- 0:01Speaker 1: Major problems for Hunter Biden.
- 0:03Speaker 2: He's been indicted now on not one, not two, not three,
- 0:07Speaker 2: not four, five, not six, not seven, not eight, but nine.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Let that sink in tax related charges that he should
- 0:15Speaker 2: have been charged with years ago. The big news of
- 0:19Speaker 2: the nine, three of them are felony charges. That's right,
- 0:25Speaker 2: The President's son, Hunter Biden, has been indicted on nine charges,
- 0:29Speaker 2: including three felonies, for allegedly failing to file taxes, evading
- 0:34Speaker 2: an assessment, and filing a fraudulent form.
- 0:38Speaker 1: This indictment significant.
- 0:40Speaker 2: This indictment is a fifty six page indictment filed in
- 0:46Speaker 2: a federal court in Los Angeles on Thursday. It alleges
- 0:50Speaker 2: that the president sun spent millions of dollars on an
- 0:54Speaker 2: extravagant lifestyle rather than pay his taxes. Per NBC News,
- 1:00Speaker 2: the indictment also alleges that Hunter Biden willfully failed to
- 1:05Speaker 2: pay IS twenty sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, and nineteen taxes on time,
- 1:10Speaker 2: despite having access to funds to pay some or all
- 1:13Speaker 2: of these tax bills. That also a major problem hunter Biden.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Being hit with these nine charges, filed for the first
- 1:23Speaker 2: time in California, includes the false or fraudulent tax return,
- 1:29Speaker 2: the failure to file or pay taxes, and the evasion
- 1:31Speaker 2: of taxes details what they referred to in the indictment
- 1:35Speaker 2: as a four year scheme. The word they're using a
- 1:38Speaker 2: four year scheme. The defendant engaged a four year scheme.
- 1:42Speaker 2: The indictment states, and I'm reading directly now from the indictment,
- 1:48Speaker 2: to not pay at least one point four million in
- 1:51Speaker 2: self assess federal taxes he owed for tax year sixteen
- 1:54Speaker 2: through twenty nineteen, from in er about January of twenty
- 1:59Speaker 2: seventeen through in or about October the fifteenth to twenty twenty,
- 2:03Speaker 2: and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax years
- 2:06Speaker 2: eighteen when he filed false returns in about February of
- 2:10Speaker 2: twenty twenty, and further into the scheme, the defendant subverted
- 2:15Speaker 2: the payroll in tax withholding process of his own company,
- 2:18Speaker 2: a wasco.
- 2:19Speaker 1: PC, by withholding millions from a.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Wasco PC outside of the payroll and tax withholding process
- 2:27Speaker 2: that it was designed to perform. The indictment also states
- 2:31Speaker 2: Hunter Biden spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle
- 2:34Speaker 2: rather than paying his tax bills. In twenty eighteen, he
- 2:39Speaker 2: stopped paying his outstanding and overdue taxes for tax year
- 2:43Speaker 2: twenty fifteen, and finally, it says he willfully failed to
- 2:48Speaker 2: pay his twenty sixteen, twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen, and twenty
- 2:53Speaker 2: nineteen taxes on time, despite having access to funds to.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Pay some or all of those taxes.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Now again, I'm reading to you directly from this indictment.
- 3:04Speaker 2: The special counsel David Weiss brought these charges and the
- 3:08Speaker 2: case was assigned to Donald Trump appointee Judge Mark Sicarsi.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Neither the White House nor Hunter, Biden's attorney have responded
- 3:20Speaker 2: to the indictment so far. David Weiss, who started serving
- 3:25Speaker 2: as the US attorney in Delaware following Trump's appointment in
- 3:29Speaker 2: twenty seventeen. To be clear, David Weiss had to be
- 3:32Speaker 2: approved by the two hardcore senators from Delaware to become
- 3:36Speaker 2: the US attorney in Delaware.
- 3:38Speaker 1: So the idea that Hunter or the.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Idea that Donald Trump picked David Weiss, is incredibly inaccurate.
