Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Twitter Files Part 2: Leftist Executives Twisted Rules to Blacklist Donald Trump!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Twitter is a crime scene. Not my words, but the
- 0:03Speaker 1: words of the guy who just bought it, Elon Musk
- 0:06Speaker 1: as he continues to expose what was happening behind the scenes.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Twitter exposed in a very big, big way. Now Democrats
- 0:17Speaker 1: are concerned this could turn into an issue. There were
- 0:21Speaker 1: censor happy executives that use tools to suppress conservative news,
- 0:26Speaker 1: conservative organizations, and conservative commentators, as well as possibly politicians.
- 0:35Speaker 1: We also know that Twitter met with federal agencies amid
- 0:39Speaker 1: the hunter By laptop scandal and allowed the FBI to
- 0:43Speaker 1: actually report tweets to Twitter, left ex executives blacklisted and
- 0:48Speaker 1: twisted rules, made up rules, and admitted that there were
- 0:52Speaker 1: some people that didn't even commit terms of service issues
- 0:56Speaker 1: on Twitter that still got silenced and censored, including Donald Trump.
- 1:02Speaker 1: The fourth part of the Twitter file series was published
- 1:06Speaker 1: Saturday night by a journalist by the name of Michael Salenberger,
- 1:11Speaker 1: outlining how Twitter executives twisted the platform's rules with the
- 1:17Speaker 1: intention of blacklisting former President Donald Trump. On January seventh
- 1:22Speaker 1: of twenty twenty, in a recently published thread, the journalists
- 1:28Speaker 1: outlined the fourth release of the Twitter File series, detailing
- 1:31Speaker 1: the internal workings at Twitter and conversations between executives ahead
- 1:39Speaker 1: of the banning of former President Donald Trump. Michael wrote
- 1:46Speaker 1: the removal of Donald Trump on January seventh. As the
- 1:49Speaker 1: pressure builds, Twitter executives build the case for a permanent band,
- 1:54Speaker 1: making it clear that this was what they were going
- 1:56Speaker 1: to do all along, the journalist, he said. Following the
- 2:01Speaker 1: events of the US Capital on January the sixth, Twitter
- 2:03Speaker 1: faced immense pressure to ban President Trump, with many claiming
- 2:08Speaker 1: they needed to ban Trump quote for safety reasons. During
- 2:12Speaker 1: the time, then CEO Jack Dorsey was on vacation, appeared
- 2:17Speaker 1: to delegate much of the decision making to other top executives,
- 2:21Speaker 1: including the global head of Trust and Safety, You'll Roth,
- 2:25Speaker 1: and the head of Legal Policy and Trust, the Platform
- 2:29Speaker 1: Censorship Queen. After the events of January the sixth, the
- 2:33Speaker 1: internal and external pressure on the CEO grew. In fact,
- 2:37Speaker 1: even former First Lady Michelle Obama we now know, got
- 2:41Speaker 1: in on the action, yes, including tech journalists, high tech vcs,
- 2:47Speaker 1: and many others who were calling on Twitter to permanently
- 2:51Speaker 1: ban Donald Trump. Dorsey again on vacation the week of
- 2:58Speaker 1: January the fourth or the eighth. He phoned into meetings,
- 3:01Speaker 1: but also delegated much of the handling the situation to
- 3:04Speaker 1: the senior executives who ran with it. On January the seventh,
- 3:08Speaker 1: Dorsey emailed employees saying that the platform must remain consistent
- 3:12Speaker 1: in its policies quote, including allowing users to return to
- 3:17Speaker 1: the platform following temporary bands. Roth reassured an employee that
- 3:22Speaker 1: people who care about this aren't happy with where we are.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Roth later excited DMed colleagues, stating, guess what Jack just
- 3:34Speaker 1: approved repeat offender for civic integrity. This would allow Twitter
- 3:40Speaker 1: to create a system where five violations of rules would
- 3:45Speaker 1: result in a permanent suspension. Now, before I get into
- 3:50Speaker 1: more of this story, I want to say thank you

- 4:57Speaker 1: ben Now On Januar, Worry the seventh Jack emails employees,
- 5:02Speaker 1: saying Twitter needs to remain consistent, but after that you'll
- 5:06Speaker 1: Row says jack emails have been fine, but ultimately I
- 5:10Speaker 1: think people want to hear from us or someone closer
- 5:13Speaker 1: to the specifics of this who can reassure them that
- 5:17Speaker 1: people who care about this are thinking deeply about these
- 5:22Speaker 1: problems and aren't happy with where we are. A few
- 5:25Speaker 1: engineers have reached out to me directly about it, and
- 5:28Speaker 1: I'm chatting You'll Row rights with them, but it's so
- 5:32Speaker 1: clear they just want to know what that someone is
