- 0:01Speaker 1: David Weiss's appointment will not restore confidence at all in
- 0:05Speaker 1: the Department of Justice. That coming from Senator Ron Johnson
- 0:10Speaker 1: discussing the Department of Justice's appointment of David Whys's special
- 0:13Speaker 1: counsel on the Hunter Biden probe and the impact it
- 0:16Speaker 1: will have on the House Oversight Committee. He's saying, this
- 0:20Speaker 1: is a joke. It will have no impact at all
- 0:23Speaker 1: and will not It doesn't change anything. Take a listen
- 0:27Speaker 1: to part of what he had to say on Fox.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Lawmakers are sounding off on David Weiss's Special council appointment
- 0:33Speaker 2: to the.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Hunter Biden probe.
- 0:36Speaker 4: Mister Weiss is the single architect over that sweetheart.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Plea agreement deal.
- 0:42Speaker 4: I am very fearful that appointing the special Council is
- 0:45Speaker 4: just an attempt to stonewall Congress's investigation of the Biden family.
- 0:49Speaker 5: This was a political decision, not a legal decision.
- 0:52Speaker 6: They're trying to put out a fire and they just
- 0:55Speaker 6: poured gasoline on it.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Another one of those lawmakers of Center, Ron Johnson, and
- 0:59Speaker 2: he joined us now Center. Great to see you this morning.
- 1:01Speaker 2: How do you explain the appointment of David Weiss?
- 1:05Speaker 7: Good morning. I explain it as a corrupt act.
- 1:09Speaker 8: There's no doubt about the fact that Merrick Garland has
- 1:12Speaker 8: done nothing to restore integrity and confidence in Partment Justice,
- 1:17Speaker 8: just like Christopher the r FBI director. Christopher Ray has
- 1:23Speaker 8: not restored confidence in the FBI, And it's tragic. These
- 1:27Speaker 8: are institutions that the American people need to have confidence in.
- 1:30Speaker 8: But as my colleague stated that David Weiss, he is
- 1:33Speaker 8: the architect of the Sweetheart Deal. He's the US attorney
- 1:38Speaker 8: that allowed the statute of limitations to expire on the
- 1:42Speaker 8: more serious tax charges. You know, this is just a
- 1:46Speaker 8: travesty that this is not going to restore confidence at
- 1:48Speaker 8: all in the Justice Department. Is there any reason give
- 1:51Speaker 8: people faith that Hunter Biden is going to be treated
- 1:53Speaker 8: equally under the law right center?
- 1:55Speaker 2: Is there any reason to believe you have any expectation
- 1:58Speaker 2: that the outcome will be different? David, his title has changed.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Why should we think the treatment of Hunter Biden will.
- 2:04Speaker 8: Change, Well, we have no expectation that it would change.
- 2:08Speaker 8: You know, the Sweetheart deal, the Plea agreement was really
- 2:12Speaker 8: a grotesque miscarriage justice.
- 2:15Speaker 7: I mean, this is something that the.
- 2:17Speaker 8: US Attorney Wise and then his prosecutors, they tried to
- 2:20Speaker 8: pull the wool over the eyes of the court of
- 2:23Speaker 8: the judge. Fortunately the judge saw through it and asked
- 2:26Speaker 8: some pretty embarrassing questions and they had to retreat from
- 2:29Speaker 8: the deal.
- 2:30Speaker 7: And now that's been all blown up. But is it
- 2:32Speaker 7: really blown up?
- 2:33Speaker 8: Obviously, these prosecutors, obviously US Attorney Wise has no intention
- 2:38Speaker 8: of holding Hunter Biden or any of his family members,
- 2:41Speaker 8: including President Biden, who is corrupt to his live repeatedly
- 2:46Speaker 8: the American public. That is a fact. We know it.
- 2:50Speaker 8: He has no intention of holding them accountable. We needed
- 2:52Speaker 8: an independent prosecutor here in some way, shape or form.
- 2:57Speaker 8: The regulation state the special contests come outside of government.
- 3:01Speaker 8: He's obviously in government, but I think the more serious
- 3:05Speaker 8: offenses that he has no independence whatsoever. He's probably the
- 3:09Speaker 8: least independent individual that Merrick Garland could have appointed.
- 3:13Speaker 7: And that's who Merrick Gyland appointed, the goal figure.
- 3:15Speaker 5: Yes, you mentioned he mentioned there, Senator Johnson.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Sid Hey, this guy is technically ineligible to be a
- 3:21Speaker 1: special counsel. Well, you guess who you have to go
- 3:23Speaker 1: to to tell them that he's ineligible.
- 3:26Speaker 5: The same guy that pointed him, Mayor Garland.
- 3:29Speaker 1: So Mary Garland knows he's ineligible to be a special counsel,
- 3:32Speaker 1: and he did it anyway. Now, he also laid out
- 3:34Speaker 1: what I mentioned to you in the podcast yesterday that
- 3:39Speaker 1: Weiss is the one who put together that corrupt plea agreement.
