- 0:00Speaker 1: How much money do you think you'll raise from pair
- 0:02Speaker 1: of on an annual basis, that's the most interesting question.
- 0:05Speaker 1: I think it'll be a staggering them out. It will
- 0:08Speaker 1: be the external I call it the External Revenue Service.
- 0:11Speaker 1: That was a name that was devised by a few
- 0:13Speaker 1: of us. But I think it's going to be a
- 0:15Speaker 1: staggering amount.
- 0:16Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning to you. Ben Ferguson with you, and
- 0:23Speaker 3: these are some of the stories that you may have
- 0:25Speaker 3: missed that we talked about this week on the forty
- 0:27Speaker 3: seven Morning Update. First up, we have the list of
- 0:30Speaker 3: the likely tax cuts that could save you and your
- 0:33Speaker 3: family a ton of money that Donald Trump wants in
- 0:36Speaker 3: the reconciliation bill. Will have those details as well. Also,
- 0:40Speaker 3: Donald Trump says it's time to make a deal with Iran.
- 0:44Speaker 3: He would rather make that deal than well go to war.
- 0:47Speaker 3: I'll have the latest on the threat against Iran, especially
- 0:50Speaker 3: with their nuclear program. And finally, Democrats trying to figure
- 0:54Speaker 3: out how to stop Donald Trump. Well now they are
- 0:56Speaker 3: leaning on liberal activist judges to an act It's lawfare
- 1:00Speaker 3: to stop Trump at all costs. It's the forty seven
- 1:03Speaker 3: Morning Update, and it starts right now.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 1:07Speaker 3: I have an important list for you today, and is
- 1:09Speaker 3: the list of the likely tax cuts that now Donald
- 1:12Speaker 3: Trump wants in the Reconciliation bill. What this means for
- 1:16Speaker 3: everyday Americans is real savings for you. Now the plan
- 1:20Speaker 3: has become even more ambitious, mainly because of all the
- 1:24Speaker 3: well abuse of your tax dollars that the Trump administration
- 1:28Speaker 3: has found in the last three weeks. The Press Secretary
- 1:31Speaker 3: Carolin Levitt came out to explain just one of the
- 1:34Speaker 3: abuses of your tax dollars being used against you, and
- 1:37Speaker 3: it was when the money they found was going to
- 1:40Speaker 3: media outlets including Politico. This is what has spun the
- 1:43Speaker 3: President up to give more of your money back to you.
- 1:47Speaker 4: So upon coming out here to the briefing room, I
- 1:50Speaker 4: was made aware of the funding from USAID to media
- 1:55Speaker 4: outlets including Politico, who I know has a seat in
- 1:58Speaker 4: this room, and I can confirm that the more than
- 2:01Speaker 4: eight million taxpayer dollars that have gone to essentially subsidizing
- 2:05Speaker 4: subscriptions to Politico, the American taxpayer's dying will no longer
- 2:08Speaker 4: be happening. The Doge team is working on canceling those
- 2:11Speaker 4: payments now, so.
- 2:12Speaker 3: When they find the money and then they decide to
- 2:15Speaker 3: cancel these types of payments, the question many asked was, well,
- 2:18Speaker 3: what's going to happen next. Well, it now is clear
- 2:21Speaker 3: the president saying he wants you to keep more of
- 2:23Speaker 3: your money and stop giving so much of it to
- 2:26Speaker 3: the government. President Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans are in
- 2:30Speaker 3: deep negotiations and went all weekend long on a tax
- 2:34Speaker 3: package that a budget watchdog group estimated would actually save
- 2:39Speaker 3: you five to eleven point two trillion over the next decade. Now,
- 2:45Speaker 3: if you read the media's explanation of that, they'll tell
- 2:48Speaker 3: you it's going to cost you between five trillion to
- 2:51Speaker 3: eleven point two trillion. No, No, that's how much the
- 2:54Speaker 3: government will not get from you. A series of tax
- 2:57Speaker 3: policy changes that Trumps supports appear to have rod support
- 3:01Speaker 3: among Republicans in Congress. The Committee for a Responsible Federal
- 3:05Speaker 3: Budget has released a study that projects the cost of
- 3:08Speaker 3: each item over a ten year period is going to
- 3:11Speaker 3: be huge for you, the American people. Now, on that list,
- 3:16Speaker 3: at the top of it was one big thing, eliminating
- 3:19Speaker 3: taxes on tips. This was a huge promise from Donald
- 3:21Speaker 3: Trump during the campaign, something he said he would work
- 3:24Speaker 3: on as soon as he got into the White House.
