- 0:05Speaker 1: Know y'all at all?
- 0:12Speaker 3: Don't given them black.
- 0:15Speaker 1: The million bush? Yeah, listen to show.
- 0:38Speaker 4: I want joy, ye joy? You don't you turn? You
- 1:24Speaker 4: gotta turn.
- 1:27Speaker 5: We got to turn the mouth, turn.
- 1:43Speaker 1: The probably, got to turn the mouth, water the money.
- 1:55Speaker 6: Come.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Come on, you think that a huh? I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 7: Good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice, Come
- 2:07Speaker 7: on dig me now.
- 2:08Speaker 6: One and only.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 6: Man.
- 2:13Speaker 7: If y'all only knew, I think I'll tell you to
- 2:16Speaker 7: you this morning man started off real crazy. But it's
- 2:21Speaker 7: just those little mishaps where we as people who are
- 2:25Speaker 7: striving to be successful, that makes all the difference in
- 2:29Speaker 7: the world. When you have those little minor things that
- 2:32Speaker 7: come up, you can't let the minor things stop you.
- 2:36Speaker 7: You've got to keep pressing forward. Now, Could I have
- 2:40Speaker 7: played the role of where is my car? Where is
- 2:43Speaker 7: my car?
- 2:44Speaker 1: Oh?
- 2:44Speaker 7: Where is my car? Instead of hustling and grab a cab?
- 2:50Speaker 7: So what am I? Am I above a cab ride?
- 2:53Speaker 6: Now?
- 2:54Speaker 7: Or do I have to look at the bigger picture
- 2:56Speaker 7: and say, okay, I could act like a little spoiled
- 2:59Speaker 7: brat type of star and go I don't ride in cabs,
- 3:02Speaker 7: or where's my car? And then go to blaming people
- 3:05Speaker 7: for not having a car, or do I make the
- 3:07Speaker 7: adjustments because ain't like I ain't been in a cab
- 3:09Speaker 7: before now slow down. Ain't like I ain't never been
- 3:11Speaker 7: in a in a beat up car before, slow down.
- 3:15Speaker 7: Ain't ever like I ain't never had a car and
- 3:17Speaker 7: rode a bus before? Slow down. Ain't like I ain't
- 3:21Speaker 7: never been homeless before, and ain't have nowhere to go?
- 3:24Speaker 2: Slow down.
- 3:25Speaker 7: So in those moments right there, always remember where you
- 3:29Speaker 7: come from, but even more importantly, always remember where you
- 3:33Speaker 7: trying to go, because it's important for me that I
- 3:36Speaker 7: get here as many mornings as I possibly can. It's
- 3:40Speaker 7: important because that's the goal. And so many people allow
- 3:43Speaker 7: a minor things to stop them on their road to success.
- 3:46Speaker 7: And I'm giving you this example today not to say hey,
- 3:50Speaker 7: look at me, but to say to you, hey, listen
- 3:53Speaker 7: to me. There are going to be a lot of
- 3:55Speaker 7: things that's going to happen along your way to being successful,
- 3:57Speaker 7: and if you allow the small things to stop you,
- 4:00Speaker 7: there's no way you'll make it. You've got to always
- 4:02Speaker 7: press forward and stop looking at the situation for what
- 4:05Speaker 7: it is and look, sometimes you have to take your
- 4:07Speaker 7: eye off right now and put your eye in the future.
- 4:10Speaker 7: You know, God has blessed me in so many ways.
- 4:12Speaker 7: I mean, what can I say? You know, I ask
- 4:14Speaker 7: God for this syndicated show. He gives me a syndicated show.
- 4:18Speaker 7: Niact like I don't want to come to it. Hold on, man,
- 4:20Speaker 7: slow down. Did not you ask for this? Do I
- 4:24Speaker 7: not realize that there are certain people, man, who look
- 4:27Speaker 7: forward to this message in the morning. I've heard it
- 4:30Speaker 7: from people. So from the hundreds that I've heard it for,
- 4:34Speaker 7: that could represent thousands for all I know. So if
- 4:38Speaker 7: I think somebody's counting on me, I got to try
- 4:40Speaker 7: to get there and give something. So today I didn't
- 4:43Speaker 7: have any time at all to think about what I
- 4:45Speaker 7: might say. I just walk right in and the jingle
- 4:48Speaker 7: was playing, and so I decided to just tell you
- 4:50Speaker 7: about my day and maybe you can relate it to
- 4:53Speaker 7: something you going through along the way, because no matter
- 4:56Speaker 7: who you are, you're going to have some moments man,
- 4:58Speaker 7: where things are going to happen. And like I always
- 5:01Speaker 7: tell my kids, and I just had this conversation with
- 5:04Speaker 7: my little girl. It ain't that things ain't gonna happen.
- 5:07Speaker 7: It's how you handle what happens that matters. But it
- 5:10Speaker 7: don't matter. It's how you handle what happens that's the
- 5:14Speaker 7: determining factor on where you get in life and how
- 5:17Speaker 7: soon you get there and how long you stay there.
- 5:20Speaker 7: That will always be a mishap, something that's gonna throw
- 5:25Speaker 7: you off. There will always be something, man that could
- 5:29Speaker 7: deter you. That will be something somewhere, man, that will
- 5:33Speaker 7: make you doubt it. Now that you know that's gonna happen,
- 5:36Speaker 7: then let's talk about how you handle what happens, because
- 5:39Speaker 7: it's going to happen. So now what do you do
- 5:42Speaker 7: as a person when these moments come about in your life?
- 5:45Speaker 7: How do you handle?
- 5:47Speaker 2: Oh? Woe is me?
- 5:48Speaker 7: Oh?
- 5:49Speaker 2: I guess it wasn't meant to be.
- 5:51Speaker 6: Well.
- 5:52Speaker 2: If the Lord wanted me to have this, I'd have that.
- 5:55Speaker 7: How many damn many times you hear people say that,
- 5:57Speaker 7: You know, man, it really irks me.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Man.
- 6:00Speaker 7: Stop using God as your excuse. God ain't no excuse.
- 6:05Speaker 7: God is a reason. He's a reason why the good happens.
- 6:11Speaker 7: He's a reason. He's not an excuse. God don't have
- 6:15Speaker 7: no excuses And none of his scriptures or writings, not that.
- 6:18Speaker 7: He just don't make excuses. I would have done this.
- 6:21Speaker 7: But you know, there's a scripture that says the poor
- 6:25Speaker 7: will all shall always be amongst us.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Why that's got to be you.
- 6:30Speaker 7: Yeah, he said the poor will always be amongst us,
- 6:32Speaker 7: because you know, everybody ain't gonna follow the principles of success.
- 6:36Speaker 7: But he also said he came to give you life
- 6:38Speaker 7: and give it to you more abundantly. He said that too,
- 6:41Speaker 7: But oh no, you don't want to hear that because
- 6:43Speaker 7: your life kind of trip it out a little bit.
