- 0:50Speaker 1: joining me, honey said you got turn be hurting, do ye.
- 1:24Speaker 1: You gotta turn't to turn the time, lovey got to
- 1:43Speaker 1: turn out to turn the water the water. Come, come
- 1:58Speaker 1: on your back at it. Uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 1: A good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come
- 2:06Speaker 1: on dig me now one it only Steve Harley got
- 2:10Speaker 1: a radio show. I gotta tweet the other day from
- 2:13Speaker 1: a young dude named Cortez. Uh. I can't remember his
- 2:18Speaker 1: Twitter handle, but Cortet is something. And he tweeted me
- 2:22Speaker 1: and he said, uh uh. When Steve Harvey used to
- 2:26Speaker 1: get to preach and I used to just turn the
- 2:28Speaker 1: radio off. And then he said something to the fact that,
- 2:34Speaker 1: but now is different. He said, old dude be bringing it,
- 2:39Speaker 1: he'd be bringing the truth. I appreciate that. That's what
- 2:44Speaker 1: he said. Well, Cortets, if you out there listeners, morning.
- 2:47Speaker 1: I appreciate you too, man, because see I understand what
- 2:50Speaker 1: it is I used to you know, man, when I
- 2:53Speaker 1: was younger, Man, when I when I wanted to do
- 2:55Speaker 1: what I wanted to do. Man, I just man, I
- 2:57Speaker 1: didn't want to hear nothing else. I didn't want to
- 2:59Speaker 1: hear nothing, and that contradicted what I wanted to do,
- 3:03Speaker 1: you know. So it's a funny thing man about me. Man,
- 3:06Speaker 1: I was I would hear the truth, I would know
- 3:08Speaker 1: it to be the truth. But because I had another plan,
- 3:11Speaker 1: another mission, another goal, another set of dudes I wanted
- 3:15Speaker 1: to get done, I didn't want to hear that. You know.
- 3:19Speaker 1: It's a funny thing, man. It's like it's like when
- 3:22Speaker 1: I was a little boy and I used to get
- 3:23Speaker 1: scared sometime at night, you know, the booker. Man. So
- 3:26Speaker 1: I thought that if I just pulled the blanket up
- 3:29Speaker 1: over my head, that that meant that if I can't
- 3:32Speaker 1: see the booger, man, he can't see me. That's the theory.
- 3:37Speaker 1: That's an ostrich, you know, sticking his head in the sand,
- 3:41Speaker 1: thinking Wow, if I don't see this dude, he can't
- 3:43Speaker 1: see me. A lot of Ostriches didn't die with their
- 3:46Speaker 1: head stuck in the sand. I just didn't want to
- 3:48Speaker 1: be one of the people that left this world with
- 3:50Speaker 1: my head in the sand. And so you know, he
- 3:54Speaker 1: kind of fostered that thought in my mind this morning.
- 3:57Speaker 1: So I want to send the shout out to my
- 3:58Speaker 1: man on Twitter. Courteil is whatever. I think. I'm gonna
- 4:01Speaker 1: look his real name of hold Owners while I'm piddling
- 4:04Speaker 1: through this trying to find it, so I can get
- 4:06Speaker 1: this real Twitter handling and give him some love. But
- 4:10Speaker 1: I just wanted to say, man this morning, that quit
- 4:16Speaker 1: talking about change. Y'all listening, because because because this is
- 4:22Speaker 1: real right here, quit talking about change and let's make
- 4:28Speaker 1: a change. You know, man, I don't I don't mind
- 4:31Speaker 1: giving people advice. I really, I really really don't, because
- 4:34Speaker 1: so many people along the way have handed it to
- 4:37Speaker 1: me freely. Man. Some people just saw me doing wrong
- 4:41Speaker 1: and say, young man, come here, let me talk to
- 4:42Speaker 1: you for a minute. Some people say, hey, bro, look man,
- 4:45Speaker 1: I know what you're trying to do. Man it when
- 4:48Speaker 1: have you thought about it this way? So I've had
- 4:51Speaker 1: a lot of favor in my life, a lot of
- 4:53Speaker 1: grace been shown on me, a lot of mercy, A
- 4:56Speaker 1: lot of people and came to me helped me a
- 4:58Speaker 1: long way, So I don't have no problem with this
- 5:00Speaker 1: part of what what I'm what I'm obligated to do
- 5:02Speaker 1: in the mornings. But let's quit talking about change, y'all,
- 5:05Speaker 1: and let's make a change. She changes growth and ain't
- 5:11Speaker 1: no growth without change. You've got people, Man, You ever
- 5:15Speaker 1: met a person that's just insistent on doing it they way?
- 5:19Speaker 1: I mean, no body in the building think they should
- 5:22Speaker 1: go that way, but they're so bone headed. Oh this
- 5:27Speaker 1: is how I'm gonna do it. But bro, listen to me. Man,
- 5:29Speaker 1: that ain't highs done. You're gonna run into this distance
- 5:32Speaker 1: I show you heait a minute. Man, you can't do
- 5:37Speaker 1: it that way. Man, listen to me. Change is growth
- 5:44Speaker 1: and ain't no growth without change. It cannot happen. If
- 5:49Speaker 1: you are sick and tired of where you are, then
- 5:52Speaker 1: you have to change. Change can only come from within.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Can nobody make you change? Now? We got a penal
- 5:59Speaker 1: system in place that can make you sit down. If
- 6:03Speaker 1: you don't want to change, we'll sit you down and
- 6:06Speaker 1: we'll restrict your movement and your communication to the point
- 6:10Speaker 1: where if you want to continue this foolishness, we're gonna
- 6:12Speaker 1: put you in this building with a whole lot of people.
- 6:14Speaker 1: That's foolishness, and y'all just trick each other all day long.
- 6:19Speaker 1: But if you are sick and tired of your situation,
- 6:23Speaker 1: you've got to change, man. And listen to me, y'all,
- 6:27Speaker 1: how do you bring about change? Steve? How do you change? Man?
- 6:30Speaker 1: When you didn't thought of everything? Well, hold up, man,
- 6:33Speaker 1: pray for it. Pray for change. Ask God to help
- 6:37Speaker 1: you change. Ask God what he wants for you instead
- 6:41Speaker 1: of always telling God what you want. It's an interesting
- 6:44Speaker 1: prayer to have with God. When you quit going to
- 6:48Speaker 1: God with your list and check in with God and
- 6:52Speaker 1: see what his list is. That's a very interesting prayer.
- 6:56Speaker 1: If you're a praying person, I suggest you try that sometimes.
- 6:59Speaker 1: It's so interesting. Man, do you know what he did
- 7:02Speaker 1: for me? When I started asking God what he wanted
- 7:04Speaker 1: for me? Instead of telling God all the time. I
- 7:07Speaker 1: still tell him what I want, but instead of all
- 7:10Speaker 1: the time going to Him with what I want. You
- 7:12Speaker 1: know what it did for me? It freed me up.
- 7:15Speaker 1: It took a lot of pressure off. I no longer
- 7:18Speaker 1: had to think of everything, and what I was thinking
- 7:20Speaker 1: of a lot of times wasn't work in no way,
- 7:23Speaker 1: and when I opened myself up to what he wanted
- 7:26Speaker 1: to what his wheel was. Man, do you know how
- 7:29Speaker 1: much simpler my life? God? And do you know how
- 7:31Speaker 1: much bigger it God? I'm trying to tell you, man,
- 7:34Speaker 1: if you pray for change and you allow God to
- 7:36Speaker 1: help you with the change, or if you let God
- 7:39Speaker 1: just produce the change, the changing you was would be amazing.
- 7:43Speaker 1: If you've been listening to me, especially out in l A,
- 7:46Speaker 1: since I was on the radio since two thousand, can't
- 7:49Speaker 1: you here to change? I'm flat out telling you that
- 7:54Speaker 1: a change has come. But I had to pray for
- 7:57Speaker 1: the change because I couldn't make the change on my own.
- 8:01Speaker 1: And then after you pray for the change, you gotta
- 8:03Speaker 1: work towards your trade change. You know it as a
- 8:05Speaker 1: faith without works is dead. Everybody wants something from God.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Always want to talk to God about something. But then man,
- 8:13Speaker 1: ain't ain't don't, don't want to do nothing about it.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Faith without works is dead. You can't do it that way, man,
- 8:20Speaker 1: It just does not happen. So so after you didn't
- 8:23Speaker 1: pray to God about it, what you gotta do then
- 8:26Speaker 1: is you gotta turn around and go, hey, man, all right, now,
- 8:29Speaker 1: what is it I got to do. You know, you
- 8:32Speaker 1: got to do something to bring it about. So after
- 8:37Speaker 1: you pray for it, work for it, and do something
- 8:39Speaker 1: today about it. Stop procrastinating. Don't procrastinate, folks. The change
- 8:45Speaker 1: can start today. Man, I want to change? How about today?
