- 1:24Speaker 1: My next guest is truly a winner. She's a winner.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Um first time I saw it. Read a book out
- 1:31Speaker 1: of this weekend, sell it from concept to Reality. I
- 1:34Speaker 1: really I'm excited about this book all right because guess what?
- 1:38Speaker 1: So many people need this book. My next sense is
- 1:41Speaker 1: living testimony to faith and perseverance. She was born in Jamaica,
- 1:45Speaker 1: Man and raised in Canada. A. She is the founder
- 1:49Speaker 1: of Bravos Real Housewives of a Ladda franchise. Who do
- 1:53Speaker 1: I didn't know that? That's why I got on the
- 1:55Speaker 1: show Bringer from the From the Darkness to Light. Her
- 1:59Speaker 1: goal is to empower women to pursue their dreams in
- 2:02Speaker 1: the new year of twenty and eighteen. Please welcome to
- 2:04Speaker 1: money Making Conversations, Princess of Bantam lof Ters. How are
- 2:08Speaker 1: you doing. Good morning, good morning, good Monday morning. Right
- 2:13Speaker 1: money making mondays here to be here. Thank you for
- 2:16Speaker 1: having me. I'm first of all excited to have you
- 2:19Speaker 1: on the phone because of the fact that when my
- 2:21Speaker 1: talent uh that we have a meeting never Tuesday, and
- 2:24Speaker 1: they always say, would you like this guest, I go,
- 2:27Speaker 1: I go. They said, she is the young lady who
- 2:30Speaker 1: founded the Real house Wives of Atlanta franchise in Atlanta.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Tell me about that, Tell me about I read the bio,
- 2:37Speaker 1: but the people in public needs to hear your story. Yeah, well,
- 2:42Speaker 1: you know what. And it's funny that people people now, Um,
- 2:45Speaker 1: within the last I guess pretty year or two, have
- 2:47Speaker 1: become a little more public. So prior to that, I
- 2:50Speaker 1: really kept a low profile, absolutely, and I really focused.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Yeah you know this this day, this dream happened for me. Um.
- 2:58Speaker 1: It's kind of I feel like, I say, television chose me.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I didn't necessarily chose it. And I had a passion
- 3:03Speaker 1: for doing something that was behind the camera and low
- 3:06Speaker 1: in the hole, that had this idea and just the
- 3:09Speaker 1: right place at the right time. I met a producer
- 3:12Speaker 1: in l A through a friend of mine whol out there,
- 3:15Speaker 1: sat down and started talking to him. I bought a
- 3:17Speaker 1: completely different concept or a different idea that I had,
- 3:20Speaker 1: and during that conversation he started to talk to me
- 3:23Speaker 1: about different things they were working on and and I
- 3:26Speaker 1: was familiar or got familiar with a franchise called The
- 3:29Speaker 1: Real Housewives of Orange County, which was you know, this
- 3:31Speaker 1: is two thousands and six seven, um, and I kind
- 3:34Speaker 1: of said, you know this Atlanta, this show belongs in Atlanta.
- 3:38Speaker 1: This is and there was nothing like it. Nobody was
- 3:40Speaker 1: taking a chance on female um black ensembles for sure,
- 3:44Speaker 1: and you know, listen, they were candid and told me
- 3:47Speaker 1: that like, go okay, well you know what you say,
- 3:49Speaker 1: And I said, I definitely this is something that needs
- 3:52Speaker 1: to be seen. I can do this, give me three weeks.
- 3:55Speaker 1: And then a lot of the short is yeah, I said,
- 3:58Speaker 1: you know, give me three weeks and believed in myself
- 4:01Speaker 1: and knew that I can really come here. And I
- 4:04Speaker 1: only been and let me say a full disclosure, I
- 4:06Speaker 1: am from Canada and I've only been in Atlanta for
- 4:10Speaker 1: about i'd say almost a full year fully. Um. Yeah.
- 4:16Speaker 1: So so it took a ta Bragg. This show needs
- 4:20Speaker 1: have been Atlanta Night, needs to be here. Yeah, and
- 4:24Speaker 1: I believed in it. I just came back and started
- 4:26Speaker 1: talking to friends and word traveled and my second interview
- 4:30Speaker 1: was Missnini leaks Um and the rest of History because
- 4:34Speaker 1: she really I loved her and I always said, well,
- 4:36Speaker 1: who are your friends? And I had been interviewing women anyhow,
- 4:39Speaker 1: So there's a lot of people of the city who
- 4:41Speaker 1: knew me from the very beginning when this was just
- 4:43Speaker 1: a dream and of hope and you know, sitting on
- 4:45Speaker 1: my basement floor trying to find people. Sonni kind of
- 4:48Speaker 1: introduced me to her friends. I interviewed them with sports.
