  [SPEAKER_03]: And this month, I honestly, I made an outline that was a bunch of non Disney stuff, but in preparation for the trip, I realized there's so much going on at Disney World that it's just kind of getting like lost in the shuffle.

  [SPEAKER_03]: I am sharing a room with my mom and my toddler, which means that I can't stay up until 2am making little videos.

  [SPEAKER_03]: I'm bringing her on a work trip and I brought her on work trips, like I brought her on the Alaskan cruise, but that wasn't really like newsworthy.

  [SPEAKER_03]: That was more an experience that I came back and reported about, and I've taken her on.

  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I took her on the Disney Magic, but that also was something I came back and reported about.

  [SPEAKER_03]: I haven't really been with her at Disney World for a work event ever.

  [SPEAKER_03]: And the only time that she was ever with me and it worked and it Disney was when my vacation this is like my first post-part vacation with Pearl and she was nine months old happened to coincide with the local media event and they were like, oh, come join us for fireworks and I brought her and she was baby so she, you know, had a, she started crying and she was upset and we left.

  [SPEAKER_03]: But for now, I just want to get ahead of it a bit because I know it's going to be a chaotic week, and I want to make sure that I'm giving you all of the info so that you know what is happening when everyone in your feed is at Disney World, bopping between all of these half-dozen experiences.

  [SPEAKER_03]: This is one of those things that just appeared like a blip and I'm like, yeah, one day it'll be Soryne Across America.

  [SPEAKER_03]: That's happening July 2nd to Disneyland, but May 26th it will Disney World.

  [SPEAKER_03]: And I didn't realize this was a full-fledged shoot.

  [SPEAKER_03]: Like they're going to have more than a dozen locations.

  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what this is going to be.

  [SPEAKER_03]: I cannot wait to find out because I was looking around and it seems like there's almost no gossip about where the locations are going to be.

  [SPEAKER_03]: I completely forgot that we were getting a basically what like a brand new sword and there's no information out about this.

  [SPEAKER_03]: But the headline, of course, of the entire trip is rock and roller coasters starring the Muppets.

  [SPEAKER_03]: Like, the Muppets right now are not the favorite property at the Walt Disney Company haven't been in a minute.

  [SPEAKER_03]: at the time of recording this, which was right around the Disney up front, so I might be speaking it into existence.

  [SPEAKER_03]: And yet they're about to open a ride themed to these characters.

  [SPEAKER_03]: I feel like no matter what happens We're gonna have a muppets coaster for minimum 1520 years.

  [SPEAKER_03]: Like they didn't run new moffits mayhem like the the show that's kind of based on the band that the rods Well, they didn't renew it.

  [SPEAKER_03]: They didn't give it a new season and moffits have been a franchise that all of us love so much, but they've really struggled to gain their footing in television programming in the past five ten years

  [SPEAKER_03]: and it's so wild to me that like there is a chance that a few months from now maybe a year from now the muppets could have a thriving television show and a beloved, like widely, uh, frequently visited thrill ride in a theme park.

  [SPEAKER_03]: Like, like, they closed Muppets courtyard partially because Muppet Vision 3D obviously like no one will know I can't say no one because I guess we're gonna have in the podcast and few weeks literally did buy a ticket for Hollywood Studios to go to Muppet Vision 3D but people generally speaking weren't like the driving factor to get on a plane and fly to Hollywood Studios which now

  [SPEAKER_03]: But what I'm saying in general, if you ignore me and the people that I call my close company, if you ignore all of that, the vast majority of the public are not flying to Disney world for Muppet's courtyard.

  [SPEAKER_03]: But now this is the new thrill ride that they're hairling, and it's just so wild to wrap my head around the fact, again, that we, this could be the Muppet's resurgence,

  [SPEAKER_03]: I read the Disney Park's blog post about it and it is quite confusing, so I tried to break it down from their language into a more straightforward way.

  [SPEAKER_03]: What's happening on Rock and Rollercoaster's throwing them up is that the electric main hand is headlining a sold out concert in Hollywood, but the band is nowhere to be found.

  [SPEAKER_03]: Your VIP tour kicks off inside G-Force Records, which is recently come under new management by Scooters Uncle Real Estate Tycoon and owner of the Muppet Theatre J.P.

  [SPEAKER_03]: But when you add Mandalorian and grew into one of the rides and you add them music we know and love, this new isch version of Star Wars Galaxy's Edge does feel more holistic with everything at the Walt Disney Company right now.

  [SPEAKER_03]: There is that happening on the back end, but also they are when it comes like protein-forward healthy-ish, high-quality food, it is, I mean, especially universal studio Hollywood, the go-to, but also a really, really great option in Florida.

  [SPEAKER_03]: Don't forget they do have a shrek pretzel at this park, but I'm pretty sure, TMI, it plugs out my digestive tract for days, but if you can handle it, I recommend the shrek pretzel, and while J.K. Rowling, again, scum of this earth,

  [SPEAKER_03]: I will add that the ice cream at Florian Fortescus inside Wizarding World is some of my favorite on earth and every time I spend money in one of her lands, again, I donate to a worthy cost.

  [SPEAKER_03]: There are other places to eat at this park, and at the other parks I'm going to mention, but honestly, this is where I go, and if we were going to park together, this is where I would lead you towards.

  [SPEAKER_03]: Over at Islands of Adventure, news recently broke that mythos is closing, so you got to get your tuition there before it becomes yesterland material.

  [SPEAKER_03]: wrong here to be honest, there's that many solid options, but I've really enjoyed more sit-down restaurants while I've been here, which is really reliable for when it's hot out or it rains midday or you're spending the entire day at the park because there's no proper nighttime entertainment, so doing a reservation towards the end of the night doesn't mean you're going to miss anything and actually is like a nice way to sit and refuel before you head out.
