Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Kruz, Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and Senator Apparently there's some really juicy audio that
- 0:09Speaker 2: the White House is now saying they don't want the
- 0:12Speaker 2: American people to hear it at all costs. They're willing
- 0:15Speaker 2: to protect it and make sure it never gets out,
- 0:18Speaker 2: and it deals with the Biden crime family.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Yep, that's right. Today's topic is Biden cover ups. We're
- 0:25Speaker 3: going to talk about the Biden administration trying to desperately
- 0:29Speaker 3: cover up the tapes of the Joe Biden's interview with
- 0:34Speaker 3: the Special counsel her and the absurd and frivolous claim
- 0:39Speaker 3: of executive privilege. We're going to talk about how Hunter
- 0:42Speaker 3: Biden's sugar daddy has cut him off, which is interesting
- 0:46Speaker 3: and revealing. And finally, we're going to talk about how
- 0:48Speaker 3: the Biden administration is doing everything they can to cover
- 0:53Speaker 3: up to block the public release of the countries that
- 0:57Speaker 3: the individuals on the terror watch list, crossing the order
- 1:00Speaker 3: from all of that is what we're talking about today.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Yeah, truly shocking, try to keep that information from the
- 1:05Speaker 2: American people, and you're gonna want to hear all of
- 1:07Speaker 2: that all right.

- 2:45Speaker 2: twenty percent off. All right, center, let's get into this
- 2:49Speaker 2: news that broke. It is actually shocking how much the
- 2:53Speaker 2: White House is now trying to protect this Biden interview
- 2:58Speaker 2: audio with special counsel her and apparently it's so damning
- 3:03Speaker 2: they don't want any of us to ever hear it.
- 3:07Speaker 4: Now.
- 3:07Speaker 3: That is exactly right, and I want you to understand
- 3:11Speaker 3: how absurd the legal position of the White House is.
- 3:15Speaker 3: So the House representatives is trying to get the audio
- 3:18Speaker 3: of the interview between Special Counsel Robert Hurr and President
- 3:22Speaker 3: Joe Biden. And we learned this week the Biden White
- 3:27Speaker 3: House is claiming executive privilege to block the release of
- 3:31Speaker 3: that audio. By the way, at the same time, a
- 3:34Speaker 3: whole consortium of media outlets including ABCNBCCBS, CNN, Washington Post,
- 3:41Speaker 3: New York Times, all of the corporate media, they're actually
- 3:44Speaker 3: suing trying to get this audio as well. So the
- 3:46Speaker 3: media is trying to get it, the House representatives trying
- 3:49Speaker 3: to get it. And we saw this week the Biden
- 3:51Speaker 3: White House claim executive privilege. Now listen, if you're not
- 3:55Speaker 3: a lawyer, you may think, okay, well, that seems like
- 3:58Speaker 3: I don't know, I've heard those terms terms executive privilege.
- 4:01Speaker 3: What does that mean. I guess that's a reasonable claim.
- 4:03Speaker 3: They're fighting back. Okay, that's fine. I got to tell you,
- 4:06Speaker 3: as a lawyer, as a constitutional litigator, this is one
- 4:11Speaker 3: of the most absurd legal claims I've ever heard. So
- 4:16Speaker 3: let me tell you what executive privilege is. Executive privilege
- 4:19Speaker 3: is a privilege that is attached to the law for
- 4:21Speaker 3: a long time, and it is it protects conversations between
- 4:26Speaker 3: the president and as senior advisors. So if a president
- 4:30Speaker 3: is talking with the chief of staff, a president is
- 4:32Speaker 3: talking with his national security advisor, and they're talking about
- 4:36Speaker 3: what do we do in Israel, what do we do
- 4:40Speaker 3: in Ukraine, what do we do in South America? What
- 4:42Speaker 3: do we do on a particular issue, executive privilege protects
- 4:48Speaker 3: forcing those employees to disclose what they've talked about with
- 4:53Speaker 3: the president. And there's a very important reason for that.
- 4:56Speaker 3: You want a president, whoever the president is, Republican or Democrat.
- 5:00Speaker 3: You want a president to get candidate advice, real advice,
- 5:04Speaker 3: straightforward advice. And if every employee of the president is worried,
- 5:08Speaker 3: holy cow, I could be forced to testify in front
- 5:11Speaker 3: of Congress on this. I could be forced to testify
- 5:13Speaker 3: in court on this. You will end up having people
- 5:16Speaker 3: giving the president advice that is cya that is covering
- 5:19Speaker 3: their own rear end that has trying to protect themselves,
- 5:22Speaker 3: and it's deeply damaging to the executive operating effectively. So
- 5:28Speaker 3: executive privilege is a real it is a very important privilege.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Now let me stop here and point out that the
- 5:37Speaker 3: Democrats and the court system and the media have not
- 5:41Speaker 3: given a damn about executive privilege. If it concerns Donald Trump.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Yeah, that's I mean, you have one hundred examples you
- 5:49Speaker 2: could use to prove that point.
- 5:51Speaker 3: And let me give you two. Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Peter Navarro is in prison right now because the Democrat
- 6:01Speaker 3: House of Representatives subpoened him, tried to force him to testify.
- 6:04Speaker 3: He claimed executive privilege because he was a senior advisor
- 6:07Speaker 3: to the president. He didn't want to testifyabile what he
- 6:09Speaker 3: talked about to the president. He's in jail right now.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Steve Bannon is headed to jail right now for the
- 6:15Speaker 3: same reason. So when it came to Republicans, they did
- 6:20Speaker 3: not care. The Democrats, the media, of the court system
- 6:22Speaker 3: did not care about executive privilege. Those decisions are outrageous.
- 6:27Speaker 3: But what happened this week, I want you to understand.
