- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome in is verdic with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 1: with you, Senator, We've got a lot to discuss, everything
- 0:07Speaker 1: from New York to Virginia Supreme Court, and even some
- 0:11Speaker 1: other crazy stuff that's happening in the world in today's show.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Look, today's episode is all about Blue States gone wild.
- 0:18Speaker 2: It starts with California and the fact that we have
- 0:20Speaker 2: a sitting Democrat mayor in California who was just indicted
- 0:25Speaker 2: and pleaded guilty to being a communist spy for China.
- 0:31Speaker 2: That's hard to believe, but that is reality. It's a
- 0:33Speaker 2: problem the Democrat Party has writ large. We're also going
- 0:37Speaker 2: to talk about Virginia. The Virginia Supreme Court decision striking
- 0:40Speaker 2: down their rabidly partisan redistricting. Democrats in Washington are freaking out.
- 0:47Speaker 2: They are willing, They are talking about blowing up the
- 0:51Speaker 2: entire government of Virginia because all they care about is power.
- 0:54Speaker 2: We're going to break down what that Virginia Spring Court
- 0:57Speaker 2: decision was about and what the reaction of the Democrat
- 1:00Speaker 2: is to it.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I also want to take a moment to talk to
- 1:02Speaker 1: you about an incredible organization that we want to make
- 1:05Speaker 1: sure is on your radar screen. It's called Compassion International.
- 1:09Speaker 1: I want you to pause what you're doing for just
- 1:11Speaker 1: one minute, and I want you to hear about Alejandra.
- 1:15Speaker 1: She lives in a remote community with very few resources
- 1:18Speaker 1: and little to no healthcare. So when Alexandra gets sick,
- 1:22Speaker 1: her parents have no real options, no doctors in their community,
- 1:27Speaker 1: and no money for real medical care. By the third day,
- 1:31Speaker 1: her body was shutting down. She woke up and just
- 1:34Speaker 1: long enough to tell her mom, I can't take the
- 1:38Speaker 1: pain anymore. I can't keep going. Her parents drove hours
- 1:43Speaker 1: to find a doctor who tried everything, but she needed
- 1:46Speaker 1: a private hospital and that was impossible for her family
- 1:50Speaker 1: to afford. And that is when Compassion International stepped in. Now,
- 1:55Speaker 1: through Compassion Alejandra was treated and against all odds, she survived.
- 2:01Speaker 1: She lived because someone just like you took action right now. Unfortunately,
- 2:07Speaker 1: there are children just like Alejandra who won't survive unless
- 2:10Speaker 1: someone like you steps in. Compassion International partners with local churches,
- 2:16Speaker 1: providing children with the support that they need, critical medical care,
- 2:21Speaker 1: plus food, education and the hope of the gospel, all
- 2:26Speaker 1: in Jesus' name. So help a child just like Alejandra today,
- 2:31Speaker 1: You can visit compassion dot com. That's compassion dot com.
- 2:37Speaker 1: All right, Sentter, Let's start by going back in history.
- 2:41Speaker 1: We have seen a lot of really significant infiltration into
- 2:46Speaker 1: our government going through elected officials. With China spends an
- 2:50Speaker 1: incredible amount of money spying in the United States of America,
- 2:54Speaker 1: but we've never heard about a elected official actually working
- 2:59Speaker 1: for this season into what we've seen in LA. But
- 3:02Speaker 1: I do think we need to set the stage so
- 3:03Speaker 1: people understand what we've witnessed in this mayor's This mayor
- 3:07Speaker 1: technically outside of LA and a very plush area of California,
- 3:13Speaker 1: is not only shocking, but it tells you just how
- 3:16Speaker 1: much the CCP is willing and wanting to get involved
- 3:20Speaker 1: in our politics in this country. And there was even
- 3:23Speaker 1: bribery that came up in washingt d C. This past week,
- 3:27Speaker 1: offering ten grand to someone that's on a committee to
- 3:30Speaker 1: one of the staffers that actually supposed to be investigating
- 3:33Speaker 1: China trying to have influencing the United States of America.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Look, there is a systematic effort by the Chinese communist
- 3:40Speaker 2: government to undermine the United States of America, to undermined
- 3:44Speaker 2: United States government, and in particular, they've targeted the Democrat
