- 2:02Speaker 1: I show will good morning everybody, y'all listen to the voice.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Come on dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey
- 2:12Speaker 1: got this radio show. Man, Hi got here. I really
- 2:17Speaker 1: can't explain it. Only by the grace of God, that's
- 2:20Speaker 1: all I can really tell you. Uh. I was talking
- 2:25Speaker 1: with a buddy the other day and he was telling me.
- 2:27Speaker 1: He said, Man, he had an interesting philosophy about it.
- 2:31Speaker 1: He said. You know, you can have dreams and visions,
- 2:34Speaker 1: he said, but God, God will never show you what
- 2:40Speaker 1: all he has for you. He won't show you all
- 2:44Speaker 1: of it because he knows you will mess it up.
- 2:49Speaker 1: And you know what, man, I thought about that and Wow,
- 2:52Speaker 1: how true is that? Okay, I know that I got
- 2:57Speaker 1: a radio show. I didn't see it. It's just become
- 3:01Speaker 1: this major blessing for me. I didn't see it. But
- 3:05Speaker 1: if I would have seen it and known when he
- 3:09Speaker 1: had planned on giving it to me, I would have
- 3:12Speaker 1: messed it up because number one, my first question would
- 3:15Speaker 1: have been to him, why I got to wait so long?
- 3:19Speaker 1: Why don't I go down here and start on the
- 3:22Speaker 1: radio now, and then I'll be in radio and then
- 3:27Speaker 1: TYD see that God? But see, the thing about God
- 3:31Speaker 1: is God don't need your help a matter of fact,
- 3:34Speaker 1: that he don't really want it. All he wants is
- 3:37Speaker 1: you to love him and obey him. If you can
- 3:40Speaker 1: do them two things I think. I think I could
- 3:42Speaker 1: be wrong. I think he'd be really cool with us.
- 3:46Speaker 1: So had I known about these blessings that he had
- 3:50Speaker 1: for me, I would have messed him up because I
- 3:53Speaker 1: would have put my thinking in the figuring process, and
- 3:56Speaker 1: that would have jacked it all up. That's the first
- 3:59Speaker 1: thing that I have why I gotta wait so long?
- 4:02Speaker 1: And then if he has shown me what I was
- 4:04Speaker 1: gonna have to do to get it, I would have
- 4:07Speaker 1: shown messed that up. Man, I ain't gonna do that.
- 4:10Speaker 1: I ain't gonna do all of that. Wait a minute,
- 4:12Speaker 1: I got to go through all of these mishaps in
- 4:15Speaker 1: my life. So when I get the radio show, I
- 4:18Speaker 1: have something to share. Man, why don't I just read
- 4:22Speaker 1: a couple of books and share that experience with them? Now? See,
- 4:27Speaker 1: I want you to know what you're talking about. I
- 4:30Speaker 1: want you to be transparent. I want people to be
- 4:33Speaker 1: able to identify with your struggle and apply they struggle
- 4:37Speaker 1: to it and see that they can get over. See.
- 4:42Speaker 1: God never shows you all of it because he know
- 4:44Speaker 1: will mess it up. I wouldn't have any books, I
- 4:49Speaker 1: certainly please no, I would not be the host of
- 4:51Speaker 1: Family Field. Can't tell you that it is amazing man,
- 4:57Speaker 1: how God works, and my invitation and to everybody today
- 5:01Speaker 1: is allowed God to work. You know, you can ask
- 5:05Speaker 1: him why all you want to, and from time to
- 5:07Speaker 1: time I still do no good for me? But that
- 5:10Speaker 1: old why me? Old? What was me? Lord? Thing? That
- 5:13Speaker 1: don't really get it for me because when I started
- 5:16Speaker 1: asking him why, I'm asking somebody who has a thought
- 5:19Speaker 1: process so high above mind that there's no way if
- 5:22Speaker 1: he told it to me, I wouldn't even get it.
- 5:25Speaker 1: You wouldn't need I don't got bright you thank you
- 5:27Speaker 1: are man. You just ain't gonna get how and why
- 5:29Speaker 1: he does it his way. You're not going to understand it.
- 5:33Speaker 1: But he has a plan for each and every one
- 5:36Speaker 1: of us. And if we adhere to the plan, if
- 5:38Speaker 1: we submit ourselves to his will and just say, okay, God,
- 5:42Speaker 1: what you want me to do, I am telling you
- 5:44Speaker 1: it is the best way to live. Now. You can
- 5:48Speaker 1: also do it the way I did it early on.
- 5:51Speaker 1: You can just do what you wanna do and see
- 5:54Speaker 1: how I go from there. And I will tell you
- 5:56Speaker 1: from personal experience, it's not going to go good. You know.
- 6:02Speaker 1: My wife and I were talking the other day. As
- 6:04Speaker 1: she said something women, I had to write it down.
- 6:07Speaker 1: She says, Steve, you know the funny thing about seeing?
- 6:10Speaker 1: She says, sin casts you more than you want to
- 6:13Speaker 1: pay and causes you to stay longer than you want
- 6:16Speaker 1: to stay. I ask my wife where she got there from.
- 6:22Speaker 1: She said something some old person told it to it.
- 6:24Speaker 1: She says, seeing cast you more than you want to
- 6:27Speaker 1: pay and causes you to stay longer than you want
- 6:30Speaker 1: to stay. That's the problem, man, about doing what you
- 6:33Speaker 1: wanna do. Because we are all sinners man. All of us,
- 6:37Speaker 1: all of us, every last one of us, are sinners.
- 6:40Speaker 1: You will be a sinner until you die. That you
- 6:42Speaker 1: could be saved by grace. But you're going to be
- 6:45Speaker 1: a sinner man. You are going to make mistakes. You
- 6:49Speaker 1: are going to in your life knowingly, knowingly do wrong.
- 6:56Speaker 1: I bet you will. I don't know who you think
- 6:58Speaker 1: you are. I don't know who you've been listening to.
- 7:00Speaker 1: But get this. We are sinners. We were born into
- 7:05Speaker 1: a world that is sinful. Now it's okay, it's okay,
- 7:10Speaker 1: it's our world. But we can make the best of
- 7:13Speaker 1: it because we can form a relationship with God and
- 7:16Speaker 1: we can and we can go to war with this thing,
- 7:18Speaker 1: you know, and we can win. You can actually get over.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Being born into this world is not an end all.
- 7:25Speaker 1: That doesn't mean you're doomed, no, man, because God is
- 7:29Speaker 1: available to give you life, and not only give you life,
- 7:32Speaker 1: but give it to you more abundantly. I have more
- 7:36Speaker 1: of an abundant life than I've ever had. If you
- 7:39Speaker 1: took away the finances, trust and believe, I have so
- 7:44Speaker 1: many things I could tell you that I'm grateful for.
- 7:46Speaker 1: For my wife, for my children, man, for my family,
- 7:52Speaker 1: for the few friends that I have, for the work
- 7:56Speaker 1: that I do, man, for the respect that some people
- 8:00Speaker 1: that I feel around some people, from the reputation I've earned. Now,
- 8:04Speaker 1: I ain't cool with everybody. I got that I'm cool.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I'm I ain't cool with everybody. Everybody ain't cool with me.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Everybody don't like me. Man, get past that right there.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I don't care what you do. Everybody are gonna like you.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Some people didn't like Jesus. What did he do? What
- 8:21Speaker 1: did he do wrong to anybody? Show it to me
- 8:27Speaker 1: where he was just out there, just messing over folks,
- 8:30Speaker 1: and you could justify all that happened to him. Just
- 8:33Speaker 1: show it to me. But he knew everybody ain't gonna
- 8:36Speaker 1: like me. I just come to save y'all. You understand
- 8:41Speaker 1: I got you. Ain't feeling me. You're gonna spit on me,
- 8:43Speaker 1: You're gonna hang me up there, You're gonna pierce my side,
- 8:46Speaker 1: You're gonna do all that to me. When you get through,
- 8:49Speaker 1: I still love you. That's that's a powerful statement. Man.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I'm not there yet. I can't make that statement yet.
- 8:57Speaker 1: I'm not there. I'm in a process. I'm driving to
- 9:00Speaker 1: get better, but I can't make that statement, I don't
- 9:03Speaker 1: really know nobody who could make that statement. Mar Luther
- 9:06Speaker 1: King was pretty good at it, but I'm pretty sure
- 9:08Speaker 1: he has some moments too well. He just wasn't for
- 9:11Speaker 1: all that pushing and spitting me. I ain't ever for it.
- 9:17Speaker 1: But then at the same time, I have gotten better though.
- 9:21Speaker 1: I have learned to let God handle situations, and I
- 9:25Speaker 1: am getting better at it. If I could tell you
- 9:29Speaker 1: what people have done to me this year, and I've
- 9:32Speaker 1: done nothing in retaliation to those people, nothing, not one
- 9:37Speaker 1: thing in retaliation to those people, And I've sat by
- 9:40Speaker 1: and I've watched God handle it all very neatly for me,
- 9:45Speaker 1: and in a way that I didn't even think was doable.
- 9:49Speaker 1: God will take care of you if you form this
- 9:52Speaker 1: relationship with him. He has something for you. He has
- 9:57Speaker 1: a plan for you that is beyond your man the nation.
