Lack of evidence, conflicting conclusions: County attorney's office declines to charge Tremonton couple in death of child
The Box Elder County Attorney’s Office will not file child homicide or child torture charges against a Tremonton couple in the death of their 11-year-old son, though lesser offenses could still be considered by Justice Court. The decision followed a months-long, multiagency review that found insufficient evidence to support those charges.