- 6:45Speaker 7: So now what you do with it? Now, you twist
- 6:47Speaker 7: it and you go to that one little scripture that
- 6:50Speaker 7: say well, the poor shall always be amongst us. Well,
- 6:54Speaker 7: that's put in there because that's that suggests in case, See,
- 6:58Speaker 7: that's a just in case all don't want to follow
- 7:01Speaker 7: the scriptures. That's just in case you don't understand that
- 7:05Speaker 7: faith without works is dead. That's just in case you
- 7:08Speaker 7: have not because you ask. Now, it's just in case
- 7:12Speaker 7: you don't believe and shall not doubt. He got all
- 7:15Speaker 7: that in that. But in case you don't want to
- 7:17Speaker 7: do that, there is a scripture that tells you what
- 7:20Speaker 7: will happen if you don't do it. And here it
- 7:22Speaker 7: is the poor shall always be amongst us. But then
- 7:25Speaker 7: you get that when they say, well, that's I guess
- 7:27Speaker 7: that's the lord's will. Lord's will, really, really, really really
- 7:33Speaker 7: that's amazing.
- 7:34Speaker 2: I just don't believe that about him.
- 7:36Speaker 7: I don't believe that God created your life to be
- 7:39Speaker 7: a life of misery. I think that we make decisions
- 7:44Speaker 7: along the way that cause us to have lives of misery.
- 7:47Speaker 7: But I really really just don't believe that God created
- 7:52Speaker 7: you for that. I've heard Nelson Mandela speak, and you know,
- 7:58Speaker 7: you gotta go wild. All those years in prison, Man,
- 8:03Speaker 7: what was it about When you hear him speak, you
- 8:05Speaker 7: understand what it was about. He said he always knew
- 8:09Speaker 7: he would be free one day. Now what he said
- 8:12Speaker 7: he never knew was he said, he never knew that
- 8:15Speaker 7: he would be the president of that country. Oh my goodness,
- 8:21Speaker 7: what a long way around. But he could have set
- 8:24Speaker 7: there and got involved in prison activities that wasn't up
- 8:29Speaker 7: to paw and things like that. And they said whenever
- 8:32Speaker 7: young inmates used to come in. He was telling the
- 8:34Speaker 7: story one time of how young inmates used to come
- 8:36Speaker 7: into the prison. They all sit around and talk to
- 8:39Speaker 7: him about what they were doing and how many kids
- 8:41Speaker 7: they had in their lives, and it helped them keep
- 8:43Speaker 7: track of the outside a little bit, and it kept
- 8:46Speaker 7: a sense of time for them, and it reminded me
- 8:49Speaker 7: to talk about what they left behind, and it kept
- 8:51Speaker 7: them going because something was greater on the other side.
- 8:56Speaker 7: Had he allowed that to stop him out the imprisonment,
- 9:00Speaker 7: which is a pretty major deal. Oh, by the way,
- 9:03Speaker 7: then guess what he would have never been the Nelson
- 9:06Speaker 7: Mandela that we know today. A martyr, a leader, a
- 9:09Speaker 7: great force. People want to go around him. Even people
- 9:13Speaker 7: that imprisoned him could not understand his staunch strength, his faith,
- 9:18Speaker 7: his unwavering commitment. They couldn't understand it. So things are
- 9:23Speaker 7: going to happen in your life, but it's how you
- 9:25Speaker 7: handle what happens doesn't matter.
- 9:26Speaker 2: So keep pushing, y'all.
- 9:27Speaker 7: Don't let the little things get in the way, okay,
- 9:30Speaker 7: And if you just sometimes you just don't know. I
- 9:32Speaker 7: got in a cab thinking I wasn't gonna make it,
- 9:34Speaker 7: but at least let's go see, let's try.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I made it. Now.
- 9:38Speaker 7: Guess what that gives me? Another piece of information that
- 9:41Speaker 7: I have and all I had to see it again today.
- 9:45Speaker 7: Guess what I said today, Man, sometime when it looked
- 9:48Speaker 7: like you aren't gonna make it, just go ahead on anywhere.
- 9:50Speaker 6: Now.
- 9:50Speaker 7: I could still be back there at the hotel talking
- 9:52Speaker 7: about where my car, but I got up in here
- 9:54Speaker 7: made it so now.
- 9:55Speaker 2: But y'all gonna do with it. Let's go.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morton and shall.
- 10:04Speaker 7: Ladies and gentlemen again. Or what a great day it
- 10:09Speaker 7: is today, What a wonderful opportunity God has presented to
- 10:13Speaker 7: us all that we are still here. And you know
- 10:16Speaker 7: what that simply means, y'all, that God ain't through with
- 10:19Speaker 7: you yet, that God still has something for you to receive.
- 10:23Speaker 2: He's yet to give to you.
- 10:25Speaker 7: And that's how I look at So I expect great
- 10:27Speaker 7: things today. I have the right attitude to align myself
- 10:32Speaker 7: with God's will and the powers.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Of the universe.
- 10:36Speaker 7: I speak positivity, I speak peace, I speak healing, I
- 10:42Speaker 7: speak renewal, and I speak faith. That's all I got
- 10:45Speaker 7: for you. If you're doing something to me and I
- 10:50Speaker 7: don't know about it, be very careful, be very careful.
- 10:55Speaker 7: I am telling you I'm one of his favorites. You
- 10:59Speaker 7: don't want come over here, Just go do something else.
- 11:02Speaker 7: As a matter of fact, just do you just wake
- 11:06Speaker 7: up and do a better version to you? Stop trying
- 11:08Speaker 7: to hurt people, all right, Steve Harvey, Mornshow, Shelton Strawberry,
- 11:12Speaker 7: callin for Real, Mississippi, Monica Jr. And the Legend that
- 11:15Speaker 7: is Nephew Tommy Jr. What's on your mind today?
- 11:18Speaker 6: Man?
- 11:19Speaker 2: Let me ask you something.
- 11:20Speaker 6: Uh, you was talking.
- 11:21Speaker 2: I saw your line talking. I just want to talk
- 11:23Speaker 2: about this more.
- 11:24Speaker 7: When you talk about everybody has a turnback moment, you
- 11:28Speaker 7: was talking about a turn back moment.
- 11:30Speaker 2: What do you mean by that? Did you what's your
- 11:31Speaker 2: turnback moment?
- 11:33Speaker 7: Well, everybody has a turnback moment. Everybody is faced with
- 11:36Speaker 7: a decision to either keep moving.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Forward or stop.
- 11:41Speaker 7: Everybody and you probably will have more than one of
- 11:45Speaker 7: those in your life. But if you think about it,
- 11:48Speaker 7: we've all had a decision to make. Do I keep trying,
- 11:52Speaker 7: Do I keep pressing forward, or do I let it go?
- 11:56Speaker 7: The problem is when you let it go, that's soul
- 12:01Speaker 7: because now you will never know what was truly in
- 12:05Speaker 7: store for you had you kept going. Quitting giving up, man,
- 12:09Speaker 7: is a bad habit to develop. And the more you quit,
- 12:14Speaker 7: the more you give up, the easier it gets. So
- 12:17Speaker 7: you gotta develop a stick to itiveness that's beyond reproach. See,
- 12:23Speaker 7: let me tell you some of this is not bragging.
- 12:26Speaker 7: I'm unbeatable. You can't beat me. If your job is
- 12:31Speaker 7: to defeat Steve Harvey, if your job is to destroy
- 12:34Speaker 7: Steve Harvey, please, man, get yourself another job to go do,
- 12:38Speaker 7: because you're not gonna win, because I'm not gonna give up.