- 8:51Speaker 1: You know? Then you see them saying people, Man, I
- 8:53Speaker 1: want to change. That's next week. How about today? I
- 8:57Speaker 1: see people years later? Man, I'm still in its aim
- 9:00Speaker 1: old situation. Man, I'm gonna do something. How about today?
- 9:04Speaker 1: Today is a good day. There's nothing stopping you from
- 9:07Speaker 1: changing today, nothing except you. You can begin the process
- 9:13Speaker 1: of change immediately. And change is growth, y'all. And ain't
- 9:17Speaker 1: no growth without changing. It's a simple thing. And I'm
- 9:20Speaker 1: talking to you in broad strokes because everybody got something
- 9:23Speaker 1: about them they need to change. That's why I'm not
- 9:26Speaker 1: specifically talking about anything. I got some things and me
- 9:30Speaker 1: didn't need to change so I can grow further. Everybody
- 9:35Speaker 1: has something about them that they need to change in
- 9:39Speaker 1: order to grow further and then go further. Now we're
- 9:42Speaker 1: stopping you is you won't start to change today. Don't hesitate.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Make that change, And then I want you to watch something.
- 9:50Speaker 1: When you change, watch the difference in you. Notice the
- 9:54Speaker 1: difference in you, feel the difference in you, and guess
- 9:57Speaker 1: what you're gonna be different it If you're watching for
- 10:01Speaker 1: the change, if you're feeling the change, then guess what
- 10:04Speaker 1: you're gonna be different. Man, Watch for the difference, feel
- 10:07Speaker 1: the difference. You will be different. If you're sick and
- 10:10Speaker 1: tired of your situation, folks, you can change that. But
- 10:14Speaker 1: the change is in you. It's a simple decision you
- 10:17Speaker 1: have to make. I'm gonna change. The change is up
- 10:19Speaker 1: to you. You can decide to day if you want
- 10:23Speaker 1: to change, you want to be different. If you're sitting
- 10:25Speaker 1: behind the wall, I love speaking to the brothers and
- 10:27Speaker 1: sisters behind the wall. If you're behind the wall, man,
- 10:30Speaker 1: and you're sitting tired of being behind the wall, man,
- 10:32Speaker 1: why don't you change? You have thought about that change? Man.
- 10:36Speaker 1: If I get back out there, I'm gonna just do
- 10:38Speaker 1: the same thing. Stop saying that. Stop breathing that negativity
- 10:41Speaker 1: into your life. Decide today that you want to change.
- 10:44Speaker 1: You can do it. Everybody can change. If you don't
- 10:47Speaker 1: know how to change, pray for it, man, ask God
- 10:49Speaker 1: to help you with the change. Or you get some movement,
- 10:52Speaker 1: then partner you get a whole lot of movement. Then
- 10:55Speaker 1: all right, let's right, you're listening to Welcome to the Ride.
- 11:02Speaker 1: It is the Steve Harvey Mourning Show. It's the nephew
- 11:05Speaker 1: holding it down. So we're gonna keep it the way
- 11:08Speaker 1: my uncle does it. We're gonna we're gonna dedicate this show.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Were dedicated you know what, Junior, We're dedicating this everybody
- 11:17Speaker 1: that work at the fast food, that worked the window,

- 11:25Speaker 1: that's working the window, the window, the people at the window,
- 11:30Speaker 1: that's who were dedicating the show to. When people when
- 11:36Speaker 1: w I N daw, everybody working the wind anybody ever

- 12:16Speaker 1: they like tally at the end. They don't miss they're
- 12:19Speaker 1: not miss the dollar. And they're gonna do a whole year.
- 12:24Speaker 1: You got three six. You know what I'm saying. That
- 12:26Speaker 1: adds up. But I'm also stilling lightbulbs, toilet paper my

- 12:45Speaker 1: got that meeting you. I learned the hard way about
- 12:52Speaker 1: meat man. You know, he's supposed to get off at
- 12:54Speaker 1: a certain time, but that me is still in the
- 12:57Speaker 1: trunk of your car, right and it's getting funky, and
- 13:00Speaker 1: so you gotta get about it. And meat, no meat,

- 17:58Speaker 1: news is basically old school new school. We're calling it.
- 18:01Speaker 1: We had they got This is for the millennials, Am
- 18:05Speaker 1: I saying that, right, millennial millennials we had. You have
- 18:10Speaker 1: a millennial? Are they hard to talk to or what? Yeah?
- 18:14Speaker 1: And you have to have money a lot. Oh my god,
- 18:17Speaker 1: I don't think they're listen at all. They want everything.
- 18:20Speaker 1: This is called what we had. They got for instance,
- 18:22Speaker 1: for instance, very take when we go round room. We
- 18:26Speaker 1: had record stores, remember that wanted music. You had to
- 18:31Speaker 1: go get the music. You had to stand in line
- 18:35Speaker 1: and wait for the music. You had to get the
- 18:38Speaker 1: little thing that went in the middle to play the song.
- 18:40Speaker 1: The the albums came out. Albums came out, remember Tower Records,
- 18:46Speaker 1: and they have the pictures up there and yeah on sunset. Yeah,
- 18:51Speaker 1: that's what we did. We put the work in to
- 18:53Speaker 1: get our music. You know what they got? They downloads
- 18:59Speaker 1: and down low ain't win nowhere, and you ain't win
- 19:01Speaker 1: nowhere something. They don't even download it. They sent it
- 19:04Speaker 1: to somebody else. Yeah, I just downloaded this here. You
- 19:07Speaker 1: listen to where's the word? What you got? What you
- 19:10Speaker 1: got ahead? Then they download, Then they ask you for
- 19:17Speaker 1: your security card number on your credit card. About five
- 19:24Speaker 1: things that they didn't bold and you like minute, Yeah,
- 19:30Speaker 1: all right, we had got ja. We had water holes water.
- 19:35Speaker 1: You know what I'm talking about. We had water, water,
- 19:38Speaker 1: whole water. You don't stand, you stand in line. But
- 19:42Speaker 1: first you know water holes. Water was tricky. You turn
- 19:45Speaker 1: it on and you let thirty five forty five seconds
- 19:49Speaker 1: ago to get that hot water out, and then the
- 19:52Speaker 1: cool water kicks in it. That was the cool water
- 19:55Speaker 1: we drink. They got bottle water. See they got something,
- 19:59Speaker 1: dear friend. Yeah, drink behind everybody. Yeah water, and then
- 20:05Speaker 1: got a yard and they got oh my god, he
- 20:08Speaker 1: had water. Hold water. Sometimes it wasn't a war, just
- 20:12Speaker 1: the right to the stick it and turn it on
- 20:14Speaker 1: right there. That's my grandmama called it the zank day.
- 20:20Speaker 1: I love it all right back growing up, I know
- 20:23Speaker 1: you guys probably won't believe it, but little girls had
- 20:27Speaker 1: things called easy bake oven. What yes, I wasn't looking
- 20:32Speaker 1: back in the day. Okay, yeah, you better talk about
- 20:40Speaker 1: that light bulb. Easy bake oven was actually the first,
- 20:45Speaker 1: very first, Michael, It was the first. Thank you, thank you,
- 20:49Speaker 1: thank you, And I used to use it. I used
- 20:51Speaker 1: to put you guys are not gonna believe it. Dog

- 23:47Speaker 1: in about a week or two, about a week. Okay,
- 23:50Speaker 1: here's here's what we're gonna do on that particular day
- 23:52Speaker 1: that he gets released. And you you you definitely know
- 23:55Speaker 1: he's ready for everything. Um, I'm gonna want you to
- 23:58Speaker 1: give him your key art as well as the key
- 24:02Speaker 1: to your office. I'm gonna want you to give him
- 24:07Speaker 1: your key card that gets you actually onto the property.
- 24:10Speaker 1: And and you have you have your own parking space too,
- 24:13Speaker 1: don't you. Yes? Okay, Now we're gonna need you to
- 24:17Speaker 1: give your key card in your office key and we'll
- 24:21Speaker 1: we'll find you another place to park. He's actually probably
- 24:24Speaker 1: gonna be parking in your space. Hold hold, what you
- 24:27Speaker 1: mean you're telling me to give him my key parking right,
- 24:29Speaker 1: I'm talking to your parking space. But your key card
- 24:33Speaker 1: to get you onto the property, a little electrical card there,
- 24:37Speaker 1: right that as well as your office. He's gonna actually
- 24:39Speaker 1: be taking over as project manager. No, no, sir, I'm
- 24:44Speaker 1: not giving up nothing, sir. Nobody Just think over the
- 24:47Speaker 1: parket managin. Let's let's first of all, so let's do
- 24:49Speaker 1: this the stone the language down. Okay, we're gonna find
- 24:51Speaker 1: a place for you, but for the time being, we're
- 24:54Speaker 1: gonna put you back into play until we find some
- 24:56Speaker 1: find the place of my places were there right now.
