- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome. Its verdict was Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 1: you and Senator we made some serious headlines from our
- 0:08Speaker 1: Wednesday podcast, and in that podcast you said it's time
- 0:12Speaker 1: to start looking four documents and you named places, and
- 0:16Speaker 1: now the White House has had to respond to that.
- 0:20Speaker 1: The White House Press Secretary was asked about you saying,
- 0:24Speaker 1: the documents are that are being hell at the University
- 0:27Speaker 1: of Delaware, and there's a hell of a lot of them.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Is anybody going to go through those? Here's how she
- 0:31Speaker 1: responded to that. Questions regarding a comment from Senator Ted Cruz,
- 0:37Speaker 1: He's calling for a search of President Biden's Senate records
- 0:40Speaker 1: at the University of Delaware for potentially classified information. There's
- 0:44Speaker 1: records reportedly include about eighteen hundred and fifty boxes of documents,
- 0:48Speaker 1: as well as four hundred and fifteen gigabytes for electronic files.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Does President Biden have any objection to such a search
- 0:55Speaker 1: when it comes to the documents and this ongoing legal matter,
- 0:59Speaker 1: I refer to the whale Counsel's office. Would I just
- 1:01Speaker 1: like to read I'm so sorry you guys, just the
- 1:05Speaker 1: request of our callings in this room for someone to
- 1:07Speaker 1: answer these questions from the pubuan. I mean, what a dodge, Senator,
- 1:12Speaker 1: what a dodge. Well done to her for doing her
- 1:14Speaker 1: job that day, right, so I'm reminded of Monty Python.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Her response to that question is run away, run away,
- 1:25Speaker 1: like there is nothing preventing her from answering that question.
- 1:30Speaker 1: His question was does Biden object to searching those documents?
- 1:35Speaker 1: That's not even really a legal question, it's a political question.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Is he open to allowing the FBI to search the
- 1:43Speaker 1: documents from his tenure in the Senate? Mind you, he
- 1:47Speaker 1: just made public that, oh crap, he had classified documents
- 1:52Speaker 1: from his tenure in the Senate that were at his
- 1:55Speaker 1: house in Wilmington. The University of Delaware has over one thousand,
- 2:02Speaker 1: eight hundred and fifty boxes of documents from his Senate tenure.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Now listen, if he had classified documents at his house,
- 2:12Speaker 1: it's reasonable to ask where they're classified documents in those files.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I believe the FBI will search those files. I think
- 2:23Speaker 1: it's inevitable. But I think it's striking that the Biden
- 2:27Speaker 1: White House won't say no, we don't object to that.
- 2:30Speaker 1: They're not willing to go on record. That was an
- 2:33Speaker 1: obvious dodge and I actually want to make clear I
- 2:37Speaker 1: think it's not just the files at the University of Delaware.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I think it is critical that the FBI search Hunter
- 2:48Speaker 1: Biden's home and his office locations, given the enormous evidence
- 2:55Speaker 1: of corruption involving Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, involving Hunter
- 3:01Speaker 1: Biden's selling access to Joe Biden when he was vice president,
- 3:06Speaker 1: involving Hunter Biden being paid millions of dollars from Barisma,
- 3:11Speaker 1: the Ukrainian natural gas company, and millions of dollars from
- 3:17Speaker 1: companies funded by the Chinese communist government at the same
- 3:23Speaker 1: time that Hunter Biden, we know, was in his father's corvette.
- 3:30Speaker 1: He has pictures out on the Internet of him driving
- 3:34Speaker 1: his father's corvette which was parked we now know, and
- 3:39Speaker 1: it is admitted next to classified documents. The FBI needs
- 3:45Speaker 1: to search and investigate to determine whether there are any
- 3:51Speaker 1: classified documents at Hunter Biden's home or business. And by
- 3:55Speaker 1: the way, the next question someone might ask is, okay, well,
- 4:00Speaker 1: what is the probable cause to search Hunter Biden's home
- 4:06Speaker 1: or business? And there may or may not be probable
- 4:10Speaker 1: cause if you had to go to a court and
- 4:13Speaker 1: get a warrant for that search. You'd have to lay
- 4:15Speaker 1: out the case. But the question that should be asked
- 4:21Speaker 1: tomorrow to Karen Jean Pierre is does Hunter Biden object
- 4:30Speaker 1: to an FBI search of his home and business, Because
- 4:35Speaker 1: if there's no objection, the FBI can do it now.
- 4:38Speaker 1: If he objects, that tells you something. And notice she
- 4:42Speaker 1: wouldn't even answer if Joe Biden, the sitting president, objects
- 4:47Speaker 1: to the search of his own Senate documents, that question
- 4:51Speaker 1: needs to be asked. That search needs to happen. And
- 4:55Speaker 1: I believe if at the end of the day we
- 4:58Speaker 1: discover that these classes deified documents relate to the corruption
- 5:04Speaker 1: of the Biden family, then we are facing real and
- 5:09Speaker 1: material criminal charges. We don't know that there's no evidence
- 5:13Speaker 1: of that. But at the same time, the Biden, FBI
- 5:17Speaker 1: and DOJ, which leaks on every damn thing you can
- 5:21Speaker 1: imagine related to Donald Trump, has been locked like a
- 5:25Speaker 1: steel drum on this. So we know nothing about what's
- 5:28Speaker 1: in these documents. We need to know. We need to
- 5:32Speaker 1: search the University of Delaware documents, and we need to
- 5:35Speaker 1: search Hunter Biden's home and office, and we need to
- 5:38Speaker 1: do it now. The FBI doesn't need to sit on
- 5:41Speaker 1: its rear end for days and weeks and months and
- 5:47Speaker 1: let someone put those documents in a shredder. They need
- 5:51Speaker 1: to show up tomorrow and search Hunter Biden's home and office.
