Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and Senator there has been a lot that has
- 0:07Speaker 2: happened coming out of Israel, a lot with terrorists that
- 0:10Speaker 2: are dying, thank goodness video that has been leaked after
- 0:13Speaker 2: they killed the mastermind behind the October seventh attack. But
- 0:18Speaker 2: then we also found out some pretty shocking news. Let's
- 0:21Speaker 2: start with that.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Well, the Palestinian authority is pushing an effort at the
- 0:26Speaker 3: United Nations to expel Israel from the General Assembly. It
- 0:31Speaker 3: is in many ways unsurprising. But what sadly is also
- 0:34Speaker 3: unsurprising is the Biden Harris administration is doing little to
- 0:38Speaker 3: nothing to fight it. And so I have called for
- 0:43Speaker 3: the Biden Harris administration actually stand up for Israel, and
- 0:46Speaker 3: I've made clear that if they don't, that if the
- 0:48Speaker 3: UN actually expels Israel from the General Assembly, that the
- 0:52Speaker 3: United States should halt all funding from America to the
- 0:56Speaker 3: United Nations, that we should use the stick we have
- 1:00Speaker 3: not to let the radical Semites at the UN punish
- 1:04Speaker 3: Israel for being the victims of October seventh and for
- 1:08Speaker 3: being victorious defeating the leadership of Hamas and Hesbala We're
- 1:12Speaker 3: going to break that down in greater detail. We're also
- 1:15Speaker 3: going to talk about the FBI magically, quietly, stealthily editing
- 1:19Speaker 3: the crime statistics. You know, the FBI had put out
- 1:22Speaker 3: stats that said crime had dropped under Joe Biden and
- 1:25Speaker 3: Kamala Harris, and the Democrats in the corporate media were
- 1:28Speaker 3: gleefully repeating that the one minor detail is it was
- 1:31Speaker 3: a lie. It was false. Crime has risen dramatically and
- 1:36Speaker 3: very quietly. The FBI was forced to edit those stats
- 1:40Speaker 3: to recognize the obvious truth. We're going to break that
- 1:42Speaker 3: down as well.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Yeah, people, remember they fact checked Donald Trump on those issues,
- 1:47Speaker 2: and that didn't go over very well. Now that you
- 1:49Speaker 2: look at the new numbers, guess what they were right
- 1:52Speaker 2: and everybody else in the media was lying to you.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Let me tell you real quick about AMO squared. It
- 1:57Speaker 2: ensures that you have AMO there when you need it.
- 2:00Speaker 2: It's an automated approach to purchasing Ammo on any budget
- 2:04Speaker 2: at phenomenal prices. You get to pick your caliber, set
- 2:07Speaker 2: your budget, and select a shipping trigger and bam, that's it.
- 2:11Speaker 2: It's basically like a four oh one K for Ammo. Now,
- 2:14Speaker 2: if you dealt with AMO shortages like I did during COVID,
- 2:18Speaker 2: you probably have the same thought I did. I'm never
- 2:20Speaker 2: gonna have to deal with that again, and I'm not
- 2:22Speaker 2: going to pay five six, seven, eight x what a
- 2:24Speaker 2: box of AMO costs now later on because everybody's running
- 2:28Speaker 2: to buy it. Well, your AMMO with AMO Squared grows
- 2:31Speaker 2: slowly over time and is stored for free as it
- 2:35Speaker 2: builds up, and its shipped with a click of the button.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Are automatically on your schedule. Now, unlike a traditional subscription service,
- 2:42Speaker 2: you aren't forced into a set budget or a monthly shipment.
- 2:45Speaker 2: You decide your budget, You can change it any time
- 2:47Speaker 2: and schedule when you want your AMO to arrive. AMO
- 2:50Speaker 2: Squared has more than seventy different caliber options allow the
- 2:53Speaker 2: hard to find ones they have. And if you store
- 2:56Speaker 2: up a bunch of one caliber and then you switch
- 2:58Speaker 2: guns and you want to get rid of that, am
- 3:00Speaker 2: not a problem. You can switch it out for another one,
- 3:02Speaker 2: sell it back, and if prices have gone up, you
- 3:04Speaker 2: can even make money. Now what happens if a big
- 3:07Speaker 2: shortage happens again, Well, all your AMMO you can use
- 3:10Speaker 2: like a four to one k sell it back bam.
- 3:13Speaker 2: You can make a big profit, no minimum to buy,
- 3:16Speaker 2: no membership needed, and no extra fees. You buy Ammo
- 3:20Speaker 2: on a small budget and then watch it grow. Sign
- 3:23Speaker 2: up and I'm gonna give you some FREEMO on your
- 3:24Speaker 2: account ammosquared dot com slash Ben. That's ammo squared dot
- 3:32Speaker 2: com slash ben. To get free AMO in your account today,
- 3:36Speaker 2: amosquared dot com slash Ben.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Now Ben. Before we get started on the un story,
- 3:43Speaker 3: I got to ask a very very important question. You
- 3:46Speaker 3: ever worked at McDonald's.
- 3:48Speaker 2: You know, it's funny. I have never worked at McDonald's,
- 3:50Speaker 2: but I have started my own restaurant, which felt very
- 3:54Speaker 2: much like working at McDonald's.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Well, now, as a teenager, did you ever flip burgers?
- 3:58Speaker 3: Did you work at the restaurant? Where'd you work? Where'd
- 4:01Speaker 3: you work?
- 4:01Speaker 1: So?
- 4:01Speaker 2: I worked in a snack shop by the tennis courts,
- 4:05Speaker 2: and so I cooked.
- 4:06Speaker 1: I'm not kidding, probably.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Thousands of burghers and probably thousands of pounds of French
- 4:10Speaker 2: fries and chicken fingers in my day.
- 4:13Speaker 3: So Ben, how do we know you're not lying? Apparently
- 4:16Speaker 3: one can be a leading candidate for president of the United
- 4:19Speaker 3: States just make up working at McDonald's and the media
- 4:23Speaker 3: has utterly no interest in whether you're lying or not.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Yeah, there, well one, I have people that actually work
- 4:29Speaker 2: there with me, and usually when you work in a restaurant,
- 4:31Speaker 2: you're in a pretty tight group, especially if you're younger too.
