- 2:14Speaker 8: I feel it's necessary to explain what I say.
- 2:16Speaker 7: In the morning because somebody asked me, what do you
- 2:18Speaker 7: mean by that when you say that in the morning.
- 2:21Speaker 7: When I say, uh huh, it's in response to David
- 2:26Speaker 7: Hollister opening the song by saying, go ahead, big Daddy,
- 2:30Speaker 7: go ahead, I said, uh huh.
- 2:32Speaker 8: I show Will.
- 2:33Speaker 7: Then I say good morning everybody, because I was raised
- 2:37Speaker 7: a rage. You're supposed to speak when you come in
- 2:38Speaker 7: the room. I'm coming in y'alls room, whether it's your bedroom,
- 2:43Speaker 7: the room in your house, your car, your office, you know,
- 2:47Speaker 7: wherever you're at. I come in the room, or God speaks.
- 2:49Speaker 7: I say good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice.
- 2:53Speaker 7: And then I got to introduce myself because as a performer,
- 2:57Speaker 7: I always felt my best when I was intest No,
- 3:01Speaker 7: why would you walk out on stage anybody introduce you.
- 3:04Speaker 7: You can't get the a round of applause. It's just
- 3:06Speaker 7: it's horrible. So I say, you are listening to the
- 3:09Speaker 7: voice one and only Steve Harvey. Come on, dig me now.
- 3:14Speaker 7: Now that's old school. I got that, but that's I
- 3:16Speaker 7: was once again, dig me now? Is I want you
- 3:20Speaker 7: to feel what I'm about to say. That's all I'm saying.
- 3:24Speaker 7: That's not a bragging thing. You know you are listening
- 3:28Speaker 7: to the voice one and only Steve Harvey. Come on,
- 3:31Speaker 7: dig me now. I'm just asking you to feel what
- 3:33Speaker 7: I'm saying in the morning because it's part of a
- 3:36Speaker 7: promise that I made to God. See a long time ago,
- 3:40Speaker 7: I told God, if he allowed me to make it,
- 3:43Speaker 7: that when I got there, I would tell everybody I
- 3:46Speaker 7: know how I did it, and I wasn't gonna shortcut
- 3:49Speaker 7: it or shade him on it. I said, if you
- 3:52Speaker 7: allow me to make it, if you give me the strength,
- 3:55Speaker 7: the courage, the wisdom you gave me a gift if
- 3:59Speaker 7: you let me apply, don't destroy myself in the process.
- 4:03Speaker 7: Forgive me for my sins along the way, continue to
- 4:07Speaker 7: hold and rock me when I needed. When I make it,
- 4:11Speaker 7: I promise you Lord, when I get there, I will
- 4:14Speaker 7: tell everybody how I made it.
- 4:17Speaker 4: Well.
- 4:18Speaker 7: This started back in LA when I got on the
- 4:22Speaker 7: radio and I was making it okay. I was doing okay,
- 4:27Speaker 7: but I had to keep my promise to God. My
- 4:30Speaker 7: promise was, if you allow me to make it, I'll
- 4:33Speaker 7: tell everybody how I got there. I have to tell
- 4:37Speaker 7: you that every day because if it was not for
- 4:41Speaker 7: that grace and mercy, I wouldn't even be here able
- 4:44Speaker 7: to fulfill my promise, because I've done enough dirt in
- 4:48Speaker 7: my life. Man to not be worthy. He could have
- 4:52Speaker 7: easily walked away from me a long time ago because
- 4:55Speaker 7: I had show walked away from him. See, and I
- 4:59Speaker 7: didn't walk away from him once. I walked away from
- 5:02Speaker 7: him a.
- 5:02Speaker 8: Bunch of times.
- 5:04Speaker 7: But guess what he forgave me a bunch of times.
- 5:08Speaker 7: I'm a living example of hundreds of chances. His forgiveness
- 5:15Speaker 7: and his mercy is available for everybody. It's the only
- 5:19Speaker 7: reason I get on this show every day. It's the
- 5:22Speaker 7: only reason I have the blessings that's come in my way.
- 5:24Speaker 7: It's the only way that the things that keep happening
- 5:27Speaker 7: in my life, man, that I have no explanation for,
- 5:32Speaker 7: is because of His grace and mercy. See, anytime something
- 5:36Speaker 7: good happens in my life and I can't explain it,
- 5:39Speaker 7: that's usually him, he exhibits to me. Remember, I'm a
- 5:45Speaker 7: forgiving god.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Man.
- 5:46Speaker 8: Remember, So when you fall, Steve, don't lay down there.
- 5:50Speaker 8: Don't you lay down there.
- 5:51Speaker 7: Don't you let the devil fool you that because you'd
- 5:54Speaker 7: have made some mistakes that you ain't that you can't
- 5:57Speaker 7: do it because everybody gonna make them. It's none perfect, no,
- 6:01Speaker 7: not once. So get up, keep moving, keep pushing, step
- 6:05Speaker 7: on what you're laying there for. Your daddy didn't raise
- 6:10Speaker 7: you that way. Look, man, my father was just about manhood.
- 6:13Speaker 7: I'm gonna just tell you. My daddy never had a
- 6:16Speaker 7: conversation with me about church. He beat me for not going,
- 6:19Speaker 7: but you know a couple of times, but he wasn't
- 6:22Speaker 7: about that wasn't his message. That was my mama's job.
- 6:25Speaker 7: My mama taught me about being saved, about loving the Lord,
- 6:29Speaker 7: about giving your life about the teachings of Jesus Christ.
- 6:33Speaker 7: My mama was a Sunday school teacher, so I got
- 6:35Speaker 7: all of that from her. My old man ain't had
- 6:38Speaker 7: none of that for me. My old man talked to
- 6:40Speaker 7: me about one thing all day long, hard working manhood,
- 6:43Speaker 7: and well, you're gonna get that if you don't get
- 6:45Speaker 7: nothing else from me. He gave that to me, so
- 6:47Speaker 7: I got it. See, so, my father, you say, excuse
- 6:51Speaker 7: my language, but you ain't gonna sit there like no
- 6:53Speaker 7: little punk up in here. You ain't what you're finna
- 6:55Speaker 7: do you finnah, get up and go do what you're
- 6:57Speaker 7: supposed to do.
- 6:58Speaker 8: Now, stop all that whine and like some little punkin
- 7:00Speaker 8: gonna get the movie. That's how my father talked to me. Now,
- 7:03Speaker 8: I'm just telling you real.
- 7:04Speaker 7: It worked for me though, And before you start emailing me,
- 7:07Speaker 7: that had nothing to do with homosexuality at all.
- 7:11Speaker 8: It's just that was his term for a man not
- 7:13Speaker 8: acting like a man. That's all it was.
- 7:16Speaker 4: It had.
- 7:17Speaker 7: It was not a gay reference at all. I want
- 7:18Speaker 7: you to understand that before you start emailing me. So
- 7:21Speaker 7: my daddy wasn't calling that was not a sexual reference
- 7:24Speaker 7: for him. My father talked to us. That's what he meant.
- 7:26Speaker 7: I knew exactly what he meant. He couldn't have meitt
- 7:28Speaker 7: nothing else. He ain't even know nothing about that. My
- 7:30Speaker 7: man clueless when it come to that right there. So
- 7:34Speaker 7: when I was getting down and feeling bad about myself,
- 7:37Speaker 7: my old man, he taught me this toughness.
- 7:39Speaker 4: Man.
- 7:40Speaker 7: He gave me this grit, this doggedness, this go to
- 7:43Speaker 7: work and work hard. That's why today, when God does
- 7:46Speaker 7: bless me with something, he ain't got to worry about
- 7:49Speaker 7: me not working hard because.
- 7:52Speaker 8: That's in me.
- 7:53Speaker 7: And when I get tired, I asked that same God
- 7:57Speaker 7: for stript to keep on doing so I can do
- 8:00Speaker 7: the blessings he got for me. So when you ask
- 8:02Speaker 7: me how you gonna do all this, Steve Harvey, I
- 8:05Speaker 7: don't know. I ain't got to figure that out. All
- 8:09Speaker 7: I got to do is show up with the same
- 8:10Speaker 7: amount of faith of being showing up with God handled
- 8:13Speaker 7: the rest of it. See y'all, Hey man, let me
- 8:16Speaker 7: tell you something. I don't see how you do it.
- 8:18Speaker 7: I don't either, Can I get it?
- 8:21Speaker 8: Hey man? Newsflash, let me hear. I don't see how
- 8:23Speaker 8: you doing all that, Steve? You doing this? You doing that?
- 8:26Speaker 8: Can I tell you something, I don't either.
- 8:28Speaker 7: I just wake up with the faith man and trusting
- 8:31Speaker 7: that if He gonna bless me with it, he must
- 8:33Speaker 7: be gonna show me a way how to get it done.
- 8:36Speaker 7: See I ain't tripping on that part. See, once you
- 8:39Speaker 7: take yourself out the how to business, you can go
- 8:42Speaker 7: on and get with it. But see, if you're gonna
- 8:44Speaker 7: trip yourself out with the how to, you can't think
- 8:47Speaker 7: like God can think. You can't figure like God can figure.
- 8:50Speaker 7: So now you sit up in here, God Lord, I
- 8:52Speaker 7: want this to happen for me. Then I don't know
- 8:55Speaker 7: how I'm gonna do all that. Well, guess what you
- 8:57Speaker 7: in the way?
