- 2:10Speaker 1: and only Steve Harvey got a radio show, yoh man.
- 2:15Speaker 1: God is in the blessing business all day every day.
- 2:18Speaker 1: God got hundreds of millions of blessings that he passes
- 2:22Speaker 1: out every day. All I want to do is be
- 2:27Speaker 1: the recipient that I'm the recipient of what He has
- 2:32Speaker 1: for me. That's all I want. I just want God's favor,
- 2:37Speaker 1: and I go. I want God's blessings. You know, of
- 2:41Speaker 1: course I need his mercy and his grace, but I
- 2:45Speaker 1: just want his blessings and his favor. I want. I
- 2:50Speaker 1: want that in my life because it does things for
- 2:53Speaker 1: me that I'm absolutely incapable of doing for myself. And
- 2:58Speaker 1: I've been a recipient of many of those, and you
- 3:01Speaker 1: can be the recipient of them too. You already are, really, really,
- 3:06Speaker 1: you already are. If you're getting up every morning, that's
- 3:09Speaker 1: a blessed. If you're getting one day closer to anything
- 3:13Speaker 1: you're trying to accomplish, that's a blessing. But now let
- 3:17Speaker 1: me talk to you about this part right here, folks,
- 3:19Speaker 1: because this is the part that messes people up a
- 3:21Speaker 1: great deal. What happens when you get off track? What
- 3:26Speaker 1: is that? What does that mean? When you get off track? See,
- 3:33Speaker 1: I've been off track. I can't tell you how many times,
- 3:37Speaker 1: and it happens in so many aspects of your life.
- 3:40Speaker 1: But but what is it that makes getting off track
- 3:44Speaker 1: so debilitating to some people? You know, there are some
- 3:46Speaker 1: people who want to stay off track, They off course,
- 3:50Speaker 1: they off the dream, they own to something else. And
- 3:53Speaker 1: you cannot allow the fact that you've gotten off track
- 3:58Speaker 1: to stop. You can't tell you something. Everybody gets off track.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Nobody does a diet exactly, meal per meal, calorie by
- 4:12Speaker 1: calorie exactly. Everybody makes mistakes. But somehow, that are people
- 4:19Speaker 1: who have made a success of themselves. That are people
- 4:23Speaker 1: who are living their life's dreams. That are people who
- 4:29Speaker 1: lose weight in spite of getting off track. See what
- 4:33Speaker 1: happens when you get off track. Here's the simple thing
- 4:36Speaker 1: to do. The simple thing is just to get back
- 4:39Speaker 1: on track. Now that's that's but that's easier said than done,
- 4:42Speaker 1: ain't it, Steve Yeah? Because see people, when you get
- 4:46Speaker 1: off track. Here's some of the things that happen. See
- 4:49Speaker 1: you get the here come to they sayers, some of
- 4:53Speaker 1: them from the outside, some of them internally. Here's what
- 4:58Speaker 1: gets said when you get off track. See I told you,
- 5:03Speaker 1: I told you. You know you You start hearing that
- 5:09Speaker 1: it's not for you. Okay, this is all just because
- 5:15Speaker 1: you got off track. It's not for you. Okay. Here's
- 5:19Speaker 1: another one. It ain't meant to be. You can hear
- 5:23Speaker 1: it all you could said, Well, I guess it's just
- 5:26Speaker 1: not meant to be. These are all things that people
- 5:30Speaker 1: say to themselves once they get off track. You can't
- 5:34Speaker 1: do it, well, I don't guess I can do it.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Here's another one. I thought you said that you was
- 5:43Speaker 1: gonna make it. You know, I was showed hoping I
- 5:47Speaker 1: could have made it. It comes external or internal. But
- 5:50Speaker 1: these are just some of the things. That's that I
- 5:54Speaker 1: thought you said you was gonna lose weight. Well, you
- 5:57Speaker 1: know I had tried to lose some weight. I'm just
- 6:01Speaker 1: going down the list of some of the things that
- 6:04Speaker 1: goes through a person's mind when they get off track.
- 6:08Speaker 1: But let me ask you a question, though, who made
- 6:11Speaker 1: the rule that when you get off track you can't
- 6:15Speaker 1: get back on? Who made that rule? Where has that
- 6:20Speaker 1: written that once you get off track you can't get
- 6:23Speaker 1: back on? See, because I'm gonna tell you something, folks,
- 6:27Speaker 1: there's no such rule. As a matter of fact, it's
- 6:31Speaker 1: quite the opposite. See, everybody in pursuit of a dream,
- 6:38Speaker 1: a goal, and aspiration or a mission, it's going to
- 6:42Speaker 1: get off track. Sometimes you're going to get derailed. They
- 6:47Speaker 1: are going to be days where you're not going to
- 6:49Speaker 1: get it right. That are going to be days where
- 6:51Speaker 1: you feel like giving up. There's going to be days
- 6:54Speaker 1: when you're just gonna flat out get it wrong. That's
- 6:57Speaker 1: the journey. But let me tell you something. Every successful
- 7:00Speaker 1: person that I know ever met, talked to, set out
- 7:03Speaker 1: and chopped it up with, have shared one thing in common.
- 7:07Speaker 1: We all get off track. We all get it wrong
- 7:12Speaker 1: along the way. I don't care who the person is.
- 7:14Speaker 1: The president got it wrong along the way. Your pastor
- 7:19Speaker 1: got it wrong along the way. Qui Director Gui got
- 7:23Speaker 1: it wrong along the way. The principle at your school
- 7:26Speaker 1: got it wrong along the way. The valor victoria of
- 7:29Speaker 1: your class got it wrong along the way. The star
- 7:35Speaker 1: of the team got it wrong along the way. They've
- 7:39Speaker 1: all been off track. Your boss down at your job,
- 7:44Speaker 1: he got it wrong along the way. Your immediate supervisor
- 7:47Speaker 1: got it wrong along the way. Everybody I know that
- 7:53Speaker 1: has any measure of success in every level that you
- 7:57Speaker 1: call success, however you want to label it, has gotten
- 8:00Speaker 1: off track. As a matter of fact, it's impossible. Listen
- 8:06Speaker 1: to me, it is impossible not to get off track
- 8:13Speaker 1: in pursuit of your dreams, goals, visions, aspirations. It is impossible.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Don't you let nobody tell you that they got through
- 8:22Speaker 1: life unscathed, that they made it because they was just
- 8:26Speaker 1: so determined and I would let nothing turn me back. Yeah,
- 8:30Speaker 1: you might not have let nothing turn you back because
- 8:32Speaker 1: you hear all but you thought about it. Oh, you
- 8:37Speaker 1: thought about it on days when you was off track.
- 8:39Speaker 1: But see, people don't like to tell the whole story.
- 8:42Speaker 1: They just want you to think as much as you
- 8:44Speaker 1: can about them. So when they tell you the story,
