- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome in his verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 1: with you on this Friday morning, It's so nice to
- 0:06Speaker 1: have you with us. And Senator we have got some
- 0:09Speaker 1: very big legislation that you've been fighting hard on. The
- 0:12Speaker 1: White House got on board and worked with you, and
- 0:14Speaker 1: I can't believe it, but this is something that's actually
- 0:17Speaker 1: bipartisan happening in Washington, d C.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Well, the Take It Down Act has now passed the
- 0:22Speaker 2: United States Senator's past the House, and it is headed
- 0:24Speaker 2: to President Trump's desk to be signed into law. This
- 0:27Speaker 2: is legislation that protects kids, protects women online from revenge porn,
- 0:33Speaker 2: from deep fakes that are targeting more and more kids.
- 0:36Speaker 2: We're going to break all that down, explain how that
- 0:38Speaker 2: came to pass. We also have yet more facts about
- 0:42Speaker 2: the Maryland Man. The Maryland Man that the Democrats have
- 0:45Speaker 2: decided is their poster child. It is who they stand for.
- 0:48Speaker 2: It is the illegal alien MS thirteen member who now
- 0:51Speaker 2: we have growing evidence was also active in human trafficking.
- 0:55Speaker 2: We're going to break that evidence down as well. And finally,
- 0:58Speaker 2: dough Elon Musk is laying out yet more shocking revelations.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Doges uncovering. We're gonna we're gonna go through all those
- 1:06Speaker 2: as well.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Now, Centri, this is something you've been working on for
- 1:10Speaker 1: quite some time. The President got involved with this, the
- 1:13Speaker 1: first Lady got involved with this, and this is bipartisan
- 1:16Speaker 1: in nature, which is great to factually see Congress seation
- 1:19Speaker 1: thing on a bipartisan level. And this is gonna protect people,
- 1:23Speaker 1: a lot of young women and girls especially who have
- 1:27Speaker 1: been in essence blackmail by xes that wanted to put
- 1:30Speaker 1: out things that should never be on the Internet with
- 1:33Speaker 1: them in it.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Well, this is unfortunately a growing problem. It is a
- 1:36Speaker 2: massive problem, and there are two big manifestations of it.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Number one are real images, non consential intimate images where
- 1:46Speaker 2: say you have a boyfriend and girlfriend and they take
- 1:48Speaker 2: explicit pictures of each other, that take explicit videos of
- 1:51Speaker 2: each other, and then they have an ugly breakup and
- 1:54Speaker 2: one or the other is pissed off and they say,
- 1:56Speaker 2: all right, I'm gonna stick it to you. I'm gonna
- 1:58Speaker 2: put these pictures, I'm gonna put these videos out online
- 2:01Speaker 2: and the whole world is going to see you. And
- 2:03Speaker 2: I got to say that is wrong. It is a
- 2:05Speaker 2: grotesque violation of your rights of your privacy, and it's
- 2:09Speaker 2: a problem we're seeing growing more and more. There's a
- 2:12Speaker 2: new iteration of it that is a product of technology,
- 2:17Speaker 2: which is now with artificial intelligence, you can create deep fakes,
- 2:22Speaker 2: where you can create images or videos of real people
- 2:26Speaker 2: that appear to be real and they're entirely fake. And
- 2:29Speaker 2: we are seeing the prevalence of deep fake non consensual
- 2:34Speaker 2: intimate images. It has grown three thousand percent last year.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Over ninety percent of the victims are either women or
- 2:42Speaker 2: teenage girls. And I'll tell you how this issue first
- 2:46Speaker 2: came to my attention. It came from a Texas girl
- 2:51Speaker 2: who was targeted by this, a girl named Elliston Barry
- 2:55Speaker 2: who last year she's fifteen. Now, last year she was fourteen.
- 2:58Speaker 2: She was in ninth grade, and she woke up one
- 3:00Speaker 2: Monday morning and her phone started blowing up and all
- 3:04Speaker 2: of her friends let her know that a classmate of hers,
- 3:08Speaker 2: a boy in her class, had taken what was a
- 3:11Speaker 2: perfectly innocent picture of her on social media and used
- 3:16Speaker 2: an AI app online to create deep fakes, and he
- 3:20Speaker 2: created what appeared to be naked pictures of her. Now
- 3:23Speaker 2: they weren't, but you couldn't tell from looking at him,
- 3:25Speaker 2: and then he sent them to every one of her classmates.
- 3:28Speaker 2: So this poor girl, Look, it's hard to be a teenager.
