- 1:58Speaker 1: your fau I show will good morning everybody you're listening
- 2:06Speaker 1: to the boys, Come on dig me now. One and
- 2:10Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yoh man. God
- 2:15Speaker 1: is in the blessing business all day every day. God
- 2:19Speaker 1: got hundreds of millions of blessings that he passes out
- 2:23Speaker 1: every day. All I want to do is be the
- 2:28Speaker 1: recipient that I'm the recipient of what He has for me.
- 2:34Speaker 1: That's all I want. I just want God's favor, and
- 2:38Speaker 1: I go. I want God's blessings. You know, of course
- 2:41Speaker 1: I need his mercy and his grace, but I just
- 2:45Speaker 1: want his blessings and his favor. I want. I want
- 2:51Speaker 1: that in my life because it does things for me
- 2:53Speaker 1: that I'm absolutely incapable of doing for myself. And I've
- 2:58Speaker 1: been a recipient of many of those. And you can
- 3:01Speaker 1: be the recipient of them too. You already are really, really,
- 3:06Speaker 1: you already are. If you're getting up every morning, that's
- 3:09Speaker 1: a blessed. If you're getting one day closer to anything
- 3:13Speaker 1: you're trying to accomplish, that's a blessing. But now let
- 3:17Speaker 1: me talk to you about this part right here, folks,
- 3:19Speaker 1: because this is the part that messages people up a
- 3:21Speaker 1: great deal. What happens when you get off track? What
- 3:26Speaker 1: is that? What does that mean? When you get off track? See,
- 3:33Speaker 1: I've been off track. I can't tell you how many times,
- 3:37Speaker 1: and it happens in so many aspects of your life.
- 3:40Speaker 1: But but what is it that makes getting off track
- 3:44Speaker 1: so debilitating to some people? You know, there are some
- 3:47Speaker 1: people who want stay off track. They off course, they
- 3:50Speaker 1: off the dream, they own to something else. And you
- 3:54Speaker 1: cannot allow the fact that you've gotten off track to stop.
- 3:59Speaker 1: You can't tell you something. Everybody gets off tracked. That
- 4:06Speaker 1: are people who are living their life's dreams in spite
- 4:12Speaker 1: of getting off track. See what happens when you get
- 4:15Speaker 1: off track? Here's the simple thing to do. The simple
- 4:19Speaker 1: thing is just to get back on track. Now that's
- 4:21Speaker 1: that's But that's easier said than done, ain't it, Steve? Yeah?
- 4:25Speaker 1: Because see people when you get off track. Here's some
- 4:28Speaker 1: of the things that happen. See you get the Here
- 4:32Speaker 1: come tony sayers, some of them from the outside, some
- 4:36Speaker 1: of them internally. Here's what gets said when you get
- 4:40Speaker 1: off track. See, I told you, I told you. You
- 4:45Speaker 1: know you. You start hearing that it's not for you. Okay,
- 4:53Speaker 1: this is all just because you got off track. It's
- 4:56Speaker 1: not for you. Okay. Here's another one. It ain't meant
- 5:00Speaker 1: to be. You can hear it all. You could say it. Well,
- 5:05Speaker 1: I guess it's just not meant to be. But let
- 5:09Speaker 1: me ask you a question, though, who made the rule
- 5:13Speaker 1: that when you get off track you can't get back on?
- 5:18Speaker 1: Who made that rule? Where has that written that once
- 5:22Speaker 1: you get off track you can't get back on? See,
- 5:26Speaker 1: because I'm gonna tell you something, folks, there's no such rule.
- 5:30Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, it's quite the opposite. See,
- 5:36Speaker 1: everybody in pursuit of a dream, a goal and aspiration
- 5:41Speaker 1: or a mission, it's going to get off track. Sometimes
- 5:46Speaker 1: you're going to get derailed. They are going to be
- 5:48Speaker 1: days where you're not going to get it right. That
- 5:51Speaker 1: are going to be days where you feel like giving up.
- 5:53Speaker 1: There's going to be days when you're just gonna flat
- 5:56Speaker 1: out get it wrong. That's the journey. But let me
- 5:59Speaker 1: tell you something. Every successful person that I know, ever met,
- 6:03Speaker 1: talked to, set out, and chopped it up with, have
- 6:05Speaker 1: shared one thing in common. We all get off track.
- 6:10Speaker 1: We all get it wrong along the way. I don't
- 6:14Speaker 1: care who the person is. The president got it wrong
- 6:16Speaker 1: along the way. Your pastor got it wrong along the way. Qui, director,
- 6:23Speaker 1: QUI got it wrong along the way. The principle at
- 6:26Speaker 1: your school got it wrong along the way. The valor
- 6:30Speaker 1: victoria of your class got it wrong along the way.
- 6:35Speaker 1: The star of the team got it wrong along the way.
- 6:40Speaker 1: They've all been off track. Your boss down at your job,
- 6:44Speaker 1: he got it wrong along the way. Your immediate supervisor
- 6:48Speaker 1: got it wrong along the way. Everybody I know that
- 6:54Speaker 1: has any measure of success in every level that you
- 6:57Speaker 1: call success, however you want to label it, has gotten
- 7:01Speaker 1: off track. As a matter of fact, it's impossible. Listen
- 7:07Speaker 1: to me, it is impossible not to get off track
- 7:13Speaker 1: in pursuit of your dreams, goals, visions, aspirations. It is impossible.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Don't you let nobody tell you that they got through
- 7:23Speaker 1: life unscathed, that they made it because they was just
- 7:27Speaker 1: so determined and I would let nothing turn me back. Yeah,
- 7:31Speaker 1: you might not have let nothing turn you back because
- 7:33Speaker 1: you hear all but you thought about it. Oh, you
- 7:37Speaker 1: thought about it on days when you was off track.
- 7:40Speaker 1: But see, people don't like to tell the whole story.
- 7:43Speaker 1: They just want you to think as much as you
- 7:45Speaker 1: can about them. So when they tell you that story,
- 7:48Speaker 1: they leave out the stuff along the way. It was
- 7:51Speaker 1: just hard work and determination that got me here. No,
- 7:54Speaker 1: it wasn't, No, it wasn't. It was the fact that
- 7:57Speaker 1: you got off track and the grace and mercy of
- 8:00Speaker 1: God allowed you to get back on. His forgiveness allowed
- 8:04Speaker 1: you to get back on because you would not believe
- 8:06Speaker 1: what some of the people have done. So when you
- 8:09Speaker 1: get off track, don't allow the naysayers outside and the
- 8:14Speaker 1: big nay sayer inside, because let me tell you something,
- 8:18Speaker 1: the biggest naysayer of them all comes from inside. See,
- 8:22Speaker 1: it don't matter what other people say out there. It
- 8:24Speaker 1: takes some time for you to learn this. And I
- 8:26Speaker 1: understand because it took me some time to learn it. See,
- 8:29Speaker 1: I have a lot of naysayers out there, but I
- 8:32Speaker 1: ain't operating for them, operating function for the ones that
- 8:36Speaker 1: love me, for the ones that get me, for the
- 8:39Speaker 1: ones that understand what I'm really trying to do. And
- 8:42Speaker 1: so don't you be the one that doesn't allow yourself
- 8:49Speaker 1: to get back on track when you get off track, because,
- 8:52Speaker 1: like I said, who made the rule up that you
- 8:54Speaker 1: can't get back on track? There's no such rule out there.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Stop stopping yourself from getting it right. So what you
- 9:04Speaker 1: started to diet at the beginning of the year, and
- 9:07Speaker 1: you already off, start another one, start over, try it again,
- 9:13Speaker 1: don't ever stop trying. If you stop trying, you can't
- 9:17Speaker 1: make it. But if you never give up the effort,
- 9:20Speaker 1: if you never give up and say it's over, it
- 9:22Speaker 1: ain't over. You heard just saying it ain't over to
- 9:25Speaker 1: the fat ladies saying I never invite her. She's not invited.
- 9:32Speaker 1: It ain't over to the fat ladies saying I don't
- 9:35Speaker 1: know where the fat ladies stay. I am not sent
- 9:38Speaker 1: her an invitation to none of my events. She's not
- 9:41Speaker 1: welcome here. She didn't ask me a couple of times,
- 9:45Speaker 1: how come I never get invited? Because you're gonna start
- 9:48Speaker 1: saying it and I ain't got time for that, all right,
- 9:52Speaker 1: Stop inviting the fat lady to all your events. Thank
- 9:56Speaker 1: you you're listening. What if everybody it is Friday guarantee,
- 10:04Speaker 1: no money back? Government expected us D guarantee to be
- 10:09Speaker 1: ignorant today because that's what you need the weekends ahead.
- 10:14Speaker 1: You need ignorant in that right shelling Strawberry? Do we
- 10:17Speaker 1: need ignorant or not? Yes, we're doing that is my
- 10:20Speaker 1: government name. Let's go. Yeah. Now do we need ignorant
- 10:25Speaker 1: or ignorning? Which one we need? You? Oh? I like
- 10:29Speaker 1: you know, I like them both. I'm I'm closer to ignorance.
- 10:33Speaker 1: You know that I'm closer to ignorant. All right? All right?
- 10:37Speaker 1: Calling for or do we need ignorant or ignorant? Which
- 10:40Speaker 1: one we need? We need ignorant? Ignant? You just ignorant?
- 10:47Speaker 1: Good Friday morning on a Friday. Never mad, never mad?
- 10:51Speaker 1: On the friend? What we need junior, ignorant or ignorant?
- 10:54Speaker 1: We want ignorant like ignant ignorant oxtails don't sail right now.
- 11:00Speaker 1: It's not not a power accident, king of pranks where
- 11:09Speaker 1: we need ignorant or ignorant, ignorant to roll them off?
- 11:17Speaker 1: Real ignorant big nuts. Okay, when you come to the
- 11:23Speaker 1: right place, we cook it every more. You're not gonna
- 11:29Speaker 1: You're not gonna be disappointed here, not anything. You just
- 11:37Speaker 1: go just just ignorant, just right now, go ahead, Tommy,
- 11:43Speaker 1: just right now. I don't know why my girlfriendhod have
- 11:53Speaker 1: a problem with me. You know what I'm saying. I
- 11:55Speaker 1: just don't get it. I just I just don't get it.
