- 0:00Speaker 1: President Donald Trump holding a cabinet meeting. Now, let me
- 0:03Speaker 1: just say, as I was watching the press aspect of
- 0:07Speaker 1: this cabinet meeting, it was really impressive to see the
- 0:09Speaker 1: President talk about so many different issues. Whether it was
- 0:12Speaker 1: the election issues that was something he talked about. He
- 0:16Speaker 1: also talked about the economy, gas prices, but then he
- 0:19Speaker 1: really focused in on Iran. Now, to be clear, there
- 0:23Speaker 1: is a massive problem in Iran's economy right now. Even
- 0:27Speaker 1: before the cabinet meeting was taking place, Fox News had
- 0:33Speaker 1: this report about what's happening in Tehran.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Haris good morning. It should be an eventful cabinet meeting.
- 0:39Speaker 3: Those final details are still being discussed for a possible
- 0:43Speaker 3: agreement between the United States and Iran, but regional tension
- 0:47Speaker 3: has certainly decreased. The hope here is for a deal
- 0:50Speaker 3: that ultimately would avert a return to war, but also
- 0:53Speaker 3: address Iran's nuclear program and opened the straight upor Mouz.
- 0:56Speaker 3: Regional officials say that implementation of an agreement is he
- 1:00Speaker 3: more important than what is written in a possible deal.
- 1:03Speaker 4: I think there's strong alignment and agreement on what a
- 1:05Speaker 4: preliminary draft should look like. I think that like anything
- 1:09Speaker 4: with something like this, and it's going to take a
- 1:11Speaker 4: couple of days to settle on even down to the
- 1:15Speaker 4: disagreements over a word sentence. So we'll have to work
- 1:19Speaker 4: through that. There's going to be a deal. We're going
- 1:21Speaker 4: to have to work through that. But this is you know,
- 1:23Speaker 4: it's either going to be a good deal or there
- 1:25Speaker 4: isn't going to be.
- 1:25Speaker 3: One insider on, the Internet is starting to be restored
- 1:29Speaker 3: after eighty eight days offline. This does follow a decree
- 1:32Speaker 3: announced by Iranian President Mustu Pozeskian to restore connectivity for
- 1:36Speaker 3: more than ninety million residents of the Islamic Republic.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Now, the reason why they're turning back the lights on
- 1:42Speaker 1: the internet on is because they're filling the pressure clearly
- 1:46Speaker 1: from the President of the United States of America, and
- 1:48Speaker 1: Iran's economy is collapsing and President Donald Trump is now
- 1:53Speaker 1: turning up the pressure even more than before. Iran's economy
- 1:57Speaker 1: is effectively on death row. How I was described by
- 2:00Speaker 1: one expert, the regime is not only running out of options,
- 2:04Speaker 1: but oil production, they say, is plunging to dangerously low levels.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Experts say that this collapse and then inflation is crushing
- 2:13Speaker 1: ordinary Iranians. They also said, the economic depression is giving
- 2:17Speaker 1: Donald Trump enormous leverage heading into the high stakes negotiations.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Tehran knows it cannot survive prolonged economic isolation, and Trump
- 2:28Speaker 1: knows it too, and that's why the cabinet meeting mattered
- 2:32Speaker 1: so much. President Trump made it very clear at the
- 2:35Speaker 1: meeting that America will not allow Ran or anyone else
- 2:39Speaker 1: to threaten control of the Strait of Hormuz, one of
- 2:42Speaker 1: the most strategically important waterways on Earth, and when asked
- 2:46Speaker 1: about reports that Oman could partner with Iran to oversea
- 2:51Speaker 1: shipping traffic in the region, Trump issued a warning that
- 2:55Speaker 1: stunned the room. The President said this, take a listen.
- 3:00Speaker 5: The street's going to be open to everybody. It's international waters.
- 3:05Speaker 5: Nobody's going to control it. We're gonna watch over it.
- 3:07Speaker 5: We'll watch over it, but nobody's going to control it.
- 3:09Speaker 5: That's part of the negotiation that we have. They would
- 3:12Speaker 5: like to control it. Nobody's going to control it's international waters.
- 3:15Speaker 5: And Oman will behave just like everybody else. So we'll
- 3:19Speaker 5: have to blow them up. They understand that they'll be fine.
- 3:23Speaker 2: We'll have to blow them up.
- 3:25Speaker 1: The President making it crystal clear, not only will America
- 3:29Speaker 1: not allow RAN, but anyone else who has the idea
- 3:32Speaker 1: that you're going to threaten the control of the Strait
- 3:34Speaker 1: of Hormuz.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Yeah, no way, not gonna happen. Oman.
- 3:39Speaker 1: They even said could partner with the RAN to oversee
- 3:42Speaker 1: shipping traffic in the region. Is how one international report
- 3:46Speaker 1: put it. And that's why Trump issued that warning, shocking
- 3:50Speaker 1: the room. Nobody's going to control it. I want you
- 3:53Speaker 1: to pause what you're doing for just one minute, and
- 3:56Speaker 1: I want you to hear about love, generosity, and compare.