- 3:31Speaker 2: It's hard to be a teenage girl. But if you
- 3:33Speaker 2: could imagine the nightmare of every one of your classmates
- 3:36Speaker 2: thinking they're looking at naked pictures of you. She woke up,
- 3:39Speaker 2: she was in tears. It was horrifying, and what happened.
- 3:44Speaker 2: She's a Texan, So she and her mother, Anna called
- 3:49Speaker 2: my office and complained to me. They said, look, can
- 3:51Speaker 2: you help us. You're our senator, can you help us?
- 3:54Speaker 2: And I got to say my team did a great
- 3:55Speaker 2: job that they elevated it to me and put this
- 3:57Speaker 2: in front of me and said, look is in this horrible?
- 4:00Speaker 2: What happened to this girl? And we actually drafted legislation
- 4:04Speaker 2: to address this problem because as we looked at it,
- 4:06Speaker 2: it was becoming more and more common. And the Take
- 4:09Speaker 2: It Down Act that I wrote it does two things.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Number one, it makes it a crime, a federal felony
- 4:15Speaker 2: to post non consensual intimate images, either real images or
- 4:20Speaker 2: deep fakes that made through AI.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Clear that's where this has real teeth. You just said
- 4:27Speaker 1: it is a felony.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Yes, a felony with jail time. And a number of states,
- 4:32Speaker 2: including Texas, have criminalized revenge porn, but a lot of
- 4:37Speaker 2: those states they don't address deep fakes because deep fakes
- 4:41Speaker 2: are new, and so it's a hole in the law.
- 4:44Speaker 2: So part of what Elliston discovered in Texas is there
- 4:47Speaker 2: was nothing she could do about it. This kid could
- 4:49Speaker 2: send out these pictures and there was no consequence at all.
- 4:53Speaker 2: So number one, it makes it a crime, But number two,
- 4:57Speaker 2: there is a persistent problem that the tech platfor won't
- 5:00Speaker 2: take this garbage down. And in fact, when I introduced
- 5:03Speaker 2: the legislation, Ellison or mom came to DC. I sat
- 5:06Speaker 2: down with him in my office and when they sat
- 5:09Speaker 2: down with me, I asked them. I said, okay, what
- 5:12Speaker 2: happened to the pictures? And this was nine months after
- 5:17Speaker 2: the incident had happened, and they expressed enormous frustration. They
- 5:20Speaker 2: said Snapchat would not take them down. Elliston's mom had
- 5:25Speaker 2: called them and emailed them and repeatedly tried to get
- 5:27Speaker 2: them taken down. Nothing complete. Heisman stiff arm I got
- 5:33Speaker 2: to tell you, Ben. I turned to my team and
- 5:34Speaker 2: I said, I want you to get the CEO of
- 5:36Speaker 2: Snapchat on the phone today. I want those pictures down
- 5:42Speaker 2: today within two hours, ben they pulled them down. Now
- 5:46Speaker 2: you know what, It should not take a sitting US
- 5:49Speaker 2: senator making a phone call to get pictures like that
- 5:53Speaker 2: taken down. And so what we did we rode into
- 5:55Speaker 2: the law a legal obligation on the tech platforms part
- 6:00Speaker 2: that once the victim notifies them that they have to
- 6:03Speaker 2: take the pictures of the videos down immediately. I did
- 6:07Speaker 2: this legislation with Amy Klobuchar, a Democrat in the Senate.
- 6:10Speaker 2: We passed it through the Senate one hundred to nothing.
- 6:14Speaker 2: We did it in the last Congress, but unfortunately the
- 6:16Speaker 2: House didn't get it passed. So this Congress we passed
- 6:19Speaker 2: it again. And then one thing that was really terrific,
- 6:22Speaker 2: the First Lady Milania Trump, got actively involved. She came
- 6:25Speaker 2: to Capitol Hill, she pushed for the bill. She sat
- 6:28Speaker 2: down at a roundtable with Elliston with other victims of
- 6:33Speaker 2: this growing problem, and the First Lady leaned in and said,
- 6:37Speaker 2: to the House, take this up and get it done.
- 6:40Speaker 2: And this past week the House did. They passed it,
- 6:43Speaker 2: passed it overwhelmingly, and so now it is headed to
- 6:46Speaker 2: the president's President Trump talked about this bill in the
- 6:50Speaker 2: State of the Union. He told the House, get it done.
