- 0:00Speaker 1: The DOJ. And this is another shocking move here. One
- 0:05Speaker 1: of the other things that we know is that the
- 0:06Speaker 1: DOJ had no problem with people coming from Hunter Biden's
- 0:13Speaker 1: law firm that was representing him to the DJ and
- 0:15Speaker 1: then back there taking I mean, I can't even describe
- 0:19Speaker 1: how valuable that intel would be. Imagine there's someone prosecuting you,
- 0:24Speaker 1: and then you get to go and defend the person
- 0:26Speaker 1: that you're prosecuting and know everything that the defense team
- 0:29Speaker 1: is trying to do to prosecute you. That is incredibly valuable.
- 0:33Speaker 1: It's incredibly unethical as well. Now I want you to
- 0:37Speaker 1: hear what Jim Jordan had to say recently about all
- 0:40Speaker 1: of this. It's shocking. Take a listen what actually happened
- 0:43Speaker 1: at this meeting.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Who were they talking about.
- 0:46Speaker 3: What took place? That's what we want to know.
- 0:48Speaker 4: More importantly, I think that's what the American people want
- 0:50Speaker 4: to know.
- 0:50Speaker 5: The Department of Justice informed the House Judiciary Committee it
- 0:53Speaker 5: would not cooperate with subpoenas for two FBI agents involved
- 0:57Speaker 5: in the Department's investigation of Hunter Biden because of the
- 1:00Speaker 5: committee's stipulations for their depositions. Carlos Uryarctde, the DOJ Assistant
- 1:05Speaker 5: Attorney General claimed in a letter obtained by Washington Examiner
- 1:08Speaker 5: to Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, his subpoenas to the two
- 1:11Speaker 5: agents quote lack legal effect and cannot constitutionally be enforced
- 1:16Speaker 5: because Jordan had prohibited DOJ lawyers at their depositions. Ur
- 1:20Speaker 5: yard Day wrote, the subpoenas issued by the Committee prohibit
- 1:23Speaker 5: the attendance of Agency Council at appearances by two FBI
- 1:27Speaker 5: employees where the Committee has indicated it will ask questions
- 1:31Speaker 5: regarding information they learned, including regarding the ongoing criminal investigation.
- 1:36Speaker 5: He also noted compelling testimony from the pair of FBI officials,
- 1:39Speaker 5: special Agents Thomas Sobachinski and Raisha Hawley of the FBI's
- 1:43Speaker 5: Baltimore Field Office, was premature because of the DOJ was
- 1:47Speaker 5: open to continuing discussions with Jordan. Jordan's deposition rule aligns
- 1:52Speaker 5: with House rules which do not permit Department Council at depositions.
- 1:56Speaker 5: The DOJ and the Committee could, however, negotiate to have Sovichi, Shechinsky,
- 2:00Speaker 5: and Holly appear voluntarily with DOJ lawyers instead of appearing
- 2:04Speaker 5: in the form of a deposition. Griarte indicated negotiations were plausible.
- 2:08Speaker 5: While he was differential to the committee's oversight authority. Throughout
- 2:11Speaker 5: the letter, he also continuously warrant the DOJ's Biden investigation,
- 2:16Speaker 5: led by newly appointed Special Counsel David Weiss, was ongoing
- 2:20Speaker 5: an information flow would be limited during that time.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Wow.
- 2:24Speaker 1: This coming on top of the emails that I mentioned,
- 2:29Speaker 1: and in those emails, we had more shocking information that
- 2:33Speaker 1: came out. Those emails now prove that not only did
- 2:37Speaker 1: Joe Biden have Burner email accounts, but with those email accounts,
- 2:41Speaker 1: he was sharing government information intel the US government's policies
- 2:49Speaker 1: towards Ukraine and quite possibly other countries that the Bidens
- 2:54Speaker 1: were making money off of.
- 2:56Speaker 6: Emails from Delaware US Attorney David Weiss's office show that
- 3:00Speaker 6: the Justice Department took the lead on answering questions from
- 3:03Speaker 6: Congress that were meant for Weiss. Released earlier this week,
- 3:07Speaker 6: the emails are just the latest signs that Weiss did
- 3:10Speaker 6: not have the independence as a US attorney that the
- 3:13Speaker 6: DOJ claimed he did. Weiss is now a special counsel
- 3:16Speaker 6: leading the investigation into Hunter Biden. The emails show that
- 3:19Speaker 6: Weiss and his team discussed multiple Congressional inquiries including one
- 3:23Speaker 6: about Nicholas McQuaid, a DOJ official during the crucial months
- 3:27Speaker 6: of the Hunter Biden probe who has since returned to
- 3:30Speaker 6: work at the firm defending Hunter Biden. House Republicans have
- 3:33Speaker 6: been heavily critical of Weiss ever since two IRS whistleblowers
- 3:37Speaker 6: revealed allegations of preferential treatment toward the Bidens in his office.
