- 0:01Speaker 1: The war between Hamas and Israel is continuing, but what
- 0:05Speaker 1: we know is it's expanding outside of just that. The
- 0:09Speaker 1: United States of America has now said that they have
- 0:12Speaker 1: launched their third strike on Iran linked groups amid attacks
- 0:16Speaker 1: on American soldiers. American aircraft on Sundays struck a weapons
- 0:21Speaker 1: storage facility and a command and control center used by
- 0:25Speaker 1: Iran link militias in Syria in the latest round of
- 0:30Speaker 1: retaliatory strikes, and it continued attacks on US troops in
- 0:34Speaker 1: the Middle East. Quote within the last two hours, the
- 0:37Speaker 1: US has taken precision defensive strikes against two sites in Syria,
- 0:42Speaker 1: is what one official told ABC News. These new strikes
- 0:47Speaker 1: against these Iranian backed locations are very important. The question
- 0:53Speaker 1: is why did it take so long for this to
- 0:55Speaker 1: even happen. Why do I say that dozens and dozens
- 0:59Speaker 1: of attacks against American installations have been happening in the
- 1:04Speaker 1: Middle East by these Iranian backed militants. So far we
- 1:09Speaker 1: have done nothing to stop them. Finally we're starting to
- 1:13Speaker 1: do something. This should have happened about thirty days ago.
- 1:16Speaker 1: But when you have a week president, this is what
- 1:19Speaker 1: you get. ABC News first breaking this news, and here's
- 1:25Speaker 1: how they put.
- 1:25Speaker 2: It US retaliating it for attacks on American forces in
- 1:29Speaker 2: the Middle East, launching an airstrike on a weapon storage
- 1:32Speaker 2: facility in Syria linked to around backed military groups. Our
- 1:36Speaker 2: chief Global affairs anchor, Martha Raddits is in Washington with more.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Good morning Martha, Good morning Robin.
- 1:42Speaker 3: This is the second round of US launched attacks on
- 1:45Speaker 3: Iranian backed forces, but they do not seem to be
- 1:48Speaker 3: getting the message. The strikes came overnight, two US F
- 1:54Speaker 3: fifteen fighter jets launching missiles at a weapons storage facility
- 1:58Speaker 3: in eastern Syria, a facility the Pentagon says was being
- 2:03Speaker 3: used by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard forces and their proxies.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin saying in a statement, the United
- 2:12Speaker 3: States is fully prepared to take further necessary measures to
- 2:16Speaker 3: protect our people and our facilities. We urge against.
- 2:20Speaker 4: Any escalation, but that is exactly what has been happening.
- 2:24Speaker 4: This is the second retaliatory strike in as many weeks,
- 2:28Speaker 4: following a barrage of attacks on US forces in Syria
- 2:32Speaker 4: and Iraq. At least a half a dozen drones and
- 2:35Speaker 4: rockets targeting American troops last weekend, making for at least
- 2:40Speaker 4: forty Iranian proxy attacks since mid October, and just hours
- 2:45Speaker 4: before this latest retaliatory strike, one of the most serious
- 2:50Speaker 4: provocations by Iranian back militants since the Israel Hamas conflict began.
- 2:56Speaker 4: A US defense official, confirming that Huti force is in
- 3:00Speaker 4: Yemen shot down a US Reaper drone off Yemen's coast.
- 3:05Speaker 4: This unverified video from Yemen's military claims to show the shootdown.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Just weeks ago, the USS Carney brought.
- 3:13Speaker 6: Down four Houti Cruz missiles and more than a dozen
- 3:16Speaker 6: drones aimed towards Israel over the Red Sea. While none
- 3:21Speaker 6: of the proxy strikes have caused any serious injury thus far,
- 3:24Speaker 6: make no mistakes, as a Pentagon official, these Iranian back
- 3:28Speaker 6: proxys are trying to kill Americans.
- 3:31Speaker 5: Robin, quite concerning.
- 3:32Speaker 2: You're right about that, Martha, Thank you.
