1: trying to pull. First of all, I don't appreciate you
- 50:47Speaker 1: coming in my household trying to mess my You want
- 50:50Speaker 1: to come to me with this one. I know the
- 50:51Speaker 1: ring better be real. If I were you, mister niece,
- 50:55Speaker 1: I would not marry somebody that's gonna be I'm coming there.
- 50:58Speaker 1: I'm looking for your pocket, and you know what, you
- 51:01Speaker 1: don't get the ring in a right man, you're gonna
- 51:03Speaker 1: go in it. Can I say one more thing to
- 51:05Speaker 1: both of you? Are better? I'll tell you what if
- 51:07Speaker 1: did I want to hear me and you're gonna have
- 51:08Speaker 1: some more problems. This is nephew telling me from the
- 51:11Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show, y'all just got pranked by the
- 51:14Speaker 1: niece's sister that that's why she ain't got no man

- 51:30Speaker 1: Time are you about to start me? Wow? I think

- 52:05Speaker 1: just want you to know just how the nephew do.

- 53:32Speaker 1: are right now. It's time for the Strawberry Letter with
- 53:35Speaker 1: my good friend Shirley straw By. Thank you, Junior, Dear
- 53:38Speaker 1: Steve and Shirley. While the subject adding insult to injury,
- 53:43Speaker 1: Dear Stephen, Shirley. I got a divorce four years ago,
- 53:46Speaker 1: and I gave myself time to heal so I would
- 53:49Speaker 1: not go into a new relationship with baggage. A year ago,
- 53:53Speaker 1: I met a great guy and we fell for each
- 53:55Speaker 1: other quickly. He paid all of my bills and he
- 53:58Speaker 1: was super attentive to my needs. We went on two
- 54:01Speaker 1: lavish trips and he promised me that we would travel
- 54:04Speaker 1: the world together. He attended my church often and we
- 54:08Speaker 1: prayed together. This man was so good he even did
- 54:13Speaker 1: most of the cooking. He told me that he was
- 54:16Speaker 1: staying with his brother only so he could save money
- 54:19Speaker 1: to buy his first home. Everything was just perfect until
- 54:23Speaker 1: a year ago, when my life got turned upside down.
- 54:27Speaker 1: I got a call from my boyfriend's brother to tell
- 54:30Speaker 1: me that my boyfriend was in an accident at work
- 54:33Speaker 1: and he was rushed to the hospital and is in
- 54:36Speaker 1: I see you. I frantically rushed to the hospital to
- 54:39Speaker 1: see my boyfriend. When I got to the hospital, his
- 54:42Speaker 1: brother stopped me in the waiting area. My heart sank
- 54:47Speaker 1: because I thought I was too late. Instead, his brother
- 54:51Speaker 1: told me that I could not go see my boyfriend
- 54:53Speaker 1: because his wife was in I see you with him.
- 54:58Speaker 1: I was like, what in the hacker you talking about?
- 55:01Speaker 1: There was no way he's married. I was shocked and confused.
- 55:07Speaker 1: I really wanted to bust up in there to see
- 55:10Speaker 1: this wife of his, but his brother made sure I didn't.
- 55:13Speaker 1: I wanted my boyfriend to see how hurt I was,
- 55:16Speaker 1: and I wanted his wife to know that I should
- 55:18Speaker 1: be in the room, not her. Now that I've had
- 55:23Speaker 1: a few days to think things over, I planned to
- 55:25Speaker 1: go back to the hospital to talk to his wife
- 55:27Speaker 1: and let him know that I had no idea he
- 55:30Speaker 1: was married. It would be best to do it while
- 55:33Speaker 1: he's lying there and can't say much. Do you think
- 55:36Speaker 1: I'd be wrong? If you think there's a better way
- 55:39Speaker 1: to handle it, let me know. Well, yes, I think
- 55:42Speaker 1: you would be wrong. Huh. I was reading the letter.