- 4:33Speaker 1: There's pictures I'm sure.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Out there that someone's got of me actually cooking and yeah,
- 4:39Speaker 2: so it's not hard to prove it, that's for sure.
- 4:42Speaker 3: But of course Kamala Harris claims to have worked at McDonald's,
- 4:45Speaker 3: but there's no indication whatsoever that is that is the truth.
- 4:49Speaker 3: I got to say, I thought it was freaking hysterical
- 4:52Speaker 3: that Donald Trump went to McDonald the image of him
- 4:56Speaker 3: wearing a McDonald's apron, like at the drive through window.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Can you imagine if you went to get a big
- 5:02Speaker 3: Mac and you pull up and there is Donald Trump
- 5:05Speaker 3: at the window. I mean, seriously, how would you react
- 5:07Speaker 3: if you saw Trump just at the drive through window
- 5:09Speaker 3: with your big Mac?
- 5:10Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you would. You would lose it, Like
- 5:12Speaker 2: you would be like, are you kidding me? Is this
- 5:14Speaker 2: real life? Is this actually happening? And the best part,
- 5:17Speaker 2: I don't know. If you saw some of the memes,
- 5:19Speaker 2: they were hysterical. One of them today that really made
- 5:22Speaker 2: me laugh. It said, imagine it's a picture of him
- 5:24Speaker 2: at the drive through window with his apron on out
- 5:27Speaker 2: the window waving. It says, imagine, if that's the last
- 5:29Speaker 2: thing in illegal aliencies before they're.
- 5:31Speaker 3: Deported, that's pretty strong, I gotta say, though. It does
- 5:37Speaker 3: illustrate the complete moral bankruptcy of the media that it
- 5:44Speaker 3: takes Trump, you know, doing what was clearly a stunt,
- 5:47Speaker 3: and a pretty funny stunt. I mean, the media is
- 5:49Speaker 3: mocking him for it, which which I mean, look, they
- 5:52Speaker 3: could acknowledge it is pretty charming and pretty funny to do.
- 5:55Speaker 3: But it has a more serious point, which which is
- 5:58Speaker 3: that Kamala Harris has told multiple falsehoods over and over
- 6:03Speaker 3: and over again, and the corporate media covers up and
- 6:06Speaker 3: in fact repeats and amplifies the falsehoods.
- 6:09Speaker 2: It's also one of those moments and as I watched
- 6:12Speaker 2: this and I'm like, the media still didn't get it,
- 6:14Speaker 2: which really made me laugh. And that is Donald Trump
- 6:18Speaker 2: wasn't doing this for a publicity stunt.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Donald Trump was doing it's quite a bit of publicity.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Have you have you noticed that?
- 6:24Speaker 2: Oh?
- 6:24Speaker 1: One hundred percent? But on my of thing, because they're like, oh,
- 6:26Speaker 1: it's a pilosity s. I'm like, no, it's not. You
- 6:28Speaker 1: don't even like it. I don't. I don't think you're
- 6:30Speaker 1: that stupid. I'm referring to the media. It's not a
- 6:32Speaker 1: blizzy stunt.
- 6:33Speaker 2: He's showing the hypocrisy of what it takes for a
- 6:36Speaker 2: conservative candidate to actually get the media to even report
- 6:41Speaker 2: on the actual issue, which is Kama Harris a lot
- 6:43Speaker 2: about working at McDonald's.
- 6:45Speaker 3: So in my experience, and I do this a lot
- 6:47Speaker 3: like what I'm doing at town hall, I will often
- 6:49Speaker 3: ask people how many of y'all ever worked in a restaurant?
- 6:53Speaker 3: And inevitably any town hall you're doing, half the people
- 6:56Speaker 3: their hands will go up, and particularly as teenagers, that
- 6:59Speaker 3: you work at it at a Donald's or Jack in
- 7:01Speaker 3: the Box or Taco Bell, or you work as a
- 7:03Speaker 3: waiter a waitress at a restaurant. And then my experienced
- 7:06Speaker 3: teenagers either did that or they mowed lawns. So when
- 7:09Speaker 3: I was a teenager, I mowed lawns and I like
- 7:11Speaker 3: to being outside. So I figured, U, right, if I
- 7:12Speaker 3: got to make some money, you know, I can be
- 7:14Speaker 3: out out in the sun and you know, be in
- 7:17Speaker 3: shorts and a T shirts instead of going in and
- 7:20Speaker 3: flipping burgers. But you know, mow and lawns was a
- 7:23Speaker 3: good business when you were fourteen fifteen years old.
- 7:26Speaker 2: So you're gonna laugh. I had a lawn business when
- 7:28Speaker 2: I was I think I was seven, six or seven.
- 7:31Speaker 2: And this is what we're missing in this country. My
- 7:35Speaker 2: parents said, if you want money, then you better learn
- 7:37Speaker 2: how to make it. And my lawn business was called
- 7:40Speaker 2: you grow it, We mow it very nice, and I
- 7:44Speaker 2: had a monopoly on that neighborhood in like ninety days.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Well, and look to be fair, Kamala Harris said the
- 7:49Speaker 3: same thing. She has a manure business where she spreads
- 7:52Speaker 3: large quantities of manure. All right, let's get to our story.
- 7:57Speaker 1: I like it.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Any more of the story is I'm just proud of
- 8:00Speaker 2: on Trump patrolling the media on this.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It's awesome.
