- 0:01Speaker 1: The Sham trial, a trial that is one of the
- 0:04Speaker 1: saddest days in American history for our justice system just.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Became a reality.
- 0:12Speaker 1: This is Biden's America, a Banana Republic. President Donald Trump
- 0:19Speaker 1: is the first president in history to be convicted of
- 0:22Speaker 1: a felony. Let me also be clear, this will be overturned.
- 0:30Speaker 1: I have no doubt legal scholars agree. This is an
- 0:35Speaker 1: egregious abuse of power that all started with Alvin Bragg
- 0:39Speaker 1: saying vote for me, and I'll go after Donald Trump.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Picking a court where ninety plus percent of the people
- 0:47Speaker 1: in the area voted against Donald Trump, changing the sentencing
- 0:52Speaker 1: guidelines so that it made it virtually impossible for them
- 0:55Speaker 1: not to figure out a way to convict Donald Trump.
- 1:00Speaker 1: The sentencing will take place on July eleventh. If I
- 1:06Speaker 1: use the word guilty, it would be thirty four times
- 1:10Speaker 1: over and over and over again. Donald Trump is the
- 1:17Speaker 1: first president in history to watch and to see the
- 1:21Speaker 1: United States government and the power of the Deep State
- 1:25Speaker 1: and America's new Vladimir Putin is Joe Biden weaponize a
- 1:31Speaker 1: system of our justice system, a system that's supposed to
- 1:35Speaker 1: be for standing up for truth and honesty and fairness
- 1:40Speaker 1: that has now been weaponized to attack a political opponent
- 1:45Speaker 1: who is a former president of the United States of America.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Why is the left so excited right now? One simple reason.
- 1:54Speaker 1: They now get to say Donald Trump is a felon.
- 1:58Speaker 1: They will campaign off of this, They will absolutely use this,
- 2:03Speaker 1: and it is election interference. This is an election interference trial.
- 2:10Speaker 1: It was always an election interference trial. And Alvin Bragg
- 2:15Speaker 1: and the others involved have in essence admitted that even
- 2:18Speaker 1: before this came down, I thought I would actually be
- 2:22Speaker 1: more angry than I am right now. The reason why
- 2:26Speaker 1: I am not so angry right now is because I
- 2:29Speaker 1: know that this was a rig sham event. From the
- 2:33Speaker 1: very beginning, I knew this was probably going to be
- 2:37Speaker 1: the outcome of this sham event. And when they changed
- 2:40Speaker 1: the way they did the sentencing, I knew it was
- 2:43Speaker 1: going to be a sham event.
- 2:47Speaker 2: The Democrats got their goal.
- 2:50Speaker 1: They can now brand Donald Trump as a convicted felon.
- 2:56Speaker 1: They don't care that this is election interference, and to
- 2:59Speaker 1: be honest with you, we should know that they don't care.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I go back to what happened in twenty sixteen when
- 3:06Speaker 1: the election interference took place, when they said very clearly
- 3:12Speaker 1: that Donald Trump was colluding with the Russians. Even though
- 3:15Speaker 1: Donald Trump was not colluding with the Russians. They knew
- 3:22Speaker 1: there was no Russian collusion.
- 3:24Speaker 2: How do they know it.
- 3:25Speaker 1: They're the one that created the Steele Dalsia. They're the
- 3:27Speaker 1: ones that paid for it. They're the ones that financed it.
- 3:30Speaker 1: The Democratic Party and the Democratic Party right the Hillary
- 3:34Speaker 1: Clinton campaign, I should say, they financed the entire thing.
- 3:38Speaker 1: The FBI, by the way, knew it was a sham
- 3:41Speaker 1: and even labeled it as user generated, meaning it wasn't real.
- 3:44Speaker 1: It was a lie, It wasn't authentic, but they use
- 3:47Speaker 1: it anyway to try to overthrow the will of the
- 3:49Speaker 1: people and impeach a sitting president of the United States
- 3:52Speaker 1: of America for crimes that he had not committed. And
- 3:57Speaker 1: why did they do it this time? Because they got
- 3:59Speaker 1: so close last time, Except this time they were smarter
- 4:03Speaker 1: about it. They found an activist DA who was funded
- 4:07Speaker 1: by George Soros, and that DA.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Ran off of locking up Donald Trump.