- 8:58Speaker 4: Now?
- 8:59Speaker 8: See you?
- 8:59Speaker 1: Now you and the way?
- 9:00Speaker 7: Because see God ain't asked you to figure out how to?
- 9:03Speaker 7: He said ask and believe. Then he said faith without
- 9:09Speaker 7: works is dead. That's my solution. That's the concoction that
- 9:13Speaker 7: I'm functioning on. All I got to do is accept
- 9:17Speaker 7: the blessing, keep the faith, be willing to work and
- 9:20Speaker 7: believe God can do anything but fail. Why would God
- 9:26Speaker 7: bring me this far to leave me? Why would he
- 9:30Speaker 7: bring you this far to leave you? So why I
- 9:35Speaker 7: get up every morning? I have no choice? I got
- 9:39Speaker 7: to get up in here to rest. When I'm running late, Man,
- 9:42Speaker 7: I try to plow through here.
- 9:43Speaker 8: Sometime I don't make it. Man, I got to do
- 9:45Speaker 8: a rerun.
- 9:45Speaker 7: But I plow through here because man, Steve, you're gonna
- 9:48Speaker 7: run out something to say. No, I'm gonna just keep thinking.
- 9:50Speaker 4: Now.
- 9:51Speaker 7: You can't run out of that, can you, because you
- 9:52Speaker 7: owe him that. Matter of fact, when I get through talking,
- 9:55Speaker 7: I really ain't thanked him enough.
- 9:58Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve.
- 10:02Speaker 7: You know the time has come to give some credit
- 10:05Speaker 7: where credit is due to God Almighty for another day,
- 10:08Speaker 7: another opportunity of another shot at it. Honestly speaking, I've
- 10:13Speaker 7: been going through several things. It's been a little rocky
- 10:17Speaker 7: for me. But I'm still grateful because I mean, this
- 10:22Speaker 7: too shall pass. Whatever it is, it's gonna go now.
- 10:25Speaker 7: I do need for it to hear up and get home.
- 10:28Speaker 7: But I'm hanging in there.
- 10:32Speaker 8: That's a good way to put it. I do need
- 10:35Speaker 8: it to hear him get on the who lord boy.
- 10:37Speaker 8: Sometimes the test.
- 10:39Speaker 7: The test be a little long sometimes, y'all, But hanging
- 10:42Speaker 7: there because you have a one track record of surviving
- 10:46Speaker 7: all your tests, so I expect to do the same
- 10:48Speaker 7: with this. With Steve Arvit, Marty Show, Shirley Strawberry, Colin Farrell, Mississippi,
- 10:53Speaker 7: Monica Junior, and the Legend of Nephew Tommy Jr.
- 10:55Speaker 8: What's on your mind today?
- 10:56Speaker 5: Man?
- 10:57Speaker 9: Well you know what unk is today, which means on
- 10:58Speaker 9: our minds should be on all our mind.

- 15:12Speaker 5: all right. You may not know my boy, but I'm
- 15:14Speaker 5: sure you probably know me if you saw me.
- 15:15Speaker 4: But I'm I'm brother Greg at the church.
- 15:18Speaker 13: Okay, all right, how you doing.
- 15:20Speaker 5: I'm good, I'm good. I'm sorry to disturb your evening.
- 15:23Speaker 5: I wanted to reach out to you the uh, you know,
- 15:28Speaker 5: the workers at the church. We had a meeting. Uh
- 15:32Speaker 5: A lot of the deacons and the sisters at the
- 15:36Speaker 5: church the have come to uh had a meeting, and
- 15:40Speaker 5: I wanted to give you a call. Not Melanie, Melanie,
- 15:46Speaker 5: that's that's that's your sister, right yeah.
- 15:48Speaker 4: That's my sister. That's my baby sister.
- 15:50Speaker 5: Okay, all right, well now we got a bit of
- 15:54Speaker 5: a problem, but uh uh they felt that it would
- 15:59Speaker 5: be best for me for me to call you and
- 16:02Speaker 5: discuss it with you and and let you know what
- 16:05Speaker 5: the you know what they have agreed upon. I'm just
- 16:08Speaker 5: basically the messenger, and I'm just calling you to give
- 16:11Speaker 5: you the word of what's going on.
- 16:14Speaker 13: Okay, brother Greg, right.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Yeah, brother Greed Grig agree. You know, uh huh your
- 16:20Speaker 4: wife is in the choir, right, uh yeah, yeah.
- 16:25Speaker 13: Yeah, okay, okay, I know, I think I know.
- 16:27Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, okay, all right. Well, like I said, Sister Alicia,
- 16:34Speaker 5: what the officials of the church are saying is that
- 16:38Speaker 5: they they're saying that they have reason to believe that
- 16:42Speaker 5: your sister has been having an affair with with pastors
- 16:48Speaker 5: and uh, your sister Melanie. They saying she's having and
- 16:55Speaker 5: had an affair with having an affair with pastor. Like
- 17:00Speaker 5: I said, I'm just the messenger.
- 17:03Speaker 13: Okay, So why are y'all calling me about something Melity doing.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Well, they have to do with me.
- 17:10Speaker 5: Like I said, the officials had a meeting, and what
- 17:13Speaker 5: they're saying is this is nothing but a Jezebel spirit.
- 17:19Speaker 13: And what they don't wait, wait, wait a minute, now,
- 17:22Speaker 13: you be a rude.
- 17:23Speaker 4: Now come on, and.
- 17:26Speaker 13: Okay, I'm here you at.
- 17:27Speaker 4: Now you just hear me out. Now.
- 17:30Speaker 5: They're saying that this is a Jezebel spirit and they
- 17:34Speaker 5: would rather all of the family not be welcome at.
- 17:40Speaker 4: The church anymore.
- 17:41Speaker 13: Okay, first of all, where are.
- 17:44Speaker 14: You delivering a message to me about my sister? If
- 17:47Speaker 14: you have a problem with my sister, seems like you
- 17:50Speaker 14: will be calling my sister.
- 17:52Speaker 13: Now we shoot step for people. So why are you
- 17:54Speaker 13: calling me about my sister? About a rumor?
- 17:58Speaker 14: And now you say y'all don't want me in the church.
- 18:01Speaker 13: Is that what you're saying.
- 18:04Speaker 4: For the entire family?
- 18:07Speaker 5: So if you got some brothers, sisters, auntie, they won't
- 18:11Speaker 5: because they evidently all of the ladies in the Thompson
- 18:15Speaker 5: family hell some type of Jezebel spirit and they don't.
- 18:19Speaker 13: Want to Wait, wait, wait, wait a minute. Now, you
- 18:21Speaker 13: just just like I said, now, be mindful who you're
- 18:25Speaker 13: speaking to, calling somebody a Jezebel. What you can't do
- 18:32Speaker 13: is call somebody and accuse somebody and then call.
- 18:34Speaker 14: Them a derogatory word talking about.
- 18:36Speaker 13: Somebody a Jezebel and a jezebel Now you being ruth sir.
- 18:42Speaker 5: It's a Jezebel spirit, is what they were saying.
- 18:45Speaker 13: Okay, that's got to be the most assonine fools that
- 18:49Speaker 13: I have ever heard in my life.
- 18:50Speaker 4: Who done that? Who are you to call me?
- 18:54Speaker 13: Don't ask me no like that.
- 18:56Speaker 14: You calling me like some bush but a Jezabel Fell

- 22:45Speaker 1: It saved me from wasting money on an expense of
- 22:47Speaker 1: Valentine's dinner, but now she doesn't want to be around me.
- 22:51Speaker 1: I might have to spend Valentine's Day and night alone?
- 22:55Speaker 1: Should I admit that I lied?
- 22:58Speaker 8: Wow?
- 22:59Speaker 1: It's a lot, you know, bro?
- 23:03Speaker 7: Yeah, you tell a tell a health thing to avoid

- 23:27Speaker 8: See that's the thing.
- 23:30Speaker 1: See when you.
- 23:30Speaker 7: Tell these stupid lies categories. Yeah, the lies are necessary,
- 23:41Speaker 7: but you know when.
- 23:42Speaker 8: You just tell me what hurt you want us to do?
- 23:47Speaker 1: You know, so you can't be you can't go with Uh,
- 23:51Speaker 1: how did you think that was gonna work?
- 23:53Speaker 8: Dog?
- 23:54Speaker 7: You tell her you got the flu so you ain't
- 23:56Speaker 7: got to buy an expensive Valentine's dinner. Then she can't
- 24:00Speaker 7: be around you because she can't catch your flu and
- 24:02Speaker 7: mess around and miss her day's at work.
- 24:05Speaker 8: Nah, you're gonna be alone on Valentine's Day. You're stupid.
- 24:11Speaker 8: You ain't do you just fine off lies? No, you
- 24:13Speaker 8: ain't got no backstory, no history. You ain't thought it out. Man.
- 24:20Speaker 8: What we will We can't help him, we can't. All right,
- 24:23Speaker 8: let's let's move on. Sometimes you have to leave people
- 24:28Speaker 8: in there. Ol swallow, drink that by yourself, all right.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Moving on to Marlene in Riverside, Marlene says, last year,
- 24:38Speaker 1: my husband bought lingerie for me to wear on Valentine's
- 24:41Speaker 1: Day and it was too small. This morning he told
- 24:44Speaker 1: me to go see if I could sweeze into that
- 24:47Speaker 1: little lingerie from last year. That hurt my feelings? Should
- 24:51Speaker 1: I cancel sex on Valentine tonight?
