- 1:58Speaker 1: on your tha, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You
- 2:05Speaker 1: I listened to the voice, come on dig me now.
- 2:07Speaker 1: One and only. Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yeah, man,
- 2:12Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Trying to do something
- 2:15Speaker 1: with it too. Man. Uh you know, um, I was
- 2:19Speaker 1: having a conversation the other day with a young person
- 2:23Speaker 1: and they were telling me how they felt that their
- 2:26Speaker 1: life was stuck, that their life was in a rut,
- 2:30Speaker 1: that they didn't know what to do next. And one
- 2:35Speaker 1: of the things that was causing them this sadness or
- 2:39Speaker 1: this depression. I mean, they really really into something right now.
- 2:42Speaker 1: One of the things that was causing it was the
- 2:45Speaker 1: fact that they had made a list of things they
- 2:50Speaker 1: wanted to accomplish by a certain age, and that age
- 2:57Speaker 1: they just had a birthday recently and they were looking
- 3:02Speaker 1: at the list, and the list hadn't been fulfilled, and
- 3:08Speaker 1: because that list hadn't been fulfilled, they were really really
- 3:14Speaker 1: sad about it, you know. Um one of the things
- 3:18Speaker 1: that they had on the list was marriage, kids, And
- 3:24Speaker 1: I don't know everything else that was on the list,
- 3:26Speaker 1: but that was one of them. And because she had
- 3:29Speaker 1: reached a certain age and she wasn't married, and she
- 3:32Speaker 1: didn't have the kids, and she had just celebrated her birthday,
- 3:37Speaker 1: she's gone into this mode of sadness whereas really really
- 3:43Speaker 1: taking a toll on her and us. As I was
- 3:47Speaker 1: learning about her situation, I was thinking about it, and
- 3:53Speaker 1: I just wanted to share this with you all this
- 3:55Speaker 1: morning that one of the things about making a list
- 3:59Speaker 1: about what you want, which I happen to be a
- 4:01Speaker 1: proponent of, I do it myself. I have people have
- 4:05Speaker 1: dream boards, I have a gold sheet I have. I've
- 4:08Speaker 1: been doing it for years. It's a It's a wonderful
- 4:11Speaker 1: way to set goals and to keep it in front
- 4:14Speaker 1: of you as a constant reminder. And I always go
- 4:17Speaker 1: over this goal list every day, you know. I mean
- 4:20Speaker 1: I go of it all the time, every day. Sometimes
- 4:23Speaker 1: I miss a day here and there, but mostly every
- 4:26Speaker 1: day I pulled my gold sheet out and I look
- 4:28Speaker 1: at it, I read it. So I was going to
- 4:30Speaker 1: these rallies and I was learning about, you know, people
- 4:34Speaker 1: who were successful in how they kept their mind writing positive.
- 4:37Speaker 1: And one of the things I learned was to make
- 4:39Speaker 1: these dream boards, these lists, these gold sheets. And in
- 4:44Speaker 1: making a gold sheet, and you make the sheet according
- 4:47Speaker 1: to what you want, think about one thing when you
- 4:51Speaker 1: made your gold sheet, about what you want it? Does
- 4:55Speaker 1: your goal sheet have on it what God wants from you?
- 5:00Speaker 1: Did you ask in any of this what was His
- 5:02Speaker 1: will in your life? You know? Look, man, what we
- 5:06Speaker 1: want oftentimes is not what He wants for us. And
- 5:11Speaker 1: you know, if you're fighting against what you were created for,
- 5:15Speaker 1: if you're fighting against his will, I mean, what do
- 5:19Speaker 1: you want to happen? See? Don't be so hard on
- 5:23Speaker 1: yourself when you look at your goal sheet and you
- 5:25Speaker 1: look at what you've not become what you thought was
- 5:28Speaker 1: a great idea. Don't be so hard on yourself because
- 5:31Speaker 1: you just made a minded mistake. As do most people,
- 5:34Speaker 1: we oftentimes make our goals and set our goals up
- 5:37Speaker 1: without ever considering what is it that God wants from us?
- 5:41Speaker 1: We keep talking about what we want without ever finding
- 5:44Speaker 1: out and knowing what it is God wants for us. Well,
- 5:47Speaker 1: guess what, man, Maybe you're fighting against the grain. Maybe
- 5:50Speaker 1: you're just a salmon heading upstream. That's a tough fight upstream.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Not all salmons get up to the spawning grounds, you know.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Some of them don't make it upstream, you know. But
- 5:59Speaker 1: all of them, nearly all of them, except the ones
- 6:02Speaker 1: that's killed by prey. When they're spawned, they go out
- 6:05Speaker 1: to the ocean. That's cool, because you're going because you're
- 6:07Speaker 1: going with the grain. You're going downstream, you're going with
- 6:11Speaker 1: the flow. That's but when it's time to go against
- 6:15Speaker 1: the grain, it's tough. And a lot of us have
- 6:17Speaker 1: just been going against the grain for all of these years.
- 6:20Speaker 1: But you know what, listen, man, I did it. I
- 6:23Speaker 1: know a lot of people who did it. Very few
- 6:25Speaker 1: people get it right from the very beginning. Man, you
- 6:29Speaker 1: got to stumble through life sometimes sometimes you got to
- 6:32Speaker 1: fall through life. You gotta make a lot of mistakes, man,
- 6:36Speaker 1: But these mistakes are not failures. You know, when you
- 6:38Speaker 1: fail at something, don't look at it as a failure.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Don't look at yourself as a failure because you're thirty
- 6:43Speaker 1: and your goals ain't reach that you had on your list.
- 6:46Speaker 1: That was your list. What about the things that's going right.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Stop looking at what you're not, take some time out
- 6:54Speaker 1: and thank God for what you are. How about the
- 6:56Speaker 1: fact that you keep waking up to be thirty. You
- 6:58Speaker 1: know you get depressed about these birthdays. You really want
- 7:01Speaker 1: to throw yourself in some depression. Miss a birthday, You
- 7:04Speaker 1: really got a problem. Now look at where you are.
- 7:07Speaker 1: You keep reaching birthdays. That's a glorious blessing. You keep
- 7:11Speaker 1: waking up. You got your health, You've accomplished something. Something
- 7:15Speaker 1: on your list is done. People spend too much time
- 7:19Speaker 1: on the negative side, and you're just throwing yourself into depression.
- 7:22Speaker 1: So what, you wanted to be married by a certain
- 7:24Speaker 1: age and you wanted to have kids. Okay, cool, You
- 7:27Speaker 1: could have done all that with the wrong person. There's
- 7:30Speaker 1: a blessing in not being married to the wrong person.
- 7:33Speaker 1: There's a blessing in not having kids and nobody to
- 7:35Speaker 1: help you raise it. There's a blessing in that man.
- 7:38Speaker 1: You're talking to somebody who can tell it to you.
- 7:40Speaker 1: You can marry the wrong person if you want to.
- 7:43Speaker 1: I'm telling you you're gonna be up in some mess
- 7:45Speaker 1: you can't count on. So instead of being angry because
- 7:49Speaker 1: you're not married, you don't have kids, why don't you
- 7:51Speaker 1: thank God demand Maybe he spared you from some misery here.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Maybe you could have married the wrong person. Maybe you
- 7:56Speaker 1: have kids and you're not really ready to be a
- 7:58Speaker 1: mother or a father. I got to look at the upside, man.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Quit looking at what you don't have. Take some time
- 8:04Speaker 1: to thank God for what you do have. When you
- 8:07Speaker 1: do that, you make more room for blessings to flow
- 8:09Speaker 1: into your life. I'm not saying how God thinks, because
- 8:13Speaker 1: I really don't know, but I'm telling you, if a
- 8:17Speaker 1: person comes to me and I always give a person
- 8:19Speaker 1: something and they never appear grateful, or they never say
- 8:22Speaker 1: thank you, please, no, you can quit coming to me. Now.
- 8:27Speaker 1: I don't know that's how God works, because I've gone
- 8:30Speaker 1: back to him several times without being grateful of thanking him,
- 8:33Speaker 1: and he's feeling my basket up again. So I really
- 8:37Speaker 1: think he's not like that. But I can't make the
- 8:39Speaker 1: call for sure. But I think at one point in time, me,
- 8:44Speaker 1: just just me talking, i'd be a little ticked off
- 8:47Speaker 1: at somebody who was always taken, taking, taking, and never
- 8:51Speaker 1: showing any gratitude. At one point in time, I would
- 8:54Speaker 1: just stop the flow of the take. You know, you
- 8:57Speaker 1: just you can't take no more from me. That's what
- 8:59Speaker 1: I would do. Now. I'm not calling it like that
- 9:02Speaker 1: because I ain't him, but I know he's merciful. He's
- 9:05Speaker 1: full of goodness and here and there, and he'll forgive
- 9:07Speaker 1: you again. And thank God he does that because he's
- 9:10Speaker 1: shown enough done it for me. But wow, man, take
- 9:12Speaker 1: some time out today and be grateful for what you have.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Stop complaining about where you're not, and think about where
- 9:18Speaker 1: you are, and then take it from there. And then
- 9:21Speaker 1: next time you make a list, make sure on that
- 9:23Speaker 1: list you have God's will. What does he want for you?