- 25:00Speaker 1: I'm not moving from nowhere. That's okay. I'm not getting
- 25:03Speaker 1: said to sign me nothing. I got seventeen years. Ain't
- 25:07Speaker 1: nobody said to sign me that plays to move. You
- 25:11Speaker 1: got to understand that part down. I got seventeen years
- 25:13Speaker 1: up in here and train the young guy and this
- 25:15Speaker 1: guy got a couple of months and you're telling me
- 25:16Speaker 1: the other want to do what to me? Move me, Jason,
- 25:19Speaker 1: this is a temporary move. We're gonna find something better
- 25:21Speaker 1: for you. No, you ain't know what this is the project, man.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Ain't nobody movie got that understanding. This has come from
- 25:28Speaker 1: the head and the head and here it is. I
- 25:32Speaker 1: know the head of people. This decision actually come from
- 25:34Speaker 1: the vice president. They ain't told me none of that.
- 25:36Speaker 1: It comes to me first. I'll tell you what, Jason,
- 25:38Speaker 1: this is something I'm supposed to probably not tell you.
- 25:40Speaker 1: But let me let me let you in on a
- 25:41Speaker 1: little something. Let me hand on something, because this is
- 25:43Speaker 1: gonna be some bull him because I set the whole
- 25:45Speaker 1: place up out here, And I mean, let me explain
- 25:47Speaker 1: something to you, Jason. This young guy that you've been training,
- 25:51Speaker 1: he's actually the nephew of the vice president. I don't
- 25:54Speaker 1: give a about no nephew or no vice president. Man,
- 25:57Speaker 1: do you think I care about some president? Tell him
- 25:59Speaker 1: I'm the president? I said what I said? Yeah, man,
- 26:02Speaker 1: the next you? Who care about the next you? They
- 26:04Speaker 1: ain't never told me. Well, can I expect you to
- 26:07Speaker 1: give your key over to him? Oh? Hell no, I
- 26:09Speaker 1: ain't getting nobody nothing. Don't get the law to come
- 26:11Speaker 1: and get it. Ain't nobody getting nothing. I ain't leaving.
- 26:13Speaker 1: How that sounds. So all I can ask you for
- 26:15Speaker 1: is I need your key card, and I need the
- 26:17Speaker 1: key to your office. I need you to empty out
- 26:19Speaker 1: your things so we can move Victor in there on
- 26:23Speaker 1: you a place. This is just a temporary slop right now.
- 26:27Speaker 1: You them all ain't nobody getting nothing saying okay, and
- 26:31Speaker 1: I've been here. I'll tell you what I gonna do.
- 26:33Speaker 1: I go out there and I temp slap this wove something, okay,
- 26:36Speaker 1: And then I find out who the boll says or
- 26:38Speaker 1: whoever the nest you both to be and kick him
- 26:41Speaker 1: because I ain't giving up nothing. And I'm talking about
- 26:43Speaker 1: job y'all with the wrong one, okay, with the wrong
- 26:46Speaker 1: one at this time. But you're talking about beating the
- 26:50Speaker 1: vice president's nephew. You're you're you're losing control here, Uh, Jason, No,
- 26:54Speaker 1: I ain't losing nothing. I'm gonna think control. I'm a
- 26:57Speaker 1: lot And when I kicked, how that sounds? And they'm
- 26:59Speaker 1: gonna kick the ball to see you? All of them?
- 27:01Speaker 1: How that sounds? That makes sound clear to you? It
- 27:04Speaker 1: makes no sense. We're we're trying to just give you
- 27:06Speaker 1: someplace to be temporarily until I find you another slot.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Ain't no other. My slot is my slot. I'm gonna
- 27:13Speaker 1: kicking gift rat. Not how that sound to you? So
- 27:19Speaker 1: all I'm asking is I need your key card and
- 27:21Speaker 1: I need the key to the office. Get all your
- 27:23Speaker 1: things out so I can get Victor moved in within
- 27:25Speaker 1: the next week. Ain't he's okay? All of them, I
- 27:29Speaker 1: don't give it now that sounds I don't care nothing
- 27:31Speaker 1: about him, Okay, because I see you made somebody out
- 27:35Speaker 1: here today. Okay, I'm tired of it and this ain't
- 27:37Speaker 1: gonna happen to me. I'm gonna get security to come
- 27:40Speaker 1: over and walk you out. Okay, No, ain't no security
- 27:42Speaker 1: to walk me. No how that sounds. I came here
- 27:45Speaker 1: and buy myself. Ain't nobody to walk me about the end.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Are you having problems moving out for the nephew the
- 27:50Speaker 1: nest okay, and nephew is not gonna come in here
- 27:52Speaker 1: and take Okay, there's another that you need to be
- 27:56Speaker 1: aware of. Do you know who the other nephew is?
- 27:58Speaker 1: Hell no, I ain't never seen no other after you.
- 28:00Speaker 1: I ain't know that wasn't their few. Let me tell
- 28:02Speaker 1: you who the other one is? Who the other one
- 28:03Speaker 1: of the other one is left? You tught me from
- 28:05Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show, Jason, you just got Frank
- 28:11Speaker 1: y'are lying with me? Man, Come on, man, don't play
- 28:14Speaker 1: me Mann. This ain't no Tommy Man. Y'all need to
- 28:19Speaker 1: put up man. And y'all don't know how long the
- 28:22Speaker 1: brother man I worked I worked on up man. He man.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Ain't me no just baby y'all. But maybe man, y'all
- 28:28Speaker 1: got me good man, I got you, Man, I got
- 28:30Speaker 1: I got one thing to ask you, man, what's the
- 28:32Speaker 1: baddest radio show in the last that's Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 28:38Speaker 1: What y'all think? We think you're crazy? Am I stupid? Call? Yes? Yes, sir.
- 28:49Speaker 1: If they ever give out a stupid prize, will I
- 28:52Speaker 1: get it first? They ever made a company called Stupid,
- 28:57Speaker 1: you'd be the president and ceo. He takes first second
- 29:01Speaker 1: answer show and Julia and Julia and I'm pride that Shirley. Yes, yes,
- 29:15Speaker 1: I have two tickets for one of your family members
- 29:17Speaker 1: tonight and Little Rock Arkansas, the Deep stage play Mama's Boy.
- 29:22Speaker 1: We're in a Little Rock tonight. So, uh, Shirley got
- 29:25Speaker 1: some relatives dying there. Well, it's actually my daughter's counselor,
- 29:29Speaker 1: Mrs Reeves, So thank you very much, Ms Reeves. Reeves,
- 29:34Speaker 1: if you was listening, Miss Reeves, you're gonna be on
- 29:38Speaker 1: the fourth row in the middle seats, right the seats,
- 29:43Speaker 1: Miss Reeves. All right, Tomorrow Tomorrow I'm in what your
- 29:46Speaker 1: tok Kansas? Uh, Saturday, I'm in Kansas City, And Sunday
- 29:50Speaker 1: I'm in St. Louis. I'm gonna let you all know
- 29:52Speaker 1: my Mama's Boy. That's why my boys sound crazy. I've
- 29:54Speaker 1: been I'm working on both sides. Um, how do you
- 29:57Speaker 1: want to Steve keep his voice? Together with him. He's bigger.
- 30:01Speaker 1: He's bigger than you. I think that's what it. Also,
- 30:04Speaker 1: if I was taller, it wouldn't be bob his muff.
- 30:06Speaker 1: His muscles don't got to work out. Yeah, you're little, Tommy.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I see you got your back, man, got your back.
- 30:17Speaker 1: But it ain't my back, it's my front. They hit
- 30:19Speaker 1: me from the from the front, so you can see
- 30:21Speaker 1: it coming. Yeah. Man, that was very rude to them.
- 30:27Speaker 1: You know, he has a body going. All right, we
- 30:31Speaker 1: gotta go keep keep on joint see him over at
- 30:34Speaker 1: all is up next with our national news and we'll
- 30:39Speaker 1: have the latest on Hurricane Irma. You're listening to the
- 30:43Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning shows. Coming up at thirty four after
- 30:47Speaker 1: the hour, Jay's trick or treat signs. Wait till you
- 30:50Speaker 1: hear these. Yeah, that's Halloween. Halloween that's coming up. Can
- 30:59Speaker 1: go on Candidas, Yeah it is. It's amazing out. So Jays,
- 31:07Speaker 1: they're not nice, all right, Miss Anazon Deck with today's headlines.