- 8:47Speaker 1: they leave out the stuff alone, the way it was
- 8:51Speaker 1: just hard work and determination that got me here. No
- 8:53Speaker 1: it wasn't, No, it wasn't. It was the fact that
- 8:56Speaker 1: you got off track and the grace and mercy of
- 8:59Speaker 1: God allowed you to get back on. His forgiveness allowed
- 9:04Speaker 1: you to get back on because you would not believe
- 9:06Speaker 1: what some of the people have done. So when you
- 9:09Speaker 1: get off track, don't allow the naysayers outside and the
- 9:14Speaker 1: big naysayer inside, because let me tell you something, the
- 9:17Speaker 1: biggest naysayer of them all comes from inside. See, it
- 9:21Speaker 1: don't matter what other people say out there. It takes
- 9:24Speaker 1: some time for you to learn this. And I understand
- 9:26Speaker 1: because it took me some time to learn it. See,
- 9:28Speaker 1: I have a lot of naysayers out there, but I
- 9:31Speaker 1: ain't operating for them, operating function for the ones that
- 9:35Speaker 1: love me, for the ones that get me, for the
- 9:38Speaker 1: ones that understand what I'm really trying to do. And
- 9:42Speaker 1: so don't you be the one that doesn't allow yourself
- 9:48Speaker 1: to get back on track when you get off track, Because,
- 9:51Speaker 1: like I said, who made the rule up that you
- 9:53Speaker 1: can't get back on track. There's no such rule out there.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Stop stop yourself from getting it right. So what you
- 10:04Speaker 1: started to diet at the beginning of the year, and
- 10:06Speaker 1: you already off, start another one, start over, try it again,
- 10:13Speaker 1: don't ever stop trying. If you stop trying, you can't
- 10:17Speaker 1: make it. But if you never give up the effort,
- 10:20Speaker 1: if you never give up and say it's over, it
- 10:22Speaker 1: ain't over. You heard just saying it ain't over to
- 10:25Speaker 1: the fat ladies, saying I never invite her. She's not invited.
- 10:32Speaker 1: It ain't over to the fat ladies, saying I don't
- 10:35Speaker 1: know where the fat ladies stay. I am not sending
- 10:38Speaker 1: her an invitation to none of my events. She's not
- 10:41Speaker 1: welcome here. She didn't ask me a couple of times.
- 10:45Speaker 1: How come I never get invited? Because you're gonna start
- 10:48Speaker 1: saying it and I ain't got time for that. All right,
- 10:52Speaker 1: stop inviting the fat lady to all your events. You're listening,
- 11:01Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen and everybody else. Man, I have your attention. Please,
- 11:04Speaker 1: this is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Make no mistake
- 11:07Speaker 1: about it. Here it is ain't nothing else to this.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Good morning, Shirley, Good morning Steve, Calling for real Good
- 11:14Speaker 1: morning Steve, Hey crew junior. Morning up Tom Tom big
- 11:21Speaker 1: dog it dog sitting up in here trying to be
- 11:25Speaker 1: about it. Yes, sir, hustling flour, that's it. Yeah, how
- 11:30Speaker 1: are you feeling, Steve? You know, I'm actually really really good, excited.
- 11:37Speaker 1: It's a new day. Yeah, I woke up. I'm greatful.
- 11:42Speaker 1: I got some plans. Yeah, I got some o dreams
- 11:46Speaker 1: and stuff that I want to accomplish, visions. Yeah, I
- 11:49Speaker 1: got the stuff written down. I've been reworking everything. Now
- 11:53Speaker 1: I write some most stuff down this week. Man like you,
- 11:57Speaker 1: who has so much and who has been blessed so
- 12:00Speaker 1: wonderfully and beautifully, what else do you dream about? For
- 12:04Speaker 1: the people? You know? I got some bigger stuff, you know,
- 12:06Speaker 1: I want to I want to do some things to
- 12:09Speaker 1: change some other people's lives. Giving Tommy, you know we
- 12:17Speaker 1: are too shit. Thank you, Thank you. See actually been
- 12:25Speaker 1: on the list. You don't have to worry about getting
- 12:27Speaker 1: on there. I'm available for anybody. Won't do something big, man,
- 12:32Speaker 1: you know, anybody want to do something big. I'm looking
- 12:37Speaker 1: to grow my company h as an international businessman. Okay,
- 12:45Speaker 1: that's the thing that I've laid claimed to. Well, you
- 12:48Speaker 1: know why I asked you that though, why because people
- 12:52Speaker 1: people need to know, you know, you can still dream,
- 12:55Speaker 1: never stop dreaming, and never stop you know, believing in yourself.
- 12:58Speaker 1: And you know, just matter how big, yeah, no matter
- 13:01Speaker 1: how big you are, you have a lot. But there's God.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Our God is big and you know he can do
- 13:06Speaker 1: over and above. You know, there's a scripture that says, um,
- 13:12Speaker 1: a man without a dream or vision shall perish. So
- 13:17Speaker 1: you can't stop dreaming and you can't stop having visions
- 13:20Speaker 1: because I mean, if you don't dream of nothing, if
- 13:23Speaker 1: you if you don't want nothing else, what what what's
- 13:25Speaker 1: what's the waking up for? Yeah? Then go ahead and
- 13:28Speaker 1: just go on right, yeah, man, because you've got to
- 13:38Speaker 1: Yeah man, you know, you know, I mean you have
- 13:39Speaker 1: to press and and I suggest that people aim extremely high.
- 13:46Speaker 1: I think people should. You should want stuff that's in
- 13:50Speaker 1: your imagination, go way over there. If it's in your imagination,
- 13:57Speaker 1: if you've ever imagined it, won't it won't it. That's
- 14:04Speaker 1: that's where your real life is at. It's in your imagination.
- 14:07Speaker 1: So all the things that you have now that you
- 14:10Speaker 1: currently have, you you've dreamt about them at some point
- 14:13Speaker 1: in time, at one point in time, even when I
- 14:16Speaker 1: even even though some of this stuff I didn't even
- 14:19Speaker 1: know existed, That's what I was going. Some of its
- 14:22Speaker 1: just show up other things. Can I tell you, okay,
- 14:26Speaker 1: when we come back, can I share with you what
- 14:27Speaker 1: that really is? Yeah? Yeah, And I have a great
- 14:30Speaker 1: story for you too, Steve. Okay, all right, will we
- 14:33Speaker 1: come back, I'll tell you what that is. We'll be
- 14:34Speaker 1: right back at thirty two. After the hours you're listening.
- 14:40Speaker 1: It is time for something funny now, Steve. I wanted
- 14:43Speaker 1: to ask you and the guys as well, what's the
- 14:46Speaker 1: weirdest or the craziest thing you were caught doing red handed?
- 14:50Speaker 1: Something you know you weren't supposed to do, but it
- 14:52Speaker 1: was crazy though. Maybe it was something you were looking