- 9:27Speaker 1: Does God create give everybody a gift and a talent?
- 9:30Speaker 1: Some of us never apply gifts and talents. We head
- 9:33Speaker 1: off in another direction. Then you wonder why your life
- 9:35Speaker 1: ain't where its supposed to be. Have you ever thought
- 9:38Speaker 1: about what God gifted you to do? Have you ever
- 9:40Speaker 1: thought about doing that? And stip skip what you want?
- 9:42Speaker 1: I wanted to play in the NBA, but I gotta
- 9:44Speaker 1: tell you something. At dribbling and shooting and running all
- 9:48Speaker 1: at one time, throwing me off a little bit. You know,
- 9:51Speaker 1: it's so I'm doing what I do. It's pretty cool.
- 9:55Speaker 1: You can look at it that way. Okay, you're listening
- 9:57Speaker 1: show ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. Man, have you
- 10:04Speaker 1: undivided attention? Dad? Yeah? That was Harns. That's how they
- 10:10Speaker 1: do it. Somebody run out. Got a long trumpet with
- 10:14Speaker 1: a flag on the end of it. You get the visual.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Got on the gestures, I'll fit. Got some shoes made
- 10:22Speaker 1: out of velvet with tones turned up on the end,
- 10:24Speaker 1: with some veils, look like a hell. You had describe.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Know what I'm saying. I'm a professional usual art painting. Yes,
- 10:35Speaker 1: you are all really, really good, and even to this day, Lord,
- 10:39Speaker 1: I could tell a story. But the story you need
- 10:42Speaker 1: to understand is today as the day that the Lord
- 10:44Speaker 1: has made. Let us rejoice. Come on now and be
- 10:47Speaker 1: glad in it. I'm grateful today in spite of all
- 10:50Speaker 1: of it. I don't care what trouble besets me when
- 10:55Speaker 1: I wake up, as long as I wake up, thank
- 10:59Speaker 1: you the law, and I can deal with it from that.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Because I woke up to some mess this moment, but
- 11:06Speaker 1: the the mess didn't wake me up. It was the
- 11:09Speaker 1: goodness and grace or the Lord Almighty. So for that
- 11:12Speaker 1: I'm grateful. So come on with it today. Let's see
- 11:15Speaker 1: what you got. I've already started praying, so I'm in
- 11:19Speaker 1: good shape. Shirley Strawberry callin for real. The Mouth of
- 11:22Speaker 1: the South Junior and the legend that he is, nephew
- 11:25Speaker 1: Tommy Junior. What's on your mind? Man? Hey U, let
- 11:29Speaker 1: me talk to you about something. Man. You talked about this,
- 11:31Speaker 1: and I just want to get an understanding. You talked
- 11:34Speaker 1: about harvesting and planting, and you've been talking about planting
- 11:38Speaker 1: all these seeds and then there's gonna be a season
- 11:40Speaker 1: for harvest. What exactly explain how you met that for life?
- 11:44Speaker 1: You got the plant in order to harvest, so that
- 11:48Speaker 1: means you're gonna have to do a lot of work
- 11:50Speaker 1: without the eating part. You don't eat until you harvest sucking.
- 11:55Speaker 1: You gotta put the plants in the ground. You got
- 11:57Speaker 1: to dig it, you got to teal it, you got
- 11:59Speaker 1: to coverage, you got the water. You got to fertilize it.
- 12:01Speaker 1: You gotta tend to it. You gotta dust it from pesticide.
- 12:05Speaker 1: You gotta keep pest off of it. Slash haters. You
- 12:08Speaker 1: gotta nurture and water it. That means pour information into it, knowledge, prayer, faith, hope.
- 12:14Speaker 1: And then and then the plants start coming up out
- 12:17Speaker 1: the ground. And as soon as they come up out
- 12:18Speaker 1: the ground, you can't start chopping them and eating them
- 12:21Speaker 1: because they ain't They don't bear fruit yet, they don't
- 12:25Speaker 1: bear produce yet. They just insprouted. And too many times
- 12:29Speaker 1: people are impatient. They won't soon as they see something
- 12:32Speaker 1: sprout about the dirt, they want to tell it and
- 12:35Speaker 1: start eating it. Well, it ain't fair fruit. You got
- 12:37Speaker 1: to keep planting. And then years later you look back
- 12:41Speaker 1: across the field and it's some stuff over there that
- 12:44Speaker 1: you planted years ago that you can now go back
- 12:47Speaker 1: and start reaping the benefits and hardness. But until that happens,
- 12:51Speaker 1: you got to keep planting. You can never stop the
- 12:55Speaker 1: planting process. So also understand thunderstorms is coming, droughts just coming,
- 13:01Speaker 1: floods is coming, and you're gonna wipe out a couple
- 13:04Speaker 1: rows and crops, Yes you are. But if you stop planting,
- 13:07Speaker 1: then your whole field is wiped out. But if you
- 13:10Speaker 1: steal planting has new stuff coming out, then you mess
- 13:13Speaker 1: around and look up and some of them seeds are
- 13:15Speaker 1: pushed back through the drought and through the flood in
- 13:17Speaker 1: your house, some mo eat to later on. Yes, well,
- 13:20Speaker 1: are you better? What he's better? Tell these people what
- 13:24Speaker 1: he asked you folk? What you mean by plant in Harvard?
- 13:27Speaker 1: That's exactly what I'm Lord, damn, I'm fine, all right,
- 13:35Speaker 1: all right? Coming up, coming up at thirty two minutes
- 13:39Speaker 1: after the hour, we'll run that brank back with the
- 13:41Speaker 1: nephew right after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 13:45Speaker 1: Morning Show. It is time now for the nephew to
- 13:48Speaker 1: run that prank back. What you got for us today,
- 13:50Speaker 1: neph what's on the minute? You know what, Shirley, We're

- 14:53Speaker 1: one husband here. Okay, No, I got that. I'm a
- 14:56Speaker 1: work husband, you know, you know like that, you know,
- 14:58Speaker 1: just something playful. A job. They'd be saying, work. What
- 15:03Speaker 1: are you talking about? Well, you know, it's just just something,
- 15:06Speaker 1: you know, playful. They'd be saying, you know, uh, when
- 15:08Speaker 1: you hang around somebody a lot. They said he should
- 15:10Speaker 1: work husband, or your work wife, you know, something like that.
- 15:12Speaker 1: But nothing nothing, nothing heavy, nothing heavy at all. Man.
- 15:16Speaker 1: All right, what's what's up? Man? I mean, what's up? What? Well?

- 15:32Speaker 1: what's up? How long do you do? Uh? If you
- 15:36Speaker 1: don't mind me asking how much longer do you see

- 16:03Speaker 1: I mean I just got it off a desk, man.

- 21:00Speaker 1: you're listening to morning show coming up at the top
- 21:04Speaker 1: of the hour. In entertainment news, Lebron James hates the
- 21:08Speaker 1: fans in Boston, Angela Simmons gets all the praise for
- 21:13Speaker 1: not photo shopping her bikini picks, and Kylie Jenner takes
- 21:16Speaker 1: seventeen I said, seventeen minute flight in her private jet
- 21:21Speaker 1: and then taughts her followers. We'll find out what all
- 21:24Speaker 1: these stories are about at the top of the hour,
- 21:26Speaker 1: like I said, But right now it is time to
- 21:29Speaker 1: ask the CLO Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey. Here we go.
- 21:34Speaker 1: This one's from Hallie and or Haley and Haley Haley.