- 3:44Speaker 2: The reason why I say that is because the two
- 3:47Speaker 2: senators from Delaware at the time are extreme liberals and
- 3:52Speaker 2: they had to sign off, so they are the ones
- 3:54Speaker 2: that chose wife Weiss, and Donald Trump then said okay
- 3:58Speaker 2: to it.
- 3:59Speaker 1: That's how it worked every state in America.
- 4:02Speaker 2: The two senators usually get together when there is a
- 4:04Speaker 2: US attorney to be appointed, and those two centers select
- 4:08Speaker 2: that person. Then they deliver it to the White House,
- 4:10Speaker 2: and if they're unless there's some egregious reason to say
- 4:14Speaker 2: no to that person, that person is approved. The media
- 4:19Speaker 2: keeps saying that David Weiss was appointed by Donald Trump.
- 4:22Speaker 2: If you understand how US attorneys work, you know that
- 4:24Speaker 2: that is misleading at best, and you're just lying to
- 4:27Speaker 2: the people. But yet again they'd stated what I just
- 4:31Speaker 2: read for you at NBC News Now. David Weiss said
- 4:36Speaker 2: in a statement that quote Hunter Biden engaged in a
- 4:40Speaker 2: four year scheme in which he chose not to pay
- 4:43Speaker 2: at least a one point million and self assessed federal
- 4:45Speaker 2: taxes he owed for tax years sixteen through nineteen, and
- 4:49Speaker 2: to evade the assessment of taxes for tax years eighteen
- 4:53Speaker 2: when he filed false returns. The Attorney General Mary Garland
- 4:57Speaker 2: appointed whit he's as special counsel as you know, in
- 5:00Speaker 2: August to oversee the investigation to Hunter Biden. This after
- 5:04Speaker 2: they said no special counsel was ever needed because when
- 5:07Speaker 2: he was David Weiss was over the investigation in Delaware.
- 5:11Speaker 2: They said he had the autonomy to do whatever he
- 5:13Speaker 2: wanted to do. Apparently that was also a lie from
- 5:16Speaker 2: this DOJ A special council. At the time, he said,
- 5:20Speaker 2: he will continue to have the authority which they already
- 5:23Speaker 2: claimed you had before, and responsibility which they claimed you
- 5:26Speaker 2: already had before that he has previously exercised to oversee
- 5:29Speaker 2: the investigation and decide where and when and whether to
- 5:33Speaker 2: file charges. We also know from whistleblowers they say that's
- 5:36Speaker 2: not true. Garland's hands were tied. That's why they then
- 5:40Speaker 2: had to give him special council status because they would
- 5:44Speaker 2: not bring charges against Simon California or in Washington, d c.
- 5:49Speaker 2: The Special Council will not be subject to the day
- 5:51Speaker 2: to day's supervisions of any official at the Department of Justice,
- 5:55Speaker 2: but he must comply with the regulations, procedures, and policies
- 5:58Speaker 2: of the Justice of the Apartment. The statement also said
- 6:01Speaker 2: at the time, here's something else that's interesting about this.
- 6:05Speaker 2: CNN noted that though Hunter Biden did eventually pay his
- 6:09Speaker 2: taxes from twenty eighteen, prosecutors alleged that he included false
- 6:14Speaker 2: business deductions in order to evade assessment of taxes to
- 6:18Speaker 2: reduce the substantial tax liabilities he faced.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Now read you.
- 6:22Speaker 2: That from CNN, because why not tell you even what
- 6:25Speaker 2: CNN's saying.
- 6:26Speaker 1: They're even saying he's in trouble.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Prosecutors also alleged in the indictment that he subverted the
- 6:32Speaker 2: payroll in tax withholding process of his own company by
- 6:36Speaker 2: withholding millions of dollars outside of its payroll and tax
- 6:40Speaker 2: withholding process. So he was doing this on every level.
- 6:44Speaker 2: And yet they knew this. They knew this for the
- 6:47Speaker 2: Justice Department, and what do they do. They tried to
- 6:49Speaker 2: give him a sweetheart deal until it blew up in
- 6:52Speaker 2: their face with a judge that said no. And then
- 6:55Speaker 2: they got a special prosecutor status for David Weissmer when
- 7:00Speaker 2: all this is being brought against him now and all
- 7:03Speaker 2: these charges. They knew all of this when they gave
- 7:07Speaker 2: him the sweetheart deal.