- 31:11Speaker 1: But first, there is a long, long road to recovery
- 31:14Speaker 1: for Houston and Florida after Harvey and Irma. The constant
- 31:18Speaker 1: removal of debris, not to mention millions, I've said, millions
- 31:21Speaker 1: are affected by the sweltering heat in Florida. They say,
- 31:25Speaker 1: um nineties and the nineties. Uh. Down in Florida. They
- 31:28Speaker 1: don't have electricity, they don't have air conditioning. Yeah, Florida, Yeah, Florida.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Florida Power and Light is working around the clot to
- 31:37Speaker 1: restore power. We do want to bring awareness to the
- 31:39Speaker 1: desperate situation going on in the Caribbean as well. Paradise
- 31:44Speaker 1: was devastated by IRMA, I mean devastated. The power is out,
- 31:48Speaker 1: supplies are running out. US Marine and sailors are bringing food,
- 31:53Speaker 1: water and supplies to US Virgin Island as instructed by FEMA. However,
- 31:58Speaker 1: residents and visitors from other Caribbean in independent islands and
- 32:01Speaker 1: territories with various forms of associations with France, the Netherlands,
- 32:05Speaker 1: they're criticizing these European countries for the lack of organization
- 32:09Speaker 1: and they say that there's no urgency there. You know,
- 32:12Speaker 1: these people are are in dire straits right there. They
- 32:15Speaker 1: need help, they need food, they need water, they need things.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Uh So they're criticizing them for their lack of organization
- 32:22Speaker 1: and urgency in response to sending the help. If you
- 32:25Speaker 1: want to help. Please make sure you do your research
- 32:28Speaker 1: on various charities before you give. There are a lot
- 32:30Speaker 1: of scams, a lot of frauds out there, so yeah, yeah,
- 32:33Speaker 1: so make sure you do. Country music star Kenny Chesney, Uh,
- 32:37Speaker 1: Robert De Niro and former NBA and San Antonio Spurs
- 32:41Speaker 1: legend Tim Duncan have all vowed to help rebuild islands
- 32:46Speaker 1: in the Caribbean. And if you want to donate St. Thomas,
- 32:56Speaker 1: he's a work for me and our you know, good man,
- 33:01Speaker 1: he's in St. Thomas. You said they got hit really
- 33:03Speaker 1: hard done Burly and Carl. Y'all men, we were in
- 33:07Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands, y'all met I really okay, we were
- 33:10Speaker 1: in St. Thomas. Yeah, we were hanging out. I've been
- 33:13Speaker 1: trying to reach out to him. Anybody know where he is, Email,
- 33:16Speaker 1: text me, let me know if he's okay, man. And
- 33:19Speaker 1: that's been the thing to j with the Caribbean. They're
- 33:22Speaker 1: depending on their friends and families here back in the States,
- 33:25Speaker 1: and they're communicating through social media and things like that.
- 33:28Speaker 1: So we have to get the word out and bring
- 33:30Speaker 1: awareness because they feel like they're being forgotten about in
- 33:34Speaker 1: the Caribbean. So this is yeah, this is very important.
- 33:38Speaker 1: And I saw CNN they had delegates on the air
- 33:42Speaker 1: and it's part of the States, so hey, let's help
- 33:45Speaker 1: them up right. And they were talking about, um, you know,
- 33:48Speaker 1: the hotel's being down, and they were like, well, why
- 33:50Speaker 1: are you talking about hotels, you know when families. They said, well,
- 33:54Speaker 1: remember these people work in these hotels, so they have
- 33:58Speaker 1: to you know, the hotels are destroyed, so they don't
- 34:00Speaker 1: have any place to work to make money to provide
- 34:03Speaker 1: for their families. So it's a lot going on there
- 34:06Speaker 1: that we don't know about it. And anyway we can help.
- 34:08Speaker 1: And thanks to Robert de Niro and Kenny Chesney and
- 34:12Speaker 1: Tim Duncan of course, who are already who have already
- 34:15Speaker 1: vowed you know that they're going to help. So they
- 34:17Speaker 1: got let's do what we can. They got this slogan.
- 34:20Speaker 1: It's not really a good slogan. It's like water everywhere
- 34:23Speaker 1: and not a drop to drink, you know, so that's
- 34:25Speaker 1: like crazy. They really need drinking water down Yeah, so
- 34:29Speaker 1: I know, um, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines they're sending cruise
- 34:33Speaker 1: ships of supplies down there. But we gotta keep it going.
- 34:36Speaker 1: So on this show, we're going to keep awareness going
- 34:39Speaker 1: about absolutely absolutely and our our prayers for sure will
- 34:44Speaker 1: never stop. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 34:48Speaker 1: All right, here we go. It is that time. Jay,
- 34:51Speaker 1: you're up introduced the Butterfly? Do you know the better fly?
- 34:55Speaker 1: Because yet about forget well he forgot it, but do
- 35:04Speaker 1: you know? But oh my god, I love it so much.
- 35:15Speaker 1: All of my friends are doing when I walk in
- 35:17Speaker 1: the red Do you know that? Every time I watch it?
- 35:22Speaker 1: It's OK. I'm having a moment. I'm still having a moment.
- 35:27Speaker 1: I haven't told you all this because it's been so
- 35:31Speaker 1: Shirley Carlin, you, Anthony Brown, Oh my god. We did
- 35:36Speaker 1: Mama's Boy, um Tuesday night in San Antonio, Texas. Okay,
- 35:41Speaker 1: guess who came and saw me and loved my part
- 35:46Speaker 1: in the show. Janet Jackson. Out my god, what what
- 35:53Speaker 1: I am not? Miss Jackson? If you master the baby?
- 35:58Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. I came in my dressing
- 36:00Speaker 1: room and she said, oh my god, the Butterfly and
- 36:04Speaker 1: the you know because her and Johnny Yellow very good friends.
- 36:11Speaker 1: And she came Shirley. She said, Butterfly, you are still
- 36:16Speaker 1: in this show? And I said sure. That's how she
- 36:23Speaker 1: talks right, hold, hold on, I wish j When I
- 36:28Speaker 1: came out of my dressing room, she was looking dead
- 36:30Speaker 1: at me and she said, oh my god, I just
- 36:32Speaker 1: went would have been there and Jake, what you would
- 36:35Speaker 1: have done when I want you know? But dude, oh
- 36:41Speaker 1: my god. If she was standing right there and she
- 36:43Speaker 1: looked at me, she said, you are stealing this show.
- 36:47Speaker 1: I love me some butterfly show. God, I love me
- 36:53Speaker 1: some butterflyer. He don't say it. You're still in the show.
- 37:00Speaker 1: You're gonna make me old. She got time, pet good
- 37:07Speaker 1: get toashed from it. Yeah, well, I'm not anywhere. I
- 37:16Speaker 1: just want to say Jackson came out to shut up June.
- 37:24Speaker 1: You went out to believe you who never had a
- 37:27Speaker 1: microphone in the jet? Peto face. I get ready, I
- 37:34Speaker 1: get ready, Little rock we will be I'm a little
- 37:36Speaker 1: rock tonight. Get ready to get ready little Rocky. Obama
- 37:39Speaker 1: gonna be there. Know the Clinton's probably all right. I'm
- 37:45Speaker 1: gonna do it as Jennet Jackson, Thank you, Butterfly. When
- 37:48Speaker 1: we come back from the break, Anthony Brown has main
- 37:51Speaker 1: trick or treat signs after the hour, I'm Janna jack
- 37:57Speaker 1: Miss Jackson. If you're nasty you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 38:02Speaker 1: I just hard to believe that Halloween is right around
- 38:05Speaker 1: the corner, right and he's in the store now, yeahs
- 38:09Speaker 1: and everything. Halloween is like a huge holiday in the US. Okay, Jay,
- 38:16Speaker 1: what's up with these mean trigger treat signs? Well, first
- 38:18Speaker 1: of all, I'm a diabetic and I've been for quite
- 38:21Speaker 1: some time, so I had this sign in my yards.
- 38:23Speaker 1: It's the real sign. It says, dear tricker treaters, I'm
- 38:25Speaker 1: a diabetic. If I can't have candy needed, can you
- 38:29Speaker 1: have Halloween? That's the sign in. But you know what,
- 38:34Speaker 1: here's the thing. Everybody, everybody don't like Halloween. We well
- 38:38Speaker 1: tell me. Okay, I want you to step up and

- 39:39Speaker 1: I put a actatives all my candy. Somebody killed us yesterday.
- 39:49Speaker 1: We're not giving that candy. I gave my candy to
- 39:54Speaker 1: the people next door. They're giving it out. Why don't
- 40:03Speaker 1: you do this, man, Why don't you at least why
- 40:05Speaker 1: don't you make your house like a haunted house and
- 40:08Speaker 1: just scared the hell out of the keys. Why don't
- 40:10Speaker 1: do that? You know what I did do One year,
- 40:13Speaker 1: I had a projector in the yard and I showed
- 40:15Speaker 1: I used the house to show an old movie, like
- 40:18Speaker 1: an old Frankenstein movie. So that was but that that
- 40:21Speaker 1: didn't stop him from coming. So that you know, I
- 40:23Speaker 1: don't want him to come. So here's my last sign.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Boo boo, let's take your ass away. From here. Boo,
- 40:36Speaker 1: you got one more jack so mean you know you
- 40:43Speaker 1: might have big for that Spider Man costume. Get your fight,
- 40:51Speaker 1: you little fat spider Man. Fat spider Man. Please make
- 40:55Speaker 1: yours look nice? What was yours again? No? Yours? Oh yeah,
- 41:03Speaker 1: my mind is a dear tricker treaters. I'm gonna diabetic
- 41:06Speaker 1: if I can't have candy. Neither can you? Happy Halloween?