- 12:41Speaker 7: I'm not gonna quit. It's hard to beat somebody that
- 12:44Speaker 7: ain't finna quit, man, it's hard to beat somebody. I'm
- 12:47Speaker 7: unbeatable in that department. And the reason I'm unbeatable because
- 12:51Speaker 7: I belong to him. I know who I am, and
- 12:55Speaker 7: I know whose I am, and I belong to him.
- 12:58Speaker 7: No matter what you say, you have no say so
- 13:02Speaker 7: in my life. You're you're not the architect of my future.
- 13:05Speaker 7: You're not the author of this book. So you can
- 13:08Speaker 7: write what you want to write, you can type it,
- 13:10Speaker 7: you can put it online. You're not it.
- 13:16Speaker 2: You're a cliff you ain't even a cliff. Note.
- 13:19Speaker 7: You're not really even a qualified critic. And you know
- 13:23Speaker 7: why you're not a qualified critic because I don't take
- 13:26Speaker 7: I don't take criticism from people. I don't take advice
- 13:28Speaker 7: from so turning back. Everybody has a turnback moment. But
- 13:35Speaker 7: you just got to get there.
- 13:38Speaker 6: I don't.
- 13:38Speaker 2: I'm not no man.
- 13:41Speaker 1: All right, we'll hear from the nephew coming up. Would
- 13:43Speaker 1: run that frank back right after this. You're listening Steve
- 13:48Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Hey, everyone, quick health question. Even though

- 15:17Speaker 6: you know, I got some things on that that's been
- 15:19Speaker 6: bothered me for a minute, and I you know, I
- 15:21Speaker 6: just I just kind of wanted to reach out to
- 15:23Speaker 6: you and you know, just kind of have like a
- 15:25Speaker 6: little little heart to heart talk with you.

- 15:27Speaker 6: So maybe you know, uh you know, we can get
- 15:30Speaker 6: things in a a in a better position. But I
- 15:32Speaker 6: just wanted I just wanted me and you to have
- 15:34Speaker 6: a conversation.
- 15:35Speaker 8: Wait, man, how did you get my Veronica? Give you
- 15:38Speaker 8: my number? Or how did you get my number? That's
- 15:40Speaker 8: what I'm trying, Like, what's going on.
- 15:43Speaker 6: I mean I had, I had, I've had your number.
- 15:44Speaker 6: I just I just uh, I just had never reached
- 15:46Speaker 6: out to you before. But like I say, though, man,
- 15:49Speaker 6: this this, this has been bothered me for a minute
- 15:51Speaker 6: and I wanted to get it off my chest so
- 15:52Speaker 6: you and I can try to, I guess, fix this
- 15:55Speaker 6: whole issue. But I just want us to see if
- 15:57Speaker 6: we can fix it.
- 15:58Speaker 9: You know, we'll fix the issue.
- 16:00Speaker 8: What's the issue? I don't understand. I'm not following you.
- 16:03Speaker 8: I don't understand what like, what is the issue.
- 16:06Speaker 3: So but now you know, like I said, I went.

- 16:14Speaker 6: Okay, your wife, man is cheating on both of us,
- 16:19Speaker 6: and we gotta figure out how we gotta do something
- 16:21Speaker 6: about this.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Man.
- 16:23Speaker 8: Did you say she's eating on them both of us?
- 16:25Speaker 3: What you say cheating? He is cheating on the both
- 16:30Speaker 3: of us.
- 16:30Speaker 8: Broa a minute, It sounds like you said cheating.
- 16:34Speaker 6: I don't know what you Veronica. Listen to me, tears,

- 16:50Speaker 6: need you to step up and get this thing in order.
- 16:52Speaker 8: What you're talking about. You say, Veronica is cheating on
- 16:55Speaker 8: me with you.
- 16:57Speaker 6: No, no, he cheating on both of us with somebodybody else.
- 17:01Speaker 6: I know, I've been noticing her going out with this,

- 17:10Speaker 6: you know what, I can't take it no more.
- 17:11Speaker 8: I'm calling Tam You saying to me that my wife
- 17:16Speaker 8: has been cheating around a job with somebody else.

- 17:20Speaker 8: Dude, I don't get what you mean if my wife
- 17:24Speaker 8: is cheated on I mean, you're calling me to tell
- 17:26Speaker 8: me that she's cheating on me. I appreciate that, but
- 17:28Speaker 8: I don't get what you're saying. You know, both of us.
- 17:32Speaker 8: I don't get that fun. I don't understand what you mean.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Me and Ronic have been you know, kind of cool.
- 17:37Speaker 6: You know, last eight months to a year, we've been,
- 17:39Speaker 6: you know, pretty tight here at the job. You know
- 17:41Speaker 6: what I'm saying, So listen what you mean y'all been cool?
- 17:44Speaker 8: That's what I don't understand, Like, what do you mean
- 17:47Speaker 8: y'all being cool, because that's my wife. Tell me what
- 17:50Speaker 8: you're talking about.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Okay.
- 17:51Speaker 6: All I'm saying is me and me and me and

- 18:35Speaker 1: That's not.
- 18:37Speaker 6: That's not the part I'm trying to talk about it.
- 18:39Speaker 6: I'm trying to talk about this dude, named Alan. Man,
- 18:41Speaker 6: that's what I'm trying to get out.

- 19:45Speaker 2: I don't share.
- 19:46Speaker 8: There's no sharing that goes on over here.
- 19:49Speaker 6: Okay, I do, I do. I'm just saying, you know,

- 22:21Speaker 1: Don't worry about that. Right now, it is time to
- 22:24Speaker 1: ask the CLO our Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Here we go with.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Jamie in Springfield. Jamie writes, I am I'm a thirty
- 22:34Speaker 1: three year old married woman. I had an argument with
- 22:37Speaker 1: my husband and he said he regrets marrying me. Later on,
- 22:41Speaker 1: he apologized and said he didn't mean it. Did he
- 22:45Speaker 1: really mean it? Don't people say what they truly feel
- 22:48Speaker 1: when they're moving?
- 22:50Speaker 7: He said, no, Now, people don't really truly me say
- 22:55Speaker 7: what they mean when they mad. Sometimes you less some
- 22:58Speaker 7: stuff out at the particular moment. He did regret, man,
- 23:02Speaker 7: and he meant at that particular moment. Yeah, he regretted
- 23:08Speaker 7: it at that particular moment, but he came back and
- 23:10Speaker 7: apologized to you.
- 23:12Speaker 2: And anger, she's.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Supposed to let that go.
- 23:16Speaker 2: That's pretty well, you know, I ain't never said it
- 23:18Speaker 2: out loud.
- 23:22Speaker 1: All right, here we go with the truth finally. Yeah,
- 23:28Speaker 1: that's pretty bad. That's very hurtful.
- 23:34Speaker 7: But that's why, man, you have to be careful in anger. Man,
- 23:36Speaker 7: you have to be careful when you're angry. The best
- 23:39Speaker 7: thing to do for fellas when you're angry, walk away
- 23:43Speaker 7: because you can't take back a lot of stuff you said.
- 23:45Speaker 7: And that goes for women too, because women have very
- 23:49Speaker 7: very sharp tongues. Man, because y'all can cut, y'all can
- 23:53Speaker 7: cut deep, y'all, y'all got a machete, and y'all, y'all
- 23:57Speaker 7: can say something to.
- 23:57Speaker 2: A man that can damage him and you can get
- 24:00Speaker 2: it back.
