- 0:01Speaker 1: One of the big reasons why Donald Trump was elected
- 0:03Speaker 1: is he promised you, the American taxpayer, that he was
- 0:06Speaker 1: going to make sure that your money was no longer
- 0:09Speaker 1: being wasted your tax dollars. Well, he's making good on
- 0:13Speaker 1: that promise yet again. This time it deals with Social
- 0:16Speaker 1: Security and the fact that we've had to remove from
- 0:19Speaker 1: the Social Security roles twelve point three million individuals listed
- 0:26Speaker 1: as one hundred and twenty years old or older that
- 0:30Speaker 1: according to the US Department of Government Efficiency known as DOGE.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Now the discrepancies and the Social Security figures and the
- 0:37Speaker 1: alarming ages of some of the individuals listed have garnered
- 0:41Speaker 1: national attention over the last several months, and as a result,
- 0:45Speaker 1: in March, DOGE began to update the American people on
- 0:49Speaker 1: the massive cleanup begun by Social Security. In a March
- 0:53Speaker 1: eighteenth update, DOADE said Social Security had marked three point
- 0:57Speaker 1: two million SOID Security number holders aged one hundred and
- 1:01Speaker 1: twenty year older as deceased, warning that there was still
- 1:05Speaker 1: more work to be done. Over one month later, on
- 1:09Speaker 1: April to twenty fourth, DOADS provide another update, revealing that
- 1:13Speaker 1: a stunning eleven million individuals listed as age one hundred
- 1:19Speaker 1: and twenty or more were now being marked as deceased,
- 1:24Speaker 1: and the most recent update delivered this week by DOGE,
- 1:28Speaker 1: they revealed that a total of twelve point three million
- 1:32Speaker 1: individuals listed as one hundred and twenty years old or
- 1:38Speaker 1: older are now officially marked as deceased in the system.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Elon Musk brought on stage to talk about this issue
- 1:46Speaker 1: Antonio Gracias, and he showed a chart of the new
- 1:49Speaker 1: non citizen social Security numbers that have also been issued.
- 1:53Speaker 1: He said, it literally blew them away. So it's not
- 1:56Speaker 1: just people that are dead or one hundred and twenty
- 1:58Speaker 1: and older, but it's also a legal immigrants as well.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Take a listen to what they set.
- 2:04Speaker 3: So, Antonio, can you tell us what you Antonio is
- 2:08Speaker 3: helping out with the Social security So just trying to
- 2:12Speaker 3: review social security where you may have heard that we
- 2:15Speaker 3: found twenty million dead people mocked as alive in the
- 2:19Speaker 3: social security database.
- 2:20Speaker 4: This is so crazy. And then you'll notice there's a
- 2:25Speaker 4: strange trend here where how many social security numbers were issued?
- 2:33Speaker 5: It's do you want to yeah, so let me tell
- 2:36Speaker 5: what happened here. We started at the top of the system.
- 2:39Speaker 3: You're want to talk about a lot of it.
- 2:40Speaker 5: We started the top of the system, mapping the whole
- 2:43Speaker 5: system of so security to understand what role the fraud was.
- 2:45Speaker 5: And there's a lot of great people there that showed
- 2:47Speaker 5: us in really a lot of waste, and so that
- 2:50Speaker 5: came up with a big list of stuff they're working on.
- 2:51Speaker 5: You've heard them that already. But this is what jumped
- 2:53Speaker 5: out at us when we saw these numbers. We're like,
- 2:56Speaker 5: what is this? In twenty one you see tun and
- 2:59Speaker 5: say one thousand people goes all the way to two
- 3:02Speaker 5: point one million and twenty four these are non citizens
- 3:06Speaker 5: that are getting social secrete numbers.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Yeah, this is a mind blowing charge.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Yeah, just this this literally blew us away, Like we
- 3:13Speaker 5: went there to find fraud and we found this by accident.
- 3:17Speaker 2: And this isn't political.
- 3:18Speaker 5: By the way, my parents' immigrants, Yeah, this has been
- 3:21Speaker 5: great to us. My brother's sister all born in Spain.
- 3:24Speaker 5: I'm pro legal immigration. This is not this is not political.
- 3:28Speaker 5: This is not political. This is about America and the
- 3:32Speaker 5: future of America. And there are a lot of good
- 3:35Speaker 5: people in the system that point of this.
- 3:36Speaker 2: In this direction.