- 6:52Speaker 2: I want to sign it. It's now going to be
- 6:54Speaker 2: signed in the law, and it's going to protect women,
- 6:57Speaker 2: teenage girls, teenage boys all across the country from this
- 7:01Speaker 2: kind of victimization.
- 7:03Speaker 1: And this is where everyone should be proud because not
- 7:05Speaker 1: only as you mentioned, mandatory takedown, you got a forty
- 7:07Speaker 1: eight hours of notification by the victim or their representatives,
- 7:11Speaker 1: but the penalty violators face up to two years in
- 7:14Speaker 1: prison for offenses involving adults, up to three years if
- 7:17Speaker 1: a victim is a minor, and this is going to
- 7:21Speaker 1: send a very queer message you cannot do this anymore.
- 7:25Speaker 1: And if you do, you're.
- 7:27Speaker 2: A real consequences. Yeah, and there are real consequences, and
- 7:30Speaker 2: I will tell you the take it down aspect. What
- 7:33Speaker 2: we did is we borrowed from another piece of legislation
- 7:37Speaker 2: that's already federal law called the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
- 7:40Speaker 2: So if you tweet out, let's say, a song from
- 7:42Speaker 2: the Lion King, it'll get pulled down within hours because
- 7:46Speaker 2: you can't tweet out copyrighted material. So we use that
- 7:50Speaker 2: same mechanism to notice and takedown mechanism, and we applied
- 7:53Speaker 2: it to these non consensual intimate images. So every tech
- 7:57Speaker 2: platform has an office that knows how to respond to this.
- 8:00Speaker 2: This protects every victim, and I'll tell you at our roundtable,
- 8:05Speaker 2: one of the victims was a South Carolina state legislator.
- 8:08Speaker 2: His son was targeted and it was a sextortion scam
- 8:13Speaker 2: and they threatened to release the pictures, and I got
- 8:15Speaker 2: to say, his son took his own life. Sometimes the
- 8:18Speaker 2: consequences are incredibly tragic, and so this bill protects every
- 8:22Speaker 2: potential victim.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Center We've got some breaking news, and I hope everyone
- 8:27Speaker 1: listening is taking notes on what we're about to tell
- 8:31Speaker 1: you and what you're gonna hear. This is yet again
- 8:34Speaker 1: another bombshell blowing up in the face of Democrats who
- 8:38Speaker 1: tried to turn a terrorist, an MS thirteen gang member
- 8:42Speaker 1: into just a Maryland man, a Maryland father, and they're
- 8:45Speaker 1: demanding a come back to America. They've flown down, using taxpayers'
- 8:49Speaker 1: money to head down to meet with him since he's
- 8:52Speaker 1: been deported, and they're demanding he come back. Now we
- 8:55Speaker 1: have audio that's saying who he really is.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Well, the Democrats made a really astonishing choice to go
- 9:02Speaker 2: all in in support of letting more illegal immigrants into
- 9:06Speaker 2: this country back into this country, and in particular defending
- 9:10Speaker 2: MS thirteen gang members and wife beaters, people who commit
- 9:16Speaker 2: domestic violence. It really is an astonishing decision that the Democrats. Obviously,
- 9:22Speaker 2: you have Chris van Holland, the Senator from Maryland who
- 9:25Speaker 2: flew down to El Salvador and basically played foot see
- 9:29Speaker 2: with this guy. You have House Democrats going down there.
- 9:34Speaker 2: You have Corey Booker doing a sit in on the
- 9:36Speaker 2: steps of the Capitol, all in defense of what they
- 9:40Speaker 2: say is this poorly targeted, poor defenseless Maryland Man. Well,
- 9:46Speaker 2: facts are stubborn things. I want you to listen to
- 9:51Speaker 2: this audio. This is the quote Maryland Man's wife testifying
- 9:57Speaker 2: in twenty twenty in court being a protective order, and
- 10:01Speaker 2: listen to what she says about this this individual who
- 10:05Speaker 2: the Democrats are now trying to turn into mother Teresa.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Give a listen.
- 10:10Speaker 3: I came to fill out a protective order. I think
- 10:13Speaker 3: it was in December, but I didn't show up to
- 10:17Speaker 3: the court because his family like washed my brain, telling
- 10:21Speaker 3: me that his dad was sick and not to do it.