- 6:31Speaker 3: The Biden white House claimed executive privilege, not concerning his
- 6:35Speaker 3: discussion with senior advisors in the White House, not concerning
- 6:40Speaker 3: Biden's discussions with cabinet members his senior team that would
- 6:45Speaker 3: be appropriate. Instead, they focused on Robert hurr Is, the
- 6:51Speaker 3: special counsel appointed to investigate allegations that Joe Biden committed
- 6:55Speaker 3: crimes committed felonies, and Robert Hr was investigating him, he
- 7:01Speaker 3: interviewed him, and the Biden Whitehouse claimed executive privilege for
- 7:06Speaker 3: the audio of the interview between Joe Biden and the
- 7:09Speaker 3: Special Council. Now, under no way, shape or form, was
- 7:14Speaker 3: that conversation a conversation between Joe Biden and his senior
- 7:18Speaker 3: advisors about a policy issue or substant of issue. Listen,
- 7:21Speaker 3: if Joe Biden we're talking with Merrick Garland about what
- 7:24Speaker 3: the administration's policy should be on immigration, what the administration's
- 7:28Speaker 3: policy should be on any issue, on abortion, on what
- 7:32Speaker 3: have you. That is something that is properly covered by
- 7:36Speaker 3: executive privilege because the president is entitled to talk to
- 7:39Speaker 3: a senior team without it being forced to be made public.
- 7:43Speaker 3: But in this case, Robert Hurr was not operating in
- 7:48Speaker 3: the role as an employee, as a as someone reporting
- 7:55Speaker 3: to Joe Biden. Rather, he was a special counsel. The
- 7:58Speaker 3: reason he was appointed special counsel is because there was
- 8:02Speaker 3: credible and serious evidence that Joe Biden had committed multiple felonies,
- 8:07Speaker 3: and so Robert Hurr was in the position of a prosecutor.
- 8:10Speaker 3: He was in investigating a potential criminal defendant. He was
- 8:15Speaker 3: interrogating a potential criminal defendant. And by the way, the
- 8:19Speaker 3: report from Robert Hurr concluded that Joe Biden committed multiple
- 8:24Speaker 3: serious felonies, that he violated the law, particularly concerning the
- 8:29Speaker 3: treatment of classified documents, that he did so in a
- 8:33Speaker 3: way that was knowing, that was repeated, that was brazen.
- 8:39Speaker 3: And then Robert Hurr's recommendation is, even though he's committed
- 8:42Speaker 3: multiple felonies, by the way, for the same thing on
- 8:46Speaker 3: which the Biden Justice Department is right now prosecuting Donald Trump,
- 8:52Speaker 3: Robert Hurk ultimately recommended we cannot prosecute Joe Biden because
- 8:56Speaker 3: he is so old in senile that he is not
- 9:01Speaker 3: competent to stand trial. And what the recommendation Robert hurt was.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Can we just pause there and go back, because I
- 9:07Speaker 2: think a lot of people forgot about that. Yes, I mean,
- 9:10Speaker 2: the excuse for not prosecuting Joe Biden for having classified
- 9:16Speaker 2: documents that he'd had for decades right updating back, was
- 9:21Speaker 2: that he's just too old and feeble, and we couldn't
- 9:24Speaker 2: get a conviction because the excuse would be he's too
- 9:28Speaker 2: old to convict and doesn't know what he's doing anymore.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Yet he's the President of the United States of America
- 9:33Speaker 2: with the nuclear codes.
- 9:34Speaker 4: Well, that's exactly right.
- 9:36Speaker 3: So to convict someone of a criminal crime, you've got
- 9:40Speaker 3: to make the case that they have the men'sraa. Mensrea
- 9:43Speaker 3: is the legal term for the intent that they're knowingly
- 9:47Speaker 3: and willingly violating.
- 9:48Speaker 4: The criminal law.
- 9:50Speaker 3: What Robert Hurst said is you could not convince a
- 9:54Speaker 3: jury that Joe Biden had the mensraa to violate the law,
- 9:58Speaker 3: even though he did so repeat knowingly, that he was openly, brazenly, shamelessly.
- 10:06Speaker 3: But what her said is, and by the way, he
- 10:09Speaker 3: said this on behalf of the Biden Justice department. He said,
- 10:13Speaker 3: any jury would conclude that the Biden was too old
- 10:16Speaker 3: and senileand forgetful, that he could not realize he was
- 10:20Speaker 3: committing felonies and so you couldn't prosecute it for him.
- 10:25Speaker 2: It's amazing that's the excuse for the president of the
- 10:27Speaker 2: United States of America. Yet he's apparently in good enough
- 10:30Speaker 2: shape to run for reelection and be president for another
- 10:33Speaker 2: four years.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Like you mentioned a minute ago, that he has the
- 10:38Speaker 3: nuclear codes. Understand, the Biden Department of Justice has publicly
- 10:42Speaker 3: maintained to the American people Joe Biden is not competent
- 10:46Speaker 3: to stand trial, and yet he is competent to be
- 10:51Speaker 3: the commander in chief to have the nuclear codes. And
- 10:54Speaker 3: let's be clear, if Joe Biden tonight decided to annihilate
- 10:59Speaker 3: humanity and to fire nuclear weapons at our enemies, he
- 11:03Speaker 3: could exterminate human beings from existence. And yet according to
- 11:08Speaker 3: the Biden DOJ, he's not competence stand trial.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Only in Biden's America as as possible.
- 11:14Speaker 2: The Speaker of the House, by the way, he has
- 11:17Speaker 2: come out and said he is very concerned about this
- 11:21Speaker 2: issue as well.
- 11:22Speaker 1: From the House side. Here is what he said earlier.