- 7:08Speaker 1: The only thing that changed, I want to be very
- 7:11Speaker 1: very very very very.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Very very clear about this is that they got busted
- 7:16Speaker 2: trying to cover up the financial crimes of the Biden
- 7:20Speaker 2: crime family. The Justice Department said that Hunter Biden could
- 7:24Speaker 2: face a maximum now of seventeen years in prison if
- 7:29Speaker 2: convicted of the charges. The case has been closed to
- 7:33Speaker 2: being was close to being resolved in what was it
- 7:36Speaker 2: July when that plea deal fell apart. The new tax
- 7:40Speaker 2: cases stems from Hunter Biden's lucrative overseas business dealings, including
- 7:45Speaker 2: his involvement with that Ukrainian energy company, Barisma, and a
- 7:49Speaker 2: Chinese private equity fund. Now, they didn't unearth anything new,
- 7:55Speaker 2: That's the part I want you to understand. Okay, they
- 7:57Speaker 2: did not unearth anything thing new, nothing, nothing at all
- 8:04Speaker 2: did they unearth that was new here? This is all
- 8:08Speaker 2: the same charges that they should have brought against him
- 8:11Speaker 2: when they gave him the sweetheart deal, which again screams
- 8:15Speaker 2: to the two different tiers of justice system that we
- 8:19Speaker 2: have in this country. If you are a Republican, if
- 8:22Speaker 2: you are a Conservative, they will come after you and
- 8:24Speaker 2: throw you in jail. If you are a Democrat and
- 8:26Speaker 2: you commit crimes you're connected to the Biden crime family,
- 8:29Speaker 2: or an Anty Pelosi or any top Democrat, they will
- 8:32Speaker 2: completely overlook it and make sure that it is completely
- 8:36Speaker 2: a non issue for you.
- 8:37Speaker 1: That is the problem, all right.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Let me tell you real quick about an amazing company
- 8:42Speaker 2: called Patriot Mobile. For ten years, they have been America's

- 10:09Speaker 2: Let me read for you something that Representative James Comer
- 10:13Speaker 2: put out on Twitter or on X as they now
- 10:16Speaker 2: call it.
- 10:17Speaker 1: This was his statement on the Hunter Biden indictment.
- 10:19Speaker 2: It said this, the DOJ got caught in an attempt
- 10:23Speaker 2: to give Hunter Biden an unprecedented sweetheart plea deal. In
- 10:27Speaker 2: today's charges filed against Hunter are the results of IRS
- 10:32Speaker 2: whistleblowers who bravely came forward. Americans should applaud these men.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Then here's another part of the statement, says House Committee
- 10:43Speaker 2: on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comber made the following
- 10:46Speaker 2: statement on Hunter Biden facing a nine count phony indictment,
- 10:49Speaker 2: including failure to file and pay taxes and filing a
- 10:53Speaker 2: false return quote.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Too.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Brave irs whistleblowers Gary Chapley and Joseph Siegler placed their
- 10:59Speaker 2: careers on on the line to blow the whistle on
- 11:02Speaker 2: misconduct and politicization in the Hunter Biden criminal investigation. The
- 11:07Speaker 2: Department of Justice got caught in its attempt to give
- 11:10Speaker 2: Hunter Biden an unprecedented sweetheart plea deal, and today's charges
- 11:15Speaker 2: filed against Hunter Biden are the result of mister Chapley's
- 11:20Speaker 2: and mister Ziegler's efforts to ensure all Americans are treated
- 11:23Speaker 2: equally under the law. Every American should applaud these men
- 11:28Speaker 2: for their courage to expose the truth.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Now, these two men, they risked it all to do.
- 11:35Speaker 2: The right thing after they realized that no one else
- 11:38Speaker 2: in America could get the deal that Hunter Biden was getting,
- 11:41Speaker 2: which really wasn't even a slap on the wrist. Irs
- 11:45Speaker 2: whistleblowers James Comer also says also revealed investigators were prevented
- 11:50Speaker 2: from following evidence they could have led to Joe Biden.