- 21:47Speaker 1: I'm thirty four dating a thirty five year old man
- 21:50Speaker 1: that is cheap when it comes to dating, but he
- 21:53Speaker 1: splurges on designer clothes. He took me to Pizza Hut
- 21:56Speaker 1: then bragged about spending six hundred dollars on a pair
- 22:00Speaker 1: of sneakers. I like nice things and nice restaurants, but
- 22:03Speaker 1: he doesn't get it. How do I stop him from
- 22:06Speaker 1: being so self absorbed and cheap? How are you gonna
- 22:10Speaker 1: stop him from being who he is? Huh, you're dating
- 22:14Speaker 1: this man. You didn't marry him. Sain't your huts. Now
- 22:18Speaker 1: he's showing you who he is. You don't want to
- 22:21Speaker 1: pay attention to that. See let hello. In the words
- 22:28Speaker 1: of Judge Lee and Tola, I wish ladies would stop
- 22:31Speaker 1: collecting red flags. Huh. When you see the red flag,
- 22:36Speaker 1: that don't mean stick it up and put it in
- 22:38Speaker 1: tr trunk of your car going about your business. You're
- 22:42Speaker 1: dating a man that's self absorbed. Now as a single man,
- 22:46Speaker 1: he has every right to buy six hundred dollars designer
- 22:49Speaker 1: sneakers if he wanted it. And if your answer is
- 22:52Speaker 1: okay with the pizza hut, you know, ain't nothing wrong
- 22:54Speaker 1: with pizza. I mean, I ain't nothing. I've took some
- 22:56Speaker 1: dates on pizza places before. But you know, if you
- 23:00Speaker 1: don't ever see the other side. He don't ever buy
- 23:03Speaker 1: you nothing nice, He don't ever do nothing nice or
- 23:05Speaker 1: extravagant for you, then you know who you're dealing with.
- 23:09Speaker 1: That's right. Stop trying to change these men, right, you
- 23:13Speaker 1: can't change nobody that don't want to change, because he
- 23:16Speaker 1: might not change for you. He is who he is
- 23:20Speaker 1: right now, all right? Moving on to every rates on
- 23:22Speaker 1: your panty, y'all. Now though you don't, you don't. Yeah,
- 23:26Speaker 1: and I'm not and you're not what I'm all right?
- 23:33Speaker 1: All right, We're moving on to everybody online said all
- 23:37Speaker 1: these young girls wants to Steve Harvey's money. I wanted
- 23:41Speaker 1: to say, well, gonna have to ask some rgre for it.
- 23:45Speaker 1: She got all of it. She's a gate key for it. Yeah,
- 23:50Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Ain't all that all these young girls wanting
- 23:52Speaker 1: for is his money? Well, I don't have that. So
- 23:57Speaker 1: moving onto Everett, out of the Bronx Everett. Right. I'm
- 24:00Speaker 1: living with my girlfriend and she loves to entertain. She's
- 24:03Speaker 1: younger than I am, so she always has friends coming
- 24:06Speaker 1: over to our place and they're wearing out. They're welcome.
- 24:08Speaker 1: I like relaxing and watching movies with her, but her
- 24:12Speaker 1: friends drop by or she invites them without asking. Should
- 24:15Speaker 1: I set some guidelines, Well, you can try, dog, you
- 24:19Speaker 1: go ahead. I think you misunderstanding. See, she's the queen
- 24:25Speaker 1: of the castle, and even though you're the king of
- 24:28Speaker 1: the castle, the queen sets the rules of the castle. True,
- 24:34Speaker 1: they do. I wish it were different, brother, But the king, oh,
- 24:41Speaker 1: because lord knows, I am King Clinton. I am king.
- 24:45Speaker 1: I wear my crown honorable. But when it come down
- 24:49Speaker 1: to setting the rules in this house, it's the queen's move.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Pardner Sali, there's nothing I could do about that. So
- 24:57Speaker 1: you know you could talk to her about it that
- 25:00Speaker 1: you know, you don't have some time to yourself, or
- 25:03Speaker 1: at least let you know she's gonna do that. You
- 25:04Speaker 1: could do that, but they're coming mmmm. And then you're
- 25:08Speaker 1: older anyway, you dry everything a lot of fun. Your
- 25:12Speaker 1: name every you know, you name every you know, tell
- 25:17Speaker 1: your ass back. That's what you give when you get
- 25:22Speaker 1: these young ass girls. You get these young ass decisions
- 25:25Speaker 1: in these young ass situations. She liked to talk in
- 25:29Speaker 1: your old ass. Don't every all right? Michelle and Um
- 25:36Speaker 1: Southwest DC says I met a handsome married man at
- 25:39Speaker 1: the bank and he was honest and said he was
- 25:41Speaker 1: looking for a woman to join him and his wife
- 25:44Speaker 1: in the bedroom. He was fine, so I agreed to
- 25:47Speaker 1: join them one time. That was it and I never
- 25:50Speaker 1: heard from him again. I think it's because his wife
- 25:53Speaker 1: was jealous. Should I call him and ask him? Why?
- 25:57Speaker 1: One and done? You are? They ain't like you? Right?
- 26:04Speaker 1: Like you? Yeah? No, she ain't like you. He ain't
- 26:08Speaker 1: like you. They ain't like you. You met a man,
- 26:12Speaker 1: they asked you to come join him. You went down
- 26:14Speaker 1: that They went, damn, that was a waste. We ain't
- 26:18Speaker 1: doing that. No more trying to say the wife was jealous. No,
- 26:21Speaker 1: I ain't no wife jeller. Hey, everybody in that bed
- 26:25Speaker 1: that night decided I could have had a v eight.
- 26:30Speaker 1: He bought you. They thought you was cute and all
- 26:33Speaker 1: that you and that you ain't know what you was doing.
- 26:35Speaker 1: You didn't know how to three something at work. Now,
- 26:37Speaker 1: I ain't wanted to teach it, but I do want
- 26:40Speaker 1: you to know that it didn't work out for you.
- 26:42Speaker 1: So come on over here, like I didn't set your
- 26:44Speaker 1: ass down somewhere. It ain't. Yeah, go set your ass
- 26:47Speaker 1: down some one. This ain't what you do though, Yeah,
- 26:51Speaker 1: calling him talking about what y'all that I thought when
- 26:53Speaker 1: he was gonna No, we don't like you. We voted. Hey,
- 26:57Speaker 1: it's your weekend. I just told you. In the other question,
- 27:02Speaker 1: the queens make the rules at the castle. That the
- 27:06Speaker 1: queen don't like the little or jesture he bought to
- 27:09Speaker 1: the house. The jesture don't get to come back to
- 27:11Speaker 1: the house. You ain't The other queen. She was whack. Yeah,
- 27:19Speaker 1: you are paper. You ain't here, ain't doing you, ain't
- 27:22Speaker 1: do somebody right, somebody ain't want you no more. And
- 27:25Speaker 1: you can come to that because I'm telling you something. Man,
- 27:27Speaker 1: you can get a hold to some bad action. Now
- 27:30Speaker 1: you can get some bad action. Yeah. Oh, just cause
- 27:33Speaker 1: it look good, don't mean it is good. You better talk. Yeah, alright,
- 27:39Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you something right now. Pretty don't pretty,
- 27:41Speaker 1: don't do everything. Uh huh, all right. Last one. This
- 27:48Speaker 1: is from Kia and Dayton. Kia says, my ex and
- 27:51Speaker 1: his new girlfriend got matching tattoos, and when he was
- 27:54Speaker 1: with me, he hated tattoos. How do men change like
- 27:59Speaker 1: that when they get with different women? Does that mean
- 28:02Speaker 1: she is his soulmate? Why else would he do something
- 28:05Speaker 1: like that? Yes, yes, he liked her way more than
- 28:11Speaker 1: he liked you. He loved her more than he loved you. Yeah,
- 28:17Speaker 1: face it, that's why men do stuff like that. I
- 28:19Speaker 1: never do that. I never get marrid. Next thing, you know,
- 28:22Speaker 1: they mad. I never get a tattooed, they got a
- 28:24Speaker 1: matching tattooed. Yes, yes, he feel differently about her that
- 28:31Speaker 1: he did. You kill It's okay, it's all right. Why
- 28:37Speaker 1: you want a man that don't want you? He put
- 28:43Speaker 1: her name on him? What is you still wearing about him? Fault?
- 28:48Speaker 1: I don't understand. He didn't put your name on him
- 28:52Speaker 1: because he knew your ass wasn't gonna be around. Why
- 28:55Speaker 1: would I tettoo a name on me? And I ain't
- 28:58Speaker 1: got no plans for a few you would did help? Yeah,
- 29:03Speaker 1: she needs to understand that. Kia and Dayton, it's over
- 29:08Speaker 1: and yeah, all right, thank you, CLO, good job today, Clo.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Entertainment News. Right after this you're listening to show. Coming
- 29:26Speaker 1: up at twenty minutes after the hour, we have comedian,
- 29:28Speaker 1: actor and podcaster Bill Bellamy joining us, Remember Yeah and
- 29:36Speaker 1: other news. On the latest episode of Lebron James sports
- 29:39Speaker 1: series The Shop, which everyone says is so good, uh,
- 29:43Speaker 1: Lebron was asked why he hates Boston and he gave
- 29:47Speaker 1: a sweet and simple answer. Lebron said, because they racist
- 29:51Speaker 1: af That's what he says, because they yeah yeah. Lebron
- 29:59Speaker 1: added that they don't say anything, and it's fine. It's
- 30:02Speaker 1: my life. I've been dealing with it my whole life.
