Many young people feel alone, overwhelmed, or unsure about seeking formal treatment. Few places feel safe, welcoming, and free of stigma. Garrett’s Space is dedicated to reducing suicides and filling critical gaps in supportive care options for young adults ages 18 to 28 facing mental health challenges.