- 3:41Speaker 6: They said a lenient plea deal that Hunter Biden received
- 3:44Speaker 6: in June proved the whistleblower's claims.
- 3:46Speaker 4: But for these whistleblowers, that sweetheart deal would have been
- 3:51Speaker 4: even sweeter. They weren't even going to require Hunter Biden
- 3:54Speaker 4: plead guilty to anything.
- 3:56Speaker 6: A judge rejected that plea deal in late July, and
- 3:58Speaker 6: Weiss has since formally withdrawn it. Now, House Republicans are
- 4:02Speaker 6: seeking interviews with people involved in the investigation before Weiss
- 4:06Speaker 6: became a special counsel. The Justice Department is trying to
- 4:09Speaker 6: block those from taking place. They're also looking for emails
- 4:13Speaker 6: on which then Vice President Joe Biden used a fake name.
- 4:17Speaker 4: We have requested the unredacted documents, and it's very important
- 4:20Speaker 4: because we believe there may be some redactions as to
- 4:23Speaker 4: who was copied on those emails where Joe Biden was
- 4:26Speaker 4: using a pseudonym, particularly in the case of Ukrainian policy.
- 4:31Speaker 6: The National Archives said this week that it has more
- 4:33Speaker 6: than five thousand emails, including Joe Biden's pseudonyms, but it
- 4:37Speaker 6: has not yet handed them over all. This comes as
- 4:40Speaker 6: House Republicans grow frustrated with the level of stonewalling from
- 4:43Speaker 6: the Biden administration. They say they may have no choice
- 4:46Speaker 6: but to proceed with an impeachment inquiry if the government
- 4:49Speaker 6: doesn't start cooperating. Sarah Bedford for the Washington Examiner.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Center Ron Johnson has now come out saying Barack Obama
- 4:58Speaker 1: needs to allow archives because it would be his call.
- 5:02Speaker 1: And now the question is how much is Barack Obama
- 5:05Speaker 1: involved in the cover up of the Biden crime family.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Because Barack Obama has to be the one that says
- 5:10Speaker 1: yes to releasing the archives on Biden's five thousand plus
- 5:18Speaker 1: ALIAS emails that he was using while he was the
- 5:21Speaker 1: vice president. Former President Barack Obama is now involved in this,
- 5:26Speaker 1: whether he likes it or not, because he's the one
- 5:28Speaker 1: that can say yes or he's the one that says
- 5:31Speaker 1: no to allow the National Archives to release President Joe
- 5:35Speaker 1: Biden's emails and records linked to his alias email address accounts.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Joe Biden can't even do it. It has to come from
- 5:43Speaker 1: the former president Barack Obama. What we do know is
- 5:47Speaker 1: this Joe Biden used a global cell phone paid for
- 5:53Speaker 1: by Hunter Biden. We also know that he used three
- 5:58Speaker 1: different email alien so that's a total of four that
- 6:01Speaker 1: we know of now to share government information and discuss
- 6:07Speaker 1: business with Hunter Biden and associates. This according to the
- 6:11Speaker 1: Southeastern Legal Foundation known as s LF. SLF was the
- 6:18Speaker 1: first to file the Freedom of Information Act requests and
- 6:22Speaker 1: is afoy you to the Archives for Biden's emails in
- 6:26Speaker 1: twenty twenty one. Two years later, it renewed the requests,
- 6:31Speaker 1: but the Archives failed quote unquote to produce a single
- 6:35Speaker 1: one of these emails. The Foundation is not reported. The
- 6:39Speaker 1: Archives did, however, and this is the most important thing.
- 6:43Speaker 1: They acknowledged the emails and records exist after the SLF
- 6:50Speaker 1: filed a lawsuit to compel the agency to turn over
- 6:53Speaker 1: those emails. The Archives' refusal to provide emails and records
- 6:59Speaker 1: appear to be politically driven. This according to the NAR,
- 7:04Speaker 1: the agency notifies the White House Council's Office of the
- 7:08Speaker 1: requests for records of the former presidents that are currently
- 7:12Speaker 1: unopened to the public or that are proposed for public disclosure.
