- 0:01Speaker 1: The now most famous text message, and there was a
- 0:04Speaker 1: hell of a lot of text messages from Hunter Biden,
- 0:07Speaker 1: but this text message is different. This text message puts
- 0:11Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America now in
- 0:14Speaker 1: the crosshairs of an investigation that directly correlates with selling
- 0:19Speaker 1: out America through bribery. I want to read for you
- 0:25Speaker 1: this text message. No one's disputed that this is authentic
- 0:31Speaker 1: or real. White House has said exactly that they have
- 0:33Speaker 1: not disputed that this is authentic or real. Quote. I
- 0:38Speaker 1: am sitting here with my father, Hunter Biden writes, and
- 0:42Speaker 1: we would like to understand why the commitment made has
- 0:48Speaker 1: not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like
- 0:53Speaker 1: to resolve this now before it gets out of hand,
- 0:57Speaker 1: and now means tonight. And if I get a call
- 1:01Speaker 1: or text from anyone involved in this other than you,
- 1:06Speaker 1: Zang or the chairman. He then says, I will make
- 1:11Speaker 1: certain that between the man sitting next to me referring
- 1:16Speaker 1: to the former vice president and every person he knows,
- 1:22Speaker 1: and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you
- 1:25Speaker 1: will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here
- 1:30Speaker 1: waiting for the call with my father. They were waiting
- 1:36Speaker 1: They were waiting for that call. You listen to that,
- 1:43Speaker 1: and the White House doesn't want to answer questions. The
- 1:46Speaker 1: White House wants to run away from this. Now, this
- 1:50Speaker 1: is on top of testimony of an IRS employee that
- 1:55Speaker 1: reveals that Biden's IRS and the DOJ in coernel tax
- 2:02Speaker 1: investigation of Hunter Biden shows preferential treatment for not only
- 2:08Speaker 1: the Bidens, but for the wealthy and the politically connected. Now,
- 2:13Speaker 1: what does that actually mean? It's a great question. Right,
- 2:17Speaker 1: Here's what we know. We know that apparently Hunter Biden
- 2:21Speaker 1: love to have fun with his tax bill. We know
- 2:25Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden, from this anonymous IRS criminal investigator to
- 2:32Speaker 1: the Housewaves and Means Committee did a June first interview
- 2:36Speaker 1: that Biden improperly deducted some major expenses on his twenty
- 2:40Speaker 1: eighteen tax form. The whistleblower claims that Biden underreported total
- 2:45Speaker 1: income by half a million, or two hundred and sixty
- 2:48Speaker 1: seven thousand Using the most conservative approach, two hundred and
- 2:52Speaker 1: sixty seven thousand dollars is a tax loss of one
- 2:55Speaker 1: hundred and six thousand. The whistleblower also told Congress that
- 2:58Speaker 1: this included de ductions for personal wage salaries paid personal
- 3:04Speaker 1: travel expenses paid, personal children expenses that he paid, and
- 3:09Speaker 1: personal other expenses that he paid that had nothing to
- 3:11Speaker 1: do with his businesses. The whistleblower told Congress that Biden's
- 3:16Speaker 1: statements in his book completely contradicted what was being deducted
- 3:23Speaker 1: on his tax returns. Biden's twenty sixteen tax returns are
- 3:28Speaker 1: one of the years covered under Hunter's plea deal with
- 3:31Speaker 1: federal prosecutors, and that's why it's relevant who charged him
- 3:36Speaker 1: with a felony gun crime and a misdemeanor tax crime. Now,
- 3:41Speaker 1: some of Hunter Biden's deductions included, and listened carefully. He
- 3:45Speaker 1: reportedly deducted payments to one of his personal no show employees,
- 3:51Speaker 1: which the whistleblower states was essentially a prostitute, so he's
- 3:58Speaker 1: writing off prostitutes. Biden called the prostitute his West Coast assistant.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Biden also deducted a ten thousand dollars payment that went
- 4:09Speaker 1: to a sex club under the guise of it being
- 4:12Speaker 1: a golf club membership deposit. One of the owners of
- 4:18Speaker 1: the member's only sex club confirmed Hunter was in fact
- 4:22Speaker 1: a client. Now it's important to note that a big
- 4:26Speaker 1: piece of the whistleblowers letter to Congress focus on how
- 4:30Speaker 1: the DOJ removed the entire investigative team from Hunter Biden's case.