- 8:03Speaker 3: That image maybe the funniest thing I've seen and months
- 8:07Speaker 3: just the I really do wish, you know, I have
- 8:10Speaker 3: to be It wasn't the same thing, but I h
- 8:12Speaker 3: a couple of years ago I was down at our
- 8:14Speaker 3: southern border. I was at a checkpoint, but it wasn't
- 8:18Speaker 3: like an illegal crossing checkpoint. It was eighteen wheelers that
- 8:22Speaker 3: are coming across and they come through it. So it's
- 8:24Speaker 3: a heavy commercial traffic checkpoint. And I just went like
- 8:27Speaker 3: in the booth with the Border patrol agent, and I
- 8:29Speaker 3: got to say that the looks as truck drivers pull
- 8:32Speaker 3: in and they're expecting, okay, I'm gonna get checked now,
- 8:35Speaker 3: and then they look over and see me, and they're
- 8:37Speaker 3: double takes. They're absolute double takes. And I actually conducted
- 8:41Speaker 3: an informal poll, so just about everyone raised a finger
- 8:46Speaker 3: to me. I will say I was very happy at
- 8:50Speaker 3: the finger ratio because I would say it was about
- 8:53Speaker 3: twenty percent the middle finger and about eighty percent of
- 8:56Speaker 3: thumbs up. So I liked eighty twenty among the truck
- 8:59Speaker 3: drivers coming in. It was a pretty pretty good ratio.
- 9:02Speaker 3: But it was like it was a real time poll
- 9:04Speaker 3: and just about everyone, look, I'm obviously I'm not Trump,
- 9:07Speaker 3: but you still got like weird double takes, like what
- 9:10Speaker 3: in the hell is Cruse doing here? And I'm sure
- 9:13Speaker 3: I really wish I haven't seen if they got pictures
- 9:16Speaker 3: of like people in the cars, but but I am
- 9:19Speaker 3: sure they were absolutely sure.
- 9:21Speaker 2: The videos that came through, just because this is too
- 9:23Speaker 2: good to pass out. It was incredible to watch the
- 9:27Speaker 2: reactions and the people that were so happy and proud
- 9:31Speaker 2: to say I support you and like and a lot
- 9:34Speaker 2: of them were people that you could tell it was
- 9:37Speaker 2: very sincere moments for them and they were so happy
- 9:40Speaker 2: to see him. And I said on my National show
- 9:44Speaker 2: Sunday night, I was like, this is why we need
- 9:46Speaker 2: to stop being afraid to just be honest that we're
- 9:50Speaker 2: in favor of conservatives and our candidates, because I do
- 9:55Speaker 2: believe we are the silent majority at this point. Just
- 9:59Speaker 2: do like I have gotten the point now where I'm
- 10:02Speaker 2: either wearing a hat with your name on it or
- 10:04Speaker 2: a hat with Trump's name on it because of election.
- 10:07Speaker 2: But I thought I was going to get a lot
- 10:08Speaker 2: more people that were angry. I can't tell you the
- 10:11Speaker 2: number of people that walk up to me now when
- 10:13Speaker 2: I wear the hats and they're like.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Dude, I love your hat. Dude, I love your hat.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Do I love your hat? Dude? I love your hat.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Man.
- 10:17Speaker 1: I got to get one of those hats. I need
- 10:19Speaker 1: to wear that hat too.
- 10:20Speaker 2: And I think if we all just like picked a
- 10:21Speaker 2: random Tuesday and said wear your favorite political hat, we
- 10:24Speaker 2: would be shocked how many conservatives are among us each
- 10:28Speaker 2: and every day but we're so afraid now because they've
- 10:31Speaker 2: been towing us forever. You can't do that. You got
- 10:33Speaker 2: to be quiet, sit down, shut up, be quiet. You're
- 10:35Speaker 2: big at your racist the name calling. I think we
- 10:38Speaker 2: are the silent majority and we need to become a
- 10:40Speaker 2: loud majority.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Well let me Actually, I'm going to prove that you're right,
- 10:44Speaker 3: because the basic dynamic nationally with elections is conservatives win
- 10:51Speaker 3: when we effectively articulate what we believe, and liberals win
- 10:55Speaker 3: when they effectively obvious gate when they effectively hide what
- 10:58Speaker 3: they believe. Take a look at Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris
- 11:00Speaker 3: is not running a campaign saying I'm for open borders.
- 11:04Speaker 3: I'm proud of letting in eleven and a half million
- 11:06Speaker 3: illegal immigrants. I'm proud of voting to defund the police.
- 11:10Speaker 3: I'm proud of raising bail money to bail out violent
- 11:13Speaker 3: rioters who rioted in Minneapolis. I'm proud of massive taxes.
- 11:18Speaker 3: I'm proud of attacking oil and gas and driving up
- 11:22Speaker 3: the cost of gasoline. I'm proud of undermining Israel and
- 11:26Speaker 3: sending one hundred billion dollars to I ran. Like that's
- 11:29Speaker 3: her actual record, and yet she denies all of it.
- 11:33Speaker 3: You look at her ad, She's literally running ads with
- 11:36Speaker 3: aerial footage of Trump's border wall. She's pretending her record
- 11:39Speaker 3: is Trump and by the way, what's Trump doing? Try
- 11:41Speaker 3: to tell everyone his record in her record and that
- 11:43Speaker 3: dynamic is true. The reason for that, I believe is
- 11:46Speaker 3: this is fundamentally a center right country, and Kamal and
- 11:50Speaker 3: her team knows her policies are wildly unpopular. If they
- 11:54Speaker 3: thought the country agreed with this garbage, they wouldn't lie
- 11:57Speaker 3: about it, if they'd admit it and be proud of it.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Yeah, you're absolutely right, which brings us to this next story,
- 12:03Speaker 2: and it's one where there's a lot of silence right now.
- 12:06Speaker 2: I mean a significant amount of silence that deals with
- 12:10Speaker 2: the UN. Catch everybody up to date on this one,
- 12:12Speaker 2: because it's really important.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:14Speaker 3: So, the Palestinian Authority is working to expel Israel from
- 12:20Speaker 3: the United Nations General Assembly, And so I've drafted a
- 12:24Speaker 3: letter that I've sham right now in the process of
- 12:25Speaker 3: getting other senators to signed that I'm going to send
- 12:29Speaker 3: both to the UN Ambassador Lynda Thomas Greenfield and the
- 12:32Speaker 3: Secretary of State Tony Blinkett. I'm going to send it
- 12:35Speaker 3: in this next week, And the letter lays out the
- 12:38Speaker 3: consequences of such an action. In other words, what happens
- 12:42Speaker 3: if the UN actually expels Israel, and if they do that,
- 12:47Speaker 3: what I lay out is is effect Here I'll quote
- 12:50Speaker 3: from the letter quote the effort to diplomatically isolate Israel
- 12:54Speaker 3: is aimed at ultimately destroying the Jewish state, which is
- 12:57Speaker 3: both obscene and antithetical to American national secure the interest.
