- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: Millian buck. Things in the stuffings not good it to other. Stay,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I don't join joining me. You gotta use that turn
- 1:10Speaker 1: you you gotta turn to turn them out. Turn you
- 1:43Speaker 1: haven't got to turn them out of the turnout. Turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water, the water go. Come come on your baby,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I shall will a good morning everybody. You're listening to
- 2:05Speaker 1: the voice, Come on, dig me now, one and only.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, I got a radio show, just trying to
- 2:13Speaker 1: give God some back, just some back of what even
- 2:19Speaker 1: gave me, just a portion, you know. Just I'm just trying,
- 2:23Speaker 1: man to to show some type of gratitude for all
- 2:28Speaker 1: his blessings. I'm just trying to, man, just just get
- 2:34Speaker 1: it right sometimes, you know what I mean. I mean, man,
- 2:37Speaker 1: you just can't do what you want to do and
- 2:39Speaker 1: just live wrong all the time. Man, you got it
- 2:41Speaker 1: at one point in time, Steve, come home. Man, come on, man,
- 2:45Speaker 1: you could do better. I know you can, you know saying,
- 2:48Speaker 1: and you know what I had to do. I had
- 2:50Speaker 1: to stop saying, I'm gonna try to do better. And
- 2:53Speaker 1: I just had to say, hey, man, I'm going to
- 2:55Speaker 1: do better. You know, trying it's just to put forth
- 2:59Speaker 1: an eff and if it don't work, well, okay. But
- 3:02Speaker 1: if you make up in your mind that I'm going
- 3:03Speaker 1: to do something, then trying isn't enough. It's getting it
- 3:08Speaker 1: done is the only thing that matters. Since the difference
- 3:10Speaker 1: between doing and trying. We're gonna try to win the game,
- 3:14Speaker 1: or we're gonna go out here to win the game. Now,
- 3:17Speaker 1: trying to win the game means that you could lose.
- 3:20Speaker 1: But when you got in your mind made up, most
- 3:22Speaker 1: athletes will tell you that they go out there with
- 3:25Speaker 1: the full intent and purpose of winning and winning. Only
- 3:29Speaker 1: see they don't put the second place finish on the
- 3:31Speaker 1: cover Sports Illustrated. Second place don't get you there. You
- 3:35Speaker 1: got to win. And now take it out of the
- 3:38Speaker 1: scope of athletics, but keep it in that type of
- 3:41Speaker 1: type of analogy in life. Man, you just want to
- 3:44Speaker 1: you want to win in life, don't you. I mean,
- 3:46Speaker 1: at the end of the day, don't you want to
- 3:48Speaker 1: be on the cover of Sports Illustrated the life. Don't
- 3:51Speaker 1: you want to be recognized for your hard work? Don't
- 3:54Speaker 1: you want, you know, to be recognized within the bonus
- 3:57Speaker 1: structure down at your job. Don't you to have your
- 4:00Speaker 1: plaque up on the wall down at your job? I
- 4:02Speaker 1: mean most people do. Some people could care less. Some
- 4:05Speaker 1: people don't care about looking good or being their best.
- 4:08Speaker 1: And that's cool. But I ain't talking to them though.
- 4:10Speaker 1: I'm talking to you. I'm talking to those of you
- 4:12Speaker 1: who want to be the best you can be. You know,
- 4:15Speaker 1: people kill me when they're getting mad at people here
- 4:19Speaker 1: and he Brown knows and he hall up on an
- 4:21Speaker 1: employee of them. All. Man, the dude doing his job
- 4:23Speaker 1: to the best of his ability, and he getting recognized
- 4:26Speaker 1: for it. What they got to do? It all that
- 4:27Speaker 1: you're talking about because you ain't up there. It's amazing, man,
- 4:30Speaker 1: how people describe other people's success. He's so lucky, lucky? Hey, man,
- 4:36Speaker 1: don't they kind of get you a little bit when
- 4:37Speaker 1: people call you lucky? When let me tell you what
- 4:40Speaker 1: luck really is, y'all. Luck is when hard work bumps
- 4:44Speaker 1: up into opportunity. Some people call that luck. But hold on,
- 4:48Speaker 1: let's think about this. If you wasn't working hard, an
- 4:51Speaker 1: opportunity presented itself, what would you call that? But see,
- 4:55Speaker 1: when you've been working hard, an opportunity presents itself and
- 4:58Speaker 1: it bumps up into each other. Now people want to
- 5:01Speaker 1: call that luck, but hold up here, go to part
- 5:03Speaker 1: though to day, ain't paying no attention to Yeah, that
- 5:05Speaker 1: opportunity came by, But if you had not been working hard,
- 5:08Speaker 1: and the hard work had not ran up in the opportunity,
- 5:10Speaker 1: what would you have? No, sir, it's not luck, it's work.
- 5:14Speaker 1: It is work because as a scripture that says, faith
- 5:18Speaker 1: without works is dead. But my mama was a Sunday
- 5:22Speaker 1: school teacher. She taught me enough. Though Now I know
- 5:25Speaker 1: different between right and wrong, just like you do. You
- 5:28Speaker 1: ain't gotta you know. Itcused me when people write a
- 5:30Speaker 1: strawberry letter? Am I wrong for this? You know? Gooding? Well,
- 5:33Speaker 1: look at let's read your letter? Are you wrong for this?
- 5:36Speaker 1: You know you're wrong? What you don't need? That's to
- 5:38Speaker 1: be telling, you know? But I'm gonna do this anyway.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Well e see, go ahead, though, do what you want
- 5:42Speaker 1: to do. But you know what, y'all, here's the best
- 5:45Speaker 1: advice I can give you. This is what I really
- 5:48Speaker 1: came to talk about this morning, but I got sidetrack
- 5:50Speaker 1: because I listened get out of your own way. So
- 5:55Speaker 1: many of us are blocking our home. Blessings were just
- 5:59Speaker 1: in our own way. We are in our own way,
- 6:03Speaker 1: And one of the most dangerous ways you can get
- 6:06Speaker 1: in your way is to do it your way, to
- 6:10Speaker 1: get it figured your way, and to lock in on
- 6:12Speaker 1: your way and just the way it's got to go.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Do you know how many people are blocking a blessing?
- 6:18Speaker 1: Do you know how long I blocked mine? With that mindset?
- 6:22Speaker 1: Right there? Look, because it's the way you do it,
- 6:25Speaker 1: Do you think that make it the right way? You
- 6:27Speaker 1: think jazz because you'dn't thought on it long and hard,
- 6:30Speaker 1: and that's what you really want. Do you really think
- 6:32Speaker 1: that your way is the right way or could that
- 6:34Speaker 1: be a better way? See? Until I started listening to
- 6:37Speaker 1: God and started paying attention to his way, man, I
- 6:41Speaker 1: was spending my wheels. Man, I was out here so
- 6:44Speaker 1: determined this how I was going to do it. But
- 6:47Speaker 1: you know I had to learn how to get out
- 6:48Speaker 1: of my own way because just because I could do
- 6:51Speaker 1: it my way didn't mean it was the right way.