- 11:55Speaker 2: The House Oversight Committee's investigation of the Biden's influence pedaling
- 11:59Speaker 2: schemes reveal how Joe Biden knew about, participated in, and
- 12:05Speaker 2: benefited from his family cashing in on the Biden name.
- 12:10Speaker 2: In fact, Hunter Biden's corporate entities implicated by today's indictment
- 12:17Speaker 2: funneled foreign cash that landed in Joe Biden's bank account.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Unless US attorney wise investigates everyone involved in the Biden's
- 12:26Speaker 2: fraud schemes and influence pedaling, it will be clear President
- 12:31Speaker 2: Biden's DOJ is protecting Hunter Biden and the big guy.
- 12:35Speaker 2: The big guy we all know who that is. That
- 12:37Speaker 2: would be the President of the United States of America. Now,
- 12:41Speaker 2: by the way, I should have played this audio for you,
- 12:43Speaker 2: but I'm going to recap it for you and just
- 12:44Speaker 2: go download it. I was doing the podcast that I
- 12:49Speaker 2: co host with Center Ted Cruz last night and we
- 12:52Speaker 2: were talking about this breaking news, this indictment after and
- 12:55Speaker 2: I think it was after midnight when we were doing this,
- 12:58Speaker 2: and there was one thing that Senator Cruz said, and
- 13:02Speaker 2: go down with a verdict with Ted Cruz and you
- 13:04Speaker 2: can hear his entire commentary on this, but there was
- 13:07Speaker 2: one thing that he said that I wanted to bring
- 13:10Speaker 2: up to you that was really important.
- 13:12Speaker 1: He said, you know what makes me mad about this indictment.
- 13:15Speaker 2: It's the fact that the name Joe Biden was left
- 13:19Speaker 2: out of the indictment.
- 13:21Speaker 1: That's what made him mad.
- 13:22Speaker 2: He said he was mad that Joe Biden and David
- 13:26Speaker 2: Weiss clearly was making decisions to protect the President of
- 13:32Speaker 2: the United States of America at all costs. I also
- 13:37Speaker 2: want you to hear what James Comer had to say
- 13:41Speaker 2: about this new polling data that's out. The AP found
- 13:45Speaker 2: that seventy percent of Americans, including now forty percent of Democrats,
- 13:49Speaker 2: believe that Joe Biden acted illegally or unethically in regards
- 13:53Speaker 2: to his family's business schemes, evidence uncovered by the GOP
- 13:58Speaker 2: oversight as clear as day.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Take a listen, Well, do you and Jim Jordan on
- 14:03Speaker 3: Judiciary have now threatened to hold Hunter Biden in contempt
- 14:06Speaker 3: of Congress? And I believe that includes Joe's brother James Biden.
- 14:10Speaker 3: If they failed to show up after the subpoena that
- 14:14Speaker 3: you sent them, what actions will you take?
- 14:17Speaker 4: Well, we'll hold them in contempt. I mean, we've issued
- 14:19Speaker 4: lawful subpoenas. I'm hopeful they'll both show up. I have
- 14:23Speaker 4: more confidence that Jim Biden's going to show up that
- 14:25Speaker 4: I do. Hunter. You're seeing today rhetoric from the Democrats
- 14:30Speaker 4: on the House Oversight Committee openly encouraging Hunter Biden not
- 14:34Speaker 4: to show up. I mean, the Democrats have the Democrats
- 14:37Speaker 4: on the Oversight Committee have obstructed this credible investigation just
- 14:42Speaker 4: as much as the Biden legal team, just as much
- 14:44Speaker 4: as the as the mainstream media and all these governed
- 14:47Speaker 4: agencies you were supposed to be investigating. But we're gonna
- 14:50Speaker 4: hold Hunter Biden accountable if he doesn't show up for
- 14:53Speaker 4: the subpoena.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Sean.
- 14:54Speaker 4: We looked in the Donald Trump's immediate family testified in
- 15:00Speaker 4: depositions on the January sixth Committee for eighteen hours. Eighteen hours.
