Biloxi Mayor seeking a 3-mill tax increase
Biloxi Mayor Andrew "Fofo" Gilich will ask the city council to approve a 3-mill increase in the city's property tax rate at their meeting on Tuesday. Biloxi has not increased its millage rate in more than 25 years.