- 4:51Speaker 1: The network production company loved it, and I just kind
- 4:54Speaker 1: of went with it, and the train was moving, and
- 4:56Speaker 1: thank god it did, and I jumped on and was
- 4:59Speaker 1: able to sell the a concept two thousand seven an
- 5:01Speaker 1: hour in season eleven. And yeah, and now I'm kind
- 5:04Speaker 1: of finally stepping out and saying, you know, listen, um,
- 5:08Speaker 1: if I can do it, you know, any any anyone
- 5:11Speaker 1: can and or certainly women who have you know, want
- 5:15Speaker 1: to be able to pursue this type of dreams. So
- 5:18Speaker 1: that's my short, long version of time. So that's a
- 5:21Speaker 1: very honest version because I know that when you get
- 5:24Speaker 1: a franchise this big is associated with a lot of
- 5:27Speaker 1: successful franchises. Now that you're coming out of the coming
- 5:30Speaker 1: out of the coming from the background, do people question
- 5:33Speaker 1: your role in and do people question your level of participations? Oh, listen,
- 5:40Speaker 1: I will say this. I started to say this, um,
- 5:42Speaker 1: and I started before I really even realized it was
- 5:45Speaker 1: a thing that people were saying. But I say, you know,
- 5:47Speaker 1: you've got to write your own story or else someone
- 5:49Speaker 1: else will write it for you. Control your narrative exactly.
- 5:55Speaker 1: That was what was starting to happen. Um. Of course,
- 5:57Speaker 1: people in the city. I had a big premiere party season,
- 6:00Speaker 1: the one at the W Hotel. It was an epic party,
- 6:03Speaker 1: about eight hundred people, all the chat media. It was
- 6:05Speaker 1: really crazy, and so clearly back in two thousands and
- 6:09Speaker 1: seven when I stepped up and thanked everybody for you know,
- 6:12Speaker 1: helping me to just to see my dream, consolate and
- 6:15Speaker 1: my baby and all this stuff. Right after that, about
- 6:18Speaker 1: two years after that, I kind of stepped back and
- 6:21Speaker 1: what happened was I really for me. It was overwhelming
- 6:24Speaker 1: the media, people knowing you the criticism, and I just
- 6:29Speaker 1: personally did not sign up for that part. So I
- 6:32Speaker 1: really took a big step back and focused on other
- 6:35Speaker 1: projects and just cut myself quiet um. And so really
- 6:38Speaker 1: what happened was people just started assuming and as television
- 6:42Speaker 1: started to grow, people still don't understand how television is
- 6:46Speaker 1: made and sold. And a lot of times, you know,
- 6:49Speaker 1: you get on the show, and I worked on the show.
- 6:50Speaker 1: By the way, I worked on season one and two
- 6:53Speaker 1: very very I mean without working on it there really
- 6:56Speaker 1: I don't there couldn't have been a show because I
- 6:58Speaker 1: told all stories with the producers, of course, but I
- 7:02Speaker 1: initiated what those stories were prior to the show even selling.
- 7:05Speaker 1: So I say all that to say I really did
- 7:08Speaker 1: um and shy away from all of that and stayed away.
