- 2:14Speaker 1: got the radio show. I feel it's necessary to explain
- 2:18Speaker 1: what I say in the morning because somebody asked me,
- 2:20Speaker 1: what do you mean by that when you say that
- 2:22Speaker 1: in the morning. When I say, uh huh, it's in
- 2:27Speaker 1: response to David Hollister opening the song by saying, go ahead,
- 2:31Speaker 1: big Daddy, go ahead, I said, uh huh, I show will.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Then I say good morning everybody, because I was raised
- 2:39Speaker 1: that ray you're supposed to speak when you come in
- 2:41Speaker 1: the room. I'm coming in y'all's room, whether it's your
- 2:44Speaker 1: bad room, the room in your house, your car, your office,
- 2:48Speaker 1: you know, wherever you had. I come in the room
- 2:50Speaker 1: or God speaks, I say, good morning everybody. You are
- 2:54Speaker 1: listening to the voice. And then I got to introduce
- 2:57Speaker 1: myself because as a performer, I always felt my best
- 3:01Speaker 1: when I was introduced. It's knowing. Why would you walk
- 3:04Speaker 1: out on stage anybody introduce you? You know you can't
- 3:06Speaker 1: get the round of applause. It's just it's horrible. So
- 3:10Speaker 1: I say, you are listening to the voice wanting only
- 3:13Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Come on, dig me now. Now that's old school.
- 3:17Speaker 1: I got that, but that's I was once again, dig
- 3:21Speaker 1: me Now? Is I want you to feel what I'm
- 3:23Speaker 1: about to say. That's all I'm saying. That's not a
- 3:27Speaker 1: bragging thing. You know, you're listening to the voice wanting
- 3:31Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey. Come on, dig me now. I'm just
- 3:34Speaker 1: asking you to feel what I'm saying in the morning
- 3:37Speaker 1: because it's part of a promise that I made to God.
- 3:40Speaker 1: See a long time ago, I told God if he
- 3:43Speaker 1: allowed me to make it, that when I got there,
- 3:46Speaker 1: I would tell everybody I know how I did it,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and I wasn't gonna shortcut it or shady on it.
- 3:53Speaker 1: I said, if you allow me to make it, if
- 3:55Speaker 1: you give me the strength, the courage, the wisdom. You
- 3:59Speaker 1: gave me a gift if you let me apply it,
- 4:03Speaker 1: don't destroy myself in the process. Forgive me for my
- 4:06Speaker 1: sins along the way, Continue to hold and rock me
- 4:10Speaker 1: when I need it. When I make it, I promise
- 4:14Speaker 1: you Lord, when I get there, I will tell everybody
- 4:17Speaker 1: how I made it. Well. This started back in LA
- 4:23Speaker 1: when I got on the radio and I was making
- 4:27Speaker 1: it okay. I was doing okay, but I had to
- 4:30Speaker 1: keep my promise to God. My promise was, if you
- 4:33Speaker 1: allow me to make it, I'll tell everybody how God there.
- 4:38Speaker 1: I have to tell you that every day because if
- 4:42Speaker 1: it was not for that grace and mercy, I wouldn't
- 4:45Speaker 1: even be here able to fulfill my promise, because I've
- 4:49Speaker 1: done enough dirt in my life. Man to not be worthy.
- 4:53Speaker 1: He could have easily walked away from me a long
- 4:56Speaker 1: time ago because I had show walked away from him. See,
- 5:01Speaker 1: and I didn't walk away from him once. I walked
- 5:03Speaker 1: away from him a bunch of times. But guess what
- 5:07Speaker 1: he forgave me a bunch of times. I'm a living
- 5:11Speaker 1: example of hundreds of chances. His forgiveness and his mercy
- 5:19Speaker 1: is available for everybody. It's the only reason I get
- 5:22Speaker 1: on this show every day. It's the only reason I
- 5:24Speaker 1: have the blessings that's coming my way. It's the only
- 5:27Speaker 1: way that the things that keep happening in my life, Man,
- 5:31Speaker 1: that I have no explanation for, it's because of His
- 5:35Speaker 1: grace and mercy. See, anytime something good happens in my
- 5:40Speaker 1: life and I can't explain it, that's usually him, he
- 5:44Speaker 1: exhibits to me. Remember, I'm a forgiving god, man. Remember,
- 5:49Speaker 1: So when you fall, Steve, don't lay down now, don't
- 5:52Speaker 1: you lay down there. Don't you let the devil fool
- 5:54Speaker 1: you that because you'd have made some mistakes that you
- 5:58Speaker 1: ain't that you can't do it because everybody gonna make him.
- 6:01Speaker 1: There's none perfect, no, not one. So get up, keep moving,
- 6:06Speaker 1: keep pushing, step on what you're laying there for. Your
- 6:11Speaker 1: daddy didn't raise you that way. Look, man, my father
- 6:14Speaker 1: was just about manhood. I'm gonna just tell you. My
- 6:17Speaker 1: daddy never had a conversation with me about church. He
- 6:20Speaker 1: beat me for not going, but you know a couple
- 6:23Speaker 1: of times, but he wasn't about that wasn't his message.
- 6:26Speaker 1: That was my mama's job. My mama taught me about
- 6:29Speaker 1: being saved, about loving the Lord, about giving your life,
- 6:32Speaker 1: about the teachings of Jesus Christ. My mama was a
- 6:35Speaker 1: Sunday school teacher, so I got all of that from him.
- 6:39Speaker 1: My old man ain't had none of that for me.
- 6:41Speaker 1: My old man talked to me about one thing all
- 6:43Speaker 1: day long, hard working manhood. And when you're gonna get
- 6:46Speaker 1: that if you don't get nothing else from me, he
- 6:48Speaker 1: gave that to me, so I got it. See, so,
- 6:52Speaker 1: my father, you say, excuse my language, but you ain't
- 6:54Speaker 1: gonna sit there like a little punk up in here.
- 6:56Speaker 1: You ain't an what you're fit to do. You fin
- 6:58Speaker 1: to get up and go do what you post to do.
- 7:00Speaker 1: That stop all that wine, and like some little pumpkin
- 7:02Speaker 1: gonna get to move it. That's how my father talked
- 7:04Speaker 1: to me. And I'm just telling you real. It worked
- 7:06Speaker 1: for me, though, And before you start emailing me. They
- 7:09Speaker 1: had nothing to do with homosexuality at all. It's just
- 7:13Speaker 1: that was his turn for a man not acting like
- 7:16Speaker 1: a man. That's all it was. It had. It was
- 7:19Speaker 1: not a gay reference at all. I want you to
- 7:21Speaker 1: understand that before you start emailing me. So my daddy
- 7:23Speaker 1: wasn't calling that was not a sexual reference for him.