- 11:58Speaker 1: What what is What is the deal about it? What
- 12:02Speaker 1: is all these win and your jaws? What is it? Dude?
- 12:05Speaker 1: You're not gonna get this anywhere else? People stay here.
- 12:10Speaker 1: This is Can I do something ignorant? Real quick, real quick? Ignorant?
- 12:15Speaker 1: Ooh my hemrads are slowed up today. Oh my god,
- 12:19Speaker 1: that's wow. Come on, Junior, so I can get a
- 12:26Speaker 1: visual out of my head. Yeah, some egnant, Yeah, it's
- 12:30Speaker 1: on top of my head. If you six fire two
- 12:33Speaker 1: fifty and your dog is eight inches, nobody believe in
- 12:36Speaker 1: you do. Nobody believe nothing. Nobody asked for this dog.
- 12:43Speaker 1: We're not scared of you. You see those big guys
- 12:46Speaker 1: in the little what you do If you look at
- 12:52Speaker 1: this dog, gotta man, you look at them your dog
- 12:55Speaker 1: gott If you look at their face, they look as
- 12:57Speaker 1: if they're made to walk that dog. They off that
- 13:00Speaker 1: dough because they want to walk that dough. You nobody
- 13:09Speaker 1: wow asking you shall received? We asked for ignorant. Here
- 13:13Speaker 1: it is where you got it. It's Friday ignorance. That's right,
- 13:19Speaker 1: and we're gonna keep it going. We're not stopping. We
- 13:21Speaker 1: are not just all perm the heir under your arm.
- 13:25Speaker 1: It's all right today, it's not Yes, nobody want to
- 13:30Speaker 1: know rough on the own. That's soulful. All right, listen,
- 13:36Speaker 1: coming up in thirty two minutes after the hour, he
- 13:38Speaker 1: is here. Ask a bitter man. Right after this you're
- 13:43Speaker 1: listening to show all right, time now to ask a
- 13:48Speaker 1: bitter man. Do your disclaimer, bitter man, because this is
- 13:51Speaker 1: ignorant Friday. You're not gonna I don't know. You might
- 13:55Speaker 1: be sitting waiting to see. Well, maybe I'll get something
- 13:58Speaker 1: out of this. You won't, Okay, you will not. Okay. Yeah,
- 14:06Speaker 1: he's not here yet. Wisdom is not here now, Wisdom
- 14:12Speaker 1: is off today. All right, all right, let's go bitter man.
- 14:23Speaker 1: It is time to ask bitter man. Sarcy and I
- 14:25Speaker 1: love that name, Siocy, like from came of Thrones. Searcy
- 14:29Speaker 1: in Montgomery, Alabama, says, Remember I'm a sixty seven year old,
- 14:33Speaker 1: retired father, father of nine children. I have six daughters
- 14:38Speaker 1: by my first wife and three daughters by my second wife.
- 14:41Speaker 1: My first set of daughters are all still still daddy's girl,
- 14:45Speaker 1: and I have been blessed with a good fortune to
- 14:47Speaker 1: still spoil them as I see fit. My second wife
- 14:51Speaker 1: has a problem with me going out of my way
- 14:53Speaker 1: to take care of them, especially because they're married. I
- 14:56Speaker 1: don't think she has a right to be jealous. Am
- 14:58Speaker 1: I right or wrong? I'm on bitter man, Scott. You're
- 15:02Speaker 1: damn right. She does not have the right to be jealous.
- 15:07Speaker 1: You damn right, you don't have the right to be jelly.
- 15:10Speaker 1: But since you've been a daddy so long and you're
- 15:12Speaker 1: sixty seven, it's time for you to step into another realm.
- 15:16Speaker 1: It's time for you to be a sugar daddy, and
- 15:19Speaker 1: I will bring you a different realm of happiness, okay, or,
- 15:25Speaker 1: or as I like to call them, a splendor daddy.
- 15:27Speaker 1: That is a sugar daddy with diabetes. So you need
- 15:30Speaker 1: to look into those and see a splendor daddy. Yeah,
- 15:36Speaker 1: you've been a good daddy. Now it's time to be
- 15:39Speaker 1: a sugar daddy. Okay. I don't bring you much more
- 15:43Speaker 1: happiness than them. Seven girls? Boy, who go ahead? Why
- 15:49Speaker 1: can't you make some boys? It's what I want to know.
- 15:52Speaker 1: What your hand now? Girls? Dude, but you can't make
- 15:59Speaker 1: all boys. Ain't nobody care on the legacy name or nothing?
- 16:03Speaker 1: Nine queens he tried. I mean he went from that,
- 16:08Speaker 1: ain't no sense and go off a team. Ain't no
- 16:10Speaker 1: sense as all right? Moving on Frederick and Lafayette, Louisiana. Oh, junior,
- 16:22Speaker 1: you better listen to this one too. Was last week.
- 16:25Speaker 1: My girlfriend and I had a big argument over Jodacy
- 16:29Speaker 1: and boys to Men over boys to men after she
- 16:32Speaker 1: saw the debate on Twitter. Okay, uh, he says, I'm
- 16:36Speaker 1: a die heart jodaicy fan, and I could not believe
- 16:39Speaker 1: she compared them to boys to men even though I
- 16:42Speaker 1: know they have more songs and they're still performing. She's
- 16:45Speaker 1: not really speaking to me over this, and I need
- 16:47Speaker 1: some help. Um. We know that bitter man, you're a
- 16:51Speaker 1: big r and b fan. Uh and uh you know
- 16:54Speaker 1: Steve loves the versus versus battle and all that, So
- 16:58Speaker 1: can you guys please say all this for us. I'm
- 17:02Speaker 1: gonnalet junior take party. I'm gonnlet junior take parties. But
- 17:05Speaker 1: I'm gonna start off from the beginning about Boys two Men.
- 17:09Speaker 1: I love Boys to mend. They're great performance. But if
- 17:12Speaker 1: you go see Boys two Men live, this is just
- 17:15Speaker 1: my suggestion. They need to put that song Motown Philly
- 17:18Speaker 1: in the beginning. Mo Time Philling needs to be in
- 17:21Speaker 1: the middle, and Motown Philling needs to be at the
- 17:24Speaker 1: end because after that it's nothing but slow ass songs.
- 17:28Speaker 1: So they need to do Motime Philly in the beginning,
- 17:32Speaker 1: Motown Philly in the middle, and then Motime Philly at
- 17:36Speaker 1: the end, because if you watch nothing but slow ass songs,
- 17:39Speaker 1: you asleep at a Boys to Men concerts. Go ahead, Junior,
- 17:42Speaker 1: you take joy. I don't. I don't even know why
- 17:46Speaker 1: this is even an argument. I don't. I don't even
- 17:48Speaker 1: see the competition there. I mean, like Jodac, that's it.
- 17:53Speaker 1: They got excitement, the soulces upbeat, they got albums. Okay,
- 17:56Speaker 1: of course they old drugs. I know you brought that up.
- 17:58Speaker 1: They do. They do drugs. Cool. That ain't got nothing
- 18:00Speaker 1: to do with the songs. That yeah, the songs is hits.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I don't care what they do. They see these songs,
- 18:09Speaker 1: That's all I can tell you. Joda see all day long. Okay,
- 18:13Speaker 1: you might go to a Joda's concert. It's gonna be alcohol,
- 18:16Speaker 1: it's gonna be some stuff going on. It's gonna be
- 18:18Speaker 1: a family fight on state. But they singing though. You
- 18:22Speaker 1: go to day concert, you go to Jodas concert, I
- 18:25Speaker 1: don't care how all you are. You might come back pregnant.
- 18:28Speaker 1: That's just all I'm saying. End up pregnant. You can't
- 18:31Speaker 1: get pregnant off of my momma. You can't get mama,
- 18:38Speaker 1: you get you get pregnant off I want to freak.
- 18:40Speaker 1: You love him? Yeah, Julie and Las Vegas says. I'm
- 18:49Speaker 1: in my early forties and I'm dating a man I
- 18:51Speaker 1: met online. I decided to go out with him based
- 18:53Speaker 1: on his conversation. When we first talked. His profile picture
- 18:57Speaker 1: wasn't the best and I could not tell that he
- 19:00Speaker 1: bald by the picture. I was shocked to see that
- 19:02Speaker 1: he is totally bald, and he is shorter than he
- 19:06Speaker 1: said on his profile. This is not a deal breaker,
- 19:09Speaker 1: but it's new territory for me. Should I give him
- 19:12Speaker 1: a chance and see where this goes? Or not lower
- 19:14Speaker 1: my standards? While exactly Tommy, never assume what you're getting
- 19:23Speaker 1: ready to buy from the picture. Okay. I don't care
- 19:26Speaker 1: whether that could be online as if you're shopping. Okay,
- 19:29Speaker 1: the picture is not gonna match what you get. Okay. Ever,
- 19:34Speaker 1: you think those hamburgers looked that good on the on
- 19:36Speaker 1: the wall, they look great, but when you get it,
- 19:38Speaker 1: it's like the size of a nickel. So don't go
- 19:40Speaker 1: by the picture. Okay. It's never ever gonna match. It's
- 19:45Speaker 1: never gonna man. Okay, Okay, So how many afribes make
- 19:49Speaker 1: the hamburgers look like the bomb on the commercial? When
- 19:52Speaker 1: you get it, don't look like that stuff. That cheese
- 19:58Speaker 1: is not dripping the all right, You'll sit in the
- 20:01Speaker 1: restaurant and look at jo Burgen and look at the pigeon,
- 20:04Speaker 1: and look at all right, Nia and South Philly, Jay says.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Bitter Man says, I'm recently divorced and I'm dating two
- 20:13Speaker 1: guys right now. One of them invited me to go
- 20:15Speaker 1: visit his daughter for the weekend, and I'm not ready
- 20:17Speaker 1: for that yet. The other guy is just the opposite.
