- 0:00Speaker 1: Biden fudged the numbers.
- 0:02Speaker 2: The numbers were totally fake, and he gave fake numbers.
- 0:06Speaker 2: I knew they were fake.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Everybody knew they were fake. But now it came out
- 0:09Speaker 1: and terrible. What they did that administration was a horror
- 0:13Speaker 1: show for this country.
- 0:14Speaker 3: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Good Friday morning to you. It's Ben Ferguson. Nice to
- 0:20Speaker 1: have you on the forty seven Morning Update, and we've
- 0:22Speaker 1: got one heck of a show for you today, including
- 0:24Speaker 1: this Hunter Biden is saying now he's broke. It only
- 0:27Speaker 1: took a couple of weeks after Joe Biden left the
- 0:30Speaker 1: White House for Hunter Biden to say, I don't have
- 0:32Speaker 1: any money. I'm millions of dollars in debt and I
- 0:35Speaker 1: can't even keep a lawsuit that I sued someone else
- 0:39Speaker 1: over my laptop. How bad is it for him economically.
- 0:42Speaker 1: I'll explain his sad song story to you in just
- 0:46Speaker 1: a second. Also, Christy nom now saying she knows who
- 0:50Speaker 1: the internal individuals were in our government that were leaking
- 0:53Speaker 1: the location of ICE agents to help illegal immigrants get away,
- 0:58Speaker 1: and now they're facing prosecution. And finally almost one hundred
- 1:02Speaker 1: terror linked migrants were purposely and deliberately released into the
- 1:07Speaker 1: United States of America by the Biden administration. It's a
- 1:11Speaker 1: shocking story and I'll give you all the details in
- 1:13Speaker 1: just a moment. It's the forty seven Morning Update and
- 1:16Speaker 1: it starts right now.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 1:18Speaker 1: It is an important story, the story of the Biden
- 1:21Speaker 1: crime family. As you know, in the final moments of
- 1:24Speaker 1: Joe Biden being in office, he pardoned many of his
- 1:26Speaker 1: family members and others that were involved in what he
- 1:29Speaker 1: believed was probably criminal activity. That's exactly why he gave
- 1:33Speaker 1: them a pardon. One of those pardons went to Hunter Biden,
- 1:37Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden was selling access to Daddy for decades. Well,
- 1:41Speaker 1: Hunter Biden now says he's broke. The sales of his
- 1:44Speaker 1: memoir and art have slowed to a trickle, and his
- 1:47Speaker 1: rental home was impacted, he claims, by the Pacific Palisades Fire. Yes,
- 1:53Speaker 1: all of this happening within weeks of Daddy leaving the
- 1:56Speaker 1: White House. A pardon from his dad spared him from prison.
- 2:00Speaker 1: The former president son remained saddled with debt and was
- 2:03Speaker 1: forced out of his house that he was running by
- 2:05Speaker 1: the fires that is what he is now whining and
- 2:08Speaker 1: complaining about. Biden detailed his grim financial situation in a
- 2:13Speaker 1: court filing yesterday, saying he has struggled to sell his
- 2:17Speaker 1: paintings in recent months. I wonder why moving only one
- 2:22Speaker 1: in the past fourteen months compared to twenty seven paintings
- 2:27Speaker 1: in the prior two or three years. These are his words.
- 2:30Speaker 1: In the court filing. He reported quote significant debts and
- 2:34Speaker 1: lackluster sales of his memoir just more than four thousand
- 2:37Speaker 1: and two inter copies during a one year period that
- 2:40Speaker 1: led up to the trial in Delaware last spring in
- 2:43Speaker 1: which he was found guilty of lying about his drug
- 2:45Speaker 1: addiction on a federal gun purchase form. Quote. Given the
- 2:49Speaker 1: positive feedback and reviews of my artwork and memoir, I
- 2:53Speaker 1: was expecting to obtain paige speaking engagements and paid appearances,
- 2:58Speaker 1: but that has not happened, and Biden wrote, citing the
- 3:02Speaker 1: financial burden of ongoing legal fees. Biden is now asking
- 3:05Speaker 1: a federal judge in LA to quote allow him to
- 3:08Speaker 1: drop a lawsuit that he filed in twenty twenty three
- 3:11Speaker 1: accusing former Trump White House aid of hacking the contents
- 3:16Speaker 1: of his laptop, which I guests now they're saying yet
- 3:19Speaker 1: again is actually real. Now The Daily Mail is also
- 3:23Speaker 1: reporting on this right now, and they're saying that he's
- 3:26Speaker 1: in serious financial trouble. Also now, Hunter Biden's lawyer claims
- 3:30Speaker 1: that in a letter to Ziegor's attorney this week, who
- 3:33Speaker 1: he was suing right because he hated him because he's
- 3:36Speaker 1: a ex Trump White House staffer. He indicated the former
- 3:39Speaker 1: first son is straight up out of cash and can
- 3:42Speaker 1: no longer tap his sugar brother that Hollywood attorney Kevin
- 3:46Speaker 1: Morris for funds and is not being bailed out by
- 3:49Speaker 1: Democratic donors either. The letter the Dailymail dot Com has
- 3:52Speaker 1: exclusively gotten says Hunter lacks the resources to continue his
- 3:57Speaker 1: litigation at this time, so was close to the case
- 4:01Speaker 1: also told the Dailymail dot Com that the pardon felon
- 4:04Speaker 1: is planning to quit California moved back to the East Coast.