- 30:06Speaker 1: I don't mind it. I hear it, if I hear
- 30:09Speaker 1: somebody close by. I checked them real quick. Then move on, Steve.
- 30:16Speaker 1: That's what I said. I told y'all. Ever since they
- 30:19Speaker 1: turned that school bus over with them black kids, owner,
- 30:22Speaker 1: I ain't gave it, damn by Boston. I just ain't,
- 30:25Speaker 1: you know. I thank God new edition from there. But
- 30:27Speaker 1: that's it. They gave us new edition and they ain't.
- 30:33Speaker 1: None of them move back. Love you all, I got
- 30:37Speaker 1: to say, man, I told her that what I'm telling you, man,
- 30:39Speaker 1: Boston Man, they they own one up there. Man, they
- 30:43Speaker 1: don't give it, damn. I never The only time I
- 30:46Speaker 1: ever cheered for Boston anything was when Ray Allen, Paul
- 30:51Speaker 1: Pierce and Gnette was on. I love them boys right there.
- 30:55Speaker 1: I'm glad they won that time. Yeah. And then after that,
- 30:58Speaker 1: I wish I wish nothing good for Oh. You and
- 31:03Speaker 1: Lebron are an agreement on bad Patriots red socks. I
- 31:07Speaker 1: just like Poppy, big Poppy, and that's it. Nothing else.
- 31:13Speaker 1: I don't give a damn about their food rising. But
- 31:23Speaker 1: I was thirty thirty years old before I knew that
- 31:26Speaker 1: Harvard was even in Boston. I walked right past it
- 31:29Speaker 1: and then I asked this white dude. I said, hey, man,
- 31:31Speaker 1: let me ask you a question. Is that I saw
- 31:32Speaker 1: the art? Said Harvard? I said, is that the Harvard?
- 31:36Speaker 1: He said, what do you think it is? You know,
- 31:38Speaker 1: I was young back then. I ain't handle money, so
- 31:41Speaker 1: you know the thing. The words I said to him
- 31:43Speaker 1: after that cannot be repeated on the radar. All right,
- 31:50Speaker 1: let's get to this one. Uh. Fans are praising reality
- 31:54Speaker 1: star and model Angela Simmons after she shared multiple pictures
- 31:58Speaker 1: in a green bikini while modeling or the Matt Collection
- 32:01Speaker 1: during Miami Swim Week of this year. The photos were
- 32:04Speaker 1: captioned captioned raw, no edit, Real bodies matter. Thick thighs
- 32:10Speaker 1: save lives. L O l Thick lives save lives. That's
- 32:14Speaker 1: a true statement. I've never heard that thick lives. Thick
- 32:19Speaker 1: thick thighs do save lives. They do, they do well.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Angela's friends and her fans fluttered her comments with praise
- 32:29Speaker 1: for not photoshopping her pictures. One Twitter user left this comment,
- 32:34Speaker 1: I really love that Angela Simmons did this. We are
- 32:36Speaker 1: programmed after seeing photoshopped pictures, so people tend to make
- 32:40Speaker 1: fun of how natural bodies are in reality. Lord knows.
- 32:44Speaker 1: I love my cellulight dips and marks. So there you go.
- 32:48Speaker 1: They're loving them from Angela Simmons. And the picture is beautiful.
- 32:52Speaker 1: I mean, you know it is what it is. Yeah, Yeah,
- 32:55Speaker 1: she's got her figure. I love it. Yeah. Social media,
- 33:00Speaker 1: when she was struggling across it was like walk girl. Yes, yes,
- 33:08Speaker 1: Well people don't exactly feel the same way right now
- 33:11Speaker 1: about Kylie Jenner. She's faced major backlash from social media
- 33:15Speaker 1: trolls after she took a seventeen minute flight on her
- 33:20Speaker 1: private jet from Camario, California, to Van Eys, California last week.
- 33:25Speaker 1: It would have been a forty five minute drive, just
- 33:27Speaker 1: forty five minutes in the car, and Kylie chose to
- 33:30Speaker 1: fly instead. The trolls called Kelly a climate criminal for
- 33:34Speaker 1: wasting jet fuel on a seventeen minute private jet flight,
- 33:38Speaker 1: to add insult to injury. Three days after the quick flight,
- 33:41Speaker 1: Kylie posted a black and white picture of her and Travis,
- 33:44Speaker 1: her baby daddy, Travis Scott, posing in front of their
- 33:47Speaker 1: private jets. They each have private jets, with the caption
- 33:51Speaker 1: you want to take mine or yours? And the steam continues. Okay,
- 33:58Speaker 1: that's the way. She really stuck into the haters that time. Yes, yes,
- 34:03Speaker 1: the plane did you see the picture though, I no,
- 34:07Speaker 1: can somebody please it wasn't black and white right because
- 34:12Speaker 1: black and white. I don't steal over it. I don't
- 34:17Speaker 1: know what. I don't understand the anger about the seventeen
- 34:23Speaker 1: minute flight because the climate control gold you could have
- 34:27Speaker 1: been in a car instead of flying and forty five
- 34:31Speaker 1: minutes to waste. Yeah, they're saying jet fuel to waste
- 34:35Speaker 1: all of that climate criminal was what they called her. No, man,
- 34:41Speaker 1: you have to pay for that. It's not about the
- 34:44Speaker 1: money they're saying. It's about the climate. That's what people
- 34:46Speaker 1: don't give a damn about the climate. Then come on stop.
- 34:48Speaker 1: So every time somebody get in the plane, they committed
- 34:50Speaker 1: the crime. What about when your ass got to get
- 34:53Speaker 1: on a delta and fly somewhere, Is that a crime? Well,
- 34:56Speaker 1: they're not saying that. It's just because she was only
- 34:59Speaker 1: up seventeen minutes. Listen, you could have just driven for
- 35:02Speaker 1: forty five. Let me say, if I get a private jet,
- 35:05Speaker 1: I'm stunting at a time from the front of the
- 35:11Speaker 1: neighborhood to the back of the name. I mean, I understand,
- 35:19Speaker 1: you know they talking about climate, so ain't it really
- 35:21Speaker 1: ain't got nothing to do with that, man, It really
- 35:23Speaker 1: really don't All these people out here flying on these
- 35:27Speaker 1: private jets ain't nobody saying nothing about nobody else. Hey,
- 35:32Speaker 1: it ain't but a four hour dry to Vegas. All
- 35:35Speaker 1: you can get your ass on that private and turn
- 35:39Speaker 1: that into a forty minute trip. Uh huh. And man,
- 35:44Speaker 1: you know, yeah, I don't care, you know, all right?
- 35:51Speaker 1: And now yours are mine? Yeah? They both got him? Yeah,
- 35:58Speaker 1: all right. Coming up in twenty minutes after Bellamy is

- 38:44Speaker 1: months from now? Yeah, man, it's cool. So during COVID,
- 38:48Speaker 1: I was, you know, working on my book going over
- 38:51Speaker 1: my life or all the different people are interviewed like
- 38:53Speaker 1: you you as well, and I just endued a lot
- 38:56Speaker 1: of big stars that a lot of them no longer here.
- 39:00Speaker 1: There's a lot of stories that I can only tell,
- 39:03Speaker 1: Like I don't know if you would you did? You
- 39:04Speaker 1: told me about my story? So boy, Bill your aunt. Look, man,
- 39:10Speaker 1: I watched your Instagram just to see us. What I say, Hey,
- 39:14Speaker 1: let me tell y'all something, because you're such an excellent storyteller.