- 7:26Speaker 1: My father talked to us, that's what he meant. I
- 7:29Speaker 1: knew exactly what he meant. He couldn't admit that he
- 7:31Speaker 1: didn't even know nothing about that. My man clueless when
- 7:33Speaker 1: it comes to that, right there. So when I was
- 7:37Speaker 1: getting down and feeling bad about myself, my old man,
- 7:40Speaker 1: he taught me this toughness. Man. He gave me this grit,
- 7:43Speaker 1: this doggedness, this go to work and work hard. That's
- 7:47Speaker 1: why today, when God does bless me with something, he
- 7:50Speaker 1: ain't got to weary about me not working hard because
- 7:54Speaker 1: that's in me. And when I get tired, I asked
- 7:58Speaker 1: that same God for strength to keep on doing so
- 8:01Speaker 1: I can do the blessings he got for me. So
- 8:04Speaker 1: when you ask me how you gonna do all this,
- 8:06Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, I don't know. I ain't got to figure
- 8:10Speaker 1: that out. All I got to do is show up
- 8:12Speaker 1: with the same amount of faith for being showing up
- 8:14Speaker 1: with God handle the rest of it. See, yeah, hey,
- 8:18Speaker 1: let me tell yourself. I don't see how you do it.
- 8:20Speaker 1: I don't either, can I can? I get hey, man,
- 8:23Speaker 1: news flash, let me hear. I don't see how you
- 8:26Speaker 1: doing all that? Steve, you're doing this? You doing that?
- 8:28Speaker 1: You can I tell you something I don't either. I
- 8:31Speaker 1: just wake up with the faith man and trusting that
- 8:33Speaker 1: if He gonna bless me with it, he must be
- 8:35Speaker 1: gonna show me a way how to get it done.
- 8:38Speaker 1: See I ain't tripping on that part. See I. Once
- 8:41Speaker 1: you take yourself out to how to business, you can
- 8:44Speaker 1: go on and get with it. But see, if you're
- 8:46Speaker 1: gonna trip yourself out with the how to, you can't
- 8:49Speaker 1: think like God can think. You can't figure like God
- 8:51Speaker 1: can figure. So now you're sitting up in here gonna Lord,
- 8:54Speaker 1: I want this to have him for me? Then I
- 8:56Speaker 1: don't know how I'm will do all that? Well, guess
- 8:59Speaker 1: what you way? Now? See you now you in the way,
- 9:03Speaker 1: because see God ain't ask you to figure out how to?
- 9:05Speaker 1: He said, ask and believe. Then he said faith without
- 9:11Speaker 1: works is dead. That's my solution. That's the concoction that
- 9:15Speaker 1: I'm functioning on. All I got to do is accept
- 9:19Speaker 1: the blessing, keep the faith, be willing to work, and
- 9:22Speaker 1: believe God can do anything but fail. Why would God
- 9:28Speaker 1: bring me this far to leave me? Why would he
- 9:32Speaker 1: bring you this far to leave you? So? Why I
- 9:37Speaker 1: get up every morning. I have no choice. I got
- 9:41Speaker 1: to get up in here. The rest when I'm running late, man,
- 9:44Speaker 1: I try to ply through here. Sometimes I don't make it. Man,
- 9:46Speaker 1: I got to do a rerun. But I ply through
- 9:48Speaker 1: here because man, Steve, you're gonna run out of something
- 9:51Speaker 1: to say. No, I'm gonna just keep thanking him. Now.
- 9:53Speaker 1: You can't run out of that canyon because you owe
- 9:55Speaker 1: him that. Matter of fact, when I get through talking,
- 9:57Speaker 1: I really ain't thanked him enough. You're listening, ladies, gentlemen, man,
- 10:07Speaker 1: I have your undivided attention. Please. What you're listening to
- 10:11Speaker 1: right now is Steve Harvey Morning Show. The voice you
- 10:14Speaker 1: currently engaged with is that of Steve. This is mental
- 10:22Speaker 1: philethropyth telepathy. That ain't what I want to say. This
- 10:31Speaker 1: is mental therapy. Just change it. You know when you
- 10:36Speaker 1: get wrong and you just change. This is mental therapy.
- 10:40Speaker 1: No good in here. Well, I tried to say, what
- 10:42Speaker 1: is it, Shirley telepathy? STI telepy. Yes, it's not the
- 10:50Speaker 1: no telepathy I've been saying. Telepathy. Yeah, Well, in away,
- 11:01Speaker 1: how have you have it? That'll be just fine, ladies
- 11:03Speaker 1: and gentlemen. I am the one and only list Stephen Harvey,
- 11:10Speaker 1: Good morning, Shart and the Strawberry. Good morning, Steve Darling.
- 11:14Speaker 1: How are you wonderful? Wonderful Carla A. Farrow? Good morning,
- 11:23Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. How are you, sir? Absolutely adorable? Ladies and gentlemen,
- 11:29Speaker 1: The eighteenth Wonder of the World, Dot dow Bar Junior,
- 11:34Speaker 1: Morning morning, everybody. What's going on? Well, Tommy is on
- 11:44Speaker 1: the way. He's running a little bit late, but that's
- 11:46Speaker 1: okay because I was yesterday and so for the first time,
- 11:50Speaker 1: I won't eat him alive. Did he dog me when
- 11:52Speaker 1: I was late yesterday? Yeah, rom shop, people can't get
- 11:58Speaker 1: nowhere on time. He didn't have the block that sits
- 12:02Speaker 1: on top of his gas and oh break, so he
- 12:06Speaker 1: lost one of the blocks, so he could only go fast.
- 12:09Speaker 1: He couldn't stop the car, so he had to wait
- 12:12Speaker 1: until somebody bought another block where he could work the
- 12:15Speaker 1: gas and the brakes with his shout. Than he told me,
- 12:21Speaker 1: dolled me. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's how
- 12:27Speaker 1: I feel. He called it payback though. To be clear,
- 12:32Speaker 1: when he's late, you're always on him, So he didn't
- 12:34Speaker 1: want to give you a pass yesterday because you're always
- 12:37Speaker 1: on him. And forth back and forth. Yeah, but please
- 12:44Speaker 1: know this though, it'll be a lot more foth coming
- 12:47Speaker 1: from me than back because his ass stay late and missing.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Shirley's mother said it best Tommy can't come to work
- 13:00Speaker 1: oh Monday after he'd been working on and I didn't
- 13:04Speaker 1: know where she met obsessed, But then when we started
- 13:06Speaker 1: paying attention, she was right, as you'll see, because Tommy
- 13:10Speaker 1: wants to be me as soon as I do something.
- 13:13Speaker 1: He tried to do, the same thing. He thanked how
- 13:16Speaker 1: to help him become a bigger star. He wants to
- 13:19Speaker 1: He's like, I know he does sho, that's what he does.
- 13:22Speaker 1: So I was late yesterday, so he late to day.
- 13:26Speaker 1: He don't know that just put him further behind, all right.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Listen coming up at thirty two minutes to the hours Steve.
- 13:38Speaker 1: President Trump says the impeachment effort has been unfair to
- 13:42Speaker 1: both him and his family. We're gonna talk about that
- 13:45Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening and trending political news. President
- 13:52Speaker 1: Trump says the impeachment effort has been unfair to both
- 13:55Speaker 1: him and his family. Take a listen to this. But
- 13:59Speaker 1: it was a very unfair and mostly it was unfair
- 14:01Speaker 1: to my family. I mean my family suffered because of
- 14:04Speaker 1: all of this, and many other families suffered also. It
- 14:07Speaker 1: was a very very it's a very serious thing that
- 14:09Speaker 1: should never happen to another president, and it probably won't.
- 14:13Speaker 1: I agree it may have been unfair to his family.
- 14:17Speaker 1: I do agree it ain't been unfair to you. Well,
- 14:22Speaker 1: don't break the law. You want to worry about it. Yeah,
- 14:25Speaker 1: I agree, it's tough on the family and many other families.