- 4:12Speaker 1: And then they found people to come work in his
- 4:15Speaker 1: office that took massive demotions in pay and status from
- 4:21Speaker 1: the Justice Department to come run this sham court. And
- 4:25Speaker 1: then they found the perfect judge a judge who had
- 4:28Speaker 1: given money to Joe Biden, who had given money to
- 4:33Speaker 1: Barack Obama, And what did he do? He then decided,
- 4:37Speaker 1: I'm going to run this court like a kangaroo court court.
- 4:41Speaker 1: I am going to run it the way that Vladimir
- 4:43Speaker 1: Putin runs the court. Yes, Vladimir Putin, we have one
- 4:48Speaker 1: in America now.
- 4:50Speaker 2: His name is Joe Biden.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Joe Biden is going to celebrate this Alvin Bragg at
- 4:59Speaker 1: a press conference. I promise you, he is going to
- 5:04Speaker 1: celebrate this. This is all a celebration because their goal,
- 5:11Speaker 1: their entire goal, was to do this to the president,
- 5:15Speaker 1: and they got it. The appeal will not happen before
- 5:19Speaker 1: election day. Sentencing will be July eleventh, Remember when the
- 5:25Speaker 1: first debate is going to happen. They can brand Donald Trump,
- 5:29Speaker 1: which was their entire goal, as a convicted felon. Regardless
- 5:34Speaker 1: of what happens on appeal. There is no way that
- 5:38Speaker 1: any of these charges will stand up on appeal. It
- 5:40Speaker 1: will all be shot down. But the headline on CNN
- 5:45Speaker 1: right now verdict count thirty four guilty. Former President Donald J.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Trump guilty convicted on all counts. It says in the
- 5:56Speaker 1: middle of the screen at the bottom of the screen
- 5:58Speaker 1: it says Donald Trump guilty on all three four felony charges.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And now the Democratic Party has exactly what they want,
- 6:06Speaker 1: and that is that Donald Trump is a convicted felon
- 6:10Speaker 1: at least from now until election day. I want to
- 6:15Speaker 1: say that again, now until election day. That's all they needed, folks,
- 6:23Speaker 1: that was the only thing that was needed.
- 6:26Speaker 2: They needed it through election day.
- 6:30Speaker 1: And once they got what they wanted, which was a
- 6:33Speaker 1: he is guilty through election day, they can now run
- 6:37Speaker 1: their ads. Will this have an impact on the American people? Yes,
- 6:42Speaker 1: there are a lot of voters that don't pay very
- 6:44Speaker 1: close attention.
- 6:46Speaker 2: There are a lot of voters that are going to.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Say, well, you know, hey, uh, well, you know, look,
- 6:55Speaker 1: he was convicted, so I guess I shouldn't vote for him.
- 6:58Speaker 1: It will have an impact, It will have a significant impact.
- 7:04Speaker 2: I want to make that very very clear.
- 7:07Speaker 1: They know that this, and I'm sure they've done some
- 7:09Speaker 1: internal polling on this that if they could say that
- 7:13Speaker 1: Donald Trump is a felon between now and election day,
- 7:17Speaker 1: then what would happen? How would it change people's minds,
- 7:21Speaker 1: What would their thoughts be about the president? All of
- 7:25Speaker 1: this has been polled they know they're sitting on that
- 7:29Speaker 1: this will have some sort of impact, right, it will.
- 7:33Speaker 1: It will have some sort of impact on this trial.
- 7:38Speaker 1: It is going to or this, I should say on
- 7:40Speaker 1: this election. Now, the other question is what does the
- 7:43Speaker 1: other side do what a conservatives do. Here's what I
- 7:47Speaker 1: can tell you, and this is important. What I can
- 7:51Speaker 1: tell you is this. Donald Trump's website where you go
- 7:57Speaker 1: to give money to his campaign has crashed multiple times
- 8:02Speaker 1: already in the last couple of hours. And the reason
- 8:06Speaker 1: why it is crashed is because Americans are now saying enough,
- 8:11Speaker 1: They're saying, I'm gonna get in the game.
- 8:14Speaker 2: I tweeted out earlier.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I've never I don't usually advocate for big money to
- 8:20Speaker 1: go into campaigns and races. You need to give now
- 8:23Speaker 1: like you've never given before to Donald Trump for president,
- 8:27Speaker 1: because otherwise we are living in the Banana Republic. And
- 8:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden has weaponized our doj our FBI, the deep state,
- 8:36Speaker 1: and is using it now to take out his political opponents.