- 3:47Speaker 2: Party because the Democrat Party is apparently open for business. Now, now,
- 3:51Speaker 2: if you look at the latest facts I'm going to
- 3:53Speaker 2: read from the press release from the US Department of Justice,
- 3:57Speaker 2: Los Angeles, the mayor of our case has been charged
- 4:01Speaker 2: in federal court with acting as an illegal agent of
- 4:05Speaker 2: the People's Republic of China, the PRC. The Justice Department
- 4:08Speaker 2: announced today Eileen Wang, fifty eight, of Arcadia, is charged
- 4:14Speaker 2: via information with one count of acting in the United
- 4:18Speaker 2: States as an illegal agent of a foreign government. Now,
- 4:22Speaker 2: you could hear the Democrat partisans, you could hear the
- 4:25Speaker 2: media say, oh, this is a partisan attack by the
- 4:28Speaker 2: Trump Department of Justice. They're just going after Democrats. There
- 4:31Speaker 2: is no chance this elected Democrat mayor is an agent
- 4:38Speaker 2: working for the Chinese Communist government. Well, let me read
- 4:40Speaker 2: you the next paragraph. In a related filing, Wang has
- 4:46Speaker 2: agreed to plead guilty to the felony coount. In other words,
- 4:49Speaker 2: she's admitting it, which comes with a statutory maximum sentence
- 4:54Speaker 2: of ten years in federal prison. Wang was elected in
- 4:58Speaker 2: November twenty twenty two to the art Katia City Council,
- 5:01Speaker 2: a five person governing body from which the mayor is
- 5:04Speaker 2: selected on a rotating basis. Quote individuals in our country
- 5:08Speaker 2: who covertly do the bidding of foreign governments undermine our democraci,
- 5:11Speaker 2: said first assists in the United States Attorney Bill Asili.
- 5:16Speaker 2: The Plea agreement is the latest success in our determination
- 5:19Speaker 2: to defend our homeland against China's effort to corrupt our government.
- 5:25Speaker 2: By her own admission, Eileen Wang secretly served the interests
- 5:29Speaker 2: of the Chinese government. Let this serve as a clear
- 5:33Speaker 2: warning individuals who act on behalf of foreign governments to
- 5:37Speaker 2: influence our democracy will be identified, investigated, and brought to justice.
- 5:45Speaker 2: According to the Plea Agreement, from late twenty twenty through
- 5:48Speaker 2: twenty twenty two, Wang and Yao Ning, Mike's son sixty
- 5:53Speaker 2: five at Chino Hills, worked at the direction and control
- 5:57Speaker 2: of the PRC government officials and coordinated with US based
- 6:02Speaker 2: individuals to promote the PRC's interests by, among other things,
- 6:06Speaker 2: promoting pro PRC propaganda in the United States. Sun is
- 6:12Speaker 2: already serving a four year federal prison sentence after he
- 6:15Speaker 2: pleaded guilty in October twenty twenty five to acting as
- 6:19Speaker 2: an illegal agent of a foreign government. Wang and Sun
- 6:23Speaker 2: worked together to operate US NewsCenter, a website that purported
- 6:28Speaker 2: to be a news source for the local Chinese American community.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Wang and Sun received and executed directives from the PRC
- 6:36Speaker 2: government officials to post pro PRC content on the website.
- 6:40Speaker 2: For example, in June of twenty twenty one, a PARC
- 6:45Speaker 2: official contacted Wang and other individuals via the we chat
- 6:50Speaker 2: encrypted messaging application with pre written news articles. In other words,
- 6:55Speaker 2: the Chinese Communist Party wrote the news articles, including yet
- 7:00Speaker 2: PRC official written essay in the Los Angeles Times that
- 7:04Speaker 2: stated Chinese stance on the Jinyang issue, there is no
- 7:08Speaker 2: genocide in Jinyang. There is no such thing as forced
- 7:12Speaker 2: labor in any production activity, including cotton production. Spreading such
- 7:16Speaker 2: rumor to do defame China, destroy Jinyang's stability and stability,
- 7:22Speaker 2: weaken local economy, suppress China's development. Minutes later, Wang posted
- 7:29Speaker 2: the article on her own website and responded to the
- 7:31Speaker 2: PRC official with a link to the article on our website.
- 7:35Speaker 2: The others in the group chat did the same. The
- 7:37Speaker 2: PRC official responded, so fast, thank you everyone. Now this pattern,
- 7:45Speaker 2: and by the way, it goes on and on with
- 7:48Speaker 2: repeated instances of this, This is not a unique problem.