- 14:28Speaker 1: What other family? Who are you talking about, Congress My family? Fun?
- 14:33Speaker 1: Yeah about through this whole impeachment process. Has your family
- 14:38Speaker 1: suffered any anybody called your kids at school? No? Non,
- 14:45Speaker 1: your president getting impeached? They said, none of that. No, no,
- 14:50Speaker 1: none at all. Yeah. No, I understand where Trump coming from.
- 14:54Speaker 1: You know, he wants some sympathy. You know he's not
- 14:56Speaker 1: gonna get it's not gonna go past the Senate. So
- 15:00Speaker 1: let me ask you all the question. Have they agreed
- 15:01Speaker 1: to take witnesses or what? No? No, no witnesses. No,
- 15:06Speaker 1: So that's been decided trial no witnesses, a trial with
- 15:10Speaker 1: no witnesses or document And they're saying by Wednesday he'll
- 15:16Speaker 1: be vindicated and he gives his State of the Union address.
- 15:20Speaker 1: What tonight tonight, yes, and after that they'll probably you know,
- 15:27Speaker 1: vote him. This is a complete joke. The whole thing
- 15:31Speaker 1: is a farce. The whole impeachment process was doomed from
- 15:36Speaker 1: the beginning because the Republicans control the Senate and they
- 15:40Speaker 1: have decided he's going to be our president no matter what.
- 15:43Speaker 1: And we won't have no documents or witnesses to let
- 15:46Speaker 1: you tell us how bad he is. We just don't
- 15:50Speaker 1: believe it and there's no need that, ladies and gentlemen.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Is a farce, Yeah, it is. Yeah, No president is
- 15:58Speaker 1: above the law. None. It's it's getting scary though, because
- 16:04Speaker 1: people are really starting because of this whole process, they're
- 16:09Speaker 1: starting to fall back and not believe in the political
- 16:13Speaker 1: process and all of that. Again. I've I've heard people
- 16:16Speaker 1: say they don't they're not going to vote for what
- 16:18Speaker 1: what is it going to do. They're just you know,
- 16:20Speaker 1: they're we're getting back into that again, you know what
- 16:23Speaker 1: I mean. And that's scary. It's it's a part of
- 16:28Speaker 1: the trick by that political regime. They know if they
- 16:34Speaker 1: create doubt that people will avoid this system, and the
- 16:38Speaker 1: more people that don't vote, the greater their chances of winning.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Because let me explain something to you. Republicans are going
- 16:45Speaker 1: to vote, Oh yes, and they don't have to be
- 16:49Speaker 1: prodded and begged. And I finally got what you meant about.
- 16:52Speaker 1: You're tired of begging people. You're tired. I just am,
- 16:56Speaker 1: I just am. I'm tired of begging people to vote.
- 16:59Speaker 1: I mean, at one point in time, man, our existence
- 17:04Speaker 1: and our future and our circumstance and the predicaments that
- 17:09Speaker 1: we find ourselves in have to matter to us to
- 17:12Speaker 1: where we want to do something about it. And whether
- 17:15Speaker 1: you think your vote counse or not, believe me, it does.
- 17:19Speaker 1: If it didn't, they would not work so hard to
- 17:22Speaker 1: suppress it. Voter suppression is real. They know that if
- 17:29Speaker 1: we get out there and vote, that we're gonna have power.
- 17:32Speaker 1: So what they've done now is they're making you think
- 17:36Speaker 1: that voting and the political system is so corrupt there's
- 17:39Speaker 1: no need to participate. And poor people and the oppressed
- 17:44Speaker 1: people will take that agenda on so quickly because we
- 17:48Speaker 1: have so many other things to concern ourselves with. I mean,
- 17:53Speaker 1: we got to concern ourselves with basic human rights and
- 17:56Speaker 1: basic living expenses and costs. Yes, and so we are
- 18:01Speaker 1: easily to go well skip that I ain't voting. It
- 18:03Speaker 1: don't help no way, right, But we're falling into Please
- 18:09Speaker 1: please don't fall into that trap. I'm telling y'all, man,
- 18:14Speaker 1: this system is. It is corrupt, but it's corrupt if
- 18:18Speaker 1: we allow it to be. You can combat it with
- 18:21Speaker 1: your vote. Your vote is important, man. Don't let them
- 18:26Speaker 1: take your desire and will and right to vote away
- 18:31Speaker 1: by creating chaos and doubt. And because let me tell
- 18:36Speaker 1: you something. The boys that you saw gathering that the
- 18:39Speaker 1: gun rally and Charlotte and all in Virginia, I mean
- 18:44Speaker 1: in Virginia, all of that, they're gonna vote. All the
- 18:48Speaker 1: Militia people, they gonna vote, all those people in the right,
- 18:52Speaker 1: the belief in the Second Amendment. They're gonna vote. All
- 18:55Speaker 1: of those rich people that are benefiting from tax breaks,
- 18:58Speaker 1: they're going to vote. Yeah, Yeah, they're going to vote.
- 19:02Speaker 1: And here's the deal. The majority of them that are
- 19:06Speaker 1: going to vote for them are poor people. They really are.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Mississippi's poor, Louisiana's poor, Alabama's poor, Georgia's poor. It's a
- 19:16Speaker 1: lot of poor people who are going to vote for
- 19:18Speaker 1: him because of what he stands for and represents. Yeah,
- 19:24Speaker 1: and that's frightened me. Yeah it is. So, you know,
- 19:29Speaker 1: this impeachment trial, if you want to call it a trial.
- 19:32Speaker 1: With that wrapping up this week, likely with an acquittal
- 19:36Speaker 1: from the Republicans in the Senate, Trump said it will
- 19:40Speaker 1: be difficult to work with Democrats going forward. Take a listen. Well,
- 19:44Speaker 1: I'd like to, but it's pretty hard when you think
- 19:46Speaker 1: about it, because it's been such I use the word
- 19:51Speaker 1: which hunt tell you, is the word hoax. I see
- 19:54Speaker 1: the hatred, I see the level. They don't care about fairness,
- 19:57Speaker 1: they don't care about lying. You look at the lies
- 20:00Speaker 1: eyes man. Wait, wait, wait, excuse me, excuse me? Did
- 20:04Speaker 1: he just say they don't care about fairness if you
- 20:06Speaker 1: look at the lies? Yeah, you know that's that's that's
- 20:11Speaker 1: a pretty bold statement coming from Field, especially with the
- 20:15Speaker 1: number of lies he's told. But once again, folks, this
- 20:21Speaker 1: is unheard of. He didn't told more lies since he'd
- 20:27Speaker 1: been the president. Then I have in my entire life,
- 20:30Speaker 1: total and out of line, Lord, Lord, out of life.
- 20:40Speaker 1: I was a little dead in the teacher faith. It
- 20:43Speaker 1: started at school. Well, coming up, we're waiting on the nephew.
- 20:53Speaker 1: He's on his way. But in his place, Junior will
- 20:57Speaker 1: be here will run that prank back right after this.