- 6:54Speaker 1: I had to get out of my own way. Just
- 6:59Speaker 1: get out your way, man, Now, what what does that mean?
- 7:04Speaker 1: That means, see, set your goals, That means have your
- 7:10Speaker 1: dreams that I'm saying, set your goals. Man, I ain't
- 7:14Speaker 1: saying don't set goals. Listen to me. Set your goals.
- 7:17Speaker 1: What is it you want to happen? What is it
- 7:19Speaker 1: you'd like to have? What is it you like to be?
- 7:21Speaker 1: What are you aspire to? Set your goals and set
- 7:25Speaker 1: your dreams. Now, take your goals and your dreams to
- 7:30Speaker 1: God and ask God to show you how. Man, you
- 7:35Speaker 1: can save yourself a lot of pain. Listen to somebody
- 7:39Speaker 1: who did it his way for so long. And when
- 7:42Speaker 1: I finally got out of my way, out of my
- 7:45Speaker 1: own way. When you've heard old people say let go
- 7:48Speaker 1: and let God, you've heard them say that I didn't.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I didn't get it, but I got it. Now let
- 7:54Speaker 1: go and let God. And it's amazing little saying. Though
- 7:58Speaker 1: now you know you may not get it now. It
- 8:00Speaker 1: took me a bunch of years to get it too.
- 8:02Speaker 1: But when I took my goals and my dreams and
- 8:05Speaker 1: my vision to God and I said, God, this is
- 8:08Speaker 1: what I hope for, this is what I aspired to,
- 8:11Speaker 1: this is what I want to be, this is why
- 8:12Speaker 1: I would love to get to. Then I said, help
- 8:16Speaker 1: me show me how. Point me in the right direction.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Let me follow your footsteps, guide me and give me
- 8:24Speaker 1: a spirit of discernment. Show me who wrong? Because I
- 8:27Speaker 1: meet people every day. Ain't up to no good with
- 8:29Speaker 1: me every single day. Oh man, Man, I can't believe
- 8:34Speaker 1: I run up into you. Man, the Lord told me
- 8:36Speaker 1: something's gonna happen to me today. Well, see, I talked
- 8:39Speaker 1: to him every day. He did not mention you to me.
- 8:42Speaker 1: He ain't said nothing to me. He didn't tell me
- 8:44Speaker 1: what was gonna happen in mind. Now, I don't mean
- 8:46Speaker 1: it can't happen because I'm open to it. So really, man,
- 8:50Speaker 1: I'm and and please no, I'm listening as well as
- 8:53Speaker 1: I've ever listened before. But but get yourself together, though,
- 8:58Speaker 1: see no, your goals and your dreams, and then let
- 9:00Speaker 1: God show you how to do it. He'll do it.
- 9:03Speaker 1: You know. It's so important everybody, that you get focused,
- 9:07Speaker 1: that you aim for something, that you dream of something,
- 9:10Speaker 1: that you aspire to something. But it's the most the
- 9:13Speaker 1: best thing you can do. After you do all that, Man,
- 9:16Speaker 1: get God involved in it. Man, talk to him. I mean,
- 9:19Speaker 1: why would you not what you got to lose. You
- 9:21Speaker 1: ain't got to go down there and make no big
- 9:23Speaker 1: scene and run laps around the church and run up
- 9:26Speaker 1: there and throw yourself on the altar and scream and
- 9:29Speaker 1: flip over and throw money in the air. You ain't
- 9:31Speaker 1: got to do that. This you and God, man, This
- 9:33Speaker 1: you and God. You know you got to serve and
- 9:36Speaker 1: praise Him the way you do it. You gotta let
- 9:38Speaker 1: nobody else tell you how I's done. It's a personal relationship.
- 9:41Speaker 1: People kill me if you don't do it this way.
- 9:43Speaker 1: If you don't come here to this church and you
- 9:45Speaker 1: don't run around in this circle and you don't get
- 9:46Speaker 1: flipped in the air, you don't. Hey, man, you better
- 9:49Speaker 1: go have a relationship with God. See what that's about.
- 9:51Speaker 1: You understand? Nobody throw you off with all that? All right,
- 9:54Speaker 1: all right, y'all talk to him. He loved to hear
- 9:56Speaker 1: from you today. You're listening show, ladies and gentlemen. We
- 10:03Speaker 1: are here to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Us upon us
- 10:05Speaker 1: a day feeling with enough but gratitude to walk up
- 10:07Speaker 1: this morning. I was telling God for about five straight
- 10:10Speaker 1: minutes everything I was grateful for, and I just decided
- 10:14Speaker 1: not to ask for nothing today because my cup runneth over.
- 10:19Speaker 1: He already knows the desires of my heart. The thing
- 10:21Speaker 1: I've learned about praying is you don't have to keep
- 10:24Speaker 1: repeating your prayer. He heard you. He heard you. He
- 10:29Speaker 1: ain't like us where he has to be reminded. He
- 10:36Speaker 1: heard you. So I'm grateful to day. This show is
- 10:39Speaker 1: brought to you by Shirley Strawberry calling for real Mississippi
- 10:42Speaker 1: Monica Junior, Kids' Faces and legend nephew, Tommy Junior. What's
- 10:47Speaker 1: on your mind? Okay, Well, you know you out there golfing.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I know you got the knick knacks going on. How's
- 10:52Speaker 1: it going well so far? Yesterday was I'm up by
- 10:56Speaker 1: one stroke over Blue Cold Quick? Who she? I just
- 11:00Speaker 1: want to say this out loud, my brother Chief he
- 11:04Speaker 1: did boy yesterday. A look at Jay so we weren't
- 11:08Speaker 1: playing a hole. Blue can normally out drive me. He
- 11:13Speaker 1: hits the ball longer than me. That's a given. That's
- 11:15Speaker 1: no problem. I don't care. He'll be sometimes twenty yards
- 11:18Speaker 1: in front of me. Sometimes he'd be twenty five yards,
- 11:22Speaker 1: even thirty sometime and nine and then I allowed driving,
- 11:25Speaker 1: but it's very very rare. He outdrove me. And then
- 11:29Speaker 1: the second shot he hit in the rough up on
- 11:33Speaker 1: the hill. My second shot was short of the green
- 11:37Speaker 1: by about five yards. I'm looking down there. Me and
- 11:41Speaker 1: my guy that I'm riding with blew up on the hill.