- 7:18Speaker 1: The agency also notifies the representatives of the former president
- 7:22Speaker 1: and the vice president who created the records. Now, Senator
- 7:27Speaker 1: Johnson said that Obama should demand the release of emails
- 7:32Speaker 1: and records to clear any appearance of wrongdoing specifically by
- 7:37Speaker 1: his administration. He said Obama should allow the NARA NAR
- 7:42Speaker 1: to release the five thy one hundred plus email messages
- 7:46Speaker 1: and more than two hundred pages of records. Lawmakers began
- 7:52Speaker 1: scrutinizing Joe Biden's alias email addresses in twenty twenty one,
- 7:57Speaker 1: but now we've found more of them and more names,
- 8:01Speaker 1: more burner accounts. Senator Johnson and Senator Chuck Grassley have
- 8:06Speaker 1: teamed up. They are actually the authors of a twenty
- 8:09Speaker 1: twenty Senate report. Remember that the Democrats said was basically
- 8:13Speaker 1: Russian collusion, not joking. They were the authors of that
- 8:16Speaker 1: twenty twenty Senate report. In the Biden family, they issued
- 8:20Speaker 1: letters to the White House and there requesting the contents
- 8:23Speaker 1: of email addresses on three separate occasions. This has all
- 8:27Speaker 1: become public now. Quote Senator Johnson said, I've been researching
- 8:32Speaker 1: Joe Biden's use of private email since twenty twenty one.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Three letters to the Biden White House have gone unanswered,
- 8:41Speaker 1: and NARA provided the usual non response response. House Oversight
- 8:48Speaker 1: Committee Chairman James Comer, who's the Republican as you know,
- 8:52Speaker 1: investigating from Kentucky Joe Biden. The Biden crime family, has
- 8:56Speaker 1: officially requested the Archives hand over all the documents now
- 9:01Speaker 1: and communications in which then Vice President Joe Biden used
- 9:06Speaker 1: his aliases. And we know what some of these aliases were,
- 9:11Speaker 1: and there's a good chance or maybe others that we
- 9:13Speaker 1: don't know about the names and the aliases, And I'd
- 9:17Speaker 1: be interested to understand exactly why these names were chosen.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Were Robert Peters, Robin Ware and j rb Ware. James
- 9:28Speaker 1: Comer said this, the Archives need to be transparent and
- 9:33Speaker 1: provide these unredacted records to the GOP House Oversight. The
- 9:40Speaker 1: Republicans concern about the email and the aliases also come
- 9:44Speaker 1: as one alias, Robert Peters, contains an at PCI dot
- 9:53Speaker 1: gov domain name. Now PCI represents the Executive Office of
- 10:00Speaker 1: the President and, according to James Rosen, is connected to
- 10:04Speaker 1: a Department of Defense network. The Robert L. Peters alias
- 10:10Speaker 1: received an email about Ukraine. We now can confirm in
- 10:15Speaker 1: twenty sixteen that c seed Hunter Biden. That's when Biden
- 10:20Speaker 1: was making millions as the big guy, and so was Hunter.
- 10:23Speaker 1: More than ten million in payoffs from Barisma that went down,
- 10:27Speaker 1: and we know that email was that Robert L.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Peters.
- 10:31Speaker 1: This is again a burner email account of the vice
- 10:33Speaker 1: president at the time. The now president received an email
- 10:36Speaker 1: about Ukraine in sixteen, and then he seesed Hunter Biden
- 10:42Speaker 1: for a guy that promised he never talked about business
- 10:44Speaker 1: with his son. It does seem like he's lying when
- 10:47Speaker 1: he's got a burner email account and he's emailing information
- 10:50Speaker 1: directly to Hunter Biden about Ukraine. Now, this email, which
- 10:54Speaker 1: Comer says the committee has seen, includes an attachment with
- 10:58Speaker 1: the Vice president's skeete indicating that he had spoken by
- 11:03Speaker 1: phone to then Ukrainian President Porshenko. I want to tell
- 11:08Speaker 1: you about an amazing trip that we as Verdict listeners
- 11:11Speaker 1: are going to be taking to the Holy Land Israel.

- 11:41Speaker 1: you're going to do it all together with other listeners

- 11:55Speaker 1: deepen your understanding of the Bible and of Western civilization.
- 11:58Speaker 1: We're also going to have with us a spiritual advisor
- 12:01Speaker 1: pastor who's going to talk at each site about the
- 12:04Speaker 1: significance in the Bible. With this trip, it is going
- 12:08Speaker 1: to be incredible. Now you've got time to plan because
- 12:11Speaker 1: the trip's going to take place May the sixth through

- 12:39Speaker 1: lifetime trip to Israel. Eight seven seven two three four
- 12:43Speaker 1: three zero zero two. That's eight seven seven two three
- 12:48Speaker 1: four three zero zero two or online it Christianexpedition dot
- 12:53Speaker 1: com slash ben. I want you to hear. Also, James
- 12:57Speaker 1: Comer had to say on Fox Business about all of
- 12:59Speaker 1: the Listen.