- 5:58Speaker 1: If we care about protecting classified documents and understanding what
- 6:03Speaker 1: Joe Biden has done, we need to do that immediately. Yeah,
- 6:07Speaker 1: there's no doubt about that. And I want to ask
- 6:09Speaker 1: you also about the other family members. The one thing
- 6:12Speaker 1: that the Bidens love to do was share office space center.
- 6:16Speaker 1: And before I get your take on that, I want
- 6:18Speaker 1: to remind everybody about Patriot Mobile. If you're a conservative
- 6:22Speaker 1: and you're tired of giving your money to companies that
- 6:25Speaker 1: don't stand up for your values and your beliefs, then
- 6:27Speaker 1: you need to check out Patriot Mobile. Why because of
- 6:30Speaker 1: the only conservative Christian cell phone coming to the the US.
- 6:33Speaker 1: They have nationwide coverage, the same exact coverage you have
- 6:37Speaker 1: right now. In fact, they're using the same towers that
- 6:40Speaker 1: your cell phones using right now, except when you pay
- 6:43Speaker 1: your bill. You're actually advocating and supporting conservative causes that
- 6:49Speaker 1: stand up for the First and Second Amendment right, the
- 6:51Speaker 1: rights of the unborn, and helping people with adoptions. If
- 6:57Speaker 1: you've never checked out Patriot Mobile, whether it's for you
- 7:00Speaker 1: and your family, or a business or a small business.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Check them out and every time you use your phone,
- 7:05Speaker 1: you're gonna be standing up for what you believe in
- 7:07Speaker 1: the number eight seven eight Patriot. Use the promo code
- 7:12Speaker 1: Verdict and you'll get the best deals of the day.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Plus you can keep your same cell phone number and
- 7:16Speaker 1: many times your same cell phone eight seven eight Patriot
- 7:20Speaker 1: or Patriot Mobile dot com slash Verdict that's Patriot Mobile
- 7:25Speaker 1: dot com slash Verdict Center. There's one thing that the
- 7:29Speaker 1: Biden family really loves to do, and that is to
- 7:33Speaker 1: commingle office space. We have the emails from Hunter Biden's
- 7:37Speaker 1: laptop that talk about having keys made for shady Chinese communists,
- 7:44Speaker 1: individuals who were with with with Cefe. We know that
- 7:47Speaker 1: they were wanting keys for his not only for Joe Biden,
- 7:50Speaker 1: but for Hunter Biden, for Joe Biden, and for Jimmy
- 7:54Speaker 1: James Biden. When you look at at the University of
- 7:57Speaker 1: Delaware in these documents, knowing that right after he left
- 8:02Speaker 1: the White House they were co mingling office space, aren't
- 8:05Speaker 1: there maybe even other locations that the FBI should be
- 8:08Speaker 1: asking questions about now and who took what documents where,
- 8:12Speaker 1: Because we also know that documents had to be stored
- 8:15Speaker 1: somewhere before they went to the Biden Center. There's a
- 8:17Speaker 1: significant chunk of time where those documents had to be
- 8:20Speaker 1: somewhere else Where were they kept before? Then the classified
- 8:24Speaker 1: documents and then those documents as garage where all had
- 8:27Speaker 1: they been? Had they been a Jimmy's office or to
- 8:30Speaker 1: Hunter's office, or to Jill's office for that matter. So look,
- 8:35Speaker 1: I think those are all very reasonable questions. If you
- 8:38Speaker 1: had a DOJ and an FBI that were investigating this
- 8:42Speaker 1: seriously and with a nonpartisan focus, they would ask those questions.
- 8:47Speaker 1: They would search those locations, you know. I'll say. Also,
- 8:51Speaker 1: so we had a big headline that broke today, which
- 8:55Speaker 1: is classified documents were discovered at Mike Pence's home address,
- 9:00Speaker 1: and the press went into a bit of a tizzy
- 9:02Speaker 1: on this. Now, I will say, I think there's a
- 9:05Speaker 1: pretty significant difference between the Pence situation in the Biden situation.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Pence and look, this was responsible, This was prudent when
- 9:15Speaker 1: on a search of whatever documents where it is home
- 9:18Speaker 1: residence when this happened, to say okay, let's make sure
- 9:21Speaker 1: I don't have anything, and they discovered, Oh we do. Now.
- 9:26Speaker 1: What Pence has done is he's put out a public explanation,
- 9:29Speaker 1: which is he said that when he had staff packing
- 9:32Speaker 1: up his office files in the Office of the Vice President,
- 9:36Speaker 1: that inadvertently there were some classified documents that were put
- 9:41Speaker 1: in the boxes along with unclassified documents. Now that's sloppy,
- 9:46Speaker 1: it's not a wonderful explanation, but it's understandable. I don't
- 9:51Speaker 1: think anyone thinks Mike Pence was there packing those boxes.
- 9:56Speaker 1: So when he found it, he immediately admitted to it.
- 10:00Speaker 1: He was forthcoming, He didn't hide it. He didn't do
- 10:03Speaker 1: what Joe Biden did. This was discovered on November second,
- 10:06Speaker 1: a week before election day, and he hit it. He
- 10:08Speaker 1: didn't want the American people to know. Pence the incident.
- 10:11Speaker 1: He knew about it, publicly admitted it, and he also
- 10:14Speaker 1: gave an explanation. By the way, Joe Biden has given
- 10:18Speaker 1: zero explanation for how he had these documents, no explanation
- 10:22Speaker 1: for how he had the vice presidential documents, and even
- 10:25Speaker 1: more stunning, no explanation for how he had the Senate documents.