- 8:39Speaker 1: And it is real. He is America's Vladimir Putin. Democrats
- 8:46Speaker 1: want Donald Trump to die in prison. They are trying
- 8:50Speaker 1: to lock up him up as a political prisoner. They
- 8:56Speaker 1: are trying to make sure that Donald Trump can't pay campaign.
- 9:00Speaker 1: This was already election interference, and now they got their
- 9:06Speaker 1: ultimate gift, and that gift is that they can run
- 9:09Speaker 1: around and say Donald Trump is a convicted felon on
- 9:14Speaker 1: all thirty four counts. You want to know what Biden's
- 9:18Speaker 1: America is. This is Biden's America, the United States Banana Republic.
- 9:25Speaker 1: That is what this is. That is what they believe in.
- 9:28Speaker 1: That is what they are advocating for. They will run
- 9:31Speaker 1: over you, a former president, They will raid your home,
- 9:35Speaker 1: they will raid his home.
- 9:37Speaker 2: There is nothing now that the Left will not do.
- 9:40Speaker 1: These Marxists, these socialists, these communists, they are no different
- 9:44Speaker 1: than what you got from the KGB. They are no
- 9:48Speaker 1: different than what you got from the Gestapo. They are
- 9:50Speaker 1: no different. And what they are doing right now, I
- 9:54Speaker 1: want to be clear about this, than the worst dictators
- 9:57Speaker 1: and tyrants around the world do to their political opponents.
- 10:01Speaker 1: This is a sad day for America. This is a
- 10:08Speaker 1: devastating day for America. This is one of the saddest
- 10:13Speaker 1: days I have ever seen. And the Left will celebrate
- 10:18Speaker 1: this because they do not believe in law and order,
- 10:21Speaker 1: They do not believe in the rule of law.
- 10:24Speaker 2: They do not believe in any of it.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I'm going to give you those details as well, But
- 10:29Speaker 1: first let me tell you about Patriot Mobile. For ten years,
- 10:34Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Why does that matter to you, Because if you're with
- 10:42Speaker 1: Big Mobile, then you're giving big donations every time you
- 10:45Speaker 1: pay your bill to liberal causes, liberal candidates, liberal organizations,
- 10:51Speaker 1: and you may actually be helping fund Plan Parenthood. Now,
- 10:56Speaker 1: when I found that out years ago, I made the
- 10:58Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile. And look, switching cell phone providers
- 11:02Speaker 1: was not easy until well recently. It's now twenty twenty
- 11:06Speaker 1: four and I had to switch a line the other day.
- 11:09Speaker 2: It was easy.
- 11:10Speaker 1: I didn't have to go into a store, I didn't
- 11:12Speaker 1: have to wait on the phone for hours on end.
- 11:15Speaker 1: In fact, the entire process switching from one provider to
- 11:19Speaker 1: another took me about ten minutes. Yes, that is now
- 11:24Speaker 1: how easy it is with technology to switch. You can
- 11:27Speaker 1: keep your same cell phone number you have right now,
- 11:29Speaker 1: your same device you have in your hand, or you
- 11:31Speaker 1: can upgrade to a new one if you want to. Now,
- 11:34Speaker 1: the best part about Patreon Mobile is not only do
- 11:37Speaker 1: you get the same coverage you're used to because they
- 11:39Speaker 1: use the same exact towers you're using right now.
- 11:42Speaker 2: But every time you pay your.
- 11:43Speaker 1: Bill, about five percent of that bill actually goes back to.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Fight for what we believe in at no extra cost
- 11:49Speaker 2: to you.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Yeah, you'll save money usually on your cell phone bill
- 11:52Speaker 1: while supporting conservative causes. They get money every single month
- 11:56Speaker 1: to groups that support free speech, groups that support really freedom,
- 12:00Speaker 1: and most importantly for me, groups that support the sanctity
- 12:04Speaker 1: of life protecting unborn babies.
- 12:07Speaker 2: They also are huge advocates.