- 3:26Speaker 3: It would result in a one hundred billion to five
- 3:29Speaker 3: hundred and fifty billion reduction in federal tax revenue, meaning
- 3:33Speaker 3: one hundred to five hundred and fifty billion of taxes
- 3:36Speaker 3: that you wouldn't have to pay to the government. We
- 3:39Speaker 3: also found out exempting overtime pay from federal taxes would
- 3:43Speaker 3: also give two hundred and fifty to three trillion back
- 3:48Speaker 3: into the pockets of American workers. And finally, exempting Social
- 3:52Speaker 3: Security benefits from federal taxes would now cost between five
- 3:56Speaker 3: hundred and fifty billion and one point five trillion. That tew.
- 4:00Speaker 3: The government is reporting it to the media as they're
- 4:02Speaker 3: trying to keep more of your dollars. So what does
- 4:05Speaker 3: it really mean. It means that Donald Trump and the
- 4:07Speaker 3: Republicans are wanting you to keep between five hundred and
- 4:10Speaker 3: fifty billion to one point five trillion that you normally
- 4:13Speaker 3: would have paid in taxes. We also have been told
- 4:16Speaker 3: that the present wants to lower taxes for US production
- 4:18Speaker 3: of certain goods that would save you between one hundred
- 4:22Speaker 3: to two hundred billion, and reducing tax benefits for stadium
- 4:26Speaker 3: owners and ending the carried interest loophole. They would also
- 4:30Speaker 3: save the taxpayers one hundred billion dollars. Now, all of
- 4:35Speaker 3: this is being put together in one of the biggest
- 4:37Speaker 3: tax plans we've ever seen. But this is not a
- 4:40Speaker 3: big tax plan that's going to raise your taxes. It's
- 4:43Speaker 3: going to go down in history as one of the
- 4:44Speaker 3: biggest tax cuts in American history. And this is the
- 4:48Speaker 3: reason why Democrats right now are so terrified of Donald
- 4:52Speaker 3: Trump and his success because three weeks in we also
- 4:56Speaker 3: know that Donald Trump has a new high approval rating,
- 4:59Speaker 3: meaning the American people are paying attention and the American
- 5:03Speaker 3: people are in favor of exactly what Donald Trump.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Is doing now. Story number two.
- 5:07Speaker 3: It is very clear that Donald Trump's foreign policy is
- 5:11Speaker 3: one that he is willing to make changes, especially when
- 5:14Speaker 3: it comes to different countries. The way he treats Hamas,
- 5:17Speaker 3: for example, is very different than the way he's talking
- 5:20Speaker 3: about Iran right now. How do we know this because
- 5:23Speaker 3: of a sit down interview that the President has done
- 5:26Speaker 3: talking about Iran and saying he's ready to make a deal.
- 5:29Speaker 3: It's also very clear that the President is not going
- 5:33Speaker 3: to let Iran get a nuclear weapon, take a listen.
- 5:36Speaker 1: They went down to nothing. Now they are up to
- 5:39Speaker 1: a tremendous amount of money.
- 5:40Speaker 2: I think there's a deal there in Iran.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I think we're going to make a deal in
- 5:43Speaker 1: a run. I think I would rather okay, And you know,
- 5:46Speaker 1: there are a lot of people think that we are
- 5:48Speaker 1: going to attack or Israel or with our blessing or
- 5:52Speaker 1: is what Israel needs us? Everybody needs us. We have
- 5:56Speaker 1: the weapons, we have the strength. We're very strong. I
- 5:58Speaker 1: rebuilt on militiam people forget. I rebuilt our mood. Now
- 6:01Speaker 1: they shouldn't have given a lot to Afghanistan, which they did.
- 6:04Speaker 1: They gave a lot. There was no reason for that.