- 5:35Speaker 1: doing something about this and it's and it's not that
- 5:39Speaker 1: we're ignoring the issues here. Another said, I think there's
- 5:43Speaker 1: also an opportunity here to help you understand that while
- 5:46Speaker 1: it seems obvious and simple that we should do something,
- 5:52Speaker 1: it's an opportunity for us to talk about permanent bands
- 6:00Speaker 1: of personal accounts. Quote. We can't afford to take that
- 6:03Speaker 1: immediate action without first playing the movie out and anticipating
- 6:07Speaker 1: all the other things that can happen, and then figure
- 6:10Speaker 1: out the plans for those possible scenarios. Example, if we
- 6:14Speaker 1: suspend a personal account and he posts the same thing
- 6:17Speaker 1: on the official government account referring to Donald Trump, do
- 6:20Speaker 1: we suspend that too. People can be forgiven for not
- 6:24Speaker 1: thinking beyond the thing that's immediately in front of them,
- 6:28Speaker 1: But Jack, Vijaia Dell, you don't have the luxury of
- 6:33Speaker 1: just pulling the trigger without thinking things through. We tell
- 6:36Speaker 1: them repeatedly that people are on it, and people are
- 6:40Speaker 1: working on it, and they're scratching their heads wondering how
- 6:42Speaker 1: hard can it be decided if this single account is
- 6:45Speaker 1: in violation quote unquote, Around eleven thirty am Roth DM's
- 6:51Speaker 1: colleagues with the news that he's excited to share. Guess why,
- 6:54Speaker 1: he writes, Jack disapproved repeat offenders for civic integrity. The
- 6:58Speaker 1: new approach would create a says where five strikes means
- 7:02Speaker 1: you get a permanent suspension all caps. Guess what. He
- 7:07Speaker 1: goes on to say. Directional approach would be something like
- 7:10Speaker 1: labels which are severe enough to result in disabled engagements,
- 7:15Speaker 1: incurred incur strikes, strikes number one label only, strike label only,
- 7:21Speaker 1: strike three, label twelve plus hour timeout, strike four label
- 7:25Speaker 1: plus seven day time out, Strike five, permanent suspension. They're
- 7:29Speaker 1: getting excited because now they have a pathway to getting
- 7:31Speaker 1: rid of anyone they don't like. Then we get an
- 7:36Speaker 1: internal message, it says progress, exclaims a member of Ross
- 7:40Speaker 1: Trump and Safety team. The exchange between Roth and his
- 7:42Speaker 1: colleagues make it clear that they've been pushing Jack Dorsey
- 7:46Speaker 1: for greater restrictions on the speech Twitter allows around elections.
- 7:51Speaker 1: The colleagues then went on to say, we want to
- 7:53Speaker 1: know if the decision means Trump can finally be banned.
- 7:56Speaker 1: The person asked, does that does the incitement to violence
- 8:00Speaker 1: it's an aspect changed that calculus. Ross says it doesn't.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Trump continues to just have this one strike remaining, one
- 8:08Speaker 1: strike reign remaining, and you didn't even know about the
- 8:10Speaker 1: other ones. Ross colleagues quietly talk about this and keep
- 8:15Speaker 1: talking about the incitement of violence heavily foreshadows what will
- 8:18Speaker 1: happen the following day, And then on January eighth, Twitter
- 8:22Speaker 1: announces that permanent ban on Donald Trump due to the
- 8:25Speaker 1: risk of further incitement of violence. Twitter says that its
- 8:29Speaker 1: ban is based on specifically quote how Trump tweets are
- 8:34Speaker 1: being received and quote interpreted, but in twenty nineteen, Twitter
- 8:39Speaker 1: said it did not attempt to determine all potential interpretations
- 8:43Speaker 1: of the content or its intent. The only serious concern
- 8:49Speaker 1: we found express within Twitter over the implications for free
- 8:52Speaker 1: speech and democracy of banning Trump came from a junior
- 8:57Speaker 1: person the organization. It was tucked away in a lower
- 9:01Speaker 1: level Slack channel known as Site Integrity AUTO. The person said,
- 9:07Speaker 1: quote this might be an unpopular opinion, but one staff
- 9:10Speaker 1: ad hoc decisions like this that don't appear rooted in
- 9:14Speaker 1: policy are I am HO slippery slope and reflecting alternately
- 9:22Speaker 1: alternatively equally dictorial problem. This now appears to be a
- 9:30Speaker 1: fiat by an online platform CEO with a global present
- 9:34Speaker 1: that can gate keep speech for the entire world, which
- 9:37Speaker 1: seems unsustainable. The person wrote in the slack Yes might
- 9:44Speaker 1: be unpopular. Very clearly it was dictator and tyrant esque
- 9:51Speaker 1: focus on silencing free speech at Twitter as long as
- 9:55Speaker 1: you were on the right. It's not a conspiracy theory.