- 15:06Speaker 4: Donald Trump's family showed up for depositions when they were
- 15:09Speaker 4: subpoenaed by the January sixth Committee. But the Bidens think
- 15:12Speaker 4: they're you know, the vilaal doesn't apply to them, that
- 15:15Speaker 4: they're special, and they aren't going to show up. I mean,
- 15:18Speaker 4: there's more evidence now about Hunter Biden than most criminals
- 15:23Speaker 4: that have to show up for depositions in big time
- 15:27Speaker 4: legal cases. So he's going to be there or we're
- 15:30Speaker 4: going to hold him accountable.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Eggs or we're going to hold him accountable. I hope
- 15:35Speaker 2: that this is true, by the way, I really do.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I hope that this is the case. James Comer also
- 15:42Speaker 2: talking on Fox Business Channel about these indictments and making
- 15:47Speaker 2: it clear Biden continues to lie, as he described it
- 15:53Speaker 2: to the American people, about what he knew about the
- 15:55Speaker 2: crimes as family was committing, like it was obvious that
- 15:59Speaker 2: he knew that he was lying. Take a listen to
- 16:02Speaker 2: this on Maria Bartiromo's show.
- 16:04Speaker 5: It's Kentucky Thomas when he his House Oversight Committey Chairman
- 16:07Speaker 5: James Comer. Mister chairman, thanks very much for being with
- 16:09Speaker 5: me this morning.
- 16:10Speaker 1: You just heard what the President said. These are a
- 16:12Speaker 1: bunch of lies.
- 16:13Speaker 4: Your response, well, he's lied over twenty one times now
- 16:18Speaker 4: to the American people about his knowledge, involvement, and benefit
- 16:22Speaker 4: from his family shady influence peddling schemes. I think the
- 16:26Speaker 4: American people see through this.
- 16:28Speaker 1: The AP polling shows.
- 16:29Speaker 4: That seventy percent of Americans believe that Joe Biden did
- 16:32Speaker 4: something either illegal or unethical with his son, and that
- 16:36Speaker 4: includes forty percent of Democrats. So the American people aren't stupid, Maria.
- 16:40Speaker 4: They realize that Joe Biden can't answer a simple question,
- 16:44Speaker 4: what exactly did your family do to earn the millions
- 16:47Speaker 4: and millions of dollars from our enemies around the world,
- 16:50Speaker 4: And then they see time after time like what we
- 16:52Speaker 4: saw yesterday, at that press conference, the President of United
- 16:55Speaker 4: States continues to lie to the American people about who
- 16:59Speaker 4: he met with and what he knew about the crimes
- 17:03Speaker 4: that his family was committing.
- 17:05Speaker 5: Well, it's pretty incredible what you've been able to do
- 17:07Speaker 5: in terms of exposing some of this and bringing forth evidence.
- 17:11Speaker 5: You and House Judiciary Committee Serman Jim Jordan sent a
- 17:13Speaker 5: letter to Hunter Biden's attorney saying that you're going to
- 17:16Speaker 5: hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress if he does
- 17:19Speaker 5: not appear for on the record testimony on December thirteenth. Meanwhile,
- 17:23Speaker 5: the President's brother, James Biden, duccked a GPS OFPN yesterday.
- 17:28Speaker 5: He was supposed to testify before the Oversight Committee yesterday.
- 17:30Speaker 4: What happened, Well, we're still negotiating with his attorney. Everyone's
- 17:35Speaker 4: using Christmas vacation as an excuse and they can't get
- 17:39Speaker 4: their lawyers to come in. He's implying to us that
- 17:42Speaker 4: he will come in. He didn't rule it out. They
- 17:46Speaker 4: know that we're getting very impatient. We're trying to wrap
- 17:49Speaker 4: this up. I believe that Jim Biden will come in,
- 17:52Speaker 4: so I'm not going to criticize him yet. The President's
- 17:57Speaker 4: son However, we continue to get this course fond it's
- 18:00Speaker 4: in this media campaign from his attorney saying that he'll
- 18:04Speaker 4: only come in for this or that you know, they're
- 18:07Speaker 4: trying to set the rules.