- 14:55Speaker 1: up online, or maybe it was an embarrassing moment in
- 14:58Speaker 1: the bathroom you told us about when you were a
- 15:01Speaker 1: chess at your girlfriend's house one time and you had
- 15:04Speaker 1: a real bad explosion. Uh, sell anything something that happened
- 15:10Speaker 1: during you know, on the job. On one I'm done anything,
- 15:13Speaker 1: I mean, which one you want? Hand bust? You want
- 15:20Speaker 1: the risk? Everybody down. I've heard all these statements in
- 15:26Speaker 1: my life. Right there, put your chats, you hands up, yeah,
- 15:32Speaker 1: I've had all which one. You want something funny? She won?
- 15:38Speaker 1: None of the funny. Getting busted just ain't funny. Right,
- 15:43Speaker 1: Have you been caught but Nike, have you been caught?
- 15:45Speaker 1: Button nick? No, I ain't been caught button niked. That's
- 15:51Speaker 1: our story, tom h Well you know I want it. Well,
- 15:56Speaker 1: I'll tell you what I will. You know, but I
- 16:00Speaker 1: wanted to get caught. I was at the girl's house
- 16:04Speaker 1: one time. She was at work, and I told her
- 16:08Speaker 1: I was gonna cook for when she came in. So
- 16:12Speaker 1: I got over to the house and set it all
- 16:14Speaker 1: up and I cooked everything. I cooked pretty good. You know,
- 16:18Speaker 1: I was young as our young dude then. So she
- 16:21Speaker 1: had a duplex town house. The kitchen, living room downstairs,
- 16:26Speaker 1: two bedrooms was upstairs, and uh I decided to go
- 16:31Speaker 1: on upstairs and wait for you know, I hadn't done
- 16:34Speaker 1: all this cooking all that thenon, and uh so I
- 16:38Speaker 1: just had a trail of clothes all the way up
- 16:42Speaker 1: the steps. I'm under the cover, nicked, okay, looking like
- 16:49Speaker 1: new money shower. Yeah, I got so much baby all
- 16:53Speaker 1: on me. This was before I knew how to handle
- 16:54Speaker 1: a baby. All. I had so much baby all on me.
- 16:57Speaker 1: I don't ruin us sheets. Yeah, all in my hell,
- 17:04Speaker 1: I had excess, man, baby, I didn't know what I
- 17:06Speaker 1: was doing then, and uh, she was picking up the
- 17:10Speaker 1: clothes coming up step, laughing, you're so crazy. Oh you're
- 17:13Speaker 1: so you know. I had, you know, one sock, then
- 17:17Speaker 1: another sock, you know, belt, you know, drawls, you know, sure,
- 17:25Speaker 1: just hap all that placed up the steps. The last
- 17:29Speaker 1: thing was a drawl. Yeah. She got up there and
- 17:33Speaker 1: I snatched the covers off. I'm butt naked, but I
- 17:39Speaker 1: got so much all on me. All she said was,
- 17:43Speaker 1: oh my god, look at my sheets. I said, your ship.
- 17:51Speaker 1: You talking about your sheath, but you need to wear
- 17:54Speaker 1: about rhyme with sheets. But that's just I don't know
- 17:59Speaker 1: what you're talking about. Look at all the sheet. She
- 18:02Speaker 1: was so mad because I had baby all on the sheet.
- 18:06Speaker 1: She missed the point. Yeah, the whole damn point. Oh manpening,
- 18:14Speaker 1: not a damn thing. She mad real attitude too about
- 18:18Speaker 1: her sheet. Some sheets. So I got up you know,
- 18:21Speaker 1: no hell no, just reglass cotton sheets. Now I'm going down.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I gotta collect all my stuff all the way back
- 18:28Speaker 1: down the damn Still, I ain't this about nothing. I'm
- 18:31Speaker 1: putting stuff on on the stairways. So when I got
- 18:34Speaker 1: to the bottom, I was fully dressed because I took
- 18:37Speaker 1: the stuff off strategically, so I just put it back
- 18:40Speaker 1: on the same way. I got my draws, yeah yeah,
- 18:43Speaker 1: some parts shut. Yeah, my socks, my shoe. By the
- 18:49Speaker 1: time I got to the bottom, I just got on
- 18:51Speaker 1: dress on, got my car with on. Hell yeah, what
- 18:55Speaker 1: I want? You're nothing to do is be mad at
- 18:56Speaker 1: me all this damn time. What happened to the meal
- 19:02Speaker 1: and the spaghetti and the salad in the frigerator? Got
- 19:07Speaker 1: an attitude? No, you got you put on your clothes
- 19:14Speaker 1: and got in your car and went home. What happened
- 19:15Speaker 1: the next day? Not even ain't doing talk for a while, Okay,
- 19:20Speaker 1: then she called me. She said, so I ain't heard
- 19:23Speaker 1: from you. You ain't heard from you, now you know?
- 19:28Speaker 1: She called my apartment. I ain't heard from you, because
- 19:32Speaker 1: you know, I hate to tell y'all this what no
- 19:35Speaker 1: cell phone back? I ain't heard from you? I said, way,
- 19:39Speaker 1: what what you want to hear from me? I spent
- 19:42Speaker 1: all that time cooking you a meal, and all you
- 19:44Speaker 1: complained about it. I'm sorry, Nah here, I'm sorry. Nothing.
- 19:48Speaker 1: I see how you are? See your ass crazy. I
- 19:51Speaker 1: ain't gonna get involved with you. So that was it? Yeah, yeah,
- 19:56Speaker 1: it never went nowhere? Did you buy her some new
- 19:59Speaker 1: sh about her? She rush them? Hey what number baby one? Yeah,
- 20:08Speaker 1: it was to get at that dog if they bad sheets.
- 20:15Speaker 1: But you complain you missed the point. Skip, thank you
- 20:17Speaker 1: for cooking the meal. All this hit none of that,
- 20:21Speaker 1: you know. She laughing up the steps at the clothes.
- 20:24Speaker 1: But get up there and now she she hit a
- 20:26Speaker 1: switch so hard she just that damn man about this
- 20:29Speaker 1: baby all on these sheet. I'll tell you what. I'll
- 20:31Speaker 1: tell you what I ain't gonna stop doing. I ain't
- 20:33Speaker 1: gonna stop using baby Ard. I promise I'll check you that.
- 20:36Speaker 1: I might be a little crew or a little rookie
- 20:39Speaker 1: at the knock because I'm twenty one, but I tell
- 20:40Speaker 1: you what I'm loving how to work? Yeah, well that
- 20:45Speaker 1: sixty one. I am a baby all specially I'm a
- 20:51Speaker 1: boss baby or be old ass baby baby all special?
- 20:56Speaker 1: Something about you in baby Ard? He just he did
- 20:59Speaker 1: I tell you about the time called I had to
- 21:01Speaker 1: come get him. He didn't slip them fails? He butt naked? Baby?
- 21:06Speaker 1: Wait what no, you didn't tell her? Oh my god, Steve,
- 21:12Speaker 1: you didn't mention this at all. Tell him bout the
- 21:15Speaker 1: time I had to come get you. You You didn't call
- 21:17Speaker 1: because you failed and you said you in a pudd
- 21:20Speaker 1: little baby ll but Nick, tell him about that part
- 21:22Speaker 1: so you saw him butt naked? Tell me I didn't
- 21:25Speaker 1: call him. I haullowed out. We gotta go, okay, an't
- 21:36Speaker 1: nobody call him? He came over coming up coming up