- 4:36Speaker 1: This team has been on the case since twenty twenty,
- 4:39Speaker 1: and suddenly they were all removed from the case at
- 4:41Speaker 1: the behause of the Department of Justice, the DOJ that
- 4:44Speaker 1: has been incredibly corrupted by a man that's angry he's
- 4:50Speaker 1: on the Supreme Court, the Attorney General of the United
- 4:52Speaker 1: States of America, who apparently holds a grudge and wants
- 4:56Speaker 1: to go after anyone that stopped him from being on
- 4:59Speaker 1: the Supreme Court, Merit Garland. The allegations following the removal
- 5:04Speaker 1: were from their removal were that this was retaliation against
- 5:08Speaker 1: the whistle blovers for contacting Congress to allege a cover
- 5:13Speaker 1: up in the case. Meanwhile, the Attorney General, Merit Garland
- 5:19Speaker 1: press had a press conference and defended the FBI. During
- 5:22Speaker 1: that Friday press conference, when asked if the American people
- 5:25Speaker 1: have caused to be concerned about the integrity of the
- 5:29Speaker 1: Department of Justice, of course, he said what you would expect,
- 5:32Speaker 1: he said, Quolte, I certainly understand that some have chosen
- 5:35Speaker 1: to attack the integrity of the Justice Department, its components,
- 5:40Speaker 1: and its employees by claiming that we do not treat
- 5:43Speaker 1: like cases alike. This constitutes an attack on an institution
- 5:48Speaker 1: that is essentially to American democracy and essential to the
- 5:52Speaker 1: safety of the American people. Nothing could be further from
- 5:55Speaker 1: the truth. You've all heard me say many times that
- 5:59Speaker 1: we make our case is based on the facts and
- 6:01Speaker 1: the law. These are not just words. These are what
- 6:05Speaker 1: we live by. They're the foundation of the way we
- 6:08Speaker 1: make these decisions. The agents of the FBI, as well
- 6:11Speaker 1: as the DEA, the atf our w us marshals every day,
- 6:16Speaker 1: often at the great personal risk. Merrick Garland said, protect
- 6:20Speaker 1: the American people and secure its safety. Our cases are
- 6:24Speaker 1: based on their work. Cannot be more proud to work
- 6:27Speaker 1: with them. Here's the problem with that statement. For Merrick Garland,
- 6:31Speaker 1: the people that are whistle blowing are his own damn employees.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Let me say that again. The people that are whistle
- 6:38Speaker 1: blowing on Merrick Garland are his own damn employees. So
- 6:42Speaker 1: anyone who calls out the bias or the inconsistencies or
- 6:48Speaker 1: the corruption of the Justice Department are now, as he
- 6:52Speaker 1: describes it, attacking the institution which they work for. When
- 6:55Speaker 1: they're actually saying no, no, no, no, no, We're not attacking
- 6:58Speaker 1: the institution. We're trying to tech the institution. In other words,
- 7:04Speaker 1: it feels like another way to say that these people
- 7:08Speaker 1: who are whistleblowing are somehow threatening democracy, which is actually
- 7:12Speaker 1: the opposite of what they're doing. They're saying the threat
- 7:14Speaker 1: to democracy is coming from Merrick Garland and the DOJ
- 7:18Speaker 1: and the FBI who are refusing to do their damn job,
- 7:23Speaker 1: Which brings me back to that text message from Hunter Biden.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Bribery is when you take something from someone that you're
- 7:35Speaker 1: not supposed to, right, that you're not supposed to take,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and then you do it to sell something that they're
- 7:44Speaker 1: not supposed to have. When Joe Biden was the vice president,
- 7:48Speaker 1: that was the whole ballgame, folks. When he was the
- 7:52Speaker 1: vice president, he did deals and favors, And who was
- 7:55Speaker 1: the one selling out the United States of America for
- 7:58Speaker 1: those deals in those favors none other than Hunter Biden
- 8:01Speaker 1: and James Biden and apparently nine other Biden family members.