- 6:06Speaker 1: But we're very strong. We have things that nobody else has,
- 6:10Speaker 1: so they need us. But everyone thinks Israel, with our
- 6:14Speaker 1: help or our approval, we'll go in and bomb the
- 6:17Speaker 1: hell out of them. I would prefer that not happened.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I'd much rather see a deal with Iran where we
- 6:22Speaker 1: can do a deal, supervise, check it, inspect it, and
- 6:26Speaker 1: then blow it up, or just make sure that there's
- 6:28Speaker 1: no more nuclear there. We just a better deal than
- 6:31Speaker 1: the Obama nuclear deal. Well that that was the dumbest
- 6:34Speaker 1: see by the way, that would have expired by now.
- 6:36Speaker 1: That was a road to a nuclear weapon. It was
- 6:39Speaker 1: a short term deal. You can make a deal with
- 6:41Speaker 1: just a few years on it. That deal would be
- 6:43Speaker 1: expired by now, think of it, and they would have
- 6:46Speaker 1: a legal right to have a nuclear weapon. You can't
- 6:49Speaker 1: allow them to have a nuclureban. But there's two ways
- 6:51Speaker 1: of stopping them with bombs or with a written piece
- 6:55Speaker 1: of paper. And I'd much rather do a deal. That's
- 6:58Speaker 1: a deal. It's not going to hurt them, and I
- 7:01Speaker 1: think they wanted to. I think that Iran is very concerned.
- 7:04Speaker 1: I think that Iran is very frightened, to be honest
- 7:07Speaker 1: with you, because the defense is pretty much gone. Maybe
- 7:10Speaker 1: they get to trying to get new defense as we speak,
- 7:12Speaker 1: you know, they're meaning air defense, but their defense is
- 7:15Speaker 1: largely gone. They've had some very bad moments. The whole
- 7:18Speaker 1: thing with the Pages was a disaster for them. The Pages,
- 7:21Speaker 1: you know what I'm talking about. It was a horrible thing,
- 7:23Speaker 1: but it was you know, knocked out a lot of
- 7:26Speaker 1: leadership like nobody's ever seen before. But I think of
- 7:30Speaker 1: Iran is very nervous. I think they're scared. I think
- 7:34Speaker 1: Iran would love to make a deal, and I would
- 7:35Speaker 1: love to make a deal with them without bombing them.
- 7:38Speaker 3: This is making liberals' heads explode. They want to blame
- 7:41Speaker 3: Donald Trump is a guy that's going to get us
- 7:43Speaker 3: into war War three. But it's very clear the presence
- 7:47Speaker 3: willing to make a deal. That's the question that everyone
- 7:50Speaker 3: asked at the very beginning, could Donald Trump make a deal? Well,
- 7:53Speaker 3: he's walking up to a Ran right now saying let's
- 7:56Speaker 3: make a deal instead of us having a major war.
- 7:59Speaker 3: Presence says he believes he will get that deal done.
- 8:02Speaker 3: And there's many in the foreign policy arena that believe
- 8:06Speaker 3: that Iran is willing to now make a real deal
- 8:08Speaker 3: for a long term stability with an Iran nuclear program.
- 8:12Speaker 3: And if it doesn't happen, the president's also saying he
- 8:15Speaker 3: is going to make sure they don't get a nuclear weapon.
- 8:19Speaker 3: So it's up to Iran now what happens. But the
- 8:22Speaker 3: President clearly is saying let's talk.
- 8:24Speaker 2: And lastly, story number three, if there's one.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Thing that we know right now, it's that Democrats are
- 8:29Speaker 3: in disarray. They're in disbelief, they're angry, they're lashing out,
- 8:33Speaker 3: and they're upset that what they've been doing and the
- 8:36Speaker 3: control they've had in our government and the funneling of
- 8:38Speaker 3: money to NGOs and even terrorist organizations is now being exposed.