- 12:09Speaker 1: For the Second Amendment, and they get back to our military,
- 12:12Speaker 1: our veterans, and our wounded warriors as well as our
- 12:15Speaker 1: first responder heroes. So make a difference with every text,
- 12:19Speaker 1: with every phone call. Just go to Patriot Mobile dot
- 12:22Speaker 1: com slash ben that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben,
- 12:27Speaker 1: or call them nine to seven to two Patriot and
- 12:29Speaker 1: get free activation when you use the offer code Ben
- 12:32Speaker 1: Join me. Make the switch today Patriotmobile dot com slash
- 12:35Speaker 1: Ben or nine to seven to two Patriot. How did
- 12:40Speaker 1: we get to a point where Donald Trump could be
- 12:44Speaker 1: even put in this position? Tell you how we allowed
- 12:49Speaker 1: the radical extremists to take over this country. One of
- 12:53Speaker 1: the Fox anchors today asked the question of Donald Trump's attorney,
- 12:58Speaker 1: and this goes back to the sentencing guide that were
- 13:00Speaker 1: put out by this activist judge who gave money to
- 13:03Speaker 1: Joe Biden, by the DA who ran on vote for me,
- 13:07Speaker 1: and I locked Donald Trump up by the team and
- 13:10Speaker 1: the staff he had around him that came from all
- 13:12Speaker 1: over the country, from top positions in the DOJ for example,
- 13:15Speaker 1: to then take a demotion just so they could say
- 13:18Speaker 1: Donald Trump is a felon, all knowing good and well
- 13:21Speaker 1: that this will be overturned. There's no doubt about it.
- 13:26Speaker 1: This will be overturned by the appeals court. And people
- 13:28Speaker 1: are gonna say, well, then go to the Supreme Court.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Guess what, you can't. You have to work through the
- 13:32Speaker 1: system first. The president can't just go straight to the
- 13:35Speaker 1: Supreme Court. And there's the advantage for the left. They
- 13:40Speaker 1: knew what they were doing. They knew what they were
- 13:43Speaker 1: doing from the very beginning. They understood it. We just
- 13:48Speaker 1: need to find him guilty and have him be a convict, right,
- 13:53Speaker 1: a felon through election day, and then they can overturn it.
- 13:57Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. This is election inter But the most
- 14:01Speaker 1: shocking part about what Judge Merchant did was the fact
- 14:05Speaker 1: that he basically said, here's a bunch of rules, but
- 14:08Speaker 1: I'm not going to give you the paper of those rules,
- 14:10Speaker 1: and you guys can come up with any way you
- 14:12Speaker 1: need to to get a guilty verdict against Donald Trump
- 14:15Speaker 1: in a jury pool that we knew was overwhelmingly against Donald.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Trump, and it worked flawlessly.
- 14:23Speaker 1: In fact, you could make up things that you think
- 14:25Speaker 1: he did wrong. Take a listen to again, this is
- 14:29Speaker 1: one of Trump's attorney being asked a question, how do
- 14:33Speaker 1: you defend a client if you don't know what you're
- 14:35Speaker 1: defending him against?
- 14:37Speaker 2: And correct me if I'm wrong.
- 14:39Speaker 3: But the one underlying crime, so called crime that the
- 14:45Speaker 3: judge wants them to at least consider, is a tax
- 14:50Speaker 3: charge that wasn't really mentioned much, if at all, in
- 14:53Speaker 3: the trial itself.
- 14:54Speaker 2: What's up with that? How can you.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Defend a client if you don't know what your defend against.
- 15:02Speaker 4: I actually love that you asked that question. The one
- 15:05Speaker 4: thing I just learned was that the judge had actually
- 15:08Speaker 4: suppressed the ability to bring in evidence of taxes or
- 15:13Speaker 4: what they did, and the fact that President Trump and
- 15:15Speaker 4: the Trump Organization did not take a tax deduction for this,
- 15:19Speaker 4: So show me where the crime is there.
- 15:22Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 15:23Speaker 4: They were incredibly conservative, but this judge did not allow
- 15:27Speaker 4: that evidence in. He did, however, allow that to be
- 15:29Speaker 4: a jury instruction on it. So, yeah, it's so wrong. Honestly, David,
- 15:34Speaker 4: I've been watching and what's happening in there. I don't
- 15:37Speaker 4: know if the press could even captivate it. You get
- 15:40Speaker 4: everybody to understand how tragic it is. The rulings really
- 15:44Speaker 4: do deter the jurors from a knowing the facts, the
- 15:47Speaker 4: real facts, and also from President Trump getting.
