Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Black Men are Being Jailed for ‘Years’ for the ‘Same Crimes’ as Hunter Biden
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: The headline is so accurate, and many African Americans are angry.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Black men are in prison for years for the exact
- 0:10Speaker 1: same crimes as Hunter Biden. That is what Representative Wesley
- 0:15Speaker 1: Hunt had to say on the floor of the House.
- 0:18Speaker 1: He also said it in committee.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Listen, Biden will likely serve no jailotonphy offenses, and yet
- 0:26Speaker 2: there was no early morning swat raid on Hunter's home
- 0:29Speaker 2: in coordination with the media either. The American people are
- 0:33Speaker 2: sick and tired of this two tier justice system, and
- 0:36Speaker 2: as a black man, I'm tired of seeing this kind
- 0:39Speaker 2: of discretion used to favor people like Hunter Biden because
- 0:42Speaker 2: he's white and a son of a president.
- 0:45Speaker 3: While Hunter Biden will serve no.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Jail time for these charges, black men across this country
- 0:50Speaker 2: are in prison for years for the exact same crimes.
- 0:53Speaker 2: And I'm not surprised, because I guess this elective justice
- 0:57Speaker 2: shouldn't become as a surprise to anyone in this room, because,
- 1:00Speaker 2: after all, Joe Biden was one of the authors of
- 1:03Speaker 2: the ninety four crime Bill, one of my all time favorites.
- 1:08Speaker 1: You look at what he said there, and I think
- 1:11Speaker 1: it's accurate. I think it's actually spot on and many
- 1:14Speaker 1: African American men are furious. The American people are singing,
- 1:19Speaker 1: tired of a two tier justice system. And as a
- 1:21Speaker 1: black man, I'm tired of seeing this kind of discretion
- 1:24Speaker 1: used to favor people like Hunter Biden because he's white,
- 1:29Speaker 1: the congressman says, and the son of a president. The
- 1:32Speaker 1: committee hearing was having a testimony from the Special Council
- 1:36Speaker 1: John Durham about the findings that the FBI in properly
- 1:39Speaker 1: investigated Donald Trump for possibly conspiring with Russia to win
- 1:44Speaker 1: the twenty sixteen election. Wesley Hunt, who represents a large
- 1:49Speaker 1: area of Houston, sought to broaden the focus of the discussion.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Just a day after the Delaware US Attorney David Whites
- 1:56Speaker 1: announced a generous plea deal that no one else could
- 1:59Speaker 1: get except for the present son, despite hard time being
- 2:04Speaker 1: the bar for well known comparable cases across the country.
- 2:10Speaker 1: The West Point graduate, former Apache helicopter pilot and one
- 2:14Speaker 1: of four Black House Republicans, added a jab at Hunter's father, saying, quote,
- 2:19Speaker 1: I guess selective justice shouldn't come as a surprise. After all,
- 2:22Speaker 1: Joe Biden was one of the authors of the nineteen
- 2:25Speaker 1: ninety four crime Bill. One of my all time favorites.
- 2:29Speaker 1: We can see what that's done to black men across
- 2:31Speaker 1: this country. Durham, by the way, also expressed concern that
- 2:37Speaker 1: Americans perceive a two tiered legal system, saying, quote, I
- 2:41Speaker 1: don't think that things can go too much further with
- 2:44Speaker 1: a view that law enforcement, particularly the FBI and the
- 2:48Speaker 1: Department of Justice, runs a two tiered system of justice.
- 2:52Speaker 1: The nation can't stand under those circumstances, Durham said, in
- 2:56Speaker 1: response to an inquiry from Representative Hagman Republic from Wyoming.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Hagman said she believes the Justice Department is weaponized to
- 3:05Speaker 1: protect the favored few elites, the Clintons, the Bidens, while
- 3:09Speaker 1: targeting their political enemies such as Trump, who faces federal
- 3:12Speaker 1: criminal charges for allegedly mishandling classified documents. Yet President Biden's
- 3:17Speaker 1: own handling of sensive records is now under investigation. But
- 3:20Speaker 1: we know what happens when Biden's get investigated pretty much
- 3:23Speaker 1: nothing now, Hunter Biden, as you know, has pled guilty
- 3:28Speaker 1: or agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges a
- 3:33Speaker 1: failing to pay taxes on time in twenty seventeen and
- 3:36Speaker 1: eighteen in a felony count for being a drug user
- 3:38Speaker 1: in possession of a gun which he purchased in twenty
- 3:41Speaker 1: eighteen by lying about his drug use on a federal
- 3:45Speaker 1: gun purchase form. The president son will have the felony
- 3:48Speaker 1: conviction expunge if he completes two years of probation pursue
- 3:52Speaker 1: it to the plea deal, which a judge must approve.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Hunter Biden reportedly borrowed two million last year from wealthy