- 4:00Speaker 1: We say those words all the time, and they sound good,
- 4:03Speaker 1: they feel good.
- 4:04Speaker 2: But here's the truth.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Those words don't mean anything unless they turn into action,
- 4:10Speaker 1: and right now, not later, today, not tomorrow. There's a
- 4:14Speaker 1: child in the world who doesn't know if they'll eat,
- 4:18Speaker 1: if they'll have a chance to learn, or if there's
- 4:21Speaker 1: any hope at all. And while we're all busy, life
- 4:25Speaker 1: keeps moving forward, but that child is waiting. This is
- 4:29Speaker 1: where you come in. With Compassion International. You have the
- 4:32Speaker 1: chance to change a child's future, not just with words,
- 4:36Speaker 1: not with promises, but with real help that provides food, education,
- 4:41Speaker 1: and hope through local churches and people already in their
- 4:46Speaker 1: community put your words into action and join me introduce
- 4:51Speaker 1: a child to a loving, heavenly father today at compassion
- 4:55Speaker 1: dot com. That's Compassion dot com. Trump also signal that
- 5:00Speaker 1: he's rapidly losing patients with Tehran, saying the United States
- 5:04Speaker 1: is not satisfied yet with the negotiations and made it
- 5:08Speaker 1: clear there will be no sanction relief, no money, nothing
- 5:12Speaker 1: unless Iran gives into American demands. Here's more, the President
- 5:17Speaker 1: talking exactly about that the.
- 5:20Speaker 6: Sanctions on Iran to allow Iran to sell its crew
- 5:22Speaker 6: to market.
- 5:23Speaker 5: No, we're not talking about any easing of sanctions, giving money,
- 5:26Speaker 5: No sanctions, no money, no nothing.
- 5:31Speaker 7: We have control of money that they claim is Theirs
- 5:35Speaker 7: will keep control of.
- 5:36Speaker 5: That money, and when they behave properly and when they
- 5:39Speaker 5: do what's right, we'll let them have their money. But
- 5:42Speaker 5: right now we're not doing that, and it's one thing
- 5:44Speaker 5: is not contingent on the other.
- 5:47Speaker 1: The President also accused the Iran of trying to drag
- 5:49Speaker 1: negotiations out until after the mid terms, while insisting the
- 5:54Speaker 1: United States holds all the leverage because Iran's economy is
- 5:57Speaker 1: collapsing in real time. Trump also warned that if Tehran
- 6:01Speaker 1: refuses to cooperate military action remains firmly on the table.
- 6:07Speaker 7: Their economy is in free fall.
- 6:10Speaker 5: They have two hundred and fifty percent inflation, their money
- 6:13Speaker 5: has no value, and their whole economic system is broken down.
- 6:19Speaker 5: They thought they were going to outweait me. You know,
- 6:21Speaker 5: we'll outweight him. He's got the midterms. I don't care
- 6:24Speaker 5: about the midterms. Look what happened last night. That was
- 6:26Speaker 5: the prelude to the midterms. People understand that they know
- 6:29Speaker 5: that very simple. Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. I'm
- 6:33Speaker 5: doing that for the world. I'm not doing it just
- 6:35Speaker 5: for us now.
- 6:36Speaker 1: The President had a very interesting way of putting what
- 6:38Speaker 1: he just said, making it abundantly clear that we are
- 6:42Speaker 1: not going to be pushed around by Iran. He also
- 6:45Speaker 1: talked about the midterms, saying I've got to keep us
- 6:48Speaker 1: safe the present, revealing he's good putting America first, and Iran,
- 6:54Speaker 1: as he described it, must agree to what we are demanding.
- 6:57Speaker 5: At it with Iran, are in is very much intent.
- 7:02Speaker 5: They want very much to make a deal. So far,
- 7:04Speaker 5: they haven't gotten that we're not satisfied with it, but
- 7:07Speaker 5: that we will be.
- 7:09Speaker 7: We will be either that or we'll have to just finish.
- 7:11Speaker 1: The job, Donald Trump saying over and over again, we
- 7:15Speaker 1: will finish the job if we have to. There will
- 7:18Speaker 1: be no sanctioned relief, no release funds, no cash payments.
- 7:23Speaker 1: And so Donald Trump then wrapped it all up by
- 7:26Speaker 1: making it clear that Iran is either going to start
- 7:29Speaker 1: giving America what we are demanding or we will have
- 7:32Speaker 1: military consequences. Yet again, for those in charge, here's the
- 7:37Speaker 1: president on that.
- 7:39Speaker 7: Well, I think we're doing very well.
- 7:41Speaker 5: They are starting to give us the things that they
- 7:44Speaker 5: have to give us. And if they do, that's great.
- 7:46Speaker 5: And if they won't, then the men on my left
- 7:48Speaker 5: is going to finish them off.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Is there a high frame in your mind?
- 7:52Speaker 7: What is there a high frame in your mind?