- 20:20Speaker 1: I've been seeing him two months and I've never even
- 20:23Speaker 1: been to his house. I like him the best, but
- 20:25Speaker 1: he's not showing me the same level of interest. After
- 20:28Speaker 1: we had sex recently, I'm thinking I should focus to
- 20:32Speaker 1: all my attention on the man that's more focused on
- 20:34Speaker 1: me and ready for a relationship. Or should I give
- 20:37Speaker 1: it more time? What do you think there? Man? As
- 20:40Speaker 1: long as you're giving it up, you can give it
- 20:41Speaker 1: more time. That's all I'm saying. You're giving it up,
- 20:44Speaker 1: give it more time, all right? Definitely no help, Definitely
- 20:51Speaker 1: no help there. Coming up next, we'll see what the
- 20:54Speaker 1: nephew has and run that frank back right after this.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Thank you, bitter man. You're listening morning show coming up
- 21:02Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, Miss Anna standing by
- 21:05Speaker 1: with our national news and in entertainment news. LeVar Burton
- 21:10Speaker 1: is going to be one of the guest hosts on Jeopardy.
- 21:12Speaker 1: So we got his wish. Yeah about it. Yeah, at
- 21:15Speaker 1: the top of the hour, But right now the nephew
- 21:18Speaker 1: is here to run that prank back. What you got
- 21:20Speaker 1: na church fee, church church fee as church fee. I
- 21:28Speaker 1: love church people. I'm actually missed church joll yeah church

- 21:35Speaker 1: but like going to church is like really feel the spirit. Yeah, yeah,
- 21:43Speaker 1: I'm missed church church fees. Here we go, Come on,
- 21:46Speaker 1: kat Dog, Hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach us to church.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Hey you got it? Hey? How you doing? This is

- 21:55Speaker 1: how are you doing? I'm good, I'm good, I'm real good.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Did you enjoy service morning? Oh? I enjoyed it? Pastor? Who? Who?
- 22:04Speaker 1: Pastor brought it down? Oh my god? That was a
- 22:08Speaker 1: word for me? Right right, right right? So what do
- 22:11Speaker 1: our old? The pleasure of this call? I wanted to
- 22:14Speaker 1: give you some information that the that the church has
- 22:17Speaker 1: come up with, and we wanted to let you know
- 22:20Speaker 1: what was going on before next Sunday. I didn't interrupt
- 22:23Speaker 1: you that, No, No, I actually I may sound a
- 22:26Speaker 1: little a little off a little bit. I'm trying to
- 22:28Speaker 1: get getting ready for my little babies, my little darlins,
- 22:30Speaker 1: and I'm trying. Your voice sounds so familiar to me.
- 22:34Speaker 1: It just sounds so familiar. Trying to place place that voice. Okay,
- 22:37Speaker 1: well you've seen me at the church quite a few times.
- 22:39Speaker 1: I think I have. I'm just trying to place it.
- 22:41Speaker 1: I can't place it right now, but look at it. Well. Nevertheless,
- 22:44Speaker 1: I just wanted here's here's what's going on. Uh, now
- 22:46Speaker 1: you aware of that? For the last the last six Sundays,
- 22:49Speaker 1: you've been actually coming in the service late. Have you
- 22:52Speaker 1: realized that? Yes, I know, I'm sorry about that, but uh,
- 22:57Speaker 1: you know, yes I have I have my reasons. So okay, okay, Well,
- 23:01Speaker 1: here's what's going on. The officials at the church have
- 23:04Speaker 1: gotten together and this is what they've decided on, is
- 23:06Speaker 1: that anybody who is late starting next Sunday, there would
- 23:11Speaker 1: be a fifteen dollar charge for that for coming in
- 23:14Speaker 1: and disrupting services. Fast fastest tide of service being disrupted
- 23:19Speaker 1: by people walking in late. That that could not come
- 23:22Speaker 1: at a worst time. I don't have fifteen dollars to give.
- 23:27Speaker 1: I don't I don't have it. Oh look, I'm sorry.
- 23:31Speaker 1: I'm sorry that we late. I am. We are doing
- 23:35Speaker 1: our best. I have three kids. I have three young kids,
- 23:39Speaker 1: two seven and nine, and they are a handful and
- 23:43Speaker 1: and and we do the best that we can to
- 23:45Speaker 1: get the church on time and and to tell your
- 23:48Speaker 1: truth when we get there. It's during praise and worship.
- 23:51Speaker 1: I mean, Pastor ain't even preaching yet, so I know
- 23:54Speaker 1: it's not Pastor's not up yet, but he's he's stating
- 23:57Speaker 1: that people coming in. It just seems very disrupted to
- 24:00Speaker 1: the service that's going on. That's so Nevertheless, like I said,
- 24:03Speaker 1: this is a warning call, you know, to let you
- 24:05Speaker 1: know that if you are late on next Sunday, then
- 24:08Speaker 1: they will be charging you fifteen dollars a late charge
- 24:12Speaker 1: and actually you won't be able to even come in
- 24:15Speaker 1: until you until you play the five dollars, I can't
- 24:18Speaker 1: even get in church with we. Look, okay, look, I don't.
- 24:22Speaker 1: I don't owe nothing. I don't owe you no explanation,
- 24:26Speaker 1: but I need to tell you something. We are me
- 24:28Speaker 1: and my kids for the last few Sundays that we've
- 24:32Speaker 1: been late. It's because my car broke down. We are
- 24:35Speaker 1: owned the bus man public transportation. Okay, I mean, and
- 24:39Speaker 1: I understand, I understand. I siviltize with everything that you're
- 24:42Speaker 1: going through. But why are you called if you understand,
- 24:44Speaker 1: how are you calling me about fifteen dollars? If you
- 24:46Speaker 1: understand what I'm going through? Well I didn't. I first
- 24:48Speaker 1: of all, I didn't know what you were going Why
- 24:49Speaker 1: are you raising your voice at me? Why are you
- 24:52Speaker 1: raising Did you just raise your voice at me? You
- 24:54Speaker 1: know what? You know what I think? You're raising your
- 24:56Speaker 1: voice at me? How dare you call me about this
- 25:00Speaker 1: about a feet and I'm there at church. I got
- 25:03Speaker 1: my key in decks trying to raise them up is
- 25:05Speaker 1: where they should go, just like the Bible say. And
- 25:08Speaker 1: you know why I gotta do this and why I'm late?
- 25:11Speaker 1: Why why we got to chesch the bus? Do you
- 25:12Speaker 1: understand why that is? Brother Glenn, No, I do not.
- 25:16Speaker 1: That is because they to their daddies ain't and they yes, Tracy,
- 25:21Speaker 1: you got to calm down a little bit now. Oh
- 25:23Speaker 1: Jesus help me. Jesus help me, Jesus. Okay, listen. Uh,
- 25:26Speaker 1: Here's all I can do is tell you this. I
- 25:28Speaker 1: hope you can make it. Maybe you can catch an
- 25:30Speaker 1: earlier bus, you know what I mean, and get there
- 25:33Speaker 1: a little earlier. But but I'm just stating the fact
- 25:36Speaker 1: that as of next Sunday, if you come in late,
- 25:38Speaker 1: it's fifteen dollars late fee, and that's what you'll pay
- 25:41Speaker 1: in order to get in the service. You know what, Well,
- 25:43Speaker 1: maybe next Sunday I just won't be there. How about that?
- 25:47Speaker 1: You know I'm already working six days a week. The
- 25:51Speaker 1: only day I have off is Sunday. I've been baking,
- 25:53Speaker 1: breaking my back. Do you know I worked two jobs?
- 25:56Speaker 1: I work two jobs, and they always trying to take
- 25:58Speaker 1: money out of my check, always trying to call me
- 26:00Speaker 1: hearing there, and I'm always tired. I get two hours asleep,
- 26:03Speaker 1: and then now the church wants to dump another fifteen
- 26:05Speaker 1: dollars charging me for being at church when that's what
- 26:08Speaker 1: I'm supposed to do. But you're coming in late though,
- 26:13Speaker 1: you know what, you know what late ain't bad? Okay,
- 26:17Speaker 1: I might be delayed, but I ain't denied. And I'm
- 26:19Speaker 1: getting there the best way that I know how. We're
- 26:21Speaker 1: o the bus. I have to put my kids on
- 26:23Speaker 1: the school bus, and not only have to put them
- 26:25Speaker 1: on the school bus, and I have to get on
- 26:26Speaker 1: the bus to myself to him because I don't have
- 26:28Speaker 1: a car, because they Daddy's ain't doing nothing nothing for them.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Do you understand what I'm saying to you? I need
- 26:35Speaker 1: to under Daddy number one guess what he daddy for? Two?
- 26:39Speaker 1: He in jail, been there about five years. He ain't
- 26:43Speaker 1: And Daddy number three he decided to go ahead and
- 26:46Speaker 1: walk out, ain't. I ain't heard from that that Tracelan
- 26:50Speaker 1: in about seven months. Now. He know we're struggling. He
- 26:52Speaker 1: had the nerve to take my wallet too, you don't.
- 26:54Speaker 1: You don't even understand what I'm going through. You don't
- 26:56Speaker 1: even understand that I'm trying to make a better life
- 26:58Speaker 1: for me and my children. There is one more thing,
- 27:01Speaker 1: such a Tracey, that the Church wants you to know
- 27:03Speaker 1: before next Sunday. Then you definitely need to know what
- 27:06Speaker 1: one more thing does the church want me to know? Best?
- 27:08Speaker 1: Sixteen dollars. The Church just wants you to know that.
- 27:10Speaker 1: This is nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Joe.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Your sister Patrese got me to prank phone call you.
- 27:19Speaker 1: I am going what are you? No, I ain't got
- 27:25Speaker 1: time for that. No, I ain't got time for that.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Oh girl, you're sust you all right? Oh I got
- 27:35Speaker 1: something for her? How about that? You tell me? She said,
- 27:40Speaker 1: She said, my sister carpro down. She says, she got
- 27:43Speaker 1: these kids. She over here struggling and struggling, and she's
- 27:46Speaker 1: trying to make it. But you gotta give a hard time.