- 13:00Speaker 7: Chatman of the House Overside Committee is James Coma and
- 13:03Speaker 7: he joins me, Now, Colston, why would Biden use pseudonyms
- 13:07Speaker 7: any idea?
- 13:09Speaker 3: That's a great question.
- 13:10Speaker 4: Why would he set up with his family twenty shell companies?
- 13:14Speaker 4: Why would they be receiving payments from foreign nationals from Romania, China,
- 13:19Speaker 4: Ukraine and Russia. You know, these are questions that every
- 13:22Speaker 4: American should have, and that's what our investigation of Joe
- 13:25Speaker 4: Biden's all about.
- 13:26Speaker 7: Have you got access to the unredacted documents from the
- 13:31Speaker 7: National Archives showing these pseudonyms?
- 13:34Speaker 4: We have requested the unredacted documents and It's very important
- 13:38Speaker 4: because we believe there may be some redactions as to
- 13:41Speaker 4: who was copied on those emails where Joe Biden was
- 13:44Speaker 4: using a pseudonym, particularly in the case of Ukrainian policy Stuart.
- 13:49Speaker 4: So this is the utmost importance to our national security.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Not only was Joe Biden using pseudonyms, he was copying
- 13:55Speaker 4: his son on some of those emails that pertain to Ukraine.
- 14:00Speaker 4: When we had, prior to the pseudonyms becoming public, a
- 14:04Speaker 4: transcribed interview with Devin Archer, who was on the board
- 14:07Speaker 4: of Barisma, the corrupt Ukrainian energy company, along with the
- 14:11Speaker 4: president's son. He testified that the owners of Barisma were
- 14:17Speaker 4: squeezing Hunter Biden to call Washington to get help to
- 14:21Speaker 4: fire the prosecutor Choken who was investigating Barisma for corruption.
- 14:26Speaker 4: So along this same time period we found a pseudonym
- 14:31Speaker 4: where he copied Hunter Biden, and it would leave one
- 14:34Speaker 4: to believe that this was Joe Biden's way of copying
- 14:38Speaker 4: Hunter Biden to say, okay, send it to the Barisma
- 14:40Speaker 4: owners and tell him help is on the way. And
- 14:43Speaker 4: five days later, Joe Biden flew to Ukraine to begin
- 14:47Speaker 4: the process of firing the prosecutor in exchange for American
- 14:51Speaker 4: tax dollars in the former Foreign eight.
- 14:53Speaker 7: You have a wealth of information right there. But look,
- 14:56Speaker 7: it seems likely, certainly seems possible that they will be
- 15:00Speaker 7: a government shutdown. Will that interfere with your investigations.
- 15:06Speaker 4: Well, I don't think there'll be a government shutdown. Obviously,
- 15:09Speaker 4: we're having lots of internal discussions now with respect to
- 15:13Speaker 4: how to fund the budget over the next twelve months.
- 15:15Speaker 4: I hope that we can agree on some cuts. I
- 15:18Speaker 4: hope that we can agree on holding certain bad actors
- 15:21Speaker 4: within our federal government accountable. But at the end of
- 15:24Speaker 4: the day, that's a decision that it looks like the
- 15:26Speaker 4: Republicans are gonna have to make as a whole because
- 15:28Speaker 4: we're not getting any help from the Democrats. They want
- 15:30Speaker 4: to continue to spend in oblivion. So but I'm optimistic
- 15:35Speaker 4: there won't be a shutdown, But any type of shutdown
- 15:38Speaker 4: would Stewart interfere with our investigation. Any excuse the Biden
- 15:42Speaker 4: administration can give not to be transparent with the House
- 15:45Speaker 4: Oversight Committee, they're going to take that call.
- 15:47Speaker 7: Saint James Coma, thank you very much for being with
- 15:49Speaker 7: us today.
- 15:51Speaker 1: If you hear James Comber. I got to I got
- 15:53Speaker 1: to give a lot of credit to James, because what
- 15:55Speaker 1: James Comer is clearly decided to do is be methi
- 16:01Speaker 1: about this investigation, be very focused about this investigation, take
- 16:10Speaker 1: time to explain it the way that he just did.
- 16:15Speaker 1: And this is what we need to explain this to
- 16:18Speaker 1: the country because this can sound like a complicated issue.
- 16:24Speaker 3: It can.
- 16:25Speaker 1: It doesn't have to. It doesn't have to be a
- 16:27Speaker 1: complicated issue, but it can sound like a complicated issue.