- 10:25Speaker 3: So it's still I didn't do anything. But after that
- 10:29Speaker 3: it was like I would call the police. I have
- 10:32Speaker 3: a lot of police reports. And I kept trying to
- 10:35Speaker 3: get to the door basement to try to open the door,
- 10:37Speaker 3: and then like he pushed me. So then when I
- 10:39Speaker 3: was able to go outside to get a phone, I
- 10:42Speaker 3: called out one from a disconnected phone. Now, they took
- 10:46Speaker 3: a long time to get to the house. It was
- 10:48Speaker 3: probably like twenty thirty minutes. So I saw a neighbor
- 10:52Speaker 3: walking his dog and I opened the door and I
- 10:55Speaker 3: was like help. And then when he heard me, like
- 10:57Speaker 3: he grabbed me from my hair and then he slapped me.
- 10:59Speaker 3: And then the neighbor he didn't know what to do,
- 11:01Speaker 3: he didn't know what to react. I have pictures of
- 11:03Speaker 3: their evidence, like all the bruises. Because even on Wednesday
- 11:07Speaker 3: he hit me like around like three in the morning.
- 11:09Speaker 3: He would just wake up and like hit me. And
- 11:11Speaker 3: then last Saturday, for my daughter's birthday party, before I
- 11:14Speaker 3: went to my daughter's birthday party, he slammed me three times.
- 11:18Speaker 3: And then last week I did call the police. My
- 11:19Speaker 3: sister called the police because he hit me in front
- 11:22Speaker 3: of my sister.
- 11:24Speaker 1: I listen to that senator and it makes me angry.
- 11:26Speaker 1: It makes me so sad for not only her but
- 11:29Speaker 1: also for the kids involved, because if you've ever known
- 11:32Speaker 1: someone that's gone through abuse like this, you never forget
- 11:36Speaker 1: what their stories sound like. And the part there that
- 11:39Speaker 1: she said, I quote have a lot of police reports.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, this was a repeated problem. According to his
- 11:49Speaker 2: wife's testimony in court, he repeatedly engaged in violence. He
- 11:53Speaker 2: punched her, he slapped her, He did so in front
- 11:56Speaker 2: of their kids, he did so in front of her sister.
- 12:00Speaker 2: That's what her testimony was. And understand, this is who
- 12:04Speaker 2: the Democrats are elevating and saying it is a travesty
- 12:08Speaker 2: of justice that this violent wife beater is no longer
- 12:13Speaker 2: in this country now, mind you, despite his beating up
- 12:17Speaker 2: his wife, despite his being illegally in this country, despite
- 12:23Speaker 2: his being allegedly and two courts concluded an MS thirteen
- 12:27Speaker 2: gang member, the Democrats are all in and defending him.
- 12:29Speaker 2: And there's another piece of audio I want you to
- 12:31Speaker 2: listen to. And this is a piece of audio from
- 12:34Speaker 2: twenty twenty two, so just a couple of years ago,
- 12:37Speaker 2: and there was a traffic stop and he was stopped
- 12:40Speaker 2: driving a vehicle with eight people in the back end.
- 12:44Speaker 2: And I want you to listen to the police officers
- 12:47Speaker 2: in the traffic stop and what their assessment was, what
- 12:51Speaker 2: was going on. Give a listen to this.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Yeah, you're gonna hear some road noise of cars passing by,
- 12:56Speaker 1: just so you know what that is, and you will
- 12:58Speaker 1: hear this these police officers on body camera. Listen carefully.
- 13:06Speaker 2: You got right, you know what you got here?
- 13:08Speaker 4: Right.
- 13:11Speaker 2: He's hauling these people for money, is what he's doing.
- 13:15Speaker 2: But sometimes they coil mingled opener, but.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Scruggling. There's eight people in the know, that's what an
- 13:24Speaker 3: extra seats. Yeah, yeah, so he's getting.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Paid all these people, probably to Maryland, I would say
- 13:29Speaker 1: about my guess, well, matches up with the Maryland dad thing. Right,
- 13:33Speaker 1: the Maryland man. They're like, oh, by the way, this
- 13:36Speaker 1: car has been retrofitted to add an entire another row
- 13:41Speaker 1: of seats. They've never seen a car this model with
- 13:44Speaker 1: this many seats in it. There's another example of the
- 13:47Speaker 1: human smuggling.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Look, look, this is Maryland man. He's hauling them to Maryland.
- 13:52Speaker 2: The police officer's immediate reaction, you know what this guy
- 13:54Speaker 2: is doing. He's hauling these people for money. Eight people.