- 39:17Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, Hang on, Bill, we're gonna
- 39:19Speaker 1: come back. We're gonna find out what these stories don't
- 39:22Speaker 1: amounted too. We're gonna talk about the new podcast and
- 39:25Speaker 1: comedy special. We're gonna talk about all the Moves. Right
- 39:28Speaker 1: after this, we got more with Bill Bellamy. Right after this,
- 39:31Speaker 1: y'all you're listening, all right, y'all, We're back to our
- 39:37Speaker 1: very special guest is the legend Bill Bellamy. Bill. Before
- 39:41Speaker 1: we hung up, Man, we were talking about these stories
- 39:44Speaker 1: that I called you on one day and I said, Man,
- 39:46Speaker 1: I was watching Bill do this thing in the car
- 39:50Speaker 1: about Yes, and I was watching it and I was
- 39:54Speaker 1: so he was in the car with four other dudes,
- 39:57Speaker 1: three other dudes, and they were having the be about Tupac,
- 40:01Speaker 1: and the dude in the up against the window said
- 40:05Speaker 1: the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. And I
- 40:08Speaker 1: don't even know. Hill pop in as he was saying,
- 40:14Speaker 1: Tupac wasn't a great lyricist, Yeah, yeah, said yes. He
- 40:20Speaker 1: said he wasn't top five. Stevey like, boy, you know,
- 40:26Speaker 1: you know Steve don't cut in his text, but I
- 40:29Speaker 1: thought he was about to cut the check. He said, boy, look,
- 40:37Speaker 1: you need to get your boy out the car. Get
- 40:40Speaker 1: boy out the car, and it's hard to catch Steve boy, Steve, Steve,
- 40:45Speaker 1: Steve hit me up. He was like, man, y'all crazy,
- 40:49Speaker 1: and it's it's funny. That's the beauty of social media,
- 40:52Speaker 1: to catch up a moment and you capture it in
- 40:54Speaker 1: the funniness that it happened. Like, you know, Steve, a
- 40:57Speaker 1: lot of times when we went on the road and
- 40:59Speaker 1: ain't going out. I'm sure when you were hanging out
- 41:01Speaker 1: with your boys and your kings, you guys sitting around
- 41:03Speaker 1: to start reminiscent and start talking and this stuff that
- 41:07Speaker 1: y'all say in the moment be so damn fun. So
- 41:10Speaker 1: that's that's the beauty of social media for me. I
- 41:13Speaker 1: got an opportunity, especially doing COVID, to sit in my
- 41:16Speaker 1: car and start telling these crazy stories. And people been, man,
- 41:20Speaker 1: my stories, man, in the millions of you man, And
- 41:23Speaker 1: I mean I was just like, damn, i't know people
- 41:25Speaker 1: was gonna carry them stories like that? Man. Everybody like, yo,
- 41:29Speaker 1: b man, how you how you were hearty? How you
- 41:32Speaker 1: how you how you sitting there? What was Michael what
- 41:35Speaker 1: Michael Jackson looked like real clothes? Well? Everybody asked you weird, hey, Bil,
- 41:42Speaker 1: And I remember I remember, let me ask you a question, man,
- 41:45Speaker 1: Is that what the podcast is based on. Yeah, man,
- 41:50Speaker 1: the podcast is based on several things. It's basically a
- 41:53Speaker 1: podcast about the culture um innovators, people that have broke
- 41:59Speaker 1: through like yourself. Like I would love to get a
- 42:02Speaker 1: chance to talk to you about your story and how
- 42:05Speaker 1: you broke through and like how you know you started
- 42:08Speaker 1: here but then end up here. Like everybody thinks that
- 42:11Speaker 1: success is so easy. They don't see the grind, right.
- 42:14Speaker 1: They don't see you up early, they don't see you
- 42:17Speaker 1: visualize in your dream, they don't see you having setback
- 42:20Speaker 1: and stuff like that, you know. And so with the podcast,
- 42:23Speaker 1: I want to get into that world. I want to
- 42:26Speaker 1: get to a place where people can learn from other
- 42:29Speaker 1: successful people. You know. That's why I call it top building.
- 42:32Speaker 1: So it's like if you on my show, you top billing.
- 42:34Speaker 1: I don't care what you did, how you did it.
- 42:37Speaker 1: We just want people to know how so you can
- 42:39Speaker 1: inspire and push people to be a top biller like
- 42:43Speaker 1: yourself Death Steve. Oh yeah, hey man, you know I'll
- 42:46Speaker 1: do it. I'm down with it because when I saw it,
- 42:48Speaker 1: I love the energy in the card and I love
- 42:51Speaker 1: the bus man. You just know how to get at it.
- 42:53Speaker 1: Hey man, Now you got an Amazon comedy special, I
- 42:56Speaker 1: Want My Life Back. Yeah, it just it just came
- 43:00Speaker 1: out last Tuesday, amateur. I think it was last Tuesday,
- 43:05Speaker 1: if I'm not mistaken. Right after the holiday it came out,
- 43:08Speaker 1: and I worked on this special for two and a half.
- 43:12Speaker 1: It striking its material, cutting, editing, trying to get like
- 43:16Speaker 1: the best, the best of the best of jokes that
- 43:20Speaker 1: I have right and so I want my Life back.
- 43:22Speaker 1: It is basically how I healed, and I feel like
- 43:24Speaker 1: everybody else do too. You know that Kobe kind of
- 43:27Speaker 1: took the breath out of us. We were sitting around,
- 43:30Speaker 1: you know, people was waiting on the six hunting. You
- 43:33Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Some cats wanted more than sihunty.
- 43:35Speaker 1: You know what I mean. Do not sleep on Little
- 43:39Speaker 1: bro bro right there on that boy hand. Yo, let

- 44:54Speaker 1: but not on the car. That's so on comfortable, literallyably clear.
- 45:13Speaker 1: All right, before we get started, Before before I give
- 45:17Speaker 1: y'all this prank today, I got that I forgot. I
- 45:19Speaker 1: gotta thank Wilmington, Delaware for coming out Saturday night. Oh
- 45:25Speaker 1: my god at the Grand Opera. Oh my god, did
- 45:29Speaker 1: the boy actor dog on foot? But yes I did.
- 45:32Speaker 1: And I just want to say, I just just just
- 45:34Speaker 1: want to say thank y'all for purchase Jr. Ticket to

- 45:42Speaker 1: we are. So if you hear any time the nephew,
- 45:45Speaker 1: Timmy and friends is coming anywhere and then you I
- 45:48Speaker 1: would not hesitate to get a ticket, Oh gay, I
- 45:51Speaker 1: would get it immediately because it goes pretty fast. The
- 45:54Speaker 1: nephew did that thing. And I want to say thank you,
- 45:56Speaker 1: thank you, thank you. And people want when when did
- 46:00Speaker 1: a big VIP greeting meet and Greek? That was? That
- 46:04Speaker 1: was good? I think I took three thousand, seven hundred
- 46:07Speaker 1: and twenty two pictures exact. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think
- 46:13Speaker 1: might need to go get tested again. Not the right knee.
- 46:20Speaker 1: What about the caller yesterday on the show? The blank Dad?
- 46:28Speaker 1: Later the blankety blank? Damn there you go? All right?
- 46:32Speaker 1: Just right here is hot church. Hot checks at the church,
- 46:37Speaker 1: Hot checks at the church. Lord, how yeah, you know
- 46:42Speaker 1: back in the day when you used to write a
- 46:44Speaker 1: check at the church. Now your passager just cash hat
- 46:48Speaker 1: me that little bout tell me right now, I have it.
- 46:52Speaker 1: By the time I'm eating, Dad, I have it. Thank you.
- 46:56Speaker 1: Hot checks at the church. Let's go, cat dog. Hello, Hello,
- 47:00Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach a Monica system. Monica, please's This
- 47:05Speaker 1: is brother Deshan I'm calling. Actually, I'm a member Greater
- 47:09Speaker 1: Commissionary Baptist Church. How can I help you? Calling you
- 47:12Speaker 1: actually about the offering? Now? Did you? I know you
- 47:15Speaker 1: paid your ties every Sunday? Okay, Now you paid a
- 47:19Speaker 1: love offering as well? Right, yes, I do? Okay, Now
- 47:23Speaker 1: this past Sunday, I'm looking at a check that you
- 47:26Speaker 1: left us with the bank, right, right, I sure did.
- 47:29Speaker 1: I wrote a check Sunday. Okay. Now the check, ma'am
- 47:32Speaker 1: was two hundred and fifty dollars? Am I correct? Right? Right?
- 47:37Speaker 1: I wrote two checks for my ties and the love offering? Right,
- 47:40Speaker 1: I wrote one for two fifty for the love offering? Okay?
- 47:42Speaker 1: Now what is this call regarding? Why are you calling me? Well,
- 47:46Speaker 1: what I wanted to tell you is that I hate
- 47:49Speaker 1: to be a bar of bad news. But your check
- 47:52Speaker 1: that you wrote for two fifty actually has bounced. And
- 47:56Speaker 1: wait a minute, you said my check bounce for two
- 47:58Speaker 1: hundred and fifty dollars check bound. So what I'm doing
- 48:01Speaker 1: is calling you about recouping the two fifth as well
- 48:05Speaker 1: as you know you you cost us thirty dollars UH
- 48:09Speaker 1: in bank fees. But wait a minute, now, I wrote
- 48:11Speaker 1: two checks. I wrote a check for one hundred dollars.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Did that one bounce? I don't see to it that
- 48:16Speaker 1: that that one bound. All I know is the one
- 48:18Speaker 1: that the love offering has bounced. What did you put
- 48:20Speaker 1: them in at the same time? Because I wrote them
- 48:22Speaker 1: at the same time. They all go in on Monday, ma'am. Now,
- 48:25Speaker 1: I didn't put them in at the same time. I've
- 48:27Speaker 1: been putting them in for the last two or three years.