- 8:05Speaker 1: And then when did they get paid? It looks like
- 8:07Speaker 1: they got paid. They knew when the big cash could
- 8:09Speaker 1: come in and no one would notice it. No one
- 8:12Speaker 1: would notice the big money coming in, right, No, one
- 8:15Speaker 1: would notice it if it happened, if let me say
- 8:21Speaker 1: it again, if it happened after he left the vice presidency.
- 8:25Speaker 1: So that text message was the payoff. Hey, I did
- 8:28Speaker 1: you some deals. I did you some favors. I did
- 8:31Speaker 1: things with the US government. You know I did these
- 8:33Speaker 1: things for you. You are the one that is now
- 8:36Speaker 1: not holding up to your end of the bargain. Z.
- 8:41Speaker 1: But it also tells you that the President of the
- 8:43Speaker 1: United States of America now is clearly compromise. Because when
- 8:47Speaker 1: Hunter Biden writes I'm sitting here with my father, and
- 8:49Speaker 1: then he says I'm sitting here waiting for the call
- 8:52Speaker 1: with my father at the end of the message, the
- 8:53Speaker 1: beginning of the end are exactly the same. I'm sitting
- 8:55Speaker 1: here with my father. I am sitting here waiting for
- 8:59Speaker 1: the call with my father. Joe Biden knew everything. He
- 9:03Speaker 1: was the king pen, he was the big guy, he
- 9:06Speaker 1: was the godfather, and nothing happened without his involvement. Let
- 9:12Speaker 1: me also tell you about our friend's of Augusta precious medals.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Have you been saving a long time for retirement? Well,
- 9:17Speaker 1: if you have, you've probably been really stressed out over
- 9:19Speaker 1: the last year with interest rates have been skyrocketing inflation issues,
- 9:23Speaker 1: bank failures, and people that have actually lost some money
- 9:27Speaker 1: in their retirement accounts. If you aren't invested and diversified
- 9:32Speaker 1: in gold, you should check out Augusta Precious Metals. Augusta

- 9:56Speaker 1: make up losses.

- 9:57Speaker 1: If you've had those losses, you know what I'm talking about.

- 10:21Speaker 1: four gold I r A. That's eight seven seven the

- 10:32Speaker 1: That's augusta Precious Medals dot com or eight seven seven
- 10:36Speaker 1: the number four gold. I r A. Let me just
- 10:40Speaker 1: go back real quick and remind you in comparison to
- 10:44Speaker 1: this text message where Hunter says I'm sitting here with
- 10:47Speaker 1: my father and at the very end he says, I'm
- 10:50Speaker 1: sitting here waiting for the call with my father like
- 10:52Speaker 1: he's and clearly they're talking business and Joe saying you
- 10:55Speaker 1: better get the payoff. Let's go tell them I'm sitting
- 10:58Speaker 1: next to you text Z right now. So Chinese Communist
- 11:02Speaker 1: Party official that they're texting with. For goodness sakes, now,
- 11:08Speaker 1: this was before Joe Biden was president. This is the
- 11:11Speaker 1: end between time when this text was sent. By the way,
- 11:14Speaker 1: there's journalists that have looked at the date of this
- 11:17Speaker 1: and figured out that Hunter Biden was in fact with
- 11:19Speaker 1: Joe Biden on the date that this text was apparently sent.