- 55:46Speaker 1: I think I think you gave it wrong time. What
- 55:50Speaker 1: you mean, I think you said a year ago? I
- 55:55Speaker 1: got I got a divorce four years ago. Oh oh,
- 56:00Speaker 1: I said, Oh, I'm sorry, I may have. Everything was
- 56:04Speaker 1: just just perfect until a week ago. Did I say
- 56:07Speaker 1: a year ago? There are you saying? Well, right, he
- 56:10Speaker 1: met her a year ago? I mean I mean a
- 56:13Speaker 1: girl met him a year ago. A year ago, I
- 56:16Speaker 1: met a guy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, a year ago I
- 56:18Speaker 1: met a guy. Yeah, And everything was just perfect until
- 56:21Speaker 1: a week ago. Everything was perfect until a week ago
- 56:24Speaker 1: when my life got turned upside down. Okay, she got
- 56:27Speaker 1: a call from his brother and her boyfriend had been
- 56:30Speaker 1: in a terrible accident. He's in the ICU, and she
- 56:33Speaker 1: wants to know. Do you think I'd be wrong to
- 56:36Speaker 1: go to the hospital and talk to his wife and
- 56:38Speaker 1: talk to him while he can't say much. If you
- 56:40Speaker 1: think there's a better way to handle it, let me know.
- 56:43Speaker 1: And I'm saying, yeah, I think you'd be wrong if
- 56:45Speaker 1: you bust it up in the hospital like you want
- 56:47Speaker 1: to do. You know you're gonna have to let this go,
- 56:52Speaker 1: really you are. I mean, there's nothing you can do
- 56:54Speaker 1: about this if he's married. These are the kind of
- 56:58Speaker 1: things that you know can happen if, like you say
- 57:01Speaker 1: in the letter, you fall for each other quickly. When
- 57:04Speaker 1: you do all this falling very quickly, you don't take
- 57:07Speaker 1: the time to find out anything about him, to get
- 57:09Speaker 1: to know this person. I mean, surely there were some
- 57:12Speaker 1: kind of signs. I get it. He was at church
- 57:16Speaker 1: with you, he prayed with you. You guys, went on
- 57:18Speaker 1: these lavish trips. You know, he wanted to travel the
- 57:22Speaker 1: world together with you, and you know, and all this
- 57:25Speaker 1: stuff that could fool you because he spent so much
- 57:27Speaker 1: time with you. I get it, But remember you guys,
- 57:30Speaker 1: you know, got together quickly. But what you can't do.
- 57:33Speaker 1: You cannot go and to this, you know, up to
- 57:36Speaker 1: this man's wife and ruin her life. I mean, this
- 57:39Speaker 1: is not your place. It's her husband's place. To tell
- 57:41Speaker 1: her all this. Why his brother called you, I'll never know,
- 57:46Speaker 1: to let you know this and then to stop you
- 57:48Speaker 1: at the hospital. That's very confusing. I get all of that.
- 57:51Speaker 1: But this wife is going through enough right now with
- 57:54Speaker 1: her husband in ice, you sick in the hospital. She's
- 57:58Speaker 1: done nothing to you. You gotta think of it that way.
- 58:01Speaker 1: I know you're angry. I know you're upset. You want
- 58:04Speaker 1: to get back at him. You want the wife to hurt,
- 58:06Speaker 1: you want them to feel the pain you're feeling. But
- 58:09Speaker 1: I just think the better way to handle this sitition,
- 58:11Speaker 1: right into the situation right now is just to leave
- 58:14Speaker 1: this family alone. Just leave this family alone right now.
- 58:20Speaker 1: You gotta just leave it alone. You don't want to
- 58:22Speaker 1: tell his wife, you don't want to do that anyway.
- 58:25Speaker 1: I just think you should leave it. This is You're
- 58:27Speaker 1: gonna have to chalk this one up. Steve. Wow. Well,
- 58:34Speaker 1: I agree with what you said, Shirley. I do, but
- 58:41Speaker 1: I'm not sure that I understand. Well, I do it
- 58:47Speaker 1: all right, let me just help you with this part.