- 11:26Speaker 5: But first I want to address the breaking news from
- 11:28Speaker 5: this morning. About an hour ago, we learned that that
- 11:32Speaker 5: President Biden has invoked executive privilege to prevent the American
- 11:35Speaker 5: people from hearing the audio recordings of his testimony with
- 11:39Speaker 5: Special Counsel Robert Hurr. The American people will not be
- 11:43Speaker 5: able to hear why prosecutors felt the President of the
- 11:47Speaker 5: United States was, in Special Counsel Robert Hurt's words, a
- 11:51Speaker 5: quote elderly man with a poor memory and thus shouldn't
- 11:55Speaker 5: be charged. Just think about that for a moment. President
- 11:59Speaker 5: Biden is apparently afraid for the citizens of this country
- 12:03Speaker 5: and everyone to hear those tapes. They obviously confirm what
- 12:07Speaker 5: the Special Council has found and would likely cause. I suppose,
- 12:11Speaker 5: in his estimation such alarm with the American people that
- 12:14Speaker 5: the President is using all of his power to suppress
- 12:18Speaker 5: their release, and rather than defend our closest ally at war,
- 12:23Speaker 5: President Biden is using his authority to defend himself politically.
- 12:30Speaker 2: I mean, it adds up, doesn't it. It's so damning
- 12:32Speaker 2: that we got to do this at all costs. Protect it,
- 12:36Speaker 2: make sure it never gets out there, make sure we
- 12:38Speaker 2: don't see the light of this sees the light of day.
- 12:40Speaker 2: And the next question is Senator for you is okay, Well,
- 12:43Speaker 2: then what happens next on this? Is there a way
- 12:46Speaker 2: to get these recordings out there?
- 12:49Speaker 3: So the Speaker of the House is precisely right. What
- 12:53Speaker 3: this tells us is these recordings are bad, They are damning,
- 12:58Speaker 3: they are embarrassing. The source of things that if you
- 13:01Speaker 3: listen to them, the natural inference from the fact that
- 13:05Speaker 3: they're fighting so hard and they're making a demonstrably frivolous
- 13:10Speaker 3: legal claim to protect them, it is that the White
- 13:13Speaker 3: House has determined Holy Cow. People heard this, they would say,
- 13:18Speaker 3: Joe Biden is utterly incompetent to be president. That Robert
- 13:24Speaker 3: Hurr of the Special Counsel was right, He's not competent
- 13:26Speaker 3: to stand trial. If you're not competent to stand trial,
- 13:29Speaker 3: you're not competent to be president of the United States.
- 13:31Speaker 3: You're not competent to be the commander in chief of
- 13:34Speaker 3: the United States military.
- 13:36Speaker 2: And it's not just you're saying what they were talking
- 13:38Speaker 2: about on the recording, which would be damning enough on
- 13:40Speaker 2: the substance and the subject matter, but it's also about
- 13:44Speaker 2: the incompetency that then can be used against him. Of
- 13:46Speaker 2: the American people would see, basically, pull back the curtain
- 13:49Speaker 2: and this is what the guy running your country really
- 13:52Speaker 2: is like.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Right now? Are you going to give him a chance
- 13:54Speaker 1: to run it for another four years?
- 13:56Speaker 4: Right?
- 13:56Speaker 3: Look, My assumption is the audio is in dably damning.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Remember we talked about when Robert Hurr was appointed. Robert
- 14:04Speaker 3: Hurr had been the right hand to Rod Rosenstein, the
- 14:09Speaker 3: Deputy Attorney General who had been Barack Obama's US attorney
- 14:14Speaker 3: in Maryland. Rod Rosenstein is responsible for much of the
- 14:18Speaker 3: abuse of power we saw in the doj he's responsible
- 14:22Speaker 3: for appointing Robert Muller too, and as the Special Counsel
- 14:25Speaker 3: to investigate Russia, Russia, Russia. And when Robert Hurr was
- 14:30Speaker 3: first appointed, we said, look, what will reveal whether whether
- 14:34Speaker 3: mister Hurr is actually doing his job is whether he's
- 14:38Speaker 3: willing to go after Joe Biden. If he just if
- 14:42Speaker 3: he walls off any evidence of criminality from Joe Biden,
- 14:46Speaker 3: that will be an incredibly damning conclusion. Now, I will
- 14:49Speaker 3: say his report was frankly better than you and I expected,
- 14:54Speaker 3: because because his report on its face concluded, yes, Joe
- 14:58Speaker 3: Biden is a criminal, He's a felon. He violated the
- 15:00Speaker 3: criminal law over and over and over again. He knew
- 15:04Speaker 3: he was violating, he said he was violating, he didn't care,
- 15:07Speaker 3: he was brazen. But then the reason that mister Hirst
- 15:14Speaker 3: said he was not going to recommend charges against Joe
- 15:18Speaker 3: Biden exactly like the charges that were being brought against
- 15:22Speaker 3: Donald Trump for the same offense, is because he said
- 15:26Speaker 3: Joe Biden's not competent to stand trial. Now, Democrats were
- 15:30Speaker 3: horrified at the second part of that conclusion because they're like, no,
- 15:34Speaker 3: don't reveal pay no, attention to the man behind the curtain.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Do not reveal that the Wizard of Oz is a
- 15:40Speaker 3: fake and a fraud. Now, listen, you and I have
- 15:43Speaker 3: talked about We're three and a half years into the
- 15:46Speaker 3: Biden presidency. You know how many times I've talked to
- 15:48Speaker 3: Joe Biden since he became president.
- 15:50Speaker 2: I'm assuming it's still zero zero one, And that's not normal.
- 15:55Speaker 2: So people understand how it normally works.
- 15:58Speaker 3: It is absolutely weird and bizarre. When Barack Obama was president,
- 16:03Speaker 3: I talked to him regularly. When Donald Trump was president,
- 16:07Speaker 3: I talk to him every week and sometimes every day.
- 16:10Speaker 3: And I got to say it, it is an amazing thing.