- 21:00Speaker 1: You're listening to show coming up at the top of
- 21:05Speaker 1: the hour. Miss Anne is standing by with today's national
- 21:08Speaker 1: news and named Trending Entertainment News. Peter is mad at
- 21:12Speaker 1: j Lo about that feathered Puerto Rican flag she displayed
- 21:15Speaker 1: on stage during the Super Bowl. They're mad at Feather's
- 21:18Speaker 1: now uh plus uh and this is sad news. Conservative
- 21:24Speaker 1: talk show host Rush Limbaugh announced yesterday on the air

- 38:10Speaker 1: was huge. Man. I cried, I cried, you said eighty eight, Shirley. Yeah.
- 38:17Speaker 1: I was in such bad shape in eighty eight. I
- 38:22Speaker 1: was in such bad shape in eighty eight. God, I
- 38:26Speaker 1: didn't think I I didn't see the future. In eighty
- 38:30Speaker 1: eight I was asking God, why what have you done
- 38:36Speaker 1: to me? I had been in comedy three years and
- 38:40Speaker 1: it was going all wrong in a world that hurt
- 38:45Speaker 1: had made several ignorant decisions back to back to back
- 38:52Speaker 1: triple I had a triple play of back to back
- 38:56Speaker 1: to back dumb decisions. All photo, my damn silk, I
- 39:02Speaker 1: hold no blame to no one else. It was our lord,
- 39:07Speaker 1: Yes it was me. Let me deliver myself from my
- 39:11Speaker 1: ignorant way. Come on, come on, all right, see, let
- 39:18Speaker 1: the people know that you have more in store for us.
- 39:22Speaker 1: It is New York Fashion Week. You're going to talk

- 39:41Speaker 1: York City, and what are you doing? Well, one of
- 39:53Speaker 1: you guys is here and ready to give us some
- 39:55Speaker 1: fashion trends that we need to get rid of. How
- 39:57Speaker 1: about Yeah, that's just me do this. I'm this is
- 40:00Speaker 1: fast week. I won't be attended fashion Week even though
- 40:03Speaker 1: I'm in New York today. I got some things that
- 40:07Speaker 1: we need to be concerned about with the fashions in
- 40:10Speaker 1: twenty twenty. Okay, okay, these are things we want to
- 40:14Speaker 1: start considering as fashion in twenty twenty. Here we go.
- 40:19Speaker 1: First of all, we need to put a weight limit
- 40:24Speaker 1: on skinny jeans. That's true. Let's just get together. I'm
- 40:30Speaker 1: not an expert on this, but I think if we
- 40:32Speaker 1: have a uniform vote, what do you think is the
- 40:35Speaker 1: weight that skinny jeans should be. Let me start if
- 40:43Speaker 1: you are over two hundred this is not an item
- 40:47Speaker 1: for you. Anybody over two hundred pounds can't wear skinny.
- 40:54Speaker 1: It really ought to be one in five one five
- 41:00Speaker 1: as it for skinny jeans, because after that you just
- 41:04Speaker 1: making you just making pants look like skinny jeans. Here's
- 41:09Speaker 1: another one for sandal wearers in twenty twenty. If your
- 41:16Speaker 1: feet ain't right. If you put on the sandal and
- 41:21Speaker 1: any one of your toes is on the ground, these
- 41:27Speaker 1: sandals are not for you. Any water, I don't give it.
- 41:31Speaker 1: That just the big toe, I don't care if it's
- 41:33Speaker 1: the baby toner snipped off the side and lard Jesus,
- 41:37Speaker 1: not all five of them. They cannot be on the
- 41:40Speaker 1: ground and a platform sandals two and your toe is
- 41:45Speaker 1: touching the damn ground. We got to stop this. Here's
- 41:49Speaker 1: another faulk part in twenty twenty that we need to address.
- 41:52Speaker 1: I want everybody to cut down on the number of
- 41:55Speaker 1: holes in jeans. Yeah, we gotta start working on the number.
- 42:00Speaker 1: What is the number, ladies, is it falls six? There's
- 42:04Speaker 1: no number? Well you know that's no number. You mean
- 42:07Speaker 1: to rip jeans? Yeah, you got your knee out, your
- 42:11Speaker 1: tho out, crotch out, your butt out, pam strang out
- 42:17Speaker 1: your cast out, put up? Why you got the pencil on? Okay,
- 42:23Speaker 1: I'll say okay, then knees and a little bit of
- 42:26Speaker 1: thigh yeah, a little butt mate, maybe some butt cheek, yeah,
- 42:31Speaker 1: a little bit, just a little bit me and a
- 42:33Speaker 1: little bit. Okay. This is just to my white friends.
- 42:37Speaker 1: You know the shoes, the crocs, Yeah, they do not
- 42:41Speaker 1: go with the suit. I just wanted to say this
- 42:44Speaker 1: to my white friend God to stop playing with a suit. Yeah,
- 42:51Speaker 1: I need to stop this. Here's a big one. I'm
- 42:54Speaker 1: talking to a certain elague group of people. You know
- 42:56Speaker 1: who you are. If you play thirty thousand dollars for
- 43:00Speaker 1: a handbag, you bet not put a damn dog in it.
- 43:09Speaker 1: You need money in there, trying to call jewelry. You
- 43:13Speaker 1: bet not put a damn dog in a thirty thousand
- 43:16Speaker 1: dollars handbag. Putting his ass in a whole food bag.
- 43:25Speaker 1: Here's what I need to dress with. Ladies. If you
- 43:27Speaker 1: are standing talking to somebody, face to face. Your eyelashes
- 43:33Speaker 1: should not touch the other person when you blink. Two
- 43:40Speaker 1: damn long. This is your eyelashes, not mine. I don't
- 43:46Speaker 1: know what that was on my lipt the other day.
- 43:54Speaker 1: This is just for fellas. If you have a gut,
- 43:58Speaker 1: then you need a long your shirt. No body want
- 44:04Speaker 1: to see the bottom of your damn stomach. You just starting.
- 44:09Speaker 1: He can't talking, he needs most shit. Those are New
- 44:15Speaker 1: York Fashion Week tips from the one and only Steve Harvey.

