- 1:32Speaker 1: Look at that boy. Hey, hey, head straight out called.
- 1:38Speaker 1: I know it's crazy now, see she last that we talked,
- 1:45Speaker 1: he was in my office. Steve Harvey talked show and
- 1:49Speaker 1: and and you were just talking about your career and
- 1:51Speaker 1: just you know, acting and you know, you know, gospel
- 1:54Speaker 1: always gonna be your base. But I just love just
- 1:57Speaker 1: your personality. And now you know, now we're gonna talk
- 2:01Speaker 1: about a couple of other things, because that's what money
- 2:02Speaker 1: making conversations about. Everybody know that you can sing, Everybody
- 2:05Speaker 1: know you can act, you host different TV shows, but
- 2:09Speaker 1: you're entrepreneur now. And and I had Holly Robinson Pete
- 2:14Speaker 1: on the radio last week and she that's the first
- 2:16Speaker 1: time I've heard of Evine. And that's the first time
- 2:20Speaker 1: I've ever heard of Evine when she was on the
- 2:22Speaker 1: show last week, and she was surprised when I brought
- 2:24Speaker 1: it up. And so when I when I asked people
- 2:27Speaker 1: to bring celebrities on my show, I said, please let
- 2:30Speaker 1: them know. I want to talk about the business side
- 2:33Speaker 1: of them, because everybody got the fact you're singing and
- 2:35Speaker 1: all that stuff. You know, I'm you know, We're gonna
- 2:38Speaker 1: talk about that because that's what that's how blessing this goal.
- 2:41Speaker 1: But we also want to talk about making money when
- 2:43Speaker 1: you sleep, establishing the entrepreneur legacy, and that's what this
- 2:47Speaker 1: is all about. In your version of money making conversation,
- 2:50Speaker 1: talk about this, Bed and Linen, talk about this, talk
- 2:53Speaker 1: about that. Thank you so much for the opportunity. I
- 2:57Speaker 1: have a betting line called Believe and my exclusive television
- 3:03Speaker 1: partner is e Vine, which is a home shopping network. UM.
- 3:08Speaker 1: We are working to be in retail stores by um Christmas.
- 3:14Speaker 1: So UM, let me just let me just tell you
- 3:18Speaker 1: because I want you to continue to talk. So so
- 3:20Speaker 1: I'm not going anywhere. In fact, I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 3:22Speaker 1: syndicate this show out, okay, And so when you said
- 3:25Speaker 1: you're gonna go on stores, please contact me okay, because
- 3:29Speaker 1: I want to either we do a truck show in
- 3:31Speaker 1: one of these stores, or we just do it at
- 3:34Speaker 1: the studio here and invite people down because I want
- 3:37Speaker 1: them to see you. Know. I love your personality. I
- 3:40Speaker 1: can talk to you for days because you're just that engaging.
- 3:44Speaker 1: But I also wanted everybody understand that she's on the
- 3:46Speaker 1: phone today to talk about fine betting. Betting that you
- 3:50Speaker 1: can afford, and it's important in a good night's sleep.
- 3:53Speaker 1: And I think it's so natural to you because, just
- 3:56Speaker 1: like me, you travel a lot because you're performed, so
- 3:59Speaker 1: sleeping in different beds, I really can't affect your next day.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And I like to believe that's one of the inspirations
- 4:07Speaker 1: behind this betting line. Talk to us. Absolutely, I wanted
- 4:12Speaker 1: people to be able to experience the amazing betting from
- 4:18Speaker 1: various hotels that we stay in. I want them to
- 4:21Speaker 1: be able to have that in their home because you
- 4:23Speaker 1: deserve that. When you get home from work and you
- 4:26Speaker 1: don't cooked for your family and it's time to go
- 4:29Speaker 1: to bed, you deserve to be on some nice linen
- 4:32Speaker 1: at a quality price. Now, how did they how did
- 4:36Speaker 1: the evine relationship? Again? Vine? You know, this is Michelle
- 4:40Speaker 1: Williams on the phone and she's talking about her bedding line.