- 7:11Speaker 1: And the longer I stayed away, listen, people started to
- 7:15Speaker 1: just assume things like, you know, some of the producers
- 7:17Speaker 1: who were working on the show created it, or even
- 7:20Speaker 1: for lack of better understanding, made created the show. We're listen.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Leaning had a huge part in bringing her talents and
- 7:27Speaker 1: her gifts and other women to the show. However, there
- 7:30Speaker 1: was this one young woman who just kind of stepped
- 7:33Speaker 1: up and did it with the help of others. Of course,
- 7:35Speaker 1: um you know in the network saying yet and so
- 7:37Speaker 1: I just kind of started to tell my story and
- 7:40Speaker 1: now people are like, oh, yeah, I remember that, you know,
- 7:42Speaker 1: and listen, there's a lot of people who, um, were
- 7:45Speaker 1: there from the beginning that are now very very successful,
- 7:48Speaker 1: people who are always you know, for you because sometimes
- 7:54Speaker 1: you know, in this business, what you've learned is there
- 7:57Speaker 1: is no word of the word humble is not a
- 7:59Speaker 1: word news. In entertainment, you have to be a horn
- 8:02Speaker 1: uh hornt, total tutor. You have to be a screamer,
- 8:05Speaker 1: you have to be a brand influencer social media because
- 8:09Speaker 1: because I compare what you've done to what another talented
- 8:13Speaker 1: female producer, Monas got Young Mona Scott never dropped out
- 8:17Speaker 1: of the background. She's been at the forever and that's
- 8:20Speaker 1: that was smart, because we're smart on the part. If
- 8:24Speaker 1: everybody don't know Mona Scott young Love and hip hop
- 8:27Speaker 1: is her is her tremendous claim to fame and she's
- 8:31Speaker 1: done and she's written several books because of that success.
- 8:34Speaker 1: And you're writing books now. But I would say to
- 8:36Speaker 1: anybody like you who's talented, uh from Jamaica, Or what
- 8:41Speaker 1: about in Canada? Did you grow up in Canada? I
- 8:45Speaker 1: grew up right outside of Toronto, and then I moved
- 8:47Speaker 1: to Toronto in my twenties. So I pretty much say
- 8:50Speaker 1: Toronto because most people don't know Hamilton, Ontario to the
- 8:52Speaker 1: reallyst strong city a right by Buffalo. Toronto has a
- 8:57Speaker 1: strong Caribbean African influence up there. Great city, great city.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Yeah that's my that's my city. Yeah, I've been up
- 9:05Speaker 1: there several times. I will tell people, you know, you
- 9:08Speaker 1: go up there, you can get a little bit of everything. Food.
- 9:11Speaker 1: I'm a food I'm a foodie. Now let'll just tell
- 9:13Speaker 1: you to go up there to eat. I go up
- 9:15Speaker 1: there to eat. People. Rahan, you're thin as a rail.
- 9:18Speaker 1: All you talking about is food? Yes, I do eat.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Now let's talk about how what got you down to Atlanta? Okay, Canada, Jamaica,
- 9:25Speaker 1: Born and raised in Canada, down in Atlanta. One year
- 9:29Speaker 1: in Hollywood. Tell everybody you've been here forever. Tell me
- 9:32Speaker 1: you know everybody in Atlanta. Tell everybody you gotta show
- 9:34Speaker 1: Idea went out there about Ninie leaks. Bam. The rest
- 9:39Speaker 1: is history. Teenya lady, you're talking to U. Sean McDonald
- 9:41Speaker 1: talking about Hey, your start boom. Well listen, I I
- 9:46Speaker 1: actually what brought me down here was my husband, who
- 9:49Speaker 1: had been recruited. He was just finishing up residency and
- 9:53Speaker 1: finishing up his specialty, which is orthodontic. He's a doctor
- 9:57Speaker 1: in orthodontic. Yeah, so I kind of followed him and
- 10:01Speaker 1: here he was. It was between Miami and Atlanta. I
- 10:04Speaker 1: love Miami and the weather, but Atlanta sounded good to me,
- 10:07Speaker 1: and there we are. So we ended up here in Atlanta.
- 10:10Speaker 1: I kind of followed him. Um, and you know, kind
- 10:13Speaker 1: of didn't know what I was gonna do, but certainly
- 10:16Speaker 1: knew that I wanted to figure out what I was
- 10:18Speaker 1: going to do separate from what my husband does. I
- 10:21Speaker 1: didn't want to just get to Let's talk about this book,
- 10:23Speaker 1: this wonderful book that you that you've written. Sell it.
- 10:26Speaker 1: It's the title of it's called sell It s E
- 10:29Speaker 1: l l It from Concept to Reality. The reason I
- 10:33Speaker 1: say this because so many people approached me about television concept,
- 10:38Speaker 1: reality show concept. What's the next step what you have
- 10:41Speaker 1: to do? And you've created a book that lays down
- 10:45Speaker 1: calendars steps for a sellable concept, use your resources, time
- 10:50Speaker 1: to execute cast is keen, get social, write your treatments, synopsis,
- 10:55Speaker 1: character sheet, and then you go month by month. This
- 10:59Speaker 1: is wonderful. Thank you, and thank you for explaining like
- 11:03Speaker 1: that I used to did better than me. I'm do
- 11:05Speaker 1: you comerazed me? Listen? I Um, I sat back and
- 11:09Speaker 1: exactly what you said. People were always asking me about
- 11:12Speaker 1: selling television. And when people started finding out what who
- 11:15Speaker 1: I was or what I did or what I accomplished,
- 11:18Speaker 1: my Instagram kind of started picking up some traction with
- 11:21Speaker 1: people ming me and asking me these questions. So I
- 11:24Speaker 1: realized that there was a need for this information and
- 11:27Speaker 1: no one else had done it. I was shocked. So
- 11:29Speaker 1: wait a minute, people need to share this information. Um.