- 3:43Speaker 5: He's the one that gave him the sweetheart deal.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Weiss is the one that said he had all the
- 3:47Speaker 1: power he needed without requiring or requesting special council status. Well, now,
- 3:51Speaker 1: why is he a special counsel because he's helping cover
- 3:53Speaker 1: up the crimes? Weiss was going to be called before
- 3:56Speaker 1: Congress to testify, which is exactly the other reason why
- 4:00Speaker 1: David Wise now he is a special counsel because then
- 4:03Speaker 1: he can't go and testify before Congress.
- 4:06Speaker 5: And why he says, the same.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Guy who already let the statue of limitations pass on
- 4:10Speaker 1: the most egregious charges against Hunter Biden, the five year
- 4:14Speaker 1: statue of limitations, why did he just spend five years
- 4:18Speaker 1: waiting to wrap up the investigation because he wanted the
- 4:20Speaker 1: statue of limitations to expire.
- 4:24Speaker 5: So can he be trusted No.
- 4:26Speaker 1: CNN's Jake Tapper even asked Representative Goldman, Now, if you
- 4:30Speaker 1: don't know who Goldman, ad is a former prosecutor. He's
- 4:32Speaker 1: an attorney he's a Democrat on the House Oversight Committee.
- 4:36Speaker 1: He has been acting in essence is the personal attorney
- 4:38Speaker 1: for Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, Ian Congress and CNN's
- 4:43Speaker 1: Jake Tapper asked him a very interesting question, and the
- 4:46Speaker 1: question was this, you said that President Biden had stayed
- 4:50Speaker 1: out of that. I know you meant in terms of
- 4:52Speaker 1: interfering with the DOJ. But I want to play something
- 4:55Speaker 1: that the President said in an interview just a few
- 4:57Speaker 1: months ago. Biden Sun's done nothing wrong. I trust him,
- 5:03Speaker 1: I have faith in him. Jake Tapper, out of that
- 5:06Speaker 1: clip of Joe Biden saying that, then said this, we
- 5:10Speaker 1: understand this is a dad talking about his son, but
- 5:13Speaker 1: it's also the president. Units it's America talking about a
- 5:16Speaker 1: potential defind in a case that is Justice Department is prosecuting. Also,
- 5:21Speaker 1: he was about to pledge plead guilty to some things
- 5:24Speaker 1: that he did wrong. Does the President need to stop
- 5:27Speaker 1: publicly saying his son did nothing wrong? Now, I want
- 5:32Speaker 1: to be clear, I think that Jake Tapper by and
- 5:36Speaker 1: large is a propagandists. Okay, he's not a journalist, as
- 5:39Speaker 1: much as he wants you to believe he is. But
- 5:41Speaker 1: I think He even understands now that he, as a
- 5:44Speaker 1: quote journalist, have to protect him his own integrity, because
- 5:49Speaker 1: if you carry all this water for the Biden crime
- 5:52Speaker 1: family and you help cover everything out that's been exposed,
- 5:55Speaker 1: you're going to have problems moving forward as well. And
- 5:58Speaker 1: that's exactly why part of that transcript I want to
- 6:01Speaker 1: read to you about this.
- 6:02Speaker 5: Now.
- 6:02Speaker 1: There's also something else that's happened. Vivid Gramaswami, who's running
- 6:06Speaker 1: for president as well. He came out and had a
- 6:10Speaker 1: new assertion about the billions of dollars the Bidens continue
- 6:14Speaker 1: to send to Ukraine. He said on TV this says
- 6:18Speaker 1: nothing more than repayment for the bribery scheme for the
- 6:21Speaker 1: Biden crime family.
- 6:24Speaker 9: Listen, sounds very good, Vivegue, especially in the phase of
- 6:27Speaker 9: all of these allegations of corruption and cover up at
- 6:30Speaker 9: the DOJ and the FBI.
- 6:32Speaker 3: So it leads me to the next question.
- 6:34Speaker 9: Did you just say the other day that you want
- 6:36Speaker 9: to pardon Hunter Biden. We have evidence bank records of
- 6:41Speaker 9: potential bribery. Ted Cruz just said, if this is true, biden't.
- 6:45Speaker 3: You go to jail?
- 6:46Speaker 9: Are you talking about pardoning the Biden family?
- 6:51Speaker 5: Maria?
- 6:51Speaker 10: That was misquoted in purposeful opposition research with the headline
- 6:54Speaker 10: you know how this game is played.
- 6:56Speaker 5: I've actually been very clear.
