- 0:01Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy has greenland at the Biden impeachment inquiry. I
- 0:06Speaker 1: can now confirm after talking to sources for this week,
- 0:11Speaker 1: apparently McCarthy told the White House republican impeachment inquiry against
- 0:17Speaker 1: Biden is quote the logical next step for their investigations,
- 0:23Speaker 1: greenlighting this moving forward. I can confirm that the House
- 0:29Speaker 1: Speaker McCarthy is telling House Republicans today and in meetings
- 0:36Speaker 1: throughout the week that beginning of an impeachment inquiry against
- 0:40Speaker 1: President Biden is the quote logical next step. The House
- 0:46Speaker 1: Geoke Pea Conference plans to hold a meeting Thursday morning
- 0:51Speaker 1: for key committee chairs to lay out their latest findings
- 0:55Speaker 1: and the status of the investigation of the Biden family.
- 0:59Speaker 1: I've also been told that the House Judiciary Committee Chairman
- 1:02Speaker 1: Jim Jordan and House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer are
- 1:06Speaker 1: expected to lead Thursday's meeting, which would make sense now.
- 1:10Speaker 1: At the meeting, McCarthy is expected to say an impeachment
- 1:14Speaker 1: inquiry is the only logical next step for the Republican majority.
- 1:18Speaker 1: An inquiry is the first step of the impeachment process,
- 1:21Speaker 1: where evidence is gathered for articles or charges of impeachment
- 1:26Speaker 1: against an official This special conference meeting, they say, on Thursday,
- 1:32Speaker 1: is in addition to Wednesday mornings regularly scheduled GOP meeting
- 1:37Speaker 1: where leadership typically lays out priorities for the week. Thursday's
- 1:42Speaker 1: scheduled meeting was first reported by punch Bowl News and
- 1:47Speaker 1: leaked to them. Sources confirmed then to Fox News and
- 1:53Speaker 1: other Republicans have gone on the record now as saying
- 1:57Speaker 1: that there is a clear plan to launch an impeachment
- 1:59Speaker 1: inquiry into Biden this month, meaning September. Now, three separate
- 2:06Speaker 1: GOP led committees have investigated allegations that Hunter Biden leveraged
- 2:10Speaker 1: his father's official government positions to secure foreign business deals.
- 2:17Speaker 1: The open question for Republican lawmakers is whether President Biden
- 2:21Speaker 1: ever personally benefited from his son's deals or abused the
- 2:26Speaker 1: power of his office to influence them in any way.
- 2:30Speaker 1: McCarthy said last month that an impeachment inquiry would only
- 2:34Speaker 1: happen with a formal House vote. McCarthy said at the time,
- 2:38Speaker 1: quote to open an impeachment inquiry is a serious matter,
- 2:44Speaker 1: and House Republicans would not take it lightly or use
- 2:47Speaker 1: it for political purposes. The American people deserve to be
- 2:51Speaker 1: heard on this matter. Through their elected representatives, McCarthy said
- 2:55Speaker 1: in an interview with Breitbart. He then went on to
- 2:59Speaker 1: say that's why if we move forward with an impeachment inquiry,
- 3:04Speaker 1: it would occur through a vote on the four of
- 3:07Speaker 1: the House and not through a declaration by one person.