- 7:54Speaker 4: For?
- 7:54Speaker 7: I mean, it happens quickly.
- 7:55Speaker 5: The problem is every time I mentioned in time frame,
- 7:57Speaker 5: for instance, I see, you know, we've been doing this
- 8:01Speaker 5: for a few months. Via had Latnam lasted nineteen years,
- 8:06Speaker 5: Korea lasted eight years, Afghanistan had lasted many years. There
- 8:10Speaker 5: were are many many years. And we're into it for
- 8:12Speaker 5: a few months. And I read about you people like you,
- 8:16Speaker 5: what's taken so long?
- 8:17Speaker 7: But we're in it.
- 8:18Speaker 5: You know, we lost between two wars, two big wars
- 8:21Speaker 5: Venezuela and Iran.
- 8:23Speaker 7: We lost thirteen souls.
- 8:24Speaker 5: Thirteen great people, met the parents, great people, and it's
- 8:29Speaker 5: a terrible thing.
- 8:30Speaker 7: But thirteen.
- 8:32Speaker 5: If you look at the war casualties and the deaths
- 8:35Speaker 5: and wars Vietnamino, that.
- 8:37Speaker 7: They lost hundreds of thousands of.
- 8:39Speaker 5: People and numbers of these wars. We're very cognizant that
- 8:44Speaker 5: we want to lose very few, we want very few
- 8:47Speaker 5: to be injured. We're very we're very careful. But war's war,
- 8:52Speaker 5: war's dangers. But we've lost thirteen, and so the Democrats
- 8:55Speaker 5: took an end putting into thirteen people that were lost,
- 8:58Speaker 5: and when you look at one, hundreds of thousands of
- 9:00Speaker 5: people that were lost in the Middle East, Iraq, all
- 9:05Speaker 5: the different awards we were in, we have done an
- 9:09Speaker 5: amazing year. With that being said, I hate to lose thirteen,
- 9:12Speaker 5: I hate to lose one. But we've been very we've
- 9:16Speaker 5: been very we've been very capable. I mean, when you
- 9:19Speaker 5: think of it, we took over Venezuela and one day
- 9:22Speaker 5: we have done a similar job.
- 9:24Speaker 7: But we said, well give them a little chance.
- 9:26Speaker 5: At the request of somebody that we greatly respect from Pakistan,
- 9:30Speaker 5: the field Marshall and the Prime Minister.
- 9:32Speaker 7: They had been great.
- 9:35Speaker 5: They asked us would we pause the war for a
- 9:36Speaker 5: little while because they'd like to think so we will
- 9:38Speaker 5: do that, but we had them beat.
- 9:42Speaker 7: There, you know no better.
- 9:44Speaker 5: Now we could close that out very quickly if we
- 9:47Speaker 5: can do it in a different way. That it'd be
- 9:49Speaker 5: good if we get everything we want. But we could
- 9:52Speaker 5: close that out very very quickly, and we may have to.
- 9:55Speaker 5: I don't think so, but we may have to.
- 9:57Speaker 1: So there's the present, laying it out the world and expectation,
- 10:02Speaker 1: basic expectations, and not just demands, but letting Iran know
- 10:07Speaker 1: there are certain things America will not negotiate on, especially
- 10:12Speaker 1: when they come to national security issues. President Donald Trump's
- 10:17Speaker 1: cabinet meeting was more than just routine. He gathered the
- 10:20Speaker 1: cabinet inside the White House, and he made it very
- 10:23Speaker 1: clear exactly what his administration intends to do, how it
- 10:27Speaker 1: intends to govern in the second term. Aggressive, unapologetic, and
- 10:32Speaker 1: with a clear message that America is back in charge now.
- 10:36Speaker 2: From Iran and.
- 10:37Speaker 1: National security to the economy, border security, an America's role
- 10:42Speaker 1: on the world stage. President Trump used the meeting to
- 10:45Speaker 1: lay out his administration's forecasts as the defining issues he's
- 10:50Speaker 1: facing and what the country is facing right now.
- 10:53Speaker 6: Now.
- 10:53Speaker 1: The biggest part of the meeting clearly came down to Iran,
- 10:57Speaker 1: and it was obvious that Donald Trump was turned up
- 11:00Speaker 1: the heat on Iran, making it clear that he believes
- 11:03Speaker 1: Iran is in an extremely weak position right now economically,
- 11:08Speaker 1: and he also intends to use that weakness for major leverage.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Trump described Iran's economy as being on the brink of collapse,
- 11:16Speaker 1: pointing specifically to the falling oil production, declining exports, massive
- 11:22Speaker 1: inflation that has hit the country, and also growing instability
- 11:26Speaker 1: inside of the country's government. The president saying this that
- 11:31Speaker 1: Tehran is running out of time and also running out
- 11:35Speaker 1: of the money they need. He said that economic pressure
- 11:39Speaker 1: is exactly why the United States now has the upper
- 11:42Speaker 1: hand in negotiations. The President also made it clear that
- 11:46Speaker 1: he's not going to be bullied and if Iran thinks
- 11:49Speaker 1: they can wait him out because the midterms, well they're wrong.