- 16:13Speaker 3: And by the way, you might say, Okay, Cruz, he's
- 16:16Speaker 3: a right winger. Maybe just Biden doesn't talk to him.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Biden has talked to virtually zero Republican senators.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Is that because they're hiding him from I'm being serious,
- 16:29Speaker 2: because they say, you guy, it's better to it's better
- 16:32Speaker 2: to protect him and shield him from y'all so that
- 16:35Speaker 2: you don't understand how diminished he is.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Is that part of it?
- 16:39Speaker 4: Absolutely?
- 16:40Speaker 3: So Listen, the Republican senators, we have lunch together every Tuesday,
- 16:44Speaker 3: Wednesday and Thursday.
- 16:45Speaker 4: So three days a week we have lunch together.
- 16:48Speaker 3: We talk regularly at lunch about how weird it is
- 16:52Speaker 3: that none of us have talked to Joe Biden. Actually,
- 16:56Speaker 3: there's an interesting story. We were sitting there at lunch
- 17:00Speaker 3: talking and the only center at the table with me
- 17:02Speaker 3: who had spoken with Joe Biden was John Kennedy. John
- 17:06Speaker 3: is a great friend. He's a fantastic guy, amazing sense
- 17:08Speaker 3: of humor. John told the story at lunch. He said, listen,
- 17:12Speaker 3: I spoke with Biden once. And it was fairly early
- 17:15Speaker 3: on in the Biden presidency. And there was a bill
- 17:18Speaker 3: that John had authored that passed, and it was a
- 17:21Speaker 3: bipartisan bill.
- 17:22Speaker 4: And John said, look, they wanted.
- 17:24Speaker 3: To do a signing ceremony in the Oval office, you know,
- 17:29Speaker 3: presumably to show they were bipartisan. Look what we're doing
- 17:32Speaker 3: together in this grade. And so John said, he went
- 17:35Speaker 3: to that signing ceremony. He was in the Oval and
- 17:38Speaker 3: he said, Biden in the middle of the conversations, in
- 17:42Speaker 3: the middle of the signing ceremony, struck up a conversation
- 17:44Speaker 3: with John, and Biden said, hey, hey, John, have you
- 17:48Speaker 3: ever been to the cabinet room? And John Kennedy being
- 17:51Speaker 3: John Kennedy. He said, I lied and I said no,
- 17:56Speaker 3: and Biden immediately says, well, come on, let me take
- 17:59Speaker 3: you over there. He goes over to the cabinet room
- 18:01Speaker 3: and John said, but Biden begins telling war stories and
- 18:05Speaker 3: they were from forty or fifty years ago, and he's
- 18:09Speaker 3: just talking about things that happened decades ago. And he's
- 18:11Speaker 3: telling him on and on and on, and the Biden
- 18:16Speaker 3: White House staff is freaking out and they're going, miss
- 18:19Speaker 3: President as President, you need to go, you need to
- 18:20Speaker 3: go to your next meeting. They were really worried that
- 18:23Speaker 3: Biden is talking to John Kennedy, and Biden apparently gave
- 18:27Speaker 3: him the back of the hand and said, shut up,
- 18:29Speaker 3: I'm telling stories. And Kennedy said that Biden spent forty
- 18:34Speaker 3: five minutes telling war stories and it was like it
- 18:38Speaker 3: was like your grandfather reliving World War Two.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Yeah, but.
- 18:46Speaker 4: That is.
- 18:49Speaker 3: And it's worth noting, by the way, all of us
- 18:52Speaker 3: know Joe Biden. Remember he was a man of the Senate.
- 18:54Speaker 3: He spent forty years in the Senate. Joe Biden swore
- 18:57Speaker 3: me into the Senate when I was first elected in
- 18:59Speaker 3: twenty The person who delivered my oath of office was
- 19:03Speaker 3: Joe Biden. So it is weird that the White House
- 19:08Speaker 3: staff keeps him hidden from us. And the natural assumption
- 19:12Speaker 3: is that his mental diminishment is so great that they
- 19:16Speaker 3: cannot let him speak to us. And so you put
- 19:18Speaker 3: that in the context of this Robert Hurr interview. Understand
- 19:22Speaker 3: the claim of executive privilege is absurd because Robert Hurr
- 19:28Speaker 3: was not meeting with him as a subservient employee discussing
- 19:32Speaker 3: the administration's policy. Rather, Robert Hurr was appointed as a
- 19:36Speaker 3: special counsel to investigate did the President commit criminal conduct?
- 19:40Speaker 3: By the way he concluded, the answer is yes.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Well, and he testified to that on Capitol Hill. I
- 19:45Speaker 2: want to play that for people because it's important to
- 19:47Speaker 2: remind you what her had to say about Biden's memory

- 21:38Speaker 2: This is her on Capitol Hill when he was being
- 21:40Speaker 2: asked questions.
- 21:42Speaker 6: So you have audio recording from his ghostwriter where the
- 21:45Speaker 6: president acknowledges that the information he has is classified and
- 21:50Speaker 6: he's sharing with his ghost riad.
- 21:52Speaker 7: We have an audio recording capturing a statement from mister
- 21:56Speaker 7: Biden saying to his ghost writer in February of twenty seventeen. Quote,
- 21:59Speaker 7: I just found all the classified stuff downstairs end quote.
- 22:03Speaker 6: And then again reciting passages from a meeting in the situation. Yes,
- 22:07Speaker 6: and those are in President Biden's own words, correct, right,
- 22:11Speaker 6: So he's again the ghostwriter has no classified No, he
- 22:16Speaker 6: has no clearance, no classified clearance to anything.
- 22:18Speaker 7: Correct. That is our understanding that misters Wantitzer was not
- 22:21Speaker 7: authorized to receive classified information.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Now, that was he said in seventeen, So he knew
- 22:26Speaker 2: he had classified data, classified documents seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty
- 22:31Speaker 2: twenty one, twenty two, twenty three when they started to
- 22:35Speaker 2: find these things in his garage right by the corvette.