- 24:01Speaker 7: And we know it's it's you know, and and you
- 24:05Speaker 7: should never say something to your partner that you know
- 24:10Speaker 7: will hurt them. You can't go to that vulnerable place
- 24:14Speaker 7: because now the one person that I love and trust
- 24:17Speaker 7: and depend on is out to hurt me.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Oh come on, man, you.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Shouldn't do that.
- 24:22Speaker 1: You're absolutely right, agreed.
- 24:25Speaker 2: M Okay, because you know your man's weak spot.
- 24:29Speaker 1: Yeah, oh yeah, yep, all right, moving on. So so
- 24:35Speaker 1: he shouldn't he should apologize and they should try to
- 24:38Speaker 1: make it work, that's what you're saying.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Well, but he made a big mistake. He shouldn't have
- 24:43Speaker 2: said No, he should not have hate our marriage.
- 24:47Speaker 6: That that's thing right there.
- 24:50Speaker 7: Yeah, I had never married you.
- 24:58Speaker 6: Just saying it makes sense.
- 25:00Speaker 7: Yeah, lord, I don't know how you go get that
- 25:04Speaker 7: one back.
- 25:05Speaker 1: I've never said that one, but you've said it, but
- 25:08Speaker 1: not aloud.
- 25:09Speaker 7: But you know you need to say that as you
- 25:10Speaker 7: pack it. That's what you say after you've signed the
- 25:17Speaker 7: lease at your other part man.
- 25:21Speaker 1: You ask me from that.
- 25:22Speaker 3: Yeah, no, that's.
- 25:23Speaker 7: Why I'm going. And on the way out here, let
- 25:26Speaker 7: me let me give you something. Yeah, it's like a
- 25:29Speaker 7: parting gift.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Yeah, exit, all right, Oh, moving on to Gloria in
- 25:37Speaker 1: Atlantic City, Gloria says, I'm in a singing group. My
- 25:40Speaker 1: boyfriend and my close friends have stopped coming to support
- 25:44Speaker 1: me because I sing the same songs every time I perform.
- 25:48Speaker 1: They think I need to switch up my songs. Should
- 25:51Speaker 1: I switch up my songs or my friends? Is what
- 25:54Speaker 1: she wants to know. Gloria in Atlantic, Well.
- 25:57Speaker 2: Baby, listen to me. You sang the same song.
- 26:02Speaker 7: Now, your boyfriend them ain't the only one that's hearing
- 26:05Speaker 7: these songs. Just some people that go to stuff regular night,
- 26:08Speaker 7: and you know they waiting on you to sing some
- 26:10Speaker 7: more songs too.
- 26:11Speaker 2: What's the matter? You don't know no more.
- 26:15Speaker 1: A repertoire.
- 26:17Speaker 7: I mean, if we're gonna go down here and all
- 26:19Speaker 7: you gonna sing is the same song, you know what
- 26:21Speaker 7: I mean? Songs is out there you can learn. Get
- 26:24Speaker 7: your band together, you group? They yeah, yeah, but they
- 26:31Speaker 7: ain't that good.
- 26:31Speaker 2: Thought take.
- 26:37Speaker 7: Everybody, We ain't coming down here here the same song. Yeah,
- 26:43Speaker 7: it ain't that good in the same same song.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:48Speaker 1: So she she's thinking about quitting her friends over this.
- 26:52Speaker 7: Well, you're gonna have to quit a whole You're gonna
- 26:54Speaker 7: have to quit going down to that club in a minute,
- 26:56Speaker 7: because you don't get a new show.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Yeah, you get a new show.
- 27:02Speaker 6: You need.
- 27:05Speaker 2: You're sitting up in the end.
- 27:06Speaker 7: We're gonna donem if she if she I know, She
- 27:08Speaker 7: finished saying this supreme till she comes.
- 27:11Speaker 1: A Broadway show, does the same thing every night for
- 27:14Speaker 1: months and months. Residencies in Vegas.
- 27:19Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, yeah, she ain't got none of that. She
- 27:23Speaker 7: ain't got none of that. She ain't on Broadway. She
- 27:26Speaker 7: ain't got no residency. She done that Piccolos all right.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Moving on to Avenel and Tyler, Avanel writes, I love
- 27:40Speaker 1: to drink and have a good time, and when I drink,
- 27:43Speaker 1: I get flirty. My husband knows how I am, and
- 27:47Speaker 1: after twenty two years of marriage, it shouldn't bother him.
- 27:50Speaker 1: He said that he does not trust me. And is
- 27:52Speaker 1: this just an excuse? Avanel wants to know to keep
- 27:56Speaker 1: me out of the club so he can just go.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Avenel, you don't see nothing wrong you're doing?
- 28:04Speaker 1: You're doing?
- 28:06Speaker 2: Is this just here? He know how I am? Is
- 28:08Speaker 2: this his way of keeping me out the club so
- 28:10Speaker 2: he can go by hisself? Avenuel?
- 28:13Speaker 7: He tired of you know, yes with Avenel, guys an Avenel,
- 28:18Speaker 7: you old Avenel because of the name Avenel, Maxine Jackson.
- 28:31Speaker 1: What is her husband's name?
- 28:34Speaker 7: Beautfut Beautford Rolling Jackson.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Jenail Maxine and Beauford Rolling. Okay, Wow, so he doesn't.
- 28:50Speaker 2: You need to quit drinking?
- 28:52Speaker 1: Yeah, and scept flirting? And the husband what are you doing?
- 28:57Speaker 2: He don't trust you? Why y'all still at the club?
- 29:00Speaker 2: The name Avenue? Do y'all in a tavern.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Of marriage? Yeah? All right, last one, Steve, Here we go.
- 29:12Speaker 1: This is from Morris in Baton Rouge. Morris says, my
- 29:16Speaker 1: wife and I see a lot of men going in
- 29:18Speaker 1: and out of the neighbor's house. She just moved in
- 29:22Speaker 1: and told us that she's a massage therapist. She only
- 29:25Speaker 1: massages men. From what we can see. Is she doing
- 29:29Speaker 1: more than rubbing on those.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Men who wrote this letter?
- 29:35Speaker 7: The husband Morris, Morris, you know what's happening over there?
- 29:40Speaker 1: And he wants to go over there?
- 29:42Speaker 7: What is Morris Morris trying to find figure out before
- 29:45Speaker 7: he signed up for his massage?
- 29:47Speaker 2: Is it more to it?
- 29:49Speaker 6: Morris?
- 29:50Speaker 2: You know, good and well. If I'm over your house
- 29:54Speaker 2: and I'm laying on the table, okay, and you rubbing me, come.
- 29:59Speaker 1: On, that's the same. That's the same.
- 30:01Speaker 7: Uh huh. I'm all involved. Your thumb, you're doing glutes,
- 30:09Speaker 7: you're doing glutes.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Massage.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Eventually, I'm gonna have to turn over.
- 30:15Speaker 1: All right on that note, Thank god, we're out of time.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 30:22Speaker 1: entertainment news for you right after this.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Hi, this is Felicia was shot and you're listening to
- 30:28Speaker 2: the Steve Harvey Morning shows.