- 46:55Speaker 1: it's a hurt. It's a hurs. Actually, what's happening is
- 46:59Speaker 1: is I have an other drop off at the airport

- 47:04Speaker 1: it won't affect you at all. There'll there'll be a
- 47:06Speaker 1: body in the back, but that has to we're trying
- 47:08Speaker 1: to get that to the airport too. But you know,
- 47:11Speaker 1: like I said, and a matter of fact, it is
- 47:12Speaker 1: like body waiting the whole Yeah, yeah you me. Man, No,
- 47:17Speaker 1: I ain't start riding the body. Well, there's a I mean,
- 47:21Speaker 1: there'll be a body, but actually it's just causing you less,
- 47:23Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. So you don't have to. Man,
- 47:26Speaker 1: Well I'm supposed to lay down and theft this mother,
- 47:28Speaker 1: So what what you're talking about man, Dude, I ain't
- 47:31Speaker 1: ride when the body hang on. Man, listen, you wanted
- 47:35Speaker 1: to NUV. I'm not ride with the body. Dude. You
- 47:39Speaker 1: tripping cancel this trip? I get another over. I'm not
- 47:43Speaker 1: riding with a body, dude. Okay, if you cancel, that's
- 47:46Speaker 1: gonna cause you fifty dollars. Fifty dollars. Well, man, yeah,
- 47:49Speaker 1: like you just downloaded the app. Here's the deal. I
- 47:54Speaker 1: know for a fact. When you cancel over five hours
- 47:57Speaker 1: I'm canceling, that's gonna be fight houts. Like I mean, no,
- 48:00Speaker 1: fifty dollars, it's gonna be fifty dollars, sir, it's a
- 48:03Speaker 1: different one. You have my man, you can pay me
- 48:05Speaker 1: a thousand dollars. I'm not riding with them. You feel
- 48:08Speaker 1: me the understanding, You understand you now. But do you
- 48:11Speaker 1: want to get to the airport or not? Look, why
- 48:13Speaker 1: don't you lay down next to the body and you
- 48:15Speaker 1: drive yourself there with the blody like in the path
- 48:18Speaker 1: to just see I'm not doing it. Tell me what
- 48:20Speaker 1: the problem is. I mean, obviously you're used to driving
- 48:23Speaker 1: around with bodies and that's not my thing. You know
- 48:25Speaker 1: what I'm saying. What's the problem? I mean you're gonna
- 48:28Speaker 1: be in the front of the hurts. You're not gonna
- 48:29Speaker 1: be in the back. We'll put in the back with
- 48:31Speaker 1: your luggage in the back. I mean, I'll be fine, right,
- 48:34Speaker 1: you're my man. You're tripping, man, this is crazy. You're
- 48:37Speaker 1: calling wrong with this crazy book. Dude. I'm not doing
- 48:41Speaker 1: a none of that. What part of that? Don't you understand.
- 48:44Speaker 1: I'm going to get you there on time, sir, But
- 48:46Speaker 1: it's going to be in a hurt That's all the
- 48:49Speaker 1: difference is. Man, You'll be riding the hurt. Well, I'm
- 48:52Speaker 1: supposed to be laid out, and you understand right now
- 48:55Speaker 1: you got me fucked up? What kind of phone call
- 48:58Speaker 1: is this? Well, I mean, what's the problem. Obviously you're
- 49:01Speaker 1: used to rolling with with dead bodies and hearses and
- 49:03Speaker 1: all that. Since when it over start rolling with hearses
- 49:08Speaker 1: to pick up regular love more, because to get them
- 49:11Speaker 1: from place to place. This is some crazy I want
- 49:14Speaker 1: you to think when when did you think that it
- 49:18Speaker 1: would just be cool or as a regular picking up
- 49:21Speaker 1: a body and just driving around in the street. I
- 49:23Speaker 1: don't know, man, I mean, you know I got two jobs.
- 49:26Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. I do you know and
- 49:28Speaker 1: also you know work for a mortuary. You know what
- 49:31Speaker 1: I'm saying. So you know, but my vehicle is is
- 49:34Speaker 1: certified and approved it so I'm able to use it
- 49:38Speaker 1: as an suv. So you you calling is and you
- 49:41Speaker 1: gave him ride to lob More and they don't have
- 49:44Speaker 1: no reaction, no reaction to riding around with them embodying
- 49:50Speaker 1: the back well you know, uh, sometimes there's a fe
- 49:53Speaker 1: people acting a little, you know, a little. It's a
- 49:55Speaker 1: little different for them. I get it, you know. But
- 49:57Speaker 1: like I said, the only reason why I'm calling you,
- 50:00Speaker 1: I would believe you don't get that because you're trying
- 50:02Speaker 1: to hit me with a fifty dollars in charge that
- 50:05Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not going for and you're trying to
- 50:08Speaker 1: get me to ride with him and that body. Dude,
- 50:10Speaker 1: I'm not doing that. So I'll tell you what, Broun.
- 50:13Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you this right here. I'm gonna get
- 50:14Speaker 1: all the phone tomorrow and seven in the morning, me
- 50:17Speaker 1: and Tommy gonna be there. So be looking forwards here.
- 50:20Speaker 1: Who's Timmy the body? No? No, Me and Tommy gonna
- 50:24Speaker 1: be there tomorrow morning at seven mayhem. You know what
- 50:26Speaker 1: I'm saying, just be ready for that. Then you're Timmy
- 50:28Speaker 1: gonna have a problem. Okay, okay, all right, tell it
- 50:32Speaker 1: to Tommy thought because see Tommy, don't Tommy don't take
- 50:34Speaker 1: this too commy, So tell it to him in the morning.
- 50:37Speaker 1: Who's Timmy? Now? Okay, you don't know who Tommy is? No,
- 50:42Speaker 1: don't what the it's Tommy? Okay do you know Tommy

- 51:49Speaker 1: don't be royle hers. If they don't have to be,
- 51:54Speaker 1: we do. But riding a world we just bought it
- 51:58Speaker 1: back here. I keep feeling something on my neck. Man,
- 52:02Speaker 1: if you don't that man. I'm hearing stuff moved be
- 52:15Speaker 1: like that time. Boy, my boy's father died lived up
- 52:19Speaker 1: street from it. You know. He ain't have no money.
- 52:21Speaker 1: So they had the funeral at the house. They bought
- 52:26Speaker 1: the casket, but the casket was too wide for the
- 52:29Speaker 1: dough and they had to turn it sideways, and you
- 52:34Speaker 1: could hear you could hear his daddy shift. And when
- 52:41Speaker 1: they got the casket in the living room and set
- 52:44Speaker 1: the stand up and open it up, he was flipped
- 52:47Speaker 1: over in the casket. They had to turn him over. Boy,
- 52:52Speaker 1: well he was standing up in there. Boy, you ain't
- 52:58Speaker 1: gonna be in Mississippian what I'm doing. Well, if you

- 53:21Speaker 1: think listen. Coming up next, it's my Strawberry letters. Subject

- 53:52Speaker 1: one right here, right now. Buggle up, hold on tight.
- 53:56Speaker 1: We got it for you here. It is Strawberry Letter.
- 53:59Speaker 1: All right, thank you, nephew. Subject is my wife an
- 54:02Speaker 1: undercover gold Digger To Stephen Shirley. My wife and I
- 54:05Speaker 1: have been married for over fifteen years, and we've come
- 54:09Speaker 1: close to getting a divorce a few times in the
- 54:12Speaker 1: past few years over our finances. My wife has had
- 54:15Speaker 1: issues with managing money, so I don't trust her when
- 54:18Speaker 1: it comes to keeping up with our money. We have
- 54:21Speaker 1: always had separate accounts. I have a personal savings account
- 54:25Speaker 1: and I've been able to save a great deal of
- 54:27Speaker 1: money for our retirement. My wife does not have access
- 54:31Speaker 1: to this account. We have one shared account that I
- 54:34Speaker 1: put money into each month for household expenses. I am
- 54:38Speaker 1: able to track it, but I've never had a problem
- 54:41Speaker 1: with her using the money for personal needs. We both work,
- 54:44Speaker 1: but I am the main breadwinner and I pay all
- 54:47Speaker 1: of the bills in the house. That's the house note,
- 54:50Speaker 1: both car notes, and all of the utilities. She pays
- 54:54Speaker 1: her cell phone and American Express bills. In the past
- 54:57Speaker 1: two years, she has constantly nagged me to see bank
- 55:01Speaker 1: statements and a breakdown of our finances. It makes me uneasy,
- 55:05Speaker 1: and she gets upset when I tell her is not
- 55:07Speaker 1: necessary for me to share that with her. She told
- 55:10Speaker 1: me I'm too secretive and she loves to threaten me
- 55:14Speaker 1: with divorce. I'm not being secretive. It's a trust thing,
- 55:19Speaker 1: and why does she need to know all of a sudden,
- 55:21Speaker 1: I am planning to retire with her, and I want
- 55:24Speaker 1: to keep her in the same lifestyle she's used to,
- 55:28Speaker 1: but I don't know if we're going to make it.