- 3:58Speaker 1: Hollywood lawyer Kevin Moran to pay off his tax bill
- 4:03Speaker 1: on millions of income from countries where Joe Biden held
- 4:07Speaker 1: sway and was in charge of American foreign policy when
- 4:10Speaker 1: he was the vice president, such as China and Romania
- 4:15Speaker 1: and Ukraine, all of those countries where he was in
- 4:19Speaker 1: charge of American foreign policy. From the White House's perspective,
- 4:23Speaker 1: the Bidens got paid. The elder Biden interacted with many
- 4:27Speaker 1: of the foreign business associates that Hunter and his brother,
- 4:30Speaker 1: James Biden, the President's brother. That is, to be very clear,
- 4:34Speaker 1: we're making a lot of money. The precise amount of
- 4:37Speaker 1: backed taxes at issue was not stated in the initial
- 4:39Speaker 1: court filings, which said that Hunter Biden owed more than
- 4:42Speaker 1: one hundred thousand and federal taxes each year, The New
- 4:46Speaker 1: York Post headlined pretty Clear showing a Hunter Biden neked
- 4:50Speaker 1: with a gun next to his in his hand. It
- 4:53Speaker 1: says Hunter gets away with this. Hunter Biden faunts the
- 4:56Speaker 1: gun he wasn't supposed to own in selfies, but the
- 4:59Speaker 1: fedser going to let him plead out without jail time
- 5:02Speaker 1: for a felony record, only a slap on the wrists
- 5:05Speaker 1: for gun and tax charges. Hunter Biden allegedly lied and
- 5:09Speaker 1: he will agree that he lied on the federal gun
- 5:12Speaker 1: purchase form. Hunter entirely avoided charges for money laundering and
- 5:16Speaker 1: alleged violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act by representing the
- 5:22Speaker 1: interests of foreign clients before the US government. He also
- 5:26Speaker 1: avoided drug charges that disproportionately are used against racial minorities
- 5:32Speaker 1: under his father's legislation, despite many photos of him is
- 5:35Speaker 1: in crack cocaine on his laptop. Similar cases have resulted
- 5:40Speaker 1: in much harsher penalties, which is why many African Americans
- 5:43Speaker 1: are speaking out. It's a two tier justice system. The
- 5:46Speaker 1: rapper's attorney, Bradford Said Cohen wrote in an Instagram post
- 5:51Speaker 1: saying this about his client. Kodiak was charged for the
- 5:55Speaker 1: same crime. He got over three years. Mister Biden will
- 5:58Speaker 1: not serve a day. Feels right? Question Mark. Do have
- 6:01Speaker 1: BI agents and federal authorities take cases personally? Question Mark?
- 6:04Speaker 1: Then President Donald Trump commuted Black sentences in January of
- 6:07Speaker 1: twenty twenty one. In two thousand and eight, African American
- 6:11Speaker 1: actor Wesley Snipes was also convicted by a jury of
- 6:15Speaker 1: three misdemeanor counts of failing to file tax returns worth
- 6:18Speaker 1: a total of fifteen million. He was sent to three
- 6:20Speaker 1: years in prison, despite being acquitted of felony charge of
- 6:24Speaker 1: conspiracy defraud the government and filing a false claim. Attorney
- 6:28Speaker 1: Robert Barnes, who represents Snipes, tweeted out this. As a
- 6:31Speaker 1: criminal tax lawyer for a near quarter century, I confirm
- 6:37Speaker 1: how rare and extraordinary the Hunter Biden plea deal is. Indeed,
- 6:41Speaker 1: the deal violates the DOJ's tax official policy, where Biden's
- 6:46Speaker 1: DOJ prohibited prosecutors from even offering this deal to people
- 6:51Speaker 1: who did far less than Hunter. Americans of other races
- 6:57Speaker 1: also received much differ punishments than the first son for
- 7:01Speaker 1: trying to duck their taxes. Jersey short star Mike the
- 7:05Speaker 1: situation was sentenced in twenty eighteen to eight months in
- 7:10Speaker 1: prison for failing to pay two point three million in
- 7:12Speaker 1: taxes over five years, roughly the same amount as Hunter
- 7:16Speaker 1: Biden reportedly repaid. His older brother was sentenced to twenty
- 7:20Speaker 1: four months in jail for failing to pay eight point
- 7:23Speaker 1: nine million in taxes. The family pled guilty to a
- 7:28Speaker 1: single count single counts of tax evasion and preparing a
- 7:32Speaker 1: false return. Trump's twenty sixteen campaign chairman also, for example,
- 7:37Speaker 1: held a different standard. Paul Mannifort, was then sixty nine,
- 7:41Speaker 1: was sentenced to sixty months in prison, specifically for violating
- 7:47Speaker 1: the Fair Act when he was repping a Ukrainian political
- 7:50Speaker 1: party without first registering with the Justice Department, the same
- 7:54Speaker 1: exact crime that Hunter Biden committed. Hunter Biden introduced China, Kazakhstan, Mexican, Russian,
- 8:01Speaker 1: and Ukrainian businessmen, in some cases closely linked to governments
- 8:05Speaker 1: directly to his father, and served as a conduit to
- 8:08Speaker 1: current and former US officials from Mexican and Romanian businessmen
- 8:12Speaker 1: as well. He didn't get sixty months in prison like
- 8:15Speaker 1: Paul Manifort did. So why is there a double standard?