- 27:49Speaker 1: She just wanted she wanted, she wanted you to put us,
- 27:51Speaker 1: She wanted to put a smile on your face. Well,
- 27:55Speaker 1: all you want being settled out, I'm gonna have to
- 27:57Speaker 1: say she did. Ok. Wow, now that I know you
- 28:02Speaker 1: y'all were joking and now I know this is nephew Tommy. Hey,
- 28:08Speaker 1: I gotta ask you something, Baby, what's the baddest and
- 28:10Speaker 1: I mean the baddest radio show in the land. That's
- 28:13Speaker 1: Steve Harved Morning Show. Baby, You're gonna come to this
- 28:20Speaker 1: church on time. You understand I'm saying you're gonna come
- 28:22Speaker 1: in here on time. I like I like that. Okay,
- 28:25Speaker 1: when you don't come to this church on time, you
- 28:27Speaker 1: pay a fan on time. I'll pay a fan however
- 28:30Speaker 1: you want to look at. But you're coming in here
- 28:32Speaker 1: on time. I believe. Yeah, you're gonna What did I say?
- 28:42Speaker 1: You're gonna pay this fine if you're not on time
- 28:49Speaker 1: exactly and we're not laying Okay, Tommy, every catch me
- 28:57Speaker 1: up to Orlando Improv. That's Memorial Day weekend and that
- 29:00Speaker 1: is Friday and Saturday, and then in Tampa Bay, Florida.

- 29:15Speaker 1: see where I'm going. Thanks all right, we'll be back,
- 29:17Speaker 1: Thank you, nephew. With entertainment and national news right after this,
- 29:21Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Plans have been
- 29:26Speaker 1: announced for DMX's memorial services. On Saturday, four pm. There
- 29:31Speaker 1: will be a celebration at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn,
- 29:35Speaker 1: New York. That's this Saturday. And then on the Sunday,
- 29:38Speaker 1: there are plans for a Homego homegoing celebration that will
- 29:41Speaker 1: start at two thirty pm. Though both events are only
- 29:45Speaker 1: open to close friends and family, fans can watch via
- 29:49Speaker 1: live stream. Sunday's homegoing celebration will air on b ET
- 29:53Speaker 1: and the Celebration of Life will stream through DMX's YouTube channel.
- 29:57Speaker 1: So there you go. Wow. Yeah, yes, never begin to DMX. No, No,
- 30:11Speaker 1: for sure a legend. Yeah. All right. On a lighter note,
- 30:15Speaker 1: we're going to switch gears here and say congratulations to
- 30:18Speaker 1: LeVar Burton. Guys, when Jeopardy released a list of guest
- 30:24Speaker 1: hosts that will be finishing out this season, um LeVar
- 30:27Speaker 1: Burtons was in that number, and as we told you,
- 30:30Speaker 1: LaVar was an early fan favorite to take the late
- 30:34Speaker 1: Alex Trevec's place on the game show. They even started
- 30:37Speaker 1: a petition that got over two hundred and forty seven
- 30:41Speaker 1: thousand signatures. Ar. Yeah, so really good for him. He
- 30:45Speaker 1: joins Robin Roberts, George Stephanopolis, Joe buck Um, Anderson Cooper,
- 30:51Speaker 1: all taking turns at the podium and you can look
- 30:54Speaker 1: for his stint to run from July twenty sixth through
- 30:57Speaker 1: the thirtieth. So congratulations Mayweather didn't make the cut. Maywether
- 31:02Speaker 1: didn't make Floyd, No, no, he didn't. Floyd Maywether didn't
- 31:05Speaker 1: make it. Because everybody has to be able to read,
- 31:08Speaker 1: all right. I didn't say some big words I didn't say.
- 31:13Speaker 1: I didn't say he couldn't read. I said did he
- 31:15Speaker 1: make the cut? That was Junior Ki whateing Floyd out
- 31:23Speaker 1: of retirement box and I don't if you hit the
- 31:33Speaker 1: next night. So I look forward to that again. Those
- 31:39Speaker 1: dates for LeVar Burton to be to host Jeopardy will
- 31:43Speaker 1: be July twenty six through the thirtieth, and they're still
- 31:46Speaker 1: trying to get him to become the permanent host. Yeah
- 31:49Speaker 1: that'll be good. Yeah, I'm rooting for that. Yeah. I
- 31:52Speaker 1: would like Aaron Rodgers. I watched him a few days.
- 31:56Speaker 1: He was pretty cool with it. Yeah, girl kind of
- 31:58Speaker 1: laid back. Yeah. I like Anderson Cooper everything everything. Ye. Yes,
- 32:11Speaker 1: if I was white, that's the hall I would want
- 32:13Speaker 1: what Anderson got right there, that has the silver fox,
- 32:20Speaker 1: because because you're black, you don't have any exactly man
- 32:31Speaker 1: yet smooth hair parting, silver fox. Yeah, silver fox. So
- 32:39Speaker 1: tonight neew ready to Love? Who rested to love? If
- 32:46Speaker 1: my grandmama? Who my baby gonna rested to love? Ready
- 32:49Speaker 1: to Love? Is tonight on the Old Network nine eight century.
- 32:53Speaker 1: You don't want to miss it, hosted about Yours Truly,
- 32:55Speaker 1: it's getting juicy, you know, this is like, this's what
- 32:58Speaker 1: episode number four? So we we're getting in there so
- 33:02Speaker 1: you can still figure trying to figure out who you
- 33:04Speaker 1: think is gonna make it to the end. That's that's
- 33:06Speaker 1: that's my job. I give to you. Figure out who
- 33:08Speaker 1: you think will make it through the end and who
- 33:10Speaker 1: will they wind up with? Three couples, now, who are
- 33:14Speaker 1: the three that will match up? Try to match it
- 33:16Speaker 1: up before we get the episode number ten? All right, okay,
- 33:19Speaker 1: congratulations again. Yeah, well is a favorite. He's a favorite.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Hey guys, we'll talk about this a little later. Right now,
- 33:28Speaker 1: we gotta get to miss Anne Jay al Right, everybody,
- 33:31Speaker 1: it's time for the news with miss Anne Tripp. Okay,
- 33:34Speaker 1: thanks Jay. With Derek Chauvin convicted of all charges in
- 33:37Speaker 1: the murder of George Floyda, only a few miles away
- 33:40Speaker 1: from Minneapolis, yesterday, another black man, twenty year old Dante Wright,
- 33:44Speaker 1: was funeralized. Civil rights attorney at war Benjamin Crump spoke
- 33:47Speaker 1: to the many many mourners, it is the right thing
- 33:50Speaker 1: to do to stand up for our children. It is
- 33:54Speaker 1: the right thing to do to speak up for our children.
- 33:57Speaker 1: It is the right thing to do fake book our children,
- 34:02Speaker 1: because if we don't found children, we can't expect nobody
- 34:06Speaker 1: else to fight bout children like that. Dante Wright was
- 34:09Speaker 1: shot dead last week by a white female officer who
- 34:12Speaker 1: has since resigned, a twenty six year veteran named Kim Potter,
- 34:15Speaker 1: who says she meant to chase him, but pulled out
- 34:18Speaker 1: her service revolver instead, even though a taser is like
- 34:21Speaker 1: eight ounces and a service revolvers two pounds. Potter has
- 34:24Speaker 1: been charged with second degree manslaughter. Get this. Republican candidate
- 34:27Speaker 1: for governor of Virginia says the Derek Chauvin guilty verdict
- 34:30Speaker 1: made her sick. State senator Amanda Freeman Chase calls herself
- 34:35Speaker 1: Trump and heels, and she's spouted the same excuse to
- 34:38Speaker 1: all the other conservative and right wing punters are using.
- 34:40Speaker 1: The jurors are somehow four stores afraid not to convict
- 34:44Speaker 1: Chauvin out of fear causing riots if they didn't. But
- 34:46Speaker 1: of course she wasn't in that jury room. However, alternate
- 34:49Speaker 1: juror Lisa Christiansen was and has spoken to CBS News
- 34:52Speaker 1: about it. She says after seeing the videos and hearing
- 34:54Speaker 1: the testimony, she would have voted to convict Chauvin too
- 34:57Speaker 1: if she had the chance. Was it was emotional. I
- 35:01Speaker 1: think my eyes teared up a couple of times, so,
- 35:04Speaker 1: especially seeing it from different angles and things. She says
- 35:08Speaker 1: she never understood how police interacting with George Floyd over
- 35:11Speaker 1: just a twenty dollar bill should have resulted in his death. Meanwhile,
- 35:15Speaker 1: the Capitol Hill legislators working on a compromise George Floyd
- 35:18Speaker 1: Justice and Policing Act. Under the rework measure, police officers
- 35:21Speaker 1: could be sued with damages awarded for violating people's constitutional rights,
- 35:25Speaker 1: while also limiting the qualified immunity protections that they now enjoy.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Chokeholes would be banned, and a national database would be
- 35:32Speaker 1: put together a detailing police misconduct als. Democrats have passed
- 35:36Speaker 1: a measure yesterday that would make Washington DC estate, but
- 35:39Speaker 1: it doesn't have a positive future. Bill would need ten
- 35:41Speaker 1: Republicans to go along, and that's doubtful. Gop thinks, apparently,
- 35:45Speaker 1: according to critics, that a huge black black population would
- 35:49Speaker 1: be just not sending any Republicans to the hill. So
- 35:51Speaker 1: it's about politics. And then sad news. So that let
- 35:53Speaker 1: me introduce myself. Yeah, TMC reports that Shotg, the Humpty
- 35:58Speaker 1: hump guy from Digital Underground, is pass shot Ge, who
- 36:01Speaker 1: wore the big hat and the glasses and the fake nose,
- 36:03Speaker 1: was fifty seven years old. No word of cause of death.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Sad news about shot Ge. Now back to the Steve
- 36:09Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening show, all right, Come on, Junior,
- 36:14Speaker 1: introduce your writing partner. Yes, he's my writing partner, my
- 36:18Speaker 1: sick partner, my best partner. But I don't know what's
- 36:21Speaker 1: in his mind. Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to take
- 36:23Speaker 1: a look into the mind of Jay Anthony Brown. Before
- 36:29Speaker 1: we go into my mind, before we go to mind,
- 36:31Speaker 1: be sure to watch Assisted Living with Yours truly on
- 36:34Speaker 1: the Beet network, y'all. Now, I had the opportunity to
- 36:38Speaker 1: this weekend to hang up with my my daughters and
- 36:40Speaker 1: her and their kids. Now, I don't know if you've
- 36:43Speaker 1: been around people who were with their kids, but you
- 36:46Speaker 1: hear stuff now that we never heard that. I never
- 36:50Speaker 1: heard when I was coming up. So I have a
- 36:52Speaker 1: list of these things I never heard just when I
- 36:54Speaker 1: was coming up. What y'all want to eat? I never
- 36:57Speaker 1: heard that when I was coming on, right, never heard.