- 16:33Speaker 1: And what he's done is simplified it to explain it
- 16:36Speaker 1: to you. Now, there's also something else that's happened. Top
- 16:41Speaker 1: GOP lawmakers now are demanding all info link to David
- 16:47Speaker 1: Weiss's special council appointment, and this is significant. Top Republican
- 16:53Speaker 1: committee chairs this week demanded every document and every communication
- 16:59Speaker 1: from the depart Government of Justice referring or relating to
- 17:03Speaker 1: Attorney General Merrick Garland's appointment of the prosecutor. Now quote
- 17:07Speaker 1: special prosecutor who gave him the sweetheart deal, David Weiss
- 17:11Speaker 1: to that special counsel in the Hunter Biden case. Remember,
- 17:14Speaker 1: David Weiss is the one that wrote the sweetheart deal
- 17:16Speaker 1: that gave the sweetheart deal to Hunter Biden. So the
- 17:18Speaker 1: guy who gave him the deal that the judge said
- 17:20Speaker 1: was ridiculous and said no to is the same guy
- 17:24Speaker 1: that now is a special counsel to somehow then do
- 17:27Speaker 1: something different. We all know that's not going to happen.
- 17:31Speaker 1: We also know the law says that Garland is supposed
- 17:35Speaker 1: to appoint someone from outside of the DOJ. He didn't
- 17:40Speaker 1: do that. We also know that the Special Council is
- 17:42Speaker 1: supposed to be someone who's unbiased from outside of the DOJ.
- 17:47Speaker 1: We know that David Weiss is clearly biased and within
- 17:49Speaker 1: the DOJ, and a special counsel is worthless if it
- 17:52Speaker 1: doesn't have those characteristics. We also know it's technically illegal,
- 17:56Speaker 1: but guess what. The person who you appeal to when
- 18:00Speaker 1: the Special Council as illegal is the Attorney General, Merrit Garland.
- 18:03Speaker 1: And then Merrick Garland is the guy who just gave
- 18:07Speaker 1: this intel and gave all of the records and gave
- 18:11Speaker 1: everything to protect the Biden's too, David Weiss, and that's
- 18:14Speaker 1: exactly why he appointed David Weis's special counsel. Now, Garland
- 18:19Speaker 1: appointed Weiss earlier this month, only after Hunter Biden's sweetheart
- 18:23Speaker 1: plea deal fell apart that Weiss put together. Weiss investigated
- 18:27Speaker 1: Hunter Biden in theory was investigating him for more than
- 18:31Speaker 1: five years. In reality, what he was doing is protecting
- 18:34Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. David Weiss made sure that the
- 18:39Speaker 1: biggest crimes committed by Hunter Biden he could no longer
- 18:43Speaker 1: prosecute him for. And the reason why was simple because
- 18:48Speaker 1: the statue of limitations ran out on the biggest felonies
- 18:51Speaker 1: against Hunter Biden Hunter Biden. Weiss investigated Hunter Biden for
- 18:56Speaker 1: five years before working out the plea deal with the
- 18:59Speaker 1: president's son. One reports indicate the pledia was only pushed
- 19:03Speaker 1: through due to IRS whistle blowers allegations, and that's what
- 19:08Speaker 1: made it fall apart. It's not clear why you have
- 19:13Speaker 1: only now, after the investigation has been going on for
- 19:16Speaker 1: five years, opted to appoint mister Weiss's special counsel, especially
- 19:21Speaker 1: after you in the Department represented that mister Weiss already
- 19:24Speaker 1: had quote ultimate authority over the case. That's what House
- 19:28Speaker 1: Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan wrote in a letter this week,
- 19:31Speaker 1: also signed by the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman
- 19:34Speaker 1: Jason Smith and the House Oversight Committee Chairman James comer.