- 3:36Speaker 5: I want to I want to honor them right now
- 3:38Speaker 5: that work in the Garnment today who took risk to
- 3:41Speaker 5: show us.
- 3:41Speaker 2: These numbers and tell us what's going on. So I
- 3:44Speaker 2: want to stop from it.
- 3:44Speaker 6: And I want to tell I want to honor those
- 3:46Speaker 6: people today, very good people, very good people. I have
- 3:51Speaker 6: been from the DC to Social cuty offices to the.
- 3:55Speaker 5: Border to track this down and very good people have
- 3:58Speaker 5: helped us along the way. I want to thank them.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Yeah, this number.
- 4:01Speaker 5: What this is is when you come in the country,
- 4:04Speaker 5: if you're an illegal, there's a couple of ways to
- 4:06Speaker 5: come in. You come in through a port of entry,
- 4:08Speaker 5: and you can tell them you're afraid, you'll get They'll
- 4:10Speaker 5: give you an as asylum case, you'll get an interview,
- 4:13Speaker 5: then you get in. That's one way to do it.
- 4:15Speaker 5: Another way to do it is to just go to
- 4:18Speaker 5: the border. Literally this happened. I talked to Border Patrol myself.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Elon was there too. I went to Laredo and I
- 4:24Speaker 5: went to Bronsville. Elone went to Eagle Pass. You walk
- 4:27Speaker 5: up to ward port officer and you tell them you
- 4:28Speaker 5: want to come in. They have a couple of choices.
- 4:31Speaker 5: They could charge you with a misdemeanor or a felony
- 4:33Speaker 5: under thirteen twenty five, or they can make an administrative
- 4:36Speaker 5: offense like a parking ticket. Basically they were told to
- 4:39Speaker 5: do that, make an administrative offense on a last administration,
- 4:42Speaker 5: and then you.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Walk across the border.
- 4:44Speaker 5: They do what's called a release in your own recognisance
- 4:49Speaker 5: and they give you an NTA notice to appeer which
- 4:51Speaker 5: to period to judge. The way times on judges are
- 4:54Speaker 5: like average six years. Look at GARAC you'll see it.
- 4:56Speaker 5: On immigration judges. There's only seven hundred of them. This
- 4:59Speaker 5: is five five million people. Okay, so what happens. Then
- 5:03Speaker 5: once you're in the country and you got asylum, do
- 5:06Speaker 5: one of these pathways and we map the whole thing out.
- 5:09Speaker 5: You can apply for a work document. You file a
- 5:13Speaker 5: seven sixty five, it's the work form. You get this
- 5:16Speaker 5: form called the seven sixty six that's the authorization, and
- 5:19Speaker 5: then Social Security Administration automatically send you in the mail
- 5:23Speaker 5: your SOI street number.
- 5:25Speaker 2: No interview, no idea.
- 5:27Speaker 3: This is worth like just reiterating it's not that it's not.
- 5:30Speaker 3: People sometimes think that under the Biden administration that he
- 5:33Speaker 3: was simply asleep with the switch. It wasn't asleep. They
- 5:36Speaker 3: weren't asleep at the switch. It was a massive, large
- 5:39Speaker 3: scale program to import as many illegals as possible, ultimately
- 5:43Speaker 3: to change the entire voting map of the United States
- 5:46Speaker 3: and disenfranchise the American people and make it a permanent,
- 5:50Speaker 3: deep blue, one party state from which there would be
- 5:52Speaker 3: no escape.
- 5:53Speaker 5: Look, if I hadn't seen this myself, I'm not trying
- 5:55Speaker 5: to believe it. I went through it myself and mapped it.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Anyone is right, this is true. That defaults the system
- 6:00Speaker 5: from Social Security to all of the benefit programs have
- 6:03Speaker 5: been set to max inclusion, max pay for these people,
- 6:07Speaker 5: and minimum collection.
- 6:09Speaker 2: That's what's happening.
- 6:09Speaker 5: We found one point three million of them already on
- 6:12Speaker 5: Medicaid as an example. We've gone through on every benefit
- 6:15Speaker 5: program we went through, we found groups from this particular
- 6:19Speaker 5: group of people, this five point five million people in
- 6:21Speaker 5: those benefit programs. And then what was really really disturbing
- 6:25Speaker 5: us was why we're asking ourselves why. And so we
- 6:27Speaker 5: actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration
- 6:30Speaker 5: records and we found people here registered to vote in
- 6:33Speaker 5: this population, yes, and who did vote. And we found
- 6:36Speaker 5: some by sampling that actually did vote, and we have
- 6:38Speaker 5: referred them to prosecution at the Home mad Security Investigation
- 6:41Speaker 5: Service yea already already, that is already happening.