- 48:29Speaker 1: The problem is why would people write them? What is
- 48:31Speaker 1: your name? M brother Deshaun? And at Sunday I was.
- 48:36Speaker 1: I don't think it matters. And when I was there, man,
- 48:38Speaker 1: the problem is that I didn't put these checks in.
- 48:40Speaker 1: And I don't understand why y'all write these checks to
- 48:43Speaker 1: the track knowing that they're gonna bound, because a lot
- 48:46Speaker 1: of people right that good? Well not checks one clear?
- 48:50Speaker 1: Why the other one didn't clear? Maybe you didn't have
- 48:52Speaker 1: enough money for both of them to clear. What what
- 48:56Speaker 1: did you just say? Maybe you didn't have enough money
- 48:58Speaker 1: in the bank for both of them to clear. I
- 48:59Speaker 1: don't stand why people might be planning money in the
- 49:02Speaker 1: bank and all my checks clear. I don't write no
- 49:05Speaker 1: rubber checks. Well, you wrote one on Sunday and that's
- 49:08Speaker 1: the problem. How are you gonna try to give a
- 49:10Speaker 1: lot us? Wait a minute, I think you got me
- 49:11Speaker 1: confused with somebody else. I don't write no bad checks.
- 49:14Speaker 1: You didn't wrote this to be nice to you. I'm
- 49:16Speaker 1: trying to be nice to you. Win. Can we expect
- 49:18Speaker 1: the two fifty plus the thirty dollars? So we quit
- 49:21Speaker 1: thirty dollars. That's the bank feeds man for the dog
- 49:24Speaker 1: gonna check bouncing. My check didn't bounce. I don't check
- 49:27Speaker 1: my bank. And if my check clear, you're gonna pay
- 49:30Speaker 1: me thirty dollars for calling me harassing me bout a
- 49:33Speaker 1: two hundred and fifty dollar check bounce. I don't write
- 49:35Speaker 1: no Why would you write check? What you want to?
- 49:38Speaker 1: Sit up in the church and write these big number
- 49:40Speaker 1: checks when you know you ain't got it in the bank.
- 49:42Speaker 1: What did you say? I said, why would you write
- 49:45Speaker 1: these checks when the money ain't in? Now? Let me
- 49:48Speaker 1: tell you that's one thing. I don't write no bad checks.
- 49:51Speaker 1: And you got a lot nerds calling me telling me
- 49:54Speaker 1: my check bounce. Y'all check is the one that has bounced.
- 49:57Speaker 1: And you tell you what you do? Since my check bounce,
- 50:00Speaker 1: you paid them, since you got all the money, and
- 50:02Speaker 1: don't call me with this again. Hello, don't you hang
- 50:08Speaker 1: upon me no more? When an't we gonna get this
- 50:10Speaker 1: two fifty and this thirty dollars? Somebody from the church
- 50:15Speaker 1: to my eye wrote a bad check? I write, you
- 50:17Speaker 1: did write a bad check. I didn't write no bad
- 50:20Speaker 1: Yes you did. Why are you calling me? Why the treasure?
- 50:24Speaker 1: Don't call me at church? The treasure is bises. I
- 50:27Speaker 1: ain't never know the deacon called nobody about no bad check?
- 50:29Speaker 1: Your fully and thank you? You got the money I
- 50:35Speaker 1: ain't got Who in the hell is that in the background?
- 50:37Speaker 1: Who is that of mine? Who it is? We're both
- 50:39Speaker 1: gonna to the same church and you're gonna call me
- 50:42Speaker 1: to my I wrote a bad check. You don't you
- 50:44Speaker 1: call me no more? And if the check bads? You paid? Okay?
- 50:48Speaker 1: Passed to know you talking like this? Do pass to
- 50:51Speaker 1: No you calling me? Can you ask for that? Look?
- 50:54Speaker 1: When are we gonna get this two hundred and eighty dollars?
- 50:56Speaker 1: Is what we're looking for from you? I wrote a
- 50:58Speaker 1: check for two fifty and not get two eighty. You
- 51:01Speaker 1: put thirty dollars with it. You put two fifty in there.
- 51:05Speaker 1: It bounced thirty dollars cost us on bake fees. That's
- 51:08Speaker 1: two eighty. Where can the church expect their money? Never?
- 51:12Speaker 1: Not no, two eighty. You will never get to eighty.
- 51:14Speaker 1: You're gonna make me come by your and my check
- 51:17Speaker 1: in But what did you say? I'm gonna do what
- 51:19Speaker 1: You're gonna make me come by your house and get
- 51:21Speaker 1: this money, bring it own, bring it bring you what
- 51:25Speaker 1: is the address on this check? Check? I got it
- 51:27Speaker 1: off the check, bring your own. I bet you you'll
- 51:30Speaker 1: be limping back and I'm watching you. You bet not
- 51:33Speaker 1: be spending no money nowhere. You bet not spend nothing
- 51:36Speaker 1: until I get this two fifty plus thirty whatever I
- 51:39Speaker 1: want to Okay, No, you you know where I am.
- 51:41Speaker 1: And you don't call me no more with this because
- 51:44Speaker 1: my check did not bounce. I don't see how one
- 51:47Speaker 1: check went through and the other bounce. Let me say
- 51:49Speaker 1: this to you. We cannot accept you back into the
- 51:51Speaker 1: house of the Lord. No mo until you are not
- 51:55Speaker 1: don't you come in the sunday until we get coming

- 54:25Speaker 1: brother's ex wife on the car. Got it all right,
- 54:29Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I've been separated for three months and
- 54:33Speaker 1: I'm getting divorced. My husband and I had a very
- 54:36Speaker 1: happy marriage until three months ago. He was a family
- 54:40Speaker 1: man and he's allowed two of my younger siblings to
- 54:43Speaker 1: live with us in the past. My youngest brother is
- 54:46Speaker 1: twenty eight, and he rushed into marriage after he got
- 54:49Speaker 1: a woman pregnant. It was obvious that his wife was
- 54:51Speaker 1: not the marrying type. She's twenty five and all she
- 54:55Speaker 1: does is smoke weed and drink. One night, she went
- 54:58Speaker 1: home drunk and tried to fight my brother, so he
- 55:01Speaker 1: put her out and divorced her a few months later.
- 55:04Speaker 1: She resurfaced three months ago asking if she could stay
- 55:08Speaker 1: with my husband and I while she looked for a
- 55:10Speaker 1: job close to the baby's daycare. We agreed to one week.
- 55:15Speaker 1: This girl ate our food and used my car and
- 55:17Speaker 1: never said thank you. My husband claimed he didn't like
- 55:20Speaker 1: her attitude, so he avoided her. That's alive. Just five
- 55:25Speaker 1: days after she got to our house, she ruined my life.
- 55:28Speaker 1: She was out smoking weed on the patio and my
- 55:31Speaker 1: husband was gone. Around nine pm, I heard noises coming
- 55:36Speaker 1: from the car port, so I went to see if
- 55:38Speaker 1: it was my husband. It was him and my brother's
- 55:42Speaker 1: wife who had her bent over his car, and when
- 55:46Speaker 1: they heard me, they started pulling up their pants. I
- 55:50Speaker 1: told them both to leave. I was so shocked. I
- 55:54Speaker 1: was so shocked that she would do that to me.
- 55:57Speaker 1: My husband moved out and served me with divorce papers. Recently,
- 56:00Speaker 1: he said it is all his fault and he could
- 56:03Speaker 1: never look me in the eyes after what he did. Now,
- 56:06Speaker 1: my only problem is that my brother wants his family
- 56:09Speaker 1: back together and he wants to remarry his ex wife.
- 56:14Speaker 1: How can he want her back? I've lost my husband,
- 56:17Speaker 1: and if my brother remarries this woman, I won't ever
- 56:21Speaker 1: speak to him again. Would I'd be wrong to cut
- 56:23Speaker 1: my little brother off. You know what I gotta tell you.
- 56:26Speaker 1: You have every right to handle this situation however you
- 56:30Speaker 1: see fit. I clearly understand why you're angry. I understand
- 56:35Speaker 1: why you feel betrayed by your brother, by his ex wife,
- 56:39Speaker 1: by all of this situation, but him getting ready to
- 56:42Speaker 1: remarry this weed smoking trifle and half of who broke
- 56:45Speaker 1: up your marriage. Wow, that's a lot. That's a lot,
- 56:48Speaker 1: So handle it however you need to handle it. I mean,
- 56:51Speaker 1: you're thinking, how could he do this to you? I
- 56:53Speaker 1: get it. Either he's still in love with her or
- 56:55Speaker 1: has forgiven her for having sex with his brother in law.