- 11:32Speaker 1: And I was really big on allowing other people to
- 11:35Speaker 1: do what I've done, or at least be able to
- 11:37Speaker 1: have the tools to chase their dreams. And so we're
- 11:41Speaker 1: simply that I teamed up with a great friend of mine,
- 11:43Speaker 1: my Sply, who started doing these journals and done successfully
- 11:48Speaker 1: for others, and she just simply we went through it.
- 11:51Speaker 1: I wrote this, uh, exactly what I wanted in the planner,
- 11:55Speaker 1: and and that's what's good this week plan on how
- 12:01Speaker 1: from start to sell. And this is an amazing opportunity.
- 12:05Speaker 1: When we get back, I want to break this down
- 12:06Speaker 1: a little bit more. I want to ask her she's
- 12:08Speaker 1: doing seminars or she doing webinars, because this is outstanding.
- 12:12Speaker 1: I'm a fan. Princess. We'll be back with the creator,
- 12:15Speaker 1: the founder of Real Housewives of Atlanta talking on moneymaking conversation.
- 12:20Speaker 1: She's the princess. I just reash On McDonald and you're
- 12:24Speaker 1: listening to money making conversations. Let me tell you about
- 12:27Speaker 1: money making conversations, to show about the opportunity, to show
- 12:30Speaker 1: about it giving vorce to people who have have information
- 12:34Speaker 1: that will help you win on the phone? Is that
- 12:36Speaker 1: exact person with information that will help you win. She's
- 12:40Speaker 1: a living, living testimony to faith and perseverance. She was
- 12:43Speaker 1: born in Jamaica, outside of Toronto was what she was
- 12:46Speaker 1: raised in Toronto, Canada. She's the founder of the Bravo
- 12:49Speaker 1: Real Housewives of Atlanta franchise. I'm gonna scream that out.
- 12:52Speaker 1: She is the founder of the Bravos Real Housewives of
- 12:55Speaker 1: Atlanta franchise. Her goal is empowering women to pursue their dreams.
- 13:00Speaker 1: In the year of twent and eighteen, Please welcome back
- 13:02Speaker 1: to the show. Princess baton lofters. Are you doing princess great? Great?
- 13:07Speaker 1: Thank you proving me like I'm a fan. You can
- 13:11Speaker 1: you can write that down. Ra Sean McDonald's saying, I
- 13:13Speaker 1: am a fan of yours because this book is fantastic.
- 13:17Speaker 1: I can't tell you. It's called sell it s E
- 13:20Speaker 1: L L it from concept to reality. What I need
- 13:23Speaker 1: to know? Are you doing any seminars? Are you doing
- 13:26Speaker 1: any webinars? What are you doing at the young lady?