- 11:54Speaker 5: And we have the strongest military anywhere in the world.
- 11:56Speaker 7: As you know, you saw what we did with.
- 12:00Speaker 5: Venezuela that worked out very quickly, and we we're doing
- 12:04Speaker 5: really equally as well. But again, people don't want to
- 12:07Speaker 5: write about it. With Iran is very much intent. They
- 12:13Speaker 5: want very much to make a deal. So far they
- 12:15Speaker 5: haven't gotten that. We're not satisfied with it, but now
- 12:18Speaker 5: we will be. We will be either that or will
- 12:20Speaker 5: have to just finish the job. But the Navy is gone,
- 12:24Speaker 5: as they've said a thousand times, the Navy is gone,
- 12:27Speaker 5: the Air Force is gone.
- 12:28Speaker 7: Everything's gone.
- 12:29Speaker 5: And they're negotiating on fumes. But we'll see what happens.
- 12:34Speaker 5: Maybe we have to go back and finish it. Maybe
- 12:36Speaker 5: we don't. Right now. I mean, you can speak to
- 12:40Speaker 5: Steve Whitcoff, Jared doing a good job.
- 12:43Speaker 7: But right now.
- 12:44Speaker 5: I think it looks like they want to just make
- 12:47Speaker 5: a deal.
- 12:48Speaker 7: They want to.
- 12:49Speaker 5: I don't think they have a choice. They're just going
- 12:50Speaker 5: back to the internet because they get a club. Or
- 12:52Speaker 5: their economy is.
- 12:55Speaker 7: In free fall.
- 12:56Speaker 5: They have two hundred and fifty percent inflation, The money
- 12:59Speaker 5: has no value. Their whole economic system is broken down.
- 13:05Speaker 5: They thought they were going to outwait me. You know,
- 13:07Speaker 5: we'll outweight him. He's got the midterms. I don't care
- 13:09Speaker 5: about the midterms. Look what happened last night. That was
- 13:12Speaker 5: the prelude of the midterms. People understand that they know
- 13:15Speaker 5: that very simple Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
- 13:19Speaker 7: I'm doing that for the world.
- 13:20Speaker 5: I'm not doing it just for us, And we've had
- 13:22Speaker 5: great support from other nations. By the way, we don't
- 13:25Speaker 5: need it at all, but we've had great support from
- 13:28Speaker 5: other nations. The problem is you always get the support
- 13:31Speaker 5: when you don't need it. When you need it, you
- 13:32Speaker 5: don't get the support.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Now, the President wasn't done with warnings. He also addressed
- 13:37Speaker 1: the growing tension surrounding the Strait of hor Moves. Now,
- 13:41Speaker 1: as you know, that's one of the most strategically important
- 13:44Speaker 1: shipping lanes in the world. Roughly a fifth of the
- 13:48Speaker 1: world's oil supply moves through that region, meaning any disruption
- 13:52Speaker 1: sends the global energy markets into chaos. And that is
- 13:56Speaker 1: where a moment that everyone is talking about right now,
- 14:00Speaker 1: how happen. President Trump was asked about reports involving Oman
- 14:06Speaker 1: and regional control over the shipping traffic. Donald Trump had
- 14:10Speaker 1: a very blunt response, No, the.
- 14:13Speaker 5: Strait's going to be open to everybody. It's it's international waters.
- 14:18Speaker 5: Nobody's going to control it. We're going to watch over it.
- 14:21Speaker 5: We'll watch over it, but nobody's going to control it.
- 14:23Speaker 5: This part of the negotiation that we have, they would
- 14:26Speaker 5: like to control it. Nobody's going to control it's international waters,
- 14:29Speaker 5: and Oman will behave just like everybody else.
- 14:32Speaker 7: So will have to blow them up. They understand that.
- 14:35Speaker 7: They'll be fine.
- 14:36Speaker 2: They understand it. They'll be fine.
- 14:38Speaker 6: Now.
- 14:39Speaker 1: That comment immediately sent shockwaves through the diplomatic circles and
- 14:42Speaker 1: cable news networks and also the rest of the world.
- 14:46Speaker 6: Now.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Trump also made it clear that he is growing very
- 14:49Speaker 1: frustrated with the RAN dragging out the negotiations. The President
- 14:53Speaker 1: says there will be no sanctions, relief, no money, no
- 14:56Speaker 1: nothing unless it RAN agrees to America demands.
- 15:02Speaker 7: The sanctions on or on to allow Eroon to sell its.
- 15:05Speaker 6: Crew to market.
- 15:06Speaker 5: No, we're not talking about any easing of sanctions, giving money,
- 15:09Speaker 5: No sanctions, no money, no nothing.
- 15:14Speaker 7: We have control of money that they claim is theirs.
- 15:18Speaker 5: Will keep control of that money, and when they behave
- 15:21Speaker 5: properly and when they do what's right, we'll let them
- 15:23Speaker 5: have their money.