- 13:57Speaker 2: They added an extra row of seats, so you've got
- 14:00Speaker 2: an illegal alien wife beater, who's an MS thirteen gang
- 14:03Speaker 2: member and who is actively engaged in human trafficking. This
- 14:08Speaker 2: is the poster child for the Democrats. This is who
- 14:10Speaker 2: they've decided to go all in on, saying, we want
- 14:15Speaker 2: this person back in America and we want more people
- 14:19Speaker 2: like him. And I got to say, we've also seen
- 14:22Speaker 2: a fairly amazing thing with the Democrats in the media
- 14:25Speaker 2: going crazy about an interview that President Trump did in
- 14:29Speaker 2: the Oval office with ABC News, and in particular, President
- 14:32Speaker 2: Trump asserted that he had MS thirteen tattooed on his knuckles,
- 14:37Speaker 2: and the media has been having a field day saying, no, no, no,
- 14:40Speaker 2: that's a lie, it's photoshopped. It's not true. So you
- 14:44Speaker 2: can go and look at the pictures, go look online
- 14:46Speaker 2: what he has tattooed on his knuckles. He's got tattoos
- 14:49Speaker 2: on each of the four knuckles of his fingers he has.
- 14:52Speaker 2: The first tattoo is a marijuana leaf. Now marijuana leaf
- 14:57Speaker 2: stands for m second tattoo is of a smiley face.
- 15:03Speaker 2: The smiley face stands for s. The third tattoo on
- 15:08Speaker 2: his middle finger is of a cross, and the cross
- 15:11Speaker 2: the up and down stands for one and the fourth
- 15:15Speaker 2: tattoo on his index finger is of a skull, which
- 15:20Speaker 2: is the same shape as the number three. Now what
- 15:23Speaker 2: he actually has is those four tattoos, and what the
- 15:27Speaker 2: White House tweeted out was a picture of those four tattoos,
- 15:31Speaker 2: and then it rode above them. Above the marijuana leaf,
- 15:33Speaker 2: it wrote an M because that's what the marijuana leaf
- 15:36Speaker 2: stands for. Above the smiley face, it wrote an S
- 15:38Speaker 2: because that's what the smiley face stands for. Above the cross,
- 15:40Speaker 2: it wrote a one because that's what the cross stands for.
- 15:43Speaker 2: And above the skull, it wrote a three because that's
- 15:46Speaker 2: what the skull stands for. So the four symbols are
- 15:50Speaker 2: of MS thirteen. Now the Democrats and the corporate media
- 15:55Speaker 2: are clutching their pearls, going, no, it didn't actually have
- 15:58Speaker 2: the MS thirteen. That was a photoshop. Well, yes, but
- 16:03Speaker 2: what it did have is clearly symbolizing MS thirteen, And
- 16:08Speaker 2: they don't want people to know that, because it is
- 16:10Speaker 2: fairly amazing that a Keen Jeffries, the Democrat Leader in
- 16:16Speaker 2: the House, Chuck Schumer, Chris van holland the Democrats in
- 16:20Speaker 2: both the Senate and House have decided MS thirteen gang members.
- 16:24Speaker 2: That's who we defend. That's who we're backing up.
- 16:28Speaker 1: You also look at this individual and the new DEA
- 16:32Speaker 1: nominee said that this guy's tattoos consists with MS thirteen membership,
- 16:38Speaker 1: again blowing the narrative out of the water from the
- 16:41Speaker 1: left that these tattoos are meaningless, they have nothing to
- 16:45Speaker 1: do with MS thirteen. The guy who does this for
- 16:47Speaker 1: a living is like, yes, we see this all the time. Yes,
- 16:50Speaker 1: this is what it looks like when you have these
- 16:52Speaker 1: tattoos on your knuckle. Yes, this is what these gang
- 16:54Speaker 1: members do. And then you go back to what we're
- 16:58Speaker 1: now finding out in this record and the traffic stop here,
- 17:02Speaker 1: and also from new reporting from basically in essence a
- 17:06Speaker 1: whistleblower that is saying that not only was this guy
- 17:11Speaker 1: attacking his wife and running human trafficking, but we also
- 17:16Speaker 1: know from these court filings that have come out that
- 17:19Speaker 1: his wife has said that she was afraid because he
- 17:23Speaker 1: said he was going to kill her. So this is
- 17:26Speaker 1: a guy that is threatening to kill his wife based
- 17:29Speaker 1: on what we're seeing from the court documents, and he's
- 17:32Speaker 1: an individual that is out there that should never have
- 17:35Speaker 1: been in this country and he should be gone. And
- 17:39Speaker 1: so when you look at this. I truly am amazed
- 17:42Speaker 1: that the Democratic Party is saying, we don't care about
- 17:45Speaker 1: American citizens. We don't come to your aid, we don't
- 17:49Speaker 1: come to your comfort when these people commit crimes against you. No, no,
- 17:52Speaker 1: we want to go find the ones that have been deported
- 17:55Speaker 1: and bring him back to America. How in the hell
- 17:57Speaker 1: do do they think the American people are going to
- 17:59Speaker 1: stay with him on this issue, Senator.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Yeah, look, it's where they are. And I got to
- 18:03Speaker 2: say this week, I got in a Twitter battle with
- 18:05Speaker 2: the Keem Jeffries, the head of the Democrats in the House.