- 4:07Speaker 1: The legal letter claimed hard up Hunter's financial woes have
- 4:10Speaker 1: been exacerbated after the fires in the Pacific Palisades in
- 4:14Speaker 1: early January up ended the planet's life by rendering his
- 4:18Speaker 1: rental house unlivable for an extended period of time. Now,
- 4:21Speaker 1: if you want to know how much the broke man
- 4:23Speaker 1: was paying for rent in Malibu. Apparently it was fifteen
- 4:27Speaker 1: thousand and eight one hundred dollars per month. It was
- 4:30Speaker 1: a four million dollar home, three bedroom, three bath, the
- 4:32Speaker 1: nineteen fifties style with a panoramic view over the Pacific Coast.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Sounds like the guys really broke right well. In September
- 4:39Speaker 1: of twenty twenty three, Hunter who's fifty five, he had
- 4:42Speaker 1: no problem suing Zieglor, the twenty nine year old former
- 4:45Speaker 1: Trump staffer, and his right wing nonprofit called Marco Polo,
- 4:49Speaker 1: in California federal court for alleged computer hacking. Why did
- 4:53Speaker 1: he do it? They're the ones that published a six
- 4:54Speaker 1: hundred and forty four page report on his alleged illegal
- 4:57Speaker 1: activity based on material from his infamous abandoned laptop. But
- 5:01Speaker 1: now apparently Hunter Biden just wants to drop the whole
- 5:04Speaker 1: case because he just doesn't have any money. Isn't amazing
- 5:07Speaker 1: how quick he goes broke after Daddy leaves office and
- 5:09Speaker 1: the gig is up, Just so you know, it's not
- 5:12Speaker 1: going to be that easy for Hunter Biden to get
- 5:13Speaker 1: out of the case. The furious man that was suedes
- 5:16Speaker 1: Iglor told the Daily Mail dot Com that the former
- 5:19Speaker 1: President Son isn't getting away that easily. Hunter wants to
- 5:22Speaker 1: cry uncle. We are opposing that. He said. We want
- 5:25Speaker 1: our attorneys fees to be paid, for Hunter to cease
- 5:29Speaker 1: lying about us and me, and just generally to shut
- 5:32Speaker 1: the f up. I couldn't have said it better myself.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Next story number two, sanctuary city mayors are now being
- 5:39Speaker 1: forced to testify on Capitol Hill. These are the same
- 5:43Speaker 1: mayors that refuse to hand over individuals that are wanted
- 5:47Speaker 1: by ICE. Why because they're a loving city, a sanctuary city,
- 5:51Speaker 1: and they refuse to abide by the law of the land. Well,
- 5:54Speaker 1: those sanctuary city mayors were forced to testify and it
- 5:57Speaker 1: didn't go very well for them. Take a listen.
- 6:00Speaker 4: Would you turn that criminal over to Ice?
- 6:03Speaker 5: This happened outside the city of Boston, but I can
- 6:05Speaker 5: tell you in the city, whenever someone commits a crime,
- 6:08Speaker 5: whenever there's a criminal warrant, we hold them accountable. If
- 6:11Speaker 5: ICE deems that they are dangerous enough to hold, obtain
- 6:15Speaker 5: a criminal warrant and the Boston Police will.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Enforce it, will you turn that criminal over to ICE?
- 6:21Speaker 5: We follow the laws and make sure.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Do you consider yourself a sanctuary city?
- 6:26Speaker 3: That's just we do not under that definition.
- 6:28Speaker 1: You don't use the deficition. You're not a sanctuary.
- 6:31Speaker 4: We call ourselves a welcoming city.
- 6:32Speaker 2: We're not pulling the curtain back. We have ripped the
- 6:36Speaker 2: curtain from the rods. We have revealed to America just
- 6:40Speaker 2: how fast we could have secured our border if you
- 6:44Speaker 2: had an executive that was willing to enforce the law.
- 6:48Speaker 2: So now we're paying attention to municipalities, and every one
- 6:52Speaker 2: of them is lawyered up. If change their narrative, you'll
- 6:56Speaker 2: be held accountable. One of you said you're willing to
- 6:59Speaker 2: go to jail, we might give you that opportunity.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Mayor yes or no?