- 41:10Speaker 1: I don't care. They don't care. They don't care, They
- 41:15Speaker 1: didn't want. Remember when we were we could actually go
- 41:19Speaker 1: trick or treat. Yeah, now you gotta have you go
- 41:22Speaker 1: by yourself back costume. Yeah, the worst thing that I
- 41:25Speaker 1: had a costume, Yeah, costom a real costume. Yeah, I didn't.
- 41:31Speaker 1: I had to make it. Yeah, we had to make them. Yeah,
- 41:34Speaker 1: we had to make them. Like well, y'all. Was one
- 41:36Speaker 1: of the fat boys because all the killers off my
- 41:39Speaker 1: bad a walm up and my dad and walm up
- 41:42Speaker 1: with one gold chain. Fat boys back killed every minute.
- 41:50Speaker 1: My sister was an old man. We both put on
- 41:53Speaker 1: ads and dick jacket and what are you we old men?
- 41:58Speaker 1: Give us some candy? Yeah? I remember one time it
- 42:02Speaker 1: was called so cold growing up in Chicago. Cold we
- 42:08Speaker 1: went trigger treating but we had costumes, but we would
- 42:10Speaker 1: have to put them on over our clothes, right, Me, Me,
- 42:15Speaker 1: didn't listen to my mom. I didn't want that. I
- 42:17Speaker 1: just wanted the beauty of my costume. I didn't put
- 42:20Speaker 1: them over my clothes. My little skinny behind I was
- 42:26Speaker 1: dressed as a skeleton. It was horrible. I should have
- 42:32Speaker 1: listened to mom. I love Halloween. Yeah, yeah, you've seen
- 42:38Speaker 1: some of the characters that some people like put a
- 42:41Speaker 1: lot of money into a l A. Halloween is on
- 42:47Speaker 1: a different level in l A. Alright, yeah, coming up next,
- 42:50Speaker 1: the brank phone call from the nephew. We'll be back.
- 42:53Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up
- 42:57Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, right about four minutes
- 42:59Speaker 1: after it is two days Strawberry Letters. Stay tuned for that.
- 43:03Speaker 1: But first, come on, nephew with the today's praying phone call.
- 43:06Speaker 1: What you got? Your baby too fat? Your baby too fattime?
- 43:13Speaker 1: What what your baby too fat? It's gonna be an
- 43:20Speaker 1: instant fight on is your baby too fat? Okay? Here
- 43:29Speaker 1: you go. Hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach Cathy. Please. Um,
- 43:33Speaker 1: this is hi Cathy. This is Curvy. I'm actually the
- 43:37Speaker 1: the owner at the daycare, Mine's daycare when your son comes. Alright,
- 43:42Speaker 1: I'm sure you're familiar with my wife Anita. Al Right,
- 43:45Speaker 1: how are you doing today? I'm good. Oh, how's a
- 43:49Speaker 1: little little Divine? How's he doing? He's good. He's laying
- 43:52Speaker 1: down taking the nap. Okay, you guys been coming here.
- 43:55Speaker 1: I guess about a year now, right, yes, since he
- 43:57Speaker 1: was one. Okay, listen, I need to give you a call.
- 44:00Speaker 1: I'm looking at some some information I was I was
- 44:04Speaker 1: Divine doing at home? Is he is he eating properly
- 44:06Speaker 1: at home? When you say eating, what do you mean?
- 44:09Speaker 1: I mean? Is he getting uh meals every time he's
- 44:13Speaker 1: supposed to get them while he's at home? Yeah, he's
- 44:17Speaker 1: doing pretty good. Okay, now there's there's there's no situation
- 44:20Speaker 1: where you guys may be a shortage of food or
- 44:23Speaker 1: anything like that. Are you uh short as the food? No, sir,
- 44:28Speaker 1: my husband works real good. We don't have a problem
- 44:31Speaker 1: with as short as the food. Is there a problem
- 44:33Speaker 1: with him? Well, you know, we're looking at the records
- 44:36Speaker 1: and look levines too. Have you looked at the comparison
- 44:41Speaker 1: of two year olds? The majority of two year olds
- 44:44Speaker 1: and in comparison to I guess I should say size
- 44:47Speaker 1: in comparison to divine side. You mean, like in body way,
- 44:51Speaker 1: buddy size. Yeah, I mean he's a little tall. You know,
- 44:54Speaker 1: he wasn't a small chat when his barney was ten pounds.
- 44:56Speaker 1: But no, he's on the scale of right where he
- 45:00Speaker 1: should be. He's just a little you know, taller because
- 45:02Speaker 1: his daddy is tall. But he's doing so. You're you
- 45:06Speaker 1: don't think he's anywhere in the in the ballpark of
- 45:10Speaker 1: of of of obesity at two? You mean fat? I mean,
- 45:14Speaker 1: I didn't want to be blunt, but but but miss Cathy,
- 45:17Speaker 1: you're I mean, I mean your son. Let me just
- 45:21Speaker 1: say on a Sunday, I'm relaxed and we're talking about
- 45:26Speaker 1: you think my son is a little overweight or what
- 45:28Speaker 1: he's what's the problem? Well, I mean I think he's fat,
- 45:33Speaker 1: you know, and and and the problem I'm I'm noticing
- 45:36Speaker 1: the records of everything. Wait wait, wait, wait, we need
- 45:39Speaker 1: to back up to you think he's sat I've never
- 45:42Speaker 1: spoken to you, Mr Kirby. Is that what she said?
- 45:44Speaker 1: My name is Kirby. Okay, so every morning that I
- 45:47Speaker 1: dropped him off for a year and I give my
- 45:49Speaker 1: daycare money. Ms. Benita has never said anything about his
- 45:52Speaker 1: eating habits. So you're telling me that you think my
- 45:55Speaker 1: son is fat. With him, you deal with him on
- 45:58Speaker 1: a daily basis. I don't do what him the daily basis.
- 46:00Speaker 1: What I'm looking at is records that are showing me
- 46:02Speaker 1: that he's eating way more than the rest of anybody
- 46:06Speaker 1: at the daycare. And not only that, he's drinking probably
- 46:08Speaker 1: a gallon of milk a day. The milk. Y'all only
- 46:12Speaker 1: get snacks two times a day, and he's there only
- 46:15Speaker 1: for breakfast and lunch. And how in the hell is
- 46:17Speaker 1: he drinking a gallon of milk? And if he is, ma'am.
- 46:22Speaker 1: But all I know is this, No, No, I'm blown
- 46:24Speaker 1: away by this because you're calling me on a Sunday,
- 46:26Speaker 1: calling my damn child fat. That's the problem. And your
- 46:29Speaker 1: wife has never said a damn thing. Never has she
- 46:32Speaker 1: said one thing to me in a year when she
- 46:34Speaker 1: collected my damn daycare money. She ain't said my son
- 46:36Speaker 1: is eating y'all at a house at home. Okay, Well,
- 46:38Speaker 1: you know my wife is a different person and she
- 46:40Speaker 1: tries to be cordial with everyone. He's the one who
- 46:42Speaker 1: deals with me, Mr Kirby. I've never met you never
- 46:45Speaker 1: met you on a Sunday. The reason why I'm calling
- 46:48Speaker 1: you on a Sunday, ma'am, is that I know tomorrow
- 46:51Speaker 1: if you're gonna be trying to drop your son off,
- 46:54Speaker 1: I am gonna drop him off. I am. No, no, no,
- 46:56Speaker 1: that's that's kind of the reason why I'm calling you. Now,
- 46:58Speaker 1: here's what we mean. Learn it it was here. Either
- 47:01Speaker 1: you can keep him at home. No, I'm not keeping
- 47:03Speaker 1: him at home. My husband works and I work. I'm
- 47:07Speaker 1: dropping my damn son off at six that he like
- 47:09Speaker 1: I do every morning. Man listening, if we can't get him,
- 47:14Speaker 1: if you really on the side, because obviously you ain't
- 47:18Speaker 1: the one that need to be talking to me, because
- 47:19Speaker 1: if you're not there every day, and I did with
- 47:21Speaker 1: your wife, I'm telling you that your son is too
- 47:24Speaker 1: big to be's coming every morning if that's the case.
- 47:29Speaker 1: And if he's eating at a house at home, I'll
- 47:31Speaker 1: send him some extra, But what I paid my money
- 47:34Speaker 1: for is what you're gonna feed him for to full
- 47:37Speaker 1: meals and two snacks. And if he needs extra, I'll
- 47:40Speaker 1: put some in his bag. But he's drinking a gallon
- 47:43Speaker 1: of milk a day. Are you looking here? I don't
- 47:46Speaker 1: care there's no way possible that he can drink a
- 47:48Speaker 1: gallon the milk a day. Here's here's here's the deal.
- 47:50Speaker 1: I don't want you to have to stop bringing your
- 47:52Speaker 1: son now, and I'm not, and I'm not. Here's my
- 47:55Speaker 1: second alternative. I will put him on a diet. Okay,
- 47:58Speaker 1: I'll give him an apple in a you ain't, no, damn,
- 48:02Speaker 1: you ain't. Are you from the health food program? I will.