- 10:00Speaker 1: He will give you the desires of your heart. But
- 10:03Speaker 1: he also has some stuff in store for you that
- 10:06Speaker 1: you're not even asking for. That He is willing to
- 10:09Speaker 1: ship to an address that belongs to you as long
- 10:14Speaker 1: as you stay on the right path and are trying
- 10:18Speaker 1: your best. God to ship you the blessing anyway. Because
- 10:21Speaker 1: please know he's done it to me. I'm a living
- 10:23Speaker 1: witness to this that God will ship you blessings and
- 10:26Speaker 1: you ain't gonna be perfect. But if he know your heart, man,
- 10:29Speaker 1: if he know you trying to do better, if he
- 10:32Speaker 1: sees you trying to change, if he sees you trying
- 10:35Speaker 1: to get it right, he understands that you're gonna stumble
- 10:38Speaker 1: all the way through this thing. But if he know
- 10:41Speaker 1: your heart and he know you trying to get it right,
- 10:45Speaker 1: and you're doing the best you can, boy, here ships
- 10:47Speaker 1: some stuff your way. Man, you really be tripping, man,
- 10:50Speaker 1: you would really be tripping. Steve Harvey got radio show. Man.
- 10:55Speaker 1: It's crazy, ain't it. You're listening to Steve Harvey. Ladies
- 11:02Speaker 1: and gentlemen, boys and girls. Let me have your undivided attention.
- 11:06Speaker 1: This is Steve Harvard Mornin Show and old MG. Do
- 11:09Speaker 1: I have an announcement to make this morning. I had
- 11:12Speaker 1: a day off over the weekend, and I didn't tell
- 11:15Speaker 1: y'all what I did on Sunday. So I'm gonna tell
- 11:18Speaker 1: y'all what I did on Sunday one day. Good morning, Shirley.
- 11:23Speaker 1: You made us wait till Tuesday. Good morning, because I
- 11:26Speaker 1: was in shock I couldn't discuss it yesterday. Good to
- 11:30Speaker 1: be with you. Good morning. What's happening, Jake, I'm so excited.
- 11:36Speaker 1: I can't wait. You ain't fool king of pray. You
- 11:40Speaker 1: ain't what you do today? Dog Man? I messed around
- 11:45Speaker 1: and deal with my daughters told me to do. Man,
- 11:47Speaker 1: and I watched this Netflix documentary What the Health God,
- 11:56Speaker 1: I shouldn't have watched that, because, Man, I'm gonna tell
- 11:58Speaker 1: you something, just as a person man who wants to
- 12:01Speaker 1: live and and really cares about his health, man, I
- 12:06Speaker 1: have really I really got throwed into so man. Yeah, yeah,
- 12:17Speaker 1: it changed all bro, Well you get through packing it.
- 12:22Speaker 1: It was the most troubling thing to me was the
- 12:26Speaker 1: Heart Association and the Cancer Society. What The Heart Association
- 12:33Speaker 1: and the Cancer Society both have recipes on their website
- 12:39Speaker 1: for pork, for beef, for chicken, for turkey ham. They
- 12:45Speaker 1: all have recipes on that, but they all have studies
- 12:50Speaker 1: in front of them that have shown that all meats
- 12:54Speaker 1: have carcinogenics in them, especially processed meat. Like like they
- 13:00Speaker 1: were talking about mother's milk. A woman's milk has levels
- 13:03Speaker 1: of it in it because simply of what you eat.
- 13:05Speaker 1: But the cow's milk is like so much higher because
- 13:09Speaker 1: of what they eat. And they are sponsored by these people,
- 13:12Speaker 1: because these people give Susan b. Coman give the Cancer
- 13:16Speaker 1: Society and the Heart Association hundreds of millions of doctors
- 13:22Speaker 1: every year. They sponsor them, so they are not allowed
- 13:27Speaker 1: to say anything against them. You gotta watch what the
- 13:31Speaker 1: hell you gonna do? Well, I'm gonna just tell you.
- 13:39Speaker 1: I'm gonna just tell you real. I've been eating plant based.
- 13:44Speaker 1: I just been eating all plant base. Now I got
- 13:46Speaker 1: a problem because the boys camp is coming up into
- 13:51Speaker 1: my green egg is sitting out there. Now, I'm just
- 13:54Speaker 1: gonna keep it absolutely one hunted with you. I'm going
- 13:59Speaker 1: plants all way up to the camp two weeks, two weeks.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Then I'm gonna do it. Bobbie, cute, hot legs. Everything.
- 14:13Speaker 1: I probably cut out chicken, alright, I'm gonna go organic meat.
- 14:17Speaker 1: So that's what I'm gonna try to do. There is
- 14:19Speaker 1: no organic barbecue. You can't organic. Com pegue, Steve almost Vegan,
- 14:25Speaker 1: we'll call this segment all right, coming up. Yeah, it's
- 14:28Speaker 1: time for something funny. You know. Last week, guys, we
- 14:31Speaker 1: talked about things that older men should stop doing to
- 14:34Speaker 1: attract younger women. Well, today we have things that older
- 14:38Speaker 1: women should stop doing to attract younger men. Why not
- 14:41Speaker 1: what you're listening to Steve Harby Morning Show. Alright, so, Jay,
- 14:47Speaker 1: you've come up with a bit. Oh this is so nice.
- 14:49Speaker 1: You don't really like this at all? Whatever? J oh God,
- 14:58Speaker 1: let me see it's Katie. Well we're about to find out.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Let number one, stop walking around with stuff in your
- 15:08Speaker 1: broad like your phone, like change, like your purse. You
- 15:12Speaker 1: know what you gotta dig down in and so we
- 15:14Speaker 1: can see. Everybody wants to see you digging in your
- 15:18Speaker 1: cleavage without wanting something. You don't tease up like that.
- 15:24Speaker 1: And then you got people like Monica sitting over here.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Can't put nothing in here. She put a phone in
- 15:29Speaker 1: that one time. Man, she'll gonna broke her teeth. She
- 15:32Speaker 1: gotta tell much stuff in the water bottle even time.
- 15:40Speaker 1: A crown raw bag is not a purse. Okay, Now,
- 15:45Speaker 1: young boys, do you like to see them crying roll
- 15:49Speaker 1: back sexy for some reason? Yeah? Please stop doing it.
- 15:54Speaker 1: That's the only thing about you can object. But y'all
- 15:57Speaker 1: they're not cue, so whatever it Okay. If you're gonna
- 16:03Speaker 1: wear capris, no problem. You know those the pants that
- 16:06Speaker 1: stopped right at the calf right this day. You ain't
- 16:09Speaker 1: got to win every day, Lebron, And please take them
- 16:14Speaker 1: damn strings off the bottom of I can't stand that
- 16:19Speaker 1: Junior had on the pad on the day they or
- 16:24Speaker 1: anybody stopped wearing them caprets with them damn strings hanging out,
- 16:28Speaker 1: They're strange. Don't bother you. You don't think something on you,
- 16:32Speaker 1: you like with Lebron wore shorts. There wasn't then they
- 16:36Speaker 1: didn't have strains on. I just supported Lebron, and I'm
- 16:40Speaker 1: trying to get a championship in Cleveland. I wouldn't be
- 16:42Speaker 1: called dad with a damn short set on. I'll tell
- 16:45Speaker 1: you that right string on it yet, stranger nut, give
- 16:49Speaker 1: us another one. A turban is not coming back. It
- 16:55Speaker 1: ain't coming back, you know with the little diamond and
- 16:58Speaker 1: the yea. That ain't coming back. And I'll tell you
- 17:03Speaker 1: what else ain't ever really in for black women. The
- 17:06Speaker 1: big giant rolls in the side of your head, or
- 17:12Speaker 1: you ain't meetsing Nash. She's black though, But take that
- 17:17Speaker 1: big rose out the side of your head. We see
- 17:20Speaker 1: you you already pretty whatever. We need have sunflower floor
- 17:27Speaker 1: on the side of you, and they get bigger every
- 17:30Speaker 1: time I see it, like a hat. You ain't got
- 17:38Speaker 1: to wear a knee brace every damn day. Really, some
- 17:46Speaker 1: people hits heads. Yeah, a lot of this topic copper
- 17:53Speaker 1: fits you down. I ain't gonna hear referring to younger
- 18:01Speaker 1: men as sugar, honey, dolling, bathing. What are we supposed
- 18:09Speaker 1: to call me? Sugar? She do sugar and precious and
- 18:19Speaker 1: precious and precious. Yeah, here we go, here we go.
- 18:23Speaker 1: These are things that older women need to stop doing
- 18:27Speaker 1: to attract younger men. You got one, how you do yours?
- 18:33Speaker 1: Stop wearing these hall to tops so tight that choke
- 18:40Speaker 1: back look like a can of biscuit. Were somebody to
- 18:44Speaker 1: put that spoon on that scene whatever your little as,
- 18:51Speaker 1: your your back look like a can of biscuits. Stop
- 18:54Speaker 1: wearing them damn holsters. They are not for you know,
- 19:02Speaker 1: we can't even see that. We can't even see the
- 19:04Speaker 1: straps on the halter swallowed up your breast all back
- 19:11Speaker 1: that round by your back. If we can see your
- 19:14Speaker 1: breast from behind, you don't need a damn halter. Okay,
- 19:20Speaker 1: what else? What else? A lot of these young men,
- 19:24Speaker 1: a lot of them don't like these older type, you know,
- 19:28Speaker 1: food like hog malls, hitlands, green we potato pie, pay
- 19:35Speaker 1: the salad handed handed, yam? Why we got to come
- 19:40Speaker 1: over your house even go to sleep? Why we got
- 19:44Speaker 1: an overload? Damn Man't you got nothing in here? Martin?