- 11:46Speaker 1: I get down there. All of a sudden, blue ball
- 11:48Speaker 1: right next to my ball. I said, I said, Blue,
- 11:52Speaker 1: you hit another ball down here. Now I rolled off
- 11:54Speaker 1: the hill. What they rolled off the hill? When? Yes,
- 12:01Speaker 1: but God saw him do that. He sold his next
- 12:06Speaker 1: chip shot, which was about a forty yard chip. He
- 12:09Speaker 1: shank it back up only he praise God. And boy
- 12:16Speaker 1: he was mad at me because I talked about him,
- 12:19Speaker 1: and so it was a battle all day yesterday. But
- 12:21Speaker 1: I feel good. Man, I'm out of here. After I

- 21:44Speaker 1: She buys my daughter trendy clothes and she presses my
- 21:47Speaker 1: daughter's hair when she's with her. I can't compete with her,

- 22:12Speaker 1: all with just for a season, you had this beautiful daughter.
- 22:15Speaker 1: She's still your daughter. She still loves you, but she

- 22:50Speaker 1: Don't nobody else, don't nobody else get to say that
- 22:53Speaker 1: you made her, So get out of the competition role,
- 22:58Speaker 1: stop trying to compete. Worried about this woman? Yeah? She fine,
- 23:02Speaker 1: that's why he made them great advice, Cello. Moving on
- 23:06Speaker 1: to Nashville, Sheila says, my husband of eight years is
- 23:10Speaker 1: always looking at pictures of women and leading comments on
- 23:14Speaker 1: their posts. He has been caught sliding into d ms too,
- 23:17Speaker 1: and I assume he's still doing that. I think this
- 23:20Speaker 1: qualifies as cheating because it's sheer lust. He says, it's
- 23:24Speaker 1: innocent fun. Who's right and who's wrong in this situation?
- 23:28Speaker 1: I can't tell you right now it ain't innocent fun.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I can tell you right now. You say it to yourself.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Sliding in your DMC sounds sounds can't get Yeah, just
- 23:42Speaker 1: sliding your dms and making all these comments, all these women,
- 23:46Speaker 1: all these here, it's innocent fun. Now. No innocent fun
- 23:51Speaker 1: is golf? No innocent fun? Is cigar trading with your
- 23:58Speaker 1: buddies innocent fun? It's playing backgammon that's innocent for Oh no,
- 24:05Speaker 1: it's innocent fun. That's innocent fun. Nah, you know, I
- 24:13Speaker 1: gotta tell you something. Sliding in dms and making comments
- 24:17Speaker 1: it's just innocent fun. Okay, all right, and let me
- 24:21Speaker 1: match you something. Ask him how much innocent fun it
- 24:25Speaker 1: would be if you was making comments on men's pictures
- 24:29Speaker 1: and sliding into day then now now we all having fun?
- 24:33Speaker 1: Not having so much fun, Rodney, look at him? All right?
- 24:43Speaker 1: Moving on to Thurman, Steve with your old ass. I'm
- 24:52Speaker 1: in my mid fifties and single. I know that I
- 24:54Speaker 1: am you older than that, though, But go ahead, Thurman.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Living and living with the woman that I love, but
- 25:03Speaker 1: I can't stop cheating on her. I've never been married
- 25:06Speaker 1: because I'm selfish and I love women. It's so hard
- 25:09Speaker 1: to resist all the flavors of beautiful black women. But
- 25:12Speaker 1: I want to be a one woman man. How do
- 25:14Speaker 1: I stop the cheating and be faithful? Dog? Are you
- 25:17Speaker 1: for real? Yeah? Are you for real? Dog? See, this
- 25:21Speaker 1: is a decision you have to make. You just said
- 25:25Speaker 1: I love how I live with her, but I can't
- 25:28Speaker 1: stop cheating. So what you want me to do? If
- 25:31Speaker 1: you keep saying you can't stop cheating? Guess what you
- 25:34Speaker 1: can't stop? That's right? What do you want me to do? Dog?
- 25:39Speaker 1: I can't help you, bro, This is the decision you
- 25:43Speaker 1: have to make. First of all, let you help me
- 25:45Speaker 1: out with something you wanted. The reasons you cheating is
- 25:50Speaker 1: because you can't believe they still talking to you with
- 25:53Speaker 1: that old slave lass and that one saying uncle, if
- 26:00Speaker 1: he was in the field, what is his mother? Call him?
- 26:11Speaker 1: Bob Follovis, Johnson Reynod? What is TD? And that's one thing, bro,
- 26:30Speaker 1: Listen to a man. You're you're suffering from a complex.
- 26:35Speaker 1: You constantly need approval, and this need for approval comes
- 26:40Speaker 1: in the form of women because you didn't have it
- 26:44Speaker 1: like this when you were younger. Now you didn't got older,
- 26:47Speaker 1: and you're doing everything you couldn't do when you was younger,
- 26:50Speaker 1: because anybody wants your ass when you was just thumbed.
- 26:55Speaker 1: And that's all this is, bro. But you can start down, man,
- 26:58Speaker 1: don't write us talk about how do I stop cheat?
- 27:00Speaker 1: You stopped cheat? Hey, hold up, let me help. Maybe
- 27:05Speaker 1: if you are fifty five, which I think you really
- 27:07Speaker 1: sixty five. If you are fifty five, you half a hundred.
- 27:13Speaker 1: You crossed to the gate. Yeah, you're gonna mess round.
- 27:17Speaker 1: I go to hell. Next question, Ashley and Mobile's last weekend,
- 27:22Speaker 1: my sorority sister and her rude husband stayed at my house.
- 27:26Speaker 1: He walked past my bedroom while I was using my
- 27:28Speaker 1: toy to put me to sleep, and he yelled, get
- 27:31Speaker 1: a girl at the door. I can't believe he knew
- 27:34Speaker 1: what I was doing. He nicknamed me bumblebee, and I
- 27:37Speaker 1: put them out. It was my reaction to her, Well, girl,
- 27:45Speaker 1: well it wasn't the sound of the toy, and let
- 27:52Speaker 1: him know what you was doing. It was you income
- 27:57Speaker 1: combination with the toy. The buzzing of the bee could
- 28:03Speaker 1: have been anything, but it was the noises that you
- 28:11Speaker 1: could have been brushing your teeth. Son of care, got
- 28:13Speaker 1: the same sign. But now you were in here, holland
- 28:20Speaker 1: you got guests. He go by the dope, get a girl.
- 28:26Speaker 1: I know that's right, boy, you in that getting I
- 28:32Speaker 1: know that right? Is that the bumble bee or the
- 28:35Speaker 1: bunnet rabbit? Which one is that? Well, you got the
- 28:39Speaker 1: silver bullet, but he got jokes outside outside the door
- 28:45Speaker 1: with the joke. Is that the purple passion girls? One?