- 3:12Speaker 1: That means, in translation, that two hundred and eighteen lawmakers
- 3:16Speaker 1: will need to support an impeachment inquiry against Biden, and
- 3:20Speaker 1: it is not at all certain House Republicans have the
- 3:24Speaker 1: votes to do it. Several GOP lawmakers, including Representative Ken Buck,
- 3:29Speaker 1: a Republican from Colorado, and Representative Don Bacon, a Republican
- 3:34Speaker 1: from Nebraska, have both voiced skepticism about impeachment. Even Somehow's
- 3:41Speaker 1: conservatives who support impeachment have complained about the timing. Representative
- 3:47Speaker 1: Dan bishop As, a Republican from North Carolina, said to
- 3:51Speaker 1: Fox News last week that appeared McCarthy was quote dangling
- 3:55Speaker 1: the issue to avoid a confrontation over spending ahead of
- 3:59Speaker 1: the deadline to fund the government. Now, the House Freedom
- 4:04Speaker 1: Caucus and other conservative groups have urged McCarthy to force
- 4:11Speaker 1: a deeper spending cut, deeper spending cuts in general, and
- 4:15Speaker 1: to attach GOP priorities to any short term or long
- 4:19Speaker 1: term spending deal that would keep the government open. That's unlikely,
- 4:23Speaker 1: by the way, to get through the Senate or the
- 4:25Speaker 1: White House and to get a signature for approval. They
- 4:30Speaker 1: view the last debt limit deal as a betrayal because
- 4:34Speaker 1: it did not significantly curtail government spending. This is part
- 4:39Speaker 1: of how why it was so hard for Ken McCarthy
- 4:41Speaker 1: to get the speaker's job, because many Republicans said he
- 4:45Speaker 1: wasn't doing enough to stop out of control government spending.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Representative Chip Roy, a friend of mine from Texas, warned
- 4:54Speaker 1: GOP leaders earlier this month this hiding quote behind impeachment
- 5:00Speaker 1: to screw America with status quo massive funding will not
- 5:04Speaker 1: end well. In other words, he's saying, don't try to
- 5:08Speaker 1: show me a nice shiny object in this hand while
- 5:11Speaker 1: you're screwing me in the other hand. And look at
- 5:13Speaker 1: what Chip Roy. By the way, he has a lot
- 5:15Speaker 1: of people in the Freedom Caucus and a lot of
- 5:17Speaker 1: conservatives around him. Look at the words he chose. He
- 5:20Speaker 1: wasn't messing around. I'm gonna read it again, hiding behind
- 5:23Speaker 1: impeachment to screw America with status quo massive funding will
- 5:28Speaker 1: not end well. In other words, if you think you
- 5:31Speaker 1: can give us impeachment, we'll shut up on government spending.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Your wrong. If you think you can trade out of
- 5:37Speaker 1: control government spending for an impeachment inquiry or a vote
- 5:39Speaker 1: on impeachment, you're wrong. Now there's a narrow House majority,
- 5:45Speaker 1: Republicans can only afford to lose five votes from their
- 5:48Speaker 1: conference in an impeachment inquiry vote. To be clear, I
- 5:52Speaker 1: would already say that they've lost three, possibly four, just
- 5:56Speaker 1: based on the quotes that I gave you a moment
- 5:58Speaker 1: ago from Republicans who are on the record. And those
- 6:02Speaker 1: Republicans that I mentioned are from states where impeachment probably
- 6:06Speaker 1: won't play well with the voters. Colorado is a great
- 6:09Speaker 1: example to more liberal state. At the same time as
- 6:15Speaker 1: all this is going on, impeachment hardliners like Representative Matt
- 6:19Speaker 1: Gates have also threatened to attempt to remove Kevin McCarthy
- 6:25Speaker 1: if the House does not follow through with impeachment vote,
- 6:29Speaker 1: something he says he will pay off on the Speaker
- 6:34Speaker 1: of the House. Kevin McCarthy's office has not responded to
- 6:36Speaker 1: requests for comment. Why because they clearly wanted to leak
- 6:39Speaker 1: this out and see how it was going to play out.
- 6:41Speaker 1: After they leaked it. That's what they're clearly trying to do,
- 6:45Speaker 1: which makes sense. Actually, now Republicans have to be careful
- 6:51Speaker 1: here that they don't screw this up, because the American
- 6:56Speaker 1: people right now seem to be coming around to the
- 6:59Speaker 1: idea in the polls that the president is clearly corrupt
- 7:03Speaker 1: and compromised. If you move too soon towards impeachment, you
- 7:10Speaker 1: can screw the whole thing up. You can screw it
- 7:13Speaker 1: up big time. If you go too quickly, you can
- 7:16Speaker 1: screw all of this up. I want you to hear
- 7:20Speaker 1: what was said by David Brooks. He was on PBS
- 7:25Speaker 1: News Hour. David Brooks not a hardcore conservative, but he
- 7:28Speaker 1: had this to say about the Hunter Biden story and
- 7:33Speaker 1: that Hunter was selling influence and influence pedaling on his
- 7:36Speaker 1: dad's name. He even said, as a liberal on PBS quote,
- 7:41Speaker 1: I underestimated the Hunter's story.