- 15:50Speaker 2: A fair trial.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Well, it was never going to be a fair trial
- 15:56Speaker 1: for the president of the United States of America.
- 15:59Speaker 2: That's the point he this was rigged.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I will say it again, America has its own Vladimir Putin.
- 16:06Speaker 2: His name is Joe Biden.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Joe Biden and his government have turned America into a
- 16:13Speaker 1: Banana republic, make no mistake about it. What's even more
- 16:19Speaker 1: shocking is the fact that this just happened to a
- 16:24Speaker 1: former sitting president of the United States of America, Jonathan Turley,
- 16:28Speaker 1: saying that listen carefully.
- 16:30Speaker 5: In the courtroom today, So you're fresh out of there,
- 16:33Speaker 5: can you give us any of the flavor because when
- 16:35Speaker 5: we thought that the court was going to break for
- 16:36Speaker 5: the day, it seems like President Trump and his team
- 16:39Speaker 5: seemed relaxed that he was smiling. Maybe they thought, Okay,
- 16:43Speaker 5: this jury is still struggling.
- 16:44Speaker 2: They're going to leave.
- 16:44Speaker 5: Tonight not having made a decision. Then we get word
- 16:47Speaker 5: that verdict is coming in. What can you tell us
- 16:49Speaker 5: about the mood inside the courthouse.
- 16:51Speaker 6: It was one of the most bizarre moments I've had
- 16:54Speaker 6: in a courtroom, and I was just observing. The judge
- 16:58Speaker 6: had just said that the jury could not reach a
- 17:00Speaker 6: decision and that we would be dismissed for the day.
- 17:04Speaker 6: Some reporters actually gathered their stuff and was starting to leave,
- 17:08Speaker 6: and then the judge came and basically said, my mistake.
- 17:12Speaker 6: We just got a note saying there's a verdict. Throughout
- 17:17Speaker 6: this time, you could feel the building pressure in that courtroom.
- 17:20Speaker 6: The one person that didn't seem to register it was
- 17:24Speaker 6: the former president. He had been chatting with counsel. He
- 17:28Speaker 6: didn't show any emotion at all as this mantra of
- 17:33Speaker 6: guilty verdicts was read, and there was a great you know,
- 17:38Speaker 6: I think that this is one of those things that
- 17:40Speaker 6: is really embodies the entire Trump era. There were people
- 17:46Speaker 6: who clearly were thrilled by the result, and there were
- 17:50Speaker 6: people that will be very sad by it.
- 17:52Speaker 7: I was saddened to watch it. I disagree with this verdict.
- 17:55Speaker 6: I think, as I've said before, that this case was
- 18:00Speaker 6: legally unfounded.
- 18:03Speaker 7: When they were reading those guilty verdicts.
- 18:05Speaker 6: The one thing that we didn't know is really what
- 18:08Speaker 6: he was found guilty of, because if you remember, the
- 18:11Speaker 6: judge allowed the jury to find guilt on any one
- 18:16Speaker 6: of three secondary crimes.
- 18:19Speaker 7: We weren't told.
- 18:21Speaker 6: Whether the jury found any one or those crimes, whether
- 18:25Speaker 6: they found all three of those crimes.
- 18:27Speaker 7: I'm not too sure we will know that.
- 18:30Speaker 6: That's one of the many issues that I think presents
- 18:33Speaker 6: reversible problems in this case. So what I would say
- 18:37Speaker 6: is that this is a historic moment. We all have
- 18:40Speaker 6: to take a breath. But for those upset by this verdict,
- 18:44Speaker 6: remember this remains a country committed to the rule of law,
- 18:48Speaker 6: and this is going to go up on appeal. I
- 18:50Speaker 6: think it's going to re be reversed in the state
- 18:53Speaker 6: or federal systems. But it's moments like this when you're
- 18:56Speaker 6: on the other side, when you disagree with a verdict
- 19:00Speaker 6: that you have to take a leap of faith in
- 19:02Speaker 6: the rule of law.
- 19:03Speaker 7: It's what defines us.
- 19:05Speaker 6: Many people feel that this case really embodied the antithesis
- 19:09Speaker 6: of that. But as a country, as a whole, we
- 19:12Speaker 6: have a system in place to review this. For Donald Trump,
- 19:15Speaker 6: that's not going to happen before the election in all
- 19:18Speaker 6: likelihood by But let's keep in mind that this is
- 19:22Speaker 6: not the only court. It's just the first one.