- 19:50Speaker 1: You ain't found another recipe? Six slavery? Who the hell
- 19:57Speaker 1: still puts a hamhock? And they're there drink and smoked turkey.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Now you just eating the same give the even time?
- 20:10Speaker 1: What am I so sleepy because you're eating ham hock? Juice?
- 20:17Speaker 1: It in them greens. It's putting you to sleep. I
- 20:20Speaker 1: just saw What the hell? Now? What the hell? All
- 20:24Speaker 1: my one? It was the ham hocks? You got one?
- 20:29Speaker 1: Go ahead? What is it? You're walking around the house
- 20:33Speaker 1: and your slip? Last time I've seen the slip with
- 20:41Speaker 1: my mom. Anymore? Things things older when they can do
- 20:49Speaker 1: to attract younger men. There's other cologns and pufumes out
- 20:54Speaker 1: there besides white diamond. Yeah, stop saying and avon okay,
- 21:05Speaker 1: nail number five and pass. They make other things. I
- 21:11Speaker 1: don't know anyone. You all forgot that legendary boy. My
- 21:21Speaker 1: mama man, And let me tell you something. And my
- 21:23Speaker 1: mama loved Lizabeth. Take my mama thought Lizabeth Taylor was
- 21:28Speaker 1: the flies chick on Earth. He just never mentioned all
- 21:31Speaker 1: in magic. My mom was against that. You just never
- 21:34Speaker 1: bought some mama, how many times you've been. Don't worry
- 21:36Speaker 1: about that, don't judge. I just remember her and Richard.
- 21:42Speaker 1: It's the nephew would run that brank back right after this.
- 21:46Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Alright, guys, it's time
- 21:50Speaker 1: for the nephew, the King of Franks, to run that
- 21:53Speaker 1: prank back. What you got next? Show me your butt.
- 21:57Speaker 1: That ain't how you said that yesterday. Okay, you want
- 22:01Speaker 1: to how I gave it to your day? How you
- 22:02Speaker 1: want come show your but can I tell you this
- 22:08Speaker 1: prank right here is one of the most ignorant pranks
- 22:11Speaker 1: you've ever done. Come show your but it still gets upset.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Don't even right there, gets in Frank mode for real?
- 22:25Speaker 1: This Marcus, Yeah, this Marcus was up. Hey man, do
- 22:28Speaker 1: you know anything about it? A Lincoln being stolen, a
- 22:32Speaker 1: Linkom being stolen? No, man, I don't know no about
- 22:35Speaker 1: no linkos. Who is this man? You know about the
- 22:38Speaker 1: Lincoln getting stolen? Man? Who is this man? I don't
- 22:41Speaker 1: know nothing about Lincoln being stolen? Man, how do you
- 22:44Speaker 1: get my novel? Man? Hey, dog, hold hold slow down.
- 22:47Speaker 1: First of all, I'm trying to ask you somebody that
- 22:49Speaker 1: stole my mama Lincoln? Man, And I'm asking they say
- 22:51Speaker 1: you know something about it, or you was one of
- 22:53Speaker 1: them that did, or do you know anything about the man? Man,

- 28:59Speaker 1: of beef of Drake versus Push a t via tweet
- 29:03Speaker 1: without mentioning any names. Kanye seemed to attempt to play peacemaker, posting,
- 29:08Speaker 1: I've never been about beef about love. Uh lines were
- 29:12Speaker 1: crossed and it's not good for anyone. So this is

- 30:22Speaker 1: During an interview to promote his hit TV show, The
- 30:25Speaker 1: Last O G, Tracy Morgan was asked how he felt
- 30:29Speaker 1: about Tiffany Hattrish's career blowing up. Take a listen to
- 30:33Speaker 1: Tracy's response, how has it been watching Tiffany hattsh blow up?
- 30:37Speaker 1: And did you know her? We're not gonna go there.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Why because Tiffany is not the only one that's not
- 30:44Speaker 1: Tiffany show Trace ban This is The Last O G.
- 30:47Speaker 1: So you mind if you're gonna ask about Tiffany, exide
- 30:50Speaker 1: about Sentrick and exside about craft services. Everyone to come
- 30:53Speaker 1: to work every day on that show. We're not gonna
- 30:56Speaker 1: go there. Okay, let's go there, let's talk about craft services,
- 31:00Speaker 1: all right? Okay, but I love that show though the
- 31:03Speaker 1: last comedian, Little Rell tweeted, this one is hating. This
- 31:09Speaker 1: is one hating blank dude right here. That show would
- 31:12Speaker 1: be nothing if Tiffany Hattrish wasn't on it. Don't bite
- 31:15Speaker 1: the hand that keeps you relevant. Wow. So then TMZ
- 31:20Speaker 1: caught Cedric. They asked Cedric the entertainer about Tracy's response.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Take a listen to said no, no, no, no, he
- 31:27Speaker 1: hat and you know this, this is this is trade,

- 31:37Speaker 1: you're getting these interviews and people want to ask you
- 31:39Speaker 1: the same questions over and over again. You know that
- 31:42Speaker 1: could have been probably one of many interviews Tracy you
- 31:45Speaker 1: did that day. Keep gassing about Tiffany, Like, Yo, we're
- 31:49Speaker 1: talking about tiff Andy, we're talking about much joke right,
- 31:52Speaker 1: Oh it wasn't No, it wasn't no hate like that.
- 31:54Speaker 1: I believe. I agree, it wasn't hate. I mean, no disrespect.
- 31:58Speaker 1: But the show was a good show. If Tiffany wasn't
- 32:01Speaker 1: on the show, it would be different. But if said
- 32:04Speaker 1: wasn't on that, it'd be different. If Tracy wasn't on that,
- 32:07Speaker 1: it'd be different. You take any one of them players
- 32:10Speaker 1: off and that show changes, man, that show changes. They
- 32:13Speaker 1: are so perfectly. Oh cast Yeah, I mean man saying
- 32:19Speaker 1: it's the perfect guy for that part. So is Tiffany
- 32:22Speaker 1: and so so. No, it's not hate, man, it's not hate.
- 32:25Speaker 1: It's the one hating dude. This is his show. Yeah,
- 32:29Speaker 1: but I think little Rell probably came to Tiffany's defense
- 32:33Speaker 1: because you know, she played girlfriend on the Carmichael Show.
- 32:37Speaker 1: So no, that's cool. She's Tiffany Harris is the bomb.
- 32:42Speaker 1: The girl is the bomb. Man. I wish I had
- 32:45Speaker 1: spend more time talking to her at the Death Cham
- 32:48Speaker 1: reunion because she she was over that bomb me quite

- 40:31Speaker 1: thank you. We just did. Um. I was just honored
- 40:34Speaker 1: to be a part of a tribute for Yolanda Adams.
- 40:37Speaker 1: We were talking about thinking and I think Charlie Wilson
- 40:40Speaker 1: was honor now Rogers, Yeah, it was. It was awesome
- 40:46Speaker 1: and like real singers tributing Real City. So it was
- 40:50Speaker 1: like it was in the room. The energy in the
- 40:52Speaker 1: room was amazing. I think that's what I don't I
- 40:54Speaker 1: don't like when they do tributes and the people are
- 40:57Speaker 1: doing a tribute ain't got no bus, like the last
- 40:59Speaker 1: tribute to Press. So I want I wanted to fly
- 41:02Speaker 1: down on that last tribute to Press. The hell y'all
- 41:06Speaker 1: saying y'all can't even sing. See, that's the problem. We

- 45:13Speaker 1: of the hour. Right about four minutes after. It's today's
- 45:16Speaker 1: Strawberry letter. You don't want to miss it. But right
- 45:18Speaker 1: now the nephew is here with today's praying phone call.
- 45:22Speaker 1: You ain't no signal, You ain't no sigmas. Don't go
- 45:29Speaker 1: off on you blue five. You know this goes out
- 45:36Speaker 1: to all of y'all, all of y'all in the blue
- 45:38Speaker 1: and white. You ain't no segma. Hello, Oh, I'm trying
- 45:44Speaker 1: to reach a greg please, Yeah, this is he. How
- 45:47Speaker 1: you doing? My name is Bernard five beta sigma. I'm
- 45:50Speaker 1: over pledge relations, Uh huh, giving you a call today? Man, Um,
- 45:55Speaker 1: you attended three of you ain't m University of my
- 45:58Speaker 1: correct is right new and from my understanding, you pledged
- 46:04Speaker 1: five beta sigma and fall of ninety one. That's correct,
- 46:08Speaker 1: all right, that's the Theta chapter correct. Yes, all right.
- 46:12Speaker 1: Here's where we're having some problems here, going through the records,
- 46:15Speaker 1: going through the records. Actually looking at the records that
- 46:17Speaker 1: we have here headquarters, you're not actually an official member
- 46:22Speaker 1: of five Beta Sigmas. But if they wait a minute,
- 46:24Speaker 1: what what do you mean not a member? Looking at
- 46:26Speaker 1: our records here at national headquarters, it's indicating that you're
- 46:29Speaker 1: not an official member of five Beta Sigma. I don't
- 46:33Speaker 1: know what could have gone wrong? Now, that ain't right, man,
- 46:35Speaker 1: That ain't right, because see, depth of data is recognized nationally,
- 46:39Speaker 1: So why wouldn't I be nationally recognized. I'm not certain, sir.