- 18:09Speaker 2: I tweeted out, I said, Akim, allowing your members to
- 18:12Speaker 2: fly to Al Salvador on the taxpayer's dime to play
- 18:15Speaker 2: footsie with violent gang members was obviously astonishingly bad politics.
- 18:20Speaker 2: Please keep it up. And I got to say, a
- 18:23Speaker 2: Kiem Jeffries, he got really angry and he's like, and
- 18:26Speaker 2: he tweeted back, this is from someone who abandoned his
- 18:29Speaker 2: state during the historic winter storm to vacation in kang Kun.
- 18:32Speaker 2: No one takes you seriously at this point. And that's
- 18:35Speaker 2: Leader Jeffries to you, Edward. Well, sorry, Hakeem, Leader Jeffries
- 18:40Speaker 2: is not what I call you. But it's okay. I
- 18:43Speaker 2: just tweeted back at him, It's okay, Hakeem, I'm very sorry.
- 18:48Speaker 2: I beat your friend's ass. And I sent out a
- 18:50Speaker 2: picture because Colin all read the Democrat ran against me
- 18:52Speaker 2: last time was buddies with Keem Jeffries, and he lost
- 18:55Speaker 2: by nine points in a million votes. And look, it
- 18:59Speaker 2: showed who the Democrats are right now. They support illegal
- 19:03Speaker 2: immigrants and wife beaters and gang members.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Center. I want to talk about what we just found
- 19:10Speaker 1: out with DOGE, and I think it's an important point
- 19:14Speaker 1: to reset because we saw a lot of oppress about
- 19:17Speaker 1: DOAGE early on. We've now moved on to other topics,
- 19:20Speaker 1: or I say the media has moved on to other topics.
- 19:23Speaker 1: It does not mean that Elon Musk and the DOGE
- 19:26Speaker 1: staff have stopped doing their job. In fact, they are
- 19:29Speaker 1: still finding incredible amounts of waste, fraud, and abuse, and
- 19:35Speaker 1: they sat down with Jesse Waters at Fox to kind
- 19:37Speaker 1: of give an update of like, hey, here we are.
- 19:40Speaker 1: It was also a very cool interview because what we're
- 19:43Speaker 1: witnessing is Elon Musk showing these do gooders that he
- 19:47Speaker 1: has brought in they can be making a lot more
- 19:50Speaker 1: money in the private sector. There are a lot of young,
- 19:52Speaker 1: brilliant minds that are finding all of this information and
- 19:56Speaker 1: digging and digging in our government, and he's letting them
- 19:59Speaker 1: tell the stories of what they're finding. I love this
- 20:02Speaker 1: management style from him.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Well, I got to say, every week they are new
- 20:06Speaker 2: bombshells that are coming out from DOGE of just astonishing waste,
- 20:11Speaker 2: fraud and abuse. And so this latest interview that the
- 20:14Speaker 2: Elon did with Jesse Waters, he laid out, for example,
- 20:19Speaker 2: that the Institute of Peace had a one hundred and
- 20:23Speaker 2: thirty thousand dollars contract with a former member of the Taliban. Now,
- 20:29Speaker 2: now just let that sink in for a minute. One
- 20:31Speaker 2: hundred and thirty grand to a former member of the Taliban,
- 20:35Speaker 2: and that is from the quote Institute a Peace. Nothing
- 20:41Speaker 2: like paying a terrorist if you're the Institute of Peace.
- 20:44Speaker 2: And by the way, that same institute a piece deleted
- 20:48Speaker 2: one terabyte of accounting records when DOGE entered their headquarters,
- 20:54Speaker 2: so they came in. I got to tell you, if
- 20:57Speaker 2: you're prosecuting criminal conduct at a court of law and
- 21:01Speaker 2: a defendant destroys evidence, deletes data on their computer, burns papers,
- 21:07Speaker 2: burns receipts, burns photographs that can be taken as evidence
- 21:12Speaker 2: of guilt, the fact that you are deleting evidence. But
- 21:16Speaker 2: here give a listen to the description of what they
- 21:18Speaker 2: found about from the Institute a piece.