- 3:34Speaker 1: I love how they say it's a barrage of attacks.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Did you notice their wording there? Even ABC News admits
- 3:41Speaker 1: that this is a quote barrage of attacks, barrage of attacks,
- 3:47Speaker 1: this barrage of attacks, and now we've finally responded a
- 3:52Speaker 1: total of three times. The operation was in response to
- 3:56Speaker 1: what the Pentagon called ongoing attacks injuring does of American
- 4:00Speaker 1: troops by these fighters supported by Iran since the Israeli
- 4:04Speaker 1: Jimas War began after immaster attacks last month. The US
- 4:07Speaker 1: military believes it strikes are part of a larger strategy
- 4:10Speaker 1: of deterrence intended to keep other groups from escalating conflict
- 4:14Speaker 1: in the region, where tensions have been sharply inflamed by
- 4:17Speaker 1: the fighting between Israel and Hamas.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Quote.
- 4:20Speaker 1: The president has no higher priority than the safety of
- 4:23Speaker 1: US personnel.
- 4:24Speaker 5: That's not true.
- 4:26Speaker 1: If it was true, then the way that we pulled
- 4:28Speaker 1: out of Afghanistan, for example, would have never happened. If
- 4:31Speaker 1: that was true, that he had no higher priority than
- 4:33Speaker 1: the safety of US personnel, then Joe Biden would have
- 4:36Speaker 1: attacked immediately Hamas Terras and these terrorists backed by Iran
- 4:41Speaker 1: when they started their quote barrage of attacks on US
- 4:44Speaker 1: military members and installations.
- 4:47Speaker 5: He didn't do that.
- 4:48Speaker 1: So when Lloyd Austin says in a statement today the
- 4:51Speaker 1: president has no higher priority than the safety of US personnel,
- 4:54Speaker 1: he is lying. The head of US Central Command, also
- 4:57Speaker 1: issuing a statement tonight, strikes quote a response to continued
- 5:03Speaker 1: provocations by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard and their affiliated groups
- 5:08Speaker 1: in Iraq and Syria, saying the United States will continue
- 5:11Speaker 1: to defend itself, it's personnel, and its interests the strikes
- 5:14Speaker 1: with a third round of retaliation. According to the Pentagon,
- 5:17Speaker 1: the military said that the warplane struck a weapon storage
- 5:20Speaker 1: facility in eastern Syria that's being used by the Ranian
- 5:23Speaker 1: backed militants responsible for at least dozens of drone and
- 5:27Speaker 1: rocket attacks against American troops in the region. Quote we
- 5:32Speaker 1: hold it Ran accountable for these attacks, not just the
- 5:35Speaker 1: militia groups. Okay, well, if that's true, then why did
- 5:39Speaker 1: you allow them to have a barrage of attacks on
- 5:41Speaker 1: us before you responded at all? Can someone please explain
- 5:47Speaker 1: that to me. If you say that you are going
- 5:50Speaker 1: to protect Americans, then damn it, protect Americans. If you
- 5:57Speaker 1: say that you are going to defend Americans at all costs,
- 6:01Speaker 1: then that's fine. Defend Americans at all costs. But don't
- 6:07Speaker 1: sit there and say that this is what you do
- 6:10Speaker 1: and then not do it. Why did it take a
- 6:14Speaker 1: barrage of attacks from them for you to respond at all?
- 6:18Speaker 1: These terrorists figure it out really quickly, by the way,
- 6:22Speaker 1: these terrorists understand and are willing to die for their cause.
- 6:27Speaker 1: They're willing to take some hits for their cause. Like
- 6:30Speaker 1: they get it, folks, They understand it. They totally understand it.
- 6:35Speaker 1: This is a calculated decision by them. And what they've
- 6:37Speaker 1: learned so far is that America's responses will be much smaller,
- 6:44Speaker 1: much more limited, much more cautious than what we are
- 6:51Speaker 1: seeing from Hamas and what we're seeing at the hands
- 6:56Speaker 1: of the dictators and the tyrants from Iran and the
- 7:01Speaker 1: money that they're sending to their jee hottists. Never forget
- 7:06Speaker 1: they cut people's heads off. Can we go back to that.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Never forget these the same people that butchered innocent infants
- 7:13Speaker 1: and cook them in ovens. Never forget these the same
- 7:16Speaker 1: butchers that left knives kate knives in babies, left knives
- 7:24Speaker 1: in babies. And now we have a measured response, We
- 7:30Speaker 1: have a timid, controlled response to this. I can promise
- 7:37Speaker 1: you one thing for sure. I guarantee you that this
- 7:41Speaker 1: will continue. I guarantee you that they're going to hit
- 7:46Speaker 1: us again, probably tomorrow, in the next day, in the
- 7:49Speaker 1: next day, because this response from this White House, from
- 7:53Speaker 1: Joe Biden is not enough. I also think we just
- 7:57Speaker 1: have to be really honest about these individuals who are
- 7:59Speaker 1: g Hottis. They're willing to die for their cause. You
- 8:03Speaker 1: have to come down them heavy handed every single time
- 8:07Speaker 1: as a response. This whole limited response crap, This whole
- 8:11Speaker 1: bs of like, oh well, we need a limited response
- 8:14Speaker 1: and calm down for a moment, and this is going
- 8:17Speaker 1: to be a careful, cool, calm limited response and it
- 8:21Speaker 1: will somehow work.