- 48:04Speaker 1: I will give him an apple and a glass of
- 48:06Speaker 1: water in the morning, and I'll give him an apple
- 48:08Speaker 1: and a glass of water in the evening, and then
- 48:10Speaker 1: you guys can feed him when he gets wrong. You
- 48:12Speaker 1: must be certified in the food program, especially if you're
- 48:14Speaker 1: sitting the pire telling me my damn son is on
- 48:16Speaker 1: on a diet and he's not drinking no water and
- 48:19Speaker 1: no apple. He needs a full snack. If the other
- 48:22Speaker 1: kids is having an apple and water, then that's what
- 48:25Speaker 1: you better be serving him. But if that ain't the
- 48:26Speaker 1: case in here, I'll know he better get the full snack.
- 48:28Speaker 1: So if that's graham crackers and apple juice, well, damn it,
- 48:30Speaker 1: that's what my son better be getting. And if he
- 48:32Speaker 1: won't extra, he better get it. Listen, all I'm trying
- 48:35Speaker 1: to tell you your son drink too much. Drink well, well,
- 48:41Speaker 1: whoa you need to back the top. I know you
- 48:43Speaker 1: did not cussing me. I know you ready to cut
- 48:48Speaker 1: to me. Let me tell you you ain't got to
- 48:51Speaker 1: worry about it. We don't have nothing else to talking about.
- 48:53Speaker 1: My husband, me, your wife, and everybody that works at
- 48:57Speaker 1: damn daycare better be there in the morning because that's
- 48:59Speaker 1: six dirty. We're gonna be there, and my son he's
- 49:02Speaker 1: coming um week and he gonna eat all week. If
- 49:07Speaker 1: he walked two gallons of milk, he gonna drink it.
- 49:10Speaker 1: If he walked two plates of food, he gonna get it.
- 49:12Speaker 1: Because I tell you what, we pay them good money
- 49:15Speaker 1: to come to that daycare. So you're gonna bring your
- 49:19Speaker 1: child up there that I'm gonna have to put him
- 49:20Speaker 1: on some swim fast. Now, I will put your child
- 49:23Speaker 1: on swim fast. I was trying not to give him
- 49:25Speaker 1: to suspected, but I will ask gives him some slim fast,
- 49:28Speaker 1: and you're gonna get a slim fast swooping. I'm gonna
- 49:31Speaker 1: whoop y'all that whoever gave it to him, whoever gave
- 49:34Speaker 1: it to him, they're gonna get a slim fast slipping
- 49:37Speaker 1: all the little kids that have some slim fasts. If
- 49:38Speaker 1: he getting some, he better eat whatever they eat. And
- 49:41Speaker 1: if they eating steak, well, damn it, he better have
- 49:42Speaker 1: something too. If we had steak, he probably eat the
- 49:45Speaker 1: whole damn cow. He didn't care. I pay for it,
- 49:48Speaker 1: but he been like getting the slim fast. I will
- 49:50Speaker 1: shut it down about my child. I got something else
- 49:54Speaker 1: you need to know about your son? What else do
- 49:57Speaker 1: I need to know besides you think my son is overweight?
- 50:01Speaker 1: What the self can you tell me today? I need
- 50:03Speaker 1: to tell you this. I need to tell you that
- 50:06Speaker 1: this is nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 50:09Speaker 1: Your girlfriend Lucresia got me to prank on call you.
- 50:15Speaker 1: What did you just say? What did you just say?
- 50:20Speaker 1: This is nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Tell
- 50:22Speaker 1: your girlfriend Lucretia got me to prank phone call you.
- 50:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna beat that to that. She. No, I don't
- 50:32Speaker 1: play about my nemn son at all. That's my only son.
- 50:36Speaker 1: I don't play about him. I'm gonna be is she there?
- 50:40Speaker 1: It's on? After this? It's all it is? Hey, I
- 50:45Speaker 1: got one more thing I gotta ask you, baby, what
- 50:47Speaker 1: is what is the baddest that I mean, the baddest
- 50:50Speaker 1: radio show in the land, The Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 50:55Speaker 1: wasn't it's all I hope you can hear me. Whatever
- 51:00Speaker 1: you atlantic. Some people got fat babies, some people got
- 51:03Speaker 1: scared babies. You know what you gotta tell think your
- 51:05Speaker 1: baby too fat? All right now, to get your hat
- 51:07Speaker 1: when you're talking about people your baby too fat? Even
- 51:12Speaker 1: if your baby answer who fat? What are you saying?
- 51:17Speaker 1: What are you saying with that statement? Jay, I'm calling
- 51:27Speaker 1: you little Rock Arkansas tonight, Mama's boy to get stage play.
- 51:36Speaker 1: People are loving it all over the country. Make sure
- 51:39Speaker 1: you get your tickets and come out and see the
- 51:40Speaker 1: nephew as well as Eugene because we're clown it up
- 51:43Speaker 1: in there. Who knows where Jannet Jackson might show up.
- 51:46Speaker 1: That ny boy Jannet showed up dropped. No, it wasn't.
- 51:52Speaker 1: I'm telling you it was. He'd like to meet you.
- 51:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna have Janet alright coming up next. Fellas, be
- 52:06Speaker 1: careful with the new iPhone ten plus the Strawberry letters

- 52:13Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, coming up next, Today's crazy
- 52:17Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. You do not want to miss this one
- 52:19Speaker 1: plus check me out on Facebook A Live today one pm.
- 52:25Speaker 1: That's right, join me there, I'll be there. It's gonna
- 52:28Speaker 1: be fun. We'll talk about today's letter. This is interesting
- 52:31Speaker 1: today's letter. Um and yeah, and and we're gonna we're
- 52:34Speaker 1: gonna discuss that I have a hot topic, a trending
- 52:37Speaker 1: topic of the weekend, a fresh strawberry pick of the week.
- 52:40Speaker 1: But did you hear about this? I'm sure you probably
- 52:43Speaker 1: heard this by now everyone has. Apple has introduced the
- 52:47Speaker 1: new iPhone X or or the eight, and they've also
- 52:50Speaker 1: introduced the ten. You know, that's the same it's the
- 52:55Speaker 1: same phone, the iPhone phone. It's the same phone, the
- 52:58Speaker 1: iPhone that calling it the iPhone eight or the apphone
- 53:03Speaker 1: or so, it's all the same. It's the same phone.
- 53:06Speaker 1: But there's no nine. There's no there's still no nine. Okay,
- 53:10Speaker 1: the iPhone X is the ten and the eight they
- 53:12Speaker 1: skipped the nine. And it's how much, Oh it's a
- 53:15Speaker 1: thousand dollars. Yeah, go back to the pay phone eventually.
- 53:21Speaker 1: Problem with what do you mean you don't have a
- 53:23Speaker 1: problem with the j am Apples rhymes with which apples.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Apples put out a phone that calls five thousand dollars.
- 53:35Speaker 1: I'm saving up to get it. I've got the heavy
- 53:37Speaker 1: Why are you Apples? Because Apple has got me? They
- 53:42Speaker 1: below the Apple. I work for Apple. Yeah. People were saying, Wow,
- 53:48Speaker 1: Steve Jobs would not like this, the phone being so high,
- 53:53Speaker 1: thousand dollars. Basically that's just for us. Gig do you
- 53:57Speaker 1: want to get five twelve gigs that can be up to? Wow?
- 54:02Speaker 1: You are, don't matter, don't matter what I'm Apple's rhyme
- 54:08Speaker 1: with the weird they need to be sitting your check Now.
- 54:11Speaker 1: I love it. I gotta have it. I'm a Sam
- 54:13Speaker 1: song dude. I'm sorry, I'm sam Y. Y'all paying too much? Now?
- 54:22Speaker 1: What what does the phone do? It does a lot?
- 54:24Speaker 1: All right, Okay, this is crazy. Okay. It has improved
- 54:29Speaker 1: battery life two hours longer than the iPhone seven. It
- 54:33Speaker 1: has its own charging system, no plug need it, just
- 54:36Speaker 1: lay it down on the inductive pad. Perhaps the most
- 54:39Speaker 1: revolutionary feature is face i D, which replaces your fingerprint.
- 54:45Speaker 1: Now you have to use your finger which replaces your fingerprint,
- 54:48Speaker 1: as the method of unlocking the phone. You simply hold
- 54:51Speaker 1: the phone up to your face to log okay, face print? Okay, yes, okay,
- 54:57Speaker 1: Lets can I just say something? Yeah, you can either
- 55:01Speaker 1: put the code in or you can use the face recognition.