- 37:05Speaker 1: I never heard you can wash them dishes when you
- 37:07Speaker 1: get up. I never heard that. I never heard. I
- 37:16Speaker 1: never heard I'm getting them two hundred dollars tennis shoes
- 37:19Speaker 1: and that's it. Damn it. I never heard that. I
- 37:22Speaker 1: never heard that. I never heard the phrase. I never
- 37:27Speaker 1: heard the phrase look in my purse and get what
- 37:29Speaker 1: you need. I never heard that. You can't never when
- 37:35Speaker 1: you go to the store, keep the change. I never
- 37:38Speaker 1: heard keep keep the change. No, I never heard. These
- 37:44Speaker 1: are things I never heard. Now people are saying them now,
- 37:46Speaker 1: But I never heard. If you don't feel like going
- 37:49Speaker 1: to church, it's okay. Don't worry about just letting it
- 37:52Speaker 1: get you get you getting ready. Oh my god, I
- 38:00Speaker 1: never heard this. If you go over to those people's
- 38:03Speaker 1: house and they offer you something to eat, go ahead
- 38:06Speaker 1: and eat as much as you want. I never heard that.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Don't know and eat at my house. I never heard this.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Now that I hear your side, I think you have
- 38:21Speaker 1: a point. I never heard that. You're bringing out the
- 38:26Speaker 1: big guns. Jay, you know what you know? You started
- 38:32Speaker 1: to make sense. I never looked at it like you're
- 38:34Speaker 1: looking at it. I ain't never heard it. There's another
- 38:40Speaker 1: one I never heard. And if you guys got some more,
- 38:43Speaker 1: I got one more, manut you guys, I never heard this. Okay,
- 38:46Speaker 1: if you don't eat it, if you don't eat it,
- 38:49Speaker 1: we're just gonna throw it out, throw wood house, throw yeah, Jay,
- 38:54Speaker 1: I ain't never heard come back when you want. I
- 39:00Speaker 1: never heard that. All right, you don't get around the
- 39:05Speaker 1: cutty yard today. Don't worry about it. We get it tomorrow.
- 39:08Speaker 1: I never heard for Shay. My favorite was you have
- 39:13Speaker 1: a point? Okay? Coming up and coming up in thirty
- 39:23Speaker 1: four minutes after the hour, we'll have more of the
- 39:26Speaker 1: crazy Steve Harvey Morning Show. Right after this. You're listening
- 39:30Speaker 1: to show? All right, here we go again. What is
- 39:35Speaker 1: going on? We have to ask that so much. Now
- 39:39Speaker 1: we all want to know why Columbus police officer Nicholas Reardon,
- 39:42Speaker 1: who shot and kills sixteen year old Mkayah Bryant, didn't
- 39:45Speaker 1: use a taser gun well. According to interim Columbus Police
- 39:49Speaker 1: Chief Michael Woods, he says, if there's not deadly force
- 39:53Speaker 1: being perpetrated on someone else at that time, an officer
- 39:58Speaker 1: may have the opportunity, who have cover, distance and time
- 40:03Speaker 1: to use a taser. But if those things aren't present,
- 40:07Speaker 1: and there is an active assault going on in which
- 40:10Speaker 1: someone could lose their life, the officer can use their
- 40:13Speaker 1: firearm to protect that third person. Officers are trained that
- 40:18Speaker 1: when they use their gun, they must stop the threat
- 40:21Speaker 1: in front of them. That means aiming at a person's
- 40:25Speaker 1: center mass, the largest part of a person's body. When
- 40:29Speaker 1: you try to start shooting, legs or arms, round mass, rounds, mists,
- 40:34Speaker 1: and they continue, and there are people behind you that
- 40:39Speaker 1: could be in danger, that are not committing anything. The
- 40:43Speaker 1: mayor of Columbus promised the community a thorough investigation so
- 40:47Speaker 1: that answers the question that a lot of people were asking,
- 40:50Speaker 1: why didn't they just tase her? Why didn't they just
- 40:53Speaker 1: tase her? Because he's saying she had a knife in
- 40:56Speaker 1: her hand according to the bodycam video, and the police
- 41:01Speaker 1: officer was trying to save that person's in life who
- 41:06Speaker 1: it looked like she was trying to stab another girl. So, yeah,
- 41:09Speaker 1: the girl if you've seen the video, the young lady
- 41:11Speaker 1: in the pink right, the young lady by the car. Yeah,
- 41:17Speaker 1: apparently about to be attacked. And that's when the cop
- 41:20Speaker 1: made the decision to, um, you know, use deadly force
- 41:25Speaker 1: the way that he did. But that would make sense
- 41:29Speaker 1: if you didn't always use deadly force. You always use
- 41:32Speaker 1: deadly force, right for yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 41:41Speaker 1: because you certainly don't need it at a traffic stop
- 41:44Speaker 1: for an unarmed person. Yeah. Yeah, So that that's that
- 41:50Speaker 1: answers that for now. You know, I will say it
- 41:54Speaker 1: was having. It happens so fast. Yeah, he fired off
- 41:58Speaker 1: four rounds just so quickly. And well that happened fast.
- 42:03Speaker 1: The spill out of the house, it was all just
- 42:05Speaker 1: it was quick. It was all quick. Yeah, that's why
- 42:08Speaker 1: they're doing an investigation. Yeah. Chaotic is the word. Yeah,
- 42:12Speaker 1: it was chaotic. It was fast. You saw a man
- 42:15Speaker 1: on the video kicking a girl. Girl on the ground,
- 42:19Speaker 1: girl on the ground. It was just a lot no
- 42:22Speaker 1: excuses for the police. And we're not making excuses, but
- 42:25Speaker 1: I'm just saying, just looking at the video, you couldn't
- 42:28Speaker 1: tell at first what was going on, and and and
- 42:32Speaker 1: it's just horrible. But it seems it seems like whenever
- 42:35Speaker 1: they show up, it's like shoot and then apologize later.
- 42:39Speaker 1: That just the attitude. Yeah, let's just going shooting and
- 42:44Speaker 1: then we'll apologize later on. Especially when I was gonna say,
- 42:50Speaker 1: I was gonna say, you can't write Tommy and Carla,
- 42:54Speaker 1: you can't tell me that Somewhere along the line, they're
- 42:57Speaker 1: not told because they do it too often. When you
- 43:00Speaker 1: see a black person, stop them. This is a procedure
- 43:04Speaker 1: for a black person. You know, they're just two different
- 43:07Speaker 1: sets of rules. Because this doesn't happen to anyone else.
- 43:11Speaker 1: You have to be telling them something else. Besides, you
- 43:15Speaker 1: know what the what I understand, I totally understand now
- 43:20Speaker 1: me this How far away do you think this officer
- 43:23Speaker 1: was from this girl? He shot? But you could have
- 43:26Speaker 1: ran over and just tackled her before you know what
- 43:29Speaker 1: I'm saying, you wept weapon. I got that. But that's
- 43:36Speaker 1: their training, that's what the police chief is saying she
- 43:40Speaker 1: had a weapon. Now I'm not like I said, we're
- 43:42Speaker 1: just looking at what we apparently saw, you know, on
- 43:46Speaker 1: the video. But again back to what Jay says, when
- 43:48Speaker 1: it comes to us, to us, it's always kill us
- 43:53Speaker 1: and then explain it later or apologize later. So yeah,
- 43:58Speaker 1: there needs to be a police form. It needs to
- 44:00Speaker 1: happen immediately. Oh yeah, it really does. Um, I mean
- 44:06Speaker 1: just from top to bottom, top to bottom. And who
- 44:10Speaker 1: are they high toward us? Yeah? All right, Uh, we're
- 44:16Speaker 1: gonna move on here and switch gears because coming up
- 44:19Speaker 1: next it is the Nephew with today's prank phone call.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to show coming up at
- 44:30Speaker 1: the top of the hour, right about four minutes after,
- 44:33Speaker 1: it's my Strawberry letter for today. The subject she had
- 44:36Speaker 1: all my passwords. We'll get into that. We'll get into
- 44:40Speaker 1: that a little later. You were like that, Tommy, what what? Yeah,
- 44:47Speaker 1: you heard it. We'll get into it. She had all
- 44:50Speaker 1: my passwords. Oh my god, that's that's a horrible movie.
- 45:00Speaker 1: For Right now, the Nephew is here live today's frank
- 45:07Speaker 1: phone call. What you got for us? Now you didn't
- 45:10Speaker 1: fall and you ain't getting no money? Oh you didn't
- 45:15Speaker 1: fall and you ain't getting no money. Let's go yeah,
- 45:20Speaker 1: digg it. Hello, I'm trying to reach a Glinda and place.
- 45:26Speaker 1: How you doing? My name is Brad. I'm actually with
- 45:30Speaker 1: the A and C Department Accidents and Conditions. Wanted to
- 45:33Speaker 1: give you a call and see how you're doing this morning.