- 6:45Speaker 2: So let's just be clear what you just heard.
- 6:48Speaker 1: You just heard Elon moskat Antonio show it charret of
- 6:51Speaker 1: new non citizen social security numbers issued.
- 6:56Speaker 2: They said it literally blew them away.
- 6:58Speaker 1: They went there to find fraud and what they found
- 7:01Speaker 1: was all of this by accident. The update coincides with
- 7:05Speaker 1: other red flags issued by Elon Musk and Doge as well.
- 7:09Speaker 1: They made waves in March when he said at least
- 7:11Speaker 1: two point one million non citizens of receiving social Security
- 7:14Speaker 1: numbers in twenty twenty four alone. So not only is
- 7:18Speaker 1: that true, they're also on Medicare Medicaid and many of
- 7:22Speaker 1: them have registered to vote and have actually voted. So yes,
- 7:26Speaker 1: illegal immigrants are actually voting in this country. And this
- 7:30Speaker 1: is exactly why Doge has so much more work.
- 7:33Speaker 2: To continue to do.
- 7:36Speaker 1: I want to move now to the Supreme Court in
- 7:38Speaker 1: a massive victory for Donald Trump and his administration to
- 7:42Speaker 1: revoke amnesty for three hundred thousand Venezuelans. The Supreme Court
- 7:47Speaker 1: allowing President Donald Trump to end the Temporary Protected Status
- 7:51Speaker 1: known as TPS amnesty for more than three hundred thousand
- 7:56Speaker 1: Venezuelan migrants. It was an eight to one ruling, a
- 7:59Speaker 1: massive win for the Trump administration and for the rule
- 8:02Speaker 1: of law. The majority justice granted the emergency application filed
- 8:06Speaker 1: by the Trump administration that requests the court lived in
- 8:10Speaker 1: order from a California based US District Court judge named
- 8:15Speaker 1: Chen that prevented the administration from revoking the TPS protections
- 8:21Speaker 1: for one hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan migrants. Here is
- 8:25Speaker 1: how they explained it on ABC News.
- 8:28Speaker 7: And Breaking News to bring you right now. The Supreme
- 8:30Speaker 7: Court giving the Trump administration the green light to terminate
- 8:32Speaker 7: Temporary Protected Status for about three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelans.
- 8:37Speaker 7: That means no more protection from deportation and allowing them
- 8:40Speaker 7: to work legally in the US. Lawyers representing the government
- 8:44Speaker 7: argue a lower court decision undermined the executive branch and
- 8:48Speaker 7: its authority over immigration and foreign affairs, and the conservative
- 8:51Speaker 7: majority on the court agreed. Our immigration reporter and producer
- 8:56Speaker 7: Armando Garcia joining me. Now, so these protections they're over,
- 9:00Speaker 7: So what comes next? Can they still appeal or are
- 9:03Speaker 7: deportations coming?
- 9:04Speaker 8: Now?
- 9:05Speaker 9: Look, that's exactly what three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelans
- 9:09Speaker 9: are asking themselves right at this moment. They're asking whether
- 9:12Speaker 9: or not am I still here in this country legally
- 9:14Speaker 9: and perhaps most importantly for their families. Am I still
- 9:17Speaker 9: able to work legally in this country and provide for
- 9:19Speaker 9: my family?
- 9:20Speaker 2: They don't know.
- 9:21Speaker 9: We got to remember that on the way out the
- 9:22Speaker 9: door that Biden administration I chose to extend TPS protections
- 9:26Speaker 9: for Venezuelans. When the Trump administration came into office, they
- 9:29Speaker 9: eliminated that extension. That meant suddenly that hundreds of thousands
- 9:33Speaker 9: of Venezuelans who thought they were going to be protected
- 9:35Speaker 9: from deportation, who thought that they were going to be
- 9:37Speaker 9: able to work legally in this country until October twenty
- 9:39Speaker 9: twenty six. Some of them lost their status in April.
- 9:42Speaker 9: Others are set to lose their status in September. Right now,
- 9:45Speaker 9: I'm sure they're wondering what exactly comes next.