- 18:09Speaker 1: That's not the way it works.
- 18:10Speaker 4: And if you look at the previous president, his immediate
- 18:13Speaker 4: family spent eighteen hours in depositions in the January sixth Committee,
- 18:18Speaker 4: and they didn't have any evidence of wrongdoing when they
- 18:22Speaker 4: drug those Trump family members in. We have mountains of
- 18:26Speaker 4: evidence of wrongdoing by the president's son and honestly the
- 18:30Speaker 4: president of the United States. So we expect the president's
- 18:34Speaker 4: son to honor that subpoena. He doesn't get to dictate
- 18:37Speaker 4: the terms or set the rules.
- 18:38Speaker 1: We do that.
- 18:39Speaker 4: So we expect to see him next week for a
- 18:41Speaker 4: deposition site.
- 18:43Speaker 2: We expect to see him for a deposition next week. Democrats,
- 18:48Speaker 2: by the way, playing defense right now on the Biden's
- 18:51Speaker 2: behalf Eric Holder. You know Eric Holder, the guy who's
- 18:55Speaker 2: former attorney general said Hunter Biden charges wouldn't have been
- 18:58Speaker 2: brought in normal scenario.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I wish I was joking. I'm actually not.
- 19:03Speaker 2: This is part of the quote cover up of this family,
- 19:07Speaker 2: and it's pretty disgusting, but also not surprising. Take a
- 19:10Speaker 2: listen to what Eric Holder had to say on CNN
- 19:15Speaker 2: as they're doing a full court press to protect the presidency.
- 19:19Speaker 5: See a case like this, is hunter Biden an example
- 19:22Speaker 5: of a witch hunt or justice being at least pursued.
- 19:27Speaker 6: It's interesting. I'm not sure i'd call it a witch hunt.
- 19:28Speaker 6: And yet I've spoken to former colleagues, both Republican and
- 19:32Speaker 6: a Democrat who are were United States attorneys, and I
- 19:35Speaker 6: asked them, you had these facts in your office, would
- 19:38Speaker 6: you have brought this case? And the answer to a
- 19:41Speaker 6: person who was no, this is not a case that
- 19:44Speaker 6: what we would have brought that there would have been
- 19:46Speaker 6: some kind of resolution along the lines that was suggested
- 19:49Speaker 6: in the possible plea agreement. I think that he is,
- 19:53Speaker 6: you know, being not targeted, but treated perhaps a little
- 19:55Speaker 6: differently because of who he is. There's a political component
- 19:59Speaker 6: to this case, which is not I have to say
- 20:00Speaker 6: that the special prosecutor, mister Weiss, is doing anything inappropriate.
- 20:05Speaker 6: But I think there is some many political pressure that
- 20:07Speaker 6: exists in this case that you would not see with
- 20:09Speaker 6: what to other matters.
- 20:11Speaker 2: I mean, I laugh here, this guy got a sweetheart
- 20:13Speaker 2: deal to the point where people had to come out
- 20:15Speaker 2: and whistle blow, and then Eric Holder, the former Attorney General,
- 20:22Speaker 2: saying it's it will be you know, new Hunter Biden
- 20:24Speaker 2: charges will be very difficult, but then saying a normal
- 20:28Speaker 2: person wouldn't be charged with these things?
- 20:30Speaker 1: Are you kidding me?
- 20:31Speaker 2: So let me go back to the question that was
- 20:34Speaker 2: about to be asked of James Comer and Jim Jordan
- 20:37Speaker 2: and James Commers saying they will hold Hunter Biden in
- 20:39Speaker 2: condemned to Congress if he does not appear for this deposition.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Listen to Maria Bartuomo and what she asked him next.
- 20:45Speaker 5: If he doesn't show up, you said he's going to
- 20:47Speaker 5: be held in contempt of Congress.
- 20:48Speaker 1: What does that mean? Well, should really be afraid of that.
- 20:52Speaker 1: He should be afraid of that.
- 20:54Speaker 4: He should be more afraid of that than anyone in America,
- 20:57Speaker 4: because he's in more trouble than anyone in America probably
- 21:00Speaker 4: who's ever been subpoened in front of a congressional investigation.