- 9:58Speaker 1: It happened, It was real, and it was happening all
- 10:01Speaker 1: the time. Now, before I get into more of that,
- 10:04Speaker 1: I want to tell you about our friends over at
- 10:05Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile real quick. You may see a lot of
- 10:08Speaker 1: bait and switch offers for free phones, free iPhones. Well,
- 10:12Speaker 1: they're usually too good to be true. Just like freedom itself,
- 10:15Speaker 1: nothing is free. Mobile phone companies not only lock you
- 10:19Speaker 1: into long term contracts, but they also build the price
- 10:21Speaker 1: of the phone into your bill with hidden fees. With
- 10:25Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile, they can show you how to get that
- 10:27Speaker 1: same iPhone interest free, without the games and no contract.
- 10:34Speaker 1: At Patriot Mobile, Patriot Mobiles America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 10:40Speaker 1: They offer nationwide coverage on the best four G and
- 10:43Speaker 1: five G networks because they use the same towers as
- 10:47Speaker 1: the major carrier that you're probably on right now. So
- 10:50Speaker 1: if you want to get great service and you want
- 10:53Speaker 1: to know you're working with a company that supports conservative causes,
- 10:56Speaker 1: that every month when you pay your bill, they actually
- 10:59Speaker 1: take a poor of your bill and they give it
- 11:01Speaker 1: back to causes like First and Second Amendment issues and
- 11:05Speaker 1: the right to life as well as adoptions. Then you
- 11:08Speaker 1: need to check out Patriot Mobile. Go to Patriot mobile
- 11:12Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson, or call their one US based

- 11:29Speaker 1: slash ferguson or nine seven to Patriot. I want to
- 11:33Speaker 1: let you hear something else real quick, and that deals
- 11:36Speaker 1: with Kevin McCarthy. Kevin McCarthy was asked about the fifty
- 11:40Speaker 1: one Intel agents. You may remember they came out and
- 11:45Speaker 1: the way to wake of the Hunter Biden files. Those
- 11:48Speaker 1: fifty one agents sign that letter telling the world that
- 11:52Speaker 1: they believe that the Hunter Biden laptop story had quote
- 11:55Speaker 1: all the market markings of Russian discs information. In other words,
- 12:03Speaker 1: don't believe the story. Stories should never be believed. This
- 12:07Speaker 1: story is crap. This story is a story that no
- 12:11Speaker 1: one should look at and take it seriously. This story
- 12:15Speaker 1: was made up and created by the Russians to influence
- 12:19Speaker 1: our elections. Fifty one of them decided it was a
- 12:24Speaker 1: good idea to do this, folks, fifty one of them.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Fifty one of them did this. Yeah, it's a problem.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Makes me angry, by the way, Why did they do
- 12:40Speaker 1: this when they knew that they were lying to the
- 12:43Speaker 1: American people. They knew it, folks, they knew they were
- 12:47Speaker 1: lying to the American people. Listen to what Ken McCarthy
- 12:50Speaker 1: had to say about moving forward with Republicans in the House,
- 12:54Speaker 1: if he's a speaker, Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy,
- 12:57Speaker 1: last question. We saw the revelations coming out of Twitter
- 12:59Speaker 1: as elon Usk is unmasking the corruption that existed there
- 13:02Speaker 1: in the denials that they testified about. So for you personally,
- 13:06Speaker 1: you have another move you want to make. Not only
- 13:08Speaker 1: do we want to hear from the former executives at
- 13:10Speaker 1: Twitter and maybe the other entities, you have something else
- 13:13Speaker 1: you want to say, Yeah, I do, because this is
- 13:15Speaker 1: egregious what we're finding. They shouldn't have Section two thirty
- 13:17Speaker 1: to start out with. But we also have to go further.