- 8:23Speaker 5: Not against jee Hottis. It doesn't work.
- 8:25Speaker 1: It has never worked against Giahatis, and the idea that
- 8:29Speaker 1: it would somehow start working now is just flat out stupid.
- 8:33Speaker 1: All right, let me tell you real quick about an
- 8:35Speaker 1: amazing company called Patriot Mobile. For ten years, they have
- 8:39Speaker 1: been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. And when I
- 8:43Speaker 1: say only trust me, they're the only one. Glenn and
- 8:46Speaker 1: the team have been great supporters of this show, which
- 8:49Speaker 1: is why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile. They

- 8:56Speaker 1: access all three major networks, which means you get the

- 9:04Speaker 1: When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending the message
- 9:07Speaker 1: that you support free speech, religious freedom, sancty of life,

- 9:55Speaker 1: every phone. Call Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine
- 10:00Speaker 1: I'm seven to Patriot. I want to move now to
- 10:04Speaker 1: another major issue, and it deals with religion. And I
- 10:08Speaker 1: want you to understand that I don't usually start this
- 10:11Speaker 1: show off by saying, Okay, let's take on a religion tonight.
- 10:15Speaker 5: That's not my goal, it's not my objective.
- 10:19Speaker 1: When I'm planning this show, I don't plan and usually
- 10:22Speaker 1: I stay away from different religious debates on purpose. There's
- 10:28Speaker 1: plenty of people that do that. Why do I need
- 10:31Speaker 1: to be jumping all in. I'm not a pastor, I
- 10:35Speaker 1: don't have a doctorate and religion or faith, I've not
- 10:39Speaker 1: gone as seminary. To be clear, many of you that
- 10:43Speaker 1: know who I am know what I believe and why
- 10:45Speaker 1: I believe it. I'm unabashful about my faith in God.
- 10:48Speaker 1: I'm unabashful about being an evangelical Christian. I'm unabashful about
- 10:51Speaker 1: believing that God send his son and down across for
- 10:55Speaker 1: our sins. I'm also a political commentator. I'm not a
- 10:59Speaker 1: Bible beater. I'm not a bashful about it. But I'm
- 11:02Speaker 1: not going to, like, you know, talk about it twenty
- 11:04Speaker 1: four to seven. Again, there's other places where that is.
- 11:07Speaker 1: But you need to know where I come from as
- 11:09Speaker 1: a host. But there is something that happened that deals
- 11:13Speaker 1: with religion, and it's something that we need to acknowledge
- 11:17Speaker 1: and it's something that we need to deal with, and
- 11:19Speaker 1: it's something that terrifies me. The Vatican has now come
- 11:24Speaker 1: out in a radical, radical ruling. I guess you would
- 11:30Speaker 1: call it saying that transsexuals and homo effective persons can
- 11:39Speaker 1: be baptized and serve as god parents in the Catholic Church.
- 11:45Speaker 5: This coming out of Rome.
- 11:47Speaker 1: The Vatican's Doctorial Office, the DDF, declared this week the
- 11:54Speaker 1: transsexuals and homo effective persons can be baptized and service
- 12:01Speaker 1: God parents provided certain conditions are met. The transsexual persons,
- 12:05Speaker 1: even if they have undergone hormone therapy or sex reassignment surgery,
- 12:09Speaker 1: may receive the sacrament of baptism quote if there are
- 12:13Speaker 1: no situations in which there is a risk of generating
- 12:20Speaker 1: public scandal or confusion among the.