- 30:30Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, let's
- 30:39Speaker 1: talk about it. Did He had his sentencing hearing on Friday,
- 30:43Speaker 1: and the prosecution's opening arguments revealed that did he seem
- 30:47Speaker 1: so confident that he would be released on time served
- 30:50Speaker 1: that he had already booked speaking engagements for the following week.
- 30:59Speaker 1: So the feral prosecutor stated that quote, even now at
- 31:03Speaker 1: sentencing for his conviction for two federal crimes, Diddy hasn't
- 31:08Speaker 1: fully grappled with how his actions got him here. His
- 31:12Speaker 1: respect for the law is just lip service. Your thoughts, guys.
- 31:19Speaker 6: Well, he ain't gonna make an interview, that's for sure.
- 31:22Speaker 7: Yeah, speaking engagement that they're speaking again, that's probably all.
- 31:25Speaker 1: That's all I think.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Yeah, you ain't gonna make it.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Yeah, So following the prosecutor's statement. Members of Ditty's family
- 31:36Speaker 1: and his children, even Ditty himself addressed the court. Did
- 31:40Speaker 1: He called his actions quote disgusting, shameful, and sick, and
- 31:44Speaker 1: he asked the judge for mercy. The judge told Diddy
- 31:47Speaker 1: that quote the quote, the court is not assured that
- 31:51Speaker 1: if released, these crimes will not be committed again. That's
- 31:56Speaker 1: an unquote, he then said. He then sentenced did He
- 32:00Speaker 1: to fifty months in prison. That's four years and two months.
- 32:03Speaker 1: He will receive credit for the approximately thirteen months he
- 32:07Speaker 1: has already served in jail, and this means that he
- 32:10Speaker 1: would be released in twenty twenty eight. Did He was
- 32:14Speaker 1: also fined five hundred thousand dollars and will have five
- 32:18Speaker 1: years of supervised release. After his sentencing, did He turn
- 32:22Speaker 1: to his family, tapped his heart and told them quote,
- 32:24Speaker 1: I love you, I'm sorry, I'll be okay. As he
- 32:27Speaker 1: gathered his papers and was escorted out by court martials,
- 32:32Speaker 1: did his attorneys told which.
- 32:34Speaker 2: Say no, no, go ahead, go ahead, Oh I was.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Just going to say. His attorneys told various news sources
- 32:40Speaker 1: that the judge's ruling is unconstitutional because the judge used
- 32:44Speaker 1: the word coercion at at least a dozen times during
- 32:47Speaker 1: the sentencing hearing, and even though a jury had found
- 32:50Speaker 1: there was no coortion, did He's attorneys say they have
- 32:53Speaker 1: a strong basis to appeal did He sentence. So there
- 32:56Speaker 1: you go, he will be in prison or for more years.
- 33:02Speaker 7: See for me, I don't celebrate the demise of anybody.
- 33:06Speaker 7: I'm not you know, I don't celebrate. But here's the
- 33:11Speaker 7: thing that I've learned, especially as you get older, it's consequences,
- 33:21Speaker 7: and the older you get, it seems to me like
- 33:23Speaker 7: the more severe the consequences. That's from my own experience.
- 33:28Speaker 7: That's what I think. And something about father in law
- 33:31Speaker 7: says all the time about sin. Sin costs you more
- 33:35Speaker 7: than you want to pay and makes you stay longer
- 33:38Speaker 7: than you want to stay. And I think that very
- 33:42Speaker 7: appropriate in this case right here. You know, I don't
- 33:46Speaker 7: know why you would book a speaking engagement and possibly
- 33:49Speaker 7: let the like like, ain't nobody gonna find out? You know, Hey, man,
- 33:55Speaker 7: Puffy gonna be down at the JL Night Center next Friday. Yeah, Puffy,
- 34:03Speaker 7: And he like, yeah, he getting out man. Yeah.
- 34:05Speaker 2: So I thought that was crazy.
- 34:06Speaker 7: But you know, and for people that's talk about that's
- 34:10Speaker 7: not enough time you know, I'm not in the judicial system.
- 34:13Speaker 7: Here is my opinion about it. Four years is a
- 34:15Speaker 7: long time. I don't care who you are. I don't
- 34:18Speaker 7: care who you are. Four years is a long time,
- 34:21Speaker 7: especially when you've been living the life he been living.
- 34:25Speaker 7: It's hard for anybody. You take a cat man take
- 34:30Speaker 7: once you lose your freedom for four years, that man,
- 34:35Speaker 7: that's that's hard.
- 34:36Speaker 6: Man.
- 34:37Speaker 2: I don't care what nobody say, you know.
- 34:42Speaker 10: Yeah, I mean I think the judge he sent a
- 34:45Speaker 10: message that when he was doing the sentencing, and he
- 34:48Speaker 10: said to Cassie, you know, this message to you is.
- 34:52Speaker 1: I heard you, we heard you, we heard you speak up.
- 34:56Speaker 10: And so that's a yeah, that's a message for some
- 34:59Speaker 10: of the victims as well.
- 35:00Speaker 2: No matter the length.
- 35:02Speaker 10: I mean, I hear what you're saying, Steve about the length,
- 35:05Speaker 10: but at least the judge acknowledged her testimony of what
- 35:09Speaker 10: she had been through.
- 35:11Speaker 2: So no, you know, and like I'm just talking about
- 35:14Speaker 2: the length.
- 35:15Speaker 7: I'm not saying it's justified or unfaired, none of that,
- 35:18Speaker 7: because hey man, you know, had you not done any
- 35:21Speaker 7: of this, you'd be at the house.
- 35:23Speaker 1: That's all. Well, you know, And the other thing is
- 35:27Speaker 1: about the length Steve. You know, it's supposed to change
- 35:30Speaker 1: you in some way, you know, hopefully for the better
- 35:34Speaker 1: in this case, because all the stuff that came out
- 35:37Speaker 1: in court that he did that, you know that that's
- 35:41Speaker 1: a lot. Hopefully you'll have some time to reflect and really,
- 35:45Speaker 1: you know, if your apologies are sincere, hopefully you know,
- 35:49Speaker 1: you'll do some self reflection and say this was wrong
- 35:52Speaker 1: and maybe apologize sincerely, apologize to all the year.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Ain't changed because you're still thinking like.
- 36:00Speaker 1: Right, yeah, you know.
- 36:03Speaker 7: And but see, here's the thing, folks about money, and
- 36:06Speaker 7: I say this all the time. Money does not change you.
- 36:11Speaker 7: Money allows you to be more of who you really are.
- 36:15Speaker 7: So all you saw, all you saw was somebody who
- 36:19Speaker 7: had the money and the power to act out on
- 36:22Speaker 7: what was in his heart. And you want to control people.
- 36:26Speaker 7: You want to control a freak off, You want to
- 36:29Speaker 7: control sex, You want to beat people, make them do

- 56:36Speaker 6: Right, You just never know.
- 56:37Speaker 3: Bunk about hold on type, We got it for you here.
- 56:40Speaker 3: It is just Strawberry letter.
- 56:42Speaker 1: Subject and love and terrified. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm thirty
- 56:47Speaker 1: two and my boyfriend and I have been together for
- 56:50Speaker 1: six months. He's a great guy and everything I hope
- 56:54Speaker 1: for in my second husband. Yes I say husband, because
- 56:58Speaker 1: he's been talking about marriage all ready. We're both divorced
- 57:02Speaker 1: and ready to settle down, so we got the important
- 57:05Speaker 1: stuff out of the way early on. I get along
- 57:07Speaker 1: great with his parents, and my mother loves him. He's
- 57:11Speaker 1: in a rental and I own my home, so he's
- 57:13Speaker 1: planning to move in with me. I have fallen for
- 57:17Speaker 1: this man and I can't see myself living without him.