- 19:26Speaker 7: Well and there all.
- 19:27Speaker 2: I like how he just said, let me remind you,
- 19:31Speaker 2: this is not all. This is the first court. He said,
- 19:34Speaker 2: I was sadden to watch it. You should be sad.
- 19:38Speaker 1: This is a day in American history that will go
- 19:42Speaker 1: down and I will never forget this, a day where
- 19:45Speaker 1: we have a former sitting president of the United States
- 19:47Speaker 1: of America being convicted on trumped up charges, no pun
- 19:50Speaker 1: intended by a rogue and radical government.
- 19:54Speaker 2: And now we are, I.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Would argue, no different than what they deal with in
- 19:58Speaker 1: Russia right now. Ar Vladimir Putin is a guy by
- 20:02Speaker 1: the name of Joe Biden, a man that can be
- 20:05Speaker 1: corrupt on all levels, a man that can take bribes
- 20:08Speaker 1: from foreign countries, a man that would bring in millions
- 20:11Speaker 1: of dollars in bribery from foreign countries. A man whose
- 20:16Speaker 1: son and brother and all of their family members. We're
- 20:19Speaker 1: selling out America to the highest bidder and the shadiest people,
- 20:23Speaker 1: including Russian oligarchs. And we have a president of the
- 20:28Speaker 1: United States of America, Donald Trump, that said the real
- 20:32Speaker 1: verdict is going to be his words, is going to
- 20:36Speaker 1: be November the fifth by the people. I want you
- 20:43Speaker 1: to hear what President Trump had to say at the courthouse.
- 20:48Speaker 2: It was a short.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Statement, and he says, the real verdict is going to
- 20:54Speaker 1: be November the fifth by the people in this country.
- 21:15Speaker 8: This was a disgrace.
- 21:18Speaker 9: This was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge who
- 21:21Speaker 9: was corrupted.
- 21:23Speaker 8: It's a rigged trial and disgrace. They wouldn't give us
- 21:27Speaker 8: a venue change.
- 21:28Speaker 9: We were at five percent or six percent.
- 21:33Speaker 8: In this district, in this area. This was a rigged,
- 21:37Speaker 8: disgraceful trial.
- 21:39Speaker 10: The real verdict is going to be November fifth by
- 21:43Speaker 10: the people. And they know what happened here, and everybody
- 21:46Speaker 10: knows what happened here. You have a still respect DA
- 21:51Speaker 10: and the whole thing.
- 21:52Speaker 8: We didn't do anything wrong.
- 21:55Speaker 10: I'm a very innocent man, and it's okay.
- 21:59Speaker 8: I'm fighting for our country. I'm fighting for our constitution.
- 22:02Speaker 8: Our whole country is being rigged right now.
- 22:05Speaker 9: This was done by the Biden administration in order to
- 22:09Speaker 9: mood or hurt an opponent, a political opponent, and I
- 22:14Speaker 9: think it's just a disgrace.
- 22:16Speaker 8: And we'll keep fighting. We'll fight till the end, and
- 22:18Speaker 8: we'll win because our country has gone to hell. We
- 22:22Speaker 8: don't have the same country anymore. We have a divided
- 22:24Speaker 8: mess where nation and declined, serious decline.
- 22:28Speaker 9: Millions and millions of people pouring into our country right
- 22:31Speaker 9: now from prisons and from mental institutions, terrorists, and they're.
- 22:37Speaker 8: Taking over our country. We have a country that's in
- 22:40Speaker 8: big trouble.
- 22:41Speaker 10: But this was a great decision right from day one,
- 22:45Speaker 10: with a conflicted judge.
- 22:46Speaker 8: You should have never been allowed to try this case. Never,
- 22:50Speaker 8: And we will fight for our constitution. This is loan from.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Over, Thank you very much, Donald Trump. The real verdict
- 22:58Speaker 1: is going to be by the people. You want to
- 23:01Speaker 1: know how corrupt this judge is. It has been planned
- 23:06Speaker 1: for months and months and public knowledge that the Republican
- 23:10Speaker 1: Convention starts on July the fifteenth. Donald Trump will be
- 23:18Speaker 1: sentenced July the eleventh, seven to eleven four days before
- 23:24Speaker 1: the start of the Republican Convention. You can't make this
- 23:28Speaker 1: stuff up. Donald Trump will be sentenced in New York.