- 46:42Speaker 1: Maybe it's something that took place on that that actual
- 46:45Speaker 1: line of fall one. We're actually going to have to
- 46:48Speaker 1: do some research on everything that's going on with your
- 46:50Speaker 1: line as well as the chapter. But how is that possible?
- 46:53Speaker 1: If they gave if they gave me a certificate in
- 46:55Speaker 1: the in the plaque and I got my my open,
- 46:58Speaker 1: and I mean, I'm gonna say my what do you mean? Okay?
- 47:01Speaker 1: Please understand. I want to try to clear this matter up? Yeah, yeah,
- 47:04Speaker 1: we need to do this matter. Who who else? Is
- 47:06Speaker 1: there somebody there like U oversee? Uh maybe the head
- 47:11Speaker 1: president or your branch or something I can talk to
- 47:13Speaker 1: or something. Well, I'm actually i am actually over pledged relations. Uh,
- 47:16Speaker 1: And I wanted to give you a call personally so
- 47:19Speaker 1: we can try to rectify the matter. And it's gonna
- 47:21Speaker 1: take us some time to hiring this thing out. And
- 47:23Speaker 1: you know what the problem is that I'm noticing is
- 47:26Speaker 1: that all of the people that were on your line
- 47:28Speaker 1: they are official. For some reason, Mr Gregg isn't official,
- 47:33Speaker 1: So I want to I don't understand that because I
- 47:35Speaker 1: was the line president. So how how is everybody else
- 47:39Speaker 1: able to be a sigma and not me? When I
- 47:41Speaker 1: did all the paperwork that it takes for the process
- 47:44Speaker 1: to be right. I don't understand. You know what, brother? Uh?
- 47:48Speaker 1: I can't call you brother for the fact that right
- 47:49Speaker 1: now me brother because I'm a sigma. So here's what
- 47:53Speaker 1: we're gonna have to do. Greg. We're gonna have to
- 47:55Speaker 1: get you to first of all, if you're dealing with
- 47:57Speaker 1: anybody alumni wise, where I that you don't go to
- 48:00Speaker 1: any meetings right now. We're also asking that you don't
- 48:04Speaker 1: wear any five beta sigma peral. Now at this point,
- 48:08Speaker 1: we want to make sure and get clarity that you
- 48:10Speaker 1: are definitely a brother. Man. Man, I am definitely a brother.
- 48:14Speaker 1: Do you know what I had to go through to
- 48:16Speaker 1: get where I am today, to be a signal all
- 48:19Speaker 1: the do y'all, y'all took y'all dudes whatever to that.
- 48:22Speaker 1: If you're taking my dudes, you should be able to
- 48:24Speaker 1: tell me yo. Man um, we got this going on.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Certain things are going on with your line. We need
- 48:29Speaker 1: to we need to check you. You took our money.
- 48:31Speaker 1: That's the thing. I'm seeing checks that have gone through
- 48:34Speaker 1: for other people on that line. I don't see, man,
- 48:36Speaker 1: And to this day, I'm like a lifetime member. So
- 48:39Speaker 1: what the hell are you talking about? I have no
- 48:41Speaker 1: records indicating that your lifetime. Remember, That's what I'm saying.
- 48:43Speaker 1: So we dog, somebody needs to tell me something today.
- 48:48Speaker 1: We're gonna try to get to the end of this
- 48:50Speaker 1: by the end of the week. It's gonna take no no, no,
- 48:51Speaker 1: but no, but no, but no. You're not understanding what
- 48:53Speaker 1: I'm saying, man, because I'm a sigma to the heart. Dude.
- 48:56Speaker 1: You know what I'm talking about. Y'all playing with my
- 48:58Speaker 1: heart right now? Man, Ain't nobody feel who that and
- 49:00Speaker 1: get away with? I don't know what going on. You know,
- 49:02Speaker 1: here's what we can do. We can bring you back
- 49:05Speaker 1: in and do another pledging process, pledge, did you understand
- 49:09Speaker 1: what you just said to me? No, man, that that
- 49:11Speaker 1: ain't happen. Dog, I'm been through this already. Man, I'm
- 49:13Speaker 1: not pledging. I'm not signing my name on nothing else
- 49:17Speaker 1: because I have pledged. I'm not doing it. I need
- 49:20Speaker 1: to get somebody on the phone that can answer my question.
- 49:22Speaker 1: I want to know what's going on, okay right now?
- 49:24Speaker 1: And and I understand you know the disbelief of what's
- 49:27Speaker 1: going on. I really do you honestly don't your brother, brother,
- 49:32Speaker 1: We're gonna try to what year did you go across?
- 49:34Speaker 1: Did you walk the fans? Let me tell me what's
- 49:36Speaker 1: going on? Brother. I'm fall eighty nine, brother. And now
- 49:40Speaker 1: what we're gonna have to do right now is, first
- 49:42Speaker 1: of all, no paraphernelia. You're trying to see me that
- 49:47Speaker 1: I can't well what's nearest and dearest to my heart,
- 49:50Speaker 1: next to my wife and my child. You're telling me
- 49:52Speaker 1: that I can't go around and proclaim what I am.
- 49:54Speaker 1: That's like telling me I can't be black. What the
- 49:56Speaker 1: hell is you're saying? And another thing we're going to
- 49:58Speaker 1: get you to do. Understand you have of a brand,
- 50:00Speaker 1: a Sigma brand, that's how I have to come off
- 50:03Speaker 1: until we until we get this second care of what
- 50:07Speaker 1: and then you talk about them medical procedure. What are
- 50:10Speaker 1: you saying? So we cannot allow you to wear a
- 50:13Speaker 1: brand representing five Beta Sigma when right now you are not.
- 50:16Speaker 1: You can't in a lot that that brand. Me was
- 50:19Speaker 1: allowed to put the brand on me. Now I can't
- 50:21Speaker 1: be allowed to wear something I've been wearing for almost
- 50:24Speaker 1: fifteen years? Are you crazy? Come on, man, that's some crazy.
- 50:28Speaker 1: So we gotta get you to take your care of
- 50:30Speaker 1: me and all of this. What the hell a yat man?
- 50:35Speaker 1: This is some look here, brother, but not what Bernard?
- 50:38Speaker 1: Is that? What your name is? You need to get
- 50:40Speaker 1: somebody on this minute. That's all right, I know the
- 50:43Speaker 1: president still how about that? I will just call in
- 50:48Speaker 1: and I'll figured out my bill. Right now, we need
- 50:51Speaker 1: you to take the brand off off you come take
- 50:55Speaker 1: the brand off of me. And you wanted that bad,
- 50:57Speaker 1: come get it. That's what you do. You are not
- 51:00Speaker 1: a member of five Beta Sick. I'm done give up
- 51:03Speaker 1: you talking about dog. I am a member. If you
- 51:06Speaker 1: want something over here, howland your boy, that's what you do.
- 51:09Speaker 1: You're bad? Come do it. So I'm telling you, for
- 51:12Speaker 1: the final time, do not wear any paraphern Noel Keith couldn't.
- 51:15Speaker 1: Don't want to hear that talking about no final. Let
- 51:18Speaker 1: me tell you what's final. I am a five beta
- 51:21Speaker 1: sigma to the hard boo. Damn sir. All I'm telling
- 51:25Speaker 1: you is no more shirts and and cover that brand
- 51:28Speaker 1: up until we're here. Man, I'm gonna wear everything. I
- 51:31Speaker 1: got a hat, I'm ahead of a matter of fact,
- 51:33Speaker 1: I gonna weary just to get on yogas. You're gonna praying,
- 51:39Speaker 1: covering up until we figured out. If you are covering up,
- 51:42Speaker 1: you come get it and tell you better get away
- 51:45Speaker 1: from me what I'm talking about. Don't want that. Put
- 51:48Speaker 1: that brand up, and don't you no shirts, no money?
- 51:51Speaker 1: Me tell you something I ain't covering. Come do it
- 51:53Speaker 1: if you want it. I gotta want my right. I
- 51:55Speaker 1: give han Maybe this is blue fire. You don't want none.
- 51:58Speaker 1: You don't want none. This is the man. I don't
- 52:01Speaker 1: know what one more thing I need to say to you.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Are you what you got to say? You ain't getting this.
- 52:07Speaker 1: This is nephew Timmy from the Steve Harby Morning Show.
- 52:10Speaker 1: You just got pranked by your boy. Hello boy, y'all
- 52:18Speaker 1: had me ready to kill my man. Y'all boy, One

- 52:37Speaker 1: got I got to prove, man, I tell you when
- 52:41Speaker 1: I crossed out? What are you talking about? Man? We
- 52:43Speaker 1: want you to take your brain off until we get
- 52:45Speaker 1: this understood. Brandy. Yeah, yeah, we're talking about surgery. That's
- 52:51Speaker 1: what we're talking of. Just dude with something I tell
- 52:55Speaker 1: you any day? Who is it? Sex? Blue fat? My
- 53:03Speaker 1: brother just getting closer? All right? Thank you, nephew, thank you,
- 53:09Speaker 1: thank you, thank you. Janet Jackson in the news called
- 53:14Speaker 1: the cops to check on her side. I saw the story.