- 58:51Speaker 1: I met a guy a year ago, fail of each other,
- 58:54Speaker 1: went on trips with the church together. Prayed. Man was
- 59:01Speaker 1: so good he even did most of the cooking. Now
- 59:05Speaker 1: here's a part. He told me that he was staying
- 59:07Speaker 1: with his brother only so he could save money to
- 59:11Speaker 1: buy his first home. This could be a true fact.
- 59:17Speaker 1: He could actually been staying with his brother. The fact
- 59:22Speaker 1: that he got in an accident and got rushed to
- 59:25Speaker 1: I see you. His brother called you because you his girl.
- 59:33Speaker 1: You get to the hospital, he stops you, tell you
- 59:35Speaker 1: you can't go in there to scene because his wife
- 59:38Speaker 1: in there. All right, hold you understand the problem we got.
- 59:43Speaker 1: We come back. I'm again. Yeah, we'll cap part two
- 59:46Speaker 1: if Steve's response coming up at twenty three after the hours,
- 59:49Speaker 1: subject adding insult to injury. We'll be back right after this.
- 59:54Speaker 1: You're listening, all right, Steve, Come on, let's recap today's letters,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: subject adding insult to injury. Divorce lady stayed off the
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: dating scene for four years. Get herself together. Make sure
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: she didn't have no badgy baggage. Met this really wonderful guy.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Superintendent paid all the bills. They went on two lavish
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: trips He promised her that day was going to travel
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: the world together. He attended church with me often, we
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: prayed together. This man so good, He did most of
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: the cooking. He told me he was staying with his
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: brother so he could save money by his first house.
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: Everything seemed perfect till a week ago your life got
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: turned upside down. To brother called you and told you
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: that he had an accident at work. You rushed to
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: the hospital frantically. When you get that, a brother stop
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: you and told you you can't go in there because
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: his wife was in I see you with him. I
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: was like, what what? What? What? Wife? Who here are
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: you talking about? I was shocking confusus. I really wanted
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: to bust to be there to see this wife of his,
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: but his brother made sure I didn't. Now, surely you say,
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: why did the brother call him? I'm wondering that too, Yeah,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: why did the brother call you? Well, let's look at
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: the possibility of him. Okay, maybe, like he said, he
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: was living with his brother. Maybe he separated and he
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: was trying to get himself together. He met y'all because
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: y'all went on lavish trips. He'd going to church with
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: ya all the time. He had the house cooking, so
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: he ain't at home, and he can't just be going
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: from his wife. So maybe he was living there his
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: wife and maybe he was still married but separated. It
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: could happen, but you don't know that. My question is
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: after a year, how to hell you ain't been over
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: this man's house in a year? In one year, you
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: ain't never went over to brother's house? Or did you
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: go over to brother's house and it looked like he
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: lived there. He just never told you that he was
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: married getting a divorce, or told you he was separated.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: That could be the case, but you did not mention
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: that you had not huh, go ahead, I'm saying the
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: guy never mentioned that he had a wife though. No,
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: he never mentioned you never went over his house. He
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: didn't bring up the wife, right, which is wrong. I
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: admit that dead wrong, But damn you ain't either, you know,
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: come on, man, y'all, Marridge never came up you ever
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: been married? Or when you asked him was he married?