- 12:23Speaker 5: Faithful quote unquote.
- 12:25Speaker 1: The stated texts reads, now, this was signed by a cardinal,
- 12:31Speaker 1: the Argentinian Cardinal Victor Minuel Fernandez. The document was published
- 12:37Speaker 1: in response to six questions submitted to the DDF by
- 12:44Speaker 1: a Bishop Jose Degree of Santo Amaro, Brazil. The responses
- 12:52Speaker 1: are a repurpose in substance the fundamental context of what
- 12:57Speaker 1: has already been affirmed in the past by the dioceses
- 13:00Speaker 1: concerned these matters. The document as search. Shortly afterwards, the
- 13:05Speaker 1: Prefect of the very same BDF, the Cardinal Meller released
- 13:10Speaker 1: a text criticizing the document for its confusing language as
- 13:13Speaker 1: well as for employing what they say terminology is trans
- 13:18Speaker 1: humanistic and saying that this is anti ethical to a
- 13:23Speaker 1: Catholic understanding of the human person. Pope Francis, by the way,
- 13:28Speaker 1: is a wote guy. Pope Francis endorsed same sex civil
- 13:32Speaker 1: unions for the first time is as pope while being
- 13:36Speaker 1: interviewed for a documentary, a documentary called Francisco, which had
- 13:42Speaker 1: its premiere at the Rome Film Festival. The Pope endorsed
- 13:46Speaker 1: same sex civil unions in this documentary, clearly putting his
- 13:49Speaker 1: own thoughts again again ahead of religious teachings. Quote. In truth,
- 13:54Speaker 1: there are no transsexual or homo effective homosexual people, either
- 14:03Speaker 1: in order in the order of creature, creates, creator, creator Nature.
- 14:07Speaker 5: Excuse me, let me say that again. In truth.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Quote there are no transsexual, homoaffective, or homosexual people, either
- 14:19Speaker 1: in the order of creature nature, or in the grace
- 14:23Speaker 1: of the New Covenant in Christ. That is what the
- 14:26Speaker 1: Cardinal Muller declared. Since only two sexes exist, it is
- 14:31Speaker 1: confusing and harmful that the Catholic Church employs the terminology,
- 14:37Speaker 1: and he said it gives false context a statue of
- 14:41Speaker 1: legitimate theological opinion in the Church, Transhumanism in all its
- 14:49Speaker 1: variance is a diabolical fiction and a sin against the
- 14:53Speaker 1: personal dignity of human beings. The cardinals stated, even when
- 14:57Speaker 1: it presents itself in the form of transgender as using
- 15:01Speaker 1: terminology stuff as self determined gender reassignment. Now this cardinal
- 15:06Speaker 1: that's responding to this new ruling, good for him for
- 15:09Speaker 1: doing it. The DDF text also seems to wink at surrogacy,
- 15:16Speaker 1: the cardinal notes, which is a grave disservice to Catholic
- 15:19Speaker 1: teaching on the sacredness of matrimony. The Vatican's Doctoral office
- 15:29Speaker 1: said that transsexual persons, whether adult, children or adolescents, can
- 15:33Speaker 1: be baptized, providing they are well prepared and willing, and
- 15:36Speaker 1: that there is no occasion of scandal. I don't even
- 15:39Speaker 1: know what that means, no occasion of scandal. The Vatican
- 15:44Speaker 1: also recently, just so you know, when you're giving your
- 15:46Speaker 1: money to the Catholic Church, and again you get decided
- 15:50Speaker 1: if this is where you want your money to go,
- 15:51Speaker 1: but you need to know what's happening. The Vatican invested
- 15:54Speaker 1: upwards of a million dollars to back the Rocketman film
- 15:58Speaker 1: about singer Elton John. You may not know that, that's right.
- 16:03Speaker 1: The Vatican invested one point one million the steamy, steamy
- 16:06Speaker 1: Elton John bio pick. Now, why would the Vatican? Why
- 16:11Speaker 1: would the Catholic Church invest in a steamy Elton John
- 16:16Speaker 1: biopick that heavily revolves around him being gay. The Vatican, however,
- 16:23Speaker 1: invested upwards of a million dollars to finance the Rocketman film.