- 53:16Speaker 1: I couldn't stop laughing. It was over the weekend. Not
- 53:19Speaker 1: because of the story. It's just Janet on the other year.
- 53:22Speaker 1: Ye Hi, hello, police department. I'm talking to Jane Jackson.
- 53:34Speaker 1: I am loud anyway. She got the police over the
- 53:39Speaker 1: weekend on her one year old son, who was with
- 53:41Speaker 1: his father. Police say Janet called late Saturday night and
- 53:45Speaker 1: asked them to do a welfare check on her son,
- 53:47Speaker 1: who was staying with her estranged husband. Officers paid them
- 53:51Speaker 1: a visit but found out that no one was in danger.
- 53:54Speaker 1: It is not clear why Janet was concerned, but police
- 53:57Speaker 1: told both parties to work it out peacefully, and it
- 54:00Speaker 1: and her husband, of course, are separated and pursuing a divorce.
- 54:04Speaker 1: All right, we come. When we come back to Strawberry letters,
- 54:09Speaker 1: you don't want to miss it. They're so stupid. He
- 54:12Speaker 1: doesn't need regular people. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 54:18Speaker 1: Morning Show right now. It is time for today's Strawberry Letter.
- 54:22Speaker 1: And if you need advice on relationships, on dating, work, sex, parenting,
- 54:26Speaker 1: and more, submit your Strawberry letter to Steve Harvey f
- 54:29Speaker 1: M dot com and click submit Strawberry Letters. That's simple, right, Steve,
- 54:35Speaker 1: you know it? Oh what you keep asking me? Fault?
- 54:39Speaker 1: That's the most important announcement I make. Man send us
- 54:43Speaker 1: your strawberry letter. Buckle up, hold on tight. We got
- 54:46Speaker 1: it for you. Here. It is the straw Very letter.
- 54:49Speaker 1: Subject I can't get back in bed with him. Subject,
- 54:55Speaker 1: I can't get back in bed with him. Here, Steven Shirley,
- 54:59Speaker 1: I am dating a man that I considered to be
- 55:01Speaker 1: my soul mate. We have a long distance relationship, but
- 55:05Speaker 1: we see each other often. He always comes to visit me,
- 55:09Speaker 1: and I would always make sure that my house was clean.
- 55:12Speaker 1: I would go out of my way to impress him.
- 55:14Speaker 1: This past weekend, I went to visit him for the
- 55:17Speaker 1: first time. After driving for four hours, I got to
- 55:21Speaker 1: his house and I was immediately shocked and disappointed by
- 55:26Speaker 1: what I saw. His house was absolutely filthy. Before I
- 55:32Speaker 1: could even hug him, I couldn't help but blurt out,
- 55:35Speaker 1: I thought, you're cleaned up. We went back and forth
- 55:38Speaker 1: on what he thought was clean and what my interpretation
- 55:41Speaker 1: of clean was. I decided to do the cleaning myself,
- 55:45Speaker 1: and he agreed to help me. My first priority was
- 55:48Speaker 1: to clean the bedroom where I'd be sleeping. I started
- 55:52Speaker 1: with the bed to put clean sheets on it. As
- 55:55Speaker 1: I pulled back the covers, I discovered a huge piece
- 55:59Speaker 1: stain on his mattress. I almost got sick from the
- 56:03Speaker 1: site and smell of it. I called him into the bedroom,
- 56:07Speaker 1: and he got defensive and has the nerve to say
- 56:10Speaker 1: I was doing too much. He said that his sheets
- 56:13Speaker 1: were already clean and it was an old stain on
- 56:16Speaker 1: the mattress. I could not believe that this fine, handsome,
- 56:20Speaker 1: well spoken man wet his bed. I was devastated and
- 56:25Speaker 1: turned off. As tired as I was, I got back
- 56:30Speaker 1: in my car. All right, listen, guys. As tired as
- 56:34Speaker 1: I was, I got back in my car and drove
- 56:36Speaker 1: for another four hours back to my own house. We
- 56:40Speaker 1: talked on the phone, but I can tell he's still embarrassed.
- 56:44Speaker 1: I don't think we can get past this. If it's
- 56:46Speaker 1: a medical issue, then I can be supportive and help
- 56:48Speaker 1: him through it, but he will not talk about it
- 56:51Speaker 1: with me. He's really the best man I've met in years.
- 56:54Speaker 1: Please help me. What should I do? Well? How nice
- 56:58Speaker 1: of you to drive all that way and just you know,
- 57:01Speaker 1: get right and dive right in into cleaning and everything. Um,
- 57:05Speaker 1: oh my god, this would really be a deal breaker
- 57:08Speaker 1: for me. Um. I don't think this guy is your
- 57:11Speaker 1: soul mate. UM. I think you have to have more
- 57:14Speaker 1: in common and and let's just start with the basics here. Um.
- 57:18Speaker 1: You know, you gotta be clean, you gotta have some
- 57:20Speaker 1: good hygiene. That is just the basic requirement in a relationship.
- 57:24Speaker 1: I mean, the question to me, though, is this urination situation? What? Yeah,
- 57:31Speaker 1: what's going on here? I mean, is this a medical
- 57:34Speaker 1: like incontinent problem or is he just lazy and and
- 57:38Speaker 1: just doesn't get up to go. You didn't make that
- 57:40Speaker 1: clear in the letter. Um. He didn't seem to be
- 57:43Speaker 1: bothered by it though when you pointed it out. If
- 57:45Speaker 1: it is medical, he needs to see a doctor immediately.
- 57:49Speaker 1: This can't go on in a grown man wetting the bed.
- 57:52Speaker 1: You gotta go see a doctor. Uh, and get this
- 57:55Speaker 1: situation taken care of, I say, um, try and talk
- 57:59Speaker 1: to him again about it, you know, not in a
- 58:02Speaker 1: nagging kind of way or anything, but in an adult, loving,
- 58:05Speaker 1: caring and concerned way. If he still doesn't want to
- 58:09Speaker 1: talk to you about it, you might have to walk
- 58:10Speaker 1: and leave him alone. Um. And it's unfortunate because you
- 58:14Speaker 1: you think this guy's your soul mate and you really
- 58:16Speaker 1: like this guy. Steve, I must jump right on this letter.
- 58:21Speaker 1: I disagree, Shirley. This could be her sal sold mate.
- 58:25Speaker 1: You're soul making have problems and issues. People complete each other. Now,
- 58:30Speaker 1: this woman had been dating his man. He's absolutely wonderful,
- 58:33Speaker 1: Everything is going perfect. He's always comes to the house.
- 58:35Speaker 1: In her house is spotless. She goes to his house,
- 58:38Speaker 1: his house trife. I know that's surprised. Filthy, you know, filthy,
- 58:42Speaker 1: you know he don't clean, don't clean up. I don't know.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Not every man I know is a germophobic like you
- 58:50Speaker 1: know who. A lot of men are not that neat.
- 58:55Speaker 1: You know, I like having a nique clean house, but
- 58:59Speaker 1: I have a tennis You that throw some stuff down
- 59:01Speaker 1: and I lest some dishes stack up. It don't bother me.
- 59:04Speaker 1: It bothers my wife that dishes and stacked though. It
- 59:07Speaker 1: bothered my wife that out and threw something in the flow.
- 59:10Speaker 1: Now we don't we were not. We haven't got to
- 59:13Speaker 1: that yet. That's your style of comedy is a little
- 59:16Speaker 1: bit more aggressive than forward. Just allowed to it now.
- 59:19Speaker 1: I just want him to allow me to get to
- 59:21Speaker 1: it as I don't know. I don't be in his
- 59:23Speaker 1: pluck ass pranks they punk as Yeah, there is now
- 59:31Speaker 1: back to the letter, you know, to get his ass
- 59:33Speaker 1: out of it. Ship. Okay, talk to him. I don't
- 59:38Speaker 1: say nothing doing them praying ever interrupted. One ain't never
- 59:41Speaker 1: jumped on. Hey me too, say something about me too.
- 59:46Speaker 1: That was he don't clean. That's not big of a deal.