- 10:29Speaker 1: We've talked on this podcast at length about how in
- 10:32Speaker 1: the Senate you review classified documents in a skiff, a
- 10:36Speaker 1: secure location, so it takes extraordinary efforts. I have never
- 10:41Speaker 1: once read a classified document in ten years in the
- 10:44Speaker 1: Senate outside of the skiff, the secure location, so there
- 10:49Speaker 1: is zero chance. I'm sitting in my DC apartment, I
- 10:52Speaker 1: know to a metaphysical certainty there are zero classified documents
- 10:56Speaker 1: in my DC apartment. Why because the only place I
- 11:00Speaker 1: read a classified document has been in the skiff. Joe
- 11:03Speaker 1: Biden has given zero explanation. He's not willing to give
- 11:08Speaker 1: an explanation. I will admit, though, Ben, when the story
- 11:12Speaker 1: about Pence broke, I was really really tempted to tweet
- 11:17Speaker 1: holy cow, Hunter Biden went to Mike Pence's house too,
- 11:23Speaker 1: And I literally pulled out my phone and started to
- 11:25Speaker 1: type it. And then a guy on my team said, yeah,
- 11:30Speaker 1: if you said that, people will read that as a
- 11:32Speaker 1: shot at Mike Pence. And I'm like, no, I'm not
- 11:34Speaker 1: taking a shot at Mike Pence. Look, Mike's a friend
- 11:37Speaker 1: of mine, he's a good man. I don't want to
- 11:39Speaker 1: take a shot at Mike. I'm taking a shot at
- 11:41Speaker 1: Hunter and Biden and the Biden family corruption. But I
- 11:44Speaker 1: gotta say I still thought it was funny as hell.
- 11:47Speaker 1: So this is a tweet. I did not send this,
- 11:51Speaker 1: but it made me laugh. I was walking along right
- 11:55Speaker 1: alongside the underground railroad if from the Er office buildings
- 12:01Speaker 1: to the Capitol, and I was almost sending the tweet,
- 12:03Speaker 1: and then I'm like, no, I don't want to pop
- 12:06Speaker 1: Mike Pence. He's a good guy. So if I send it,
- 12:09Speaker 1: people will laugh, but they'll also twist it into popping Mike.
- 12:13Speaker 1: So I didn't send the tweet. That's you have a
- 12:16Speaker 1: wise staff around you. They know how people will screw
- 12:18Speaker 1: that one up for you. Let's talk real quick about
- 12:21Speaker 1: Joe Biden just sticking his foot in his mouth. All right,
- 12:24Speaker 1: he does this a lot. We have that famous video
- 12:27Speaker 1: of him now just talking about how, you know, I
- 12:30Speaker 1: was in charge of the Ukraine gig, basically in charge
- 12:34Speaker 1: of everything going from the US to Ukraine. He said
- 12:36Speaker 1: I got all the good jobs, the good assignments when
- 12:38Speaker 1: he was vice president, and then he bragged about having
- 12:41Speaker 1: that prosecutor fire that was actually investigating his son's company
- 12:45Speaker 1: with corruption in Ukraine. He loves to brag about these
- 12:50Speaker 1: types of things. Well, you go back now and there's
- 12:54Speaker 1: been some unearthing of how he has dealt with classified
- 12:58Speaker 1: information when he was in this Senate. We also know
- 13:01Speaker 1: that some of the documents found at his home and
- 13:04Speaker 1: Delaware were from his time in the Senate, which at
- 13:08Speaker 1: the bare minimum means they're fourteen plus years old. That
- 13:10Speaker 1: the youngest some of these could easily be thirty forty
- 13:13Speaker 1: years old. He's been a public official now for literally
- 13:16Speaker 1: fifty years, but he apparently openly bragged about classified information,
- 13:22Speaker 1: leaking it all the way back in nineteen eighty six
- 13:26Speaker 1: in an interview that he did, well, that's exactly right.
- 13:29Speaker 1: He did an interview in nineteen eighty six where he said,
- 13:34Speaker 1: quote he twice threatened to go public with covert action
- 13:40Speaker 1: plans by the Reagan administration that he believed were quote hairbrained,
- 13:47Speaker 1: and to stop them, and to put this in context,
- 13:51Speaker 1: in nineteen eighty six, Reagan is president. He's in his
- 13:54Speaker 1: second term as president. Joe Biden as a senator, is
- 13:57Speaker 1: a left wing senator who hated ro Old Reagan's foreign policy.
- 14:01Speaker 1: He hated his foreign policy of standing up to the
- 14:04Speaker 1: Soviet Union. He hated his foreign policy of winning the
- 14:06Speaker 1: Cold War. He hated his foreign policy of standing up
- 14:10Speaker 1: to the Sandinisis, and the communists that were pushing revolutions
- 14:14Speaker 1: in Latin America. And so Biden bragged that when he
- 14:19Speaker 1: heard about covert actions what the CIA was doing. And
- 14:22Speaker 1: by the way, covert actions, covert is a fancy word
- 14:25Speaker 1: for secret, what our US government is doing. All covert actions,
- 14:30Speaker 1: one hundred percent of them are classified. They're usually classified
- 14:34Speaker 1: at the highest level SCI code word classified. And Biden said, well, hell,
- 14:40Speaker 1: I don't care about the classified documents. I didn't like
- 14:43Speaker 1: what Reagan was doing, so I was just going to
- 14:45Speaker 1: leak him. And by the way, Michael Reagan was a friend.
- 14:48Speaker 1: He's Ronald Reagan's son. Michael Reagan tweeted out yesterday he said, quote,
- 14:54Speaker 1: after my father was out of office, he shared to
- 14:57Speaker 1: me that Senator Joe Biden confronted him and told him
- 15:02Speaker 1: that if he disagreed with my father on a covert
- 15:05Speaker 1: action he had planned, he would leak it to the
- 15:09Speaker 1: media to stop it. Now, let me be clear, leaking
- 15:14Speaker 1: a classified document to the media is a felony. Literally,
- 15:18Speaker 1: this is Joe Biden bragging I will commit a felony
- 15:21Speaker 1: because I don't like your foreign policy. So, going back
- 15:26Speaker 1: forty years, Joe Biden has had a cavalier attitude towards
- 15:33Speaker 1: classified documents. Now, there's a rich irony that he preened
- 15:38Speaker 1: self righteously when the Biden FBI rated Mara Lago where
- 15:46Speaker 1: he said, well, for him to have classified documents in
- 15:50Speaker 1: a locked closet, that was irresponsible. And of course, Kareen
- 15:55Speaker 1: John Piher, who you played at the outset of this podcast,
- 16:00Speaker 1: when she was asked a few days ago, was it
- 16:04Speaker 1: irresponsible for Joe Budden to do the exact same thing,
- 16:08Speaker 1: she promptly said, to quote Monty Python run Away. She
- 16:14Speaker 1: refused to answer, Yeah, it is. Truly. It's stunning to
- 16:19Speaker 1: see how this White House has done everything they can
- 16:23Speaker 1: just with the narrative to screw this up. And you're
- 16:26Speaker 1: seeing this now and we're watching this really play out
- 16:30Speaker 1: where the White House doesn't know which way is up.