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: He said, yeah, I used to be. And that's a
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: partial lie, because wasn't. That's an outright lie because you're
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: still married to him and you know he was living
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: his brother. That's what could happen. But now as far
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: as running up in this hotel room and I see you,
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: so this wife can see you in the hospital and
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: he can see how hurt you are, and then tell
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: the wife here the line that threw me. What do
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: you think it's wrong if I not wait, how did
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: she put it? I want his wife to know that
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: I should be in the room and not hurt. Boy,
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: you know, stay away from this potential barrel plot. Stay
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: away from wait what stay away from this potential but
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: need problem, need to play this out now, let this
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: play this. This ain't the time to run up in
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: that and let him heal first. Don't run up in
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: that and then he don't make it. Ok. Let's just
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: thank this out. Run up in that trying to prove
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: that you ought to be it, and then all of
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: a sudden he died. Tagg you it? Yeah, you sign
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: it for the A in anything. Now you downstands trying
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: to work out some payments. Okay, all right, you're about
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: healthy ships. I'll tell you right. You don't know what
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: this girl policy looks like. With that funeral home down
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: the black funeral holes get their money, make no mistakes.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: Oh they're gonna get their money or the service won't continue.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: You're gonna get the money for the service going. Let's
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: wake up, body being your tree on your tree line, Steve,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: I'm just trying to throw it out to a little
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: stuff like that. I did tell y'all it's gonna be
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: ignorant today. I didn't get you don't gave the good
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: sister answer. But let's just be real. She can't do
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: that though to his wife, she cannot. She has no
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: right to do that. All you could go on up
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: in there m hm, and and what and in your
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: ass would be needing a bed right next to her.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: She being there to care both of y'all. He ain't
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: got the straw, and she let you drink out the
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: straw careful. You don't know what the situation is, and
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: you should have been more inquisitive. They fell for each
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: other quickly, she said, and that's it. And he's been
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: telling her over brother house. I don't know. I don't
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: know how you dating a man for a year you
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: ain't been to his house. Excuse me, and y'all live
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: in the same city, and y'all thing you think he's
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: single now if y'all living away from each other. That's
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: one thing. And he always come to you. But hello,
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: y'all got to thank this out now. But I would
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: definitely back up and see how he's doing. He and
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: I see you. You know, I would wait and see
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: if he pulled through. I hope he pulled through too,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: But if he don't, you know, I didn't write the letter. Okay, listen,
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: post your comments on today strong Mary letter that was ignorant.

- 1:07:11Speaker 1: a certain type of way? No, no, no, what was she?
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: My friend? She my friend? But you know you gotta ask,
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: you know, girl code, that's right, that's right. I mean
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: you know I'm something jump off, you know, you know,
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: y'all do your solid it's about to jump off. So
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: crazy crazy, So hey, so what are you thinking about
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: these Republicans storming in places and this impeachment and now
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: they got the good You see them old white men
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: who have never hicket it in the life, in their life,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: the dumbling on each other, stuff, trying to each other back,
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: y'all old as people ain't ever picket it. I'm wondering
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: what do Trump have on all these people? They can
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: give them the active fool. They are so afraid of it,
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: but they bet, they bet they better get ready because
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: we're ready to vote once. You compare your impeachment situation
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: to Lynchen, We gonna vote you right up out of office.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: Why because you can survive and impeachment inquiry. You have
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: never survived a lynching. Ain't nobody ever less Donald Trump
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: and cut his fingers off and burn people at this
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: state that people have gone through when you're talking about
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: black people, Jews, Catholic, Ain't nobody ever did that. So
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: we're gonna vote your I'm sorry about to say I'm sorry,
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: calling about to say it right, I can keep it real.