- 13:28Speaker 1: You know you're you're a strong piece of work. Uh,
- 13:31Speaker 1: this is fantastic. This needs to be talked about. What
- 13:34Speaker 1: are you doing before I get hype here? I'm about
- 13:36Speaker 1: to get hype on you. Yeah, yeah, get hYP hYP
- 13:40Speaker 1: good good, good. Listen. I'm hyped too because I'm thrilled
- 13:43Speaker 1: to be able to give this opportunity to other women
- 13:47Speaker 1: people in general who want to be able to learn
- 13:50Speaker 1: how to what are the tools to sell it? So yes,
- 13:53Speaker 1: I am souther shows other concepts or even be able
- 13:57Speaker 1: to have things to start to execute the things that
- 14:00Speaker 1: you need to be able to walk in front of
- 14:03Speaker 1: a sit in front of an executive and know that
- 14:06Speaker 1: you have things together. Um, there are so many mistakes
- 14:09Speaker 1: people made that I've made that I want to help
- 14:12Speaker 1: people avoid making and um, so yes, I am definitely
- 14:16Speaker 1: going to be doing more conferences, more one on one
- 14:20Speaker 1: UM you know, UM sessions with people to allow them
- 14:24Speaker 1: to be able to know again how to do this,
- 14:26Speaker 1: and then also conferences that are groups at settings, and
- 14:31Speaker 1: I'm definitely going to be doing more of those this
- 14:33Speaker 1: year because people have told me that they are so
- 14:35Speaker 1: necessary and they really do want the information. And I'll
- 14:38Speaker 1: be announcing those dates on my Instagram. So my Instagram
- 14:42Speaker 1: is probably what I use the most to get my
- 14:44Speaker 1: information out. So my Instagram is produced a Princess, and
- 14:47Speaker 1: that's where I'll start to announce dates, conferences, sessions, UM
- 14:52Speaker 1: workshops and things of that nature. So yeah, and also
- 14:55Speaker 1: where people can go and purchase my planner. Okay, here's
- 14:58Speaker 1: the deal, Princess. Okay, you have a twelve week program here.
- 15:02Speaker 1: We need to get you into a webinar right now
- 15:05Speaker 1: because see, okay, I'm about to getting advice. That's why
- 15:10Speaker 1: I started this show and give people advice. I made
- 15:12Speaker 1: a lot of money for a lot of people out there.
- 15:14Speaker 1: You know that right familiar who you are, So the
- 15:18Speaker 1: truth is tought speaking right now? So now see the
- 15:22Speaker 1: thing about it is that this book is wonderful. I
- 15:24Speaker 1: would not I will keep saying this that you can
- 15:26Speaker 1: you can put this on your Instagram, And Rashan said,
- 15:28Speaker 1: my book was wonderful because of the fact that so
- 15:31Speaker 1: many people need to understand that is a there's a
- 15:34Speaker 1: system in place. I always tell people, you know too,
- 15:37Speaker 1: and math is easy. Everybody understands math two plus two years, four,
- 15:40Speaker 1: three plus three or six that's math math. But see
- 15:43Speaker 1: in the creative space, it's the same thing. Subject for it. Now,
- 15:46Speaker 1: if you're sentence, people need to understand that what you've
- 15:50Speaker 1: created is that language of how to produce a shell.
- 15:53Speaker 1: And so what what I would love for you to do?
- 15:56Speaker 1: And I will support you with my social media or anything,
- 15:58Speaker 1: my my newsletter, anything that you I wouldn't. You need
- 16:01Speaker 1: to do a twelve week course every Monday, every two
- 16:06Speaker 1: you pick a day, and you should be online telling
- 16:09Speaker 1: people and were having them answer them questions and say answer.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Of course you're gonna be selling your book to you
- 16:14Speaker 1: will be selling your book and then but you'll be
- 16:17Speaker 1: developing your brand. And see, people need to understand how
- 16:21Speaker 1: talented you are and the one way they find out
- 16:23Speaker 1: how talented you are when they realize you was the
- 16:26Speaker 1: one who wrote this incredibly special book. And I say
- 16:29Speaker 1: that because of the fact that there a lot of
- 16:32Speaker 1: people look at Hollywood, they always see the finished product.
- 16:35Speaker 1: They never see that the television show, you know, twenty
- 16:39Speaker 1: two minutes may have been a whole week, maybe in
- 16:41Speaker 1: the whole day. You should have movie maybe three months
- 16:44Speaker 1: for our natimated film. Okay, that's a lot of work,
- 16:46Speaker 1: a lot of people going to that. But even get
- 16:48Speaker 1: you to that point, how does that idea get to
- 16:51Speaker 1: a point that somebody wants to buy it? Because everybody
- 16:54Speaker 1: has a great idea, you know that. Lord knows how
- 16:56Speaker 1: many times you've been at somebody can find out who
- 16:59Speaker 1: you are going. I got this idea to go Please
- 17:01Speaker 1: don't please, don't take please, please make your million dollars
- 17:08Speaker 1: and to make you a million dollars. Please stop everyone
- 17:13Speaker 1: those folks walk up to you. Don't tell me that
- 17:15Speaker 1: I did, because then you see it on TV. Similar
- 17:17Speaker 1: to something she stole it from. I told that Pascal
- 17:22Speaker 1: a past I was in check for late it was
- 17:25Speaker 1: a check for mate. When I was on the Lemonade,
- 17:27Speaker 1: I told about that idea. So you have to stop.