- 21:20Speaker 4: Yeah, so it was by far the least peaceful agency
- 21:23Speaker 4: that we've worked with. Ironically, of course, Additionally, we found
- 21:27Speaker 4: that they were spending money on things like private jets,
- 21:29Speaker 4: and they even had a one hundred and thirty thousand
- 21:31Speaker 4: dollars contract with a former member of the Taliban.
- 21:34Speaker 3: This is this isreal.
- 21:35Speaker 4: We don't encounter that in those agencies.
- 21:38Speaker 5: What was the money going to the Taliban for?
- 21:41Speaker 4: So it was a contractor. They received one hundred and
- 21:43Speaker 4: thirty thousand dollars for generic services. And to Elon's point,
- 21:46Speaker 4: there was not actually a clear description of what the
- 21:48Speaker 4: contractor services were for. But was it for opium unclear?
- 21:54Speaker 2: Or weapons?
- 21:56Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 21:57Speaker 2: Or not for a broad oh yeah, And you.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Naturally have to ask the question how did we get here?
- 22:03Speaker 4: Like when the country was founded, there were only four agencies.
- 22:06Speaker 4: Today there are over four hundred, so there's been a
- 22:08Speaker 4: one hundred x increase in the number of agencies since
- 22:10Speaker 4: the founding of the nation. And thanks to President Trump,
- 22:13Speaker 4: He's now signed two executive orders to start to reduce
- 22:15Speaker 4: the number of agencies in the government, and the Institute
- 22:17Speaker 4: Apiece was one of them, which is why our team
- 22:19Speaker 4: went into try and understand what was going on. And
- 22:21Speaker 4: that's when we found all the craziness, like the weapons
- 22:24Speaker 4: and their armory. We found the payments to the Taliban.
- 22:27Speaker 5: Yeah, oh yeah, that.
- 22:31Speaker 4: The evidence, right. So just a few hours after we
- 22:33Speaker 4: got into their headquarters, we found that their chief accountant
- 22:35Speaker 4: had actually deleted over a terabyte of accounting records from
- 22:38Speaker 4: several leaders. So you'd have to ask the question, well,
- 22:40Speaker 4: why would somebody do that if the Doch team fortunately
- 22:42Speaker 4: was able to recover that data with the help of
- 22:44Speaker 4: a few great employees at the Institute a Peace And
- 22:47Speaker 4: I think the most troubling thing was they received fifty
- 22:49Speaker 4: five million dollars a year from Congress, and any money
- 22:51Speaker 4: that went unspent, instead of returning that to Congress, they
- 22:54Speaker 4: would sweep it into a private bank account which had
- 22:57Speaker 4: no Congressional oversight, and that's what they would use to
- 22:59Speaker 4: find things like events at their headquarters and the private jets.
- 23:03Speaker 4: And so I think it's a great example because most
- 23:06Speaker 4: Americans don't know what's going on at a lot of
- 23:08Speaker 4: these smaller agencies. And this is a i think the
- 23:10Speaker 4: most extreme case of some of the wasteful spend that
- 23:14Speaker 4: we're finding.
- 23:15Speaker 5: So the agencies are hiding money from you, they're sending
- 23:18Speaker 5: it to the Taliban. They have loaded weapons in the department.
- 23:23Speaker 4: Buildings at the Institute of Peace.
- 23:25Speaker 5: At the Institute of Peace, that's right. So this is
- 23:28Speaker 5: a cover up. When you guys roll in this one
- 23:31Speaker 5: cover up, they delete a vast amount of financial information.
- 23:37Speaker 5: That's really a definition of a cover up. Isn't that
- 23:40Speaker 5: illegal to delete evidence? Yes, shred documents.
- 23:44Speaker 4: It's certainly illegal to delete accounting records that that Congress
- 23:48Speaker 4: would certainly want to know where the congressionally appropriated funds
- 23:51Speaker 4: are going from taxpayers when you.
- 23:53Speaker 5: Catch them going Hillary style on their computers, do you
- 23:58Speaker 5: refer this to the Department of Justice?
- 24:00Speaker 4: In this case, we did refer the evidence in the
- 24:02Speaker 4: accounting example to the FBI and DJ We're proud to
- 24:05Speaker 4: do that. So yes we did, because.