- 15:24Speaker 7: But right now we're not doing that. And it's one
- 15:27Speaker 7: thing is not contingent on the other.
- 15:29Speaker 1: The President making it clear strength first, pressure first, and
- 15:33Speaker 1: absolutely no return to what he views as a failed
- 15:37Speaker 1: appeasement policy of past administrations. Now the President then moved
- 15:41Speaker 1: on to border security and immigration. Another major focus of
- 15:46Speaker 1: the cabinet meeting was just that. Trump praised his administration's
- 15:50Speaker 1: cracked down illegal immigration and argued that aggressive enforcement measures
- 15:54Speaker 1: are finally restoring order after what he described as years
- 15:58Speaker 1: of chaos. Officials discussed increased deportation operations, expanded attention capacity,
- 16:05Speaker 1: and then efforts to target cartel networks and human trafficking
- 16:09Speaker 1: organizations as well. The President again tied border security directly
- 16:14Speaker 1: to national security, arguing that weak enforcement policies allowed criminal
- 16:19Speaker 1: organizations to gain unprecedented power around the world and inside
- 16:24Speaker 1: the United States. Trump also emphasized what he says is
- 16:28Speaker 1: a major difference between his administration and the Democrats. He
- 16:32Speaker 1: says it's simply to terrents. According to Trump, the message
- 16:36Speaker 1: now being sent globally is simple. If you enter illegally
- 16:40Speaker 1: into the United States, you will be removed. Administration officials
- 16:45Speaker 1: also discuss cooperation between federal agencies and local law enforcement
- 16:50Speaker 1: as part of the broader anti cartel operations.
- 16:54Speaker 5: We took the most dangerous, unsay violent and open border
- 16:57Speaker 5: in the world anywhere in the world has no order
- 17:00Speaker 5: like the border we had and created the most secure
- 17:03Speaker 5: border in the history of our country. We had no
- 17:06Speaker 5: people twelve months now, No people reported in the last
- 17:09Speaker 5: twelve months came in illegally.
- 17:12Speaker 7: Zero illegal aliens admitted to the United States in the
- 17:15Speaker 7: last twelve months.
- 17:15Speaker 5: And that's those charts are made by you would say,
- 17:18Speaker 5: politically unfriendly people.
- 17:21Speaker 7: And the reason they don't come in.
- 17:22Speaker 5: Is because nobody comes up because they know that they're
- 17:25Speaker 5: going to be turned away and if they get in,
- 17:27Speaker 5: they're going to be moved out right away.
- 17:29Speaker 7: So it's been zero. You're the one that do you
- 17:32Speaker 7: do the reports.
- 17:33Speaker 5: I'm actually surprised by the number because I don't know
- 17:35Speaker 5: how it can be zero, but they say at zero
- 17:38Speaker 5: for the last twelve months and twenty twenty five, we
- 17:40Speaker 5: achieved the largest drop.
- 17:41Speaker 7: And the murder rate ever recorded.
- 17:44Speaker 5: So the murder rate was quite high, and we achieved
- 17:48Speaker 5: the largest drop in the murder rate ever recorded to
- 17:51Speaker 5: the lowest level one hundred and twenty five years this
- 17:54Speaker 5: year nineteen hundred. And that's despite the fact that many
- 17:57Speaker 5: people came in from prisons and from very rough countries,
- 18:01Speaker 5: and from mental institutions and from lots.
- 18:04Speaker 7: Of other places.
- 18:05Speaker 5: Drug dealers as they came in illegally during the Biden administration.
- 18:10Speaker 5: We've gotten many of them out, but we still have
- 18:13Speaker 5: some that we're looking for. Quite a few that were
- 18:15Speaker 5: still looking for. But we've gotten over eleven eight hundred
- 18:19Speaker 5: and eighty eight murders we're allowed into a country. We've
- 18:22Speaker 5: gotten a lot of them out. We've gotten some we
- 18:24Speaker 5: put them in jail. We don't even trust the country
- 18:26Speaker 5: to send them because come back in.
- 18:29Speaker 7: Maybe we put them in jail.
- 18:31Speaker 6: Now.
- 18:31Speaker 1: The President was clearly making this a midterm issue, comparing
- 18:35Speaker 1: and contrasting the Biden Myorchis DHS that released almost every
- 18:39Speaker 1: migrant encounter that would be every legal immigrant encountered into
- 18:43Speaker 1: the United States of America. Those days are now over
- 18:46Speaker 1: thanks to President Donald Trump. The President then moved on
- 18:50Speaker 1: to the Economy and Energy, using the Cabinet meeting to
- 18:54Speaker 1: argue that as economic agendas producing seing momentum despite the
- 18:58Speaker 1: global oil issue, Trump repeatedly turned to energy dominance as
- 19:03Speaker 1: a central theme, arguing that America must increase domestic production
- 19:08Speaker 1: while adversaries like Iran continue weakening economically. Cabinet officials discussed inflation, manufacturing, investment, supply,
- 19:17Speaker 1: chain issues and the energy pricing as it is going up.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Trump argued that America's economic strength comes from producing more
- 19:26Speaker 1: at home and reducing dependence on hostile for nations. He
- 19:30Speaker 1: also contrasted his administration's policies with what he called radical
- 19:36Speaker 1: climate extremism, saying energy restrictions weakened national security and empower
- 19:42Speaker 1: our adversaries overseas. The administration framed domestic oil and gas
- 19:47Speaker 1: production not only is an economic issue, but as a
- 19:50Speaker 1: geopolitical weapon against countries like Iran, Russia and China found
- 19:56Speaker 1: at home.