- 59:53Speaker 1: You can help him clean. You did it yourself. Here
- 59:57Speaker 1: the problem you pulled back to covers and it was
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: some p in the bed. Now here wasn't wrong. When
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: you pulled back. You didn't say how old he was.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: But listen to me, I Pete is different from baby Pete.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: This p is strong, mon you need it. It's got
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: things in it. It's got pot lookal in it. Penicilla, college,
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: green juice, hennessy all listens in there. Yeah, insolantly. He
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: could be died better instantly. It's all listens in that urine. Now,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: if it's been under that quilt and you open it up,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: it's gonna be shocking. And you can't have a soul
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: made with a weak bladder. Now here's the problem. You
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: got back in your car and you roll back to
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: four hours. You was disgusted and hurt that he didn't
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: think enough about you to clean up before you came.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: He thought he cleaned up, but he didn't forgot. See,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: he'd been messy and junkie so long he forgot. He
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: forgot all about the piece that he thought it was
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: gonna dry. He thought he'd be dry by Now I'm
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: just telling you what he thought he figured about time.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: Y'all getting the better to be there, and then you
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: ain't gonna notice that he don't know he that he's
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: dating a bloodhound. God that you're gonna smell it? What
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: is that? So now you got you got a lot
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: backed up on it. This relationship is salvageable, and I
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: will tell you when we come back how you can
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: go about the business of salvaging this relationship, because I
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: don't know that you should throw a good man away
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: because he has possibly a medical condition that requires the
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: right help, and we can get somebody clean dad house.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: You said that she can be supportive and help him
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: through it. All right, We'll have part two of Steve's
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: response coming up at twenty three after the hour. I
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: can't get back in bed with him. That's the subject
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Okay, the new season of
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: Fox's hit singing competition, The four hasn't even started yet,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: and I'm sweating. I mean, imagine having to impress Ditty
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: Megan Trainer and DJ Khalid in epic battles to score
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: a seat, and then there's the prize. The winner gets
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: the panel to guide their career and they become I
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: Heart Radios on the Verge artist. No pressure or anything, right,
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: don't miss a minute of TV's most unpredictable singing competition,
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: The four Battle for Stardom hosted by Fergie, season premiere
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: tonight on Fox. All right, Steve, come on, let's get
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: to part two of your response to today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: I can't get back in bed with him. And the
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: reason she can't get back in bear with because she
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: didn't went to this man's house. He's been coming over
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: there all the time. She drove for out. The man
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: house filthy is trifling. She helped him clean up, and
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: then she go in the bedroom and pulled back the sheets.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: She trying to clean the sheep, but it got a
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: big peace stain on him, and it was strong now.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: She said, the man pee in the bed, that the
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: seats was already clean. He said, and that's the old stain,
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: that stain I had pet on that last week. That's
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: not fresh. You're trippling fault. She couldn't believe this was fine, handsome,
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: well spoken man wets the bed. I devastated. As tired
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: as I was, I got back in my drove back
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: another four hours back to my own house, and then
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: we talked on the phone. But I can tell he's
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: still in barrassed. I don't think we can get past this.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: If it's a medical issue, then I can be supportive
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: and help him get through it. But he would not
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: talk to me about it. With me, he's really the
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: best man I've met in years. Please help me. What
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: should I do? You gotta get through to him. You
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: gotta get him comfortable talking about what's wrong. Look, I
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: love you. I think we have something and I'm willing
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: to help you and share. We share your life, but
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: I need you to be open and honest with me.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: Tell me what's going on so I can help you
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: with it. Because if you pee on me, see that's
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: the real problem. What she's scared to be laying up there,
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: and then if you pee on her that apple tell
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: you right now that that's gonna cause a breakup. They
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: don't like that though. They don't like that. Now, if
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: you got to be in the bed with it depends on.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: That's gonna cut down on the sexy. It's gonna be
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: cutting down. You're all snuggle all of them. You got
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: the damn the apple hole because you're black. Ain't with
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: for damn it's just over here with a hole in it.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: You're just peeing on people. You're just in here. We're
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: just talking all of a sudden, All of a sudden,
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: the bed get warm, and we just can't be doing it.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: We up just watching TV. We got the we're sitting
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: up on the headboard. We're watching TV in the bad.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: We got the bowl of popcorn tween our legs. Now,
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: all of a sudden, your hot real popcorn, extra butter.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: The hell is going on? Hill? Why is your popcorn
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: hot and soggy? And why didn't you tell me you
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: were sitting over that peel? He didn't want to talk
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: about it. I could have got up and got out
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: your weight. He doesn't want to talk about sit your
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: ass up in here and just peeing in this bad
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: The bathroom is right there. Let me get him. County
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: tail steps in. You in the bathroom to set your
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: lagers and ass up here and pete again. They're not
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: gonna make it, but you gotta find a way to
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: help him. There's a couple of solutions. I don't know
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: how old is. I don't know if they're eighty or
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: the forty, and later wrote and that I don't know.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: We're gonna have to get a cafite or something on
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: this board so you can just pee onto the pay
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: all that's on the floor. I don't know what it is.
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: I don't know how old they are. But she drove
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: for hours, so she eighty. I don't know. No eighty
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: old person can drive for a while without nod. I'm
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: gonna say for I think you have something there when
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: you say forties. Well, she got her own house and
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: he got his old house, so they both accomplished something.
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: She took that long draft. Now we've had a story
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: similar to this, That lady that was going to astronaut
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: lady then put that astronaut suit on and drove nine
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: hundred miles and just peet on herself in an astronautsu
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: got our head on everything but the helmet on. Just driving,
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: driving and peer stopping getting gas and pee and didn't
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: even get out. Give me eight dollars, I can make it. Well,
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: we I think you should say, Look, I love you,
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: I want to stay with you, but if you don't
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: share with me what's going on, I can't help you.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: And if you won't allow me to help you, that's
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: gonna cancel our relationship. You're the best man I've met
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: in a long time, and I believe I'm the best
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: woman you've met in a long time. As a matter
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: of fact, I don't think there's another woman living that's
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: gonna crawl up in that Field's bad. Not if you're
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: gonna be in that pin on you. That's what I said,
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: ask you something. This is some kids somewhere that I
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: don't know nothing. She didn't mention kids. Well, I'm just
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: asking because maybe the baby will pet in the bed.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: But I can tell you right now that ain't baby.
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: You got that grown man as you and when you
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: peel back the home. Yeah, she said she almost got
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: sick from the sight and smell of it, strong yellow,
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: and then when she called him to the bathroom, he
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: got defensive. It was his. Yeah. I was down at
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: Venice Beach one time years ago, and I was trying
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: to help this homes dude that I saw him. We
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: rummage you through the waist camps. So I bought him
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: two sandwiches and gave him to me. But when he
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: came over to get him from me, that boy was
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: so strong. Good lord, good lord, I did. I gave
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: him two hundred dollars and him you could back up now, man,
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: it's on you. And then the wind was coming off
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: the ocean because we were down at Venice Beach. There
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: was nothing the smell of cotton candor. Nothing was high
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: in this hill. Okay, I'm talking about gifted. We really
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: understand you're standing. They had the duct tape shoes on
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: two and they had got hot on that ashphone. You
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: please tell me, get you what he had. But it
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: was thinking too him. He had the air conditioning that
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: wrapped up in the top. I'm trying to figure out
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: where he was gonna plug his alpack. But lord, no,
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: you can't be staying in front of this a when
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: you cut it on that much. I do know. What
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: you cannot do is bloat. You can't plug that air
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: condition up this in that grocery car and stand in
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: front of it and shift that wind towards people. We
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: gotta go when you go ahead and go. But I'm
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: just tetting us. That's how I smelled that before, and
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: that's how I noticed a baby. All right, Listen, you
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: can email us or instagram what's your thoughts on today's

- 1:10:14Speaker 1: we just heard the single. The single is Leaving Smoking.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Now listen, everybody, I'm gonna ask you again, y'all, because
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: just it don't take much to just take somebody to
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: the top of the chart. Were the nation Steve Harvey Nation.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: Let's go right now to iTunes. Downloaded. It's just a
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: single leaving Smoking with ninety nine cent dollar something like that,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: and they don't know what it is. It ain't nothing.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: Put your little fing on something doing right now because
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: I know how to you see now I've got my
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: things to just touch it with my friends. Yeah see
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: I didn't if you you know counts. Yeah, downloaded the
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: smoking Hey not. The album's passed like fire. Like I said,
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: it's coming out this fall. But we got the single
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: right now. Everybody could leave it smoking. We just heard
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: it also in the studio with her as her husband.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: Her husband, it's my dude. You understand I knew his
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: daddy for right there. Came to the Browns, the Cowboys. Yeah, man,
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: I was all that man and he's he's he's a
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: great Uh was a great basketball player. He's out a duke,
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: wasn't you? Oh boy, dude? People when people ask when
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: you come on, damn dude and you just lose one
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: day next somebody else. Yeah, and he's one of the
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: top sports casts out to please walk to the show
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: Grant Hill, Great, congratulations, man, you really made a career
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: for yourself man as a sports commentator. Man, one of
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: the best ones to I appreciate it coming from you.
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: Appreciate that, man. I appreciate that it's going to the
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: Hall of Fame and this horn. You know how good
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: you got to be to get in the Hall of Fame.
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: Any damn basketball man? How does how does that feel
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: for your mad Because you know what, it feels great.
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: It's not one of those things I think you think
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: about during your career, you know, you just but then
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: once you're done and you reflect on it and you're like, man,
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: hopefully that that'll happen. And for me, I had you know,
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: I had a lot of injuries. So I had a
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: good first part of my career and it's kind of
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: tough part. And so to still go in you know,
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: first ballot to going with like Jason Kidd, Steve Nash,
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: Ray Allen, contemporaries of mine. It's it's pretty, it's it's great. Yeah,
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: but you had some injuries, but you played enough. Though. Man,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: let me tell you something. This boy could get off
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: the ground. You know what's crazy is that, Like when
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: I was younger, you just look at the rim and
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: just for no reason, you'd go up there and kind
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: of put your elbow by the ram. And now I
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: look at it, I'm like, man, that thinks so high,
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: Like wow, I wish I could go up there. It
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: right now. So when you're young, you just you know,
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: just jumping for no reason. Man, I could get up there.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: I'm just worried about landing. Okay, let's get to it.