- 7:53Speaker 2: So let me say two things. Number one, Ben, have
- 7:57Speaker 2: you heard a single Democrat denounce the fact that an
- 8:02Speaker 2: elected Democrat mayor in California? Yeah, was a now admitted
- 8:10Speaker 2: and soon to be convicted agent of the Chinese Communist Party.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Have you heard a single Democrats saying iate a word
- 8:16Speaker 2: about that?
- 8:17Speaker 1: No? And I think you even go a step further
- 8:20Speaker 1: than that, and you say, the reason why is because
- 8:23Speaker 1: it seems like the Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic
- 8:26Speaker 1: Party are almost one the same in so many of
- 8:28Speaker 1: these instances, they've gotten a free path for years.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Yeah. Look, I don't want to go that far. I
- 8:33Speaker 2: think that's an overstatement. But let's take some of the facts.
- 8:37Speaker 2: So Senator Dianne Feinstein, long time.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Say exhibit a of how I would fight back. So
- 8:42Speaker 1: make it for me.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Look, longtime Democrat senator from California, she had a Chinese
- 8:49Speaker 2: spy working in her office as her driver, like taking
- 8:52Speaker 2: her Everywhere's a Chinese spy. Eric Swalwell, who just just
- 8:56Speaker 2: resigned from Congress and astrace, Yeah he did a Chinese spy.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Fang Fang, a top aide for New York Governor Kathy Hokeel,
- 9:07Speaker 2: was a secret Chinese agent. Now this is a pattern.
- 9:12Speaker 2: You've got California, You've got New York, You've got a
- 9:16Speaker 2: clear effort. Listen, all right. When I was elected fourteen
- 9:20Speaker 2: years ago, I arrived in DC and I began saying, then,
- 9:25Speaker 2: I think the law the single greatest long term geopolitical
- 9:30Speaker 2: threat to the United States is communist China. Now, Ben,
- 9:35Speaker 2: when I started saying that that was a lonely view
- 9:39Speaker 2: in Washington, every single Democrat disagreed with me, and most
- 9:44Speaker 2: of the Republicans disagreed with me. Most of them they
- 9:47Speaker 2: looked at China, they saw nothing but dollar signs as
- 9:50Speaker 2: far as the eye could see. They just saw money
- 9:52Speaker 2: to be.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Made, economic growth. It was all about the money. It
- 9:55Speaker 1: was all about the cash. It was all about cheap goods,
- 9:57Speaker 1: it was all about expansion.
- 10:00Speaker 2: I will say, over these fourteen years, I think my
- 10:02Speaker 2: view has been vindicated powerfully. More and more people, most Republicans,
- 10:06Speaker 2: have opened their eyes to this. And you are seeing
- 10:08Speaker 2: some Democrats. But what does it say that the Chinese
- 10:13Speaker 2: government is able to infiltrate to put Chinese spies on
- 10:18Speaker 2: the staff of sitting Democrats senators, is able to send
- 10:23Speaker 2: Chinese spies to have sexual relations with prominent Democrats, and
- 10:30Speaker 2: here are.
- 10:31Speaker 1: In the committees. That's one thing I think people don't understand.
- 10:34Speaker 1: They target people that have access to significant US information.
- 10:38Speaker 1: They're not wasting their time with some low level person.
- 10:41Speaker 2: And to elect a Chinese spy as a mayor in
- 10:47Speaker 2: a US town. I'm not aware of any instance of
- 10:50Speaker 2: that happening in our history.
- 10:51Speaker 1: And by the way, you know in interesting about this case.
- 10:54Speaker 1: And I don't know if you heard this, but I
- 10:57Speaker 1: was briefed about this earlier today. I was doing a
- 10:59Speaker 1: TV hit and they're like, they're like, we want to
- 11:01Speaker 1: get into just how good China is. They literally altered
- 11:06Speaker 1: and changed the way she looked for the campaign posters
- 11:11Speaker 1: and billboards and the stuff that was up about her,
- 11:15Speaker 1: Like China went all in apparently to make sure she
- 11:18Speaker 1: got elected, and they even changed how she looked to
- 11:22Speaker 1: make her look better than she was to hopefully give
- 11:24Speaker 1: her a better chance to win. Like this is not
- 11:26Speaker 1: some low level, you know, group of people in China.