- 16:33Speaker 1: The President has basically lost total control of this narrative.
- 16:39Speaker 1: And now you have I think two big storylines. You
- 16:43Speaker 1: have the storyline, which is the FBI is now kind
- 16:46Speaker 1: of having to do their job, and you also have
- 16:48Speaker 1: the other storyline, which is undermining this White House as well,
- 16:52Speaker 1: that the top level FBI individuals. We just saw this
- 16:55Speaker 1: top FBI official charge with violating Russian sanctions. He was
- 16:59Speaker 1: apparently making the decisions in the Carter Page investigation. They've
- 17:03Speaker 1: got now problems all over the place. Even NBC News
- 17:07Speaker 1: talked about this on the news. I mean, it was
- 17:11Speaker 1: a shocking moment for me. They're having to cover documents
- 17:14Speaker 1: that are classified at multiple residents and maybe at other
- 17:18Speaker 1: offices and maybe with other searches, and they're having to
- 17:21Speaker 1: admit that a former top FBI official was charged with
- 17:24Speaker 1: violating Russian sanctions who was also making decisions on spying
- 17:28Speaker 1: on Donald Trump. This may be the worst week in
- 17:31Speaker 1: history for the FBI and the Democratic Party of actually
- 17:36Speaker 1: all of the chickens coming home to roost at the
- 17:38Speaker 1: same exact time. Well, let me just say wait till
- 17:41Speaker 1: next week. I like it. I like to tease there, Senator.
- 17:46Speaker 1: I like to tease there, Senator. I wanted you to
- 17:48Speaker 1: give it an important update that's going to have a
- 17:51Speaker 1: huge impact in our men and women in uniform when
- 17:53Speaker 1: it comes to vaccine mandate. You're trying to get them reinstated.

- 19:30Speaker 1: I want to ask you about another issue, and this
- 19:32Speaker 1: one is something that's really important. You've been fighting for
- 19:37Speaker 1: quite some time about getting reinstated men and women in
- 19:44Speaker 1: our military who were kicked out for not getting the vaccine.
- 19:49Speaker 1: We've also now seen that they were going to recommend
- 19:52Speaker 1: or have recommended, Oh, you should just get the COVID
- 19:54Speaker 1: vaccine annually. If you're older, you should get two shots
- 19:57Speaker 1: a year. If your children you should get two shots. Hears.
- 19:59Speaker 1: We want to put the on the regular schedule for everybody,
- 20:01Speaker 1: so when you're getting your flute shot, and how we
- 20:03Speaker 1: might even do quote an experiment and put them together
- 20:06Speaker 1: in one shot. And yet men and women stood up,
- 20:10Speaker 1: lost their jobs. Some of them were even having to
- 20:12Speaker 1: pay back their bonuses that they received while serving our country.
- 20:17Speaker 1: And you and other senators and members of the House
- 20:20Speaker 1: now are fighting really hard to try to make sure
- 20:23Speaker 1: that these men and women are reinstated in the military.
- 20:27Speaker 1: My question is, and so many other Americans senders who
- 20:30Speaker 1: are in their right mind would hold this up because
- 20:34Speaker 1: we also didn't hit our recruiting goals in our military
- 20:36Speaker 1: this last year. We desperately need these people back in uniform. Well, listen,
- 20:44Speaker 1: that's exactly right that there were a lot of policies
- 20:46Speaker 1: over the last two years on COVID that were utterly indefensible.
- 20:51Speaker 1: You saw the Biden administration shutting down small businesses, shutting
- 20:56Speaker 1: down schools, sending millions of kids home and denying them
- 20:59Speaker 1: in a education. You saw the Biden administration trying to
- 21:03Speaker 1: fire federal employees, trying to force private employers to fire
- 21:08Speaker 1: their employees if they didn't get a COVID vaccine. Of
- 21:14Speaker 1: all of the policies, and every one of those was outrageous.
- 21:17Speaker 1: It was an abuse of power, it was wrong. But
- 21:20Speaker 1: of all of the policies, I'm not sure any was
- 21:24Speaker 1: more outrageous then the Biden administration firing thousands upon thousands
- 21:31Speaker 1: of active duty military men and women because they made
- 21:35Speaker 1: the personal decision not to get the COVID vaccine. Some
- 21:39Speaker 1: of them made it for religious reasons, they had religious objections.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Others made it for personal health reasons. But thousands upon
- 21:48Speaker 1: thousands of active duty military members were fired by Joe
- 21:52Speaker 1: Biden eagerly, aggressively, proudly. By the way, the guy in
- 21:57Speaker 1: charge of the COVID policy in the White House is
- 21:59Speaker 1: the new Biden Chief of Staff, Jeff Zience, so they
- 22:05Speaker 1: embraced these policies from the day they were announced. I
- 22:09Speaker 1: have opposed these policies. I think they are wrong. I
- 22:12Speaker 1: think they're abusive, I think they're illegal, I think they're immoral,
- 22:16Speaker 1: and I've fought against them. I led the fight in
- 22:19Speaker 1: the Senate against the Biden COVID vaccine mandates. On the
- 22:24Speaker 1: military front, we won a big, a huge victory last
- 22:30Speaker 1: month when Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act and
- 22:37Speaker 1: it by statute explicitly rescinded it repealed the Biden vaccine
- 22:44Speaker 1: mandate in the military. That is a big damn deal.