- 45:36Speaker 1: I'm getting sorry, great, great Now. I am the h
- 45:41Speaker 1: the Accident and condition coordinated, the last person that it
- 45:44Speaker 1: goes to before actually issuing out a check, and just
- 45:47Speaker 1: wanted to give you a call and see how everything
- 45:49Speaker 1: is going going. Have you Have you been to the
- 45:51Speaker 1: doctor on your fall, and just just wanted to do
- 45:54Speaker 1: a follow up with you and make sure everything is okay? Yeah, everything,
- 45:59Speaker 1: Thank you? Have you needed to do any any rehabilitation
- 46:02Speaker 1: work or anything like that. This is just a random
- 46:05Speaker 1: procedure of all the notes that I have to write down,
- 46:07Speaker 1: and like I said, this is the final step of
- 46:10Speaker 1: getting you out of check. Now, the last heard you
- 46:13Speaker 1: were offered two thousand dollars? Is that correct? If you
- 46:16Speaker 1: were there, you go at supervisor, you would knew that
- 46:20Speaker 1: if you worked there. Okay, Well, I'm just looking at
- 46:23Speaker 1: the file that I have. Man, I don't have everything
- 46:25Speaker 1: you got that rode down. That's what they offer. Okay,
- 46:29Speaker 1: well listen, here's what we're doing. M I've also been
- 46:32Speaker 1: brought some other records. Is this the first time you've
- 46:35Speaker 1: actually had an incident like this? What is this the
- 46:40Speaker 1: first time you've had an incident of actually falling? Yeah?
- 46:44Speaker 1: First time? Okay, Well, actually, what we're doing, uh looking
- 46:49Speaker 1: over the records here, I've got some actual incidents that
- 46:53Speaker 1: it seems like you've actually fallen several times in other places.
- 46:57Speaker 1: And uh, what what I'm having to do here, ma'am,
- 47:01Speaker 1: is let you know that I am not going to
- 47:04Speaker 1: sign off on this at all. So the money that
- 47:06Speaker 1: has been offered to you, I am no longer going
- 47:09Speaker 1: to be. I'm not gonna confirm this check to go
- 47:12Speaker 1: out to you. I don't think that there's anything wrong
- 47:15Speaker 1: with you. I don't think that you have a problem.
- 47:17Speaker 1: I think that there's something that you deliberately did in
- 47:20Speaker 1: one of our stores. I could care less about what
- 47:23Speaker 1: you think what happened was that was on the floor.
- 47:27Speaker 1: I fail. I'm gonna they don't have to pay for
- 47:30Speaker 1: the claim. No, we're not gonna, actually, ma'am, what I'm
- 47:34Speaker 1: gonna have to do is get you to come down
- 47:36Speaker 1: and sign an agreement. Yes, I'm gonna need you to
- 47:40Speaker 1: come down and sign an agreement that you actually made
- 47:43Speaker 1: this whole thing up, and I need that in wrong,
- 47:46Speaker 1: I'm nowhere. Look, ma'am, I don't care if you come
- 47:49Speaker 1: down or I have to come down and haul your sin,
- 47:51Speaker 1: because I'm not signing over a check to you for
- 47:54Speaker 1: somebody that deliberately laid down in the floor and act
- 47:56Speaker 1: like something was wrong with them. Good am lying, deliberately
- 48:00Speaker 1: done it? How exactly it was? Witnesses? You need to
- 48:05Speaker 1: talk to them. I've spoken to every witness and you
- 48:07Speaker 1: know what, man, everyone witness Because my friend was there,
- 48:12Speaker 1: you haven't spoken to her. There's a lot of people
- 48:14Speaker 1: that assume that you're lying. Well, I don't kill what
- 48:18Speaker 1: they are. Man, let me explain something. We can take
- 48:21Speaker 1: this thing further. I even have you on video actually
- 48:25Speaker 1: deliberately down in the middle of the floor as if
- 48:27Speaker 1: you have no No, I am not man. We're not
- 48:33Speaker 1: going to give you two We're not going to give
- 48:35Speaker 1: you two dollars. What's your name? My name is Brad
- 48:38Speaker 1: with the anc department. Well, you won't be him the
- 48:41Speaker 1: job too much? Go on because you're food no, No,
- 48:44Speaker 1: I'm not a fool. I want to make sure that
- 48:45Speaker 1: you understand. I want to make sure that you understand.
- 48:49Speaker 1: You understand that this is not something that you can
- 48:52Speaker 1: do or continue to do. Now. I want to hear
- 48:54Speaker 1: it out of your mouth. You tell me, did you
- 48:56Speaker 1: lay down on that floor deliberately? You them? You think
- 49:00Speaker 1: I'm going to set of here and tell you I
- 49:03Speaker 1: deliberately laid down in a floor? Am I crazy? Am
- 49:06Speaker 1: I crazy? For you to sit here and tell me
- 49:08Speaker 1: the seal that it as all? No, deliberately laid down
- 49:14Speaker 1: on that floor, and you're deliberately trying to get two
- 49:17Speaker 1: thousand dollars worth the money that does not belong to you.
- 49:19Speaker 1: What you just review the damn cape then and uh
- 49:23Speaker 1: you will see what happened. Would you like for me
- 49:25Speaker 1: to get authorities to come over, ma'am and bring you in?
- 49:28Speaker 1: Because what we who you get get whether you want
- 49:32Speaker 1: to get it. If I need to send authorities down there,
- 49:35Speaker 1: you you send them over here. I'm scared of them either.
- 49:39Speaker 1: I don't think I'm not. I'm not. They're gonna bring
- 49:43Speaker 1: you in and you're gonna sign this form I have
- 49:45Speaker 1: that deliberately laid down on that floor. You a fool,
- 49:48Speaker 1: the nerving you black people. I'm not coming in. I'm
- 49:52Speaker 1: not signing nothing now what Utah man, I don't know.
- 49:56Speaker 1: I ain't ever heard this. Ut Man. Now, I want
- 49:59Speaker 1: you you to bring your little narrow black behind in
- 50:02Speaker 1: here so we can get this stuff rectified. Is what
- 50:04Speaker 1: I want done. Are you crazy or dasa? You ain't
- 50:08Speaker 1: your sharpest tool? And to share that? Tell you that
- 50:10Speaker 1: I am not coming in. I don't know what I
- 50:14Speaker 1: come in. Fuck, I want you to sign a form
- 50:16Speaker 1: that you deliberately laid down in this floor and it
- 50:18Speaker 1: was all fictitiously, no wonderful, what I do something like
- 50:22Speaker 1: that and then go to jail. Why would you lay
- 50:25Speaker 1: down in the floor in the in the first place,
- 50:27Speaker 1: and when you knew nothing? But I told you I
- 50:28Speaker 1: didn't do that. Yes she did, Yes she did. It's
- 50:31Speaker 1: in front of you. I can look you in your
- 50:33Speaker 1: eyes and tell when you're lying, I'm told you I
- 50:37Speaker 1: told you what? Hell it? That's all back? Hey, Can
- 50:40Speaker 1: I say? Let me say one more? Hello? Call her
- 50:45Speaker 1: right back? Hello? Well, I don't want to continue to
- 50:49Speaker 1: go back and forth. You look, look you're really pissed. Look,
- 50:53Speaker 1: I told you what happened. I'm not going to keep
- 50:56Speaker 1: on telling you that. I don't know why you keep
- 50:58Speaker 1: calling me. Let me speak to your damn supervisor. Let
- 51:01Speaker 1: me first of all, man, First of all, I am
- 51:03Speaker 1: the supervis. This is what I want. I think we

- 51:13Speaker 1: come and sign some papers saying I laid on them float,
- 51:17Speaker 1: It ain't. None of that truth was on the float.
- 51:20Speaker 1: I fail. That's it. That's all. Now, what the are
- 51:24Speaker 1: you talking about? Have you been drinking? Have you been drinking?

- 51:39Speaker 1: I'm gonna say one more thing that still hurt. Are
- 51:43Speaker 1: you talking like you ain't gonna give me no money?
- 51:45Speaker 1: You crazing a damn gonna get some money. They should
- 51:48Speaker 1: hate that step of the float. Then I'm gonna be
- 51:51Speaker 1: having to go through none of this you have I've

- 54:25Speaker 1: give their response after I give mine, and they're gonna
- 54:29Speaker 1: love this. They already loved the subject she had all
- 54:32Speaker 1: my passwords. Here we go, Here we go. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 54:39Speaker 1: I'm at thirty four year old male and my fiance
- 54:42Speaker 1: is thirty one years old. Our wedding has planned for
- 54:45Speaker 1: this November, but I may have to call it off.
- 54:47Speaker 1: The problem started over a direct message I got on
- 54:51Speaker 1: Instagram from a female I used to have sex with
- 54:54Speaker 1: but we never dated. Her message was, hey, it's been
- 54:57Speaker 1: a minute, how have you been. I responded that I
- 55:00Speaker 1: was doing great, and I asked how she's been. I
- 55:02Speaker 1: told her it was a nice hearing from her, and
- 55:04Speaker 1: then ended with be safe, take care. The next day,
- 55:08Speaker 1: my fiance asked me if I told all the women
- 55:11Speaker 1: in my past that I'm engaged. She also asked if
- 55:14Speaker 1: I'll be fine having sex with the same person for
- 55:17Speaker 1: the rest of my life. I had to remind her
- 55:19Speaker 1: that I posted our engagement pictures on my social media
- 55:23Speaker 1: pages and I assured her that I was ready to
- 55:26Speaker 1: be married. For the next few days, she had a
- 55:29Speaker 1: real nasty attitude. I asked her what was wrong, and
- 55:33Speaker 1: she went off on me, saying I must think she's
- 55:35Speaker 1: a stupid fool because she knows I've been talking to
- 55:38Speaker 1: women from my past. At that point, I knew she
- 55:43Speaker 1: had been snooping. She finally admitted that she's had all
- 55:46Speaker 1: of my passwords from my phone, email, bank account, bank
- 55:50Speaker 1: account app, my credit monitoring app, my social media account,
- 55:56Speaker 1: and the code to my small safe. I keep my
- 55:58Speaker 1: gun locked in. She's had them since twenty nineteen, and
- 56:02Speaker 1: she's been able to get the new ones when I
- 56:04Speaker 1: update them. She proudly told me that she's been monitoring
- 56:08Speaker 1: my credit score and my bank account balanced to make
- 56:11Speaker 1: sure we'd be fine financially. I did something I've never
- 56:15Speaker 1: done before. I cursed her out and I told her
- 56:18Speaker 1: I needed some time. I ignored her for a while,
- 56:21Speaker 1: and by the third day she had changed my phone
- 56:24Speaker 1: and email code so I can't get my messages. What
- 56:28Speaker 1: do I do with this crazy woman? Well, this is
- 56:33Speaker 1: who you fell in love with, now, isn't it. I
- 56:36Speaker 1: want to marry her and all of that. Well, is
- 56:39Speaker 1: she out of line for all this? Is she violating
- 56:41Speaker 1: your privacy? Does she go too far? Yeah, of course
- 56:44Speaker 1: she did. I think she did. You know, she's in everything.