- 7:45Speaker 2: This week, though, we learned federal prosecutors will be moving
- 7:49Speaker 2: ahead with an indictment against Hunter Biden, most likely related
- 7:52Speaker 2: to gun charges, expected by the end of the month. David,
- 7:56Speaker 2: As you well know, those questions around Hunter Biden continue
- 7:59Speaker 2: to fuel Republicans' threats to impeach President Biden. Is this
- 8:05Speaker 2: becoming a liability for the president.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Well, it's certainly a liability. You know, it sort of
- 8:09Speaker 3: feeds into the narrative. He's part of the Washington establishment.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Everybody's self dealing, so that's a liability. The gun charge,
- 8:15Speaker 3: you know, he was a sick man, frankly, who had
- 8:19Speaker 3: some drug issues, and the gun charge to me is
- 8:21Speaker 3: an ancillary issue. To me, I want to know he
- 8:24Speaker 3: was clearly trying to pedal influence. Did he successfully pedal influence?
- 8:28Speaker 3: Was any any law change that Joe Biden's policies changed
- 8:32Speaker 3: that Joe Biden said on any of those meetings. I
- 8:34Speaker 3: kind of doubt it on all counts. But I do
- 8:37Speaker 3: think now I've sort of underestimated the Hunter Biden story.
- 8:39Speaker 3: I think it's probably worth a look to see if
- 8:42Speaker 3: there was actual influence pedaling. But for the Republicans talk
- 8:46Speaker 3: about impeachment, you gotta have a crime, like you got
- 8:49Speaker 3: to have some accusation you can make, and they don't
- 8:51Speaker 3: really have anything right now. It's worth looking into, but
- 8:54Speaker 3: they're way premature in talking about impeachment.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Jonathan, What do you make of that? Is? Is it
- 8:58Speaker 2: worth a look by both the Department Justice and House Republicans,
- 9:02Speaker 2: as they say they want to do, well, it's.
- 9:05Speaker 4: Worth a look by the Department of Justice, because they're
- 9:07Speaker 4: already looking, and with a special council having already been appointed,
- 9:12Speaker 4: there apparently is a reason to look. But the one
- 9:15Speaker 4: thing I want folks to remember and to always remember,
- 9:18Speaker 4: and that is the legal predicament surrounding Hunter Biden, the
- 9:23Speaker 4: son of the president. It is nowhere near and it
- 9:27Speaker 4: is not the same as what is facing the former
- 9:31Speaker 4: president twice impeached, four times, indicted on ninety one counts
- 9:38Speaker 4: in four different jurisdictions. I mean, they're Republicans, especially congressional Republicans,
- 9:43Speaker 4: have been spending a lot of time trying to focus
- 9:46Speaker 4: attention on Hunter Biden and the quote unquote weaponization of
- 9:50Speaker 4: the Justice Department because of what is happening to Donald Trump.
- 9:54Speaker 1: By the way, I wanted you to hear the response
- 9:57Speaker 1: there because you need to understand what Democrats are going
- 9:59Speaker 1: to do. You hear this shocking moment from Brooks of honesty.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I underestimated the Hunter Biden's story. Hunter was trying to
- 10:08Speaker 1: pedal influence and then immediately they go back to well,
- 10:11Speaker 1: but it's nothing compared to what Donald Trump did you
- 10:15Speaker 1: heard it right there. Attack dog, get on there, bring
- 10:18Speaker 1: it go all in, yell, scream, rant, rave, talk about
- 10:22Speaker 1: you don't understand how bad it is for the bid
- 10:25Speaker 1: for the Trumps. This is nothing compared to what you
- 10:27Speaker 1: guys are looking at. This is nothing compared to what's
- 10:30Speaker 1: going on right now with Donald J.
- 10:33Speaker 3: Trump.