- 13:01Speaker 3: If Israel is suspended from the UN General Assembly, we
- 13:05Speaker 3: will move to limit American participation in funding across the UN,
- 13:10Speaker 3: including UN programs, funds, and other entities and bodies, as
- 13:13Speaker 3: well as its specialized agencies and related organizations, both those
- 13:18Speaker 3: in which the PLO participates and generally and look. I
- 13:22Speaker 3: also point out that if the Palestinian Authorities Authority is
- 13:26Speaker 3: successful in this, it would violate the Oslo Accords, an
- 13:30Speaker 3: agreement that the PA signed onto, and so the letter
- 13:33Speaker 3: notes quote Those agreements committed the Palestinians not to internationalize
- 13:38Speaker 3: their conflict with Israel outside the contours of bilateral negotiations,
- 13:42Speaker 3: which the United States has traditionally mediated. The proposal by
- 13:46Speaker 3: President Obas to suspend Israel from the UN General Assembly
- 13:50Speaker 3: would straightforwardly violate and fundamentally abrogate those commitments, in turn
- 13:55Speaker 3: requiring a comprehensive reevaluation of the US Palestine relationship. We
- 14:01Speaker 3: would pursue such a reevaluation, which would minimally include downgrading
- 14:07Speaker 3: cooperation with the PA, ending assistance to the West Bank
- 14:11Speaker 3: and Gaza, terminating all Palestinian related offices across the US government,
- 14:16Speaker 3: including the Palestinian Facing Consulate and the Office of Palestinian Affairs,
- 14:21Speaker 3: and broadly curtailing diplomatic, economic, and security engagements between American
- 14:26Speaker 3: and Palestinian officials. And it goes on to make clear
- 14:31Speaker 3: that we will reimpose anti terrorism sanctions on the Palestinian
- 14:36Speaker 3: Liberation Organization in the Palestinian Authority that are currently quote
- 14:41Speaker 3: vitiated by licenses and waivers and are primarily limited to
- 14:45Speaker 3: American's ability to assist those groups should should the PLO
- 14:50Speaker 3: move to suspend Israel from the UN General Assembly, we
- 14:53Speaker 3: will seek to ensure that those licenses and waivers are ended,
- 14:57Speaker 3: and to expand American anti terrorisms to include third parties.
- 15:03Speaker 2: So you look at this, and I think there's gonna
- 15:06Speaker 2: be some shocked by people that are listening there's gonna
- 15:08Speaker 2: be some anger, and there's gonna be some Why the
- 15:09Speaker 2: hell are we still involved with the UN? Why do
- 15:11Speaker 2: they have so much power? Why do we even entertain
- 15:14Speaker 2: them when this is what's going on at the United Nations.
- 15:17Speaker 2: I think all of those points are pretty fair feelings
- 15:20Speaker 2: to have.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
- 15:22Speaker 3: You're not? And look, one of the main reasons to
- 15:24Speaker 3: stay in the UN. Listen as I campaign across Texas
- 15:27Speaker 3: and across the country, I frequently get questions about why
- 15:31Speaker 3: don't we just pull out of the UN? And I
- 15:32Speaker 3: understand the UN is fundamentally corrupt. It is filled with
- 15:36Speaker 3: anti Semites, it is filled with viciously anti American organizations, UNRA,
- 15:42Speaker 3: it was infiltrated by Hamas and actively assisting Hamas andre
- 15:46Speaker 3: As the Palestinian Aid organization within the United Nations. But
- 15:51Speaker 3: the answer that I frequently give it is important. I
- 15:55Speaker 3: believe for us to stay in the UN, among other things,
- 15:58Speaker 3: to defend Israel, that that Israel without America would be persecuted.
- 16:03Speaker 3: There was so much anti Semitism, so much hatred of Israel,
- 16:08Speaker 3: that without the US and the UN, it would be
- 16:13Speaker 3: completely unchecked. Now, if Joe Biden and Kamala Harris just
- 16:17Speaker 3: roll over and do nothing to stop it. Then that
- 16:21Speaker 3: I got to say, the justification for remaining in the
- 16:24Speaker 3: UN very rapidly disappears.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Part of us being in the UN.
- 16:29Speaker 2: And this goes back to a debate that we had, gosh,
- 16:32Speaker 2: I want to say it was in sixteen and seventeen,
- 16:35Speaker 2: is why are we such big funders of the UN,
- 16:38Speaker 2: especially with the unrecorruption and the other corruption that you
- 16:41Speaker 2: just mentioned. O. Look, I'm fine being in the UN
- 16:45Speaker 2: and having a voice and kind of being able to
- 16:48Speaker 2: just watch what the other countries are doing, But why
- 16:52Speaker 2: are we giving so much of our taxpayer dollars to them?
- 16:55Speaker 2: Like other countries aren't doing it, So why do we
- 16:58Speaker 2: do it?