- 6:57Speaker 10: I've been the only presidential Canadian who has been this
- 6:59Speaker 10: clear that the first thing we need to do is
- 7:01Speaker 10: clean house, shut down the FBI, refurbish the DOJ I'm
- 7:05Speaker 10: the only candidate to actually pledge to pardon Trump for
- 7:08Speaker 10: all of these political persecutions, through prosecutions, even peaceful January
- 7:12Speaker 10: sixth protesters on down. I'm also happy to go on
- 7:15Speaker 10: record I heard you talking about it before. I'm on
- 7:17Speaker 10: record going in favor of an impeachment inquiry on Biden
- 7:21Speaker 10: because I personally believe the Ukraine War is indeed a
- 7:25Speaker 10: repayment for a bribe made now sending two hundred billion
- 7:28Speaker 10: dollars of taxpayer money in the other direction. But what
- 7:31Speaker 10: I've said is, let me fast forward to January twenty first,
- 7:35Speaker 10: twenty twenty five, my second day in office, after we've
- 7:38Speaker 10: issued those pardons, after we've set into motion shutting down
- 7:42Speaker 10: the FBI, not just reforming it, actually restoring the integrity
- 7:45Speaker 10: of our government. The question is, is the next thing that
- 7:49Speaker 10: I then want to do, after we've set our nation forward,
- 7:52Speaker 10: is it to then focus my agenda on persecuting or
- 7:56Speaker 10: prosecuting Joe Biden or his family. My answer to that
- 7:59Speaker 10: question is no, I'm going to be focused on stimulating
- 8:01Speaker 10: the economy, ending the war in Ukraine, declaring independence from China.
- 8:06Speaker 10: That is how we win as one nation. And so no,
- 8:09Speaker 10: I'm not going to be guided by vengeance and grievance.
- 8:11Speaker 10: I'm going to be guided by integrity. But the first
- 8:14Speaker 10: step to getting there is there can be no reconciliation
- 8:17Speaker 10: without truth. We have to get to the bottom of
- 8:20Speaker 10: including that bribe I believe paid to the Biden family,
- 8:23Speaker 10: how that's tied to our war in Ukraine and our
- 8:26Speaker 10: support of that war in Ukraine.
- 8:28Speaker 5: Get to the.
- 8:28Speaker 10: Bottom of that first, and I stand on the side
- 8:31Speaker 10: of leading us.
- 8:31Speaker 5: Forward to a national revival.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I mean, you hear him there describe this Ukraine war
- 8:36Speaker 1: is a repayment for bribery scheme. That is a very
- 8:39Speaker 1: shocking accusation. Now I'm not saying it's not right. I'm
- 8:43Speaker 1: just saying, if you think about it, it actually makes
- 8:45Speaker 1: a lot of sense. Look, you did the tough thing
- 8:49Speaker 1: during COVID, You paid your people and pulled your business
- 8:52Speaker 1: through the pandemic, and now doing the tough thing could
- 8:55Speaker 1: qualify you for a twenty six thousand dollars per employee
- 9:00Speaker 1: at COVID tax Relief dot Org.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Government funds are.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Available to reward companies with two or more employees who
- 9:07Speaker 1: stayed open during COVID. This is not a loan and
- 9:11Speaker 1: you don't have to pay it back. Look, this program
- 9:14Speaker 1: is complicated, but nobody knows more about it than the
- 9:17Speaker 1: CPAs and tax experts at Consumer Tax Advocates. The best
- 9:21Speaker 1: part is you pay nothing upfront. They do all the
- 9:24Speaker 1: work and then they share percentage of cash that you get.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Businesses of all types, including nonprofits and churches can qualify,
- 9:31Speaker 1: including those who took PBP loans. Even if you had
- 9:35Speaker 1: increases in sales, you did the tough thing for your
- 9:38Speaker 1: employees during COVID. Let COVID tax Relief dot Org help
- 9:42Speaker 1: get you up to twenty six thousand dollars per employee.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Visit COVID tax Relief dot org. That's COVID tax Relief
- 9:49Speaker 1: dot Org. COVID tax Relief dot Org. There's also another
- 9:56Speaker 1: aspect of this Hunter Biden Joe Biden Crime Family investigation.
- 10:01Speaker 1: And I said this yesterday as well. I think there's
- 10:05Speaker 1: going to be more money that we're going to find.
- 10:08Speaker 1: I believe what we're going to find more money. There's
- 10:10Speaker 1: probably going to be more financial records that come out
- 10:13Speaker 1: this week, and I will cover all of it for you.
- 10:16Speaker 1: The reason why I believe this is because people in
- 10:18Speaker 1: Washington Trust have said, get ready, and they're starting to
- 10:21Speaker 1: telegraph that we're finding more and more money.
- 10:23Speaker 5: How much more money?
- 10:24Speaker 1: Well, Representative Mace said this about the suspicious activity reports
- 10:29Speaker 1: that she just saw, and she now believes that the
- 10:32Speaker 1: amount of mind the Biden crime family was paid off
- 10:34Speaker 1: with is much higher than what's been reported so far.
- 10:37Speaker 5: Listen carefully, giggash all right.
- 10:39Speaker 11: Well, besides that, I want to move on to something
- 10:41Speaker 11: else that's making news, and this includes you, and that
- 10:44Speaker 11: obviously is Greg Stuby, your colleague on the Hill, filing
- 10:50Speaker 11: these articles compeachment excuse me against President Joe Biden. There's
- 10:54Speaker 11: four articles. I mean, you've already been quoted as saying
- 10:56Speaker 11: that you think it's too soon, that even Kevin mccarrya,
- 11:01Speaker 11: you know, he wants to wait kind of sess this out.
- 11:04Speaker 11: Have you changed your mind at all in your opinion
- 11:07Speaker 11: of what Greg Stuby is doing.