- 16:26Speaker 5: People forgot that.
- 16:28Speaker 1: The Italian Daily reveal that the Vatican's Secretary of State
- 16:33Speaker 1: invested last February in the film and an eyewear in
- 16:36Speaker 1: lifestyle products as well as the Elton John film, using
- 16:40Speaker 1: money donated by the Catholic faithful through worldwide Peter Pince's collection.
- 16:46Speaker 1: So if you're giving money, you need to know where
- 16:48Speaker 1: it's going. According to The Times, the Rocketmand features a
- 16:52Speaker 1: liaison between actors, the actor who plays Elton John and
- 16:56Speaker 1: another man, Richard Maiden, who appears as John Reid, his
- 16:59Speaker 1: form manager. Deemed the most explicit gay love scene since
- 17:03Speaker 1: Broke Back Mountain in two thousand and five. Now, that's
- 17:07Speaker 1: according to the New York Times, and the Catholic Church
- 17:10Speaker 1: paid for that Throughout the fund, the Vatican became a
- 17:13Speaker 1: twenty five percent parterer in Lapo Eltman's company Italia Independent,
- 17:19Speaker 1: to the tune of six million euros, while more recently
- 17:22Speaker 1: became a ten million euro partner with Industrialists the chairman
- 17:27Speaker 1: of the Gos soccer team. Along with the Rocketman film,
- 17:31Speaker 1: the Vatican also invested some three point three million euros
- 17:35Speaker 1: in the production of the twenty nineteen min in Black
- 17:37Speaker 1: international film featuring Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson. Perhaps more problematic,
- 17:44Speaker 1: the Vatican's biggest investment, which was sixteen million euros, went
- 17:48Speaker 1: to the Swiss Swedish abb Company, which produces parts of
- 17:51Speaker 1: nuclear power stations and allegedly participated in the destruction of
- 17:57Speaker 1: the Malaysian rainforests. Now I tell you about the money
- 18:01Speaker 1: because I'd say this all the time. Follow the money.
- 18:04Speaker 1: But if you really want to know where the Catholic
- 18:06Speaker 1: Church went wrong and why they're doing this now and
- 18:11Speaker 1: why they're advocating for this, look at what the Catholic
- 18:15Speaker 1: Church did to young boys. To me, that's unforgivable, what
- 18:21Speaker 1: they did, moving sexual abusers and predators from one Catholic
- 18:28Speaker 1: church to another, from one area of the country to another,
- 18:32Speaker 1: never looking out for the children and covering it up,
- 18:35Speaker 1: and did it for years and years and years, actually
- 18:38Speaker 1: not years, years, decades. When your leadership is that fallen
- 18:45Speaker 1: and will cover up the sins instead of exposing and
- 18:49Speaker 1: protecting children, you actually shouldn't be shocked at what was
- 18:53Speaker 1: just said. You shouldn't be shocked at what the Catholic
- 18:57Speaker 1: Church is doing now. I do believe everybody should know
- 19:03Speaker 1: what the Catholic Church is doing. I do believe that
- 19:06Speaker 1: everybody should understand what the Catholic churches is advocating for.
- 19:11Speaker 1: I do believe that everyone needs to realize where when
- 19:14Speaker 1: you give a donation to Catholic Church, it may actually
- 19:16Speaker 1: be going in the tune of a lot of money,
- 19:19Speaker 1: not a little, a lot of money. These types of organizations,
- 19:23Speaker 1: these types of movies, follow the money. I want to
- 19:28Speaker 1: be clear, I'm not trying to be mean to the
- 19:30Speaker 1: Catholic Church. I'm saying to people in the Catholic Church,
- 19:33Speaker 1: wake up, smell the coffee, and realize what the hell
- 19:36Speaker 1: is going on in your church and what they're doing
- 19:39Speaker 1: with your donations.
- 19:42Speaker 5: I want to turn gears real.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Quick to the Biden crime family and what we are
- 19:47Speaker 1: expecting this week to happen. That's going to be pretty significant.
- 19:50Speaker 1: These subpoenas have gone out and we are being told
- 19:53Speaker 1: now that more subpoenas are going to be going out.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Now sending out more subpoenas. What is that actually mean.