- 11:22Speaker 1: So it does match up that they were together when
- 11:25Speaker 1: that text message was sent, and it would be kind
- 11:28Speaker 1: of hard to bluff this. When he says I am
- 11:30Speaker 1: sitting here waiting for the call, he said, no one
- 11:31Speaker 1: else calls but you. I don't want anyone else but
- 11:34Speaker 1: you to call me. You better fix us tonight. That
- 11:37Speaker 1: means tonight, and if I get a call or text
- 11:40Speaker 1: from anyone involved in this other than you, Zaang or
- 11:43Speaker 1: the chairman, I will make certain that between the man
- 11:45Speaker 1: sitting next to me and every person he knows and
- 11:49Speaker 1: my ability forever hold a grudge. Now you will regret
- 11:52Speaker 1: not following my direction. I am sitting here for the
- 11:55Speaker 1: call with my father. So here's the thing. Let's just say, hypothetically,
- 11:59Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, let's say we can't put him in the
- 12:02Speaker 1: same room together at the same time the same date,
- 12:04Speaker 1: which we can, but let's just say we can't. That's
- 12:06Speaker 1: an awfully big lie to tell. If the phone does
- 12:09Speaker 1: ring and someone and Joe Biden's not with you, which
- 12:14Speaker 1: goes back to my point. Clearly he was sitting with
- 12:17Speaker 1: his dad, which also means that Joe Biden lied to
- 12:21Speaker 1: you during the entire presidential campaign. Let me remind you
- 12:24Speaker 1: this is from literally my birthday, August twenty eighth of
- 12:30Speaker 1: twenty nineteen. On the campaign trail running for president, Candadate
- 12:35Speaker 1: Biden said this.
- 12:37Speaker 3: I have never discussed with my son, or my brother
- 12:41Speaker 3: or anyone else and being heaven to do with their
- 12:44Speaker 3: businesses period.
- 12:46Speaker 1: That's a lie. In fact, his brother doesn't have a
- 12:49Speaker 1: business without Joe Biden. His son doesn't have a business
- 12:52Speaker 1: without Joe Biden. Right, none of this happens. So that's
- 12:58Speaker 1: why a G. Garland comet says that Hunter got a
- 13:01Speaker 1: sweetheart deal. You know, the constitution, attack on the institution
- 13:06Speaker 1: that's essential to the American democracy. Right, How dare you
- 13:09Speaker 1: say someone got a sweetheart deal even though we all
- 13:11Speaker 1: know we got a sweet heart deal. No, no, no, I
- 13:13Speaker 1: am the DOJ should be on the Supreme Court. I'm not,
- 13:16Speaker 1: but I'm mad. I'm mad as hell. So I'm going
- 13:18Speaker 1: to tell you again there was no sweetheart deal here.
- 13:20Speaker 1: And all these people that are whistleblowing work for me,
- 13:23Speaker 1: and I'm proud of them. Even though I'm attacking them,
- 13:27Speaker 1: shutting them down and going after the whistleblers. They're all
- 13:30Speaker 1: lying to you.
- 13:31Speaker 2: I certainly understand that some have chosen to attack the
- 13:37Speaker 2: integrity of the Justice Department as components, and it's employees
- 13:41Speaker 2: like that.
- 13:42Speaker 1: By the way, the people that are attacking the whistleblowers
- 13:46Speaker 1: are your employees. They're not attacking your employees. They're attacking
- 13:49Speaker 1: you for not doing your damn job. The media should
- 13:54Speaker 1: have said that, right. The media should have said, well,
- 13:57Speaker 1: hold on a second, Garland, what you just said doesn't
- 14:01Speaker 1: make any sense because the people that are telling the
- 14:05Speaker 1: story of what you've done behind the scenes are your employees.
- 14:09Speaker 1: They're not attacking the employees. Let's let's rewind that. Okay,
- 14:13Speaker 1: listen to the psychotic, narcissistic like comment here, and anybody
- 14:18Speaker 1: in the room could have said, you know, a g. Garlin,
- 14:22Speaker 1: it's kind of hard for us to connect the doubt here.
- 14:25Speaker 1: You claiming that people are attacking your employees when it's
- 14:27Speaker 1: your employees that are whistle blowing on you. They're saying
- 14:31Speaker 1: you're the one that's corrupted. They're not saying they're corrupt.