- 11:10Speaker 12: Well, I think you know, there are investigative tools like
- 11:12Speaker 12: an inquiry and impagement vote.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Is too soon, as I've stated, that was about two
- 11:16Speaker 3: weeks ago.
- 11:17Speaker 12: We have to make sure that the evidence we put
- 11:19Speaker 12: forward before any kind of vote like that is overwhelming,
- 11:23Speaker 12: that it's undeniable, and that the American people see what
- 11:26Speaker 12: we have seen.
- 11:27Speaker 3: I have seen.
- 11:27Speaker 12: Hundreds of suspicious activity reports and bank records to back.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Up allegations of corruption.
- 11:33Speaker 12: But we have to be able to show everything to
- 11:35Speaker 12: the American people, including bank records and including reports of
- 11:39Speaker 12: potential money laundering, those kinds of things, so that they
- 11:42Speaker 12: can understand why we're doing this. And I don't think
- 11:44Speaker 12: we're there just yet, but I do believe that we
- 11:46Speaker 12: will be.
- 11:47Speaker 3: At some point later this year.
- 11:49Speaker 7: Well.
- 11:49Speaker 11: And I think that's the question too, is the proof?
- 11:51Speaker 11: I mean, no one wants to see a smoking gun
- 11:54Speaker 11: that isn't smoking, that isn't a gun, But how close
- 11:58Speaker 11: are we to gating that information? I mean, there are
- 12:01Speaker 11: some news outlets that say that they indeed have more
- 12:04Speaker 11: information about payments that were made to the Biden family
- 12:07Speaker 11: upwards of twenty million dollars. James Comer has come out
- 12:11Speaker 11: publicly and said that the proof is there that they've
- 12:13Speaker 11: seen the records, but the American people are ready to
- 12:16Speaker 11: see the records. Are we close congresswomen, I hope that
- 12:20Speaker 11: we are.
- 12:21Speaker 12: We're not allowed to share the suspicious activity reports, but
- 12:23Speaker 12: I've seen suspicious activity reports.
- 12:25Speaker 3: That make me believe the amount of money.
- 12:27Speaker 12: That the Biden's family was paid off was north of
- 12:30Speaker 12: fifty million dollars. And it's not just Joe Biden, Hunter Biden,
- 12:33Speaker 12: James Biden's brother. There are grandchildren that receive money from
- 12:36Speaker 12: communist China for example. I mean, we've seen it, but
- 12:39Speaker 12: we also since we're not allowed to show those reports
- 12:42Speaker 12: because they're confidential, we then now have to connect the
- 12:44Speaker 12: dots and show bank records. We have to have testimony
- 12:47Speaker 12: from eyewitnesses. So it's an amount. I believe the evidence
- 12:50Speaker 12: will come forward, but it doesn't happen overnight, and I
- 12:54Speaker 12: don't want this to be seen as tip for tat.
- 12:56Speaker 12: I want us to be deliberative. I want us to
- 12:57Speaker 12: be thoughtful, and I want us to show the American
- 13:00Speaker 12: people the truth. Don't trust us, but trust the evidence that.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Will, I believe come forward, and as the end of day,
- 13:05Speaker 3: that's the most we can ask for.
- 13:08Speaker 1: So to recap what this congresswoman just said, I saw
- 13:12Speaker 1: suspicious activity reports that make me believe the amount of
- 13:15Speaker 1: money the Biden family was paid off is north of
- 13:17Speaker 1: fifty million dollars.
- 13:20Speaker 5: Fifty million dollars.
- 13:23Speaker 1: We have to connect the dots and have bank records
- 13:25Speaker 1: and testimonies from eyewitnesses. She says, this is not normal,
- 13:30Speaker 1: by the way. Now, Representative Mace also said, perhaps David
- 13:34Speaker 1: Weiss's name special counselor hurt our probe into Hunter Biden.
- 13:38Speaker 5: That is another aspect of this.
- 13:40Speaker 1: And again, if David Weiss was not appointed, Congress could
- 13:43Speaker 1: have interviewed him, and now they will not be able
- 13:46Speaker 1: to congressional probes.
- 13:47Speaker 11: Congresswoman Nancy Mace joins me, Now, Congresswoman, is great to
- 13:50Speaker 11: see you. That is the question here that was raised
- 13:53Speaker 11: by the editorial board of the Wall Street Journal this morning,
- 13:56Speaker 11: that this could really kind of hurt your probe to
- 14:00Speaker 11: Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
- 14:03Speaker 12: And perhaps that's why a special counsel this was instigated.
- 14:07Speaker 12: The same people that we're trying to cover up and
- 14:09Speaker 12: obfuscate hide information from our committees, whether it.
- 14:12Speaker 3: Was ways and means, judiciary or.
- 14:13Speaker 12: Oversight, are the same people that are going to be
- 14:15Speaker 12: involved in a special council. You know, the American people
- 14:19Speaker 12: don't trust Congress, but they should trust the evidence that's
- 14:22Speaker 12: coming forward through the Oversight Committee and other investigative committees
- 14:26Speaker 12: that we have going on, so the American people can
- 14:28Speaker 12: make their own decision about whether or not the President
- 14:31Speaker 12: is fit to serve in office, et cetera.
- 14:33Speaker 3: I think it's very.