- 7:03Speaker 6: They should be deported, okay, ma, any individuals had breaks
- 7:08Speaker 6: up should be held. This is why you have six
- 7:11Speaker 6: percent approval rating, because you suck it answering questions. I
- 7:14Speaker 6: do not think you guys are bad people, but I
- 7:16Speaker 6: think that you are ideologically misled, which is why, unfortunately,
- 7:19Speaker 6: based on your responses, I'm all going to be criminally
- 7:22Speaker 6: referring you to the Department of Justice for investigation.
- 7:25Speaker 1: All of you will be referred for criminal investigation Department
- 7:29Speaker 1: of Justice, all because these radicals are sitting there in
- 7:34Speaker 1: cities refusing to hand over criminals to ICE. There is
- 7:38Speaker 1: a new whistleblower that has also come forward in Denver.
- 7:41Speaker 1: The city of Denver now being forced to release videos
- 7:44Speaker 1: showing ICE agents chasing down and arresting a suspected major
- 7:50Speaker 1: cartel gang member who had just been literally released from jail.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Why was he released? Denver refused to hand him over
- 7:58Speaker 1: to ICE inside the safety of the facility due to
- 8:02Speaker 1: their sanctuary policies. Instead, this criminal was street released and
- 8:07Speaker 1: fled upon seeing the ICE agents outside waiting. ICE says
- 8:11Speaker 1: he assaulted an agent while being taken into custody. The
- 8:14Speaker 1: local Channel nine news reported that ICE requested a forty
- 8:17Speaker 1: eight hour heads up on this man's release he was
- 8:20Speaker 1: a high value target, but they received that notification from
- 8:24Speaker 1: the Denver jail just ninety minutes before he walked out
- 8:29Speaker 1: the front door. Now, ICE says it makes no sense
- 8:32Speaker 1: for sanctuary policies to ban the transfer of these hardcore
- 8:36Speaker 1: criminals inside the jail, where it is safer for everyone,
- 8:40Speaker 1: including the individual wanted by ICE. In this case. By
- 8:44Speaker 1: the way, six ICE officers had to show up to
- 8:48Speaker 1: apprehend the uncoughed gang member after he was released from
- 8:53Speaker 1: the Denver jail literally walking out the front door. Denver
- 8:56Speaker 1: Mike Johnson says he reached out to Ice yesterday and
- 9:00Speaker 1: is asking to sit down with him to discuss the
- 9:02Speaker 1: quote best procedures moving forward. In translation this Denver Mayor
- 9:08Speaker 1: Johnson wants to discuss the best procedures when he already
- 9:12Speaker 1: knows what they are. What would the best procedure be?
- 9:15Speaker 1: Stop releasing criminal legal aliens from your jails, especially when
- 9:19Speaker 1: you receive an ICE detainer. It's just common sense. There's
- 9:23Speaker 1: literally nothing else to discuss. And the question voters should
- 9:26Speaker 1: be asking themselves now is what side are the mayors
- 9:30Speaker 1: actually on, on the side of your safety or are
- 9:33Speaker 1: they siding with the drug cartels?
- 9:36Speaker 3: And here is story number three.
- 9:37Speaker 1: It is some of the most shocking news that we've
- 9:40Speaker 1: seen thus far, finding out exactly how bad it got
- 9:43Speaker 1: under Joe Biden's leadership, especially in twenty twenty four, when
- 9:47Speaker 1: it comes to releasing people that are terrorists or connected
- 9:51Speaker 1: to known terrorists deliberately and purposely into the United States
- 9:55Speaker 1: of America when we had them caught. President Joe Biden's deputies,
- 10:00Speaker 1: we now have learned have released almost one hundred terror
- 10:03Speaker 1: linked migrants into America's communities. In twenty twenty four, this
- 10:07Speaker 1: coming from Tulsa Gabbert, President Donald Trump named the Director
- 10:12Speaker 1: of National Intelligence. She had a press conference in Eagle Pass, Texas,
- 10:17Speaker 1: at the southern border, with the Vice President by her side,
- 10:20Speaker 1: and here is what she had to say about the
- 10:23Speaker 1: shocking new news.
- 10:24Speaker 4: Pump has been in office. Really, what you're seeing here today.
- 10:27Speaker 7: And what you'll continue to see as a unified effort
- 10:30Speaker 7: across President Trump's National security team, the Department of Homeland
- 10:34Speaker 7: Security towards our mission, which is to ensure a safe, free,
- 10:37Speaker 7: and prosperous society for Americans. As Director of National Intelligence, there.
- 10:42Speaker 4: Are a number of areas where we are focused.