- 19:57Speaker 7: So again, it's an amazing transformation.
- 19:59Speaker 6: Bottom line is the center of geopolitics around energy has
- 20:04Speaker 6: moved from other parts of the world to the Western hemisphere.
- 20:08Speaker 7: In the last five months. You turned Venezuela from.
- 20:10Speaker 6: A sanctioned adversary into a strategic ally and forty five
- 20:15Speaker 6: minutes never happened in history before. And what's going on
- 20:18Speaker 6: in Alaska when I was there last week in Alaska
- 20:21Speaker 6: in the Nurslop, eighty thousand barrels a.
- 20:23Speaker 7: Day coming online at PICCA. That wouldn't have happened with you.
- 20:26Speaker 6: It's up by Willow on the Nurslope that's going into
- 20:29Speaker 6: the into the Alaska pipeline twenty percent increase just off
- 20:33Speaker 6: that one field, so amazing work. It's energy is of
- 20:37Speaker 6: high tech industry and those guys that are crushing it
- 20:39Speaker 6: and they're loving the fact that they can provide affordable, reliable,
- 20:43Speaker 6: secure energy for America.
- 20:45Speaker 7: And we're working very hard in California.
- 20:47Speaker 5: You know, a lot of people don't know this, but
- 20:49Speaker 5: California has tremendous tremendous It's used to be number three
- 20:53Speaker 5: in the nation, and the radical left has just wiped
- 20:57Speaker 5: it out and we're working very hard to get that
- 20:59Speaker 5: open again and get it so the people that they
- 21:02Speaker 5: gasoline presses, their lack of energy is just staggering. It's staggering,
- 21:08Speaker 5: and we're actually making very good progress. Even people that
- 21:11Speaker 5: were against that at one point now they're saying, wow.
- 21:13Speaker 7: That'd be great.
- 21:14Speaker 5: But people don't realize it was one of the right Chris,
- 21:16Speaker 5: It was one of the top drilling states, one of
- 21:19Speaker 5: the I would say, in terms of reserves, is among
- 21:23Speaker 5: the top in the country.
- 21:24Speaker 7: Nobody thinks of that.
- 21:25Speaker 5: With calif everything was just closed down, really violently closed down,
- 21:30Speaker 5: and we're opening up some of it and we're being
- 21:33Speaker 5: met with actually great spirit because they're paying so much
- 21:37Speaker 5: for gasoline that they don't have to be doing that.
- 21:39Speaker 7: And they have a very.
- 21:40Speaker 5: Incompetent group of leaders, like grossly incompetent.
- 21:45Speaker 1: So the big takeaway from the cabinet meeting was this,
- 21:48Speaker 1: you have a president that believes that the American people
- 21:51Speaker 1: are smart enough to understand he's doing big things and
- 21:55Speaker 1: making tough choices, and the administration one of the Americans
- 21:59Speaker 1: to see a price is it not only fully in command,
- 22:01Speaker 1: but surrounded by the cabinet officials who are aggressively executing
- 22:05Speaker 1: policy not just on one issue, but across some multiple
- 22:09Speaker 1: fronts all at once, whether it's Iran, immigration, energy, or
- 22:14Speaker 1: economic policy. The tone of the meeting was confrontational, it
- 22:19Speaker 1: was confident, and it was designed to let you know
- 22:22Speaker 1: what exactly this White House is doing for you. And
- 22:26Speaker 1: perhaps most importantly, Trump made it clear that he believes
- 22:29Speaker 1: his administration now holds leverage, leverage over our adversaries, overseas,
- 22:35Speaker 1: leverage and negotiations, and leverage politically heading into the midterms.
- 22:40Speaker 2: So where are we right now?
- 22:42Speaker 1: Well, President Trump is arguing that not only is he
- 22:45Speaker 1: in the cabinet, showing exactly why Donald Trump's agenda of
- 22:49Speaker 1: America First is so dominant. It's also a moment for
- 22:53Speaker 1: the President to remind Americans what is at stake and
- 22:56Speaker 1: where we came from under the Biden regime. So, based
- 23:00Speaker 1: on these headlines, you may not get a lot of
- 23:03Speaker 1: love from the media because they want you to believe
- 23:05Speaker 1: this guy is falling. But when you look at what
- 23:07Speaker 1: the President had to say, it's pretty clear the America
- 23:10Speaker 1: First policies are still moving forward and being implemented as
- 23:15Speaker 1: we speak. When Donald Trump ran for president, he made
- 23:19Speaker 1: it very clear he was going to put Americans first.