- 14:33Speaker 12: Important that we're transparent, we show all the evidence, and
- 14:36Speaker 12: that if we want to continue to pursue this, that
- 14:38Speaker 12: we're very transparent with the American people and show them.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Everything that we have for and against this investigation.
- 14:46Speaker 1: You noticed how this congresswoman's just calling for one simple thing, transparency.
- 14:51Speaker 1: That's it. Transparency. We need to see everything. We should
- 14:55Speaker 1: be able to see everything. We shouldn't have to beg
- 15:00Speaker 1: to see everything. But this special council, which is not
- 15:03Speaker 1: a real special council, This is an illegitimate special council
- 15:07Speaker 1: who's not even supposed to have a chance at this job, okay,
- 15:12Speaker 1: because of his position within the government and because he's
- 15:15Speaker 1: on the side that that's done all these things, because
- 15:17Speaker 1: he's the guy that put together the sweetheart deal, because
- 15:20Speaker 1: he's the guy that said he didn't need Special Council
- 15:22Speaker 1: status to do his job because he's the guy that
- 15:24Speaker 1: let the Statute of Limitations pass on the tax charges.
- 15:27Speaker 1: This is the guy who slow played us for five years.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Five years. He's not a real special counsel. This is
- 15:33Speaker 1: a cover up. But giving him the special Council appointment
- 15:37Speaker 1: after he's the one that wanted the plea deal to
- 15:39Speaker 1: go through that blew up in their face.
- 15:43Speaker 5: Now what do we know? It's pretty simple. This is
- 15:47Speaker 5: the next part of the cover up. I do not believe.
- 15:51Speaker 1: I want to say this clearly. I do not believe
- 15:54Speaker 1: this is going to be dealt with before the election.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I don't buy it for a second. Hunter Biden's, by
- 16:01Speaker 1: the way, attorney is downplaying the Special Council probe as well.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Sean Hannity saying on his show about the Special Council
- 16:09Speaker 1: and also about the Biden attorneys, listen, he cannot.
- 16:12Speaker 3: Be trusted with.
- 16:13Speaker 7: Well knew David.
- 16:14Speaker 13: David whyse same outfit, same guy, same case.
- 16:17Speaker 10: Sean Hannity joined us how to react, Sean, who was
- 16:19Speaker 10: your react? Great to see morning, who was your reaction
- 16:23Speaker 10: on the presser? And now that you've got a chance
- 16:25Speaker 10: to talk to so many people after the.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Change of status.
- 16:29Speaker 13: Why are we at this place today in your estimation?
- 16:33Speaker 6: Well, first of all, you got to know one thing
- 16:36Speaker 6: about Abby Lowell. Abby Lowell is probably one of the
- 16:39Speaker 6: five best attorneys in the country. He's somebody that really
- 16:42Speaker 6: should be taken seriously. I have nothing but great respect
- 16:45Speaker 6: for him. I do, however, disagree with him on a
- 16:49Speaker 6: lot of different points here because we've learned a lot
- 16:52Speaker 6: from the House Oversight Committee.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Things that we had not known before.
- 16:55Speaker 6: The first most obvious charge that weiss overlook was the
- 17:00Speaker 6: issue of the Foreign the Pharaoh Act and you know
- 17:05Speaker 6: the Foreign Corruption Act provisions, because it's clear that Hunter
- 17:10Speaker 6: and his business partners should have been registered. Putting all
- 17:14Speaker 6: of that aside, you've got now the big question to
- 17:17Speaker 6: me is Joe Biden's involvement here. And everyone keeps saying, oh,
- 17:21Speaker 6: there's no evidence at all whatsoever that Joe Biden is
- 17:24Speaker 6: involved in any way. That's not true. First, you have
- 17:27Speaker 6: to have start at the beginning. Why did Joe Biden
- 17:29Speaker 6: lie to the country repeatedly, both as a candidate and
- 17:34Speaker 6: as a president when he said over and over and
- 17:36Speaker 6: over again, not once did I ever speak to my
- 17:39Speaker 6: son Hunter Peter Dousey asked this question numerous times about
- 17:44Speaker 6: his foreign business dealing. I never spoke to my brother,
- 17:48Speaker 6: I never spoke to anybody for that matter. Why would
- 17:50Speaker 6: the president lie? Why would the candidate lie repeatedly about
- 17:54Speaker 6: something that now the House Oversight Committee has been has
- 17:57Speaker 6: now proven to be false and the idea that we
- 18:01Speaker 6: have now an evolution of a lie.
- 18:03Speaker 5: About a month ago, the.