- 16:59Speaker 3: Look, there's no debt that we're taking advantage of, and
- 17:02Speaker 3: the UN agreements are based on the size of the economies,
- 17:05Speaker 3: and because we have the largest economy in the world,
- 17:08Speaker 3: they charge us the most money. But we happily go
- 17:11Speaker 3: along with that. And I could imagine that being justified
- 17:15Speaker 3: if we were using our leverage to significantly advance American
- 17:19Speaker 3: interest and to protect our allies. If we're not, and
- 17:23Speaker 3: here's the problem. Let's go back to the end of
- 17:26Speaker 3: the Barack Obama administration. At the very end of the
- 17:30Speaker 3: Barack Obama administration, after Trump won in sixteen, the Obama
- 17:36Speaker 3: administration pushed a resolution called UN Resolution two three three
- 17:42Speaker 3: four that was adopted on December twenty third, twenty sixteen.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Resolution two three three four was viciously anti Israel and
- 17:51Speaker 3: viciously anti Semitic. It condemned the modern state of Israel
- 17:55Speaker 3: as illegitimate and illegally occupied. It condemned the West Bank
- 18:01Speaker 3: as illegitimate and illegally occupied. It condemned the Jewish Quarter
- 18:05Speaker 3: of Jerusalem as illegitimate and illegally occupied. It condemned the
- 18:11Speaker 3: Wailing Wall of Solomon's Temple as illegitimate and illegally occupied.
- 18:17Speaker 3: And it was wildly anti Israel. And what happened. Number one,
- 18:25Speaker 3: the Obama administration waited till after the election. They didn't
- 18:27Speaker 3: want people to know they were doing this to Israel.
- 18:29Speaker 3: And then number two, what they did is quietly orchestrated
- 18:33Speaker 3: behind the scenes and then simply not veto it. Because
- 18:36Speaker 3: the United States is on the Security Council, the United
- 18:40Speaker 3: States could have vetoed it, but Obama did not. And
- 18:43Speaker 3: the consequence of that was that the UN at the
- 18:48Speaker 3: behest of the apparatics in the Obama Biden administration attacked Israel,
- 18:55Speaker 3: and that's what's going on here as well, and it's
- 18:57Speaker 3: why I'm circulating a letter to the Biden Harris administration
- 19:01Speaker 3: to make Claire. Look, I think we're going to win
- 19:03Speaker 3: a Republican majority in the Senate and we're going to
- 19:06Speaker 3: stand up. They're going to be very real consequences to
- 19:08Speaker 3: the UN if they do this. I want to point
- 19:12Speaker 3: out also, the strategy that I'm laying out is actually
- 19:17Speaker 3: exactly what Ronald Reagan did. So the last time the
- 19:22Speaker 3: PLO tried to expel Israel from the United Nations General Assembly,
- 19:28Speaker 3: Reagan declared, quote, if Israel is ever forced to leave
- 19:32Speaker 3: the United Nations, the United States and Israel will leave together.
- 19:38Speaker 3: That is absolutely right. Reagan was right. I believe if
- 19:42Speaker 3: it happens under Trump, I believe Trump would pull us
- 19:46Speaker 3: out of the UN. And I think if the UN
- 19:49Speaker 3: understands those are the real consequences, they won't throw Israel out.
- 19:53Speaker 3: But I think Kamala Harris is quietly pushing this behind
- 19:58Speaker 3: the scenes, because this White House has been the most
- 20:02Speaker 3: anti Israel White House we have ever seen.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Yeah, no doubt about it in Reagan policies you mentioned
- 20:07Speaker 2: is a brilliant and simple one. Go ahead, kick them out.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Watch how fast America leaves. That's how you're supposed to
- 20:12Speaker 2: stand up for an ally. It's what a simple idea,
- 20:15Speaker 2: right like an I wish this White House.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Would understand that at some point.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Well you got to understand. You got to understand why
- 20:21Speaker 3: they don't do that. They agree with the Palestinian authority.
- 20:27Speaker 3: They agree with the enemies of Israel. Look on October seventh,
- 20:31Speaker 3: when the attack was happening, the Biden State Department that night,
- 20:35Speaker 3: at three in the morning tweeted out from the Office
- 20:38Speaker 3: of Palestinian Affairs, there must be no military response. Israel
- 20:42Speaker 3: should not retaliate for twelve hundred citizens being murdered, twelve
- 20:47Speaker 3: hundred civilians being murdered, for women and little girls being raped,
- 20:50Speaker 3: for over two hundred hostages being taken. It was ridiculous.
- 20:54Speaker 3: And you'll recall my team and I we spotted that
- 20:56Speaker 3: at three in the morning. I tweeted immediately after it,
- 20:59Speaker 3: I said, this disgraceful. Whoever wrote this should be fired,
- 21:04Speaker 3: and within minutes they deleted it. By the way, it
- 21:07Speaker 3: wasn't just an aberration it wasn't just some lone anti
- 21:10Speaker 3: Semite in the administration, because the next day Tony Blink
- 21:13Speaker 3: and the Secretary of State on October eighth, a year ago,
- 21:16Speaker 3: tweeted essentially the same thing. He said he'd just spoken
- 21:19Speaker 3: with a Turkish foreign minister and they both agreed, Israel
- 21:22Speaker 3: must not retaliate. There should be no military response to
- 21:25Speaker 3: the most, the broadest, and the worst mass murder of
- 21:29Speaker 3: Jews since the Holocaust. And let's be clear, we just
- 21:33Speaker 3: took out Sinwar, the head that we actually Israel took
- 21:36Speaker 3: out Sinhwar, the head of Hamas. They did so despite
- 21:40Speaker 3: Kamala Harris threatening Israel, urging them not to go into Rafa.
- 21:44Speaker 3: At every stage, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris tried to
- 21:47Speaker 3: stop Israel from defeating Hamas, and Israel, to its credit
- 21:51Speaker 3: and actually enhancing our national security, has done so anyway,
- 21:55Speaker 3: despite the fervid opposition of this White House.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Four elections upon us in the war on masculinity in
- 22:02Speaker 2: America today is more blatant than ever. And I want
- 22:05Speaker 2: you to know that now is the time to choose
- 22:07Speaker 2: strength and vitality over.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Weakness and complacency.
- 22:11Speaker 2: The problem is actually pretty simple, men's TESTOSTERM levels are
- 22:15Speaker 2: off a cliff historically, at an all time low. And
- 22:18Speaker 2: isn't that exactly what the liberal elite won a week
- 22:20Speaker 2: in docile underclass, especially of conservatives. Well, thankfully, the patriots
- 22:26Speaker 2: at Chalk Choq are here to help real America men

- 22:51Speaker 2: I wanted to work out, it just didn't have the
- 22:52Speaker 2: energy after the work day to do it. And then

- 23:36Speaker 2: I want to also move on to another story, and
- 23:39Speaker 2: it's one that it was a flashpoint for the media.