- 4:43Speaker 1: And we're talking about confidors, we're talking about what pillows,
- 4:46Speaker 1: we're talking about sheets, we're talking about thread cout, We're
- 4:48Speaker 1: talking about all that. And believe me, thread count makes
- 4:50Speaker 1: a big difference, because you count does make a difference.
- 4:54Speaker 1: But don't be fooled just because it's a it does
- 5:00Speaker 1: of matter if the quality of thread isn't good. There
- 5:03Speaker 1: you go. So you can have a three thread counts,
- 5:06Speaker 1: she said, And it's amazing because the quality of the
- 5:10Speaker 1: thread is good. There you go. See. See that's why,
- 5:15Speaker 1: so you're not just putting your name on something. You
- 5:18Speaker 1: actually making sure your name is protected because who the
- 5:22Speaker 1: first quality stuff? Who first? They're gonna call, They're gonna
- 5:26Speaker 1: call Evin, They're gonna go to your Facebook page, They're
- 5:29Speaker 1: gonna go to your Instagram account and tear and complain
- 5:32Speaker 1: to you. So that's why people need to know your
- 5:34Speaker 1: name behind this, because they can find you and you're
- 5:37Speaker 1: not playing around. Now, Now, how long has this process
- 5:41Speaker 1: how long have you been out there telling this particular
- 5:43Speaker 1: model UM this UM launched in two thousand fifteen, okay,
- 5:50Speaker 1: launching two en. We are looking, like I said, we're
- 5:52Speaker 1: expanding the brand pretty soon. I want Michelle Williams to
- 5:56Speaker 1: be all over your home from lighting, bathroom accessories, scoring
- 6:03Speaker 1: everything for the home. Now, let me ask you this. Now,
- 6:07Speaker 1: I've had you on the Steve hard Talk Show doing
- 6:09Speaker 1: all these panels. Now, what's the first time I heard
- 6:11Speaker 1: about this? Well? The when I was on Steve Harvey
- 6:16Speaker 1: um Herb was at Late last Well last year, talked
- 6:20Speaker 1: about it briefly, but I just didn't have an opportunity
- 6:24Speaker 1: to talk to him one on one A because I
- 6:26Speaker 1: was doing the panel. Didn't talked to Roshan one on
- 6:30Speaker 1: one And we're used sitting in my office just chit
- 6:32Speaker 1: chatting the way we're talking about the w n B A,
- 6:34Speaker 1: we're talking about the Chicago team, all that. You the
- 6:37Speaker 1: spokesperson for that everything. Mm hmm. But now I got
- 6:41Speaker 1: you on the radio. We're gonna keep building this, We're
- 6:43Speaker 1: gonna keep making sure this happen. To give out the
- 6:46Speaker 1: email address one more time. I'm not emailed, just a website.
- 6:49Speaker 1: One more time, and even gonna talk about another thing
- 6:51Speaker 1: that I think is really important to you, the Office
- 6:53Speaker 1: of Women's Health. Talk about so e vine dot com.
- 6:58Speaker 1: You can um type in and the search um Believe
- 7:02Speaker 1: at Home, Believe at Home Again, Believe at Home by
- 7:06Speaker 1: Michelle Weaves. I went on there, I'm a fine betting guy.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Now let let mesk you this, okay, because you you
- 7:11Speaker 1: do comforters, correct ye? Comforters and sheets or do you?
- 7:16Speaker 1: This might be too deep a question. Are they? Are
- 7:19Speaker 1: they down feathers or they foam? Or what are there?
- 7:22Speaker 1: You know? Some of them are um the down and
- 7:26Speaker 1: we make sure that with how they're made. You ever
- 7:30Speaker 1: had some sheets or I'm sorry, a comforter and a
- 7:33Speaker 1: piece of a feather comes out there, But that don't
- 7:37Speaker 1: happen in my set, You see, I didn't see I
- 7:41Speaker 1: would tell you that for her to respond to that question,
- 7:44Speaker 1: she to whole product, because you know I don't. I
- 7:49Speaker 1: have it all in all my beds in my home.