- 28:52Speaker 1: That is? I knew all of them, got one too.
- 29:01Speaker 1: All right, she got a ski. We thank you. Coming
- 29:07Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, entertainment news where
- 29:09Speaker 1: you right after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 29:12Speaker 1: Morning Show. Well, we all remember primetime Dion Sanders spent
- 29:18Speaker 1: much of last season unable to walk and had to
- 29:21Speaker 1: coach Jackson State University football team from a scooter walker
- 29:25Speaker 1: on the sideline well. A few days ago, Dion shared
- 29:29Speaker 1: a post on Instagram and revealed that he recently lost
- 29:32Speaker 1: two toes due to amputation. Dion began experiencing bloodclot in
- 29:38Speaker 1: his left foot after a series of past foot surgeries.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Take a listen to Prime and his Beyonce Tracy Tracy
- 29:45Speaker 1: Edmonds to talk about this procedure, that final procedure, the
- 29:49Speaker 1: amputation of his big toe and his second toe, which
- 29:55Speaker 1: was very emotional, pretty good, and it was so scary.
- 30:01Speaker 1: It looks good, Okay, what we're going to do. The
- 30:10Speaker 1: hardest thing of it all was to look down there
- 30:14Speaker 1: and see that and understand. You know, once upon a
- 30:18Speaker 1: time he was this type of athlete and this you
- 30:22Speaker 1: don't even know if you're gonna walk because all you
- 30:26Speaker 1: feel is pain and you just want to get out
- 30:29Speaker 1: of this hospital and you just want to get out. Wow.
- 30:33Speaker 1: I had no idea he lost big too. I don't know.
- 30:37Speaker 1: We love you, Prime, yeah, I love me some Prime
- 30:42Speaker 1: Time buddy gig. All right, So, um, more of his
- 30:49Speaker 1: circumstances will be featured in a six part docuseries chronicling
- 30:53Speaker 1: his first season, It's had football coach at Jackson State University.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Our prayers are going out to him. Are we love crime?
- 31:02Speaker 1: Damn dog? I mean, man, when I tell you, one
- 31:07Speaker 1: of the coolest dudes I've ever met. It has never
- 31:13Speaker 1: been a moment in my career since I've known him
- 31:17Speaker 1: that he saw me publicly going through something that that
- 31:20Speaker 1: brother didn't call me and sit with me. Not one.
- 31:25Speaker 1: I'm talking about every single thing that brother called me
- 31:30Speaker 1: and gave me encouragement. Always to this day he calls amen, Wow, Yeah,
- 31:42Speaker 1: it ain't a lot of people like that. Yeah, all right,
- 31:46Speaker 1: yeah exactly, or really switch gears here and talk about
- 31:56Speaker 1: some other entertainment news or other news period of video
- 32:00Speaker 1: gone viral. Another racist Karen having a racial meltdown. Here
- 32:05Speaker 1: we go again. Did you see the video on social
- 32:08Speaker 1: media of a white Karen throwing and destroying Black Lives
- 32:12Speaker 1: Matters candles at walmart in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Kenosha, Wisconsin. Karen's
- 32:18Speaker 1: real name is Magdalena shi Kanowski and Sikanowski, and she's
- 32:23Speaker 1: a forty two year old woman. She yells black lives matter,
- 32:27Speaker 1: and then she yelled some obscene vulgar language repeatedly as
- 32:31Speaker 1: she threw about thirteen candles down down the store aisles.
- 32:36Speaker 1: While Karen was able to drive away before the cops
- 32:38Speaker 1: arrived at the scene, she was allegedly caught after performing
- 32:42Speaker 1: a similar out first at Walgreen. Candle Karen has been
- 32:46Speaker 1: charged with criminal damage to the property Candle Karen, and
- 32:50Speaker 1: the portly conduct. She posted bond and its due back
- 32:54Speaker 1: in court on April first. We all know this area
- 32:58Speaker 1: of Kenosha, Wisconsin. I'm sure it sounds familiar. That's the
- 33:02Speaker 1: same city where the white seventeen year old boy Kyle
- 33:04Speaker 1: Rittenhouse shot and killed two people during a Black Lives
- 33:08Speaker 1: Matter protest. So they just raised them up there. It's
- 33:13Speaker 1: a breeding ground, man, Come on. But I saw her
- 33:18Speaker 1: on tape. So so she got arrested. Yeah she she
- 33:22Speaker 1: um but yeah, but she posted bond. They caught her.
- 33:27Speaker 1: She did the same She went down the street and
- 33:29Speaker 1: did the same thing at Walgreens. We didn't do that too,
- 33:32Speaker 1: plates property. Yeah, so so she was charged again with
- 33:38Speaker 1: criminal damage to the property and disorderly conduct. But she
- 33:41Speaker 1: was able to get in her car and drive away,
- 33:45Speaker 1: because if she wasn't, you know, if she was black. Yeah,
- 33:48Speaker 1: she didn't get ground and nothing or killed. No, yeah,
- 33:54Speaker 1: they didn't accidentally pull a gun out instead of the
- 33:56Speaker 1: taste right now. Nope, you lived to be racist another day.
- 34:02Speaker 1: So where did they arrest her at? It was at
- 34:05Speaker 1: a halfway house. That's where they found her because they
- 34:08Speaker 1: were able to see her license plate at the Walgreens.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Once she did that and so halfway house, she ran
- 34:18Speaker 1: to wait was she working at the halfway house or
- 34:22Speaker 1: she going back to check in? I'm not quite sure.
- 34:26Speaker 1: I think she was going back on this one, because
- 34:31Speaker 1: I can tell you right now, that's a probation violation.
- 34:38Speaker 1: I can tell you if you were at the halfway black, Steve, Yes,
- 34:42Speaker 1: if that's a violated you violated parole. You can't get
- 34:46Speaker 1: in no trouble on parole. Well, but they were not
- 34:51Speaker 1: supposed to sit her down. If she was on parole,
- 34:53Speaker 1: and you get convicted and you rested for a crime,
- 34:56Speaker 1: you go sit in jails. You have your hearing. Like
- 35:02Speaker 1: Shirley said, though, oh I'm sorry white, Oh yeah, keep
- 35:08Speaker 1: my bad. Yes, yeah, get directing like we don't live
- 35:14Speaker 1: in a racist society and all of that. I was
- 35:16Speaker 1: just giving you the law that oh us. It only
- 35:20Speaker 1: applies to us evidently. Yeah, you know they do have
- 35:26Speaker 1: a different constitution, it seems like they do, and different laws. Yes, different,
- 35:31Speaker 1: different way different. All right. Coming up at twenty minutes
- 35:33Speaker 1: after we're moving on now health, it's wealth. We'll talk

- 38:57Speaker 1: voicemail right after this age seven seven twenty nine, Steve,
- 39:01Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve,
- 39:07Speaker 1: time to check your voicemails. Let's see what the people
- 39:10Speaker 1: are talking about. If you would like to leave Steve
- 39:12Speaker 1: a boicemail, call us at eight seven seven twenty nine.