- 21:45Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening right now, the nephew is
- 21:51Speaker 1: here with today's frank phone call. What you got nat?
- 21:55Speaker 1: Fixed to teen? Oh? Lord, fix to teen? Yeah, gotta

- 22:21Speaker 1: six to close? Yeah? I work every Wednesday? Yeah? Who
- 22:25Speaker 1: who is this? Hey? My name is Ralph, and I basically, uh,

- 34:03Speaker 1: the lovely miss Anne trip. Thank you guys. Oh boy,
- 34:07Speaker 1: this is a trip with the news. Well, here we go.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Special Counsel Robert Muller is four hundred and forty eight
- 34:12Speaker 1: page report four hundred and forty eight pages on the
- 34:15Speaker 1: Russian election meddling is now out there for anybody who
- 34:18Speaker 1: cares to read it, And even with all its redactions
- 34:20Speaker 1: or blocking out, the report still does detail instances in
- 34:24Speaker 1: which President Trump apparently directed other people in his administration
- 34:28Speaker 1: to try to either influence or curtail the probe. But
- 34:31Speaker 1: the report stops just short of accusing Trump of committing
- 34:34Speaker 1: an actual crime. It also shows that there were numerous
- 34:37Speaker 1: contacts between the Russian government and the Trump campaign. Again,
- 34:40Speaker 1: the report concludes, though, that there was not enough evidence
- 34:43Speaker 1: to prove any kind of collusion. Now, the question of
- 34:46Speaker 1: obstruction of justice, though, remained open and how. Judiciary Committee
- 34:50Speaker 1: Chairman Adam Schiff says, there's a message in that those
- 34:52Speaker 1: acts of obstruction of justice, whether they are criminal or not,
- 34:56Speaker 1: are deeply alarming in the President of the United States,
- 35:00Speaker 1: and it's clear that Special Council Mueller wanted the Congress
- 35:03Speaker 1: to consider the repercussions and the consequences. It is clear
- 35:07Speaker 1: the Special Council believed that no one was above the law,
- 35:10Speaker 1: and that includes the President of the United States. Nevertheless,
- 35:13Speaker 1: the President of the United States is seeing a lot
- 35:16Speaker 1: of vindication in this. He told an audience that he
- 35:18Speaker 1: was found innocent and exonerated. It was a wounded warriors event,
- 35:22Speaker 1: and now the President is pushing for an investigation into
- 35:25Speaker 1: the investigation. In other words, how the Muller investigation got started.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Natural Security Advisor John Bolton says that the US is
- 35:32Speaker 1: going to start restricting the amount of money that Cubans
- 35:34Speaker 1: can send to relatives on the island, and Bolton says
- 35:37Speaker 1: that the new rules will also restrict non family travel
- 35:40Speaker 1: to Cuba. Also, he says US courts are going to
- 35:43Speaker 1: now be able to consider lawsuits against foreign companies doing
- 35:46Speaker 1: business on properties that castro sees from Americans. After that
- 35:50Speaker 1: nineteen fifty nine Cuban Revolution. The polisher of a small
- 35:54Speaker 1: Alabama newspaper being talked about all over the internet, a
- 35:56Speaker 1: good Low Sudden, as a polisher of something called The
- 35:59Speaker 1: Democrat Porter, based in southwestern part of that state. He
- 36:02Speaker 1: wrote in editorial calling full and white supremacists to quote
- 36:05Speaker 1: go on night rides, again, saying that quote, if we
- 36:08Speaker 1: could get the clan to go up there and clean
- 36:10Speaker 1: out DC, we'd all be better off. We'll get the
- 36:14Speaker 1: hemp rotes out, loop them over a tall limb and
- 36:16Speaker 1: hang all of them. This guy claims that the clan
- 36:19Speaker 1: only killed a few people, and they were only violent
- 36:21Speaker 1: when they needed to be, and then went on to
- 36:23Speaker 1: compare the clan to the oldest terrorists organization in the US,
- 36:27Speaker 1: to the NAACP, saying they're the same. The University of
- 36:30Speaker 1: Mississippi's now removed Goodlow Sutton from his place in the
- 36:33Speaker 1: school's communications Hall of Fame. US Justice Department extremely critical
- 36:37Speaker 1: of conditions of Alabama's prisons, Ice Cubs three on three
- 36:40Speaker 1: basketball league quarterly signing a deal to air its games
- 36:44Speaker 1: on CBS this summer. Further in the entertainer and MovieMaker's
- 36:46Speaker 1: efforts to become a sports industry mogul, and Today's National
- 36:50Speaker 1: Humor Day. I guess that's what they mean by good
- 36:52Speaker 1: riddance to bad rubbish. I guess you what they mean
- 36:56Speaker 1: when they say into each lives the lugli must fall.