- 8:19Speaker 1: Why is there a two tier justice system? I think
- 8:21Speaker 1: it's pretty damn clear. If you are the Prince Hunter Biden,
- 8:25Speaker 1: and your father's the king Man, the King Maker, the
- 8:28Speaker 1: King pen of the crime family. You are held to
- 8:32Speaker 1: a different standard. You can look at the American people,
- 8:35Speaker 1: you can laugh in their face, and that's exactly what
- 8:39Speaker 1: they are doing right now at the White House. Now,
- 8:42Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 8:44Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 8:46Speaker 1: friends at Patriot Mobile. They are now offering a performance guarantee.
- 8:51Speaker 1: If you're not happy with your coverage, you can switch
- 8:53Speaker 1: between the three major carriers for free. Yeah, Patriot Mobile
- 8:57Speaker 1: is America's only Christian concern servative wireless provider. They are
- 9:02Speaker 1: for nationwide coverage on the best G four and G
- 9:05Speaker 1: five networks, the same network and towers are using right now.
- 9:08Speaker 1: The difference is not only do you get the same
- 9:11Speaker 1: great quality that you're used to, but they actually are
- 9:15Speaker 1: a company that fights to preserve or God given rights
- 9:19Speaker 1: and freedoms. So this year resolved to stop spending your
- 9:23Speaker 1: money with companies that don't align with your values. In fact,
- 9:26Speaker 1: actually fight against what you believe in. Switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 9:30Speaker 1: You'll be supporting First and Second Amendment groups, the rights
- 9:33Speaker 1: of unborn children, and even helping with adoptions. It is
- 9:37Speaker 1: easy to switch. Call them right now, or go online
- 9:40Speaker 1: to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 9:44Speaker 1: com slash ferguson, or call them eight seven eight Patriot.
- 9:48Speaker 1: You're gonna get free activation with the offer code ferguson.
- 9:52Speaker 1: That's eight seven eight Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Democrats are now, especially those that are minorities, that our
- 10:02Speaker 1: elected officials are in a tough spot because their constituents
- 10:05Speaker 1: are actually angry. And no one saw this double standard coming,
- 10:11Speaker 1: that it was going to turn into a racial issue.
- 10:13Speaker 1: This is one of those X factors when something like
- 10:16Speaker 1: this happens that I think no one was thinking about,
- 10:19Speaker 1: and yet here we are. Corey Booker, for example, he
- 10:24Speaker 1: has now come out saying this, I am suspicious of
- 10:27Speaker 1: a two tier justice system, suspicious having to concede that, yes,
- 10:33Speaker 1: African American men are going to prison for a long
- 10:37Speaker 1: period of times for the same damn crimes and for
- 10:41Speaker 1: lesser crimes than Hunter Biden. Now he calls it suspicious,
- 10:46Speaker 1: but he doesn't say that it's wrong necessarily. I want
- 10:50Speaker 1: you to listen to his well, I would call it
- 10:53Speaker 1: no answer as he was talking on CNN with Chris Wallace.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Take a listen, Senator.
- 11:00Speaker 4: Did Hunter Biden get off easy?
- 11:03Speaker 5: Look, you're talking to a guy who has seen the
- 11:06Speaker 5: worst of the criminal justice system in America, where you
- 11:09Speaker 5: see a two tier system. If you're a congress person,
- 11:11Speaker 5: a senator, or a president, you can admit to using marijuana.
- 11:14Speaker 5: But we are a nation that has been arresting young,
- 11:17Speaker 5: low income black and brown people, literally thousands in America
- 11:22Speaker 5: who can't get jobs for doing things that for at
- 11:26Speaker 5: least or a few at least former presidents have admitted
- 11:28Speaker 5: to doing so.
- 11:29Speaker 6: I'm a person has a lot.
- 11:30Speaker 5: Of suspicion about a justice system that I think is
- 11:33Speaker 5: still working its way to be justice for all. So
- 11:36Speaker 5: I don't know the particulars of this case. I have
- 11:38Speaker 5: not followed the details. I imagine that there were prosecutors
- 11:43Speaker 5: or trying appointed prosecutor who, like many prosecutors, are going
- 11:47Speaker 5: after it with vigor, and they came to a plea deal.
- 11:50Speaker 5: And as far as I'm concerned in the work that
- 11:53Speaker 5: I have to do, I think justice has taken its course.
- 11:57Speaker 4: You're talking about a two tiers done of rich and
- 12:02Speaker 4: poor I'm asking you, do you think that there's a
- 12:05Speaker 4: two tier system, a double standard for prosecuting Republicans and Democrats.
- 12:10Speaker 1: But by the way, even Chris Wallace there is trying
- 12:13Speaker 1: to help him out. He's like, you're talking about rich
- 12:15Speaker 1: and poor, and he's basically saying, we're talking about black
- 12:18Speaker 1: and white. But I'll go in a different way and
- 12:21Speaker 1: try to help you out of the racial side of this, right,
- 12:24Speaker 1: Corey Booker, and I'll say, is there a two tierism
- 12:27Speaker 1: for Republicans and or Democrats?