- 14:34Speaker 1: They're saying you are corrupted.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Lee, understand that some have chosen to attack the integrity
- 14:42Speaker 2: of the Justice Department as components and its employees by
- 14:46Speaker 2: claiming that we do not treat like cases alike. This
- 14:50Speaker 2: constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential to
- 14:53Speaker 2: American democracy and essential to the safety of the American people.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Nothing could be further from the truth. You've all heard
- 15:01Speaker 2: me say many times that we make our cases based
- 15:05Speaker 2: on the facts and the law. These are not just words.
- 15:09Speaker 2: These are what we live by. They are the foundation
- 15:11Speaker 2: of the way we make these decisions. The agents of
- 15:14Speaker 2: the FBI, as well as the DA the atf our
- 15:18Speaker 2: Deputy US Marshals, every day, often at great personal risk,
- 15:23Speaker 2: protect the American people and secure its safety. Our cases
- 15:28Speaker 2: are based on their work. I could not be more proud.
- 15:31Speaker 1: To work with them, could not be more proud to
- 15:34Speaker 1: work with them. Well, they're not proud to work with
- 15:36Speaker 1: you because they're whistle blowing on you. Scott Kirby, by
- 15:42Speaker 1: the way, he also at the White House, refused to
- 15:44Speaker 1: answer questions, saying I'm not going to answer questions from
- 15:47Speaker 1: this podium. I'm not going to answer questions from this podium.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Who do you think you are? Asked me questions to
- 15:56Speaker 1: deal with the White House and bribery and more bribery,
- 16:00Speaker 1: lying about the bribery and a cover up with the bribery,
- 16:02Speaker 1: and whin's the blowers from the Department of Justice and
- 16:04Speaker 1: a president that's compromised. I'm not going to answer those
- 16:07Speaker 1: questions from this podium, the podium at the White House.
- 16:09Speaker 1: My question to Kirby is what podium will you answer
- 16:13Speaker 1: this question from? Because this is a Chinese Communist Party
- 16:17Speaker 1: member that's being shaken down by the former Vice President
- 16:20Speaker 1: United States of America a text message, and it's clearly
- 16:23Speaker 1: dealing with corruption and bribery and schemes. This is a
- 16:27Speaker 1: government official in China and the sitting president United States
- 16:30Speaker 1: of America. Now, if you can't answer this question from
- 16:33Speaker 1: that podium, then where the hell is the podium? You
- 16:35Speaker 1: can answer it from.
- 16:38Speaker 4: The House Ways and Means Committee yesterday released documents their
- 16:42Speaker 4: authenticity Nowhere challenge that included a July twenty seventeen WhatsApp
- 16:48Speaker 4: message sent by Hunter Biden to Henry Jao, a Chinese
- 16:53Speaker 4: Communist Party official, which stated, in its entirety and I quote,
- 16:59Speaker 4: I am sitting here, I hear my father, and we
- 17:01Speaker 4: would like to understand why the commitment made has not
- 17:04Speaker 4: been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to
- 17:06Speaker 4: read resolve this now before it gets out of hand,
- 17:09Speaker 4: and now means tonight and zee. If I get a
- 17:11Speaker 4: call or text from anyone involved in this other than
- 17:13Speaker 4: you Xiang or the chairman, I will make certain that
- 17:16Speaker 4: between the man sitting next to me and every person
- 17:19Speaker 4: he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge,
- 17:22Speaker 4: that you will regret not following my direction. I am
- 17:26Speaker 4: sitting here waiting for the call with my father unquote.
- 17:29Speaker 4: So just a couple of questions about this. First, does
- 17:33Speaker 4: this not undermine the president's claim during the twenty twenty
- 17:37Speaker 4: campaign and the reaffirmations of that claim by his two
- 17:41Speaker 4: press secretary since then, that he never once discussed his
- 17:44Speaker 4: son's overseas business dealings with him.
- 17:46Speaker 2: No, and I'm not going to comment further on this.
- 17:49Speaker 3: I'm not James, James. Let me just let me save
- 17:52Speaker 3: you some let me say, let me say, let me
- 17:55Speaker 3: save you some breath. If you're going to ask about this,
- 17:58Speaker 3: I am not addresser.