- 9:48Speaker 7: So you had a chance to speak with a lawyer
- 9:50Speaker 7: representing TPS holders in the case. What did they tell you?
- 9:55Speaker 9: And look, this is moving on so quickly. We're actually
- 9:57Speaker 9: expecting to hear from the lawyers any minute now. In
- 10:00Speaker 9: a press conference, I did speak with one of the
- 10:02Speaker 9: main litigators representing TPS holders in this case. And here's
- 10:05Speaker 9: what he said. I thought this was a very stunning quote.
- 10:07Speaker 9: He said, this is the largest single action stripping any
- 10:11Speaker 9: group of non citizens of immigration status in modern US history.
- 10:14Speaker 9: That the Supreme Court authorizes action in a two paragraph
- 10:17Speaker 9: order with no reasoning is truly shocking. And I think
- 10:20Speaker 9: we have to remember also that not only is TPS
- 10:23Speaker 9: Venezuela online, TPS Haiti, Cameroon and other countries are sure
- 10:28Speaker 9: to follow. So this is major implications for them. They're
- 10:31Speaker 9: wondering if the Trump administration can on a whim abruptly
- 10:34Speaker 9: end protections for Venezuelans, what does that mean for me?
- 10:37Speaker 7: Armando Garcia, appreciate you bringing us the breaking news.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Yet again, another massive victory for the President of the
- 10:43Speaker 1: United States of America. And you look at this and
- 10:47Speaker 1: again it goes back to the application for stay that
- 10:50Speaker 1: was presented to Justice Kagan and by her referred to
- 10:55Speaker 1: the court as granted. The brief order says the March
- 10:58Speaker 1: thirty first, twenty twenty five, ordered by the United States
- 11:00Speaker 1: Dister Court for the Northern District of California. This was
- 11:03Speaker 1: a liberal judge and a liberal court trying to take
- 11:06Speaker 1: away the power of the presidency quote is stayed, pinning
- 11:10Speaker 1: a disposition of the appeal in the United States Court
- 11:13Speaker 1: of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Now.
- 11:15Speaker 1: In a press release, the Immigration Reform Law Institute Executive
- 11:19Speaker 1: Director and General Counsel Wilcox noted that the Supreme Court
- 11:22Speaker 1: has repeatedly recognized that President Donald Trump's inherent authority to exclude.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Aliens aka illegal immigrants.
- 11:32Speaker 1: The Supreme Court has repeatedly recognized the president's inherent authority
- 11:36Speaker 1: to exclude aliens and inherent clearly means he may exercise
- 11:41Speaker 1: it even when he is not guided by a specific statue.
- 11:46Speaker 1: This is what the Supreme Court is now said.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Quote.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Litigation regarding the matter will continue in lower courts. One
- 11:54Speaker 1: of the attorneys who's representing the migrants, the illegal immigrants,
- 11:57Speaker 1: describe the decision as being quote the largest single action
- 12:01Speaker 1: stripping any group of non citizens of immigration status in
- 12:06Speaker 1: modern US history. My response to that is, well, good,
- 12:10Speaker 1: this is exactly what people wanted. And if you talk
- 12:13Speaker 1: about what's been happening with illegal immigrants, you just go
- 12:16Speaker 1: back to Tom Homan and what he had to say.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Take a listen the morale.
- 12:21Speaker 8: Of ice and Borbitral's at all time high because they're
- 12:24Speaker 8: getting to uphold the oath they took and they're enforcing
- 12:28Speaker 8: the law. Borbitraal and the Biden administration. I met with
- 12:31Speaker 8: hunters of them. They felt like uber drivers and tourist agents.
- 12:35Speaker 8: These men and women joined the ranks of ICE and
- 12:37Speaker 8: Borbituo to enforce law, meet the community safer, and protect
- 12:40Speaker 8: national security. I hear it all the time. There's a
- 12:44Speaker 8: lot of people in this country don't like me. Many
- 12:46Speaker 8: people walking up to me and thank me for what
- 12:48Speaker 8: I'm doing, and I'm not taking credit for anything. The
- 12:50Speaker 8: success of the border and immigration enforcements. President Trump and
- 12:55Speaker 8: the men and women are wearing that uniform. God blessings
- 12:58Speaker 8: Jevy one of them. But I take a pleasure in
- 13:01Speaker 8: seeing it because in forty years of doing this job,
- 13:04Speaker 8: people always want to say, why are you so emotional?