- 12:30Speaker 5: Absolutely not, especially the way that I think President Biden
- 12:34Speaker 5: has tried to restore legitimacy to the Justice Department. He
- 12:39Speaker 5: hired somebody that had a lot of respect on both
- 12:42Speaker 5: sides of the aisle and then stayed away from them.
- 12:44Speaker 5: You do not see him out there talking and when
- 12:47Speaker 5: Hunter Biden cooperated with authorities. Clearly we do not see
- 12:52Speaker 5: that in the case of Donald Trump.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Right now, I love this hypocrisy from the left.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Right.
- 12:59Speaker 1: You got this big interview with Chris Wallace. Chris Wallace
- 13:03Speaker 1: is sitting there, you know this is a big get.
- 13:06Speaker 1: I got to ask you about the two tiered system
- 13:08Speaker 1: of justice between the powerful and the regular people, and
- 13:11Speaker 1: that has a lot of suspicion. They won't admit what
- 13:14Speaker 1: everyone's talking about. It's a racial issue. And this question
- 13:17Speaker 1: wouldn't have been asked if it wasn't to an African
- 13:20Speaker 1: American man in Corey Booker. But Wallace at CNN doesn't
- 13:26Speaker 1: have the guts to ask that question, so he phrases
- 13:31Speaker 1: it as well, is this a two tiered justice system
- 13:34Speaker 1: between the powerful and the regular folks? And then he says, well,
- 13:38Speaker 1: there's a lot of suspicion, right, can't admit that it's
- 13:40Speaker 1: a racial issue here? And then he says, well, hold on,
- 13:43Speaker 1: is there a two tier system to a Republican or
- 13:45Speaker 1: Democrat when the whole entire controversy is around African American men?
- 13:50Speaker 1: If you are an African American man, can you get
- 13:53Speaker 1: the same deal? Can you get off as easy as
- 13:56Speaker 1: Hunter Biden? Corey Booker, by the way, refusing to admit
- 14:00Speaker 1: that he got off easy, right, because if he says that, well,
- 14:03Speaker 1: that's really big national news. So we got to just
- 14:05Speaker 1: shove that one away as well. And if you want
- 14:09Speaker 1: to know why Wallace's show failed so badly at CNN
- 14:12Speaker 1: to the point now where they got to throw it
- 14:13Speaker 1: on empty or what is it? Hbo. It is because
- 14:17Speaker 1: when he's supposed to be asking real tough questions, he
- 14:21Speaker 1: immediately punts on the issue as fast as he can.
- 14:25Speaker 1: He punts so he doesn't have to be intellectually honest
- 14:30Speaker 1: about what's happening right now. And that is the difference
- 14:33Speaker 1: between the corrupt media and what they would do on
- 14:37Speaker 1: a different standard if they were being asked real questions
- 14:41Speaker 1: by a real journalists, which are dead now. They're communists,
- 14:46Speaker 1: they're socialists, They're just all they do is go out
- 14:49Speaker 1: there and say what the government wants them to say.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Biden also was asked about how Hunter's feeling, which it
- 14:58Speaker 1: makes me laugh, really, how he's feeling. Joe Biden nods
- 15:03Speaker 1: and gives a thumbs up, doesn't even answer with words. Listen,
- 15:16Speaker 1: mister president, how's Hunter feeling? He gives a little grin
- 15:20Speaker 1: and a thumbs up. If you're Hunter Biden, you're probably
- 15:23Speaker 1: out there going to party your ables off because you're
- 15:26Speaker 1: so excited at what you just got away with. You
- 15:29Speaker 1: just got away with all of these crimes, and you're
- 15:32Speaker 1: not spending a single day in jail.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Now.
- 15:37Speaker 1: The media also understands something else. They understand very clearly
- 15:42Speaker 1: now that one of the things they have to do
- 15:44Speaker 1: is move away from Hunter Biden and go on to
- 15:47Speaker 1: the obsession with Donald Trump. Let me give you an
- 15:50Speaker 1: example of this. A guy who doesn't do interviews, Barack Obama.
- 15:56Speaker 1: He came out to do a big exclusive interview with
- 15:59Speaker 1: CNN and guess what they asked him about. They asked
- 16:04Speaker 1: him about Donald Trump. And they asked him and he
- 16:07Speaker 1: knew this in advance that if Donald Trump is indicted
- 16:10Speaker 1: and he's still able to run for president somehow implying
- 16:13Speaker 1: that he shouldn't be able to run, what does he say, Oh,
- 16:16Speaker 1: it's less than ideal because this has all been fixed.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's been indicted. It's a fair justice system. Now
- 16:23Speaker 1: we got to destroy Donald Trump and finish him off.
- 16:27Speaker 7: Our existing democratic institutions are creaky and we're going to
- 16:31Speaker 7: have to reform him.