- 22:48Speaker 1: I have fought hard, others have fought hard, have spilled
- 22:52Speaker 1: blood and sweat and tears to stop this immoral mandate.
- 22:57Speaker 1: And so winning that victory we need to sell. We
- 23:00Speaker 1: need to pause and say we got a big win here.
- 23:04Speaker 1: We forced the Democrats to accept that they didn't want it.
- 23:07Speaker 1: We forced Joe Biden to sign it he didn't want to,
- 23:10Speaker 1: and that was a big win. But unfortunately, the price
- 23:14Speaker 1: the Democrats extracted is the repeal was prospective only, which
- 23:20Speaker 1: means going forward tomorrow, no active duty military members will
- 23:26Speaker 1: be fired for not getting the COVID of vaccine. But
- 23:29Speaker 1: it did absolutely nothing for the thousands, and I'd say thousands.
- 23:33Speaker 1: We don't know the exact number. We know it is
- 23:36Speaker 1: at a minimum thousands. It may be tens of thousands.
- 23:40Speaker 1: The Biden administration refuses to answer this question. At a minimum,
- 23:45Speaker 1: it is thousands of active duty military members who were fired,
- 23:49Speaker 1: who were terminated, who were removed from the military, and
- 23:54Speaker 1: the legislation we passed last month provides no relief for them.
- 23:59Speaker 1: I file this week legislation I'm calling it the Americans
- 24:02Speaker 1: Act that gives them relief. So if you're an active
- 24:07Speaker 1: duty service men or woman and you were terminated from
- 24:10Speaker 1: the military, you would have a right to return to
- 24:15Speaker 1: the military, return at your original rank, return at the
- 24:21Speaker 1: same level of benefits, get your benefits back, go back
- 24:24Speaker 1: to serving our nation. If the mandate is wrong, and
- 24:28Speaker 1: it is wrong, then it shouldn't just be wrong today.
- 24:32Speaker 1: It should have been wrong yesterday and a year ago
- 24:35Speaker 1: when these people were being fired. And beyond that, there
- 24:40Speaker 1: are also thousands of servicemen and women who had their
- 24:44Speaker 1: ranks reduced. My legislation provides that if you had your
- 24:51Speaker 1: rank reduced, you get your rank restored and you get
- 24:55Speaker 1: back pay. And beyond that, there are some servicemen and
- 24:57Speaker 1: women who were fired who may may I could determination say, Look,
- 25:02Speaker 1: I've got a job in the private sector. I've moved on.
- 25:04Speaker 1: I don't want to go back to the military. Okay,
- 25:06Speaker 1: if you don't want to go back, we're not going
- 25:07Speaker 1: to make you. But those individuals, my legislation would provide
- 25:12Speaker 1: that they get an honorable discharge, not just a general discharge,
- 25:16Speaker 1: which ensures that they get the benefits they have earned
- 25:20Speaker 1: by defending this nation. And I'll tell you this, to
- 25:24Speaker 1: every soldier, every sailor, every airman, every marine, every coast guardsman,
- 25:33Speaker 1: I'm going to keep fighting for you until you are
- 25:39Speaker 1: taken care of, until justice is served. Because it is
- 25:43Speaker 1: wrong that Democrats did this. And by the way, one
- 25:47Speaker 1: of the big reasons been that Biden and the Democrats
- 25:50Speaker 1: did this. I believe they are engaging in a purge,
- 25:55Speaker 1: a purge of the military. They want to get rid
- 25:58Speaker 1: of conservatives, they want to get rid of independent thinking.
- 26:02Speaker 1: I was going to ask you that because there's so
- 26:04Speaker 1: many people center that think this was exactly what you
- 26:07Speaker 1: just describe. The easiest way to get rid of people
- 26:10Speaker 1: that are probably more conservative yep, or more principled or
- 26:14Speaker 1: are not willing to look the other way when they
- 26:17Speaker 1: love America. Get rid of them, right, get rid of them.
- 26:20Speaker 1: And this was an easy way to ask a question
- 26:23Speaker 1: without asking a question to part. And it's not just
- 26:27Speaker 1: the military, it's also DOJ, it's also the FBI, it's
- 26:31Speaker 1: also the border Patrol. They are trying to persecute and
- 26:37Speaker 1: drive out a public service anyone who is conservative. They
- 26:42Speaker 1: want only left wing sheep who will obey their orders
- 26:48Speaker 1: to serve in the government. And it is one of
- 26:50Speaker 1: the most it's part of the reason they have dug
- 26:52Speaker 1: in so hard on these mandates, as they view it
- 26:56Speaker 1: as an enormous political opportunity. I want to ask you,
- 27:00Speaker 1: who is it that is going to basically hold this up? Now.
- 27:03Speaker 1: I understand the politics of it, you know, a year ago,
- 27:06Speaker 1: two years ago, right, but a lot has changed center
- 27:09Speaker 1: since then. You come into a new Congress, there are
- 27:13Speaker 1: new members of the House, obviously, new members of the Senate,
- 27:17Speaker 1: and there would have been no way this could have happened.
- 27:19Speaker 1: I think two years ago, year ago, etc. Is there.
- 27:22Speaker 1: But now and we've seen this in polling among the
- 27:25Speaker 1: American people on issues like COVID and vaccine mandates. The
- 27:29Speaker 1: majority of Americans are against them. So who is it
- 27:32Speaker 1: that's going to really hold this up? Where does the
- 27:34Speaker 1: pressure need to go now? So, Number one, every Democrat,
- 27:38Speaker 1: every Democrat is happy to vote for the vaccine mandates,
- 27:42Speaker 1: is happy to leave these thousands of American heroes of
- 27:46Speaker 1: servicemen and women. I've met with Navy seals who spent years,
- 27:50Speaker 1: decades fighting to defend this country who were fired because
- 27:54Speaker 1: they made a personal decision not to get a vaccine.