- 11:30Speaker 1: They're all in to try to win elections in America
- 11:32Speaker 1: when they're involved in it.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Wait, Ben, you're saying that's wrong. So my reelect campaign
- 11:41Speaker 2: that showed me a six' five and blonde and like
- 11:44Speaker 2: ripped like a star Of. Baywatch was there a problem with? That?
- 11:47Speaker 1: Not in, fact that was my, idea IF i remember,
- 11:50Speaker 1: CORRECTLY i was to, say we got to make tech look.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Better to be, clear you were the body model for. That,
- 11:55Speaker 2: yes of COURSE ai is really quite. INCREDIBLE ai Is.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Brillian it was made In, china really?
- 12:01Speaker 1: Right all?
- 12:03Speaker 2: Right so you might, ask all, right mayor Of, Arcadia chinese,
- 12:07Speaker 2: spy did they get anything for?
- 12:10Speaker 1: That?
- 12:10Speaker 2: Like what was the? Benefit? Okay posted Some chinese. Websites
- 12:14Speaker 2: let me read to you a story FROM Nbc Los.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Angeles last, year twenty one, children some birthed by surrogate,
- 12:24Speaker 2: mothers found An arcadia home in child abuse. INVESTIGATION a
- 12:30Speaker 2: couple was arrested in connection with a child abuse investigation
- 12:33Speaker 2: that led authorities to Their, Arcadia california. Home that would
- 12:36Speaker 2: be the same town that This chinese spy was the mayor,
- 12:38Speaker 2: of where they found more than twenty young, children some
- 12:43Speaker 2: of whom were birthed by surrogate, mothers according to. Police
- 12:48Speaker 2: police say they're investigating whether the children found in the
- 12:50Speaker 2: home of The San Gabriel valley east Of Los angeles
- 12:54Speaker 2: were part of a surrogacya. Scam the home's. Residence Sylvia
- 13:00Speaker 2: jiang thirty eight and Gujan juang sixty five were released
- 13:05Speaker 2: from custody pending further. Investigation it's not clear how many
- 13:09Speaker 2: children at the home were born to surrogate, mothers but
- 13:11Speaker 2: one of the mothers was found In texas by a
- 13:15Speaker 2: bioethics watchdog. Group the woman said she was misled into
- 13:20Speaker 2: thinking the child was the only child who would be
- 13:22Speaker 2: taken in at The arcadia. Residence this is a serious
- 13:28Speaker 2: threat AND i think we ought to ask why is
- 13:32Speaker 2: The Democrat party so open to? This why are they
- 13:35Speaker 2: so susceptible what it is about about their? Policies AND
- 13:38Speaker 2: i think the reason is if you look at the
- 13:42Speaker 2: major interest groups that support The Democrat, party you have big,
- 13:47Speaker 2: business you have Big, tech you have Big, hollywood and
- 13:52Speaker 2: you have big. Universities, yeah all four of those are
- 13:56Speaker 2: in bed with Communist china in amazing and so when
- 14:01Speaker 2: their supporters, say, hey This chinese communist is a great,
- 14:06Speaker 2: person it is there are far too many officials in
- 14:10Speaker 2: The Democrat party that are open to that.
- 14:11Speaker 1: ARGUMENT i want to talk to something else about the
- 14:14Speaker 1: terrans the terms, here and that is something that it
- 14:17Speaker 1: was glaring to. ME i always look at cause and.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Effect and when you're reading that first, article there's two people.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Involved one gout apparently five, years the other gets. Ten,
- 14:28Speaker 1: now if you serve sixty five seventy, percent depending on
- 14:31Speaker 1: the sensing guidelines for federal, crimes then she'll get out
- 14:35Speaker 1: in probably six and a half seven. Years he'll get
- 14:37Speaker 1: out in two and a half. Three and that's like
- 14:42Speaker 1: if you think about what they were, doing the risk they're,
- 14:45Speaker 1: taking and even if they get busted and get the
- 14:48Speaker 1: Maximum senate, senator they still have a life ahead of.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Them like this is not like you, know going to
- 14:56Speaker 1: jail for thirty years or forty years or even twenty.