- 23:45Speaker 2: They were obsessed with saying that under Harris and under Biden,
- 23:50Speaker 2: America has actually gotten safer. It came up during the debates,
- 23:54Speaker 2: and of course they fact checked those on our team
- 23:57Speaker 2: that were saying, no, no, no, you're wrong. Things aren't
- 24:00Speaker 2: that's safe right now, And immediately they went into fact
- 24:03Speaker 2: checking by no, no, actually, things are better off than
- 24:05Speaker 2: they've been in years.
- 24:06Speaker 1: Well, guess what we knew We were right.
- 24:09Speaker 2: And now the FBI has quietly released the numbers that
- 24:13Speaker 2: prove it, not release them. Let me rephrase that they've
- 24:17Speaker 2: had to revise their lies they put out earlier.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Yeah, and I got to say, what the Democrats have
- 24:23Speaker 3: been saying and what the media has been saying is
- 24:25Speaker 3: actual and literal fake dues. So the talking points of
- 24:29Speaker 3: all the Democrats, the talking points of all of the
- 24:31Speaker 3: corporate media was crime has gone down under Joe Biden,
- 24:35Speaker 3: Kamala Harris. Now anyone looking at the rapes and murders
- 24:38Speaker 3: and the children being abused like that defied common sense,
- 24:44Speaker 3: But they pointed to the FBI stats as their proof.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Let me read from an article in Real, Real Clear
- 24:51Speaker 3: Investigations by John Lott, who's an economist, and it's entitled
- 24:55Speaker 3: Stealth Edit. FBI quietly revises violent crime stats. When the
- 25:00Speaker 3: FBI originally released the final crime data for twenty twenty
- 25:03Speaker 3: two in September of twenty twenty three, it reported that
- 25:07Speaker 3: the nation's violent crime rate fell by two point one percent.
- 25:11Speaker 3: This quickly became and remains, a Democratic Party talking point
- 25:14Speaker 3: to counter Donald Trump's claims of soaring crime. But the
- 25:18Speaker 3: FBI has quietly revised those numbers, releasing new data that
- 25:23Speaker 3: shows violent crime increased in twenty twenty two by four
- 25:28Speaker 3: point five percent. So they said it fell by two
- 25:30Speaker 3: point one percent, that was a lie. In fact, it
- 25:33Speaker 3: increased by four point five percent. That's US six point
- 25:37Speaker 3: six percent delta difference. The new data includes thousands more murders, rapes, robberies,
- 25:43Speaker 3: and aggravated assaults. The Bureau which has been at the
- 25:46Speaker 3: center of partisan storms, made no mention of these revisions
- 25:50Speaker 3: in its September twenty twenty four press release. Real Clear
- 25:53Speaker 3: Investigations discovered the change through a cryptic reference on the
- 25:57Speaker 3: FBI website that states twenty two violent crime rate has
- 26:01Speaker 3: been updated for inclusion in Cius twenty twenty three, but
- 26:04Speaker 3: there's no mention that the numbers increased. One only sees
- 26:08Speaker 3: the change by downloading the FBI's new crime data and
- 26:11Speaker 3: comparing it to the file released last year. After the
- 26:15Speaker 3: FBI released its new crime data in September, a US
- 26:18Speaker 3: eight Today headline read quote, violent crime dropped for third
- 26:22Speaker 3: straight year in twenty twenty three, including murder and rape.
- 26:27Speaker 3: It's been over three weeks since the FBI released the
- 26:29Speaker 3: revised data. The bureau's lack of acknowledgment or explanation about
- 26:33Speaker 3: the significant change concerns researchers. And here's let me give
- 26:38Speaker 3: you a sense of just how dramatically they revised it.
- 26:42Speaker 3: The updated data for the twenty twenty two report now
- 26:46Speaker 3: shows there were additional There were eighty thy and twenty
- 26:50Speaker 3: nine more violent crimes in twenty twenty two than in
- 26:54Speaker 3: twenty twenty one. There were an additional one thousand, six
- 26:58Speaker 3: hundred ninety nine murders, there were an additional seven hundred
- 27:02Speaker 3: eighty rapes, there were an additional thirty three, four hundred
- 27:05Speaker 3: and eighty nine robberies, and there were an additional thirty
- 27:09Speaker 3: seven and ninety one aggravated assaults. And the FBI isn't
- 27:14Speaker 3: explaining why it magically had a political outcome that happened
- 27:18Speaker 3: to fit the Democrat talking points. And by the way,
- 27:20Speaker 3: Kamla Harris isn't explaining it either.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Yet, not at all. And this goes back to the
- 27:26Speaker 2: cover up. I don't think this was an accident. This
- 27:29Speaker 2: was deliberate by them because they knew they needed this
- 27:32Speaker 2: to be a campaign issue that hey, things aren't that bad, right, inflations,
- 27:36Speaker 2: actually not that bad.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Immigration.
- 27:39Speaker 2: We saw them do this deal with Mexico to make
- 27:42Speaker 2: the numbers artificially go down in August, in September going
- 27:47Speaker 2: into the election, going see, we're securing the border. It's
- 27:51Speaker 2: no different with the violent crime stats here. This is
- 27:54Speaker 2: why so many Americans now don't trust the government, certainly
- 27:59Speaker 2: the deep state, certainly unfortunately the FBI, And yet no
- 28:03Speaker 2: one's going to get fired for screwing up their job.
- 28:06Speaker 2: This bad because it wasn't a screw up, it was
- 28:08Speaker 2: done deliberately.
- 28:09Speaker 3: Well, you may be wrong that no one's going to
- 28:11Speaker 3: get fired, because.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Well that would be amazing in a first in my lifetime.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Well, I mean, if we have a good election. I
- 28:18Speaker 3: think if Donald Trump gets elected, we will see a
- 28:21Speaker 3: new attorney general. I think we will see a new
- 28:23Speaker 3: head of the FBI.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Oh for sure.