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: Can not. A better question might be can they win
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: a game? And I'm not trying to be I just
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: that's that's my concern. I was at Games one and two,
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: and I think they had an opportunity that was the
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: game to steal and they didn't come through down to
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: stretch it. You help, Uh, you know they can. They
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: can come out and win game three, but they're gonna
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: have to be locked in. Lebron is gonna have to
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: put up big numbers. He's gonna need some help. Are
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: you playing favorites to light Skiing right now? I mean,
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: you know, I could, I could kind to go either way,
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying three days in the sun now,
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: But I mean it's you know, yeah, I mean I
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: guess right now, light Skin is kind of winning. They
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: you know, there's just too many weapons, too many weapons,
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: and it's unfortunate because Lebron is doing something that we
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: really haven't seen. I think just the fact that he
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: has taking this team to the finals, because this is
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: probably the least talented team and he's had that's going
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: to the finals. Maybe that first one he had back
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: in two thousand and seven that wasn't a great team
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: around him. But you know, this is when you miss
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: a Kyrie irvit. But when the team he picked, oh
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: he put the team together. Yeah, a lot of these
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: guys are still at because they really are. He didn't
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: want to lose you know nothing that's not true that
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: I'm telling the truth. I'm telling the truth. I mean
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: some of those guys. Because he couldn't get along with
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: some of the people. He put this thing together. The
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: thing is with the car. I never quite understood the
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: Kyrie Irvan thing. He wanted out, but he was still
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: under contract, so Cleveland did not have to trade him.
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: And I think that's where Lebron was upset, like, Okay,
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: the guy wants out, but you he's still under contract
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: for a few more years. So they went ahead and
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: honored his request and got rid of him and moved
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: him to Boston. And that has changed things. And now
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: and then we got that little, this little maud tempered
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: ass boy. You're a little bad. You won't nobody ain't
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: the only one ain't playing defense. He ain't bring We
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: bring everybody in here to play defense. Let me ask
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: you this, if they lose, does he stay in Cleveland? No?
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: Do you think he he won't stay. I'm from Cleveland.
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: I'm a Cleveland boy. He owes Cleveland nothing. Jr. Jr.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: Gonna be lucky school. He absolutely owes Cleveland nothing. And
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: Cleveland won't be mad if he would leave and then
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: you know, you know, they're gonna be mad. The hood
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: gonna be all right with the suburban boys because he's
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: a trader again. They're gonna go back to burning jerseys
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: and everything like they did before because they're idiots. But
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: the Hood catch the real dudes that know the game,
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: that understand. We're gonna let him walk because we're cheering
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: for me. He gave us one time. He can't just
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: stay here and just watch us throw this damn ball
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: out of bouncing. Y'all get a rebind and runners ass
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: down to the other side of the float. He didn't
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: went past me. I'll the sucker punch of jay'all, y'all
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: to me, A passion like the album. Yeah, Hey guys, look,
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: we really appreciate y'all stopping buying everything. Man, Thank you

- 1:17:04Speaker 1: what that means. All right, thank you all. Hey, We'll
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: be back with mar Steve Roblamon on the show. Right
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: Just three years ago, teens rated Facebook as their favorite
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: social media platform. Now this was just three years ago,
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: but according to Pure Researchers new teen Social Media and
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: Technology survey, the Facebook love has dwindled a bit. Okay,
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: my hot times change right. Here's the social platforms teams
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: say they use most this year in two thousand eighteen,
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: number one YouTube, Number two is Instagram, number three Snapchat,
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: with number four Facebook holding on sense. That's what old people.
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: That twin number five, I'm on that Twitter boy, And
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: if you Naine is something, you still got MySpace? I
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: forgot about my space. But number five is Twitter with
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: thirty two percent. Remember the phrase hit me on the hip,
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: that that page, Remember the two way hit me on
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: the hip. I never went never. You never had a page.
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: You don't have a page. I didn't have page. You
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: can change your whole attitude page. Not only that, remember
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: the people who had businesses, I mean the page of
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: stores that were just me women. Yeah. I didn't like people. Yeah,
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: I didn't like any of that. And that's why I
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: said the two ways. Yeah, they were real. I didn't
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: have a two way that was that was Cadillac. That
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: was a Cadillac A page. It was a big time
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: with that. But you know what else people out there
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: with fliplones, flip phones. I saw dude pull out the phone.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: He pulled it out like he was shame he had it.
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. You can't get busted with
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: a flip bulletproof and it really is that when you
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: close it, it's off pictures on it. So are you
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: trying to tell us you have a flip phone? Tommy,
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: you think he could even get it out? Stutters. If
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: you're gonna be flipping around, you need a flip phone.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: All right, Well, listen to this guy's from teens to adults.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: Here we go, America's got talent. Judge Sam Simon Cowell
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: hasn't used his cell phone for the past ten months. Okay.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: Cowell says the difference it made was that I became
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: more are of the people around me and way more focused.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: It has been so good for my mental health. It's
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: a very strange experience, but it is really good for
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: you and it has absolutely made me happier. It's the
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: one thing you'll go back to the house floor. Damn phone.
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: I think I lost my cell phone for a couple
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: of days or something. Yeah, you feel lost at first
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: at first, and it's free, and then it's yes, thank
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: you that it's the exact word, Carlotte. It's very free.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: You don't even know, but it's like you're not I'll
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: tell you what you remember. You guys, when I was
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: telling everybody that my Instagram page, so I decided to
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: take a break from social media that that weekend. And
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: do you know how cool I felt? Yes? Yeah, for
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: those four days, I was like looking at my phone
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: every five minute. And you're more present, you're more moment.
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: When you go to bed, you feel yourself like if
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: your phone is downstairs and I'm safe, just like I
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: got you. I don't really need you don't need it,
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: don't need it, so and it makes you if you're
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: in a conversation, you're engaging. You you're actually listening to
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: what the other person says and not checking your phone
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: every two seconds. So it's very free. But at first
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: you're in a panic. Yeah, you really are, you really are.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: It's crisis mode. The problem for me is I don't
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: know about his number. Yeah, and you know what that's you.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah, you gotta know, like I should
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: know my husband's now. You know, if you don't know,
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: you gotta know it a chest you're sed to that.
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: I don't know. I know I know my husband's number, surely,
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: but I don't know his work sale number. All right,
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: I know his regular person. Happened to me call my son?
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: What's his number? Numb his son in the contact. That's
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: so weird. Yeah. Yeah, we're so connected to our phones nowadays.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: Like I can't go without, man, I mean you go
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: go ahead. No, I was just gonna say, Simon Cole
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: went ten months. That's a long time, but he's a year.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: He said. It absolutely made him happier. Absolutely, and it's
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: good for his mental health. Just go out and watch
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: people talking. Everybody is looking at their phone. They're not
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: even talking to each other. And the place I hated
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: the most is at dinner. Oh yeah, you gotta put
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: your phone down, you got it, when you're out eating,
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: put your phone. One off your phone. If I'm paying,
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: damn it. But oh that's a whole different thing. Well,
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: of course, something on the phone. Some things don't have
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: to be said of I'm paying you to pay attention.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: Of course, I'm tell you how bad I gotta have mine.
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: I lost my phone one time. I look forward for
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: about an hour and a half. Yeah, I left and
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: went to the store, got another phone, and had my
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: stuff from the cloud all ready downloaded in my phone
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: in the next two and a half hour. By the
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: time I got back home, they have found my dad.
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: What is going on in your Life's connected? I got
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: some stuff in the phone. Nobody can find my phone. Oh.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: I just sent a cartoon the other day with guys
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: getting in the casket and you see him getting out
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: and said, I forgot my phone. That's how you suppose
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: to leave with your phone in your hand man. That
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: is so crazy. Yeah, I love it. I love it.
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: You gotta take a break tone? Yeah, like we say
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: panic mode it first, but after that, you know, it's
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: very free. You don't even think about it anymore. Okay, So,
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: like like when I go on vacations, should I just
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: like turn it completely off and just let it go
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: for a day, a couple of days. If you're with
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: your whole family, Yeah, if you're with your whole family,
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: I mean when you have kids, you know, what's the
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: hard part? Though that's hard to do. You want to
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: take pictures, you need to use your phone. You know,
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: it's kind of like take a cat in there. Remember
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: that camera. All right? Coming up in twenty minutes, we'll

- 1:25:32Speaker 1: this is something that I am doing. What are you
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: laughing about, Jake? She says. Sierra says, this is something
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: that I'm doing as an investor, a business partner, and entrepreneur.
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: I am thrilled at the opportunity to be one of
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: the only, one of only a few, I should say,
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: African American women who have ownership and an MLB franchise.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: So that's good, that girl my word. Yes, you know what.
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: They are a powerful couple. I love them, Russell and Sierra.

- 1:26:37Speaker 1: here here. He got that nickname on our show. Yeah,
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: he gave me that, But I'm really not bitter. You know,
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: you're you're full of fun, big old ball of love,
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: and you know what, let's keep the sports talk coming. Okay,
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: you guys heard about this with Serena Williamson. Yeah. An interviewer, well, okay,
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: an interviewer who asked Serena Williams if she was intimidated
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: by Maria Sharapova's supermodel looks is forced to apologize after
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: social media backlash. That is the headline. Are you freaking
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: kidding me? What's wrong with these reporters? Out of hand? Yeah?