- 27:58Speaker 1: That is grotesque. Every single Senate Democrat is happy to
- 28:04Speaker 1: stand with firing those servicemen and women, and sadly, there
- 28:10Speaker 1: are a handful of Republicans who are willing to do
- 28:13Speaker 1: so as well. I'm going to tell you I'm going
- 28:15Speaker 1: to keep leading this fight, particularly at a time, as
- 28:20Speaker 1: you noted, when we are having massive shortfalls in military recruiting.
- 28:26Speaker 1: We need to bring back American heroes. We got Navy
- 28:28Speaker 1: seals ready to defend this nation, and these idiot ideologues
- 28:34Speaker 1: won't let them back into the military. That makes no sense. Now,
- 28:39Speaker 1: what are the chances of this happening? If I had
- 28:43Speaker 1: to pass my bill in the Senate and to get
- 28:46Speaker 1: sixty votes to overcome a filibuster. The chances of it
- 28:49Speaker 1: passing would be zero. Every Democrat opposes it, and a
- 28:54Speaker 1: handful of Republicans suppose, so we would not get to
- 28:58Speaker 1: submit Romney opposed. Is it I disagree with me? I
- 29:02Speaker 1: don't know. I have had this argument with Mitt. I
- 29:05Speaker 1: cannot explain it. You ask Mitt why he opposes it.
- 29:08Speaker 1: I don't know, but he opposes it. He's like he's
- 29:12Speaker 1: willing to leave these service men and women being fired.
- 29:17Speaker 1: I'm frustrated by that. And that's that's one of the
- 29:20Speaker 1: shocking ones for so many people that are listening. It's like,
- 29:22Speaker 1: where's the logic now? Right in retrospect, we know a
- 29:26Speaker 1: hell of a lot more now about the COVID vaccines.
- 29:29Speaker 1: We have a lot more of of asterisks next to it, right,
- 29:34Speaker 1: that it's not just as simple as they try to
- 29:37Speaker 1: make it out to be. And to dig in on
- 29:39Speaker 1: it now and not admit, hey, we got this wrong.
- 29:43Speaker 1: And by the way, the majority of Americans believe we
- 29:46Speaker 1: got vaccine mandates wrong. So you're going against what I
- 29:49Speaker 1: would assume the people you represent would want. Yeah, and
- 29:52Speaker 1: let me be clear, the mandates were unequivally wrong. The
- 29:57Speaker 1: vaccines were not necessarily and I think get varied person
- 30:01Speaker 1: by person. If you were eighty eight years old and
- 30:04Speaker 1: you had serious comorbidities, I think it made sense for
- 30:08Speaker 1: a lot of people to make the choice to get
- 30:10Speaker 1: a vaccine, Like given the risks of COVID, there's a
- 30:15Speaker 1: cost benefit analysis as a new vaccine. You didn't know
- 30:17Speaker 1: the downsides, but the risk of COVID were serious for
- 30:21Speaker 1: vulnerable populations. I think people rationally made the choice I
- 30:26Speaker 1: want to get the vaccine. If you're a healthy, twenty
- 30:30Speaker 1: four year old man who's a Navy seal, it may
- 30:35Speaker 1: well have made sense for you to say, I don't
- 30:37Speaker 1: need the vaccine. COVID's not going to be that serious
- 30:39Speaker 1: for me, and I'm concerned about the downsides. By the way,
- 30:43Speaker 1: if you're a twelve year old child, I think the
- 30:47Speaker 1: argument is really powerful that it didn't make sense for
- 30:51Speaker 1: you get the vaccine because COVID with young children has
- 30:55Speaker 1: been so relatively mild. Higher death right whoever year for
- 31:00Speaker 1: children then of actual COVID, So why would you Why
- 31:04Speaker 1: would you take that big risk on someone that's so
- 31:06Speaker 1: long and based on life expectancy, has so many years
- 31:10Speaker 1: to live. I mean, even in my own house. Everybody
- 31:13Speaker 1: in my house had a different COVID vaccine experienced. My
- 31:18Speaker 1: dad went in the hospital and he almost died. He
- 31:21Speaker 1: came out and he actually, this is pre vaccine, and
- 31:24Speaker 1: he came out. He was on oxygen for three and
- 31:27Speaker 1: a half almost four months. He was in great health.
- 31:30Speaker 1: My mom, who is a cancer survivor, has a low
- 31:33Speaker 1: immune system, has gone through hell with cancer treatment. She
- 31:37Speaker 1: had basically a cough the same week COVID that my
- 31:40Speaker 1: dad had. He went into the hospital for weeks on
- 31:43Speaker 1: end and still, I mean, he said it when he
- 31:46Speaker 1: was here the day because I think it took years
- 31:47Speaker 1: off my life going through that. I went to my
- 31:50Speaker 1: doctors and said, hey, I have my dad's DNA, I
- 31:54Speaker 1: have asthma. I'm not in the best shape I've ever
- 31:57Speaker 1: been in my life right now. I'm honest about that.
- 32:00Speaker 1: What should I do it? But I will say, I
- 32:02Speaker 1: will say, you're a monstrously good tennis player. I played
- 32:05Speaker 1: tennis with you. It's a little frightening because, all right,
- 32:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna slightly brag here. I think I'm in better
- 32:13Speaker 1: shape than you are. You are, I'll admit that I'm
- 32:16Speaker 1: coming for you, though, where we got a little competition going.
- 32:19Speaker 1: But tennis, you can so utterly kick my ass by
- 32:23Speaker 1: the way. I'll take you in hoops. I played two
- 32:26Speaker 1: hours hoops today. I will take you. I'll post you up,
- 32:29Speaker 1: I'll shoot on your ass. I'll bet money in a
- 32:32Speaker 1: hoops game, but I will not. I will not bet
- 32:35Speaker 1: money in a tennis game because you will crush me.
- 32:37Speaker 1: And we played together, so you know that too. You
- 32:40Speaker 1: know there's a reason why I haven't been saying, hey,
- 32:43Speaker 1: when am I getting the invite to the basketball game?