- 16:32Speaker 8: So let's ask about the creaky or not institutions in
- 16:36Speaker 8: the United States. The spectacle of a former president being
- 16:40Speaker 8: a federally indicted how is the rest of the world,
- 16:44Speaker 8: the democratic world, maybe even the non democratic world, meant
- 16:47Speaker 8: to interpret that indictment. And indeed, the fact that a
- 16:50Speaker 8: federal indite is running is able to run for the
- 16:53Speaker 8: highest office in the land, maybe even the world.
- 16:58Speaker 3: It's less than ideal, but the fact that.
- 17:05Speaker 7: We have a former president who is having to answer
- 17:11Speaker 7: to charges brought by prosecutors does uphold the basic notion
- 17:16Speaker 7: that nobody's above the law, and the allegations will now
- 17:20Speaker 7: be sorted out through a court process. And I think
- 17:29Speaker 7: I'm more concerned when it.
- 17:30Speaker 3: Comes to the United States with the fact that.
- 17:33Speaker 7: Not just one particular individual is, you know, being accused
- 17:39Speaker 7: of undermining existing laws, but that more broadly we've seen,
- 17:46Speaker 7: whether it's through the gerrymandering of districts, whether it's you know,
- 17:52Speaker 7: trying to silence critics through changes in legislative process, whether
- 17:59Speaker 7: it's attempts to intimidate the press, a strand of anti
- 18:08Speaker 7: democratic sentiment that you know, we've.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Seen in the United States.
- 18:15Speaker 7: It's something that is right now most prominent in the
- 18:18Speaker 7: Republican Party. But I don't think it's something that is
- 18:25Speaker 7: unique to one party. I think there is a less
- 18:30Speaker 7: tolerance for ideas that don't suit us, and it's sort
- 18:36Speaker 7: of the habits of a free and open exchange of
- 18:38Speaker 7: ideas in the idea that you know, we all agree
- 18:43Speaker 7: to the rules of the game and even if the
- 18:45Speaker 7: outcomes aren't always the ones we like, we still abide
- 18:48Speaker 7: by those rules. I think that's weakened since I left office,
- 18:52Speaker 7: and we're going to need to strengthen them again.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Again. This is the same guy that was briefed by
- 18:59Speaker 1: the FBI that Hillary Clinton was going to make up
- 19:02Speaker 1: a lie to tie Donald Trump to Russia. This is
- 19:05Speaker 1: the same guy that allowed for the Trump campaign to
- 19:10Speaker 1: be spied on and knew it. This is the same
- 19:14Speaker 1: guy that allowed for the people at the FBI to
- 19:18Speaker 1: start going after Trump before he'd even taken office. This
- 19:22Speaker 1: the same guy that didn't tell Donald Trump about what
- 19:25Speaker 1: was going on when he became president of the United
- 19:28Speaker 1: States of America. And now he says that we need
- 19:32Speaker 1: more transparency. He also says, of course, quote the fact
- 19:36Speaker 1: we have a former president who's having an answer to
- 19:38Speaker 1: charges brought by prosecutors does uphold the basic notion that
- 19:42Speaker 1: nobody is above the law. So again he's advocating and
- 19:45Speaker 1: supporting this, Well, it's above the law, so everything should
- 19:48Speaker 1: be fine. You notice how all of this is being
- 19:51Speaker 1: pre planned. The interview that I just played for you,
- 19:54Speaker 1: by the way, this is how pre planned it is.
- 19:56Speaker 1: It was actually done in Athens, Greece. They needed him
- 20:00Speaker 1: to come out so bad to frame this thing and
- 20:03Speaker 1: make it look normal that they were willing to go
- 20:05Speaker 1: to Athens, Greece to get the interview, to get this done,
- 20:10Speaker 1: so that we could be in a conversation just like
- 20:14Speaker 1: we're having right now. Okay, we've moved on from the
- 20:17Speaker 1: other stuff. Right, we've moved past the other stuff. We've
- 20:21Speaker 1: moved into a new area. We've decided to move forward.
- 20:26Speaker 1: We've decided to really focus now since we have wrapped
- 20:31Speaker 1: up the obsession the investigation into Hunter Biden and the
- 20:40Speaker 1: president where there's nothing there, but there is something there
- 20:43Speaker 1: when it comes to Donald Trump, and we're going to
- 20:46Speaker 1: bury him. And they're using media and an orchestraate effort

- 22:28Speaker 1: insurrectionists and this is our new insult. You're ready for
- 22:31Speaker 1: this weirdohs. And if that's not enough, freaks for investigating
- 22:36Speaker 1: Hunter Biden because he says you can't find a crime.
- 22:42Speaker 9: Both Trumpers Biden, Garland stayed away from them.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Let them do their job.
- 22:48Speaker 9: Tim Scott's out there promising elect me, I will weaponize
- 22:52Speaker 9: the Justice Department. Donald Trump says elect me, I will
- 22:56Speaker 9: weaponize the Justice Department. There is such a contrast. I
- 23:00Speaker 9: do though, again, I do want to go back to
- 23:02Speaker 9: Hunter Biden, though, because what we always hear from these
- 23:05Speaker 9: insurrectionists and these weirdos and these freaks is that there.
- 23:10Speaker 3: Are crimes out there.