- 21:04Speaker 4: I mean, this guy is under investigation for crimes ranging
- 21:09Speaker 4: from money laundering to securities fraud and everything in between.
- 21:13Speaker 1: If he gets voted in contempt of.
- 21:16Speaker 4: Congress, that's more penalties that he's going to have to
- 21:20Speaker 4: pay a prize for when his judgment day finally happens.
- 21:25Speaker 4: With respect to all the crimes that the president's son
- 21:27Speaker 4: has committed, this is really compelling.
- 21:30Speaker 5: Congrey, you just said securities fraud. I know in the
- 21:33Speaker 5: past we've talked about evidence that you have exposed of
- 21:36Speaker 5: money laundering, of bribery, of potential tax evasion. But now
- 21:40Speaker 5: you just said securities fraud. How did he commit securities fraud?
- 21:45Speaker 4: Well, we'll talk about that in the deposition. Obviously, we've
- 21:49Speaker 4: seen what his brother, with the President's brother, Jim Biden
- 21:53Speaker 4: did with that AmeriCorps Health in Florida.
- 21:55Speaker 1: I mean just basically.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Defrauded him out of six hundred thousand dollars. Similar deals
- 22:01Speaker 4: that we want to ask the president's son about. But
- 22:04Speaker 4: there's no question that the president's brother has been involved
- 22:07Speaker 4: in that type of criminal activity. So there's no shortage
- 22:12Speaker 4: of crimes that the Bidens have committed. Our investigation is
- 22:15Speaker 4: of Joe Biden, and we know that Joe Biden met
- 22:18Speaker 4: with every single person, including the Mara Corps health people
- 22:21Speaker 4: in Florida that Jim Biden defrauded. We know Joe Biden
- 22:25Speaker 4: met with or spoke to every single person that wired
- 22:28Speaker 4: his family millions of millions of dollars. He wants to
- 22:31Speaker 4: continue to say in press conferences that it's a lie
- 22:35Speaker 4: that he never met with these people when there are pictures,
- 22:37Speaker 4: they're emails. We have now deposed witnesses who have testified
- 22:43Speaker 4: under oath that he talked to him on the phone.
- 22:45Speaker 4: I mean, the evidence is over women and the American
- 22:47Speaker 4: people see through this. It's time for the Bidens to
- 22:50Speaker 4: tell the truth.
- 22:51Speaker 1: I mean, they.
- 22:51Speaker 4: Cannot lie to the American people anymore. The walls are
- 22:54Speaker 4: closing in on the President United States.
- 22:55Speaker 5: Well, I mean, why haven't you already started a contempt
- 22:58Speaker 5: process against Rob Walker, against Jim Biden?
- 23:01Speaker 1: Is that also on.
- 23:03Speaker 5: The table that you're going to have them be in
- 23:06Speaker 5: contempt of Congress.
- 23:08Speaker 4: If they don't show up. I'm going to reserve judgment
- 23:12Speaker 4: on those guys. We're communicating with their attorneys. The only
- 23:16Speaker 4: attorney that we're communicating.
- 23:17Speaker 5: Last week, right and Jim Biden was supposed funding yesterday.
- 23:20Speaker 1: And we're going to go.
- 23:22Speaker 4: It's looking like it could be the first week of January.
- 23:24Speaker 4: I'm not happy about that. These lawyers are colin saying, oh,
- 23:28Speaker 4: they're booked through the holidays and all of this. You know,
- 23:30Speaker 4: the stall, and that's what we've gone through this whole investigation.
- 23:35Speaker 4: But at the end of the day, I'm pretty confident
- 23:37Speaker 4: that we'll wrap the overlhelming majority of these depositions up
- 23:41Speaker 4: by January.