- 23:22Speaker 1: That was the top of his agenda, and he was
- 23:25Speaker 1: going to make sure that people that had broken in
- 23:27Speaker 1: this country, that were here illegally would no longer be
- 23:31Speaker 1: put ahead of Americans, they wouldn't be able to get
- 23:34Speaker 1: as many government benefits as they've been getting so far,
- 23:37Speaker 1: and that he was going to move to deport them. Well,
- 23:40Speaker 1: we have a new firestorm of an example of exactly
- 23:44Speaker 1: what President Trump was talking about. It's now erupting in
- 23:47Speaker 1: Fairfax County, Virginia, and it's rapidly becoming a national symbol.
- 23:53Speaker 1: And the debate over immigration as well as the census,
- 23:56Speaker 1: as well as political representation and the future ballance of
- 24:00Speaker 1: power in Washington, d C. Fairfax County is the largest
- 24:05Speaker 1: county in Virginia, sitting just outside of Washington, d C.
- 24:09Speaker 1: And according to figures now being discussed by immigration analysts
- 24:13Speaker 1: and lawmakers, roughly one in five residents. I want to
- 24:18Speaker 1: say that again, roughly one in five residents in Fairfax
- 24:23Speaker 1: County could potentially be subject to deportation or removal proceedings
- 24:29Speaker 1: under stricter immigration enforcement standards. We're talking about twenty percent
- 24:35Speaker 1: of the population in Virginia's largest county, right outside of.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Washington, d C.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Are individuals that shouldn't be in this country in the
- 24:44Speaker 1: first place. Now that staggering number has ignited outrage among
- 24:50Speaker 1: critics and current immigration policies. It's also triggered new congressional
- 24:55Speaker 1: scrutiny of sanctuary style policies in the region. There was
- 25:00Speaker 1: part of this that became very clear and the hearing
- 25:03Speaker 1: on Washington DC where a Cato Institute individual said this
- 25:09Speaker 1: before Congress.
- 25:11Speaker 2: It's the first.
- 25:12Speaker 8: Step would be to give up on the mass deportation fantasy.
- 25:16Speaker 8: About one in five fairfact residents is someone who could
- 25:19Speaker 8: be deported.
- 25:20Speaker 7: Or who lives with them.
- 25:22Speaker 8: It would destroy neighborhoods rip Americans away from their spouses, parents, friends, families, customers, employees, employers, nurses, nannies,
- 25:32Speaker 8: and teachers.
- 25:34Speaker 2: This guy is mister Bayer.
- 25:36Speaker 1: He's a random guy that tells you that one in
- 25:40Speaker 1: five Fairfax residents is someone who could be deported or
- 25:43Speaker 1: lives with them. It is not normal the twenty percent
- 25:47Speaker 1: of the largest county of Virginia could be deported. What's
- 25:49Speaker 1: even more shocking is how not normal it is for
- 25:53Speaker 1: the new argument of the left to be, well, there's
- 25:57Speaker 1: just too many illegal immigrants, so you cannot deport them.
- 26:02Speaker 1: The logic here is now, instead of lying to you
- 26:05Speaker 1: about how many illegal immigrants are in America, the Democratic
- 26:09Speaker 1: Party in the left are now saying, we'll tell you
- 26:11Speaker 1: exactly how many there are to prove a point that
- 26:15Speaker 1: there are so many illegal immigrants that are in the
- 26:18Speaker 1: United States of America that you need to get rid
- 26:20Speaker 1: of the fantasy that we are going to actually deport
- 26:25Speaker 1: all of them, and it would destroy communities if you
- 26:28Speaker 1: did it, so therefore you cannot do it. I want
- 26:32Speaker 1: to play this clip one more time, and now that
- 26:35Speaker 1: you understand the messaging here and what their motivation is,
- 26:40Speaker 1: listen to how the new argument of the left has
- 26:43Speaker 1: completely changed.
- 26:45Speaker 8: It's the first step would be to give up on
- 26:48Speaker 8: the mass deportation fantasy. About one in five Fairfact residents
- 26:53Speaker 8: is someone who could be deported or who lives with them.
- 26:56Speaker 8: It would destroy neighborhoods, rip Americans away from their spouse's parents, friends, families, customers, employees, employers, nurses, nannies,
- 27:06Speaker 8: and teachers.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Let me be clear, Let me be clear, really all right,
- 27:12Speaker 1: Republicans on Capitol Hill, now is your opportunity to use
- 27:16Speaker 1: the Fairfax County as a case study in what they
- 27:19Speaker 1: describe as the consequences of failed immigration enforcement and sanctuary
- 27:25Speaker 1: government policies. Hearings have focused on accusations now that the
- 27:30Speaker 1: local officials have no or limited cooperation with federal immigration authorities,
- 27:36Speaker 1: including ICE, while legal immigrant numbers have surged nationwide, as
- 27:42Speaker 1: Democrats seem to be now saying, we want to count
- 27:45Speaker 1: all the illegal immigrants, not underplay the number, but actually
- 27:49Speaker 1: tell you an honest number. So the problem looks so
- 27:52Speaker 1: big that it's inhumane to try to stop it.
