Agreement with county secures water line, fire hydrant improvements for River Vista development

Box Elder County commissioners approved a subdivision improvement agreement Aug. 12 for River Vista, a one-lot subdivision east of Bear River City. Box Elder County Community Development Director Scott Lyons said the agreement requires ,400 in security bonding. “They are required to put up as security to ensure that the water line and fire hydrant are put in place in association with this single lot to provide fire protection,” Lyons said.