- 14:59Speaker 1: YEARS i mean five years down to two and a half,
- 15:01Speaker 1: three ten down to six and a half maybe house
- 15:04Speaker 1: arrassed good. Behavior LIKE i got to ask the, question
- 15:09Speaker 1: what the hell are we doing as a country with
- 15:11Speaker 1: our sensing. Guidelines if you're An american, citizen you're spying
- 15:14Speaker 1: for an adversary of The United States. AMERICA i don't
- 15:17Speaker 1: care if It's, IRAN i don't care if It's. RUSSIA
- 15:20Speaker 1: i don't care if It's, china and you are committing.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Espionage by the, way it used to be a big.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Deal how are we not bulking up these sensing guidelines
- 15:29Speaker 1: to where there might actually be a moment you think
- 15:31Speaker 1: maybe this isn't worth it to go work for The
- 15:33Speaker 1: Chinese Commuist party or The russians or The, iranians BECAUSE
- 15:37Speaker 1: i don't want to go jail for the rest of
- 15:38Speaker 1: my life IF i get.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Caught look fully agree the idea that you would have
- 15:42Speaker 2: an elected mayor in The United states serving as a
- 15:46Speaker 2: spy for our, enemy for The Chinese. Communists the maximum
- 15:52Speaker 2: she can face under current law is ten years in.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Jail she may well get substantial less than. That that
- 15:59Speaker 2: is not much of A i think we ought to
- 16:01Speaker 2: ratchet up that. Punishment and here's another example of how
- 16:04Speaker 2: widespread this. Is this is an article from The New York.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Times he offered a lawmaker's aid quick. Cash was he
- 16:11Speaker 2: spying For? China when a man identifying himself As Chris
- 16:15Speaker 2: chen reached out this winter to an aid on A
- 16:18Speaker 2: house committee focused on threats From, china he came armed
- 16:21Speaker 2: with a lucrative. Offer the staff, member Mister chen proposed
- 16:25Speaker 2: could earn ten thousand dollars or more by barely lifting a.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Finger all he would need to do is agree to
- 16:32Speaker 2: phone calls every other week to share information about the
- 16:35Speaker 2: committee's work AND us foreign policy About. China insights INTO
- 16:40Speaker 2: us trade or national security, issues including The trump administration's
- 16:44Speaker 2: plans For venezuela in the aftermath of The january military
- 16:47Speaker 2: operation there would be especially, valuable Mister chen. Said to
- 16:52Speaker 2: sweeten the, pot Mister chen repeatedly promised to send THE
- 16:56Speaker 2: aid two thousand dollars up. Front the offer seemed too
- 17:00Speaker 2: good to be. True instead of quietly accepting the, deal the,
- 17:03Speaker 2: aid whose Identity The New York times agreed to withhold
- 17:07Speaker 2: because he works on sensitive policy issues related To, china
- 17:11Speaker 2: reported it to his bosses on The House Select committee
- 17:14Speaker 2: on The Chinese Communist. Party the panel quickly concluded that
- 17:18Speaker 2: Mister chen was not The singapore based business consultant he
- 17:23Speaker 2: claimed to, be but instead was likely A chinese intelligence
- 17:27Speaker 2: officer or contractor seeking a new. Recruit rather than cut off,
- 17:33Speaker 2: contact the Committee's republican majority staff agreed to keep talking
- 17:36Speaker 2: to Mister. Chen they recorded a series of calls this
- 17:40Speaker 2: winter to learn more about Mister chen's tactics and. Interests
- 17:43Speaker 2: transcripts of those, calls which The committee shared with The. Times.
- 17:47Speaker 2: Alongside some of the recorded audio depict a, determined at
- 17:52Speaker 2: times impatient, individual eager to earn the trust of his
- 17:57Speaker 2: mark and get down to. Business Mister chen mixes holiday
- 18:01Speaker 2: greetings with elaborate questions about manufacturing In, vietnam In, mexico
- 18:05Speaker 2: and the future Of venezuela's oil. Industry this is a,
- 18:10Speaker 2: pattern whether it is trying to recruit spies who are
- 18:14Speaker 2: staffers On Capitol, hill or whether it is placing spies
- 18:19Speaker 2: as staffers To democrat, senators or whether it is sending
- 18:23Speaker 2: honeypots to sleep With democrat elected officials Like Eric, swalwell
- 18:29Speaker 2: or whether it is in this, instance and this is
- 18:31Speaker 2: the most brazen electing A Chinese communist spy as a,
- 18:36Speaker 2: mayor A democrat. Mayor this is a concerted effort and
- 18:40Speaker 2: we need to be serious fighting.