- 13:20Speaker 1: What did Facebook and Google do as well? Because they
- 13:22Speaker 1: became an arm of the Democratic Party in the arm
- 13:25Speaker 1: of government. But what difference we're going to do those
- 13:28Speaker 1: fifty one Intel agents that signed a letter that said
- 13:31Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden information was all wrong. Was Russia collusion?
- 13:35Speaker 1: Many of them have a security clearance. We're going to
- 13:37Speaker 1: bring them before committee. I'm going to have them have
- 13:40Speaker 1: a hearing, bring them and subpoena them before committee. Why
- 13:43Speaker 1: did they sign it? Why did they lie to the
- 13:45Speaker 1: American public? A clapper of Brennan, Why did you use
- 13:48Speaker 1: the reputation that America was able to give to you
- 13:52Speaker 1: more information but use it for a political purpose and
- 13:55Speaker 1: lie to the American public is exactly what Adam Shift
- 13:57Speaker 1: has done to us. And this has got to you
- 14:00Speaker 1: deserve to be speaker. I hope you get the votes.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Thanks so much for joining us. Appreciated. Ken McCarthy again,
- 14:06Speaker 1: he's up and trying to deal with us right trying
- 14:10Speaker 1: to decide how this is going to work. But he's
- 14:13Speaker 1: making it clear, Hey, I'm not backing down. We're gonna
- 14:17Speaker 1: keep moving forward. We're going to ask these people, We're
- 14:20Speaker 1: going to force them to come in. We're going to
- 14:23Speaker 1: force them to answer questions about what you guys knew
- 14:26Speaker 1: and when did you know it? Because if you had
- 14:28Speaker 1: this top secret clearance, you knew that the Hunter Biden
- 14:32Speaker 1: laptop wasn't a lie. You knew the Hunter Biden laptop
- 14:35Speaker 1: was not just kind of real, it was extremely real.
- 14:39Speaker 1: You knew that that laptop was authentic. You knew that
- 14:42Speaker 1: the information in it was information that had already been
- 14:48Speaker 1: verified as being legitimate by the FBI. In fact, you
- 14:53Speaker 1: knew there was a cover up. You knew that the
- 14:55Speaker 1: people the FBI that had this laptop buried the laptop
- 15:00Speaker 1: so that it wouldn't see the light of day. And
- 15:01Speaker 1: you knew the reason why that was happening is because
- 15:04Speaker 1: you were terrified that if it came out and you
- 15:06Speaker 1: said it was real, that Joe Biden wouldn't win the election,
- 15:10Speaker 1: that it would guarantee Donald Trump another four years. And
- 15:13Speaker 1: so fifty one different people in the Intel communee all
- 15:16Speaker 1: came out and they all signed this letter, and they
- 15:18Speaker 1: all did it on purpose. They should testify on all
- 15:24Speaker 1: of this. They will testify. Two different representatives have now
- 15:30Speaker 1: issued an ultimatum to Twitter employees who censored the Hunter
- 15:35Speaker 1: Biden laptop story. James Comer and Jim Jordan spoke earlier
- 15:41Speaker 1: this week with Sean Hannity about this issue, saying we're
- 15:45Speaker 1: going to hold them accountable as well. Take a listen
- 15:47Speaker 1: with you. Now that we know the FBI had this
- 15:50Speaker 1: laptop for eleven months, there's low hanging fruit crimes, But
- 15:54Speaker 1: that's not the big one. You said when you made
- 15:57Speaker 1: your announcement about your investigation. This is an investigation into
- 16:02Speaker 1: the President of the United States. That laptop implicates Joe Biden.