- 57:20Speaker 1: But there's one thing I don't love, and that's his size.
- 57:26Speaker 1: The first time I got married, I was really young
- 57:28Speaker 1: and it experienced, and I had no idea how small
- 57:32Speaker 1: my first husband was. I had nothing to compare to.
- 57:36Speaker 1: Because he's the only other man I've been with the
- 57:39Speaker 1: first time I was intimate with my current boyfriend. I
- 57:43Speaker 1: called my doctor the next day because I was sure
- 57:46Speaker 1: something was broken below. She let me know that everything
- 57:50Speaker 1: was fine, and she gave me some items that would
- 57:52Speaker 1: help with intimacy. None of that stuff works, and I
- 57:56Speaker 1: feel like I am letting my boyfriend down every time
- 57:59Speaker 1: he tries to make lofe to me. We talked about
- 58:01Speaker 1: it and he assured me that he loves me and
- 58:04Speaker 1: he'll be patient with me. He also told me that
- 58:08Speaker 1: he's never had this problem with the female before. My
- 58:11Speaker 1: doctor told me there's nothing wrong with my body. He's
- 58:16Speaker 1: just too large. I'm terrified whenever he starts coming on
- 58:22Speaker 1: to me, but I try to play it off. We
- 58:24Speaker 1: had a hate to talk about our sex life recently,
- 58:27Speaker 1: and he admitted that he's disappointed and this could be
- 58:30Speaker 1: a big deal breaker for him. How can he make
- 58:33Speaker 1: our intimacy the main focus? Does this mean we're not compatible?
- 58:39Speaker 1: H This letter threw me a bit in the beginning,
- 58:44Speaker 1: and I got to say, this is a problem that
- 58:46Speaker 1: many women would love to have, and I'm sure many
- 58:48Speaker 1: men would love to have the same problem. We've had many,
- 58:52Speaker 1: many letters about the size of men and all of this, but.
- 58:55Speaker 3: It's usually I have that problem.
- 58:57Speaker 6: Go ahead, I'm sorry.
- 59:00Speaker 1: We've had many letters about the size of men, but
- 59:03Speaker 1: usually it's a complaint about them being too small, which
- 59:07Speaker 1: was the case, you say with your first husband. But
- 59:10Speaker 1: we've never had a letter if I can remember, Steve,
- 59:12Speaker 1: I don't know if I can remember about a man
- 59:14Speaker 1: being too large. And I guess there's the first time
- 59:18Speaker 1: or everything. You say your new man is way too
- 59:21Speaker 1: much for you, and now you're terrified to have sex
- 59:24Speaker 1: with him. But you've checked with your doctor and you've
- 59:29Speaker 1: been checked by her, and she said you were okay,
- 59:32Speaker 1: and actually she said you were better than okay. She
- 59:34Speaker 1: said you were fine. He said, your new man said
- 59:38Speaker 1: he would be patient with you, but his patience is
- 59:40Speaker 1: running out. This could be a deal breaker for him,
- 59:43Speaker 1: he's saying, and you know, I guess understandably so, because
- 59:47Speaker 1: he would want to have sex with you if you're
- 59:49Speaker 1: going to be his wife, but you still haven't been
- 59:52Speaker 1: able to. Then you said your doctor also said there's
- 59:56Speaker 1: nothing wrong with your body and he's just too large.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: I mean, I don't really know what to tell you
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: in this in in this situation, I mean, you guys,
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: might not be compar compatible. You know, there could be
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: such a thing as this going along. I mean, women
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: have babies every day and all of this. But listen,
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: I don't know what to tell you, honestly, unless it's
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: mental or something like that. If you can't physically, you can't.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: But the doctor listened to what the doctor said. Steve.
- 1:00:26Speaker 7: Wow, Well, you know I understand Shelley. Do you say
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: we've never had a letter like this and everything? But
- 1:00:33Speaker 7: you know this is like this is like so so
- 1:00:38Speaker 7: up my Alex people for writing in, you know, because game,
- 1:00:45Speaker 7: you know, you know, game recognized game right, and so
- 1:00:50Speaker 7: I have a solution. But we're gonna have to get
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: to the solution in the second half of this talk.
- 1:00:56Speaker 7: Let's just go over some fact because I'm too like Sherley,
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: I was very confused that beginning of the letter, because
- 1:01:02Speaker 7: he's everything you wanted in your second husband. You're both divorced,
- 1:01:05Speaker 7: You've gotten all them important stuff out of the way.
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: You get along with his parents and mom, your mama
- 1:01:10Speaker 7: love him. You know, he's in a rental.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: I own a home.
- 1:01:15Speaker 7: Your sounds like something for me. We was talking about
- 1:01:17Speaker 7: off the app. He's planning to move in with me.
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: You know, I fel for this man. I can't see
- 1:01:23Speaker 7: living without him. Blah blah blah blah. And then that's
- 1:01:26Speaker 7: one thing you don't love. That's his size.
- 1:01:29Speaker 6: Now quite natural.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: I'm probably like Shelley, was reading this letter, thinking, well.
- 1:01:32Speaker 7: Very small, we got a small problem exactly, you know,
- 1:01:35Speaker 7: got some he But then first time I got married,
- 1:01:38Speaker 7: you know, then you started talking about how you was
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: young and inexperience and you had no idea how small
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: your first husband was cause you didn't have nothing to
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: compare it to. And then you got intimate with his
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: current boyfriend, and you call your doctor the next day
- 1:01:54Speaker 7: because I was sure something was broken below, which means
- 1:01:57Speaker 7: you know, you know, you know, you know, putting me
- 1:02:00Speaker 7: in work. You know, it's just up in there. You
- 1:02:04Speaker 7: know he was who he was aggressive. Let's just say
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: he was overly aggressive. You thought something had broke. She
- 1:02:12Speaker 7: let me know that everything was fine, and she gave
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: me some items that could help with intimacy. I don't
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: know what that was, you know, I have well, I
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: do know what they gave you, but you know that
- 1:02:21Speaker 7: ain't what it's led about. None of that stuff works.
- 1:02:24Speaker 6: I know.
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: That's called homeboy and you know I got some I
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: got some stuff. You need to give him. You need
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: to give him some stuff because none of that stuff work.
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: And I feel like I'm letting him down every time
- 1:02:38Speaker 7: I try to make going on. When I'll come back,
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: I had an answer for you.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: Hold it all right. We'll have part two of Cease
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Crazy Response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Today's Strawberry Letters subject in love and terrified. We'll get
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: back into it right after this. You're listening, Harvey Warning show.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: Hey everyone, quick health question, even though you're still thriving,
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: still loving, still connecting. Did you know your immune system
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: weakens with age. That's where vaccines come in. They help

- 1:03:28Speaker 1: and visit vaxsist dot com that's vaexsist dot com to
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: schedule one or more of vaccines sponsored by pfizers. Come on,
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Steve Let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject is in
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: love and terrified.