- 23:11Speaker 9: They can never name a crime, and then they say
- 23:13Speaker 9: the media is covering up, the deep state is covering
- 23:16Speaker 9: it up. You go covering up what I can show
- 23:19Speaker 9: you New Yorker articles from twenty nineteen that laid bare
- 23:23Speaker 9: not just what Hunter Biden did, but what Biden's family
- 23:27Speaker 9: has done through the years, not illegal, perhaps unethical, and
- 23:32Speaker 9: the concern around Biden since twenty thirteen that his son
- 23:36Speaker 9: was embarrassing him. This has been reported on by the
- 23:39Speaker 9: New Yorker, in long I don't know, ten thousand in
- 23:43Speaker 9: the New York Times, in the Washington Post. Unlike right
- 23:47Speaker 9: wing pro Trump media outlets, this has been laid bear.
- 23:52Speaker 9: And yet because Republicans can't find a crime, they going
- 23:56Speaker 9: after the deep state, They're going after the dominant media,
- 24:00Speaker 9: They're going after everybody that's victimizing and triggering these poor
- 24:04Speaker 9: snowflakes because they can't find a crime.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Yeah, they can't find a crime.
- 24:08Speaker 5: And as you say, you mentioned the James Toma line
- 24:10Speaker 5: and the Republican line.
- 24:11Speaker 1: That's just stop there because they can't find a crime. Okay,
- 24:15Speaker 1: clearly Joe Scarborough has gotten dumber than I expected at MSNBC.
- 24:22Speaker 1: And I understand also he's just wanting to make sure
- 24:25Speaker 1: that his ratings stay up. He's talking to a bunch
- 24:28Speaker 1: of freaks, a bunch of weirdos, a bunch of insurrectionists,
- 24:33Speaker 1: a bunch of people that try to overthrow the will
- 24:36Speaker 1: of the people with lies about Donald Trump.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Right.
- 24:38Speaker 1: I use all his words just to keep it entertaining.
- 24:43Speaker 1: What Joe Scarborough just said there. He even knows, I
- 24:47Speaker 1: think is a lie because we've been able to name
- 24:51Speaker 1: the crimes. He's like they can't even name the car. Okay,
- 24:54Speaker 1: let's go through what we know. We know that Hunter
- 24:57Speaker 1: Biden was on Air Force two when to Chin. I
- 25:00Speaker 1: know I've met with Chinese commists, party, met with top
- 25:02Speaker 1: Intel officials, bought into a company somehow didn't have to
- 25:05Speaker 1: give cash to buy into that company, and then we
- 25:07Speaker 1: started to get millions of dollars in fees from that company.
- 25:13Speaker 1: We know that some of the people he's working with
- 25:14Speaker 1: her in prison or have disappeared, never heard from again.
- 25:18Speaker 1: We know that a billion dollars and loans came into
- 25:20Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. We know that the FBI has
- 25:25Speaker 1: now has documents and whistleblowers who have come to them
- 25:29Speaker 1: saying that they also got a five million dollar bribe
- 25:32Speaker 1: each ten million total from this Ukrainian company, Barisma, to
- 25:40Speaker 1: help them get fired the prosecutor that was investigating the company.
- 25:46Speaker 1: We know that the Rossian oligarch direct ties to Vladimir
- 25:49Speaker 1: put at the highest level, the former mayor Moscow somehow
- 25:52Speaker 1: was able to do business with the Biden crime family
- 25:54Speaker 1: for millions of dollars in payments. They have not been sanctioned,
- 25:59Speaker 1: while all these other arks have been sanctioned recently, with
- 26:02Speaker 1: the invasion of Ukraine. We know that Hunter Biden was
- 26:06Speaker 1: involved and influenced pedaling, drug trafficking, sex trafficking. We've seen
- 26:12Speaker 1: this from his emails. We know that he was representing
- 26:15Speaker 1: his father as the big guy, basically funneling the money.
- 26:18Speaker 1: We know there's one hundred plus suspicious activity reports coming
- 26:22Speaker 1: in from shady business people around the world, oligarchs, communists,
- 26:27Speaker 1: socialists into their bank accounts. We know there were shell
- 26:31Speaker 1: companies set up, so many of them that and even
- 26:35Speaker 1: in one of the FBI informants documents with the FBI,
- 26:39Speaker 1: they said it would take ten years to unwinde all
- 26:42Speaker 1: of the LLCs the money was coming in from. But
- 26:46Speaker 1: Joe Scarborough says the Republicans are the weirdos, the insurrections
- 26:50Speaker 1: to freaks for investigating Hunter Biden, can't find a crime.
- 26:53Speaker 1: He also said this, by the way, he said this
- 26:58Speaker 1: after Iden had already admitted that he had committed crimes
- 27:03Speaker 1: in this plea agreement. Doesn't even mention the crimes he
- 27:10Speaker 1: said he committed, the gun crimes, the drug crimes, the
- 27:15Speaker 1: tax crimes. None of that's there. None of that has
- 27:21Speaker 1: been said from anybody here Hunter Biden. It's a clear
- 27:28Speaker 1: simple issue of cronyism. Ted Cruz, you heard on this
- 27:32Speaker 1: show earlier, said this on Fine News last night.