- 18:00Speaker 2: I know you do more than i'd like you to have.
- 18:02Speaker 3: I am not going to address this issue from this podium.
- 18:05Speaker 3: I'm just not going to do it.
- 18:06Speaker 5: I'm not going to do it.
- 18:09Speaker 1: I'm not going to address this from this podium. There's
- 18:14Speaker 1: something else in there that the reporter, James Rosen said
- 18:17Speaker 1: there that is very important to stay out, he said.
- 18:20Speaker 1: And again, I want to read this, he said. The
- 18:23Speaker 1: House Waves and Means Committee yesday released documents their authenticity
- 18:29Speaker 1: nowhere challenged, that includes a July twenty seventeen What's App
- 18:35Speaker 1: message sent by Hunter Byron Biden to Henry Zoo, a
- 18:39Speaker 1: Chinese Communist Party official. You notice that the White House
- 18:46Speaker 1: did not challenge the authenticity of that WhatsApp massive message
- 18:50Speaker 1: to a Chinese Communist Party official, Zoo or known as Ze.
- 18:56Speaker 1: So when he walks out of the room, you get
- 19:00Speaker 1: that idiot KJP, the White House Press secretary. Does it
- 19:04Speaker 1: go any better? Listen to this?
- 19:06Speaker 3: So kurlywouldn't answered James's question though, are you going to
- 19:09Speaker 3: answer the question? Not a reasonable question to ask, but
- 19:12Speaker 3: that the United States was involved, as this message seems
- 19:15Speaker 3: to suggest in some sort of coercive conversation for business
- 19:20Speaker 3: dealing by a son.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Is that something?
- 19:21Speaker 3: If he wasn't, then maybe you should tell us.
- 19:23Speaker 5: So here's the thing, and I appreciate the question. I
- 19:25Speaker 5: believe my colleague at the White House count.
- 19:28Speaker 1: By the way, I love how he just said that
- 19:31Speaker 1: if it didn't happen, wouldn't the President want to comment
- 19:35Speaker 1: to clear his name, Like, if this isn't true or
- 19:39Speaker 1: the message isn't true, wouldn't the President of the United
- 19:42Speaker 1: States of America. Wouldn't the White House want to go
- 19:44Speaker 1: on offense and say, damn it, this is not real,
- 19:47Speaker 1: it's false. This never happened. This is BS and anyone
- 19:50Speaker 1: that's reporting it to you is lying to you. Wouldn't
- 19:52Speaker 1: that Isn't that what you would want to hear. But
- 19:55Speaker 1: that's not what they're saying. Listen to her run around this.
- 19:57Speaker 1: You ready.
- 20:00Speaker 5: Has answered this question, already, has dealt with this, has
- 20:04Speaker 5: made it very clear. I just don't have anything to
- 20:06Speaker 5: share outside of what my colleagues have shared, and so
- 20:09Speaker 5: I would refer you to him and and the DJ
- 20:12Speaker 5: just not going to comment from here.
- 20:15Speaker 1: I'm not going to comment from here. By the way,
- 20:17Speaker 1: the entire room would be erupting if this was Donald
- 20:20Speaker 1: Trump and Don Junior. If Donald Trump was the president
- 20:23Speaker 1: of the United States of America and this WhatsApp came
- 20:25Speaker 1: out and this was a conversation that Donald Trump was
- 20:28Speaker 1: having with Donald Trump Junam was having with a communist
- 20:31Speaker 1: Chinese official and this happened, the entire room would be
- 20:35Speaker 1: screaming at Kirby and screaming at KJP. But they're not.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Now keep listening because one of them tries to at
- 20:43Speaker 1: least give her a little bit like you can't keep
- 20:46Speaker 1: doing this forever.
- 20:48Speaker 5: Well, what I can tell you is I know that
- 20:50Speaker 5: my colleague has dealt with this. He addressed this at
- 20:54Speaker 5: the White House Council. I just don't have anything else
- 20:55Speaker 5: to share. I just answered the question. I just answered
- 20:59Speaker 5: this question. Yes or no.