- 13:06Speaker 8: And when he testestified, why are you so emotional? On
- 13:08Speaker 8: a network because they wore my shoes for forty years,
- 13:10Speaker 8: they don' understand why emotional. I've talked to the little
- 13:13Speaker 8: girls as young as nine years old. They're right multiple
- 13:15Speaker 8: times by the cartel members. And when you get to
- 13:18Speaker 8: your knees and you talk to that little girl and
- 13:20Speaker 8: everything innocent and pure has been ripped from her. When
- 13:23Speaker 8: you listen to the lake and arriety seventeen minutes, that
- 13:26Speaker 8: young lady fighting for her life. Don't just think, okay,
- 13:29Speaker 8: a young woman died. Think of how she died, the
- 13:32Speaker 8: terror that she went through. And these children are sexy assaulted.
- 13:36Speaker 8: I stood back attract eailer in nineteen dead people at
- 13:39Speaker 8: my feet, that baked to death. The illegal migration is
- 13:42Speaker 8: not a Victimus crime. And so every sick person we
- 13:46Speaker 8: take off the streets, especially child rapists, that makes us
- 13:49Speaker 8: country much safer. Every illegal and when we arrest public
- 13:53Speaker 8: safety threat one at a time, makes us country savor.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Homan, by the way, is exactly right.
- 13:58Speaker 1: This is all about saving people's lives, protecting people, and
- 14:02Speaker 1: Donald Trump said it very clearly back in February when
- 14:06Speaker 1: the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Christyenome revoked one of
- 14:10Speaker 1: two of these TPS designations for Venezuelan migrants. Per CBS
- 14:16Speaker 1: News the time, the move by the Trump administration will
- 14:19Speaker 1: mean that an estimated three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelans
- 14:22Speaker 1: covered under a twenty twenty three TPS designation will lose
- 14:26Speaker 1: their work permits and deportation protections two months after Nomes'
- 14:31Speaker 1: decision is officially published. Venezuelans enrolled in TPS under an
- 14:35Speaker 1: earlier twenty twenty one designation will continue to have that
- 14:40Speaker 1: statis through September, though those protections could also be phased
- 14:45Speaker 1: out now. Nomes Or revocation of the amnesty for thousands
- 14:49Speaker 1: of Venezuelan migrants comes after the former Department of Homeland
- 14:52Speaker 1: Security Secretary of Majorcus extended the TPS amnesty for almost
- 14:58Speaker 1: a million illegals, yes, until twenty twenty six. So this
- 15:05Speaker 1: is about going back to law and order. If you
- 15:08Speaker 1: go back to what my orcists did. And this was
- 15:11Speaker 1: the headline at the time, so you understand it, said
- 15:14Speaker 1: Joe Biden's Border chief Graham's amnesty to eight hundred and
- 15:17Speaker 1: fifty thousand migrants. You go back to when this happened.
- 15:20Speaker 1: President Joe Biden's pro immigration Border chief has extended temporary
- 15:24Speaker 1: amnesty for eight hundred fifty thousand legals and quasi legal
- 15:27Speaker 1: economic migrants until twenty twenty six, further suppressing American wages
- 15:32Speaker 1: and spiking their rents. The eighteen month expansion of the
- 15:36Speaker 1: Temporary protection status known as TPS amnesty was announced by
- 15:40Speaker 1: the outgoing border chief, Alejandro Maiorchis. What day was this,
- 15:45Speaker 1: January the tenth, so ten days before Donald Trump was
- 15:50Speaker 1: going to be sworn in. They knew they were screwing
- 15:53Speaker 1: the voters who voted for the opposite of this, and
- 15:56Speaker 1: they didn't care.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Quote.
- 15:57Speaker 1: The beneficiaries included two hundred and thirty eight thousand illegal
- 16:01Speaker 1: migrants from Al Salvador, who first got their status after
- 16:06Speaker 1: a two thousand and one earthquake that wrecked their home
- 16:09Speaker 1: nation's economy. So two thousand and one is how long
- 16:12Speaker 1: they've been playing this game out The small nation's economy
- 16:16Speaker 1: is now growing amid the successful suppression of gang crime
- 16:19Speaker 1: by the nation's popular president. There So my Orkis's press
- 16:23Speaker 1: statement blamed bad weather for his refusal to send the
- 16:26Speaker 1: economic migrants back home. I'm not joking literally, they said
- 16:30Speaker 1: it was bad weather.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Quote.