- 53:23Speaker 1: Strawberry Letters. That's simple, righte, Steve? You know it? Oh
- 53:28Speaker 1: what you keep asking me? Fault? This is the most
- 53:31Speaker 1: important announcement I mate, man, send us young Strawberry letter.
- 53:36Speaker 1: Buckle up, hold on tight. We got it for you.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Here it is the Strawy Letter. Subject I can't get
- 53:42Speaker 1: back in bed with him. Subject I can't get back
- 53:48Speaker 1: in bed with him. Dear Stephen Shirley, I am dating
- 53:51Speaker 1: a man that I consider to be my soul mate.
- 53:53Speaker 1: We have a long distance relationship, but we see each
- 53:57Speaker 1: other often. He always comes to visit me, and I
- 54:00Speaker 1: would always make sure that my house was clean. I
- 54:03Speaker 1: would go out of my way to impress him. This
- 54:06Speaker 1: past weekend, I went to visit him for the first time.
- 54:09Speaker 1: After driving for four hours, I got to his house
- 54:13Speaker 1: and I was immediately shocked and disappointed by what I saw.
- 54:18Speaker 1: His house was absolutely filthy. Before I could even hug him,
- 54:24Speaker 1: I couldn't help but blurt out, I thought you cleaned up.
- 54:28Speaker 1: We went back and forth on what he thought was
- 54:30Speaker 1: clean and what my interpretation of clean was. I decided
- 54:34Speaker 1: to do the cleaning myself, and he agreed to help me.
- 54:38Speaker 1: My first priority was to clean the bedroom where I'd
- 54:41Speaker 1: be sleeping. I started with the bed to put clean
- 54:45Speaker 1: sheets on it. As I pulled back the covers, I
- 54:48Speaker 1: discovered a huge piece stain on his mattress. I almost
- 54:53Speaker 1: got sick from the sight and smell of it. I
- 54:56Speaker 1: called him into the bedroom, and he got defensive, the
- 55:00Speaker 1: nerve to say I was doing too much. He said
- 55:03Speaker 1: that his sheets were already clean and it was an
- 55:06Speaker 1: old stain on the mattress. I could not believe that
- 55:10Speaker 1: this fine, handsome, well spoken man wet his bed. I
- 55:15Speaker 1: was devastated and turned off. As tired as I was,
- 55:20Speaker 1: I got back in my car. All right, listen, guys.
- 55:24Speaker 1: As tired as I was, I got back in my
- 55:26Speaker 1: car and drove for another four hours back to my
- 55:29Speaker 1: own house. We talked on the phone, but I can
- 55:33Speaker 1: tell he's still embarrassed. I don't think we can get
- 55:36Speaker 1: past this. If it's a medical issue, then I can
- 55:38Speaker 1: be supportive and help him through it, but he will
- 55:41Speaker 1: not talk about it with me. He's really the best
- 55:44Speaker 1: man I've met in years. Please help me? What should
- 55:47Speaker 1: I do? Well? How nice of you to drive all
- 55:51Speaker 1: that way and just you know, get right and dive
- 55:53Speaker 1: right in into cleaning and everything. Oh my god, this
- 55:57Speaker 1: would really be a deal breaker for me. I don't
- 56:01Speaker 1: think this guy is your soul mate. Um. I think
- 56:04Speaker 1: you have to have more in common and let's just
- 56:06Speaker 1: start with the basics here. Um, you know you gotta
- 56:09Speaker 1: be clean, you gotta have some good hygiene. That is
- 56:12Speaker 1: just the basic requirement in a relationship. I mean the
- 56:15Speaker 1: question to me though, is this urination situation? Yeah? What's
- 56:22Speaker 1: going on here? I mean is this a medical like
- 56:25Speaker 1: incontinent problem or is he just lazy and just doesn't
- 56:29Speaker 1: get up to go? You didn't make that clear in
- 56:31Speaker 1: the letter. Um, he didn't seem to be bothered by
- 56:34Speaker 1: it though when you pointed it out. If it is medical,
- 56:37Speaker 1: he needs to see a doctor immediately. This can't go
- 56:40Speaker 1: on in a grown man wetting the bed. You gotta
- 56:44Speaker 1: go see a doctor and get this situation taken care of.
- 56:48Speaker 1: I say, um, try and talk to him again about it,
- 56:52Speaker 1: you know, not in a nagging kind of way or anything,
- 56:55Speaker 1: but in an adult, loving, caring and concerned way. If
- 56:59Speaker 1: he still doesn't want to talk to you about it,
- 57:00Speaker 1: you might have to walk and leave him alone. And
- 57:04Speaker 1: it's unfortunate because you think this guy's your soul mate,
- 57:07Speaker 1: and you really like this guy. Steve, I must jump
- 57:11Speaker 1: right on this letter. I disagree, Shirley. This could be
- 57:15Speaker 1: her seal soul mate. You're soul making have problems and issues.
- 57:19Speaker 1: People complete each other. Now, this woman had been dating
- 57:22Speaker 1: this man. He's absolutely wonderful. Everything's going perfect. He's always
- 57:25Speaker 1: comes to the house. Her house is spotless. She goes
- 57:28Speaker 1: to his house, his house trife. I know, that's surprised.
- 57:31Speaker 1: I'm filthy, you know, filthy. You know he don't clean,
- 57:35Speaker 1: you don't clean up. I don't know. Not every man
- 57:39Speaker 1: I know is a germophobic, like you know who. A
- 57:42Speaker 1: lot of men are not that neat. You know. I
- 57:48Speaker 1: like having a neat clean house, but I have a
- 57:50Speaker 1: tendency to throw some stuff down and I let some
- 57:53Speaker 1: dishes stack up. It don't bother me. It bothers my
- 57:56Speaker 1: wife that dishes and stacked though. It bothered my wife
- 57:59Speaker 1: that out and threw something in the flow. Now we don't.
- 58:02Speaker 1: We we're not. We haven't got to that yet. That's
- 58:05Speaker 1: your style of comedy is a little bit more aggressive
- 58:07Speaker 1: and forward. Just allowed to it now. I just want
- 58:10Speaker 1: him to allow me to get to it as I don't.
- 58:13Speaker 1: I don't be in his punk ass pranks. They punk
- 58:16Speaker 1: ass yeah they is now back to the letter. Well,
- 58:23Speaker 1: you know, you get his ass out of it. Shirm, Okay,
- 58:26Speaker 1: talk to him. I don't say nothing doing them pray.
- 58:30Speaker 1: Ain't never interrupted him, ain't never jumped on. Hey me too,
- 58:34Speaker 1: say something about me too. That was he don't clean.
- 58:42Speaker 1: That's not big of a deal. You can help him clean.
- 58:46Speaker 1: You did it yourself. Here the problem you pulled back
- 58:49Speaker 1: to covers and it was some pa in the bed.
- 58:53Speaker 1: Now here was wrong when you pulled back. You didn't
- 58:57Speaker 1: say how old he was. But listen to me. I
- 59:01Speaker 1: Pete is different from baby Pete. This p is strong,
- 59:08Speaker 1: monia need it, It's got things in it. It's got
- 59:13Speaker 1: part lookal in it Penesilla College, green juice, hen essy
- 59:21Speaker 1: all listens in there, Yeah, insolent. He could be died
- 59:26Speaker 1: better instantly. It's all listens in that urine. Now, if
- 59:31Speaker 1: it's been under that quilt and you open it up,
- 59:33Speaker 1: it's gonna be shocking. And you can't have a soul
- 59:39Speaker 1: mate with a week bladder. Sorry, Now he is the problem.
- 59:49Speaker 1: You got back in your car. You drove back to
- 59:51Speaker 1: four hours. You was disgusted and hurt that he didn't
- 59:54Speaker 1: think enough about you to clean up before you came.
- 59:57Speaker 1: He thought he cleaned up, but he didn't forgot. See
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: he's been messy and junkie so long. He forgot. He
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: forgot all about the piece that he thought it was
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: gonna dry, what he thought it'd be dry by. Now
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: I'm just telling you what he thought he figured about time,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: y'all getting the better to be that And now you
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: ain't gonna notice that he don't know that he dating
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: a blood him. O God, that you're gonna smell it?
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: What is that? So now you got you got a
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: lot backed up on him. This relationship is salvageable. And
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: I will tell you when we come back how you
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: can go about the business of salvaging this relationship, because
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: I don't know that you should throw a good man away,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: because he has possibly a medical condition that requires the
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: right help. And we can get somebody clean dawn house. Right.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: She said that she can be supportive and help him
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: through it. All right, we'll have part two of Steve's
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: response coming up at twenty three after the hour. I
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: can't get back in with him. That's the subject you're listening,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: all right, Steve, Come on, let's get to part two
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: of your response to today's Strawberry letter. I can't get
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: back in bed with him. And the reason she can't
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: get back in bed with because she didn't went to
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: this man's house. He'd been coming over there all the time.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: She drove for out. The man house filthy, it's trifling.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: She helped him clean up, and then she go in
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: the bedroom and pulled back to the sheets. She trying
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: to clean the sheep. But they got a big peace
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: stain on him, and it was strong. Now, she said,
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: the man pee in the bed. The seats was already clean.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: He said, and that's an old stain. That stain I
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: had peed on that last week. That's not fresh. To
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: tripping fall. She couldn't believe this was fine. Handsome, well
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: spoken man wets the bed. I'm devastated. As tired as