- 27:36Speaker 6: Listen, of course not look. Today is a really sad
- 27:40Speaker 6: day for the rule of.
- 27:41Speaker 10: Law, and every American who cares about justice ought to
- 27:45Speaker 10: be outraged. What happened today is three things at once.
- 27:49Speaker 10: Number one, it is cronyism. Number two it is camouflage,
- 27:53Speaker 10: and number three it's corruption.
- 27:55Speaker 6: Let's start with cronyism.
- 27:56Speaker 10: This does not happen if Hunter's last name is anthing
- 28:00Speaker 10: other than Biden. If he's Hunter Smith, he's doing hard time.
- 28:03Speaker 10: It is only because Daddy is president that he gets
- 28:07Speaker 10: this sweetheart deal with no jail time whatsoever.
- 28:10Speaker 6: But number two, it's camouflage. Listen.
- 28:13Speaker 10: I predicted months ago that what happened today is exactly
- 28:16Speaker 10: what would happen. I do every week a podcast Verdict
- 28:19Speaker 10: with Ted Cruz, three days a week, and what I
- 28:21Speaker 10: said on Verdict is I said, Merrick Garland is going
- 28:26Speaker 10: to indent indict Hunter Biden because he wants to be
- 28:29Speaker 10: able to say, Look.
- 28:30Speaker 6: How even handed I am.
- 28:32Speaker 10: I indicted a Biden, I indicted a Trump, and I
- 28:35Speaker 10: said there's going to be a tell for whether they
- 28:37Speaker 10: actually care about enforcing the law. If they go after
- 28:41Speaker 10: some TICKI tax offense or gun crime and they make
- 28:45Speaker 10: it all personal and they isolate it just to Hunter Biden,
- 28:50Speaker 10: then you know this is just about the Biden Department
- 28:54Speaker 10: of Justice pretending to be even handed. But the third
- 28:56Speaker 10: thing it is, and the most troubling thing it is.
- 28:58Speaker 6: Is corruption.
- 28:59Speaker 10: Because the purpose of this indictment is what you just
- 29:02Speaker 10: played a minute ago. It's for the media to say
- 29:04Speaker 10: it's all over. Don't look into the big guy. And
- 29:08Speaker 10: the reason this is on the news right now, the
- 29:09Speaker 10: reason we're talking about this it is not that Hunter
- 29:13Speaker 10: Biden has some troubled soul with substance abuse issues. It
- 29:16Speaker 10: is that he sold access to his father who was
- 29:21Speaker 10: vice President of the United States, who was president of
- 29:23Speaker 10: the United States. And the evidence of corruption of Joe
- 29:27Speaker 10: Biden personally making millions of dollars is growing and growing
- 29:31Speaker 10: and growing, and the Biden Justice Department is doing everything
- 29:34Speaker 10: they can to cover up and stonewall and hive.
- 29:39Speaker 1: He's right, and there's a great list that he just
- 29:42Speaker 1: said there, just like the list I was talking about.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Yet Democrats go on TV and they say, hey, and
- 29:48Speaker 1: this is part of the rehab right, you don't need
- 29:50Speaker 1: to be thinking about Joe Biden. You don't need to
- 29:52Speaker 1: thinking about crimes a Hunter Biden committee because there are
- 29:55Speaker 1: no crimes. You Republicans are insurrection us, your weirdos, your
- 29:58Speaker 1: freaks for investigating. Can't find a crime. They said that
- 30:02Speaker 1: on MSNBC after Hunter Biden had already pled done plea
- 30:07Speaker 1: deal saying he's guilty to committing crimes. And then they
- 30:11Speaker 1: say you can't find the crimes. Well, then if you
- 30:13Speaker 1: can't find the crimes, why are you pleading guilty? I
- 30:18Speaker 1: gotta say something else. That just goes back to what
- 30:22Speaker 1: Scarborough and the media is saying. Right, there's no crimes there.
- 30:25Speaker 1: They can't find crimes with Hunter Biden. They can't find
- 30:28Speaker 1: crimes with Joe Biden. So you need to understand that
- 30:30Speaker 1: you just can't. Right, you can't find crimes, nothing's there.
- 30:35Speaker 1: These are the same dummays that want you to believe
- 30:39Speaker 1: that the Pentagon giving an extra six point two billion
- 30:44Speaker 1: in aid lethal aid to Ukraine was somehow an accounting error.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Now that's your tax dollars. Okay, six point two billion
- 30:54Speaker 1: dollars just accidentally went to Ukraine, and oh it was
- 31:00Speaker 1: an accounting air Number one, it wasn't an accounting era. Okay,
- 31:03Speaker 1: you don't accidentally send six point two billion dollars to anyone,
- 31:08Speaker 1: all right, let's just start with that. Second of all,
- 31:12Speaker 1: they obviously did it on purpose. They wanted to send
- 31:15Speaker 1: more money. They didn't have the ability or the right
- 31:18Speaker 1: to send more money without going through Congress, and they
- 31:21Speaker 1: wanted to get the cash there, and so they decided
- 31:24Speaker 1: to just send the cash and deal with it afterwards
- 31:27Speaker 1: and call it an accounting error. And they believe that
- 31:29Speaker 1: you're dumb enough to say okay, or to not be outraged.