- 22:38Speaker 3: Yes, and remember remember the joy Democrats felt when they
- 22:44Speaker 3: began bringing charges against Donald Trump for having classified documents
- 22:48Speaker 3: at Mari Lago. Now, listen, as a president of the
- 22:51Speaker 3: United States, you have the authority to declassified documents. Every
- 22:55Speaker 3: president in modern times has taken documents for the premise presidency,
- 22:58Speaker 3: for his memoirs, to write things that has been part.
- 23:01Speaker 3: We've covered this at length on this podcast. So the
- 23:05Speaker 3: prosecution against Donald Trump for the classified documents was always
- 23:08Speaker 3: weak on its face. But then the Democrats had this
- 23:12Speaker 3: enormous political problem because they were gleeful. They're like, haha,
- 23:15Speaker 3: classified document you have them. Okay, we got you. Finally
- 23:18Speaker 3: we finally we have something we can charge you on.
- 23:21Speaker 3: And then the news broke that Joe Biden had done
- 23:24Speaker 3: the exact same thing. And then the news broke that
- 23:27Speaker 3: it wasn't once, it was twice, it was three times,
- 23:29Speaker 3: it was four times, it was five times, it was
- 23:32Speaker 3: over and over and over again. And then the news
- 23:34Speaker 3: broke that Joe Biden seemingly had classified documents stored just
- 23:37Speaker 3: about everywhere, as you noted by his garage, in his
- 23:40Speaker 3: garage next to his antique corvette, all over the place,
- 23:44Speaker 3: in one house, in another house, and by the way
- 23:47Speaker 3: it wasn't just from his time as vice president, and
- 23:49Speaker 3: it'd be clear Joe Biden as vice president had no
- 23:51Speaker 3: legal authority to declassify anything, so he could not have
- 23:55Speaker 3: done what Trump could have done. It is also the
- 23:58Speaker 3: case that there were multiple classified documents from Joe Biden's
- 24:02Speaker 3: time as a senator. Now, listen, I've spent twelve years
- 24:05Speaker 3: as a senator. I've read a lot of classified documents.
- 24:09Speaker 3: I can tell you. I'm sitting right now in my
- 24:12Speaker 3: DC apartment. We have a little apartment by Capitol Hill.
- 24:16Speaker 3: I can tell you with absolute certainty, there's not a
- 24:18Speaker 3: classified document in my apartment.
- 24:19Speaker 4: Why is that?
- 24:21Speaker 3: Because I have never, ever, ever, even once read a
- 24:24Speaker 3: classified document outside of the skiff, which is the secure
- 24:29Speaker 3: compartmentalized facility in the basement of the Capitol. I've read
- 24:32Speaker 3: lots of them the skiff. I go into the skiff,
- 24:35Speaker 3: I read the document, I leave the document there, and
- 24:38Speaker 3: I walk out. So is there a classified document in
- 24:41Speaker 3: my DC apartment?
- 24:42Speaker 7: No?
- 24:43Speaker 4: Is there a classified document in my home in Houston. No?
- 24:46Speaker 3: How do I know that? Because there's never ever ever
- 24:48Speaker 3: been one, Like, there's no chance of it. And it
- 24:51Speaker 3: takes a degree of culpability to willingly and by the way,
- 24:57Speaker 3: like nobody takes them out. I mean, this is it's
- 25:02Speaker 3: weird that Joe Biden had them.
- 25:04Speaker 2: And it's because it's such a big deal and you
- 25:06Speaker 2: guys are briefed on it beforehand. Classified documents are not
- 25:09Speaker 2: saying you screw around with.
- 25:11Speaker 3: So when I was at the Department of Justice, I
- 25:13Speaker 3: was an associate Deputy Attorney General. I read classified documents
- 25:17Speaker 3: in that role as well. I had a safe in
- 25:20Speaker 3: my office. It was a big steel safe with big doors.
- 25:23Speaker 3: In fact, once a jam my thumb, and it really
- 25:25Speaker 3: hurt if I had classified documents in my office. You
- 25:30Speaker 3: know what, I could not leave them on my desk.
- 25:33Speaker 3: It was a crime to leave them on my desk.
- 25:35Speaker 3: So if I was reading a classified document, I had
- 25:38Speaker 3: to put them in the safe and lock the safe.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Dealing with classified documents is a big deal. And what
- 25:45Speaker 3: Robert Hurk concluded is Joe Biden had them just about everywhere.
- 25:49Speaker 3: So if Joe Biden has committed the same crime Donald
- 25:53Speaker 3: Trump is alleged to have committed, if he's done so
- 25:56Speaker 3: for decades, if he's done so brazenly, that's a big
- 26:00Speaker 3: political problem for the Biden. Department of justice because remember
- 26:04Speaker 3: early on, their great hope was We're gonna get Trump
- 26:09Speaker 3: on the classified documents because their objective is to stop
- 26:13Speaker 3: the voters from voting for Trump, and they thought the
- 26:15Speaker 3: classified documents was their avenue. And then they had a
- 26:18Speaker 3: real problem. Wait, Biden's done the same and worse, and
- 26:22Speaker 3: so their answer was, Biden is not competent to stand trial. Now,
- 26:28Speaker 3: set all of that aside, understand, the claim of executive
- 26:34Speaker 3: privilege is lunacy. Why because when Joe Biden sat down
- 26:41Speaker 3: with Robert hurb there is no arguable claim he was
- 26:44Speaker 3: sitting down with a senior advisor. There's no arguable claim
- 26:47Speaker 3: he was talking about administration policy. There's no arguable claim
- 26:50Speaker 3: that he was asking give me your advice, my employee,
- 26:54Speaker 3: as to terms of what I should do. That's what
- 26:56Speaker 3: executive privilege protects. Instead, Robert Hurr was a prosecutor investigating
- 27:03Speaker 3: him as a potential criminal defendant. And so this claim
- 27:07Speaker 3: is objectively frivolous. And yet the media and the Democrats
- 27:11Speaker 3: are ignoring the obvious inanity of this claim.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Yeah, and you don't have to go back far because
- 27:17Speaker 2: back in February, White House spokesman he and Sam's bragged
- 27:20Speaker 2: about Joe Biden not asserting executive privilege during Special Counsel
- 27:25Speaker 2: Herd's investigation, saying he had nothing to hide.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Listen to this three.