- 23:32Speaker 1: He'll have to be there July the eleventh, just four
- 23:35Speaker 1: days before the Republican Convention set to begin to Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
- 23:40Speaker 1: where the delegates will cast their votes for Trump as
- 23:42Speaker 1: a presidential nominee. And what will the Democrats get to
- 23:46Speaker 1: do They'll get to say between now an election day. Well,
- 23:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump was found guilty of thirty four counts of
- 23:51Speaker 1: falsifying business records.
- 23:52Speaker 2: He's a felon, by the way.
- 23:55Speaker 1: That's normally a misdemeanor for which the statute of limitations
- 23:58Speaker 1: had already expired. The district Attorney Alvin Bragg prosecute the
- 24:02Speaker 1: cases of felony by asserting that the alleged falsification of
- 24:08Speaker 1: business records was done to cover up a federal crime.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Trump has not been convicted of such a crime, by
- 24:15Speaker 1: the way, which you would need to make that argument,
- 24:18Speaker 1: but who cares. And the prosecutors did not specify in
- 24:23Speaker 1: fact what crime was committed, nor did it have to
- 24:26Speaker 1: prove the elements thereof. The former president maintained throughout the
- 24:33Speaker 1: trial that this was a form of election interference. He's
- 24:37Speaker 1: a political prisoner, a rigged trial in which a judge
- 24:42Speaker 1: that had been hand picked despite or because of as
- 24:46Speaker 1: many political conflicts, but regardless, Democrats got what they wanted.
- 24:53Speaker 1: There is almost no scenario in which a victory by
- 24:57Speaker 1: President Joe Biden would be seen as legitimate, in my opinion,
- 25:02Speaker 1: given the unprecedented trial and the potential jailing of his
- 25:05Speaker 1: political opponent. This is the Banana Republic. America has a putin.
- 25:14Speaker 1: His name is Joe Biden, and this is exactly what
- 25:18Speaker 1: you should expect from the radical socialist. I told you this,
- 25:23Speaker 1: and I've been saying it over and over again, and
- 25:25Speaker 1: now you will believe me if you didn't before. The
- 25:28Speaker 1: Democratic Party in America is dead. Okay, the Democratic Party
- 25:34Speaker 1: in America is dead. They are socialists, communists, and Marxist masquerating.
- 25:45Speaker 2: As Democrats.
- 25:47Speaker 1: The Democratic Party that I knew, that I grew up with,
- 25:50Speaker 1: would have never allowed this to happen because they actually
- 25:53Speaker 1: cared somewhat about America.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Those days are over.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Take a listen to what Judging said when she initially
- 26:01Speaker 1: reacted to the Trump verdict.
- 26:04Speaker 5: He talked about the fact that they're not going to
- 26:07Speaker 5: lose this. Ultimately, he says, We're going to keep fighting.
- 26:09Speaker 5: We know that an appeal will happen. He says, we
- 26:11Speaker 5: ultimately will win, and we'll have to see. Listen, if
- 26:16Speaker 5: he's still fighting that fight as president or as a
- 26:18Speaker 5: candidate who failed to rewin the White House after November,
- 26:22Speaker 5: that is yet to be seen. But in the meantime,
- 26:25Speaker 5: what price does he pay politically or does he not
- 26:27Speaker 5: pay politically as an appeals process, you know, plays out,
- 26:31Speaker 5: and he now calls to the American people to deliver
- 26:33Speaker 5: their own verdicts in November.
- 26:35Speaker 11: Well, I think that the American people will be struck
- 26:39Speaker 11: by this, as we are all struck by it in
- 26:41Speaker 11: different ways. I as a former prosecutor and a judge
- 26:44Speaker 11: who knows the state courts and and knows the state law,
- 26:47Speaker 11: I know that this is riddled with reversible error. I
- 26:51Speaker 11: know that there was no basis to charge this crime,
- 26:55Speaker 11: this alleged crime, and the resurrect that misdemeanor's based upon
- 26:59Speaker 11: non una as federal violations of the election law or
- 27:03Speaker 11: of the tax law. So I mean, you've got that,
- 27:06Speaker 11: But there's also a gut punch to the criminal justice
- 27:10Speaker 11: system in the United States. People realize We are no
- 27:14Speaker 11: longer safe anymore. And it's because of the progressive left
- 27:18Speaker 11: agenda of making sure that we don't keep people in jail.