- 39:15Speaker 1: Steve eight seven seven twenty nine. Steve, you can hear
- 39:17Speaker 1: your message on the air. Steve, are you're ready this cut,
- 39:22Speaker 1: we'll get to the mic. He said, I was too
- 39:26Speaker 1: close to it, so I decided to back up away. Yeah,
- 39:34Speaker 1: all right. The first color is from Buffalo, New York. Hello,
- 39:37Speaker 1: Calor are you there, hi, Steve? This is Clara from
- 39:40Speaker 1: Niagara Falls, New York. I just want to say I
- 39:44Speaker 1: love leaves from Steve Harvey. But it's big looks under
- 39:48Speaker 1: that well groom mustache. I watched Family Food every day
- 39:53Speaker 1: and now judge Steve, which gives me an hour's worth.
- 39:56Speaker 1: The last I celebrate you Steve's success. Unto you continue
- 40:01Speaker 1: to do what you're doing successfully. God bless love you,
- 40:05Speaker 1: but die you know, thank you for the compliment, baby,
- 40:09Speaker 1: But you know what, it's back the backhand ass insult
- 40:12Speaker 1: about the big lips under the well groom. No, she
- 40:17Speaker 1: like them. It wasn't insult, It wasn't backhanded. No. Well, okay, well,
- 40:23Speaker 1: I'm just saying, sweet, you watch yourself. Now. That was
- 40:26Speaker 1: from you know, I'm an underdeveloped Christian. This call, get
- 40:33Speaker 1: your limp in. It is all right. This caller left
- 40:42Speaker 1: the message wants to know who gave you the authority. Yo. See,
- 40:46Speaker 1: I don't know who gave you the authority to go
- 40:49Speaker 1: and teach the scriptures or tell anybody or to inform
- 40:53Speaker 1: anybody about the scripture. Okay, you can't go around saying
- 40:57Speaker 1: all people are simple. First of all, you don't know
- 40:59Speaker 1: what sin it. And if you don't know what the
- 41:01Speaker 1: sin is, how can you classify everybody has to sin nerve.
- 41:05Speaker 1: First of all, just because you make a mistake, that
- 41:07Speaker 1: don't classify you as a sinner. Okay, if I shoot
- 41:11Speaker 1: a basketball, that doesn't clarify me as a basketball player. Stood,
- 41:15Speaker 1: you wanted to touch bass, you know, to see uh
- 41:18Speaker 1: to get some clarity and uh, some edification or what
- 41:22Speaker 1: you talk talking about, because you're informing the people wrong. Well,
- 41:26Speaker 1: my dear brother, Uh, first, first of all, it's clarification
- 41:31Speaker 1: edifications for uplim Oh, nobody gave me the authority. I
- 41:39Speaker 1: am repeating what I've learned over the years. We are
- 41:44Speaker 1: all sinners, saved by grace. Now the why I'm repeating
- 41:51Speaker 1: that from is the Bible. So the Bible gave you
- 41:56Speaker 1: the authority? And who gave me the authority to say that?
- 41:58Speaker 1: Was the author Now I don't know what You're mad
- 42:03Speaker 1: and me fault for calling you a sinner because we
- 42:07Speaker 1: are all sinners. Because there is none perfect, no, not
- 42:12Speaker 1: one that is not a person alive that's capable of
- 42:16Speaker 1: living without sitting And how do I know what's I
- 42:20Speaker 1: know what seeing is. Don't sit him in talking about
- 42:23Speaker 1: how you know what seeing is. I know exactly what
- 42:25Speaker 1: seeing is. When you're doing something that's wrong, now, just
- 42:28Speaker 1: because you don't want to call it wrong, don't stop
- 42:32Speaker 1: it from being a scene. Sit down. Let me give
- 42:35Speaker 1: you an example. According to the scripture, sex outside your
- 42:40Speaker 1: marriage is wrong. I've been wrong before. They ain't no

- 55:01Speaker 1: the strawberry LETTA thank you nephew. Subject his wife is
- 55:05Speaker 1: using me. That was crazy, Steve. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm
- 55:09Speaker 1: a thirty seven year old single woman and I'm seeing
- 55:12Speaker 1: a married man. Ever since his wife found out, she's
- 55:15Speaker 1: been harassing me, and now she's using me to keep
- 55:18Speaker 1: her husband out of her way. I met her husband
- 55:21Speaker 1: four years ago at a nail salon and he paid
- 55:23Speaker 1: for my nail services. His wife was there too, but
- 55:27Speaker 1: she was not paying attention to what was going on.
- 55:30Speaker 1: Right in her face. He got my business card and
- 55:33Speaker 1: started in on me, trying to get me to sleep
- 55:35Speaker 1: with him. He didn't ask for a date or anything else.
- 55:38Speaker 1: He got right to it and asked for sex. I
- 55:41Speaker 1: appreciated that about him, but I didn't have sex with
- 55:45Speaker 1: him until two years later. He got sprung. Annie started
- 55:49Speaker 1: falling asleep at my house. And going home the next morning.
- 55:52Speaker 1: I told him. I told him I didn't want to
- 55:56Speaker 1: be in the middle of any marital drama because this
- 55:59Speaker 1: was I didn't want to be in the middle of
- 56:04Speaker 1: any marital drama because this was supposed to be something
- 56:07Speaker 1: fun between me and him. He's an amazing lover, so
- 56:11Speaker 1: I had no problems with him until all the drama
- 56:14Speaker 1: started with his wife. She found out and confronted me
- 56:19Speaker 1: at my job. She told me she was cheating too,
- 56:23Speaker 1: and offered to pay me to keep her husband occupied. Yeah.
- 56:29Speaker 1: She used to call me repeatedly to see if I
- 56:32Speaker 1: was with her husband so she could sneak out with
- 56:34Speaker 1: her boothang. I had to block her calls. Then she
- 56:37Speaker 1: came back to my job asking for a huge favorite.
- 56:41Speaker 1: She's given me more money to distract her husband for
- 56:44Speaker 1: a week while she's in a ruba with her boothang.
- 56:47Speaker 1: I got one thousand dollars, but I don't want to
- 56:50Speaker 1: be bothered with her husband for an entire week. I
- 56:53Speaker 1: took the money, so I guess it's a done deal.
- 56:55Speaker 1: I swear this has got to be the weirdest marriage ever.
- 56:59Speaker 1: Should I tell my boyfriend what his wife is doing?
- 57:02Speaker 1: Or should I let her keep paying me and using
- 57:05Speaker 1: me well the money. Uh yeah, from the beginning to end.