- 21:01Speaker 4: Was the President involved in this?
- 21:02Speaker 5: I just answered Steven, Steven, I just answered the question.
- 21:06Speaker 5: I just said, I just this is It's not up
- 21:08Speaker 5: to you how I answered the question. I just answered
- 21:10Speaker 5: the question by telling you my colleagues at the White
- 21:12Speaker 5: House Council has dealt with this, and I would refer
- 21:15Speaker 5: you to them.
- 21:16Speaker 1: They haven't dealt with it. By the way, she's lying
- 21:18Speaker 1: about that. No one's answered the damn question because they
- 21:22Speaker 1: know the answer is yes, he was involved in a shakedown. Yes,
- 21:28Speaker 1: he was involved in a family business that was corrupt
- 21:32Speaker 1: as hell that was sailing out the United States of
- 21:34Speaker 1: America every single chance they get to sell out the
- 21:38Speaker 1: United States of America. Yes, that is what was actually
- 21:42Speaker 1: happening here. This on top of the testimony that was
- 21:46Speaker 1: released showing the IRS recommended charges against Hunter Biden that
- 21:50Speaker 1: included attempt to evade or defeat tax of felony, fraud
- 21:56Speaker 1: or false statements of felony, and willful failure to file returns,
- 22:01Speaker 1: supply information, or pay tax. These tax crimes cover an
- 22:06Speaker 1: estimated two point two million and unreported tax on global
- 22:12Speaker 1: income streams to mister Biden his associates from Ukraine, Romania,
- 22:19Speaker 1: and China totally seventeen point three million in payoffs from
- 22:27Speaker 1: twenty fourteen to two thousand and nineteen, this coming from
- 22:32Speaker 1: the House Ways and Means Committee, and the whistleblower said,
- 22:34Speaker 1: we weren't allowed to do our job. Like we were
- 22:37Speaker 1: not allowed to do our job, his associates were paying.
- 22:42Speaker 1: And this is what we know of, seventeen point three
- 22:45Speaker 1: million to the bidens from just from Ukraine, Romania, and China.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Nothing in America our adversaries Romania, China, Ukraine, plus a
- 22:52Speaker 1: couple million from Russia that's not even on that list.
- 22:56Speaker 1: And then the whistleblower says this mister Biden personally received
- 23:01Speaker 1: eight point three million. Whistleblowers detail foreign payments to mister Biden,
- 23:05Speaker 1: including six hundred and sixty four thousand from the Chinese
- 23:07Speaker 1: company State to Communist Chinese Energy HK, a large diamond
- 23:12Speaker 1: worth eighty thousand, and a Porsche worth one hundred and
- 23:14Speaker 1: forty two thousand. By the way, when you're paying people
- 23:18Speaker 1: in diamonds and Porsches, it's not normal business. It's called embezzling, funneling, cleaning,
- 23:28Speaker 1: dirty money. Hey I can't pay you in cash, but
- 23:31Speaker 1: I can give you a diamond. Hey, I can't write
- 23:34Speaker 1: you a check, but I can give you a Porsche
- 23:36Speaker 1: worth one hundred and forty two thousand. This is what
- 23:40Speaker 1: happens with mafia's, with cartels. This is what happens when
- 23:46Speaker 1: there's corruption and payoffs that are being paid. These payments
- 23:51Speaker 1: are just a fraction of the total, but they provide
- 23:53Speaker 1: insight into a world of wealth and influence that no
- 23:56Speaker 1: ordinary American would recognize. The whistleblower goes on to stay.