- 27:22Speaker 11: And you know they're out there with thirty three arrest,
- 27:24Speaker 11: but you know they're still assaulting people, are violently attacking
- 27:28Speaker 11: people down the street here. But now we've got one
- 27:31Speaker 11: of the most famous individuals in the world, the former
- 27:34Speaker 11: president of the United States, who can be taken down
- 27:38Speaker 11: by a George Sorow's funded prosecutor on a crime that
- 27:42Speaker 11: doesn't exist, where not one person put his finger anywhere
- 27:46Speaker 11: near that bookkeeping, and now they're going to return a
- 27:49Speaker 11: verdict and say, oh, he's guilty. He's definitely guilty. This
- 27:53Speaker 11: is a jury pool made out of eighty five to
- 27:55Speaker 11: ninety percent of the people are anti Trump, not Row,
- 28:00Speaker 11: anybody anti Trump. That's the jury pool.
- 28:03Speaker 2: We knew it. We have a judge.
- 28:05Speaker 11: It wasn't picked out of the wheel or out of
- 28:07Speaker 11: the drum, as all of us judges are. And he
- 28:10Speaker 11: was a judge who was selected not just for the
- 28:13Speaker 11: Trump organization, not just for.
- 28:16Speaker 2: This case, but.
- 28:18Speaker 11: Also for the another case that involves the who's the
- 28:22Speaker 11: guy who was the Bannon case as well. This is
- 28:26Speaker 11: an anti Trump judge, an anti Trump prosecutor. America is
- 28:30Speaker 11: going to respond to this.
- 28:32Speaker 2: This is a gut punch.
- 28:33Speaker 11: We want to see politicians fight. We don't want to
- 28:37Speaker 11: see what they do in third world countries. To have
- 28:39Speaker 11: one side start indicting and jailing the other side. This
- 28:43Speaker 11: is not American, This is not who we are.
- 28:47Speaker 2: And to see this.
- 28:48Speaker 11: Happen before our eyes when we know that this is
- 28:52Speaker 11: not legitimate. When a defendant was not advised of the
- 28:55Speaker 11: crimes that he was charged with, they don't even know
- 28:58Speaker 11: what the crimes are until we get to the charge
- 29:00Speaker 11: of the jury. As at the prosecution and the judge,
- 29:04Speaker 11: with a wink and a nod, said, hey, I'll give
- 29:05Speaker 11: you that all accomplice testimony, even though we didn't charge
- 29:09Speaker 11: Donald Trump with eating and betting anyone else. I'll throw
- 29:12Speaker 11: it in as a matter of law, he's an accomplice.
- 29:15Speaker 11: And I'll throw in those federal election violations, so they'll
- 29:18Speaker 11: have to say, yeah, Donald Trump mustn't done it too,
- 29:21Speaker 11: and I'll throw in a hooker and a guy who's
- 29:23Speaker 11: a serial perjurer.
- 29:24Speaker 2: This is lunacy.
- 29:26Speaker 11: And I think that any red blooded American who sees
- 29:29Speaker 11: this is going to understand. This isn't what we do
- 29:32Speaker 11: to our political enemies. This is what they do in
- 29:35Speaker 11: kangaroo courts and third world countries. God help America. After
- 29:39Speaker 11: what I've seen in the last few weeks.
- 29:42Speaker 1: I couldn't agree more with what she just said there
- 29:44Speaker 1: By the way, I could not.
- 29:48Speaker 2: Agree more.
- 29:50Speaker 1: This is what you see in third world countries, not
- 29:57Speaker 1: in the United States of America. God have mercy on
- 30:02Speaker 1: this country because what we just watched are the Marxists
- 30:08Speaker 1: and the socialists and the communists destroying this nation by
- 30:12Speaker 1: weaponizing our court system. We have of Vladimir Putin who's
- 30:16Speaker 1: running this country. His name is Joe Biden. Please share
- 30:20Speaker 1: this podcast with your family and friends. Please make sure
- 30:24Speaker 1: you rune us a five star review wherever you're listening
- 30:27Speaker 1: to this podcast, so that will help us reach more people.
- 30:30Speaker 2: And we will see you back here tomorrow.