- 18:04Speaker 6: White House started answering the question very differently, and they
- 18:08Speaker 6: would say, is, well, as we've been telling you, Joe
- 18:11Speaker 6: Biden was never in business with his son. That's not
- 18:14Speaker 6: what they were telling us in the beginning. They were
- 18:16Speaker 6: telling us they never spoke about it. Okay, now you
- 18:19Speaker 6: move a little bit further. Now you got to ask
- 18:21Speaker 6: some serious questions. When you look at the amount of
- 18:24Speaker 6: money that we're talking about with Russia, China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan
- 18:29Speaker 6: and Romania, and then you look at the show corporations
- 18:33Speaker 6: and the methods by which they were paying the Biden family,
- 18:36Speaker 6: that raises a whole host of questions. And starting with
- 18:40Speaker 6: Hunter Biden, who went on Good Morning America and admitted
- 18:44Speaker 6: that he had no experience in energy, oil gas Ukraine,
- 18:48Speaker 6: he had no experience in China, yet he's doing these
- 18:51Speaker 6: multimillion dollar deals that are enriching him in a field
- 18:55Speaker 6: of which he has no background, no experience at all whatsoever.
- 19:00Speaker 6: What did the grant? What did Hunter do for that
- 19:02Speaker 6: kind of money. I'd like that deal. I have no experience.
- 19:05Speaker 6: Put me on a board. I'd love to get paid.
- 19:07Speaker 6: What did the grandchildren who also got paid, what did
- 19:11Speaker 6: they do for all of that money? And this is
- 19:14Speaker 6: where it gets back to Joe Biden. Joe Biden, we
- 19:17Speaker 6: now know on December fourth, twenty fifteen, while Hunter was
- 19:21Speaker 6: in Dubai with Bearisma executives December fourth, twenty fifteen, that's
- 19:27Speaker 6: one of those phone calls where Pops was put on speaker,
- 19:31Speaker 6: and then we have other messages that corroborate that Barisma
- 19:35Speaker 6: executives were feeling the heat from that prosecutor his name
- 19:40Speaker 6: is Victor Shoken, that was investigating the oil giant Ukraine
- 19:43Speaker 6: Bearisma and investigating the president's son. From that point on,
- 19:48Speaker 6: Joe then begins to make his move which culminated in
- 19:51Speaker 6: him leveraging one billion taxpayer dollars to get this prosecutor fired,
- 19:57Speaker 6: which resulted in his son Hunter can continued. He continued
- 20:01Speaker 6: to get paid that was the enrichment of his family.
- 20:05Speaker 5: That would be, you.
- 20:06Speaker 6: Know, a textbook in my view. I'm not an attorney.
- 20:09Speaker 6: I'll let them weigh in on it. Textbook definition of
- 20:12Speaker 6: a bribery allegation that needs to be investigated.
- 20:15Speaker 1: By the way, all this had Sean said, and the
- 20:17Speaker 1: reason why I put it for you is this is
- 20:18Speaker 1: what we have to keep reminding everyone about. These are
- 20:21Speaker 1: all of the things and we all need to be
- 20:23Speaker 1: on the same page as we are talking about these things,
- 20:26Speaker 1: because what's going to happen next, by the way, is
- 20:28Speaker 1: the distraction of Donald Trump being indicted again in Georgia.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Every day there are two different economies that are growing
- 20:36Speaker 1: bigger and bigger. One of them is powered by everyday
- 20:38Speaker 1: Americans who are sick and tired of all the woke
- 20:41Speaker 1: propaganda being jammed into every product that we're consuming.
- 20:45Speaker 5: Well, big mobile companies are no different.
- 20:47Speaker 1: For years, they've been dumping millions and millions into leftist causes,
- 20:51Speaker 1: including planned parenthood. And you had to have a cell phone,
- 20:54Speaker 1: and that's the reason why you paid that bill because
- 20:57Speaker 1: you didn't have an alternative. Well guess what now, alternative

- 22:04Speaker 1: by the way, for what's about to happen in Georgia.
- 22:07Speaker 1: We already now and this just tells you how corrupt
- 22:10Speaker 1: the Fulton County DA is going to be with this.
- 22:13Speaker 1: It is one of the most corrupt things I've ever seen.
- 22:16Speaker 1: The Fulton County Court published and then removed the Trump indictment.
- 22:22Speaker 1: It's a due process violation, by the way, not that
- 22:24Speaker 1: they would care, but the official court website of Fulton County,
- 22:28Speaker 1: Georgia published what appeared to be the indictment against President
- 22:32Speaker 1: Donald Trump on Monday, before they then deleted it. It
- 22:35Speaker 1: was a bizarre, unexplained act that at least one critic
- 22:38Speaker 1: says it's violating Donald Trump's constitutional rights to due process
- 22:42Speaker 1: of law.
- 22:43Speaker 7: Now.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Reuter's first reported that the document had been filed, then
- 22:47Speaker 1: had to update its report when the document was removed
- 22:50Speaker 1: from the court's website and the office of Fulton County
- 22:53Speaker 1: District Attorney Fanny Willis, hardcore lefty, denied that an indictment
- 22:57Speaker 1: had yet been issued. Well, if it's on law and
- 23:00Speaker 1: then how can you say it hasn't been issued yet.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Reuters preserved the initial document, which listed thirty nine charges
- 23:07Speaker 1: against Donald Trump, including the serious felony of racketeering. All
- 23:13Speaker 1: of the other thirty eight charges, solicitation of the violation
- 23:16Speaker 1: of an oath, false statement, and conspiracy charges are also
- 23:19Speaker 1: all felonies. Reuters reported this way, the Fulton County, Georgia
- 23:24Speaker 1: Court's website briefly posted a document on Monday listing several
- 23:28Speaker 1: criminal charges against former US President Donald Trump that appeared
- 23:32Speaker 1: related to his attempt to overturn the twenty twenty election
- 23:35Speaker 1: defeat in the state. Before taking the document down without explanation.