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: I keep it real so I can say it. Go
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: vote your ass right out of office. We ain't gonna
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: forget this one. Be ready, everybody vote, get their early
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: ballot to apps, de valot, all of vote in all
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: our name, African name, slave name, Muslim name, every name
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: you got. We're voting him right up on the offer
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: with the government that we ain't forgetting this. We ain't
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: forgetting this. The Democrats need to impeach him. The Senate
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: need to get a backbone and put him right out
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: of office. But if they don't, we'll see you in November. Pump, Oh, sorry,
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: did I go to I'm sorry. We gotta get out
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: of here. We thank you. Girls. Coming up at the
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: top of the hour, Carla's reality update. Right after that,
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: ju al right girl, you're listening to all right, Junior,
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: come on in, Tommy introduced Carla. Lady and gentlemen, it's
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: that time. It's time for reality update, thank you. Or
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: all right, let's switch it up a little bit. We're
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: gonna talk about married to Madison. So yeah, first line,
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: every Reality love dated, all of them was in front
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: of me. I wouldn't know who what. Quad isn't backing
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: down from her accusations that Mariah used cocaine before this.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: This is just too much. No, no, no, So anyway,
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: the ladies went on a trip to Savannah and poor
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: doctor Jackie. We love doctor Jackie. Shout out to doctor
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: Jackie because she listens to the Steve Harvey more to
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: show hey, anyway, Yes, she is trying her best to
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: help to get these ladies together and squash their beefs
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: and get a lot. She is trying, but it ain't
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: easy for doctor Jackie. Give up Chad because it ain't working. Anyway,
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: Mariah is not fooling with Quad, and my girl took
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: a drug tests to prove that she is not on drugs.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: Mariah showed up where receipts honey and drug test results,
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: and she showed them to Toya's husband, doctor Eugene, and
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: he said, wow, you took a drug test similar to
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: like what boxers and fighters take, so you know, she's
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: really trying to prove that she doesn't use drugs. Also,
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: Doctor Contessa, her and her husband, Doctor Scott, they probably
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: need to go to some counseling or therapy, marriage couple therapy,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: because I think she's starting to resent her husband. You know,
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: she went away to Tennessee. Yeah, yeah, yeah, well she
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: tried to. She enrolled and furthering her education if you will.
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: She's already a doctor, and she wanted to get involved
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: in social programming and medical needs and things like that,
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: just going a different way. But she had to take
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: more schooling and classes to get that done. And she
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: was gone a lot, and she would come home on
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: the weekends. But her husband was holding it down with
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: their three children, and he's a doctor, so he basically
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: taught her this ain't working. You need to come back
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: to Atlanta and be a wife, be a mom, and
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: helped me out because it's too much. So she felt
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: like they could have got through it if he would
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: have supported her a little bit more. So. I think
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: there's gonna be some issues with them, so they need
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: to really work it out. Yeah, Doctor Jackie even told
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: her that to get some advice. You know, you guys
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: probably be counseling and therapy with that. So we'll see,
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: we'll see what happens with that. I'll watch and keep
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: you posted. And they just start marriage to begin with
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: two they did, but they did. It seems like when
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: you get on these reality shows, man, girl, I just
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: don't see how show enhances a marriage, right, don't now
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: all of them. It's not bad for all of them,
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: but the majority of them, there's no way to work
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: through your problems and stuff in private. And I don't
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: care who you married too, you're gonna have some challenging time.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: So you got to be able to sit and talk
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: with them, and that can't be privy to the public. Yeah,
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: it just seems like all these reality shows, like you know,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: these strong couples, they start off so strong and loving
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: marriage and relationships and many drama. So another reality news
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: before we run out of time, let me tell you this.
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: Ray J and Princess Love. You know, they start on
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: Love and Hip Hop Hollywood. They are expecting their second child,
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: so congratulations. Yeah, so they had this cute gender reveal.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: Ray and Princess they took their one year old daughter.
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: They have a little girl, Melody. She's so cute. Anyway,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: they tried to They decided to go to a helicopter
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: base and they were going to do the baby gender
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: reveal there, but Princess decided that it was too much
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: from Melody the baby, with the noise and the helicopters,
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: she's too young, it's too loud. So ray J went
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: up in a helicopter and rolled around and up in
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: the sky they released the smoke and it was blue.
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: So congratulations, ray J is having a boy. Yeah, ray
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: j J. Rayj's our radio junior. I think. So there
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: you go. So congratulations to them. And if you want
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: to keep this conversation going, hit me up at Lips
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: Bar Carla on social media Instagram, Facebook, and we will
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: be back at twenty after the hour you're listening to show. Mourners, constituents,
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: and other well wishers paid respects to US Representative Elijah

- 1:15:10Speaker 1: elected official, and most recently leading one of the US
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: House committees conducting an impeachment inquiry of a President Donald Trump.