- 16:07Speaker 1: We have photographs that prove that he was with Hunter
- 16:11Speaker 1: and his foreign business associates. We know that he went
- 16:15Speaker 1: and attended meetings with farign business associates and Hunter. We
- 16:19Speaker 1: know Hunter bitches and moans and groans and complaints. He's
- 16:23Speaker 1: paying Dad or Pops all this money. So the question
- 16:27Speaker 1: here is is this the biggest influence pedaling scandal Congress
- 16:30Speaker 1: is investigating. Absolutely, There's nothing like it in the history
- 16:35Speaker 1: of America. We've never had a family that has influenced
- 16:39Speaker 1: pedal to this degree. And if you look at the
- 16:43Speaker 1: whole purpose of what we're talking about today, it's because
- 16:46Speaker 1: this investigation of the Biden family influence pedaling. The evidence
- 16:49Speaker 1: is based a lot in part with what the documents
- 16:53Speaker 1: are and the data is on the laptop. So Sean,
- 16:56Speaker 1: I'm breaking on your show tonight based on the internals
- 17:00Speaker 1: that Elon Musk released this weekend. The Oversight Committee will
- 17:04Speaker 1: be sending a letter tomorrow morning to the three Twitter employees, Missus, Gaddy,
- 17:08Speaker 1: Roth and Baker that were implicated in the cover up
- 17:13Speaker 1: of the laptop story, three letters requesting their presence in
- 17:17Speaker 1: front of the Oversight Committee in January. But wasn't the
- 17:20Speaker 1: FBI putting pressure on big tech companies? Oh? Absolutely gonna try, Glad, sir, right,
- 17:28Speaker 1: And what we're going to ask them is who was
- 17:32Speaker 1: influencing your decision, Baking. Did you do this unilaterally or
- 17:36Speaker 1: did you do this based on what you were told
- 17:39Speaker 1: from the Biden campaign, from the Democrat National Committee, or
- 17:42Speaker 1: even worse, and as I suspect, from the FBI. This
- 17:45Speaker 1: is going to be an opportunity for the American people
- 17:47Speaker 1: to hear directly from the three Twitter employees implicated in
- 17:51Speaker 1: the data release that Elon Musk just dumbed this weekend.
- 17:55Speaker 1: So they're going to have a few weeks to get
- 17:57Speaker 1: their stories straight, and they're going to be able to
- 17:59Speaker 1: come your oath in front of the House Oversight Committee
- 18:02Speaker 1: and tell the American people what really happened. And why
- 18:05Speaker 1: why were they so intent on suppressing this story. Jim
- 18:10Speaker 1: Colemo will give you, by the way, we know why
- 18:12Speaker 1: they were so intent on suppressing this story because they
- 18:17Speaker 1: knew how damning it was to everyone involved. That's why
- 18:22Speaker 1: they did it. See, the only reason why they did
- 18:24Speaker 1: it was so damning it was it was it was
- 18:29Speaker 1: a story that you could not overcome. It was a
- 18:34Speaker 1: story that was going to ruin you. It was a
- 18:39Speaker 1: story that you had to silence and suppressed because if
- 18:43Speaker 1: you didn't, the other guy was gonna win. I got
- 18:49Speaker 1: to go back and remind you of one thing. They
- 18:53Speaker 1: impeached and the intelligence community allowed for the impeachment of
- 18:59Speaker 1: a press of the United States of America, Donald Trump,
- 19:02Speaker 1: based on data and based on information the entire time
- 19:07Speaker 1: that they knew was a lie. They knew when he
- 19:13Speaker 1: was being impeached, when they were trying to overthrow the
- 19:16Speaker 1: will of the people, they knew that the entire thing
- 19:21Speaker 1: was crap. They had already classified it is user generated information.
- 19:26Speaker 1: They knew that it came from the Hillary Clinton campaign
- 19:29Speaker 1: and from the Democratic National Committee. They allowed the information
- 19:33Speaker 1: to be used to try to overthrow the will of
- 19:37Speaker 1: more than fifty percent of the American population, and they
- 19:41Speaker 1: watched it in the intelligence community after they had already
- 19:43Speaker 1: classified it and knew who brought it up, who brought
- 19:47Speaker 1: it in, and who had all this data there. They
- 19:49Speaker 1: knew it the entire time, folks, and they loved every
- 19:53Speaker 1: minute of it. Why would anyone be shocked that they
- 19:57Speaker 1: were trying to destroy each and reconservative who had a
- 20:01Speaker 1: significant audience on social media platforms. And I have no
- 20:06Speaker 1: doubt that this is exactly what was going on. I
- 20:09Speaker 1: have no doubt at Facebook probably right now as we speak,
- 20:14Speaker 1: and Google as we speak, and YouTube as we speak.