- 20:01Speaker 1: It means that there are more people connect the Biden
- 20:03Speaker 1: crime family that are going to have to answer questions
- 20:06Speaker 1: about what they have done and what crimes have been committed.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Let me walk you through where we are right now
- 20:13Speaker 1: with this so you kind of know because this has
- 20:16Speaker 1: been moving a lot lately, and as it's been moving,
- 20:20Speaker 1: there have actually been a lot of people that have
- 20:22Speaker 1: not been covering this story at all. All right, Special
- 20:26Speaker 1: Counsel David Weiss has finally made some admissions about his
- 20:31Speaker 1: investigation of the Biden crime family.
- 20:33Speaker 5: That's number one.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Back in June, the Attorney General Merrick Garland disputed claims
- 20:39Speaker 1: by IRS agents when he said that Weiss's quote was
- 20:42Speaker 1: given complete authority to make all decisions quote unquote in
- 20:47Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden tax pro We know that was a lie.
- 20:51Speaker 1: This contradicted the testimony by IRS whistleblowers, and it now
- 20:55Speaker 1: contradicts the testimony that Weiss just gay before the House
- 20:59Speaker 1: Judiciary Committee this past week on Tuesday. That's a problem
- 21:04Speaker 1: for the Biden crime family. That's not the only problem.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Here are some of the key points that I want
- 21:11Speaker 1: to give you from his voluntarily transcribed testimony. Number one,
- 21:17Speaker 1: Weiss testified that he raised the idea a five to
- 21:21Speaker 1: one to five authority because he had been handling the
- 21:24Speaker 1: investigation for some time period.
- 21:27Speaker 5: Now.
- 21:27Speaker 1: US Code five one five grants authority for special attorneys.
- 21:32Speaker 1: David Weiss said, quote, they suggested, let's go through the
- 21:36Speaker 1: typical process and reach out to DC and see if
- 21:39Speaker 1: DC would be interested in joining or otherwise participating in
- 21:44Speaker 1: the investigation. Later in his interview, Weiss was asked directly
- 21:50Speaker 1: if he asked for five one to five special attorney authority.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Here is what his response was. He said, quote, this
- 21:56Speaker 5: is it.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Did I did ask for five one five special attorney authority?
- 22:02Speaker 1: He noted that he did so in the spring of
- 22:04Speaker 1: twenty twenty two. Why testified that he had to follow
- 22:09Speaker 1: a number of DOJ steps, including contacting US attorney offices
- 22:15Speaker 1: in the district in question, the District of Columbia and
- 22:19Speaker 1: the Central District of California, to determine if those attorneys
- 22:22Speaker 1: wanted to partner with him. This goes back to exactly
- 22:25Speaker 1: what we were talking about when it came to the
- 22:27Speaker 1: issue of a cover up and him not having the
- 22:30Speaker 1: ability to do his job the way that he was
- 22:32Speaker 1: supposed to be able to do his job. So that's
- 22:35Speaker 1: number one, okay, and this plays into that very clearly.
- 22:41Speaker 5: There's a second thing.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Why testified not only that he did this and he
- 22:45Speaker 1: reached out to California and to the DC. He said
- 22:49Speaker 1: this was because he was considering bringing possible charges against
- 22:53Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and both of these districts, not one, but both.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Wise noted that he followed the process, adding that I
- 23:01Speaker 1: asked for something and in that conversation they didn't give
- 23:04Speaker 1: it to me. Despite this, White still tried to claim
- 23:09Speaker 1: it was not a denial in any way, shape or form,
- 23:12Speaker 1: because again, he understands he's trying to cover his a dobles, Right,
- 23:15Speaker 1: He's got to tell the truth here, but he also
- 23:18Speaker 1: needs to protect the president and protect the process, which
- 23:20Speaker 1: was them doing everything they could to really cover for
- 23:23Speaker 1: the Biden crime family and only charge the president with crimes.