- 55:30Speaker 1: She has been sleeping in the guest room and she
- 55:33Speaker 1: refuses to have sex with me. I'm a father, great provider,
- 55:37Speaker 1: and god fearing man, but this situation has me angry
- 55:42Speaker 1: as heck. My wife won't sleep with me unless I
- 55:44Speaker 1: show her my bank statements. It seems like, after fifteen
- 55:48Speaker 1: years of marriage, my wife has turned into a gold digger.
- 55:51Speaker 1: Please help me figure this out. Am I doing something wrong?
- 55:54Speaker 1: What's up with her? Well? You know what, I don't
- 55:57Speaker 1: think you're doing anything wrong'ssarily because you got to save money.
- 56:03Speaker 1: You want to have money for your retirement, your money.
- 56:06Speaker 1: Your your wife is reckless with her money and with
- 56:09Speaker 1: the money, so she is not a good person to
- 56:12Speaker 1: entrust your life savings and your retirement funds with. And
- 56:17Speaker 1: if she doesn't understand that, that's on her, uh not you.
- 56:21Speaker 1: I think that it's good that you guys have separate accounts.
- 56:25Speaker 1: I think it's good that you guys share an account
- 56:27Speaker 1: where and I think it's great that you put money
- 56:30Speaker 1: in it and pay all of the bills. All those
- 56:33Speaker 1: are pluses. What your wife is up to is anybody's guess.
- 56:42Speaker 1: You know, if she wants to see bank statements, because
- 56:47Speaker 1: I don't know, does she think or suspect that you're
- 56:49Speaker 1: you're hiding money from her or something? But I think,
- 56:53Speaker 1: you know, in this instance, it might be. I think
- 56:56Speaker 1: it's okay for you to sit her down and tell
- 56:59Speaker 1: her this is what going on. You guys have been
- 57:01Speaker 1: married for fifteen years. That should garner some kind of
- 57:04Speaker 1: trust in a relationship. I mean money is still like
- 57:08Speaker 1: if not that still the number one is definitely in
- 57:11Speaker 1: the top two of why relationships and marriages break up
- 57:15Speaker 1: because the finances, because you know, people are reckless when
- 57:19Speaker 1: it comes to money. She has her own job. What
- 57:22Speaker 1: does she need to see it for? If you know,
- 57:26Speaker 1: if you're saving and everything. But if you guys are
- 57:29Speaker 1: in a good marriage, I think there does need to
- 57:31Speaker 1: be some trust. Why don't you want to show it
- 57:33Speaker 1: to her? That is my question. I don't think it's
- 57:36Speaker 1: necessarily because you're being secretive or trying to hide something.
- 57:39Speaker 1: You just don't want her nagging you to get that money.
- 57:43Speaker 1: You've got to know that. You know a lot of
- 57:45Speaker 1: times wives do go over spend. You know. That's why
- 57:48Speaker 1: if you open up the trunk right now, you'll probably
- 57:51Speaker 1: find some shoeboxes brand new shoes that she hasn't snuck
- 57:54Speaker 1: in the house yet. You know. It's kind of you know,
- 57:58Speaker 1: it's kind of just what we do, some of us.
- 58:02Speaker 1: Some of us, I mean, we do, you know, but
- 58:05Speaker 1: as far as he're not sleeping with you, that that's
- 58:07Speaker 1: a bit far because you won't show her the bank
- 58:09Speaker 1: statements and all of that unless she has something else planned.
- 58:12Speaker 1: I think it's really really immature of her to threaten
- 58:15Speaker 1: you with divorce because of this situation. That's not cool.
- 58:19Speaker 1: I don't think that's something you should play with. But
- 58:22Speaker 1: I think there is a communication situation going on here too.
- 58:25Speaker 1: You may not want to do it, but just show her,
- 58:28Speaker 1: you know, maybe that'll calm her down and settle her
- 58:31Speaker 1: down and tell her the reasons you're doing this. You know,
- 58:34Speaker 1: you want to continue her lifestyle. You're really doing it
- 58:38Speaker 1: out of love and stuff. But she's selfish more than
- 58:41Speaker 1: being a gold digger. Steve is my wife an UNDERCOVID
- 58:46Speaker 1: gold digger. Well, y'all been married fifteen years, y'all and
- 58:51Speaker 1: came closer divorce in a couple times. Didn you say
- 58:54Speaker 1: that your wife got issues with managing money, so I
- 58:58Speaker 1: don't trust to what comes to keeping up with our money.
- 59:02Speaker 1: There's a little confusion here. We've always had separate accounts,
- 59:05Speaker 1: so that over the fifteen years you've had that. I
- 59:08Speaker 1: have a personal savings account, and you've said you've been
- 59:11Speaker 1: able to save a great deal of money for our
- 59:14Speaker 1: retirement and your wife ain't got access to it. Y'all
- 59:19Speaker 1: got to share the account that I put money into
- 59:21Speaker 1: for households that I'm able to track, but I've never
- 59:24Speaker 1: had And then you said, but I've never had a
- 59:26Speaker 1: problem with her using the money for her personal needs. Well,
- 59:30Speaker 1: if you've never had a problem with her using the
- 59:32Speaker 1: money for your personal needs, what was the several divorces about. See,
- 59:37Speaker 1: there's a little confusion going on here, brother. You all
- 59:40Speaker 1: have come closer getting a divorce over finances. You don't
- 59:43Speaker 1: have a problem with her using the money for personal needs?