- 27:56Speaker 5: Now.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Behind the controversy is a much larger and an even
- 27:59Speaker 1: more explosive national issue. It is how immigration both legal
- 28:05Speaker 1: and illegal. Is reshaping political representation in the United States
- 28:10Speaker 1: of America. Now, that is the whole plan of the
- 28:11Speaker 1: Democratic Party, and right now, under the current Census Bureau policy,
- 28:17Speaker 1: every person living in the United States of America is
- 28:20Speaker 1: counting the census. That means that all citizens, all legal immigrants,
- 28:26Speaker 1: all green card holders, all refugees, all visa holders, all
- 28:30Speaker 1: asylum seekers, and this is the most important category for Democrats,
- 28:36Speaker 1: all illegal immigrants are counted. The Census explicitly states that
- 28:42Speaker 1: congressional appointment is based on counting all persons residing in
- 28:46Speaker 1: the country, regardless of citizenship status. That matters because the
- 28:52Speaker 1: census determines far more than just population statistics. Every ten years,
- 28:59Speaker 1: census total determine something that's extremely important, how many seats
- 29:03Speaker 1: each state receives in the House of Representatives. Those same
- 29:08Speaker 1: numbers also determine the Electoral College votes in the presidential elections,
- 29:12Speaker 1: and they influence the distribution of hundreds of billions of
- 29:15Speaker 1: federal dollars. Now, just hit pause for a second and
- 29:19Speaker 1: think about this. Is it fair to say that in
- 29:22Speaker 1: Virginia there's a very good chance that there are too
- 29:25Speaker 1: many representatives in Washington representing people of Virginia based on
- 29:31Speaker 1: the number of illegal immigrants. I think the answer is
- 29:34Speaker 1: based on the evidence. It's overwhelming. Moved to a place
- 29:37Speaker 1: like California. California has a massive number of individuals representing
- 29:43Speaker 1: the state in Congress. They have an incredible amount of
- 29:46Speaker 1: power as a state. They also have an incredible amount
- 29:49Speaker 1: of power in picking the president of the United States
- 29:51Speaker 1: of America. California helps Democrats get much closer to the
- 29:55Speaker 1: finish line on election night every single time we have
- 29:58Speaker 1: a presidential and the reason why there is so much
- 30:04Speaker 1: power is based on the fact that we're counting illegal immigrants. Now,
- 30:09Speaker 1: more people county means more political power. And that's exactly
- 30:13Speaker 1: why you're now hearing people like mister Bayer who are
- 30:16Speaker 1: telling you the truth on the illegal immigrant numbers because
- 30:20Speaker 1: they want that power. Organizations like the Center for Immigration
- 30:24Speaker 1: Studies have argued that immigration levels legal and illegal combined
- 30:30Speaker 1: have shifted congressional seats and electoral college votes towards high
- 30:34Speaker 1: immigration states for decades. Their analysis claim states with large
- 30:40Speaker 1: nonsenisen populations receive additional representation because non citizens are included
- 30:45Speaker 1: in the census counts, even though they cannot vote in
- 30:49Speaker 1: federal elections. California, as I mentioned earlier, is the perfect
- 30:53Speaker 1: example for this debate. California gained enormous political influence because
- 30:59Speaker 1: of population that was fueled heavily by illegal immigrants. The
- 31:03Speaker 1: state is also now experiencing a major population exodus as
- 31:07Speaker 1: residents leave over the high taxes, the housing costs, crime concerns,
- 31:12Speaker 1: costs of living pressures. California actually lost a congressional seat
- 31:16Speaker 1: after the twenty twenty census for the first time in
- 31:19Speaker 1: state history. Yet analysts note that California may have lost
- 31:25Speaker 1: even more political representation if non citizens had not been
- 31:31Speaker 1: included in the census count, and it brings up an
- 31:34Speaker 1: even bigger question. Is it time for the American people,
- 31:39Speaker 1: for the Republican Party, for the president United States of
- 31:42Speaker 1: America to bring this debate front and center. When you
- 31:46Speaker 1: have one in five Fairfax residents is someone that should
- 31:50Speaker 1: be deported, you know you've got a massive problem. Twenty
- 31:54Speaker 1: percent of the largest county in Virginia not a border state,
- 31:58Speaker 1: is a mass red flag for other states. And the
- 32:03Speaker 1: question now is not only how many illegals are actually
- 32:05Speaker 1: in this country, but how much are they costing you
- 32:08Speaker 1: as a taxpayer, and how much are they skewing the
- 32:12Speaker 1: election towards Democratic.
- 32:13Speaker 2: Candidates because of the census.