- 16:31Speaker 1: El Salvador's extension is based on geological and weather events,
- 16:37Speaker 1: including significant storms and heavy rainfall in twenty twenty three,
- 16:40Speaker 1: a year earlier, and twenty twenty four again in the
- 16:44Speaker 1: last year, that continue to affect areas heavily impacted by
- 16:48Speaker 1: earthquakes from two thousand and one. Translation, we're importing migrants
- 16:54Speaker 1: at record numbers, and we wanted to give the middle
- 16:56Speaker 1: finger to the voters and the Trump administration ten days
- 16:59Speaker 1: before he saw worn in and we were going to
- 17:01Speaker 1: screw the American people like we did for the last
- 17:04Speaker 1: four years. And that is exactly why Americus decided to
- 17:06Speaker 1: do this. It's truly, truly incredible. The Trump administration has
- 17:12Speaker 1: announced a significant escalation immigration enforcement, targeting sanctuary cities, Tom
- 17:19Speaker 1: Homan stating that if local jurisdictions continue to resist cooperation
- 17:24Speaker 1: with federal immigration authorities, the federal government will respond by
- 17:29Speaker 1: increasing the presence of ICE agents in these areas. Homan
- 17:33Speaker 1: emphasized that sanctuary cities are quote going to get exactly
- 17:38Speaker 1: what they don't want, more agents in their community, and
- 17:43Speaker 1: Warren that ICE is prepared to double the man force
- 17:46Speaker 1: if we have to to carry out the enforcement actions now.
- 17:50Speaker 1: This intensified approach includes a focus on work site enforcement,
- 17:56Speaker 1: the White House, says. Homan indicated that if ICE agents
- 17:59Speaker 1: are unable to make arrest in jails or on the
- 18:02Speaker 1: streets due to local non cooperation with law enforcement in
- 18:06Speaker 1: the court systems, then they will increase operations at workplaces.
- 18:11Speaker 2: He stated, if we can't do it.
- 18:13Speaker 1: In the streets, we're going to increase work site enforcement
- 18:17Speaker 1: operations in those sanctuary cities, and we're going to flood
- 18:20Speaker 1: work site enforcement operations. Now, these statements have sparked quote controversy.
- 18:26Speaker 1: The media claims and immigration advocacy groups are fighting back,
- 18:31Speaker 1: arguing that such aggressive enforcement tactics could quote strain community
- 18:36Speaker 1: relations and lead to the targeting of non criminal undocumented immigrants.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Now this comes as the media also freaked out saying
- 18:46Speaker 1: that Donald Trump took all of the fun out of
- 18:48Speaker 1: Cinco de Mayo. Why because many cities canceled or downplayed
- 18:53Speaker 1: their Singo Demyo events for fear of ice raids and deportations.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Chicago resident and the president of their local community group
- 19:02Speaker 1: said that people in the Hispanic community are quote very
- 19:06Speaker 1: scared of gathering in public, with some even considering going
- 19:10Speaker 1: back to Mexico on their own. By the way, that
- 19:13Speaker 1: is absolutely what the Trump administration is saying they want
- 19:17Speaker 1: to happen.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Quote.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Our people are very scared. Honestly, they're saying they don't
- 19:21Speaker 1: want to go to work. They have to go to
- 19:24Speaker 1: work because they have to feed their families, so if
- 19:26Speaker 1: they both were working, now one person is working. As
- 19:30Speaker 1: to why they canceled the Singo Demo parade in Chicago's
- 19:34Speaker 1: Little Village, which attracts up to three hundred thousand people annually,
- 19:38Speaker 1: Escobar said that too many people are just afraid. How
- 19:42Speaker 1: about the parade, how about the festivities? And they say, well,
- 19:46Speaker 1: if we're scared to go to work, I don't think
- 19:48Speaker 1: it's nothing to celebrate. So that took us to the
- 19:51Speaker 1: decision over money. We all see this country as picking
- 19:55Speaker 1: up people with no criminal records, he claims, which is
- 19:59Speaker 1: actually not true. If you come to the United States
- 20:01Speaker 1: of America, I legally you are a criminal. Back to
- 20:05Speaker 1: the statement, and honestly, it's a horrible way we have
- 20:08Speaker 1: seen in my last forty five years I've been living
- 20:11Speaker 1: here in the US, nothing like it.