- 59:48Speaker 1: Did you say? Ten seconds? Days? We both worked. I'm
- 59:52Speaker 1: the main brandwinner, and I pay all the bills in
- 59:55Speaker 1: the house, house called, all its utilities, and all she
- 59:59Speaker 1: paying herself on the man when you make a lot
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: of money, though, if you're paying all that and still
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: saved a lot of money for y'all's retirement, and you
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: don't have a problem with her spending for her personal needs,
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: I'm trying to figure out what the damn problem is.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: I love him, all right, and hold that thought, Steve.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: We'll have part two of your response coming up at
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour, subject is my wife
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: an undercovered gold digger? We'll be back to find out
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, all right? Steve, come on,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: let's recap today's strawberry letters. Subject is my wife an
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: undercover gold digger. This is kind of a confusing letter,
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: y'all because you've been closer getting the voice a couple
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: of times because you don't trust it with the money.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Y'all enhance separate accounts, but you got this one account
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: where you say the great deal of money for y'all's retirement.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Your wife don't have access to it. Y'all got to
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: share account. Y'all put money into and you ain't never
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: had a problem with her using the money for her
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: personal needs. If you've never had a problem that, why
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: have you all been getting a divorce? I'm confused. We
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: both work. You the main brand winner. You pay all
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: the bills in the house. She pay her cell phone
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: in Americans present. Now. In the past two years, here
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: we go, she has constantly nagged me to see bank
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: statements and a breakdown of our finances. Okay, most women
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: want to know what's going on in their life. Since
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: you have this separate account, she's asked you to see
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: it now then you are uneasy with it, and she
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: get upset because this is what you've been told A
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: grown woman. Now, it's not necessary for me to share
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: that with you. Wow, wayman, hold a partner. I gotta
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: tell you something real, honest man. You talking to a
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: grown woman who's married to you, and you have a
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: separate account that she has found out about, and you've
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: saved a great deal of money for retirement for you all.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: And she asked to see the bank statement of the
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: finances of y'all's life, of which you all contribute y'all's
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: money into this account, but you pay the bills and
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: then you tell her it ain't necessary for you to
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: share that with her. Dog reverse this for a second.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: This is what this is how Margie wins all arguments
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: with us, She says, reverse this. D Suppose I said
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: that to you, and you know that's how she win
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: all our arguments. Yeah, that's whenever. But she only do
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: that when I'm dead wrong. She don't do that when
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: she wrong. When I reverse it, she reverse it back.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: She real tricky though. She told me that I'm too
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: secretive and she loves to threaten me with divorce. Well, dog,
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: see you say that there's all this money over here,
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: but the money ain't in her house. She trying to
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: figure out what is it going somewhere else? And you
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: telling her us in an account. She says, show me
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: the account, and you tell her she don't need to know.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: And then she say you being secret and you say,
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: I'm not being secretive. Okay, dog, what you want to
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: call He said, it's a trust thing. But dog, you're
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: keeping a secret from your wife. So she is right
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: about that. You are being secretive. But I know what
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: you're saying because you don't trust to win the money.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: And why does she need to know all of a sudden,
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: Wait a minute, hold up, dog, what woman don't have
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: a right to know what's going on in her life.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: You think if she finds out the money, that's she
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: gonna spend it. But you already got it protected because
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: she don't have access to it. So now the fact
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: that you won't show it to her ever, has created
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: a huge problem. I'm planning to retire with her. She
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: don't know that. See, now we got an insecurity issue
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: going on because you got all his money stacked off
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: to the side. She don't know about. She don't know
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: if you're going to take it off with another woman.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: She don't know if you're gonna keep it for yourself.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: She don't know what it is. I'm planning to retire
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: with her, and I want to keep her in the
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: same lifestyle she's used to. Damn bro, I mean, I
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: hear what you're saying. You got a good heart. I
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: think you're phrasing it wrong to the woman though, but
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: I don't know if we're gonna make it. Hold up,
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: so you're gonna rish your marriage of a person you
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: want to retire with because she think you got a secret.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: You don't trust her spending. You ain't gonna show her
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: that account. And now she she threatened you with divorce,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: and now she had moved into the guest room. And
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: we ain't having sex. We're not having sex. You can
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: read all these papers. Hold on, hold on, We're not
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: having sex. Don't you know what I mean? You know,
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: I mean received you from the sea. This is statements.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: I'm a father, great profather, and a god fearing man.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: Stop stop bringing the Lord in this. This ain't got
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: nothing to do to Lord. Doc. Why did the Lord
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: tell you to keep the secret? So let's not dragged
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: the Lord into this. But this situation makes me angry
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: as heck. My wife won't sleep with me unless how
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: I show her my bank statements. It seems like I
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: got fifteen years of manage when my wife has turned
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: into a gold digger. Doc. See you you're attaching terms
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: to this woman. I understand the problem you have. You're
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: saying you can't trust her with money, but you got
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: it fixed where she can't move the money. But now
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: you don't want to show us that because what's she
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: gonna do? You think she's gonna spend more? And you
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: think she had turned into a gold digger dog just
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: been the same woman for fifteen years. That's why y'all
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: didn't had a several divorces, but her threatening you with
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: divorces because you won't show her the paperwork, which makes
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: her think as a woman, something else is happening. Please
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: help me figure this out. Am I doing something? Long? Yes?
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: What's up with her? The question is what's up with y'all?
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: You don't trust her, and she don't trust you. What's y'all? Man?
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: And this ain't gonna word Pardner, And this really ain't
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: got a damn thing to do with money. Fifteen years,
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: you don't trust her, you can't count on her, and
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: she thinks she don't trust you and she can't count
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: on you unless y'all get real transparent, real quick. Y'all
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: ain't gonna make it, homie. Yeah, all right, Steve, thank
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: you post your comments on all this paperwork this evening
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: at Steve Harvey, you over here this evening in this bed.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: Also check out the Strawberry Letter podcast wend to read
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: coming up to forty six after the hour Sarah, I'm
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: gonna be looking forward depot. Terry Crews has apologized to
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: Gabrielle Union. We'll talk about that right after this. You're
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: listening well. Terry Crews has finally issued an apology to
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: Gabrielle Union after he completely dismissed her allegations against America's
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: Got Talent last week. Terry and Gabrielle had different views
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: on their America's Got Talent experience. She found it to
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: be racist and sexist, while and all the while calling
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: it the most diverse. He called it the most diverse
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: place he's ever worked. After facing major backlash, Terry Crews
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: lets a Twitter know, Twitter people twitter Verse know that
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: the only woman he needed to please was his wife, Rebecca. Apparently,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: Terry has had a change of heart and apologized to
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: Gabrielle in a series of tweets which you can see
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: or here. Anyway, Basically, he told her that he was
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: sorry for invalidating her experience. He also said that those
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: disrespectful comments directed toward him and his family caused him
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: to quote react angrily instead of responding thoughtfully. He finished
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: up with you are a role model to the entire
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: black community, and in my desire to be professionally neutral
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: as your co worker, I should have at the very
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: least understood that you just needed my support. Terry kept tweeting,
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: and Dwayne Way posted, somebody take Terry's phone. We've had enough. Okay.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: You know, man, I know I know both of them,
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: and they're both really, really great people. I think Terry
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: realized the error that he made and he apologized. You know, no,
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: Twitter ain't gonna let it go, of course, but you
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: know when you know, but you know when your family well,
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: I mean he got to because he trying to get
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: it right now. Yeah, but we are in a climate
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: today where we as men have got to understand, man,
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: that you have got to be open to understand what
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: women are saying today, and because we just don't have
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: the viewpoint that they have Yeah, and when Terry went
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: through that, Steve, remember he had his own secondists. Uh yeah, huh,
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: you will you grabbed my crotch. This is it's happening
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: that night. And I don't know if it's true, but
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: I heard that Gabrielle Union was one of the first
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: people to come out in support of him. Yeah, so
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: he should understood what it's like to be a victim.
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: Exactly got it. And in news today someone grabbed Steve
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: Harvey's crotch to face the attacker. All right, at the
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: time of the hour, the President's State of the Union
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: of dress is tonight. Who will be watching. We hear
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: he's going to use the word winning a lot. We'll
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: talk about it right after this. You're listening to show.