- 20:20Speaker 1: I have no doubt that this is happening anywhere they
- 20:23Speaker 1: can silence. I'll give you a great example. The Republican
- 20:26Speaker 1: National Committee came out several months ago. We exposed it
- 20:31Speaker 1: on the show and on my podcast that about ninety
- 20:34Speaker 1: percent of fundraising emails we're going to spam at Gmail accounts.
- 20:39Speaker 1: The majority of Americans have Gmail accounts, and ninety percent
- 20:43Speaker 1: of Democratic fundraising emails actually went into the main mailboxes.
- 20:48Speaker 1: And we're seen by recipients how much money and how
- 20:53Speaker 1: many get out the vote efforts disappeared. How much money
- 20:57Speaker 1: did the Democrats raise because their mails were being seen
- 21:00Speaker 1: and the Republican emails were not, they were going to spam.
- 21:05Speaker 1: These are all of the things that were actually happening.
- 21:09Speaker 1: How bad was it. It's so bad that the GOP
- 21:13Speaker 1: announced in late October that they are suing Google, claiming
- 21:17Speaker 1: their campaign emails are being sent on purpose to spam.
- 21:22Speaker 1: The Republican National Committee filed a lawsuit going after Google
- 21:26Speaker 1: for allegedly sending its campaign emails to people's spam folders.
- 21:30Speaker 1: The RMC fil day lawsuit in federal court in California
- 21:34Speaker 1: on Friday. This is coming from CBS News, by the way,
- 21:37Speaker 1: that Google is unlawfully discriminating against the Republican National Committee
- 21:41Speaker 1: the RNC by throttling its email messages because of the
- 21:46Speaker 1: rnc's political affiliation and views. Google has regulated millions and
- 21:53Speaker 1: millions of RNC emails in mass to potential donors and
- 21:58Speaker 1: supporters spam folders during pivotal points in election fundraising and
- 22:04Speaker 1: community building. The timing of Google's most egregious filtering is
- 22:09Speaker 1: particularly damning, the RNC said in the lawsuit. CNN reported
- 22:15Speaker 1: back in August at federal election regulators voted to allow
- 22:18Speaker 1: Google to proceed with a plan to make it easier
- 22:21Speaker 1: for campaign emails to bypass spam filters. Google's pilot program
- 22:28Speaker 1: changes the filters for political emails, allowing them to bypass
- 22:32Speaker 1: the company's algorithm for sorting emails into spam. Instead, Politogle
- 22:36Speaker 1: emails will land and spam folders only if users take
- 22:39Speaker 1: action to mark them as spam. This is how they're
- 22:41Speaker 1: trying to cover their ada blasts. The fact was the
- 22:44Speaker 1: damage had already been done. The proposal to run a
- 22:48Speaker 1: quote pilot project came after intense Republican criticism that spam
- 22:54Speaker 1: filters were biased against conservative a charge, of course, a
- 22:59Speaker 1: check the tech giant denied the same way that Twitter said,
- 23:02Speaker 1: we don't shadow banned people. The CEO, Jack Dorsey has
- 23:06Speaker 1: said that over and over again. We know he did.
- 23:08Speaker 1: We know it from all their internal documents now and
- 23:12Speaker 1: a sign of public discuss with spam. The Federal Election
- 23:14Speaker 1: Commission received thousands of public comments urging it to deny
- 23:17Speaker 1: the request, but a majority of the six member commission
- 23:21Speaker 1: decided that Google's project did not constitute an improper in
- 23:24Speaker 1: kind political contribution that would violate federal campaign finance laws.
- 23:31Speaker 1: The RNC says the discrimination has been ongoing for about
- 23:35Speaker 1: ten months, despite the rnc's best efforts to work with Google.
- 23:39Speaker 1: In fact, throughout the twenty twenty two cycle, the RNC
- 23:43Speaker 1: has engaged with Google month after month to obtain an
- 23:45Speaker 1: explanation and a solution, the RNC said in a lawsuit.