- 20:14Speaker 2: And so let's just be clear.
- 20:15Speaker 1: This is exactly what the President of the United States
- 20:18Speaker 1: of America wanted. He wanted illegal immigrants to not feel
- 20:22Speaker 1: safe staying in the US. He wanted them to be
- 20:25Speaker 1: looking over his shoulder and is hoping that many will
- 20:28Speaker 1: be deporting themselves, whether it's Chicago or Philadelphia, many other cities,
- 20:33Speaker 1: even in Oregon. The Latino Fest was also canceled there
- 20:38Speaker 1: as the executive director of the Latino Community Association said
- 20:41Speaker 1: there's just too much fear among illegal immigrants or has
- 20:44Speaker 1: he described them migrants of being identified or detained simply
- 20:48Speaker 1: for participating in our cultural celebrations of Cinco de Mayo.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Democrats are also blaming.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Donald Trump for the quote economic impact, saying the cancelations
- 21:00Speaker 1: have had significant economic repercussions. In Chicago, the Chamber of
- 21:05Speaker 1: Commerce put out a statement estimating a loss of approximately
- 21:09Speaker 1: one point five million in direct income for the city
- 21:12Speaker 1: in between five and six million for local businesses due
- 21:15Speaker 1: to the parades cancelation on Cinco de Mayo. Now, all
- 21:19Speaker 1: of this complaining comes at a time whether a shocking
- 21:22Speaker 1: video has come out showing illegal immigrants attacking police officers
- 21:27Speaker 1: in New York. Tom Homan sitting down with Laura Ingram
- 21:31Speaker 1: on Fox talking about this attack on these police officers
- 21:36Speaker 1: and his plan to flood ice workforce in sanctuary cities.
- 21:40Speaker 8: Take a listen, law enforcement officer. You're much more dangerous
- 21:44Speaker 8: to an unarmed civilian.
- 21:46Speaker 10: Oh no, they'll have a knife at your throat in
- 21:47Speaker 10: two seconds. What's your message to those three illegals. I
- 21:51Speaker 10: hate the word migrant, by the way, I don't even
- 21:53Speaker 10: want to use it. They are illegal aliens, Okay, that's
- 21:55Speaker 10: what they are. The three of them who are still
- 21:58Speaker 10: on the loose. Your message to them tonight.
- 22:01Speaker 8: We're coming for them. And these are the type I
- 22:04Speaker 8: want to explain something. These are the type of people
- 22:06Speaker 8: that AOC rags. Why I'm educating people to their constitutional rights.
- 22:11Speaker 8: We all know what she's doing. She's educating illegal alien
- 22:14Speaker 8: criminals how to invade law enforcement. But now I'm gonna
- 22:18Speaker 8: do a little education myself. You don't want to open
- 22:20Speaker 8: the door, you don't want to answer a question. You
- 22:22Speaker 8: don't you want to help us with a travel doctrine
- 22:24Speaker 8: to get you removed. That's a violation of the Title
- 22:27Speaker 8: A United States Code twelve fifty three. It is a crime,
- 22:30Speaker 8: and we're going to start prosecuting those crimes tomorrow. So
- 22:33Speaker 8: if you've got to find order and you want to
- 22:35Speaker 8: hinder your removal, you want to put roadblocks up and
- 22:38Speaker 8: not cooperate, you want to hide, you want to not
- 22:40Speaker 8: open the door, then the agent's gonna start prosecuting you criminally.
- 22:44Speaker 8: Then after you get out of jail from that prosecution,
- 22:46Speaker 8: then we'll deport you. Game's over. We're going to look
- 22:49Speaker 8: for these public safety threats and we're going to take
- 22:51Speaker 8: them off those streets. In New York and every other
- 22:53Speaker 8: sanctuary city, a matter of fact, every singorous theory city.
- 22:56Speaker 8: We're going to triple the workforce. We're going to flood
- 22:59Speaker 8: the zone with all officers. And we can't wrestle in jail,
- 23:01Speaker 8: We'll wrestling in the community. If we can't arrest me
- 23:04Speaker 8: in the community or arrest at their work site, We're
- 23:06Speaker 8: going to triple work site enforcement operations.
- 23:08Speaker 2: We're going to flood the zone.
- 23:10Speaker 8: We're going to take these public safety threats off the streets.