- 55:04Speaker 1: Let me tell you put the code in. Your lady
- 55:07Speaker 1: can put the phone up to your face while you
- 55:10Speaker 1: sleeping and going your go through your text and open
- 55:15Speaker 1: your eyes. They open your damn eye. Yes, whatever it takes. Yeah,
- 55:26Speaker 1: you can come over here a simple modelationship, do not
- 55:32Speaker 1: do face recognition. Okay, I'm telling you you've been on it,
- 55:37Speaker 1: and then you've got old players with new technology. Y'all
- 55:39Speaker 1: needn't leave us alone any damn with. I mean it's
- 55:43Speaker 1: basically all screen, like you say, except for a little
- 55:45Speaker 1: small notch up at the top that houses a selfie camera,
- 55:48Speaker 1: lens and sensors. Okay, So I mean you know what
- 55:54Speaker 1: got me new? The world new word, new, new Apple.
- 56:00Speaker 1: What it said? It's new. I'm on it. But did
- 56:03Speaker 1: anyone here I heard it? I don't know if you
- 56:05Speaker 1: guys heard it. Did anyone here? When we're talking about
- 56:07Speaker 1: faith print? What the nephew said? Go ahead, and nephew
- 56:11Speaker 1: say what the booty print? What is that? What? Take
- 56:14Speaker 1: your phone? Put it on your butt and that unlocks it.
- 56:18Speaker 1: What do you know? You don't what he using your phone?
- 56:22Speaker 1: Because if you're using your face cheek while you can't
- 56:27Speaker 1: use your you's been phone your Actually just some time.
- 56:38Speaker 1: I'm don't make it, don't matter what I'm apples rhyme
- 56:46Speaker 1: with the wind. I'm gonna take my thousand dollars and
- 56:49Speaker 1: go get a vacation. Yeah all right, come on, time
- 56:54Speaker 1: for the letter. Let's go buckle up, hold on type.
- 56:57Speaker 1: We got it for you, We got the strawberry. Thank you.
- 57:01Speaker 1: Subject my boyfriend's sex therapist or my boyfriend's sexy therapist.
- 57:07Speaker 1: Okay here Stephen Shirley. Yeah, I am jealous of my
- 57:10Speaker 1: boyfriend's therapist. She's attractive, the same age as us and
- 57:14Speaker 1: his type as far as looks go. He is also
- 57:17Speaker 1: drawn to women who are supportive. He insists on seeing
- 57:20Speaker 1: her every two weeks to discuss issues. He is seeing
- 57:23Speaker 1: her for stress management because his business is struggling and
- 57:27Speaker 1: he has problems with addiction. I personally do not see
- 57:30Speaker 1: any improvement and is drinking because he still drinks heavily
- 57:34Speaker 1: when he is stressed over the business. I wonder what
- 57:37Speaker 1: she does for him and am I jealous? Um, that
- 57:41Speaker 1: she might encourage or support him in ways that I can't.
- 57:45Speaker 1: I am jealous that she might encourage or support him
- 57:47Speaker 1: in ways that I can't. Am I wrong to feel threatened?
- 57:51Speaker 1: I believe men and women can't be friends without strong
- 57:54Speaker 1: sexual urges, and therapy requires a deep intimacy. I would
- 57:58Speaker 1: feel different if it were a man counseling him. What
- 58:01Speaker 1: are your thoughts? Is this more than just therapy? Please help? Well?
- 58:05Speaker 1: You know I'm with you if you feel a certain way,
- 58:08Speaker 1: al right, it may not necessarily be true, but if
- 58:11Speaker 1: you feel this way, we of course have our intuition.
- 58:13Speaker 1: It could be something underlying and going on here, especially
- 58:16Speaker 1: if he keeps seeing her and he's not improving. I mean,
- 58:19Speaker 1: the whole point is for him to improve and you know,
- 58:22Speaker 1: distress and and get rid of some of his issues.
- 58:26Speaker 1: So if that's not happening, then yes, it is time
- 58:28Speaker 1: for a new therapist. And I would do, if I
- 58:31Speaker 1: were you, do my due diligence and look for someone,
- 58:35Speaker 1: look for another therapist, because um, and and let me
- 58:38Speaker 1: say this as well, just because she's beautiful and attractive
- 58:40Speaker 1: in his type does not mean that she's not doing
- 58:43Speaker 1: his job I'm just going by what you said in
- 58:45Speaker 1: the letter. She's not doing her job. Um, it's not working.
- 58:49Speaker 1: So maybe he's caught up because she looks a certain
- 58:52Speaker 1: way or whatever and he can't and he's feeling some
- 58:55Speaker 1: kind of way. So if I were you, I would
- 58:57Speaker 1: get another therapist. There thousands and thousands of therapists out there. Uh,
- 59:03Speaker 1: And you can just explain it to him as you
- 59:05Speaker 1: don't think this is working and his problems are getting
- 59:09Speaker 1: worse instead of better, because that's exactly what it sounds like.
- 59:12Speaker 1: Your proof is right here in this letter, and say
- 59:15Speaker 1: I found another more reputable therapist and maybe we should
- 59:19Speaker 1: go take a look at him. Okay, keyword in that
- 59:24Speaker 1: sentence him all right, nephew, come on, you want me
- 59:29Speaker 1: to do it right now? Okay, I'll tell you what
- 59:32Speaker 1: you show. You want me to do it right now
- 59:33Speaker 1: because I got a lot, I got a lot built up,
- 59:36Speaker 1: I got a lot because I'll understand what this brother going. Okay,
- 59:39Speaker 1: maybe you need a therapist. So um, Okay, we don't
- 59:43Speaker 1: have a lot of time. We'll go to break right
- 59:45Speaker 1: now and come back and I'll let you have as much. Okay, okay, okay,
- 59:49Speaker 1: all right, we're gonna okay, all right, we'll be back

- 1:00:29Speaker 1: of the subject of this letter. A woman wrote in

- 1:00:35Speaker 1: there because he's so stressed and he needs it for
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: stress management. His business is struggling, he has problems with addiction.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: She the therapist, is attractive, She is the same age
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: as they are, and she is his type as far
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: as looks go. So the young lady his girlfriend that
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: wrote the letter is jealous and she wants to know,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: um should she be jealous? Is is more than just therapy. Um,
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: she would feel differently if it were a man unsling him.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: And she thinks that men and women can't be friends
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: because of the strong sexual urges, especially you know, if
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: there's an attraction or both parties are attractive. So what
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: do you have to say now? Yo, man is doing
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: it with her every two weeks, and it is a
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: beautiful thing. It is a beautiful thing. It is a

- 1:13:51Speaker 1: yeah yeah, and they were with him, Tommy paym and
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: all of them. They thought that he was holding out

- 1:14:32Speaker 1: let's get it. It is that time. She is here
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: with the one and only reality right now. I've been working,
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: I've been working. I've been working nights and days. Okay,
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: so let me try to get reality. Okay, let you
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: do it. Let you do it too. Don't don't feel
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: that you didn't you know that you didn't write that
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: infringement up fellows. Alright, Tuesday, and let's talk about scripted shows. First,
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: Let's go to being Mary Jane, you know, shout out
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: to Gabrielle union Wade. I said that last week her
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: and Michael Eally the whole clue, the whole cast, they
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: are putting it down. Yes, being married, it's a very
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: very good show. Now Justin, who was Michael Eally's character,
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: and Mary Jane, they on this past episode on Tuesday Night,
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: they take their love to the next level. You know,
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: they seemed like they were always like holding back and
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: trying to sabotage the relationship or whatever. But he made
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: a huge confession about his ex girlfriend, Simone. Now, you know,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: Justin the character, he has thirty million dollars, he's rich,
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: and so it seems as he dated this woman and
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: her name is Simone, and she had a battle with cancer,
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: stage four cancer. So she left this fortune. She left
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: all of this money to Justin. And the tough part
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: of Justin holding back, it seems like with this relationship
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: with Mary Jane was that she begged his ex girlfriend,
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: begged him to help her take her own life because
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: she was suffering so much with cancer, and he eventually
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: gave into her wishes. And so now he confessed this
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: to Mary Jane. So now that's what I'm saying about
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: them taking their relationship to the next level. They are
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: now closer and uh richerted well, she's a talent. She's
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: an on air talent. It's like a morning show, Good
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: Day US, a kind of like Good Morning America. And
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: he's a producer. He's a producer on the show, and
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: her best friend as a producer, And which brings me
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: to this situation. Now they are both up for at
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: the next job of being Mary Jane's boss, and now
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: Mary Jane has to choose between her best friend and
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: her man. He always is in that position. But yeah,
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: the best friend is a great actress. Man. Yeah, he's
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: doing a great job. Everybody's doing a fantastic job. So
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: in this situation for Mary Jane, if it was me,
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: I'm just gonna keep it real and keep it one hundred,
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: I would have to stay out there. There's no way
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: that I could pick between my best friend and my
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: man to have the job. So she's gonna have to
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: tell the big boss that says she cannot know. What
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: would you do? Decision? What do you do? You do?
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: You don't have to change. I have to get out
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: of it. There's no way there's you got to pick.
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: You're gonna have to pick, I wouldn't be produced. I
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: got so to me. He's what I'm here for. Yeah,
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: why am I justin? Justin is uh? He likes to work,
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: that's his thing. That's my bes friend. Appreciate a couple
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: of thousand dollars. You can have it on a ballplayer.