- 24:08Speaker 1: This and says show I mean, let's just go back
- 24:12Speaker 1: to what you said center a moment ago and dive
- 24:14Speaker 1: into this a little bit more. If this is that
- 24:17Speaker 1: type of activity in this type of cover up and
- 24:21Speaker 1: referring this to the DJ What would the next step
- 24:24Speaker 1: be on that? And then also what can Congress do
- 24:28Speaker 1: if anything, knowing now what they've just told you.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Look, I got to say almost every word of that
- 24:34Speaker 2: is shocking. That they gave one hundred and thirty grand
- 24:38Speaker 2: to Afre, a member of the Taliban. That's astonishing. That
- 24:41Speaker 2: they spent taxpayer money on private jets. That's astonishing that
- 24:46Speaker 2: the Institute of Peace had an armory with a whole
- 24:50Speaker 2: bunch of weapons. Now let me repeat that the Institute
- 24:53Speaker 2: of Peace apparently felt the need to be packing. And
- 24:57Speaker 2: when does showed up, they started to leading their accounting records,
- 25:01Speaker 2: which screams guilt. By the way, when when President Trump
- 25:05Speaker 2: did the interview with ABC News in the Oval, one
- 25:07Speaker 2: of the things ABC News says is, well, there have
- 25:09Speaker 2: been no referrals to the Apartment of Justice, and President
- 25:13Speaker 2: Trump quite rightly says, how do you know that? Well,
- 25:16Speaker 2: this is one. It turns out there have been multiple
- 25:19Speaker 2: referrals to the Apartment of Justice for fraud. It's just
- 25:21Speaker 2: ABC News doesn't want people to know that. Here, I
- 25:24Speaker 2: want you to listen to another clip. This is another
- 25:25Speaker 2: clip where the Department of Education had a four billion
- 25:31Speaker 2: dollar COVID fund that let government employees draw down. They
- 25:35Speaker 2: used it for things like parties and to rent out
- 25:39Speaker 2: venues like Caesar's Palace. Give a listen.
- 25:42Speaker 6: Yeah, there was a four billion dollar COVID fund in
- 25:45Speaker 6: the Department of Education and there was no receipts required,
- 25:49Speaker 6: so people be just drawed down on it. And when
- 25:51Speaker 6: people looked into it, this wasn't just this was before us.
- 25:54Speaker 6: They found that money was being used to rent out
- 25:55Speaker 6: Caesar's Palace for parties, rent out stadiums, et cetera. And
- 25:59Speaker 6: so the one change that DOGE made with our education
- 26:02Speaker 6: is we had the simple requirement that if you draw
- 26:05Speaker 6: down money, you must first upload a receipt. That was
- 26:08Speaker 6: the only change that was made. You must upload your receipt.
- 26:11Speaker 6: And upon doing so, Yes, nobody drew down any money anymore.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Yes, but we didn't say that we'd check the receipt.
- 26:17Speaker 6: You could send a fake receipt, you could send a
- 26:20Speaker 6: picture of your.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Dog, anything, anything, anything.
- 26:26Speaker 5: But as soon as we asked for anything at all,
- 26:29Speaker 5: that something, the requests.
- 26:31Speaker 4: Were like, oh, we don't need it anymore. That's interesting.
- 26:33Speaker 5: They were renting Caesar's Palace.
- 26:36Speaker 6: Yes, they were like basically partying on the tax payer money.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Basically partying on the taxpayer's money. Okay, it sounds criminal.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Let me just ask, like, like the man on the street,
- 26:50Speaker 2: did you think the Department of Education was spending your money,
- 26:55Speaker 2: your tax payer money to rent out Caesar's palace. That
- 27:00Speaker 2: is the very definition of waste, fraud and abuse. Four
- 27:04Speaker 2: billion dollars in a COVID slush fund with zero receipts required.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Let me just say thank god for President Trump and
- 27:12Speaker 2: Elon Musk and Doge uncovering this revealing it because it
- 27:16Speaker 2: is completely indefensible. And by the way, the Democrats, just
- 27:19Speaker 2: like they've decided they're all in for illegal immigrants and
- 27:22Speaker 2: gang members and violent criminals and white theaters, they're also
- 27:25Speaker 2: all in for this kind of waste, fraud and abuse,
- 27:28Speaker 2: including running out Caesar's Palace with your tax payer money.
- 27:32Speaker 1: It's truly an incredible story, and this is where we
- 27:35Speaker 1: hope you take the show. You share it on social media.