- 19:38Speaker 1: This also Jim Jordan. They work really well together, as
- 19:41Speaker 1: you can clearly see. The lawmakers noted that alleged special
- 19:46Speaker 1: treatment that hunter Biden received, specifically from the Department of Justice,
- 19:51Speaker 1: including the agency actually tipping off hunter Biden's council, allowing
- 19:57Speaker 1: the statue of limitations to lapse on tax charges, and
- 20:01Speaker 1: suggestions to remove hunter Biden's name from documents such as subpoenas,
- 20:06Speaker 1: and prohibiting IRS and FBI investigators from asking about or
- 20:11Speaker 1: referring to the big guy quote unquote or Dad in
- 20:15Speaker 1: witness interviews. I think it's pretty clear we know what
- 20:18Speaker 1: was going on here. Since the early days of its
- 20:21Speaker 1: investigation concerning hunter Biden, the DOJ has deviated from its
- 20:27Speaker 1: standard investigative procedure and afforded hunter Biden's special privileges not
- 20:32Speaker 1: afforded to other Americans. The letter reads. For instance, according
- 20:37Speaker 1: to whistleblowers, the Department of Justice tipped off the subject
- 20:42Speaker 1: of the investigation, Hunter Biden, and hunter Biden's counsel that
- 20:46Speaker 1: investigators would search a storage unit hunter Biden owned before
- 20:50Speaker 1: investigators could conduct the search. In another instance, the Department
- 20:55Speaker 1: also allowed the statue of limitations to lapse on charges
- 20:59Speaker 1: for the twenty fourteen twenty fifteen tax years, including felony
- 21:07Speaker 1: charges of tax evasion and filing a false or fraudulent
- 21:10Speaker 1: tax return for the twenty fourteen tax year, despite defense
- 21:15Speaker 1: counsel's willingness to consent to an extension, So even Hunter
- 21:19Speaker 1: Biden's own team was saying, no, no, no, we will agree
- 21:23Speaker 1: to while you guys are investigating, so you don't hurry
- 21:26Speaker 1: up in charge us with something while you're doing your investigation,
- 21:30Speaker 1: we will consent to an extension of those statue of limitations.
- 21:33Speaker 1: And you know what happened, David Weiss and the DOJ
- 21:36Speaker 1: said no, no, no, we don't want to get we don't
- 21:38Speaker 1: need an extension. We'll just let it run out. If
- 21:41Speaker 1: you're investigating tax crimes and you know that tax crimes exist,
- 21:45Speaker 1: and you're going through all of this, and the Defense Council,
- 21:50Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's counsel is willing to consent to an extension
- 21:53Speaker 1: of those statue of limitations, why would you not take
- 21:56Speaker 1: it unless you're actually covering for the president's son and
- 22:01Speaker 1: protecting the Biden crime family. Quote. These deviations took place
- 22:07Speaker 1: while mister Weiss with a full support and backing of
- 22:09Speaker 1: the Department of Justice oversaw the Hunter by investigations the
- 22:13Speaker 1: US Attorney prior to receiving Special Council status. So what
- 22:17Speaker 1: they're saying is he had full of authority autonomy to
- 22:20Speaker 1: do whatever he wanted to do. And the question they're
- 22:22Speaker 1: asking is, Okay, if he had full authority to do
- 22:24Speaker 1: whatever it is that he wanted to do, now, what
- 22:27Speaker 1: would be any different that he has been named special counsel.
- 22:29Speaker 1: He could have done everything he now has the ability
- 22:31Speaker 1: to do. Then, based on what we've been told, now,
- 22:35Speaker 1: the Department of Justice has until September the eleventh to
- 22:38Speaker 1: respond to this letter that has come from Jim Jordan,
- 22:41Speaker 1: James Comer, etc. The agency, by the way, confirm received
- 22:45Speaker 1: the letter but declined to comment. The Hill newspaper is
- 22:48Speaker 1: now reporting, So this is becoming a bigger problem for them.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Now now they can just say, here's the middle finger
- 22:56Speaker 1: in Pound Sand in Washington, d C. They can do that.
- 22:58Speaker 1: There's a very good chance that they might do that.
- 23:01Speaker 1: That wouldn't actually surprise me at all if they did that.
- 23:05Speaker 1: But these five thousand plus emails using Biden's you know,
- 23:09Speaker 1: burner accounts are in possession of the National Archives. The
- 23:12Speaker 1: question is why do they have them right? What's because
- 23:15Speaker 1: he was using email addresses that were important within the
- 23:18Speaker 1: government that we didn't know about. That is not normal.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Here's a little bit more of what James Comer had
- 23:26Speaker 1: to say in another interview National Report on Newsmax about
- 23:29Speaker 1: what they're finding.
- 23:30Speaker 2: I just want to get your reaction there to Kilmeny's
- 23:33Speaker 2: report the National Archives admitting it has thousands of emails
- 23:37Speaker 2: and electronic records related to pseudonyms allegedly used by then
- 23:41Speaker 2: Vice President Joe Biden. Where are you in the process
- 23:44Speaker 2: of coming through those emails and is there more to this?
- 23:49Speaker 3: Well?
- 23:49Speaker 4: There we have copies of several of those emails, certainly
- 23:53Speaker 4: not five thousand, four hundred like what is estimated that
- 23:56Speaker 4: he used. But many of these emails that we have
- 24:00Speaker 4: copies to are redacted, and we want the unredacted version
- 24:05Speaker 4: because we already know of at least one email pertaining
- 24:08Speaker 4: the Ukrainian policy at a time that fits when Devin
- 24:12Speaker 4: Archer's testimony was said that the owners of Barisma were
- 24:17Speaker 4: squeezing Hunter to call Washington for help in getting choken.