- 18:41Speaker 1: THIS i want to take a moment and ask you
- 18:44Speaker 1: to help the people In, israel with my friends at
- 18:47Speaker 1: THE ifcj working right now on the ground for all

- 22:44Speaker 1: oh and by the, way we're about to take down

- 23:20Speaker 1: right you got to tell me when you watch the.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Movie by the, way let's move on To virginia real.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Quick and this one is also a very interesting Story
- 23:28Speaker 1: democrats when they tell you they're crazy and they hate
- 23:32Speaker 1: this country and they hate our laws and our, rules
- 23:34Speaker 1: like believe. Them democrats now are threatening to boot the
- 23:38Speaker 1: Entire Virginia Supreme. Court and let's explain how we got
- 23:43Speaker 1: to this, point, center because it's this is a warning
- 23:46Speaker 1: of us coming in with OUR Us Supreme. Court they
- 23:48Speaker 1: want to get rid of. It they want to pack.
- 23:50Speaker 1: It every time they get a ruling they don't. Like
- 23:52Speaker 1: it doesn't. Matter there is no law in order. Anymore
- 23:54Speaker 1: in The Democratic, party they don't get their. Way we
- 23:56Speaker 1: just dismantled The Supreme, court dismantled the, institution get rid
- 24:00Speaker 1: of everybody in our.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Way, well, look The Virginia State legislature sadly As. Democrat the,
- 24:08Speaker 2: Governor Abigail spamberger ran as a. Moderate she actually ran
- 24:12Speaker 2: Saying Jerry mannering is. Wrong we should Oppose Jerry. Manderin
- 24:15Speaker 2: she got. Elected and by the, Way Abigail spamberger is
- 24:19Speaker 2: a object lesson for elections across the. Country The democrats
- 24:25Speaker 2: who run as moderates are lying to. You every word
- 24:28Speaker 2: she said on the campaign trail was a. Lie she
- 24:31Speaker 2: got in as this hard left. Zealot she immediately stopped
- 24:36Speaker 2: cooperating with federal law, enforcements started releasing illegal, immigrants violent
- 24:41Speaker 2: criminals Into. Virginia she began proposing new taxes on just
- 24:45Speaker 2: about everything you can. Imagine and when it came to
- 24:48Speaker 2: redistricting the current map In, virginia there are Eleven house
- 24:53Speaker 2: members In, virginia six of them Are, democrats five of
- 24:56Speaker 2: them Are. Republicans that's about. Right virginia is a purple.
- 25:01Speaker 2: State Glen, youngkin A, republican was the previous. Governor in
- 25:06Speaker 2: the twenty twenty four, Election Kamala harris Won, virginia but
- 25:09Speaker 2: by just a few, points so six' five was about
- 25:12Speaker 2: right in terms of where the state. Was divided But,
- 25:15Speaker 2: the democrats, for them power is the number, one objective
- 25:20Speaker 2: and so they rammed through an emergency redistricting plan that
- 25:24Speaker 2: took the map from six' five democrat To. Ten one
- 25:29Speaker 2: democrat and they told the roughly forty Five percent of Virginians,
- 25:34Speaker 2: who vote republican you no, Longer get representation we're going
- 25:38Speaker 2: to disenfranchise you because all we care. About is, power
- 25:42Speaker 2: and basically they drew these horrible maps Where, much of
- 25:46Speaker 2: virginia the rural parts, are bright red And You've, got
- 25:50Speaker 2: northern virginia WHICH are, basically dc suburbs which are a bunch,
- 25:53Speaker 2: of government employees many of whom. Are very liberal and
- 25:56Speaker 2: so they drew these maps where most of the Districts Reached,
- 25:59Speaker 2: into north virginia grabbed a bunch of government bureaucrats and
- 26:03Speaker 2: used them as left wing voters to turn the rest of. The,
- 26:06Speaker 2: district blue well the problem is they got, challenged in
- 26:09Speaker 2: court and initially a trial judge ruled that the redistricting
- 26:16Speaker 2: was Illegal Under The. Virginia state constitution that got Appealed
- 26:21Speaker 2: To The. Virginia supreme Court Now The, virginia supreme court The.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Justices are democrats they were put On. There by democrats
- 26:27Speaker 2: they Were confirmed. By Democrat Legislatures The virginia supreme, court,
- 26:32Speaker 2: last week shockingly most, observers were astonished Looked At The
- 26:36Speaker 2: virginia state, constitution, and said hey what the legislature did,