- 10:34Speaker 1: That's their argument. That's their response. Well, you think we're bad,
- 10:37Speaker 1: You've got indictments. We don't. I will say this a
- 10:41Speaker 1: different way. Republicans have to be very careful that if
- 10:48Speaker 1: we do this, we do it the right way, because
- 10:50Speaker 1: the media is going to turn on it quickly. The
- 10:53Speaker 1: media is going to turn on this thing so freaking fast,
- 10:56Speaker 1: and they're going to turn this into a partisan issue
- 10:58Speaker 1: so quick. And if we are just now getting people
- 11:01Speaker 1: around the idea that there's corruption, the American people, I
- 11:06Speaker 1: don't think are to the point of impeachment yet. They're
- 11:10Speaker 1: just now finding out about the basics of this, folks,
- 11:13Speaker 1: And we have to be very careful that we don't
- 11:17Speaker 1: give them a gift by this becoming a partisan issue,
- 11:20Speaker 1: so then they don't have to listen and understand just
- 11:23Speaker 1: how corrupt the Biden crime family actually is. That is
- 11:28Speaker 1: my concern and I think you can understand why, because
- 11:33Speaker 1: what's the point of doing this If we're not going
- 11:35Speaker 1: to make it effective and if it backfires on us,
- 11:39Speaker 1: what's the point of doing it. Impeachment is a word
- 11:44Speaker 1: now that doesn't mean what it used to mean, at
- 11:47Speaker 1: least in this country. The word impeachment used to actually
- 11:51Speaker 1: mean something. Democrats have destroyed it by the way that
- 11:56Speaker 1: they went after Donald Trump with impeachment now once but twice.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Now it's a political p It's no longer about are
- 12:01Speaker 1: you actually breaking laws or undermined the country you're supposed
- 12:04Speaker 1: to be protecting and representing. Impeachment is now been tainted,
- 12:10Speaker 1: and so it's it is a idea that when people
- 12:14Speaker 1: hear it, they've kind of just rolled their eyes. I
- 12:16Speaker 1: think they rolled their eyes because I think they realized
- 12:17Speaker 1: how ridiculous it is that what happened the last time.
- 12:21Speaker 1: And look, there were people that were in favor of
- 12:23Speaker 1: the impeachment last time. To be clear, right, there were
- 12:26Speaker 1: people that were completely in favor of impeachment, and it
- 12:31Speaker 1: was because they wanted to take out Donald Trump politically.
- 12:35Speaker 1: They knew Donald Trump wasn't colluding with the Russians. They
- 12:38Speaker 1: knew that report was paid for and created out of
- 12:40Speaker 1: thin air by the Democrats. They know that Hillary Clinton
- 12:44Speaker 1: was one of the ones funding the Steele Dosier. They
- 12:47Speaker 1: knew that the FBI knew that the Steele Dohsier was
- 12:49Speaker 1: a lie. They knew that they couldn't corroborate that he
- 12:52Speaker 1: couldn't corroborate the stories within the Stele Doosier. In fact,
- 12:55Speaker 1: the FBI offered him I think it was over a
- 12:56Speaker 1: million dollars to stantiate the claims of the dossi and
- 13:01Speaker 1: he couldn't do it. So that should tell you an
- 13:03Speaker 1: awful lot about it as well. Right, he couldn't even
- 13:05Speaker 1: do that. Now, why couldn't he do that? Why why
- 13:10Speaker 1: could he not do that? Because he made it up?
- 13:16Speaker 1: Democrats made it up. They all lied, They all knew
- 13:18Speaker 1: what they were doing. They were lying the entire time.
- 13:21Speaker 1: The problem now is when people hear impeachment, a lot
- 13:25Speaker 1: of people go to their left, they go to the right,
- 13:27Speaker 1: and it turns into a political moment. They say, Okay,
- 13:31Speaker 1: I'm going to my team here. You guys on the
- 13:33Speaker 1: other side, y'all are just abusing power, y'all are idiots,
- 13:36Speaker 1: or you're just trying to take out your political opponent.