- 57:11Speaker 1: I mean, this letter is just beyond Christ, it really is.
- 57:15Speaker 1: There's nothing right about this letter. There's nothing right in
- 57:18Speaker 1: this letter. You're seeing a married man whose wife found out,
- 57:22Speaker 1: and now the wife is paying you to keep her
- 57:24Speaker 1: husband busy while she cheats on him with her booth thing.
- 57:28Speaker 1: What where do they do this? It is just such
- 57:33Speaker 1: a mess. And you're so right in saying this has
- 57:36Speaker 1: to be the weirdest marriage ever. But it's not just them,
- 57:39Speaker 1: it's you too. You're taking the money. You're part of
- 57:41Speaker 1: the weirdness. You could have taken yourself out of this
- 57:44Speaker 1: stuff a long time ago. I mean, you're getting paid
- 57:46Speaker 1: for something you were doing for free while wife is
- 57:50Speaker 1: out frolicking in Aruba with her boothing. I mean, this
- 57:54Speaker 1: is just crazy. So so what do you What do
- 57:57Speaker 1: you want from us? Again? What are you writing us
- 58:00Speaker 1: for trying to figure this out? What do you want?
- 58:03Speaker 1: Because I got nothing other than to tell you to run. Okay,
- 58:08Speaker 1: And this is right here is what you call an entanglement, Jada. Okay,
- 58:11Speaker 1: this is a very complicated and troublesome situation right here,
- 58:15Speaker 1: and no, of course, don't tell the husband about his
- 58:19Speaker 1: wife unless you really want to see how much he
- 58:21Speaker 1: doesn't care about you. Because what is that gonna do anyway,
- 58:26Speaker 1: you know, because more confusion. If you get out and
- 58:28Speaker 1: leave these people alone, I think your problems will be solved. Steve,
- 58:34Speaker 1: I don't have any advice for you, so just let
- 58:36Speaker 1: me get that out the way. After listening to Shirley
- 58:39Speaker 1: read this letter, I have no advice for you. That
- 58:41Speaker 1: you have some questions, and I do have some accusations.
- 58:47Speaker 1: I do have a few concerns, and I'm extremely inquisitive
- 58:52Speaker 1: about this entire thing. I don't know who you are
- 58:56Speaker 1: right now, but I like it. I don't like news
- 58:59Speaker 1: anchor person. This is Lester Hope. I'm Lester Hope, and
- 59:05Speaker 1: this is Dateline, thirty seven year old single woman and
- 59:10Speaker 1: I'm seeing a married man. Ever since his wifetown found out,
- 59:13Speaker 1: she's been harassing me and now she's using me to
- 59:16Speaker 1: keep her husband out of her way. Now I know,
- 59:19Speaker 1: y'all black, Why this sounds so white? That's the first
- 59:29Speaker 1: takeaway from this letter. I know they're black, yet this
- 59:36Speaker 1: sounds so white. Everybody in this letter is cheap housepid
- 59:45Speaker 1: of some really simple ways to get get some things accomplishing.
- 59:49Speaker 1: We'll be going over that with Lester Hope from dateline.
- 59:55Speaker 1: I'm Lester Hope. Go ahead, seems respond coming up at
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after his wife is using me as
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: the subject. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: You're listening show, All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: today's crazy strawberry letter. The subject is his wife is
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: using me. Well, let's go through the letter and stop
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: at every pivotal moment. Okay, I'm a thirty seven year
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: old single woman and I'm single married man. That's pivotal.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: That happens, nothing new every since his wife found out
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: breaks what and you still typing? Right? All right? Facts,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: she's been harassing me and now she's using me to
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: keep her husband out of her way. Wait a minute,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: what this is a movie? It is I bet her
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: husband four years ago at a nail salon, and he
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: paid for my nail services. Junior, Yes, sir, I didn't know.
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: It was dizzy easy. Yeah, you can get a chick
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: by paying for her nail services. His wife was there too,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: but she was not paying attention to what was going
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: on right in her face, just just boardn't done this befoul.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: He got my business card and started in on me.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: How did he get this woman's business card right away?
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: I'm assuming I don't know. I was thinking she worked
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: at the nail salon because later on they go back
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: up there and go to her job. But I don't
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: know him. Anyway, he got a business card. I don't
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: know how I did that. I don't know what woman
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: missed that husband over there getting the woman's business card.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: How she missed that, I don't know. Uh. And he
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: started in on me right away, trying to get me
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: to sleep with him. He didn't ask for a date
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: or anything else. He got right to it and asked
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: for sex. I appreciated that about him, Yeah, again appreciation.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: I appreciated that he recognizing me, the ability not to
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: mess around. You can just get right to it with me,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: because I'm that kind of girl. And he spotted it
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: right away. He knew when he paid for your nails.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: But I didn't have sex with him. And to two
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: years later, he got sprung and he started falling asleep
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: at my house and going home the next morning. What
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: why they do that? At what do you mean kept
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: falling asleep at my house going home the next morning. Boy,
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: you mean you did it more than once? This is alarming.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: I told him how they want to be of any
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: marital drama because he was supposed to be something fun
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: just between me and him. He's an amazing lover, so
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: I had no problems with him until all the drama
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: started with his wife. She found out and confronted me
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: at my job so she didn't found the business car
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: all went back up to the Neil salon and did
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: some research and found out where you work. She told
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: me she was cheating too, and offered to pay me
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: to keep her husband occupied. What is this not amazing? Yeah? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: you wait a minute. You couldn't pay me chat with
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: Joe partner, She would do it for free. Oh my god,
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: I mean it right? Where where's this arrangement up? She
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: used to call me repeatedly to see if I was
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: with her husand so she could sneak out with her
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: boothing what I had to block her calls? Why don't
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: block the cars, you're blocking the money. Then she came
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: back to my job to help to know where you work,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: asking for a huge favor. She has given me more
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: money to distract her husband for a week. Now, that
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: means she's been taking the money, y'all, Yes, because she
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: up the yaya and gave her more money to attract
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: her husband for a week while she's in the ruble
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: with her booth thing. Or wait, maun hold on, how
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: do you distract somebody for a damn week? Wait a minute,
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: I'm gonna distract you for a week, and I'm not
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: gonna notice that my wife is missing for a week.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Dog at the country. Dog. She ain't been at the house,
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: luggage gone, ain't no spoons and fox laying around, Ben
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: ain't ruffled up. She just ain't here for a week. Boyne, Yeah,
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: got the guy. I got a thousand dollars. But I
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: don't want to be bothered with her husband for an
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: entire week. I know that's right. Yeah, most wise, don't
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: want to be bothered with the huband for an entire week.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: Everybody need to break every nine there, So I guess
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: it's I took the money, so I guess it's a
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: done deal. I swear this has got to be the
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: weirdest marriage ever. Should I tell my boyfriend what his
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: wife is doing? Or should I let her keep paying me?