- 28:26Speaker 3: And I am praying the people involved in this will
- 28:29Speaker 3: be fired if we win a majority in the Senate.
- 28:31Speaker 3: I think we're likely to win, and the Republicans are
- 28:33Speaker 3: likely to win a majority in the Senate. As you know,
- 28:36Speaker 3: I'm on the Senate Judiciary Committee. I'm going to press
- 28:39Speaker 3: the Judiciary Committee to launch an investigation into the FBI
- 28:44Speaker 3: as to who specifically put out the false data, and
- 28:49Speaker 3: I think we should push to get every email, exchange,
- 28:53Speaker 3: every conversation. I think it is likely that this was partisan,
- 28:58Speaker 3: but we need to get to the bottom of it.
- 29:00Speaker 3: And the fact that the FBI is not even providing
- 29:03Speaker 3: any explanation when they're caught red handed really does damage.
- 29:06Speaker 3: And by the way, look, I'll tell you something again.
- 29:09Speaker 3: As I travel around campaigning regularly, people ask me, should
- 29:15Speaker 3: we abolish the FBI. And I got to tell you
- 29:17Speaker 3: that actually that question concerns me because the FBI does
- 29:21Speaker 3: a lot of things that are incredibly important. The FBI
- 29:25Speaker 3: is designed to battle terrorism, to catch terrorists before they
- 29:29Speaker 3: commit another nine to eleven that the FBI catches serial killers,
- 29:34Speaker 3: The FBI catches child predators, the FBI helps with kidnap children.
- 29:39Speaker 3: I mean, there is a very very important law enforcement
- 29:42Speaker 3: mission of the FBI. And I'll tell you, with first
- 29:45Speaker 3: James K. Comy and now Chris Ray running the FBI,
- 29:49Speaker 3: I think the integrity and the reputation of the FBI
- 29:52Speaker 3: has been so profoundly tarnished that half the country wants
- 29:56Speaker 3: to get rid of the damn thing altogether. That is
- 29:59Speaker 3: really bad ad from a law enforcement perspective, from a
- 30:02Speaker 3: perspective and stopping terrorists and stopping criminals. And I'll tell
- 30:06Speaker 3: you I have chewed out Chris Ray that when he
- 30:09Speaker 3: circles the wagons and defends the hardcore partisans who have
- 30:14Speaker 3: politicized the FBI, he is he is lighting on fire
- 30:19Speaker 3: the FBI's credibility and its reputation. And I think if
- 30:23Speaker 3: Trump wins, there needs to be a wholesale cleaning House,
- 30:26Speaker 3: getting rid of the wildly partisan career bureaucrats who burrowed
- 30:33Speaker 3: into senior leadership positions at the FBI.
- 30:36Speaker 2: All right, let's dive into this even on a more
- 30:39Speaker 2: intense level, because this is one of those moments where
- 30:43Speaker 2: I think there's a lot of voters that are listening
- 30:45Speaker 2: right now. They're saying, Okay, my worry is we've heard
- 30:50Speaker 2: this before, that there's going to be a real draining
- 30:53Speaker 2: of the swamp. How different do you think a Trump
- 30:58Speaker 2: administration will be this time compared to twenty sixteen when
- 31:03Speaker 2: there was a lot of people that were on a list.
- 31:05Speaker 2: And you've done transitions, I've done it before. When when
- 31:10Speaker 2: people win, and what you go through is you say, okay, well,
- 31:12Speaker 2: there's a certain group of people over here. These are
- 31:14Speaker 2: non political, we don't mess with them, right, they stay
- 31:17Speaker 2: throughout administrations, and then here's your support, here's your political ones,
- 31:21Speaker 2: and you can deal with them how you want. But
- 31:24Speaker 2: there's these certain areas we don't touch it. I think
- 31:26Speaker 2: Donald Trump learned there's a lot of these quote non
- 31:30Speaker 2: political positions that have become highly political.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Yes, and this is a great example of that.
- 31:37Speaker 2: So do you believe that there is is the political
- 31:40Speaker 2: will to actually clean house the way that many voters
- 31:43Speaker 2: are expecting. And I'd say that I think there's a
- 31:45Speaker 2: lot of voters that are expecting it. They're like, Okay,
- 31:48Speaker 2: if we're going to put you back in there or
- 31:51Speaker 2: Republicans aka Trump, then you guys better do what you
- 31:54Speaker 2: said you're going to do this time in clean house,
- 31:56Speaker 2: because that's what we're voting for.
- 31:57Speaker 3: Well, as you know, this is the topic of the
- 32:00Speaker 3: third book that I wrote, which is called Justice Corrupted,
- 32:03Speaker 3: How the Left has weaponized the legal system. And in
- 32:06Speaker 3: the book Justice Corrupted, I lay out how Barack Obama
- 32:11Speaker 3: weaponized the Department of Justice and the FBI and the
- 32:13Speaker 3: IRS and the alphabet soup of federal agencies to target
- 32:17Speaker 3: and attack his political enemies. And then when Trump became president,
- 32:21Speaker 3: by that point, many of these hard partisans had burrowed
- 32:25Speaker 3: into senior career positions in the agency, and they spent
- 32:28Speaker 3: the four years of the Trump presidency waging war on
- 32:32Speaker 3: Donald Trump. They hated him, they tried to destroy the president.
- 32:35Speaker 3: They tried to frustrate and oppose every aspect of his agenda.
- 32:39Speaker 3: And now under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, they're brazen
- 32:42Speaker 3: and out in the open. They are nakedly politicized that
- 32:45Speaker 3: they repeatedly are employed to target and persecute the political
- 32:50Speaker 3: opponents of the White House, and it is disastrous. I
- 32:53Speaker 3: think it is one of the most important things in
- 32:55Speaker 3: a Trump administration to depoliticize the Department of Justice in
- 32:59Speaker 3: the FBI. I've said a lot lot of times, I
- 33:01Speaker 3: don't want a Republican DJ. I don't want a Democrat DJ.