- 24:22Speaker 3: The Ukrainian prosecutor.
- 24:24Speaker 4: Fired who was investigating the president's son's corrupt energy company
- 24:28Speaker 4: in Ukraine, and we all know that days later Joe
- 24:31Speaker 4: Biden went to Ukraine and withheld foreign tax dollars in
- 24:35Speaker 4: the form of four and aid in exchange for terminating
- 24:39Speaker 4: Victor Schokin, the prosecutor who's.
- 24:42Speaker 3: Investigating his son.
- 24:42Speaker 4: So we're very concerned now that Joe Biden was using
- 24:46Speaker 4: pseudonyms to hide the fact that he was working with
- 24:51Speaker 4: his son to pedal access to our enemies around the
- 24:55Speaker 4: world in exchange for wire transfers that we've already to
- 25:00Speaker 4: covered that went to shell companies or fake companies while
- 25:04Speaker 4: he was vice president.
- 25:05Speaker 3: So let's just think about this.
- 25:06Speaker 4: The vice president at the time, Joe Biden was using
- 25:10Speaker 4: fake names in emails, and he also was working with
- 25:15Speaker 4: his family that set up fake companies to receive wires
- 25:20Speaker 4: from foreign nationals that were then laundered into at least
- 25:23Speaker 4: nine family members bank accounts.
- 25:25Speaker 3: I mean, this is one of the worst.
- 25:26Speaker 4: Stories that I've ever heard with respect to any type
- 25:30Speaker 4: of leader in the history of our country.
- 25:33Speaker 8: It would obviously, you know, lead you, I'm sure to
- 25:36Speaker 8: question where the money is and where did it ultimately
- 25:40Speaker 8: end up. Could you share an update on sort of
- 25:42Speaker 8: the process of tracking down alleged payments to folks with
- 25:46Speaker 8: the last name Biden.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:49Speaker 4: I mean that we've got twenty one million dollars thus
- 25:52Speaker 4: far in bank accounts that were the part of wire
- 25:57Speaker 4: transfers from foreign nationals to shell companies. And again, I
- 26:01Speaker 4: can't reemphasize this enough. Shell companies are fake companies, just
- 26:05Speaker 4: like a pseudonym. A pseudonym is a fake name. The
- 26:07Speaker 4: same thing with these companies that were receiving the initial
- 26:10Speaker 4: wires from these foreign nationals. And again, these were bad
- 26:12Speaker 4: people in bad countries that were paying the bidens tens
- 26:16Speaker 4: of millions.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Of dollars for reasons we don't know.
- 26:18Speaker 4: All we know is, according to Devid Archer, they were
- 26:20Speaker 4: selling the brand, and the brand was Joe Widen. We
- 26:23Speaker 4: know that one of the instances of a potential policy
- 26:27Speaker 4: decision that was made was Joe Biden has already admitted
- 26:29Speaker 4: that he flew to Ukrainian with held tax dollars to
- 26:32Speaker 4: fire a prosecutor who was investigating his son's corrupt energy company.
- 26:37Speaker 4: I mean, this is really bad stuff. And every week
- 26:40Speaker 4: we find more information, more pseudonyms, more communication between Joe
- 26:44Speaker 4: Biden's family, more shell companies, more wire treans.
- 26:47Speaker 3: First so this is getting worse by the day. And
- 26:51Speaker 3: what we want to know, we want to know.
- 26:53Speaker 4: A couple of more bank accounts that we believe that
- 26:56Speaker 4: the president's son was using to pay for things of
- 26:59Speaker 4: value you for Joe Biden. So this is where we
- 27:02Speaker 4: are in this investigation. We're at the point to where
- 27:05Speaker 4: we're probably going to head to court to try to
- 27:08Speaker 4: get some more bank records. But this is an investigation
- 27:11Speaker 4: of Joe Biden. And I don't think the Democrats. You know,
- 27:13Speaker 4: they defended Joe Biden for nearly a year. Now can
- 27:17Speaker 4: they defend the pseudonyms? Can they defend the payments going
- 27:23Speaker 4: to things of value for Joe Biden. That's where the
- 27:25Speaker 4: Democrats are going to have to have a come to
- 27:28Speaker 4: Jesus moment and decide how much longer they could defend
- 27:30Speaker 4: the indefensible with respect to Joe Biden.