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: And using me. Are you stupid? This arrangement that y'all have,
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: it's perfect for you. She knows about you, and she's
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: accepted you. And not only has she accepted you, she's
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: paying you. Listen, why would you tell him what she's doing?
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: You just said you don't want to be bothered with
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: him for a whole week. Now he gonna want to stay. Now,
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: you haven't to let this continue. All you got to
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: do is tell him to take this thousand dollars and
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: you want to go somewhere for a week with him.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: Thank you for writing this wonderful letter because in all
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: my years, I've never heard of this. Thank you. I've

- 1:07:28Speaker 1: Do you think you can play quarterback with your ability
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: right now for fifty mil a season? Yeah? Right now,

- 1:07:45Speaker 1: I'm doing everything. He didn't think. Oh no, Junior, yeah,
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: all that. Every time you napping to me, man, I'm
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: gonna let him have this ball. Every time we get
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: the ball, it's a fumble. I'm not dropping back trying

- 1:08:13Speaker 1: A fifty million and fumbling. Hey, folks, listen, you know
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: it's been a long time since I played the game,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: you know, or I knew when I signed the contractor ship.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: Just give me a few weeks to get my barons.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: I don't you know. The speed of the game is
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: a bit much for me. I didn't know it. And
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: then the size of these men coming at me, and
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: then you know, just at sixty five, I just didn't know. Yeah,
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: I was. I had asked to just catch me and
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: I'll fall down. Man, I want to I want to
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: give some encouragement man to Russell Westbrook Man, he's saying
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: that he's tired of the criticism of his play. He
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: says he can deal with the thing that's said about
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: him on the court, but just leave his family out
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: of it. You know, Russell Man, you're still a great
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: player man off season, that's all it is. Man. I'm
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: proud of you. Brother. You also making forty five million, Russell.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: It's just in a position in a place where he
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: can't be the Russell Westbrook that he's been right because
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: he has to play with Lebron. Yeah, and that takes
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: away from him being the player he is. That's not
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: a dog against Lebron. No, you know, well, we just
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: we're just proud of you, Russe hanging the man. All right, Junior,
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: thank you. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: we'll talk about divorce right after this. I'm excited you're
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: listening to Stay Morning show. All right. Kim Kardashian longs
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: for the day when things finally calmed down and Kanye
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: accepts the reality of the situation that she has moved on. Unfortunately, Yay,
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: on the other hand, is having a harder time moving
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: on after sharing a poem on divorce the other day.
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: Listen to this, Junior, No one, this is this is
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: Gaye's lyrics. Now, no one wanted to tell me I
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: was dead and only people that would talk to me
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: were in my head. And the last line is that's
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: because you ain't take your maid. Now you at home
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: and sit talking to them, damn people, that's in your head. Okay,
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: another another crazy divorce story. Speaking of divorce a bilion,
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: But hold, let let me say, this divorce is tough, man. Yeah,
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: and this is his first one and he don't know it.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: But you got to remember what he tried to the
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: way he tried to cope with it by getting the
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: Kim look alike and dating the other girl at the
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: fashion shows and them going all the shows that didn't
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: fix it on that did not fix it for him,
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: And who he really loves and who he really wants
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: is back over there now and now she's gone. Yeah,
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: and now you've feen to be playing mazes can't get
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: over you for a long time. So after his second divorce,
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: aren't him be able to handle it them? Yeah? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: you get way better at it, because it's gonna if
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: he get married again, it's gonna be a second. Yeah.
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: You think, oh my god, if he gets married again,
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: until he's got to meet the woman that says, hey,
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: you you are better than this, and he believed her,
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: And you have to stop doing this because you got
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: people feeling this way. You got to get back to
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: this and I know, but until he finds her, he
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: can't get it right. All right, Well, let me tell
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: you about this other divorce. A Brazilian playboy model who
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: married herself last year because she was disappointed. Maybe they
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: should get together. She married herself because she was disappointed
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: with her previous relationships. Well, she's decided to split from herself.
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: She's thirty four years old. Her name is Chris Galera.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: Married herself in an actual wedding ceremony. This happened last September, okay,
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: after finding out there was no law prohibiting her from
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: doing it. But now six months later, she's decided that
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: a committed relationship is just not for hers. It's just
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: not in the cards. Got tired, huh exactly? And she
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: wants to return to the single party life all right,
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: because you know, the carnival is coming up in Brazil
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: next month, so she wants to be ready for that.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: And she didn't want to cheat on her self. She
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: got divorced with herself so she could be free to
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: find somebody else. Lord, mercy, break down. She ain't gonna
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: ever get married. Ain't nobody signing up for this? No?
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: Do she know Kanye? They might make a good couple. Hey, Hey, hey,
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: looking for a really hot schizophrenic dating experience? Man? No,
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: what number do you call? Yeah? This is crazy, it
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: really is. She married herself, and now she's divorcing herself
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: because she didn't like being married to herself, like you said. Okay,
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: so now let me ask you a question. With all
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: this conversation of mental health issues and everything which we
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: know is real, Ye, don't sound like that's what that is?
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: He ass is great, Yeah, that's right. Damn self and
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: then divorced yourself. Who else gonna won't you? Coming up
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: in twenty minutes, we'll hear from the Earl of Atingham
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: right after this you're listening to show is the Earl
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: of Nottingham here we need him? Thus the music that
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: the hogs absolutely wonderful, Heir dolling, Hello, Hello, Earl wonderful.
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: Oh everything is absolutely okay. Well, um, we're hearing reports
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: that the Queen has permanently moved out of Buckingham Palace. Okay,
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: this has been her dress for a long, long, long, long,
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: long long time. I've heard that same thing. I haven't
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: gone upstairs. I remained out of sight, so I can
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: clearly be out of mind. There's also the white woman
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: is gone. My black dass doesn't stand the chime. I'm
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: down in the bowels of the palace, chilling, trying to
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: stay all the way. What the hell is going on?
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: White people make ways? So why would you leave the
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: palace while you're going you're down there one hundred. You've
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: never lived anywhere. She got a restaurant. You can't stay
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: at a hotel. You don't know anything about room service.
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: It's just crazy. She's never coming back. Oh my god,
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: I don't want to leave the palace. Why would you stop?
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: White people always trying to feel pain, But it's not necessary,
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: Thank you, earl. We gotta get out of here. Coming
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: up at thirty three minutes after the hour, we'll play
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: around it. Would you rather with the guys right after this?
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show? Time now
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: for would you rather? Guys? Okay, would you rather not
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: cut your fingernails for a year or not cut your
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: toe enails for a year? Which one got in the public.