- 1:03:44Speaker 7: Well, it's a thirty two year old girl. In film
- 1:03:46Speaker 7: and found a man who her dreams, second marriage for
- 1:03:48Speaker 7: both of them. Every worked out everything, She owned a home,
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: he ran he gonna move in with her. The girl
- 1:03:53Speaker 7: Mama love and Paris love her. Everything going on. She
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: has a problem with his size though I thought he
- 1:03:59Speaker 7: was too small. Turned out there was just opposite because
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: she didn't know how small the first husband was because
- 1:04:04Speaker 7: she didn't have nothing compared to, so she thought he
- 1:04:06Speaker 7: was doing something. Then when homeboy came in there and
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: put his work helmet on. See, homeboy came in there,
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: set that iglue cooler down next to the bed and
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: put that put that hat on, that hard hat on,
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: and set that eglue cooler down next to the bed,
- 1:04:20Speaker 7: and crawled up in there on one knee off that bed.
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: And he went up in there and went to work.
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: Came up in there, boy like a grown man, came
- 1:04:28Speaker 7: up in there with you know, he came up with
- 1:04:31Speaker 7: some artillery or came up in the there. You know,
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: he up in there with He came up there with
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: military turns and and and and and and you know,
- 1:04:39Speaker 7: excavation devices and came up in there with missile launchers
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: and calls. Hauled up in there with stuff familiar with.
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: You know, you're in here playing with this little boy.
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: Had their little tenny bed the boy and came up
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: in the bed with some stuff that they don't even
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: sell in the g I Joe aile no more, you know.
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: So he came up in there and putting in work
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: and came up and so what you went to doctor
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: next day? You thought this man broke something because he
- 1:05:04Speaker 7: better been there just clowning. You know, all he up
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: on all ten of his toes just flexed. He just
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: got his toes flexed. He up in there and just
- 1:05:14Speaker 7: and so anyway, we have a problem. And now the
- 1:05:18Speaker 7: doctor then gave you some stuff to help you, uh
- 1:05:23Speaker 7: deal with this. But the problem ain't you, because it's nothing.
- 1:05:25Speaker 13: Wrong with you.
- 1:05:26Speaker 7: It's just the doctor told you he's too large. So
- 1:05:29Speaker 7: see he got started taking stuff. You know, So I
- 1:05:32Speaker 7: don't I don't have to tell you this hell, but
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: you got to You got to get him to the
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: point where.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: He gets excited a lot quicker. It's what I'm trying
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: to tell you.
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: You got to get him to get to where he
- 1:05:46Speaker 7: going faster so he ain't in there creating damage. And
- 1:05:52Speaker 7: so what I'm about to tell you is how this
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: is going to work. Doctor told he is nothing wrong
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: with your body. He's just too large. I'm terrified when
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: he starts coming on me, but I play it off.
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: We had a heat to talk about our sex life easily.
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: He admitted he's disappointed and this could be a big
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: deal break up for him because he's never had this
- 1:06:10Speaker 7: problem with a female before. He says, he's never had
- 1:06:14Speaker 7: this problem with a female before, but he ain't with nobody.
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: Noor is it.
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: He's had a problem and some women that just walked
- 1:06:20Speaker 7: out us his life, just got up, got in the car,
- 1:06:22Speaker 7: drove off and.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: Never called back. Not fin to do this no more
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: with you. It is his partner.
- 1:06:29Speaker 7: You ain't finna come up in the hill like you're
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: looking for all every evening. We're not finn to do this.
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: So how can he make our intimacy the main focus?
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: Does this mean we're not compatible? Well, here's what has
- 1:06:45Speaker 7: to happen. You have to have a talk with this
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: young man because he's thirty two. See he going going
- 1:06:52Speaker 7: at this the same way he been going at it,
- 1:06:54Speaker 7: and it's creating a.
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: Problem for you.
- 1:06:56Speaker 7: So now here's what has to happen. He has to
- 1:07:01Speaker 7: change his depth perception. He has to change his depth perception.
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 1:07:10Speaker 7: Meaning he has to change what he thinks deep is. See,
- 1:07:17Speaker 7: it's like a swimming pool and a cave. And these
- 1:07:20Speaker 7: are the two analogies I have for you. See, you
- 1:07:24Speaker 7: can drown in five feet of water, or you can.
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: Build you a swimming pool.
- 1:07:31Speaker 7: It's got a thirteen foot end on it with a
- 1:07:33Speaker 7: diving board, But you can drown in three feet of water.
- 1:07:38Speaker 7: So what you got to do is get him to
- 1:07:40Speaker 7: start drowning in less water, which means he got to
- 1:07:47Speaker 7: quit jumping in this pool like he on the deep end.
- 1:07:51Speaker 7: He got to come on on this shaller end and
- 1:07:55Speaker 7: get involved in the water in a different way. The
- 1:07:58Speaker 7: church say, man, a man, man, I know y'all don't
- 1:08:01Speaker 7: know what I'm talking about. When yeah, see, he got
- 1:08:07Speaker 7: to say, let me give you an example. He is
- 1:08:12Speaker 7: a cave dweller. He is a man with a helmet
- 1:08:15Speaker 7: on with a mining.
- 1:08:16Speaker 13: Light, and he liked to go in caves. What he
- 1:08:19Speaker 13: has to learn is he can't go all the way
- 1:08:22Speaker 13: in the cave.
- 1:08:24Speaker 7: He gonna have to get happy by just being indicve
- 1:08:30Speaker 7: can't go all the way to the back of this cave.
- 1:08:34Speaker 13: He has to learn to stay at the front of
- 1:08:38Speaker 13: the cave because it's too much.
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: Back then, we got it, Stee, thank you.
- 1:08:44Speaker 7: He got to learn how to stay at the front
- 1:08:46Speaker 7: of the cave. Now, well, what you have to do
- 1:08:51Speaker 7: is you have to make the front of the cave
- 1:08:54Speaker 7: the focal point. It has to be everything.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: Got it.
- 1:09:01Speaker 7: I have a lot of knowledge on this subject because
- 1:09:03Speaker 7: I've had you know, I've had to be understanding and
- 1:09:06Speaker 7: I just you know, I just walked to people had
- 1:09:08Speaker 7: the best life they can have.
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: Now are they compatible? Not sexually?
- 1:09:15Speaker 7: They're not compatible sexually, And it's not going to work
- 1:09:19Speaker 7: unless he changes couple of things.
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: His death perception. He got us.
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: He has to change what he thinks is deep. And
- 1:09:28Speaker 7: then he had to play at the front of the
- 1:09:30Speaker 7: cave and quit trying to.
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: Go all in the back.

- 1:14:01Speaker 1: he usually does. I try to be understanding, but I
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: really hate his hair. He said his hair was thinning
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: and this was the solution. I told him that I
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: love ball headed men, and that made him feel worse.
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: How do I convince him that being bald is better
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: than having long hair?
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: Sending him some pitches of me and Tommy and JUNR.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: Not Jr.
- 1:14:25Speaker 7: And that yet.
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: Come on, well, but JR.
- 1:14:29Speaker 7: The reason I said sending pitches of me and Tommy
- 1:14:31Speaker 7: and Junior because this is see then that it'll help
- 1:14:36Speaker 7: her with the ball head statement because his hair is
- 1:14:38Speaker 7: thinning and he need to see what it looked like
- 1:14:42Speaker 7: under baseball hat.