- 7:51Speaker 1: That's how much I love it. I'm a fan of
- 7:54Speaker 1: my own betting because it actually is amazing good quality
- 7:59Speaker 1: UM fabric, textures and designs. You know the funk part
- 8:04Speaker 1: about you that always amazes me is that whenever I
- 8:07Speaker 1: leant in Chicago, Chila Coast, some magazine at the airport stop,
- 8:12Speaker 1: there ain't a lot to you. I show somebody old
- 8:15Speaker 1: hair airport. You're behind on some upscale magazine at Chicago hair.
- 8:20Speaker 1: You own Chicago. Now, now I wish you own a
- 8:24Speaker 1: lot of it because I see your behind all the time.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Now leave it home. By Michelle Weaves on EVA and
- 8:28Speaker 1: as E V I V I N E dot com. Okay,
- 8:33Speaker 1: the Office of Women's Health, your participation in that and
- 8:37Speaker 1: why is that important to you? Yes, I am a
- 8:40Speaker 1: proud ambassador UM of the Office on Women's Health. So
- 8:44Speaker 1: basically it's me just um letting my ladies and young
- 8:48Speaker 1: girls know to make their health a prity. You know,
- 8:53Speaker 1: we make sure we have our hair, we've right, yes,
- 8:56Speaker 1: but our cholesterol is sky high. You don't work out out,
- 9:00Speaker 1: we don't meditate, we don't pray and stuff like that
- 9:04Speaker 1: to make sure our mental health it's just as flawless
- 9:08Speaker 1: as our physical health. And so a lot of us
- 9:12Speaker 1: look good on the outside, but we're dying on the inside. Literally.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Now when you when you say that, now your love
- 9:23Speaker 1: of participation with this? Do you do? Do you travel
- 9:25Speaker 1: do you doing these speaking engagements or you just just
- 9:28Speaker 1: a post spokesperson that puts the word out, whether it's
- 9:31Speaker 1: a P s A or you tweeted that so um.
- 9:35Speaker 1: This week we launched National Women's Health Week. It launched
- 9:39Speaker 1: yesterday on Mother's Day and it goes into the twines.
- 9:43Speaker 1: But I will be doing stuff year round, speaking engagements
- 9:47Speaker 1: and all of that because I'm literally walking this walk.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I'm not just talking. And that's what I love about you.
- 9:54Speaker 1: You know, whether whether you're doing a play or you're singing,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you know, you always engage. You always engage in, always engage.
- 10:04Speaker 1: And so so is there a calendar they can go
- 10:06Speaker 1: to just when when you posted on your social media?
- 10:09Speaker 1: Or is there an event calendar on the on the
- 10:12Speaker 1: Officer of Women's Health website. Yeah, so if you go
- 10:16Speaker 1: to Women's Health dot g o V there is so
- 10:21Speaker 1: much stuff that's so interactive. There's a women's health quiz
- 10:25Speaker 1: and it will tell you what her health style is
- 10:28Speaker 1: from your twenties to your eighties, whatever age you are,
- 10:32Speaker 1: we have something for you to start doing in your
- 10:34Speaker 1: age group. You never you're never too young and you're
- 10:38Speaker 1: never too old to start. Here's here's the funny part,
- 10:40Speaker 1: you go, we sure really asking me questions here, really
- 10:44Speaker 1: really really well, you know, which is not so much
- 10:48Speaker 1: that it's just that I just want to give talent,
- 10:51Speaker 1: celebrity challenge a platform other than going on just talking
- 10:54Speaker 1: about the next TV show, the next CD. And I know,
- 10:58Speaker 1: I know you guys. You know what. I've been fortunate
- 11:00Speaker 1: in my life to sit down and have personal conversations.
- 11:03Speaker 1: And there's another I started in Dephaney's child almost eighteen
- 11:08Speaker 1: years ago. You knew them even before I got in
- 11:11Speaker 1: the group, So that's over twenty years of relationship and
- 11:16Speaker 1: it's amazing. I just wanted to that's what money making
- 11:19Speaker 1: conversations about. And I appreciate you taking your time. And
- 11:22Speaker 1: you are on some magazine. Every time I landed Chicago
- 11:25Speaker 1: her airport, you know we got one minute left, they
- 11:27Speaker 1: give me the finger wrapper. Michelle. First of all, I