- 24:53Speaker 4: Uh?
- 24:53Speaker 8: Oh, First of all, it wasn't too small.
- 24:57Speaker 1: What what she said it was? You said it was
- 24:59Speaker 1: to What are you saying?
- 25:01Speaker 8: We died like that?
- 25:03Speaker 5: Oh?
- 25:03Speaker 1: That was on purpose? What do you mean?
- 25:07Speaker 8: Put it on? Sounds like she can't get any though.
- 25:15Speaker 8: You know it's gonna cut a little bit, but just
- 25:17Speaker 8: get it on. Oh goodness, it's gonna bust. Canceled sexual
- 25:25Speaker 8: Valentine Day?
- 25:26Speaker 7: You see if you squeezing anything I bought you last
- 25:29Speaker 7: year because feelings. No, it was really a compliment though
- 25:35Speaker 7: that he like it just the way it is, And
- 25:37Speaker 7: if you could just squeeze in that thing, I'm gonna
- 25:39Speaker 7: like the way it's pushing out on the sides. I'm
- 25:42Speaker 7: gonna like all that girl can put that little tight
- 25:45Speaker 7: thing on. You gotta understand the thought process of a man.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Yeah, she didn't, didn't.
- 25:52Speaker 8: It ain't gonna be a circulating loan. We're gonna get
- 25:55Speaker 8: it off. But can I see it? Though?
- 25:58Speaker 7: That's the thought of a man, So you have to
- 26:01Speaker 7: cut out of it. And if you can't see it,
- 26:05Speaker 7: that's even better. Right up there with the movie Hidden Figures.
- 26:16Speaker 5: What like that?
- 26:18Speaker 1: I like he did that.
- 26:21Speaker 8: I don't know where all came from.
- 26:23Speaker 1: But the figures.
- 26:24Speaker 8: Yeah, but it worked at the time.
- 26:28Speaker 1: All right, We're moving on to Alvin and Pensacola. Alvin says,
- 26:32Speaker 1: I think my side piece is dealing with memory loss.
- 26:36Speaker 1: She called me late last night wanting to chat. I
- 26:39Speaker 1: thought it was an emergency, so I answered, she's done
- 26:42Speaker 1: it more than once.
- 26:44Speaker 16: Is it on.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Purpose or because she's old? Is there old? Here's wait, wait,
- 26:49Speaker 1: here's here's the question, Steve. Is there a side piece
- 26:54Speaker 1: age limit?
- 26:57Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 27:02Speaker 1: He didn't say how old she was, but his name
- 27:04Speaker 1: is Alvin, he.
- 27:05Speaker 8: Said, Or does she forget have amnesia? How old is she?
- 27:11Speaker 4: Though?
- 27:11Speaker 8: How old?
- 27:13Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 27:13Speaker 1: Alvin?
- 27:14Speaker 7: But he thought it was an emergency, so right there,
- 27:18Speaker 7: he thought it was like you know, uh, you know, y'all,
- 27:22Speaker 7: something like that. Hello, if your side piece has several
- 27:29Speaker 7: medical conditions, you're gonna have to pick up that phone though,
- 27:36Speaker 7: because you this phone call could be a lifeline.
- 27:40Speaker 1: You have to pick up the phone.
- 27:42Speaker 7: And that's why I picked up the phone, because he
- 27:44Speaker 7: said I thought it was an emergency, because you know,
- 27:47Speaker 7: he's seeing somebody that's in the emergency emergency age range.
- 27:53Speaker 1: So there is an age limit to psyche.
- 27:55Speaker 7: Well, listen to me, it's no age limit to it,
- 27:58Speaker 7: because you have one. Yeah, now you're gonna have.
- 28:03Speaker 8: To start picking healthier people. That's a dam. And where
- 28:13Speaker 8: as you picking up these side pieces at if they listen.
- 28:17Speaker 7: To me, if you down at the VA getting one,
- 28:22Speaker 7: if you down at the nursing home, you know.
- 28:24Speaker 8: You gotta there's gonna be something come with this.
- 28:29Speaker 1: How is she dealing with memory loss? And she just
- 28:32Speaker 1: called him and wanted to chat.
- 28:34Speaker 8: I mean, that ain't memory loss? Yeah, that ain't what
- 28:37Speaker 8: that is at that age. Then yeah, that's that's all times. Boy. No,
- 28:45Speaker 8: you gotta know what it is, y'all. You just find
- 28:48Speaker 8: all stuff memory loss been on? What age that is?
- 28:52Speaker 8: That might not be memory loss?
- 28:54Speaker 1: That's a symptom making a phone call to talk to you?
- 28:58Speaker 1: Is Alzheimer? Now what she's a side piece? What does
- 29:03Speaker 1: she say, Steve?
- 29:04Speaker 5: What did she say?
- 29:06Speaker 4: Hey?
- 29:06Speaker 8: War war?
- 29:08Speaker 4: No?
- 29:12Speaker 8: He hey, feeling? What's going on?
- 29:16Speaker 1: You can't remember his name?
- 29:18Speaker 4: You know?
- 29:18Speaker 8: Man at home? Don't you well? Albert? What I was
- 29:23Speaker 8: trying to say? Wait a minute? Hold on? Who is Albert?
- 29:27Speaker 8: You know? My mind going in and now.
- 29:34Speaker 1: None of the hold on, hold on, hold on woman.
- 29:37Speaker 8: I'll be there in a minute. She shove her hold
- 29:39Speaker 8: on his white save. Yeah, all these old people. I can't.
- 29:46Speaker 8: I can't hear now this year? Hold on, I got
- 29:48Speaker 8: to sweet for him.
- 29:52Speaker 7: Okay, I'll be another listen, put put it on six.
- 29:59Speaker 8: What what's the journey?
- 30:01Speaker 4: Man?
- 30:01Speaker 8: My wife don't know how to work his reparator.
- 30:08Speaker 1: We gotta go see old Jack here.
- 30:13Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour. We'll have
- 30:16Speaker 1: some entertainment news for you right after this. You're listening
- 30:20Speaker 1: Hardy Morning Show. All right, guys, let's talk about it.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Since it's Valentine's Day, we got to talk about how
- 30:29Speaker 1: happy Neo is. Okay, Neo claims to be in his
- 30:32Speaker 1: polyamorous lifestyle with three black women. Now earlier this week,
- 30:38Speaker 1: earlier this week, three of them now. Earlier this week,
- 30:41Speaker 1: Neo posted a picture of him and his three girlfriends
- 30:44Speaker 1: on a yacht. The ladies have on matching beige bikinis
- 30:48Speaker 1: and they're all gushing all over each other. The caption reads,
- 30:51Speaker 1: us versus nobody. You can't compete where you can't compare
- 30:56Speaker 1: hashtag Polly and fly. So here's a question, eyes, if
- 31:00Speaker 1: you were single, if you were all single, could you
- 31:03Speaker 1: maintain a polyamorous relationship more than one lover?
- 31:07Speaker 16: Uh?
- 31:08Speaker 1: And our three women more fun than just one?
- 31:12Speaker 8: And you can.
- 31:15Speaker 1: If you were single.
- 31:17Speaker 8: Yeah, but that's that's that.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Yes, it's gonna get you killed on Valentine's This is.

- 31:29Speaker 7: Instagram post. Yes, there ain't no relationship that slap happy

- 31:48Speaker 7: all PolyGram or whatever you call.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Polyamorous plumber gram ass relationship.
- 31:58Speaker 7: You can, I'm tell you right now. It's some more
- 32:03Speaker 7: with that that Leo ain't telling. That's cause you have
- 32:08Speaker 7: found these three women that's willing to dress alike and
- 32:12Speaker 7: take this gushy picture like we happy. Yeah, everybody ain't
- 32:17Speaker 7: happy all the time. You can be in a one
- 32:20Speaker 7: on one loving relationship and problems gonna come up. How
- 32:24Speaker 7: the hell you trying to show me? Ain't nothing gonna
- 32:27Speaker 7: come up with three women? You gotta be out your mind.
- 32:31Speaker 7: So now I already know it's something wrong with this
- 32:33Speaker 7: cause you gotta you gotta try to make us think
- 32:35Speaker 7: of a Wow.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Yeah, it's difficult with just one partner.
- 32:41Speaker 16: Then whatever, they sharing their man and they know it
- 32:46Speaker 16: and they all get goodbye, and then.
- 32:48Speaker 7: Then you have to consider the sauce. I like Neo
- 32:53Speaker 7: a lot, man. I mean, we cool ass dudes. When
- 32:57Speaker 7: we see each other, we cool.
- 33:00Speaker 8: Yeah, you know, we talk, we chop it up. We cool.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Yeah when you had this discussion, would you have told him?
- 33:10Speaker 1: Patty asked you, a.
- 33:12Speaker 7: Man, You're gonna do what you want to do, but
- 33:14Speaker 7: it's gonna be more to it than you think it is.
- 33:16Speaker 7: You can show us this is Instagram. It's like what
- 33:19Speaker 7: every Instagram is the best hub?
- 33:21Speaker 5: You know?