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: So let's move on. You're here j though, Carlo, you
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: gotta hear what I'm gonna get my best friend a
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: couple of thousands. Now you can move on. I just
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: want everyone to hear that you're gonna turn on a
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: couple of thousands. You didn't have a dollar man in
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: my bank account. Come on, carl and ignored the cheapest. Alright,
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: loving hip hop Hollywood, listen to some reality foolish its.
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: Ray J is working with an artist and you know
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: what good that's what he's working with. Okay, so you
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: know ray J is just being ray J. So they're
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: shooting a video. He's working with this artist and they're
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: shooting a video. No, before you say, it not a
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: sex tape video. It's a music video. But it's not
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: a sake say video. It's a music video. It's a
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: ray J. You know, he's trying to make moves and
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: making Yeah he really is. Well, his wife Princess and
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: Bray you know, they've had some infertility issues. You know,
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: they want to start a family. She wants to be
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: a mother and ray J, you know, his swimmers weren't swimming.
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: You know, his firm count was low. But he's doing
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: good now and so last week swimmers back in. Well,
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: you know, they really did get into that as to
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: how he did it, if he changed his lifestyle. What
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: they did talk about what I can remember remember he
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: stopped smoking. Yeah, he stop smoking, and that was part
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: of it. To the toxic things that he was putting
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: in his body. Yeah, yeah, so just trying to have
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: a healthier lifestyle. Ray J decided to babysit his business
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: partner's baby to show his wife Princess that he is
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: serious about wanting to be a dad. So ray J
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: is really committed to starting a family with Princess. So
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: we will see what happens with that. I mean, he
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: was working on this video set and told the people
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: he had to go because Princess called her and said
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: she was ob be lating. So he left. Alright, yeah,
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: say I gotta go, So there you go. And then
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: Keisha Cole's ex husband Booby. Uh does he have a
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: thing for R and B singers? What's going on? Because
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: now yeah, now he's pushing up on Brook Valentine. I
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: think Keisha gonna be both of these behind you better
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: stop on that foolishness. And finally, j Anthony Brown our show.
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: Surely you love this show as well? Greenly, Yes, miss

- 1:20:46Speaker 1: So Greenleaf on own. This is a fantastic show. So
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: Bishop Greenleaf, j and Shirley gave Pastor Skanks and love
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: the past name. Yeah, Pastor Skanks, but he's stilling. He
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: has a gambling problem. So Bishop told him to give
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: the church to his son, Jacob. Jacob is now head
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: pastor of Bishop Skanks Church, and we will see what's
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: going on Charity green Lee, she has a Yeah, she
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: has a thing with the music producer ex husband Jay.
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: He just vanished. He turned gay and had to go somewhere.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: Yeah he did, that's what I know. I know. But
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: where is he? So you turned gay and leave? What
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: has a lot of issues in the church. We gotta go. Sorry,
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: time's up twenty after. I'll catch you up next week
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: a reality updates you're listening to Steve he I has
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: taken some shots at Wendy Williams. Wendy Williams, of course,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: made a name for herself back in the day on
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: a radio show when she was gossiping about celebrities, and
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: now when she got SIPs about celebrities and puts their
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: business on glass. Well, the paparazzi got some. They're saying, no,
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: too flattering pictures. I'm just saying, the paparazzi got some
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: pictures of Wendy while she vacationed in Barbados in a bikini. Well,
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: t I got those pictures. He reposted them on his
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Instagram with the caption, Okay, now as much sugar honey
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: iced tea as this sister talks about people, myself included.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: I know what you all expect, but I'm not going
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: to do the obvious and fire her. But nope, I'm
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: gonna be respectful because regardless of her flaws, she's still
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: an independent black businesswoman that's had to fight her way
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: through life. He took the hill road he did. He
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: took the road he did. I want to see the pictures, though,
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: what the pictures that let me see what she's looking. Well,
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: you could probably go to his instagram or someone. Yeah,
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: and yeah, she was in Barbadoes yet. But the stories
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: I know good whale tea didn't not type sugar honey
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: iced tea. He didn't he typed s h asterisk ta.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I'm just saying I didn't soundite, yeah as much. Let
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: me see. Oh yeah, I mean you go look at it.
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: Make your own assessment. You know, I got it. You
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: got the pictures. Also in entertainment news, Janet Jackson is back.
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: We talked about her earlier in the show and how
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: earlier in the week she actually visited Tommy's play. She
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: did it for real, Junior. Yeah, Junior didn't believe it,
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: but she was there. Yeah, she was actually there, Junior's man. Janet.
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: Of course, we mentioned last Friday that she was in
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: Houston visiting Hurricane Harvey evacuees, and she donated part of
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: her concert proceeds for hurricane relief. But according to People magazine,
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: since April, Janet has endured a bitter divorce battle. She's
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: demanded soul custody of her son. According to Janet's family,
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: her husband is unfit to be a parent. I don't know.
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: And I always say there's two sides to every story.
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: I have no idea. I mean, I don't know. Um.
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: Her older brother, Randy Jackson, told People magazine how badly
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: Janet's marriage deteriorated. Uh, this is Randy talking. He said
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: it was, quote an abusive situation, verbal abuse, being made
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: to feel like a prisoner in her own home. No
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: pregnant woman needs to be going through being called the
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: B word every day. Now this happened. Until you in
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: that situation, you just say, well, how could you have
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: five brothers and gold for that? You've never been in
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: that situation, don't So you don't know what you don't know? Yeah,
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: and you don't know what happened. Um, this is horrible.
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: I mean, this is bad. This is if she went
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: through that, this is this is horrible. You know, absolutely
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: verbal and physical abuse. In January, Janet gave birth to
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: a son at age fifty, which was a really truly
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: modern medical miracle. Uh. You know you know that when
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: and that old can give birth, that is wonderful. That's
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: when it gives hope to so many women yes to
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: give birth. And we saw what size Janet was. I
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: just saw Janet too, Dan. It gives I swear two
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: R four. I mean, you don't believe it. Who Junior
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: does is not the size. He doesn't believe that. You
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: actually saw Janet? Did you take a picture? I didn't
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: want to. You always freeze up when you get around
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: your female. I did it with halle Berry. I did
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: it with Janny. I can clamb up. Oh my god,
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: I swallowed my tongue all this trash. All right, we'll
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: be back after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: Here's a question for you, guys. Hey cleaning, Yes, yeah,
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: I do too. Al Right, here's something that can motivate
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: you to get those chores done. Alright. Researchers found that
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: doing two hours of intense cleaning can burn about six
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: hundred calories. Yeah, that is a lot. You only burn
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: about half that running of five Kally's cleaning. Yeah, what
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: does it call it? What is it? Clean? I got
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: like on your knees with some fabulo, love me some fabulous.
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: It's this cleaning solution that smells really good, like you
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: can like clean clean. Okay, So, researchers use fitness trackers
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: and participants to determine the intensity and calorie count of
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: each task. So to answer uh your concern, JR. Here
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: we go. Here's how you can clean your way to
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: being fit. Vack me for twenty minutes. I love I'm
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: telling you, I'm making a kid. You just like making
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: the las. Are your lines in the road? They all
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: over the place? Yes, just love it. Tell you man,
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: mama had on an old with a bag on the outside.
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: Oh my god, let us vacuum. We had that much much.
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: My mom was so strict about how you vacuum those
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: so okay, so that burns eighty calories. Eighty calories cleaning
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: the bathroom for twenty minutes. Anybody guess how much galleries?
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: You know what I know because it made me do
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: it at team. It took me late on in life.
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: Get it. That's what is wrong with you? Get that? Okay? Yeah? Sure,
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: you see a fat cleaning lady. Is she not doing
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: a good job? About the right or wrong? My mom
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: was a house cleaning and she cleaned house. But she's
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: been aheaded all right. You love vacuuming, How about mopping? Jay?
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: If your mop for twenty minutes, that's a hundred and
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: seven calories. I hated mopping. Well, if the warder was
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: really dirty. And then you're doing your the mop, put
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: your head this, this, this flea like that. Yeah, that
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: was way better than mechanical stuff with your hands. Cleaning
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: windows for twenty minutes. Oh yeah, we did that newspapers. Yeah,
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: a hundred dusting for forty minutes equals a hundred and
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: ninety four counts, So there you go. Minutes a minute.
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: That means you've gone from your house for a while. No,
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: you on an episode of Hoarders, So that's pretty cool.
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: I mean people who love housework, but they say, I
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: love this show. The animals, and it's hard to watch. Yeah,
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: and to see them cry when they take that jump
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: at the don't touch that clock. My daddy gave me
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: that clock. It don't work. It don't work. I don't yeah. Yeah.
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: And then a lot of them after they clean, they
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: end up they end up going back to Yeah. All right,
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: we'll come back to close out the show. We'll be
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: right back with just one more thing. You're listening to

- 1:32:04Speaker 1: sees something that he liked, always gone. You stopped talking
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: to him. The other writers had learned that, especially we