- 24:00Speaker 1: In addition, Smith told reporters of probe and to the
- 24:04Speaker 1: president's son was a had major problems, unusual problems, including
- 24:10Speaker 1: whistleblower's claims that Hunter Biden received a special treatment because
- 24:13Speaker 1: his father is the president. IRS investigators said they found
- 24:17Speaker 1: themselves hamstrung internally. The testimony we have just released details
- 24:22Speaker 1: the lack of US attorney independence, reoccurring unjustified delays, unusual
- 24:27Speaker 1: actions outside the normal course of any investigation, a lack
- 24:31Speaker 1: of transparency across the investigation and prosecution teams, and bullying
- 24:35Speaker 1: and threats from the Defense Council. This is a campaign
- 24:41Speaker 1: of delay, divulge, and deny. Whistleblowers say reoccurring unjustified delays
- 24:46Speaker 1: pervaded the investigation, including authenticating of WhatsApp message in which
- 24:49Speaker 1: Hunter Biden demands payment from Chinese communist officials, noting that
- 24:53Speaker 1: his father is in the room waiting on the phone call.
- 24:57Speaker 1: The whistle bler revealed the irs investigators were by US
- 25:01Speaker 1: attorney Leslie Wolf that because the evidence would be found
- 25:04Speaker 1: the guesthouse of the former Vice President Biden's residency, there
- 25:09Speaker 1: was no way there is no way a search warrant
- 25:13Speaker 1: for evidence would ever get approved, so just stop trying.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Smith also said the investigation for warned Hunter Biden of
- 25:24Speaker 1: any future searches for materials that can be used as evidence.
- 25:28Speaker 1: So to be clear, you're investigating Hunter Biden, and you're
- 25:31Speaker 1: warning Hunter Biden of future searches while you're investigating him.
- 25:37Speaker 1: So this is like going to a criminal saying, hey man,
- 25:40Speaker 1: we're gonna come over on Tuesday to look for blood
- 25:44Speaker 1: on clothes and look for the murder weapon, and we're
- 25:48Speaker 1: gonna come get your cell phone and see you've been calling,
- 25:51Speaker 1: and see where you've been, and we're gonna go through
- 25:53Speaker 1: your car to seeing find DNA. So just know we're
- 25:56Speaker 1: gonna tell you before we show up, so you can
- 25:58Speaker 1: make it all go away. And that's what they were
- 26:01Speaker 1: doing for Hunter Biden. The IRS whistleblower told the committee
- 26:05Speaker 1: that the crucial information about the investigation was developed through
- 26:12Speaker 1: sources and then divulged that information of Hunter Biden's attorneys.
- 26:18Speaker 1: For example, even when investigators had probably cause a search
- 26:21Speaker 1: a Northern Virginia storage unit in which Hunter Biden had
- 26:24Speaker 1: stored files, attorneys for Biden were made to wear prior
- 26:28Speaker 1: to any search, providing them valuable time to remove any
- 26:31Speaker 1: materials that could be useful evidence. That so again I
- 26:35Speaker 1: go back this, Hey, we got a serial killer. All right,
- 26:37Speaker 1: let's call him and tell him Tuesday we're gonna come
- 26:40Speaker 1: over and search his house so he can get rid
- 26:43Speaker 1: of everything before we get there. The whistle blower says
- 26:47Speaker 1: throughout the investigation, Garland refused to name a special counsel
- 26:50Speaker 1: in the tax investigation, which could have provided a degree
- 26:53Speaker 1: of separation between President Joe Biden and his Justice Department.
- 26:56Speaker 1: According to the allegations revealed in April by the IRS whistleblower,
- 27:02Speaker 1: On July the twenty sixth, Hunter Biden will appear before
- 27:04Speaker 1: it judge. You will presumably accept the plea deal. The
- 27:08Speaker 1: judge accepts the plea deal. Hunter Biden's lawyer claimed in
- 27:10Speaker 1: an interview with MSNBC that quote no additional allegations of
- 27:14Speaker 1: wrongdoing alleged by Republicans could ever be brought against the
- 27:17Speaker 1: present sun period, basically saying we got immunity. You can't
- 27:23Speaker 1: come for us on anything. We are untouchable. I'll say
- 27:29Speaker 1: it again. Share all this information with your family and
- 27:35Speaker 1: your friends. This is what the media is hiding from you.
- 27:39Speaker 1: This is what the media doesn't want you to know.
- 27:42Speaker 1: This is what the media is refusing to investigate or
- 27:47Speaker 1: even tell you. Don't forget down with the Ben Ferguson