- 13:38Speaker 1: That's why I say Republicans have to be very careful
- 13:42Speaker 1: because this could backfire and actually solidify support that is
- 13:47Speaker 1: wavering for Joe Biden. People are starting to cover the
- 13:51Speaker 1: story of Joe Biden. They are okay, people are starting
- 13:55Speaker 1: to realize and understand it. But if you turn it
- 13:59Speaker 1: into a part of an issue by going through impeachment
- 14:03Speaker 1: too early, then it can backfire on you on a very,
- 14:08Speaker 1: very big way. I'll give you an example of why
- 14:12Speaker 1: i say this, because I want to be clear. I'm
- 14:15Speaker 1: in favor of impeaching Joe Biden because I think there's
- 14:17Speaker 1: evidence to impeach him. I want to be careful and
- 14:18Speaker 1: win and how and where we do it. Look at
- 14:21Speaker 1: what happens every single time they indict Donald Trump. The
- 14:25Speaker 1: charges are absurd, right, we know that, but they keep
- 14:28Speaker 1: doing it. And why they keep doing it. Democrats believe
- 14:31Speaker 1: that that Donald Trump is the easiest person to beat
- 14:33Speaker 1: in the general election. So they're going to keep indicting him,
- 14:36Speaker 1: win and wherever they can, regardless of the facts, because
- 14:39Speaker 1: they believe it guarantees him the primary. And what happens
- 14:44Speaker 1: when they go after Donald Trump, the base rallies behind
- 14:47Speaker 1: him the exact same thing will happen if we go
- 14:51Speaker 1: for impeaching Hunter Biden or excuse me, Joe Biden over
- 14:54Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and the Biden corruption, the same exact thing's
- 14:57Speaker 1: going to happen. The same exact thing is going to happen. Now,
- 15:05Speaker 1: there's also other issues at play here that we should
- 15:08Speaker 1: talk about and we should use our advantage. I'll give
- 15:10Speaker 1: you an example. On nine to eleven, it was leaked
- 15:15Speaker 1: President Joe Biden has now bowed down to Iran and
- 15:19Speaker 1: we are going to pay them six billion dollars for
- 15:24Speaker 1: five Americans in exchange for five Iranian prisoners. Then, on
- 15:29Speaker 1: top of that, the President and the White House are
- 15:32Speaker 1: now claiming that the six billion dollars for five Americans
- 15:36Speaker 1: in exchange for five Iranian prisoners. So we're not just
- 15:39Speaker 1: giving them a prisoner shrup here, We're giving them six
- 15:42Speaker 1: billion dollars. The White House claims, Oh, don't worry, the
- 15:46Speaker 1: money will only be used to purchase humanitarian goods, So
- 15:50Speaker 1: you don't have to worry. If you believe that you're
- 15:52Speaker 1: an idiot, this is Iran. Iran killed more American soldiers,
- 15:57Speaker 1: was responsible for killing more Americans soldiers in any other
- 16:00Speaker 1: country when we were in Afghanistan, Iraq. How do I
- 16:04Speaker 1: know that? Because they were the ones that were giving
- 16:06Speaker 1: safe harbor to terrorists and save passage of terrorists that
- 16:10Speaker 1: were coming in to kill us. They were also the
- 16:12Speaker 1: number one maker of the roadside bombs that were blowing
- 16:14Speaker 1: up American soldiers. They are a state sponsor of terrorism.
- 16:18Speaker 1: And when America got to Afghanistan, when America got to Iraq,
- 16:21Speaker 1: Iran went full force into war to kill American soldiers.
- 16:28Speaker 1: And now the Biden administration has reproved a deal with
- 16:32Speaker 1: Iran to pay the rogue regimes six billion in exchange
- 16:37Speaker 1: for five detained American citizens. The deal, according to the
- 16:41Speaker 1: Associated Press, entailed the Biden administration issuing a blanket waiver
- 16:47Speaker 1: for international banks to transfer six billion in frozen Iranian
- 16:52Speaker 1: money from South Korea to Qatar without US sanctions. The
- 16:57Speaker 1: money would then be held in Qatar's central bank for
- 16:59Speaker 1: ran to US, reportedly for the purchase of humanitarian goods.
- 17:03Speaker 1: That's a joke. In addition, the Biden administration agreed to
- 17:09Speaker 1: release five Iranian cistems held in the US. So not
- 17:13Speaker 1: only we give them six billion, we're giving them five
- 17:16Speaker 1: Iranian citizens. I'm assuming you're involved in some sort of terrorism.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I'm having more on that story coming up in a moment.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Why would you do that, by the way, on nine
- 17:29Speaker 1: to eleven. I mean, if there's anything that they would
- 17:33Speaker 1: teach you in politics one oh one, it's like, hey,
- 17:35Speaker 1: if you're going to release some terrorists, don't do it
- 17:37Speaker 1: on the anniversary of nine to eleven, especially when it's
- 17:39Speaker 1: like Iran. And yet here we are having this conversation
- 17:45Speaker 1: where the President is going to transfer six million, six
- 17:48Speaker 1: billion dollars. According to the Associated Press, the Secretary of
- 17:52Speaker 1: State Anthony Blincoln signed off on the deal late last week,
- 17:56Speaker 1: but Congress was not notified of the deal until Monday,
- 17:58Speaker 1: which was nine eleven, the twenty second anniversary of the
- 18:03Speaker 1: US suffering terrorist attacks by Islamic fundamentalists. And that's the
- 18:07Speaker 1: day we tell them, Oh, by the way, we're sending
- 18:08Speaker 1: six billion dollars to Iran, who was killing American soldiers.