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: He was also known as a powerful orator and passionate
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: advocate for the poor. And it's Baltimore area district. And
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: he will be missed. Yes, really really really well respected man, right, MD,
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: worker and committed to the cause. Brother, Yeah, irreplaceable too. Yeah,

- 1:15:53Speaker 1: fairly young, definitely young. Wow. Oh man. Yeah, I'm just
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: sad to think about that. Um. I really look forward
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: to him on that committee and asking those tough questions
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: and getting those hard answers. I really did, yea yeah. Yeah.
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: All right, Well we'll have more of the Steve Harvey

- 1:16:15Speaker 1: Right after this, You're listening to this morning show. All right,
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: so in today's entertainment news. According to multiple media outlets,
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: Van Lathan was fired from TNZ he put his hand
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: around the throat of co host Michael Babcock. Reportedly after
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: shooting a segment together for TMZ Live, Van told Babcock
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: if he ever embarrassed him like that again, there would
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: be troubled. According to page six, Van decided to return
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: to confront Babcock and walked all the way across the room,
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: came from behind Babcock and grabbed him, and it seemed
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: that there was a disagreement between the two. During the
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: discussion about the video of Ellen DeGeneres talking to former
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: President George W. Bush as the Dallas Cowboys football game recently,
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: Wow Man Van was one of the staples on that show.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: Everybody waited to hear what Van had to say. He
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: was funny and sightful, bright, wow. Yeah, that's parted Kanye West, right, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: I don't understand. But you can't can't put your hand
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: with the emotion comes from. You can't put your hands
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: on a bad enough not no more. You can, but
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: you ain't gonna be working there. Oh you do with that. Yeah,
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: you go with that feeling. Oh I ain't gonna but
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: you ain't gonna be working on him. I like that
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: dude though, Man, I think he'd be back and work though.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: He'll be back at work, not a teams needn He'll
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: be back. Yeah. Babcock was the one with the hair,
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: the big the big hair. Everybody. Yeah, I like I
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: like Van better. So yeah, yeah, wow that's crazy. Oh
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: Van like a will it turn a moment? Right? Well, um,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: we're gonna move on Junior after that comment, okay. And
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: other entertainment news, Drake received not one but two rings
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: celebrating the Toronto Raptors twenty nineteen NBA Championship win. One
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: ring is the official NBA Championship ring. It was awarded
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: to the team on Tuesday at the opening night ceremony.
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: The other one is a commission piece from Jason of
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: Beverly Hills, who use thirty carrots of diamonds to make
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: a championship ring that shines just a little harder than
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: all the rest. The celebt jeweler told TMZ that Drake
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: had to fly me to the Turks and Caicos for
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: an emergency design meeting. The real team emergency. I know,
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: an emergency design Okay, when you got it like that,
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: you gotta like that. Okay. Have you ever had to
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: do that, Steve? You're rich. Have you ever had to
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: fly someone in for an emergency design meeting? Nope, no jewelry.
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: You can email meet a design. He ain't got to
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: come here but to turks and caicos stuff. I love
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: it all right, coming up our last break of the day,
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: and some closing remarks from the one and only Steve
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: Harvey right after this at forty nine minutes after you're listening.
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: All right, Steve, here we are on this Thursday, um,
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: right before we head into the weekend, and I know
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: you have some closing remarks for us today. Yeah, you know.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: Sheryl Underwood was on the show when we have a
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: little conversation about politics. We were having a show on
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: the show early today. Sheryl was talking about politics and
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: we have to get out and vote. I can't tell
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: you all how important all of the upcoming elections are
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: going to be. Any anything you have to vote, any
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: local authority, any Senate Congress, I don't care what it is.
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: The presidentiary election is next November, a little over a
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: year from now. But I'm gonna tell you something that
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: we really have got to We've got to get prepared.
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: We've got to get ourselves in a position, y'all to
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: make a difference. Now. I asked everybody to go out
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: and vote for Hillary Clinton, and you did to a degree.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: And she won the popular vote by over three million vote.