- 1:24:53Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: day on this Monday. It's been a good day. Thank
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: you everyone for listening and with us every single day.
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: We appreciate your business as always. Steve yes, Hey.
- 1:25:06Speaker 7: Here's my closes the remarks. This is some advice I
- 1:25:09Speaker 7: want to give to everybody, because I have to remind
- 1:25:12Speaker 7: myself of it every now and then too. Stay out
- 1:25:17Speaker 7: of your past. You don't belong there, my closing remarks.
- 1:25:25Speaker 7: Stay out of your past. You don't belong there. Too
- 1:25:32Speaker 7: many times people hold on to things that are not
- 1:25:38Speaker 7: beneficial to your future, and living in the past is
- 1:25:47Speaker 7: the quickest way to deaden your future. Do you know
- 1:25:54Speaker 7: how many people are belaboring dark moments of the past.
- 1:26:01Speaker 7: You see celebrities do it all the time.
- 1:26:04Speaker 6: I heard it.
- 1:26:05Speaker 7: Celebrities say I'm not gonna forget it. I'm not gonna
- 1:26:11Speaker 7: forget it. Well, it ain't gonna forget you either. When
- 1:26:16Speaker 7: you hang on to the darkness of the past, it
- 1:26:21Speaker 7: kills the bright future that's waiting on you. Stay out
- 1:26:27Speaker 7: of your past. You don't belong there. The past belongs
- 1:26:34Speaker 7: to history. It's what was, what happened, what went down,
- 1:26:41Speaker 7: what popped off. If you stay there, you will remain
- 1:26:45Speaker 7: there because, like I said, if you hold on to
- 1:26:50Speaker 7: your past, your past will hold on to you. Your
- 1:26:55Speaker 7: goal in life is when God wakes you up tomorrow,
- 1:27:00Speaker 7: he gives you a new set of twenty four. You
- 1:27:03Speaker 7: get a whole new twenty four. It's like playing in
- 1:27:07Speaker 7: a football game and you get a first down, you
- 1:27:09Speaker 7: get a new set of downs. If you can push
- 1:27:13Speaker 7: the football every ten yards in a football game, even
- 1:27:16Speaker 7: a football game, they give you a new set of downs.
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: They start you over at down number one.
- 1:27:22Speaker 7: If you gain every time you gain ten yards, you
- 1:27:25Speaker 7: get a fresh set of downs. Every time you wake
- 1:27:29Speaker 7: up in the morning, you get a fresh twenty four.
- 1:27:33Speaker 7: And in this twenty four you get to do the
- 1:27:36Speaker 7: things that you didn't accomplish in the twenty four you
- 1:27:38Speaker 7: had before. You can actually get it right this time.
- 1:27:44Speaker 7: When you wake up, you actually have a say so.
- 1:27:47Speaker 7: Once God wakes you up, you have a say so
- 1:27:49Speaker 7: in how your day goes. You actually get to determine
- 1:27:53Speaker 7: if you got up on the right side of the bed,
- 1:27:55Speaker 7: and you know how you get up on the right
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: side of the bed with gratitude. Stop saying I'm not
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: a morning person. That's the most ignorant thing you can
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: do to yourself. I'm just not a morning person. So
- 1:28:06Speaker 7: now you're a brain Because they follow instructions, your brain
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: has to manufacture thoughts that says you're not a morning person.
- 1:28:16Speaker 7: Get up slow, you get up in a bad move,
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: coffee on help, and you start thinking of reasons to
- 1:28:24Speaker 7: not be a morning person. I gotta go down here
- 1:28:28Speaker 7: to this job. I can't stand these people down here.
- 1:28:30Speaker 7: As soon as I get dressed, I gotta get I'm
- 1:28:32Speaker 7: so sick of this traffic. I'm tired of people I'm
- 1:28:36Speaker 7: carpooling with. Blah blah blah blah blah, my uber always late,
- 1:28:39Speaker 7: blah blah blah blah. Because the moment you say the
- 1:28:42Speaker 7: claim that I'm not a morning person, your brain starts
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: manufacturing thoughts to justify that you have a say so
- 1:28:49Speaker 7: on how your day's goes. Once God wakes you up,
- 1:28:52Speaker 7: you can say thank you. Gratitude fixes your attitude. And
- 1:28:57Speaker 7: once you fix your attitude, that's in there correlation with
- 1:29:01Speaker 7: your altitude. Stay out of your past. You don't belong there.
- 1:29:05Speaker 7: I've never been a morning person, Well start being one.
- 1:29:10Speaker 7: See I'm a morning person. I love the morning. Marjorie
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: loves the morning. We are up before the sun gets up,
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: having coffee, discussing what the plan is for today. Man,
- 1:29:22Speaker 7: start becoming a morning person. Stay out your past. You
- 1:29:26Speaker 7: don't belong there. God got you through it, you know.
- 1:29:30Speaker 7: Like I said recently on the podcast, everything I've ever
- 1:29:35Speaker 7: wanted in life, I had to go through it to
- 1:29:37Speaker 7: get there. Well, once you've gone through your past to
- 1:29:41Speaker 7: get to today, why would you go back there?
- 1:29:45Speaker 1: Why?
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: It makes no sense.
- 1:29:49Speaker 6: God got you through it so.
- 1:29:51Speaker 7: You could get to it, But you'll never get to
- 1:29:54Speaker 7: it if you remain in the past. I heard this
- 1:29:58Speaker 7: celebrity say, I'm not gonna ever fore get. It's like slavery. No, No,
- 1:30:04Speaker 7: it's not, No, it's not. This is a one particular
- 1:30:09Speaker 7: incident that you refuse to let go of, y'all. Don't
- 1:30:13Speaker 7: do that to yourself.
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: Let it go.
- 1:30:17Speaker 7: It's gone. Do you know the two things that cause
- 1:30:21Speaker 7: anxiety in your life? It's the two things that you
- 1:30:25Speaker 7: can't control, your past and tomorrow. Once you dwell and
- 1:30:30Speaker 7: harp on either one of those, it produces anxiety. Lord,
- 1:30:35Speaker 7: I don't know what they gonna say when I get
- 1:30:37Speaker 7: down there next week. Lord, they might not hire me. Lord,
- 1:30:40Speaker 7: they might have moved. Supposed the price go up. I
- 1:30:43Speaker 7: gave a price for this, it might go up. Lord,
- 1:30:46Speaker 7: have mercy. I heard the ain't no black people over there,
- 1:30:48Speaker 7: So I get over there and they ain't. Now I'm
- 1:30:50Speaker 7: gonna be the first black over there. Worrying yourself about
- 1:30:53Speaker 7: something you don't even know nothing about it, you might
- 1:30:54Speaker 7: get over there. They're cool with everybody. Quit worrying about
- 1:30:58Speaker 7: the future overcomes discerning yourself with something you have no
- 1:31:01Speaker 7: control over. And stay out of your past. You don't
- 1:31:04Speaker 7: belong there.
- 1:31:08Speaker 6: Man.
- 1:31:09Speaker 2: If God got you through it, then move on. Stop
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: holding on to your past, because then your past holds
- 1:31:20Speaker 2: on to you and you will never see the bright
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: future God has for you. Those are my closing remarks.
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: Last thing, y'all you'll neber to talk to God today.
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: He would absolutely love to hear from.