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: We gotta be seen with these frank nails. Yeah, I
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: get some bigger shoes, get bigger, but a year of
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: tone nails? Though, that's that's pretty I don't know what
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: that is. That ain't a pretty sight though, though, no
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: it is not. And don't lay up. We just we're
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: throw it's so fair a gamo. They just didn't cut
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: a hole straight foot foot over there, just looking like talents,
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: just sitting up there, you big, all right? So would
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: you rather sleep than a doghouse? Or would you rather
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: let straight dogs sleep in your bed? Which one? I've
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: been a dog house? No, a dog's doghouse, not a
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: man's dog. That's how feel sa ain't a straight dog
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: getting in my bed. So you're gonna sleep in the
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: dog hull? Come from dogy. That's a long night though,
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: think about it. No door breeze. I don't have a
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: raccoon pass about here a couple of hours ago. Who
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: is rough out here? Man? It's quiet all right, So
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: I'm not fitting to be there with that straight dog.
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: I look over there, he licking himself. Man, If you
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: don't show as out of this with all that, leave
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: Angie all right scratching? That is making me all right?
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: Would you rather hunt and butcher your own meat? Hunting
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: butcher your own meat? Would you you put you want
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: to do that? Okay? Or would you or would you
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: rather never eat meat again? I'm all day you would
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: hundred and butcher it yourself? Yeah? Yeah, yes, you eat
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: what you kill kill, you know, what I mean times
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: I've been one hundred my grandfather near field dressing deal. No,
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: I didn't run a chicken neck. Come up out of
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: the kidding. I'm not going to not do meat. What
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: I'm a bottom. That's some nice yams. We're gonna put
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: some yams on grill. You want some beyond burgers? Body
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: want that mold college flower boys hit a thing about me? Man?
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: Why all vegans and vegetation try to make stuff? Make
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: it taste like meat? Damn meat. We'll be back with
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: our last break of the day and forty nine minutes
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: after and of course some closing remarks from the one
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: and only Steve Harvey right after this. You're listening to
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Here we are, guys, our last
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: break of the day on this Thursday. It's been a
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: good day. Hyeah. Yeah. Once again, our prayers going out
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: to Dion Sanders. Yes, sir, yeah man yeah, prime time baby.
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: We love from him, love him all good. He didn't change, HBCU.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: That's for dog gonna show. I think more professional retire
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: from ball players should follow his lead and co HBCUs.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: I think that's wonderful what he's doing now. I think
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: We need to preface that I agree with what you're
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: saying one hundred percent, but we've got to start making
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: We've got to take better care of HBCUs. We got
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: to don out our money, to donate our money to
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: hbu CUS. If you're making charitable contributions, look at HBCU.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: So we can continue the tradition, but build great facilities
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: for these kids to go to. And when you have
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: more money than you can hire top quality people, more attractor.
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: That's right, yeah, because ain't nobody's just gonna go down
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: here for free now, because people still got to earn
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: a living. So we got to do better by these HBCUs.
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: That's all green. Hey, My closing remarks today are simple.
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: I wish that everybody could find their purpose in life.
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: I wish that everybody could find and have the joy
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: of waking up and be excited about waking up. I
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: wish that everybody could find the passion that makes their
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: heartbeat on a daily basis. Because then, folks, that's living now,
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: you living. You notice I didn't say anything about money,
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: because money don't make you living have a great life.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: It's what you're doing with your life that makes you
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: have a great life. There are coaches that wake up
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: excited about going to work today that don't make a
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: ton of money, but they're excited about the effect and
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: the change that they'll have on some young person's life today,
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: the guidance that they'll provide. There are some teachers who
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: are so sorely underpaid who wake up and find fulfillment
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: and joy and sharing and teaching our young people of today.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: There are nurses who go to work who are passionate
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: about helping it healing people now. Doctors who go to
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: work who have all days I've ever wanted to do
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: was be a doctor. That people have fly planes. That
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: are people who are drivers out there who have always
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: wanted to be out on the open road, drive eighteen wheelers.
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: I know them cats out there. Man. It's a lot
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: of people, man, that's living their life that way. I
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: wish everybody could wake up and be passionate. Everybody could
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: wake up and be excited. Everybody could wake up with
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: a purpose. I'm telling you, man, if you can find
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: the passion, the excitement and the purpose now you live
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: in now you live in and sometimes to find that
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: you can't seek it in money, Because I'm telling you
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: from firsthand experience. It is the acquisition of money and
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: the hunt for money that has caused me some of
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: my greatest planes. But what I really got content with
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: was when I found the stuff that I could be
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: passionate about, excited about, have a purpose about. The main
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: focus of my being right now is my philanthropic work.
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: But I had this life. God actually made me famous
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: so that I could do more for other people. That's why,
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: speaking on a motivational level, it's so important to me.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: It's an open and conscientious decision that I've made to
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: share the things I've learned in my sixty five trips
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: around the sun. That's a lot of trips around the sun.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: And to be as blessed as I am, it would
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: be ill of me not to share with everybody some
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: of the things I know. Because in order for you
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: to be passionate, excited and purpose in life, you just
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: need a few pieces of information, and I want to
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: be willing to share those pieces of information. It's it's
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: listen to me. Knowing the principles of success are easy.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: You can read them, you can look them up, you
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: can listen to motivational take. The hard part is applying them.
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: To your life. That's the hard part, and what makes
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: it so hard for most people is something in you
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: makes it think, well, that's day life. That's not my life.
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: That's a true statement. That is day life. That's not
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: your life. But what about your life though? Why is
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: it that your life can't be filled with excitement, with passion?
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: Why is it your life can't have perfect because when
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: God designed you, that's what he designed it for. Or
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: have you allowed the devil to trick you, to rob
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: you of your destiny, to make you think, well, it
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: ain't the Lord's will. If it ain't happen yet, it
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: ain't gonna ever happen. Oh so the devil got you
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: think it just caused its delayed. That that means it's denied.
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: Oh so the devil got you thinking you ain't worth it.
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: Oh so the devil got you thinking that's for other people,
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: not for you. Could that be happening to you? What
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: if it is? You need to go talk to God
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: and you need to put yourself in front of him
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: and just say, hey, God, look here, I'm struggling with
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: this thing. I really would like to learn my passion.
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: I really would like to wake up exciting. I really
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: would like to know my purpose, And I'm asking you
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: for one thing to help me discover my purpose so
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: I can be excited about waking up and passionate about
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: doing it. If you ask God to help show you
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: your purpose to create your passionate excitement, I bet you
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: he'll do it. And one of the reasons that most
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: people don't know that is because they've never asked a
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: person that created him pushes God allmight how to try that.
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: Those are my close laws. God willing will see y'all tomorrow. Hey,
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: look y'all talk to God. I'm telling he loved to
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: hear from you. He really would. For all Steve Every