- 23:49Speaker 1: But every explanation has been refuted and every solution has failed.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Google continues to suppress the rnc's emails, and now Google
- 23:56Speaker 1: has fallen silent, refusing to discuss the issue further. The
- 24:00Speaker 1: only reasonable inference is that Google is intentionally sending critical
- 24:06Speaker 1: RNC emails to the spam folder, because it's the RNC
- 24:10Speaker 1: sending them. They're all doing it, folks. It's not just Twitter,
- 24:15Speaker 1: it's Facebook, it's YouTube, it's Google. They're all doing it.
- 24:21Speaker 1: And as long as they control big Tech, I think
- 24:24Speaker 1: they assume they continue they can continue to do it
- 24:29Speaker 1: this whole thing. It's not just prominent names, by the way,
- 24:34Speaker 1: being censored by Twitter. There's others apparently that are being
- 24:38Speaker 1: suppressed as well. Now, before I get into more of
- 24:41Speaker 1: this story, I want to say thank you and tell
- 24:43Speaker 1: you about our good friends at Legacy Precious Metals. Without them,
- 24:46Speaker 1: the show wouldn't be possible. And if you have not
- 24:49Speaker 1: looked at gold and silver as a way to protect
- 24:51Speaker 1: your hard earned dollars against what they happening on Wall
- 24:54Speaker 1: Street with inflation. It's time for you to call them
- 24:57Speaker 1: and get the free Investor's Guide. Why because so many
- 25:00Speaker 1: around the world are now using gold and silver, and
- 25:03Speaker 1: historically they have for decades as a protection, a hedge
- 25:06Speaker 1: against inflation, which is exactly what we're dealing with right now.
- 25:10Speaker 1: If you're terrified to look at your retirement account, your
- 25:12Speaker 1: four one case statement because of what's happening on Wall Street,
- 25:16Speaker 1: that's all the more reason why you should call and
- 25:18Speaker 1: get the investors got in gold and silver, protect your
- 25:21Speaker 1: hard earned money and diversify. Call them and get the
- 25:24Speaker 1: free Investor's Guide from Legacy Precious Metals one eight six
- 25:28Speaker 1: six seven five one twenty two eighteen one eight six
- 25:32Speaker 1: six seven five one twenty two eighteen or online at
- 25:37Speaker 1: Legacy PM investments dot com. The media reporter Joe Concha
- 25:44Speaker 1: at Fox News had this to say about the silencing
- 25:48Speaker 1: of people that had important emails that went viral. Are
- 25:50Speaker 1: say important tweets that went viral? Take a listen conservative
- 25:55Speaker 1: speech speeches and the conservative free speech is something that
- 26:01Speaker 1: should be something that the free press should embrace, right,
- 26:05Speaker 1: and instead they seem to be advocating the fact that
- 26:08Speaker 1: people are being blacklisted at this point, and not just
- 26:11Speaker 1: to your point, not just Dan Bongino, who is a
- 26:14Speaker 1: prominent podcaster and host on this network, or the lives
- 26:18Speaker 1: of TikTok who are also blacklisted and their speech suppressed.
- 26:23Speaker 1: It's all the other people out there that would say, hey,
- 26:26Speaker 1: I feel like my tweets aren't getting the traction that
- 26:29Speaker 1: they used to. Why is that? Why am I being suppressed?
- 26:32Speaker 1: So yes, it's not just the prominent names. It's all
- 26:35Speaker 1: the other people that may have a perspective on the
- 26:38Speaker 1: way this country should be run or policies that they advocate.
- 26:43Speaker 1: And that's the big problem here. And the thing is,
- 26:46Speaker 1: it's not just social media tammy, it is traditional media
- 26:49Speaker 1: that is working in lockstep with social media as far
- 26:53Speaker 1: as suppressing this story now right, ABCNBCCBS, CNN, NBC, The
- 27:00Speaker 1: New York Times, the Washington Post. I went on their
- 27:02Speaker 1: web pages before we came on here, and I have
- 27:05Speaker 1: seen nothing in terms of these document dumps, in terms
- 27:08Speaker 1: of this fresh information, the receipts that we are seeing
- 27:12Speaker 1: that this sort of censorship happened in the United States
- 27:15Speaker 1: of America on Twitter, It's most prominent social media platform,
- 27:19Speaker 1: all right, and and there's no reporting on it whatsover,
- 27:22Speaker 1: no reporting on it whatsoever. Why because they all liked it,
- 27:25Speaker 1: they were all in on it, and they were all
- 27:26Speaker 1: in favor of it. That's why the only group in
- 27:30Speaker 1: America that was systematically discriminated against by power structures in
- 27:35Speaker 1: this country over the last two election cycles are number
- 27:39Speaker 1: one conservatives. Journalists who decided to speak up, honest doctors
- 27:49Speaker 1: for example, that tried to speak up, those that tried
- 27:55Speaker 1: to actually say something important talk about they were the ones.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Look at the doctors that were silence. We now know
- 28:05Speaker 1: and we're hearing that these Twitter drops five and six
- 28:09Speaker 1: of these Twitter files are going to be even more damning,
- 28:12Speaker 1: are going to be even more eye opening, are going
- 28:15Speaker 1: to be even more brutal, because what we're being told
- 28:18Speaker 1: now is that doctors who actually spoke up, experts that
- 28:23Speaker 1: spoke up about these shutting down of businesses and shutting
- 28:26Speaker 1: down of schools and had warnings are just asked basic questions.