- 33:24Speaker 7: Instagram is Sports Center's top ten plays of the day.
- 33:29Speaker 11: I like Joe, I like, so this is the three
- 33:34Speaker 11: people gotta get their nails done. There's three people gotta
- 33:37Speaker 11: get their hair done.
- 33:38Speaker 8: This is can afford it? Yeah, all of that. Do
- 33:43Speaker 8: the four of us? Do the four of us go
- 33:45Speaker 8: to church too? I mean, how we do that?
- 33:50Speaker 1: That's a stretch. That's a stretch.
- 33:52Speaker 5: Nephew in.
- 33:58Speaker 8: Going there with you?
- 34:00Speaker 1: Day? Okay, as far as me and Miles all right?
- 34:06Speaker 1: Moving on to yes, Moving on to Serena Williams, who
- 34:11Speaker 1: posted on Instagram she wanted to clear up speculation that
- 34:14Speaker 1: her Super Bowl halftime show performance was a disc to Drake.
- 34:18Speaker 1: If you remember when Serena won a gold medal at
- 34:20Speaker 1: the London Olympics, she did a celeboratory seawalk and she
- 34:24Speaker 1: was dragged on social media for what was interpreted as
- 34:28Speaker 1: an inappropriate dance that promotes gang culture. We all remember
- 34:32Speaker 1: that her seawalk during the halftime show was more like
- 34:34Speaker 1: getting her lick back. Here's what she posted to explain.
- 34:38Speaker 1: She said, when Kendrick Lamar and teen called and was like,
- 34:42Speaker 1: We've been trying to do something forever. What about this.
- 34:46Speaker 1: We loved your crip walk at the Olympics after you
- 34:48Speaker 1: won the gold medal. I'm like, super Bowl, this is
- 34:51Speaker 1: Serena talking now, super Bowl Are you serious? When in
- 34:54Speaker 1: the world would I ever be able to dance at
- 34:56Speaker 1: a super Bowl? Never, let's do it. I knew my
- 34:59Speaker 1: winning dance to have the Olympics would pay off one.
- 35:01Speaker 8: Day and this story.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Yes, we thought you were being petty.
- 35:11Speaker 4: What you think?
- 35:12Speaker 5: See?
- 35:13Speaker 7: Yeah, you know when they was talking about it was
- 35:14Speaker 7: this at Drake. I think she's way beyond that.
- 35:17Speaker 8: You know she's got yeah, but I think she's just
- 35:22Speaker 8: way beyond that. It's just a crip walk, you know,
- 35:25Speaker 8: it's just yet.
- 35:28Speaker 7: Defined, you know, the American idea of who we are
- 35:33Speaker 7: and what we are to do in the place we
- 35:34Speaker 7: ought to stay in. The more I've learned about this,
- 35:37Speaker 7: this young cat's performance, the more proud I've become.
- 35:42Speaker 8: Get it at first, but I didn't criticize it.
- 35:45Speaker 7: I got on the phone and call my my, my sons,
- 35:49Speaker 7: who know who locked into hip hop? And it was dope,
- 35:53Speaker 7: this is what he did. And when it explained, it
- 35:55Speaker 7: cool and I was so happy that he did what
- 35:58Speaker 7: he did and we as old as in front of
- 36:00Speaker 7: the President. Look, you gotta let these cats express it
- 36:04Speaker 7: how they go to express it. It's a different day
- 36:06Speaker 7: in time now.
- 36:07Speaker 8: Yes, it is. Rap is huge in the culture.
- 36:09Speaker 7: Hip hop happens to be the biggest music genre ever
- 36:12Speaker 7: created in my lifetime.
- 36:14Speaker 8: I've never seen nothing sell, go bigger, go more global
- 36:17Speaker 8: than this.
- 36:19Speaker 1: And white people love him and I get absolutely And.
- 36:23Speaker 7: I've seen that so many old white people speak out
- 36:27Speaker 7: against it, which made me know he was on point.
- 36:33Speaker 1: Something right man.
- 36:36Speaker 8: Leave Well.

- 47:59Speaker 4: Valentine's I got like seven eight boxes here. That's uh,
- 48:03Speaker 4: that's coming to you all play so all right, I
- 48:06Speaker 4: can let me let me let me ask you this
- 48:08Speaker 4: are you at six West Don Is that you? Yeah?
- 48:13Speaker 4: That's me. But uh again, there's there must be some
- 48:17Speaker 4: clerical error typo because like I just told you, man,
- 48:20Speaker 4: I didn't boxes and channel. It's about seven boxes. But
- 48:25Speaker 4: I mean, I mean it's just looking at the total
- 48:27Speaker 4: here that adds up to about chicks hunting something dollars.
- 48:29Speaker 4: I mean, I got flowers. No partner, we just gonna
- 48:33Speaker 4: I'm just gonna take it to dinner and we're just
- 48:34Speaker 4: gonna do our thing. But there was there was there
- 48:37Speaker 4: was no delivery schedule from me. Enough folds, especially not
- 48:41Speaker 4: at at seven o'clock at no partner, you got it.
- 48:44Speaker 4: If there's something wrong. Well you are you you're not
- 48:47Speaker 4: gonna be there? Are you not gonna be there tomorrow morning? Sir?
- 48:51Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I'm gonna be here. But uh, as far
- 48:53Speaker 4: as accepting a delivery that I didn't order and didn't
- 48:56Speaker 4: pay for, that's not happening. Man. Well let me I
- 49:00Speaker 4: got flowers, two boxes that are lingerie, several boxes that
- 49:06Speaker 4: are sex toys. We're all all that stuff. I have
- 49:08Speaker 4: all that stuff loaded to be delivered tomorrow at seven am.
- 49:13Speaker 4: And dude, I'm obviously there's a communication breakdown between you
- 49:17Speaker 4: and me player because I didn't order that, and right,
- 49:21Speaker 4: but you're telling me to have the But what the
- 49:24Speaker 4: problem I'm having is that you're telling me I have
- 49:26Speaker 4: the right address. You know the name of the person Kendrick,
- 49:31Speaker 4: which is your wife. Right? Yeah, yeah, so far so
- 49:35Speaker 4: good man. But as far as me ordering that, dude,
- 49:39Speaker 4: I'm not. I'm not. I'm not accepting it because I
- 49:42Speaker 4: didn't pay for it. I did not order. I mean,
- 49:45Speaker 4: I mean it's already it's already paid. Let me. Let
- 49:48Speaker 4: me just look at the name here on the here
- 49:51Speaker 4: is here is right here? Okay, we got devon?
- 49:55Speaker 7: What would you say?
- 49:56Speaker 4: I said, Devon. That's that's who made the purchase. Oh no, no, no, no, okay,
- 50:02Speaker 4: that's my wife's ex husband. So either you and him
- 50:06Speaker 4: are in cahoots with each other to do this and
- 50:09Speaker 4: try to upset me. But guess what you succeeded, all right,
- 50:13Speaker 4: So I'm gonna make this his toy.
- 50:17Speaker 8: I listen to you.
- 50:18Speaker 4: I listened to you, so you listen to me. This
- 50:21Speaker 4: is what I want to make abundantly clear to you.
- 50:24Speaker 4: I understand you have a job to do, but if
- 50:26Speaker 4: you bring those roses and all of that stuff past
- 50:29Speaker 4: my house tomorrow, this is what's gonna happen. Those roses,
- 50:33Speaker 4: those storms, I'm gonna put them somewhere so far up
- 50:36Speaker 4: your rear end that the only way that they see
- 50:39Speaker 4: sunshine is when you open your mouth. So do not,
- 50:43Speaker 4: I repeat, do not. You and Devin, y'all can take
- 50:47Speaker 4: this and you can do whatever y'all want with it.
- 50:49Speaker 4: Y'all can play with the sex toys, y'all do whatever
- 50:51Speaker 4: you want to red roses, petals and all that other stuff.
- 50:54Speaker 4: Y'all can do what you need to do. Not show
- 50:57Speaker 4: up at my crib tomorrow, because it ain't gonna be
- 51:00Speaker 4: a happy Valentine's Day for nobody involved. That's what I'm okay.
- 51:05Speaker 4: But here's the deal. As a delivery person, I am
- 51:09Speaker 4: obligated to make the drip. I have to make this
- 51:13Speaker 4: drive or then I don't get it. You know, I
- 51:15Speaker 4: get chewed out that I didn't do my job because
- 51:17Speaker 4: that's stuffing. Okay, so what would what would you rather
- 51:20Speaker 4: be to tewed out or half throws up your rear end.
- 51:23Speaker 4: Let's sold down, let's load down in. What you're not
- 51:25Speaker 4: gonna do is to hold off you fen the do
- 51:28Speaker 4: just flect you bring, you bring, Okay, all right, I'm
- 51:33Speaker 4: gonna do the flowers. I'll use the sex toys for you.
- 51:36Speaker 8: So you got a choice.
- 51:37Speaker 4: You got flowers. Let's let me let me say this
- 51:42Speaker 4: with as professional as possible. You say, I'm trying to
- 51:47Speaker 4: be as cool as possible, but you ain't listening to me.
- 51:50Speaker 4: Do not bring the delivery. Okay, you can drop them
- 51:53Speaker 4: off at the curve. Then you get credit for and
- 51:56Speaker 4: whoever walk past and up and down the street they
- 51:58Speaker 4: can pick it up. But do not come to my
- 52:01Speaker 4: front door and ring my doorbell asking me to sign
- 52:04Speaker 4: and accept nothing. It ain't have to drop them off.