- 17:31Speaker 1: So I gotta tell you this, uh, this idea of
- 17:34Speaker 1: you as a talent, you coming out of the background
- 17:38Speaker 1: to the forefront on Instagram. You got this great book.
- 17:42Speaker 1: How can we how can you? And I? And I'm
- 17:45Speaker 1: not even busy now, I'm not trying to manage you now,
- 17:47Speaker 1: but I'm also trying to help promote you because this
- 17:51Speaker 1: needs to be available and you need to be the
- 17:54Speaker 1: face of of of of television from a standpoint of webinars,
- 18:00Speaker 1: How can I what can we do to get this role?
- 18:02Speaker 1: And what can we do to get this general public?
- 18:04Speaker 1: Because see this available for men, college, students, high school, anybody.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Because once they once they realize they got to follow
- 18:12Speaker 1: up book, they gotta go buy the book. Yeah yeah,
- 18:15Speaker 1: well let me let me tell you this. And I'm
- 18:16Speaker 1: so thankful that you are excited. A lot of people
- 18:19Speaker 1: really are excited that finally, finally, I'm kind of stepping
- 18:23Speaker 1: out and and you know, I credit that to my
- 18:26Speaker 1: team who who is probably helping me get my word
- 18:31Speaker 1: out and people like you who are passionate about information
- 18:34Speaker 1: and sharing that valuable information. So yes, I definitely would love, love, love,
- 18:38Speaker 1: love to to to speak and we can get offline
- 18:41Speaker 1: and do that stuff and come to that out because
- 18:43Speaker 1: I definitely have been on you know, knowing that the
- 18:46Speaker 1: information is necessary and and to to to say all
- 18:50Speaker 1: of that, I'm actually it's so vital that people get
- 18:54Speaker 1: this information that I really said. Once I wrote this
- 18:57Speaker 1: this first planner, I said, I've got to put out
- 19:00Speaker 1: another one because people were just saying, okay, now what
- 19:04Speaker 1: you know, Because what I did was I intentionally put
- 19:07Speaker 1: a stopping point to that very first set of all
- 19:11Speaker 1: things to do, because as we know, people will get
- 19:14Speaker 1: caught up and kind of really overwhelmed if there's too
- 19:17Speaker 1: much at once. So what I decided to do with
- 19:19Speaker 1: life and said, I broke it down into those first
- 19:22Speaker 1: initial ten to twelve things that they need to do
- 19:25Speaker 1: that will really help them to get to the next step.
- 19:28Speaker 1: And then there's a whole next step of things that
- 19:32Speaker 1: they really need to not only do but no um.
- 19:35Speaker 1: And then for people who want to get on television,
- 19:37Speaker 1: because that's really the bulk of how I really got
- 19:40Speaker 1: on television was really understanding and being able to identify
- 19:45Speaker 1: good talent. And I've done that my whole since, really
- 19:48Speaker 1: since the beginning of Housewives. Very shortly after I fell
- 19:52Speaker 1: into development, which is a lot of you know, cast
- 19:54Speaker 1: development or show development and cast this king. Like I
- 19:57Speaker 1: said in my planner, Um, you need us in order
- 20:00Speaker 1: to sell a show. And so even now I'm working
- 20:02Speaker 1: on a really big show, um that we can maybe
- 20:04Speaker 1: talk about at the end of this interview. But I'm
- 20:07Speaker 1: going to put together another planner that which will come
- 20:10Speaker 1: this summer. By this summer, I should have it out. Um.
- 20:13Speaker 1: It might even be out before the beginning of the
- 20:16Speaker 1: summer end of spring, and it will be kind of
- 20:18Speaker 1: a follow up to this. So yeah, I say all
- 20:20Speaker 1: that to say I definitely will be doing more to
- 20:24Speaker 1: get in front of people and really be able to,
- 20:27Speaker 1: like you said, what the stars and do all of
- 20:29Speaker 1: that stuff to really give people the information. It really
- 20:32Speaker 1: is necessary, it really is and you're the truth, you know.