- 56:58Speaker 1: Your husband, which I don't know how he could, or
- 57:01Speaker 1: he's just whipped and just stupid. I mean, I don't know,
- 57:04Speaker 1: but some of the blame for all this has to
- 57:07Speaker 1: go to you and your husband for letting her come back.
- 57:09Speaker 1: You knew what kind of person she was. Letting her
- 57:11Speaker 1: come back to live with you was crazy because you
- 57:14Speaker 1: just knew how she caused a breakup of her own marriage.
- 57:18Speaker 1: Then you double back and invite the devil in your
- 57:21Speaker 1: house again after your brother divorced her. I mean, why
- 57:25Speaker 1: would you do that. Her coming back to live with
- 57:28Speaker 1: you should have never happened at that point. I'm sure
- 57:31Speaker 1: your brother felt some kind of way about you think
- 57:34Speaker 1: about it, but I don't know what the damage is
- 57:36Speaker 1: done now. So there's enough hurt and pain to go
- 57:39Speaker 1: around for everyone in this entire family. So no, I
- 57:42Speaker 1: definitely get it if you're mad at your little brother
- 57:44Speaker 1: for taking her back, but at some point you're gonna
- 57:47Speaker 1: have to forgive him so you can move on. That's
- 57:51Speaker 1: his life, you know. Your husband, on the other hand,
- 57:53Speaker 1: cannot look you in the eye because he knows what
- 57:56Speaker 1: he did to cause all of this. I'm glad that
- 57:59Speaker 1: nowhere in this letter did you say you were taking
- 58:02Speaker 1: him back because what he did was just foul. Steve,
- 58:08Speaker 1: I see what's happening in the letter, my brother's ex
- 58:12Speaker 1: wife on the car. Here. The problem, the real problem
- 58:17Speaker 1: in all of this is your husband. That that's this
- 58:22Speaker 1: is your real problem. You ain't married to your brother,
- 58:25Speaker 1: you didn't marry his skank ex wife. You're married to
- 58:29Speaker 1: your husband. On the person that owes you that loyalty
- 58:34Speaker 1: in this letter, that owes you and promised it to
- 58:37Speaker 1: you was your husband. It ain't enough in this letter
- 58:42Speaker 1: about your husband. You keep talking about bringing up this
- 58:44Speaker 1: girl and thisn't and how could she do this to me?
- 58:47Speaker 1: And and your brother? And if he should I cut
- 58:50Speaker 1: him off? If he remarry? What? What? What you need?
- 58:54Speaker 1: You need to get your priorities lined up here. Your
- 58:57Speaker 1: real problem is your husband. He the only one took
- 59:01Speaker 1: a vout to you, your brother, stupid, the girl trash.
- 59:10Speaker 1: What you expect from stupidity? And what do you expect
- 59:13Speaker 1: from trash? Stupid people are going to do stupid things.
- 59:19Speaker 1: Trash type people are gonna do trash things. The only
- 59:24Speaker 1: decency your husband got in him is he know he
- 59:28Speaker 1: can't look at you or not because of what he
- 59:31Speaker 1: did he know that. All right, let me try to
- 59:35Speaker 1: walk you through the signas right here. It's really nothing
- 59:38Speaker 1: to do. I'm separated for three months. I'm getting divorced.
- 59:42Speaker 1: Your husband and I we had a very happy marriage
- 59:45Speaker 1: to three months ago. He was a family member. He
- 59:48Speaker 1: allowed two of my younger siblings to live with us
- 59:50Speaker 1: in the past. My youngest brother twenty eight. He rushed
- 59:52Speaker 1: and the married got a woman pregnant. Obvious wife was
- 59:55Speaker 1: in the marry and type twenty five. All she do
- 59:57Speaker 1: with smoke, weed and drink. One night she went home
- 59:59Speaker 1: drunk and try to fight my brothers. All he put
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: out and divorce her a few months later. Now here's
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: a part where Shirley, I understand she resurfaced three months
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: ago asking if she could stay with my husband and
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: I watch. She looked for a job close to the
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: baby's daycare. We agreed to one week. I understood that
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: that's okay. That wasn't inviting the devil back in. That
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: was just your husband has proven he's a family man.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: But he proved to you really really a family man.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: See the problem is your husband hold that thought Stuve. Okay,
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: we'll be back with part two of your response coming
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: up to twenty three minutes after today's Strawberry letters subject
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: my brother's ex wife on the car. We'll get back
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening, all right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: Let's recap today's Strawberry letter, the subject my brother's ex
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: wife on the car. Listen to me this whole thing, lady,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: this letter, about this woman, about your brother, whether you
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: should accept your brother bag How could she do this
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: to me? All of this Your focus should be purely
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: on your hook. Now some ramifications or some fallout behind it.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: But your husband bought all this. See you said in
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: your letter you and your husband had a really happy marriage.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: He was a family man. He allowed two of my
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: younger siblings to live with us. My youngest brother twenty eight, rushed,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: didn't married. He got a girl pregnant. Obviously she wasn't
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: a man in type. She twenty five. All she does
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: smoke weed and drink. One night, she went home drunk
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: and tried to fight my brother, so he put out
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: and divorced her a few months later. You're not divorcing
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: a woman because she came home drunk and tried to
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: fight you. It's way moted this than that. Way way
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: mo tedes than that. See your brother stupid, so he
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: ain't smart enough to divorce you just because you can't
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: home drunk and wanted to fight him. No no, no, no,
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: no no no no. Something happened while she was out
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: that caused the fight that made him put out, that
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: made him want a divorce, all right. She resurfaced three
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: months ago asking if she could stay with my husband
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: or while I was with while while she lived for
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: a job close to the baby check that we agreed
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: to one week. That's being nice, your fat You just
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: said that your husband is a family man, and he
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: allowed to your logger yunger siblings lived with y'all. You
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: said that this girl eight our food, used my car
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: and never said thank you. You just said she smoked
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: weed and drink all day. She ain't got time to
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: say thank you. It's hard to say thank you while
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: you smoking weed while you high. Yeah yeah here, you
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: can't remember a man of you high. My husband claimed
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: he didn't like her attitude, so he avoided her. That's
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: a lie. Five days after she got to our house,
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: she ruined my life. Oh dish, she was out smoking
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: weed on the patty or my husband was gone. Around
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: nine pm, I heard noises from the car boy, so
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: I want to see if it was my husband, and
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: it was and my brother's wife. He had her been
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: over his car, and when they heard me, they started
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: pulling up their pads. I told him both to leave.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: That's a lot of stuff missing in this ladder right here.
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: Oh oh lord, oh lord, girl see this anyway, let's
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: just leave that alone. I was so shocked that she
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: would do that to me. You were so shocked that
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: she would do that to you? But do that to you?
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: You shocked at her? Your sentence was he had huh
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: been over his car? He had huh been over his car.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: Your next line is, I was so shocked she would
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: do that to me. You didn't? You do you? You
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: forgot about the last statement you made. Anyway, my husband
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: moved out and served me with divorce Paper's reason. He
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: said it was all his fault and he could never
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: look me in the eye after what he did. Okay, good, now,
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: my only problem here we go, here we go now.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: My only problem is that my brother wants his family
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: back together and he wants to remarry his ex wife.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: How that's your problem? You got your priorities wrong. Your
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: marriage is gone. The problem? Ain't your your brother stupid?
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: We didn't talked about this. He's stupid. He wants to
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: remarry his ex wife. How can he want her back
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: because he's stupid and I've lost my husband and if
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: my brother remarried this woman, I don't ever want to
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: speak to him again. That's the decision you're making. Would
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: I be wrong to cut my brother? Cut your brother off?
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: You cut your husband off? He's stupid. My question is
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: he wanted her back? What is she doing to these men? No?
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: Killing it? That is the question for me. What is
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: this alcoholic, weed smoking woman doing to these men that
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: make him in the cor pope and your wife right
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: there in the house. What is she doing that make
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: your brother won't her back? After your brother know he'd
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: been she'd been with your ex husband and he want
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: to remarry her. What is she doing? Doing some things?
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: And I'm just gonna have to be honest with y'all.
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: It is really undescribable. Wow, this damn letter right here,
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: Ma manificent feats of one m But that's all she
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: can do though. She can't think, she can't save money,
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: she can't raise kids, She don't know how to baby,
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: they can't act. She had no thought to the future.