- 27:33Speaker 7: He didn't exert executive privilege over any contents of the report.
- 27:37Speaker 1: He was transparent. He had nothing to hide. There it
- 27:40Speaker 1: is that's from the White House's podium.
- 27:43Speaker 3: And so understand, Joe Biden arguably could have asserted executive
- 27:49Speaker 3: privilege in the interview. He could have said, I'm not
- 27:52Speaker 3: going to answer a particular question about the conversations I
- 27:55Speaker 3: had with my senior advisors because of executive privilege. That
- 27:58Speaker 3: would have been arguable. He didn't, according to the White House,
- 28:03Speaker 3: unless the White House spokesman was lying. So he didn't
- 28:08Speaker 3: assert it in the interview. He answered the questions instead.
- 28:11Speaker 3: What they're saying is the tape of a prosecutor investigating
- 28:15Speaker 3: the president for criminal conduct.
- 28:17Speaker 4: That's executive privilege.
- 28:18Speaker 3: And that is I got to tell you, Ben, if
- 28:22Speaker 3: you were a one L law student on your con
- 28:25Speaker 3: law final exam and you wrote that this is executive privilege,
- 28:29Speaker 3: you would flunk.
- 28:31Speaker 4: It is that frivolous and that's what they're claiming.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Over under we ever get to hear these tapes.
- 28:38Speaker 3: Um I put it thirty seventy.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Okay, because they're just going to be that good at
- 28:45Speaker 1: hiding it.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Look, they're going to try.
- 28:48Speaker 3: Look we only have six months still the election, so
- 28:50Speaker 3: they got to delay it for six months that they're
- 28:53Speaker 3: going to fight that. The House is going to now
- 28:57Speaker 3: the next step is to hold Merrick Garland in contempt.
- 29:00Speaker 3: But the problem is, look at our checks and balances.
- 29:04Speaker 3: The House can hold an attorney general in contempt, and
- 29:06Speaker 3: by the way, the House held Eric Holder in contempt
- 29:09Speaker 3: when he was Barack Obama's attorney general. But a contempt
- 29:14Speaker 3: holding is not self enforcing. It takes the Department of
- 29:18Speaker 3: Justice to go and prosecute it. Eric Holder wouldn't prosecute
- 29:23Speaker 3: the contempt holding against himself, and you know what, Merrick
- 29:25Speaker 3: Garland is not either. And so at the end of
- 29:28Speaker 3: the day, the fact that the Biden Justice Department is
- 29:31Speaker 3: so political and so corrupt means, in all likelihood to
- 29:37Speaker 3: be honest, thirty seventy is probably optimistic.
- 29:41Speaker 4: It may be less than that.
- 29:43Speaker 2: There's another report that has hit the same time that
- 29:47Speaker 2: Hunter Biden's sugar daddy, Kevin Morris is quote tamped out
- 29:53Speaker 2: of cash after funding President Biden's son. That would be
- 29:58Speaker 2: the famous Hunter Biden. He has been funding the president's
- 30:02Speaker 2: son's legal battles now for almost half a decade. He
- 30:07Speaker 2: quote close friend Karen Kevin Morris, who said, no, no, no,
- 30:10Speaker 2: I'm not getting anything out of this guy. I'm just
- 30:13Speaker 2: a good guy. He's said to have loaned Hunter Biden
- 30:16Speaker 2: more than six million dollars this as Hunter Biden is
- 30:21Speaker 2: facing two criminal trials starting in a few weeks, and
- 30:24Speaker 2: now the sugar Daddy's saying I'm out after six grand.
- 30:28Speaker 2: My question is the timing of this. He's seen the
- 30:32Speaker 2: same poll numbers you're seeing. He's seeing the same momentum
- 30:36Speaker 2: that you and I are seeing day in and day
- 30:37Speaker 2: out with Donald Trump. He's seeing the same economic news
- 30:41Speaker 2: it's coming out, and he's seeing these trials come up,
- 30:44Speaker 2: and it's is he cutting basically a bad investment at
- 30:48Speaker 2: this point, saying Okay, I'm hedging my bets. Joe Biden's
- 30:51Speaker 2: not going to be able to do me favors for
- 30:52Speaker 2: another four years. Why would I keep spending my money?
- 30:56Speaker 3: Of course he is so. The headline in the Daily
- 30:59Speaker 3: Mail which broke this story is Hunter Biden's sugar brother,
- 31:04Speaker 3: Kevin Morris quote tapped out of cash after funding President's
- 31:10Speaker 3: sons legal battles for almost five years. Here's how it begins.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Hollywood lawyer and Hunter Biden's sugar brother, Kevin Morris is
- 31:17Speaker 3: said to be tapped out of cash after financially supporting
- 31:20Speaker 3: Hunters legal battles over the last four and a half
- 31:23Speaker 3: years to the tune of six million dollars. Let me
- 31:28Speaker 3: ask you, do you have any friends that are good
- 31:30Speaker 3: enough friends that you give them six million dollars?
- 31:32Speaker 2: No? And not only that, I love how the money
- 31:34Speaker 2: apparently is supposed to be paid back after the election.
- 31:38Speaker 3: The Daily Mail continues. The withdrawal of financial support for
- 31:41Speaker 3: the president's son comes at the worst possible time for Hunter,
- 31:44Speaker 3: with two trials looming which could end up seeing him
- 31:47Speaker 3: serve jail time. I got to say this is striking.