- 23:42Speaker 5: I want to ask you about some of the evidence
- 23:44Speaker 5: that you have pointed out, and this twenty eighteen email
- 23:47Speaker 5: from a bank moneylaundering investigator. He raised concerns about quote
- 23:51Speaker 5: unquote unusual and quote unquote erratic activity related to an
- 23:55Speaker 5: initial five million dollar loan that the Biden family received
- 23:57Speaker 5: from a Chinese energy company. This is the mail, and
- 24:00Speaker 5: of course the names are redacted. The investigator flagged right
- 24:03Speaker 5: by the way.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Listen carefully to this.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Okay, this is the five million dollars coming from the
- 24:07Speaker 2: Chinese government, Communist government, Chinese communists, entities. Listen to this
- 24:14Speaker 2: email because I actually think this is one of the
- 24:17Speaker 2: things that's going to get the present in more trouble
- 24:19Speaker 2: in this investigation than anything else.
- 24:22Speaker 5: Listen carefully that there was no documation documentation of any
- 24:27Speaker 5: loan that Hunter received sixteen wires totally nearly three million
- 24:30Speaker 5: dollars for quote unquote management fees, but there were actually
- 24:33Speaker 5: no services rendered for the projects. The email also warned
- 24:37Speaker 5: about China targeting PEP politicians children with sweetheart deals, and
- 24:42Speaker 5: that hunter spending on drugs and prostitutes were putting the
- 24:45Speaker 5: family in a financial hole. Hunter set up a private
- 24:47Speaker 5: equity firm with the Chinese government congressman, and he said
- 24:51Speaker 5: that that equity fund was largely created to help the
- 24:55Speaker 5: Chinese government.
- 24:56Speaker 1: So what's going on here?
- 24:57Speaker 5: Were they being paid to make inroads for communist China
- 25:01Speaker 5: into America?
- 25:03Speaker 1: Well, it sure looks like it.
- 25:04Speaker 4: That's why we want to bring all the Bidens in
- 25:06Speaker 4: and ask him that very specific question. We know that
- 25:10Speaker 4: Tony Babolenski has said what the objective of the Chinese
- 25:13Speaker 4: investment firm was. It was to try to remove barriers
- 25:16Speaker 4: to entry to American markets. Look, we've got rules, and
- 25:20Speaker 4: one of the few things where there's bipartisan support in
- 25:23Speaker 4: this building where I am right now, is we don't
- 25:25Speaker 4: want China buying farmland, buying into our manufacturing industries. We
- 25:30Speaker 4: don't want them owning critical industries to our national security.
- 25:35Speaker 4: But what they were going to acquire the Biden last
- 25:38Speaker 4: name for was to be able to remove those barriers.
- 25:41Speaker 4: And I think that's important for the American people to know.
- 25:44Speaker 4: Now they paid the Bidens all this money Joe Biden's president.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Is he compromised?
- 25:49Speaker 4: Is this the reason Joe Biden is so soft on
- 25:51Speaker 4: China because he doesn't want China to talk about the
- 25:54Speaker 4: fact that his family took millions and millions of dollars.
- 25:57Speaker 4: If Hunter Biden's going to claim under oath that that
- 26:00Speaker 4: five million dollar wire was alone, then we know he
- 26:04Speaker 4: didn't pay a penny of it.
- 26:05Speaker 1: By right?
- 26:06Speaker 4: Is Shina holding that over Joe Biden's head?
- 26:09Speaker 1: What else? You know? What is Russia holding over the head?
- 26:12Speaker 1: They gave a Hunter.
- 26:13Speaker 4: Biden three and a half million dollars, He's becka stand
- 26:15Speaker 4: body of Porsche. I mean, the list goes on and
- 26:18Speaker 4: on and on, and we're talking about millions and millions
- 26:20Speaker 4: of dollars that the Bidens.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Took from our enemies around the world.
- 26:26Speaker 4: We want to know what they did, and I think
- 26:27Speaker 4: the American people want to know what they did to
- 26:30Speaker 4: receive that money.
- 26:31Speaker 2: You go back to one of the main themes here,
- 26:34Speaker 2: what were the services that were actually rendered for the
- 26:37Speaker 2: millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars that
- 26:40Speaker 2: were coming into the Biden family. What were they? I
- 26:44Speaker 2: want to know what were they? Can anyone explain to
- 26:48Speaker 2: me what they were? Make sure, by the way, that