- 23:40Speaker 1: The Fulton County District Attorney's office said in a statement
- 23:44Speaker 1: that no charge has been filed against Trump. The document
- 23:47Speaker 1: was dated August the fourteenth and named Trump, citing the
- 23:51Speaker 1: case as open, but it no longer is available on
- 23:54Speaker 1: the court's website. Reuters was not immediately able to determine
- 23:58Speaker 1: why the item was posted or removed. The Reuters report
- 24:01Speaker 1: that these charges were filed as inaccurate, they said beyond that,
- 24:05Speaker 1: we cannot comment. A spokesperson for the District Attorney's office said,
- 24:09Speaker 1: so now we I guess know what he's going to
- 24:11Speaker 1: be charged with, and they put it out there ahead
- 24:14Speaker 1: of time before I guess even the grand jury has
- 24:16Speaker 1: decided now again. Republican presidential candidate Ramaswami said that the
- 24:21Speaker 1: Trump due process rights have been violated, saying, here we
- 24:23Speaker 1: go again, another disastrous Trump indictment. It's downright pathetic that
- 24:27Speaker 1: Fulton County publicly posted the indictment on its website even
- 24:31Speaker 1: before the grand jury had finished convening. Since the four
- 24:35Speaker 1: prosecutions against Trump are using novel and untested legal theories,
- 24:40Speaker 1: he went on to say, I guess you know, hey,
- 24:42Speaker 1: this kind of makes sense, right. If you're going to
- 24:45Speaker 1: just make it up as you go, then why not?
- 24:48Speaker 1: He says it's fair game for him to do the
- 24:50Speaker 1: same in defense, immediately file a motion to dismiss for
- 24:53Speaker 1: a constitutional due process violation for publicly using an indictment
- 24:58Speaker 1: issuing excuse me, an indictment before before the grand jury
- 25:01Speaker 1: had actually signed one. Ramas Swami said he should make
- 25:05Speaker 1: a strong argument referring to Trump on these grounds, and
- 25:08Speaker 1: it would send a powerful message that the ever expansive
- 25:12Speaker 1: prosecutor police state that we're living in. As someone who's
- 25:15Speaker 1: running for president against Trump, I'd volunteer to write the
- 25:17Speaker 1: amicus brief for the court myself. Prosecutors should not be
- 25:21Speaker 1: deciding US presidential elections, and if they're so overzealous that
- 25:26Speaker 1: they commit constitutional violations, then the cases should be thrown
- 25:30Speaker 1: out and they should be held accountable. Now, if you
- 25:33Speaker 1: look at this online, I was able to get a
- 25:35Speaker 1: copy of this online. It says case information the state
- 25:39Speaker 1: of Georgia, Donald John Trump, gives you the case number,
- 25:44Speaker 1: the date filed eight fourteen to twenty three Court EJ one,
- 25:49Speaker 1: case type GS general complex Judicial officers even names that
- 25:54Speaker 1: the person the judicial officer over the case and gives
- 25:56Speaker 1: the case status is open.
- 25:58Speaker 5: The defendant Donald J.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Trump daya birth exes on there so you can't see it. Male, gender, race, white.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Violation of Georgia RICO Racketeering, Influence and Corruption Organization Act
- 26:11Speaker 1: is the first charge level serious felony. Then they say
- 26:15Speaker 1: solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer. Again,
- 26:19Speaker 1: that is a felony. Conspiracy to commit impersonating a public
- 26:24Speaker 1: official excuse me a public officer also a felony. Number
- 26:30Speaker 1: eleven Conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree felony,
- 26:34Speaker 1: conspiracy to commit false statements and writing felony, Conspiracy to
- 26:39Speaker 1: commit filing false documents felony, Conspiracy to commit forgery in
- 26:44Speaker 1: the first degree felony, Conspiracy to commit false statements and
- 26:48Speaker 1: writing felony, filing false documents felony. Solicitation of violation of
- 26:54Speaker 1: oath by public officer felony false statement in writing another one.
- 26:58Speaker 1: They charge them with felony, solicitation of violation of oath
- 27:02Speaker 1: by public officer another one felony, and false statements and
- 27:05Speaker 1: writing another felony. All of these then it says under
- 27:10Speaker 1: that financial no financial information exists for this case. So
- 27:14Speaker 1: yet again the witch hunt continues. Now, one of the
- 27:17Speaker 1: things that I do think is really important to understand
- 27:19Speaker 1: here about all of this is that the bad day
- 27:22Speaker 1: that the Bidens are having, they're trying to cover up
- 27:24Speaker 1: with an indictment of Donald Trump. Right, that's part of this.
- 27:29Speaker 1: This is all about indicting Donald Trump. Representative James Comer
- 27:34Speaker 1: here's what he said about the creation of the special
- 27:37Speaker 1: counsel of Investigator Hunter Biden as he was talking with
- 27:41Speaker 1: Trey Goudy on Fox.