- 18:13Speaker 1: The deal appears to go against the US policy by
- 18:16Speaker 1: the way of not paying countries to release American prisoners. Right,
- 18:19Speaker 1: this is ransom money so as not to incentivize the
- 18:24Speaker 1: behavior of capturing Americans. According to report, the transfer of
- 18:28Speaker 1: the six billion was the critical element in the prisoner
- 18:31Speaker 1: swap deal the six billion. So we're giving them humans,
- 18:35Speaker 1: and we're giving them six billion, more than a billion
- 18:37Speaker 1: a person. Some European nations reportedly balked at participating in
- 18:43Speaker 1: the transfer, by the way, but don't worry, then, Joe Biden,
- 18:47Speaker 1: the big Guy, and his administration's blanket waiver was aimed
- 18:51Speaker 1: at easing their concerns, The AP notes this morning. The
- 18:56Speaker 1: waiver is likely to draw criticism a President Joe Biden
- 19:00Speaker 1: from Republicans and others that the deal will boost the
- 19:03Speaker 1: Iranian economy at a time when Iran poses a growing
- 19:06Speaker 1: threat to US troops and Mid East allies. It's also
- 19:14Speaker 1: a part here where it's just in competency, and the
- 19:18Speaker 1: amount of incompetency here makes me angry. There is no way, okay,
- 19:28Speaker 1: at all, there's no way that you can guarantee that
- 19:32Speaker 1: the six billion dollars is going to be used for
- 19:35Speaker 1: humanitarian reasons. Like that's not possible, okay, Like that's not
- 19:42Speaker 1: something that's possible. Iran can funnel the six billion out
- 19:50Speaker 1: of Katar and claim it's for humanitarian things. They can
- 19:55Speaker 1: do that, But I promise you this, they're going to
- 19:58Speaker 1: use it for whatever the hell they want to the
- 20:01Speaker 1: other part of this is when was the last time
- 20:03Speaker 1: Iran was known for doing anything in a humanitarian fashion?
- 20:08Speaker 1: Did did? And again, this is a question that would
- 20:10Speaker 1: have been asked the meeting, but of course they they're
- 20:12Speaker 1: not asking that question because they already know they they
- 20:17Speaker 1: already know that that's not going to happen. So it's
- 20:20Speaker 1: it's it's part of the lie, right because if you
- 20:24Speaker 1: were having a normal administration meeting, someone had been like, hey,
- 20:27Speaker 1: when was the last time that Iran ever did anything
- 20:31Speaker 1: on a on a humanitarian basis? Like when when did that?
- 20:38Speaker 1: When did that happen? And the answer you they don't, right, Like, like,
- 20:43Speaker 1: that's not what they do. That's not how any of
- 20:45Speaker 1: this works. It's not how this that that's not how
- 20:48Speaker 1: they do any of this. So instead, we're giving six
- 20:54Speaker 1: billion to a terrorist organization that's going to use a
- 20:57Speaker 1: six billion to kill people, claiming the money is going
- 21:00Speaker 1: to be used for humanitarian reasons, while also giving up
- 21:05Speaker 1: these five different Iranians that we have in our custody
- 21:08Speaker 1: in the United States America. I'm still trying to find
- 21:11Speaker 1: out more about these Iranians. We don't know anything about
- 21:14Speaker 1: them yet, because the White House seems to be keeping
- 21:16Speaker 1: that very quiet. Now, if you just do a quick
- 21:20Speaker 1: step back on the anniversary nine to eleven, let's be clear.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Now you have a president that bowed to Iran on
- 21:26Speaker 1: nine to eleven. You have a president that paid six
- 21:28Speaker 1: billion to and gave up five Iranian prisoners in an
- 21:33Speaker 1: exchange for five Americans, with a country that clearly is
- 21:37Speaker 1: a rogue nation that sponsors terrorism, has killed American soldiers.