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: I was, I got back in my drove back another
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: four hours back to my own house. Then we talked
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: on the phone, but I can tell he's still in beards.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I don't think we can get past this. If it's
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: a medical issue, then I can be supportive and help
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: him get through it, but he will not talk to
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: me about it. With me, he's really the best man
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: I've met in years. Please help me. What should I do?
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: You gotta get through to him. You gotta get him
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: comfortable talking about what's wrong. Look, I love you, I
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: think we have something, and I'm willing to help you
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: and share you share your life. But I need you
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: to be open and honest with me. Tell me what's
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: going on so I can help you with it. Because
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: if you pee on me, see this is the real problem.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: What she's scared to be laying up there, And then
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: if you pee on her that apple tell you right now,
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: that's gonna cause a break up. They don't like that though.
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: They don't like that. Now, if you got to be
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: in the bed with it depend on that's gonna cut
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: down on the Sexilynna be cutting down. You're all snuggle
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: all of them. You got the dare the applehol because
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: you're I ain't waring for damn. It's just over here
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: with a whole lit it. You're just peeing on people.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: You just in here, we're just talking. All of a sudden,
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: all of a sudden, the big get warm and we
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: just can't be doing it. We up just watching TV.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: We got the we're sitting up on the headboard. We're
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: watching TV in the bad We got the bowl of
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: popcorn tween our legs. Now, all of a sudden, you're hot,
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: real popcorn, extra butter. The hell is going on? Hill?
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: Why is your popcorn hot and socker? And why didn't
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: you tell me you were sitting over that peel? He
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: didn't want to talk about it. I could have got
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: up and got out your weight. He doesn't want to
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: talk about it. Sit your ass up in here and
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: just peeing in this bed. The bathroom is right down,
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: she said. Let me get him count east. Where steps
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: in you in the bathroom to sexual ladies? An ass
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: up here and paid again. But you gotta find a
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: way to help him. Now it's a couple of solutions.
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: I don't know how old is. I don't know if
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: they're eighty or the forty, and I don't know if
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: you're eighty. We're gonna have to get a cafit or
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: something on this board so he can just pee onto
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: the pay all that's on the floor. I don't know
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: what it is. I don't know how old they are.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: But she drove four hours, so she ain't eighty. I
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: don't know no eighty old person can drive for a
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: while without nod. I'm gonna stay for I think you
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: have something there. When you say forties, she's gonna well.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: She got her own house and he got his own house,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: so they both accomplished something. She took that long draft.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Now we've had a story similar to this, that lady
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: that was going to astronaut lady that put that astronaut
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: shoot on and drove nine hundred stop and just pete
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: on herself in an astronautus got our head on everything
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: but the helmet on. Just driving, driving in peer stopping,
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: getting gas and peeing. Didn't even get out. Give me
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: eight dollars, I can make it. Well, we I think
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: you should say, look I love you. I want to
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: stay with you, but if you don't share with me
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: what's going on, I can't help you. And if you
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: won't allow me to help you, that's gonna cancel our relationship.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: You're the best man I've met in a long time,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: and I believe I'm the best woman you've met in
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: a long time. As a matter of fact, I don't
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: think there's another woman living that's gonna crawl up in
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: that field there as bad now, if you're gonna be
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: in that peing on you, that's what I said. They
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: aren't staying. Let me ask you something. This is some
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: kids somewhere that I don't know nothing. She didn't mention kids. Well,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: I'm just asking because maybe the baby will pete in
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: the baby. But I can tell you right now that
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: ain't baby year that grown man as you. When you
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: peeled back, you smell homely. Yeah, she said she almost
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: got sick from the sight and smell of its stead.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: That's a strong yellow. Then when she called him to
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: the bathroom, he got defensive. It was his Yeah, I
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: was down at Venice Beach one time years ago, and
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: I was trying to help this homes dude that I
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: saw him rummaging through the waist can. So I bought
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: him two sandwiches and gave him to me. But when
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: he came over to get him from me, that boy
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: was so strong. Good lord, good lord. I gave him
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: two hundred dollars and him if you could back up now, man,
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: it's on you. And then when was coming off the ocean,
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: because we were down at Venice Beach, nothing, Yes, the
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: smell of cotton candor none was high in this hill. Okay,
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: I'm talking about gifted. We really understand you standing. They
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: had the duct tape shoes on too, and they had
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: got hot on that to ask phone, would you please
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: what he had in that grocery car? But it was
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: thinking too. Yeah, the air condition in that wrapped up
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: in the talk. I'm trying to figure out where he
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: was gonna plug his alpack. But lord, no, you can't
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: be standing in front of this as when you cut
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: it on that much. I do know. What you cannot
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: do is blow. You can't plug that air condition up
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: there in that grocery car and stand in front of
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: it and shift that win towards people. We gotta go
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: when you go ahead and go. But I'm just tetching us.
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: That's how I smelled that before, and that's how I
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: know this ain't no baby pe All right, listen, you
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: can email us or instagram us your thoughts on today's