- 32:45Speaker 1: Just right? That's the strategic thing I got you. But
- 32:51Speaker 1: but you look at the decisions that were made by families.
- 32:54Speaker 1: My decision was different than my wife's based on my
- 32:57Speaker 1: medical history, based on my DNA, based on sure my chart,
- 33:01Speaker 1: and then with my kids it was a hell no
- 33:04Speaker 1: because they were so young. And again the risk reward
- 33:08Speaker 1: factor here the Democratic Party and people that you, including
- 33:12Speaker 1: Mitt Romney, who think that they should be able to
- 33:15Speaker 1: make medical decisions for you that affect by how you
- 33:18Speaker 1: pay for your kids, the medical care you get later.
- 33:21Speaker 1: And that's one part here that you mentioned earlier that
- 33:23Speaker 1: I think we should just remind people if you are discharged,
- 33:26Speaker 1: not honorably. It changes your lifetime benefits that can affect
- 33:31Speaker 1: the medical treatment that you and your children receive. Well.
- 33:37Speaker 1: And look, I want to be clear when it comes
- 33:40Speaker 1: to vaccines. I'm not anti vaccine. I'm not pro vaccine.
- 33:45Speaker 1: I'm pro individual choice. Bingo, it's your damn decision. You're
- 33:50Speaker 1: an adult. Go research it, go figure it out. If
- 33:53Speaker 1: you want to get the vaccine, God bless you make
- 33:56Speaker 1: that decision. If you don't, God bless you make that decision.
- 33:59Speaker 1: I believe if it's your right to make that decision.
- 34:02Speaker 1: And I think Joe Biden and the Democrats were immoral
- 34:07Speaker 1: firing thousands upon thousands of active duty military heroes, American
- 34:12Speaker 1: heroes because they refuse to comply with their arbitrary dictate. Yeah,
- 34:19Speaker 1: and they heard a lot of kids and a lot
- 34:20Speaker 1: of parents and a lot of people had to move
- 34:22Speaker 1: and uproot and start all over when they dedicate their
- 34:25Speaker 1: lives to protecting and serving this country. Last thing I
- 34:28Speaker 1: want to bring up real quick because I have to
- 34:30Speaker 1: play this for you, Senator Kamala Harris, And this week
- 34:34Speaker 1: was a big week. You have the Right to Life
- 34:37Speaker 1: march that happens all over the country. You have Democrats
- 34:41Speaker 1: that were furious this year because of the overturning of
- 34:43Speaker 1: Roe v. Wade. This going back to a state's rights issue,
- 34:47Speaker 1: Kamala Harris. She decided to talk about the Declaration of
- 34:52Speaker 1: Independence and a pro abortion speech saying that all Americans
- 34:56Speaker 1: are endowed with the right to liberty and and the
- 35:00Speaker 1: pursuit of happiness. But she left out a key word,
- 35:04Speaker 1: and I'm sure most people are gonna know which word
- 35:06Speaker 1: it is. Take a listen. We collectively believe and no,
- 35:12Speaker 1: America is a promise. America is a promise. It is
- 35:19Speaker 1: a promise of freedom and liberty, not for some, but
- 35:26Speaker 1: for all, a promise we made in the Declaration of
- 35:35Speaker 1: Independence that we are each endowed with the right to
- 35:43Speaker 1: liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Senator, I'm just gonna
- 35:50Speaker 1: stop there. She missed. She missed a word in a
- 35:53Speaker 1: pro abortion speech. There's a key word there that she missed,
- 35:57Speaker 1: And I'm pretty sure you heard it the way I did.
- 36:00Speaker 1: The words she left out with life. Yes, Look, as
- 36:06Speaker 1: you know, there are very few things that I hold
- 36:10Speaker 1: more dear to my heart than the Constitution and the
- 36:13Speaker 1: Declaration of Independence, than the protections of our fundamental liberties
- 36:19Speaker 1: and to listen to her. That embodies both the ignorance
- 36:25Speaker 1: of the modern Democrat Party but also the utter contempt
- 36:30Speaker 1: for our rights. So the words that Thomas Jefferson at
- 36:33Speaker 1: age thirty three penned in the declaration, and I'm not
- 36:37Speaker 1: reading these, We hold these truths to be self evident,
- 36:41Speaker 1: that all men are created equal. Somehow she forgot all
- 36:45Speaker 1: men are created equal. She said, truths that are self evident.
- 36:48Speaker 1: But all men are created equal. Nowhere to be found
- 36:52Speaker 1: that they are endowed by their creator. Where were the
- 36:59Speaker 1: words by their in what she said? Apparently God is
- 37:03Speaker 1: erased in this, that they are endowed by their creator
- 37:08Speaker 1: with unalienable rights, that among these are the rights to life, liberty,
- 37:17Speaker 1: and the pursuit of happiness. Those may have been the
- 37:22Speaker 1: most glorious words ever penned by man outside of the Bible.
- 37:30Speaker 1: It was a bold vision for the future of the
- 37:34Speaker 1: natural rights of mankind, going back to John Locke. So
- 37:38Speaker 1: if you look at John Locke, the British philosopher, he
- 37:42Speaker 1: had posited for years and beautifully, and the Founders were
- 37:46Speaker 1: all very familiar with John Locke, that the natural rights
- 37:50Speaker 1: of all people were life, liberty, and property. Those those
- 37:54Speaker 1: were usually the triumphant life, liberty, and property. When it
- 37:58Speaker 1: came to the Declaration, they contemplated including life, liberty, and property.