- 21:41Speaker 1: They Iran is responsible for more limbs lost on Americans
- 21:45Speaker 1: in Iraq and Afghanian than any other country because of
- 21:48Speaker 1: their bombs that they that they allowed to be made
- 21:50Speaker 1: in their country and they gave to the terrorists they
- 21:53Speaker 1: gave save Hayesan to Isis and al Qaida. And then
- 21:56Speaker 1: you combine that with Biden breaking a twenty two year tradition.
- 22:00Speaker 1: He spent nine to eleven not at White House or
- 22:03Speaker 1: the site of this attack. Right, they said, it's just
- 22:07Speaker 1: time to move on. That was their logic here. Yeah,
- 22:11Speaker 1: President Biden was taking fire from some families of nine
- 22:13Speaker 1: to eleven victims for being the first president twenty two
- 22:16Speaker 1: years to not spend nine to eleven in an attack
- 22:18Speaker 1: site or at the White House. According to the new report,
- 22:21Speaker 1: the family slammed Biden for spending nine to eleven in
- 22:24Speaker 1: quote Alaska, but just part of the day where he
- 22:27Speaker 1: is following up on a trip to India and Vietnam
- 22:30Speaker 1: discussed climate change. He then tacked on Alaska, claiming he
- 22:36Speaker 1: was doing something there. Now. Biden did do one thing.
- 22:42Speaker 1: He visited the memorial of his friend, the late Senner
- 22:45Speaker 1: John McCain and Vietnam on Monday. He kissed the memorial,
- 22:49Speaker 1: telling reporters traveling with him that it was important that
- 22:52Speaker 1: he visited the site as McCain was a quote, good
- 22:56Speaker 1: friend that, by the way, not connected to nine to eleven.
- 23:01Speaker 1: But I guess they thought, oh, that's good enough, right,
- 23:03Speaker 1: we'll check that box so that you can't criticize him.
- 23:08Speaker 1: One of the victims said, if our leader is so
- 23:10Speaker 1: willing to not show up to the memorial service, it's
- 23:14Speaker 1: showing the message that Americans have forgotten, and then it's
- 23:17Speaker 1: okay to forget. Unfortunately, for myself and for all other
- 23:21Speaker 1: families and those joining with us this morning, we have
- 23:23Speaker 1: no way of forgetting. This is something that forever changed
- 23:26Speaker 1: our lives, and this is something that we're going to
- 23:28Speaker 1: live with forever, even if the rest of the country
- 23:32Speaker 1: can let this be a day they do forget. White
- 23:36Speaker 1: House Press Secretary Jean Pierre said at a press conference
- 23:39Speaker 1: three days ago about nine to eleven. She said, quote
- 23:43Speaker 1: on nine to eleven. Look, the President is going to
- 23:45Speaker 1: mark the anniversary of September the eleventh, the taxas year
- 23:47Speaker 1: in Alaska, as you just mentioned, with service members and
- 23:51Speaker 1: their families, and as he does every year, as he's
- 23:55Speaker 1: done this every year. He plans to honor the lives
- 23:58Speaker 1: lost in the families and loved ones who will fill
- 24:01Speaker 1: the pain of the terrible day. This is something he
- 24:03Speaker 1: feels is very important to do. We can only imagine
- 24:06Speaker 1: the heartbreak and the pain that the nine eleven families
- 24:09Speaker 1: have felt every day for the past twenty two years.