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: A sports journalist, like I said, has been forced to
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: apologize after asking Serena if she was intimidated by Maria
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: Sharapova's good looks ahead of their French Open showdown on Monday.
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: He's trying to get into her head or something. Somebody
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: her as so many time may yet why would yeah?
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: So listen to his name. His name is Bill Simons.
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: He's of Insight Tennis magazine. He was branded sexist by
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: fans after calling uh uh a US athlete baby and
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: asking whether she was intimidated by her opponents, alluring z
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: after calling serena baby what anyway. The interview took place
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: in Paris on Saturday. It sparked a storm on social
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: media as fans just simply objected to his third line
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: of questioning, Okay, disrespectful, don't disrespectful. Go to Steve Harvey
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: FM dot com and let us know what you think
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: about this. Okay, you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Uh.
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: During an interview to promote his hit TV show, The
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: Last o G, Tracy Morgan was asked how he felt
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: about Tiffany Hattrish's career blowing up. Take a listen to
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: Tracy's response, how has it been washing Tiffany Harish blow up?
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: And did you know her? We're not gonna go there.
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: Why because Tiffany is not the only one that's not
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: Tiffany show? Tracey, this is The Last o G. So
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: you want if you wanna ask that about Tiffany, ex
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: out about Sedrick and that exts out about craft services.
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: Everyone to come to work every day on that show.
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: We're not gonna go there. Okay, let's not go there.
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: Let's talk about craft services, all right, But I love
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: that show though the last comedian Little Rell tweeted, this
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: one is hating. This is one hating blank dude right here,
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: That show would be nothing if Tiffany Hattish wasn't on it.
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: Don't bite the hand that keeps you relevant. Wow. So
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: then TMZ caught Cedric. They asked Cedric the entertainer about
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: Tracy's response. Take a listen to said no, no, no, no,
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: he hating. You know this, this is this is trade,
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: this is Tracy has come back, man. You know he's
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: been no, He've been working on this show a long time.
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: You do an interview Tiffty is hot, and you know
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: you're getting these interviews and people want to ask you
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: the same questions over and over again. You know that
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: could have been probably one of many interviews Tracy you
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: did that day. Keep asking about Tiffany, like, yo, we're
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: talking about Tiffy. We're talking about much joke right, Oh,
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: it wouldn't know. It wasn't no hate like that. I believe.
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: I agree it wasn't hate. I mean, no disrespect. But
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: the show was a good show. If Tiffany wasn't on
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: the show, it would be different. But if said wasn't
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: on that it'd be different. If Tracy wasn't on that
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: it'd be different. You take any one of them players off,
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: and that show changes, man, that show changes. They are
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: so perfectly oh cast. Yeah, I mean man said, it's
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: the perfect guy for that part. So is Tiffany, and
- 1:30:21Speaker 1: so it's so No, it's not hate man, it's not he.
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: It's the one hating dude. This is his show. Yeah.
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: But I think little Rell probably came to Tiffany's defense
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: because you know, she played his girlfriend on the Carmichael Show.
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: So no, that's cool. She's Tiffany Harris is the bomb.
- 1:30:41Speaker 1: The girl is the bomb. Man. I wish I had
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: spent more time talking to her at the Death Cham
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: reunion because she she was over that bomb me quite
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: a few times. I wish I had spent more time
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: talking to him. Man, But people, oh yes, that's really
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: sweet with the green hand us his name. We need
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: to do with degree. This drunk ass comedian just up
- 1:31:08Speaker 1: in my face the whole time at the damn mediunion.
- 1:31:16Speaker 1: This is why I used to he was so damn
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: drunk man. He just made the reunion just rough for me.
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: I just wanted him going. I'll tell you all day.
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: Oh Okay, one of those. Yeah, but if you get
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: a chance, please you check my joke. What joke? Don't
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: do it? Ain't just stand up in six years? Well?
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: When when was the joke? Toe? When did he do
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: the nineteen six and he still want to do that?
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: Joe Bra Bra If you're doing a joke from nineteen
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: ninety six, you got problems on me and I spirit
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: just a whole damn day talking to this drunk all right,
- 1:32:04Speaker 1: Steve coming up closing remarks. You're listening to all right?
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: Here we are at the final break of the day.
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: With just one more thing. Steve's closing remarks, What do
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: you have for us? Say? What do you have for
- 1:32:18Speaker 1: us today? Sir? Your wisdom drop it? Okay? Uh, Today
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: I thought I'd talked to you about something with a
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: with a little bit different angle to it. Uh, it's
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: gonna be positive. But I want to talk to you
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: about something that many people consider negative. I want to
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: talk to you today about disappointment because I think that
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: we all have to grapple with disappointment from time to time. Uh.
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: The problem with disappointment is that disappointment also if you
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: don't understand it, just appointment can turn so ugly, so fast.
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: Too many people allow disappointment to turn into resentment. Too
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: many people allow disappointment to turn into a final verdict,
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: so to speak. In other words, you know, so many
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: people think that this disappointment uh for them, symbolizes the end.
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: When you allow for disappointment to turn into resentment, and
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: you allow disappointment to turn into the final verdict, you're
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: losing what disappointment actually can become for you. And I
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: want you all to start looking at disappointment as motivation.
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: How many times have you been facing with something that
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: was disappointing. Let's say you go in to get a
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: job and your on your last interview, and I have
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: been in this position. Man. I was trying to get
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: an insurance job one time years ago, and I went
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: in and I had gotten going through about three or
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: four interviews. I was at my final interview and I said, man,
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: I'm about to get this job. Man, get my little
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: family together, I'll be all right. And got to that
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: interview and they told me no. And the reason they
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: gave me for not hiring me was I had moved
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: too many times over the past seven years and that
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: represented it to their company a sign of unstableness. That
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: disappointment for me was gut wrenching. I actually got in
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: my car, my little seventy two Chevy, and I was
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: driving off Man and and tears was in my eyes
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: when I got up on the freeway and I drove back,
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: and I looked back over at that big building with
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: that big powerful name on it, and I had gone
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: through four interviews and I and all of a sudden,
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: I was so disappointed and not got getting hired. But
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: you know what I learned to do though, from that
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: moment on, I turned all my disappointment into motivation. I said, Okay,
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: now this might not be right for everybody, but I
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: use it as a challenge. I use all my disappointments
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: as okay, I'll show you. I use them all this motivation.
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: From the time my teacher told me that you ain't
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: gonna never be nothing, that there's no way they'll put
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: somebody like you on TV because you have a stuttering
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: problem and you can't even talk, I said, okay, but
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: who are you who is issuing out this disappointment? Because
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: you're not gonna make me resent you and you're not
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: gonna cause me to think that you're denying me this opportunity.
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: Are you handing me this bad news of disappointment. I'm
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: not going to allow you to be my final verdict.
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: You will not be the truth teller in my life.
- 1:36:03Speaker 1: You are not going to be the person who who
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: are who is the author of my destiny? You are
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: not in that belongs to God, not you, and I
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: will not give that to anyone. So when you're facing disappointment,
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: do not hand that disappointment over to the person who
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: gave it to you in the form of empowerment. Do
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: not allow them to to to control your destiny with
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: this one piece of disappointment that causes you to go
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: into such resentment that you become bitter that all of
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: a sudden, now all you think about is that, and
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: you be getting you developed this nasty attitude. You don't
- 1:36:43Speaker 1: have to do that, and you also don't have to
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: let them become the final verdict. They are not the
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: author of your destiny. They are not the author of
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: your future. They are not that belongs to God and
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: only God. Don't let trip you up. And I'm saying
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: this because I've had many, many, many disappointments. You ain't this,
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: You ain't that I've had shows canceled, gigs taken, I've
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: been fired from radio, I've been all of a I've
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: had some disappointing setbacks. But let me tell you something
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: I've learned to do. I've learned to take all those
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: setbacks and use them as motivation. And I just quietly
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: say to myself, you ain't my God, You ain't the
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: author of my destiny. You didn't create me, You don't
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: know me. You you have no say so in the
- 1:37:39Speaker 1: real outcome of who I'm going to be and what
- 1:37:42Speaker 1: I'm going to turn myself into. You who think you
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: have the power by telling me no, by refusing me,
- 1:37:49Speaker 1: by voting against me, by saying that I'm not the
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: right one for the part, by telling me that I
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: represent an unstable person, by telling me that I don't
- 1:37:59Speaker 1: have have what it takes. No, no, no, no, noll.
- 1:38:03Speaker 1: It's just because you don't know, because you don't know
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: what God really has for me, And that ain't your fault.
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: So why bear resentment for these people who are causing
- 1:38:15Speaker 1: this disappointment in your life? You don't have to do
- 1:38:18Speaker 1: that because they are not the author of your destiny.
- 1:38:23Speaker 1: And don't you dad give them that you take that
- 1:38:26Speaker 1: disappointment and you're use it as the motivation. I feel
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: sorry for people who tell me no, because you know what,
- 1:38:33Speaker 1: I know. I know they just don't know what God
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: has for me. And I end up somehow through God's
- 1:38:39Speaker 1: grace and mercy showing them all. Keep it right attitude, y'all.
- 1:38:43Speaker 1: God got something for you through all your disappointment. Y'all
- 1:38:47Speaker 1: have a great weekend. Okay. For all Steve Harvey contests,