- 26:40Speaker 2: here was illegal and they. Struck it down, by the
- 26:42Speaker 2: Way The previous Attorney, General Of Virginia, republican jason miarez
- 26:47Speaker 2: had written, an opinion Saying Under, the virginia constitution you,
- 26:50Speaker 2: can't do this this is. Contrary, to law now, When
- 26:55Speaker 2: that Happened democrats in washington their heads exploded because this
- 27:01Speaker 2: was critical to. Their seizing, power since then they have called,
- 27:07Speaker 2: For number one they've called for putting a mandatory Retirement
- 27:12Speaker 2: age in Virginia On the supreme court. Of fifty four
- 27:17Speaker 2: their entire purpose is to throw every Justice On the
- 27:21Speaker 2: supreme court off so they could pack them with left
- 27:24Speaker 2: wing activists who were Uphold the redistrictim they have also
- 27:31Speaker 2: talked about just Fundamentally Overturning, so mark elias who is
- 27:37Speaker 2: the Hardcore left wing democrat lawyer who brings all of these.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Incredibly partisan Decisions anytime of republicans elected, In Close election
- 27:49Speaker 2: mark elias files a lawsuit seeking to overturn. The voter's
- 27:52Speaker 2: will he is one of the most rabid partisans. In
- 27:56Speaker 2: the country he tweeted out a Quote From the, virginia
- 27:59Speaker 2: constitution quote whenever any government shall be found inadequate or contrary,
- 28:05Speaker 2: to these purposes a majority, of The community, hath, an
- 28:08Speaker 2: indubitable inalienable and indefeasible, right, to reform alter or abolish
- 28:15Speaker 2: it in such a manner as shall be judged most
- 28:18Speaker 2: conducive to. The public wheel and, to be clear what he,
- 28:23Speaker 2: IS saying is i don't Like What The virginia, supreme
- 28:27Speaker 2: court concluded Even, Though they're democrats so abolish the government
- 28:31Speaker 2: of The. State of virginia that's how radical. These zealots
- 28:35Speaker 2: are and, by the way you combine that with the
- 28:39Speaker 2: recent DECISION. Of. The U s supreme court that concluded
- 28:44Speaker 2: that racial, gerrymandering is unconstitutional, that drawing lines drawing, congressional
- 28:49Speaker 2: lines discriminating saying we're going to put people of one
- 28:52Speaker 2: race in the district take people of another race out,
- 28:55Speaker 2: of the district. That that's unconstitutional it had been an
- 28:57Speaker 2: open question whether Complying With The voting rights act was
- 29:03Speaker 2: essentially an exception to the constitutional prohibition, on racial Gerrymandery
- 29:08Speaker 2: And the supreme court. Included, six' three no it Is,
- 29:10Speaker 2: not That The, constitution The Fourteenth amendment the fifteenth amendment prohibit,
- 29:15Speaker 2: discrimination based on race prohibit voting. DISCRIMINATION based on race
- 29:21Speaker 2: i think that is the Right, reading of The constitution
- 29:24Speaker 2: and the democrats have lost, their ever, loving, mind because,
- 29:28Speaker 2: understand look All Right. All of new england you Take
- 29:32Speaker 2: The states in New, england and the northeast which vote
- 29:36Speaker 2: Anywhere from sixty forty democrat to sixty Five to thirty
- 29:40Speaker 2: five democrat. Depending on The state how many republicans do
- 29:44Speaker 2: you think are Elected In? All of new england i'm going,
- 29:47Speaker 2: to go with zero zero d right In state, After state,
- 29:50Speaker 2: Massachusetts zero, Maine Zero vermont, Zero New hampshire, Zero rhode.
- 29:56Speaker 2: Island zero, connecticut zero that is they just jerrymandered the,
- 30:02Speaker 2: heck out of it and they have one hundred Percent.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Of the Representation, Democrat in the south Democrats Have Used
- 30:10Speaker 2: the voting, rights act to insist if you can draw
- 30:14Speaker 2: a District That Elects, an african american democrat You. Must,
- 30:19Speaker 2: elect that democrat now the bizarre Thing is we've seen,
- 30:23Speaker 2: democrats who also insist and one of the more, absurd,
- 30:26Speaker 2: things they've said well In Light of the supring court
- 30:30Speaker 2: decision that discriminating based, on race Is unconstitutional You've Seen
- 30:35Speaker 2: democrats saying south carolina will Never Ever elect An. African,
- 30:39Speaker 2: AMERICAN to congress now i have to, ADMIT when that Happened,