- 33:04Speaker 3: I want a DJ that follows the law and that
- 33:06Speaker 3: prosecutes people when they break the law, regardless of their party.
- 33:09Speaker 3: I want an FBI that does the same thing. And look,
- 33:13Speaker 3: will it be better the second time around?
- 33:16Speaker 1: Absolutely?
- 33:16Speaker 3: I don't think Trump, and I know his senior team
- 33:20Speaker 3: in the White House, they didn't realize what it is
- 33:23Speaker 3: they were fighting. They didn't realize how the swamp operated,
- 33:27Speaker 3: and they left in place a lot of people who
- 33:30Speaker 3: actively waged war against the Trump administration. Look classic example
- 33:34Speaker 3: of that is James Comy. I believe that the Trump
- 33:38Speaker 3: White House should have fired James Comy on January twentieth,
- 33:41Speaker 3: twenty seventeen. No one would have blinked. First day Trump
- 33:43Speaker 3: comes in office. Mister Komy, thank you for your services.
- 33:46Speaker 3: He was the old head of the FBI. You're gone.
- 33:49Speaker 3: They didn't. They thought, oh, we can co opt this
- 33:52Speaker 3: guy and get him to work with us. Well, it
- 33:54Speaker 3: was a disaster and the whole Russia Russia, Russia nonsense.
- 33:58Speaker 3: James Comy was behind a lot of that. And so
- 34:02Speaker 3: this time around, I think there certainly they realize the
- 34:05Speaker 3: threat now. Fighting it's not easy. I'm not going to,
- 34:08Speaker 3: you know, just just blow smoke at you and say
- 34:11Speaker 3: it's all going to be rosy if Trump wins again.
- 34:13Speaker 3: Fighting the swamp and the career bureaucrats is incredibly difficult.
- 34:18Speaker 3: But I do think you will see a much much
- 34:21Speaker 3: greater seriousness of purpose from the Trump White House this
- 34:24Speaker 3: time around. I think they realize much more the magnitude
- 34:27Speaker 3: of the threat they're dealing.
- 34:28Speaker 2: With the world's in flames and Bidenomics is a complete
- 34:31Speaker 2: and total disaster. And let me just tell you, when
- 34:34Speaker 2: you wake up every morning, as I say, fighting the commis,
- 34:37Speaker 2: I do a radio show at seven am, you got

- 36:01Speaker 2: more details on it, but we're going to talk about
- 36:03Speaker 2: this one on Wednesday, I'm sure. But there is a
- 36:05Speaker 2: headline that just popped and it says big tech censoring
- 36:09Speaker 2: ahead of the elections. I was not surprised by this.
- 36:12Speaker 2: I think it's a no brainer. But we're seeing now
- 36:16Speaker 2: that this is a real problem yet again.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Weeks before election.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Day, Yeah, the Washington Post had an investigation that said
- 36:26Speaker 3: that Instagram, which is part of Meta, buries political posts
- 36:31Speaker 3: and it slashes the audience by sixty three percent when
- 36:35Speaker 3: the word vote is posted. And one influencer faced, as
- 36:42Speaker 3: I said, a sixty three percent drop. And this is
- 36:45Speaker 3: an investigation done by Washington Post tech columnist Jeffrey Fowler
- 36:50Speaker 3: that showed that Meta cross its platforms including Instagram, Facebook
- 36:54Speaker 3: and Threads, actively suppressed content related to the upcoming twenty
- 36:59Speaker 3: twenty four alam election. And it affects partisan political posts,
- 37:03Speaker 3: but it also just nonpartisan content like vote that they
- 37:08Speaker 3: are suppressing it. And Fowler found that whenever an Instagram
- 37:14Speaker 3: account creator named missus Frazzld, whose real name is Aerial Fodor,
- 37:19Speaker 3: whenever phot mentioned anything related to politics over the last
- 37:22Speaker 3: six months, her audience size decreased by about forty percent
- 37:26Speaker 3: compared to her non political posts, and when she used
- 37:30Speaker 3: the word vote in a captured across eleven posts, the
- 37:33Speaker 3: average audience was sixty three percent smaller, and her experience
- 37:37Speaker 3: is not isolated. Fowler this is a Washington Post investigative
- 37:41Speaker 3: reporter found several other Instagram creators who noticed a similar pattern,
- 37:46Speaker 3: and it's not unique to individual accounts. There was a
- 37:50Speaker 3: wider study by an advocacy group called Accountable Tech that
- 37:53Speaker 3: quantified the audience drops for five prominent leftist Instagram accounts,
- 37:58Speaker 3: including the Human Rights Campaign and Feminist and over ten
- 38:01Speaker 3: weeks this spring, their average audiences fell by sixty five percent.
- 38:05Speaker 3: The study found that conservative accounts experienced a similar drop
- 38:08Speaker 3: in engagement when discussing political topics and metas suppression of
- 38:14Speaker 3: political content happened when Zuckerberg in twenty twenty one decided
- 38:21Speaker 3: to pull back on political content and just try to
- 38:25Speaker 3: avoid politics. Now, look, I'd rather they avoid politics than
- 38:30Speaker 3: actively be biased, which is how they were in the
- 38:33Speaker 3: twenty twenty election, But silencing the ability of citizens to
- 38:38Speaker 3: talk about politics is a really bad dynamic. And you
- 38:41Speaker 3: contrast that to X, which I think X with Elon
- 38:44Speaker 3: Musk's having purchased it is the new town Square. But
- 38:48Speaker 3: Facebook and Instagram have huge reaches and silencing politics is
- 38:55Speaker 3: really harmful for democracy.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Yeah it is. We're going to have more on this
- 38:58Speaker 1: coming up on Wednesday. Don't forget. We do the show Monday,
- 39:01Speaker 1: Wednesday Friday.

- 39:05Speaker 2: wherever you are on social media, even if they do
- 39:08Speaker 2: suppress it by sixty seventy percent.
- 39:10Speaker 1: Also, don't forget.
