Alison Gorrell grew up in Colorado playing tennis and basketball and went on to play Division I basketball in college. After graduating, while pursuing an advanced degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, she played professional basketball overseas. Through her career, she learned how important the mental side of the game was to the overall success of a player.