- 20:35Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying this, Like I always tell people,
- 20:36Speaker 1: you know, day people, how to fix your credit they
- 20:39Speaker 1: got bad credit. How to make money they have no
- 20:41Speaker 1: money any bank, you know what I'm saying. How how
- 20:43Speaker 1: to be a stylish dress living at cloud all the
- 20:44Speaker 1: cloth look beat up. These are true. Okay, your show
- 20:47Speaker 1: being on television ten years alright, You've written an amazing
- 20:50Speaker 1: book and the book I'm talking about ladies and gentlemen.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Is called sell it from concept to reality. This is
- 20:54Speaker 1: based on the reality show. If you have a That's
- 20:57Speaker 1: why you talk about cast so you can there's a
- 20:59Speaker 1: lot of people that pict reality shows. Don't have nobody
- 21:02Speaker 1: to go in the reality show. Excuse me, excuse me.
- 21:05Speaker 1: You better have somebody you I got this idea for
- 21:08Speaker 1: a bobber shop. Okay, who are the people in the
- 21:11Speaker 1: barber shop? Just an idea you gotta find. You better go.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Bring the barber shop people with you when you come
- 21:16Speaker 1: in the room. Bring the sissle real with you when
- 21:18Speaker 1: you come in the room. Now, she has a twelve
- 21:20Speaker 1: week process of week one through one through three creating
- 21:24Speaker 1: a sellable concept. Use your resources week four through eight
- 21:29Speaker 1: time to execute Castic King. That's what I'm talking about.
- 21:33Speaker 1: You got that idea you're driving around see some mechanics.
- 21:36Speaker 1: They are all different ages, three generations, young kid, grandpa's son, father.
- 21:42Speaker 1: That's the show I did. That's what you're called cast
- 21:44Speaker 1: is King. They all might be funny, they might be
- 21:46Speaker 1: a safer this sun type. Dude, you gotta get your show.
- 21:49Speaker 1: This is how it really works. Or you go to
- 21:51Speaker 1: some restaurant or everybody there fly they're young, and that
- 21:55Speaker 1: it's a hip hop type restaurant. Everybody talking to hip
- 21:58Speaker 1: hop looking good. What's a good look at people? That's
- 22:01Speaker 1: a different show. That's how you get that's how that's
- 22:04Speaker 1: that's my cast is king. You gotta have a cast,
- 22:07Speaker 1: and you gotta have it. They don't have to be
- 22:09Speaker 1: a celebrity. What has to have that spin on it
- 22:12Speaker 1: that will be relatable. Well, here's the number one thing.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Everybody who's listening. Women gotta want to watch the show.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Don't bring up no show that just a bunch of
- 22:20Speaker 1: hard head dudes want to watch women television. So if
- 22:27Speaker 1: your idea is some horrible idea that only men want
- 22:30Speaker 1: to watch, please stop. They're gonna run you out that
- 22:33Speaker 1: dough eighteen and four to night. There you go, there
- 22:38Speaker 1: you go something for two percent of the market. We
- 22:41Speaker 1: corner women really run this entertainment from the viewer to
- 22:45Speaker 1: the you know, and now behind the camera. So I'm
- 22:48Speaker 1: really glad you said that. It's a very important point.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Now here's the other part. Now, through Twitter, write your treatment.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I always tell people this, here's this one. I let
- 22:57Speaker 1: it create your log line and catching log lines used
- 22:59Speaker 1: to up your show in thirty words are less. Make
- 23:02Speaker 1: sure you don't forget the word hook. Here's the thing.
- 23:05Speaker 1: If you still trying to tell somebody your concept and
- 23:08Speaker 1: you still talking, you don't have a concept. That log
- 23:12Speaker 1: line is key to sell in your show because they
- 23:15Speaker 1: have to walk away and tell that long line to
- 23:17Speaker 1: somebody else and they don't understand what you just said
- 23:21Speaker 1: to your ideas, did Princess. I'm gonna tell you so
- 23:24Speaker 1: this show wasn't long enough. You're star, young lady. If
- 23:28Speaker 1: we all fline, I'm telling Samanth's gonna contact you. There's
- 23:31Speaker 1: no pressure. If you don't have time to talk busy anyway,
- 23:35Speaker 1: keep busy. I got time for you, girl, because you
- 23:37Speaker 1: got talent. I want to help you promote your book
- 23:40Speaker 1: selling from concept Reality. She's from from Canada by way
- 23:45Speaker 1: of jall makeup on JA makeup. I am can I
- 23:49Speaker 1: add one quick thing, really really quickly. I will be
- 23:52Speaker 1: doing a show for a major cable network that I'm
- 23:55Speaker 1: looking for talent. It's about family reunions. I'm gonna put