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: But lord, lor Lord Lord, I think there's some clapping involved.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: I'm not sure. Okay, please leave your comments. Snapping sounds
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: that makes a man do extra things on Today's Strawberry
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: Letter on Instagram at Steve Harvey FM dot com, and
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: please check out the on demand coming up next, Sports
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Talk with Junior right after this you're listening show. All right,
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: it is time now for Junior and Sports Talk Junior.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: What you guy? All right, Shirley, Well, I'll tell you
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: right now. James Harden said he isn't playing hardball with
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: the Philadelphia seventy sixers. He said, right now he would
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: go heating his contract, and he said he'll just take
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: whatever's left over. You go from forty two million to
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: whatever's left to take over? What is wrong with you?
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: I'm not getting that kind of money. He just gonna
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: take whatever's left over. Well, we need to know what
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: that number is, James. Just what happened? Matthew? You play
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: with Kyrie Dog, you just take whatever, whatever, Just whatever
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: you can give me, give me whatever you had if
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: it five million, would take the five I don't know.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: He just wants to win. That's what he says. He
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: just wants to win. Also, congratulations to the Portland Trail
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: Blazers who won the Summer League title this year. Congratulations
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: to Twarting and Trailblazers. You're seeing it in some league
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: games up, yall. No, I've been watching three on three.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: I've been watching league. Don't even care you don't watch
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: some league. It was good seeing man. We can put
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: us some nice boy. Man, he's to be at work.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: You ain't got time. I'm in my own summer league.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: That's what I'm talking about. I got my own summer league,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: all right, man. Also coming up, man, let's get ready
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: for it. N Feeling is coming back. It's tall both

- 1:08:27Speaker 1: and the Raiders. Now here's an interesting story, man. Top
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: ten qbs in the NFL right now currently they say
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers is number one, Patrick Mahomes is number two,
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: and uh it was it was a really kind of
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: crazy man. They got Lamar Jackson down at number seven
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: justin Herbert's third. How do y'all feel about who the
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: best quarterback in the league right now? Would you say
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: it's Aaron Rodgers, or would you say it's Josh Allen. Well,
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: Russe is in there talking about Yeah, he was trying
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: to say Russell Wilson. I'm trying to like Russell Wilson,
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: said west book Will. So I like Aaron Rodgers, I
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: like Josh Shllon, but Josh quarterback Rogers? Yeah, who's the
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: better quarterback than Aaron Rodgers? I like Patrick my home myself,
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: you know, I got you like it? Wait a minute,
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: you don't feel my homes at the better quarterback than Rogers? No, sir,
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: oh no, you ain't gonna bet against Aaron Rodgers. I
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: like this, Sean, but I don't really want to say it,

- 1:18:40Speaker 1: with no shirt, with baby all on my big assofore
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: I'm talking about doing spins because you know, all the
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: women usually just have a vessel be out there like
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: I'm cut. Yeah, have some baby all on my stomach,
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: be out there dancing. My ass is gentlemen, Steve Harry

- 1:19:14Speaker 1: all right. Would you rather one more? See we can
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: get this last one? Would you rather make out in

- 1:19:21Speaker 1: a car? Vaccine car? Really over the theater? There, I'm
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: in the hall and stuff. What do you have? If
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: it's the right movie, you can hollow, but you can't
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: be in there being a horror movie. That's today's rounded.
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: Would you rather thank you? Guys? We'll be back with
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: our last break of the day and some closing remarks
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: from the one and only Steve Harvey. Right after this.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: You're listening to Steven Show. Here we are, guys, our
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: last break of the day. We want to say thank
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: you to our good friend and family men, Bill Bellamy
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: for dropping by yeah to tell us about his brand
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: new podcast called Top Billing with Bill Bellamy, and about
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: his Amazon Prime comedy special that's on Amazon Prime. He
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: is a good score all my life back. That's Junior
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: tours with Bill. He's yours love Bill cool Man Man.
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: He's a good guys. Yeah, we got the same wedding.
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: Oh really, that's cool all right, Steve, it's on you
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: with your closing remarks. Hey, you know something, I just
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: want to try to encourage everybody out there that has
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: to desire to win. For those of you out there
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: who have a desire to win, when in your career,
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: win in life, when in family, when in love, whatever
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: your desire to win is most people I know want
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: to win. You know, everybody I know wants to be happy,
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: and everybody I know wants to be successful. Now, that's
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: different levels to success. Only you can determine that which
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: is success for you, because it's different for everybody. It
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: really is. You got to stop comparing, especially for people
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: who are successful. You got to stop comparing people's lives
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: to yours thinking because they not wear you at they
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: ain't nothing. That's not a smart living partner, that's not
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: smart living. Because there's many levels to success. There's extremely
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: successful teachers, extremely successful professors, extremely successful military careers, extremely
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: successful nurses of people in the medical field. It's extremely
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: successful people at the post office, extremely successful people down
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: at fed accuse, it's a lot of successful people. So
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: stop looking at where your life isn't thinking everybody's supposed
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: to be on the same track you've been on, because
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: that's just not the way it works. But if you're
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: sitting out there and you're still looking for the win,
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: I have some advice for you. There's a skill set
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: that you have to develop in order to win. I'm
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: gonna share it with you now. I'm probably gonna leave
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: some things off because I ain't really wrote this down
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: or thought this out too hard, But just off the
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: top of my head, I can think of some of
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: the pointers in the skill set that I've had to
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: develop in order to win. You gots to be doggish man.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: If you ain't got no dog in you, if you
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: ain't got no real fight back in you, it's gonna
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: be hard to be successful. You gotta get tough, man.
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: You got to get tough because success is hard. It's
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: hard to have a successful marriage. It's hard to be
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: in charge of a successful family. It's hard to climb
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: the corporate letters. It's hard to become the supervisor down there.
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: It's hard, man. It's hard to get them numbers up.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: If you're gonna be a driver. It's hard, man. It's
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: hard to get the top position down at the bank.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: It's hard to be the top person down at the
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: mortgage company. It's hard, man. It's hard. You got to
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: get tough. If that's what you want, You got to
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: get doggish. The next thing you wanted, the skill set,
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: you're gonna have to learn how to do it. You
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: gotta learn how to let it go because something happened today.
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: Once you get past it, you got to let it go.
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: Because I got news for you. It's gonna be something
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: tomorrow too, If not tomorrow, the day after. But I
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: can assure you life gonna keep coming. And life don't
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: get easier, y'all. Life gets increasingly more challenging. Life becomes.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: The older you get, the die of the consequences. So
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: you just get better at handling it. It's not going
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: to get easier. You just become more experienced. So when
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: things happen to you, you've got to learn to let
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: it go. The next skill set you need to develop.
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: But you've got to become hopeful. You've got to always
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: keep looking up. You've got to always know that there's
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: something that's gonna happen to fix this. That's better that
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: God is in the repair business. That it's not gonna
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: go exactly the way you think it will, but no
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: far a fact that it's gonna work out. All things
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: work for the good for those that love the Lord.
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: You got to stay hopeful. The next thing you got
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: to do is a lot of times. I'm just gonna
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: be real simple with you. You gotta keep smiling because
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: there's gonna be some days you feel like crime and
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: everybody ain't got to notice something's wrong. Stop sharing every
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: time something wrong with everybody else. People get tired hearing
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: people that's hypochondriacts walking up to him everytime you talk
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: to him. Something wrong. Man, you got to learn how
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: to smile through some of this right here, So people,
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: when you come up to a man day at least,
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: don't go, oh Lord, here he come, Oh Lord? What
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: she want? Now? That are people who come to me
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: and I know right away when they get here something wrong.
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: But I have learned, man, to just keep smiling. I
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: got some bad news last night, I got some bad
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: news this morning. But when I come to work, I
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: got to remember that y'all ain't trying to hear all
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: that my job when this might come on is to
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: provide joy, entertainment, uplift, motivation, and elevation to people. And
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: that's what you count on us for here on the show.
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: And that's what we got to do in spite of
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: everything that's going wrong with all of us. We got
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: to get on this show and cut this mic on
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: and we got to be something else. Sometimes you just
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: gotta keep smiling. And then the last thing I want
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: you to remember is that, no matter what's happening to you,
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: please keep this skill set handed, this too shall pass.
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: Please understand, this too shall pass, good or bad, This
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: too shall pass. I wish I had understood that when
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: I was much younger, but I got it now. I
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: appreciate you. Lord. Those are my closing remarks. Hope you
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: got something from it today. If you didn't, well we'd
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: be back tomorrow, God willing, and maybe I'll say something then.
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: But if not, you know, hey, I'm just a guy
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: on the radio. Lord got all the answer. Please, Asian
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: Jenner talked to God, he'd love to hear. Plus for