- 52:08Speaker 4: At the door, Sir, I'm telling you now, I gotta
- 52:13Speaker 4: drop them off at the door. The problem I'm having
- 52:16Speaker 4: is you telling me you're gonna stick some flowers up
- 52:18Speaker 4: my Now we got a problem just listening to this
- 52:21Speaker 4: whole scenario. I'm just curious. Is it possible that maybe
- 52:26Speaker 4: Devin does something for her that you don't do? Hey? Man,
- 52:29Speaker 4: you what what's work? Where are you going at with this?
- 52:31Speaker 4: All I'm telling you is demand your business and don't
- 52:34Speaker 4: make this drop? Why that den that? Why am I
- 52:38Speaker 4: gonna do this that Devon has purchased for her? And
- 52:42Speaker 4: if you need to, why do you need to ask Devin?
- 52:47Speaker 4: Because he better not show his face up over here.
- 52:50Speaker 4: You can take it home and give it to your
- 52:53Speaker 4: girl if you want to. I'm not giving my girl
- 52:56Speaker 4: anything that I am buying for her. I'm not doing
- 52:58Speaker 4: that you think so if you if you're not gonna
- 53:00Speaker 4: give your girl anything that you didn't buy for her,
- 53:03Speaker 4: why am I gonna accept something for my girl that
- 53:05Speaker 4: I didn't buy for her. I ain't come home telling
- 53:07Speaker 4: you that you gotta accept it. But I'm saying is
- 53:11Speaker 4: and you bring um in my house, I gotta accept it.
- 53:13Speaker 4: And I'm telling you now, don't even bring it to
- 53:15Speaker 4: my house. Maybe maybe mister Devin know what she likes.
- 53:19Speaker 4: She looks like obviously she's gonna watch him no more.
- 53:23Speaker 4: She knows me a head of the flower delivery person,
- 53:26Speaker 4: just like her ex husband. I'm swoop these bumping.
- 53:30Speaker 1: And mom whooping.
- 53:32Speaker 4: That's all I got to say. Two words for bringing
- 53:34Speaker 4: that some more whooping. So you might as well come
- 53:37Speaker 4: on now so you can go home after you get
- 53:39Speaker 4: to that wooman. Okay, okay, okay, let me let me
- 53:41Speaker 4: say this. At the end of the day, I'm gonna
- 53:43Speaker 4: say this is Comley already told me, yo, she's gonna
- 53:46Speaker 4: do something like this. He told me that. Who you say?
- 53:50Speaker 5: Who the hell?
- 53:50Speaker 4: I already told me you was gonna like this. Who
- 53:53Speaker 4: the hell is Tommy? Nephew Tommy? Isaiah, This is nephew
- 53:58Speaker 4: Tommy for the Steve Harvey Morning Show. And guess what, Isaiah,

- 56:15Speaker 1: to read this one right here, right now, and you
- 56:17Speaker 1: never know, it could be yours.
- 56:20Speaker 8: It could be yours. Buckle up and hold on time.
- 56:22Speaker 4: We got it for you.
- 56:23Speaker 8: Here it is Strawberry Letter.
- 56:25Speaker 1: Thank you, nephew. Subject to my sweetheart ain't sweet Dear
- 56:29Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley, My fiance is six years older than me.
- 56:33Speaker 1: I have been with her for a total of six years.
- 56:36Speaker 1: I proposed to her four years ago and we set
- 56:39Speaker 1: a date. She and her best friend fell out right
- 56:41Speaker 1: after she was chosen as a maid of honor, so
- 56:44Speaker 1: my fiance lost all of her excitement for the wedding.
- 56:47Speaker 1: I started to see a pattern of how she falls
- 56:50Speaker 1: out with people for the silliest things. These past years
- 56:53Speaker 1: have been eye opening for me and I realize that
- 56:56Speaker 1: she is a shallow and self absorbed per. This past Christmas,
- 57:02Speaker 1: she gave me a list of designer clothes and shoes
- 57:04Speaker 1: that she wanted with stock numbers so I wouldn't mess
- 57:08Speaker 1: up and get the wrong thing. She gave me the
- 57:11Speaker 1: list in November so I would have time to purchase everything.
- 57:15Speaker 1: I'm always strapped for money. I pay all of the
- 57:18Speaker 1: household expenses and my cash goes to her for braids, weaves,
- 57:22Speaker 1: and expensive gifts for her family members. I was only
- 57:26Speaker 1: able to get three gifts from her list because I'm
- 57:29Speaker 1: not cool with running up a credit card with clothes
- 57:32Speaker 1: that she will only wear once. She looked disappointed while
- 57:35Speaker 1: she was opening the gifts, and she had the nerve
- 57:37Speaker 1: to ask if I will get the rest of the
- 57:39Speaker 1: gifts for Valentine's Day. Meanwhile, I opened my gifts from
- 57:43Speaker 1: TJ Max and Marshalls that she bought with the tags
- 57:46Speaker 1: still on them, so I know exactly what she spent.
- 57:51Speaker 1: She stopped having sex with me, and she won't go
- 57:53Speaker 1: to church with me anymore. She talks to her friends
- 57:57Speaker 1: so crazy, and I'm so grateful she doesn't try that
- 58:00Speaker 1: with me. She's going to know I'm fed up when
- 58:03Speaker 1: she doesn't get the gifts she wants or the flowers
- 58:06Speaker 1: she's already picked out for Valentine's I might get her
- 58:09Speaker 1: some flowers from the grocery store, but that's it. Do
- 58:12Speaker 1: I keep pretending that I still love this chick? Or
- 58:14Speaker 1: is it time to bounce? It's way past time to bounce.
- 58:20Speaker 1: Why are you still there? Is the question. You're unhappy,
- 58:23Speaker 1: You're miserable. You don't have to be. This woman is
- 58:26Speaker 1: draining your bank account and the love is gone. You
- 58:30Speaker 1: should go too, because you can get someone who appreciates
- 58:33Speaker 1: and love what you do, especially if you're paying all
- 58:35Speaker 1: the household bills and all that. In other words, you
- 58:38Speaker 1: can get a real woman here, not some insecure little
- 58:41Speaker 1: girl who finds her value in labels and designer clothes.
- 58:45Speaker 1: Look at what you do. You pay all the household bills,
- 58:47Speaker 1: You take care of her, her braids, her nails, all that,
- 58:51Speaker 1: and you propose to her. She's too materialistic, too selfish.
- 58:56Speaker 1: You're paying for her to buy gifts for her family.
- 58:59Speaker 1: She's not even having sex with you even anymore. I mean,
- 59:03Speaker 1: come on, stop the madness in this relationship. You gotta
- 59:06Speaker 1: let this one go. I just hate it when good
- 59:08Speaker 1: people get taken advantage of like this, and that's what's
- 59:11Speaker 1: happening here. Steve.
- 59:14Speaker 8: Nothing here, There is nothing here.
- 59:18Speaker 7: Their entire letter, from top to bottom, is filled with
- 59:23Speaker 7: nothing that this man gets. He gets no return on
- 59:28Speaker 7: his investment, no ROI, nothing.
- 59:32Speaker 8: Nothing. Look, man, you wrote the right show for this one.
- 59:37Speaker 7: I'm gonna tell you right now, you ain't even got
- 59:41Speaker 7: to get a divorce. All you got to do is
- 59:44Speaker 7: walk off. I strongly suggest you do that before you'll
- 59:51Speaker 7: find yourself in a divorce situation.
- 59:54Speaker 8: Walk off. Think about this. What would you lose by
- 59:59Speaker 8: lou losing her?
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: Now?
- 1:00:02Speaker 7: Think about what she would lose if she lost you.
- 1:00:07Speaker 7: The reason she don't talk to you crazy, like you
- 1:00:10Speaker 7: said in this letter is cause you bind everything. She crazy,
- 1:00:15Speaker 7: But she ain't that crazy. She's six years older than you.
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: You've been with her six years. You proposed to her,
- 1:00:23Speaker 7: but then she had a fallen out with the y'all
- 1:00:25Speaker 7: set a date. Then she had a maid of honor
- 1:00:28Speaker 7: she had a fall out with, so she lost her
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: excitement for the wedding.
- 1:00:32Speaker 8: That don't make no damn sen.
- 1:00:35Speaker 7: That makes no damn sense at all, because this is
- 1:00:39Speaker 7: almost like a how dare her on the most important
- 1:00:43Speaker 7: day of my life? How dare she fall out with
- 1:00:49Speaker 7: me who was giving her an opportunity of a lifetime.
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: I tell you what, we ain't even gonna have no opportunity.
- 1:00:54Speaker 8: Now, who do that?
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: I don't know a woman that's going to cancel her
- 1:00:59Speaker 7: wedding because she fell out with a brides maid.
- 1:01:01Speaker 8: I don't know nobody. Get that dress in another size
- 1:01:08Speaker 8: and let's go.
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: Then she said, you start to see and you said,
- 1:01:14Speaker 7: you see a pattern how she falls out with people
- 1:01:16Speaker 7: for the silliest things.
- 1:01:18Speaker 8: Then here's the key line for this letter for me.