- 1:07:58Speaker 1: about annoying things that grown people do while you're driving.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: So when you are driving, because these people are in
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: the car with you, riding with you, the passenger, the
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: passenger or that seat of kids are just just you

- 1:08:18Speaker 1: like just that little Steve like you driving right. I
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: can't stand people to point to stuff for me to

- 1:08:32Speaker 1: you missed out, you missed you? Oh you they got
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: tomatoes on sale? Look look yeah see that sad and
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: I'm driving. Ain't where man, I can't stand for people

- 1:09:11Speaker 1: the station when they're singing Twitter on Talk, I don't talk, Grady,
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: I don't care what they're talking about. We started listening
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: to talk the minute you open your mouth. And amazing
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: and gentlemen, we are here today. Like when we're going
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: Crosstown to my Auntie High, I hadn't been there a
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: thousand times, but my wife want to give me directions.
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: Thought to go this way, this way, take forty five
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: and then take fifty nine. If you take fifty nine,
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: we'll get there a little quicker. But We've been there
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: several times. I know where I'm going. Come on, Steve,
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: I know I can't damn when people driving they damn

- 1:10:50Speaker 1: in my car and drop me any fact, I don't

- 1:10:57Speaker 1: dropping something. Yeah, you got chips. I see the chip
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: fall down your shirt to the seat, to my floor.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: But you can't eat like it ain't down it? Okay, okay,

- 1:12:03Speaker 1: starting to smoke. Tower this one. Okay, you gonna have

- 1:13:00Speaker 1: someone's house and they go to their medicine cabinet in
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: the bathroom. Okay, this is what bothered me. We pull
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: out the driveway. Yeah, I'm rolling my son in the backseat.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: He started holling and crime. We can't go. We got

- 1:14:32Speaker 1: How you know you just got in? Come on, Steve,
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: this got this one, lad one. This got something to
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: do with using my car. This is what a friend
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: did to me one time, called a calf to my house,
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: asked me to use but you should have took that's crazy.
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: All right, more of this crazy ignorant show. Steve Harvey
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: Morning Show. Right after this, you're listening to Steve Harvey
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: Morning Show. So did you guys hear about the five
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: year old little boy in Florida who used his grandmother's
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: kindle and ordered a whole bunch of toys. Uh? Yeah,
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: when the grandmother came back from vacation. They were about
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: twenty five boxes at her door. Uh, and Moore kept
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: coming and a little boy said, Grandma, what is that
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: at our front door? He ordered about nine hundred and
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: sixty dollars worth of toys. Um, this is crazy. Now
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: how old he was? Just five? Yeah? Out of Florida.

- 1:23:24Speaker 1: two people at one time, back and forth. Yeah. Are
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: you sure they're not on their phone? Nah? They don't

- 1:25:57Speaker 1: at you like children in the corn and walking over
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: towards me. Ain't swinging at all. Once you got people
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: should scare me. That's been sitting there watching their dog

- 1:26:39Speaker 1: do it okay? All right, coming very serious comedy roulette verishers.

- 1:26:52Speaker 1: at doing this with comedians, we'll do the damn thing.
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: All right, Here we go with the subjects. The party
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: was off the chain. In fact, as soon as you left.
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: Blank blank happened? Oh blank happened? All right? Number two?