- 31:54Speaker 3: Nobody seemed to care. The press didn't seem to care
- 31:57Speaker 3: that there was this lawyer in California funding Joe Biden's
- 32:01Speaker 3: son's legal defense up until this stage. But the fact
- 32:04Speaker 3: that he is bailing out. I got to tell you
- 32:07Speaker 3: that there is the old phrase the rats are running
- 32:10Speaker 3: from the ship that starts to suggest that's exactly what
- 32:14Speaker 3: happened here.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Yeah, quid pro quote. You got to have somebody that
- 32:18Speaker 2: can hook you up on the end of it. And
- 32:19Speaker 2: if Joe Biden's out of office, what's the point of
- 32:22Speaker 2: keeping your money flowing to this? To Hunter Biden, this
- 32:25Speaker 2: could be major could mean major complications also for Hunter
- 32:29Speaker 2: Biden's legal defense. Can that be used as a delayed tactic?
- 32:34Speaker 2: Is my question?
- 32:35Speaker 3: Oh, they'll try, but I don't think it will succeed.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Here's what the Daily Mail reported quote the Paramount in
- 32:41Speaker 3: twenty nineteen, during dad President's Biden's campaign for the White House.
- 32:45Speaker 3: They quickly developed a close friendship, just as Hunter was
- 32:48Speaker 3: trying to get his life on track and stay sober.
- 32:52Speaker 3: At the time, Morris helped him get safe housing. He
- 32:55Speaker 3: was dubbed Hunter's sugar brother. After You're agreed to loan
- 32:59Speaker 3: the first sun Or Report to two point eight million
- 33:01Speaker 3: dollars to pay off his tax debts and joined his
- 33:04Speaker 3: legal team amidst criminal and congressional investigations. But now, after
- 33:10Speaker 3: four and a half years of shouldering the financial burden,
- 33:13Speaker 3: having loaned him more than six point five million dollars,
- 33:18Speaker 3: Morris is no longer willing to foot the Bill.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Where does he get the money?
- 33:22Speaker 2: Now, I'm gonna guess it's probably gonna be some some
- 33:24Speaker 2: of his foreign businesses, or hey, maybe it's some really
- 33:27Speaker 2: nice artwork that will go for more than a half
- 33:28Speaker 2: a million dollars, because apparently getting a half million dollars
- 33:32Speaker 2: to do finger painting is pretty impressive. That's just the
- 33:34Speaker 2: going right now. If you're the president's son, let me
- 33:37Speaker 2: tell you about Patriot Mobile. If you have a cell phone,
- 33:39Speaker 2: and you have a cell phone with Big Mobile, you
- 33:42Speaker 2: may not realize that you're actually supporting planned parenthood. You
- 33:46Speaker 2: may not realize you're supporting democratic causes and candidates running
- 33:51Speaker 2: at the local, state and national level. Well, with Big Mobile,
- 33:54Speaker 2: they give big donations to the left. And once I
- 33:57Speaker 2: found that out, I had to make the switch. Now,
- 34:00Speaker 2: the number one reason why people don't switch cell phone
- 34:03Speaker 2: providers is because in the past it's been incredibly time consuming.
- 34:09Speaker 2: Not anymore with technology in twenty twenty four. In fact,
- 34:13Speaker 2: switching to Patriot Mobile, you do not have to go
- 34:15Speaker 2: to a store. You can literally do it over the phone.
- 34:20Speaker 2: And when you switch to Patriot Mobile, with every phone
- 34:23Speaker 2: call you make, with every text message you send, you're
- 34:26Speaker 2: supporting conservative values and causes because they take about five
- 34:32Speaker 2: percent of your bill each and every month and they
- 34:35Speaker 2: give it back to conservative organizations that support free speech,
- 34:40Speaker 2: religious freedom, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and
- 34:45Speaker 2: they support our military veterans, first responders, and are wounded
- 34:49Speaker 2: warrior heroes. So when you make a call and you
- 34:53Speaker 2: pay your bill, you're so standing up for what you
- 34:56Speaker 2: believe in. So don't wait too long. This switch. You
- 35:01Speaker 2: get the same exact service used to right now because
- 35:03Speaker 2: you're gonna use the same towers that you're using right now.
- 35:07Speaker 2: You can keep your same cell phone number, keep the
- 35:09Speaker 2: same phone you have in your hand right now, or
- 35:11Speaker 2: upgrade to a new one. All you got to do
- 35:13Speaker 2: is go to Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict. That's Patriotmobile
- 35:17Speaker 2: dot com slash vertict, or call them nine to seven
- 35:20Speaker 2: to two Patriot. That's nine seven two Patriot, and you're
- 35:24Speaker 2: gonna get free activation when you use the offer code verdict.
- 35:28Speaker 2: Join me, make the switch today and make a difference
- 35:31Speaker 2: Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict or nine seven to two Patriot. Finally, Senator,
- 35:37Speaker 2: one other thing that has happened, and this is going
- 35:40Speaker 2: to continue to break and become a bigger story. But
- 35:44Speaker 2: we are now finding out that the White House is
- 35:48Speaker 2: refusing a Foyer request. It is a request that was
- 35:52Speaker 2: filed to find out about the nationalities of people on
- 35:56Speaker 2: the tear watch lists that have been arrested by border
- 35:59Speaker 2: patrol and rec years. The CBP now says they will
- 36:03Speaker 2: not turn over the data, citing privacy and law enforcement
- 36:07Speaker 2: sensitivity exemptions, saying that, yeah, deal with it. We're not
- 36:12Speaker 2: giving you the inte on how many people have come
- 36:14Speaker 2: across the southern border that are on the terrorists watch
- 36:17Speaker 2: list and what nations they're coming from.
- 36:19Speaker 3: Well, this is the third story we're covering today that
- 36:23Speaker 3: deals with Biden cover ups. That's the unifying theme behind
- 36:26Speaker 3: all these stories. In this instance, they're covering up the
- 36:32Speaker 3: likely terrorist and the criminal threats that are crossing into
- 36:35Speaker 3: this border illegally through Joe Biden, the Democrats' open borders.