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: These past years have been eye opening for me, and
- 1:01:26Speaker 7: I realize she's a shallow and self absorbing person. Let
- 1:01:29Speaker 7: me tell y'all something, when something becomes eye opening, then
- 1:01:35Speaker 7: see what you see, acknowledge what you see with your
- 1:01:41Speaker 7: eyes open, and act accordingly. That's part of the problem
- 1:01:48Speaker 7: I'm going through right now. On a personal note, I
- 1:01:51Speaker 7: got my eyes open and I see something. Now, Steve Harvey,
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: all you got to do is see what you see.
- 1:01:58Speaker 7: It is what it is, and take the adjustments. Thank
- 1:02:02Speaker 7: you lad for the strawberry letter today.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: Amen, Amen, Amen, and.
- 1:02:07Speaker 8: I realized that she is shallow and of self absorbed
- 1:02:10Speaker 8: pet person. Now real quickly.
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: This Christmas, she gave me a list to design, to clothes,
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: the shoes she want to stock numbers so I wouldn't
- 1:02:18Speaker 7: mess it up. She gave me to listen November so
- 1:02:20Speaker 7: I would have time to purchase everything. I'm always strapped
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: for money. I pay her bills, her hair, her wives,
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: and I give her money for gifts for her family.
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: She opened up to give some Christmas she disappointed, wanting
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: to know if she can get the rest of it
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: on Valentine's Day.
- 1:02:36Speaker 8: Let me tell you what you finna get on Valentine.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Hang it right there. We'll have part two of your
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: response coming up at twenty three minutes after the our
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: Today's Strawberry letter subject my sweetheart ain't sweet. We'll get
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: back into that right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: Morning Show.
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: Did you know you could now buy a HONDAEI on
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: Amazon the same place where you order yoga mats, a toothbrush,
- 1:03:02Speaker 7: and pretty much everything else, all from the comfort of
- 1:03:05Speaker 7: your home, just located nearby dealer. Pick your color, your options,
- 1:03:09Speaker 7: check the price, and with a few dotting of some
- 1:03:12Speaker 7: eyes and crossing some tea's waila, your Hondai is ready
- 1:03:16Speaker 7: for pick up.
- 1:03:17Speaker 8: It's that easy.
- 1:03:19Speaker 11: Visit Honda USA dot com for more details. Limited availability
- 1:03:22Speaker 11: pickup through participating Hondai dealers and select markets.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: All right, come on, Steve, Let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: The subject my sweetheart ain't sweet.
- 1:03:32Speaker 8: Well, if your sweetheart ain't sweet, who I mean? What
- 1:03:36Speaker 8: does we do it? You're not even married, bruh. Listen
- 1:03:40Speaker 8: to me.
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: Like I said earlier, you wrote the right person because
- 1:03:44Speaker 7: you can get away from this without a due force.
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: You could just walk off. You could just walk off.
- 1:03:52Speaker 8: She has no value to your life.
- 1:03:55Speaker 7: You've discovered that she's a self absorbent, narcissist person.
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: It's all about her.
- 1:04:03Speaker 7: You constantly strapped for cash because you pay all the bills,
- 1:04:07Speaker 7: You pay for her braids, her extensions, You pay for
- 1:04:10Speaker 7: all her whis and her family's expensive gifts. Then for Christmas,
- 1:04:15Speaker 7: she gave you a list of clothes that she wanted
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: has stock numbers on it, so you wouldn't mess up
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: and get the wrong thing.
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: She gave you list in November, so you had time
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: to purchase everything.
- 1:04:25Speaker 7: Then you said you always strapped for money because you
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: pay all the household expenses, and you were only able
- 1:04:32Speaker 7: to get three gifts from her list because I'm not cool.
- 1:04:35Speaker 8: Three gifts is a nice Christmas. Man.
- 1:04:39Speaker 7: If somebody opened up three boxes, that's pretty good, though,
- 1:04:45Speaker 7: and stuff she wanted, probably some shoes and all this
- 1:04:51Speaker 7: here or whatever. And then you said, I'm not cool
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: with running up a credit card with clothes that she
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: only gonna wear one.
- 1:04:58Speaker 8: Who is this?
- 1:05:01Speaker 7: Somebody asked me on stage one time, Steve, I heard
- 1:05:04Speaker 7: you only wear your shoes one time.
- 1:05:05Speaker 8: You could quit on hearing that.
- 1:05:09Speaker 7: Well, hell, you think I'm by this damn high ass
- 1:05:12Speaker 7: suit and wear it one time? Now what I do
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: do is mix them up. Well, you gonna see it
- 1:05:18Speaker 7: with a different shirt and tie. You're gonna see jacket
- 1:05:20Speaker 7: with some pants. You're gonna see the pants with another jacket.
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: You're gonna see all kinds stuff. Oh, it looks like
- 1:05:25Speaker 7: I'm loaded, but we ain't wearing it. Just once, and
- 1:05:29Speaker 7: then she looked disappointed while she was opening her gifts,
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: and then had the nerve to ask her if I'm
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: gonna get the rest of gifts for Valentine's Day? Valentine Day, baby,
- 1:05:39Speaker 7: I can't even tell you how we ain't gonna be
- 1:05:40Speaker 7: together on Valentine's Day as soon as we have sex tonight,
- 1:05:43Speaker 7: whatever little sex you're gonna give me for these little
- 1:05:45Speaker 7: three gifts. So you're de find to get three packaged sex.
- 1:05:48Speaker 7: But then guess what you open up your gifts from TJ,
- 1:05:52Speaker 7: Max and Marshall and the tag still on so you
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: know exactly what she spent. Naw here, it was the
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: crazy part. I'm thinking, after I buy you the three boxes,
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: I'm gonna get some three box six.
- 1:06:09Speaker 8: And she stopped having sex with me and won't go
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: to church with me no more. Here we do it.
- 1:06:19Speaker 7: So now we're not married, we're not having sex no more,
- 1:06:25Speaker 7: and you're not going to church. Okay, I got you
- 1:06:29Speaker 7: ain't coming to church. I got that you don't like
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: the choir, you don't care for the pastor.
- 1:06:33Speaker 8: I got that. Let's get back on this. We ain't
- 1:06:36Speaker 8: having sex, no mob.
- 1:06:39Speaker 7: Did I just buy the three boxes for I got
- 1:06:45Speaker 7: to get some three box six at least that what
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: you're not finna do instead of over no packages, untied
- 1:06:55Speaker 7: rivers and tann open paper and we ain't untied blouses
- 1:06:58Speaker 7: and tann all cold. If it happened, we buy gifts
- 1:07:03Speaker 7: for you to open so we can open it up
- 1:07:05Speaker 7: something later on. As a matter of fact, as you open,
- 1:07:09Speaker 7: keep hold opening.
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: Hey the chick say, man, hey, man, and y'all know this.
- 1:07:18Speaker 8: Don't get stupid.
- 1:07:21Speaker 7: Now, let's get on down here. She talked to her
- 1:07:25Speaker 7: friend so crazy, and I'm so grateful. She don't try
- 1:07:27Speaker 7: that with me. She don't try with you because you
- 1:07:30Speaker 7: the water foster, you pouring out the blessing. Now she's
- 1:07:36Speaker 7: going to know I'm fed up when she doesn't get
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: the gifts she wants or the flowers she already she
- 1:07:41Speaker 7: already picked out her flowers for Valentine's Day. I might
- 1:07:45Speaker 7: get her some flowers from the grocery store. That'd be
- 1:07:47Speaker 7: real slick, though, Get your little skinny ass bunched tooth,
- 1:07:51Speaker 7: you know, two three flowers in it.
- 1:07:54Speaker 8: But that's it. Do I keep pretending that I still
- 1:07:57Speaker 8: love this chick? Or is it time to bounce?
- 1:08:00Speaker 7: That's the end of the letter right there, because if
- 1:08:02Speaker 7: you got to pretend that you still love this chick,
- 1:08:06Speaker 7: it been time to bounce. I'm talking about bounce like
- 1:08:10Speaker 7: Kyrie Irvin do a basketball when he coming up the
- 1:08:13Speaker 7: flow and do the crossover coast to coast.
- 1:08:16Speaker 8: That's how hard we find to bounce.
- 1:08:19Speaker 7: I'm fin to bounce you like a super ball I
- 1:08:21Speaker 7: had that I threw so hard up against the tree
- 1:08:23Speaker 7: it bounced on the car to ground and broke his pains.
- 1:08:26Speaker 8: Wasn't uh.
- 1:08:28Speaker 7: I'm fin to bounce on you like a sheet of
- 1:08:30Speaker 7: fabric sawer. That's how hard we find to bounce. I
- 1:08:34Speaker 7: find to bounce on you like I saw when I
- 1:08:37Speaker 7: was young, and I saw that the first time I
- 1:08:39Speaker 7: saw a woman body bounce. My brother brought this girl
- 1:08:42Speaker 7: over to the house named Penny. I was eleven years old.
- 1:08:45Speaker 7: Penny came walking in the house and her whole butt
- 1:08:48Speaker 7: was shaken.
- 1:08:49Speaker 8: I love Penny.
- 1:08:51Speaker 7: When he broke up with Penny, I cried, you were hurt,
- 1:08:55Speaker 7: I cried, ever I was told up.
- 1:09:00Speaker 5: Uh huh uh huh.