- 24:13Speaker 1: John Pierre concluded, saying this, So I know the families
- 24:16Speaker 1: have have certainly been on this on the mind recently
- 24:20Speaker 1: in recent days, and they will continue to be to
- 24:22Speaker 1: be on the mind as we approach the anniversary, as
- 24:24Speaker 1: you know, is coming up Monday. In other words, asker,
- 24:29Speaker 1: you guys, here's your lip service. We're too busy working
- 24:32Speaker 1: a deal with a RAN right now. Now. So far
- 24:35Speaker 1: we have not been able to figure out exactly what
- 24:38Speaker 1: the deal is. We don't know, Okay, we don't know
- 24:43Speaker 1: what the deal is and who these Iranians are that
- 24:46Speaker 1: we're giving back. And the reason why we don't know
- 24:49Speaker 1: is because I'm sure they don't want us to know
- 24:51Speaker 1: who it is. They're terrified of who these Iranians are
- 24:59Speaker 1: and that it's going to get out before we hurry
- 25:01Speaker 1: up and do the deal and move on. But telling
- 25:04Speaker 1: Congress on the anniversary nine to eleven, God help us,
- 25:08Speaker 1: and I mean that sincerely when I say that God
- 25:11Speaker 1: help us. This is a president of the United States
- 25:13Speaker 1: of America, and I would argue this deal with Iran
- 25:15Speaker 1: is nothing more than just being compromised. This is straight
- 25:20Speaker 1: up a president that I think is compromised in a
- 25:23Speaker 1: way that people can't even imagine. There's no logical reason
- 25:28Speaker 1: to do this deal. There's no logical reason to give
- 25:33Speaker 1: six billion dollars to a terrorist organization because Iran is
- 25:36Speaker 1: a terrorist organization. You can't tell me they're not. The
- 25:40Speaker 1: facts back it up. The facts clearly show that they
- 25:42Speaker 1: are a terrorist organization, and we're going to do that
- 25:47Speaker 1: on the anniversary of nine to eleven. So let me
- 25:50Speaker 1: go back to what I was saying a moment ago
- 25:51Speaker 1: about impeachment. The American people seem to be turning on
- 25:58Speaker 1: Joe Biden on their own. We have to be careful
- 26:02Speaker 1: that we don't stop that momentum by pushing for impeachment,
- 26:06Speaker 1: which we do not have the votes for, by the way,
- 26:08Speaker 1: in the Senate. That's something that we need to really
- 26:12Speaker 1: talk about. We need to be very strategic about when
- 26:16Speaker 1: we start this impeachment inquiry, because it will galvanize the
- 26:19Speaker 1: left and there will be people that are not actually
- 26:22Speaker 1: right now standing and supporting Joe Biden that will then
- 26:27Speaker 1: immediately go and stand and support Joe Biden. That's part
- 26:34Speaker 1: of what people need to understand. I worry that if
- 26:39Speaker 1: we move this too quickly, if we go too fast,
- 26:42Speaker 1: that we're going to get ourselves in a situation where
- 26:46Speaker 1: this will be one of the biggest backfires we've ever seen,
- 26:50Speaker 1: and that this will galvanize the left. It will make
- 26:54Speaker 1: them stand up for Joe Biden. It will make them
- 26:56Speaker 1: say to Joe Biden, hey, We're we're going to really
- 27:00Speaker 1: defend you because these Republicans, instead of us listening to
- 27:04Speaker 1: the crimes that the Biden crime family has committed. I
- 27:09Speaker 1: also understand the votes, and if we don't have the votes,
- 27:14Speaker 1: and the other question is is this worth it to
- 27:17Speaker 1: do this now? While the Presiden's proverratings are an all
- 27:19Speaker 1: time low, this story is starting to finally get to people.
- 27:24Speaker 1: You look at the CNN poll that came out. I'll
- 27:27Speaker 1: go back to what CNN said on their own TV
- 27:29Speaker 1: about this. Here's how they put it. The majority believe
- 27:31Speaker 1: Biden putting thumb on the scale of the Hunter probe.
- 27:35Speaker 5: And when you look here about President Biden now serving
- 27:39Speaker 5: as president, his actions in the Hunter Biden probe, have
- 27:42Speaker 5: they been appropriate or not? Fifty five percent of Americans,
- 27:47Speaker 5: a majority believe Biden's actions related to the Hunter Biden
- 27:50Speaker 5: probe inappropriate, twenty four percent of Democrats again, a majority
- 27:54Speaker 5: of independence fifty two percent, and nearly all Republicans at
- 27:57Speaker 5: ninety percent believe that. And this is to show, oh,
- 28:00Speaker 5: what happens when you don't push back at all, which
- 28:03Speaker 5: is really basically what the White House has been doing.
- 28:05Speaker 5: There's not been a Hunter Biden defense kind of mounted
- 28:09Speaker 5: in a public relations way, and it's starting to seep
- 28:12Speaker 5: through beyond just the right wing echo chamber.
- 28:15Speaker 1: We're seeing it's starting to seep through. Well, if you
- 28:19Speaker 1: start impeachment, what do you think is going to happen.