- 27:42Speaker 5: Take a listen to this.
- 27:44Speaker 7: Well, this is a joke.
- 27:45Speaker 13: All that Merrick Garland did was validate the point that
- 27:49Speaker 13: many Republicans have been making that the Department Justice was weaponized. Look,
- 27:54Speaker 13: I've been very vocal in saying we didn't need a
- 27:57Speaker 13: special counsel. I've been on the other side of a
- 27:59Speaker 13: lot of.
- 27:59Speaker 7: My colleagues in the House.
- 28:02Speaker 13: The one reason I would give for not wanting a
- 28:05Speaker 13: special counsel was what we've seen the fact that I
- 28:07Speaker 13: have no confidence that Merrick Garland would appoint anyone credible.
- 28:11Speaker 13: I never dreamed he would do as bad as he
- 28:13Speaker 13: did with Weiss.
- 28:14Speaker 3: Not only did.
- 28:15Speaker 13: Weiss drag his feet for five years and try to
- 28:19Speaker 13: negotiate a sweetheart clee deal with the President's son, he
- 28:23Speaker 13: also let the statute.
- 28:24Speaker 5: Of limitations run out.
- 28:26Speaker 13: That was one of the biggest complaints from the Irish
- 28:28Speaker 13: shustal blowers when they testified before the Oversight Committee.
- 28:31Speaker 5: Was there frustration that they knew they.
- 28:33Speaker 13: Were coming up on a hard stop as far as
- 28:37Speaker 13: trying to prosecute the President's son for obvious crimes of
- 28:40Speaker 13: tax evasion and violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act,
- 28:44Speaker 13: but Weiss intentionally let the statute of limitations run out.
- 28:48Speaker 13: We also learned in that testimony trade that the Irish
- 28:52Speaker 13: whistle blowers never knew about the ten twenty three form
- 28:55Speaker 13: from the FBI that Bill Barr handed over to Weiss
- 28:58Speaker 13: that alleged both Hunter Biden and Joe Biden We're involved
- 29:02Speaker 13: in a bribery scheme in Ukraine, even though Wise knew
- 29:07Speaker 13: the Irish was investigating suspicious wires from Ukraine, so we
- 29:13Speaker 13: have no confidence in which we have no confidence in
- 29:16Speaker 13: Merrick Garland.
- 29:17Speaker 7: This will not deter our investigation.
- 29:18Speaker 13: We're going to continue to move forward and try to
- 29:20Speaker 13: present the American people with the truth about this family.
- 29:26Speaker 1: James Comer, let me just say, Jim Jordan, James Comber,
- 29:29Speaker 1: what they've been doing has just been truly incredible. What
- 29:32Speaker 1: they've been saying has been and how they've been investigating.
- 29:35Speaker 1: And I agree with them what they're saying now right
- 29:37Speaker 1: they're just telling you straight up, Hey, this is another
- 29:41Speaker 1: part of the cover up. We wanted to talk to
- 29:43Speaker 1: David Weiss. We're not allowed to talk to David Weiss.
- 29:46Speaker 1: That is a problem right now. He's protecting them, and
- 29:49Speaker 1: David Weis wants to keep his job.
- 29:52Speaker 5: That's the other thing here.
- 29:53Speaker 1: David Weiss desperately, desperately wants to keep his job, and
- 29:58Speaker 1: he knows he's not going to keep his job, and
- 30:00Speaker 1: he knows the wheels are going to come off, and
- 30:02Speaker 1: he knows that things are going to be bad if
- 30:05Speaker 1: he doesn't protect them at all costs. And by the way,
- 30:09Speaker 1: just to one last thing, you've been looking at what's
- 30:11Speaker 1: happening in Hawaii. If you just want to know how
- 30:14Speaker 1: to touch this president is. The President of the United
- 30:16Speaker 1: States of America was asked a question, do you have
- 30:18Speaker 1: any comment on the rising death toe in Maui? Listen
- 30:22Speaker 1: to the President's response.
- 30:29Speaker 5: Wake a talk about the Hawaiar's boss, mister.
- 30:31Speaker 1: President, His response, no, no comment. How the hell does
- 30:37Speaker 1: the President United States of America not have a comment
- 30:39Speaker 1: about the rising death toll in Maui with everything that's
- 30:43Speaker 1: been happening there, and for all these other liberals out
- 30:45Speaker 1: there that virtue signal, by the way on what Ukraine
- 30:48Speaker 1: and file the way over Ukraine. I mean, if you
- 30:51Speaker 1: want to know what the face of just evil is
- 30:53Speaker 1: a man, an old man, smirking, sun tanning and fiddling
- 30:59Speaker 1: with his hands as Maui burns and hundreds of Americans die,
- 31:04Speaker 1: and the President says, I have no comment.
- 31:07Speaker 5: Says I have no comment. That's your president. I'm going
- 31:14Speaker 5: to be covering.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Don't worry all week long what happens with Donald Trump
- 31:17Speaker 1: and this new indictment that we apparently already know what
- 31:20Speaker 1: it is.
- 31:20Speaker 5: Will have that for you this week.