- 23:12Speaker 8: With your help or without your help.
- 23:14Speaker 2: One thing's for sure.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Law and order is back, and the President United States
- 23:18Speaker 1: of America is encouraging all of those impositions of power
- 23:22Speaker 1: around him to do the will of the people, which
- 23:25Speaker 1: is to get rid of illegal immigrants in this country. Now,
- 23:28Speaker 1: Tom Homan wasn't done there either. There's another controversy, and
- 23:32Speaker 1: that is with AOC. AOC is doing everything she can
- 23:38Speaker 1: to help illegal immigrants stay in the US. They're even
- 23:41Speaker 1: doing seminars where they teach illegal immigrants how to exploit
- 23:46Speaker 1: the system, or fight back, or get a lawyer and
- 23:49Speaker 1: work to stay in the United States of America for
- 23:52Speaker 1: a longer period of time. Tom Homan made it very
- 23:55Speaker 1: clear that that is not what a congress person's job is.
- 24:00Speaker 1: If you were helping criminals evade arrest, is it against
- 24:04Speaker 1: the law. Well, Tom Homan was asked about that in
- 24:07Speaker 1: AOC's comments.
- 24:08Speaker 2: Take a listen now.
- 24:10Speaker 10: Speaking of AOC, Tom, she actually mentioned you in a
- 24:14Speaker 10: town hall last week.
- 24:15Speaker 11: Watch when we first did one of these seminars, Tom Homan,
- 24:20Speaker 11: then Acting Director of ICE, said that he was going
- 24:23Speaker 11: to threaten to refer me to the DOJ because I'm
- 24:27Speaker 11: using my free speech rights in order to advise people
- 24:31Speaker 11: of their constitutionally guaranteed protections.
- 24:34Speaker 2: And he may want to do it again today.
- 24:36Speaker 7: And so that I say, come for me.
- 24:39Speaker 10: Tom, come for me, She said, I take pleasure.
- 24:42Speaker 8: I can live with her mind rent free every day.
- 24:44Speaker 8: But we all know exactly what she's doing. Like I
- 24:46Speaker 8: just said, she's educating the worst of the worst. Holler
- 24:50Speaker 8: we invade law enforcement for the tables have now turned.
- 24:53Speaker 8: She's educating people how to get prosecuted. Because you have
- 24:57Speaker 8: a final order, it is illegal to to not comply
- 25:01Speaker 8: with that order. It's a crime to take steps to
- 25:07Speaker 8: not comply with ICE removal orders or not comply with
- 25:10Speaker 8: ICE actions take you in custody. You can't hinder your
- 25:13Speaker 8: own removal that was ordered by the federal judge. All
- 25:16Speaker 8: like aoc to read tital eight and I say it's
- 25:18Speaker 8: called twelve fifty three because it's starting tomorrow.
- 25:21Speaker 1: One thing is for sure, the Democratic Party is not
- 25:25Speaker 1: going to abandon illegal immigrants. In fact, they're doubling down
- 25:28Speaker 1: trying to keep them safe and to be able to
- 25:31Speaker 1: stay in this country, hoping that they can give them
- 25:33Speaker 1: amnesty down the road. And what is President Trump's response
- 25:37Speaker 1: the deployment of military forces to the southern border, the
- 25:41Speaker 1: expansion of detention facilities, incentivizing voluntary departures, which we spoke
- 25:46Speaker 1: about yesterday, and the legal challenges to enforcement measures put
- 25:51Speaker 1: in by the left. There's also a fight with Mexico
- 25:56Speaker 1: and making sure that President Trump stands up to Mexico
- 25:59Speaker 1: to com bat the cartels, as well as making sure
- 26:03Speaker 1: that the fetanyl is not coming across the southern border.
- 26:06Speaker 2: So at this.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Point, Americans have decide whose side are we on? Are
- 26:10Speaker 1: you going to stand with the illegal immigrants and the
- 26:12Speaker 1: MS thirteen gang members, or are you going to stand
- 26:15Speaker 1: with the president units it's America that says he's going
- 26:17Speaker 1: to put Americans first instead of last. One thing that
- 26:22Speaker 1: is very clear is the President United States of America
- 26:25Speaker 1: has said that he's listening to the people and stopping
- 26:29Speaker 1: at nothing to go after those that are in this
- 26:32Speaker 1: country illegally. Don't forget Share this podcast please on social