- 56:47Speaker 1: She doesn't have to be in everything. But here's why
- 56:51Speaker 1: she is. She did it because she doesn't trust you.
- 56:55Speaker 1: She doesn't, she's just she's not a person who trusts
- 56:58Speaker 1: very easily. She does, and trust anything about you, any
- 57:01Speaker 1: part of you. She hasn't for quite a while. You said,
- 57:04Speaker 1: since twenty nineteen, that's like a couple of years. And
- 57:08Speaker 1: this is a problem, and I think you should. I
- 57:10Speaker 1: do think you should call your wedding off until you
- 57:13Speaker 1: can build some kind of trust in this relationship. I
- 57:15Speaker 1: don't know if that's possible, but you can try. You've
- 57:20Speaker 1: never had trust, and there's no need of, you know,
- 57:26Speaker 1: trying to move forward. If you guys can't work this out,
- 57:29Speaker 1: it's certainly not going to be easy. Because although you
- 57:32Speaker 1: didn't come right out and say it, you have been
- 57:34Speaker 1: talking to other women in your past. You have, and
- 57:38Speaker 1: she told you that, And that's how you knew she'd
- 57:41Speaker 1: been snooping, because that's what you've been doing when you're
- 57:45Speaker 1: not doing anything. You don't really care if your partner
- 57:47Speaker 1: has your pass code because you have nothing to hide.
- 57:49Speaker 1: And I really think this is a one sided letter.
- 57:52Speaker 1: It's just your side. What she did is crazy. I
- 57:55Speaker 1: got all of that right now. You guys are going
- 57:58Speaker 1: to end up in divorce if you don't try to
- 58:00Speaker 1: fix this problem, if you ever even get a chance
- 58:02Speaker 1: to walk down the aisle. This is a lot. This
- 58:04Speaker 1: is a lot. Jay Dude, dude, dude, dude, I'm gonna
- 58:13Speaker 1: say it one more. Damn dude. You have to protect
- 58:18Speaker 1: your phone at all times. Say that one mo time.
- 58:25Speaker 1: You are to protect your phone at all damn time.
- 58:31Speaker 1: If you shower, the phones are now waterproof, you can
- 58:35Speaker 1: take your phone in the shower weeping. All this is
- 58:39Speaker 1: because you are not looking after the most important thing
- 58:43Speaker 1: in your life. Not you, not your wife, not your mama,
- 58:49Speaker 1: not your kids, not your job. Your damn phone is
- 58:53Speaker 1: the most important thing in your life. Sleep with it.
- 58:59Speaker 1: You make sure you know where it is at all times.
- 59:02Speaker 1: You leave the house, you forgot your lunch. You say,
- 59:05Speaker 1: what the hell, I'll get something to eat. You leave
- 59:07Speaker 1: the house. You don't have your phone. Damn it. We're
- 59:09Speaker 1: going back to get that phone. You're not a man.
- 59:14Speaker 1: I'm disgusted at you as a man that would let
- 59:17Speaker 1: this happen. You're not even a man. You call yourself
- 59:21Speaker 1: a man. Men, don't let this happen. Real, real, damn men.
- 59:27Speaker 1: Don't go out like this of you. Man. We need
- 59:32Speaker 1: to we need to come get your Brotherhood card right away.
- 59:37Speaker 1: You've lost it. You've lost it. You lost it, dude.

- 1:01:07Speaker 1: on his credit score, monitoring his phone calls, I mean,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: his emails. Everything you can imagine she's been in. But um,
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: that's because he's been talking to women from his past,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: women from his past, and so she's been checking up
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: on it, and she wants to make sure that he's
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: told everyone that he's um engaged in all of that.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: And he lied to her, and she found out and said,
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: you must be think I'm a stupid fool. So now
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: what she's done has changed all his phone and email codes,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: so now he can't get an a stupid fool. You
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: think I'm a stupid fool, That's what she said. You
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: must think I'm a stupid fool. She knows he's been
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: talking to women in his past, and because she's been snooping,
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: So he asked, what does he do with this crazy woman?

- 1:05:06Speaker 1: she got credit card, she got critics called, she got
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: bank accounts. You got to change every single thing and
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: get away from this woman. It is time to leave. Yeah,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: she's a little crazy. She doesn't trust you at all.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: That's not a little crazy. Don't say that. She's a
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: lot crazy and she doesn't trust in at all. She
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: has trust issues. She definitely does. He would do well
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: to let me. Let me say this, and all the
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: men will agree on this. We know that she's crazy,

- 1:06:57Speaker 1: is here with Sports Talk. What you got June? Okay?
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: Surely Before I do that, though, let me remind everybody
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: that on June fifth, it's back this year. Our third
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: annual Kiers Hope Sickle Cell or five K Run is
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: gonna be happening this year at the Margaret Hunt Hill
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: Bridge in Dallas, Texas. So bad. I'm excited to get
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: that out the way. Go to kiers Hope dot org
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: to register today. That's what you have to do. We
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: back to man, you know, last year, but we're back. Yeah,
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: man and man, we're gonna have a great time. Man.
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: But today in sports it's a little different today, you know.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: Ever since the verdict went down with the Derek Charvin case,
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: um of guilty you know, sports World has been having
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: their say so, but I found something, Man, I just
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: wanted to have an open discussion about this. Did we
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: really get upset about this? But this kind of this
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: kind of like where we always see two different things.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: Brett Farve on Bowling with Farv made a comment about
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: the verdict. I want ya to listen to it here.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: It is right here. You know, I find it hard
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: to believe, and I'm not defending Derek shown in any way. Um,
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: I find it hard to believe first of all, that
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: he intentionally meant to kill George Ford. Um. That being said,
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: his actions were uncalled for. I don't care what color
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: the person is on the street, you do not. I mean,
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: I don't know what led to that video that we
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: saw where his knee is on his neck, but the
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: man had thrown in the towel, and um, it was
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: just uncalled for. Yeah, felt contradictory right there. It did.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: It did want to get because you know, like we
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: we saw one thing. We saw a murder and I
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: don't know what you mean by intended to, but that's
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: what happened. Yeah, because nine minutes, yeah for Nimes thirty seconds,
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: I got like I don't intend to do something. But
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: that was intent. We saw that for nine minutes and
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: it was intent. It was intent because he was black,
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: because he wouldn't do that to a white person. He
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: just wouldn't. He just don't done that. It never happened. No,
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: they don't get treated like that. And because he was black,
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: that's why he was treated like that. And that's it.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: That's it, that's it, and he ship on the jail
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: forever forever. What's your right, jun. They don't see what
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: we see. They don't see what we saw. No, I don't,
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: I don't. I don't understand. I mean, if you have
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: that many Bostanders begging you at the same time to
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: take your knee off this man's leg, then you kept
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: it on that and then you intended, you intended to
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: keep it there. You know. You know what bothers me
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: more than anything is all of this is about twenty dollars. Man,
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: This is about twenty It's so petty, it's it's about
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: twenty dollars. That's all this is about. We just gotta
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: keep the conversation. Don't matter the price timing, because there's
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: no value on our life, so dollars, it doesn't matter.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: All right, thank you for bringing that up. Appreciated. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: all right. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: we're gonna swe which gears here comedy Roulette with the
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: three comedians in the building. Up right after this you're
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: listening to. All right, guys, it is time for comedy Roulette. Jay,
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: do the honors please. Yes, it's so simple. Take some subjects,
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: put them on a wheel, spun the wheel, wed stop,
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: watch us do the damn thing. That's how good we
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: are show. Let's do here are the category all right,
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: threat your parents gave you that never happened. All right,
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: never happened close close. I thought they were going to happen.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: I really did. Yeah, they were good. Uh. Here's another one.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: Things that all people say that make no sense. Okay,
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: things that all people say they make no sense, all right?
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: And then the three uh, the third one is things
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: that mom say when they receive a crappy gift. Things
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: that mom say when a crappy gift. All right, come
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: all right, will oh it lands on things that mom
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: say when they receive a crappy gid All right, mother's
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: days coming out. All right, we're doing comedy roulette, and
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: these are things that moms will say when they received
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: a crappy Oh, don't worry about it. Mama needed some
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: rubber bands. That's nice. Thank you, Thank you so much,
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: rubber bands. Thank you, tie up everything. Okay, this is
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: easy because my mama didn't say it. All these things.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: I'm about to tell you, friend, she said all of
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: these things. Okay, thanks. Your mama say when they get
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: a crappy giars you handle a gift? She don't like
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: she saying who this fun? Is not playing? Who this fuck?
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: That's it? My mom a little different. My mama gonna
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: she's gonna turn and talk through her teeth, that's what
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: she gonna do. But she gets something like, gonna turn
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: and talk talk definitely through her teeth. Things mom say
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: when you receive a crappy gift. She know, damn, I
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: don't shop here. Learning She knows, damn, I don't shop.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: I'm like, what the hell you know? Alright, alright, I'm
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: gonna let these things mom say when they get a
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: crappy gift. Oh, that's okay. You got my name spelled wrong.
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: That's a hard right. I still love the cake. I
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: don't know who Louise is, but it's a nice cake.