- 38:03Speaker 1: The reason they excluded the word property is because Jefferson
- 38:09Speaker 1: did not want to embrace in the declaration a word
- 38:14Speaker 1: that could be used to justify slavery. And there's an
- 38:19Speaker 1: irony to this, And listen, there are ironies in our
- 38:21Speaker 1: nation's history. Good and extraordinary men who fought for justice
- 38:26Speaker 1: and freedom and equality were also inexplicably slaveholders. Jefferson was
- 38:33Speaker 1: a slaveholder. The man who penned the words, we hold
- 38:37Speaker 1: these rights to be self evident, that all men are
- 38:40Speaker 1: created equal was a slaveholder. I don't know how you
- 38:43Speaker 1: write those words while owning slaves. That is a discontinuity
- 38:50Speaker 1: that is difficult to understand. But the reason that the
- 38:55Speaker 1: word property was omitted from that and replaced with pursuit
- 38:59Speaker 1: of happiness was because Jefferson and the other people who
- 39:04Speaker 1: wrote the declaration did not want language in there that
- 39:08Speaker 1: was seen as a defense of slavery. For Kamala Harris
- 39:13Speaker 1: number one, Okay, listen, I served with Kamala. We were
- 39:16Speaker 1: in the Senate together. She has no idea what's in
- 39:20Speaker 1: the declaration of independence. I feel certain if somebody pointed
- 39:24Speaker 1: a TV camera at you and said, I will give
- 39:27Speaker 1: you one million dollars today if you can quote what
- 39:33Speaker 1: the declaration says about the truth that are self evident,
- 39:39Speaker 1: I think the chances are zero point zero percent. She
- 39:42Speaker 1: could answer that she doesn't know what's interesting about those remarks.
- 39:49Speaker 1: She wasn't ad libbing. That's not her riffing on her own.
- 39:55Speaker 1: Somebody wrote that, Yeah, it was clear that she was
- 39:58Speaker 1: reading a tele prompt when you were. It's the video
- 40:00Speaker 1: of it. It's obvious that these were pre determined words
- 40:06Speaker 1: that she was reading life liberty in the pursuit of happiness.
- 40:10Speaker 1: And the Democrat Party is never mind life. We don't
- 40:15Speaker 1: like the right to life. We're not going to acknowledge it.
- 40:18Speaker 1: And we think that a bunch of left wing pro
- 40:21Speaker 1: abortion activists, when you say the right to liberty in
- 40:24Speaker 1: pursuit of happiness, will go yeah, never mind that life thing. Yeah,
- 40:29Speaker 1: it is stunning, and it's listen, people of good conscience
- 40:34Speaker 1: and good morals can disagree on the question of abortion.
- 40:38Speaker 1: I'm pro life, your pro life. I believe we should
- 40:42Speaker 1: protect the right to life. But I understand those people
- 40:45Speaker 1: who disagree It is not an easy question. It is
- 40:49Speaker 1: a difficult question of morality of law. It places intention
- 40:59Speaker 1: the woman right to liberty with the child's right to life,
- 41:03Speaker 1: and those two rights, both of which are rights endowed
- 41:09Speaker 1: by our creator. Those rights are intention Now, I believe
- 41:13Speaker 1: that the listing of life liberty in the pursuit of happiness,
- 41:17Speaker 1: I think that's a hierarchy. I think the first right
- 41:19Speaker 1: is life, and I think you have a right to liberty,
- 41:23Speaker 1: but you don't have a right to liberty that violates
- 41:27Speaker 1: the right to life of another human being. And so
- 41:32Speaker 1: you can have a reasonable principled argument. And then this
- 41:36Speaker 1: is something people struggle about. It. It's a personal issue.
- 41:39Speaker 1: It's an emotional issue. I understand that. But Kamala Harris
- 41:42Speaker 1: doesn't acknowledge any of that. She is just being a
- 41:46Speaker 1: rabid partisan. And by the way, look, Kamala is part
- 41:51Speaker 1: of the same Democrat party that just voted a couple
- 41:54Speaker 1: of weeks ago against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act,
- 41:59Speaker 1: against ledgislation that would say that if in the course
- 42:02Speaker 1: of an abortion, a child is born, the child is alive,
- 42:07Speaker 1: the child is breathing, the child is outside the womb,
- 42:09Speaker 1: so you have an infant. You can't kill the infant.
- 42:14Speaker 1: You can't allow the infant to die. You must save
- 42:18Speaker 1: the infant if the child is born. Virtually every single
- 42:24Speaker 1: Democrat in the House of Representatives voted against that legislation
- 42:29Speaker 1: in a normal circles. That yeah, that's a new type
- 42:32Speaker 1: of evil. It's a new level of evil. And I
- 42:35Speaker 1: describe that as evil. And that's the reason why when
- 42:37Speaker 1: people say, I don't know how you're so involved politically,
- 42:39Speaker 1: I say, you think of it as politics. I think
- 42:42Speaker 1: of it as an issue of right and wrong and
- 42:45Speaker 1: fighting for things like this. These are the issues that
- 42:49Speaker 1: I that I stay engaged on. That to me is
- 42:51Speaker 1: my mission field because when you when you can see
- 42:54Speaker 1: such a quick disregard in a nation for the rights
- 42:58Speaker 1: of an infant child that had been born, and they say,
- 43:02Speaker 1: no, no no, that was supposed to be an abortion, So
- 43:04Speaker 1: let's just keep doing it. I'm not going to just
- 43:07Speaker 1: turn the other way and act like that's not happening
- 43:09Speaker 1: and that's not wrong. And I think that's why so
- 43:11Speaker 1: many people stand up for the rights of the unborn
- 43:14Speaker 1: this country, and that's the reason why I think we
- 43:16Speaker 1: had this incredible victory this year with Rovie Wade being
- 43:19Speaker 1: overturned going back to the States. Well, and you should
- 43:22Speaker 1: ask why is it that the White House political staffers,
- 43:27Speaker 1: when they wrote the speech that Kamala was reading on
- 43:30Speaker 1: the teleprompter, Thomas Jefferson laid out three rights endowed by
- 43:35Speaker 1: our creator, life, liberty, in the pursuit of happiness. Why
- 43:40Speaker 1: did they erase the right to life? Yeah, it tells
- 43:44Speaker 1: you accidental. It tells you a lot about this White
- 43:46Speaker 1: House Center. As always, it's a pleasure. We'll be back