- 1:27:24Speaker 1: spend it. Oh is it gonna be on chain? Slingle guys?
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: Single guys who live alone? Preacher's wife. Yeah. Oh. Number one,
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: the party was off the chain. In fact, as soon
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: as you left. Oh my blank happened? Dude, this was
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: a party. As soon as you left. The preacher's wife's
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: wig got caught in the ceiling. Fans man who was
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: going around should have been it. Couldn't get that fan man.
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: She was just chasing me. Oh my god, man, that
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: party was off the chain. It back as soon as
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: you left. Uncle Hervey got stuck in the bathroom. Joe,
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: he can't do the restroom that night. Man, he's somebody
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: pushed me. Oh man, the party was off to change.
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. As soon as you left.
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: Do soon as you left, somebody waste all the whiskey
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: on the float. We mopped it up and rung it
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: out in the picture. Man, let me tell you something.
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: Whiskey mop water is the holdest thing. Boy you're talking about.
- 1:28:45Speaker 1: You miss something I'm trying to change, miss whiskey mob water, Lord,
- 1:28:50Speaker 1: murty boy, you think that was good party? This party
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: was off to change this part of them. Soon as
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: you left. Oh, it wasn't. Five minutes after you walked
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: out to do Casha started stripping on top of the
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: watching machine. I'm trying to cut that spear cyclone. It
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: was triggering. Water came in there, Come on, jay one minute,
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: and that was a party. As soon as you left,
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: they had a wheelchair race. Right. I didn't speak and
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: lou got hit my ice cream. Many it's funny. This
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: party was something to take that fact you left Sister
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: Warren front tooth shot at the Herman drake man and
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: he took himself. Now we wait on him to go
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: to the bath. Let me tell you something. That party
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: the party was so I to say, as soon as
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: you left minute everybody got hungry. I don't know what
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: made Butcher got the fish be aquarium and Friday true
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: Oscar gotta help to eat. I ain't Latin all right.
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: Closing out, Steve, hurry right after you change. Right after
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: you left, Uncle Take came in and had a one
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: woman wit t shirt conte machine. Right Steve coming up
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: closing remarks right after this you're listening show. Here are
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: our last break of the day. Steve's closing remarks. What
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: you got for Steve? Yeah, you know, uh always hopefully.
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: What these closing remarks are doing a kind of um,
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: you know, just in encouraging people. Really, that's the whole thing.
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: I've got a new thing that I'm going to release.
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: Uh it's called brain drops. I'm releasing a new thing
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: that you can get online called brain drops. And what
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: brain drops are an abbreviated version of my closing remarks.
- 1:31:11Speaker 1: But I'm gonna be releasing them every single day for
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: people just out and about. Sometimes you know, you just
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: you just need a little bit of some type of encouragement,
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: some type of uplift throughout your day. And that's all
- 1:31:26Speaker 1: it's intended to be. So be looking out for brain
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: drops because I'm gonna be releasing those shortly. And so
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: today it's just about success. You know, we talk about
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: it a lot because those are the two things that
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: I know that everybody wants. Everybody wants to be happy,
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: and everybody wants to be successful. Those two things. Most
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: people I know want those things right there. And so
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: with that in mind, you know, I just I want
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: to just share this something really really brief with you
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: about success. Three things I want you to keep in
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: mind on your road to success. There are a lot more,
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: but I pulled out these three poignant things that I
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: want people to really expect when it comes to success,
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: because I think some people go about success the wrong way.
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: They go about success expecting the journey to be successful.
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: That's not the way to go about it. The journey
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: is going to be challenging, The journey is going to
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: have setbacks, The journey is going to have disappointments. The
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: goal is to become successful. But please don't expect the
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: journey to be successful. Understand what the journey is. So
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: let me give you three things. Number one, adversity. The
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: road to success is filled with adversity the entire time.
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: You will be having to deal with adversity the entire time.
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: There will be some smooth days for you, but the
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: bulk of the days will have a challenge of adversity
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: in front of you, hands down, without a doubt, no
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: mistaking it. The second part of success that I want
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: you all to understand is rejection. Rejection is a part
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: of success. See when you go about success with the
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: wrong attitude, thinking that all your steps are going to
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: be successful, it's going to be very disappointing and disheartening
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: for you. And in those disappointments and hardships and setbacks,
- 1:33:41Speaker 1: you'll think, Wow, I'm not successful, when you actually are.
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: It's just the process of becoming successful. So rejection is
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: a huge part of it. You're going to be told
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: no on your way to yes. It's very rare that
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: you just get yes, yes, yes, yes, no. You're going
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: to be told no along the road to your yes.
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: So expect to be rejected no, that it's not going
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: to go your way. Know that everyone's not going to
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: see your point, know that everyone's not going to agree
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: with you, and know that everybody's not gonna give it
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: to you. When you want it or even when you
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: need it. Rejection is a huge part. So we got
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: adversity and we got rejection. The third thing I want
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: you to keep in mind to becoming successful are the
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: sacrifices that are necessary. This is a hard one for
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: a lot of people because sacrificing it's difficult. But in
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: order to get what you want, you're gonna have to
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: give up some things. That is the exchange. Anytime you
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: want something, you're going to have to give something to
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: get it. There is nothing that you can want in
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: life and you just go get without giving something. If
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: you want more people to shake your hand, let's say
- 1:35:11Speaker 1: that's what you want. Guess what you're gonna have to do.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: You're gonna have to extend your hand to more people
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: in life. You're going to have to give up something
- 1:35:21Speaker 1: to get something. It sacrifices. You've got to be very
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: very aware of the fact that something will always be
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: required of you. You've all heard the scripture to who
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: much is given, much is required. Well, listen to this.
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: The requirements are ongoing. If you want the giving to continue.
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: If you don't want the giving part that God has
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: for you, you're gonna have to give up the requirements
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: because to who much is given, much is required. So
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: you're gonna have to get real comfortable with the requirements
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: because guess what, You've been given so many things. So
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: every time you want something, that's going to be a
- 1:36:03Speaker 1: requirement on your part. Those are the three things I
- 1:36:05Speaker 1: want you to focus on and think about. And I
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: don't want you to take it negatively, but just understand
- 1:36:11Speaker 1: that's on your way to success. That's what it is.
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: That's exactly what it is. Adversity, rejection, sacrifice. If you
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: can get those three things mastered, you'll be successful. Most
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: people are who are successful, they've mastered that. Those are
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: my clothing remarks. Drop it, baby, drop it, drop it,
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: drop it. I like it quiet when I drop, I
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: know I like it something you don't. I promise you