- 10:44Speaker 7: The President talked about in his speech. Over twenty one
- 10:47Speaker 7: million people have come across our borders illegally under Joe
- 10:50Speaker 7: Biden's administration. There are many of them that we don't
- 10:53Speaker 7: know who they are. They have not been vetted, we
- 10:56Speaker 7: don't know where they are. I'll give you one quick
- 10:58Speaker 7: example of one of the problems that we are getting
- 11:01Speaker 7: after from Central Asia. There were over four thousand people
- 11:04Speaker 7: who came across our borders using an ISIS affiliated network.
- 11:09Speaker 7: Our National counter Terrorism Center went through and identified those individuals.
- 11:13Speaker 4: There were hundreds of them who.
- 11:15Speaker 7: Were either known terrorists or associated with known terrorists. That
- 11:18Speaker 7: information was provided to the Biden administration. You may remember
- 11:22Speaker 7: in some of the news a little over one hundred
- 11:24Speaker 7: of those people were arrested.
- 11:25Speaker 4: In twenty twenty four.
- 11:28Speaker 7: Of those who were arrested, only eight were either deported
- 11:32Speaker 7: or remained in custody only eight. The rest of them
- 11:35Speaker 7: were released back into our country. Where are they, what
- 11:39Speaker 7: are they doing? What may they be plotting? This is
- 11:42Speaker 7: just the beginning. There are many, many areas that we
- 11:44Speaker 7: need to stay very focused on, working with Department of
- 11:47Speaker 7: Homeland Security, working with the FBI to ensure that we're
- 11:50Speaker 7: keeping the American people safe. Our counter Terrorism Center is
- 11:53Speaker 7: working on making sure that we have that single source
- 11:56Speaker 7: for vetting so that we can figure out who is
- 11:58Speaker 7: actually in our country and identify those who pose a
- 12:01Speaker 7: threat and get them removed. The President's designation of the
- 12:05Speaker 7: cartels as foreign terrorist organizations falls directly into this, especially
- 12:09Speaker 7: as we're seeing some of the tactics that these cartels
- 12:11Speaker 7: are using reflect some of the tactics that we've seen
- 12:14Speaker 7: used by Islamus terrorists in countries that many of us
- 12:16Speaker 7: have served in overseas. Our mission is very clear. Our
- 12:21Speaker 7: objective is to keep the American people safe. I'm grateful
- 12:23Speaker 7: to be a part of this team that President Trump
- 12:25Speaker 7: has assembled to accomplish that mission.
- 12:27Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 12:29Speaker 1: So let's dive into some of the facts of what
- 12:31Speaker 1: she just said. From Central Asia, there were over four
- 12:33Speaker 1: thousand people who came across her border using an ISIS
- 12:37Speaker 1: affiliated network. She then said, our National counter Terrorism Center
- 12:41Speaker 1: went through and identified those individuals. There were one hundreds
- 12:44Speaker 1: of them who were either known terrorists or directly associated
- 12:49Speaker 1: with known terrorists. The information was provided directly to the
- 12:53Speaker 1: Biden administration. And what do they do. Nothing. In fact,
- 12:57Speaker 1: they said, let them go into the United States of
- 13:00Speaker 1: America's interior. Now, most of you right now that are
- 13:03Speaker 1: listening to this are probably very angry over the fact
- 13:05Speaker 1: that the Biden administration knew they had terrorists that they
- 13:08Speaker 1: had caught and they said not just let them go.
- 13:10Speaker 1: The question you have to ask yourself is why. Well,
- 13:13Speaker 1: partly because they didn't want to have to admit that
- 13:15Speaker 1: their open border policy was allowing for known terrorists to
- 13:18Speaker 1: come into the United States of America at record numbers.
- 13:21Speaker 1: And if they held these terrorists they were going to
- 13:24Speaker 1: have to tell the American people that they had, in fact,
- 13:27Speaker 1: caught about one hundred terrorists coming across the southern border.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Now there's also a bigger problem, and that is foreign
- 13:33Speaker 1: countries allowing the transit of illegal immigrants into America. Well,
- 13:38Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America has empowered
- 13:40Speaker 1: the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio to announce a new policy,
- 13:44Speaker 1: a policy going after those foreign countries and penalizing them.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Any country that allows the transit of illegal immigrants will
- 13:52Speaker 1: now be penalized by the United States of America. The
- 13:55Speaker 1: moral of the story, Donald Trump is going on offense
- 13:58Speaker 1: and exposing exactly what the administration did to put many
- 14:02Speaker 1: of our lives at risk. We also know that many
- 14:04Speaker 1: of these terrorists are being hunted down right now by
- 14:06Speaker 1: Ice agents and our government at all levels. This is
- 14:11Speaker 1: exactly why the President said it is time for us
- 14:14Speaker 1: to secure the border at all costs, because yes, there
- 14:17Speaker 1: are some bad own brakes who are coming across the border,
- 14:20Speaker 1: many of them who are actual terrorists.