- 36:39Speaker 3: And let me read you a tweet from Bill Malugian.
- 36:42Speaker 3: Bill Lujan, as you know, is the heroic, the fantastic
- 36:46Speaker 3: reporter for Fox News, has done more reporting on the
- 36:49Speaker 3: border than I think any reporter in the whole country.
- 36:52Speaker 3: So here's what Bill Malujan tweeted. Quote new Six plus
- 36:57Speaker 3: months ago, I filed a Foyer request with CBP seeking
- 37:01Speaker 3: the nationalities of people on the terror watch list arrested
- 37:04Speaker 3: by Border Patrol in recent years. CBP now says they
- 37:08Speaker 3: will not turn over that data, citing privacy and law
- 37:12Speaker 3: enforcement sensitivity exemptions, telling me, quote, the privacy interests of
- 37:17Speaker 3: the individuals in the records you have requested outweigh any
- 37:20Speaker 3: minimal public interest in disclosure of the information. Any private
- 37:25Speaker 3: interest you may have in the information does not factor
- 37:27Speaker 3: into the aforementioned balancing tests. Llugin continues, quote, I did
- 37:32Speaker 3: not ask for any names, IDs, addresses, anything that would
- 37:37Speaker 3: breach privacy, nor did I ask for any law enforcement
- 37:40Speaker 3: sensitive information. I simply requested only, and only, as bracketed
- 37:45Speaker 3: by asterisks on both sides, the nationalities of people arrested
- 37:50Speaker 3: on the list, so the public can have an understanding
- 37:53Speaker 3: of where in the world they are coming from. CBP
- 37:57Speaker 3: acknowledges in the opening paragraphs of their response letter to
- 37:59Speaker 3: me me that all I asked for was the nationalities
- 38:02Speaker 3: of those arrested on the terror watch list, but they
- 38:05Speaker 3: then go on to cite exemptions that have nothing to
- 38:08Speaker 3: do with what I requested, including medical files, phone numbers,
- 38:12Speaker 3: email addresses, home addresses, dates of birth, etc. None of
- 38:16Speaker 3: which I sought. And they even excite an exemption regarding
- 38:21Speaker 3: quote records which could be reasonably expected to endanger the
- 38:25Speaker 3: life or physical safety of any individual. I disagree with
- 38:30Speaker 3: CBPS withholdings of this data based on exemptions that have
- 38:34Speaker 3: nothing to do with my foier request, and I will
- 38:37Speaker 3: be appealing immediately. Let me ask you something, Ben, What
- 38:42Speaker 3: is Joe Biden, this administration and the Democrats?
- 38:46Speaker 4: What are they hiding?
- 38:47Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 38:47Speaker 2: And the question is where they hiding and how is
- 38:50Speaker 2: it affecting? Most importantly, are secured in this country with
- 38:53Speaker 2: terrors coming across the southern border. We know they're coming across,
- 38:57Speaker 2: but they don't cot us to know what countries.
- 38:59Speaker 1: Yeah, and why is that? What is your guess?
- 39:02Speaker 3: Because it's damming because the countries are countries where there's
- 39:06Speaker 3: massive terrorism. They're Jahatis, their people that want to kill Americans.
- 39:10Speaker 3: And it illustrates I've said repeatedly we're at a greater
- 39:13Speaker 3: risk of a major terrorist attack in the United States
- 39:16Speaker 3: than we have been any time since September eleventh. It
- 39:20Speaker 3: is tragically going to happen. I don't want it to happen.
- 39:23Speaker 3: But Joe Biden, the Democrats are inviting terrorists to come
- 39:27Speaker 3: into this country. Iran has demanded global Jahad against America.
- 39:31Speaker 3: Hamas has demanded global Jihad against America. Hesbel has demanded
- 39:35Speaker 3: global Jahad against America. And Joe Biden, the Democrats are
- 39:38Speaker 3: inviting people in. And I assume from their refusal to
- 39:43Speaker 3: tell us so we know there have been hundreds of
- 39:46Speaker 3: people on the terror watch lists who've been apprehended. They
- 39:49Speaker 3: have not released what countries they came from. I assume
- 39:53Speaker 3: based on their refusal to do so, that the country
- 39:56Speaker 3: list is really damning, that they're from countries that are
- 39:59Speaker 3: danger that have lots of terrorists who want to kill us.
- 40:02Speaker 3: And this is political, This is all about hiding the politics.
- 40:07Speaker 3: It reminds me of you remember, and we talked about this.
- 40:10Speaker 3: We did a whole podcast on this when the data
- 40:13Speaker 3: broke about about the hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants
- 40:17Speaker 3: that Joe Biden had flown into America, flown into cities
- 40:20Speaker 3: all of America, and the Biden administration refused to disclose
- 40:24Speaker 3: which cities and they claimed it it was national security
- 40:30Speaker 3: information they wouldn't release it. Ultimately we got that information.
- 40:34Speaker 3: We covered that on this podcast. What cities they were
- 40:38Speaker 3: overwhelmingly cities in Florida and Texas, which is not surprising
- 40:42Speaker 3: given this administration is so political they're trying to do
- 40:45Speaker 3: everything they can to screw Florida and Texas. But their
- 40:49Speaker 3: claim that it was a national security risk to release
- 40:53Speaker 3: those cities was a lie. It was politically embarrassing and
- 40:58Speaker 3: that's exactly true here, politically embarrassing. I hope through litigation
- 41:03Speaker 3: or political pressure pressure, we can get the information, but
- 41:06Speaker 3: Joe Biden the administration accounting on that, they can stonewall
- 41:10Speaker 3: until at least the election.
- 41:11Speaker 2: It's all about the election, isn't it. Don't forget. We
- 41:14Speaker 2: are going to keep you updated on this story. I