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: So President Trump is going to deliver an optimistic, inspirational,
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: forward looking State of the Union address on the eve
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: of the Senate's final impeachment vote. That's according to presidential
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: advisor Kelly Ann Conway, who said that success is the
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: best revenge. In an interview with Fox News from Kelly
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: Ann Conway, UH preview the President's State of the Union
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: address by touting the administration's efforts over the last year
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: and teasing that many of his statements will end with
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: the word winning. Conway went on to say that winning
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: finishes many sentences, and the president will show up and
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: barrel through as he always does. He will take his
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: message to the people. So when when y'all see the
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: next day on the new they tell me that was
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: a great speech. When y'all seeing that, never I never
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: heard to be any different. But the Republicans are gonna
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: stand up and be clapping. Oh yeah, like he but
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: but he's so he's so not politically correct. He just
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: gonna face them the whole night. He ain't even gonna
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: look over at the Democrats. Yeah, yeah, yeah. He already
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: said it's going to be hard to work with them
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: moving forward. And they ask is mad because they ain't
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: got no witnesses, no questions. It's gonna be a man.
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: This thing, this this this system we have in American
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: man term, it's not good. Man, it's just not good.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: And for us as the people who live here, we're
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: just looking at this point really yeah, because because man,
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: because let me tell you something. You let you go
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: to you, let you go to trial and be accused
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: of anything. And they got some witnesses for you watch
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: what happened, and you've been to hear from all of them. Yeah,
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: my mama house and I just somebody didn't see me
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: break the lamp. Yeah. So the President will take this
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: message to the people so that they can hear what's
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: been happening in their country. State of the Union address
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: is sandwiched between not only the final impeachment vote, but
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: also the first contest in the twenty twenty Democratic presidential
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: primary process, the Iowa CAUCUSUS. So this is a big
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: political year, Okay. Can I ask you all the question, Tommy,
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: if you had to vote, and you don't have to
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: stick to this, we're just talking. If you had to
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: vote for a Democrat right now, which one would you
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: vote for? Bloomberg, Kia Biden, Carlo Biden. Surely I'm going
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: with Biden because I think he's the only one who
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: can beat him right now. But my second choice will
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: Tee Bloomberg. At this point, I like what his messaging.
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: I like blue Berg too, Yeah, I really do. And
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: then after that I gotta go with Biden. Yeah, Biden
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: Bloomberg would be a great ticket. See, because I'm looking
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: at the debates that rich boy talking back to him
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: a man. He gonna he gonna share Donald Trump down
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: because he knows, he knows a lot of stuff and
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: he has a real plan. Biden, I think will fight
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: him because he's he a tough boy out of out
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: of you know. So those two are the only two.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: I think it would be a great presidential vice presidential thing,
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: except I don't think that Joe would be willing to
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: be a vice president again. Yeah, I don't think so.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: And I don't know Bloomberg's ego will let him be
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: vice president because he got a lot of So you're
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: saying a lot of ignorant President Trump can't talk to him.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: I'm telling you, man, you don't know. It's a pecking
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: order and rich boys. No, don't flex pardon because Bloomberg
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: got real money. Trump doesn't have real money. Bloomberg real money?
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: What does that mean? Trump doesn't have real money. Don't
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: forget that. Sanders and Warren are still high up in
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: the racist w Yeah, I promise you, I don't see
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: how I don't get I'm gonna be honest with you.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: I don't get Elizabeth Warren's playing. I don't get the plan,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: and I'm not gonna vote for you. And I don't
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: get your plan. I just don't for that, all right?
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: Coming up, coming up, more of today's trending stories on

- 1:20:39Speaker 1: your buffalo wings. No, don't like that blue cheese. Don't
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: do that. I'm like, you ever had a salad with
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: blue cheese crumbles on it? But too many blue cheese? Yes? Yeah?
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: It could be old powers. Tell you something that Damn

- 1:21:05Speaker 1: you don't mean because you see it on the salad
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: you be gon awesome blue cheese crumble and then after
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: while you're gonna hang. There's too many of these. Damn,
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: my mouth need a break, blue cheese being gangster in
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: the salad. Man, you can't taste the rain. No nuts, nothing,
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: blue cheese, gangsters onion. Oh strong, blue cheese is strong. Man. Hey,
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: and let me give y'all some something I was thinking
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: for closing remarks. Okay, you know, man, in twenty twenty,
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: I want you to open up your mind to all
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: of the possibilities of what your life can really be. Man,
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: I want everybody to start thinking in glowing terms. Everybody
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: should start thinking in positive terms. Everybody should be put
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: in your mind in perpetual forward motion. Start thinking and
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: expecting the things you want to attract to your life. Man,
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: it is an amazing thing, the power of the mind.
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: Your mind is so incredibly powerful man, that you have
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: the share of ability to wield things into existence for
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: your life. You have the ability to attract a life
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: of abundance. You have the ability with your mind to
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: become suddenly a positive person overnight. You can enact this overnight.
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: It is not a gradual process. You can start becoming
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: a positive person immediately. You can start attracting positivity to
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: your life immediately the moment you change your mind. I
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: was always taught that your feelings. Your feelings are a
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: barometer of what you've been thinking the previous It's fifteen minutes.
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: For example, if you find yourself all of a sudden,
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: you don't feel so hot today, and I don't mean physically,
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: you just mentally, you just start feeling blah. All you
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: have to do is track what you've been thinking the
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: last fifteen twenty minutes, and it will immediately explain the
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: sudden blah in your attitude or your sudden blah in
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: your mental state. Your feelings are a barometer of your thoughts,
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: So if you change what you think, you then change
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: the way you feel. I am telling you, man, how
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: many times I've had to learn over the years. When
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: I'm not feeling myself, I get in a little quiet
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: space in my mind and I just start thanking God. Man,
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: I just started thanking God for the things I do have.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: I don't wear about what I don't have. I start
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: throwing some praises up for what I do have, for
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: my health, my family, my wife, my job, my ability
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: to learn, my ability to earn, my ability to have thoughts,
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: my ability to walk, see, talk, breathe, reason, rhyme, all
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: of that. And when I start thanking him for those things,
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: I immediately become lighter. See, you can't be grateful and
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: sad at the same time, the two can. I dare
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: you to try it. I dare you today to make
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: a serious attempt at being grateful for five straight minutes
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: of just gratitude, three minutes of gratitude, and then when
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: you stop, see how mad you are, or see how
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: depressed you are. It's impossible, man, it is impossible. The
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: two cannot deside at the same time. Join and depression
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: cannot reside in the same space. It is impossible. There's
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: only room for one. You are either joyous or you're mad.
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: You're either grateful or you say it's one of the two.
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: You can't be both. But if you make a concerted
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: effort in twenty twenty, if you get committed that you
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: are going to have a glowing attitude, that you are
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: going to be a person of positivity, that you are
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: going to be a person that's a light when you
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: walk in the room. If you make that commitment in
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: twenty twenty, you immediately began the process immediately. It doesn't
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: take a week. It takes the immediate control of your mind.
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: Your mind is incredibly powerful, incredibly powerful. We were created
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: in God's image. Somebody told us to me, said why
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: do you thinking to begin? And God said, let there
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: be light. He said, because he wanted you to understand
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: that the power of the tongue is all powerful. God
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: is very powerful. He could have just waved his hand
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: and just lit the whole earth, though, but he said, first,
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: let there be light. It's all in what you say.
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: If you say you're good, you're good. If you say
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: you broke, you broke. If you say one day you'll
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: be wealthy, you'll be wealthy one day. Get controlled at y'all.
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: Twenty twenty is hell. Let's make it the best year
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: of our lives. Those are my closes remarks to day all. Right, now,
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: let's go, y'all. Twenty twenty. Hey man, hey, y'all, have