- 23:29Speaker 1: All right, let me rephrase that, only charge his son
- 23:31Speaker 1: with crimes that wouldn't connect him directly to the President
- 23:35Speaker 1: of the United States of America and put Joe Biden
- 23:38Speaker 1: in jeopardy. That is number one, now number two. I
- 23:46Speaker 1: think it's important to note David Rice requested this status
- 23:50Speaker 1: supposedly in the spring of twenty twenty two. However, he
- 23:56Speaker 1: was not granted special Council attats until August of twenty
- 23:59Speaker 1: twenty three, an entire year later, or maybe even more
- 24:03Speaker 1: than a year later, depending on the first time he
- 24:05Speaker 1: asked in that summer. Why he served as the US
- 24:08Speaker 1: Attorney for the District of Delaware before his appointment of
- 24:10Speaker 1: special counsel. He has been investigating Hunter Biden since two
- 24:16Speaker 1: thy eighteen. Folks, it's twenty twenty three. If there's any
- 24:20Speaker 1: moment in time where you say, come on, man, that
- 24:23Speaker 1: would be right now to quote Joe Biden, come on, man,
- 24:27Speaker 1: do your damn job. How hard is it to do
- 24:29Speaker 1: your job unless you're purposely trying to run out the
- 24:32Speaker 1: clock to protect the Biden crime family at all costs. Meanwhile,
- 24:39Speaker 1: he allowed the Statute of Limitations while he was running
- 24:41Speaker 1: out the clock to expire for tax charges against Hunter
- 24:44Speaker 1: from twenty fourteen. In twenty fifteen, specifically in Washington, DC,
- 24:48Speaker 1: Why does that matter? Those were the charges that would
- 24:51Speaker 1: have put him in the most trouble. The tax charges
- 24:54Speaker 1: were the biggest charges that were against Hunter Biden that
- 24:57Speaker 1: would have had massive ramifications in real significant jail time
- 25:02Speaker 1: for him. So if you want to know why they
- 25:05Speaker 1: let those run out the statue of limitations, it was
- 25:08Speaker 1: clearly done on purpose. It was done on purpose so
- 25:12Speaker 1: that everyone would know that he was an individual that
- 25:16Speaker 1: got off and that he was being protected. And that's
- 25:19Speaker 1: clearly what they were trying to do here. Let the
- 25:22Speaker 1: clock run out on the most egregious charges things they see.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Even if he did commit crimes, it doesn't matter now
- 25:28Speaker 1: because the statue of limitations has run out. So everybody
- 25:31Speaker 1: just move on with their lives and we'll walk on
- 25:33Speaker 1: down the road and none of this ever really mattered.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Here's something else you need to know. During his testimony,
- 25:40Speaker 1: he testified that the statue of Limitations did in fact expire,
- 25:44Speaker 1: but he claimed he could not comment further as it
- 25:47Speaker 1: quote pertains to the ongoing litigation and our outstanding investigation. Really,
- 25:56Speaker 1: so you look at this and the question you should
- 26:00Speaker 1: ask yourself, is this all right? What's the takeaway from
- 26:02Speaker 1: this testimony? The House oversighte Committee issued subpoenas in response
- 26:08Speaker 1: to a lot of this. The House Overside Committee issued
- 26:11Speaker 1: subpoenas on Wednesday demanding closed door testimony from Hunter Biden
- 26:15Speaker 1: and James Biden, the president's brother, as part of the
- 26:17Speaker 1: GOP's impeachment inquiring to the family's foreign business dealings. In
- 26:21Speaker 1: response to what we just learned. James, that's Joe Biden's
- 26:26Speaker 1: brother and Hunter his son, regularly involved Joe in their
- 26:29Speaker 1: business relationships during his eight year vice presidency and in
- 26:34Speaker 1: the years that followed, including in their ventures involving China
- 26:39Speaker 1: and Ukraine. Again another massive lie by the Biden crime family.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Joe Biden said that his son never made a dime
- 26:47Speaker 1: from China. Nobody in his family made a dime. Not
- 26:49Speaker 1: only was that not true when we have the checks
- 26:51Speaker 1: to back it up, we also have checks going into
- 26:53Speaker 1: the President's bank accounts from his brother right after the
- 26:56Speaker 1: Chinese communist checks showed up in his bank account. There's
- 27:00Speaker 1: your ten percent ory, maybe even more for quote the
- 27:03Speaker 1: big guy. The committee has also set a December thirteenth
- 27:07Speaker 1: date for Hunter Biden to appear for his interview in
- 27:11Speaker 1: a December sixth date for James Biden to appear. So
- 27:14Speaker 1: again on the sixth, it's for the brother. On the thirteenth,
- 27:18Speaker 1: it's for Hunter. The problem with those charges and again,
- 27:22Speaker 1: if either refuses to comply, the panel could recommend criminal
- 27:26Speaker 1: charges for contempt of Congress. Now this is where the
- 27:30Speaker 1: Democrats are playing the game. The problem with those charges
- 27:35Speaker 1: is that they would have to go through the Biden
- 27:37Speaker 1: Department of Justice, and the Biden Department of Justice made
- 27:40Speaker 1: it abundantly clear they do not go after the Biden
- 27:43Speaker 1: crime family period.