- 1:09:01Speaker 8: I was in my bed that night.
- 1:09:08Speaker 7: My brother and one brother came home. I asked my brother,
- 1:09:12Speaker 7: like that little boy ask the president what theF is
- 1:09:15Speaker 7: wrong with you? My brother, slap taste down, my mom,
- 1:09:18Speaker 7: ladies and gentlemen. And it's time to bounce. Yeah, bounce
- 1:09:21Speaker 7: like a booty. Bounce, bounce like a basketball, bounce like
- 1:09:24Speaker 7: a Sheeta fabric software. But it's time for you to go.
- 1:09:27Speaker 7: She hate the ward and you can do this without
- 1:09:30Speaker 7: a divorce.
- 1:09:31Speaker 8: Bye, fly like an eagle.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: All right. You can come in in Today's Strawberry Letter

- 1:09:47Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:09:52Speaker 7: Hey, look, you can't let the urge to sing your
- 1:09:54Speaker 7: favorite songs while you're driving distract you from that truck
- 1:09:58Speaker 7: drifting toward your lane, all that lane splitting.
- 1:10:01Speaker 8: Biker creeping up beside you.
- 1:10:03Speaker 7: Fortunately, every Hunday offers advanced safety features that can alert
- 1:10:08Speaker 7: you to potential dangers around you.
- 1:10:10Speaker 11: That's right, because Hendi is always working to ensure the
- 1:10:12Speaker 11: road doesn't get you. Hondai vehicles have won over one
- 1:10:15Speaker 11: hundred and twenty IIHS Top Safety awards from two thousand
- 1:10:19Speaker 11: and six to twenty twenty four.
- 1:10:21Speaker 8: As of December twenty twenty.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: Four, it is time now for junior and sports talk.
- 1:10:26Speaker 10: What you got Junior Okay, NBA All Star Weekend. Listen,
- 1:10:30Speaker 10: this is gonna be crazy. This is not East versus
- 1:10:34Speaker 10: West No Mo. They have three team captains now for
- 1:10:37Speaker 10: the All Star This Team Shack, Team Chuck, and Team Kenny,
- 1:10:41Speaker 10: and they gonna play in a mini tournament where they
- 1:10:43Speaker 10: all drafted eight All Stars.
- 1:10:45Speaker 9: So this is gonna be crazy. This is not even
- 1:10:48Speaker 9: East versus West No Mo.
- 1:10:49Speaker 10: So Shack, you know he has Lebron on his team,
- 1:10:52Speaker 10: Steph Curry, you know, James Harden, Jylen Brown, Team Chuck.
- 1:10:56Speaker 10: You know he got the Big Joker, Victor Wimbin yam Uh, Carl,
- 1:11:00Speaker 10: Anthony Town, Donovan Mitchell, you know some of the players
- 1:11:03Speaker 10: that they've drafted.
- 1:11:04Speaker 9: And they're gonna play in a in a mini tournament.
- 1:11:06Speaker 9: All this is gonna be on.
- 1:11:07Speaker 7: They're gonna lose. They're gonna lose. That's too many tall
- 1:11:10Speaker 7: ass people. That's the All Star Game.
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: That's how it works.
- 1:11:14Speaker 8: This is how they're gonna do it.
- 1:11:16Speaker 7: They gotta do something. The regular All Star Game was
- 1:11:19Speaker 7: not working. Who the other person got team Kenney.
- 1:11:22Speaker 10: Now he got Anthony Edwards, he has Jalen Brunson, Evan Mobley, Tyler, Hero,
- 1:11:28Speaker 10: Jaylen Williams.
- 1:11:29Speaker 9: You know, they try to make it competitive, so they.
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: Don't have this though.
- 1:11:33Speaker 8: That's who can bring that ball up though. Yeah, Kenny
- 1:11:36Speaker 8: Kenny got a squad and only got a squad. Barkley
- 1:11:41Speaker 8: picked got a bunch of centers. Well, Trey run.
- 1:11:50Speaker 9: Trey Young is on Chuck team, so you know, hit
- 1:11:52Speaker 9: go he shoot.
- 1:11:54Speaker 8: Yeah, they.
- 1:11:59Speaker 7: Young.
- 1:12:00Speaker 10: I like that boy, and so that's how they're gonna
- 1:12:03Speaker 10: have to make a competitive Now. I do want to
- 1:12:05Speaker 10: give a shout out to the HBCU game. Okay, it's
- 1:12:09Speaker 10: gonna be on Saturday at five o'clock on NBA TV.
- 1:12:11Speaker 10: It's More House versus Tuskegee playing the All Star Game.
- 1:12:15Speaker 9: I think, yeah, that's gonna.
- 1:12:18Speaker 8: This is very black history.
- 1:12:20Speaker 9: Yeah, very black celeb black black. Let's yeah, why are
- 1:12:25Speaker 9: you from house.
- 1:12:27Speaker 8: Playing no basketball? I ain't never my life seeing more
- 1:12:30Speaker 8: House or to ski. You playing no basket.
- 1:12:33Speaker 3: This Saturday?
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: You I know.
- 1:12:37Speaker 10: But let's get to slam du contest. What is your
- 1:12:40Speaker 10: rules for your slam duck contest? Just give him your
- 1:12:43Speaker 10: rule real simple.
- 1:12:44Speaker 7: What they should do was they should get the NBA
- 1:12:48Speaker 7: players to bring in, each one of them pick a
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: street ball to dunk on their behalf and score these
- 1:12:55Speaker 7: dunks and let these young boys out here in the
- 1:12:57Speaker 7: street who dunk better than the pros let them come,
- 1:13:00Speaker 7: don't That would be exciting for me. That would be
- 1:13:03Speaker 7: exciting for me because all this, you know, all this
- 1:13:05Speaker 7: dunk and missing and all this whoot time.
- 1:13:08Speaker 9: For that got Hype's back up for the dunk, then

- 1:13:36Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: This is from anonymous in DC. Steve. She says, I'm
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: going out with my girlfriends on Valentine's Night while my
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: boyfriend is djaying at a Valentine's party. My girlfriends are
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: married with kids and they don't care nothing she says
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: about Valentine's Day. But they think that I should. They
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: have suggested that we crashed the party and go surprise
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: my boyfriend while he's working. He would think I've lost
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: my mind because I don't do stuff like that. My
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: coworker told me that my friend suggested it for a reason.
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: What's the reason.
- 1:14:12Speaker 8: No, No, no, because they being messy. You don't walk
- 1:14:14Speaker 8: up on the man. Leave it alone. Leave it alone.
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: You ain't been doing that. Don't let them talk you
- 1:14:19Speaker 8: into it.
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: So they know something.
- 1:14:25Speaker 8: When y'all walk in. I'm sorry, my bad. It's just say, hey, man,
- 1:14:30Speaker 8: it ain't don't.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: Do that because she might what see something?
- 1:14:35Speaker 8: It ain't nothing to see but see you.
- 1:14:37Speaker 7: You can't have your man thinking you're checking up on it,
- 1:14:42Speaker 7: because if he back at DJA and what is he
- 1:14:44Speaker 7: doing DJing?
- 1:14:45Speaker 8: Ain't nobody up in the DJ boot fooling round? Ain't
- 1:14:48Speaker 8: nobody up in there? To my head, it is my baby,
- 1:14:50Speaker 8: happy Valentine dating my girl. Ain't nobody doing that? Oh
- 1:14:54Speaker 8: you ain't never hung out with no djil.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: I'm up in that booth that movie?
- 1:15:02Speaker 8: What you talking about?
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: It?
- 1:15:05Speaker 8: Has been a while.
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: You must take it back. Yes, all right, moving on
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: to this one. We have time for another one, Steven.
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: This is from Emeralds in Savannah. Emerald says, I'm married
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: to a prankster. Oh okay, all right, listen up, listen up.
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: She says, it was all fun and games until he
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: could not perform sexually. And he tried to say he
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: was pranking me what he couldn't finish what he started.
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: And I knew exactly what was wrong, but he said
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: he did it on purpose. We can joke about a
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: lot of things, but not about sex. Should I call
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: him out or tell him it's not funny and tell
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: him it's not funny.
- 1:15:51Speaker 7: You could do it anywhere you want to. I mean,
- 1:15:53Speaker 7: you can call him out of aunt, tell him it's
- 1:15:54Speaker 7: not funny. And if it wasn't a prank, okay, when
- 1:15:58Speaker 7: we do it next time, what we're talking.
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: About, Yeah, let's go to the prank expert on the show.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: There you go, uh huh, Tommy, this is literally your

- 1:16:19Speaker 3: So he couldn't help her, So he's trying to say
- 1:16:23Speaker 3: do as much.
- 1:16:24Speaker 9: That prank didn't go well at all.
- 1:16:27Speaker 7: I think what happened. The night ended really early, really quickly. Yeah,
- 1:16:34Speaker 7: pranked you.
- 1:16:38Speaker 8: You do know you do that every time.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: This is nephew, tell me from the morning. You just
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: got pranked for your friend.
- 1:16:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean see you saying he's doing the same
- 1:16:56Speaker 3: prank over and over.
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: Uh huh.
- 1:17:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: So she she's got to tell him, right, she's got
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: to let him know that it's not funny anymore.
- 1:17:07Speaker 8: It was never funny. Uh, it ain't funny to him.