- 27:33Speaker 2: With respect of the emails, I know that you said
- 27:34Speaker 2: that you had copies on and some of them were redacted.
- 27:37Speaker 2: We actually have one I believe that is not redacted
- 27:39Speaker 2: that we've got our hands on here and this is
- 27:42Speaker 2: just kind of a zoom in here, and this is
- 27:44Speaker 2: from one of the alleged pseudonyms Robert L. Peters CC
- 27:48Speaker 2: Hunter Biden on that and it says boss eight forty
- 27:50Speaker 2: five am prep for nine am phone call with the
- 27:52Speaker 2: President Porshenko. This is just one Where does your mind
- 27:58Speaker 2: go when you see that?
- 27:59Speaker 3: Well?
- 27:59Speaker 4: I see that that connects Hunter Biden to Joe Biden
- 28:02Speaker 4: at the time when Devin Archer said he was being
- 28:04Speaker 4: squeezed by Barisma by the owners to call Washington for help. Now,
- 28:08Speaker 4: remember we already found an FBI ten twenty three form
- 28:11Speaker 4: that alleged Joe Biden and Hunter Biden both took bridges
- 28:14Speaker 4: from this guy who was squeezing Hunter Biden to call Washington,
- 28:17Speaker 4: DC for help. Then Joe Biden, using a pseudonym, copies
- 28:21Speaker 4: his son right before he leaves to go to Ukraine
- 28:25Speaker 4: at the same time he was being pressured to call
- 28:28Speaker 4: Washington for help. It looks to me like Joe Biden
- 28:31Speaker 4: was saying, okay, son, you send that to the owner
- 28:34Speaker 4: of Barisma and telling help is on the way. Tell
- 28:36Speaker 4: him Daddy's coming. Daddy's coming, and he's gonna save us all.
- 28:40Speaker 4: And that's what it looks like has happened. And they
- 28:42Speaker 4: used a pseudonym to disguise it. That's why I tell
- 28:45Speaker 4: people when they say why is it taking so long
- 28:47Speaker 4: in this investigation.
- 28:48Speaker 3: The pseudonyms are just an example.
- 28:50Speaker 4: They have done everything in their ability to block and
- 28:53Speaker 4: obstruct this investigation. Joe Biden wants to say he's the
- 28:55Speaker 4: most transparent president of the United States. That's bullcrap. He's
- 28:58Speaker 4: the least transparent press in the United States. If he
- 29:01Speaker 4: were innocent, he would be cooperating with this committee and
- 29:05Speaker 4: trying to save his good name. But he continues to
- 29:08Speaker 4: act like there's nothing to see here. When that email
- 29:10Speaker 4: on the screen, he's a government email where Joe Biden
- 29:14Speaker 4: was using a pseudonym and he copied his son about
- 29:17Speaker 4: a shady, shady transaction where Joe Biden was going to
- 29:21Speaker 4: leverage American tax dollars to save his son's button, probably
- 29:25Speaker 4: his own bud.
- 29:26Speaker 3: If that FBI form's right that he took obribe.
- 29:30Speaker 1: I think the easiest part for the Democrats on this
- 29:33Speaker 1: really is this. They know he did it, They've accepted it.
- 29:40Speaker 1: They know that Joe Biden's compromised. They've accepted it. They
- 29:45Speaker 1: know there's massive corruption, They've accepted it. They know that
- 29:50Speaker 1: he is a president that is incapacitated, which means in
- 29:54Speaker 1: a weird way. Those in the House and the Senate
- 29:57Speaker 1: that are Democrats actually have more power to get stuff done.
- 30:03Speaker 1: That's the trade off here. The incompetency is the trade off, right.
- 30:08Speaker 1: The incompetency is actually to their advantage. Without that incompetency
- 30:16Speaker 1: that we just mentioned here, then you're screwed.
- 30:20Speaker 4: Right.
- 30:22Speaker 1: They need the payoff to keep supporting him, and the
- 30:25Speaker 1: payoff is they can run this government because you have
- 30:28Speaker 1: a present that's not That's why they've clearly been willing
- 30:31Speaker 1: to accept everything else. This is why it's not just impeachment.
- 30:38Speaker 1: This is why Republicans better get their act together and
- 30:43Speaker 1: go all in to make sure we actually get to
- 30:48Speaker 1: the bottom of all of this. Please take everything I
- 30:53Speaker 1: just told you, share it with your family and friends,
- 30:55Speaker 1: take our podcast, share it wherever you can on social media,
- 31:01Speaker 1: because I promise you what I just told you is
- 31:04Speaker 1: not and will not be covered by the mainstream media.
- 31:08Speaker 1: They are not going to do it.