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: That's not my name, but she was so sweet. Huh yeah,
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: good things. Your mom was there. They getting crappy gift.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: My mama got my She got a scarff, a head
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: scarf one time, and the lady gave it to he.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: She put out that bag and she said, baby, I
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: ain't in a game. Baby, I ain't in a game.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: I don't know who all right now? That want to
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: actually happened right here. Things your mom say when they
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: get a crappy gift. A lady gave her dress, and
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: my mom would just turned around and say, that's right.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna give her the same lance dress back next year.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: You're gonna get this dress back next year, I promise you.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: Watch me, watch me wrap this up. Black mother is
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: the thing that kind of let things your mom say
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: when they get a crappy gift, like we're gonna just
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: put it right here on the refrigerator and let everybody
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: look at it what it is. But if you said
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: the house, it's a house, Okay, that's exactly what it baby, Baby,
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: your mom say when they get a crappy gift, you
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: do know your birthday next you don't know that that's
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: a threat. Yeah, you do know things that your mom
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: say when they get a crappy gilt. So what you
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: uh uh m, there are no words. I don't know
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: what to say. I got one quick. Then your mom said,
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: when they get a crappy gil, Oh, don't worry about it.
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: If the head broke off, we can still see it
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: in the living room. That's okay. I don't know what
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: it is, but that's night. I don't know what it is.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: But yeah, we just said it right here. We'll be
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: back with more of the Steam Harvey Morning Show right
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: after this You're listening Morning show. While according to CBS
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: News X, Dallas police officer Amber Geiger will appeal her
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: ten years sentence for killing Botham Jean. Remember she walked
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: into his own apartment back in twenty eighteen and shot him.
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: She claims it was a mistake and she will argue
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: her appeal and will not her but her attorneys will
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: argue her appeal in front of a three judge panel.
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: She's saying that her conviction should have been a lesser
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: offense of criminally negligent homicide instead of murder. The ruling
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: will come at a later date. What yeah, jail, you
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: need to go jail. Girl, She is in jail. He
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: can go to jail. Yeah, he could be sued. You
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: didn't mean to hit him, and you kill him, you
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: can go to jail. You can go to jail. She
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: need to go to jail. Yeah this week. Yeah, she
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: is in jail, but she can appeal. Now, Yeah, this
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: is crazy and from a now, um, well it was
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: twenty and eighteen when it happened, so maybe there's a
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: few years. Yeah, twenty eighteen. This is twenty one. Yeah,
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: so maybe a couple of years, two or three years,
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: and and and and and the sentence was ten years. Yeah,
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: she's trying. We can get this. This is craziness right here.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: This is craziness because she she again she shot an
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: unarmed man in his own home, in his home, and
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: now she is a chance for appeal. Possibly. All right,
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: we'll have more of a stand you want to do, Yes,

- 1:17:12Speaker 1: And I love that name, Sarcy, like from Came of Thrones.
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: Searcy in Montgomery, Alabama says, Remember, I'm a sixty seven
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: year old retired father, father of nine children. I have
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: six daughters by my first wife and three daughters by
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: my second wife. My first set of daughters are all
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: still still daddy's girl, and I have been blessed with
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: a good fortune to still spoil them as I see fit.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: My second wife has a problem with me going out
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: of my way to take care of them, especially because
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: they're married. I don't think she has a right to
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: be jealous. Am I right or wrong? Come on, bitter man,
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: got right, She does not have the right to be jealous.
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: You damn right. You don't have the right to be jellic.
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: It's time for you to be Oh sugar daddy and
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: will bring you a different realm of happiness, okay, or,
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: or as I like to call him, a splendor daddy,
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: that is, a sugar daddy with diabetes. So you need
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: to look into those and see a splendor. Daddy. Yeah,
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: you've been as good daddy. Now it's time to be
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: a sugar daddy. Okay, I don't bring it much more
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: happiness than them. Seven girls? Boys? Who? But why can't
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: you make some boys? Is what I want to know?
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: What your hand? Now? Girls? Dude? You you cain't make
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: h boys. Ain't nobody caring on the legas to the
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: name or nothing? Nine queen? He tried it. I mean
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: he went from now, ain't no sense in going for
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: a team. Ain't no sense, ain't no boys and his boys?
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: That's what all right? Frederick and Laffiette, Louisiana. Last week,
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: my girlfriend and I had a big argument over Joda
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: see and boys to men over boys to men after
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: she saw the debate on Twitter. Okay, he says, I'm
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: a die heart Jodasye fan, and I could not believe
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: she compared them to boys to men, even though I
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: know they have more songs and they're still performing. She's
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: not really speaking to me over this, and I need
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: some help. So can you guys please settle this for us.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: I love boys to men, they're great performers. But if
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: you go see Boys two Men Live. This is just
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: my suggestion. They need to put that song Motown Philly
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: in the beginning. Motime Philly needs to be in the middle,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: and Motown Philly needs to be at the end because
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: after that it's nothing but slow ass songs. So they
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: need to do Motime Philly in the beginning, Motime Philly
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: in the middle, and then Motime Philly at the end,
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: because if you watch nothing but slow ass songs, you
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: asleep at a Boys to Men kind coming up. It
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: is our last break of the day. It is the
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: last break of the day. All right, we'll come back
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: and close out the show at forty nine minutes after
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: the hour. Right after this, you're listening to show. All right, guys,
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: here we are a last break of the day of
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: the week. Oh this has been some week and historic week.
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: Tell me, tell me about it. You don't have to
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: tell me about the work ethic that we have on
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: this show. Wow, are you kidding me right now? Is
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: that what you was talking about? Full week? No, that's
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: not work ethics. Wow, I'm like, what is that? But
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: sometimes but sometimes you can't right with me. Yeah, this
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: is his first appearance this week. If I'm not mistaken,
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: and you're exhausted. No second, I was, Oh, that's right,
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: that's right you were. And then then that threw me off.
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: Anytime you come in it throws me off. Wow, wow,
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: Why but I love you though, I love you, love you?
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: He made sure he got no. No, I came in too, right. Meanwhile,
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: we've been here everything to day. Yeah, you know what, Jay,
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: you brought up something earlier in the show. You just
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: talking about stuff that you know, we couldn't say growing
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: up that that man. Let me tell you something. This
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: blows me away. My wife stops and picks up my
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: kids from school. Right, my son wants one particular fast food,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: my daughter wants another one, and then my wife might
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: not want what they want. Do you know they make
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: three stops on the way home. He stops. Yeah, I've
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: seen that happened. But my mama ain't never made no
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: three two stops at all. That's not ever happening. But
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: this is outher you want to eat, right. We didn't
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: even get to suggest this is dinner, sit out and
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: eat dinners dinner time. But but we did this. We
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: did this. We made these monsters, that's what we did.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: Did this because we wanted it to be different than
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: how we grew up. So we said we were going
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: to raise our kids. We made it better for them.
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: What was the food? What was the food? You know
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: your mom? Okay, what was the food your mom know
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: you didn't like, but she made it anyway, made it
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: the whole kids. What I love all of that. My
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: mom Jay was such an excellent cook. I mean excellent.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: There's nothing that she made that I didn't like. Even liver.
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: I don't need it now, but even liver. I ate
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: that as a kid. Liver, cabbage, every kind of vegetable, rout, debate, vegetable,
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: you can imagine. It was foxtails, jail oxtails. Wow, yeah,
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: I didn't like that, but we had And it didn't
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: even look good floating in the pipe when you look
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: in and you look in the pipa. Let me tell
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: you something. Let me tell yourself. If I walk into
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: kitchen and see squash already, no, I'm gonna get my
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: asswipped that night. I'm going to get my hands. We
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: wish you could have had my mom squashed and Junior
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: really hurt my feelings with those salmon crokat lost and
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: I ate them. Salmon crokast like I was in prison.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: I forced it. You forced that all in there. Just
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: think I didn't like as a kid, were like green
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: peas and beats. That was it. Oh I still don't
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: like beats. I was never big on cornbread, but we
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: had cornbread. I mean a lot, a lot many. You
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: know I didn't. I wasn't big on cornbread, man, but
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: my mom gave you big pieces like it was cake.
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: I mean, you do you do know this ain't that good.
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: Jiffy is like it, but you do know this corn
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: bread ain't that good that you be giving that the
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: big as nothing to drink at the table, You about
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: to choke. It's like sand paper in your throat. I
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: remember I got one of my worst childhood beatings for
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: sitting at the table because I didn't want to eat
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: green peas. I just couldn't stomach them. I was the
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: last one at the table, me and my mom's youngest
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: un youngest brother, daddy O. And they told wait, let
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: me huh huh, Well they told me, They told me
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: I was sitting at the table. They just said, listen
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: when you don't have to eat them. When your mom
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: comes back, just tell her when she asked you don't
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: worry about it. So I'm a little kid, right, So
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: I'm a little kid. And Helen Louise Clark did not play,
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: all right, Helen Louise Jackson Clark did not play. So
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: she came back in, saw the greenpeace still on my plate.
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: She said, uh, what how come you didn't eat your piece?
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: Finish your piece? I said, don't worry about boum Okay,
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: I got one. I got one knocked the fire. Let
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: me get your goal in. Let me get your goal.
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: My mom didn't. I didn't went off to college. I
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: didn't went off to college. I'm at Texas AM. But
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: I'm only twenty years old. So I come back home
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: from the summer time. Uh huh, and I'm sitting at
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: the table drinking a glass of wine with my daddy. Yeah,
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: my mom, but I'm not of age yet, right, Okay?
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: So my mama saying, uh, I don't know how grown
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: we think we is. What's going on here? She's saying,
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: what's that in your glass? I tasted it like I
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: was tasting it for the first time. I said, Lord, Mama,
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: Jesus hadn't done it again. He didn't turn this water
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: into one man. My Mama slapped me, so you should
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: have got slapped. Yeah, yeah, I know, I know, Tom
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: like like pick one. We never can say that as
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: a kid. Pick one. No. All right, guys, thank you
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: for listening all week. We appreciate you and love you