- 31:34Speaker 1: I mean six point two billion dollar accounting air. The
- 31:41Speaker 1: Pentagon reported this week. Did it overestimated the value of
- 31:44Speaker 1: the weapons it's applied to Ukraine by whopping six point
- 31:47Speaker 1: two billion in lethal aid over the last two years. Now,
- 31:53Speaker 1: this comes just four weeks after the Pentagon initially admitted
- 31:56Speaker 1: to an accounting area of accounting error of at least
- 32:00Speaker 1: three billion. Because a lot of you may remember we
- 32:01Speaker 1: covered that story. So the three billion accounting error has
- 32:06Speaker 1: now just turned into a six point two billion dollar
- 32:11Speaker 1: accounting error. Oops are bad, as Reuters put it, Pentagon
- 32:18Speaker 1: Ukraine accounting area revised up to six point two billion.
- 32:22Speaker 1: The Pentagon founded an overestimated the amount of funding for ammunition,
- 32:26Speaker 1: the lethal eight as I mentioned, missiles, and other military
- 32:30Speaker 1: equipment sent to Ukraine by a smeazily six point two
- 32:34Speaker 1: billion due to an accounting error that's more than double
- 32:39Speaker 1: the amount previously disclosed. The value of the accounting error
- 32:43Speaker 1: was revised up from three billion that was first reported
- 32:46Speaker 1: by Reuters in May, the result of assigning a higher
- 32:50Speaker 1: than warranted value on US weaponry ship to Ukraine. Additional
- 32:55Speaker 1: funding was also uncovered as Pentagon officials reach search the
- 33:00Speaker 1: situation more thoroughly and clarified protocols for valuing equipment based
- 33:05Speaker 1: on financial management regulations. Just where they make it sound
- 33:08Speaker 1: like you know, Walkie and it's really tough and Department
- 33:12Speaker 1: of Defense policy is how the Pentagon press secretary explained
- 33:18Speaker 1: it away. Six point two billion breaks down to three
- 33:22Speaker 1: point six billion for the fiscal year twenty twenty three
- 33:25Speaker 1: and two point six billion for the physical year twenty
- 33:27Speaker 1: twenty two. The fiscal year twenty twenty two, I should
- 33:29Speaker 1: say adding the pierras did not impact the size of
- 33:32Speaker 1: the presidential drawdown authority or support for you, Crank, So
- 33:39Speaker 1: we lied to you about the lead delayed. We were
- 33:41Speaker 1: sending because we wanted to do what we wanted to do,
- 33:44Speaker 1: and we didn't care about what the law says. And
- 33:47Speaker 1: we're going to do it without going through Congress. And
- 33:50Speaker 1: then we'll just revise the number. So you give us
- 33:54Speaker 1: a dollar, we take six point two billion. You give
- 33:56Speaker 1: us a million, we'll do it again. We'll send whatever
- 33:59Speaker 1: the hell we want to do because we don't have
- 34:01Speaker 1: to listen or play by the rules. And then what
- 34:05Speaker 1: will the media do? They won't cover it. Did you
- 34:08Speaker 1: hear anything about this story? Of course not. You didn't
- 34:11Speaker 1: hear anything about it. Now, James Comer, I want to
- 34:15Speaker 1: go back to the Biden family for a moment. James
- 34:18Speaker 1: Comer has now come out and said that his sources
- 34:23Speaker 1: are telling the agencies that they were asked to actually
- 34:26Speaker 1: stand down on the Hunter Biden cases plural. They knew
- 34:30Speaker 1: they had the media and the media would get their backs,
- 34:34Speaker 1: is what he said. I'm going to play that for
- 34:37Speaker 1: you coming up in a moment. I also want to
- 34:39Speaker 1: get your phone calls five three five ninety seven three
- 34:42Speaker 1: two five three five nine seven three two eight hundred
- 34:45Speaker 1: number one eight hundred four seven four nine seven three
- 34:49Speaker 1: two get some of your reaction to all of this
- 34:52Speaker 1: as well. Also, Hunter, Biden plea deal is a deal
- 34:56Speaker 1: now that even more African Americans are getting angry about,
- 35:00Speaker 1: and prominent lawyers are starting to come out saying they
- 35:02Speaker 1: could have never gotten this deal for their clients who
- 35:05Speaker 1: are African American who are doing hard time in prison.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Why are they doing hard time in prison because there's
- 35:14Speaker 1: a two tier justice system. If your last name is Biden,
- 35:18Speaker 1: you can do whatever the hell you want. You can
- 35:21Speaker 1: do whatever the hell you want if your last name
- 35:24Speaker 1: is Biden. Don't forget. Share this podcast with your family
- 35:28Speaker 1: and friends wherever you get your podcasts, and I'll see
- 35:32Speaker 1: you back here tomorrow