- 1:17:12Speaker 8: A funny it can't be.
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: Well, if there's a problem with him, he should go
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: and see someone or.
- 1:17:23Speaker 8: Now see that that happening too fast? You got it,
- 1:17:25Speaker 8: You got it. Some other tricks you can use.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: Okay, are you gonna help help her?
- 1:17:32Speaker 8: Yeah, you got you got You gotta make your mind
- 1:17:34Speaker 8: go somewhere else once you focus on it. Just over.
- 1:17:38Speaker 8: You need a couple gotta figure Well, I don't know
- 1:17:44Speaker 8: if they have for for for the party ended too soon.
- 1:17:47Speaker 8: They got a peal for that.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: Now, Well, she said he couldn't perform. Yeah, you're saying
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: he couldn't finish what he started, That's.
- 1:17:55Speaker 8: What she said.
- 1:17:56Speaker 10: Yeah, you know when every night you can't look like
- 1:17:58Speaker 10: you lost the super Bowl every night, Now, you like

- 1:21:14Speaker 1: round of would you rather? Would you rather be? One
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: hundred percent honest all day to day? On Valentine's day
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: or no sex in March?
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: Be ye? What? Yes?
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: Spring forward Saint Patrick's Day, market tell the truth for

- 1:21:40Speaker 8: If we do a we ain't gonna make it to March.
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: Would you rather a soft moaner, you know, during sex
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: intimate times or would you rather a screamer that cusses
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: be I won't ye, I won't cuss it?
- 1:22:00Speaker 8: Hell yescreen?
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: Okay, I think everybody's clear on that one. All right,
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: this is for the All Star Game, the NBA All
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: Star Game. Would you rather compete in the slam dunk
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: contest or compete in the three point contest? Which one
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: you're winning?
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: Now?
- 1:22:19Speaker 8: I can't do neither one.
- 1:22:22Speaker 7: But if I'm in the dunk contest, it's gonna be
- 1:22:25Speaker 7: so damn funny. Is he touching the neck?
- 1:22:32Speaker 8: Do you understand what it is?
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: Your chances of winning is good?
- 1:22:37Speaker 9: Ain't nobody dunking?
- 1:22:40Speaker 8: Yeah? But but I'm gonna be slamming the ball down
- 1:22:43Speaker 8: like it went through the hole. No, when nar.
- 1:22:50Speaker 11: All right?
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: Would you rather be who's the best shooter? I'll put
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: it like that. Would you rather Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant?
- 1:22:58Speaker 8: I'm Kobe I'm Kobe. I'm cobing. That's a hard decision
- 1:23:03Speaker 8: right there, but I'm.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: Covid Tommy, Kobe, Michael, Michael. Okay, good answer.
- 1:23:10Speaker 8: He's the greatest, Steve.
- 1:23:14Speaker 7: It's it's Michael Jordan's for me. Yeah, I'm not picking
- 1:23:18Speaker 7: nobody over him. Do nothing, Steth shooting. Now, if you
- 1:23:21Speaker 7: said Steph Kerry, you should say Steph Curry.
- 1:23:23Speaker 5: That's what.
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: I didn't. I said Kobe.
- 1:23:26Speaker 8: He's the greatest shoot to have a born? All right?
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: Would you rather make love to Keith Sweat's music or
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: Johnny Gill's music? By my mind with.
- 1:23:36Speaker 8: Your rid up with old slow ass Keith and Johnny
- 1:23:42Speaker 8: holler too much than anybody in the room.

- 1:24:43Speaker 1: day on this Valentine's Day. Happy Valentine's Day, everybody, and
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: night yeppy and night. Yeah, the night is more important.
- 1:24:53Speaker 8: It's all I recommend.
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: Oh sir, do you recommend what I recommend?
- 1:24:59Speaker 8: Doing it in the morning in case the night go bad,
- 1:25:01Speaker 8: I just say.
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: That's good talking about this is a morning show.
- 1:25:07Speaker 8: Why I don't have this is why I don't have clothing. Remark.
- 1:25:22Speaker 7: Uh, I was thinking about something earlier today. I've tried
- 1:25:32Speaker 7: to think about would have been the most valuable things
- 1:25:35Speaker 7: in my life? And if you think about it, man,
- 1:25:39Speaker 7: I was watching something online and it was talking about
- 1:25:44Speaker 7: a man, Uh, what he was willing to sacrifice greatly
- 1:25:51Speaker 7: for and what it came down to. The guy posed
- 1:25:55Speaker 7: the questions, what are you willing to die for?
- 1:25:59Speaker 5: Oh?
- 1:26:00Speaker 7: Who would you die for? And that's a striking question.
- 1:26:05Speaker 7: And if you ask yourself that question, and you can't
- 1:26:08Speaker 7: think of anybody or nothing you would die for. I
- 1:26:12Speaker 7: want to suggest something to you. You have to start
- 1:26:16Speaker 7: reaching for something of value. Sooner or later. You've got
- 1:26:19Speaker 7: to start attaching yourself to something that's greater than you,
- 1:26:25Speaker 7: because it can't just be about you. That's not the word,
- 1:26:29Speaker 7: that's not the way the world is set up in designed.
- 1:26:33Speaker 7: We are a collection of relationships. We are all woven
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: together in some shape, form or fashion to the people
- 1:26:40Speaker 7: that we know, and once you know them, somebody in
- 1:26:44Speaker 7: that connection has to be of value. I thought this
- 1:26:49Speaker 7: question out. I would die for all of my children.
- 1:26:53Speaker 7: I would die for my wife. I would have died
- 1:26:56Speaker 7: for my parents. I would die for my two sisters,
- 1:27:00Speaker 7: my brother. I would And the reason I would is
- 1:27:04Speaker 7: because of the level of significance they've had in my
- 1:27:07Speaker 7: life and the fact that I couldn't live when I
- 1:27:10Speaker 7: would live with myself knowing that I allowed it to
- 1:27:13Speaker 7: be them instead of me. I just ain't come from
- 1:27:15Speaker 7: that cloth. Now hear a lot of men online talking
- 1:27:19Speaker 7: about I ain't dying for nobody. Then you, my friend,
- 1:27:24Speaker 7: you my brother have not found the secret to this thing.
- 1:27:28Speaker 7: Because life becomes worth living when you find yourself in
- 1:27:34Speaker 7: love with someone more than you love yourself. When you
- 1:27:38Speaker 7: get to that right there, you'll understand what it's all about.
- 1:27:43Speaker 7: When you first lay your eyes on your child, that
- 1:27:46Speaker 7: child becomes quite significant to you. I don't care when
- 1:27:50Speaker 7: you have this child, how late in life, how early
- 1:27:52Speaker 7: in life. Once you look at them, they become really
- 1:27:55Speaker 7: significant for you, and you change. My children changed me.
- 1:28:01Speaker 7: I realized all of a sudden, I not only had
- 1:28:06Speaker 7: something to live for, I now had something I would
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: die for. And that's what it comes down to, Fellas.
- 1:28:16Speaker 7: I mean, it applies to women too, But I'm kind
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: of really talking to men because I think what didn't
- 1:28:22Speaker 7: happen man with this generation that we have is not
- 1:28:25Speaker 7: enough older men are sharing the concepts and principles of
- 1:28:28Speaker 7: life anymore with these young cats, and they got them
- 1:28:31Speaker 7: going around freely exchangeing information with one another that ain't
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: really good information, Like we stop telling each other that
- 1:28:38Speaker 7: you are really really made in this world to provide
- 1:28:41Speaker 7: and to be a provider for something. We have been
- 1:28:44Speaker 7: taught that women are the prize, and I was watching
- 1:28:46Speaker 7: this guy online talking about a woman ain't the prize? Well,
- 1:28:52Speaker 7: if you get the right one, it is. Now you
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: can get the wrong one. The wrong the wrong one
- 1:28:57Speaker 7: is not a prize, the right one is. But say, fellas,
- 1:29:01Speaker 7: you ain't no prize either until you lift up, live
- 1:29:03Speaker 7: up to your calling. Women have a skill set that
- 1:29:06Speaker 7: we've not been blessed with. They're the only one that
- 1:29:08Speaker 7: can make another life. You can get with another a woman,
- 1:29:12Speaker 7: and she can make another you.
- 1:29:15Speaker 8: You can't do that a woman.
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: Some women's obligation is to reproduce, not all women, but some.
- 1:29:24Speaker 7: Every woman isn't born into this world to have children,
- 1:29:27Speaker 7: understand that. But there are women who want children from
- 1:29:30Speaker 7: the time they're little girls. Well that's that's their mission
- 1:29:34Speaker 7: in life. But fellas, you gotta want root. You gotta
- 1:29:37Speaker 7: understand what is yours too, though, because if you ain't,
- 1:29:41Speaker 7: if you ain't here to take care of nobody, what
- 1:29:45Speaker 7: Because you can't make a life, so you should at
- 1:29:49Speaker 7: least be able to sponsor one. I mean, I'm just
- 1:29:52Speaker 7: talking real to you now. There is value and honor
- 1:29:56Speaker 7: in taking care of a family. They it's real honor.
- 1:30:00Speaker 7: I'm able to stick my chest out knowing one thing
- 1:30:04Speaker 7: I did exceptionally well. I've been a great provider, exceptionally
- 1:30:10Speaker 7: well and it's not the amount of money. I'm talking