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: I think that's the number, probably more than that, but
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: she won the popular vote, volver three million vote. The
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: electoral vote is what hurt us. But we could have
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: won the electoral votes that we won a couple of states,
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: Michigan and Wisconsin. Not to mention Philadelphia, I mean Richmond,
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: Virginia what they did over there. But we've got to vote, y'all,
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: because let me tell you something about this president that
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: we have. He can survive one more year as president.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: He could possibly win it and become president for one
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: more year. He'll survive that. We cannot survive another year
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: of this man. I've never seen a person more noncaring
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: for the less fortunate than him, and he doesn't care.
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: And we've got to get out and vote to change
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: some things. Man, this is our life. But we got
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: to get out and vote with a sense of duty,
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: and that so many people before us paved away so
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: we could vote. We owe him at least that, And
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: then we've got to have a sense of purpose. If
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: you don't like what's happening in the White House, you
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: can change it with your vote. That's going to have
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: to be a collective number of votes to make a difference,
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: but your vote can be part of the collective that
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: we need to get this man out of office. Now. Look,
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: if you're a Trump supporter, I'm not mad at you.
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: It looked there only one vote too, just like I'm
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: only one vote. But what I'm saying to you is this,
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: if you know what's going on is wrong. If you
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: notice his file up there, if you know it, come on, man,
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: why not We've got to do something. If you watch
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: TV and you watch CNN, man, what this cabinet? The
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: whole cabinet? His lawyers look, listen, Rudy what's his name?
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: The lawyer, Rudy Gidian, Rudy Gili has to get a
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: lawyer because they've discovered some things he doing was unscrupulous.
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: His lawyer, Michael Cohen is already in jail doing time.
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: They want to put Manifest in jail. They wanted. Damn,
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: they wanted to put fleeing in jail. Everybody was high
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: level position connected to this man. It's going to jail.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: Something's wrong here, man, And for them to make it
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: seem like it's the norm, it's not. And so we
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: got a chance to do something about it. But I
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: think we gotta get started now. We gotta get everybody
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: we know, we gotta start registering. We can't wait till
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: last minute. That's all I really need to say, because
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: anything else I say, it's gonna give me a lot
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: of trouble. And let's vote. Let's just get out and vote.
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: Those are my closing remarks. We have to vote in
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: all elections. That's it, my closing remark. All right, Steve,
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: drop the mind to be said. Yes, it's certainly did.
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: We cannot sleep on this election next year, any of them.
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: I'm just tired of rushing in the House to see
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: what he did today. Yeah, yeah, you know, it gets old,
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: it does, because man consecutive. Yeah, I mean, he's not presidential.
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: He's told the Republicans, for those of you that don't
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: stick with me, you're nothing but human scum. Yes, I
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: know who says that. Oh my goodness, and it seems
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: like Juliani is gonna be the fire guy. Well they've
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: already up. Yeah, he's Lauri ring up. So y'all need
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: to vote local elections, national Steve, you said it, yes, everything,
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: And we got to fill out these census forms. That's
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: another smart things. Yes, sir, We've got to fill out
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: these census forms and get it in. We have to
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: get more we have to get more representation through an
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: actual census head count. It would mean a lot for
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: us in terms of resources. Resources. Yeah, m hmmm, yes, sir, Yeah,
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: we gotta do it. We cannot sit this one out
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: or any of them, but we really can't afford to
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: sit this next one out. Make yourself when you go
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: to the pole car poo take people which yeah your
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: favorite song, who go to Popeyes and then go vote
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: all that. You gotta do everything whatever it is. Careful,
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: be careful car because of you know a lot of
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: people that they got to rule out one we're gonna
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: lose them. Okay, that's true, you're right, correct me on that.
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: But see you stand in line to get a chicken sandwich.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: It's ridiculous. You sit all night long outside of the
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: Apple store. To get the new phone. People line the
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: foot lockers and stuff to get the new You can