- 28:31Speaker 1: What we're being told now is they were silenced and
- 28:36Speaker 1: shut down their reach or their accounts were shut down
- 28:40Speaker 1: when it came to social media in the United States
- 28:45Speaker 1: of America, where we conspiracy theorists know when you go
- 28:50Speaker 1: from and I'll go back to my account, had half
- 28:52Speaker 1: a million active, engaged followers on Twitter Grand Debates, Then
- 28:59Speaker 1: all this sudden, hundreds of thousands of my followers disappeared.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Then all of a sudden, when I tweeted out, no
- 29:06Speaker 1: one would see them. I would go from tweets that
- 29:09Speaker 1: would have thousands of retweets and thousands of responses to
- 29:14Speaker 1: one retweet, three likes the big tree falls in the
- 29:19Speaker 1: forest and no one's there. Did it actually happen? That
- 29:23Speaker 1: is the question. And what social media and big tech
- 29:26Speaker 1: said was all you gotta do if you're in the
- 29:29Speaker 1: Democratic Party or in the FBI, if you're in the
- 29:32Speaker 1: deep state and you've got something you see on Twitter
- 29:35Speaker 1: you don't like, or someone that's growing an audience by
- 29:39Speaker 1: telling the truth. If doctor Fauci saw someone who said
- 29:43Speaker 1: something asking him a question or said an opinion, who
- 29:47Speaker 1: is an expert in infectious diseases, and he didn't like it,
- 29:51Speaker 1: they would reach out to big tech and just shut
- 29:55Speaker 1: it down. They would just straight up silence at folks.
- 30:00Speaker 1: They would say this is it goodbye, see you later.
- 30:05Speaker 1: That's the reality of the situation. That's what actually happened.
- 30:12Speaker 1: There's no conspiracy theory here. This is America under the
- 30:17Speaker 1: Democrats and their regime and the big tech regime. This
- 30:22Speaker 1: is what was happening with those in the media. And
- 30:25Speaker 1: notice now how they're not touching the story. Google's doing
- 30:30Speaker 1: it with your emails. Twitter and Facebook, we're doing it
- 30:35Speaker 1: as well. YouTube is doing it with people that put
- 30:38Speaker 1: up conservative content. We're supposed to be the freest country
- 30:44Speaker 1: in the world. We're supposed to be the greatest country
- 30:47Speaker 1: in the world. We're supposed to be a beacon of
- 30:50Speaker 1: what freedom of speech looks like and feels like. That's
- 30:54Speaker 1: what we're supposed to be. And in reality, Donald Trump
- 30:59Speaker 1: and every single thing that he said about his being silenced,
- 31:03Speaker 1: about him being censored, about the system being rigged, he
- 31:07Speaker 1: was right on all of it. About being spied on,
- 31:10Speaker 1: about the swamp, about the deep state, he was right
- 31:15Speaker 1: on all of it. Never forget Kaylee Mcinaney's personal account
- 31:18Speaker 1: was shut down on Twitter. Why we know this now
- 31:21Speaker 1: because democrats said so, Donald Trump loses Twitter account? Why
- 31:25Speaker 1: because Michelle Obama says do it? That's why. That's why
- 31:30Speaker 1: all of this happened. Every single bit of it was
- 31:34Speaker 1: because of what I just said. We're going to cover
- 31:38Speaker 1: this all week on our podcasts, so make sure you