- 8:43Speaker 3: So how can they fight back? Well, apparently they're going
- 8:46Speaker 3: back to something they feel has worked in the past,
- 8:49Speaker 3: law fair. As liberal judges are now making unprecedented moves
- 8:54Speaker 3: and efforts to shut down Donald Trump's agenda. It only
- 8:57Speaker 3: took them three weeks in the President Trump's sec and
- 9:01Speaker 3: the Democratic Party is clearly rudderless. They lack compelling charismatic leadership.
- 9:07Speaker 3: They are rapidly losing ground in the culture war that
- 9:10Speaker 3: they've dominated for so long. They don't have any favorable
- 9:13Speaker 3: issues or narratives that are breaking out into the broader
- 9:18Speaker 3: culture consciousness. Their tribe and true tactic of public shaming
- 9:23Speaker 3: and cancelation well hasn't worked, even though they keep coming
- 9:27Speaker 3: after conservatives. We clearly now are living in different times,
- 9:32Speaker 3: but there's one element of the activist left that still
- 9:35Speaker 3: poses a significant threat to Donald Trump and his agenda,
- 9:38Speaker 3: and it's law fare. Many of the same elements of
- 9:41Speaker 3: our system of justice that were used to harass, to bankrupt,
- 9:44Speaker 3: and even try to jail President Donald Trump in years
- 9:46Speaker 3: past are unfortunately still in place. And are now being
- 9:50Speaker 3: weaponized against the MAGA movement. Here are several of the
- 9:53Speaker 3: activist judges who are trying to take control of the
- 9:56Speaker 3: government for the deep state as we speak. A judge
- 9:59Speaker 3: by the name of Angel Kelly is a US District
- 10:02Speaker 3: Court for the District of Massachusetts nominated by President Joe Biden,
- 10:06Speaker 3: who has granted restraining order against the NIH funding cuts.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Kelly has a history of judicial activism and this is
- 10:15Speaker 3: hardly a secret. Is Sendor Elizabeth Warrens said in twenty
- 10:18Speaker 3: twenty one that Judge Kelly has made it a personal
- 10:20Speaker 3: mission to bring about change through her role on the bench. Yes,
- 10:25Speaker 3: this is a real statement, a real quote, and it
- 10:27Speaker 3: is entirely accurate that this judge does not believe her
- 10:30Speaker 3: job is to actually enforce the law, but to actually
- 10:34Speaker 3: do radical things to change the country. Another judge, a
- 10:38Speaker 3: senior judge by the name of Amy Berman Jackson, the
- 10:41Speaker 3: U S District Court for the District of Columbia, nominated
- 10:43Speaker 3: by Barack Obama, recently made news by temporarily reinstating the
- 10:49Speaker 3: fired head of the Office of Special Counsel, a Biden appointee,
- 10:54Speaker 3: Judge John McConnell, junior of the U s District Court
- 10:58Speaker 3: for the District of Rhode Island. He is a major
- 11:00Speaker 3: Democratic donor, and he is attempting to block another spinning
- 11:05Speaker 3: freeze from Trump and is even taking the extreme approach
- 11:08Speaker 3: of threatening the administration officials with criminal charges if it
- 11:12Speaker 3: is not reversed. Yes, this is another judge, an activist
- 11:17Speaker 3: judge who is working clearly for the deep state. And finally,
- 11:21Speaker 3: another senior judge by the name of Colleen Kohler Cutt
- 11:25Speaker 3: Telly is a US District Court for the District of
- 11:28Speaker 3: Columbia and a nominee of President Bill Clinton. This judge
- 11:31Speaker 3: stood against Trump's efforts to cut government access by blocking
- 11:35Speaker 3: DOGE from obtaining access to certain Treasury Department payment records,
- 11:40Speaker 3: which handles an estimated ninety percent of all federal payments.
- 11:45Speaker 3: This judge is also known for having sent seven pro
- 11:48Speaker 3: life activists to federal prison in a particularly cruel fashion.
- 11:52Speaker 3: These are just some of the judges that are coming
- 11:54Speaker 3: out of the woodworks to try to stop the agenda
- 11:57Speaker 3: of the American people. Remember, it is a manda from
- 12:00Speaker 3: the people. They've given Donald Trump the chance to do
- 12:03Speaker 3: what he's doing now, and these judges are standing in.
- 12:06Speaker 2: The way Thank you for listening to the forty seven