- 27:45Speaker 5: They will never go after the Biden crime family period.
- 27:49Speaker 5: That's the biggest problem here that you have is that
- 27:52Speaker 5: you now are in a scenario. You're now in a
- 27:55Speaker 5: situation where even if you do let's say they say
- 27:59Speaker 5: here's two middle things years, we're not coming to Congress,
- 28:02Speaker 5: and there is a very good chance that that can happen.
- 28:05Speaker 5: There is virtually no enforcement mechanism for the law because
- 28:08Speaker 5: the DOJ will refuse to enforce the laws. And if
- 28:14Speaker 5: you don't think the Biden crime family knows that they've
- 28:16Speaker 5: got the decks stacked against the Republican investigation, you're also crazy.
- 28:21Speaker 5: I want to also play for you real quick this
- 28:25Speaker 5: from Fox News Channel talking about the House Committee subpoenas
- 28:28Speaker 5: of Hunter and James Biden.
- 28:29Speaker 7: And what this means, well, James Comber, these are not
- 28:32Speaker 7: the first subpoenas that James Comber has issued as part
- 28:35Speaker 7: of his investigation. Actually, in September, He's subpoena bank records
- 28:39Speaker 7: belonging to Hunter and James Biden. That was at that
- 28:41Speaker 7: point the most aggressive step that he had taken. But
- 28:45Speaker 7: in the last few weeks, you know, the Committee has
- 28:47Speaker 7: been obtaining these subpoenaed records from James and Hunter's personal
- 28:52Speaker 7: and business financial records. And what Hunter of Biden and
- 28:57Speaker 7: James Biden's records have shown, according to Comer, is that
- 29:01Speaker 7: President Biden actually may have benefited. So last week, James
- 29:04Speaker 7: Comer said that President Biden actually received two checks from
- 29:08Speaker 7: James Biden and Sarah Biden's personal bank account, one for
- 29:11Speaker 7: forty thousand dollars and one for two hundred thousand dollars.
- 29:14Speaker 7: Those checks both were labeled in the memo section of
- 29:17Speaker 7: the check as loan repayments, But James Comer says the
- 29:20Speaker 7: White House is not providing those documents that would prove
- 29:24Speaker 7: that those were actual loans and those the money actually
- 29:27Speaker 7: came on days that the Biden family was obtaining money
- 29:30Speaker 7: from Chinese business companies. And more so, Comber's been laying
- 29:34Speaker 7: all of this out and following.
- 29:35Speaker 5: The money, following the money. This is why I love
- 29:40Speaker 5: James Comer, because James Comber is following the money and
- 29:44Speaker 5: he's continuing to lay it out.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Do I expect that the Democrats are going to pull
- 29:49Speaker 1: every Shenanigan, yes, to protect the Biden family.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Absolutely?
- 29:53Speaker 1: Do I expect Hunter Biden or James Biden to show up.
- 29:55Speaker 1: And no, I don't because even if theyre as a referral,
- 29:58Speaker 1: then for them to be arrested because they're not complying
- 30:01Speaker 1: with these subpoenas, it doesn't matter because the DOJ is
- 30:05Speaker 1: who would have to actually do this, The Department of
- 30:08Speaker 1: Justice would have to then take that recommendation to move
- 30:12Speaker 1: on it, and the Biden Department of Justice is corrupt
- 30:15Speaker 1: as hell.
- 30:16Speaker 5: They will not touch it. So what do you do now?
- 30:19Speaker 5: You continue to expose the money. A quarter million in
- 30:24Speaker 5: checks is what we found so far. Keep finding them
- 30:27Speaker 5: and keep exposing them. That's what the Republicans need to do.
- 30:32Speaker 5: I'm going to keep you updated on this.
